00:03:10.100 was going to set up a joint task force.
00:03:13.100 And then I found out that there was a requirement in law to do so,
00:03:18.100 in not this year's defense bill,
00:03:20.100 but last year's defense bill.
00:03:21.100 And it said very specifically,
00:03:23.100 they want to create a joint task force.
00:03:26.100 A joint task force militarily is something that combines Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines in one unit,
00:03:34.100 so that they can communicate and coordinate better.
00:03:37.100 If the balloon goes up and there's a conflict, whether it's in North Korea or the Korean Peninsula,
00:03:44.100 or more dangerously on the Taiwan Strait or the South China Sea.
00:03:49.100 And the Pentagon is resisting this.
00:03:51.100 I was able to understand a little bit of how that why they were doing this.
00:03:55.100 There are either two reasons.
00:03:57.100 One, the Biden people are back to appeasement and reengagement with China.
00:04:02.100 And they see this would be a provocative move,
00:04:05.100 basically by setting up a war fighting joint task force to be ready for conflict.
00:04:11.100 And of course, Congress has been pushing them.
00:04:13.100 They put it in law.
00:04:14.100 And this is bipartisan.
00:04:16.100 This is both Democrats and Republicans.
00:04:18.100 And yet the Pentagon is not doing it.
00:04:20.100 Instead,
00:04:21.100 PACOM,
00:04:22.100 what they did was they created a smaller,
00:04:24.100 lesser unit on Guam called Joint Task Force Micronesia.
00:04:29.100 And it's basically an air traffic control system for the military there.
00:04:33.100 It's not what Congress wanted.
00:04:35.100 So there's going to be a big fight over this.
00:04:39.100 We now NBC,
00:04:41.100 it was a Kirsten,
00:04:42.100 Kirsten Welker and Andrea Mitchell and a couple other heavy hitters are there reported two days ago that in the meeting in San Francisco,
00:04:49.100 which hadn't been reported before in the meeting in San Francisco,
00:04:51.100 she said to Biden's face, we are going to reunify Taiwan period.
00:04:57.100 End of story at a time and place of our choosing.

00:05:02.100 And the White House went out of the way to suppress that information.
00:05:05.100 Do you think that ties at all to their to their refusal to set up the the war fighting joint task force?

00:05:22.100 Xi Jinping also at that meeting denied that his commanders had come to him and said,

00:05:29.100 they're ready to rock and roll in 2027 or 2035.
00:05:33.100 But he did say, yeah, this can't go on forever.
00:05:36.100 We got to resolve this.
00:05:38.100 And there was a background briefing for reporters and he came out and I picked up on it and reported on that.
00:05:44.100 So again, you have on the one hand, you have Xi saying that he has he's completely unaware of PLA plans for an attack on Taiwan.
00:05:51.100 And on the other hand, he's saying, look, here are the red lines.
00:05:55.100 Here are the conditions where we're going to resolve this militarily and they are going to resolve it militarily.
00:06:01.100 I think that's that's clear.
00:06:03.100 And the Biden administration has sent all the wrong signals.
00:06:08.100 They've sent signals of weakness and appeasement.
00:06:10.100 And that's just I think this is the most dangerous period between now and November, because if the Chinese calculate that Trump could come back into office, they won't have the same window of opportunity.
00:06:22.100 You have massive attention and resources going to Ukraine and Israel.
00:06:28.100 And at the same time, the Chinese could really capitalize on that.
00:06:32.100 And they've done it in the past.
00:06:33.100 During the Cuban Missile Crisis, for example, they they attacked India across the border while the U.S. was in a nuclear showdown with the then Soviet Union.
00:06:43.100 No, it's one of their classic moves, unrestricted warfare.
00:06:48.100 They've been at war with the United States for for many years.
00:06:51.100 Your second story is something almost out of science fiction.
00:06:54.100 Talk to us about it.
00:06:55.100 Yeah, this is a really significant story that I've been covering for quite some time now.
00:07:04.100 It's on China's use and development of cognitive warfare or brain warfare.
00:07:09.100 And there's a group called the CCP bio threats initiative.
00:07:13.100 It's a group of former intel and military people that have been done some done some amazing open source intelligence collection.
00:07:21.100 And they just updated their report with some new information about the types of weapons that the Chinese are developing.
00:07:28.100 They're doing things like thought control, where you have computers interfacing with the actual brain.
00:07:35.100 They have sleep weapons.
00:07:37.100 They're the weapons that can be used to put troops to sleep or in a state of vulnerability.
00:07:46.100 They also have radio wave weapons and all kinds of things that they're working on.
00:07:51.100 This bio threats initiative in their report, which I described in The Washington Times, it talks about how they're using these weapons and how they plan to use them as part of a major strategy.
00:08:03.100 And of course, you know, it goes back to Sun Tzu, who said, you know, the acme of skill is defeating your enemy without firing a shot.
00:08:10.100 So these are these are a gray zone.
00:08:13.100 These are unrestricted warfare weapons that they're developing and they're pouring massive resources into it.
00:08:19.100 The U.S. military has to recognize this first and then they have to develop countermeasures and training to be able to deal with these kinds of things.
00:08:29.100 Do you believe that people will become clear to people as we get into the impeachment process because they voted for the formal impeachment process?
00:08:36.100 As we get into it and people see the mass pulled off of the Biden crime families monetary involvement with the CCP, that much of why we don't have an active real active strategy against the CCP, either militarily or economically, will all become clear because Biden's been on the payroll.
00:08:54.100 Well, I've talked to a number of U.S. officials who deal with China and not all of them, but some of them have told me clearly they believe that President Biden is compromised by his relations with China and the Hunter Biden scandal.
00:09:09.100 So that is definitely a factor. And I've seen this evolution.
00:09:15.100 You know, it began in the very earliest days of the Biden administration where they sent Wendy Sherman to Beijing.
00:09:21.100 And the first thing the Chinese did was said, do you want better relations with us?
00:09:25.100 Here's a list of things we want and the prosecution of Meng Wenzhou, the Huawei executive.
00:09:31.100 But the top of the list was the U.S. has to promise not to undermine the Chinese communist system.
00:09:39.100 And this is the fatal flaw. So they have this idea of competition.
00:09:43.100 You know, they think it's some kind of a car race, you know, and you have the Secretary of Defense calling China a pacing challenge.

00:09:56.100 And everybody knows that. And yet they've adopted this idea that somehow they're they're not going to target the Chinese communist system, which is ultimately the source of of the evil that is the Chinese Communist Party.

00:35:56.460 And I have a perfect right to be in bankruptcy because I've got to take that $148 million seriously until it's changed.
