Transcript

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.040 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.260 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.520 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.480 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.880 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.620 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.560 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.820 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.220 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.120 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.060 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.760 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.160 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:50.720 President Biden's speech was the most passionately pro-Israel in history.
00:00:54.860 Our people will always remember and cherish this speech
00:00:57.480 and the man who delivered it.
00:00:59.860 Sometimes thorny relationship between the president and Prime Minister Netanyahu,
00:01:03.740 but no daylight here.
00:01:05.500 No, those complications between Biden and Netanyahu set aside at least for now.
00:01:10.740 This is a full-throated defense, as we previewed yesterday,
00:01:13.940 from President Biden for Israel and its right to defend itself.
00:01:18.220 Now, there could be complications down the road, to be sure.
00:01:21.360 We will have to see about the domestic.
00:01:22.860 What did that morning, Joe?
00:01:24.160 The ambassador said, the ambassador said what?
00:01:26.260 That's the most, that Biden's was the most,
00:01:29.000 the best speech ever given in defense of Israel?
00:01:31.440 Was yesterday Joe Biden?
00:01:33.220 Is that what I'm hearing?
00:01:36.480 Netanyahu's government essentially fell today,
00:01:38.500 and it was reorganized as a unity government with his opposition.
00:01:42.760 Brian Kennedy joins me.
00:01:43.700 Derek Harvey is here with a unity government.
00:01:48.380 I'm actually surprised they allowed Netanyahu to stay around,
00:01:51.160 but I guess you need the right and the left to come together over there to defend this.
00:01:55.020 But Netanyahu's, Derek,
00:01:57.740 Brian Kennedy brought up a good point when he walked in here.
00:01:59.760 He said, hey,
00:02:00.800 Derek Harvey's probably the smartest guy we got,
00:02:03.060 and, you know,
00:02:04.700 you're going to have a senior role in the second term with President Trump over at the national security apparatus,
00:02:10.660 or maybe head of the CIA.
00:02:13.100 Boys,
00:02:13.540 I've got their heads blown up in D.C. right now.
00:02:15.300 Derek Harvey's head of CIA.
00:02:16.920 Devin Nunes had a DNA.
00:02:18.400 This is,
00:02:19.180 or maybe over,
00:02:19.780 over SECD.
00:02:20.700 Did you imply in the first block that the Israeli deep state did this on purpose?
00:02:33.060 for,
00:02:33.500 for,
00:02:33.800 to,
00:02:33.940 to,
00:02:34.280 to,
00:02:34.600 to,
00:02:34.880 against Netanyahu?
00:02:37.060 There's two,
00:02:37.860 there's two things.
00:02:38.780 There's only two choices.
00:02:40.620 Complete and total incompetence at every level,
00:02:44.660 including American,
00:02:46.020 in American intelligence,
00:02:47.880 NSA,
00:02:48.420 CIA,
00:02:48.900 DNI,
00:02:49.660 DIA,
00:02:50.680 or some malfeasance.
00:02:53.720 So given those two choices,
00:02:55.460 Derek Harvey,
00:02:56.360 pick them.
00:02:56.940 Which one do you,
00:02:57.560 which one do you go for?
00:02:58.860 I do not believe they purposely did this to undermine Netanyahu,
00:03:02.740 but they've been doing a lot of other things to do that.
00:03:05.900 But this is a bridge too far for them.
00:03:09.600 What I do believe is that they failed to understand their enemy.
00:03:14.920 They failed to look at the evidence in front of them because they were so comfortable with
00:03:19.220 the narratives that they convinced themselves of about the nature, character, and motivations
00:03:24.260 of the Hamas leadership.
00:03:27.280 And therefore,
00:03:27.800 they took the eye off the ball and became complacent.
00:03:32.140 And they didn't see it.
00:03:33.740 Some of the,
00:03:34.220 when they go back,
00:03:34.940 they're going to see that they had evidence that was in plain sight.
00:03:38.040 Now,
00:03:39.000 I will say that some of this stuff coming out from Egypt and others,
00:03:42.560 I look at that with some suspicion because I don't know what the motivation and the veracity
00:03:48.820 is of what they actually are presenting as evidence of having given warning.
00:03:53.480 You know,
00:03:54.240 I remember looking at reports,
00:03:57.120 Steve,
00:03:57.360 and you've seen them when you were in the White House where the CIA will say,
00:04:01.820 well,
00:04:01.980 we told you so.
00:04:03.060 And,
00:04:03.260 you know,
00:04:03.940 in voluminous reports,
00:04:07.160 numerous reports over time,
00:04:08.620 they'll point to one sentence that suggests that something might happen as their cover for saying,
00:04:14.180 well,
00:04:14.280 we warned you.
00:04:16.240 That's my answer on that.
00:04:17.640 Last thing,
00:04:20.880 just go back so the audience understands this.
00:04:23.600 When I say we're on both sides of the trade here,
00:04:26.720 I mean,
00:04:27.120 we're in deep with the Saudis.
00:04:28.980 We're in deep with UAE.
00:04:30.420 We're in deep with,
00:04:31.160 you know,
00:04:31.380 you got Kuwait,
00:04:32.160 Bahrain,
00:04:32.460 all that,
00:04:32.900 but particularly also Egypt.
00:04:34.980 And those,
00:04:36.080 at least publicly,
00:04:38.040 are coming out and backing the Hamas move here,
00:04:42.600 right?
00:04:42.820 Is there any doubt that there's major aspects inside those?
00:04:47.640 Nations intelligence and national security apparatus that 100% back the Muslim Brotherhood and what's going on here,
00:04:55.420 sir?
00:04:56.080 There are some elements in all three of those countries that have sympathies in that regard.
00:05:01.720 I have high confidence in the leadership of Saudi Arabia and the UAE and in President Sisi,
00:05:09.200 you know,
00:05:09.460 because they were supporters of the Abraham Accords.
00:05:12.760 We are all in agreement that the Palestinian authority leadership and Hamas leadership are brutal authoritarian dictators that use victimhood and the abuse of their own population and keeping them from seizing opportunities that have been offered to bring economic rebirth, revitalization,
00:05:34.540 revitalization, opportunity, potential for airports as part of a transition, you know, that would enable them to have a country of their own, potentially with some limitations.
00:05:48.700 But they reject it all because they prefer to maintain their power and this would weaken their power and their end goal, which is wiping out Israel.
00:05:59.260 Remember,
00:06:00.220 Hamas and PA authority leadership have all said that their end goal is the end of Israel.
00:06:06.620 Period.
00:06:07.100 Okay, I want to go to, well, I got you because I know you got to bounce.
00:06:12.360 Just go through, Brian wasn't here, I don't think he heard it.
00:06:16.580 You said number one is give cover to the Israelis and support them, but then about defense of the United States, which is paramount, you've listed four areas where we failed on that.
00:06:26.420 Can you walk the audience through where those areas of failure are and what needs to be done?
00:06:30.880 We need to hold people accountable immediately for this.
00:06:33.720 What do we do?
00:06:34.400 Can you walk through it again?
00:06:35.140 Well, Homeland Defense is protecting our border at the border and on the interior.
00:06:40.600 And number one, we have got, you know, the FBI has been off the mark for eight years now and going after the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic sympathizers and sleeper selves that we have here.
00:06:55.500 That's been a policy decision by the FBI leadership.
00:06:58.760 Number two, we have got ground foot people, meaning the Democrat Social Alliance, Black Lives Matter, Antifa types, student groups that are all part of this movement supporting radical Islamic ideas and also, you know, Marxist ideas.
00:07:20.100 Then you've got the fifth column, which is the penetration of our government apparatus at the Pentagon and the intelligence community, at the NSC, and even in the White House with people like Mahir Batar and Arian Tababatai and others that are sympathetic to these groups and these goals.
00:07:39.260 And they undermine American security by their actions.
00:07:42.980 Then you've got these international and U.S.-based nonprofits and human rights groups that provide cover for terrorist acts and buffer Hamas and the Palestinian Authority and others from being accountable for what they're doing.
00:08:00.080 And then they flip the script and blame countries like Israel that are following the laws of warfare, etc.
00:08:07.380 And then we have got the mosque-based interfaith groups and mosques that are supporters and linked in with the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:08:17.900 And the Muslim Brotherhood is a core part of this Islamist-jihadist element across the world.
00:08:25.660 And we have a domestic problem here.
00:08:30.120 You talked about, I know you've got to go, but I want to get this in.
00:08:33.160 You talked about fifth column.
00:08:35.480 We've let in 8 million, think about this, 8 million invaders into this country on Biden's watch, minimum.
00:08:44.700 How concerned are you about a fifth column, and I mean of fighting age males from the People's Liberation Army in China to, and we've got some footage that will blow your mind today, the sub-Saharan Africa, all over the world.
00:09:01.440 How concerned are you about massive, I mean we took in 26 divisions, 26 combat divisions, equivalent, let them in, and 99% of the country, the ones that were getting touch points,
00:09:13.160 99% get in, and almost 0% do we actually track?
00:09:18.200 Derek Harvey.
00:09:19.540 Steve, it only takes 50 people acting as individuals separately across our country that know what they're doing to be able to create havoc from a security perspective for the United States.
00:09:34.080 You've pointed the large number.
00:09:36.800 Just Chinese males that have all the signature indicators of being part of, formerly at least, part of a Jungle Tiger Special Operations Unit of the Chinese PLA have crossed our border, okay?
00:09:51.660 And they're not accounted for.
00:09:53.440 We don't know how many have come across that are Islamists.
00:09:56.680 They just picked up one the other day who was clearly an Islamist fighter by the tattoos he had.
00:10:01.860 Now, whether he was currently or not, but he got caught on our southern border, and we don't know how many others have gotten through.
00:10:08.260 We know there's probably several hundred.
00:10:13.420 Unbelievable.
00:10:14.160 Colonel Harvey, how do people get to you?
00:10:15.820 How do they get to your social media?
00:10:17.200 How do they get to all your writings?
00:10:19.240 Okay.
00:10:19.780 I am on Truth Social, at Derek Harvey.
00:10:23.580 I'm on Twitter, at Colonel D. Harvey, H-A-R-V-E-Y, and then the screen that's up, that is my webpage, DerekHarvey.org, and I do do public speaking.
00:10:37.620 I don't charge very much, if at all, just costs to get places because it's important to get the word spread out about what's actually happening.
00:10:45.280 Book Harvey, last question, quickly.
00:10:50.540 What should Congress demand of Joe Biden, before any funding on anything, what should Congress demand of Joe Biden that he has to come before the American people and lay out?
00:10:58.900 I think, number one, homeland defense and how to secure our border, not just immigration, getting immigration control fixed permanently, both at the border and from an interior perspective, but also more efforts on our counterterrorism and cleaning out the foreign sympathizers that we have that have penetrated our government.
00:11:25.440 And you would agree with me that there are a lot of infiltrators, that we have a fifth column inside our government.
00:11:34.700 You would agree with me on that?
00:11:36.420 I agree with you on that, absolutely.
00:11:38.520 We've got people here that have been naively or purposely, they are aligned with supporting countries like Iran, and they are hell-bent, I'll use that term, on undermining our friends and allies that we have worked with over decades.
00:11:55.440 Colonel Harvey, honored to have you on here.
00:11:59.420 Thanks for taking all the time this morning.
00:12:01.920 Okay, take care, sir.
00:12:02.740 I'm going to come back to the national security, but Brian Kennedy is one of my, the wise men that I turn to all the time.
00:12:11.300 You should know we had a struggle session here at the War Room after the morning show.
00:12:15.500 Certain of people that I'm very close to and have admired and worked with for many, many years have not been particularly thrilled with the angle of attack of the War Room over the last couple of days.
00:12:24.820 So we decided to have a struggle session, and I had to bring in.
00:12:27.820 I had to bring in Brian Kennedy, the kind of referee, because he's a man of discernment.
00:12:32.660 We've got a couple minutes to break.
00:12:34.620 I want to pivot to something that Mitt Romney and his team of Never Trumpers, Ryan, are out in Park City, Utah this weekend.
00:12:44.060 And I think next weekend, the Red Vest Brigade, which people should understand, is so well funded.
00:12:49.100 This is the Yunkin thing.
00:12:50.660 Another, this is the East Coast version of Park City.
00:12:53.900 So in two weekends, you have the, what is it, revanchist elements of the Republican establishment.
00:13:00.760 And their only focus is to stop Trump.
00:13:05.200 Anything, and it means stop this audience.
00:13:07.000 Your thoughts.
00:13:09.140 Well, it's desperation, isn't it?
00:13:10.720 First of all, great to be on the War Room, Steve, and not in a struggle session when you and I are together.
00:13:16.420 We largely agree.
00:13:17.620 But most of what we're talking about here is common sense, right?
00:13:21.440 What is the common sense in America today?
00:13:24.140 And that is, people saw in Donald Trump a recovery of the American Republic.
00:13:29.500 They wanted that.
00:13:31.460 They wanted an end to the endless wars.
00:13:34.380 They wanted their border controlled.
00:13:36.480 They wanted the dignity of the American worker respected again.
00:13:40.680 They wanted to bring jobs back to this country.
00:13:43.500 That is where all the energy in American politics is today.
00:13:47.940 It never went away from the end of the Trump administration, the first Trump administration.
00:13:52.200 The Paul Ryans and the Mitt Romneys, they saw in Trump an end to the American global empire.
00:14:00.880 And that is one of the reasons they turned against him.
00:14:04.000 They see him today on the campaign trail appealing to the American people along those exact same lines.
00:14:10.980 And that's why they have to stop him.
00:14:12.920 Maybe even more so.
00:14:13.860 More so.
00:14:14.360 The Trump we have today is more a throwback to 15, 16.
00:14:17.640 Yes, absolutely.
00:14:18.400 You agree with that?
00:14:19.160 Totally.
00:14:19.520 I mean, if you look at the speech and if you look at the Detroit speech on economic nationalism, if you look at his national security speeches now, if you look at what he's talking about the border, if you look at what he's talking about mass deportations, this is old school Trump.
00:14:32.440 Right.
00:14:32.580 Original Trump.
00:14:33.340 And that's what drives them crazy.
00:14:35.140 That's what scares him the most.
00:14:36.480 Right.
00:14:36.980 Because now with his wisdom and experience and understanding who's with him and who's against him, the second term will be a powerhouse taking this straight state.
00:14:45.740 Brian Kennedy's in studio.
00:14:48.040 One of my mentors came to save me yesterday.
00:14:50.880 Our struggle sessions with us today in the war room.
00:14:53.820 Back in a moment.
00:14:54.440 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:14:56.140 Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:59.620 Do you get the feeling that the unthinkable is going to happen soon?
00:15:03.600 Well, I do.
00:15:05.300 But between the distractions and smoke screens in the media, we probably won't see it coming.
00:15:10.580 That's why it's smart to invest in emergency food right away.
00:15:14.780 As they say, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
00:15:20.680 My Patriot Supply is the nation's leader in high quality emergency food.
00:15:25.380 Let me repeat that.
00:15:26.880 My Patriot Supply is the nation's leader in high quality emergency food.

00:16:00.000 One thing is for sure in this world, we all need to stock up before panic sets in.

00:16:07.120 And your items ship the same day.
00:16:10.320 Go to MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:16:12.420 That's MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:16:14.640 It's time to prepare for what is coming.
00:16:17.520 So prepare with the best.
00:16:20.620 MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:16:22.260 Take action, action, action.
00:16:25.240 In almost any other endeavor, you've got to start at the end and work backwards.
00:16:29.920 You have to articulate what the objective is first before you start throwing assets at it.
00:16:35.440 So it really depends on what the Israelis want to do about Hamas.
00:16:39.280 If they want to take over all of Gaza, which has been attempted before, they probably don't want to do that.
00:16:48.780 And it wouldn't work in any case.
00:16:50.480 It would take a very long time.
00:16:52.340 If all they want to do is make it extremely difficult for Hamas to do again what it's doing now,
00:16:59.720 that may include a limited objective attack inside Gaza.
00:17:05.680 But it wouldn't happen until after the Israeli Defense Force has a high degree of confidence
00:17:11.260 that through airstrikes and missiles, it has selectively reduced the command and control Hamas's ammunition stores
00:17:19.960 and training areas so that it cannot do again what it's done
00:17:23.980 or mount a spirited defense of the areas into which Israel wants to go.
00:17:28.660 But in any case, whatever the operation is in Gaza, if it does happen on the ground,
00:17:35.040 is going to be extremely short-lived.
00:17:37.060 And is there confidence that the intelligence is up to speed to know even what they're dealing with?
00:17:44.380 Well, it couldn't get any worse than it's been recently.
00:17:49.960 Complacency is one of the independent variables that resulted in what we see today.
00:17:55.700 Otherwise, you wouldn't have seen the images that we all see.
00:17:58.380 You know, the spectrum now goes all the way from people that think this is a false flag by IDF
00:18:04.680 and to usher in a one-world government to people that don't, you know, said,
00:18:09.420 hey, we got fooled in Kuwait years ago with, you know, Hill and Knowlton's PR campaign about the babies
00:18:14.660 or the question and everything, all the way to people are saying, you know,
00:18:18.580 Lindsay Grahams and Tom Cotton.
00:18:20.880 Tom Cotton wants to have a carrier battle group to do close air combat support for an intrusion into Lebanon to take on Hezbollah.
00:18:29.620 And Lindsay Graham wants to go and start taking out all assets of the Persians.
00:18:35.560 Jeremy Bash, on the other side of the football, a Democrat,
00:18:37.700 he laid out a war plan on Saturday that scared the hell out of having served on a carrier battle group
00:18:43.460 on a destroyer in the Persian Gulf in the North Arabian Sea.
00:18:47.400 He's sitting there saying, oh, you got to take out sea and naval assets out of the North Arabian Sea.
00:18:52.360 I mean, they're talking – the scale of this thing of either people that don't believe it at all
00:18:56.820 and think we're being forced into this, the people that say, no, no, no, no, no,
00:18:59.380 you've got to unconditionally support it, is crazy.
00:19:02.560 And that's what we need, and particularly MAGA.
00:19:05.380 MAGA needs to give their consent on any plan that goes forward,
00:19:08.620 and it's now time for discernment and judgment and to really look at the facts
00:19:11.960 and to find out in this complicated situation so we don't have another Iraq and Afghanistan
00:19:17.300 and another Vietnam.
00:19:19.580 Yeah, no, I think that's a great point, Steve.
00:19:21.020 First of all, how did we get here?
00:19:23.580 Right?
00:19:23.740 President Trump had given us a great deal of stability during his term in office.
00:19:29.380 What was among the first things the Biden administration did when it came to office?
00:19:34.920 President Trump had cut off the funding in 2018-2019 to the Palestinian Authority,
00:19:41.120 roughly $200 million.
00:19:42.740 One of the first things the Biden administration did was to restore that,
00:19:46.400 which was a signal to the Palestinian authorities that perhaps the Biden administration might be on their side
00:19:52.700 and should have been a signal to Israel that Joe Biden might not have been trusted
00:19:57.860 or shouldn't be trusted.
00:19:59.380 What else did the Biden administration do?
00:20:01.380 It reached out to Iran.
00:20:03.760 Whereas the Trump administration tried to isolate them,
00:20:07.280 the Biden administration reached out to them, which gave encouragement to Iran.
00:20:12.040 So when you look at the line here, you have Hezbollah and Hamas, they attack Israel.
00:20:19.840 Who are proxy armies for the Persians.
00:20:21.420 For the Persians.
00:20:22.300 And the Persians are a proxy for communist China, all of which the Biden administration is weak on.
00:20:28.920 If you're Israel, how can you trust anything that comes out of Joe Biden's mouth
00:20:33.000 and what the Biden administration is doing?
00:20:36.160 How could you trust that we are going to back their hand adequately when we seem to be on the side of their enemies?
00:20:42.980 And so, yes, MAGA has to have a say in this.
00:20:47.940 And the way they're going to have a say in it, first and foremost, is through their elected representatives.
00:20:53.120 And the Republicans have to take this much more seriously.
00:20:56.260 We've let in 8 to 10 million people in this country under the Biden administration across our border.
00:21:02.140 Where is Congress stopping that?
00:21:05.060 Where are they holding hearings on that?
00:21:06.600 You made the comment in between the commercial breaks that, Steve, we've allowed in people we don't know greater than the population of Israel.
00:21:15.440 If it's true that it's 10 million, Israel's like a little over 9 million, I think.
00:21:20.320 We've let a country in.
00:21:22.780 Filled with people who we have no idea what they believe, other than that they want to be here.
00:21:29.640 We've caught 3,000 communist Chinese at the border, men.
00:21:33.860 We've caught 3,000.
00:21:35.780 Some estimates I've read think it could be 100,000 communist Chinese in this country.
00:21:41.400 From people in the intelligence apparatus and others that are close to the intelligence apparatus, the number I've heard is 100,000 fighting age men.
00:21:48.540 That's 10 divisions of PLA.
00:21:51.000 And it would suggest to the world that we're not serious about our own national defense.
00:21:56.100 Or that America is in some kind of revolution.
00:21:59.640 If you're China, if you're Iran, if you're Hamas and Hezbollah, you look at America today and you think, these are not serious people.
00:22:09.020 And if they are serious, they're on our side.
00:22:11.720 They've just funded us.
00:22:13.300 They don't seem to care about their own national defense.
00:22:16.380 They must have a revolution there.
00:22:18.140 The Iranians, the Chinese, Hamas, they hate America.
00:22:23.560 And it looks like the American elites in this country hate America.
00:22:27.980 You've made this comment.
00:22:28.940 Explain to the audience what you mean.
00:22:30.140 By the way, they're cutting deals up behind closed doors.
00:22:33.760 What they're trying to do is get to a speaker they can support and not have to do it publicly.
00:22:40.120 Now, we're a big advocate.
00:22:41.820 Whoever that speaker turns out to be, whether it's Scalise or Jordan, even if McCarthy comes back,
00:22:46.820 I'd rather have it done publicly than to cut a deal behind closed doors and get a Jordan.
00:22:53.060 I just would.
00:22:53.560 I want to see where everybody stands.
00:22:55.300 I want all the cards flipped up.
00:22:56.580 I want to see the process because in the process, you're going to see how the lobbyists still have come back and try to – the cartel is the return of the cartel.
00:23:05.640 You've made a point that – and the cartel is the big driver of this.
00:23:10.500 We have – we metastasize into an empire, a global empire, and not the republic that we're founded on.
00:23:18.640 What do you mean by that?
00:23:20.320 Well, look, a republic has allies, and it treats the allies like allies, but they're not permanent allies.
00:23:27.340 No one's a permanent ally.
00:23:28.920 In a republic, you do what's for the public good, our public, the American people.
00:23:33.860 We've escaped that.
00:23:37.060 We've spent the last 20 years, really maybe this started forming during the Cold War, becoming like an empire.
00:23:46.560 After September 11th, what did we do?
00:23:50.520 One of my colleagues, Angelo Cotavilla at the Claremont Institute, made an argument that after September 11th,
00:23:56.260 we should have done something so swift and so severe that around 20 years from now, around camps in the Middle East,
00:24:05.760 people would be shaking their heads saying, what could we have been thinking?
00:24:10.220 Why did we go do that?
00:24:11.460 But it would have been terrible and swift.
00:24:14.760 The idea that we didn't do something terrible and swift, that the first thing President Bush did at the time was go out in public and say Islam is a religion of peace,
00:24:24.500 while American bodies were still burning, and then figure out a way to get us in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan over 20 years.
00:24:34.780 First, that's an imperial strategy, that we're going to make those countries vassal states of ours.
00:24:42.160 Protectorates.
00:24:43.180 Rather than thinking of ourselves like in a republic, we would have gone, we would have conquered the source,
00:24:49.500 defeated the source, punished the source of who killed us, and then come back home and lived our lives.
00:24:55.720 We didn't have that as a strategy.
00:24:57.360 We had an imperial strategy to change those nations.
00:25:01.540 One, we're not very good at it.
00:25:03.620 And two, they're not going to be changed.
00:25:06.080 Once you announce to the world Islam's religion of peace, which still dominates our government today,
00:25:12.660 still dominates the government.
00:25:13.940 Oh, it's terrible.
00:25:14.880 Once you do that, you establish in the mind of the enemy that you're willing to lie to your own people about the true nature of things.
00:25:23.400 And they know that.
00:25:24.500 They know that, right?
00:25:25.580 And what they think is, you're weak.
00:25:28.600 You're weak.
00:25:29.960 And one, you're not going to punish us.
00:25:32.220 You're not going to tell your own people the truth.
00:25:34.680 And you're willing to spend the lives of your boys and girls over 20 years to achieve what you know to be nothing.
00:25:43.500 When Millie, that clip you had of Millie or the discussion about Millie, Millie did not believe this was worth it.
00:25:51.140 A good military man would have known, you go in, you conquer the enemy, you leave.
00:25:57.300 Somewhere in the back of his mind, I think he was very corrupted and did many dishonorable things during the Trump administration.
00:26:03.520 But deep in his heart, he knew that was not worth it.
00:26:07.760 Because he knew those people in Iraq and Afghanistan and elsewhere, they're not Americans.
00:26:13.080 You're not going to turn them into Democrats.
00:26:15.780 Jeffersonian Democrats.
00:26:16.640 These are people who believe, because of their Islamic faith, they don't believe they can be friends with us.
00:26:24.320 Their job, Sarah's 9 and 5, their job is to make war with us.
00:26:29.040 They cannot be our friend.
00:26:31.100 We need to have the clarity of mind that we may make alliances with these people.
00:26:35.800 But over time, their goal is our destruction.
00:26:40.460 And the only thing that is going to change this dynamic in this country right now is a president like Donald Trump, who has that clarity of mind to know they are enemies ultimately.
00:26:52.160 They do not share our view of either humanity, they don't share our principles, and they don't share our body politic.
00:27:02.200 They're not Americans.
00:27:03.800 And don't think like Americans.
00:27:06.220 Johnny Cash will take us out.
00:27:08.380 Brian Kennedy's in studio.
00:27:10.600 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:27:11.840 We're going to be back in the warm in just a moment.
00:27:16.760 When the man comes around.
00:27:23.060 The hairs on your arm will stand up.
00:27:28.000 At the terror in each sip and in each sun.
00:27:31.640 Will you partake of that last offered cup or disappear into the potter's ground when the man comes around?
00:27:46.300 Hear the trumpets, hear the pipers.
00:27:52.680 One hundred million angels singing.
00:27:58.240 Multitudes are marching to the big kettle drum.
00:28:02.560 Voices calling, voices crying.
00:28:06.880 Voices calling, voices crying.
00:28:08.940 Some are born and some are dying.

00:34:51.860 Well, thank you.

00:34:53.420 God bless you all.
00:34:54.620 Keep the faith, everybody.
00:34:55.760 We're going to get through this.
00:34:56.740 It's going to be amazing.
00:34:59.460 Thank you, brother.
00:35:01.840 Five to seven at night, we're going to be talking to a lot of people over there right now behind closed doors trying to fight it out for a speaker.
00:35:07.720 Word has it, some people are coming out and saying they may have it by late this afternoon.
00:35:13.440 I happen to think not, but, hey, you never know what happens behind closed doors with consenting adults.
00:35:18.860 So we'll check that out.
00:35:20.020 Let's play.
00:35:20.340 I want to play for our guest, Brian Kennedy.
00:35:22.560 We have another clip from General Milley.
00:35:27.380 Can we play that?
00:35:27.980 President Trump recently said that your dealings with China were so egregious that in times gone by, the punishment would have been death.
00:35:41.340 That's right.
00:35:42.060 He said that.
00:35:42.800 That's correct.
00:35:43.760 He is suggesting that you be punished by death.
00:35:46.580 The former commander in chief to his former top military advisor.
00:35:51.560 Look, I'm a soldier.
00:35:52.860 I've been faithful and loyal to the Constitution of the United States 44 and a half years, and my family and I have sacrificed greatly for this country, my mother and father before them.
00:36:03.080 And, you know, as much as these comments are directed at me, it's also directed at the institution of the military.
00:36:08.900 And there's 2.1 million of us in uniform, and the American people can take it to the bank that all of us, every single one of us, from private to general, we're loyal to that Constitution.
00:36:20.000 It will never turn our back on it no matter what, no matter what the threats, no matter what the humiliation, no matter what.
00:36:25.320 If we're willing to die for that document, if we're willing to deploy to combat, if we're willing to lose an arm, a leg, an eye to protect and support and defend that document and protect the American people, then we're willing to live for it, too.
00:36:38.400 So I'm not going to comment directly on those things, but I can tell you that this military, this soldier, me, will never turn our back on that Constitution.
00:36:46.800 But for the record, was there anything inappropriate or treasonous about the calls you made to China?
00:36:51.300 Absolutely not. Zero. None.
00:36:52.860 It almost seems odd to ask this question, because the former commander-in-chief seems to be calling for your execution.
00:37:01.540 Are you worried about your safety?
00:37:04.200 I've got adequate safety precautions.
00:37:06.480 I wish those comments had not been made, but they were, and will take appropriate measures to ensure my safety and the safety of my family.
00:37:15.120 Okay.
00:37:16.660 That cut, and this is my not being on top of things, is not the perfect cut.
00:37:21.680 In the perfect cut of that, she pulls out, I think it's Bob Costa's book, and she reads about what happened after they went to, he went to St. John's Church, and he said it was a huge mistake.
00:37:36.800 But in this, in that part, and we'll cut it by this afternoon, sure, we'll have it right, and that's on me to do that.
00:37:43.020 He says he takes an oath to the Constitution, and then she goes, well, did Trump ever do anything that you saw that was unconstitutional?
00:37:54.140 And his response is, he talks about the post-war, the liberal post-war international rules-based order.
00:38:06.120 That's what he talks about.
00:38:07.460 The American Empire.
00:38:08.280 The American Empire.
00:38:09.000 That Trump, that Trump, that Trump, that Trump was very dissent at that, and she kind of asked, well, hang on.
00:38:13.680 Is that against the Constitution?
00:38:16.560 President Trump, and this is your point about the Bretton Woods Cold War, the apparatus General Marshall and others set up.
00:38:25.140 That was the beginning of an American Empire.
00:38:27.800 It's called the post-war international rules-based order.
00:38:30.780 Now, that order was used to gain the system and lead the rise to the existential threat to America, which is the Chinese Communist Party, in addition to an administrative state that became like a Praetorian Guard.
00:38:42.900 This is why they're picking, this is why they picked Joe Biden against Trump.
00:38:48.040 They refuse, and this is why it's going to be so tough to get Trump into the White House again.
00:38:53.600 Is there any doubt in your mind that that's what Milley and Esper and these people were fighting for, was the protection of the post-war international rules-based order?
00:39:02.100 I think that's exactly it, Steve.
00:39:04.360 I mean, the defense of the American Empire looked to be more important than the defense of our Constitution or the Republic.
00:39:11.420 They don't think of themselves as living in a republic with a constitution.
00:39:16.680 They think of themselves really as part of an empire, defenders of an empire.
00:39:21.060 That means we have to have a military that can engage in war everywhere, always, and continuously.
00:39:30.280 And so Trump wanted to stop that.
00:39:32.620 He wanted to rein in this idea that America is going to go fight wars everywhere.
00:39:37.980 The odd part about the American Empire is, just this formulation, I know some of our colleagues don't like it, but it's not so much about the empire as an empire, because we're not even very good at empire.
00:39:52.640 We don't turn people into people who like us.
00:39:56.540 We go abroad and people end up hating us.
00:39:58.760 We don't do a great job, like Rome did, of developing client states.
00:40:03.360 Or like England, and turn people into a more civilized...
00:40:08.620 Englishmen.
00:40:09.560 A more civilized...
00:40:10.480 They're elites.
00:40:11.320 They're elites.
00:40:11.760 Right.
00:40:12.060 And spread to them.
00:40:13.740 We go to places, fight wars, and create empires of people who hate us, which makes no sense at all.
00:40:20.520 Well, President Trump saw that in Milley and Esper and all those folks, and he also saw that the main threat, communist China, was not something they were going to deal with.
00:40:32.480 So not only were they sending us in the wrong direction, they took their eye off the main enemy of the United States, and that is communist China.
00:40:41.300 Milley and the entire apparatus of the Pentagon was not building a national missile defense to stop them, was not reinforcing our own nuclear arsenal to stop them, to deter them, was not building enough advanced weaponry.
00:40:56.860 And we don't need to spend...
00:40:58.220 We're spending a lot of money on defense.
00:41:00.020 We're not spending it well.
00:41:01.580 We could spend less and do much more than we are.
00:41:04.440 We need to spend money on the kind of things that will deter communist China from either attacking the United States or our allies.
00:41:14.440 Trump saw that they are not serious about that, and that's the thing that they were opposed to.
00:41:21.100 The idea that General Milley would call up his counterpart in communist China, if that's not a treasonable offense, I don't know what is.
00:41:31.000 He was going around the President of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief.
00:41:36.080 By the Constitution, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
00:41:38.660 He went around him and spoke to our mortal enemy and communicated something to that enemy.
00:41:46.800 Now, if that's not treason, I'm not sure what is.
00:41:49.820 And does anybody think Donald Trump would put Mark Milley to death?
00:41:54.120 That's ridiculous.
00:41:55.540 It's ridiculous to even talk that way for 60 minutes.
00:41:58.060 What he would do is point out to the American people that you're not supposed to do that.
00:42:04.020 There's a chain of command.
00:42:05.620 He was the Commander-in-Chief.
00:42:07.440 And this general, I mean, one thing about President Trump is he has too great an affinity for generals.
00:42:14.040 And they had turned on him on many, many occasions.
00:42:17.600 What we have to realize here is the civilian control of the military is paramount.
00:42:22.360 President Trump, as President, was getting us on the right track.
00:42:28.240 Now, under President Biden, we're on the wrong track.
00:42:31.280 The American empire is growing again.
00:42:33.780 And until we have a President who is willing to check that,
00:42:38.360 and a Congress that is willing to check the power of this current President and our military,
00:42:44.440 I mean, we spent $4.1 billion over the last three years on LGBTQ projects.
00:42:52.060 Forcing it down the throats of people around the world.
00:42:54.980 People around the world.
00:42:55.820 That was just around the world.
00:42:56.880 Around the world.
00:42:57.440 Right.
00:42:57.740 Who hate it.
00:42:58.320 Who don't want to do it.
00:42:58.800 Right.
00:42:59.100 Now, those people that we're spreading that to, do they think we're serious people?
00:43:03.900 I don't think so.
00:43:05.000 Okay.
00:43:05.320 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:43:06.700 Back in the D-block, we've got Brian Kennedy with us, formerly head of Claremont.
00:43:10.940 And the great, not a think tank, it's really the intellectual base of conservatism and the MAGA movement.
00:43:20.860 I want to thank you for doing that, too.
00:43:22.560 Now, at American Strategy Group, one of the great thinkers and supporters of President Trump.
00:43:27.800 Short commercial break.
00:43:28.500 Back in a moment.
00:43:28.980 Bring it on and now we'll fight to the end.
00:43:32.420 Just watch and see.
00:43:33.580 It's all started.
00:43:35.820 Everything's begun.
00:43:37.580 And you are over.
00:43:38.940 Because we're taking down the CCP.
00:43:44.280 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
00:43:46.580 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:43:49.100 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:43:51.000 Let's take down the CCP.
00:43:54.620 For war room veterans, you know we have been all over this supply chain issue with China and medications.
00:44:02.800 And the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:44:05.760 China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that.

00:45:29.640 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:45:31.720 Bannon.
00:45:34.120 Okay.
00:45:34.600 It looks like it's kind of coming out garbled.
00:45:36.680 It looks like they may have killed the motion to do it privately.
00:45:39.200 You may have to do it publicly.
00:45:40.280 But people are saying that's going to lead to Steve Scalise.
00:45:42.900 It's 202-225-3121.
00:45:45.760 Call your rep now and light them up.
00:45:47.500 Tell them where you're coming out on this, particularly behind closed doors.
00:45:49.840 Your thoughts about the revolt last week.
00:45:51.640 What does it mean?
00:45:52.540 What are people to do?
00:45:54.380 Look, I think Matt Gaetz saw something the war room has been focused on.
00:46:00.360 And that is we're in a financial crisis here.
00:46:02.220 And Congress is not taking that financial crisis seriously, not taking the budget seriously, not taking spending seriously.
00:46:10.180 This idea of continuing resolutions feeds into, you know, as Russ Vot and others have said.
00:46:17.080 What Jim Jordan just told us last night is his continuing resolution goes all the way to January.
00:46:22.200 Right.
00:46:22.960 So you almost wonder whether these congressmen are taking any of this seriously.
00:46:28.240 I was with a group last night, and they were taking it seriously.
00:46:31.600 They get the financial crisis.
00:46:32.840 They do.
00:46:33.100 They do.
00:46:33.480 Jim Banks and others.
00:46:34.540 Yeah.
00:46:34.840 They get the idea that we're in a financial crisis here, and we have to do something about it.
00:46:40.220 And even though no one likes this, you know, upheaval, we've got to do something to get spending under control.
00:46:48.080 And just this idea of continuing resolutions and these small cuts if they don't pass the resolutions in time, that's not going to cut it here.
00:46:55.500 The 1% cut.
00:46:56.240 That's not going to cut it here.
00:46:58.760 And so Gaetz, I thought, was a hero last week in pushing this forward.
00:47:03.900 And anybody who thinks otherwise is just not – I almost think they don't understand the magnitude of the problem.
00:47:10.600 You're focused on it.
00:47:11.500 The war room is focused on it.
00:47:13.260 Everywhere else, no one has this sophisticated an audience.
00:47:16.700 This is the most sophisticated audience in all of media right now.
00:47:20.760 It is hearing things that no one else is.
00:47:23.700 Now, I hope that Congress will get these kind of briefs because, frankly, they're not getting it.
00:47:31.060 And Jim Jordan, Scalise, they're good men.
00:47:33.220 They're both good men.
00:47:34.500 No one doubts that.
00:47:35.800 But they need to take this radically more seriously and understand the magnitude of the problem.
00:47:41.200 And it just doesn't seem to be the case right now.
00:47:43.040 One of the reasons I'm fighting for doing it all out in the open, people over the last week have said, Steve, the one thing that you and your audience don't comprehend is that most of the Republican conference are really essentially Democrats, particularly the Old South.
00:47:57.420 That these are essentially – they're not serious about taking on any of the problems of the nation, particularly the spending.
00:48:05.460 They're so tied in with the lobbyists.
00:48:07.000 They want the spending to continue.
00:48:09.140 They said they're – you essentially have more moderates.
00:48:12.700 The moderates are the – which to me are centrist Democrats are the overwhelming – which runs the conference.
00:48:18.920 That's why I want this publicly, public, so people can see exactly what their reps do when they're under the microscope.
00:48:25.700 Yeah, I think that's right.
00:48:27.460 Look, we're seeing a shift in American politics, right?
00:48:30.260 Donald Trump represented that.
00:48:32.280 You had the Tea Party movement that said there's a problem.
00:48:35.460 You had Trump who's looking at the border and our relations with China and the overall size of the regulatory state.
00:48:42.720 You could argue President Trump didn't cut the budget.
00:48:47.400 It grew under President Trump.
00:48:49.380 But he had a growth strategy for the country.
00:48:52.660 He was pro-growth, pro-business, pro-American worker.
00:48:56.520 The economy grew.
00:48:59.000 Now you have this growing spending and a declining amount of growth.
00:49:05.120 You have an anti-growth economy.
00:49:07.640 And these congressmen, I think, don't appreciate that.
00:49:10.080 If you had a growth economy, those Democrats – those Republicans slash Democrats, they'd fit into the mix just fine because we'd have plenty of money to sort all this out.
00:49:20.120 But under this circumstance today, when we're in an economic crisis –
00:49:24.480 Lost decades.
00:49:25.340 They simply don't understand it, and they need adult supervision, unfortunately.
00:49:31.460 On Friday, the Treasury comes out with their numbers.
00:49:33.840 I'm betting right now that the tax revenue is not the $5 trillion they forecasted, but it's $4.5 trillion or less because of the slowing economy.
00:49:40.800 And you're going to see that's what's driving bigger deficits.
00:49:43.140 That means lower growth.
00:49:45.880 We're stuck in the Japan situation where China is going to be here quickly.
00:49:50.080 Low growth, high interest rates, no increases in productivity.
00:49:55.580 You're essentially screwed.
00:49:56.560 I mean, it's very tough, and particularly under 40 years old, if you haven't accumulated assets, you're done.
00:50:03.340 This is going to be quite tough.
00:50:04.640 Yeah, but one thing I would say is if President Trump could get elected, and it's by no means guaranteed that he gets elected because everything is arrayed against him.
00:50:14.620 I don't care how popular he is in the polls.
00:50:17.240 Everything is still arrayed against him in all those swing states.
00:50:20.280 The ability to steal an election is still in place, and they're going to want to do that again.
00:50:26.300 They have to do that again.
00:50:27.940 Now, I believe it can be stopped, but much work needs to get done, and I think too few people understand that.
00:50:36.360 But if you could get President Trump elected and get spending under control and have a pro-growth economy again of the kind he discussed with all the questions about energy and housing and building new cities, you could turn this around.
00:50:52.700 It will not be pretty.
00:50:53.980 It will not be quick.
00:50:55.060 It will not be pretty and not be quick, but it could be turned around.
00:50:58.520 There's nothing inevitable about a decline.
00:50:59.840 In a second term, a foundational element for more administrations to come.
00:51:03.700 Absolutely.
00:51:04.360 By the way, those four years would be both fixing the economy and setting the path in the future for how to save this country.
00:51:11.540 Taking down the administration.
00:51:12.700 It will be Stalingrad every day.
00:51:15.720 How do people get to you on social media?
00:51:17.580 On social media, I'm Brian T. Kennedy on Getter, and presentdangerchina.org is the committee on the Present Danger China's website, which I would encourage people to go to.
00:51:29.660 Do you have a substack or anything like that?

00:51:32.360 No.
00:51:32.860 I put it mostly on presentdangerchina.org, and also on the American Mind at the Claremont Institute.
00:51:38.100 I love American Mind.

00:52:31.240 All the way from the gates of Eden to the Battle of Armageddon.
00:52:36.380 When there's been trials and tribulations, there'll be sorrow and despair.
00:52:43.440 He has said, ye not be troubled, for these things shall come to pass.
00:52:48.580 Then your life will be eternal when you dwell with him at last.
00:52:54.280 There'll be nation against nation.
00:52:58.040 There'll be wars and rumors of wars.
00:53:01.020 There'll be great signs in heaven, in the sun, the moon, the stars.
00:53:06.480 Oh, the hearts of men shall fail them.
00:53:09.120 There'll be crashing of the teeth.
