00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:11.520 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:18.120 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:21.880 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do
00:00:25.260 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these
00:00:32.980 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer
00:00:39.940 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:48.420 our five of the ten witnesses we know of have testified so far today uh the question here is
00:00:59.540 for mcburney is very much as what is willis's timeline i just want to read you a couple direct
00:01:04.340 quotes sent from our producer gary grumbach who is actually inside of that room right now he just
00:01:08.740 texted us that mcburney told the reporters in that room quote you didn't go get dinner you should
00:01:14.040 have gotten dinner after his urging to go get dinner suggesting this could have been a long
00:01:17.760 night and then he said quote i guess you'll have to wait and see and if you don't wait then you
00:01:22.840 don't see those were the quotes from the judge inside of that room here i can tell you we have
00:01:28.060 uber eats chick-fil-a here we are waiting but the bigger question for everybody on this block
00:01:32.400 particularly is when this is going to get done because beyonce we should know just two blocks
00:01:37.480 from here her concert just down the road at the stadium begins just over two hours from now nicole
00:01:42.520 it's a big night in atlanta georgia i mean that's where it feels like the center of the
00:01:47.520 universe most days, but especially today. Fancy meeting you here. Oh, I can't believe this.
00:01:56.520 Yeah, this is not the circumstances in which I expected to be talking to you.
00:02:00.460 Nor me, Rachel. It's always good to talk to you. But honestly, I didn't think that
00:02:07.120 it would be under these circumstances. Yet another set of indictments.
00:02:11.800 Maybe another downgrade coming for the banking industry. Fitch is warning it may be forced to
00:02:16.160 cut the credit rating of dozens of banks, including big ones like J.P. Morgan. CNBC.com's
00:02:21.300 Hugh Sonn was first to report the story. He joins us now, Hugh. So what's behind this potential move?
00:02:29.560 Hey, Mike. So I think just a little bit of context here. So Fitch, back in June,
00:02:34.940 lowered its assessment of the U.S. banking industry's health from AA to AA-. And there
00:02:43.840 no rating changes on the bank. So it went largely unnoticed. I think Fitch was actually kind of
00:02:48.960 concerned at the increasing risk that they'd have to cut it another notch. So taking that industry
00:02:54.880 rating from double A minus to A plus, which is one level lower. Now, the problem that that
00:03:01.520 introduces, Mike, is that you have four institutions, some of our top rated credits,
00:03:06.800 including JP Morgan and Bank of America, the two biggest banks in the country that are rated
00:03:11.440 currently AA minus, and you can't have banks rated higher than the operating environment
00:03:16.560 in which they operate.
00:03:18.240 So that would necessitate at least the examination of cutting them from AA minus to A plus.
00:03:24.540 And that would potentially set off a cascade of examinations of the entire universe of
00:03:30.000 banks covered by Fitch.
00:03:31.820 There are more than 70, where you would have to consider cutting some of these other banks
00:03:36.880 that are rated less than the J.P. Morgan, J.P. Morgan and B of A to maintain the gap between the top banks and the lesser credits.
00:03:46.900 OK, welcome. Tuesday, 15 August, Eurovalor, 2023.
00:03:50.140 Remember, two years ago we were here was the Afghan debacle, the retreat and the loss of the young Marines in Afghanistan with that debacle, the pullout.
00:04:00.620 The world's on fire right now. Chinese economy.
00:04:03.000 It looks like all the phony numbers they've been putting up for years are chickens are coming home to roost.
00:04:09.300 The Chinese Communist Party just announced they're not going to put out the youth unemployment right now because they understand the youth unemployment is reaching 50% as the regime gets roiled.
00:04:25.360 There's so much going on.
00:04:26.540 We've got new news out of Michigan.
00:04:28.540 Again, there's a continued agony in Maui with nothing coming from the White House and information basically locked down.
00:04:39.120 In all that, we want to show the frivolity of how they're handling this end of the republic types of lawfare against a an individual who now leads in the presidential race.
00:04:50.120 They will do anything to stop him. We're going to get into more of that. We got Mike Davis, Cleta Mitchell, Dershowitz.
00:04:55.540 As I committed to you, we're going to get to the basics of that, let you know what's happening.
00:04:59.880 President Trump has already put out a true social.
00:05:02.640 He's going to press conference on Monday, I think, at 11 o'clock to walk through a definitive report on all things Georgia.
00:05:09.820 So we'll get into that with Cleta and the rest of the folks in a little bit.
00:05:13.680 But the economy, and particularly this bombshell that came out from Fitch.
00:05:17.500 Oh, by the way, we're thinking we're not just downgrading the U.S. government because of its inability to get control of its finances.
00:05:24.160 But we're going to downgrade all, and these are not just regional banks, we're going to downgrade money center banks, including, wait for it, presidential aspirant, Jamie Dimon's J.P. Morgan, the most important bank in the country.
00:05:39.500 E.J. and Tony's going to join us in a moment.
00:05:41.800 But I want to focus on Signal.
00:05:43.220 One of that is this patriot economy that is building every day, and we're trying to highlight the individuals that are doing that.
00:05:50.180 Michael Seifert joins us.
00:05:51.860 Michael, you've been extraordinarily busy the last couple of weeks over a public SQ.
00:05:56.400 Tell us more than ever, we need every patriot that watches this show to embrace the foundational elements of the patriot economy.
00:06:06.480 No longer. It's very simple. You no longer have to give money to people that hate you.
00:06:11.700 And as we get into what happened in Georgia, and this is a travesty, OK, yesterday they put out our.
00:06:18.320 This is why they had – it was in the dark at night they actually did the indictments and opened them up.
00:06:22.880 They had to because they already put the indictments out 12 hours beforehand, even before the grand jury met and before all final 10 witnesses met.
00:06:31.700 It's a travesty.
00:06:32.760 It's a joke.
00:06:33.940 You need to stop giving your money to people that hate you, and Michael Seifert has come up with an answer to that.
00:06:41.560 Brother Seifert, walk me through public SQ.
00:06:44.180 How can that help build the patriot economy?
00:06:45.920 well steve as you mentioned our institutions are broken they're corrupt and they're broken on
00:06:51.740 purpose these people have made it their goal to destroy everything we once held dear in the united
00:06:57.100 states and not only are institutions crumbling and failing here domestically but as you mentioned 0.68
00:07:01.840 china is collapsing they're already in demographic collapse our supply chain is far too reliant upon
00:07:07.300 them so we need to focus on building institutions here in the united states that are centered upon 0.99
00:07:12.960 the core principles that have made our country so special in the first place. And that looks like
00:07:17.020 supporting small businesses that love our country and the Constitution and the values that makes our
00:07:22.020 nation strong that stand against a political corrupt society and for human prosperity and
00:07:29.160 flourishing. So we've created a marketplace that does just that. We started Public Square,
00:07:33.060 publicsq.com to exist as the nation's largest marketplace of businesses that are pro-liberty
00:07:38.460 and pro-constitution and stand up for conservative values. Now we're over 65,000 small businesses
00:07:44.640 strong. Well over 1.4 million consumer members have joined. We have businesses from nearly every
00:07:50.400 single industry category. And this is beginning to compound on itself every day. The more that
00:07:55.280 these consumers find these businesses and the more that the businesses find each other and
00:07:59.760 literally create transactions, they're fortified from corruption because they're built on trust
00:08:04.320 because of their values alignment. So it's an exciting time in the parallel economy and it
00:08:07.780 It gives me a lot of hope, even in the face of a lot of dark times in our nation.
00:08:13.000 I want to make sure we got both the entrepreneurs in the war room posse who are not entrepreneurs.
00:08:18.700 It's all free.
00:08:20.040 How do people, if you have a business, how do you go to you and put it up so we don't have 65,000, but we have 265,000?
00:08:28.180 And then on the other side, people just want to see and get access to these patriot-loving countries or companies.
00:08:36.300 Where do they go?
00:08:36.980 So walk through both the entrepreneurs and the individual.
00:08:40.460 So you can head to publicsq.com.
00:08:42.400 That's the best place to get started.
00:08:43.960 If you're a business owner, we'd love for you to join.
00:08:45.780 We'd love to continue to advance this new chamber of commerce because our existing chamber of commerce is a joke.
00:08:51.320 So we're trying to create a new form for businesses to connect with these consumers and the other fellow businesses in the marketplace.
00:08:57.760 So you can hit add your business.
00:08:59.260 It's a quick process.
00:09:00.680 It's all free to join.
00:09:01.900 If you're a consumer, you can join by signing up on the platform at publicsq.com.
00:09:06.820 You'll also find links to the App Store or Google Play.
00:09:09.300 It's also free.
00:09:10.060 We're never going to ask you for money.
00:09:11.100 We make our money through advertising.
00:09:12.480 We make our money through creating our own products.
00:09:14.540 We make our money through e-commerce.
00:09:16.240 We don't have to have some sort of premium version that you need to pay for, and we don't
00:09:20.680 have to sell your data to make money.
00:09:22.320 So it's really a trust-based transaction through and through, and it's very simple to sign
00:09:27.600 up.
00:09:27.780 So we hope that folks will join us in this patriotic parallel economy.
00:09:30.880 Start with just a few purchases, and you'll be amazed at how simple it becomes to truly
00:09:34.640 move your spending toward companies that don't hate you and into the process we'll be able to
00:09:39.560 shift the power structures of society back toward we the people which is needed now desperately more
00:09:43.760 than ever amen brother one more time how do people get there head to public sq.com and we'd love it
00:09:52.240 if you join the movement we're growing every day we're just getting started in less than 13 months
00:09:56.000 since our nationwide launch we've created this uh behemoth of freedom and we love it and so we'd
00:10:01.640 love for you to join the movement with us that's at public sq.com and steve thanks so much for
00:10:06.160 having me on see for all the time great job brother from an idea he was in silicon valley
00:10:12.740 from an idea to now something is important as we go throughout the morning this we're going to talk
00:10:17.820 about institutions you talk about institutions that are broken this lawfare is all 100 is to
00:10:25.620 is to stop Trump and the Trump movement, 1,000%.
00:10:29.040 I don't even have a question about that.
00:10:30.960 But now the lawlessness in Georgia is pretty shocking
00:10:34.300 because now they're rounding up, what is it, 18 people with Trump
00:10:39.480 or 17 people, I think 18 with Trump,
00:10:42.760 and many of these just totally innocent war room posse types, right?
00:10:49.540 They're going to try to break them, try to bankrupt them, all of it.
00:10:52.280 This is, they have no bounds.
00:10:55.400 They will do anything. Think about that for a second. They will do anything. They will break any law. They will destroy any institution. They will do anything to defeat Donald Trump. Now, why is that? Think about that for a second. Why is that? Because of you.
00:11:11.880 they do not want the working class and middle class people in this country to have any say so 0.97
00:11:17.940 in the direction of this country and let me tell you some things we're going to go on today uh
00:11:21.820 later today we're going to have ben harnwell on um and uh we're going to talk about the situation
00:11:27.140 in ukraine uh biden puts up a 20 billion dollar uh new new bill 300 million dollars yesterday
00:11:32.560 they're just sending over without asking anybody another one of these dod uh you know pockets of
00:11:38.280 cash they have but they're asking for 20 billion at the exact same time we have reports out there
00:11:44.200 in the asia times written by very qualified people with great sourcing that says hey a lot of the
00:11:51.480 units in this counter-offensive have just stopped fighting and now there's real grumbling in the
00:11:56.040 ukrainian military about zelinski and zelinski just chopped the heads off the recruiting process
00:12:00.240 because the guys were taking too many bribes why are they taking bribes nobody in ukraine wants to
00:12:05.680 go to the front anymore because of the slaughter that's uh that's happening in fact the the report
00:12:12.700 in asia times is they're saying it could be up to 200 000 200 000 i quote the asia times 200 000
00:12:20.680 ukrainian casualties now many of those because of this failed uh spring offensive driven by
00:12:27.180 all the geniuses you saw on on msmc from the pentagon and the great think tanks and the
00:12:33.020 Atlantic Council and all of it. Remember that all nonstop, nonstop, nonstop. Russia's failing.
00:12:37.480 Russia's failing. Russia army is failing. This is going to be a massive offensive. We're going to
00:12:41.800 take Crimea. We're going to take the Donbass. We're going to do all of that. Okay, where are 0.54
00:12:46.080 they all now? Right? Where are they all now? At the same time, the Chinese Communist Party
00:12:52.360 is in an economic meltdown right now and trying to hide every number. Every number they've ever
00:12:59.020 put forward is an absolute lie uh and i want to bring in ej and tony for a second ej uh the quiet
00:13:05.260 part out loud i want people fitch a couple weeks ago downgraded the u.s government and it's because
00:13:10.700 of and they try to push forward the narrative on cnbc and others it's because of the mega republicans
00:13:16.320 and the dead ceiling fight no it's because what got approved if the if the proposal put forward
00:13:23.220 by the MAGA Republicans, this base had been accepted, there wouldn't have been a downgrade.
00:13:28.540 But they kind of washed over, and because of all this madness about Trump, they washed
00:13:34.420 over the fact that the analysts, I got about 60 seconds, the analysts are sitting there
00:13:38.640 saying, I may downgrade the banks, the big money center banks.
00:13:43.300 EJ, how big a news is this?
00:13:45.860 Oh, Steve, this is massive, and it helps answer the question as to why these rating agencies
00:13:50.820 were able to downgrade the banking sector. And then everyone was left scratching their heads
00:13:55.660 saying, well, what about the individual banks? How is it all the components of these sectors
00:13:59.640 can be perfectly fine, but the sectors themselves can be in such desperate straits
00:14:04.220 where the Federal Reserve is literally creating hundreds of billions of dollars
00:14:08.280 to bail out the sector? This is absolutely massive, and very few people seem to be
00:14:13.340 paying attention to it. EJ, hang on for one second. We're taking a short commercial break.
00:14:19.240 We're going to get into the signal, which is the financial meltdown of your nation and the world because of incompetence and radical ideas.
00:14:31.400 At the same time, they're trying to crush the individual that could stand up for working class people and middle class in this nation, Donald J. Trump.
00:14:42.200 It's all inextricably linked.
00:14:44.560 And we're going to get into the fiasco.
00:14:46.220 We're going to spend time on the fiasco in Georgia.
00:14:49.040 We're going to break it down all for you with Dershowitz, Mike Davis,
00:14:51.960 Cleta Mitchell, all next in the War Room.
00:14:58.720 We are days away from the Durban Accords,
00:15:02.080 the greatest threat to the United States dollar's global dominance
00:15:05.780 in the past 80 years.
00:15:08.000 On August 22nd, BRICS nations, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa
00:15:13.140 are expected to announce the launch of a new international super currency
00:15:17.800 fully backed by gold or other commodities.
00:15:21.860 This is part of their long-term plan to supplant the United States and the dollar
00:15:25.620 as the cornerstones of the global financial system.
00:15:29.020 How can you protect your IRA or 401k from the fallout from this landmark announcement?
00:15:33.860 Diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:36.900 Historically, gold has been a safe haven in times of high uncertainty, which is right now.
00:15:42.760 Get a free info kit on gold IRAs and decide for yourself
00:15:45.720 if a tax-sheltered retirement account backed by physical precious metals is right for you.
00:15:51.500 Text the word Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:15:55.800 This is a monumental shift happening among nations that control one-third of the world's GDP,
00:16:03.040 and it kicks off on August 22nd.
00:16:05.440 Arm yourself with information to protect your retirement savings.
00:16:08.640 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-L-N, to the number 989898 and claim your free information kit from Birchgold.
00:16:22.240 Maybe another downgrade coming for the banking industry.
00:16:25.620 Fitch is warning it may be forced to cut the credit rating of dozens of banks, including big ones like J.P. Morgan.
00:16:31.280 CNBC.com's Hugh Sonn was first to report the story.
00:16:34.340 He joins us now, Hugh.
00:16:35.980 So what's behind this potential move?
00:16:38.640 Hey, Mike, so I think just a little bit of context here, so Fitch, back in June, lowered
00:16:46.360 its assessment of the U.S. banking industry's health from AA to AA minus, and there were
00:16:54.840 no rating changes on the bank, so it went largely unnoticed.
00:16:58.480 I think Fitch was actually kind of concerned at the increasing risk that they'd have to
00:17:02.640 cut it another notch. So taking that industry rating from AA minus to A plus, which is one
00:17:09.520 level lower. Now, the problem that that introduces, Mike, is that you have four institutions,
00:17:15.780 some of our top rated credits, including JP Morgan and Bank of America, the two biggest banks in the
00:17:21.180 country that are rated currently AA minus. And you can't have banks rated higher than the operating
00:17:27.080 environment in which they operate. So that would necessitate at least the examination of cutting
00:17:32.220 them from double A minus to A plus. And that would potentially set off a cascade of examinations of
00:17:38.860 the entire universe of banks covered by Fitch. There are more than 70, where you'd have to
00:17:44.660 consider cutting some of these other banks, you know, that are rated less. Okay.
00:17:49.300 uh this is about to impact your life okay the um
00:17:55.840 what happened in uh georgia is essentially not worthy of your time except for the fact that it's
00:18:05.000 lawfare and we're going to get into all that and how it's going to be thwarted um but i don't want 0.99
00:18:09.800 to spend too much time on the details because it's absurd first off she's a total buffoon
00:18:14.720 she's saying last night remember it's in the dark of night they had to get it in last night there
00:18:18.420 She took the stage at 1130 at night for those of you that might have been asleep because they put out the indictment beforehand.
00:18:25.120 They were covering themselves. They got the judge. They never. Do you think that state court stays open past five o'clock?
00:18:30.660 You would be incorrect. They had to do it last night. 18. She says you're going to try them all at one time.
00:18:35.940 They have a gang trial down there. I think they're six or nine months into jury selection.
00:18:40.660 They don't have a jury. They got a couple of jurors. If she tried them all 18 together, it would take you.
00:18:47.680 First off, it wouldn't be ready for years.
00:18:49.560 It would take a year to do the jury selection.
00:18:51.800 It would take years to do the trial.
00:18:53.580 It's a five-year deal, six-year.
00:18:56.340 We'll get into the details of it in a moment, but I don't want to waste your time.
00:18:59.240 I want to talk about something that's important.
00:19:01.400 And the economy, there are deep structural problems with the economy, and the Federal Reserve has been trying to cover it up.
00:19:08.180 E.J. and Tony, walk me through what the Fed's been doing.
00:19:11.800 You said you'd have a better – we'd have a better luck with having a monopoly.
00:19:15.820 uh the guy the monopoly guy running the fed than the fed how's that tied to what fitch is
00:19:21.980 what fitch is warning about these banks the biden banking crisis
00:19:26.040 is he on mute yeah you got to unmute yourself we got it okay here's let's do this
00:19:37.080 yeah hang over a second and let's start at the top how does this tie into how does this tie into
00:19:44.980 into how does the Fed tie back into this banking crisis? Certainly. Well, Steve, when when Monopoly
00:19:52.200 was first introduced way back in the 1930s, the amount of Monopoly money that was printed
00:19:56.800 was actually about equal to the amount of money that was in circulation at the time. Monopoly
00:20:01.640 money was was the same amount as real dollars. And over time, Monopoly money, even though it's
00:20:08.020 been the third best selling board game of all time, has still printed far less money than the
00:20:14.100 Federal Reserve has. And in recent history, what that has done is drive interest rates essentially
00:20:18.920 down to zero for a very long period of time and create systemic interest rate risk within the
00:20:24.700 banking system. In other words, banks have a bunch of securities that they hold as assets on their
00:20:30.180 books, but those securities aren't worth anything if interest rates go up. Well, that's exactly what
00:20:34.900 has happened the last several years under Joe Biden because of his runaway spending. And so as
00:20:40.460 a result of that, you now have this incredible risk in the banking system. And the Federal
00:20:45.300 Reserve has responded not by allowing investors to sort out good assets from bad assets, but
00:20:52.220 instead to just bail out all the bad assets, which necessitated creating literally hundreds
00:20:57.520 of billions of dollars since about the middle of March. And now you still have this problem
00:21:02.960 of a lot of the banking sector on very, very shaking ground. And some of these banks,
00:21:08.180 especially the regional ones, just flat out insolvent. So the Fed hasn't actually
00:21:12.520 solved anything. They have just once again engaged in their age-old practice of kicking
00:21:17.460 the can down the road. I want to go back to when you say regional banks insolvent,
00:21:24.180 is this because of the commercial real estate problem of the portfolio they have? Because
00:21:29.440 you're going to set off a lot of alarms to that audience saying the regional banks are insolvent.
00:21:33.780 What's caused that?
00:21:36.220 Steve, you bring up a great point with commercial real estate and the fact that commercial real estate is almost entirely done by regional banks because they just know their locations and their industries much better than the big national banks do, especially the global banks as well, banks like JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, City.
00:21:57.240 And so as a result of not only mismanagement in terms of things like commercial real estate, but also, again, going back to this systemic interest rate problem, banks had this problem of literally years being able to buy nothing other than low interest rate securities because that's what Congress, the Treasury, the Fed were flooding the market with.
00:22:19.400 And so now, again, you have this problem of banks literally being insolvent. Now, immediately people want to know, do I need to run and get my money out? Well, if you have less than $250,000 in deposits, which is 99 percent of Americans, then there's nothing to worry about because the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has you covered anyway.
00:22:38.120 In fact, even if you have more than that, as we saw with Silicon Valley Bank.
00:22:42.340 More than that.
00:22:43.640 Come on.
00:22:45.100 There's a blanket insurance.
00:22:46.960 There's an implicit insurance guarantee on all of it.
00:22:49.820 Exactly.
00:22:50.500 You saw Silicon Valley Bank.
00:22:52.380 But that means it's either through depositors, through higher fees, or just bailouts with taxpayers.
00:22:59.600 What do you think is going to happen?
00:23:00.860 Is there going to have to be a massive restructuring of the banking industry?
00:23:05.280 I think so.
00:23:06.060 I think we're looking at a lot of consolidation going forward.
00:23:09.240 In fact, Janet Yellen herself even hinted at that in an interview not that long ago,
00:23:13.960 where she said some additional consolidation would help make the banking system healthier.
00:23:19.180 How creating more systemic problems in the banking system is going to make it healthier,
00:23:25.200 I have no idea. 0.95
00:23:26.620 But then again, this is Janet Yellen, and few people have done more to help destroy the 0.91
00:23:30.400 middle class in this country than she has, both in her time as chair of the Federal Reserve 0.95
00:23:35.280 and also as Secretary of the Treasury.
00:23:39.740 South China Morning Post and the Financial Times
00:23:43.360 are reporting that the shadow bank giant,
00:23:45.840 the black rock of shadow banking in China
00:23:49.200 is starting to miss interest payments.
00:23:51.680 And I think it's $290 to $300 billion of assets.
00:23:55.560 People are absolutely in panic mode.
00:23:58.400 Walk me through how China is inexplicably linked
00:24:00.960 to this problem we've got in our banking industry
00:24:04.320 and at the Fed.
00:24:06.280 Certainly. One of the first things we have to realize is that a lot of banks are invested in
00:24:11.700 each other. And so that's one of the reasons why when one bank begins to fail, it causes other
00:24:17.400 banks to fail as well. You get that domino effect. One bank will loan money to another. One bank will
00:24:23.220 borrow securities from another, et cetera. But in terms of global trade, we have a lot of businesses
00:24:29.180 that are reliant on the import-export market. And as the global economy has been slowing down,
00:24:35.540 that has really hurt China's export market. And we have to understand that China's entire economy
00:24:40.640 is more or less been a Ponzi scheme for the last couple of decades. And I don't just mean that in
00:24:46.500 terms of how their central bank has essentially been printing money like ours has. But on top of
00:24:53.440 that. They are constantly creating new debt to finance things like their road and bridge projects,
00:25:00.080 which are just absolutely massive. We're talking trillions of dollars. It dwarfs any kind of
00:25:05.540 construction projects that go on here in the United States. But those are all paid for with
00:25:10.480 the expectation of future earnings from export markets. So as soon as those export markets
00:25:16.400 don't materialize, all of those assets turn out to not be worth anything at all. And so that's
00:25:22.340 how you have these these giant financial firms in China now missing interest payments because the
00:25:28.460 revenue that they promised would be there all of a sudden isn't. OK, E.J., can you hang over a second?
00:25:36.020 We're going to take a break. Professor Dertrippers is going to join us, but I want to finish up with
00:25:39.680 you after the break. We've got also Mike Davis and Cleta Mitchell. We're going to break down
00:25:45.340 the fiasco in Georgia to make sure our audience is up to speed on what's important and we'll throw
00:25:51.240 away what's not, because we do have to focus on lawfare. A lot going on in Michigan. I'm trying
00:25:56.340 to get the Hoff brothers up. A lot going in Maui. We are packed today, not just the two hours this
00:26:03.000 morning, but the two hours this afternoon, and we're heading towards Missouri. I want to give
00:26:06.880 a shout out to the great state of Michigan, everything that's happening there in the
00:26:10.320 investigation. And we're going to play in a tribute, Lefty Frizzell, the great Lefty Frizzell,
00:26:16.880 one of country music's kind of not-that-well-known legends, Saginaw, Michigan.
00:26:22.940 Saginaw, Michigan.
00:26:24.780 Saginaw, Michigan.
00:26:27.020 The daughter of a wealthy, wealthy man.
00:26:32.800 But he called me that son of a Saginaw fisherman.
00:26:39.700 And not good enough to claim his daughter's hand.
00:26:46.880 Oh, I'm up here in Alaska, looking around for gold. Like a crazy fool, I'm a-digging in this frozen ground, so cold.
00:27:01.880 But with each new day
00:27:06.100 I pray I'll strike it rich
00:27:08.780 And then I'll go back home
00:27:12.500 And claim my love
00:27:14.320 In Saginaw, Michigan
00:27:16.160 I wrote my love
00:27:27.540 In Saginaw, Michigan
00:27:30.280 I said, honey, I'm coming home. Please wait for me. And you can tell your dad I'm coming back.
00:27:43.280 Oh, Richard, man, I hit the biggest strike in Kondike history. Her dad met me in Saginaw, Michigan. 1.00
00:28:00.280 He gave me a great big party with champagne
00:28:05.160 Then he said, son, you're a wise young ambitious man
00:28:13.140 Why are so many people buying emergency food right now?
00:28:17.320 As tensions continue to escalate, our fragile food supply chain will break again.
00:28:22.560 One shocking headline spreads panic like wildfire and grocery stores are empty within hours.
00:28:28.620 That means you really need a proper supply of emergency food on hand before, not after, before disaster strikes.

00:29:33.520 Okay, welcome back.
00:29:37.900 E.J., the situation in China, the inextricably linked nature with the American economy,
00:29:43.380 it's going to drive Xi even more to look for a military solution to this.
00:29:49.120 this is why you see this this is why you see the head of the strategic rockets forces fired
00:29:53.620 you're seeing this um he's chopping off heads in the military right now um they're on the path
00:30:00.160 they're on a path to a kinetic war uh in the south china sea straits of taiwan and over taiwan and a
00:30:06.020 big part of this is to get people's attention in his own country laobajing off of the financial 0.83
00:30:10.880 disaster that the chinese communist party has created uh ej here's a problem i've got 0.88
00:30:17.940 uh american officials are not being straight with the american people uh and i let me go i want to 0.83
00:30:25.060 lay this on kevin mccarthy kevin mccarthy came out you know there was a leak you know a leak
00:30:28.960 yesterday from where he's in jackson hole at the fat cats and what he say oh he thinks he's going
00:30:35.700 to have to come back and have a cr a cr past september 30th past the end of the fiscal year
00:30:41.300 a continued resolution but it'll be a short one it'll be so they get everything done before
00:30:46.680 christmas uh and then they'll move on we have predicted this and told you about this time and
00:30:51.600 again this is a scam and mccarthy hands are just as dirty on this as biden the spending is into
00:30:59.240 oblivion and then lying to the american people this is a combination of malfeasance and incompetence
00:31:03.520 and i'm telling you on a day when that buffoon down in georgia last night in the dead of night
00:31:09.960 puts this out uh this is what's important you're in a financial meltdown in this country and it's
00:31:15.820 going to destroy we're going to have not simply a lost decade write this down you're going to have
00:31:20.300 a lost generation or two if you're under 40 years old and you continue to vote for this then you
00:31:27.360 deserve everything you've got coming let me repeat that if you're under 40 years old you continue to
00:31:32.940 vote for this unit party you continue to vote for these irresponsible reckless democrats and rhino 0.85
00:31:38.580 Republicans. You deserve everything you've got coming, okay? You've been warned. The education 0.98
00:31:45.840 system in this country is terrible, but at least you understand simple arithmetic, I hope, okay?
00:31:53.180 We need a major, major financial and economic restructuring in this country, and we need it
00:31:58.080 ASAP. And it's one of the reasons they want to put Donald John Trump in jail for a thousand years,
00:32:05.180 okay let me be blunt ej how do people get to your writings we're having you back on is this thing
00:32:09.720 is starting to metastasize as we said it would certainly well steve the best place to find me
00:32:16.820 is going to be on twitter or x or whatever we're calling it these days it's at real ej and tony
00:32:22.320 ej great work i look forward to having you back on brother we'll put all your pieces up today
00:32:28.540 can't spend as much time i'd like to take the whole show but i can't fantastic thank you for
00:32:33.880 If we can put up, there's a poll out.
00:32:35.480 Before I turn to our next guest, there's a poll out.
00:32:39.120 Emerson, which is no right-wing poll, from New Hampshire.
00:32:45.180 Ron DeSantis at 8%.
00:32:47.200 I hate to say I called this.
00:32:48.820 I told everybody two or three weeks ago when he went on that interview on NBC and immediately served it up.
00:32:54.880 Trump lost, and Joe Biden's the legitimate president of the United States. 0.92
00:32:57.840 I said he's going to be a one-digit midget here in a couple of weeks. 0.99
00:33:02.380 there it is in 1.00
00:33:04.080 there it is in New Hampshire
00:33:06.360 you're seeing it already going to happen in Ohio
00:33:08.520 it's going to happen in Iowa
00:33:10.700 it's going to happen nationally
00:33:11.820 the DeSantis thing is done
00:33:13.700 anybody that's still supporting this
00:33:15.640 in the Murdochs in this ridiculous
00:33:18.180 phony debate
00:33:19.460 there is no debate right now
00:33:21.560 there is no debate
00:33:22.620 DeSantis starting to
00:33:25.720 get swept out with the tide
00:33:27.980 he'll be down at
00:33:29.860 5 or 6, 7 percent
00:33:31.400 it'll bottom out there okay another called shot thank you very much uh i want to bring in mark
00:33:37.440 levin the great one calls my following guest the nostradamus of lawyers because he's had so many
00:33:44.200 called shots about the lawfare against president trump he spent his career defending the constitution
00:33:49.460 uh professor dershowitz you basically called this in your book get trump you kind of laid out what
00:33:55.140 was going to happen in georgia but yesterday i just got to ask your opinion somebody's defend
00:33:58.260 the Constitution. This was such buffoonery. They put out the indictment even before they brought
00:34:03.200 the last 10 jurors in. Then they panicked. They took it down. It was a court filing. They already
00:34:06.960 had a case number, a judge assigned. They had to scramble all day. In the dead of night, they had
00:34:12.600 to have a press conference to open the thing because they knew they had to get it done yesterday
00:34:17.000 because they'd already released the decision before the grand jury had even voted. And then
00:34:22.680 to top it all off, they put out all the names of the grand jury participants. I mean, this is just
00:34:29.060 full buffoonery, but it shows you these are republic-ending types of actions, because this 0.92
00:34:35.320 is when we go to a total banana republic. Professor Dershowitz. Well, the fact that they were willing
00:34:41.960 to put the indictment on the website before the grand jurors voted proves something that any of
00:34:47.800 us who have had experience in criminal law know, the grand jury is meaningless. There are 23 or
00:34:53.340 whatever number it is, chairs that the prosecution moves around. If the prosecutor wants an indictment,
00:34:59.060 she gets an indictment. So nobody should say, oh my God, a grand jury, 23 people looked at the
00:35:05.740 evidence and they said there was enough to indict. Ignore it. It's nonsense. The grand jury didn't
00:35:11.200 decide anything. They rubber stamped something that the prosecutor put before them. And the best
00:35:15.920 evidence is the prosecutor was so confident she was willing to put it on her website even before
00:35:21.880 the vote took place. You know, it's Alice in Wonderland, verdict first, execution and then
00:35:28.720 trial. That's what we're having here. And it's such an undercutting of our Constitution. I
00:35:35.260 predicted this all in Get Trump, and I predict there'll be some convictions. I think the strategy
00:35:40.280 is to get bad convictions, but to get them fast in New York, in Florida, in Washington,
00:35:46.520 and in Fulton County. Then they'll be reversed on appeal, but they'll be reversed on appeal
00:35:50.740 after the election. That's why everybody's rushing to get these cases tried. We now know
00:35:57.960 that they want it tried within six months in Georgia. They want a trial in January in
00:36:03.260 Washington, D.C. They want a trial in May in Florida. New York has been willing to put it
00:36:08.980 off, but they're going to get on the bandwagon, too. Everybody who is going after Trump, the whole
00:36:14.220 get Trump approach is to get him before the election, convict him before the election,
00:36:19.640 and he wins on appeal. All right, that's tomorrow's news.
00:36:25.800 How can she, they're talking about 18 people. She's doing a RICO case right now, I think,
00:36:31.960 with gang members. I think there's a half a dozen. I think they've been six or nine months
00:36:35.940 in jury selection i mean to physically do what she wants to do it's all buffoonery but to physically
00:36:41.840 do what she wants to do wouldn't take years to actually i mean how do you control 18 lawyers
00:36:47.640 that have individual clients or have a couple of clients in this how do you do it she wants to do
00:36:53.860 it together she wants one trial um i've done hundreds of these kinds of cases over my 60
00:37:01.320 years. I've never seen a RICO case tried within six months of the indictment. Usually it's a year
00:37:08.800 or two or sometimes even longer. If this case were on a normal schedule, it wouldn't come to trial
00:37:15.300 until well after the election. The same thing is true of the Washington, D.C. case. This will be
00:37:20.160 a logistical nightmare because lawyers will be arguing with each other. There'll be conflicts
00:37:25.440 of interest. There'll be ongoing attempts by the DA to flip some of the indicted and some of the
00:37:31.920 unindicted co-conspirators. And one of the worst messages of this indictment is, watch out, lawyers,
00:37:38.840 we're after you. You know, they say the first thing that tyrants do is first they get the
00:37:43.820 lawyers, then they stop free speech. And that's tragically what the woke hard left is doing here.
00:37:49.200 They're going after lawyers. They filed a bar charge against me because I questioned whether
00:37:55.380 or not machines in Arizona should be transparent and should disclose the mechanism so that experts
00:38:04.040 can examine them. They're going after any lawyer, not only who represented Trump, but who speaks
00:38:09.280 out on behalf of Trump. And it's terrorizing lawyers. Lawyers have told me they will not
00:38:14.580 represent Donald Trump. They'd like to, but they don't want to be Dershowitz. They don't want to
00:38:19.320 be attacked and condemned and have their careers questioned because they support the Constitution.
00:38:25.480 We are in a constitutional crisis. You know, on my podcast, I award bananas. Before yesterday,
00:38:32.860 we were up to two or three. I now think we're up to at least four on a scale of 10 on Banana
00:38:38.880 Republic. And it's a worry. We're not there, but we're getting closer and closer. And these
00:38:44.240 kinds of indictments against the man who is leading the campaign against the incumbent
00:38:50.420 president, the leading candidate. That's what they do in banana publics. In Ecuador, 0.92
00:38:55.500 they shoot him. In the United States, they indict him.
00:39:00.620 And when you say constitutional crisis, walk me through that. What is the constitutional crisis
00:39:05.920 you believe we're facing right now? Constitution permits voters to decide who the president
00:39:12.440 should be through the Electoral College. They don't allocate that responsibility to prosecutors,
00:39:18.540 to jurors, to judges. There are now attempts to try to disqualify, and they'll increase after
00:39:23.080 this indictment, to try to disqualify Trump from running under the 14th Amendment, which says that
00:39:27.740 you can't hold office if you've been involved in an insurrection or a rebellion. The 14th Amendment
00:39:34.700 was intended to cover people who fought in the Civil War. It was not intended to cover future
00:39:39.280 elections 150 or 80 years later. And so what we're seeing is attempts to misuse and weaponize
00:39:46.740 the Constitution for partisan purposes. And I think people are going to reject that. And there's
00:39:54.340 going to be a crisis. It'll start out in the courts. It'll start out in the legislatures.
00:39:59.960 But tragically, in these kinds of situations, often they move to the streets. And what's worse
00:40:06.360 about this indictment is this indictment accuses all these lawyers of pursuing the right path to
00:40:13.740 challenge an election. The right path is to come up with an alternative slate of electors to try to
00:40:18.800 convince the people in the state that the election was false, to go to court. That's the right way.
00:40:26.560 The wrong way is to go out on the streets. But an indictment like this says, hey, if you use the
00:40:32.100 right approach if you try to get an alternate slate of electives, if you go to court. We're
00:40:36.800 going to indict you. We're going to indict you. We're going to put you in jail. We're going to
00:40:41.160 impose mandatory prison terms under RICO. I don't believe this will be upheld on appeal, but
00:40:48.160 the risk to lawyers and the amount of money they have to pay to defend themselves
00:40:52.920 is going to be enough to discourage taking the right legal path to challenge elections.
00:40:58.560 In 1800, the election was challenged. The Tilden Hayes election was challenged. I was part of the conspiracy of 1920. I'm sorry, 2000. I was part of the group that was challenging Bush versus Gore. I still to this day, hand to God, believe that Florida should have gone to Al Gore and he should have been the president.
00:41:21.680 That's my view. You can disagree, but nobody's threatened me yet with imprisonment for having taken that view.
00:41:28.100 I was joined by Professor Lawrence Tribe, who is now a leader of the campaign to get Trump.
00:41:32.880 He was part of the campaign to try to undo the election of 2000, which we all thought was improper because of the butterfly ballot, the hanging chads.
00:41:42.520 You remember all of that. That's part of America.
00:41:45.880 In 1960, the election was challenged. In 2016, Jamie Raskin got up on the floor of Congress and challenged the election. My former student, a congressman. How do you distinguish these cases? Stacey Abrams challenged her election, initially refused to concede. She brought challenges. How do you distinguish this case from American history of challenging elections? That's part of our system under the Constitution.
00:42:12.800 professor dershowitz how did they get to your podcast how did we get to the book how you get

00:42:38.540 stations. Otherwise, you're not going to be able to find it. My podcast is Monday, Tuesday and
00:42:44.480 Wednesday. It's called The Dirt Show. And it's on YouTube and it's on Rumble. And I analyze every
00:42:52.460 time I'm on, I analyze the legal issues. And in my book, Get Trump, I went through all of these
00:42:57.680 four indictments and I made predictions about them. And so far, my predictions have been correct. So,
00:43:02.980 You know, I think the best way to fight against the get Trump mentality is to buy my book, Get Trump.
00:43:10.320 That will show that we're people are listening.
00:43:13.060 People are watching.
00:43:14.020 People are looking at you.
00:43:15.340 You can't get away with this kind of unconstitutional attack on our values.

00:43:23.660 Thank you.

00:44:57.320 take action use your agency 2016 campaign for president hillary rodham clinton warned americans
00:45:05.140 about this particular choice as the republicans presidential nominee about what specifically he
00:45:11.020 plan to do to our democracy. He went on to win that election in 2016, of course. And now here
00:45:18.560 we are with a multiply indicted former President Trump and a democracy that frankly has not looked
00:45:25.820 this fragile in well more than a century. All over the country right now, people are wondering
00:45:31.480 what Hillary Rodham Clinton is thinking watching things unfold in Georgia. She is the former
00:45:37.300 Democratic presidential, not me, U.S. Senator from New York and Secretary of State.
00:45:40.620 I should tell you she has a new essay out in the Atlantic on the well-being of Americans and our democracy.
00:45:45.760 It's called The Weaponization of Loneliness.
00:45:48.020 OK, hang on. Hang on.
00:45:49.640 I've got to figure out how to play that because The Weaponization of Loneliness, she gives yours truly, your humble servant here, a big shout out of 2016 and beyond.
00:46:00.440 So, again, you hear that cackle?
00:46:01.680 I miss that cackle. 0.97
00:46:02.680 I can't I could watch Hillary Clinton and Rachel Maddow all night right hate watch hey Hillary
00:46:10.220 how's that presidency coming out for you how are the drapes what'd you do with those drapes you
00:46:13.900 had measured for the Oval Office every night when I go to bed I had a tiny part in keeping Merrick 0.90
00:46:21.120 Garland off of the Supreme Court and Hillary Clinton away from the White House yes some would
00:46:30.000 think that's a pretty good life's work right mike davis this fiasco this is this is um
00:46:36.860 yesterday was i think emblematic of where this nation is and you've got a phrase that i think
00:46:44.540 people need to embrace republic ending because the buffoonism we saw yesterday where they put
00:46:51.720 the indictment out they'd already indicted these people uh they already signed a a judge and a case
00:46:57.940 number before they even brought the 10 in and then they panicked they had to get it all done
00:47:01.720 you know to yesterday because they panicked they were showing the indictment so uh fannie willis
00:47:08.740 uh didn't even uh didn't even uh take uh to come to the stage for her press conference to i think
00:47:16.940 11 30 at night eastern daylight time and then to top it all off they put out the names of the
00:47:24.000 grand jurors in some another administrative error. Mike Davis, you've had a chance to go
00:47:29.340 through this. Give me your professional assessment of this indictment, sir.
00:47:34.780 So I've gone back through it and read it again. And I would say what I said before, it is loud,
00:47:41.260 it is long, and it is lawless. It is utter buffoonery by Fulton County DA Fannie Willis,
00:47:50.320 Another Democrat hack prosecutor in this lawfare campaign to get President Trump that started a year ago with the Mar-a-Lago raid, Alvin Bragg's indictment for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim, Jack Smith's indictment for the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act, Jack Smith's indictment of President Trump for the non-crime of a presidential candidate objecting to a presidential election,
00:48:19.920 which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.
00:48:24.920 Now, Fannie Willis, the Michael Avenatti of this all, brings the biggest buffoonery of them all with this with this indictment of President Trump.
00:48:36.840 18 of his lawyers and advisors, 41 felonies in Georgia for the non-crime of objecting to a
00:48:47.640 presidential election and twisting arms politically. They're alleging a RICO conspiracy
00:48:52.980 down in Georgia. That's the law that we used to take down the mob. Now Democrats are using RICO
00:49:00.180 to take out a rival political party, including the leading presidential candidates.
00:49:06.900 And they're using a nonsensical factual basis, the overt acts that Fannie Willis is alleging
00:49:16.900 for this RICO conspiracy to subvert democracy, apparently, is that she's alleging meetings 0.99
00:49:25.160 and tweets and just purely political, protected speech, core political speech that she's
00:49:33.020 alleging is part of a RICO conspiracy, the overt acts of a RICO conspiracy.
00:49:38.980 I mean, it is such a joke of a legal theory, but the problem is that it is so damaging
00:49:49.120 to America.
00:49:50.720 It's so damaging to our republic.
00:49:53.400 Look, the Supreme Court will almost certainly—I mean, I know they will.
00:49:56.960 They're going to overturn this nonsense by Fannie Willis, but it may not happen before November 7, 2024, and that's the problem.
00:50:07.620 You have Jack Smith, who was brought in before, ahead of the public integrity section at the Justice Department.
00:50:14.300 He was brought in before 2016 to take out Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, a former Virginia governor who was a likely presidential or vice presidential candidate for Republicans.
00:50:26.440 And Obama's, you know, Eric Holder and Obama sent in Jack Smith as their as their Scud missile to take out Bob McDonnell.
00:50:35.400 The Supreme Court later overturned his criminal conviction eight to nothing.
00:50:39.740 It would have been nine to nothing.
00:50:40.660 But Justice Scalia passed away.
00:50:42.060 It is very hard to get over a criminal conviction overturned by the Supreme Court.
00:50:47.060 It's nearly impossible for that to happen unanimously.
00:50:49.960 But Jack Smith found the way.
00:50:51.660 He didn't care because the mission was accomplished to take out a Republican presidential candidate.
00:50:56.980 He got banished to The Hague, and he was some BS Hague prosecutor, judge, whatever the hell he was in The Hague.
00:51:04.980 But Merrick Garland and Joe Biden brought back this buffoon to run the same play against Donald Trump.
00:51:12.060 Right. They're trying to take him out legally because they fear they can't beat him on November 7th, 2024.
00:51:18.040 And then they have these dumb prosecutors across the country.
00:51:22.500 You have Alvin Bragg, George Soros funded Manhattan D.A.
00:51:26.960 You have you have Fannie Willis down in the hellhole of Atlanta.
00:51:30.780 You have Tish James, the New York attorney general, charging Trump for fraud, civil fraud for the non fraud of a businessman paying back sophisticated banks.
00:51:41.660 in full with interest
00:51:43.860 and that's somehow fraud. That's the problem
00:51:45.460 is they're running this law. I think the American
00:51:47.420 people are waking up to it, which is a good thing.
00:51:51.300 Hang on
00:51:51.820 for a second, Mike. If you just hang through the break, I want to ask you
00:51:53.780 about the timing of all this. They are waking up
00:51:55.720 to it. I think that this only, as you said,
00:51:57.940 empowers Trump for his second term.
00:52:00.320 Mike Davis, Cleetha Mitchell, stick
00:52:01.640 with us. We're going to leave
00:52:03.860 you in this hour
