Bannon's War Room - Episode 3026： Romney Steps Down; Standing Up For Parents In CA

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.560 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.160 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.920 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do

00:00:24.300 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these

00:00:32.020 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to

00:00:39.580 save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.480 is there wiggle room that we're going to see at the 11th hour do you does this time feel

00:00:57.580 different jake yeah not it doesn't feel different there probably is wiggle room at the 11th hour

00:01:03.680 and that that is let's pass a short-term funding bill that allows us to keep going and keep

00:01:09.360 negotiating to the extent they are negotiating until november 15th but here's the the reality

00:01:14.480 that mccarthy faces katie he the the right believes and they say this that if you only hold 0.86

00:01:20.880 out for long enough that you will get the other side to cave we have years of evidence now that

00:01:26.520 that's complete nonsense there's no reason that that that joe biden is going to accept a whole host

00:01:33.560 of republican provisions especially when he has house democrats senate democrats and senate

00:01:38.200 republicans on his side mccarthy and house republicans are on an island and if they don't see that

00:01:44.140 by now then they're not operating in reality now all of that being said if they were smart here

00:01:50.680 there is a deal that they could had uh that includes a border security element with a full year funding

00:01:57.180 package there are democrats who tell us all the time we want to do more on the border that is something

00:02:02.600 that's doable unfortunately what the far right and the freedom caucus they're not conservatives

00:02:07.360 necessarily but the freedom caucus and the far right want is capitulation from democrats and things

00:02:13.600 that are not achievable and when you want things that are not achievable you're just wasting all of

00:02:17.940 our time so and by the way the scary the scary thing katie just one more thing here if the government

00:02:23.160 shuts down there is usually one discrete item that everybody wants that will get them out of the

00:02:27.740 shutdown i don't know what that item is here used to be obamacare used to be the border wall i don't

00:02:32.500 know what it is it's a million things and it changes every day so i just don't know this is not heading

00:02:36.980 for a good a good space if you want a september and october uh free of trauma yeah all right let's

00:02:43.040 talk about the other big news on the hill and that is um the news that senator mitt romney is not going

00:02:48.380 to seek a second term in his announcement garrett he talked about how he's going to be up there in age

00:02:53.260 and it's time to pass on the baton to new leadership he also pointedly called out both former

00:02:59.080 president donald trump and current president joe biden yeah that's right romney is 76 he says in his

00:03:06.260 video uh message here announcing this decision that he doesn't want to be in his mid-80s when he

00:03:10.680 retires and he thinks it's time for new leadership he goes on to say that he doesn't think biden has

00:03:15.400 the willingness and trump the ability or the willingness to make some of the kind of big

00:03:19.940 decisions that need to be made in the future to protect the future for his children his

00:03:24.660 grandchildren and so forth he talks about having you know had a very productive uh term in the senate

00:03:30.120 and certainly he was a pivotal figure on every major issue that came through the senate as kind of

00:03:35.800 a swing vote between the parties he's the only republican to have voted for both of donald trump's

00:03:40.020 impeachments he became kind of the conscience of the old school republican pre-trump party in his

00:03:47.020 term at the senate and now he's going to go home and i suspect get very bored uh for the first time in

00:03:52.940 a long time not with a major public service job or seeking one so who replaces him garrett well there's

00:03:58.920 already a primary underway in utah there's a maga candidate who's a mayor of a town in utah who's been

00:04:04.280 very much trying to scare up the support of donald trump and his allies also the speaker of the

00:04:08.680 house in utah had kind of been keeping his powder dry indicating that he might get into the race if

00:04:13.400 romney decided not to seek re-election i suspect that'll be at least the start of the contours

00:04:18.060 there utah a safe uh republican state obviously that was very safe if romney had made his way through

00:04:23.980 the primary i don't know if democrats would have even fielded a serious candidate against him

00:04:27.580 they may try if a maga candidate gets through a primary here but the primary will be the show to watch

00:04:32.800 uh in utah going forward garrett hake jake sherman gentlemen thank you very much you know contrary

00:04:37.440 to a lot of expectations i enjoy my work in the senate a good deal the last few years have been

00:04:43.700 particularly productive as i was able to help lead and negotiate the bipartisan infrastructure law

00:04:49.000 a comprehensive china strategy process religious liberty protections a compromised gun safety law

00:04:56.700 the electoral count act reform and emergency covid relief funding i was also able to help secure key

00:05:04.360 utah priorities including funding for hill air force base and its program to modernize our nuclear deterrent

00:05:10.580 as well as funding for wildfire prevention water infrastructure rural broadband removal of uranium

00:05:18.320 tailings from moab expansion and restoration of our highway and transit infrastructure

00:05:23.680 and federal studies to save the great salt lake i've spent my last 25 years in public service of one kind or another

00:05:33.000 at the end of another term i'd be in my mid-80s frankly it's time for a new generation of leaders

00:05:42.120 they're the ones that need to make the decisions that will shape the world they will be living in

00:05:47.720 now we face critical challenges mounting national debt climate change and the ambitious authoritarians

00:05:56.540 of russia and china neither president biden nor former president trump are leading their party to

00:06:04.380 confront those issues on deficits and debt both men refuse to address entitlements even though they

00:06:11.200 know that this represents two-thirds of federal spending donald trump calls global warming a hoax

00:06:17.320 and president biden offers feel-good solutions that make no difference to the global climate

00:06:22.880 on china president biden under invests in the military and president trump under invests in our alliances

00:06:30.880 political motivations too often impede the solutions that these challenges demand

00:06:37.460 the next generation of leaders must take america to the next stage of global leadership

00:06:43.820 while i'm not running for re-election i'm not retiring from the fight i'll be your united states

00:06:51.360 senator until january of 2025 i will keep working on these and other issues and i'll advance our state's

00:06:59.080 numerous priorities i look forward to working with you and with folks across our state and nation in

00:07:04.640 that endeavor it really is a profound honor to serve utah and the country and i thank you for giving me

00:07:12.500 the opportunity to do so well as you all know today is national hot dog day and perhaps you also know

00:07:20.480 that hot dog is my favorite meat i love hot dogs i love them in buns i love them outside of buns i love

00:07:28.120 them with baked beans i just like hot dogs it's the best you know mess meat there is without question

00:07:33.240 so to all of you who like me are celebrating national hot hot dog day congratulations to you and may there

00:07:40.280 be many many more hot dogs served in our wonderful land oh i think it would be a great thing if both

00:07:45.640 president biden and former president trump were to stand aside and let their respective party pick

00:07:51.120 someone in the next generation uh president trump excuse me president biden when he was running said

00:07:56.020 he was a transitional figure to the next generation well time to transition uh david ignatius this morning

00:08:01.740 made a strong argument uh that we should see that kind of a change i think both parties would be far

00:08:06.620 better served if uh if they were going to be represented by uh people uh other than those

00:08:11.660 of us for the baby boom generation wednesday 13 september the year of real or 2023 told you 0.69

00:08:18.800 told you all you doubters suck on that and mitt romney announced this mitt romney announced his candidacy 0.77

00:08:27.660 for the presidency today in so many words come on folks mitt romney is going to wants new the no labels 0.98

00:08:36.320 platform because he knows mansion will deny it to biden he wants that platform to take utah arizona

00:08:44.040 uh nevada and maybe idaho okay you heard it here first i've been saying this for a long time

00:08:49.980 step number one is step by the way did that not look like was that not a better announcement for

00:08:55.740 running for president than uh then uh ron descent ron the robot right there he makes the whole case

00:09:02.200 of what he's been working on and how it's all tied to the future mitt romney uh running for president

00:09:07.280 also a massive breaking news out of new mexico as we come on and the team out there is going to be

00:09:13.540 with us nick sortor is tweeting out a federal judge in albuquerque has blocked new mexico governor

00:09:19.320 michelle lujan grisham's effective suspension of the second amendment in the state this comes after 0.86

00:09:25.640 both the new mexico attorney general and other uh democrat constitutional officers announced they

00:09:32.820 were refused to enforce it that was uh some of the sheriffs out there not even the constitutional

00:09:37.040 sheriffs uh brian uh festa has been out there is what his lawsuit and a couple of others

00:09:42.680 that brought this about we're going to try to get brian up uh in a moment we're also going to go to

00:09:47.080 i think pasadena california this incredible uh situation at a courthouse about the transitioning

00:09:53.600 of a five-year-old boy uh i'm gonna get uh the one of the individuals responsible for driving romney

00:10:01.600 out of the race uh mayor trent staggs on joyce momentarily but i'm gonna go to mo bannon mo you're

00:10:07.700 gonna give it you're talking tonight where are you giving the speech how can people get there i know

00:10:11.640 you got to take off and leave grace to to work the afternoon show so where where are you going

00:10:17.960 what time's the talk um i will be speaking at the saint petersburg republican clubs event tonight it is

00:10:26.260 at the saint petersburg community church in florida starting at 7 p.m i'll be speaking and then doing

00:10:32.340 q a um and addressing you know it's a big grassroots movement down here and i'm excited to talk to all of

00:10:40.200 the members of that republican club and all the surrounding um people in the community

00:10:45.380 mo somebody tells me there's a couple of three war room posse members that may be there a couple

00:10:51.320 of members of the cadre they may be there is any truth to that rumor there is and actually the head

00:10:56.620 of the republican club i heard is a big war room posse member and actually said that everyone needs to

00:11:02.700 watch war room before they run for office because they need the guidance of the war room so

00:11:07.460 i'm looking forward to speaking very impressive okay mo i know you got to take off thanks uh once

00:11:15.860 again where is it what's your social media how do people follow you um the event tonight is at the

00:11:21.180 saint petersburg community church it's not in the church it's in the community center attached to it

00:11:26.340 in saint petersburg florida and you can follow me on getter and twitter at maureen underscore bannon and

00:11:32.240 also on instagram at real maureen bannon and i come in hot on all my platforms

00:11:38.000 that's what i've noticed you and you and grace the queen of the trolls of both okay thanks mo good

00:11:44.340 luck tonight knock them dead give everybody uh say say hi to all uh posse members down there

00:11:49.840 uh do we have mayor staggs is mayor staggs mayor staggs i don't want to say that you and i had a

00:11:55.080 slight disagreement last time we were on war room but i did tell you mitt romney wasn't going to run i know

00:11:59.880 you were always prepared for him to run what does this mean sir did your candidacy drive him out

00:12:05.200 i believe so yeah i think that's what what happened here i mean we've been traveling the state steve for

00:12:11.920 the last three three and a half months since we announced and utahns want a true conservative

00:12:17.760 they want someone who's bold who's going to stand up to the establishment not be part of it and just

00:12:23.840 give it cover constantly so we knew that um and and i'm sure that senator romney he's seen that he

00:12:31.260 has just seen the writing on the wall he saw how much traction our candidacy has been getting we've

00:12:36.760 developed a huge coalition here across the state scores scores of mayors city council members

00:12:43.000 county commissioners so i'm just really uh we're excited at this news um that he has decided to step

00:12:50.660 down and really make the way like you said for a new generation for the next generation

00:12:54.720 to step up okay and okay mayor mayor mayor garrett hoke you know the the guys over at msnbc incredibly

00:13:03.220 smart nbc news they called you the mega candidate they said there's a mega mayor down there's been

00:13:07.520 running around making some things trump's noticing he's he's he's on all the mega platforms mitch mcconnell

00:13:13.500 ain't don't care about the future he doesn't care about the next generation who's mitch mcconnell gonna pick

00:13:18.740 sir to come in and run against you who should we be looking for get us smart here because mitch not 0.99

00:13:24.080 gonna say there's something and say oh this is terrific you got it you got mayor staggs he's 0.99

00:13:28.280 mega that's great what we need in fact what we need instead of having mitt romney who's his bitch 1.00

00:13:33.020 uh what we need is a real mega voice in utah so you know he's going to embrace you with open arms 0.78

00:13:38.480 yeah well i'm i'm great i'm great to be mentioned as the mega candidate uh that's fantastic as you know

00:13:46.740 i've endorsed trump uh we we really need his leadership back in the white house we we benefited

00:13:51.940 so much as a country with all the policies he's able to advance and yeah undoubtedly there's going

00:13:58.260 to be an establishment backed candidate here in utah that they're going to pivot to i mean i am not part

00:14:05.240 of that establishment i don't have lobbyists and packs funding my campaign we've got thousands of

00:14:10.440 donors now uh not just in utah but across the country all 50 states that have noticed as much

00:14:16.920 have identified me as that mega america first candidate and they've stepped into support and

00:14:22.680 it's truly truly humbling to have received all of that mayor staggs just hang on for you don't mind

00:14:30.160 i know you're busy particularly today i'm sure your phone is blowing up uh stick around we'll take a

00:14:34.120 short break uh nbc news has identified uh the mega candidate as a mayor trent staggs from utah

00:14:42.580 we're going to drill down a little bit more on uh mitch mcconnell's moves to keep that one in

00:14:50.540 the establishment's bracket next in the war room

00:14:53.580 the former kgb colonel vladimir putin who by the way is no friend of the united states

00:15:04.680 called the u.s dollar's drop in dominance objective and irreversible during the recent

00:15:10.600 brics conference in south africa as brazil russia india china and south africa formally agreed to use

00:15:18.580 local currencies instead of the u.s dollar it's the first shoe to fall we call this

00:15:26.460 the de-dollarization movement now as demand for the dollar weakens the buying power of the dollar

00:15:33.760 weakens that is why birch gold group is busier than ever investors and savers are looking to harness

00:16:38.120 in the senate a good deal the last few years have been particularly productive as i was able to help

00:16:44.040 lead and negotiate the bipartisan infrastructure law a comprehensive china strategy process religious

00:16:51.220 liberty protections a compromised gun safety law the electoral count act reform and emergency

00:16:57.940 covid relief funding i was also able to help secure key utah priorities including funding for hill

00:17:04.960 air force base and its program hang on the reason the reason i had to play that again my phone was

00:17:10.400 blowing up and here at the war is blowing up people were saying the worst list of liberal accomplishments

00:17:15.960 ever and others were saying bannon you've actually found a way to top the obnoxiousness of morning

00:17:22.300 mika in your cold opens in the morning by mitch romney go through so mayor staggs you saw at the

00:17:28.920 beginning all the massive spending the reason we have the inflation this morning and two trillion

00:17:33.460 dollar deficit mitch is whining about the mitch whining about the uh the the deficit his he supported 0.63

00:17:42.540 the five trillion dollars of additional spending from from from biden he's been biden's one of his

00:17:48.080 biggest cheerleaders in the senate uh he's caused this is that a list of accomplishments that folks

00:17:53.540 in in the great state of utah those great patriots out there would be proud of no not at all not at

00:17:59.460 all we've traveled the state like i said and and that's the one thing that has really really gotten

00:18:04.380 utahns is the spending it's out of control it's caused crushing inflation on families hundreds and

00:18:10.420 hundreds of dollars a month more in just average goods they need to purchase groceries everything else

00:18:16.220 and mitt romney is at the core of it this establishment that has just voted in he hasn't

00:18:22.240 seen a spending bill he hasn't liked and it just as a mayor for 10 years i've had to balance my budget

00:18:29.400 we've done it we've provided responsible government that's my track record i've actually cut taxes

00:18:35.120 that's what utahns want they want responsible government they need adults in dc people that are going to

00:18:41.340 push back against that 33 trillion dollars in debt that is the number one thing that is just so

00:18:49.400 so frustrating to utahns and and we're going to give that to them we're going to give them

00:18:55.080 somebody that will truly stand up say no and hold the line if if you look at what the pragmatic

00:19:03.660 hard-working folks in utah have done to create that great state do you think they've learned the

00:19:09.280 lesson of maybe they don't need any more northeast uh liberals representing them in the united states 1.00

00:19:15.680 senate you think the good pragmatic folks in utah upon further review maybe feel that was a that was

00:19:22.120 not the best thing absolutely i mean i've heard the expression as i've been traveling around fool me

00:19:27.080 once you know shame on you fool me twice shame on me and i think they have learned their lesson uh look

00:19:32.540 they know we need uh what i say is an authentic utah i'm authentically utah from elementary school to

00:19:38.720 graduate school i've been here i've raised my family here i've operated businesses i've taken

00:19:42.540 a company public i've operated to run my city for 10 years that's what they want someone who's

00:19:47.160 authentically utah and consistently conservative that's what they'll they'll get in me they know

00:19:52.740 that that's why our coalition continues to build and they see it there's going to be these other

00:19:56.900 establishment candidates you know we have our speaker of the house that was mentioned there on msnbc

00:20:01.360 two next to me as the maga candidate uh this other one the speaker is more of the establishment

00:20:06.360 uh candidate and and utahns i think are tired of that they don't want the establishment they need

00:20:13.040 somebody who has exhibited backbone that's going to stand up and say no because boy we need that now

00:20:19.720 more than ever mayor staggs uh you know they're coming for you so how do people follow you where they

00:20:27.060 go to your site what's your social media because uh mitch mcconnell right now the wheels are spinning

00:20:31.940 they're figuring out how they they don't want maga representing utah in the imperial capital sir so

00:20:38.120 where do people go to follow you they can go to trentstags.com that's s-t-a-g-g-s trentstags.com

00:20:45.540 go there to donate um i'm so humbled again by all the support my campaign is supported uniquely

00:20:54.460 by patriots by conservatives across this country and this great state of utah uh we need your

00:21:00.840 support now more than ever we can do this we just got to ensure that we get across the finish line

00:21:06.200 and box out any establishment players and others that are just going to be uh put us in the wrong

00:21:12.100 direction mayor staggs uh thank you for coming on here and it's good fight so far you got mit

00:21:18.060 romney's attention we got him on the run we chased him out chased him out

00:21:24.400 i'm gonna get into my theory of the case later mit romney maniacally focused maniacally focused

00:21:31.160 on keeping donald trump from returning to the white house he believes he's on a divine mission to do

00:21:36.260 that uh there's so much going on the hill right now i mean it's a firefight and and and and the maga

00:21:43.660 a group up there the six the 20 even some of the people in the 70 that voted for the uh uh to not do

00:21:50.560 the debt deal it's a firestorm and and the message today is that hey uh mccarthy the beginning of the

00:21:56.760 impeachment's necessary i'm gonna get into that in the second hour i got gaffney faddis um coming on

00:22:03.040 uh with uh with uh kevin freeman to talk about that to talk about what biden's done in the process of

00:22:09.900 the impeachment but they're saying hey that does not take away from this firestorm of the budget

00:22:16.820 because that's everything because with the country the bottoms from the country remember to get that

00:22:21.760 folks you have the leverage you're the drivers of the action now how did that happen part of it was

00:22:27.980 the census and get the redistricting that was appropriate and you when the redistricting fights

00:22:33.460 came up it was this audience that put the shoulder wheel in back of a young man that brought to

00:22:38.320 everybody's attention that's alex degras alex uh mark alias these guys look our enemies are smart 0.95

00:22:44.660 and they're tough and you just got to understand that people say oh they're dumb no they're not

00:22:47.660 they're very crafty they're very cunning they're they are all over this redistricting and i think 0.72

00:22:52.740 that people are waking up to the fact that this is going to be a battle royale even to keep the house

00:22:58.620 as we have it right now for what they're doing so politico has had a bunch of stories in new york

00:23:02.740 times give us an update of what's happening are we are we getting smoked in courts but state

00:23:07.040 legislatures are fighting back is that where we are right now yeah there's certainly a big divide

00:23:12.140 you know we support state legislators by and large right and we talked about the previous

00:23:16.160 supreme court case that did not go in our favor that was sort of the state legislator absolute

00:23:20.500 theory right that plays into election integrity as well and so we want state legislators we think

00:23:25.740 the constitution's clear on that but certainly there's been issues state courts we've got some

00:23:29.440 federal courts a lot of this is going to come down to the supreme court so there's a lot of narratives

00:23:34.120 a lot of media some of it a little bit of smoke a lot of it very concerning i think you've got 12

00:23:39.440 seats steve at a maximum sort of either which way six different states in play and you know steve we

00:23:46.460 won the popular vote in 2022 three million more votes for republican house candidates we flipped

00:23:52.760 number of seats and took control of congress and that's why they are melting down and going after

00:23:58.220 house republicans in one of the most vicious ways possible which is to steal our vote away in a

00:24:02.860 courtroom um and that's what's playing out and i think people need to be aware lock in talk to their

00:24:08.100 state legislators get involved with your local war party georgia south carolina louisiana florida

00:24:13.480 ohio north carolina looks great we've got new york all of it on the line and possibly more in a

00:24:18.740 domino effect for years to come oh but they're coming real quickly go back to the supreme court

00:24:25.220 because we said at the time sure and quite frankly we thought we had that as a lock and we got screwed

00:24:30.000 but walk back how this all started to tumble from that supreme court ruling

00:24:33.880 sure so we would the supreme court making the case that the constitution is clear that you know

00:24:39.640 state legislators should be you know drawing these lines and and or handling these issues regarding

00:24:45.020 elections apportionment and different things like that and what we don't want necessarily is these

00:24:50.140 courts these special masters these um panels and and all this other stuff as well as election

00:24:56.540 integrity issues and they ruled that um they're not absolute as opposed to state courts and so

00:25:02.320 what's happened is you've got these really empowered state courts many of which are democrat

00:25:07.200 or left-leaning or even worse steve sort of rhinos vicious rhinos that have ruled against us whether

00:25:13.740 that was in ohio north carolina previously both of which we flipped and made progress on but now

00:25:18.680 you're looking at wisconsin which is heating up of course and we talked about the impeachment effort

00:25:23.480 that's on the table and being discussed there these have grave consequences and i think as a party

00:25:28.880 we're looking at how do we beef down ballot how do we look at these court cases you know these we

00:25:33.280 have to win these state courts and it's different in every state but it's really a bizarre thing

00:25:37.520 uh so we're right now where do people uh where do people focus brother the whole south this whole

00:25:47.300 thing is chaotic right now and it's not going to stop because mark alliance smells blood so they're

00:25:52.820 going to try to do this in a bunch of other states so so where should people to go get the information

00:25:57.600 from you guys because you you've been given the warning early on hey new york's going to be in play

00:26:01.820 because the guys up there don't care those judges up there i mean that place is that place is the

00:26:05.860 marxist the marxist uh you know island but now it's spread all over the country but i want people

00:26:11.840 because we're going to fight back on this right now we're fighting the debt thing we got the

00:26:15.840 impeachment we got so much but i want to put this on people's radar that this is happening and it's

00:26:21.020 going to come and it's going to come hard and it's going to come fast and if we don't shut this down now

00:26:25.860 it's going to make holding the house extremely difficult and they understand that they can't

00:26:31.220 out vote us so they're going to try to outmaneuver us where do people go alex to get super smart on

00:26:36.100 this well i'm certainly going to make it my party where the party's kind of looking at we're sort of

00:26:41.500 organizing getting ready for a counter offensive looking at filing counter suits and things like

00:26:45.520 that so certainly my social media feed will have some updates as well as you know national republicans

00:26:50.420 are getting involved and so we don't the apparatuses we're still building out i mean we're catching

00:26:55.340 up to how advanced and technical the democrats are at this sort of lawfare situation i know that's a

00:27:01.360 big topic of the show of course which expands way outside of just the redistricting situation so

00:27:06.340 it's a little bit of a hole in our end so war room's been filling that hole and so certainly my social

00:27:11.120 media we're going to have some updates from national republicans as we sort of okay move this

00:27:15.420 to the supreme court on a few fronts okay we're going to get okay i want the audience to understand

00:27:20.800 we're on this okay last thing didn't they just put obama as the chair of this deal they understand

00:27:26.960 how important this is obama who's doesn't come off the beach for anything this is when he's coming

00:27:31.220 back for yeah and so let me exactly right and let me explain how they have their redistricting it's a

00:27:37.960 trust steve it's a land trust and and to be frank republicans actually we we sort of mimicked how they

00:27:43.020 had that set up it is a land trust in virginia it is unlimited dark corporate money we have no idea

00:27:48.880 what's flooding in there's no way to know what's going on this thing is as far as we are so we

00:27:53.480 don't know we don't know hang on i want i want i want you hang on i'm gonna hold you through the

00:27:58.040 break just real quick question could there be foreign money could there be foreign money we don't

00:28:02.880 know piling into this absolutely absolutely we have no idea the only ones that know are the irs

00:28:09.020 and so that's the deal but i want to get into that trust situation because it's complicated

00:28:14.240 you okay you're in the war room you stick there we got new mexico big victory in new mexico at least

00:28:21.000 temporarily we're gonna go to pasadena california we got joe allen we're packed and next hour even

00:28:26.900 more packed only in the war room

00:28:29.780 are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue

00:29:00.080 customers to support abortion financial services like paypal canceling customers for their political

00:30:48.820 huge money from the ukrainian oligarchs walk me through this i i alex i gotta bounce because i'm so

00:30:53.920 jam but this thing is so important so important this is the structural things that only the war

00:30:59.460 room posse can hammer give me this thing again how do they hide the money and this is this is how

00:31:04.540 evil and smart i'm telling you elias these guys are the most evil brilliant cunning people on earth 0.83

00:31:10.100 and we need you heard caroline ren today we need a we need a law firm that just focuses on this stuff 1.00

00:31:15.140 like they do full time what's happening so since by since technically it's not involved in any electioneering

00:31:22.280 right it's just the process of mapping out lines they've been able to set up a separate entire dark

00:31:26.980 money entity it's not even involved in any type of political reporting or anything like that the

00:31:31.880 national democrat redistricting committee i suggest folks go look into that we've had the swiss

00:31:36.840 billionaires at heisek weiss these folks have put money into groups that we believe have put money

00:31:42.240 into that they have a limitless amount of money for their quote democracy docket you see that all over

00:31:47.780 the place even all these long shot um you know legal cases that they do everywhere hoping to find

00:31:53.240 one get precedent go from there and balloon this thing up so super important for the posse to go

00:31:58.020 into that national democrat redistricting committee read the articles look into what that is eric holder

00:32:03.220 obama the whole team it's out of control the whole team it's his first team obama done he's so lazy 0.85

00:32:09.860 done doing this guy he's focused on this because he knows how important it is he cuts off espn sports

00:32:15.960 center to go do this this is he doesn't volunteer for a lot of stuff on this one i mean he may go to

00:32:19.920 a couple of campaign events he's the head guy and holders his deputy they're lethal uh where do they

00:32:27.440 go in your give me your social media again to follow you yeah yep go ahead to grass at to grass 81

00:32:32.940 you know we cannot allow president trump to get back into office without having a republican house

00:32:38.380 majority it's the top priority thank you steve no you hold it hold it you see the war room posse

00:32:45.380 you see the control we have you can't have trump back in and have hakeem jeffries you talk about a

00:32:51.960 nightmare it can't happen first off they're going to impeach him right away this is nancy pelosi 2.0

00:32:58.240 they're going to come up with their he's not there impeaching the first day day one the handle come

00:33:03.340 off the bible they'll be dropping a dime on him right then we can't do it we got to stop it now we got

00:33:08.580 to get we're going to get to that foreign money get it out of there digress thank you very much thank

00:33:12.060 you for coming in the war room brother thank you steve thank love the suit love the whole look

00:33:18.020 okay pasadena california seek smith seek tell us why you're in pasadena what just happened in this

00:33:24.240 courtroom why is this important why should anyone care ma'am hi yeah thanks for having me um we are

00:33:31.720 in pasadena california in front of the pasadena courthouse for adam vena who has been um mired in

00:33:38.940 the family courts he's lost custody of his now five-year-old son because his ex is transitioning

00:33:45.900 their son to a girl um since he was two years old so adam has not seen or held his son in over two

00:33:52.860 years and so today's court hearing um they just got out of it and um we just got word that uh judge

00:34:00.520 harvey silberman just recused himself from the case which is a really good thing for us

00:34:05.520 okay i'm gonna ask you why it's a victory but you got it our our audience's head is blowing up

00:34:11.480 already i want you to go back and give me a minute it's a two-year-old boy and his wife is allowing a

00:34:18.000 boy at the age of two to transition and now the kid's five the little boy's five and the father has

00:34:23.220 had no contact ma'am correct yeah started at two she started putting him in dresses started calling him

00:34:29.480 a girl started asking his preschool and all the other parents and other children to call

00:34:35.480 this little boy a girl who now goes by the name violet and is being addressed as a as a girl so

00:34:43.040 has socially transitioned um and he has lost custody and has not had any contact in over two years

00:34:49.040 correct seek why what is your organization why you guys avoid the great eli crane contacting me

00:34:56.880 personally and eli only gets to me when it's important says you got to get on top of this

00:35:00.560 that seek is amazing what's your organization why have you chosen this battle to fight

00:35:05.640 so i'm the founder of mom and dad army we're a survivor-led organization and we um are fighting

00:35:13.280 to stop the war on children um what we are seeing is an outright attack on all of our children from

00:35:19.920 every institution we can think of the education system the medical system big tech um you can go on

00:35:27.920 and on and so we are working across the country and even around the world we have chapters in

00:35:33.220 germany and australia and um the uk um to really address what's actually going on um and adam's case

00:35:40.000 it's just a canary in the coal mine with the new legislation that has just passed ab 957 here in

00:35:45.880 california um it's going to open the floodgates for the family court system to be weaponized to take 0.99

00:35:52.140 custody away from the protective parent and give full custody to the abusive parent um and also charge

00:35:59.260 them with child abuse so that's what we're looking at here and we're trying to warn not only

00:36:04.280 california um but the country that this is this is coming and it's coming fast

00:36:08.760 real quickly why did why did judge uh what silverstein why did he recuse himself and why

00:36:15.200 is that a victory i wasn't in the courtroom so i don't have an update for you on exactly why he

00:36:20.420 recused himself adam has been wanting a different judge for this case because he has not been favored

00:36:25.320 in any of the rulings um you know obviously because he's lost custody um and so that's that's a good

00:36:31.700 thing but i think the judge has ties to some very interesting um people um within within the court

00:36:38.360 system i can imagine uh uh seek you're doing god's work where do people go to find out more about you

00:36:45.900 um you can go to our website www mom hyphen army.com or you can go to our instagram it's the dot mom army

00:36:55.060 um we are looking for fierce warriors to join the battle to help us stop the war on children so 0.69

00:37:00.760 please message us please email us um i am happy to connect you um to connect with anybody who is

00:37:07.320 ready to rise up and really fight for our children and our country

00:37:11.120 seek thank you very much eli crane's a fierce warrior and so are you ma'am thank you very much

00:37:17.420 honored to have you on here look forward to having you back

00:37:19.260 let's go victory out there got it victory begets victory let's go to uh let's go to brian festa

00:37:28.500 in new mexico sir what happened today in the court on this tyrannical dictatorship they've turned the

00:37:34.600 great state of new mexico with these great patriots out there this governor's out of control what happened

00:37:39.080 new mexico it's a great day for all of americans because the governor uh lost in this hearing

00:37:49.040 uh the judge uh ruled in our favor district court judge david uh urias ruled in our favor

00:37:55.440 uh and granted us the temporary restraining order it's initially just a 14-day order so it's a

00:38:01.420 it's a temporary win for now but um he conceded that we would likely win on the merits of our claim

00:38:08.880 which is uh one of the main reasons it's one of the main things you have to consider in a temporary

00:38:13.000 state restraining order or a preliminary injunction situation uh and so he did uh agree

00:38:18.860 that bruin was controlling here the bruin decision from the united states supreme court uh last year

00:38:23.780 and uh ruled in our favor and said that this is most likely going to be ruled unconstitutional

00:38:28.960 we have another hearing scheduled for october 3rd so even though it's only supposed to be 14 days

00:38:33.700 the court can extend that for good cause and in this case the governor's attorney and one of the

00:38:37.860 other attorneys weren't going to be available on the date he was going to schedule it for so he said

00:38:42.280 for good cause he will extend it to october 3rd so this ban actually is going to remain in place

00:38:47.120 more than 14 days uh or excuse me this stay of the governor's ban is going to remain in place

00:38:52.040 uh until october 3rd at least one one one one of the lawyers not in the courtroom i guess was the

00:38:58.240 attorney general a democrat a progressive democrat said i can't do this against the constitution am i

00:39:03.520 correct on that yes raul torres who is a democrat and actually served in the obama department of

00:39:10.340 justice um actually came out yesterday and sent her a letter and said i'm not showing up to court i'm not

00:39:15.480 defending you normally i worked in state government for years normally the ag uh will defend uh the

00:39:21.460 state but in this case i guess the governor had to use her own in-house counsel uh in the governor's 0.90

00:39:27.400 office and was not able to have the ag defender and good for him because um he swore he swore an oath

00:39:32.880 not oath to uphold and defend the constitution takes precedence over any uh obligation to defend the

00:39:38.220 governor in court brian uh how do people follow this this is a big win but it's a temporary win

00:39:45.260 this is a gun grab uh this is the takeaway people's second amendment rights it's outrageous

00:39:50.380 at least a federal judge decided hey look you're probably gonna lose the merits but i'm gonna give

00:39:54.360 a stay i the it's told the governor she's gonna lose some of the merits i want people to stay up

00:39:59.080 to speed on this because this if this if she wins there trust me they're gonna be 10 of these 0.85

00:40:04.440 governors immediately going to do the same thing so tell me where do people follow you

00:40:07.960 oh absolutely i'm thinking of someone like gretchen whitmer who would love to do this in michigan right 1.00

00:40:13.360 um all over the kathy hochold ned lamont and back in connecticut it'll happen everywhere uh we the

00:40:19.420 patriots usa.org is our website and you can sign up for our email list there for all the updates as

00:40:26.520 well as our telegram channel we the patriots usa news and updates on telegram uh facebook we the

00:40:32.360 patriots usa page uh twitter we the patriots usa yep i see it right there at wt patriots usa on twitter

00:40:38.900 so we're on all of the socials we even have a gab getter truth social uh you can find us there as

00:40:44.660 well um unfortunately we are sometimes shadow banned on some of the larger ones as you know

00:40:49.500 all too well steve um so we we are on as many channels as we possibly can be but we appreciate

00:40:55.460 everyone's support because we wouldn't be able to do this without the generosity of our donors we had

00:40:59.400 um a reserve of donations that we were able to dip into so we sprang to action in 24 hours we had

00:41:05.920 this file uh fantastic great one today brian festa thank you very much for joining us and we're bringing

00:41:13.280 joe allen joe's in the war room joe do we have enough time can you tee up the cold open we have

00:41:17.740 enough time to play it actually if uh denver wants to go ahead and start with the uh the the white house

00:41:24.540 or the capitol hill clip might give you a sense i think it's clear that there's a strong consensus

00:41:31.440 a woman a woman consensus that there should be some ai regulation that would be in the best interest of 0.94

00:41:36.860 the people like and it's important to just elevate the question here the question is is is really one of

00:41:42.800 civilizational risk actually risky for all humans everywhere it's very important to to to understand 0.98

00:41:50.320 that is mr musk is ai gonna kill us all is ai gonna kill us all mr musk i hope not 0.97

00:41:58.260 i hope not uh okay tell teed up what happened today on capitol hill behind closed doors why is elon musk 1.00

00:42:07.580 wandering around there uh not not looking for young women to do cosplay with him uh which is

00:42:13.900 reported by the daily mail today um what what what is what is elon musk doing up there wandering around

00:42:19.460 as a chinese controlled asset sir well you've got chuck schumer held an ai summit today it included

00:42:28.000 elon musk it included sam altman of open ai included sundar pinchai the ceo of google bill gates you had

00:42:36.920 uh mark zuckerberg of course ceo of microsoft i'm sorry meta on and on and on and the the key

00:42:44.600 element here is that it was closed door this was yet again another major meeting of the billionaires

00:42:52.000 who are driving the ai revolution speaking behind closed doors to the politicians who ostensibly are

00:42:58.380 supposed to be representing us in order to mitigate or perhaps god willing perhaps even stop some of the

00:43:04.840 effects of this um you know josh holly called this out and he is absolutely correct that this is not

00:43:11.380 in any sense it's not even pretending to be democracy and uh the real key for him was data protection

00:43:19.720 these people need to be grilling these companies what are they doing with our data uh that's very

00:43:26.160 very important i couldn't agree more but the real issue what do they want to do with these ai systems

00:43:32.700 what do they want these systems to do to us um when we come back i think that we'll get a very good

00:43:39.480 sense of where musk thinks this is going and also a top google chief yeah i want it we're going to do

00:43:46.940 that we're gonna take a short break but even musk when he throws out at the end you know uh i'm worried

00:43:53.340 about civilizational risk now as much as i dislike elon musk's activities i do give him credit for being

00:44:01.440 quite a smart young man when he says civilizational risk people should wake up to that and then the

00:44:08.140 question from from the reporter the first question mr musk is ai going to kill us all i quite frankly 0.68

00:44:15.260 i think it's one of the logical questions on people's mind and he says there should be some

00:44:19.580 regulations what do you mean there should we know there should be some regulations

00:44:23.060 artificial intelligence advanced biotechnology regenerative robotics advanced chip design

00:44:32.400 what have we told you here in the war and how we how we schooled you on this

00:44:36.240 if you're sick and tired of the globalist leftist takeover of america's corporations go to patriot

00:46:10.520 patriot mobile.com slash bannon or call 878 patriot hello everyone in shanghai well i think artificial

00:46:19.400 intelligence is going to play a very profound role in the future of human evolution and civilization in

00:46:25.460 general we are seeing um obviously an explosion in digital compute the ratio of machine versus

00:46:32.560 biological intelligence keeps increasing that means over time human intelligence will represent a smaller and

00:46:38.240 smaller percentage of total thinking capacity on earth relative to machines uh this is really a

00:46:45.000 profound change but the trends are over time that we're headed to a world where there are more robots

00:46:50.900 than humans but this is very different from artificial general intelligence artificial general intelligence

00:46:56.680 is an is a computer intelligence that is smarter than than all humans at everything at some point

00:47:02.620 potentially millions of of the most advanced computers all working together in a data center

00:47:08.800 uh to produce a a single combined super intelligence and obviously if you've got a super intelligence of

00:47:17.380 immense capability far more capable than a human that that is a that is a concern that is a risk

00:47:24.380 i've always been a tremendous admirer admirer of the uh sheer amount of talent and drive that exists in china

00:47:30.640 good morning shanghai it's my great honor distinct pleasure to address you all the attendees of the world

00:47:38.740 artificial intelligence conference in shanghai the broad topic of this part of the conference is

00:47:44.760 artificial general intelligence the succession to ai is inevitable this would be the next great step

00:47:52.920 technologically enhanced humans would be our successors inevitably eventually they would become more important

00:48:02.720 in almost all ways than ordinary humans barring cataclysms i consider the development of

00:48:08.780 intelligent machines in near-term inevitability rather quickly they would displace us from existence

00:48:16.400 as i consider these future machines are progeny mind children built in our likeness

00:48:22.700 ourselves in more potent form and it behooves us to give them every advantage

00:48:28.580 and to bow out when we can no longer contribute

00:48:31.820 uh i think kurzweil got it right when he said intelligence is the most powerful phenomenon in the universe

00:48:38.620 let's contrast this view with the fearful view

00:48:42.460 but humanism in the sense of being akin to racism systematic bias against the eyes

00:48:47.880 denial of their moral worth and their first-class personhood finally there's just conservatism

00:48:54.800 fear of change timidness fear of the other tribe the ais of the other tribe we are in the midst

00:49:01.440 of a major step in the evolution of the planet if not the universe

00:49:05.580 let's step a succession from ordinary humans to enhanced humans and then ais

00:49:10.160 like in in the end i don't matter that much my four kids don't matter that much my granddaughter

00:49:16.560 doesn't matter that much like we are patterns of organization in a very long lineage of patterns

00:49:22.900 of organization dinosaurs came and went and neanderthals came and went humans may come and go

00:49:29.340 the ais that we create may come and go and that's the nature of the universe

00:49:34.200 one of the best ways to think about ai in general overall is that it's alien intelligence is as if we

00:49:40.240 had contact with another planet we met aliens they're going to think differently than us

00:49:45.380 we'd have these issues of you know how do we treat them do we treat them equivalent to humans

00:49:51.060 different than humans do they have the same rights as humans um do they have more rights

00:49:58.720 okay what did i just see there i'm already petrified uh you know elon's talking about

00:50:05.320 civilizational risk today outside and he won't answer the question or is they are going to kill us all

00:50:11.220 joe allen well you hear there what he said to the audience in shanghai china earlier this summer

00:50:18.100 he tells them that artificial intelligence will soon be responsible for more computing power or more

00:50:24.120 intelligence on the planet than human beings he says that human beings will be outnumbered by robots

00:50:30.080 the he goes on to praise the chinese for their talents and looking forward to seeing what the

00:50:37.260 chinese will do with these powerful technologies immediately after that you hear richard sutton

00:50:42.620 he was from 2017 until 2023 in january of this year he was the head of google's deep mind

00:50:51.740 laboratory in canada and there you hear him talking about openly this is a philosophy shared

00:50:58.080 across silicon valley that the intention is to create silicon beings who will replace human beings

00:51:07.160 that human beings must be prepared to be enfeebled to be subservient and then to be replaced

00:51:14.540 his chinese audience what do they think about this it's unclear but they are certainly on top of it

00:51:20.040 yeah okay hang on i want you to go get dark and where they go to get your writings i'm gonna have

00:51:53.960 richard sutton want to replace humans this is the great replacement theory it's not about ethnicity

00:52:00.760 race gender it's about homo sapiens and the spiritual war behind this and the war that is 0.89

00:52:07.300 transhumanism in about the singularity joe allen lays out it's your postgraduate your first book in your
