Bannon's War Room - Episode 2999： The Swamps Defiling Of The Constitution

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:09.940 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.520 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.280 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:23.880 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.700 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.620 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:46.860 peter k navarro in for stephen k band and the admiral i want to welcome you uh we're going

00:00:59.180 into the labor day weekend i know a lot of you are on the move uh let's remember uh what the labor day

00:01:06.480 weekend is all about is you're really celebrating the deplorables uh the hard-working men and women

00:01:13.320 of this country who build our bridges and roads uh and provide the sweat and labor uh that has been

00:01:21.240 so instrumental in making this this country uh so great so i hope you have safe travels uh and um

00:01:29.860 if you're listening live as many of you do um um hopefully we can provide you with some very

00:01:37.240 entertaining and information as well uh i do have an incredible show for you uh as the preview i'm

00:01:44.620 going to do um i don't know how many of you know this but steve's uh main studio uh when he's not

00:01:51.760 off around the world doing on location um i is literally uh a touchdown pass away from the supreme court i could

00:02:01.680 walk out the door here and even i uh with my weak arm could throw a football and hit the supreme court

00:02:09.860 um and one of the messages i'm going to uh give to you today is uh my criminal case uh for which i will

00:02:19.220 go on trial uh this coming week and there was a lot of action this week um is headed right for that

00:02:27.020 building and i'm going to tell you exactly why that's the case and why what you didn't read in

00:02:35.220 the press this last week uh we had actually a great victory um in my case and i'll i will explain

00:02:43.700 the details of that um in a minute so we're going to go over some of that uh i've got a interesting

00:02:52.940 uh blair witch clip update uh related to that that that you'll get a kick out of uh but i'm also

00:03:01.700 going to have uh dr robert malone on in the uh the bottom half of the hour uh as you know there's a

00:03:10.240 new variant of the china virus going round and the biden regime wants you to boost her up and um these are 0.88

00:03:20.160 these are significant issues and we want to prepare our posse for the uh the narrative uh and propaganda

00:03:27.900 that that will be coming so uh let's start this off uh denver with uh with clip four and um i'm going

00:03:35.440 to lay out uh what transpired this week um i went to uh federal courthouse that's only about a quarter

00:03:42.400 mile away from here uh and uh play that clip and um i'll start to wax a little eloquent on this

00:03:49.660 what this i think uh means is that we'll have a trial next week but these are questions that'll

00:03:57.900 certainly move up to change the appellate level and as i said at the beginning i this is probably

00:04:03.860 going to the supreme court because this is so important okay you can't have you can't have

00:04:10.280 a congress a partisan congress that abuses the subpoena process for the purpose of punishing the

00:04:21.700 party that's out of power or putting somebody in jail okay in this case clearly the j6 committee 0.98

00:04:30.160 was trying to build a criminal case against president trump and it was no coincidence that on monday

00:04:37.560 one courtroom away from where i was in facing what could be an up to two-year prison term the president

00:04:48.380 was facing a lot longer than that okay so the point here is the constitutional separation of

00:04:56.920 powers of issue is you can't have congress under the democrats doing what they have been doing and

00:05:06.540 expect to have efficient effective decision making in the executive branch that's what these

00:05:16.120 constitutional separation of powers are all about

00:05:18.940 all right so so this is an interesting case i get a subpoena on february 9 2022 after

00:05:29.680 uh this uh j6 winch hunting committee is set up with a bunch of rabid democrats who tried to impeach

00:05:38.740 donald trump twice and two rhino republicans in liz cheney and adam kinzinger um and um 0.60

00:05:47.300 what what they did was uh was issue a subpoena that compelled me to testify uh and produce some documents

00:05:57.380 now um the separation of powers um makes it clear constitutionally that uh the legislative branch

00:06:09.560 cannot intrude in that fashion on the executive branch in other words can't congress can't do that

00:06:17.340 in the white house and the prevailing doctrine is is twofold it's called executive privilege

00:06:24.160 which a president can and will invoke um and there's also this this related concept which are

00:06:32.000 sometimes regarded as synonymous of what's called absolute testimonial immunity and the idea here is

00:06:40.020 that the very same department of justice that's prosecuting me for an alleged crime has had a long

00:06:49.240 standing policy for more than 50 years that you can't compel people like me alter egos of the president

00:06:57.260 to do what what they are now prosecuting me for failing to do i mean it's it's it's it's a fairly

00:07:06.920 interesting issue so well i'm going to explain the victory in a minute but let's uh let's bring in

00:07:13.680 now clip two denver at the very beginning um of this process i made the very clear statement repeatedly

00:07:26.000 that they're very complex and important constitutional issues related to the separation of powers

00:07:35.740 between the legislative branch and the executive branch and the executive branch and the best proof

00:07:43.920 of that statement is the hearing today in which it took judge meta over an hour over an hour

00:07:56.500 to work through the very complex case law in history associated with executive privilege and the related

00:08:07.220 issue of absolute testimonial immunity which i would note is the policy of the same department the doj which

00:08:17.080 is prosecuting me in other words for over 50 years it's been the case where people like me senior

00:08:25.760 advisors to the president and alter egos of the president um cannot be compelled to testify that's

00:08:33.620 absolute and so um the judge uh i thought very thoughtfully went through the case law today

00:08:41.940 and i the message that that you here in the press should take away from that is he said repeatedly

00:08:51.100 that based on the court rulings so many of these questions are open questions open questions so how

00:08:59.840 how am i um as somebody who is clearly following the president's direction uh how am i supposed to be able

00:09:10.800 to sort through all of these legal issues when it took the judge in this case over an hour

00:09:18.380 to do the very same thing okay so the central issue here the central question is can the legislative branch

00:09:33.900 the congress compel a senior white house advisor like me an alter ego of the of a president like

00:09:43.080 president trump to testify before congress the doj the department of justice itself has memo after memo over 50 years

00:09:54.400 that says that congress cannot do that and if that doctrine had held in the doj i would not be

00:10:05.680 facing trial under any circumstances but with the biden regime changing the rules they basically weaponized the justice department

00:10:15.960 they basically brought this issue up and they're this case is not about me it's about whether they

00:10:24.980 the legislative branch can compel a senior white house advisor to testify now why is that important

00:10:34.020 it's important going back to the days of george washington and it's been recognized in dicta after dicta and supreme court rulings

00:10:43.440 that in order to have the best decision making for the nation

00:10:49.080 presidents and their advisors must have confidentiality period full stop

00:10:57.540 and that's what you get as a president when you invoke executive privilege and that what is what you get as a senior advisor

00:11:10.640 presumptively by the by the doj's policy of absolute testimony immunity

00:11:17.960 and this case is about that this case is about whether that will hold or whether the biden regime a partisan

00:11:29.480 regime a legislative branch in cahoots with a democrat controlled justice department can stand starts handing out

00:11:39.560 subpoenas willy-nilly intrude upon the executive branch and then start putting people in prison

00:11:46.740 if they fail to comply now here was a great victory um i went into the pre-trial conference and the judge had to rule

00:11:56.440 on whether uh the privilege would apply and how would it apply and it was it was the first 40 minutes were like

00:12:08.740 every single case an argument for exactly why people like me cannot be compelled and this was a great victory

00:12:20.560 because for the very first time we had a ruling from a lower court

00:12:25.880 affirmatively on this issue if a president invokes and because of testimony immunity you can't

00:12:35.880 as a congress force them to testify and the press completely missed that they completely missed that

00:12:44.100 and um i got into this whole situation uh because let me just put it frankly i'm willing to go to prison

00:12:57.500 to settle this question okay it's my duty to this country my commander-in-chief into the constitution

00:13:05.580 to obey a president in this case donald trump when i am commanded to invoke executive privilege on his

00:13:15.380 behalf and it's not by law my privilege to waive and so what we got this week was was it was a great

00:13:26.640 half a half a loaf victory now the other part of the issue was the judge decided that for some reason

00:13:37.240 executive privilege hadn't been properly invoked and that's going to be the other portion of this case

00:13:47.400 and this will go up to the supreme court because of the significance of this issue and so um

00:14:01.880 this coming week we'll pick jury we'll go to trial that's that's the the the way it's it's set out

00:14:11.720 and we're going to decide this issue but let me be clear i the judge's ruling this is with steve bannon

00:14:21.120 in his trial effectively stripped me of every single defense and and that's why this will go to an

00:14:29.020 appeal but the judge also made it clear that all of the questions involved in this case what's called

00:14:36.680 open questions there this is a case of first impressions and those are the kinds of cases

00:14:43.860 that the supreme court loves to take on because they are of such national importance peter navarro

00:14:50.560 we'll be right back you are in the war room sitting in for steven k bannon

00:14:55.480 covidtaxrelief.org got a small retail business almost eighty thousand dollars covidtaxrelief.org got

00:15:08.320 a manufacturing business nearly 250 grand and covidtaxrelief.org just got a large distribution

00:15:18.240 business almost nine hundred thousand dollars if you run a business church or non-profit and paid

00:15:26.700 your employees through all or part of the pandemic you could qualify for up to 26 thousand dollars per

00:15:34.980 employee through the government's cares act but beware of clickbait or pay upfront companies who make

00:15:42.880 you do the work and take a huge percentage of your refund covidtaxrelief.org receives a low reasonable

00:15:49.980 commission only after you receive your refund and with 300 cpas and tax experts no one is better

00:15:57.100 at getting you the maximum benefit than covidtaxrelief.org visit covidtaxrelief.org now because this plan

00:16:07.480 expires soon that's covidtaxrelief.org that's covidtaxrelief.org the refund examples are not a guarantee and not all

00:16:18.120 businesses qualify that's why you have to check today with covidtaxrelief.org here's your host steven k bannon

00:16:27.460 okay well the first thing is that um my legal bills just went up by another half a million dollars so

00:16:42.560 um anybody watching this right now defend peter.com defend peter.com um on the um the website it's a

00:16:53.260 legal my legal defense fund um i've been able to raise uh to date uh about three hundred and thirty

00:17:02.920 five thousand dollars um this case however um has already cost uh over a half a million dollars in

00:17:10.260 legal fees and um by the time the trial finishes i expect those legal fees to hit 750 000

00:17:21.380 yeah defend peter.com uh i had the uh the situational awareness to be able to go out and uh talk to uh

00:17:36.160 the world via c-span uh to help me there in my fundraising efforts um which i thought um was um

00:17:46.120 was a pretty useful thing to do defend peter.com but but here's here's the economics of this um

00:17:53.300 just this this week in the washington times uh i did a column um about the cost of what we call lawfare

00:18:01.620 okay what the what the department of justice is doing to me to donald trump to meadows to giuliani

00:18:09.300 to just poor poor folk electors in places like georgia who are like 80 years old and don't have the money

00:18:18.220 what they're doing is they're imposing ungodly legal fees

00:18:23.400 as a means of bullying kowtowing and getting us to bend to their knee 1.00

00:18:31.240 and my legal bills as i said in the clip it's like okay so there's this this great site give send go

00:18:40.620 right they i set up a legal defense fund on that i use the defend peter.com because it's like a shortcut

00:18:48.040 there um and and it's been really uh just humbling to me to see the outpouring of people who are just

00:18:57.660 donating five and ten bucks i mean if you can raise like 300 and something like 360 000 now

00:19:05.040 if you do that in like five dollar contributions that that's that's like that warms your heart

00:19:11.440 i'm telling you and i want to thank everybody who sent me money as well as their prayers

00:19:16.040 um but this case is going to cost me through trial probably about about 750 000 and then the appeals

00:19:25.460 process all the way up the court of appeals and likely the supreme court uh will be another million

00:19:32.460 okay now don't weep for me but scale that up right there's there's about 20 people that

00:19:41.060 the justice department's going after that that the georgia fonnie willis uh black panther marxist

00:19:50.380 ladies going after and every single one of us are going to have bills in the millions uh mike flynn 0.65

00:20:00.780 for general flynn guy i love the guy he spent seven million dollars trying to keep himself

00:20:06.100 out of the uh the doj prison and this is lawfare is brass knuckled lawfare and

00:20:16.460 trump's legal bills are going to cost at least over half a billion dollars okay so that's what

00:20:25.940 they're doing to us you should get mad and then you should get even at the ballot box so i'm going to

00:20:33.160 fight this fight look men and women young men and women usually have gone into uniform

00:20:43.200 and and been willing to sacrifice their lives

00:20:48.240 for this constitution in this country and the least i can do is to stand up for a constitutional

00:21:01.380 principle which i believe is one of the most important principles for this nation to prosper if

00:21:08.900 we don't get what if we get what the democrats want it's going to be chaos um now let me say one

00:21:17.220 last thing on this uh this executive privilege issue so so as i said in the earlier segment it was a great

00:21:24.340 victory for the judge to rule that if a president invokes the privilege

00:21:30.980 properly that was the that was that was the catch word um senior white house advisors like me can't be

00:21:44.080 compelled to testify that's that's that's news that's big law that's important it means that going

00:21:52.720 forward congress is now checked they can't play that game and all all i have to make sure of on the other

00:22:03.440 end folks like me and the president is that the privilege is properly invoked now i properly invoked the

00:22:13.560 privilege the president properly invoked the privilege he seriously deliberated before he did so we we met all

00:22:19.820 all of the check marks every single one the judge put down i mean i was on on the on the stand uh for

00:22:27.620 close to an hour went through five phone calls with the president a uh personal visit to mar-a-lago

00:22:35.780 endless emails phone calls with with people you know like liz harrington susie wiles

00:22:43.920 talking with the president i mean the case it was it was um denver get ready for clip three here for a

00:22:54.140 second it was it was overwhelming evidence that the privilege had been invoked and it'd been done

00:23:02.880 properly but the judge didn't buy that now play clip three because this is the other kind of piece of

00:23:11.840 evidence which for me this is like i'm just i'm just astonished at this particular

00:23:20.900 allegation that that the privilege wasn't invoked but but take take a listen to this there is not a

00:23:28.960 single white house advisor who hasn't asserted executive privilege it's not like i'm the only one

00:23:39.860 one who's done this you go back to uh you go back to 2019 you had in the in the muller russia hoax

00:23:53.060 case you had mcgan dearborn porter conway donaldson invoking the privilege and immediately the president

00:24:10.180 confirming that you go to after the j6 committee was established you had meadows scavino patel

00:24:23.040 bannon issued subpoenas and the president invoking the privilege and you had people repeatedly go

00:24:32.820 before the j6 committee and assert the privilege all without challenge and here i am uh people are

00:24:42.780 supposed to believe that that that that the privilege hadn't been invoked

00:24:48.020 yeah just i just huh huh that just doesn't follow i mean here's the thing when i first got into the

00:25:00.880 white house in 2017 one of the first things i learned was that folks like me do not go up on the

00:25:08.500 hell to testify and the reason is that we are considered alter egos of the president and we are

00:25:15.280 we you know within the white house grounds as advisors we're different from say cabinet secretaries

00:25:23.160 which have have an obligation by law to go before congress certain amount of times and and they they

00:25:31.160 don't they don't they don't have the same kind of absolute testimony immunity uh that applies to folks

00:25:39.400 like me but then like fast forward i mean this was like a clinic for me in uh learning about um

00:25:48.940 the invocation of executive privilege uh and testimony immunity i mean pelosi gets control of the house of

00:25:58.760 representatives in the 2018 midterm elections and states for the record publicly that she's going to use

00:26:09.900 democrat controlled investigative committees to make our lives miserable and try to put us in prison

00:26:16.640 i mean she said she's coming right after us and she did and sure enough um the subpoenas started

00:26:26.280 to fly a few months later and the first ones that flew were related to muller investigation the russia

00:26:33.420 hoax and so they'd send a subpoena to don mcgan or rick dearborn or rob porter um and and immediately

00:26:44.460 the president would invoke the privilege and equally immediately white house legal counsel pat

00:26:52.340 sip alone one of my favorite guys in there uh would would issue a letter that that quoted

00:27:00.760 the opinions of the department of justice both old and the ones he might solicit saying hey you can't do

00:27:07.440 that they never got they never got charged with contempt i am the first person in the history of this country

00:27:20.440 the first senior white house advisor ever ever ever to be charged with this alleged crime

00:27:27.580 by a department of justice which by its own policy says you can't do that

00:27:32.600 it's just and then of course along comes j6 right and brother bannon gets gets a subpoena

00:27:43.860 cash patel gets a subpoena you know these guys from the war room mark meadows you know him

00:27:50.720 dan scavino what happens invocation of privilege

00:27:56.980 and none of those guys say bannon got after that's another story all right um i'll be right back we're

00:28:07.560 going to um switch gears and talk to dr malone shortly but i got got the blair witch project

00:28:14.480 for you coming up don't miss this cold open clip

00:28:17.520 covidtaxrelief.org got a small retail business almost eighty thousand dollars covidtaxrelief.org

00:28:32.560 got a manufacturing business nearly 250 grand and covidtaxrelief.org just got a large distribution

00:28:42.800 business almost 900 000 dollars if you run a business church or non-profit and paid your

00:28:51.500 employees through all or part of the pandemic you could qualify for up to 26 000 per employee

00:29:00.100 through the government's cares act but beware of clickbait or pay upfront companies who make

00:29:07.440 you do the work and take a huge percentage of your refund covidtaxrelief.org receives a low

00:29:14.040 reasonable commission only after you receive your refund and with 300 cpas and tax experts no one is

00:29:21.360 better at getting you the maximum benefit than covidtaxrelief.org visit covidtaxrelief.org now

00:29:30.700 because this plan expires soon that's covidtaxrelief.org covidtaxrelief.org

00:29:39.160 the refund examples are not a guarantee and not all businesses qualify that's what you have to check

00:29:45.300 today with covidtaxrelief.org here's your host stephen k bann

00:29:52.120 i appreciate it no that's right no i appreciate people i just wanted to know this look this is

00:30:02.480 great you know it's like we appreciate what you put your flag up there we appreciate what you're

00:30:07.260 doing sir we appreciate the justice you're getting for this country i think what this is kind of the

00:30:11.960 important kind of kind of debate where and look see she's trying to block the flag okay this is the 0.99

00:30:19.160 problem we have in america like she's she's trump lost and you know that's fine she's expressing

00:30:24.020 her point of view she's got a megaphone to disrupt but when it comes time for me to express my view

00:30:31.760 to you you've seen what she's done she's interrupted me while i was speaking and she won't even let

00:30:37.320 an american show the american flag

00:30:40.380 o say can you sleep by the dawn's early light what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming

00:31:08.820 no just dissolve that out now we're good

00:31:13.360 so this is this is the slings and arrows uh we got to deal with these days so i'm giving i'm giving

00:31:24.700 that uh presser as they say in the trade out after the trial pre-trial conference and um this i

00:31:34.880 this woman comes i mean she was like within inches of me she's got this megaphone like a gun 1.00

00:31:43.440 she starts screaming at me and i turn around and um the left-wing press doesn't mention any

00:31:54.960 of what what what follows where you can see in that clip um that this this is she had a t-shirt 1.00

00:32:04.260 i couldn't believe that i wish i'd noticed it at the time but i but when i did the editing on it

00:32:10.440 like a wait a minute her shirt literally says witch and um so this woke witch is like 1.00

00:32:18.860 elbowing a patriot out of the way nice woman supporter waving the american flag i mean this is 0.97

00:32:26.260 look this is how low things have come to um in this country and and and something's something's

00:32:36.100 got to give so if you're outraged by any of that you can see on my twitter feed my getter feed my

00:32:41.460 true social feed um real p navarro uh watch the whole thing and uh you know go to defend peter.com

00:32:49.380 if you want to strike back against that kind of crap all right let's switch gears now um i want to

00:32:55.780 bring in one of my favorite people on the planet um who has saved hundreds of thousands of lives with 0.70

00:33:04.460 his wisdom and perhaps more than that um dr robert malone hey doc how you doing man hi peter thanks

00:33:13.400 for the kind words it's uh you know we're all so so the situation we're getting attacked all the time

00:33:19.900 so much appreciate your kindness so um here's here's the thing like i want to really uh help the posse

00:33:28.320 today in this regard we've got uh yet another variant of the china virus and we've got uh a fairly

00:33:40.280 aggressive effort from moderna pfizer and the biden regime to get you

00:33:47.100 to take a booster okay so yeah yeah tell us doc um about the new variant

00:33:58.140 um how it relates to the vaccines people have already gotten and what was there any reason at all are

00:34:08.940 they getting any better at this vaccine stuff or is this just more of the same uh fauci snake oil

00:34:15.220 okay uh the answer is more of fauci snake oil uh with a uh uh the the cherry on top is the usual

00:34:27.420 uh fear porn and propaganda so the variant that we're talking about right now is technically

00:34:33.640 named ba 2.86 and it's otherwise known as parola uh which is relates in some way to venus the planet

00:34:41.700 and uh just to make it simple for the for i don't you know posse has got lots of sophisticated folks in 0.78

00:34:49.380 that and i'm not uh in any way uh talking them down but the simple line is that this virus while

00:34:58.060 it's different and it has many mutations in the spike protein many more than have been seen previously

00:35:04.080 there is no evidence that it is more pathogenic in other words that it causes worse disease

00:35:11.340 there is no evidence right now that it is more highly infectious in fact the fact that it has such

00:35:18.740 a dense collection of mutations in the spike protein may well make it less infectious uh it absolutely

00:35:27.220 shows the signs of having been genetically selected so evolved to uh avoid the vaccine induced immunity

00:35:36.340 that's why all these mutations in spike appear as you and i had discussed would be the case so long ago

00:35:43.480 in our op-eds in the washington times and here on mr bannon broadcast so the the punchline is there

00:35:52.660 are actually very few of these so far and in terms of uh a day or two ago hey let me just stop you

00:36:01.040 there because you said something really important um in lay terms i think what you just said is that

00:36:09.260 the people who are more likely statistically to get infected with this virus are the people who got

00:36:17.360 vaccinated is that what i heard it's not what i said but it's likely to be the case the truth is that we

00:36:24.600 we we really don't have any verified cases as of a couple days ago of parola causing covid we have

00:36:32.660 verified cases of parola infections we have verified parola nucleic acid in sewage but we don't have

00:36:43.120 a swarm of of clear clinical cases associated with this variant however the fact that it has these

00:36:52.800 clustered mutations in spike suggests that it's been selected by uh the vaccinated uh and it we already

00:37:02.720 know that the vaccinated are actually at increased risk from the prior variants of hospitalization and

00:37:10.880 death relative to those with natural immunity and we already know that the uh those that are highly

00:37:18.400 inoculated i hesitate to say vaccinated with this product um have both yeah right exactly

00:37:25.200 non-specific uh immunodeficit there was a paper just out from australia pointing this out in the

00:37:33.420 pediatric population that in australia children that have been vaccinated are more likely to get infected

00:37:39.460 with other pathogens uh and we have uh clear evidence of some immunologic phenomena having to do with

00:37:48.300 imprinting an original antigenic sin that makes it so that those that are highly inoculated are at

00:37:54.860 higher risk for a disease and unfortunately death those are the facts um and so i i you know some of

00:38:03.840 the posse may have been vaccinated as i was i was in the early round of vaccination when it was given by

00:38:11.740 the national guard um i took it for my own reasons i had to travel and i was suffering from long covid

00:38:19.340 and supposedly it might have helped uh and i believe that my colleagues had fixed the uh problems

00:38:25.960 associated with the technology um all those were false uh but i did take it i was vaccine damaged but i

00:38:33.720 certainly did not take any additional boosters and it's these people that have been multiply boosted

00:38:40.360 sometimes seven or eight times uh that are are at very high risk for disease and unfortunately death

00:38:48.120 relative to age and a pre-existing condition matched people if that made sense yeah let me so let me see

00:38:57.820 if i can i'll be a late lay guy here see if i heard you right the first thing when you talk about this

00:39:03.420 genetic selection i think what i heard you saying is that this vaccines as we wrote about it back when

00:39:11.780 in the in the washington times these these viruses mutate the viruses are like clever beasts as steven

00:39:19.760 atfield might say and what they try to do is figure out a way to infect you so if you if you get

00:39:25.620 vaccinated or inoculated whatever you want to call whatever that health hellish thing is they put in

00:39:31.040 you um and that provides some kind of magino line defense they'll figure out a way quickly to go

00:39:39.620 around that through a mutation and i think what i heard you saying was that this particular latest one

00:39:47.520 using your method yeah imagine it's like the germans had so many troops in other words so many viruses

00:39:56.380 that were all slightly different tactics they could overwhelm the magino line and that is absolutely

00:40:03.680 what viruses do and uh when you have something like us like a pre-existing immunity that's leaky

00:40:12.300 um so this is a partial magic line that isn't working very well um they'll get through and they will

00:40:20.020 basically their offspring will all know how to get through that line again so that is absolutely

00:40:27.780 what's happened is that the leaky vaccines as predicted have selected for um highly mutated spike proteins

00:40:38.240 that uh avoid the types of antibodies that are generated by the vaccine products quote unquote

00:40:45.820 yeah and and on top of that on top of that what you're saying is there's increasing amounts of data

00:40:53.940 that everything else being equal people who've gotten vaccinated or immunology highly vaccinated

00:41:02.060 um are suffering from broader immunodeficiency things meaning that their body has been weakened to

00:41:10.480 the point where they're more susceptible not just to new covid strains but also to many other diseases is

00:41:19.080 that what you're saying absolutely and there's a recent paper in children published uh you know from

00:41:26.600 australia study and this this data that you're referring to has been building from the uk canada the united

00:41:34.740 states all over the world and it's very unfortunate but uh true these these patients are people that have

00:41:44.020 accepted multiple boosters not only have a broad-based non-specific uh immunologic deficit

00:41:52.460 uh relative it's not huge it's not aids uh but they do have a weakened immune response and they also have a

00:42:02.460 very selective uh focused uh immunologic deficit against this SARS-CoV-2 uh so both things are happening

00:42:12.940 a specific weakness and a general weakness yeah and a general weakness um doc um i'm a big fan um of your work

00:42:25.560 uh i think the best place to find much of what you do is at your sub stack so why don't you let people

00:42:32.320 know now uh what that sub stack is and then uh maybe you can give me your social media as well

00:42:38.100 so sub stack is rw malone md dot sub stack dot com and yesterday i published a very nice analysis from

00:42:47.900 my colleague byram bridal in canada who is another molecular virologist and vaccinologist titled the

00:42:56.320 parola variant of sars cov2 and if you want to dive into the details you'll find that if you can just

00:43:02.640 scan down on that list a little bit um yeah today was the funnies but if you were to scroll down uh

00:43:08.880 then you would see that there is that one right there uh the parola variant of sars cov2 and i recommend

00:43:16.060 that folks that want more details uh read that a very clear easy reading article that has

00:43:22.940 all right my brother they're playing our song you know that music right

00:43:28.920 you know who that is that's miles glow free miles glow doc always good to see you have a safe and

00:43:54.860 distractions and the shiny toys and the smoke screens put up in the media you probably won't

00:44:00.960 see it coming that's why it's smart to invest in emergency food right away and by right away i mean now

00:44:07.760 as they say it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it my patriot supply

00:44:59.240 okay well the first thing is that um my legal bills just went up by another half a million dollars so

00:45:14.460 um anybody watching this right now defend peter.com defend peter.com um on the um the website it's a

00:45:25.160 legal my legal defense fund um i've been able to raise uh to date uh about three hundred and thirty

00:45:34.820 five thousand dollars um this case however um has already cost uh over a half a million dollars in

00:45:42.160 legal fees and um by the time the trial finishes i expect those legal fees to hit 750 000

00:45:53.320 hey peter k navarro in for steven k bannon uh yeah that's the last thing um i'll i'll do to promote

00:46:03.180 this legal defense fund is defend peter.com have some fun with it at least go to the site you can read

00:46:10.020 about the case um and if you go there and during the live show here uh you'll see that um the total

00:46:17.780 raise is about 380 000 so far people have really this week it's been really good but be really nice

00:46:25.920 uh if you out there in uh in posse land uh could help a little bit i don't want people to do anything

00:46:31.940 they can't afford five ten bucks is fine uh but defend peter.com um would be uh be very helpful

00:46:40.080 um now let me um after selling you on that i i really want to sell you on something that is really

00:46:47.780 really interesting this is um a hefty book by brother joe allen called dark eon i'll confess i got a

00:46:56.860 confession to me joe all right peter when bannon started having you on i was going what the why

00:47:05.100 what's this what's this about right and then time passes right and it's like i realized that bannon

00:47:14.420 does justify his reputation as the guy who sees even further into the future which i pride myself on

00:47:24.460 being able to do and he saw all of this stuff coming and and uh basically brought you into the

00:47:32.860 discussion you've been kind of the beacon um on this whole scary stuff and and this book is really

00:47:42.500 an expression of that um it's kind of cool it's steve's steve's imprints the war room imprint but it's

00:47:48.280 done by one of my uh my good buddies tony lyons at skyhorse press uh tony's absolutely fearless

00:47:55.420 um and he will publish books that uh frankly uh the bad guys don't want you to read okay so so

00:48:06.920 let me ask you this i mean there's just a lot of things going on i i'd like to get your view

00:48:13.460 of um first of all of our artificial intelligence and and how do you how do you think that could

00:48:22.260 play out in a good way but more likely in a bad way because you know i'm already i'm starting to use

00:48:28.100 it kind of in my research and writing this and the other thing and it scares the hell out of me you 0.60

00:48:34.220 know i'll ask it questions sometimes and he comes back with the worst kind of dogma right right right

00:48:41.180 yeah who's programming the programmers right yeah so anyway uh talk to me a little bit you know

00:48:47.140 uh peter it's always been strange coming on after you uh or coming on after people who are

00:48:52.380 looking at what's happening right now you know you're looking at the economy yeah or you're looking

00:48:56.440 at the political situation you're trying to decipher what's going to be our next move given

00:49:01.600 what's happening right now and uh and it's always very nuts and bolts like this is a very

00:49:06.700 ethereal topic uh because you're talking about the future he's pointing to the book

00:49:11.160 uh it's an ethereal topic it's it's kind of out there right and so um it's well but it's see

00:49:19.180 i think the point i was trying to make when i first started listening to you was that's what it

00:49:24.900 sounded like this guy's like spaceman he's like he's out the first but but you're not that's the

00:49:31.160 funny part you're like you're like right in the middle of a vein of rapid technological change

00:49:39.960 which you know by the time uh your 14 year old kid goes to college even right um it's going to be

00:49:50.120 dramatic in how this world is changing so so absolutely it's sort of like looking at it imagine

00:49:56.840 you're living in the early 1900s and people are telling you about marxism and you're noticing that

00:50:02.440 you know the the workers are getting a little amped up about it you know and it's not something that

00:50:07.020 you're necessarily thinking about all the time until you get something like the russian revolution

00:50:11.080 yes um and these sorts of changes the cultural revolution in the u.s you think about for the most

00:50:16.580 part the the post-war generation the world war ii generation uh they were at the top of their game

00:50:23.100 and then with all that excess suddenly something shifted in the youth culture and everything changed

00:50:29.760 among the youth culture and now the fruits of that are are readily apparent the world is simply not

00:50:37.080 the same place because of ideology and shifts in culture but also because of technology the technology

00:50:43.360 drove the revolution of the 60s both in china and here and the technology in many ways drove the

00:50:51.940 revolution the original russian revolution and the various marxist revolutions across the world because

00:50:57.500 you had suddenly massive industrial society what are you going to do with it transhumanism is the

00:51:04.920 next beacon forward we have all these technologies artificial intelligence automation and robotics

00:51:10.860 genetic engineering what are we going to do with them they have a very clear articulate answer

00:51:17.260 transhumanists futurists the oligarchs coming out of silicon valley or musk the outlier the chinese 0.95

00:51:25.480 communist party people who are at the the cutting edge of these technologies have very clear plans as

00:51:31.940 to what they're going to do with them uh most of those plans involve advantages for them and many of those

00:51:38.640 plans involve controlling you right and i think that as the next generation comes up they are really

00:51:45.460 going to have to be very wise very discerning as to which of these technologies they adopt and which

00:51:51.540 and how they use them if they do is this simply uh an explanation of the dangers or is there an action

00:51:59.460 plan here to fight back there's very much a description of the dangers the landscape both

00:52:03.640 technologically and you might surprise you religiously and the meaning of technology in an

00:52:08.740 atheistic society uh but there is uh you know i as as asked as requested by the war room posse uh the last

00:52:16.300 two chapters the last chapter uh the last two chapters and the appendix dedicated to you there
