00:10:03.340 He's accusing Pfizer of false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices,

00:10:08.700 making unsupported claims about the company's COVID-19 vaccine.

00:10:12.960 And he's saying that it's in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

00:10:18.500 And just to note for your audience, the reason this is so great is that the PREP Act,

00:10:23.300 that federal piece of legislation, protects Pfizer and all pharmaceutical companies federally.

00:10:30.740 But nothing prevents state attorneys general from saying that the companies are violating state law.

00:10:37.860 And specifically, and I'm so proud to say our lawyer, George Smith, also took this approach in Ohio.

00:10:43.340 He also is saying that there's a violation at the state level of laws that protect people at the state level

00:10:51.880 from being lied to by advertisers, false, deceptive, misleading practices.

00:11:33.560 is that Pfizer claimed that the vaccine had 95% efficacy

00:11:37.580 and they got to that number by bad math.

00:11:43.660 that Pfizer got to the 95% efficacy by tricky mathematics, by fudging numbers.

00:11:50.940 So they point out that Pfizer got there through relative risk reduction,

00:11:54.980 which is super misleading because it's tiny, minuscule numbers

00:11:58.440 as opposed to actually 95% of all the vaccinated people.

00:12:03.560 That that was a misleading impression.

00:12:05.900 They point out that Pfizer claimed that the vaccine was durable

00:12:11.260 and kept from the public information that it affects Wayne after a couple of months.

00:12:17.280 You all will remember that we reported over a year, year and a half ago,

00:12:21.500 that the Pfizer internal documents show failure of efficacy and vaccine failure.

00:12:27.460 And they reached this conclusion in November of 2020,

00:12:32.020 you know, literally a month or two after the rollout.

00:12:35.360 So Pfizer knew, as I've been saying on your show over and over,

00:12:39.700 saying every chance I got,

00:12:41.620 Pfizer knew within two months of rollout that the vaccine did not work,

00:12:47.380 that it failed in efficacy,

00:12:48.540 and that the third most common side effect was COVID in the Pfizer documents.

00:12:55.860 So their own lawyers in Texas have either picked up on this

00:13:01.880 or picked up on, you know, this information from elsewhere.

00:13:07.020 And lastly, they point out that Pfizer embarked on a campaign

00:13:11.420 to intimidate their loved ones.

00:13:13.620 I love what they're kind of focusing here in on

00:13:16.940 by claiming that the vaccine affected transmission.
