Bannon's War Room - Episode 3232： Standing Up For FISA Reform

00:00:00.000 This is who we are. And in it, you write in part, quote, in the last spring of the Obama

00:00:06.820 administration, Michelle Obama was delivering her final commencement address as first lady

00:00:12.700 at City College of New York. Obama couldn't help but lobbed some barely cloaked denunciations of

00:00:19.420 Trump's wrecking ball presidential campaign, the one that would soon be ratified with a Republican

00:00:24.980 nomination. That is not who we are. The first lady assured the graduates that is not what this

00:00:31.140 country stands for. No, the promise did not age well. Not that November and not since the axiom

00:00:39.800 prompts the question. Who is we anyway? Because it sure seems a lot of this. We keeps voting for Trump.

00:00:49.700 You can dismiss Trump voters all you want, but give them this. They're every bit as American

00:00:55.660 as any idealized vision of the place. If Trump wins in 2024, his detractors will have to reckon once

00:01:03.220 again with the voters who got us here to reconcile what it means to share a country with so many

00:01:09.420 citizens who keep watching Trump spiral deeper into his moral void and still conclude, yes,

00:01:17.220 that's our guy. And Mark, I can't agree with you more. I think that especially applies to the

00:01:24.320 evangelical community and people who call themselves Christians who spend a lot of time judging other

00:01:31.420 people but can't seem to reconcile these two realities. I would also add that I do think a lot of people

00:01:38.720 are somewhat victims of sort of a cult, really. There's no doubt. I mean, the powers of persuasion

00:01:48.360 in the media and given the sound machines that the right and the Trump world has at their disposal,

00:01:55.000 you know, online, you know, whether it's Fox, whether it's any number of outlets. I mean,

00:01:59.820 they have a very powerful messaging system. And it starts with the guy who basically has been in our

00:02:06.320 faces for eight years or seven years. And, you know, and it could be more. So, I mean, I think

00:02:11.520 what I wanted to look at here and, you know, the issue of the Atlantic looks very, you know,

00:02:17.040 very sort of issue by issue granularly at what this administration, if it happens again, could look

00:02:22.900 like. What I wanted to do is step back and sort of evaluate what it means to actually live in a

00:02:28.260 country where this keeps happening, where this is a critical electoral mass. It might not be a popular

00:02:33.660 mass, but it's an electoral college majority where we're just a lot of people think this is fine.

00:02:40.380 And obviously, I don't think one of the we have a lot of information about Donald Trump. I mean,

00:02:45.020 his character is not a mystery at this point. The fact is, a lot of people like it. And that's

00:02:49.780 the country we live in right now.

00:02:51.020 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on

00:03:02.300 these people. I got a free shot, all these networks lying about the people. The people

00:03:08.740 have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything

00:03:12.660 in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:03:15.440 And where do people like that go to share the big line? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul,

00:03:22.240 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my

00:03:28.600 purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:03:35.980 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:03:39.260 It's Friday, 8 December in the year of our Lord, 2023. Welcome to the sound machine

00:03:48.000 at the center of the moral void that we call MAGA. Welcome. We've got a lot of work to go

00:03:55.420 through the day. We're going to talk about the Axios story on the war cabinet and the response of the

00:04:00.160 media and their attacks on MAGA and the Trump movement. But I want to say victory after victory

00:04:06.800 cover of Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal today. Headline, Wall Street falls out of love

00:04:12.900 with pouring money into China. So major victory for the Lao Bajing, for new federal state of China.

00:04:20.080 We finally got the attention of the Larry Finks of the world and got the attention of the Ray Dalio's

00:04:24.340 of the world. It's no longer acceptable what the United States government won't do. The muscle of

00:04:30.220 this populist movement will do to put these folks on notice. I start off today, very disturbing,

00:04:37.540 but we've got to face it. Exactly what is the work that we're doing in this Congress? We have so many

00:04:44.960 solid people. Speaker Johnson with a biblical worldview. We've got so many hammers. We can do

00:04:52.760 so much. And behind the scenes, a lot has been done, but there seems to be some sort of disconnect.

00:04:56.800 I want to start today with the National Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA. Also,

00:05:01.860 we're going to talk about FISA. Cash Patel joins us again, the future head of the Central Intelligence

00:05:06.040 Agency. But we're going to start with Congressman Chip Roy of Texas. Congressman Roy, before we get

00:05:11.660 to FISA, because I do want to have Cash jump in here. He's got some breaking news, some documents

00:05:15.660 he's gone through. But I want to just pull the camera back in about this NDAA. Tell the audience,

00:05:20.760 why is this important? And normally people that are for strong self-defenses, like the Chip Roy's,

00:05:26.540 the Steve Bannon's of the world, are saying, hey, we can't, this thing as it's structured now

00:05:32.400 is a non-starter, sir. Yeah, thanks, Steve. Good to be on. I mean, first of all, let me just go back

00:05:39.040 real quick to that lead-in you had, where you had these leftists who were talking about how, you know,

00:05:43.400 where's our conscience as Christians, or, you know, saying that somehow we're hypocritical.

00:05:48.180 And let me just ask a question, and it's germane to this question about the National Defense

00:05:52.120 Authorization Act and FISA. Like, where's the conscience of leftists who are totally fine

00:05:57.200 with these girls who got raped and their pelvics crushed in Israel? Or these little girls and kids

00:06:02.540 getting sold into the sex trafficking trade in an open border so that we can be, you know,

00:06:07.660 sending money to China and empowering corporations? You know, where are they when we're talking about

00:06:12.280 abortion and the death to the unborn? Where are they when we're talking about these forced

00:06:16.740 transition surgeries? Chloe Cole, who bravely stood up and said, wait a minute, I didn't want 1.00

00:06:21.720 to be transitioned, and now I can't be a woman. Where are their Christian consciences, Steve? And

00:06:26.120 that's relevant here, because a lot of Republicans go out and campaign, and they talk about, oh, you

00:06:31.600 know, we're going to do all these things. We're going to stand up and stop the abortion funding

00:06:34.640 and transgender surgeries. Trust us. And when push comes to shove, you have what's happening right 0.98

00:06:39.380 now. The National Defense Authorization Act, which authorizes our entire defense complex,

00:06:45.120 in it are a large number of great things we got as conservatives in July, through a lot of force,

00:06:52.560 by the way. It took a lot of work. It took months of work. We ended the abortion tourism. We ended 0.96

00:06:59.220 the transgender surgeries. We defunded diversity officers. We ended DEI. We made it impossible for 1.00

00:07:07.240 the president's climate change executive orders to get implemented. We made it to where people who

00:07:11.780 were denied their jobs because of the vaccine mandates and the tyranny applied to our men and

00:07:16.040 women in uniform, that they could come back, get restored to rank, get their retirement back, 0.99

00:07:20.840 et cetera. Almost all of that, with a few small exceptions, have been completely left out of

00:07:27.020 this NDAA that, unfortunately, the speaker has agreed with Senate Democrats and Republicans to move

00:07:34.620 through. And he's filed it and he's ready to move it next week. If we don't say, no, you can't do that.

00:07:40.480 Don't move this terrible bill. And it's made worse with the exclamation point of putting a FISA 0.51

00:07:46.360 extension on it. That is the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. And they'll put that extension on

00:07:51.240 it through April. But it's worse than that, Steve. By doing that, it means all of the procedures we want

00:07:57.520 to fix will stay in place until the spring of 25. That cannot happen. We Republicans have got to stand

00:08:04.060 up. Your entire army out there, melt the phones down. We've got to stop this by next week. 0.96

00:08:11.380 By the way, Congressman, I appreciate you. I know you're losing your voice. I really appreciate you

00:08:15.920 stepping up here. Just can you explain to our audience, because as you know, this audience was

00:08:21.380 critical to the historic removal of a speaker and Mike Johnson and so many people are supportive and

00:08:28.500 really are attracted to his biblical worldview. Explain to us, how did we go from the huge fight

00:08:35.160 you had in the spring and culminate in the summer with all the woken weaponized that got out? We were

00:08:40.320 all high fiving each other. How do we go from the July high fives to this where we're basically putting

00:08:46.840 the Democrats' NDAA up for a vote? Well, this is where it gets very complex, right? Mike Johnson

00:08:54.120 is a good man. He does have a strong biblical worldview. He is a conservative. Unfortunately,

00:08:59.840 when you get to the finish line in Washington, that's December, right? We're sitting here,

00:09:04.740 and a lot of people want to leave town next week, which I think is outrageous. I will be happy to eat

00:09:09.700 my turkey dinner, all those steaks better, on Thanksgiving Day on the floor of the House of

00:09:15.400 Representatives. I'll eat popcorn. I don't give a day. I want to get our job done. I don't think we

00:09:20.540 should leave town until we get our job done. So I would stay there. And if the Senate won't stay

00:09:24.920 there, that's on them. But to answer your question, and I'm going to say this as respectfully as I can,

00:09:30.480 Mike just needs to stand up and hold the line. He wants to do the right thing. But too many voices

00:09:36.100 in his ear, including staff, are telling him, oh, my God, FISA is going to expire. The end of the world

00:09:41.660 is going to occur on January 3rd. There'll be a terrorist attack. Look, Steve, you and I both know

00:09:47.380 that the vast majority, if not every terrorist attack that we've been able to intervene and stop

00:09:54.020 has been done through a combination of getting information and intel targeting actual bad foreign

00:10:01.000 actors and human intelligence. And we go in and do our job. But if all of this FISA stuff is so great,

00:10:06.760 why did we fail, by the way, in Israel? Why did we fail collectively on a number of different fronts?

00:10:12.420 I do not want to lose our Fourth Amendment protections. I do not want to lose the importance

00:10:17.300 of protecting American civil liberties, because we are so focused and actually operating in fear.

00:10:23.660 And if I had to answer your question, it would be that there is a tendency in Washington that I hope

00:10:28.740 Speaker Johnson will avoid. We're trying to push him to avoid it, of operating in fear instead of

00:10:35.440 operating in confidence. Chip, Congressman, if you could just hang on one second. I'll bring in

00:10:41.860 Cash. Cash, we've got a couple of minutes before we go to break, but I want to break news. This is

00:10:44.900 very important for this. I want to inform this conversation of FISA with some absolutely shocking

00:10:50.220 news that Cash Patel has gone through the documents. Cash, can you tell the audience and the

00:10:53.840 Congressman what you found? Yeah, look, it's a public document that the FISA, the Foreign Intelligence

00:10:59.180 Surveillance Court, reviewed after we, during Russiagate, exposed the FBI's corruption with

00:11:04.440 FISA overall and their lies. 702 has been thrown around a lot. That's just a fancy verbiage for a

00:11:09.820 tool where we collect foreign intelligence. It is never to be utilized against Americans, especially

00:11:15.460 domestically. And what we found and what we exposed and what the court summary document shows is that,

00:11:22.520 yes, 702 was used illegally to surveil a dozen people involved with January 6th. Hang on, it gets

00:11:30.260 worse. 702 was used illegally to query 19,000 people who donated to a certain congressional candidate

00:11:39.940 for office of the U.S. House of Representatives, and it gets worse. 702 was used unlawfully 24,000 times

00:11:47.580 against Americans domestically for groups involved with January 6th. The purpose of 702, I know it,

00:11:55.860 I utilize it, is to manhunt terrorists and threats overseas. Chris Ray's FBI has brought that into the

00:12:02.260 United States repeatedly over years. And this court document, not mine, not some MAGA document, the

00:12:08.540 court, the FISA court issued a report that shows the corruption we exposed. But unfortunately, they didn't

00:12:14.640 introduce any levels of appropriate responses. They just gave Chris Ray a hall pass 274,000 times in

00:12:23.300 one year. And every time the FBI was asked, how did you let this type of surveillance conducted occur

00:12:29.760 against Americans? They said the FBI agents in charge said they don't remember. That's what we're left

00:12:35.480 with. Congressman Chip Roy, any observations off of that data? Yeah, I mean, look, thank you,

00:12:44.140 Cash, for making sure the audience knows those facts. This is the kind of stuff we're dealing

00:12:48.060 with. It is why in the House Judiciary Committee, we worked hard with Congressman Jim Jordan, with a

00:12:53.020 lot of the guys at Andy Biggs, you know, who's on your show regularly. We worked hard to put forward

00:12:57.360 a bill that, I mean, it may not be perfect, no legislation is, but it moves the needle enormously

00:13:02.480 to restrict the abuse of powers under 702 that have been being used against the American people,

00:13:09.920 as Cash just laid out. That is all completely unacceptable. You can't use this 702 power to

00:13:15.960 target bad actors abroad to backdoor and spy on Americans. It is an absolute disaster for our civil

00:13:22.820 liberties. So we're going to keep pushing the judiciary bill. The intel community, they want

00:13:28.420 something that is much less restrictive, as you would expect, right? And Cash knows this.

00:13:32.380 They want all the powers they can get. And look, as a former federal prosecutor, sure. If the Fourth

00:13:37.320 Amendment didn't exist, my job would have been a hell of a lot easier to go in and get information

00:13:41.480 from people and put bad people in jail. The problem with that is that you're going to end up putting good

00:13:46.960 people in jail. Because no matter how good your intentions, if you have the power to go exercise it

00:13:52.540 against people, it will be used. It will be used nefariously. This is the history of man. It is

00:13:58.140 why our republic was founded the way it was founded. One last point on all this. You know, back in

00:14:03.440 September, I believed that we should hold the line and keep using our current structure to pressure

00:14:09.300 Kevin. So I took that position. I had full respect for my friends who said, nope, let's go ahead and

00:14:14.740 vacate. The reason, though, that I want to highlight now, it is less always about the individual per se

00:14:21.040 sitting in the chair and more about us holding whoever is in the chair responsible. As good of a man as

00:14:27.420 Mike is, the powers of the swamp push these guys to make bad decisions. So let's all continue to rally and

00:14:34.960 focus on what we need to do. Pass a good FISA reform, block the bad National Defense Authorization Act,

00:14:42.280 force these guys to cut spending year over year, and demand that we secure the border of the United States.

00:14:47.300 Do not utter the word Ukraine on the floor of the House. Don't mention the word. Don't even breathe

00:14:52.000 the word until we've secured the border of the United States. Congressman, can you hold on? Can you

00:14:55.980 hold on for one second? We'll be at a short break. I just want to finish up with you.

00:15:00.020 I know this is hard to believe, but we're up against another government shutdown later this month,

00:15:04.680 and our wise leaders deal with it how they always do, with more spending. While lawmakers are high-fiving,

00:15:12.520 your savings account continues to lose value, because more spending weakens the dollar. Now, end the cycle.

00:15:20.160 Diversify into gold with the help of Birch Gold Group. And listen, when you open a gold IRA, for every

00:15:26.400 $10,000 you spend by December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you a free gold bar. Let me repeat that. For every

00:15:33.340 $10,000 you spend by December 22nd, Birch Gold will send you a free gold bar. Just text Bannon to

00:15:41.280 989898 to claim eligibility before Black Friday. Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or

00:15:48.680 401k into a gold IRA for no money out of pocket, and you still get the free gold bar. Don't let your

00:15:56.680 savings become a victim of the further devaluation of the dollar. Remember, the BRICS countries are

00:16:04.560 focused 100% on de-dollarization. Text Bannon to 989898. Receive a free gold information kit and claim

00:16:13.620 your eligibility before Black Friday to receive free gold bars on your qualified purchase. Do it

00:16:19.900 today. Action. Action. Action.

00:16:23.780 So, Congressman Chip Roy, Texas, we're going to, the Warren Posse is going to man the ramparts here

00:16:32.560 in a few minutes when you and Cash are finished. I know you've got to bounce. You've also been named

00:16:38.100 to a major chair of a subcommittee regarding the Constitution. Just walk us through, because I know

00:16:44.940 everything, and we agree with you. We're outraged, and this audience is outraged, that folks are taking

00:16:50.340 off on the 15th. They think they ought to, you guys ought to have a commemorative service on Christmas

00:16:56.020 Eve and then Christmas morning to the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and then get on with

00:17:01.420 it. You know, just work through the holidays. That being said, the NDAA and Pfizer are the ones in front

00:17:06.200 of us now. Maybe a couple other things, but what's your guidance? When this audience calls,

00:17:11.080 what should be the message, and what's the message that's going to resonate most in a respectful and

00:17:15.780 supportive way, but a no-nonsense way? Yeah, make sure you call your member of Congress and anybody

00:17:21.700 else here as your senator. Let the Speaker's office know. Get out there on social media and let them

00:17:26.940 know that, number one, the National Defense Authorization Act, what we call the NDAA, that needs to be

00:17:32.120 stopped. It needs to be sent back for review because it's filled with all sorts of nonsense. It does not

00:17:37.480 address all of the things we wanted to address in terms of abortion, transgender surgery, climate change,

00:17:42.900 DEI, all of the woke agenda killing our military. So we need to stop it. Secondly, it must be stopped

00:17:49.700 in particular because we need to stop the reauthorization of FISA, the reauthorization of FISA as it exists,

00:17:56.980 which allows the government to spy on Americans using a backdoor process under 702 when they say they're

00:18:04.720 targeting foreigners and they're really going after Americans. We have legislation to fix it, 0.84

00:18:09.800 which brings me to point three. We want to move the good legislation that Jim Jordan, Andy Piggs,

00:18:15.300 Chip Roy, Thomas Massey, we all worked on it in the House Judiciary Committee. We want to send that to

00:18:21.040 the Senate. That's what we need to tell our members. Kill the NDAA. Stop it. Tell the Speaker not to put it

00:18:27.260 on the floor. If it is put on the floor, every Republican should oppose it.

00:18:33.520 I will get that last second. You've been named this major committee that you're going to chair.

00:18:38.740 Can you give us a heads up of what we should look forward to?

00:18:41.980 Sure. Yeah. Congressman Jordan has, and I humbly accepted, being the chairman of the subcommittee

00:18:47.240 on the Constitution in the House Judiciary Committee. I look forward. We just had a hearing

00:18:51.840 where we had the head of the civil rights division at DOJ, which cash well knows how much damage that

00:18:57.420 division does to democracy and freedom in our country. So we are going to be doing a lot of

00:19:02.660 hearings this next year. I hope to focus on issues that I know a lot of your listeners care about

00:19:06.900 in terms of civil liberties. I want to get to the bottom still of how people were treated during

00:19:11.880 January 6th with respect to their confinement, the lack of equal protection under the laws in terms

00:19:17.480 of targeting them with respect to penalties versus, for example, the people that were

00:19:22.460 rioting in the summer of 20. There are a lot of issues that I want to address. Open to ideas and

00:19:27.320 love to talk to you guys about it. Congressman, social media, website, how do people follow you?

00:19:34.220 Yeah, sure. ChipRoy.com is my political. My Twitter account is ChipRoyTX, C-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X.

00:19:42.240 And on the official, it's Roy.House.gov. You all have a very Merry Christmas. I'm reminded every

00:19:49.560 year the blessings of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you for your testimony in that

00:19:55.560 regard. We shouldn't back down in terms of our views of Western civilization. I don't know why

00:20:00.280 we're so timid. We should be defending this country, defending its sovereignty. When those boys sat in the

00:20:04.720 foxholes on Christmas Day in 1944 in the freezing cold, we should honor them. Yesterday, I was on an 0.99

00:20:11.260 honor flight. There were 10 World War II veterans between the age of 95 and 102. One of them had

00:20:18.240 fudged his birth certificate when he was 15 to sign up to defend this country. Those tombstones on the

00:20:24.240 other side of the Potomac are worth a hell of a lot more than all the monuments on the other side.

00:20:28.460 The other side wouldn't exist without those tombstones. So everybody should stand up and

00:20:32.100 fight right now to protect the civil liberties they all fought for. So thanks, Steve, very much.

00:20:35.960 Congressman, thank you very much. Congressman Chip Roy there, alluding to the Battle of the Bulge.

00:20:43.940 As you know, we'll be doing that on Christmas Day. Our special The Combat History of Christmas will

00:20:48.740 go through American patriotism and those that defended this nation even on our most solemn

00:20:54.780 occasion, Christmas Day. I want to go back to Cash for a second. Cash, I want to take a moment and

00:21:01.180 explain what you found because of the power of it. And I'm kind of shocked that nobody else has

00:21:06.200 looked at this document. But one thing just to set the table. Cash, here's what I'm missing. So you

00:21:11.320 got to help me out here. There's been over 100. Axios came out with really talked about President

00:21:18.360 Trump's war cabinet, right, essentially. And who knows if that's going to play it or not. But it's

00:21:23.980 directionally where President Trump's head is at and what he's looking for and how he wants to execute

00:21:30.240 the types of people and about execution, about execution on his policies. There's been 100 major

00:21:37.180 articles from Vanity Fair to the Hill all on that. And they're going absolutely crazy. So riddle me

00:21:42.240 this, brother. Why is it the Cash Patels? And you're being eviscerated everywhere. We're going to have a

00:21:47.280 clip later about Joy and Reid going after you. Why is it the Cash Patels and the Steve Bannons and the

00:21:53.000 Chipperoys and others that they call part of this fascist movement? Why is it us that are fighting

00:21:59.180 to make sure that we can take out domestic surveillance of American citizens out of FISA?

00:22:04.600 And it's all those people on Morning Joe and Chris Hayes and CNN, Aaron Burnett. They're all on

00:22:12.440 there at Wolf Blitzer. They're on there every night. And they're the ones that want to make sure that we

00:22:16.200 can surveil United States citizens. Aren't they the fascists, sir?

00:22:22.380 Steve, you're absolutely right. They are the ones that those media organizations that use the

00:22:28.000 fruits of an unlawful FISA process to rig a presidential election. Yes, I'm talking to

00:22:33.880 Russiagate. Ask every one of those individuals to answer why they perpetuated a lie and an unlawful

00:22:39.780 surveillance project to go against President Trump. That's what they did. The reason they don't want

00:22:45.780 to actually stand for civil liberties in the Constitution in this country is because they

00:22:50.400 know they utilized a broken system in the past and they need a broken system in the future to go

00:22:56.820 against President Trump. So what do they do? They resorted to name calling and saying, we are the

00:23:02.160 ones who are actually standing up for FISA reform, the Constitution and the law. And we are the ones asking

00:23:07.700 for people to be prosecuted who break the law using the Constitution. They're slinging hyperbole

00:23:13.460 and putting out disinformation campaigns because that's all they got left.

00:23:19.160 Cash, I want people to understand the scale of this. This is industrial level. This is part of a

00:23:25.760 process. People can make mistakes. That's just going to happen. It's something as big as the federal

00:23:30.460 government or our military or anything in your own life. People make mistakes. You screw up.

00:23:35.540 This is not mistakes. This is this is not a this is not a bug. It's a feature. Walk through. I just

00:23:42.520 want people to embrace what the scale of this has been, sir. Yeah. And look, we posted the document

00:23:47.880 online for everybody to see it and focus on pages 27 to 29. It's not a mistake when you have the FISA

00:23:54.360 court itself come forward and say the FBI under Chris Wray unlawfully searched domestically against

00:24:00.100 Americans over 300,000 times, 24,000 times involving January 6th, 19,000 times involving

00:24:07.980 donors for a congressional candidate. This is what we're up against. And every time when the

00:24:13.460 justification is asked for of the FBI, the agents and analysts that made these searches,

00:24:19.760 these unlawful searches under Chris Wray's authority said they could not remember. And you could see in the

00:24:25.460 document right there. They basically wrote them a hall pass and said, OK, we've made a notation of

00:24:30.020 it. My question to Congress, and this ties in directly to what a lot of the great stuff Congressman

00:24:34.120 Roy was saying, is why are we attaching a FISA reform bill, whether it's the judiciary or the intel,

00:24:40.120 to the NDAA? Why are we rubber stamping Chris Wray's over authorization of use?

00:24:45.200 I want to tell, hang on, hang on. I want to, I want to get to that because this is like last time

00:24:50.020 in the omnibus, they put the changes to the electoral count at 1887, which I'll talk more

00:24:55.280 about later. Tell people why they do it. Tell, tell why FISA, which had nothing to do with the NDA,

00:25:02.200 it would, why is this slipped in, sir? Because they know it's the only way they can goose it

00:25:07.700 through. They can split the screws and say, oh, here we go. It's another thousand page document

00:25:12.660 and FISA clean reauthorization is going to happen. Chris Wray was just in Congress last week,

00:25:17.520 Steve. How is it that no member of Congress asked him about this under oath? How is it that no member

00:25:22.740 of Congress held up this document that I can readily find and shoved it in his face and said,

00:25:27.400 you violated the law 300,000 times? And Chris Wray had the audacity to come in there and ask for an

00:25:32.040 extension of a FISA without any changes forever? Because he said, the guy who's guilty of the crimes

00:25:38.700 himself said, I fixed it. The guy who allowed the Russiagate coverup has said, I fixed it.

00:25:43.900 The guy who allowed 274,000 illegal searches against Americans domestically said he fixed it.

00:25:50.120 And Congress is buying it by allowing a clean reoff until April on this NDAA. We can get into which

00:25:55.920 bill's better on FISA reform, but why does Chris Wray still have a government funded G5 jet? Why does Chris

00:26:01.940 Wray have these FBI agents and analysts? Why are they still working with the FISA program after they've been

00:26:08.560 caught breaking the law, unlawfully surveilling domestically against American citizens?

00:26:13.760 And they have politicized the FISA process over these years. And now Congress and the swamp want

00:26:19.220 to take over and they want a clean reoff till April in the NDAA because that's the best way to jam it

00:26:24.420 through. That's how the swamp wins. Speaker Mike Johnson, you got to do better than this and shut it down.

00:26:31.520 Cash, can you hang with us for a few minutes? I'm going to get to the other side. We got

00:26:34.680 Garrett Ziegler is going to join us about other breaking massive news of nine indictments. I think

00:26:42.580 four felonies on tax evasion for Hunter Biden, which has, which cuts to the heart of the election

00:26:49.420 interference because guess what folks, all of this was known long time before 2020. Garrett Ziegler is

00:26:55.960 going to join us for that. Mike Davis is going to come in, going to join Cash. What we're going to do is

00:26:59.040 play, uh, some meltdown on the war cabinet because both Cash Patel and Mike Davis are named in it and

00:27:05.840 they're absolutely losing it. So I want to make sure Cash, just hang on for a second that people

00:27:09.500 should know too. The FISA is what they use as the beginning of the nullification project, the

00:27:14.160 nullification of Trump's victory. Remember Trump's had two elections stolen, 16 because they fought him

00:27:19.140 every step of the way in the nullification process on the project. And then in 2020, when they just

00:27:24.740 outright stole it, they couldn't steal 2016, but they could steal 2020. But the FISA is the tool.

00:27:30.400 That's the tool they use to surveil Trump, his followers, American citizens. It's absolutely

00:27:37.860 outrageous. And of course, thousands and thousands, tens of thousands of others. It's an outrageous tool.

00:27:43.520 Uh, we're going to take a short commercial break. Yes. How am I fired up this morning? Warpath

00:27:47.800 Coffee, baby. Got the Mariners blend. That's the dark roast. Warpath.coffee slash war room. Go check

00:27:55.120 it out today. Get the dark roast. Also the mild blends. They got the, they got the Christmas blends,

00:27:59.340 the pumpkin blend, all of that. You get all of that by going, uh, to, uh, Warpath.coffee. Of course,

00:28:05.100 Taze Gill is going to join me tomorrow. And co-host, Be My Wingman on a very special Saturday edition.

00:28:10.200 We got Kimberly Gilfill. We got Rudy Giuliani, Philip Patrick, and many, many other surprises.

00:28:15.980 Short commercial break. Back in a moment.

00:28:18.120 We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.

00:28:22.760 The apples in your holiday pie taste amazing, but it's not exactly the recommended five

00:28:27.960 servings of fruits and vegetables. The Mayo Clinic says if you want to help prevent heart

00:28:33.460 disease, lower blood pressure, and your cholesterol, eat five servings of fruits and vegetables every

00:28:39.600 day, which as you know, is almost impossible. That's why you need to check out Field of Greens.

00:28:44.820 Every fruit and vegetable in Field of Greens was medically selected by doctors to support your

00:29:05.780 veggies, and it tastes amazing. Let me get you started with 15% off your first order. Visit

00:29:20.040 Fieldofgreens.com. Make sure you take it today. Use your agency. Action, action, action.

00:29:26.940 Fieldofgreens.com. Promo code Bannon. I know you're probably going to be head of the CIA,

00:29:32.640 but do you believe that you can deliver the goods on this in a pretty short order the first

00:29:37.180 couple of months so we can get rolling on prosecutions? Yes. One thing we learned in the

00:29:41.740 Trump administration the first go-around is we got to put in all America patriots top to bottom,

00:29:46.680 and we got them for law enforcement. We got them for intel collection. We got them for

00:29:50.820 offensive operations. We got them for DOD, CIA, everywhere.

00:29:56.600 That's Kash Patel, who might run Donald Trump's CIA. And how about Stephen Miller at the DOJ,

00:30:02.260 or Chief of Staff Steve Bannon? Those are just some of the people Trump would likely dredge up

00:30:07.420 from the MAGA swamp if he somehow gets a second presidency. And we begin tonight with a clear and

00:30:13.000 present danger that cannot be repeated enough. If Donald Trump gets a second presidency,

00:30:17.960 the American democratic experience will cease to exist as we know it. We already know what he

00:30:23.460 plans to do. First, he wants to round up in prison and deport 11 million migrants. Then he wants to gut

00:30:30.020 the EPA, roll back environmental regulations, and of course, a promise to drill, drill, drill to the

00:30:36.020 earth literally dies. Then we will see the deployment of federal troops in major democratic cities to

00:30:42.300 shut down protests and round up unhoused people where they, alongside the rounded up migrants, 0.52

00:30:48.840 will be forced into tent cities. While federal forces are busy doing that, Trump's Department

00:30:53.960 of Justice will be indicting Joe Biden, his family, democratic officials, and members of the media.

00:31:00.060 The people who beat police officers and smeared feces on the walls of the Capitol during the January

00:31:04.060 6th insurrection, meanwhile, will receive full pardons. Internationally, Trump will pull the U.S.

00:31:10.300 out of NATO, abandon Ukraine, and continue to endorse the annexation of Palestinian territories.

00:31:16.800 Now, you might think this is hyperbole, or that the institutional guardrails will hold,

00:31:21.980 or maybe, just maybe, some fellow Republicans, assuming any of them still have spines,

00:31:26.320 will somehow restrain him. Do not hold your breath. Just look at what happened last night

00:31:31.920 during the fourth Republican presidential debate. Of the four candidates, only former Governor

00:31:36.420 Chris Christie dared say his name or criticize his dictatorial aspirations. And he's not wrong.

00:31:42.680 His second administration will be a curated cabal of despotic enablers. We already know that John

00:31:48.800 McEntee, his body man, will be central in calling, in culling so-called infidels. And Russell Vought, 1.00

00:31:55.980 who ran the Office of Management and Budget for Trump, and is currently running a policy organization,

00:32:00.720 which is laying the groundwork for a second Trump administration, recently explained why,

00:32:06.340 telling the New York Times, what we're trying to do is identify the pockets of independence

00:32:11.160 and seize them. This morning, Axios laid out what a second administration will look like.

00:32:17.360 And it should terrify every single one of you. According to Axios, among those in contention for

00:32:22.680 vice president are Senator J.D. Vance, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Melania Trump's

00:32:28.940 favorite, Tucker Carlson. Then there are the cabinet officials. Let's start with Stephen Miller,

00:32:34.260 a man who promoted white nationalist books and articles, who just might be your next attorney

00:32:39.000 general or in charge of immigration. You need to mobilize the U.S. military, state, federal,

00:32:47.080 and local law enforcement to then carry out large-scale deportations across the whole country.

00:32:53.000 And then you would need to build very large staging facilities to carry out the removal. So it would

00:32:58.660 be an undertaking. It would be greater than any national infrastructure project that we've done

00:33:04.800 to date, but that's what we have to do. Then there's Kash Patel, a former Trump administration

00:33:09.140 official who was once considered for CIA until people threatened to quit. Well, he could get a second

00:33:15.180 crack at the job. It's probably because he agrees with Trump that former Joint Chiefs Chairman,

00:33:20.260 General Mark Milley, should be punished for preventing Trump from launching a military attack

00:33:24.480 after his 2020 loss. Chairman Milley is trying to use the media to show that the mission serves his

00:33:32.340 needs, and that is the main reason he needs to go and be court-martialed. And there is Richard

00:33:38.680 Greeneau, who as ambassador to Germany told Breitbart that he absolutely wanted to empower other

00:33:44.560 conservatives throughout Europe. He could be our next Secretary of State. And he might be the guy

00:33:50.320 who, and who might be the one who manages the White House, you ask? It could be Steve Bannon as

00:33:55.500 Trump's next Chief of Staff. And this kind of stuff is why. It's either us or them. One side's going to

00:34:02.120 win and one side's going to lose. No compromise. Axios is also telling us that Trump is considering

00:34:07.220 J.P. Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, a Democrat, to head the Treasury Department because he loves

00:34:13.380 billionaires. And his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, for Secretary of State. It is a nightmare-inducing

00:34:18.700 poo-poo platter of enablers, sycophants, outright fascists, and nihilists. 0.69

00:34:24.660 Okay, I'm going to say this right now, and I'm absolutely dead serious about this. I want Joy Ann Reed

00:34:29.980 as comms director. I think that's probably the most succinct laying out of the program.

00:34:38.260 Joy Ann Reed, you know, she went to Harvard. She's very talented, very smart. Got a lot of,

00:34:42.900 you know, strange ideas about policies and politics, things like that. But a comms director,

00:34:47.780 you're just worried about, you're not setting policy. You're just crafting the narrative.

00:34:52.120 I'm very serious here. Cash, what do you think? That is the most succinct. I think it took six

00:34:56.360 minutes. They have good staff over at MSNBC. And of course, they're haters. They hate MAGA. They

00:35:00.880 hate Trump. They actually hate the American Republic. They want to turn into something

00:35:05.940 different. And you've seen that on the southern border and other places. But that was, my vote

00:35:12.860 goes to comms director Joy Ann Reed. Now, not press secretary, but comms director, because that's

00:35:17.700 where you're in charge of kind of the big picture movement. She's a narrative driver. Cash, your

00:35:22.540 thoughts. I mean, Cash, why are you fighting for civil liberties for people when you're supposed

00:35:27.100 to be a demon, a devil? You know, people at the CIA are going to quit. Hey, let me say this. Anybody

00:35:33.240 at the CIA that would quit on the nomination of Cash Patel to be the director of the Central

00:35:39.740 Intelligence Agency, this is what it's all about. We want you guys to go. Please quit. Quit. And maybe

00:35:45.020 you think about taking residence in another country. This may be the United States, the traditional

00:35:50.060 Republic of the United States, not right for you. But anybody that would quit, hey, baby,

00:35:54.820 just show them the door. Langley, Cash Patel. Well, I think what you have with Joy Ann Reed

00:36:00.620 there is it would be awesome to see her be your employee when you're chief of staff. But what

00:36:05.480 she did was lay out the vote for the American public. She literally said in the first 30 seconds 0.93

00:36:11.120 what's more important to them and what's most important to us. She said it's climate change,

00:36:16.980 diversity, equity, and inclusion. And I forgot the last one. That are the top three issues of

00:36:23.280 the day for the Democratic Party. Climate change, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and, you know,

00:36:28.140 other silly rights. What we were fighting for, every one of those individuals that she showed on the 0.98

00:36:33.040 Trump, MAGA, whatever side of the house you want to call it, is enforcing the Constitution,

00:36:38.160 going after people who broke the law and prosecuting them, holding government officials accountable.

00:36:42.260 Yes, I talked about Mark Milley because he stepped outside the chain of command and broke the law.

00:36:47.580 And that's why the United States military code of justice should have looked at his actions,

00:36:52.580 but they failed to. Going after individuals, whether they are private citizens or public

00:36:57.220 officials or in the media, if they broke the law is exactly what we want when it comes to

00:37:02.660 accountability. We care about the border. Why do you think she's so heavily talking about the

00:37:07.040 border so much? Because it's their scare tactic. We want illegals removed from this country 1.00

00:37:11.840 and brought in the right way. What's wrong with that? That's what the Constitution and the law

00:37:15.840 require. Why do you think crime has spiked in this city? What do you think Iran is doing, 1.00

00:37:20.400 is taking advantage of this mass migration? And now we have foreign terrorists within our borders 0.78

00:37:25.920 because Joe Biden opened them. That's what they want. And they want to talk about fear tactics

00:37:31.200 and fear mongering. Then they bring out the verbiage like, you know, oh, these guys are demons.

00:37:36.220 These guys are anti-American, but they don't have a basis for it. You know, that's the difference,

00:37:41.780 Steve. Joanne, and by the way, Cash informs me as chief of staff, I'll be, you know, president

00:37:49.060 picks those people, but I can always kind of nudge them. Hey, President Trump, look at Joanne Reid. 1.00

00:37:54.480 Joanne, we're looking for a convert. I think you'd be a great commenter. No, because she laid it out.

00:37:57.920 Well, and here's the thing of the mass deportations. The illegal alien invaders are here are just 1.00

00:38:03.480 crushing African-American and Hispanic citizens. It's driving wages down. It's making their 1.00

00:38:07.980 education system, that part of the education system in the inner cities and the rural communities

00:38:12.060 awful. And in the medical system, we've had people from Yuma all along the border, the Rio Grande Valley 1.00

00:38:17.380 tell you that. We're just trying to protect American citizens, uphold the Constitution, get back to

00:38:22.640 what the American Republic is supposed to be. Cash, your thoughts?

00:38:25.260 But their disinformation campaign is we are carrying out, quote-unquote, acts of revenge.

00:38:30.760 They're not acts of revenge. We're the ones carrying out the law. But they get to take our

00:38:35.400 quotes, completely distort them, and feed it to their rabid media acolytes. And that's what they

00:38:42.340 are going to use to run against the Donald Trump platform that is America First. They're the ones with

00:38:48.960 the scare tactics, not us. They're the ones that violated the use of the federal courts.

00:38:55.260 We'll give a, by the way, I'll do it. Joy Ann Reed, as she laid out the Trump program versus the one

00:39:01.440 she laid out her case for the MSNBC crowd, we'll do an up-or-down vote on that. We'll do an up-or-down 0.99

00:39:07.100 vote. Do an up-or-down vote. Joy Ann, 65 percent, two-thirds of the American people are going to choose

00:39:13.040 our policies. This is one of the reasons, many reasons, that Biden is collapsing. Cash, I know you

00:39:18.140 got to bounce. Government gangsters, you laid it all out. Tell people where they get your current

00:39:22.980 writings, like your analysis, where they get this analysis of the, to tell you the horrors of FISA

00:39:28.080 in the books, all your merch. And by the way, some of these stories, Cash, about the war cabinet,

00:39:34.540 and that's what we're calling it, the war cabinet, they're really going after you, Cash, for being

00:39:39.220 a marketing guy and merchandiser. He's a multitasker. The CIA needs a little marketing. You need a little

00:39:46.080 marketing over there, right? Because it's looked at as a group of incompetent bad guys 0.67

00:39:49.860 that are both malfeasance and incompetence. They're getting on you for your merch, Cash.

00:39:55.220 So tell people where they go. Where are all the touch points?

00:39:57.560 The best merch in the business, basedapparel.com, B-A-S-E-D apparel.com. We make it for all

00:40:04.060 companies. We make it for my foundation. And all the money for the foundation goes to charity. So yes,

00:40:08.400 I make merchandise for charitable endeavors. I provide funding for whistleblowers and people who

00:40:14.500 need legal defense fund. We have a scholarship. How dare Americans stand up for other Americans to 0.74

00:40:19.480 charity? And then you can get the book, Government Gangsters, bestseller. You want the receipts?

00:40:23.220 They're in here. You want it about FISA reform? It's in here. You want to know about how the FBI

00:40:26.660 violated the trust of the American people and broke the law and surveilled us illegally?

00:40:30.200 It's in Government Gangsters. Go to governmentgangsters.com. Get your Christmas special

00:40:34.400 today. And you can find me at Cash, at K-A-S-H on Truth Social. That's where I'm posting about

00:40:40.120 the FISA abuses of Chris Wray that we just broke on War Room today. Tens of thousands of individuals

00:40:46.440 illegally surveilled within the United States of America. And this Congress wants to rubber stamp

00:40:51.580 it. I'm going to never stop talking about it. I hope Mike Johnson and company are listening.

00:40:55.220 Don't jam a reauthorization of FISA 702. Clean reauthorization. We got the reforms. They're

00:41:00.100 in here. Governmentgangsters.com and at Truth Social at Cash. And Steve, I got some based apparel

00:41:04.940 coming your way. It might be I'll see you this weekend.

00:41:07.300 Okay. Yes. I think we're going to see you and spend some quality time next week. Cash may even be

00:41:14.060 in studio next week as we've shifted the flag back here to the nation's capital because it's an

00:41:20.060 emergency and the emergency is we got to stop NDAA. We got to stop FISA. And we got to tell these guys

00:41:25.240 don't go home in the 15th. Nobody back home wants to see you. Stay and work. Cash Patel, thank you very

00:41:31.180 much, brother. We're going to take a break in a minute or two. I'm going to bring in Garrett

00:41:38.640 Ziegler. Bombshell news last night. Hunter Biden indicted on, I don't know, nine counts of tax

00:41:47.420 evasion, basically $1.4 million that he spent on prostitutes and drugs and wrote him off his business

00:41:54.680 expense. The depravity of this guy. You would also think that Joe Biden might, particularly since you're 0.88

00:42:00.940 going to run for president, might have a financial advisor, you know, overseeing this or at least

00:42:05.240 checking in. The reason they don't, they're a crime family. They're a crime syndicate. They think

00:42:08.520 they're impervious. Also election interference. This is direct election interference. The IRS and DOJ

00:42:15.560 and people knew about this. They knew about this. It's called being a politically exposed person, PEP.

00:42:23.400 Once you're at a certain level of government, you're everything that you do because they don't want to

00:42:27.320 see foreign influence and other nefarious activities. Every transaction you have, everything

00:42:31.640 you do is monitored by the banks and the banks have to send reports to Treasury. So Treasury knew about

00:42:38.060 this. DOJ knew about this. The IRS knew about it. Everybody knew about it. What they do, they suppressed

00:42:44.140 it. You don't think that's election interference. You think that this might be a topic the American

00:42:48.420 people would want to chew on. I don't know. Maybe in the spring of 2020. Also, the ties right back

00:42:56.420 to the laptop from hell. Chris Wray, Chris Wray and Bill Barr got the laptop from hell. It was

00:43:02.320 taken by the FBI in late November, early December of 2019. You think, where's Elizabeth Warren's

00:43:08.640 campaign? Where's Bernie? This is why I keep saying Bernie's a pussy. Bernie Sanders, they roll

00:43:13.880 all over Bernie Sanders. The Clintons roll all over him. The deep state rolls all over him. He doesn't

00:43:17.620 do anything. If you're a Bernie bro, you're a simp. Okay? You're a simp. We're going to get it all to

00:43:23.720 it next. Only in the war room. For 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian 0.94

00:45:13.020 ...facing a major new legal challenge this morning after he was indicted on nine tax-related

00:45:17.480 charges. The new 56-page indictment was filed late yesterday by special counsel David Weiss in

00:45:23.120 federal court in Los Angeles and includes three felony counts. It alleges the president's son failed to pay

00:45:29.300 taxes, failed to file, evaded an assessment, and filed a fraudulent form, stating, quote,

00:45:34.840 rather than pay his taxes, the defendant spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle.

00:45:40.380 Hunter Biden's attorney responded with a statement, saying in part, quote,

00:45:44.060 based on the facts and the law, if Hunter's last name was anything other than Biden,

00:45:48.060 the charges in Delaware and now California would not have been brought.

00:45:51.200 He added that Hunter Biden paid his taxes in full more than two years ago. If convicted,

00:45:56.720 Hunter Biden could face a maximum of 17 years in prison. So there's a lot of detail

00:46:02.140 in this filing, Lisa, about what Hunter Biden did spend the money on.

00:46:06.660 Extravagant, extra extravagant. Abby Lowell, he's not chasing around. He's not chasing around

00:46:11.280 Garrett Ziegler. Oh, he paid his taxes, man. Come on, dude. What are you talking about?

00:46:15.840 This election interference, they knew about this years ago. And for the grace of God,

00:46:21.700 people have to understand if that judge a couple of months ago hadn't looked at his

00:46:25.020 document and said, well, hang on for a second. We're giving him total immunity from everything.

00:46:28.560 If she had not made that decision in the moment, none of this would have been known. Garrett

00:46:33.740 Ziegler, can you give us some details? And by the way, so he's not paying his taxes. He's got a million

00:46:40.000 four. I know you have to. You want some resources to do that. Go to go to birchgold.com

00:46:45.600 slash Bannon right now. Philip Patrick's going to be with us on the Saturday show,

00:46:48.840 but I want you to call him today and bug him. Ask him why the central banks of every nation on

00:46:54.020 earth except the United States buying gold at record rates in 22 and 23 and why we are messing

00:46:59.460 around with a central bank digital currency. Birchgold.com slash Bannon. Garrett Ziegler,

00:47:05.400 can you please define, as only you can, the extravagant lifestyle of Hunter Biden that he wrote

00:47:11.320 off his business expenses he didn't want to pay taxes on, sir? It would be as if the ancient Roman

00:47:19.280 treasury was going through the line items of Caligula's son, if Caligula had a son. And this

00:47:27.080 is, this indictment, you know, I actually agree with what Abby Lowell said in his quote, because only

00:47:35.540 Abby Lowell, a trained sophist, could put out a quote that both Kevin Morris likes, but also

00:47:42.260 tells the truth, which is this. Those charges wouldn't have been brought if Hunter had a last

00:47:47.700 nap, a different last name. There would have been different charges brought, which is what we seek

00:47:52.620 all along, which is far up money laundering and sex trafficking. So in one key way, Abby Lowell was

00:47:59.320 right in his cute little quote. What do you mean by that? Talk to me about these charges, because

00:48:07.120 you're saying these charges are just not taxes, that they lead and speak to a different depravity

00:48:12.280 of trafficking women for sex from other countries, of money laundering, of taking the money actually

00:48:18.300 he could pay for this, his perversion from foreign sources, particularly the CCP.

00:48:24.220 This indictment in the Central District of California, different, you know, jurisdiction now

00:48:28.960 that wise to special counsel, is talking about what happens after the money was in the pot.

00:48:35.200 I was thinking about how to describe this and how to put it into an analogy. The 56-page indictment

00:48:40.860 describes what Hunter did once the money was collected in the pot. That is only half of what is necessary.

00:48:48.540 We, those who actually care about justice, we want to see charges brought about what got the money

00:48:56.940 into the pot in the first place, because Joe will be more implicated in that scenario. He's already

00:49:03.260 implicated today. His power of attorney was the registered agent for the shell company that received

00:49:09.020 a $3 million wire from the Tricoms, Mel Monzak. There's a great piece in the Daily Mail today, Steve,

00:49:14.180 that we helped with that talks about Mel Monzak. And it goes into this guy who's been Joey's power of

00:49:20.680 attorney for nearly 40 years. He's at the center of all of this. So the indictment,

00:49:24.920 I will admit, it's a heck of a lot better than a, you know, aborted plea deal. I want to give some

00:49:32.240 credit because they did lay out how degenerate and corrupt his spending was, and they didn't have

00:49:39.200 to do that. The indictment could have been nine pages long with the mere statutes, but they went

00:49:44.500 into the hookers, they went into the pimps, they went into the crack dealers. And even more important

00:49:50.680 than that, they went into the foreign entities that capitalized Hunter in the first place, but they

00:49:56.420 stopped short. They described the Romania shakedown. They described the Ukrainian shakedown and the

00:50:02.420 Tricom shakedown. But what they didn't do was say what we all know to be true, which is Hunter's

00:50:08.540 relationships with those entities weren't legitimate in the first place. Hunter Biden is not a legitimate

00:50:14.620 businessman. He doesn't even know how to operate an Excel spreadsheet. He was never called upon for

00:50:20.000 any level of expertise. The only reason why he got that money in the first place was because he was

00:50:24.900 an unregistered agent for those foreign principals. And so this is a step along the way. You can be sure

00:50:30.540 that Kevin Morris has a puckered behind this morning because he committed tax violations.

00:50:38.280 There's going to be an FEC complaint submitted on our Marco Polo's behalf very shortly about an email

00:50:45.720 that was released by the Ways and Means Committee on Wednesday about Kevin Morris taking care of

00:50:50.800 Hunter's politically fraught taxes. So it's a quid pro joe right in February of 2020 where you got

00:50:58.280 Morris taking the 1.4 off the table. It's absolutely disgusting and criminal. But this is a step forward. 0.85

00:51:06.600 It's the only step forward I've seen in 18 months.

00:51:11.600 Hang on for a second. Two things. I want to hold you through the break. We have a nice second break

00:51:14.780 coming up. But because I do want to get into the quickly to the pimps, the perversion, all that,

00:51:19.300 but we'll do it after the break. Does this for all the attacks you've taken and all the incoming

00:51:23.940 you've taken and particularly guys like Rudy and myself and particularly Rudy on a laptop from hell,

00:51:28.880 does this does this begin the justification that, hey, all the lies and Joe Biden stood in front of

00:51:34.260 the country and said, my son never did anything wrong? Does this begin to get to the truth that

00:51:38.540 they're a bunch of perverts and degenerates and have taken money from the CCP, the Ukrainians, 1.00

00:51:43.380 everybody to fund their perversion and degeneracy? 1.00

00:51:46.440 It shuts them up for a quick minute. Now they're going to go lower on the rung of logical fallacy so

00:51:54.680 you can expect more ad hominem attacks in the next 72 hours because the upper rung of arguments of

00:52:01.820 refuting a central point, using reason to make an analysis, those are gone for them because even

00:52:08.380 GOP prosecutors. Remember, these prosecutors, Leo Wise and Derek Hines, they're acolytes of Rod

00:52:15.800 Rosenstein. I have nothing in common with them, but guess what? This wasn't just put in their lap.

00:52:21.180 This was handed to them on a silver platter. Any ASUA where this salt could have put together this

00:52:26.440 indictment because the evidence is all there. Hell, Hunter had the gall to use bank statements that

00:52:35.640 clearly show payments to pornography websites as business deductions. I mean, I would love to go

00:52:42.940 into any two-bit University of America and put these bank statements in their accounting classes and

00:52:49.740 say, hey, which of these are legitimate business expenses? A 19-year-old could figure.

00:52:55.220 Accounting 101. Okay, Garrett, just hang up for one second. Take a short break, 90-second break.

00:53:02.380 Back for hour two of the worm in a moment.

00:53:05.640 We'll spread the word all through Hong Kong. We will fight till they're all gone. We rejoice when 0.99

00:53:11.660 there's no more.
