00:04:53.460 deconstruct the administrative state. It's happening. It's going to happen. People are working nonstop on
00:04:58.040 this. Of course, obviously, we've got to have Project 2024, which is to make sure they can't steal

00:07:06.140 with them. It's their job to look at these documents and see what our pharmacist and Dr. Flowers and team
00:07:12.420 three saw, um, which is this study within a study and what Josh Goodsgow saw and what, um, uh, Kevin
00:07:19.260 McKernan found, you know, that there are plasmids and mRNA in, in these injections that shouldn't be
00:07:24.840 there. Uh, I'm sorry, plasmids and, um, fragments of DNA that shouldn't be there. Uh, how could they
00:07:30.880 not? Well, they're not looking. They're intentionally not looking. And because it's right
00:07:35.260 there, like we citizens found it, you know, independent. I'm a journalist, right? When multiple
00:07:40.360 independent observers find the same thing, that is a confirmed fact. And these multiple independent

00:09:29.760 your government is becoming, what they intended it to become. I'm going to bring in Joe Allen
00:09:34.480 and Naomi Wolf right after the break. We are looking at how we can harness AI to advance
00:09:39.680 our mission to your first question, you know, and then also defending against the adverse
00:09:44.780 use of AI, whether that's in the context of disinformation, whether that's in the context
00:09:50.660 of, uh, reducing barriers to the development of biological weapons. For example, that is something
00:09:58.760 that we're very keenly focused on and that the president's executive order speaks of
00:10:03.500 specifically. I remember a time when at least the way I perceived the world was that you had
00:10:08.660 an agreed upon set of facts and very different values in America. You know, we've always been
00:10:12.540 a divided country with a wide range of opinions, but I feel like for several years, many years
00:10:18.980 now, it feels like we're also divided on what the facts are. The term fake news is, is used
00:10:24.720 very frequently. I actually take issue with that term because if it's fake, it's not news.
00:10:29.500 I know Eric Schmidt spoke, uh, earlier today and he, he speaks in his article, uh, with Dr.
00:10:36.220 Kissinger, uh, of, you know, the age of enlightenment and, and, uh, it's grounding in science and what
00:10:45.640 that age of reason, uh, meant. I don't think we necessarily lose our anchor, uh, uh, of empiricism.
00:10:54.040 Aren't a huge portion of the threats facing us people that are no longer guided by facts
00:11:00.600 within our own borders? I mean, it seems to me that domestic terrorism fueled by people who
00:11:05.060 have a different understanding of facts to put it mildly is one of the major threats facing the
00:11:11.340 country. Well, one element of it is false narratives. I was going to say, don't they think an election
00:11:16.440 was stolen? False narratives. But the most, the predominant, um, uh, source of that, uh, violence
00:11:25.380 is actually ideologies of hate. When I speak of digital literacy, I speak of, um, some very fundamental
00:11:34.440 education, uh, programs. I have a magic wand and I occasionally allow others to use it. I'm a little
00:11:41.980 hesitant, you know, as a sort of cynical journalist of handing the government a magic wand, but I'm
00:11:47.100 going to give you the magic wand. What are some things that we could do as a society that you think
00:11:51.900 would put us on a good path? I think that we are on a right path of a public-private partnership.
00:11:58.980 Why do we not have an AI doctor that works with nurse practitioners, medical professionals all around
00:12:05.240 the world? Why don't you just take every student in the world and give them an AI tutor, which is not
00:12:12.600 a substitute for a teacher, but works with the teachers in their language to bring them up and
00:12:17.600 learn in whatever way they learn best to their ultimate potential. I defy you to argue that an AI
00:12:23.460 doctor for the world and an AI tutor is net negative. It just has to be good. Smarter, healthier people
00:12:29.820 has got to be good for our future. Now there's all sorts of problems. There's hallucinations. All of
00:12:34.660 those are under development. But I think from our perspective, in the current phase, you're going
00:12:38.820 to see AI doctor, AI tutor, enormous progress in science, enormous progress in language with all
00:12:45.040 the associated issues. If you look at the UK event, which I was part of, the UK government took the bait,
00:12:53.860 took the ideas, decided to leave. They're very good at this. And they came out with very sensible
00:12:58.840 guidelines. And because the US and the UK have worked really well together, there's a group
00:13:04.640 within the national security, NSC here, that is particularly good at this. And they got it
00:13:10.700 right. And that produced this EO, which is the longest EO, and I think in histories of executive
00:13:15.480 orders, which says that each of the aspects of our government are to get organized around this.
00:13:20.800 If you look at what we're doing collectively, it's not enough. We're not claiming this is the
00:13:26.780 end solution, but it's the beginning. You've been very focused on Ukraine. And you said something
00:13:33.060 very interesting. You said that a drone now is not something that flies around. It's a potent
00:13:38.780 software platform.
00:13:41.120 When I started trying to help the Ukrainians, the Russians didn't really use very many drones.
00:13:46.440 Now they have twice as many drones as the Ukraine. So I think it's a reasonable prediction that you're
00:13:52.360 going to see these platforms get built. And these platforms will have a software component.
00:13:58.300 And this is a very, very big deal. And I know it's something that you personally are interested in,
00:14:02.940 because we've talked about it before, is these are steps toward more automatic war. And those steps,
00:14:09.380 in terms of using software and integration and sort of new weapons, they come out of necessity.
00:14:16.080 Right? So war unfortunately drives the necessity of invention. I think we're going to see this
00:14:21.420 technology applied there. I'm obviously from Google. Google is a competitor. I'm not trying
00:14:26.340 to make a partisan argument. I'm simply saying that OpenAI's mission is to invent AGI. That is
00:14:31.760 general intelligence. That is a very important mission. Humans do better with higher purposes.
00:14:38.120 With no higher purpose, you devolve into your own problem and your own narcissism. As a general
00:14:42.580 statement may be your exceptions. But people who have a higher purpose really do much better in
00:14:48.720 society. This is an example of a higher purpose.

00:21:03.380 about how great this is, and Mayorkas talking about misinformation, what you've got to understand
00:21:09.420 is that AI can and is already being used, in essence, to comb through the internet and change
00:21:16.200 wording, right? And it has the power to, you know, take instruction, like get rid of Steve Bannon
00:21:21.860 everywhere online, get rid of Naomi Wolf everywhere online, change what they're saying, put threats
00:21:27.200 in their mouths, create CGI versions of them, you know, that are encouraging people to commit
00:21:32.840 crimes or say things that are racist. I mean, all of that is possible now. And an example is,
00:21:37.700 you know, you saw this phrase, don't kill grandma, at the launch of the pandemic, you saw it
00:21:43.100 simultaneously in every language around the world. Or when myocarditis began to be established,
00:21:49.820 we have the emails on the inside of the White House and the CDC as a risk factor. When, whenever
00:21:56.800 you saw the word myocarditis in the media, it was preceded by extremely rare, the phrase extremely
00:22:02.880 rare. Human editors can't do that. Human publishers can't do that. That's AI. You know, my own bio
00:22:10.120 changed overnight. I didn't understand this at the time, putting conspiracy theorists in the top line
00:22:14.840 instead of Rhodes Scholar, Yale University, and so on. So that's the power of AI. So when Mayorkas says
00:22:20.440 false narratives are the enemy, literally, he's saying an AI is kind of enthroned now as an
00:22:27.900 act of government agencies. He's saying that their mission now is going to be to erase false
00:22:36.560 narratives or change them through AI. And he's justifying that. The other thing I want you guys
00:22:41.800 to note about what's happened with the enthroning of AI in kind of a senior government role is there's
00:22:49.100 no morality, like no one is responsible. And this can be very, very dangerous. An example is that I was
00:22:56.240 in a hospital, as many of you know, I was quite ill with appendicitis. And I realized that I was
00:23:02.300 having food and water withheld from me for six days. And I realized from the way the hospital was
00:23:08.660 running that AI was making the decisions about everything. You know, AI was running the hospital.
00:23:14.580 As a result, no single nurse or doctor is really responsible. It's all an algorithm, right? This is how
00:23:22.380 you treat the patient. This is how you treat the patient. You know, you don't even have to check the
00:23:26.160 notes. AI is doing it all. The danger there is, it's so easy for AI to assign a D for dissident.
00:23:32.880 And then they'll just take over one more day without food and water, or, you know, add remdesivir to the
00:23:38.700 protocol. And no one's done it, right? No one's gotten rid of that dissident. AI has gotten rid of
00:23:44.520 that dissident. The protocols have gotten rid of that dissident. And so what Mayorkas is saying,
00:23:49.180 you know, we're frustrated enough with the federal government now, imagine when there's no one to
00:23:54.740 complain to, because AI has launched, you know, launched the process of whatever it is, the DMV,
00:24:02.760 you know, the military, I mean, there's no limit. Now, I do want to say AI can be amazing. We at Daily

00:24:14.000 bill. We ran the bills through an AI reader, and you're actually getting very good summaries of
00:24:21.440 what's in the bills. But it takes human beings with ethics to oversee that process. And the minute you
00:24:27.980 introduce AI, you've got, you know, Alexander Mayorkas saying, you know, I didn't open the
00:24:32.500 border, you know, the algorithm opened the border, no one will be responsible.

00:35:25.440 of like COVID exposed what was going on in our schools. And, you know, we, our group, we really
00:35:31.860 exposed it here in Texas. And, but with respect to Ken, you know, we're commanded to shine the light,
00:35:38.860 right? And light overcomes darkness. And when we put the light on it, all of a sudden the rats are
00:35:44.460 starting to run in different directions. And look who's dropping out of these, these Texas races,
00:35:49.540 these congressmen and senators, you're kind of going, okay, we know that something was wrong.
00:35:56.000 We're hoping that the purpose in this was to maybe weed out some of the more moderates and left
00:36:00.640 leaning, uh, so-called Republicans, uh, and also to get some true fighters with spine and backbone who
00:36:07.020 don't have to sit back and be told what to do by a speaker, but who will stand up and stand for the,
00:36:11.820 for the issues that they were elected on. That's right.

00:39:29.880 Texas is, it's hard read as far in MAGA, as far as the people go, but not the control mechanism.
00:39:36.040 And particularly it's Austin. You got the University of Texas and you got Austin's becoming a massive
00:39:41.140 Silicon Valley. And I think eventually will be bigger in Silicon Valley. Things are changing.
00:39:45.560 And I know in Tarrant County, which I love, the folks there, you're under pressure in Dallas,
00:39:50.700 in Tarrant County, in Fort Worth, in Austin. Walk us through what your efforts are to make sure that
00:39:56.760 Texas stays MAGA. Absolutely. You know, if we lose Texas, we don't win a presidential election.
00:40:03.620 And the left knows that. And that's why the Soros of the world have been attacking Tarrant County and
00:40:08.580 Dallas County for a long time. I'll tell you, Dallas is solid, solid blue. And we would love to change
00:40:13.840 that. And we have people in that county working on it. Tarrant County is the largest red county in
00:40:18.360 the nation. We have over 2.4 million people. That's larger than 15 states. That's why it's been
00:40:24.800 the key target. We are in the bullseye of the left. And that's why one of the main reasons we formed,
00:40:32.320 a group of us executives, we formed a separate organization, Patriot Mobile Action. Came out of
00:40:37.400 the shoot, working very hard, made some big difference in school board races, made some
00:40:41.580 big differences in our general elections. We went to the Capitol and we fought the Democrat chairs.
00:40:47.980 The liberal leadership, who is a Republican of our state house, two sessions, last session,
00:40:55.920 two years ago, had over 44% of our committees chaired by Democrats, appointed by him. The general
00:41:02.960 public didn't realize that. We put together a banned dem chairs program. And we didn't win 100%,
00:41:09.040 but we got it from 44% down to 14%. And that's why this session, we were able to pass some very
00:41:15.060 important legislation. We banned gender mutilation for minors. We banned men competing in women's sports.
00:41:23.920 We had that last session, but it only went up to the 12th grade. What does that matter when men can
00:41:29.160 still take scholarships away from women at the college level? This session, because we had better
00:41:35.060 chairs and committees, we were able to get that passed to protect our young women who work so hard
00:41:40.400 for their college scholarships. And we're very elated about the work that the Lord has provided
00:41:47.140 for us to be able to do. And we're just, you know, leaning on him for what our next steps are.
