Bannon's War Room - Episode 3126： Mike Johnson Wins Bid For Speaker

00:00:00.000 The level of just profound personal animus that Romney holds for other leading lights in the Republican Party.

00:00:09.060 This is just a few highlights. Ron DeSantis. There's just no warmth at all.

00:00:13.280 And that's one of the nicer quotes. Newt Gingrich, a smug know-it-all, smarmy and too pleased with himself.

00:00:19.040 Santorum, sanctimonious, severe, strange. Rick Perry, Republicans must realize that we have to have someone who can complete a sentence.

00:00:27.080 Ted Cruz, frightening, scary, a demagogue. Huckabee, a huckster, a caricature of a for-profit preacher.

00:00:35.120 Bobby Jindal, a twit. John Kasich, lack of thoughtfulness, lack of attentiveness, ego. 1.00

00:00:40.560 No wonder he and Chris Christie spark. With friends like that, I am eager to know whether this distrust, this distaste for the leaders in his party,

00:00:52.880 was it always in him or did Trump really catalyze a sense of anger and frustration?

00:01:01.500 Well, I think that what's important to know about this quote is some of them are things that he told me over the course of those two years.

00:01:08.980 Some of them are from his journals dating back a decade, right?

00:01:13.080 And so what that shows is that for a long time, he has had a sense that the Republican base gravitates toward figures who he finds unimpressive, to say the least.

00:01:26.660 Sometimes frightening, right?

00:01:28.900 But especially in the last few years, he's seen the party, you know, become more and more populist, more and more extreme.

00:01:36.000 And, you know, those quotes have started to get a lot of attention in the last few days.

00:01:41.180 And people have said, oh, he's consumed with resentments.

00:01:43.920 He's just, you know, mad that he lost his election.

00:01:46.960 I think what it really reflects is a profound disappointment in the leaders of his party,

00:01:53.340 this party that he once believed in so much, that he thought represented all these things like free trade and democracy promotion.

00:02:01.480 And now he sees it become a cult of personality around Donald Trump.

00:02:07.180 And he sees these people he once did respect or at least hold in high regard rally around Donald Trump,

00:02:14.440 even while in private they tell him, yeah, Donald Trump is a menace. 0.99

00:02:18.660 Yeah, he's he's terrible.

00:02:20.080 But we have to do this because we need to win our next election.

00:02:23.500 I think something after January 6th and him just snapped.

00:02:27.600 Yeah.

00:02:27.820 And he was finally ready to unburden himself.

00:02:30.040 And that that's really what he did with me for two years.

00:02:32.400 Actually, a connection of what we've been talking about earlier in the show with Mark Meadows and Jenna Ellis,

00:02:36.580 which is that it appears these members of the Republican House caucus are rooting out anyone.

00:02:42.200 See, Emmer, who was nominated and then quickly stepped away because he dared not support those lawsuits challenging the election results.

00:02:51.940 Now, he did sign on to one in Texas, so he's not totally clean on this.

00:02:55.700 But anybody and they're proudly talking behind the scenes to Trump's people saying, I stood up for you in the caucus room.

00:03:01.440 I stood up for you.

00:03:02.580 We're getting rid of anybody who does not support you.

00:03:05.080 Donald Trump hangs over this process entirely.

00:03:09.060 That's absolutely right.

00:03:09.980 I mean, the Republicans are now in this, you know, doom loop of of crazy and absurdity, you know, deep dive, you know, into the back benches to come up with somebody who would be acceptable and acceptable in a party that has been, you know, enabling and empowering the legislative terrorists for years.

00:03:25.660 I mean, this has been a long time coming.

00:03:27.060 But you're absolutely right.

00:03:29.080 What you saw yesterday was Donald Trump facing all of the legal problems that he is facing, reasserted himself as the apex predator of the Republican Party.

00:03:39.480 He doesn't have the clout to get somebody like Jim Jordan elected as speaker, but he certainly has the clout that he can destroy anyone who has taken a stand against him on the big lie.

00:03:50.340 And so what you are seeing is, in fact, the support for the big lie, support for overturning the 2020 election has now become, you know, not just a litmus test.

00:04:01.760 It has become a life or death requirement in the Republican Party, because Donald Trump has made it clear that if you did not sign on to what he attempted to do on January 6th, that that he will kneecap you.

00:04:13.580 He will take you out.

00:04:14.860 He's sitting in court.

00:04:15.840 I mean, think about his day yesterday, sitting in court, hearing, you know, testimony about how he, you know, all the fraud he engaged in.

00:04:22.620 He hears that Jen Ellis has has has flipped the story of Mark Meadow getting immunity.

00:04:28.420 And yet what does he do?

00:04:30.060 He basically says, you know, I am still in charge of the Republican Party.

00:04:34.280 I can extend this chaos and I can set the standard for the future of this party.

00:04:40.880 It's kind of a remarkable 24 hours.

00:04:43.000 Is that the threshold here, basically, if you don't have enemies, that's your only pathway to 217?

00:04:48.540 No, no, not at all.

00:04:50.660 As a matter of fact, last week on Saturday, I texted Mike.

00:04:56.120 I was sitting with my wife and we were talking and she said, who do you think is is got a shot at this thing?

00:05:01.480 And I said, well, it's always the first few that that that hit the beach that get end up getting killed.

00:05:07.580 And that's what exactly what happened.

00:05:09.840 And I said, I would hope that we would get someone like like Mike Johnson.

00:05:13.920 And I and I actually had texted him at that.

00:05:16.620 And I reminded him and he reminded me of that last night.

00:05:19.820 And and so and the other question is I get asked is, is was it worth it?

00:05:25.980 And I said, absolutely, it was worth it.

00:05:28.220 It was, you know, as I've stated many times, I prayed about it.

00:05:31.780 It was the right thing to do.

00:05:33.060 And I think you're going to see a great leader.

00:05:35.500 I think the lobbyists are doing everything they can right now to generate, as they did last night in our meeting.

00:05:42.560 You saw some of the old guard trying to rally support for a bogus writing type situation.

00:05:50.840 And then that's why we forced the vote on a on an actual voice vote, a roll call vote.

00:05:57.200 So people had to stand up and then you saw everybody gathering around him at the podium.

00:06:02.100 And so I think we are on our way to electing a speaker today at noon.

00:06:07.920 I think, Congressman, my biggest question right now is whoever your next leader was going to be.

00:06:12.540 And if it's Mike Johnson, which appears there's momentum to that case, that person will have 23 days until the government is set to shut down again.

00:06:20.480 He has committed to stand alone appropriations bills of which I believe your chamber still has eight to pass.

00:06:26.980 The Senate is just starting to move on its first three.

00:06:29.560 There's no way to reconcile 12 bills in 23 days.

00:06:33.940 And you guys don't support a continuing resolution.

00:06:36.120 So how does the government not shut down?

00:06:38.960 We follow the rules.

00:06:40.560 You know, where was everybody yelling when we took off the entire month of August and two weeks into September when we knew September 30th was the end of our fiscal year?

00:06:49.260 You know what's going to have to happen?

00:06:50.880 Some of these guys are going to have to get out of bed before noon and come down here and work.

00:06:55.360 That's what's going to have to happen.

00:06:56.840 The rest of the country is.

00:06:57.920 I can guarantee you the good folks in Tennessee right now are on their way out the door.

00:07:02.320 They're taking their kids to school.

00:07:03.700 They're heading to work.

00:07:04.520 They're going to the factories, whatever.

00:07:06.300 Right.

00:07:06.480 And you know what? 0.97

00:07:07.100 Congress needs to get off their butts and get to work. 0.99

00:07:09.680 And that's what needs to happen. 0.97

00:07:10.980 And that's what can happen.

00:07:12.120 You know, we roll out of here, we set a meeting for 10 o'clock, and then we cater in a hearty lunch at taxpayer expense, and then we leave by 2 o'clock and we walk out with our Brooks Brothers suit, you know, unbuttoned and our jacket thrown over our shoulder and our tie is undone.

00:07:30.480 And we say to America, we've been working hard.

00:07:32.740 Well, you know what?

00:07:33.340 That's an insult to hardworking Americans everywhere from the north to the south.

00:07:38.080 America isn't buying that anymore.

00:07:39.460 There's a new sheriff in town whose name is Mike Johnson, and dadgummit, he's going to deliver.

00:07:44.600 And we're going to see in about four and a half, five hours whether or not that's actually the case.

00:07:50.720 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:07:55.620 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:08:00.820 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:08:05.100 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:08:07.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:08:08.200 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:08:11.140 It's going to happen.

00:08:12.420 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:08:15.820 MAGA Media.

00:08:17.140 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:08:22.560 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:08:26.360 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:08:32.540 War Room.

00:08:33.560 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:08:38.200 Okay, it's Wednesday, 25 October in the year of our Lord, 2023.

00:08:43.280 To say that there's a lot going on, it's an understatement.

00:08:47.180 We're going to be making this show up as we go along.

00:08:50.140 We've got a lot of people want to come on.

00:08:52.140 We had a slight technical problem, but we'll figure it all out.

00:08:55.520 We'll get it all worked out.

00:08:56.500 The great crew in Denver and, of course, my own crack production team.

00:08:59.820 Just to make sure everybody knows what's going on, as we were leaving the 6 o'clock show last night, Jake Sherman, because I get Mo and Grace and the team in the engine room are feeding me stuff nonstop.

00:09:12.940 Jake Sherman had reported they were going to have the presentations, but it looks like they were not going to vote.

00:09:17.900 They actually made a decision, called it Audible, and started to vote.

00:09:23.920 It became very evident there was a consensus around Mike Johnson, who's a very devout Christian from Louisiana, has been one of the mainstays on the Judiciary Committee and other investigations.

00:09:37.440 And very close to the Matt Gaetz's and Stefanik's.

00:09:42.360 It was a real coming together.

00:09:43.960 People should know.

00:09:44.620 And Matt Gaetz is going to come down as soon as we can track him down and come on and give the details.

00:09:49.860 But Team McCarthy came in hard.

00:09:54.000 Last night might have been the last stand.

00:09:57.040 We're going to find out today.

00:09:58.100 Because the people that wanted to make changes here, the people that wanted to take on the unit party, the people that wanted to take on the cartel, want to get on with this and stay and go through the process last night.

00:10:11.600 You know, have people drop out as the votes went on, get around a designee and then go to the floor.

00:10:17.900 Go to the floor, call the Democrats and go to the floor, whether it's 10 or 11 o'clock at night.

00:10:22.740 That's right.

00:10:23.080 If you go to my Getter account, I've taken down some of the pinned posts.

00:10:26.200 But it was let's get on it.

00:10:27.100 Let's just go.

00:10:28.620 Let's vote in front of the American people.

00:10:30.160 No back door deals.

00:10:32.500 The McCarthy element. 0.51

00:10:35.460 Remember, I've said the specter of McCarthy.

00:10:38.740 And by McCarthy, we mean the uniparty, D.C. uniparty elite, the cartel.

00:10:46.080 The specter of McCarthy was all over all of this.

00:10:50.100 Whether it was Scalise or Jordan or even Emmer.

00:10:54.020 However, the specter of McCarthy, what they wanted was a return of McCarthy.

00:11:00.580 They wanted to show that this could not get done and that McCarthy with only, you know, the hard six against him and then the heart of the magnificent six in January.

00:11:07.800 And then the hard eight was the most, you know, the one that had the most of the conference and back, including the old bulls.

00:11:18.600 McCarthy actually was in competition last night and got to 43 votes.

00:11:23.560 43 votes was for second only.

00:11:26.360 And Gates will walk through the detail because the quarterbacking on this and the strategy on back of this last night was nothing short of magnificent to pull this off against all the old bulls.

00:11:35.760 Remember, this is still a fight about appropriations, about money, about money and power.

00:11:41.460 And the existing cartel is just not going to sit there, just not going to sit there and say, oh, the deplorables are here.

00:11:49.580 MAGA is here.

00:11:50.280 The Trump supporters are here.

00:11:51.380 President Trump is here.

00:11:52.740 This is terrific.

00:11:54.360 Let them let's toss the keys to them. 1.00

00:11:55.780 Let them run this place. 0.99

00:11:57.020 It's not going to happen.

00:11:58.480 Just like in 16, every day is going to be a fight.

00:12:02.100 It's going to be a fight.

00:12:03.140 And last night was a classic and will go down in modern political history as a tectonic plate shift.

00:12:10.020 When even members, I think of the House, the scales fell off their eyes and they started to see exactly what this fight was about.

00:12:16.920 Everything you've seen on TV, everything you've seen on Fox News, it's all nonsense.

00:12:21.300 This fight, this fight is your fight.

00:12:24.720 This fight is, quite frankly, between the citizens of this country and particularly those citizens that have engaged and said, we are on a – Charlie, Sykes is wrong there.

00:12:38.340 It's a fiscal doom loop.

00:12:40.740 I've got a – there's a great story up in Zero Hedge today that I've put up.

00:12:44.480 It's a fiscal doom loop.

00:12:46.700 And you, the citizens of this nation, have risen up and said, no, we must stop this.

00:12:52.800 We must start this.

00:12:54.720 You heard the last question CNN asked of Tim Burchett.

00:12:57.700 Well, what are you going to do?

00:12:58.540 You know, you're going to shut the government down.

00:13:00.000 You're going to shut the government down.

00:13:00.880 You're going to shut the government down.

00:13:02.900 The harping on something that's not particularly relevant because what's relevant is run a doom loop.

00:13:08.660 The fight last night was an absolute classic.

00:13:12.100 And where do we stand today?

00:13:13.360 Well, at high noon.

00:13:14.940 And this was blocked.

00:13:16.020 This was McHenry, the McCarthy McHenry.

00:13:18.320 And I hate to say it, even the Jim Jordan element – yes, Jim Jordan.

00:13:22.720 I hate to say that – element closed the floor last night, blocked it so they couldn't go to vote last night, and then blocked it so it couldn't be 9 o'clock this morning but to noon.

00:13:32.580 You give them as much time as possible.

00:13:34.120 And trust me, they're over there right now in the Capitol thinking up every plot they can do to stop Johnson from taking the speakership today.

00:13:42.780 President Trump has come out and supported Johnson.

00:13:44.800 Tom Massey just came out, who was a hardcore Jordan backer, just came out and supported him.

00:13:49.860 The support's coming from every corner except for the hardcore McCarthyites who are dug in here.

00:13:58.840 So we're going to see today.

00:14:00.280 It's going to be a tough fight.

00:14:02.720 You are not just going to be ringside.

00:14:04.460 You're going to be in this fight.

00:14:05.580 We're going to cover with – we're going to stream it immediately starting at noon.

00:14:08.820 We're going to talk about it up until then in the pregame at noon, and you're going to be an active participant.

00:14:14.740 Remember, your voice, you have been the deciding factor here.

00:14:18.320 President Trump came in yesterday and gave his amazing air cover.

00:14:21.680 The timing was exquisite.

00:14:24.500 And think of what Charlie Sykes said there over at MSNBC.

00:14:28.000 President Trump, with all that going on, he's in a courtroom with a guy perjuring himself, lying about him, right?

00:14:34.640 He's got all this other, you know, meadows going against what he said publicly and what's in his book.

00:14:40.300 Everything going on around President Trump, he had the focus to come in and take out Emmer at exactly the right time.

00:14:46.440 There's a lot going on here, folks.

00:14:49.600 But the cartel's on their back foot.

00:14:52.560 Let's keep it that way throughout the day.

00:14:54.440 Short break, we're going to get down to more details next in the war room.

00:14:57.200 Last month, the G20 announced a plan to impose digital currencies and digital IDs on their respective populations.

00:15:08.560 No, I'm not making that up.

00:15:10.200 That is a fact.

00:15:11.760 Central bank digital currencies essentially allow the government to track every purchase you make.

00:15:16.920 They could even allow officials to prohibit you from purchasing certain products or easily freeze or seize part or all of your money.

00:15:28.180 Let that sink in for a second.

00:15:30.880 In essence, they enable the government to take more control over your personal finances.

00:15:36.200 Concerned Americans are diversifying their assets into physical gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.

00:15:42.360 If you want a physical asset held in a tax-sheltered retirement account, you should call Birch Gold 2.

00:15:50.580 But learn for yourself.

00:15:51.880 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898, and they'll send you a free info kit on gold.

00:15:57.700 The easiest way to become a Birch Gold customer, if you have an IRA or 401K from a previous employer just gathering dust,

00:16:05.400 Birch Gold can help you convert it into IRA, into gold.

00:16:10.620 And you don't pay a penny out of pocket.

00:16:13.720 Let me repeat that.

00:16:14.580 You don't pay a penny out of pocket.

00:16:17.160 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:19.180 Claim your free info kit on gold.

00:16:21.120 Then call Birch.

00:16:22.840 Because if digital currency becomes a reality, and trust me, they're on the path to make it so,

00:16:29.220 it'll be nice to have some gold to fall back on.

00:16:32.800 It's only worked for 5,000 years of mankind's history.

00:16:37.120 Let Birch Gold work for you.

00:16:38.840 Bannon, 989898.

00:16:42.440 Text it right now.

00:16:44.420 Stephen K.

00:16:45.260 Bannon.

00:16:48.000 Okay.

00:16:48.940 Welcome back.

00:16:49.800 We got a lot of work today.

00:16:51.320 We're going to be juggling a lot.

00:16:52.620 We're supposed to have Gates, Birchett, General Flynn, Cash, Paxton.

00:16:56.160 We may have to dip in and out of some of this.

00:16:58.280 So, so much is happening, even as we speak in the fight for the control of the House.

00:17:03.800 And remember, the McCarthy guys are going to do everything possible to retain power.

00:17:10.020 Very quickly, last night, if you can put up that photo of what Mike Johnson did immediately,

00:17:18.000 instead of going to the sticks, instead of going out where you see, you know, where Scalise and everybody,

00:17:22.480 after they got the designee, you go out to the media's sticks, where the microphones are.

00:17:28.300 Mike Johnson did something totally different.

00:17:30.120 He said, we're not going out to that.

00:17:31.580 We're not going to do that.

00:17:32.300 We're not going to play their games.

00:17:33.460 They're going to come into this conference room where we've been debating this for hours.

00:17:36.800 And everybody's going to stand together.

00:17:39.740 And what did Mike Johnson do?

00:17:41.020 The very first thing he did was pray.

00:17:43.460 It's all mighty God.

00:17:45.320 Right there with the media having to watch it, right? 0.99

00:17:48.880 The secular, disgusting media. 0.99

00:17:52.820 Right there. 1.00

00:17:53.980 Up in their grill.

00:17:56.000 That shows you a new taking leadership.

00:17:57.760 And then, and I don't know if this was Johnson's guys or somebody, because this has bugged me from the beginning.

00:18:03.620 McCarthy still sits in the Speaker's office.

00:18:05.520 He was waiting to return.

00:18:07.420 The restoration.

00:18:09.200 They went down and took the sign off.

00:18:11.340 If we got that shot.

00:18:12.180 They took the sign off, finally, off the Speaker's office of McCarthy's name.

00:18:17.220 Took it off.

00:18:18.820 A lot of bad blood last night.

00:18:21.280 A lot of bad blood because people finally, the unmasking process came to the apex last night.

00:18:29.100 The unmasking process.

00:18:31.180 And what, it went back to these old bulls.

00:18:34.040 A lot of these guys in the Appropriations Committee.

00:18:36.800 A lot of them, you had Womack and these guys come out.

00:18:39.060 Oh, we really need, what we need to do is, is get McHenry.

00:18:42.140 We need to do, no, it's not going to happen.

00:18:44.200 Not going to happen.

00:18:45.060 And you down in the South know what's going on now.

00:18:48.740 Now, CNN, Zachary Wolf over at CNN has written, quite frankly, CNN, Collinson and Zachary Wolf writing for CNN actually understand what this fight is about more than most.

00:19:00.900 And he's got, he put a piece up there that this is about taking on the deep state and the administrative state.

00:19:06.200 This fight that we're having right now is about reorienting the House to take that on.

00:19:12.660 As Trump's second term, we're building the farm team right now with Paul Dance.

00:19:19.340 Everything focused, everything converged.

00:19:21.500 As Mike Davis said, this is about Gorsuch on the Supreme Court.

00:19:24.940 This is the situation, this is why the Chevron case is going to come up.

00:19:29.400 It's all a convergence to take down the deep state and the administrative state.

00:19:33.300 Absolutely converged.

00:19:34.240 The House piece, Trump's return as president with now a team being built by Russ Fote and those guys.

00:19:40.240 Mike Davis and his understanding with Mike Davis of Gorsuch and these others who are deconstruction of the administrative state from the Supreme Court to the federal judiciary of Trump's picks.

00:19:51.560 Mike Davis, how big a deal is this about Mike Johnson?

00:19:55.080 Mike Johnson will be outstanding as the next Speaker of the House.

00:20:00.620 He is a rock-solid conservative.

00:20:02.780 He's a very smart and effective constitutional lawyer.

00:20:07.060 He's very well respected by his Republican colleagues across the spectrum.

00:20:11.800 We could not have asked for a better pick for the time.

00:20:16.380 So House Republicans should get behind Speaker Mike Johnson today.

00:20:21.740 Davis, he's a little bit like you.

00:20:26.580 I mean, he doesn't come off as hot as you because you're a red-headed Irishman. 0.97

00:20:29.720 But he's a strict constitutionalist.

00:20:34.340 And, you know, knowing him on these committees and people around him and seeing this, he is infuriated by the administrative state.

00:20:41.600 And he's particularly infuriated by the deep state element of it.

00:20:44.560 He's disgusted with what DOJ's turned into.

00:20:47.740 He's disgusted with what's happened to the FBI.

00:20:49.620 He's particularly, not just as an institution, but he's really disgusted about Merrick Garland and this crowd over there, Lisa Monaco and this crowd over there at DOJ.

00:21:00.000 Your thoughts?

00:21:01.780 Yeah, I mean, he knows what the Biden Justice Department, including the FBI, has been up to.

00:21:08.400 He's on to their game.

00:21:09.860 And he is, like I said, he's a smart constitutional lawyer.

00:21:13.780 He's going to be able to root this out.

00:21:15.400 And he's going to be very effective at it.

00:21:17.100 He was the chairman of the Republican Study Committee, which is the conservative caucus.

00:21:22.420 He's the vice chair of the House Republican Conference now.

00:21:26.900 He's a deputy whip.

00:21:27.900 So he's been in the House leadership.

00:21:30.520 He's been on these committees.

00:21:31.780 He's done the legal work on the outside.

00:21:34.140 He's been in the Louisiana state legislature.

00:21:37.380 This guy has done a lot in a short amount of time.

00:21:40.800 So he's not he's only been in D.C. for like five or six years.

00:21:44.660 So he's not part of the problem.

00:21:46.200 He's not part of the swamp.

00:21:47.600 And I think he he's the guy you want to go in and help drain the swamp and take out the administrative state and hold them accountable.

00:21:56.920 I want to talk about tech here because people the inside baseball in a lot of this is the control that the Wall Street oligarchs and big tech have over the imperial capital.

00:22:07.840 And this came out really in the beloved Jim Jordan, you know, and we know from our audience, right?

00:22:15.140 Our audience are Jim Jordan 1.0 guys.

00:22:17.700 They're certainly not Jim Jordan 2.0 guys.

00:22:19.760 It's one of the reasons that you didn't see the passion.

00:22:23.140 You saw it on Fox, but you didn't see the passion from the grassroots.

00:22:26.360 A lot of that has to do with Jordan's association with big tech and Mike Johnson.

00:22:33.120 I think you're going to get the reverse.

00:22:34.280 But talk to me about how big tech the big tech's got their hand in everything.

00:22:38.400 The money they've got, the power they've got on Capitol Hill is unprecedented.

00:22:43.640 Mike Johnson.

00:22:44.820 I mean, Mike Davis.

00:22:46.520 Yeah, I mean, I would say this.

00:22:47.640 I was a loud and vocal critic of Kevin McCarthy and Jim Jordan for many years because of their position on tech.

00:22:55.420 I think that they were too cozy with Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple, those trillion-dollar big tech monopolies to have gatekeeping power over information and in commerce.

00:23:06.720 They have the ability to control what we say, what we hear.

00:23:10.600 They can throw the outcome of elections like we saw with Facebook and Zuckbox in the 2020 election.

00:23:17.660 They have too much power, and there's a coalition of populist conservatives on the right along with old-school traditional liberals who don't like that these tech oligarchs,

00:23:28.080 these trillion-dollar big tech monopolists have that gatekeeping power, right?

00:23:32.240 And so we want to do trust busting.

00:23:34.820 And I think you're going to see Mike Johnson is more in our camp, that we should hold these trillion-dollar big tech monopolists accountable for their bad acts.

00:23:45.620 They cancel conservatives.

00:23:48.840 They stifle free speech.

00:23:50.460 They crush small businesses.

00:23:52.320 And it's time that they're held accountable.

00:23:54.140 There's a bipartisan coalition right now in the House and the Senate that can break up Google's gatekeeping power right now.

00:24:02.380 Google is the worst offender.

00:24:03.960 And there's a bill right now by Senator Mike Lee, certainly no liberal, that can break up Google's online advertising monopoly, which is the key to all of this.

00:24:16.000 If they didn't control online advertising and the billions of dollars in revenue that they get from that, they wouldn't have this gatekeeping power.

00:24:22.600 So I hope Mike Johnson, as the Speaker of the House, can have the House team up with Senator Mike Lee and let's get this legislation passed to break up Google's online advertising monopoly.

00:24:37.280 Look, I'm not sure.

00:24:38.700 Look, there's nothing perfect in this world.

00:24:41.720 And, you know, we weren't going to end up with a perfect speaker unless you had Trump in an interim, and that clearly wouldn't happen.

00:24:47.680 President Trump's fully occupied with running for president and trying to sort this mess out.

00:24:52.600 Johnson's not going to be the type of, you know, radical budget deficit hawks that I am and many of the people on the show.

00:25:03.240 But I think we're going to get wins in many other places.

00:25:05.780 As you would look out, what are the types of aggressive moves you would like to see on the administrative state, the border, other things that are kind of in Mike Johnson's more of his wheelhouse?

00:25:17.420 Mike Davis.

00:25:17.880 Well, I would say I put out a Fox News opinion piece on the appropriations process for Kevin McCarthy, and the same holds true for Mike Johnson.

00:25:26.600 I think Mike Johnson needs to push very hard.

00:25:29.740 Remember, the House controls the power of the purse. 0.71

00:25:31.520 If the House doesn't appropriate the money, then it doesn't get appropriated.

00:25:35.620 You need the House.

00:25:36.240 You need the Senate.

00:25:36.840 You need the president to sign the appropriation.

00:25:39.380 And I would say this, that the American people are tired of out-of-control spending.

00:25:45.040 They're tired of the resulting inflation that makes it so hard for people to make ends meet every month with high gas prices, high food prices.

00:25:55.580 And the interest rates are out of control, making home ownership out of reach for too many working-class, everyday Americans.

00:26:01.640 And I think what Mike Johnson and House Republicans need to do with this appropriations fight is try to bring spending back to at least pre-COVID levels, right?

00:26:13.600 This is the diet we're going to put the federal government on.

00:26:16.980 And if the Senate Democrats and the Biden White House don't want to go on that diet, then guess what?

00:26:23.760 We're going to shut down the government until they decide to go on that diet. 1.00

00:26:27.540 And I think that's key.

00:26:28.340 And they also need to include crucial appropriations writers in this appropriations process to say we're not going to spend money, for example, on transgender surgeries for kids and prisoners.

00:26:40.880 We're not going to have a politicized and weaponized justice system.

00:26:44.520 If we do, they're going to lose all federal funding.

00:26:46.980 If you're not going to be able to go after major presidential candidates on or before the presidential election, we haven't had an indictment of a former president or a leading presidential candidate in our history.

00:26:58.280 Why are we starting now with this lawfare and election interference?

00:27:01.560 There are so many things that the Republicans can do.

00:27:04.380 And I encourage Mike Johnson's team to look at my Fox News opinion piece on this.

00:27:10.820 We'll make sure it gets over there.

00:27:12.640 They're getting all over.

00:27:14.120 The mainstream media is coming in hard because Mike Johnson, I think he worked the amicus brief.

00:27:18.560 He was very involved in in the initial efforts to set things right on the stolen election.

00:27:24.340 And the election was stolen.

00:27:25.580 You can see the catastrophic consequences of that all over.

00:27:29.500 How tough do you think they come in on that, Mike Davis?

00:27:33.280 I think people are so tired of Democrats complaining about the stolen election.

00:27:40.140 The Democrats, the Hillary Clinton still claims the 2016 election was stolen.

00:27:44.820 I think people are tired of hearing the Democrats complain about this.

00:27:49.920 It's not that, you know, people complaining about a stolen election are ignoring the fact that the world is on fire under President Biden.

00:27:58.020 We have chaos and war around the world, our economies in shambles.

00:28:02.260 I think people are ready for some more Trump mean tweets to put President Trump back in office instead of having instead of having chaos and despair around the world.

00:28:14.080 Mike Davis, how do people get to you?

00:28:15.840 How do they get to Article 3?

00:28:16.860 How do they find your fiery social media?

00:28:19.900 It's Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org.

00:28:23.360 And my mean tweets are at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA on Twitter, Get Her True.

00:28:30.380 Thank you, Steve.

00:28:30.940 Mike Davis, let's man the ramparts.

00:28:35.440 Let's start fighting, brother.

00:28:37.880 Mike Davis always loves to fight.

00:28:39.680 Fight an Irishman right there. 0.99

00:28:41.520 Short break.

00:30:32.460 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:38.160 Yesterday was history, historic, and fast-moving from a courtroom in Manhattan where President Trump

00:30:45.240 participated to the nation's capital, to you out there who made this happen.

00:30:49.580 The number is 202-225-3121.

00:30:52.560 I want to show you the picture.

00:30:53.440 I'm bringing Matt Gaetz, Congressman Gaetz, right now.

00:30:55.160 But Mike Johnson, let's see this again.

00:30:58.020 First thing he did was not go to the sticks, but to call the media into the conference room

00:31:02.000 where they had this intense debate for hours when he was named designee.

00:31:05.620 He bowed his head in prayer with the entire conference in back of him.

00:31:09.720 Bowed his head in prayer to Almighty God.

00:31:12.560 Matt Gaetz, it was epic, historic, unprecedented.

00:31:17.960 Walk us through it.

00:31:19.820 Thanks so much, Stephen.

00:31:20.860 I have to start by thanking the War Room Posse.

00:31:23.540 This would not have happened without you.

00:31:25.400 I can legitimately say that the feedback people were getting from our activists all over

00:31:30.340 the country led them to the best result.

00:31:32.880 And I also want to thank you, Steve, because though I get very frustrated with you sometimes

00:31:36.500 when I'm trying to call you and get advice and you're broadcasting, you know, 87 hours

00:31:41.800 a day, I do appreciate in the off hours your counsel.

00:31:45.940 And it's important for people to know how gracious you are with that and how much I appreciate

00:31:50.520 it and how much my colleagues appreciate it.

00:31:52.400 So I want to give you the first draft of history.

00:31:54.460 Let me just say one thing, and I always defer to Gaetz because this is a young man that's

00:32:01.780 got quite – he's playing five-dimension chess all the time, and sometimes we have

00:32:07.320 crosswords, a little hot talking, but it's on the process of making sure things run well.

00:32:12.540 Matt, terrific job.

00:32:13.660 Walk us through what happened.

00:32:15.380 No, it's the Irish in you and the Scotch-Irish in me, maybe.

00:32:18.620 So, all right, here's what happened.

00:32:21.300 Really, the chapter of this that was dispositive, the crescendo, begins as Tom Emmer is withdrawing

00:32:29.140 from the race yesterday.

00:32:30.760 I told Emmer on Sunday he was not going to get there.

00:32:34.160 He was going to move like a hot knife through butter through about the first, you know, 80%

00:32:38.200 of the conference, but that there was going to be a series of votes that were never going

00:32:41.900 to be there for him.

00:32:43.240 He wanted to run through it.

00:32:44.400 And I said, Tom, here's the deal.

00:32:46.020 You can have your runway, but when you get to that last group that will not support you,

00:32:51.400 you cannot drag this on for days.

00:32:53.380 You cannot drag this on for weeks.

00:32:55.160 You cannot play into what Kevin McCarthy was working the whole time to try to get people

00:33:00.860 to believe that the only person that could govern the Republican conference is Kevin McCarthy.

00:33:04.980 So, Emmer agrees that he's going to have his shot, but that it's going to be quick.

00:33:09.600 So, we get that through the gestation system early yesterday.

00:33:13.860 So, as Emmer is withdrawing, Mark Molinaro, a moderate New York freshman Republican, stands

00:33:20.980 up at the microphone and says, well, instead of restarting this process and having a candidate

00:33:25.620 forum and sending everybody home for a good cry, let's just take a non-binding poll on

00:33:31.140 where people would be on the person who came in second to Tom Emmer, and that was Mike Johnson.

00:33:36.620 And Elise Stefanik said, well, that's against the rules. 1.00

00:33:38.860 The rules don't contemplate it.

00:33:40.340 We can't do that.

00:33:41.100 And brilliantly, Mark Molinaro says, then I move for unanimous consent that the rules

00:33:48.280 be waived, and we take a poll on whether or not Mike Johnson could be our speaker nominee.

00:33:54.460 And guess who objects to that unanimous consent request?

00:33:59.280 Kevin McCarthy.

00:34:00.280 Who was that?

00:34:00.840 Kevin McCarthy stands up and erupts.

00:34:03.820 And says, I object to doing a roll call on Mike Johnson.

00:34:07.400 And Mike Johnson was exasperated.

00:34:09.520 All the times Johnson had voted for McCarthy, had carried his water, maybe even voted for some

00:34:14.180 bills he didn't like, because he was working toward the Republican conferences, stated objectives

00:34:19.220 under McCarthy.

00:34:20.180 And here was the thing.

00:34:22.020 It showed everyone that it was actually McCarthy who was working to knife Scalise.

00:34:28.060 It was actually McCarthy who was working to knife Jim Jordan.

00:34:31.800 It was McCarthy working to knife everyone.

00:34:34.000 And he hadn't yet figured out a way to knife Mike Johnson.

00:34:37.640 And so he was worried that there was going to be this great unifying moment, and he scuttled

00:34:42.640 the unifying moment.

00:34:44.680 So because of McCarthy's objection, we had to have this three-hour delay.

00:34:48.860 And, you know, candidates announce again, have another form.

00:34:51.460 And guess what happens during that delay, Steve?

00:34:53.720 Patrick McHenry runs to the House floor, opens it up out of recess, and then adjourns till noon

00:35:00.280 today.

00:35:01.260 Now, why did he do that?

00:35:02.380 Because they were setting up a play to block Mike Johnson with write-in votes in the intraconference

00:35:09.480 process for Kevin McCarthy.

00:35:12.160 They were promising people hearings on their favorite legislation, passage of bills.

00:35:17.360 I heard people promised, oh, maybe you'll get a chairmanship.

00:35:20.820 And the play was for McCarthy to return as speaker, and then Jim Jordan to be the deputy speaker

00:35:27.360 in some sort of, like, Dwight Schrute assistant to the regional manager posture.

00:35:31.240 And that would have been debasing to Jordan, someone I like a great deal, and it would

00:35:36.080 have been empowering to McCarthy.

00:35:38.040 So Garrett Graves and all these people are working to try to effectuate this return of

00:35:43.520 McCarthy.

00:35:43.960 And they're telling us there are going to be 100 votes for McCarthy on the write-in.

00:35:48.980 You know how many there were?

00:35:50.180 33 on the first write-in.

00:35:52.240 So they flame out terribly.

00:35:54.140 Mike Johnson's gaining momentum.

00:35:55.660 Ultimately, McCarthy gets 43 to vote for him on a secret ballot.

00:36:00.880 But Mike Johnson gets a majority.

00:36:02.700 And then he says, you know what I want?

00:36:04.380 I want a roll call vote.

00:36:06.400 So that those 43 would have to announce themselves as being for a candidate who wasn't even running

00:36:11.700 instead of a unifying force like Mike Johnson.

00:36:14.500 And when we called for the roll call, do you know how many people voted for Kevin McCarthy?

00:36:19.920 Zero.

00:36:20.360 He went from promising 100 votes to delivering 43 to zero willing to vote for him.

00:36:30.140 And everyone in the room knew at that moment that I wasn't the force for chaos.

00:36:35.180 I wasn't causing disunity.

00:36:37.040 That for the last three weeks, the reason the House of Representatives has been paralyzed

00:36:41.080 is because for his own selfish gain, Kevin McCarthy was sabotaging the candidacy of anyone else

00:36:48.320 because he was plotting a return.

00:36:50.760 And we stopped it.

00:36:52.120 And in the place of Kevin McCarthy, we get a Bayou, Louisiana, Mike Johnson, a brilliant

00:37:00.260 constitutional attorney.

00:37:01.940 He has been my seatmate in the House Judiciary Committee for seven years.

00:37:05.860 For seven years, we have worked against the illegitimate impeachments, against the weaponization

00:37:10.340 of this government.

00:37:11.520 This guy did the toughest cases before the Louisiana Supreme Court.

00:37:16.280 He is sharp.

00:37:17.260 He will be as respected in the halls of our, in the homes of our most meaningful, righteous,

00:37:24.780 and patriotic donors as he will at the rallies with our most enthusiastic and meaningful activists.

00:37:30.540 It is going to be a great moment for the House.

00:37:32.780 And you know what?

00:37:33.320 But at the very end, when some people didn't know if they could still even bring back McCarthy,

00:37:39.520 a few of them just left the room and didn't vote.

00:37:42.700 And the swamp is on the run.

00:37:44.620 MAGA is ascendant.

00:37:46.220 And if you don't think that moving from Kevin McCarthy to MAGA Mike Johnson shows the ascendance

00:37:51.900 of this movement and where the power in the Republican Party truly lies, then you're not

00:37:57.520 paying attention.

00:37:58.120 But they are, they are crying.

00:37:59.860 They are hand-wringing and bedwetting over on K Street because we have an honorable, righteous,

00:38:05.200 righteous man who is about to take this position.

00:38:07.880 He's going to do great things for the country.

00:38:09.200 I want to make sure we go back to this because of the 20, once you made the vote, once Mike

00:38:15.920 Johnson said, I want it on the record, we're not going to go to the floor because, because

00:38:19.260 McCarthy's guys blocked it, but I want it on the record here.

00:38:21.980 All four, not, not one of the 43 stood up and said, I'm voting for McCarthy, correct?

00:38:28.000 No.

00:38:28.260 And like, obviously because McCarthy and Graves and, and these guys were running this because

00:38:33.640 they were out promising the world to people, they voted for McCarthy.

00:38:36.900 But then Kevin McCarthy, after voting on the secret anonymous ballot for himself, then

00:38:43.960 had to stand up and vote for Mike Johnson after his objections had been overrun, after

00:38:48.580 his coalition had dissolved, and after the sad hopes of a desperate man trying to cling

00:38:54.300 to power were vanquished.

00:38:57.580 This is, I want to go back to the specter.

00:38:59.780 We've called the specter.

00:39:00.840 McCarthy has loomed over this entire thing in the media.

00:39:03.360 The mainstream media refused.

00:39:04.340 They kept saying we were the causes of chaos.

00:39:06.240 This is because the lobbyists, the corporatists, the oligarchs on wall street, big tech have

00:39:13.100 control of him in this apparatus.

00:39:15.400 They've had it now for over a decade, right?

00:39:17.940 And they don't want to give it up.

00:39:19.120 That was at the end of the day.

00:39:20.240 That's what the fight was about.

00:39:21.780 Right.

00:39:22.240 When they are in control, the American people get chaos.

00:39:25.880 We get chaos with no budgets, with rising debts, with an administrative bureaucratic state

00:39:31.360 that has seemingly no check, with all of these performative resolutions and investigations

00:39:37.320 that don't result in meaningful change for our people.

00:39:40.220 That's chaos.

00:39:41.960 I have tried to bring order out of that chaos.

00:39:44.860 And the reason it took me a little longer than expected, the reason it took three weeks instead

00:39:49.620 of three days, is because Kevin McCarthy leveraged the last vestiges of his power to try to block

00:39:56.960 any other human of any other ideology from being able to assume the speakership.

00:40:02.200 And he was defeated.

00:40:03.560 The swamp was defeated.

00:40:04.960 And it would not have happened without this posse.

00:40:07.620 It would not have happened without some great work from people like Jody Arrington, Clay

00:40:12.820 Higgins, Scott Perry.

00:40:15.340 We had a great team working to give Mike Johnson the support he needed to build a coalition.

00:40:22.480 Kevin Hearn was an absolute star.

00:40:24.740 Mark Green was the star.

00:40:27.020 There is going to be a real opportunity for us to come together.

00:40:29.820 It is on our terms.

00:40:31.320 It is their surrender on our terms.

00:40:34.960 Right.

00:40:35.760 This is what Green said when Green dropped out and said, he tweeted out, he says, there

00:40:39.680 are games being played.

00:40:40.680 Those are the games we're talking about.

00:40:42.080 But also, Emmer and Scalise had a role in this also.

00:40:44.920 This was really a unifying moment for the entire conference.

00:40:48.160 Didn't they have a role in this also?

00:40:49.820 Yeah.

00:40:50.020 And I respect these men.

00:40:51.420 And I know they might not be the favorite of your audience.

00:40:53.560 But there was a moment when I went to Emmer and Scalise and I said, look, fellas, now

00:40:58.260 you see it.

00:40:59.000 You see it plain as day that the person who was working against you all along was Kevin McCarthy.

00:41:04.960 And Steve Scalise, like the Italian godfather, sat in the corner as McCarthy was trying to

00:41:10.920 block his fellow Louisiana and Mike Johnson.

00:41:14.180 And member after member came up to Steve Scalise and he would give them advice and counsel people,

00:41:18.620 respect Steve so much and listen to him.

00:41:20.780 And you watched Steve Scalise put the final dagger in the heart of the hopes of Kevin McCarthy's

00:41:26.120 return.

00:41:26.480 And it was a beautiful chef's kiss because Steve Scalise actually was not treated fairly

00:41:31.480 during this process.

00:41:32.920 Kevin did everything he could to hurt Steve.

00:41:34.780 And the fact that Steve now gets to put Mike Johnson in that chair over Kevin McCarthy's

00:41:39.900 attempted comeback is glorious.

00:41:44.360 Another Louisiana.

00:41:45.580 Real quickly, I know you've got to bounce.

00:41:47.380 But you in your seven years as the wingman with with Johnson, he's very focused on the

00:41:53.660 administrative state.

00:41:54.600 He's very focused on the deep state.

00:41:56.440 He's very as a constitutionalist.

00:41:58.260 He's beyond upset about what's happened to DOJ.

00:42:01.580 Walk me through.

00:42:02.240 What do you think that's going to take as far as the speakership?

00:42:05.480 Well, Mike Johnson lashes a technical proficiency to go after the administrative state with a real

00:42:12.080 desire and willingness to do so.

00:42:14.220 We have said some people demonstrate great proficiency, but maybe not as much willingness.

00:42:19.740 And then some people aren't willing at all.

00:42:21.640 Mike Johnson sees the weaponized administrative state for what it is.

00:42:25.620 The best questioning that I've seen from any member on any subject in the 118th Congress

00:42:31.600 was last year when Mike Johnson pinned Merrick Garland down on critical race theory and the

00:42:37.460 fact that his own son-in-law was profiting off of it and Garland was then serving as the

00:42:42.040 muscle.

00:42:42.340 It was exquisite.

00:42:44.240 So this guy knows what to do.

00:42:46.120 He is a tactician.

00:42:47.460 And I will be right by his side doing everything possible to see that Mike Johnson is successful,

00:42:52.440 to see that the House of Representatives is successful in our oversight goals, and ultimately

00:42:56.620 that the American people are successful.

00:42:58.380 The other thing, Trump and Mike Johnson get along so well.

00:43:01.240 You'll remember back in one of the impeachments of yesteryear, Mike Johnson was actually on the

00:43:06.280 Trump defense team driving a lot of the message and a lot of the legal strategy that was ultimately

00:43:11.660 successful in the Senate.

00:43:14.400 It starts at high noon.

00:43:15.940 I hear Elise Stefan is going to put his name in nomination.

00:43:19.660 Matt, where do people go on social media to follow you?

00:43:21.800 Because it's going to be an intense day.

00:43:23.700 We're not quite here yet.

00:43:24.520 I'm going to be breaking down more detail on how this developed and even what we're doing

00:43:30.200 now to ensure that we lock down those last votes on my podcast, Firebrand, that people

00:43:34.640 can find on Rumble, on YouTube, anywhere you get your podcasts.

00:43:38.440 Also, at Matt Gaetz, at RepMatt Gaetz, anywhere on the internet, I do a pretty good job letting

00:43:43.680 you know what's happening.

00:43:46.860 Congressman Gaetz, fantastic job.

00:43:49.600 Great work overnight.

00:43:50.780 Look forward to talking to you this afternoon.

00:43:53.100 Ah, this is what victory feels like, man.

00:43:55.540 We got more to do, but I've told you in the past and I've told the audience in the past,

00:44:00.320 don't celebrate yet.

00:44:01.580 You know what?

00:44:01.960 You deserve this.

00:44:02.920 You deserve this moment when this godly good man takes this position.

00:44:06.640 And we can finally show you what a fighting Republican Party in control of the House of

00:44:12.380 Representatives looks like.

00:44:13.560 I have not seen that in seven years under McCarthy and Paul Ryan.

00:44:16.860 We finally get a chance with Mike Johnson.

00:44:18.780 This is a great day.

00:44:21.760 Amen, brother.

00:44:23.120 Matt Gaetz.

00:44:23.860 Let's go ahead and stream.

00:44:24.740 I want to stream his podcast, ASAP.

00:44:27.180 Congressman Gaetz, thank you.

00:44:28.300 General Flynn, next in the war room.

00:44:29.940 Let's take down the CCP.

00:44:49.420 blood pressure and cholesterol, eat five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

00:44:55.380 I don't, and you probably won't.

00:44:59.740 That's why I take Field of Greens every morning.

00:45:55.480 day.

00:45:56.680 Fieldofgreens.com.

00:45:59.160 Code Bannon.

00:46:00.800 Take agency.

00:46:02.140 Do it today.

00:46:03.040 Action.

00:46:03.640 Action.

00:46:04.140 Action.

00:46:04.400 I jumped out of the darkness.

00:46:12.040 Rose into the light.

00:46:18.480 Because they're so visible, because they're so public, there's no more conspiracy theory

00:46:23.100 argument.

00:46:24.180 Because in the past, and really only a couple of years ago, if you raised some of the names

00:46:27.440 that you mentioned, the media, the big media, would attack and they'd say, conspiracy theorists,

00:46:32.340 conspiracy theorists.

00:46:33.200 Don't listen to Mike Flynn.

00:46:39.740 Listen to this guy.

00:46:42.000 Listen to a Dr. Harari, or listen to a Klaus Schwab, or listen to some of these other leaders

00:46:46.940 that are part of this organization.

00:46:48.580 Those are two that are very public, and they're on record with their ideas, their timelines,

00:46:53.740 and their capabilities.

00:46:56.060 It's very real.

00:46:57.360 Our life, in 10 years from now, will be completely different, very much affected, and who masters

00:47:07.920 those technologies, in some way will be the master of the world.

00:47:13.460 That's a new movie, Into the Light.

00:47:25.700 I want to bring you General Flynn.

00:47:26.800 In an era of information warfare, fifth generation warfare, there's no better field commander

00:47:32.140 that we have in the Trump movement than General Flynn.

00:47:35.740 General Flynn, you see today, we're going to be up at noon in the House to try to get

00:47:39.640 a speaker fighting the administrative state, the deep state, the uniparty, all of it.

00:47:45.340 Talk to me, how does this film help inform us about where we are?

00:47:49.980 It's got you and Logan in it, who are two of the best warriors we've got.

00:47:53.620 Walk me through it.

00:47:54.200 Right, so first thing, you can find that film into the light.movie, into the light.movie.

00:48:01.340 So this is really about, this is exactly what we're involved in, is this notion of fifth

00:48:05.620 generation war, fifth generation warfare.

00:48:08.600 I mean, this is a very real time that we're facing.

00:48:10.800 We're facing a, I call it globalism versus Americanism, and there is a real threat to

00:48:16.880 this country, and that I just listened to the clip that you just did with Matt Gaetz,

00:48:23.140 who I have a lot of time for and a lot of respect for, because Matt's in there fighting.

00:48:28.100 And this is a very, today, this historic vote that's going to take place today, and I do

00:48:33.820 believe it's going to be a very positive outcome.

00:48:37.140 It's one of the sort of death knells for the establishment, rhino slash uniparty. 0.80

00:48:43.760 One of the things that we do talk about in this book, Fifth Generation Warfare, is this

00:48:47.580 uniparty that exists in Washington, D.C., and Mike Johnson is not part of it.

00:48:51.920 So now, all of a sudden, Mike Johnson is going to step into a role, and I think Matt laid it

00:48:56.940 out strategically.

00:48:57.980 That last 15 minutes of Matt Gaetz there, I think that's going to be a clip for the history

00:49:03.080 books, because Matt laid out in detail, and this is years in the making to get rid of,

00:49:09.060 to put basically nails in the coffin of the establishment uniparty that exists in Washington,

00:49:14.040 D.C., this movie, Into the Light, that was written, produced, and the guy that you saw

00:49:20.760 there that I was talking to, Mike Smith, he created Out of the Shadows, and then he just

00:49:26.800 recently created Into the Light, so IntoTheLight.movie, the efforts that we are involved in right now

00:49:33.540 are really to save this country, and it's to save this country from this globalist takeover.

00:49:38.740 When I look at what's happening geopolitically and geostrategically, meaning what's happening

00:49:43.780 politically and strategically around the world, all of these things matter as to what is going

00:49:49.240 on today in Washington, D.C., in the House, and this choice of the next Speaker of the

00:49:54.900 House of Representatives, because this is a direction that the country must take.

00:49:59.720 We must take a direction towards basically what we've always said, Steve, and you know this,

00:50:05.280 America first, right? We've got to take care of our own house first, and that's sort of the idea 0.68

00:50:10.740 about Into the Light is this mass deception, this mass psyop that has been going on for many,

00:50:17.700 many years, particularly led by the media, led by the sort of the big media, but it really comes

00:50:24.760 from a sort of a dark side of this globalist elite, these oligarchs that are out there, both in,

00:50:30.440 of course, in Europe, out of the World Economic Forum, but they exist in many places around the

00:50:35.280 world. They exist in the prime minister in Canada, the president of France. I mean, we have this body

00:50:42.000 of this World Economic Forum, and frankly, I do believe that what we're going to learn from what

00:50:47.360 is happening in the Middle East, that there are some elements of that World Economic Forum that have

00:50:53.380 a direct play in what is happening in the Middle East and what happened to Israel.

00:50:58.300 So when we look at warfare, we look at what's going on in Israel and the fight that they have

00:51:03.900 with Hamas on their southern border, Hezbollah on their northern border, and the northeast,

00:51:08.120 they've got a fight going on with basically the Syrian government. The Syrian government has six

00:51:12.380 brigades that sit on the Golan Heights, as well as what we now know, which was not reported by the

00:51:19.180 U.S. government. I think we have 24 Americans that were wounded in Iraq. We've got at least 30,

00:51:26.580 maybe more than 30 American citizens killed in this attack by Hamas. I mean, all of this stuff 0.68

00:51:32.460 plays together. This is not some isolated incident that we typically hear about in Israel, right?

00:51:38.600 This is a global war that we are in, and there are physical components. There are certainly

00:51:46.660 informational components, and that's this business of fifth-generation warfare. It's what the Uniparty

00:51:51.760 wants you to believe coming out of Washington, D.C., this just constant, endless war racket that we

00:51:58.540 have, whether it's $200-plus billion in Ukraine or $100 million that they're trying to shove through

00:52:06.240 the Congress right now. I mean, one of the things that Mike Johnson's going to have to decide to do,

00:52:11.740 because I do believe that Mike Johnson's going to win the day here, but what the new speaker's

00:52:16.760 going to have to do, and I mean immediately, Steve, these guys can't go and start patting

00:52:22.420 themselves on the back and take a three-day weekend. I want to see these guys like you do,

00:52:26.580 Steve, 24 hours a day. Put hots and cots in the halls of Congress. Start sleeping in your offices,

00:52:34.060 because the American people, we've had enough. We are running out of time. We have maybe one more

00:52:40.720 year left before we have an election. Whether or not we have that election, this administration is

00:52:45.500 going to play all kinds of games, and we have a global problem right now. I haven't even mentioned

00:52:53.100 China, although you and I have had great, great conversations about China and how much China has

00:52:59.160 in terms of global influence. The other component of this, Steve, is this digital currency. I know

00:53:07.620 we've talked about this. You've talked about this, this role of the BRICS plus seven, right? BRICS plus

00:53:15.180 seven, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, plus a new seven other nations that joined

00:53:20.880 the BRICS. That represents about 75% of the world's population, and they are about to move to this 1.00

00:53:27.320 central bank digital currency that is going to potentially crush the U.S. dollar, certainly

00:53:32.760 change the course of the U.S. dollar as the currency of choice around the world.

00:53:38.220 General Flynn, can you hang on for a second? We're going to just take a quick 90-second break.

00:53:41.400 I just want to get back and ask you, the movie is intothelight.com slash Bannon. Go check it out

00:53:48.800 right now. You get a special deal. Go check it out. We're going to take 90 seconds. We got Flynn.

00:53:54.440 We got Paxton. We got Cash Patel. We're going to go back up to the Capitol. Today is game day.

00:54:01.060 Let's get focused. Next in the war room.

00:54:05.400 Folks, let me tell you about Soul Tea. It's a company that makes a soft gel supplement rich in

00:54:09.780 antioxidants to help people like you and me keep a healthy heart. While COVID gets all the headlines,

00:54:16.460 it's important to realize that heart disease kills nearly 700,000 Americans every year. Yes,

00:54:22.860 heart disease is the number one killer every year, year in and year out. Heart disease builds over

00:54:27.580 time. Hypertension, high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, diabetes, all of it affects our
