Bannon's War Room - Episode 2956： Chaos In Fulton County; Maui Power Grid Failures

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:05.920 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.140 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.420 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.340 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:18.780 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:21.460 It's going to happen.

00:00:22.720 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.120 Mega Media.

00:00:27.040 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:32.920 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:36.660 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:42.960 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:00:52.280 My son loved this country as much as he loved his family.

00:00:57.040 I expected the government to love my son as much as I do.

00:01:01.500 To protect him, just like I protect him for the first 17 years of his life.

00:01:07.960 Unfortunately, that didn't happen.

00:01:11.820 They failed to protect not just my son, but 12 of his brothers and sisters that day.

00:01:18.600 They failed to protect countless Afghans who died that day, too.

00:01:26.140 The commander-in-chief failed on the oath he took when he entered this country's executive system to protect our country from foreign and domestic enemies.

00:01:38.620 He failed everybody.

00:01:39.900 15 August, year of our Lord, 2023.

00:01:46.140 Natalie Winters filling in for the one and only Stephen K. 0.81

00:01:49.820 Bannon.

00:01:50.220 We have a packed show.

00:01:51.620 I think we have six guests that we have to get to, as you can imagine, with the indictment.

00:01:56.460 We're obviously going to spend some time on that.

00:01:58.260 But there's so much more going on.

00:01:59.820 The clip we just played, of course, today is the two-year anniversary of Joe Biden's botched, though I think that is an understatement, withdrawal from Afghanistan.

00:02:08.160 And make no mistake, the indictment, the fourth one, to be specific, is meant to distract from that and also distract from the fact that the Oversight Committee just released their transcribed interview with the FBI whistleblower on the Bidens, released more bank records just last week.

00:02:23.900 And, of course, the special counsel that was just designated illegally, particularly to look in to Hunter Biden's financial misdeeds.

00:02:33.880 Now, I think we're going to start with John Fredericks.

00:02:35.840 We showed up Boris calling in.

00:02:37.540 We also got Mike Cernovich, Darren Beattie, Gateway Pundit authors, and Dave Walsh.

00:02:41.500 We're somehow going to put that all in here.

00:02:43.600 But in the meantime, we're going to go to John Fredericks.

00:02:45.680 John, real quick, I want to read what Brian Kemp, notorious Never Trumper, tweeted in response to Donald Trump's truth social post about the indictment.

00:02:58.200 Brian Kemp said,

00:02:59.680 The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen.

00:03:02.580 For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward under oath and prove anything in a court of law.

00:03:09.140 Our elections in Georgia are secure, accessible, and fair, and will continue to be as long as I am governor.

00:03:14.900 The future of our country is at stake in 2024, and that must be our focus.

00:03:19.640 What say you, John Fredericks?

00:03:24.360 What a cowardly response he has. 0.70

00:03:26.640 I tell you what, Governor Kemp, I got a news flash for you.

00:03:29.440 If you're so confident that your election was so fair and so honest, then why don't you do this?

00:03:35.600 Why don't you have the power?

00:03:37.000 You have the power right now.

00:03:38.560 Instead of sending cowardly tweets out, why don't you unseal the 150,000 ballots, the mail-in ballots that have been sitting in a Fulton County warehouse for three and a half years,

00:03:50.160 where we have six affidavits saying that up to 30,000 of these ballots were run through a copy machine.

00:03:56.100 They were fake.

00:03:56.800 They were fraud. 0.93

00:03:57.400 They were counterfeit.

00:03:58.300 And they were ran through the scanner at the middle of the night.

00:04:00.560 We have six people saying that.

00:04:02.020 Those ballots have been sitting there for three and a half years.

00:04:05.560 All you have to do, Governor, is man up and you order a forensic audit of those ballots.

00:04:13.320 Now, we got affidavits in there saying they're on pristine paper.

00:04:17.120 All the squiggly marks are the same.

00:04:18.920 They're not folded.

00:04:19.760 The envelopes don't match.

00:04:21.440 There's 30,000 less envelopes.

00:04:23.180 Go ahead and do the forensic audit.

00:04:24.720 If you want to claim that the election was fair, do that.

00:04:28.380 But no, you won't do that.

00:04:29.260 Instead, you allow the Fulton County commissioners to hire high-priced defense lawyers, criminal lawyers,

00:04:39.340 to defend the people that were there.

00:04:41.540 And then you get the thing dropped.

00:04:43.820 And now it's still under.

00:04:44.920 It's still open.

00:04:46.700 We're going to get to the bottom of this.

00:04:48.060 But let me ask you something.

00:04:49.880 Where is the Republican Party of Georgia on this?

00:04:55.140 Where's Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones?

00:04:57.460 Oh, he's not indicted.

00:04:58.440 He's a co-conspirator.

00:04:59.800 I didn't see a press conference from him.

00:05:02.440 Where's he?

00:05:03.400 Let me ask you another question.

00:05:05.140 Where's Speaker of the House John Burns?

00:05:07.860 Where's he?

00:05:08.680 Nobody's heard of him either.

00:05:09.760 They're all running and hiding here.

00:05:11.400 The whole bunch of these people, the whole legislator needs to come out and condemn this switchout.

00:05:18.240 When you look at the depth of this indictment and the nonsense in there,

00:05:24.380 and the number of people they named, this is aimed to do one thing.

00:05:28.340 This can't possibly hold up on appeal.

00:05:30.760 Nobody's going to prison here.

00:05:32.080 This thing is a joke.

00:05:33.420 It's done for one reason.

00:05:34.880 Just like when they ran the billboards from Washington to see that night, those days in the end of January,

00:05:43.580 where they had, I counted, 15 billboards down 95, I-95, from Richmond, where I was,

00:05:51.360 all the way down to Atlanta, one after the other, about J6, about, you know,

00:05:56.260 if you see something, if you know somebody was there, call this rat line, right? 0.92

00:06:00.240 All to intimidate.

00:06:01.480 This thing is done for one thing.

00:06:03.480 It is to silence the movement.

00:06:05.800 This is the greatest populist movement in the history of this republic,

00:06:09.620 and we're not going to be stopped.

00:06:11.180 They can't indict 80 million people.

00:06:13.840 That's what they're attempting to do.

00:06:15.400 They think, well, if we just get Trump, everybody will be silent.

00:06:18.540 Nobody will do anything.

00:06:19.420 Hey, you'll stop making phone calls.

00:06:21.140 You'll stop doing social media.

00:06:22.440 You'll stop knocking on doors.

00:06:23.960 You'll stop working.

00:06:24.960 You'll all go away.

00:06:25.500 Just go home, be nice, put your little mask on, put your diaper face on,

00:06:30.700 go close the windows, shut the blinds, don't watch TV, just go about your business.

00:06:36.680 Otherwise, you're going to end up just like them.

00:06:39.280 That's the message that got sent.

00:06:41.360 They're not going to silence us.

00:06:42.600 Not today, not tomorrow, not the next day.

00:06:44.920 I'm not going to tell you the other thing, Natalie.

00:06:46.940 Go ahead and put him in jail.

00:06:48.780 Make my day. 0.96

00:06:50.160 Go ahead and put him in jail.

00:06:51.620 Trump will win from prison.

00:06:53.600 They think what they put out today or last night, which was a complete disruption of our entire judicial system.

00:07:07.280 Weaponized to the nth degree.

00:07:09.860 They're up there.

00:07:10.760 They're laughing.

00:07:12.100 It's a disgrace.

00:07:13.400 They're laughing.

00:07:14.140 She's got her banner up.

00:07:16.100 Re-elect Fannie Willis.

00:07:17.500 I mean, this thing is a complete champ.

00:07:19.320 They think by doing this that Natalie Winters is going to go home, say, you know what?

00:07:23.740 I don't really want to get involved in this.

00:07:25.580 You know, if I just put my mask on and be a good little soldier and do what the communists say, I'm going to be fine.

00:07:31.280 That's what they think is going to happen.

00:07:33.220 They have badly misjudged this.

00:07:38.120 Not quite.

00:07:38.900 No masks in the Natalie Winters household.

00:07:41.600 John Fredericks, if people want to stay up to date with you and the show, where can they find you?

00:07:45.500 At JF Radio Show, at JF Radio Show, you can follow me on all the platforms.

00:07:53.160 Don't forget, I'm on 6 to 10 Monday to Friday.

00:07:55.380 This week, 6 to 8 a.m. on RAV, Simulcastle TV, filling in for Steve Gruber.

00:08:02.060 7 to 8 is my regular show outside the Beltway.

00:08:05.340 I'll see you all then.

00:08:07.440 Natalie, thank you for having me, and thanks for Steve Bannon and the War Room and our great staff in Denver.

00:08:14.240 Thank you.

00:08:15.500 That was quite a comprehensive thank you, and I appreciate that.

00:08:20.580 John Fredericks, thank you so much for joining us.

00:08:22.340 I think we have Boris joining us via phone.

00:08:26.740 Now, obviously, there is an interesting timeline or coincidence, some might say conspiracy,

00:08:32.560 between a lot of bad, damning Biden news coming out and Trump indictments coming out.

00:08:37.460 I would say it's almost as closely linked as when, you know, the foreign wire transfers hit the Biden bank account

00:08:43.260 and then the policy changes happen.

00:08:44.860 But that aside, Boris, if you could just walk us through.

00:08:48.940 I opened the show talking about the three events that led up to this indictment.

00:08:53.720 You had the Oversight Committee releasing the transcribed interview with the FBI whistleblower.

00:08:57.880 You had them releasing even more bank records showing over $20 million in foreign funds,

00:09:02.900 directly funding the Biden crime family and, of course, the special counsel being illegally designated.

00:09:09.620 If you want to give us a rundown on the—I would call it a coincidence,

00:09:14.520 and I know there's a sign behind me that says there are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences.

00:09:19.500 But I feel like in this case I'm okay to use the word conspiracy.

00:09:22.880 But, Boris, your thoughts on the time frame of all this?

00:09:25.240 Well, Natalie, obviously, there's no coincidences and no conspiracies, but sometimes things come awful close.

00:09:35.140 Here's the deal.

00:09:35.860 It is absolutely clear that crooked Joe Biden and his regime are petrified of President Donald J. Trump.

00:09:44.520 It is absolutely clear that the Democrats know that President Trump is dominating the primary race and winning the primary race.

00:09:53.800 And you see the polling today, he's up by 40 in New Hampshire.

00:09:57.460 Now, Rob DeSanctimonious is in third behind the slob, Chris Christie.

00:10:02.320 You see what's happening nationally.

00:10:04.520 President Trump's up by 50, 60 points.

00:10:07.140 And then it's clear that in the national polls and state-by-state polls, he's absolutely crushing crooked Joe Biden.

00:10:14.700 And then if you look at the Biden crime family problems, they're never ending.

00:10:19.420 So what do they do?

00:10:20.080 They continue to throw these weak hoaxes at President Trump.

00:10:24.180 But what is the result?

00:10:25.820 That the American people are coalescing further and further around the president, and they're rejecting this lawfare.

00:10:32.240 They're rejecting this targeting and weaponization of law enforcement.

00:10:36.280 And they will continue to do so.

00:10:38.200 And President Trump is going to march right back to the White House and be back as our president on Jan 20, 2025.

00:10:44.080 I'm sure you remember when the Atlantic magazine pushed the concept of amnesty for our ruling class, for all the crimes they committed during the pandemic, all the improper judgments and miscalculations that they made.

00:11:00.020 Meanwhile, we see it's impeachment after indictment, after indictment, after indictment, after indictment.

00:11:05.640 That is, we are a number four for Donald Trump.

00:11:08.100 It's such a double standard, a two-tier system of justice.

00:11:11.600 But I'm just curious, Boris, you obviously work very closely with the president.

00:11:15.760 And of course, you're a good friend of the war room posse, the MAGA base.

00:11:20.780 You know, when people see him continuing to get indicted, isn't it sort of confirming the fact that he is the greatest enemy of the administrative state?

00:11:31.060 I think at indictment number four, it's safe to say that's not just confirmation bias, but it's pretty clear.

00:11:37.100 Does this really make Donald Trump double down in his resolve to take down the administrative state?

00:11:43.380 Well, you see President Trump speaking loudly, speaking truth to power on his truth account in his videos.

00:11:50.880 He posted a video a few minutes ago, and he says very clearly that we have a compromised president who was bribed and is being blackmailed and calls crooked Joe Biden a Manchurian.

00:12:01.140 That is why they're coming after President Trump so hard, because he is speaking the truth.

00:12:06.820 He's yelling it from the rooftops, and he's got the largest megaphone of any political figure or social figure or any figure in American history.

00:12:17.220 President Trump is the dominant force right now in this country, and he's the dominant force because he's the one the American people want back in office.

00:12:25.360 He's the broad shoulders we need to get our country back, to rebuild our borders, to rebuild our economy, to get rid of inflation, to rebuild our energy independence, and to truly save our country.

00:12:36.820 There is a World War III brewing in Ukraine.

00:12:39.980 Why?

00:12:40.580 Because crooked Joe Biden keeps sending billions and billions and billions of dollars over there.

00:12:44.680 What are we doing about Maui?

00:12:46.120 What are we doing about Washington, D.C.?

00:12:48.000 What are we doing about Camden?

00:12:49.520 What are we doing about Newark and New Jersey?

00:12:51.240 What are we doing about Chicago?

00:12:53.020 Nothing.

00:12:53.420 We're letting our country go to waste, and President Trump is the only one who can save it.

00:12:59.600 Boris, thank you so much for joining us.

00:13:01.460 I know you've got to run.

00:13:02.380 You're a busy man.

00:13:03.560 Where can people find you and stay up to date with everything you're working on?

00:13:07.020 Natalie, I appreciate it, and you're doing a great job.

00:13:09.460 It's an honor to be with you.

00:13:10.480 Honor to be with the posse.

00:13:12.500 My information, BorisCP.com.

00:13:14.480 It's the website hot on BorisCP.com.

00:13:16.520 Hot on Getter at BorisCP.

00:13:17.760 Twitter at BorisCP.

00:13:18.620 True social at Boris.

00:13:19.680 Hot on the grab Boris on the square website.

00:13:21.460 Stay strong.

00:13:22.180 God bless.

00:13:22.780 And I'll talk to you soon.

00:13:25.820 Thank you, Boris, for joining us.

00:13:28.880 Now, we were supposed to have Darren Beatty up.

00:13:30.940 I don't think we have him, but that's okay.

00:13:32.520 Luckily, we've been publishing a lot of great content on WarRoom.org, one of the latest stories I put up, exclusive.

00:13:39.640 Biden cuts funding for Child Exploitation Task Force.

00:13:43.660 Now, when we talk about all the reasons why the administrative state, the ruling class here in America, wants to come after Donald Trump,

00:13:49.860 of course, immigration, the way he tackles the Chinese Communist Party, is important.

00:13:54.220 But I think you guys know from the fact that he held the Sound of Freedom screening at Bedminster,

00:13:58.660 the human trafficking, child trafficking issue is one of the other issues that they really despise him for daring to speak about in this story.

00:14:05.680 You guys should go read it, like I said, at WarRoom.org shows how within the first fiscal year of Joe Biden's regime,

00:14:12.940 and I use that word intentionally, he cut funding by millions of dollars to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force,

00:14:19.460 which really is the foremost law enforcement group kind of network of agencies and officials tasked with combating child sexual exploitation,

00:14:28.960 child pornography, all that evil, horrific stuff online.

00:14:33.760 Apparently, Joe Biden doesn't think that's a threat, and apparently Maui households only get $700 each.

00:14:38.720 Meanwhile, if you divide it, Ukraine works out to about $900 per U.S. household for all the money that we've sent overseas to Ukraine.

00:14:47.720 But that's precisely why they don't want Donald Trump back in the Oval Office,

00:14:52.060 because he does something that's been forbidden in this country for a very long time.

00:14:56.620 He puts America first. And with that, we'll be right back.

00:14:59.460 We are days away from the Durban Accords, the greatest threat to the United States dollar's global dominance in the past 80 years.

00:15:07.380 On August 22nd, BRICS nations, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa are expected to announce the launch of a new international super currency,

00:15:17.960 fully backed by gold or other commodities.

00:15:21.580 This is part of their long-term plan to supplant the United States and the dollar as the cornerstones of the global financial system.

00:15:28.840 How can you protect your IRA or 401k from the fallout from this landmark announcement?

00:15:33.240 Diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.

00:15:36.980 Historically, gold has been a safe haven in times of high uncertainty, which is right now.

00:15:55.380 This is a monumental shift happening among nations that control one-third of the world's GDP.

00:16:03.120 And it kicks off on August 22nd.

00:16:13.660 And claim your free information kit from Birch Gold.

00:16:17.360 Welcome back to The War Room.

00:16:24.360 It's still Natalie Winters hosting.

00:16:26.380 And you know it's a Natalie Winters show when you have Darren Beattie and Mike Cernovich coming on in the same block.

00:16:33.500 I think we'll start with Darren.

00:16:34.520 I think we should have you up.

00:16:36.480 I, of course, want to get your thoughts on the indictment.

00:16:39.100 But particularly through the lens, I know you've covered the concepts of color revolution,

00:16:43.360 of course, here in the United States and abroad, but tracking it all the way back to people like Norm Eisen,

00:16:48.980 these, you know, central figures.

00:16:50.680 So I love your thoughts on the indictment, but sort of walk us through, in your opinion,

00:16:56.000 historically, starting from, you know, the day Trump descended down the elevator

00:17:00.420 and the Republican establishment weaponized against him, how we got to this snowball,

00:17:05.500 that's too euphemistic a term, but the snowball effect to now we are at the fourth indicted President Donald J. Trump.

00:17:13.360 Indeed.

00:17:14.220 Well, it's no secret at this point that ever since Trump stepped on the political stage,

00:17:20.500 the regime understood in its broadest sense the regime of the globalist American empire

00:17:26.300 has been in continuous and relentless war against him.

00:17:31.920 And to see parallels elsewhere geopolitically, one need only look to the case of Imran Khan,

00:17:40.220 about whom we've spoken, beloved populist leader in Pakistan, jailed and prevented from running again for office

00:17:48.240 when he would clearly win.

00:17:50.260 Bolsonaro prohibited by law in Brazil to run again for office.

00:17:56.240 There's a case in Germany.

00:17:58.420 Now they're trying to outlaw one of the rising and popular right-wing parties.

00:18:02.900 This is the effectual truth of what the regime calls democracy.

00:18:09.020 When they say something threatens democratic norms, that means that there's a chance somewhere

00:18:14.660 that the people will actually get the person that they want into office.

00:18:18.860 And that needs to be stopped by all means, including the most malicious and subversive

00:18:24.920 lawfare methods that have now been deployed in the U.S.

00:18:29.000 And I think this is a major and very, very lamentable step in our politics,

00:18:36.220 the complete weaponization and politicization of the Justice Department.

00:18:42.840 And so we've gone through all of the institutions.

00:18:45.720 The censorship issue showed that the national security apparatus has been fully weaponized,

00:18:51.740 but now we have the Department of Justice weaponized against Trump.

00:18:55.620 And effectively, when you look at the spirit and thrust of the latest two indictments,

00:19:00.780 the Fulton County indictment and the Smith indictment at the federal level,

00:19:05.420 what they're doing basically is making Trump's, quote-unquote, election denial illegal.

00:19:12.640 They're criminalizing any legitimate questions posed about the election process.

00:19:17.560 And in so doing, preemptively covering their tracks for this very mode of election interference

00:19:26.280 in which they're engaging right now.

00:19:28.500 They're covering their tracks because if they successfully take Trump off the chessboard,

00:19:33.020 which they want to do, they'll have done so in a way that set a precedent that anyone

00:19:37.300 who questions their machinations leading up to the 2024 election could then be criminally indicted

00:19:44.940 themselves.

00:19:46.140 And I think it's one of the great ironies on top of the kind of subliteracy of the Fulton 0.95

00:19:52.420 County DA in this case is that she made a name for herself prosecuting a cheating scandal 0.96

00:19:59.860 in Atlanta schools.

00:20:01.920 How ironic that her latest indictment is part of a much broader and more significant cheating

00:20:09.720 scandal on behalf of the Democrat Party to cheat and remove Trump from this position as presumptive

00:20:18.540 nominee and, I would say, as presumptive president in 2024.

00:20:25.880 The real conspiracy, I think, to overturn election results wasn't executed by Donald J. Trump.

00:20:32.420 It was carried out by the exact actors that you just outlined.

00:20:36.180 And I'd say in the short term, it was the COVID-19 pandemic that really allowed them 0.83

00:20:40.880 to rig the 2020 election.

00:20:43.900 Darren, I wish I could keep you longer, but I do have to let you go.

00:20:46.300 So if people want to head over to Revolver, where can they go to get that?

00:20:49.300 And where can they find you on on all the social media platforms?

00:20:53.120 As you know, we get into the particulars of these indictments for the latest and in-depth,

00:20:57.920 really in-depth analysis of the Georgia indictment.

00:21:01.080 And you have to go to revolver.news.

00:21:03.280 We show the little trick that the DA used in order to turn Trump's mean tweets into allegedly

00:21:09.980 illegal tweets.

00:21:11.780 Very dangerous, very tricky.

00:21:15.320 Read about it at revolver.news, as well as other breaking news on the indictments.

00:21:20.840 You guys are always lifting the hood on the administrative state, letting us see the underbelly of the

00:21:29.580 people who hate us so much.

00:21:30.820 Thank you so much for joining us, Darren.

00:21:32.960 Thank you, Natalie.

00:21:36.220 And I think we should have Mike Cernovich up.

00:21:38.760 I think I see him in my viewfinder.

00:21:40.160 This is exciting for me.

00:21:42.200 Good friend and good big fan of Mike and all of his work.

00:21:46.020 And, you know, whenever Steve sends me a tweet from someone, it's not it's not that often.

00:21:51.200 But he sent me a bunch of Mike's work today.

00:21:53.820 I'll read one of them.

00:21:54.880 But I wanted to have you on to just walk us through this, because I think you encapsulate

00:21:58.600 what everyone is feeling today.

00:22:01.520 That is the regime is no longer concerned with legitimacy.

00:22:05.340 Raw power is all they need.

00:22:06.800 They have it.

00:22:07.460 They'll use it.

00:22:08.220 It didn't have to be this way.

00:22:09.600 In 2016, he won and didn't use power.

00:22:13.040 Evildoers had no need to fear retribution. 0.99

00:22:16.260 The strong do as they will.

00:22:18.240 The weak suffer what they must.

00:22:21.640 Mike, if you want to walk us through what in the heck you're talking about.

00:22:26.160 Right.

00:22:26.840 I think the most important pivotal year in modern American history is 2017, because 2017

00:22:34.060 was the year that everything changed and that all the cars were shown and that the people

00:22:40.860 who are loyal to Trump were purged systematically from the administration.

00:22:45.960 So let's take a quick step back.

00:22:47.700 Probably here's why Steve sent you that.

00:22:49.760 He doesn't bear grudges.

00:22:50.920 Unlike me, I'm petty.

00:22:52.920 I'm bitter.

00:22:54.080 I quote unquote turned on Trump in 2017 to 2018 because I thought, wow, we won and we're

00:23:00.980 getting rolled when we control everything.

00:23:04.140 What is going on?

00:23:05.200 There was a website called gradient.gov where people who are loyal to Trump could apply to

00:23:10.400 get jobs.

00:23:11.280 Nobody was hired from that website.

00:23:13.340 Mike Pence threw a temper tantrum about General Flynn based on that phone call.

00:23:18.240 That was, of course, renowned to lie about General Mike Flynn, gone from the Trump administration.

00:23:24.640 National Security Council completely taken over by the deep state regime.

00:23:30.200 One after another, Trump supporters got marched out.

00:23:32.580 They would get a bad article and including a previous guest, you'd get a bad article on

00:23:38.380 them in CNN, walked out.

00:23:40.420 Johnny DeStefano hired people who didn't like Trump.

00:23:43.960 Johnny McAbee walked out.

00:23:45.940 Why?

00:23:46.500 Nobody knows.

00:23:47.580 So one after another, they were walked out.

00:23:50.140 And two weeks after Trump won the election, 2016, of course, he said, oh, no, we have no

00:23:54.980 interest in indicting Hillary Clinton.

00:23:57.600 Let's let bygones be bygones.

00:23:59.200 So if you were making the case for Trump based on the lies that were told by the regime, you

00:24:06.760 would say Trump was the most norm-respecting president in U.S. history.

00:24:12.220 Tweet that out.

00:24:13.140 Trump was the most norm-respecting president in U.S. history.

00:24:17.580 He didn't waive executive privilege on a bunch of the Obama era memos.

00:24:20.780 He respected that process.

00:24:22.540 Andrew Klossner and others have talked about that and what a mistake that was.

00:24:26.120 Under the logic, according to the GOP interlopers, who, by the way, didn't win in 2016, but

00:24:32.160 they showed up after we won, right?

00:24:35.000 You know, there's a good quote, the strong do what they will, the weak suffer what they

00:24:38.440 must, which is why Trump is suffering.

00:24:40.100 He didn't show that he was strong.

00:24:41.860 He was showing that he was weak.

00:24:43.620 Another quote is people who lead the revolutions rarely or people who begin the revolutions

00:24:47.640 rarely end them.

00:24:49.120 So the people who got Trump in, the people who went on that plane in 2016, the people

00:24:53.980 who got Trump elected were pushed aside for the GOP establishment in 2017.

00:24:59.960 All these GOP conservatives came in and said, oh, no, we can't go after Clinton.

00:25:05.080 Oh, no, we can't waive Obama era executive privileges.

00:25:08.140 Oh, no, we can't declassify this information.

00:25:10.200 Because then when you're out of office, President Trump, they're going to do that to you.

00:25:14.100 This is what he was told.

00:25:15.580 Bannon can confirm it next time he's out.

00:25:16.900 And he can watch this clip because I know whenever I come in the war room, people complain.

00:25:20.720 I read Telegram messages and I love it.

00:25:23.120 I absorb it.

00:25:23.980 I love the hate that I get in the Telegram war room channel whenever I go on.

00:25:28.760 They get so mad and I go, OK, show the lie.

00:25:31.920 Next time Bannon's on, show the lie.

00:25:33.980 What did I lie about?

00:25:34.900 What did I get wrong?

00:25:35.580 What was factually incorrect?

00:25:37.260 Everything's factually correct.

00:25:38.800 So we win and then they go, OK, thanks for the help.

00:25:43.140 We're going to put Rince in here.

00:25:44.480 We're going to run this like a, you know, cuck administration.

00:25:48.500 We're not going to hand over the Obama era memos because we're not going to waive executive

00:25:52.460 privilege.

00:25:53.360 But then, of course, in all these court cases, Biden has waived executive privilege as to

00:25:57.740 Trump.

00:25:58.460 Everything that's happening today began in 2017.

00:26:03.220 So just like if you watch an old movie about World War One, right?

00:26:07.600 I think the last one was 1917 or 1918, right?

00:26:11.420 It's just a year.

00:26:12.900 If you want to make a great book or a great movie about the era we're living in, it's

00:26:19.380 just 2017.

00:26:20.140 Mike, unfortunately, we're coming up against a break.

00:26:27.060 You know, I always appreciate you coming on.

00:26:29.160 It's good to have these discussions.

00:26:30.940 I know there are some differences between you, myself and, of course, the true host of

00:26:35.480 the show, Steve.

00:26:36.520 But an important point to raise nonetheless, Mike, if people want to follow you, whether

00:26:41.640 to give you love or hate, where can they find you?

00:26:44.160 Um, Twitter, you know, for X, we're all X now, for as long as that lasts, Elon Musk carrying

00:26:53.180 the banner of freedom.

00:26:57.780 We'll have you back on to talk all things Elon Musk.

00:27:00.460 Mike, thank you so much for joining us.

00:27:02.120 Have a good one.

00:27:03.280 Always a pleasure.

00:27:05.940 Thank you.

00:27:07.340 And War Room Posse, don't go anywhere.

00:27:09.500 We still got some Gateway Pundit journalists coming up.

00:27:13.160 Dave Walsh and I think someone else.

00:27:16.120 Like I said, we've got a lot of guests coming on today.

00:27:18.060 But in the meantime, we can go to warrooms.org.

00:27:19.900 We've got a new story.

00:27:21.700 Believe it or not, the D.C. judge tasked with overseeing one of Donald Trump's four

00:27:26.460 indictments.

00:27:27.240 Remember, she's like the tough inquisitor for all the January 6th defendants.

00:27:31.540 Well, do you know who she actually gave a, quote, light sentence to, as reported by the

00:27:37.220 mainstream media?

00:27:38.080 Someone who was convicted of spying on the United States on behalf of the Chinese Communist

00:27:43.760 Party, particularly trying to get highly classified and highly sensitive military documents.

00:27:50.400 So that's the country we live in.

00:27:51.880 The judge overseeing one of the four indictments of Donald J. Trump.

00:27:55.480 She'll give you a pass if you're a Chinese Communist Party spy.

00:27:59.060 But if you're exercising your right to protest, especially against fraudulent election results,

00:28:05.540 you get the full maximum sentence longer than even Biden DOJ's recommends.

00:28:11.460 We'll be right back after this short break.

00:28:13.720 When's the last time you checked the legal title to your home?

00:28:17.760 Why?

00:28:18.800 Because most victims of home title theft don't know they're a victim until it's too late.

00:28:25.340 Like this homeowner.

00:28:26.460 Check this out.

00:28:27.640 She was getting ready for a home remodel when everything got shut down.

00:28:31.600 She discovered her property wasn't in her name anymore.

00:28:34.700 She was a victim of a devastating crime called home title theft.

00:28:38.500 A criminal had forged the deed to her home and took over as the new owner.

00:28:44.160 Now she's fighting back to get her home back. 0.99

00:28:47.880 This is why I say if you own a home or a property, get home title lock.

00:28:53.660 Your home property and equity are the most valuable assets you have.

00:28:57.620 By the way, there's reported 80 to 90 percent of your net worth of average American's net worth

00:29:02.180 is in their home.

00:29:04.980 And home title lock helps you protect them.

00:29:07.500 Home title lock puts a 24-7 shield around your home's title.

00:29:12.340 Let me repeat.

00:29:13.460 A 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, 365-day shield around your home's title.

00:29:21.120 The instant they detect activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.

00:29:26.640 First things first.

00:29:28.120 You need to verify you aren't already a victim of home title theft.

00:29:57.580 Take action.

00:29:59.140 Stephen K.

00:30:00.040 Back.

00:30:07.720 Welcome back to the War Room.

00:30:09.960 I don't know about you guys.

00:30:11.040 I stayed up late last night looking at all the tweet firestorm coming out about the fourth

00:30:16.200 Trump indictment.

00:30:17.840 And it was it was so nice to see some strongly worded tweets from Kevin McCarthy about how

00:30:23.180 he won't stand for lawfare in America.

00:30:26.400 I'll throw Jim Jordan and frankly, the entire useless Republican majority in that basket, too,

00:30:33.580 because while the tweets are great, you use some great diction, some great syntax, some

00:30:38.300 really strongly worded tweets and responses.

00:30:42.900 Where's the action?

00:30:43.940 I was about to slip and say a bad word, but I caught myself.

00:30:47.860 Seriously, it's it's absolutely disgusting to see the lack of action, action, action, as

00:30:53.880 Steve would say, coming from people who are supposed to be Trump's allies in Congress.

00:30:59.220 I'm glad you got the flashy tweet out.

00:31:01.420 Where the heck is the action?

00:31:02.600 And there's a great piece actually up in the Federalist right now titled, How Should Republicans

00:31:07.740 Respond to Fulton County?

00:31:10.300 Indict the left.

00:31:12.120 By, of course, Charlie Kirk, the one and only Charlie Kirk.

00:31:15.420 It's a great piece.

00:31:16.340 Like I said, it's on the Federalist.

00:31:17.620 Go and read it after War Room.

00:31:19.240 Still got a lot of content to get to, such as some more breaking news from the Gateway

00:31:26.260 Pundit.

00:31:26.760 You guys have been on a roll lately, although I'm sure the administrative state is not too

00:31:32.560 happy with what you guys have been doing specifically in Michigan, in Muskegon.

00:31:38.220 I think I'm pronouncing that right.

00:31:39.660 We got Benjamin Wetmore and Jim Hoft.

00:31:43.700 You guys have been working on this story together.

00:31:46.440 Now, Benjamin, I want to start with you because from what I understand, you actually visited

00:31:50.320 the city clerk's office.

00:31:52.940 So briefly walk us through for people who are just hearing about this story now, why it

00:31:58.240 is so groundbreaking that you indeed went to the city clerk's office, what you found in

00:32:03.000 terms of the cover-up, but more precisely, what exactly they're trying to cover up.

00:32:09.480 Well, of course, we've been told for three years that it was the safest and most secure

00:32:13.080 election in all of history.

00:32:14.640 And we've been told that every voter fraud investigation was not necessary and that, of course, all the

00:32:22.020 ballots are safe.

00:32:23.520 Well, we got a hold of a police report from Muskegon that showed that 8,000 to 12,000 voter

00:32:29.740 registration applications were submitted in one day for the city of Muskegon, which is a

00:32:35.680 pretty small town.

00:32:36.420 It's only about 36,000 people, and it would have increased their voter rolls by about 50%

00:32:43.400 if they had approved those.

00:32:45.940 And the police in Muskegon did an honest job.

00:32:48.980 They did an investigation, and they found a vendor for the Biden campaign who was going

00:32:55.860 around filling out these fraudulent applications.

00:33:00.400 They seized these 8,000 to 12,000 in just Muskegon.

00:33:04.160 But we know of many other cities in Michigan that they were active in, and it's contained

00:33:08.980 in a law enforcement report with a lot of details, even with the redactions, a lot of

00:33:13.320 details that previously people did not have.

00:33:17.880 And so it further validates all the reporting that a lot of groups have done, especially the

00:33:23.160 Gateway Pundit and Jim, for the last three years showing what really happened in 2020 and

00:33:28.660 showing that there was a coup and that these elections were not safe and secure and that

00:33:33.940 they were not legitimate, and that there were organized interests making sure that they

00:33:39.080 could cheat the vote.

00:33:42.820 There's certainly an important distinction between ballots and votes, and I think the

00:33:48.200 Democrats like to play with ballots, whereas Republicans care about votes.

00:33:54.020 But, Jim, I have a question for you before we get into what you found from the article

00:34:00.020 I read.

00:34:00.600 The cover-up goes all the way to the FBI.

00:34:03.620 But you said in the city of Muskegon, which is small, you know, I think the population of

00:34:08.880 members around 38,000.

00:34:10.440 I could be wrong on that, but you said there are about 8,000 to 12,000 weird, fake, fraudulent

00:34:15.760 registrations just dumped, you know, in one day.

00:34:18.780 That's like 25% of the town.

00:34:22.000 And I know you said you thought that this was going on in other cities within Michigan,

00:34:26.240 but, Jim, in your—and maybe you don't know, maybe this is where the story is going

00:34:32.000 towards, but how big do you think this is?

00:34:36.180 In other words, do you think other states were involved?

00:34:39.520 Because for Michigan to be the one that you guys are voting, that's obviously an important

00:34:42.840 swing state, right?

00:34:43.920 No conspiracies, no coincidences.

00:34:46.600 But if Michigan's being affected, I would be at a loss if it weren't affecting other

00:34:51.420 states, too.

00:34:52.420 Based on the evidence that you have available, what are your thoughts on the scope of this

00:34:56.400 scam?

00:34:58.580 Hi, Natalie.

00:34:59.820 Yeah, I think this is much larger than we have any idea right now.

00:35:06.160 Now, the organizer, director of this organization, GBI Strategies, that's who this woman was working 0.75

00:35:13.760 for.

00:35:14.580 They had a couple offices around the Muskegon area.

00:35:18.080 They also had offices in Flint, in Detroit, in Ypsilanti, and another community in Michigan.

00:35:25.220 They had, you know, their offices set up there.

00:35:28.080 They weren't just dropping off these registrations in the local offices, too.

00:35:32.640 They were sending them out in packages.

00:35:36.020 So, you know, ideally, we would love to have our hands on a lot of this information, including

00:35:41.100 the photos of the semi-automatic guns that they found inside the one office with silencers.

00:35:51.020 They have pictures of that.

00:35:53.440 We don't have our hands on those photos right now, but we would love to have our hands on those

00:35:58.080 photos.

00:35:58.380 Of course, Ben found out yesterday, and we're really thrilled to have Ben on our team.

00:36:04.620 He's been very active in Michigan politics for a long time, very well respected.

00:36:10.800 But what Ben found out yesterday when he went to Muskegon was that these people are saying,

00:36:16.860 we can't really talk.

00:36:17.760 We're told not to talk right now.

00:36:19.040 And who's giving that order?

00:36:20.440 Natalie, it appears it's the FBI who's telling the local officials there and others that they

00:36:26.640 should not be speaking to the public.

00:36:28.720 Now, this investigation was started three years ago.

00:36:32.260 And then on Friday, and Ben, I'm sure, has a lot to say about Dana Nessel, the attorney

00:36:38.380 general there.

00:36:39.300 But she came out and she said, well, she's going to refer this to the FBI now.

00:36:42.200 Well, she did that three years ago. 1.00

00:36:44.100 So we know what that means.

00:36:45.660 They're going to just bury it for a couple more years.

00:36:47.960 That's their strategy.

00:36:49.780 And we're hoping that we'll be able to expose this before another three years passes by.

00:36:59.240 So, Ben, I'd love to get the sort of boots on the ground perspective of what happened

00:37:03.800 when you went to the city clerk's office.

00:37:05.860 I'm reading the quote now.

00:37:07.740 She told you, I can't talk.

00:37:09.640 I've been instructed not to talk about this.

00:37:13.580 What exactly is she referring to?

00:37:15.280 And like I said, if you want to walk us through all the people that you've sort of liaised

00:37:18.540 with for this story and the fact that you think the cover up goes all the way up to

00:37:24.660 the FBI.

00:37:28.960 It goes up to the FBI and even the clerk even let us know that it was it was the FBI that

00:37:34.920 was really stopping all of this.

00:37:37.120 You know, we we camped out in front of her office and told her we would be willing to

00:37:41.800 meet whenever she wanted to.

00:37:42.960 She said she had a meeting and then she she ran out and we talked with her in the hall

00:37:47.880 and she she kept repeating that she couldn't talk.

00:37:51.240 But she let us know that, you know, the reason she couldn't talk was because she didn't have

00:37:56.720 any any of the ballots anymore and that she's been instructed not to talk by what she called

00:38:01.400 higher law enforcement authorities.

00:38:03.540 And she wouldn't verbalize who that was.

00:38:08.140 But we asked, you know, is it the city of Muskegon police?

00:38:10.460 She said no.

00:38:11.260 And we asked if it was the Michigan State Police.

00:38:13.340 And she got kind of quiet.

00:38:14.640 We said, well, is it the FBI?

00:38:15.720 And she she let us know that it was.

00:38:18.940 And we went down to the police department and the police, you know, and again, they did

00:38:23.940 the clerk and the police here did the right thing.

00:38:27.600 You know, they saw these these fraudulent ballots, these ballot applications.

00:38:31.440 They reported it.

00:38:32.800 You know, you know, they deserve a lot of credit for doing the right thing here.

00:38:36.500 I think there are a lot of other clerks who did not do the right thing in Michigan.

00:38:39.100 And the police investigated this.

00:38:42.460 And when when they came out to speak with us, they made no bones about it, that it was

00:38:47.620 the FBI that was stonewalling all of this and stopping any investigation.

00:38:51.900 And they even confided in us that, you know, they can't get answers either.

00:38:56.700 You know, they they want to move this investigation forward.

00:38:59.440 And I think they have more than enough to indict or prosecute these people.

00:39:04.020 But they're being stopped by, you know, higher law enforcement officials.

00:39:09.100 And, you know, and it's been it's been this way for three years.

00:39:13.120 The statute of limitations on this is five years.

00:39:15.920 So I think they're just waiting.

00:39:17.980 They're waiting it out.

00:39:19.140 And, you know, we'll we'll we'll see the end of this in two years and it won't matter.

00:39:25.240 No, there won't be any prosecutions.

00:39:29.160 And Jim, real quick, before I got to let both of you guys go, I mean, it shouldn't be lost

00:39:33.860 on anyone that a few days after you guys broke this story.

00:39:37.220 Donald Trump is indicted yet again for daring to challenge constitutionally election results

00:39:43.380 and question the fraud.

00:39:44.340 But it seems like your story sort of proves rather well that we don't know the answer.

00:39:51.840 We know there certainly was fraud, but there are a lot of unanswered questions because the

00:39:56.060 administrative state won't let us ask them.

00:39:58.540 Right.

00:39:58.740 They're closing off stonewalling these investigations.

00:40:01.360 So, Jim, when you see really, I think the attempts to criminalize election denialism or

00:40:08.180 really just the act of trying to get to the bottom of our elections, which is something

00:40:13.720 that you would think the side that screams about democracy night after night would care

00:40:18.140 about when you see the way that they come after Donald Trump.

00:40:21.140 Like I said, we've got a few minutes when you see the way that they come after Donald

00:40:24.920 J. Trump, two part question.

00:40:26.940 One, does it make you, I think I know the answer to this question, but does it shorten

00:40:31.920 or hamper your resolve to get to the bottom of this in any way, shape or form?

00:40:36.340 And more, I think, to the interest of the War Room audience, where are you heading with

00:40:40.880 this story, either within Michigan or to other states?

00:40:44.740 Yeah, you know, we won't be deterred, Natalie, as you with your excellent reporting on China.

00:40:54.180 We'll continue to go with where the facts lead us.

00:40:58.040 And, you know, it was gateway pundit that we were the ones who in the state farm center,

00:41:04.540 we were the ones who identified the individuals who were late night, snuck back in the center,

00:41:11.120 pulled out these mysterious suitcases, started counting ballots again, and started shoving

00:41:17.780 them through the machines three times a piece.

00:41:20.560 So we'll continue to, and this was mentioned, of course, last night in this phony indictment,

00:41:26.700 but we're going to continue to push ahead.

00:41:30.200 We do have some stories that are coming out, Natalie, I can tell you.

00:41:33.140 Some people are speaking to us, and we also have more connections to the Democrat Party.

00:41:37.580 So, surprise, surprise, this GBI Strategies has been funded significantly by Democrats,

00:41:46.300 Democrat Senatorial Campaign, and Joe Biden indirectly into this organization that's working

00:41:52.740 in at least 20 different states now.

00:41:57.280 You know, I never managed to connect the dots, but remember the weird, like, drag queen nuclear 1.00

00:42:02.900 energy appointee in Joe Biden's regime who got arrested and then arrested again for, like,

00:42:09.880 trying to evade his arrest for stealing the suitcase in Washington, D.C.

00:42:14.560 Maybe he was stealing the suitcase because he thought there were ballots in there for Joe Biden.

00:42:19.780 He wasn't just stealing the traditional African garb.

00:42:23.480 I think that was what he actually ended up stealing.

00:42:25.680 But, Benjamin, I'll start with you.

00:42:27.680 If people want to follow you and stay up to date with this story and so much more, where

00:42:32.860 can they find you?

00:42:34.720 They should go to the Gateway Pundit.

00:42:36.980 We are always putting out all of our stories just as quick as we can get them done.

00:42:42.440 You know, Jim has made the Gateway Pundit into a leader not only on this issue on border

00:42:47.840 fraud, you know, fearlessly publishing everything that we find, but he's done it on so many other

00:42:53.220 issues that all of our best stuff is there, and we try to get it up as soon as we can get

00:42:58.380 it ready to publish.

00:43:02.160 Awesome.

00:43:02.680 Thank you so much.

00:43:03.660 The elite of the elite.

00:43:05.640 And, Jim, if people want to follow you, where can they find you?

00:43:08.600 Thanks, Natalie.

00:43:09.880 That's the Gateway Pundit.com.

00:43:11.420 And, of course, we're on all of the social media platforms, including Twitter, Getter,

00:43:18.100 Truth, Telegram.

00:43:19.520 So you can find us in all these places.

00:43:23.140 Thank you.

00:43:25.960 Thank you both, not just for joining me, but for breaking that really monumental story.

00:43:32.020 And speaking of monumental stories, Donald Trump has just dropped a video announcing that

00:43:37.560 he is going to make a special counsel for the Biden family, not an illegal rigged one like

00:43:43.680 the Biden regime did, so I don't know about you, but 2024, it sounds like it's going to

00:43:49.380 be, I guess, 2025 is going to be pretty busy for all the Biden family members profiting off

00:43:55.340 of all these foreign countries.

00:43:56.700 We'll be right back.

00:43:58.300 A lot of people complain about the state of our country or the way woke corporations treat

00:44:02.500 us and their employees, but it's not enough to complain.

00:44:06.120 We need to change the way the marketplace works, and that starts with you and where you actually

00:44:11.920 spend your money.

00:45:20.520 Your host, Stephen K.

00:45:22.820 Band.

00:45:28.360 Are you prepared to declare a national emergency with respect to climate change?

00:45:32.580 I've already done that.

00:45:33.700 But he hasn't.

00:45:34.840 We've already declared that national emergency.

00:45:36.660 Practically speaking, yes.

00:45:38.040 But literally speaking, no.

00:45:39.880 And climate activists are saying that Biden needs to declare a national climate emergency

00:45:43.540 under specific policies like the Stafford Act and the National Emergencies Act so that

00:45:47.580 he can use those emergency powers along with his normal executive abilities to make some

00:45:51.900 huge changes.

00:45:53.300 Those powers combined would allow Biden to completely phase out all fossil fuel production from public

00:45:57.500 lands, halt new fossil fuel infrastructure, and use disaster relief funding to roll out

00:46:01.900 a transition to renewable energy.

00:46:03.400 Plus, it would signal a huge shift in how the U.S. is tackling the climate crisis and set

00:46:07.760 a tone of seriousness that Biden himself says it should be at.

00:46:10.200 This is the existential threat to humanity.

00:46:14.860 Remember when we told you they were going to use climate change as the new emergency

00:46:19.000 to institute those pesky climate lockdowns so they could tell you, you can't use this

00:46:24.080 type of fuel.

00:46:24.820 You have to eat this and stay inside your home and don't turn on the power or else the

00:46:29.600 world is literally going to melt.

00:46:30.880 Well, it seems like Joe Biden is set probably next week to actually declare a national climate

00:46:37.720 emergency that would give him the powers to institute a lot of the things that maybe I

00:46:42.060 was being a little hyperbolic, but frankly, I don't even know if that's the case.

00:46:46.900 Joining me to discuss this is someone who always brings the evidence to footnote and back up

00:46:52.080 all the crazy things I say.

00:46:54.060 Of course, it is a good friend of the show and a good friend who's a wonderful wife,

00:46:57.380 Terry, Dave Walsh.

00:46:59.920 Dave, now we have a chart, I think, somewhere.

00:47:03.240 I think the studio has it.

00:47:04.560 If you could walk us through not only why the prospect of a climate emergency is so ridiculous,

00:47:10.820 but also the sort of power grab mindset that you think is probably underlying this move, too.

00:47:17.180 Yeah, this, Natalie, all seems to be based on the warm July.

00:47:23.400 Yeah, we had a warm July.

00:47:25.500 Average July temperatures across the country were about 2.1 degrees warmer than the normal July.

00:47:32.320 But if one looks at this chart from 1995 to the present, the oscillation in average monthly temperature

00:47:39.860 year to year is substantial.

00:47:42.220 We've had, in the last 23 years, six episodes where one year to the next monthly temperatures

00:47:48.900 changed by one and a half degree.

00:47:51.280 We've had three years where they changed by up and down, one and a half to 1.6 degrees.

00:47:57.780 I mean, this is, oscillation in average monthly temperature occurs all of the time.

00:48:03.820 2.1 degrees is not out of the normal range.

00:48:06.160 By the way, this July was only the 11th hottest on record of the last 127 years.

00:48:12.620 Ten Julys have been warmer than this, and most of those back before 1980 prior to the

00:48:18.640 identification of this climate change or global warming.

00:48:22.280 But the important thing is you can't calibrate climate change based on one month of weather.

00:48:28.860 You just can't do that statistically.

00:48:30.880 It's completely inaccurate.

00:48:32.240 And if you went back to that chart, it also showed CO2 in the atmosphere was about 360

00:48:40.340 parts per million back in 1995.

00:48:42.380 Now it's 420.

00:48:44.380 There is no, you can see no correlation whatsoever between the elevated CO2 levels, which have

00:48:51.140 occurred, and temperature.

00:48:52.700 There isn't any correlation between the two in the short run whatsoever. 0.92

00:48:57.080 So to make policy decisions based on one month of warm weather is completely, it's lunatic,

00:49:04.040 and it's scientifically wrong.

00:49:05.820 It has no scientific basis.

00:49:07.640 It's statistically wrong.

00:49:09.460 And we hope and pray he doesn't do this, because we're talking about modulating what people

00:49:13.740 eat, modulating how much home air conditioning they can use, potentially how much they can drive,

00:49:19.460 all based on some theory that carbon fuels are causing warming.

00:49:24.000 So heaven forbid that he does this.

00:49:25.660 This would be a disaster.

00:49:27.080 Now, we got a few minutes before the end of the show, but I'd love to get your thoughts

00:49:33.360 and analysis on the latest developments in Maui, which, make no mistake, is also being

00:49:38.760 used as sort of a footnote or a piece of evidence to push these climate lockdowns.

00:49:45.820 Well, the most troubling thing, you know, in addition to the horrendous death toll and the

00:49:50.620 fact of this happening, we got over 100 people have perished, still many, many missing,

00:49:55.460 and our hearts go out to all of those families and what they're going through in this devastating

00:50:00.900 loss.

00:50:01.440 But what we had already, already Saturday before any identification has occurred yet by the

00:50:07.140 Hawaii government or the county government in Maui, in Maui on the island, what precisely

00:50:11.900 the root cause has been, has not been identified as yet.

00:50:15.540 But days before we have any root cause analysis, we have, of course, two class action lawsuits

00:50:21.020 going after Maui Electric and their parent company, Hawaii Electric, in a class action

00:50:26.540 suit to pursue them because the, on two bases, they had a power line down near the couple of

00:50:34.280 acres where the fire originated.

00:50:35.920 And they also had not shut off electric service to the whole island when the winds began to

00:50:41.480 elevate.

00:50:42.480 And the second part of that, that's tricky because you need, you need electric service

00:50:45.600 to have the pump stations working for water to be used by firemen on, on fires.

00:50:51.560 So shutting down electricity, you know, on a, on a bet is not generally the right thing

00:50:56.080 to do unless things are totally known, but especially when you need water for fire abatement.

00:51:01.560 But this goes back to the California situation.

00:51:04.420 This is right out of the California playbook, the Paradise Fires of 2018.

00:51:08.780 Pacific Gas and Electric was sued in a class action by California citizens in the state,

00:51:14.820 paid out $13.5 billion, bankrupted the company for the second time.

00:51:19.400 So again, these states, Hawaii and California have this pattern of behavior.

00:51:23.780 Let's sue the, let's class action sue the state utility out of business, which has been

00:51:29.560 done twice in California with PG&E back in 2002, again, then in 2018 on that fire.

00:51:35.480 And here we have Maui Electric's parent equity cap is down half already.

00:51:40.480 And it would probably be bankrupted by this lawsuit should it, should it proceed.

00:51:45.860 And, you know, the, the, I mean, the last thing the state needs now, in addition to its

00:51:50.000 other woes is a bankrupt utility.

00:51:52.260 It needs a strong utility with a balance sheet that it can borrow on to rebuild, to rebuild

00:51:57.760 the infrastructure on Maui as rapidly as possible.

00:52:01.880 Electric rates are already the highest in the country in Hawaii, by the way, at about 45 cents

00:52:05.980 a kilowatt hour, highest in the nation.

00:52:07.900 Wow.

00:52:11.340 Well, Dave, I wish I could keep you longer and I'm sure you'll be joining Steve soon for

00:52:15.040 a much more in-depth conversation on all of this in the coming days.

00:52:19.460 But in the meantime, if people want to stay up to date with all your analysis, everything

00:52:23.100 you're working on, where can they find you?

00:52:26.700 At True Social and at Dave Walsh Energy on Getter.

00:52:29.800 Thank you, Natalie.

00:52:30.360 Dave, future Secretary of Energy, a major upgrade from Jennifer Granholm, who's too busy taking

00:52:39.720 private, secretive phone calls with Hunter Biden's business partners just days before

00:52:45.500 she decides to drain the United States' strategic petroleum reserves.

00:52:51.000 It's a word I could use to describe that.

00:52:53.100 I'll say it, treasonous.

00:52:54.860 And I think we could also describe the rest of the Biden crime family.

00:52:57.920 Frankly, the entire regime as that.

00:53:01.620 And that's why we need someone like Donald J.

00:53:03.560 Trump, who, like I said, breaking news is going to appoint a special counsel to go after

00:53:08.400 them, just like they have gone after him.

00:53:10.600 Except in this case, it's warranted, justified, well-evidenced and much needed.

00:53:17.440 COVIDtaxrelief.org got a small retail business, almost $80,000.

00:53:22.380 COVIDtaxrelief.org got a manufacturing business, nearly $250,000.

00:53:30.140 And COVIDtaxrelief.org just got a large distribution business, almost $900,000.

00:53:39.760 If you run a business, church, or nonprofit and paid your employees through all or part of

00:53:46.240 the pandemic, you could qualify for up to $26,000 per employee through the government's CARES Act.

00:53:55.880 But beware of clickbait or pay upfront companies who make you do the work and take a huge percentage
