Bannon's War Room - Episode 3231： Daycare service at the southern border; COP28 Continues

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.680 medieval on this people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.260 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've tried

00:00:20.260 to do everything the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen

00:00:23.440 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any

00:00:31.440 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that

00:00:38.180 answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:53.440 welcome to the war room it's natalie g winters filling in for stephen k bannon today december

00:00:59.860 7th in the year of our lord 2023 quite the busy news cycle even that blockbuster axio piece that

00:01:09.040 dropped this morning aside from the border to the ndaa to ukraine you even have joe biden tweeting

00:01:16.040 out that it's those darn house republicans who are holding the line who are daring to actually put 0.95

00:01:21.820 american sovereignty first which isn't something that i guess house republicans are actually 0.98

00:01:26.540 used to doing uh but he's so mad that our house republicans the very same people that you guys are

00:01:32.980 always calling are daring to not support the endless quagmire war that is ukraine and instead 0.61

00:01:38.800 doing something that i think president donald trump once said and that is putting america first we have a

00:01:45.000 packed show today i really wanted to start with an immigration focus that's why we should have i think

00:01:50.920 in a little bit we might have had a little jumble with the schedule but in the meantime i'm happy

00:01:55.480 to rant i guess that's what steve has been doing but we'll have congress and biggs we'll have jenny

00:01:59.620 tear from the daily caller we also got uh people from the american accountability foundation speaking

00:02:05.880 about how the biden regime is already working overtime to basically subvert and basically blockade

00:02:12.060 a lot of what the trump administration is likely going to do when it comes to immigration and just to

00:02:17.060 keep things light on a thursday afternoon here in the war room we got people from heritage oversight

00:02:22.760 joining us to talk about all the crazy transgender transition policies uh that we have going on in 1.00

00:02:30.440 the biden regime they're basically rolling out the red carpet for anyone who wants to be trans one day 0.98

00:02:36.540 bisexual the next a demi queer the next day you name it um i don't think we have any of our guests up 0.93

00:02:43.820 yet so i will tee up a little bit with what i want to talk to congressman biggs about or if we get

00:02:48.140 jenny up we'll go to her first um but people may have seen there was a story that i had written a few

00:02:52.760 months ago uh that was getting a lot of traction as of late that has to do with how believe it or not

00:02:58.400 the biden crime family no it's not that they're profiting off of the chinese communist party it's not

00:03:03.840 that they're profiting off of ukraine but it's actually that believe me they're they're doing all of

00:03:07.980 that and then some but they're actually profiting off of illegal immigration eplata which is basically

00:03:14.620 a digital currency a digital wallet type application that is used even in its own advertising and

00:03:21.480 promotional debt material uh saying it's the top go-to platform for migrants living in the united

00:03:27.280 states to send remittances back to mexico well believe it or not hunter biden through his stake in

00:03:33.200 bhr partners which it's still sort of shady whether or not he still retains that 10 financial interest

00:03:38.960 in that company um actually was an early investor believe it or not in eplata and their real selling

00:03:45.120 uh point is that you don't even need to use a government id you don't have to have any form

00:03:50.100 of identification to use the app in other words making it perfect for illegal immigrants but frankly 1.00

00:03:55.740 i think more nefariously making it perfect for human trafficking drug cartels you name it but it's just

00:04:01.540 sort of one of these glowing and glaring examples of how the biden regime has gotten very wealthy

00:04:07.560 off of frankly destroying this country from within i see someone getting ready uh momentarily to join us

00:04:15.460 i think we're gonna have mike howell from heritage oversight who was supposed to be my last guest i was

00:04:20.620 saving the best for lots but i guess we're gonna go to mark momentarily but i'll give you a little bit

00:04:24.560 of a tee up because this story i was scrolling through twitter this morning and it just absolutely

00:04:28.840 blew my mind usually when we talk about transitions here in the war room we're talking about the

00:04:34.560 forthcoming transition between joe biden's regime and the trump administration uh but in the context

00:04:41.340 of the biden regime when you hear the word transition we're talking about transgenderism and some of the

00:04:46.340 crazy policies that they're rolling out from an institutional perspective frankly from an infrastructure

00:04:51.880 perspective to make the federal government more accommodating uh to not just the deep staters right 1.00

00:04:59.340 we already hate that enough uh but to make it more accommodating to the deep staters who one day decide 1.00

00:05:05.640 that they want to be trans um if we have markup i think we're ready to go i would love to

00:05:12.820 yes okay i see you um i would love for you to walk the audience through the ridiculous policies i know there are a

00:05:20.540 lot of uh answers that could that could fill in there because there are a lot of ridiculous policies 0.91

00:05:24.700 that the biden regime is pushing but particularly on the front of making sure that you know transgender

00:05:29.440 deep state officials feel at home and safe within the biden regime can you tell me what the biden regime is

00:05:35.180 doing right so it's basically a form of an intellectual purge right this is targeted speech enforcement

00:05:41.240 behavior religious kind of persecution to uh force this transgender craze not only in the acceptance of and

00:05:48.840 i i i heard you use the term accommodating earlier and i just want to get away from that

00:05:53.340 that is the language of the left what they want is celebration they want you to supplicate yourself before it

00:05:58.820 and so let me tell you what's going on biden and his team they promised infrastructure right

00:06:03.280 they were going to build roads and bridges well that's not exactly the infrastructure they've built

00:06:07.540 they've gone agency by agency and developed this transgender for speech 0.75

00:06:13.180 uh you know program okay so basically there is an executive order and one of the top investigators

00:06:19.140 on our team called amont he went out and and through foia we have been able to gather bits and pieces from

00:06:25.000 each agency and what we're finding is absolutely ridiculous we just put out something about the

00:06:29.560 department of labor keep in mind how many people the department of labor touches we're talking all the

00:06:34.020 unions contractors any any you know sort of labor entity and they're not allowing you to say

00:06:39.840 sir ma'am miss or missus they want general neutral language across the board now how far away is that

00:06:46.700 from this you know scranton joe come on man who advertised himself as a union class guy he's forcing

00:06:52.880 all the union workers to use the preferred pronouns and you go across the board bureau of prisons may be

00:06:58.060 the craziest of all because when you go to a federal prison now you're in there for some bad stuff you

00:07:04.660 know you're down in the big house by the river learning to play harmonica well you know what else you can get

00:07:09.020 you can get transgender surgery if you ask your warden for it think of how crazy that is and uh not only 1.00

00:07:15.920 transgender surgery they've built out this giant infrastructure of psychologists doctors farletes

00:07:22.220 they'll give you facial hair removal surgery just so you feel more like a woman if you're in federal jail 1.00

00:07:28.400 for rape and murder all the taxpayer expense and this is every last agency we found out border patrol

00:07:35.220 guess what they have to use gender neutral language for illegal aliens crossing the border we're talking

00:07:41.300 about people from 157 countries that are storming in this invasion by invitation and our border patrol

00:07:47.980 who's overwhelmed now is to keep up with not offending you know anybody by using the wrong pronoun in 157

00:07:54.480 different languages it is insanity the level of sophistication they built this operation uh the

00:08:00.880 radicalization of this uh for speech doctrine and they're aiming to make you as uncomfortable as possible

00:08:06.600 if you're any rational person with any sort of conservative or moderate bent who says hey maybe i'm not

00:08:12.380 for this mass sex change and sexual castration movement that's happening across the country

00:08:17.100 it's so in your face but i think that's exactly the point they want to show they want to brag in the faces

00:08:23.720 of the american people with what they can get away with because they essentially have unchecked power and

00:08:28.200 meanwhile our republican defenders or what should be defenders on capitol hill are you know trying to

00:08:32.680 figure out how big the fbi's new headquarters are going to be we don't exactly have a very strong

00:08:37.580 front line of defense and frankly too i think when you see our side pushing back so hard against the

00:08:43.480 administrative state whether it's schedule after these various practices that we're going to use to

00:08:47.500 really make sure that the power of these unelected bureaucrats is neutered is nullified i feel like this is

00:08:53.180 sort of at least with the transgender weirdness going on in the federal government their attempts to 1.00

00:08:58.040 really drive out like you said normal sane-minded people who don't want to put up with it i want

00:09:03.440 to read some of the stuff that you guys uncovered uh through your foia was that employees who refuse

00:09:08.380 to play the pronoun game are subject to discipline for fostering a quote hostile work environment the

00:09:15.000 biden administration is also building a taxpayer funded human resources apparatus at every agency to

00:09:21.840 support employee transitions this includes the issuance of supporting policies and a chief

00:09:27.140 transgender point of contact at every agency to support transitions i'm pretty sure the last time

00:09:35.380 the biden regime hired someone who was trans or gender neutral didn't they like end up in jail for 0.99

00:09:41.080 stealing a suitcase and then they were arrested again for you know failing to comply i don't think

00:09:46.280 it's worked out i'd say their own one on the transgender hiring policies but if you could just go a little

00:09:51.180 more into to what you guys really obtained from the foia requests and how the biden regime the lengths

00:09:56.840 they're going to really hide these crazy policies that they're implementing absolutely it's outrageous

00:10:02.980 you have to go through freedom of information act often litigation and other investigative means to get

00:10:08.240 this information but what we're seeing across the board is basically a infrastructure being built out

00:10:14.220 very complex and you would think if every agency is tasked with developing their own kind of

00:10:19.240 program for dealing with it there'd be some daylight between them but there's really not so you can

00:10:24.440 see that there's a central coordination and that leaves me as an investigator to wonder who's pulling

00:10:29.040 the strings i think the answer to that is a lot of the far left radical groups like you know human rights

00:10:33.780 campaign other soros affiliated organizations who see this you know marxist issue of forcing

00:10:39.540 transgenderism as a way to take over the largest employer in the united states which is the federal 0.99

00:10:45.100 government and it doesn't end there because this triples or or trickles down to the contractor

00:10:50.560 community people who want to do with the business with the federal government next thing you know it's

00:10:54.980 the industry standard across the board so it's the biggest bully pulpit you can have and uh you know

00:11:00.640 for a lot of people this is a great job to the federal government there are great benefits you know a lot

00:11:05.320 of people would be very happy to you know get in there get their pension serve their country

00:11:08.760 and retire now you have what's the gold standard it's the chief transition officer in one of these

00:11:15.600 departments it's insanity and basically the message is if you are you know any normal american who've

00:11:21.700 used this country and you know patriotic terms you are made to feel unwelcome you are told to bite

00:11:26.940 your tongue you will potentially be disciplined and rooted out of the agency and so they're recreating 0.91

00:11:31.900 this country using the federal government as their chief weapon and it's not just the trans stuff 0.81

00:11:37.020 obviously that's like one of the most noxious and in your face but on issues related to you know

00:11:41.660 race religion and everything else it is the woke panoply of the issues and this is what your elected

00:11:47.360 officials in the administration are spending their time doing we have the world on fire our economy's

00:11:52.460 in the dumpster and they're figuring out how to force people to use uh pronouns because ultimately what

00:11:57.140 they want natalie is they want to recruit more transgenders at the end of the day they're trying to turn 0.99

00:12:02.200 children into transgender children i mean this is what's happening in the schools it's the

00:12:06.640 recruitment initiative and so when you get the federal government's uh platform saying this stuff

00:12:11.420 is not only okay we're not just going to like not hurt people's feelings we're going to celebrate it

00:12:16.320 and fire you if you disagree you're giving the cover to this massive recruitment effort to turn kids

00:12:22.200 transgender which you know has caused so much damage through the genital mutilation of children uh 1.00

00:12:27.320 and this disorder this mental disorder is having a really tough impact on our country which we're going 0.82

00:12:32.300 to take decades decades to recover from only if we stop it now the audience knows we you know don't

00:12:39.400 cover the noise we focus on the signal here uh in this show and obviously it's easy to you know dunk on

00:12:44.920 the crazy radical transgenderism movement in this country but you just got to the heart of the issue 0.98

00:12:49.380 they are using this as the cudgel they are using this as another arrow in the quiver to really turn the

00:12:54.640 federal government to turn the apparatus into just a bunch of marxist rubber stampers and maybe their 1.00

00:13:00.920 gender is who knows what their pronouns are they them and if you dare to call someone a he or a she

00:13:07.100 you are quite literally now going to get disciplined for doing that i would make a cliche or well joke but

00:13:12.940 i think we've sort of crossed that rubicon a few times over mike you guys are doing such great work

00:13:18.420 before i let you go just give me a minute where are you guys working now what are you guys looking

00:13:22.900 at investigating with all your wonderful foyers and everything you guys do over at heritage

00:13:27.120 so we're across the board but the area of top focus for the oversight project i would say is

00:13:32.400 the weaponization of government and i would fit this into that umbrella to be honest with you but

00:13:36.300 it's the fbi the people with the guns who can force compliance and put you behind bars no different

00:13:41.040 than what we're seeing play out in the presidential primary right now and the general election and so

00:13:45.740 we got to get control of the people with the guns the people who can lock you up first and control

00:13:50.260 that border because they're going to change this country dramatically and and then anyone who opposes it is

00:13:55.220 you know subject to being called a domestic terrorist by the fbi so the border and the

00:13:59.760 weaponization are the top focus follow us at oversight uh pr the letters pr where we post

00:14:05.080 all of our lawsuits and findings i'll say this natalie intentionally thank you ma'am for having me on

00:14:10.940 well thank you sir and i think i accidentally called you mark so i'm glad we don't have a transition

00:14:17.380 officer here in the war room because i probably would have got in trouble for misnaming you

00:14:22.440 i apologize thank you so much for coming on the show you guys have to follow them you guys should

00:14:26.180 have so many more followers the work that you do is so wonderful so thank you so much for joining us

00:14:31.340 thank you

00:14:32.300 and war room posse we will be back after the break we got jenny tear from the daily caller and i think

00:14:39.640 my only question after that segment is how many all gender bathrooms are the new headquarters for the 1.00

00:14:45.200 fbi gonna have maybe that's why they need such a bigger space to accommodate all the ever expanding 0.82

00:14:49.680 list of genders that you can be what is it now over a hundred well after this break we'll have

00:14:54.940 some equally enraging news about the border and everything that's not happening there

00:14:59.020 i know this is hard to believe but we're up against another government shutdown later this month

00:15:04.640 and our wise leaders deal with it how they always do with more spending while lawmakers are high-fiving

00:15:12.520 your savings account continues to lose value because more spending weakens the dollar now end the cycle

00:15:19.780 diversify into gold with the help of birch gold group and listen when you open a gold ira for every

00:16:18.240 your qualified purchase do it today action action action here's your host steven k ban

00:16:26.540 welcome back to the war room now you heard in that previous segment how cbp officers have been given

00:16:38.680 resources and handbooks and frankly demands that they address migrants with their proper pronouns sort

00:16:45.120 of a whole diversity equity and inclusion approach uh to the southern border i'm sure the destruction of

00:16:51.240 this country so long as it's equitable uh would be favored and championed in by the biden regime but

00:16:57.400 luckily we have wonderful investigative reporters and of course work done by groups like heritage

00:17:01.900 oversight to go up against that and to counter that but like i said the real buried lead of all of that

00:17:08.140 isn't so much that they're you know addressing migrants who frankly probably don't even speak

00:17:11.560 english don't even know where they are they just know who's paying them to be there uh it's not so

00:17:17.460 much that they care about what pronouns are being addressed with it's that they want to make these

00:17:22.080 cbp officers hate their jobs they want the ones who don't believe in the whole pronoun shenanigans

00:17:27.320 to quit because i don't think they like cbp officers very much remember in the trump years it seemed like

00:17:33.120 there was always a target on cbp and ice and all these wonderful americans down there who are trying

00:17:37.700 to keep our borders safe always a target on their back and someone who i think has been to the border

00:17:41.580 many times to report on this firsthand is jenny tear from the daily caller she's an immigration

00:17:47.380 investigative reporter with them who's always putting up wonderful stories well it's not wonderful

00:17:52.320 stories for america but wonderful stories for those of us who are always in search of the truth because

00:17:56.860 you know the biden regime is never going to give that to us jenny your latest story i'll just read

00:18:01.840 the headline and let you rip is exclusive federal agents say they're stuck quote babysitting illegal

00:18:07.720 immigrants instead of stopping criminals can you walk us through what you learned 0.99

00:18:12.440 absolutely so right now in the tucson sector in arizona in the remote desert we're seeing

00:18:20.340 thousands of migrants cross in a matter of weeks and border patrol cannot handle the situation 0.98

00:18:27.040 what's happened is that a lot of federal agents from other departments have been deployed to address

00:18:35.040 this surge that includes air marshals and that includes homeland security investigations agents

00:18:41.500 they focus typically on crime within the country and so they're being pulled off those duties and

00:18:48.740 they're having to help basically watch over these overflow rooms of illegal immigrants in a lot of cases 0.52

00:18:54.580 they do transportation of illegal immigrants and not so much fighting crime around the country

00:19:02.260 now i know the last time you were on the show i had you talking about what was going on in maine with

00:19:09.640 the sort of illegal illicit or just unsupervised uh it was marijuana growing operations you know that

00:19:16.020 they're setting up right next to little children's daycare facilities the locals are obviously not happy

00:19:22.320 about it but it was sort of a you know broader approach when when you see this country you know these

00:19:27.080 cities kind of devolving into just urban hellscapes when it comes to crime and criminality

00:19:32.760 and poverty how do you think the biden regime has the ability to make the argument that you know we

00:19:39.960 don't need to shut down the border we have the resources to deploy to curtail the invasion that's

00:19:46.020 going on you know the messaging just seems so mixed right you have joe biden tweeting today that

00:19:51.480 repouse republicans are deranged because they don't want to give more money to ukraine they want to put

00:19:56.580 the southern border first i mean again like i said you've been on the border you've seen this stuff 0.63

00:20:02.120 firsthand how detached from reality maybe i'm wrong but i do think i'm right how detached from reality

00:20:09.380 really are democrats is joe biden's analysis of what's going on at the border

00:20:14.520 yeah i think the best example of this is when the biden administration says that they're expeditiously

00:20:21.240 removing these migrants after they cross illegally what that really looks like in practice 0.84

00:20:26.320 is that they're put into removal proceedings that means their case is still heard by an immigration

00:20:32.380 judge right now asylum cases take about four years uh to complete to fully complete it takes multiple

00:20:38.780 hearings we have a really unprecedented backlog in the immigration courts so that's actually what

00:20:45.380 happens years and years down the line uh so i don't know you know their definition of expedited

00:20:51.060 but that sure doesn't fit my understanding of the term it really is wild when you juxtapose i think

00:20:58.520 the the federal government's conduct towards illegal immigrants oftentimes from countries that are

00:21:03.780 wholly hostile to the united states when you read what's in their military code i'm of course talking

00:21:08.780 about china it is quite literally to replace and supplant the united states by any means necessary

00:21:13.760 right by unconventional warfare strategies which i would argue a porous border is basically just

00:21:18.920 oh i guess leaving the floodgates open no pun intended because we know the binary regime quite

00:21:23.620 literally welded the floodgates open i believe it was out in san diego in california um but it's just

00:21:29.380 absolutely crazy i mean the the policies that that they're pursuing you can't make sense of it you know

00:21:35.180 steve always says make it make sense and really i mean i'm only left and this is of course my my opinion

00:21:40.660 but it's the intentional destruction of america and when you see the the rate the rapidity which

00:21:46.800 with which they prosecuted january 6 offenders and meanwhile for these immigration courts it's like

00:21:53.160 three decades i'll be in my 60s by the time they're prosecuting or adjudicating some of these cases and i know

00:21:59.520 people say oh the courts are backlogged right it's a staffing it's a personnel matter but it's almost like

00:22:04.340 that is quite literally a feature of the system it's almost like that is intentional

00:22:08.600 too i'm just curious from your analysis what you see on the ground from the backlogging of the courts

00:22:16.140 i mean the dates that we're looking at here when these people are actually going to have their cases

00:22:20.600 heard i'm not mistaken it is ridiculously in the future right they might be letting them go now under

00:22:26.260 the pretext that well they're you know have to come back and return for their hearings which i know most

00:22:30.740 of them actually don't um but isn't this effectively legalizing illegal immigration

00:22:36.060 well i'll tell you that the uh adjudication process once it's finished right now let's say

00:22:43.580 someone is ordered removed or ordered to you know quote unquote self-support which is something that

00:22:48.940 uh they do that's not something that if they don't follow through the immigration authorities are going

00:22:56.960 to actually go after them for right now in most cases uh right now the biden administration has set

00:23:03.740 a number of priorities to limit the arrests and deportations of illegal immigrants and it is not

00:23:11.400 low-level crimes and it is not typically until conviction of crimes that illegal immigrants are actually 0.98

00:23:19.740 put into those priorities for arrest and deportation

00:23:23.160 it reminds me of the a little bit from elise stefan at grilling the college presidents where 0.97

00:23:30.140 they say well it's not hate speech if you call for the genocide of the jews until you actually start

00:23:35.560 committing genocide right in other words oh we're not gonna you know deport these potential criminal

00:23:40.440 offenders until they actually start committing crimes then it's okay it's it's such a backward 1.00

00:23:45.380 backwards approach to really the whole entire justice system how you run a country but i know you

00:23:51.340 have another story that's equally outrageous exclusive border patrol had 22 000 illegal immigrants in

00:23:57.920 custody after releasing thousands into the country they hit 97 capacity nationwide late tuesday uh and

00:24:06.420 releasing 6400 nearly 6500 illegal immigrants into the interior of the country just on monday alone

00:24:14.220 i'd love if you could walk us through some of those like i said just brutally staggering figures

00:24:19.240 yeah absolutely i think that you know we do kind of become desensitized at a certain point because

00:24:26.400 it's just been so bad um lately that you know how could anything get any worse but you know when i talk

00:24:33.600 to border patrol agents right now and they're having to actually deal with this and they're seeing

00:24:39.140 the overflow of facilities they're seeing the encouraging of releasing people as soon as possible because they

00:24:47.420 have to continue to bring more into those facilities we're processing it's just like this pipeline that

00:24:53.220 they kind of describe as the last leg of of smuggling like that they're working on behalf of these human

00:24:59.360 smugglers uh often the ones that are tied to the cartels to bring these people through to bring them into

00:25:06.040 the country and that's really hurting their morale beyond what's already happened with that because border patrol

00:25:12.440 is seeing a surge in suicides they have a lot of problems at home with their families divorces are up

00:25:18.400 there are a lot of problems and they just want to retire as soon as possible because this is not the job that

00:25:25.260 they signed up for they don't feel like it's a law enforcement job anymore they just feel like again it's part of

00:25:31.020 the smuggling pipeline

00:25:32.040 can you expand a little bit on that i never saw your reports on how suicides are expanding within

00:25:38.660 within border patrol sort of the emotional toll of the backwards policies of the biden regime

00:25:43.760 so border patrol suicides became so bad that the agency had to actually hire what they call a

00:25:53.500 suicidologist to come in and address the morale issues um and that's something that you know has long

00:26:01.560 existed in law enforcement that they have suicides up especially right now especially you know i i think

00:26:09.400 it kind of started to devolve when it was defund the police movements when you saw the black lives 1.00

00:26:15.600 matter riots things like that and then of course border patrol being law enforcement and then on the

00:26:21.840 front lines of the border dealing with this surge right now it's so demoralizing to them what they've

00:26:28.000 seen um it's also a very scary job you're dealing with all of these people uh they're outnumbered

00:26:34.660 they're outmanned um you know people are agitated especially right now in arizona these migrants 1.00

00:26:40.560 that are standing there for days because border patrol just doesn't have the capacity to immediately

00:26:45.140 apprehend them so they're standing there they're not eating they don't have bathrooms and then border

00:26:50.300 patrol is having to approach these people that are not happy with their situations you know that's a

00:26:55.960 very scary reality as well jenny thank you so much for joining us if people want to follow you before

00:27:03.400 you're back on next time where can they go to do all that you can follow me on twitter at jenny s tear

00:27:08.920 thank you thank you jenny for joining us

00:27:12.880 and you know i i just talked to say right when you hear all these people complaining that we ousted

00:27:20.100 kevin mccarthy the far right that was what the apple news alert said we ousted kevin mccarthy who

00:27:25.900 had such a successful reign as speaker of the house they had to bring a suicidologist in to make

00:27:32.440 sure that custom and border patrol agents weren't continuing to kill themselves at record high rates

00:27:38.080 because of the feckless inaction the ineptitude and the inability of our house republicans to push back 0.98

00:27:45.020 against the asinine but frankly intentionally asinine the intentional destruction of america now 0.96

00:27:52.580 maybe to weak spineless rhinos that's what leadership look like looks like but all i have to say to 0.99

00:27:58.620 kevin mccarthy is good riddance and i hope mike johnson steps up to the plate and actually does

00:28:04.700 something and not just sit there and complain that the senate hasn't taken up hr2 which he had to kick

00:28:10.200 e-verify out of during the debt ceiling negotiations for god knows why but i hope we actually play like

00:28:17.540 the left does get our hands dirty with both barrels as steve would say metaphorically the apples in your

00:28:24.000 holiday pie taste amazing but it's not exactly the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables

00:28:29.820 the mayo clinic says if you want to help prevent heart disease lower blood pressure and your cholesterol

00:29:26.980 field of greens.com promo code bannon here's your host steven k bannon

00:29:32.920 welcome back to the war room i got some uh texts during the break saying that i seem very fired up

00:29:45.940 today which i am but i guess i'm just trying to take a little more uh inspiration from steve because

00:29:52.900 he's been on a real roll with the rants lately so i guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so i

00:29:59.920 do my best um but speaking of doing the best the biden regime is certainly doing that when it comes

00:30:06.840 to wanting to get in the way block neuter nullify whatever word you want to use uh of a potential

00:30:13.400 second term of the trump administration particularly on the immigration front they know what's happening

00:30:20.620 they watch the war room they see the poll numbers they know that trump is going to win so they're trying

00:30:26.720 to and we're gonna have someone from the american accountability foundation tom jones joining us to

00:30:30.920 get really granular with this but some interesting sort of personnel switcheroo uh with the legality

00:30:38.220 of you know political appointees versus civil servants which makes it harder to fire them

00:30:42.720 um but the biden regime is sort of weaponizing that tactic yet another form of law fair uh to really

00:30:48.680 ingrain and solidify these open borders zealots um in the federal government to make sure that even if trump

00:30:56.720 were to win again when he wins again um that his ability to effectuate the policies that we talk

00:31:02.680 about here on the show every day uh god willing these mass deportations um it's gonna be a little

00:31:08.320 more difficult to do so tom i think i see you i think we have you up i'd love if you could walk us

00:31:13.920 through this character by the name of claire trickler mcnulty that is a real name i guess um and what

00:31:22.220 she is doing how the biden regime is kind of playing around with her position of the federal 0.96

00:31:26.960 government sure so let's back up a little bit and understand who claire mcnulty is claire mcnulty is a 0.97

00:31:34.100 left-wing activist who has really been the go-to person within the biden administration to allow

00:31:41.680 migrants to be released into the interior without being put into detention um and really has she's been

00:31:48.440 working at this for decades as an activist on the left and then actually the she got a civil service

00:31:55.680 position during the trump administration and she used that to frustrate the initiatives from 1.00

00:32:01.040 ken cucinelli stephen miller other folks who were really pushing for for really aggressive hard policies

00:32:07.720 on the border she used her position within ice uh during the trump administration to frustrate them 0.97

00:32:13.420 and she said that explicitly and then when the biden administration came through she became that

00:32:18.240 point person she was the person behind the uh the procurement on the border to put migrants in hotels

00:32:25.460 instead of in detention facilities and right now what we're seeing is kind of a slow motion process

00:32:31.460 called burrowing where they take political appointees who are highly partisan individuals

00:32:37.720 and they move them into civil service positions and it's exactly like you said natalie it makes it

00:32:43.280 incredibly difficult to fire those people um when they when they work to frustrate the administration's

00:32:49.740 agenda so we've had sources tell us that there's a there's an effort afoot to burrow claire mcnulty 1.00

00:32:56.540 into ice so that she can use that position to to block a second trump administration 1.00

00:33:01.400 yet they still try to tell us that the administrative state the deep state doesn't exist and it's just a

00:33:09.180 figment of our you know deranged far-right christian nationalist imaginations it's absolutely insane i'm

00:33:16.960 just curious i know you guys have a lot of sources uh you talk to a lot of people kind of around the

00:33:22.180 biden regime they know you know what's up over over there over at 1600 pennsylvania avenue i would assume

00:33:29.520 that this tactic burrowing is is not just specific uh to immigration to dhs uh to to what's going on

00:33:37.540 there i would assume it's sort of happening across the federal government especially as the trump

00:33:42.220 transition the trump effort to kind of go after the administrative state heats up i'm just curious if

00:33:47.180 you have any insight on that yeah no they're gonna really start to start to supercharge this burrowing

00:33:54.100 effort over the next couple months because they it you know there's a lot of kind of mechanical things

00:33:58.360 they have to do to get approvals and get the office of personnel management to approve these

00:34:03.660 transitions um but it's going to happen and it's going to be across the government because they

00:34:07.920 understand that the deep state is incredibly effective they have a lot of tools that they can

00:34:12.980 pull at the end of the day you need objective civil servants to implement the president's agenda

00:34:18.920 and the biden administration realizes if they can get their guys in there that they're going to be

00:34:23.900 able to to have the tools to block trump and the only way he's going to be able to to push back

00:34:29.340 against this if he said basically he's going to have to say to heck with the civil service laws

00:34:33.880 i'm firing these people your your key cards to get in the building are turned off and your computer's 0.99

00:34:39.480 revoked and you're not coming back in tuesday morning after i'm sworn in but he's going to have

00:34:44.300 to be really aggressive to make sure that these woke civil servants that are burrowed in 0.99

00:34:49.320 aren't allowed to to block an agenda from a duly elected president but the only way the only way

00:34:54.420 it's going to happen is if there's mass firings in the federal civil service

00:34:58.040 i think those are probably just like the best 20 seconds of war room today i just imagined donald

00:35:04.440 trump going up to these civil servants one by one and saying you know you're fired your privileges to

00:35:11.300 get in the building have been revoked i think that would be retribution uh to a t glorious i know

00:35:17.640 you guys have awesome right that's that's what that's what we're looking for um but i know tom

00:35:21.900 you guys have also been doing uh some really wonderful work in tracking now we're going to

00:35:26.600 pivot to another threat this time a little less man a little more machine uh ai and how these big tech 0.55

00:35:33.780 giants are funding sort of burrowing in a way but these you know fake experts who are very concerned

00:35:41.720 with diversity equity and inclusion and wokeness and all these wonderful things um but how they're like

00:35:46.700 installing them essentially in republican and conservative elected officials offices to sort of

00:35:52.880 you know taint the policies that they're putting out when it comes to ai yeah i think you really need

00:36:00.080 to appreciate the the morton blackwell's 26th law of the public policy process personnel is policy

00:36:06.740 and the left gets that and so what we're seeing happen this week is that microsoft google a couple other

00:36:13.260 big tech companies endowed a program at this left-wing science group called the american association

00:36:19.600 for the advancement of science triple as as it goes by and what triple as has is they have this

00:36:25.620 long-standing fellowship program with the united states congress where they get to take their experts

00:36:31.080 and put them into congressional offices so that they can provide you know supposedly technical advice

00:36:37.040 well what's happened is they probably right they're putting left-wing advocates into the office and what

00:36:41.660 we saw unfortunately i'm not going to call them conservatives but i'll say republicans um have

00:36:46.580 been taking some of these fellows senator bill cassidy an example this guy brought on a a left-wing

00:36:53.400 diversity activist from the triple as fellowship who's really going to be uh be able to execute a kind

00:36:59.860 of a rearguard action against conservative policies this is a woman who hates the second amendment she's 1.00

00:37:05.380 mocking you know folks when folks you know share thoughts and prayers about tragedy she was mocking

00:37:12.220 those people we have those receipts on uh on twitter this is the type of person that that bill cassidy

00:37:18.260 brought into his office and you know we wonder how these things happen in these offices they bring in

00:37:23.880 loser personnel and they get loser advice every time i hear the word expert i think about the i guess

00:37:31.560 de facto motto of the united states and you know 2019 which was trust the experts and you nailed it 0.92

00:37:37.780 the nail on the head you know these experts are nothing more than left-wing activists with a bunch

00:37:43.080 of corporate money behind them masquerading as experts and stuff that they actually know nothing

00:37:47.960 about um tom i know you guys are always ahead of the curve leading the charge when it comes to these

00:37:53.180 investigations before i let you go uh do you want to give the audience maybe show a little ankle where you

00:37:57.960 guys are looking or working on next where you guys are kind of headed with your investigations

00:38:02.240 well yeah we're looking at a guy who's going to be the next george soros the next tom steyer

00:38:08.200 john arnold we're going to start talking about him soon but there's really there's a lot of left-wing

00:38:13.300 big money that's coming into the the uh argument and it's um you know george soros is is not long for

00:38:19.960 this world but there's a lot of left-wing billionaires that are coming behind him

00:38:23.500 unfortunately for america unfortunately for the world that is indeed true tom if people want to

00:38:30.760 follow you uh follow the american accountability foundation support you guys where can they go to

00:38:35.980 do all that hey twitter is the place to follow us we're exposing biden is our handle on twitter and

00:38:41.760 then americanaccountabilityfoundation.com on uh on the internet exposing biden i think i've said it

00:38:49.080 but i feel like that's one of the best usernames i might have to to fight you for that it's a good

00:38:55.120 one tom thank you so much for joining us hey thanks for having me on of course and i think we got dave

00:39:02.400 walsh we got a few minutes a couple minutes before we have to go to break but dave before we do that

00:39:08.500 i'd love if you could rip a little bit on sort of the the opening salvo of cop 28 some of the stuff

00:39:15.000 that's being said there that maybe we agree with maybe that we don't where do we stand on everything

00:39:19.960 well we had a we did have a wonderful kickoff presentation at cop 28 by sultan al-jabbar

00:39:27.280 of the uae who proclaimed to the assembled mass at cop 28 that there is indeed no science

00:39:34.280 behind demands for the phase out of fossil fuels this is the president of the of the forum and the

00:39:41.100 sultan from the host country speaking the truth he also has degrees from institutions such as harvard

00:39:46.980 highly educated man who regaled the conference with that basic truth very very interesting auspicious

00:39:53.320 beginning to the cop 28 conference conducted by the u.n about co2 abatement in which we know we've

00:39:59.980 had an agreement now by the assembled group to vote for reparations climate reparations to the third

00:40:06.060 world emanating of course from the developed western europe and u.s to make payments for climate

00:40:11.140 damage caused by our activities in the past and also a biden announced a methane a new program

00:40:17.200 attacking methane which is the latest boogeyman of the left that is kind of displacing co2 a little bit

00:40:22.840 methane is one 226th prevalent as co2 in the upper atmosphere so co2 is 420 parts per million

00:40:31.660 methane is 1.8 parts per million in the atmosphere but now the administration is telling us we must

00:40:38.620 attack it we must cease gas-fired power generation more rapidly we must constrain methane from fracking

00:40:45.580 and gas supply to save humanity and save the globe at a tremendous cost to industry and rate payers and

00:40:52.120 electricity users across the country in the world so a lot of a lot of lunacy coming out of that but

00:40:57.480 some sanity with al-jabar's commentary on the there being no science behind demands for the phase out

00:41:02.960 of fossil fuels those methane figures that you just walked us through i think are sort of a perfect

00:41:09.020 example of the racket the scam that is the climate change industry in other words we you know have to

00:41:14.820 focus on this one thing that isn't going to make any difference at all meanwhile we'll pursue policies

00:41:19.460 that allow our greatest foreign adversaries like china to get ahead i'm just curious specifically on

00:41:24.900 the reparations front i may be mistaken on this but i also don't think i am um it's it's true that a lot

00:41:31.940 of the policy proposals that we've seen for so-called climate reparations would actually entitle the

00:41:38.660 chinese communist party yes to receive those reparations too correct can you walk us through that a little

00:41:44.140 bit this hasn't been finalized but the list of countries still under consideration for receipt

00:41:50.280 really are all of those who have been i'm going to argue that they they're underdeveloped and that

00:41:55.500 they have been damaged by climate change coming from the u.s and western europe early days in the

00:42:01.980 1800s and now in the last century in this century industrialization damaging their their weather and

00:42:08.240 their and their uh country with storms and the hazards of floods and heavy rains and things of this

00:42:13.700 nature so yeah china is still on the list with india china who's got the largest military in the world

00:42:18.960 china that's got the second largest economy in the world china that's the uh threatening to attack 1.00

00:42:25.040 taiwan supporting hezbollah supporting amas supporting iran supporting russia in this war that

00:42:30.060 we're funding against the ukraine an ally of russia we're talking about um al gore and particularly john

00:42:36.720 carey supporting the administration aggressively talking about reparations also to china with the

00:42:43.600 huge military again a huge gdp and a country with which we have an 800 trillion billion dollar

00:42:48.860 balance of trade deficit with that we should pay them for the weather damage caused there by our

00:42:54.680 our own co2 where they issue more co2 than all of the oecd countries combined i mean this is

00:43:00.660 absolute craziness i think we've got to jump to break dave so i want to i want to hold you through

00:43:05.840 if i can but uh pretty sure china the same country that john carrey's stepson was making

00:43:10.840 hoards of cash off of with hunter biden i would i would nominate dave walsh for uh climate czar in

00:43:17.440 the trump administration but i don't think we're going to have one of those in president donald trump's

00:43:23.400 second term because climate change is not assessing correct we'll be right back with dave and mike

00:45:26.820 mike lindell joining us to talk about how wonderful you guys the war room posse are how you guys really

00:45:33.120 stand in the breach of all these attacks from the mainstream media from establishment republicans

00:45:38.080 from democrats from illegal invasions you name it um but before we get to all that dave wash i know you

00:45:44.000 had some interesting groundbreaking quite literally analysis that you wanted to bring to the war room

00:45:50.020 uh that has to do with if i understand correctly pipelines carbon pipelines in iowa and south dakota

00:45:55.960 um okay i got it right yes um what is going on with all of that yeah this is an emerging issue that's

00:46:03.500 probably going to have an effect on the iowa primary in the caucus the the fact of these there's a couple

00:46:08.540 of massive massive um carbon capture pipelines being built through iowa from south dakota in south dakota

00:46:16.620 that the voters in both states are something like 75 and 82 percent predisposed to be dead set against

00:46:23.960 because of the eminent domain activities that farmers are getting for family farms being disturbed

00:46:29.480 by having to allow right away for in one case summit carbon solutions

00:46:34.200 with a 2 000 mile carbon pipeline from south dakota to illinois and then the heartland greenway

00:46:41.620 carbon capture project of a 1300 mile pipeline in affecting illinois and south dakota voters are

00:46:48.180 generally pretty furious with the fact that family farmers are being upset with having to issue free

00:46:54.020 use of their land to to put this pipeline on i mean just 75 to 82 percent opposition to this

00:47:00.140 so the concern is you know a lot of the candidates who have kind of been funded by large energy

00:47:06.380 companies that are all about the green movement such as next era funding desantis those types of

00:47:11.160 candidates may struggle with voters who know about these carbon capture pipelines one of them funded

00:47:17.300 heavily by black rock equity in fact several of the projects black rock is a huge funder of

00:47:21.880 larry fink's organization billions of dollars but these are subsidized these are subsidized by the

00:47:27.180 biden ira they're made possible by the biden ira they have no economic benefit co2 is 0.0004 of the

00:47:36.380 content of the upper atmosphere the man caused portion of that is five percent of that it's a

00:47:41.620 nominal substance this is why the methane thing is hitting full stride because the carbon the carbon

00:47:47.140 discussion and excuse is not really working out for the left so they're going to methane but this

00:47:52.120 carbon capture thing is enormously expensive has zero value added and winds up disturbing uh family

00:47:58.540 farmers with their with eminent domain demands on their property to have these pipelines uh carrying

00:48:04.120 carbon to discharge it into caverns below ground carried so could be a big issue in the upcoming

00:48:10.040 primary that could favor the president president trump and uh and specifically desantis is heavily

00:48:15.640 backed by next era the solar company of florida california the wind company in california

00:48:20.840 the utility here in florida who have pocketed his um campaign conference with enormous millions to

00:48:26.760 support their solarization of florida and california as well so um very interesting effect this carbon

00:48:33.700 capture scheme could have on the iowa primaries most voters are dead set against eminent domain

00:48:38.640 commands to farmers dave walsh always bringing the receipts engaging in what climate change activists

00:48:46.040 could probably only call hate speech thank you so much for joining us if people want to follow you
