00:22:59.720 if he wasn't a criminal and he wasn't a dishonest man to come forward and say, well, this is enough enough. We have this

00:30:38.540 read the document, your head kind of blows up. Can you walk us through what you think's going on

00:30:42.940 here? Yeah, I think it's pretty interesting. As Lizzo says, it's about damn time, right? What

00:30:47.660 were they waiting for? Because this is something that they should have had nailed down on the books,

00:30:51.880 you know, long ago. But, you know, they've been protecting the Biden crime family this whole time.

00:30:58.020 But listen, this is a little bit of a crack in the armor, which is good. He was indicted on nine tax

00:31:03.720 charges in California for allegedly failing to file taxes, evading an assessment, and filing a

00:31:10.560 fraudulent form. So these are pretty straightforward on its face. And according to this indictment,

00:31:15.820 Hunter spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle. Read into that versus paying his taxes.

00:31:21.960 You know what that means? Drugs, hookers, escorts, girlfriends, and even a sex club membership,

00:31:27.800 because that's what you need most in life. Don't pay your taxes. He spent it on anything and

00:31:32.800 everything, but actually abiding by the law and paying the taxes like the rest of us that,

00:31:51.440 why are these charges only being brought now? I think there's some backstory on this. Because

00:31:57.580 they're so straightforward, there was no reason for this delay. They were protecting him. They could

00:32:01.980 have been brought in 2019 or 2020, but we know the DOJ was protecting Biden. So now they are ready

00:32:09.480 to pull the rug out from under him. I think it's just another example, quite frankly, of how rigged

00:32:14.920 2020 really was. See, this is why I want to have you on here, giving you a professional knowledge of

00:32:20.980 this, because I'm not a lawyer, never been a prosecutor, didn't go to law school, and most of the audience

00:32:26.260 didn't either. Here's what I don't get. These tax events were in 16, 17, 18, and 19. As a prosecutor,

00:32:32.480 this guy, Weiss, this information has been around a long time. This is not nothing fresh. And like you

00:32:37.060 said, it's pretty straightforward. And they didn't even, they didn't do wire fraud or bank fraud.

00:32:40.640 When you read the document, you see lavish lifestyle. That is just, it's the most perverted,

00:32:45.260 degenerate, you know, thing. And by the way, I worked on Wall Street and in Hollywood, but this tops,

00:32:51.360 I mean, this is like reading a novel. Then you see about the sources, the sources of proceeds is

00:32:57.020 China, is China, it's, it's, it's, you know, it's Ukraine, it's Romania, it's the mayor of Moscow.

00:33:08.740 As a prosecutor, why did it take so long? And why did it take so long? And why is it only,

00:33:14.620 why is it only taxes? Why did they only do that, ma'am?

00:33:23.380 crime family. They're trying to figure out if they can drag him across the finish line

00:33:27.060 to be able to run against Donald Trump. But it's awful because this ignores, Steve,

00:33:56.380 grave concern for all Americans. And we don't see the focus and the emphasis on this. But I do think

00:34:02.660 they're starting to obviously have serious doubts about Joe Biden, his ability. And I think they'll

00:34:07.640 start chipping away at him like they're chipping away at Hunter, making it more problematic for him to

00:34:12.680 remain the nominee. And that's the only reason I think that they're starting to go after him,

00:34:17.400 because there is absolutely no excuse for these charges not being brought earlier. They're not

00:34:23.620 complex. They're straightforward on their face. But instead, they kept protecting. And you know,

00:34:27.920 they're all acting in concert. These government gangsters, to quote, Cash Patel, the DOJ, FBI, CIA,

00:34:35.680 the whole works. And that's what we've seen over and over again. But it looks like the tide is

00:34:40.520 turning a little bit there. KG, you see, there's going to be a vote, I guess, on a formal impeachment

00:34:47.640 inquiry on Biden next week as president. You got Hunter is supposed to go in for a deposition,

00:34:53.900 I think, on Wednesday. They're fighting that. You've got these charges. In your mind,

00:34:59.060 how does this all get worked through? Well, I think it's going to be complicated because

00:35:03.320 obviously we've taken some losses in Congress with McCarthy is going to retire. So what about

00:35:09.180 that seat? Santos got the boot. That's a problem. So we don't have that much of a majority. But the

00:35:14.120 facts and the prima facie case are very compelling and strong. Facts and evidence, not partisan

00:35:20.120 politics against Joe Biden and the corruption ripe for impeachment. I'd love to see that go through.

00:35:26.420 It should. I don't want justice to be denied just because it's been, you know, delayed. But you've got

00:35:31.960 a lot of things happening at once. I wouldn't be surprised if Hunter Biden's legal team then tries

00:35:37.060 to postpone this based on the new California indictments because they also don't want him

00:37:45.220 I don't understand what they're doing. I mean, this is, I can't, I can't, I tell the answer the time,

00:37:50.380 I've never seen anything that's more normal course of business than the financial statements and what

00:37:55.740 the advisors did and the bankers did. What is actually going on in New York legally? What, I

00:38:00.360 mean, how do they even justify in this? Well, they really can't. And everyone always tells me,

00:38:04.400 Kimberly, don't worry. You know, it'll be overturned on appeal. I get that. That's not the point.

00:38:08.900 It shouldn't be there to begin with. It's just like any one of us who go and apply to a bank to get a

00:38:14.900 loan for a home, for a mortgage, et cetera, and say, I want to, here's my, you know, financial

00:38:20.340 records. Here's what I make. Here's what property, et cetera. I have collateral to be able to offer.

00:38:25.240 The bank then goes and does their own independent vetting to determine whether or not it's sufficient

00:38:29.800 and if a loan should be given to you. Okay. They take tremendous, you know, risk and responsibility

00:38:34.220 by doing so. They have a fiduciary duty to the bank to be able to do that due diligence.

00:38:44.560 that they were late on any payments or any kind of, you know, malfeasance on their part.

00:39:28.360 on the same side of the street as Stone's Throw away from Mar-a-Lago. So how is that that Mar-a-Lago

00:39:33.420 is $18 million? It defies logic. So they put forth and proffered experts to show actual value and to

00:39:40.280 back up their financial statements. Now it's going to be whatever kind of circus this judge wants to

00:39:44.680 do. Whether he's going to hold Donald Trump liable, what will the amount be? Is he going to

00:39:50.440 drag the boys into that? Don Jr. went back and was the lead witness for the defense, did a very good

00:39:55.280 job. You know, both times they're telling the truth. They took an oath. They're telling the

00:39:59.320 truth. There is nothing that they did wrong. It's just a political persecution. And it's one more

00:40:05.320 example of trying to interfere in a United States presidential election. That's it.

00:40:48.180 how could you just in the mechanics of the process, get a trial going on March 4th,
