00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:52.000 What a day we are having here, isn't it? Right?
00:00:57.000 I mean, listen, as a former director of emergency management, I know a disaster when I see one.
00:01:03.000 I mean, by the way, you don't believe me.
00:01:06.000 Just ask Steve Bannon.
00:01:08.000 Steve Bannon, your guy, just went on and said, you know, perhaps...
00:01:12.000 Whose guy is Steve Bannon?
00:01:13.000 Yeah, well, you know who Steve Bannon is.
00:01:16.000 Steve Bannon just went on and said, perhaps the Republicans shouldn't have started with a witness.
00:01:22.000 He was talking about Professor Turley, who was going to say right off the bat that there wasn't an impeachable offense.
00:01:28.000 I quote, he says, perhaps we should have put him on the maybe list for one of our witnesses.
00:01:33.000 So your other witness, Ms. O'Connor, gave a complete recitation.
00:01:38.000 And there's something dangerous happening in America now.
00:01:41.000 There's an extremist movement that does not share the basic beliefs in our democracy.
00:01:46.000 The MAGA movement.
00:01:48.000 Not every Republican, not even a majority of Republicans adhere to the MAGA extremist ideology.
00:01:53.000 I know because I've been able to work with Republicans my whole career.
00:01:58.000 But there's no question that today's Republican Party is driven and intimidated by MAGA Republican extremists.
00:02:05.000 Their extreme agenda, if carried out, would fundamentally alter the institutions of American democracy as we know it.
00:02:12.000 My friends, they're not hiding their attacks.
00:02:16.000 They're openly promoting them, attacking the free press as the enemy of the people.
00:02:22.000 Attacking the rule of law is an impediment, fomenting voter suppression and election subversion.
00:02:29.000 Did you ever think we'd be having debates in your stage of your careers?
00:02:33.000 We're banning books, banning books and burying history.
00:02:38.000 Extremists in Congress more determined to shut down the government, to burn the place down than to let the people's business be done.
00:02:47.000 Our U.S. military, and this is not hyperbole, I've said it for the last two years, is the strongest military in the history of the world.
00:02:58.000 Not just the strongest in the world, in the history of the world.
00:03:02.000 The most diverse, the most powerful in the history of the world.
00:03:07.000 And it's being accused of being weak and woke by the opposition.
00:03:15.000 One guy in Alabama is holding up the promotion of every hundreds of these officers.
00:03:24.000 Frankly, these extremists have no idea what the hell they're talking about.
00:03:28.000 Two hours or so before the government shuts down.
00:03:31.000 Is there anything else happening that we're not currently watching on television?
00:03:35.000 No, not really. There's a couple of things that are worth noting, Katie.
00:03:38.000 Number one, the Senate is trying its best to cobble together a border security package to ride alongside their short term stopgap bill.
00:03:48.000 Now, why are they doing that?
00:03:50.000 They're doing that because House Republicans say they need border security in a stopgap measure.
00:03:55.000 They this is going to be a Herculean task, Katie, absolutely Herculean, to find something that can pass the Senate and that can pass the House.
00:04:03.000 We're not only talking about border money. We're talking about reworking border policy.
00:04:08.000 That's very difficult to do in such a short period of time.
00:04:12.000 So that's what's happening right now in the Senate.
00:04:15.000 The House is voting on for spending bills tonight.
00:04:18.000 All of all of them might go down.
00:04:20.000 They might not be able to pass any of these bills.
00:04:22.000 And then Speaker Kevin McCarthy will move to pass his own short term bill tomorrow night or tomorrow.
00:04:28.000 Rather, that bill might not pass on its own.
00:04:31.000 So we are in an incredibly perilous position just ahead of a government shutdown, which, by the way, starts Saturday night at midnight.
00:04:40.000 So this is not far off.
00:04:41.000 This is incredibly close.
00:04:43.000 And I don't see at this point.
00:04:45.000 Listen, it's a fast moving story.
00:04:47.000 Anything could change.
00:04:48.000 I don't see at this point any way that Congress is going to avert a government shutdown.
00:04:53.000 Tell us about the meeting this morning with McCarthy, what he's telling his his conference and what he's getting into with someone like Matt Gates.
00:05:00.000 Yeah, he's getting he's quite frankly, he's trying to tell them there's two things happening.
00:05:04.000 Number one, he's trying to tell them to pass these spending bills so they have some leverage.
00:05:08.000 That is, again, going to be difficult.
00:05:10.000 They don't really want to give him much leverage for a host of reasons, both politically and policy wise.
00:05:15.000 Then he got into a fight with Matt Gates.
00:05:18.000 Matt Gates suggested that McCarthy was paying people to post nasty comments about him on the Internet.
00:05:25.000 McCarthy said, Matt, I'm not even you know, I don't even think about you or pay attention to you and said, I'm trying to I've given five million dollars to Republicans to protect the majority.
00:05:35.000 What have you done?
00:05:36.000 Now, listen, we expect Gates will try to boot McCarthy in the next couple of weeks.
00:05:40.000 I think that is going to be a very high drama and high wire situation.
00:05:44.000 But the tensions, Katie, in the House Republican conference right now are incredibly, incredibly high.
00:05:50.000 Overthrowing our government.
00:05:51.000 And it has lead elements, including Trump, including folks like like like the former national security adviser, Mike Flynn.
00:05:57.000 And the lead soldier in this in Congress is Tommy Tuberville, who is ridiculous, radical, reckless and racist.
00:06:04.000 And I've called him Senator Redneck because that's what he is.
00:06:07.000 You want someone to lead this ridiculous, racist thing that undermines our national security.
00:06:11.000 Tuberville is like me.
00:06:12.000 I'll be your guy.
00:06:13.000 And he is now doing that.
00:06:14.000 He's got 10 minions who followed him to vote against CQ Brown.
00:06:17.000 And every day is something new that undermines our national security.
00:06:21.000 It hurts our troops.
00:06:22.000 It hurts our morale.
00:06:23.000 Our enemies are celebrating.
00:06:24.000 Vladimir Putin loves this.
00:06:25.000 But there's also the political side of this.
00:06:27.000 This is driving the GOP further and further away from America and especially from independents like me.
00:06:31.000 I've called this the Confederate wing of the GOP.
00:06:33.000 They don't want to preserve the military of twenty twenty three.
00:06:35.000 They want to create the Confederate army.
00:06:38.000 They want to take us back to the eighteen hundreds.
00:06:40.000 They don't understand this modern world and they're fighting it.
00:06:43.000 And we've got to fight back.
00:06:44.000 We've got to fight back.
00:06:45.000 OK, welcome.
00:06:47.000 Thursday, twenty eight, September year of our Lord twenty twenty three.
00:06:51.000 I think Jake Sherman said it best.
00:06:53.000 I think it's there is so much going on.
00:06:55.000 The knives are out behind the scenes.
00:06:57.000 Huge throw down this morning.
00:06:59.000 They were now finding out about with Matt Gates and and McCarthy over the story that we broke here about the influencers.
00:07:12.000 Was it yesterday?
00:07:13.000 The day before it all blends together about them paying notorious LLC to do both to pay influencers to come out and say negative stuff about people.
00:07:23.000 Also, we know they're doing push polls.
00:07:25.000 There was a push poll.
00:07:26.000 That's a poll that's kind of a leading poll.
00:07:27.000 It's not really a fair poll, but they're coming to the to the magnificent six and now another four to five.
00:07:34.000 Let's say there's ten to twenty right now that that that will stop the that will stop the CR.
00:07:41.000 And as we start to definance Leviathan starting at midnight on Saturday, they're coming to them and saying, look at this.
00:07:51.000 Kevin McCarthy is so popular in your district.
00:07:53.000 And, you know, Matt Gates is not.
00:07:55.000 And what you guys are standing for, nobody wants a shutdown.
00:07:57.000 Well, it's not being explained.
00:07:59.000 Seize the moment.
00:08:01.000 We won the shutdown battle in 14 and we won the shutdown battle in 20.
00:08:07.000 What I mean by that is that the shutdown that took place in 18 and 19, we picked up 12 seats in the house.
00:08:14.000 And the shutdown battle that Mike Lee and Ted Cruz heroically led.
00:08:20.000 We do this.
00:08:21.000 How Mitch McConnell's got a job.
00:08:22.000 We took nine seats in the Senate.
00:08:24.000 We don't lose these if it's properly message.
00:08:27.000 If it's properly, if the narrative is laid out there, people understand what the stakes.
00:08:31.000 This is about.
00:08:32.000 This is about.
00:08:34.000 Why?
00:08:35.000 CNBC last night.
00:08:37.000 Broke the story.
00:08:38.000 That's 60 percent.
00:08:41.000 60 percent.
00:08:42.000 I think they talked about all categories.
00:08:45.000 If memory serves and all categories of coming 60 percent of people live in paycheck to paycheck.
00:08:50.000 And how they're living that they're gapping it with a credit card.
00:08:54.000 This is how you have a trade.
00:08:56.000 One point one trillion dollars.
00:08:59.000 A historic high on credit card APR 25 to 27 percent.
00:09:03.000 That's usury.
00:09:04.000 Remember APRs when they load in all the fees.
00:09:07.000 Right.
00:09:08.000 What you're really paying.
00:09:09.000 People can't afford that.
00:09:11.000 This is where the nation is right now.
00:09:13.000 You're starting to have record.
00:09:16.000 Miss payments at the at the banks on credit cards.
00:09:19.000 Why people can't afford it anymore.
00:09:21.000 You're gap financing yourself.
00:09:24.000 Why?
00:09:25.000 Bidenomics.
00:09:26.000 Why?
00:09:27.000 Massive federal spending.
00:09:29.000 Why?
00:09:30.000 Because it was approved by the House of Lords.
00:09:33.000 Excuse me.
00:09:34.000 The United States Senate.
00:09:36.000 Who the collaboration is just voted.
00:09:39.000 They're going to see our and it's so up in your grill.
00:09:42.000 There's no cuts like CR.
00:09:43.000 We're going to say no to all CRs.
00:09:45.000 But at least.
00:09:46.000 Show me some respect.
00:09:47.000 They come in.
00:09:48.000 It's all Ukraine.
00:09:49.000 Six point six billion dollars is a down payment for the 80 billion.
00:09:53.000 They want to send to Ukraine.
00:09:55.000 Why do they want to send to Ukraine?
00:09:57.000 Interesting question.
00:09:59.000 Is it just the arms manufacturers?
00:10:01.000 It's just the money being made.
00:10:03.000 I think it's the times today.
00:10:05.000 Amazing story.
00:10:06.000 And the kind of money is being made there.
00:10:08.000 So we get a lot to go through, including.
00:10:10.000 And Comer.
00:10:11.000 It was that Comer's voice.
00:10:13.000 The sweet Kentucky asset.
00:10:14.000 Bannon, not our guy who Bannon.
00:10:16.000 You damn right.
00:10:18.000 You're damn right.
00:10:19.000 I'm not your guy.
00:10:22.000 This was pathetic.
00:10:25.000 If you're going to bring it, bring the heat.
00:10:27.000 Have enough respect.
00:10:28.000 You guys sit there all the time.
00:10:30.000 We're the right.
00:10:31.000 We're the radicals.
00:10:32.000 You're the guy.
00:10:33.000 Have respect for the process.
00:10:35.000 If you're going to peach in the president of the United States, bring it.
00:10:38.000 Did I not tell you that Jamie Raskin and these guys will be laying there, laying in
00:10:42.000 wait to chop you up?
00:10:45.000 Where's Stefanik?
00:10:46.000 Put somebody in charge that can be in charge.
00:10:50.000 Remember last time in the, in the first impeachment, you guys are on your back foot.
00:10:54.000 Badee, badee, badee.
00:10:55.000 You're on your back foot for the first couple of days.
00:10:57.000 Jordan wants to get down, break down and get in a wrestling match.
00:11:00.000 Until Stefanik, what they call her impeachment Barbie till she shows up.
00:11:04.000 Boom, boom, boom.
00:11:06.000 That's the only way we got that thing back on track.
00:11:11.000 Today.
00:11:12.000 We didn't bring our best.
00:11:16.000 No.
00:11:17.000 Jonathan Turley is a good man.
00:11:19.000 And I like reading stuff in the Washington Post.
00:11:21.000 But if you remember correctly, I forgot who rolled him out in the first impeachment.
00:11:25.000 I was it, was it, was it their side or our side?
00:11:27.000 He was not.
00:11:28.000 He's giving me on the one hand and the other and the one hand and the other and the one
00:11:31.000 hand and the other.
00:11:32.000 That's not, when you bring your witness, he's not giving me one hand and another.
00:11:36.000 He's going boom, boom, boom.
00:11:38.000 Bring out the artillery.
00:11:40.000 Did you break any news today that have another revelation that did a, did a, did nightly news
00:11:45.000 have to grab and it's Lester Holt have to, have to go because you forced it because it's
00:11:50.000 a forcing function, exactly something they have to touch because it's such a revelation.
00:11:56.000 Oh my God, we got to go with this.
00:11:58.000 Did you do that?
00:12:00.000 Comer, Jordan.
00:12:05.000 If you're going to impeach a president of the United States, act like a series.
00:12:11.000 You know what this looked like today?
00:12:13.000 Let me be blunt.
00:12:14.000 This looked like it was slapped together because you had to have a performance for the
00:12:19.000 MAGA crowd that breathes through their mouths.
00:12:21.000 Right?
00:12:22.000 We're sitting here with bib overalls and pitchforks.
00:12:25.000 Right?
00:12:26.000 And straw hats.
00:12:27.000 We're looking.
00:12:28.000 Yeah.
00:12:29.000 We were, the Biden's a bad guy.
00:12:30.000 Let's get him.
00:12:31.000 That's what it looked like.
00:12:32.000 It looked like something.
00:12:33.000 McCarthy's going to turn to you tomorrow morning and say, Hey, we, we, we got to keep
00:12:36.000 the government open because you have to have another great hearing next week.
00:12:40.000 It didn't look serious.
00:12:43.000 It didn't look like serious people.
00:12:46.000 It didn't look like you were a serious topic.
00:12:50.000 Let me go.
00:12:51.000 I got, I want to get, I got Senator Colton Moore here from Georgia on the 30 front war.
00:12:56.000 Let's go to the fight with the Bush apparatus in Georgia.
00:12:59.000 The Mac daddy, the Mac daddy has got, wait for it.
00:13:03.000 Glenn Youngkin up.
00:13:04.000 He's the, he's the salvation.
00:13:06.000 I told you he was next in line after he had the, after you had last night, they've had
00:13:11.000 two shots with the Keebler elves, DeSantis, you know, collapses from the weird smile, not
00:13:19.000 happening.
00:13:20.000 Nikki Haley, no breakout moment, not happening.
00:13:23.000 There's no, not even breakout moments.
00:13:25.000 That's ridiculous.
00:13:26.000 Modern media putting stuff up all the time.
00:13:28.000 It was like in with Walter Cronkite back in the seventies in New Hampshire.
00:13:32.000 They had a breakout moment.
00:13:33.000 Stupid.
00:13:34.000 How do you even talk about it?
00:13:36.000 But not having that, they got young and up in the bullpen.
00:13:40.000 Mac daddy, a drudge earthquake coming.
00:13:43.000 Donors have a new guy.
00:13:45.000 It's earthquake coming.
00:13:46.000 Shake up in the campaign.
00:13:48.000 When the 30 front war, we just wanted down in Texas with Paxton on the Bush apparatus.
00:13:58.000 Kemp, they got the entire apparatus down there.
00:14:01.000 So a guy, a brave guy like Colton Moore sits there and says, Hey, I think we ought to talk
00:14:06.000 about this Fannie Willis thing.
00:14:07.000 I think we ought to call some people in.
00:14:09.000 I think there's some things we can do here.
00:14:11.000 Boom.
00:14:12.000 He's out of their conference.
00:14:16.000 One thing you say about these guys, just like the Democrats, I give them a hat tip.
00:14:20.000 When they take act, when they roll, they roll hard.
00:14:23.000 It's no badee, badee, badee, badee, badee, badee.
00:14:27.000 Today was embarrassing.
00:14:29.000 If you're going to impeach a guy, bring the heat and put some hitters up there.
00:14:34.000 Let's get some killers.
00:14:35.000 Let's get Stefanik and let her redraft the team because this is not working and you're
00:14:42.000 not going to divert attention.
00:14:44.000 We're still up there right now.
00:14:45.000 And hey, we just lost an amendment to stop the drag queens for you paying for the drag
00:14:52.000 queens on military bases.
00:14:53.000 We lost it with 18 Republican votes.
00:14:56.000 Embrace that during the break.
00:14:58.000 Back with Colton.
00:14:59.000 Do you get the feeling that the unthinkable is going to happen soon?
00:15:03.000 Well, I do.
00:15:05.000 But between the distractions and smoke screens in the media, we probably won't see it coming.
00:15:10.000 That's why it's smart to invest in emergency food right away.
00:15:14.000 As they say, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
00:15:20.000 My Patriot Supply is the nation's leader in high quality emergency food.
00:15:25.000 Let me repeat that.

00:16:24.000 Action.
00:16:25.000 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:27.000 Band.
00:16:28.000 OK, I'm going to get off my soapbox and I'm going to turn it over to Dr.
00:16:34.000 Seb Gorka.
00:16:35.000 Dr. Gorka, you have made this observation from the beginning about the messaging and narrative and how you have to put graphics up there and how you have to do timelines and we have to do critical path.
00:16:46.000 You have to do things that in particular in your opening day of television that kind of frames it and allows those people that maybe are not, you know, war room aficionados or go to your show on a daily basis to to give them access to the information you're about to put out.
00:17:03.000 Did you see any of your warnings heated, sir?
00:17:06.000 Well, I thought you were a little bit worried in the break when you were like, what did you think about that, Seb?
00:17:13.000 And then I told you offline what I thought about it using a little slightly colorful language.
00:17:18.000 And he said, phew.
00:17:19.000 All right.
00:17:20.000 At least he didn't think it was good.
00:17:21.000 It was.
00:17:22.000 It was.
00:17:23.000 Well, hold it.
00:17:24.000 Hold it.
00:17:25.000 I'm so far out there in this thing.
00:17:26.000 I can't talk to anybody.
00:17:27.000 I'm juggling the 200 bills were passing.
00:17:30.000 I'm flying blind here.
00:17:31.000 I'm thinking, man, if Poso and Charlie and Seb were like all over this, then then maybe if we liked it, I don't think so.
00:17:40.000 It was a disaster.
00:17:41.000 So it was an S.H. Asterix T show, if I can just be polite about it, because I mean, I discussed it with Miranda Devine on my show.
00:17:52.000 And here's the here's the brutal reality.
00:17:55.000 Two things.
00:17:56.000 Number one, they didn't exactly have smart people on the Democrat side.
00:18:00.000 Nobody's ever going to accuse AOC, Jamie Raskin or what's his face, the Levi Strauss heir from New York, of actually having three brain cells amongst them.
00:18:10.000 Right.
00:18:11.000 You know, Goldman, Cortez and Raskin are clinical imbeciles.
00:18:15.000 They fell off the, you know, the dumb tree and they hit every branch on the way down.
00:18:19.000 And they still owned the Republicans.
00:18:22.000 Utterly owned them.
00:18:24.000 I reserve my time on that.
00:18:25.000 I mean, think about it.
00:18:26.000 What did we witness today, Steve?
00:18:28.000 It was impeachment 48 of President Trump.
00:18:31.000 They turned the whole thing into the photographs of Ivanka, photographs of Jared.
00:18:37.000 I mean, it was like it's like the GOP just like, uh huh.
00:18:42.000 And the GOP, you know, pisses me off the most, Steve, when they roll out Republicans.
00:18:47.000 And I'm a political junkie like you.
00:18:50.000 And I see somebody who's like, you know, the third in line, you know, 12 minutes in.
00:18:56.000 And I've never heard of this this piker before.
00:18:59.000 I've never heard of this congressman or woman.
00:19:02.000 And they're just like, here's another meat puppet.
00:19:05.000 Here's your script, darling.
00:19:07.000 Read it.
00:19:08.000 And then the cretin, the stupid Democrat just owns them, Steve.
00:19:13.000 And then and then the last thing, coma, coma stands in the corridor afterwards and says,
00:19:19.000 that was a great day.
00:19:21.000 Bumble, bumble, bumble, bumble.
00:19:23.000 And then he says, and we just had one question.
00:19:27.000 What what did what did the Bidens get for the tens of millions?
00:19:32.000 And he doesn't answer the question.
00:19:35.000 If if you think you answered that question today, perhaps you should tell the American people what the answer to that question was.
00:19:44.000 Yeah, I need it.
00:19:45.000 But he didn't, Steve.
00:19:46.000 Perfect.
00:19:47.000 I mean, you have to have a graphic.
00:19:49.000 Show me.
00:19:50.000 Are they trying to lose on purpose?
00:19:55.000 See, you're such a conspiracy theory guy that you just you just know.
00:20:00.000 No, I just think it.
00:20:02.000 And I want to disagree with Raskin and Goldman.
00:20:04.000 AOC, let me leave aside.
00:20:05.000 But Raskin Goldman, they're smart enough and they're trained.
00:20:08.000 This was professionals versus amateurs who are trying to do the right thing.
00:20:15.000 Yeah.
00:20:16.000 Here's what I said.
00:20:17.000 But look, they're not smart.
00:20:18.000 Right.
00:20:19.000 You're not going to sit down and talk to them about Persian history.
00:20:20.000 OK, Steve, we're not going to talk about the maritime policy of, you know, you know, Tsarist Russia.
00:20:25.000 But but they're organized.
00:20:27.000 You're right.
00:20:28.000 They're organized.
00:20:29.000 They roll out in this this black Pennsylvania congresswoman nobody's ever heard of.
00:20:35.000 And she is railing.
00:20:37.000 She's wailing about Donald Trump this and that and bank accounts and IRS.
00:20:42.000 They don't have to be smart.
00:20:43.000 Why?
00:20:44.000 Because they're organized.
00:20:45.000 This is the borg.
00:20:46.000 This is the hive mind.
00:20:48.000 It is the collective.
00:20:50.000 And they've got people you've never heard of before who are sticking to a script, are acting it up, are getting emotional, are getting sound bites for C-SPAN, for MSNBC and whatever.
00:21:01.000 And our guys are just.
00:21:03.000 Oh, and then the experts.
00:21:05.000 Oh, my good Lord.
00:21:06.000 Could you imagine if you had Dan Bongino, John Solomon, Lee Smith and Greg?
00:21:13.000 Could you imagine they would have eaten the Democrats a lot?
00:21:16.000 Greg Jarrett would have just kind of like played with them like like a cat with a mouse.
00:21:22.000 And we have Turley, who's probably a nice guy and has some nice cookie recipes, but not really a guy I want as my expert with this.
00:21:30.000 And then two people you've never heard of, Steve.
00:21:33.000 It's pathetic.
00:21:34.000 You also know, you've got to bring some information that's going to appear.
00:21:40.000 You have to make it not just compelling television.
00:21:42.000 You have to put out a set of facts that the mainstream media is forced to cover.
00:21:49.000 Lester Holt is forced to open the show with them.
00:21:52.000 You know, you're a former Goldman Sachs guy.
00:21:55.000 It's got to be sticky.
00:21:57.000 You've got to have stuff that's sticky, right?
00:21:59.000 You've got to have three things that cannot be ignored.
00:22:03.000 And when you throw them against the wall, they stick.
00:22:06.000 Steve, can you tell me one sticky thing about today when it comes to impeaching Biden?
00:22:11.000 Just one.
00:22:12.000 Well, give me one sticky BOMO, one strategic little that people are going to be talking about tonight.
00:22:20.000 Some of the things you had, you dumped in 700 emails and had the tax.
00:22:24.000 It was so confusing.
00:22:25.000 Where do we go?
00:22:27.000 We know they took bribes.
00:22:30.000 They know we know they took money from the Chinese Communist Party at the highest levels.
00:22:33.000 We know there's all this murky stuff and taking money in Ukraine, which is your line of work.
00:22:39.000 What what is where do we go from here?
00:22:41.000 Knowing that and knowing that this was, you know, failure to launch.
00:22:45.000 What is your recommendation?
00:22:47.000 And what would Miranda say to Comer and his team about getting organized for the next one?
00:22:54.000 Well, you are the expert on the China threat.
00:22:58.000 I mean, you turned the President Trump understood it, but you turned the ship of state around on this issue.
00:23:05.000 Concentrate on that.
00:23:07.000 Concentrate on the messages, the voicemails, the texts where Hunter Biden is at one and the same time bragging about, but also crapping his pants about the fact that he's, quote, in business with the effing spy chief of spy chief of China and that he's disappeared and he doesn't know whether they kidnapped him.
00:23:25.000 I mean, could you could you imagine if we just spent four hours today on how is the son of the president admitting in voicemails that he's in business with the chief spy of communist China?
00:23:39.000 Steve, I mean, that's a sticky thing.
00:23:42.000 That's something that no one can ignore because it's China and he's the spy chief and he actually has voicemails bragging about it.
00:23:53.000 Now, that is what I would concentrate on.
00:23:56.000 Concentrate on one maximum to kill shot facts about the corruption of Hunter Biden that are inextricably linked, not just to money and diamonds and Porsche SUVs, but linked to the national security and the undermining of our national security.
00:24:13.900 You concentrate on two big things like that and maybe something that's kind of obvious, like why does a vice president have three government email accounts in fake names?
00:24:24.240 And there's there's no photograph of Ivanka that's going to answer that question, Steve.
00:24:30.120 They can't wriggle their way out of, well, Trump's a Nazi out of hang on.
00:24:34.940 A vice president requests and is granted three pseudonymous email accounts on government servers.
00:24:41.440 Keep it simple, guys.
00:24:43.780 The military acronym KISS.
00:24:45.560 Keep it simple, stupid.
00:24:47.820 And then they cannot, cannot divert the narrative.
00:24:53.060 Who controlled the narrative today, Steve?
00:24:55.040 They did.
00:24:58.180 A last thing.
00:24:59.160 You've been a big name in saying they've got to come forward with graphics and the guys got to stand out of the way of the graphics.
00:25:06.240 You can't they can't put them up like they've had them.
00:25:07.920 They've had them on the stage and everybody's standing in front of them.
00:25:09.820 What do they what how do they need to simplify this so that the American people are just coming?
00:25:15.620 This are busy with their own lives and see all this calamity happening right now as the media portrays it on Capitol Hill.
00:25:22.300 How what would you do there?
00:25:25.280 You know what?
00:25:26.180 I'd go to a Hollywood prop store and I'd purchase the equivalent of one point three billion dollars worth of fake hundred dollar bills and I'd have the staffers pull them in on a pallet on an electric forklift truck.
00:25:44.520 In the middle of the hearing, I'd say this is the amount of money, one point four billion dollars that a man who has no background in finance or in Asia got from the National Bank of Communist China after he flew to Beijing with his father on Air Force Two.
00:26:03.260 And just ask the Democrats under what auspices and with what expertise did Hunter Biden, the crack addict kicked out of the Navy, get a one point four billion deal from communist China that Goldman, that Merrill Lynch, that the Bank of America could never, ever get.
00:26:22.800 Make it real, make it real.
00:26:28.500 Seb, how do people get to all your content?
00:26:31.020 Thank you for coming on today and really appreciate it.
00:26:33.640 How do people get to all your different sites?
00:26:37.160 We're everywhere except YouTube because there are a bunch of fascists.
00:26:40.920 So just Seb Gorka or Sebastian Gorka on Truth Social, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Getter, Telegram, you name it.
00:26:47.820 The website where you can listen to the show 24-7 is sebgorka.com.
00:26:52.380 And then the Substack, I've got a brand new article on what I experienced of the deep state when I was in the White House working for you is at Sebastien Gorka, one word, sebastiengorka.substack.com.
00:27:07.400 Seb, thank you very much.
00:27:09.240 Honored to have you on here.
00:27:10.700 Thanks, Steve.
00:27:13.260 Natalie's going to join us later.
00:27:14.520 We're going to play some clips.
00:27:15.460 I don't want to be too harsh, but we have to have a partner's conversation.
00:27:19.960 Right now, these patriots are over there getting chopped up, going through this appropriations process that we have not done since the mid-1990s and laying out and really talking.
00:27:32.580 They're legislating.
00:27:33.900 And we're not winning every vote.
00:27:35.540 We lost the vote on the drag queens.
00:27:38.620 18 Republicans joined with them.
00:27:40.060 You're not going to win everything.
00:27:41.400 I know someone's going to be so outrageous your head's going to blow up.
00:27:43.840 But that is we're powering through there, and we're winning more than we're losing.
00:27:51.500 And remember, you're on – it's every day's inspection day.
00:27:56.360 You can't bring something like this, and it looked performative.
00:28:01.220 It looked like it was just done as the shiny toy that we've warned everybody about.
00:28:06.160 And people have to take – they keep talking about accountability.
00:28:11.960 Let's take accountability for today.
00:28:14.620 It's going to have to be better or cancel the entire thing.
00:28:19.060 It's got to get better.
00:28:21.320 Short break.
00:28:22.180 Back next with Colton Moore.
00:28:25.720 You should choose an air purifier like your life depends on it, because it just might.

00:29:52.360 Get the benefits of the sale.
00:29:54.720 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:29:57.440 Okay, we've got lots of positive things that are happening,
00:30:02.080 and we're trying to be as positive as possible on the impeachment, but it's got to get serious.
00:30:06.780 Natalie's going to join us in a minute.
00:30:08.560 Colton Moore.
00:30:09.440 So, Colton, on the Georgia front in the 30-front war of the populist nationalists versus the elite khaki pant,
00:30:20.720 Yale crowd, Bush faction, we have a development today with you.
00:30:26.160 What happened, sir?
00:30:27.720 Yeah, like you said earlier, the knives are out.
00:30:30.320 They have cut me out of the Republican caucus.
00:30:33.360 The most MAGA, the most Republican, hardest-fighting senator against Fonnie Willis,
00:30:40.000 they decided to oust from the Republican caucus today.
00:30:42.920 I mean, it's absolutely unbelievable.
00:30:45.180 I'm just getting back from the Capitol myself.
00:30:48.460 You know, it's – what a time to be alive, Steve.
00:30:51.420 So, I mean, what is it that you've been in front of this – you've got kind of overwhelming support from the grassroots.
00:31:01.860 Why would they take this measure?
00:31:05.080 Yeah, I mean, they're feeling the heat like none other.
00:31:07.760 I mean, Donald Trump is polling 56 percent plus as poll numbers continue to go up in this state.
00:31:13.920 You would think they would have just a little bit of political savvy and realize that their constituents want them to take action against Fonnie Willis.
00:31:23.060 That's what I've been calling for for the last month, calling for a special session, you know,
00:31:27.360 with the effort to defund Fonnie Willis immediately, to investigate Fonnie Willis, you know,
00:31:32.480 to put the pressure on her because my constituents don't want their tax dollars funding Fonnie Willis.
00:31:37.280 But instead, that pressure was too hot for these Republicans, or rhinos is really what they are,
00:31:43.920 and they've decided to oust me from the caucus.
00:31:46.200 But you know what?
00:31:46.680 I've never felt more liberated, and I will continue fighting, being the most pro-MAGA senator this state's ever seen.
00:31:56.760 So what action – I want to be very precise about this – what action did you call for that they have used against you to throw you out of the caucus?
00:32:06.540 Because it's pretty extreme, you think, to throw a sitting state senator out of a caucus in the Republican Party.
00:32:15.220 What did you specifically call for, and how did they effectuate this removal of you today?
00:32:23.020 You know, they said some of the comments that I've made on your show before have caused threats to fellow senators.
00:32:29.720 You know, I don't know what they define as threats.
00:32:32.940 I haven't seen any evidence of anything they talk about there.
00:32:35.940 Maybe their constituents calling up, demanding that they do something.
00:32:40.080 You know, and ultimately, they were like, well, you know, you can stay in the caucus.
00:32:44.280 We just need you to shut up and quit calling for the special session.
00:32:47.440 Quit calling out your fellow senator.
00:32:49.620 And it's very simple.
00:32:50.940 I am not going to regulate my freedom of speech in defense of freedom itself.
00:32:57.820 I mean, that's what got us into this mess to start with.
00:33:01.440 Donald Trump, 18 others, using their freedom of speech to question the integrity of an election.
00:33:06.940 Now they've been taken political prisoner.
00:33:09.200 Like, what happened to the rule of law?
00:33:11.260 The rule of law is very simple.
00:33:13.260 We can look at the First Amendment and see that these individuals had a right to question the integrity of election.
00:33:18.460 Now they've been taken political prisoner.
00:33:20.320 And now, instead of taking out the enemy, Fonnie Willis, they're taking out the one senator who continues to push to defund and investigate Fonnie Willis.
00:33:32.140 Did they, when they said threats, were they able to ever give you evidence of that, of how they've been threats?
00:33:37.940 Or these were just people that called and said, hey, we need you to take some action?
00:33:42.120 You know, that's all that we can assume because we've seen no evidence of whatever they mean by threats.
00:33:48.520 And obviously, you know, their emotions are high across the board.
00:33:52.800 I mean, Stephen, I've received plenty of unknown phone calls with crazy voicemails in the last month.
00:33:59.480 I mean, we're fighting for freedom right now.
00:34:02.460 Emotions are running high.
00:34:04.220 I'm calling for the special session.
00:34:06.340 I'm telling your constituents to call you and ask for the special session.
00:34:09.820 But now you're just going to throw me out of the caucus.
00:34:12.940 So, you know, now that I'm no longer a part of this rhino caucus, it leaves me free to start calling for primaries across the board.
00:34:20.140 Because ultimately, this is all about Governor Kemp calling up his phonies, the rhinos in the Republican caucus, and saying, you got to oust Colton.
00:34:28.660 We got to get rid of this guy.
00:34:30.340 And so now they have.
00:34:33.960 I'm going to go to that in one second.
00:34:35.740 What do your constituents say?
00:34:37.500 Do they have your back on this?
00:34:38.640 Are you comfortable that you're representing them and their political will?
00:34:44.620 And do you feel comfortable they're going to have your back?
00:34:47.060 Oh, absolutely.
00:34:48.100 I mean, I told them this morning in the meeting, I said, bring on all the challengers you want.
00:34:54.220 Because my constituents elected me to fight.
00:34:57.740 And if that means fighting you rhinos and you pushing me out of the caucus, I don't need your caucus.
00:35:03.720 Because what's going on right now is so much bigger than this rhino caucus.
00:35:08.220 I mean, the battle lines are here.
00:35:10.840 When my fellow Republican senator is facing the rest of his life in prison, is going to spend upwards of a million dollars of treasure to defend his good name.
00:35:20.960 The battle lines are here.
00:35:22.620 They could come after me.
00:35:23.820 They could come after anybody.
00:35:25.480 You know, Donald Trump has said it best so many times before.
00:35:28.100 He's like, they're coming after me because they want you.
00:35:31.820 And guess what?
00:35:32.440 If they can come after me, they can come after you.
00:35:35.060 And that is, it's showing itself to be true time and time again.
00:35:38.640 And these rhinos can't see it.
00:35:40.540 You could argue there's not a more MAGA state than Georgia.
00:35:47.960 It's in the top, you know, it's among the, it's in the top tier.
00:35:52.160 How is Kemp able to pull this off?
00:35:54.180 And here's the reason.
00:35:54.980 The Keebler elves are the seven doors, or whatever they are now, face planet last night.
00:36:02.900 They're looking for another alternative.
00:36:04.480 The Mac Daddy on Drudge is, is Yunkin.
00:36:08.040 He's next up.
00:36:08.880 You know, he's going to, he's going to come in on the evening of what, four November is
00:36:13.840 their next, but Kemp is their ultimate, that that's the, that's the, the deep, that's the
00:36:19.400 whole card they've got.
00:36:21.040 Is this related, you think, to his effort to thwart Donald Trump and Trump's re-election
00:36:29.000 bid in 24?
00:36:29.940 Is that what we're seeing playing out here in Georgia?
00:36:32.840 No, I think absolutely.
00:36:34.280 I mean, you, you put the nail on the head and, you know, he's, he's raised so much money.
00:36:38.860 And his Georgia first group here, it's like this ulterior party, if you will.
00:36:44.820 And, and I think that a lot of these rhino Republicans are like, oh my goodness, if I
00:36:49.220 step out of line, if I don't follow the orders of the governor, you know, he's going to come
00:36:53.320 after me.
00:36:54.160 Well, what these people don't realize is their constituents are already coming after them.
00:36:58.060 You know, do your job as a Senator, represent the people that elected you.
00:37:03.960 You know, you called yourself a strong conservative.
00:37:06.020 When you got elected, you called yourself a Donald Trump Republican, but now you are siding
00:37:10.940 with Fonnie Willis instead of defending Donald Trump and these 18 others.
00:37:15.240 And it's absolutely ridiculous that the amount of power that Governor Kemp has on these people.
00:37:23.480 Um, let me throw this out.
00:37:27.160 It looks like a special session is remote since the leading advocate of it just got bounced
00:37:32.020 from his caucus.
00:37:32.800 What, what, what is the field of potential action that can take place now?
00:37:39.760 Realistically, no longer a part of the caucus, Steven, my focus is on bringing on the primary
00:37:46.080 challengers across this state.
00:37:48.400 These senators who called themselves Donald Trump Republicans and refused to take action
00:37:54.220 and allowed me to get voted out of the caucus.
00:37:57.840 Those people need to be primaried because obviously they're not listening to their constituency.
00:38:02.480 They're not calling for a special session.
00:38:04.580 And now they want to remove the one guy who is, you know, I'm going to do everything in
00:38:09.100 my power to make sure that these people lose their seats.
00:38:14.820 So, you know, if there are any Georgians who've been calling their state Senator and demanding
00:38:19.840 a special session, and they've realized that that's not going to happen, I would encourage
00:38:24.740 you to reach out to me and get on board with running for office.
00:38:29.400 Give these people a primary challenger and show them what the MAGA party is all about.
00:38:38.040 Given that those primaries the next, next spring in the interim, anything with Fonnie
00:38:44.660 Willis, you have this one October when the, this commission I think kicks in.
00:38:48.040 Is there any, as you see it in Georgia, not some guy in New York or DC pontificating, but
00:38:55.240 in Georgia, is there any field of action there on the Fonnie Willis situation, either investigation,
00:39:02.100 defunding anything.
00:39:03.420 If you don't get to a special session, you know what, Steve, open up your calendar and
00:39:08.740 look how close October 1st is.
00:39:11.720 All of these senators, okay, all of these rhinos who immediately went and told their constituencies,
00:39:18.000 oh, this prosecutorial commission, it's going to save the day.
00:39:20.980 It's going to take out Fonnie Willis.
00:39:22.580 You just wait till October 1st.
00:39:25.120 Well, October 1st is about to be here and let's just wait and see what happens.
00:39:29.560 Nothing.
00:39:30.380 Nothing is going to happen.
00:39:31.720 It's, it's a big false hope.
00:39:34.120 It's a false promise.
00:39:36.320 And ultimately we could be having hearings right now.
00:39:40.680 We could be launching investigations into Fonnie Willis.
00:39:43.840 We could be calling a special session and we could, with a simple majority vote, defund
00:39:49.040 Fonnie Willis, remove the three and a half million dollars of taxpayer money that's going
00:39:54.120 to fund this type of political persecution and put an end to it.
00:39:57.800 But we're not, you know?
00:39:59.680 So that leaves me a lot of time on my hands to help primary some of my fellow rhino senators.
00:40:09.980 Breaking news.
00:40:11.140 President Trump's lawyers have notified Fulton County court that they will not seek to have
00:40:16.720 his Georgia election interference case moved to federal court.
00:40:19.820 So it is in Georgia on a very ironic on the day that, uh, that, uh, you were moved from
00:40:25.460 the caucus.
00:40:25.820 How can people, Colton, you have a, a big fan base here and people will want to keep
00:40:30.660 up to what's going on in Georgia.
00:40:32.260 How do people continue to contact you on social media and your website?
00:40:36.600 Yeah.
00:40:37.000 You can go to real Colton Moore on Twitter.
00:40:39.260 It's just like real Donald Trump.
00:40:40.760 That's why I chose the name.
00:40:42.120 I can go to coltonmoore.com slash emergency, and you can sign on to the official petition
00:40:48.120 there.
00:40:48.500 I tell you what, Steve, any help that I can get, it's more than appreciated, greatly appreciated.
00:40:54.280 My goodness, these rhinos, you know, it's, we're in two different lanes now.
00:40:58.600 We've got the rhino caucus and we've got me, the one guy standing up for MAGA, and I'm going
00:41:03.600 to need all the help I can get.
00:41:05.200 So if anybody out there in the country that can spare a little bit of change, um, it would
00:41:10.120 be greatly appreciated.
00:41:11.100 We got a country to save Steve.
00:41:12.500 And if we don't start acting now, we're going to lose it.
00:41:17.760 Thank you, brother.
00:41:18.600 Colton Moore, a fighter down in Georgia.
00:41:21.800 Wish there were better news out there, but that's the reality.
00:41:24.340 Also the Hill newspaper.
00:41:26.960 I'm going to bring this up.
00:41:28.100 And if we can get the, I don't know if Denver has this yet, but the Hill newspaper, one of
00:41:31.080 their leading stories right now, and the Hill is the insider's paper up here.
00:41:34.440 Conservative podcast host and longtime Trump supporter Steve Bannon mocked House Republicans
00:41:40.080 for selecting a witness who testified the first impeachment inquiry hearing that there
00:41:45.200 was not enough evidence to vote to impeach president Biden.
00:41:52.300 I don't know if I was that specific, but I did say, I don't think it behooves you to bring
00:41:57.940 the two professors up, particularly Turley and the other guy, when they're going to give
00:42:02.060 me on one hand and another hand, and they're very soft about what the purpose is and what
00:42:07.140 the evidence has shown to date.
00:42:09.640 And Jonathan Turley is a great columnist for the New York Post and American greatness and
00:42:16.620 American conservative rights for a lot of things.
00:42:18.400 But if you go back and I forget as a witness, I think he was a witness called, called by the
00:42:25.560 Trump side in the impeachment, the first impeachment.
00:42:29.680 He was not terrific there.
00:42:31.080 He was OK.
00:42:35.560 That's when we were not in charge.
00:42:36.880 You're in charge today.
00:42:39.420 And you have to have a level of respect for this process.
00:42:42.880 If you don't have respect for it, how are they going to have respect for it and how the
00:42:47.340 American people are just now?
00:42:48.720 Remember, you always want a platform, a formal official platform to adjudicate these things.
00:42:53.920 What have we asked for from the from the beginning, from three November to actually be able to
00:43:00.060 adjudicate the steal of 2020 is some former process, hopefully in the J six trial.
00:43:05.860 If that ever goes to trial, you'll be able to adjudicate it here.
00:43:08.100 You're able to put this forward to the American people.
00:43:11.940 But you have to break through the noise.
00:43:13.400 You have to break through their side fights back.
00:43:15.940 They just don't roll over.
00:43:16.760 They fight back and they fight back hard.
00:43:18.400 You have to anticipate that.
00:43:22.320 It was just a level of not serious.
00:43:25.120 You know, it is what it is.
00:43:27.180 And you've got to, I don't know, if it's the phonic or other people or somebody else
00:43:29.620 got to be put in charge.
00:43:32.940 Or wait, it's not a shiny toy.
00:43:37.240 MAGA is not sitting there breathlessly saying, we've got to see this now.
00:43:41.860 We're saying we want to get the finances of the country as a number one priority.
00:43:46.800 And if that starts midnight with the de-financing of the apparatus, then that's when it starts.
00:43:53.380 That's the problem.
00:43:54.540 For war room veterans, you know, we have been all over the supply chain issue with China
00:44:00.160 and medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:44:05.740 China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that.
00:44:09.840 Jace Medical.
00:44:10.720 I got an emergency medication kit from them.
00:44:13.200 The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical antibiotics
00:44:19.440 are in extreme short supply across the United States.
00:44:21.740 But you know that because you're a viewer or listener of this show.

00:45:27.400 I haven't had a chance to send this to Denver.
00:45:36.300 We'll try to get to Memphis for the next hour.
00:45:38.080 Lead story, headline on Bloomberg, even as we speak.
00:45:42.040 Dr. Peter Navarro just sent this to me.
00:45:44.040 America's looming debt spiral.
00:45:46.520 The cost, and I'm quoting Bloomberg, not the war room.
00:45:51.020 The cost of servicing U.S. debt has surged.
00:45:53.540 The perpetual threat of a government shutdown or even default
00:45:56.500 comes thanks to political gridlock that seemingly puts solutions out of reach.
00:46:02.300 At some point, fair to tackle America's large and growing budget deficit
00:46:05.580 is going to hit the wallets of ordinary Americans.
00:46:07.960 Note to Bloomberg, we can do some simple math for you.
00:46:11.600 Don't have to get into arithmetic.
00:46:13.720 That it's already crushing Americans.
00:46:17.460 And we are the solution.
00:46:19.400 Didn't say it was going to be easy.
00:46:20.640 It's going to be ugly.
00:46:22.140 So where are you, Bloomberg, up here right now in the appropriations?
00:46:25.040 Please tell me.
00:46:25.660 Bloomberg, go do the math.
00:46:26.880 We're going to pull the story and I'm going to read it.
00:46:29.100 But please tell me where you're...
00:46:31.020 Tell me the $7 trillion that goes out.
00:46:34.220 $5 trillion comes in.
00:46:34.960 It's not $5 trillion.
00:46:35.740 We did the math the other day.
00:46:36.820 I think we're only going to collect...
00:46:38.020 I think we're going to collect under $5 trillion.
00:46:40.280 Who else has done that math?
00:46:41.340 I think it's $4.5 trillion, $4.7 trillion.
00:46:43.980 That means $2.3 trillion now.
00:46:46.140 Understand these are big numbers.
00:46:47.400 But it's coming back to hit you.
00:46:51.280 And remember, the refinance...
00:46:52.200 It's just not fed in interest rates.
00:46:54.220 The cost of refinancing this at 500 basis points, 5% higher interest rates by the federal government,
00:47:01.240 means that the cost of the financing itself, it's going to get to a trillion dollars.
00:47:07.140 It's going to be more than our bloated defense budget.
00:47:09.980 No one's treating you like adults.
00:47:11.940 That's why you're at the ramparts right now.
00:47:13.660 We need to have an adult conversation.
00:47:16.160 Let's have it this weekend.
00:47:17.960 And the only way they're going to listen, the only way they are going to listen...
00:47:21.760 Because why should they listen?
00:47:22.900 They're living in Paris here.
00:47:24.120 They've got boutiques.
00:47:25.040 They've got the best restaurants.
00:47:27.100 They've got it all.
00:47:28.460 Because they keep printing money over the Federal Reserve.
00:47:31.060 They're not going to listen until metaphorically you put a gun under their head and say,
00:47:36.460 guess what?
00:47:37.020 It stops.
00:47:37.740 It stops at midnight.
00:47:38.880 We have a forcing function, which is midnight.
00:47:42.740 And that's when it stops.
00:47:44.160 And that's when you've got to start listening to us.
00:47:47.160 Because we're not going to fund it anymore.
00:47:48.840 We're not going to finance it anymore.
00:47:50.060 You can't do this.
00:47:50.900 It cannot go on in perpetuity.
00:47:52.760 The world doesn't work like that.
00:47:54.040 Ask the BRICS.
00:47:55.680 They're plenty smart over there.
00:47:56.860 They're plenty savvy.
00:47:59.860 Go to birchgold.com and get the end of the dollar empire.
00:48:03.520 We laid it out over the last two years.
00:48:04.940 We just didn't think of this overnight.
00:48:07.160 And look at the fourth one.
00:48:08.040 The fourth episode is the assassination of American prosperity.
00:48:12.020 Done by globalist Republicans.
00:48:14.360 It was the Nixon over a weekend.
00:48:17.240 With John Conley and all these great thinkers that are up there knitted brows.
00:48:20.960 The shocking thing as you go through it.
00:48:22.280 I don't see any financial models that came up that weekend even talk about what they were doing.
00:48:25.720 Just like Garrett Graves and McHenry.
00:48:29.520 Show me a financial model.
00:48:30.760 Show me the model that you calculated was going to be less than $5 trillion of cash coming in.
00:48:37.600 Of receipts.
00:48:38.680 Why?
00:48:39.620 Hello?
00:48:40.620 The economy's slowing.
00:48:42.220 And particularly capital markets, you're having fewer and fewer.
00:48:44.480 You've got fewer capital gains taxes.
00:48:47.940 And fewer financial transactions.
00:48:49.760 Why?
00:48:50.080 Interest rates are so high.
00:48:51.320 That's why mortgages are back to the rate of mortgages now.
00:48:54.600 And home buying is back to the early 90s.
00:48:58.020 This is not quantum mechanics.
00:49:00.100 This is pretty straightforward.
00:49:01.100 They don't want you to understand that.
00:49:02.440 They don't want to talk about what they want to talk about.
00:49:04.100 Oh, my God.
00:49:04.800 The government's going to cut down.
00:49:06.360 Look at this.
00:49:06.780 It's so terrible.
00:49:07.580 It's so terrible.
00:49:09.640 Let's go impeaching.
00:49:10.680 Let's have an impeachment hearing on Thursday.
00:49:12.340 Screw you.
00:49:13.920 Let's talk about the problem.
00:49:15.200 Let's talk about your donors got us in this problem because they didn't want to raise taxes on them.
00:49:19.940 The uber wealthy.
00:49:21.820 This is what the con is.
00:49:23.080 This is what the scam is.
00:49:24.860 I told you yesterday over the next 72 hours, you are going to see up in your grill who governs you.
00:49:32.060 So take the civics book out and we're going to have the civics book and then you're going to see how it rolls.
00:49:36.260 You're going to see who governs you and you're going to see who's on your side and you're going to see in high definition who is not.
00:49:44.120 2 0 2 2 2 5 3 1 2 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 4 3 1 2 1 is the Senate.
00:49:52.440 2 2 5 is the House.
00:49:53.540 Why don't you call up and have a conversation right now with your representative and find out how they're going to spend this weekend because the next hour we're going to break down everything that's going on real quickly.
00:50:02.380 Natalie, Natalie, give me a minute or two on your assessment of what we sat through today.
00:50:09.320 You followed it in its entirety.
00:50:10.840 We're going to play your cold open in the next hour.
00:50:12.960 Give me your thoughts.
00:50:14.880 Well, Steve, I know you're already live for four hours today, but I think today really was rock bottom.
00:50:21.100 We've hit the point where we need to bring back war room impeachment because our House Republicans don't know what they're doing at all.
00:50:28.420 This was Kevin McCarthy's Hail Mary to try to convince us that we can't shut down the government.
00:50:34.160 Frankly, I think this makes the case that we need to because they need to reassess.
00:50:38.020 And Steve, honestly, the best part in the middle of the hearing, do you know what the House GOP tweets from their official Twitter account?
00:50:46.060 Hunter Biden's laptop is real.
00:50:49.260 That's the tweet.
00:50:50.200 These people are fundamentally unserious.
00:50:52.900 And you know what?
00:50:53.660 When Democrats tried to intervene in the hearing within the first 30 minutes, trying to have a motion to have Rudy Giuliani as a witness, that was their big gotcha moment.
00:51:03.060 They should.
00:51:04.240 James Comer, all these people, because Rudy Giuliani would have been a better witness than any of the three people that they had up there.
00:51:10.780 I don't know why they chose those people.
00:51:12.300 I'm sure they're nice people.
00:51:13.380 But this was like ADHD, even for people who follow this story and know the tale of the Biden impeachment and the corruption from chapter and verse.
00:51:22.280 Raheem and I broke these stories years ago.
00:51:24.920 It was fundamentally unserious in the way it was delivered to the American people.
00:51:29.480 You couldn't follow it.
00:51:30.640 I don't know why they thought having dozens of people ask questions for five minutes would do anything to help advance the case.
00:51:37.380 It's fundamentally unserious, and I think it goes back to the question of is it intentional or is it incompetence?
00:51:44.800 And I think that this is intentional.
00:51:46.420 I think they threw this together to try to make the case that we can't shut down the government because, you know, the low IQ grassroots, the war room posse just wants the red meat.
00:51:56.140 Wow.
00:51:57.160 Wow.
00:51:58.560 Natalie Winters, University of Chicago.
00:52:00.720 You went there.
00:52:01.600 By the way, I love that idea on impeachment.
00:52:03.460 I think we'll talk about that afterwards.
00:52:04.700 And all the work you've done, that's what we had you watching today.
00:52:07.400 Natalie, thanks.
00:52:08.040 I'm going to see you in the next hour.
00:52:09.980 You get rebooted, and we'll see you with a cold open and go through some details.
00:52:15.800 That's where we are.
00:52:17.240 You have a historic battle going on right now to finally have a full and frank conversation with the American people about the direction of the nation, the nation's finances, who's responsible for getting us here, and what's a path forward.
00:52:31.700 And in that path forward, who's going to pay?
00:52:35.960 What's the fair way to get it?
00:52:38.580 There's no – read Stein's – Jeff Stein of the Washington Post, that article the other day that Stephanie Rowe kind of screwed up.
00:52:44.520 That's not about a shutdown.
00:52:45.440 That's about actual cuts that were happening.
00:52:46.940 And those are tough cuts.
00:52:50.320 And people will have pain.
00:52:51.660 Every easy decision in this nation about this is decades ago because nobody wanted to address it.
00:52:56.960 And now, this weekend, we have an opportunity to address it.
00:53:00.960 Why?
00:53:01.140 We have a forcing function.
00:53:02.220 Midnight on Saturday, they're broke.
00:53:05.920 They're stone cold broke.
00:53:08.100 You have to pass these bills to allow the Federal Reserve to start cranking up the printing press.
00:53:13.020 And they hate the fact that you jammed them up.
00:53:18.960 They hate the fact you jammed them up.
00:53:22.300 We're going to jam them even more in the next hour.
00:53:24.860 Hang around.
00:53:25.300 You're in the world.
