Bannon's War Room - Episode 3265： Taking On America's Mayor To Get To Trump

00:00:00.000 When the present?",

00:00:03.080 When the purchase then?

00:00:03.460 The Sons of Anniversary

00:00:07.740 Market, on December 2021

00:00:12.740 Mid, Mid, Mid, Mid!

00:00:15.300 The Sons of everywhere ten years

00:00:21.700 All these numbersuki are ten –

00:00:29.100 We'll make it winter long ago.

00:00:41.100 Our life cannot hold me,

00:00:48.100 all the world will stay,

00:00:54.100 and the world shall flee.

00:01:02.100 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:01:07.100 Pray for our enemies,

00:01:09.100 because we're going medieval on these people.

00:01:12.100 I got a free shot on all these networks

00:01:14.100 lying about the people.

00:01:16.100 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:01:18.100 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:01:19.100 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:01:21.100 but you're not going to stop it.

00:01:22.100 It's going to happen.

00:01:23.100 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:01:26.100 MAGA Media.

00:01:28.100 I wish in my soul,

00:01:30.100 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:01:33.100 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:01:37.100 If that answer is to save my country,

00:01:40.100 this country will be saved.

00:01:43.100 War Room.

00:01:45.100 Here's your host,

00:01:46.100 Stephen K.

00:01:47.100 Mann.

00:01:52.100 It's Thursday,

00:01:53.100 21 December,

00:01:54.100 Year of our Lord 2023.

00:01:55.100 We'll have plenty of great Christmas music,

00:01:57.100 as we have over the last couple of days.

00:01:59.100 I want to thank the team at Real America's Voice,

00:02:01.100 my own production team here at the War Room,

00:02:03.100 and of course our audience.

00:02:05.100 Great seeing everybody at AM Fest.

00:02:07.100 And of course last night,

00:02:08.100 I think kind of may be a historic meeting at the Cowboy Church in Casa Grande.

00:02:13.100 You had, what,

00:02:14.100 Andy Biggs,

00:02:16.100 Matt Gaetz,

00:02:17.100 Eli Crane,

00:02:18.100 Raheem Kassam,

00:02:19.100 and yours truly there for a town hall.

00:02:21.100 May play some cuts off that tomorrow morning and tomorrow afternoon.

00:02:25.100 Make sure everybody gets up to speed on what happened.

00:02:27.100 I want to start.

00:02:28.100 We've got a lot to go through.

00:02:29.100 We haven't had enough time to focus on geopolitics.

00:02:31.100 I want to catch up today.

00:02:32.100 I've got Dr. Seb Gorka joins us,

00:02:34.100 as he does every Thursday afternoon,

00:02:35.100 but I've got the top,

00:02:37.100 I think,

00:02:38.100 analyst for all things CCP and China,

00:02:41.100 Bill Gertz.

00:02:42.100 Bill, you've got two stories up the Washington Times.

00:02:44.100 I want to talk,

00:02:45.100 I want to take the more mundane,

00:02:47.100 but very important.

00:02:49.100 There's all kinds of discrepancies about exactly what we're doing in the South China Sea,

00:02:53.100 Taiwan,

00:02:54.100 against the CCP,

00:02:55.100 force structure,

00:02:56.100 funding,

00:02:57.100 all of it.

00:02:58.100 Tell us,

00:02:59.100 your piece is amazing.

00:03:00.100 Tell us what the fight's about.

00:03:01.100 Well, basically,

00:03:03.100 I've been working on this story in the background.

00:03:06.100 I heard that the Pacific Command,

00:03:09.100 Indopaycom,

00:03:10.100 was going to set up a joint task force.

00:03:13.100 And then I found out that there was a requirement in law to do so,

00:03:18.100 in not this year's defense bill,

00:03:20.100 but last year's defense bill.

00:03:21.100 And it said very specifically,

00:03:23.100 they want to create a joint task force.

00:03:26.100 A joint task force militarily is something that combines Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines in one unit,

00:03:34.100 so that they can communicate and coordinate better.

00:03:37.100 If the balloon goes up and there's a conflict, whether it's in North Korea or the Korean Peninsula,

00:03:44.100 or more dangerously on the Taiwan Strait or the South China Sea.

00:03:49.100 And the Pentagon is resisting this.

00:03:51.100 I was able to understand a little bit of how that why they were doing this.

00:03:55.100 There are either two reasons.

00:03:57.100 One, the Biden people are back to appeasement and reengagement with China.

00:04:02.100 And they see this would be a provocative move,

00:04:05.100 basically by setting up a war fighting joint task force to be ready for conflict.

00:04:11.100 And of course, Congress has been pushing them.

00:04:13.100 They put it in law.

00:04:14.100 And this is bipartisan.

00:04:16.100 This is both Democrats and Republicans.

00:04:18.100 And yet the Pentagon is not doing it.

00:04:20.100 Instead,

00:04:21.100 PACOM,

00:04:22.100 what they did was they created a smaller,

00:04:24.100 lesser unit on Guam called Joint Task Force Micronesia.

00:04:29.100 And it's basically an air traffic control system for the military there.

00:04:33.100 It's not what Congress wanted.

00:04:35.100 So there's going to be a big fight over this.

00:04:39.100 We now NBC,

00:04:41.100 it was a Kirsten,

00:04:42.100 Kirsten Welker and Andrea Mitchell and a couple other heavy hitters are there reported two days ago that in the meeting in San Francisco,

00:04:49.100 which hadn't been reported before in the meeting in San Francisco,

00:04:51.100 she said to Biden's face, we are going to reunify Taiwan period.

00:04:57.100 End of story at a time and place of our choosing.

00:05:00.100 Let's move on to the next topic.

00:05:02.100 And the White House went out of the way to suppress that information.

00:05:05.100 Do you think that ties at all to their to their refusal to set up the the war fighting joint task force?

00:05:12.100 Yes.

00:05:13.100 It's all part of the appeasement neo engagement policy.

00:05:17.100 And by the way,

00:05:18.100 I reported that in November,

00:05:19.100 the NBC just kind of woke up to it.

00:05:22.100 Xi Jinping also at that meeting denied that his commanders had come to him and said,

00:05:28.100 you know,

00:05:29.100 they're ready to rock and roll in 2027 or 2035.

00:05:33.100 But he did say, yeah, this can't go on forever.

00:05:36.100 We got to resolve this.

00:05:38.100 And there was a background briefing for reporters and he came out and I picked up on it and reported on that.

00:05:44.100 So again, you have on the one hand, you have Xi saying that he has he's completely unaware of PLA plans for an attack on Taiwan.

00:05:51.100 And on the other hand, he's saying, look, here are the red lines.

00:05:55.100 Here are the conditions where we're going to resolve this militarily and they are going to resolve it militarily.

00:06:01.100 I think that's that's clear.

00:06:03.100 And the Biden administration has sent all the wrong signals.

00:06:08.100 They've sent signals of weakness and appeasement.

00:06:10.100 And that's just I think this is the most dangerous period between now and November, because if the Chinese calculate that Trump could come back into office, they won't have the same window of opportunity.

00:06:22.100 You have massive attention and resources going to Ukraine and Israel.

00:06:28.100 And at the same time, the Chinese could really capitalize on that.

00:06:32.100 And they've done it in the past.

00:06:33.100 During the Cuban Missile Crisis, for example, they they attacked India across the border while the U.S. was in a nuclear showdown with the then Soviet Union. 0.53

00:06:43.100 No, it's one of their classic moves, unrestricted warfare.

00:06:48.100 They've been at war with the United States for for many years.

00:06:51.100 Your second story is something almost out of science fiction.

00:06:54.100 Talk to us about it.

00:06:55.100 Yeah, this is a really significant story that I've been covering for quite some time now.

00:07:04.100 It's on China's use and development of cognitive warfare or brain warfare. 0.93

00:07:09.100 And there's a group called the CCP bio threats initiative.

00:07:13.100 It's a group of former intel and military people that have been done some done some amazing open source intelligence collection.

00:07:21.100 And they just updated their report with some new information about the types of weapons that the Chinese are developing.

00:07:28.100 They're doing things like thought control, where you have computers interfacing with the actual brain.

00:07:35.100 They have sleep weapons.

00:07:37.100 They're the weapons that can be used to put troops to sleep or in a state of vulnerability.

00:07:46.100 They also have radio wave weapons and all kinds of things that they're working on.

00:07:51.100 This bio threats initiative in their report, which I described in The Washington Times, it talks about how they're using these weapons and how they plan to use them as part of a major strategy. 0.96

00:08:03.100 And of course, you know, it goes back to Sun Tzu, who said, you know, the acme of skill is defeating your enemy without firing a shot.

00:08:10.100 So these are these are a gray zone.

00:08:13.100 These are unrestricted warfare weapons that they're developing and they're pouring massive resources into it.

00:08:19.100 The U.S. military has to recognize this first and then they have to develop countermeasures and training to be able to deal with these kinds of things.

00:08:29.100 Do you believe that people will become clear to people as we get into the impeachment process because they voted for the formal impeachment process?

00:08:36.100 As we get into it and people see the mass pulled off of the Biden crime families monetary involvement with the CCP, that much of why we don't have an active real active strategy against the CCP, either militarily or economically, will all become clear because Biden's been on the payroll.

00:08:54.100 Well, I've talked to a number of U.S. officials who deal with China and not all of them, but some of them have told me clearly they believe that President Biden is compromised by his relations with China and the Hunter Biden scandal.

00:09:09.100 So that is definitely a factor. And I've seen this evolution.

00:09:15.100 You know, it began in the very earliest days of the Biden administration where they sent Wendy Sherman to Beijing.

00:09:21.100 And the first thing the Chinese did was said, do you want better relations with us?

00:09:25.100 Here's a list of things we want and the prosecution of Meng Wenzhou, the Huawei executive.

00:09:31.100 But the top of the list was the U.S. has to promise not to undermine the Chinese communist system.

00:09:39.100 And this is the fatal flaw. So they have this idea of competition.

00:09:43.100 You know, they think it's some kind of a car race, you know, and you have the Secretary of Defense calling China a pacing challenge.

00:09:52.100 Well, you know, pace cars never win auto races.

00:09:56.100 And everybody knows that. And yet they've adopted this idea that somehow they're they're not going to target the Chinese communist system, which is ultimately the source of of the evil that is the Chinese Communist Party. 0.92

00:10:11.100 Bill, how do people get to your writing in The Washington Times and all your other content?

00:10:16.100 Yeah, I got a whips. Excuse me. I got a website. It's called the Gertz file at Gertz file dot com.

00:10:22.100 I'm on social media at at Bill Gertz, all the platforms.

00:10:26.100 And of course, at The Washington Times, which, you know, we're aggressively expanding our national security coverage.

00:10:35.100 Fantastic. One of the best papers in the country in the best op ed section in the country.

00:10:39.100 Bill Gertz. Thank you, brother. Appreciate it.

00:10:41.100 Yeah. Have a Merry Christmas.

00:10:43.100 Same, same brother Gertz.

00:10:48.100 One of the best Dr.

00:10:49.100 Seb Gorka Jones.

00:10:50.100 Seb, let's let's take him from the top. 0.79

00:10:52.100 The joint task force, the war fighting task force.

00:10:55.100 Biden has very specifically not set this up mandated by law by the NDAA of 2022, not 2023.

00:11:04.100 You see the same thing that happened with Taiwan.

00:11:07.100 He was told to his face we're going to reunify.

00:11:09.100 The Americans made no counter to that. 0.82

00:11:11.100 And we've got these impeachment hearings coming up where it's going to be stripped away so that everyone can see the money they took from the CCP.

00:11:18.100 Your thoughts?

00:11:20.100 Well, let's go back to the question you asked, Bill, about Biden and whether or not he's an agent, a Manchurian candidate or just compromised.

00:11:31.100 I think it was Tucker who first played that clip.

00:11:34.100 And I think also Gordon Chang pushed it a lot way back when there was that key economist in China who had a conference in Chinese said the trouble with Trump was before Trump.

00:11:53.100 We could get all of our bodies in Wall Street and in D.C. to do whatever we wanted.

00:12:00.100 And I think that was the president.

00:12:01.100 But I think it was a person who had a country who wasn't speaking without the permission of the CCP, of Xi, of the Central Committee, saying in public that, you know what, we had it all sewn up.

00:12:11.100 Well, why did they have it all sewn up?

00:12:14.100 They had it all sewn up because of the millions and millions of dollars that have flown into this city in D.C. and also into the Biden family coffers.

00:12:25.560 Just one story.

00:12:26.720 You know, people talk about where's the evidence, where's the evidence on Biden corruption?

00:12:30.740 Just one story.

00:12:31.740 Forget about Ukraine and the billion dollars in aid.

00:12:35.100 Joe Biden flies on Air Force One as point person for China as vice president.

00:12:43.180 He takes Hunter Biden with him.

00:12:46.460 When they arrive to Beijing, this is open source.

00:12:49.860 This is declassified.

00:12:51.580 Hunter Biden dismisses his Secret Service escort.

00:12:56.480 He arrives to the biggest communist dictatorship in the world and dismisses his Secret Service escort, says, you don't need to come to my meetings with me.

00:13:06.100 I'll be fine.

00:13:07.800 And then what happens?

00:13:08.860 He goes to those meetings.

00:13:10.180 They fly back on Air Force Two to America.

00:13:14.000 And a man who has no background in Asia, no background in finance, gets a $1.4 billion deal with the National Bank of Communist China.

00:13:23.920 You're a former Goldman Sachs guy.

00:13:25.740 You know, Steve, there's nobody, not Goldman Sachs, not Bank of America, not Merrill Lynch.

00:13:30.960 Nobody could have gotten a $1.4 billion deal with zero background in Asia or finance the way that Hunter Biden did.

00:13:40.200 So I think the question answers itself who the Bidens are working for.

00:13:45.140 Seb, hang on, we're going to play some Christmas music, take a short break and be back with Dr. Seb Gorkut.

00:13:51.960 Seb brings up a brilliant point.

00:13:54.120 It wasn't simply just a $1.4 billion deal.

00:13:56.320 It was $1.4 billion of equity capital to invest, the hardest capital to be able to raise.

00:14:02.480 Your track record has to be many decades and has to be absolutely spotless.

00:14:06.380 Hunter Biden was certainly not spotless and had no actual background in any of that.

00:14:13.980 Curious minds want to know.

00:14:15.600 Okay, short break.

00:14:16.420 Dr. Seb Gorkut on the other side.

00:14:17.800 Who is he?

00:14:19.720 Where?

00:14:20.340 What is he?

00:14:22.360 Where he lives?

00:14:23.320 All goodly cans underneath the mountain.

00:14:27.420 Right against the forest fence.

00:14:30.020 Why say does his fountain?

00:14:32.740 Bring me flesh and bring me wine.

00:14:37.460 Bring me pine lones hither. 0.99

00:14:39.840 Thou and I will see him die when we bear them thither.

00:14:45.320 Age of honor, forth they went. 0.95

00:14:47.840 For they went together.

00:14:50.500 Through the mood rings was a mess.

00:14:52.840 And the bitter weather.

00:14:58.360 Sire the night.

00:14:59.660 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of.

00:15:04.120 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.

00:15:08.840 How will your hard-earned savings fare during this year?

00:15:11.900 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store.

00:15:16.300 The dollar continues to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase.

00:15:21.060 How are you protecting your savings?

00:16:13.540 Text Bannon at 989898.

00:16:16.600 Action.

00:16:17.360 Action.

00:16:18.120 Action.

00:16:18.460 I'm offended by it because it has racist overtones.

00:16:24.620 I actually feel, as you say, we have to control the border.

00:16:27.900 And a lot of people coming across the border from anywhere in the world, we don't know where

00:16:31.280 they're coming from.

00:16:31.980 But at the end of the day, the fact of the matter is that the Hispanic Americans that

00:16:36.720 have come up from South America have made great citizens.

00:16:40.960 You know, they have strong values.

00:16:42.320 They're entrepreneurial.

00:16:44.380 My son-in-law was a Marine combat officer.

00:16:47.600 And he said the best Marines in his unit in Iraq were recent Hispanic immigrants.

00:16:53.400 So, I don't like these racist overtones.

00:16:57.920 And the broad sweep of history, the fact that we have a reservoir to our South of these

00:17:03.220 people who come out of the Western tradition, they're religious people, good family people

00:17:08.780 in general, is a boon to the United States.

00:17:12.940 Does that mean they all are like that?

00:17:14.740 No.

00:17:15.520 And does bringing in a lot of people at once from a different country...

00:17:19.840 Stop.

00:17:20.140 Stop. 0.72

00:17:20.740 You want to know why your country screwed up?

00:17:23.400 That is Bush speak right there.

00:17:26.260 That's Bush speak.

00:17:27.220 Don't point to the radical Democrats and the guys doing the invasion.

00:17:30.800 That's the problem right there.

00:17:31.880 That's Bill Barr.

00:17:33.080 Oh, they're all fine people.

00:17:34.460 It's going to be great.

00:17:35.260 They're all from the Western tradition.

00:17:37.320 All from the Western tradition.

00:17:38.840 It's an invasion of our country. 0.69

00:17:40.500 It's not these people's fault they're being invited in.

00:17:42.420 I'm sure they should come in. 0.99

00:17:43.740 But Trump's a racist, Seb. 0.99

00:17:46.660 Yeah. 0.94

00:17:47.060 I really hope Bill Barr has continued to do illegal things in the last three years so the

00:17:53.080 statute of limitations won't apply to him.

00:17:56.260 And God willing, if we win, that guy will be up on charges, not for being just a seditious 0.86

00:18:00.420 bastard in the Trump cabinet, but for the crimes he committed after he left. 0.92

00:18:04.820 Did you hear his words there? 0.97

00:18:06.400 He said, we don't know who these people are.

00:18:09.520 And in the same sentence, he says they're great.

00:18:12.700 And then some about, well, my son is a Marine and he served with great Hispanic Marines.

00:18:18.520 What?

00:18:18.960 Illegal aliens? 1.00

00:18:20.320 You cretin? 1.00

00:18:21.100 I mean, this fat oleaginous git is a cretin as well as being a saboteur. 1.00

00:18:27.540 And it's weird that he didn't call the president a racist when he was in his cabinet. 1.00

00:18:32.260 But your analysis is great.

00:18:33.660 I mean, these are worse than the Democrats, because the Democrats, we know they hate America. 1.00

00:18:39.520 This person pretends to be a conservative and then peddles the Bush garbage. 0.99

00:18:46.020 These are the biggest problem for us. 0.99

00:18:48.780 These people, because these are saboteurs, Steve, and they were at the cabinet level in

00:18:54.360 our administration.

00:18:55.140 He's tossing out right there, amnesty.

00:18:58.840 You know, you're going to get bigger markets.

00:19:00.340 This is what, behind the scenes, this is what the puppet masters, the pay masters of the

00:19:05.060 Republican Party, the Kochs, all of them.

00:19:07.220 This is the poison they put in their own country.

00:19:09.080 Listen to his choice of words, Stephen.

00:19:11.580 This guy's supposed to be some big Catholic.

00:19:13.960 I met his cousin who plays bagpipes and taught Bill how to play bagpipes, some big Catholic. 1.00

00:19:20.540 He called these human beings a reservoir.

00:19:23.700 Did you catch that?

00:19:25.140 A reservoir?

00:19:27.620 I mean, that is WEF speak.

00:19:31.480 It's a reservoir?

00:19:33.020 Like what?

00:19:33.500 Like a tank of gasoline?

00:19:35.840 Is that what you're talking about?

00:19:37.680 It tells you who these people are. 0.98

00:19:39.740 They don't give a crap for other human beings. 0.99

00:19:42.840 Just power, power, power. 0.98

00:19:44.300 If you want to know who Bill Barr is, look how much he's worth and how much he was paid

00:19:49.120 by the Beltway bandits after he left the CIA as chief counsel.

00:19:54.120 Then you'll understand who that man really is.

00:19:57.160 Yeah.

00:19:58.840 We don't care what he's done the last three years.

00:20:00.820 We'll find something.

00:20:02.880 Trust me.

00:20:03.500 We'll find something.

00:20:04.580 We'll find something.

00:20:07.040 Okay.

00:20:07.440 Democracy dies in darkness.

00:20:10.680 I've been wanting to get this up, but we've been so jammed the last couple of them.

00:20:13.900 The Bezos Amazon WAPO, or as Harnwell calls it, the Langley Bugle, has a tweet out.

00:20:25.240 Because, you know, it's all that crowd of Morning Joe, David Ignatius, you know, all the mouthpieces

00:20:30.500 from the CIA, giving you the CIA's daily line.

00:20:33.920 They announce, brothers, this has got to be bad news for Zelensky.

00:20:37.640 The Washington Post announces they're shutting down the Ukraine war section.

00:20:41.340 Is that a tell, Brother Gorka?

00:20:45.900 Does it?

00:20:46.820 Does that mean that they've won in Ukraine?

00:20:49.140 I'm a bit curious.

00:20:50.340 If you don't need to report on it, does it mean that there's no war anymore?

00:20:55.740 I can't believe you guys caught that.

00:20:57.980 That is stunning.

00:20:59.920 Absolutely stunning.

00:21:01.700 That this, I love this idea of the Langley Bugle.

00:21:05.100 They just magically make things disappear.

00:21:08.300 It reminds me of that genius, that man amongst men, that Thucydides of the Beltway, Jake Sullivan,

00:21:15.600 who wrote his piece about the great success of Biden's foreign policy for foreign affairs.

00:21:22.040 And he said in the piece just before October 7th, and how Biden has stabilized the Middle East.

00:21:29.700 And he writes this 8,000-word hagiography of himself and Biden.

00:21:35.940 Then we have the massacre of the Jews, the greatest since the Shoah. 0.60

00:21:40.380 And they allow him, the editors of foreign affairs, allow him to go back into the electronic edition.

00:21:47.560 The paper one's already printed.

00:21:49.040 Sorry, Jakey Poo.

00:21:50.340 And they allow him to delete the segments about how we stabilized the Middle East.

00:21:55.960 That is George Orwell.

00:21:57.400 That is the memory hole.

00:21:58.620 That is the delete what we said because we don't want to look bad.

00:22:03.680 So whether it's Jake Sullivan being allowed to rewrite history in the pages of foreign affairs,

00:22:08.980 or whether it's the Washington Post hoping that the American taxpayer doesn't notice that they don't cover the Ukraine anymore, 0.99

00:22:16.920 these people wouldn't know truth if it bit them on the arse, Steve. 0.98

00:22:21.380 21 December 1945, General George Patton died today after I think 10 days in the hospital due to still questionable traffic accident led to a broken neck. 0.99

00:22:34.800 He was in – he was head of the 15th Army group after the war, had been a little controversial during the war and after the war.

00:22:44.240 When he died, they asked his widow where he should be buried, and she thought naturally they were bringing him home to be buried near their house.

00:22:51.940 But a lot of the senior staff that had worked with him from – had fought with him from North Africa all the way up recommended to her that she think about burying him at – I think it's in Ham, Luxembourg.

00:23:03.400 At the cemetery where the 3rd Army, his famous 3rd Army that relieved the 101st at Bastogne was buried, and that's where he's buried, Seb.

00:23:13.760 Comments, observations, Patton, Bastogne, the combat history of Christmas.

00:23:19.620 Two things.

00:23:20.680 Thank you, Steve, for always having that historic perspective that is so lost on most conservative commentators and analysts today and influencers.

00:23:28.700 Number one, if you want to have a bit of fun, and you and me, I hate conspiracy theories.

00:23:31.920 I kill people who call into my show, metaphorically, media matters, with conspiracy theories.

00:23:38.060 But if you want to watch an amazing movie on what might have really happened to General Patton, Brass Target with Max von Sydow as the assassin is a Christmas treat after you've celebrated the coming of our Lord and Savior. 0.84

00:23:52.820 Watch Brass Target.

00:23:53.800 And then if you want to talk about the importance of the people like Patton, I recommend you go online and watch the – I think it's a Hillsdale lecture by the great Victor Davis Hanson on Patton, the Ajax of our time, and its connection to people like President Trump.

00:24:12.540 How we need Ajaxes to save civilization, and once they save civilization, we throw them in the trash because we no longer respect great warriors.

00:24:23.560 Patton was one of them.

00:24:24.900 President Trump is one of them as well.

00:24:26.980 And we need Ajaxes more than ever. 0.99

00:24:29.360 So Brass Target for a bit of fun.

00:24:31.440 And VDH, the Ajax, Patton, Trump's phenomena for some real history.

00:24:36.280 Like Ajax, fell on a sword.

00:24:39.980 By the way, one more list thrown in there over the holiday.

00:24:42.220 Day of the Jackal with Edward Fox playing the assassin, trying to take out the foreign legion.

00:24:48.420 With the crutch.

00:24:49.620 Happy, happy with – not exactly happy.

00:24:52.660 With the crutch that turns into the high-power rifle.

00:24:53.800 Leaving out Jers. 1.00

00:24:55.940 Yeah.

00:24:56.360 A classic.

00:24:57.240 It's a messy.

00:24:58.260 A classic.

00:24:58.920 Merry Christmas to you and the whole posse, Steve.

00:25:01.640 Merry Christmas.

00:25:03.400 Where did we get you, Seb, over the holidays?

00:25:05.660 Where do people go for your content? 0.98

00:25:08.240 Everywhere except YouTube because there are a bunch of fascists. 0.66

00:25:11.740 My Substack, I've had two articles a day this week.

00:25:14.200 We're cranking it out.

00:25:15.640 SebastianGorker.Substack.com.

00:25:17.220 But the website, Seb Gorker, Truth Social, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Rumble, you name it.

00:25:21.900 Just plug in Seb Gorker, Sebastian Gorker.

00:25:23.720 You'll find it, my friends.

00:25:26.580 Thank you, brother.

00:25:27.340 Appreciate it.

00:25:27.940 Merry Christmas.

00:25:28.660 God bless.

00:25:29.040 God bless you and your family.

00:25:29.940 Brass Target and Day of the Jackal.

00:25:32.220 Two fabulous films.

00:25:33.240 I got some time on this side.

00:25:36.160 Rudy, by the way, Rudy declared bankruptcy today.

00:25:38.380 We're going to have America's mayor on here in a moment.

00:25:40.600 But I want to go to Lieutenant Commander Mike Cassidy.

00:25:44.320 Brother, you did a great turn of events up in Iowa.

00:25:49.380 Tell us what you did, sir.

00:25:50.260 Well, Iowa used to have a satanic altar in their state capitol.

00:25:57.780 They put it up a couple weeks ago, and I took it down.

00:26:04.340 I don't think that our nation should be honoring the father of evil, especially around Christmas.

00:26:11.080 It doesn't seem right.

00:26:12.780 It's not American to honor Satan.

00:26:15.000 Lieutenant Commander, tell me, you're a Navy pilot, you know, a fighter pilot.

00:26:21.620 Who in Iowa, they're about the most decent folks on the planet Earth.

00:26:25.360 Who in Iowa thought that was a good idea to allow that satanic statue to be there during the Christmas season?

00:26:31.060 I believe it was some bureaucratic organization within the legislature.

00:26:38.940 But to be frank, I'm not really sure.

00:26:41.820 I'm surprised, though, that nobody with authority took it down.

00:26:47.160 That was pretty shocking, pretty offensive, I think, to a lot of people.

00:26:51.120 Hopefully everybody.

00:26:52.280 You know, it's Satan.

00:26:53.180 It's not the same thing as a nativity scene.

00:26:56.000 They're not equal in the slightest.

00:26:57.640 Commander, can you hang on for one second?

00:27:01.480 We'll play a little Christmas music on the way out.

00:27:03.420 We're going to take a short break.

00:27:04.360 Commander is going to join us on the other side.

00:27:07.760 Rudy Giuliani.

00:27:08.700 We've got Rudy Giuliani is also going to walk us through what this bankruptcy filing means.

00:27:13.280 He's going to take a short commercial break.

00:27:15.640 We'll go out with some Christmas music.

00:27:17.220 We'll be back in just a moment.

00:27:18.420 We'll be back in just a moment.

00:27:48.420 We'll be back in just a moment.

00:28:18.420 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?

00:28:28.200 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.

00:28:38.580 It's prominent all over the country.

00:28:41.320 Companies like Starbucks, strong-arming their customers to support abortion.

00:28:46.200 Financial services like PayPal, canceling customers for their political views.

00:28:50.720 Makeup companies like Maybelline, making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models. 1.00

00:28:55.540 And beer companies like Bud Light, forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer. 0.98

00:29:03.760 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.

00:29:09.520 With Public Square, we now have a solution.

00:29:12.760 It's simple.

00:30:21.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:30:26.400 Okay, welcome back.

00:30:27.820 Rudy's going to join us in a moment.

00:30:29.440 Lieutenant Commander Cassidy, you're an F-18 pilot, so you just said, hey, I'm not going to go through any bureaucratic channels.

00:30:35.900 It's inappropriate.

00:30:37.020 It's unacceptable.

00:30:38.520 It's unsatisfactory.

00:30:39.400 You just went in and took the head off of Satan in the Iowa State Capitol?

00:30:44.100 Yeah, you know, there's nobody there.

00:30:49.200 I didn't know whether there were going to be politicians there or protesters when I got there, but, you know, actually seeing the thing in real life, not just seeing it on social media, it had a pretty big impact, a bigger impact.

00:31:03.800 And I realized that, you know, it could not stand.

00:31:07.900 I couldn't walk away from that and one day have a conversation with my maker and say, I let it stand.

00:31:15.180 So I went, I took it down.

00:31:17.300 Then I turned myself in to the authorities.

00:31:20.600 They gave me a citation and sent me on my way.

00:31:25.820 So that's where it stands.

00:31:29.200 You've got a citation and they let you bounce, right?

00:31:32.900 Yep, exactly.

00:31:34.020 And the, I mean, the big thing that...

00:31:36.300 Are the satanic, is the satanic group trying to sue you?

00:31:41.060 They've just pressed the, that criminal charge of the misdemeanor of fourth degree criminal mischief.

00:31:48.360 That's the only, that's the only charge that's been filed.

00:31:54.520 What do you mean they, they've filed it?

00:31:56.200 They want that.

00:31:57.260 No authority has done that.

00:31:58.740 They say they want that pressed, right?

00:32:00.960 That is correct.

00:32:01.800 The, yeah, the satanic temple, they are the people that have filed that.

00:32:06.280 You know, if you're, you're going to have any enemies, I guess the, having the satanic temple as your enemy, that's not the worst thing to have.

00:32:14.040 I'm certainly what I hope to get.

00:32:16.140 I think, yeah, I think St. Michael, when, I think it's good, when you're meeting your maker, I think that's a good one to say.

00:32:23.020 We say, hey, here's the guys that don't like me.

00:32:24.980 Satanic temple, one of the, what, criminal charge.

00:32:27.860 How do people, how do people find out more about your story?

00:32:30.360 Where do they go?

00:32:32.160 They can go on my X account, which is Mike Cassidy MS.

00:32:37.460 And they can, yeah, see what, what I've talked about.

00:32:40.540 And, and they can find out more about that there.

00:32:43.320 Commander, uh, fortune favors the bold, as they say in the United States Navy.

00:32:50.200 We're very proud of you for taking action, action, action.

00:32:53.120 Everybody's proud of you, but particularly, uh, the veterans, the Navy veterans, a lot of people talking about it.

00:32:58.080 A lot of people love the fact you took action.

00:32:59.960 So, um, Godspeed, farewell and falling seas.

00:33:03.640 And we'll have you back on shortly.

00:33:04.960 Thank you, sir.

00:33:05.720 Merry Christmas.

00:33:06.260 Thank you, sir.

00:33:06.580 Appreciate it.

00:33:07.120 Merry Christmas.

00:33:07.640 It doesn't get Rudy Giuliani off the hook, right?

00:33:18.040 It doesn't get Rudy Giuliani off the hook, but it does press pause.

00:33:22.600 So, Lisa, you were saying that yesterday, Judge Howell allowed Ruby Freeman and Shane Moss to immediately enforce the judgment.

00:33:28.700 The impact of this bankruptcy filing is to re-pause enforcement efforts.

00:33:35.060 Right now, Rudy Giuliani doesn't have to continue litigating those cases against him.

00:33:40.080 There are a series of other defamation cases by Dominion, by Smartmatic, both makers of voting machines, by Hunter Biden.

00:33:46.520 There's a sexual assault and harassment case brought by his former employee, Noel Dunphy.

00:33:50.360 All of those are on hold.

00:33:52.580 And as well, any efforts to enforce pre-

00:33:55.520 I've heard enough.

00:33:57.980 America's mayor, you're one of the smartest lawyers in the country.

00:34:00.640 Tell us what happened this afternoon.

00:34:03.040 Well, I mean, I don't think it's much of an embarrassment to say that I can't afford $148 million.

00:34:11.660 That that's way beyond what I consider to be a rather decent net worth and proud of it.

00:34:18.820 But I'm about $130 million short.

00:34:24.460 And with the judge acting as-

00:34:27.240 But Rudy, hang on.

00:34:28.940 But Rudy, hang on.

00:34:29.700 But Rudy, hang on.

00:34:30.620 I thought normally when these things happen, it's years of going back and forth.

00:34:34.960 You said you're going to appeal.

00:34:36.380 You've actually asked for a new trial.

00:34:38.800 There's all types of stuff in the legal process.

00:34:41.040 This happens every day, these type of-

00:34:42.540 I shouldn't say a judgment like this a little over top, but the plaintiffs know this.

00:34:46.640 This happens.

00:34:47.180 Their lawyers know this.

00:34:48.060 I thought there was a process set up that would just naturally go along a process.

00:34:52.040 What has happened in that?

00:34:53.260 Well, there's no process here.

00:34:54.820 That's made you decide-

00:34:55.580 This isn't an American court.

00:34:58.400 This is a D.C. district court where people get held for 20, 25 months before trial,

00:35:08.400 where people get sentences that are three, four times the prosecutor asked for.

00:35:12.480 I mean, this is not an American court, and you would be fooling yourselves to think that.

00:35:18.840 That's the reason they brought it in D.C. rather than in Georgia, because even though Georgia can be pretty Democrat-leaning, corrupt city, there's nothing like D.C.

00:35:29.420 So the judge, very improperly, improperly is a nice way to put it, unethically, way beyond her role as a judge, gave them advice that they should proceed against my assets now and not abide by at least even the 30-day rule.

00:35:46.840 So when she said that, I said, to heck with that, I'm going to protect it all, not just myself, but any other people that are owed money.

00:35:56.460 And I have a perfect right to be in bankruptcy because I've got to take that $148 million seriously until it's changed.

00:36:07.180 And if I have to pay the $148 million, I'm, you know, about $10, $15 million, about $130 million short, right?

00:36:17.040 So I went into bankruptcy, and it'll hold up everything.

00:36:23.960 I'll get a chance to appeal.

00:36:25.940 We'll find out what the real amount is, if any.

00:36:28.720 The whole case might get reversed.

00:36:30.820 I mean, the case was a joke.

00:36:33.280 The verdict, the best thing you could do with the verdict is use it as an example of how irrational and unfair the case was.

00:36:42.140 Otherwise, they never would have come up with that number.

00:36:44.120 But I never got a chance to defend myself.

00:36:47.540 I would like an opportunity to do that, much like President Trump never got a chance to defend himself in Colorado.

00:36:55.000 Hang on.

00:36:56.240 I'm confused already.

00:36:57.660 Is the path forward with you and your legal team, is it to ask for a new trial or try to appeal this?

00:37:05.180 Is it the appeals process where you get a new trial?

00:37:08.360 I'm not a lawyer.

00:37:09.720 Of course, yeah.

00:37:10.460 Our appeal is – the appeal has many parts to it.

00:37:16.620 The ideal appeal – I mean, the ideal we would like on appeal is to throw this whole case out as a violation of the First Amendment, which it is.

00:37:24.220 Number two, if they're not going to do that, give us a new trial because of the unbelievable number of errors, constitutional, ethical errors in this case, including now the judge acting as a lawyer and giving advice to the plaintiffs.

00:37:45.780 So it's two-pronged.

00:37:48.600 Throw the case out as a violation of the First Amendment or let's have a fair trial.

00:37:55.340 How unusual – just for our audience, how unusual is it for a judge to say, hey, I guess she saw you in the New York Post or on TV doing something, and she said, I'll pull this expedited.

00:38:09.940 It's not even the 30 days that you get to kind of get organized and to go back to the plaintiffs, but just pull it and say you can go after him and seize his assets right now.

00:38:19.240 How unusual is that?

00:38:20.520 Extremely.

00:38:22.080 Extremely.

00:38:23.160 I mean, she's accused me of hiding assets.

00:38:25.920 Another reason I'm going into – another reason I'm going into bankruptcy is everybody will see all my assets and liabilities.

00:38:32.660 I have no problem with that.

00:38:34.500 I had a problem with these dishonest people because the lawyer here was Hunter Biden's law partner, represented Burisma.

00:38:43.760 It seemed to me a lot of the discovery, which was beyond harassment, was to benefit other cases of the Bidens.

00:38:52.740 This is not an isolated case.

00:38:55.360 These people don't have $7, $8 million to spend on a case.

00:39:00.240 They had eight lawyers in the courtroom.

00:39:02.100 I had one.

00:39:03.760 They were represented like AT&T.

00:39:05.740 And then a lot of the discovery, Steve, was for things not having to do with my case, but for things trying to get at Trump, Bannon, Meadows, everybody.

00:39:19.680 And when we would object that it was overbroad and harassment, she, of course, would just deny it because, like she demonstrated yesterday, she's working for the other side.

00:39:31.900 She's giving them advice.

00:39:33.200 I've never heard a judge do that.

00:39:34.700 I was a law clerk to a great federal judge for two years.

00:39:38.920 Of course, I was in the federal courts for 17 years.

00:39:41.320 Judges generally do not give financial advice to one side or the other.

00:39:48.180 And when they do, it's pretty obvious that they've lost all balance and control, as this judge has.

00:39:55.340 And if the D.C. District Court wants to regain some degree of respect, they should urge the circuit to reverse the case and throw it out.

00:40:07.340 When will you actually file the appeal?

00:40:09.680 When will the appeal process start?

00:40:11.480 And I take it the bankruptcy won't slow that down?

00:40:15.460 No, it doesn't slow it down.

00:40:18.860 We'll start the appeal.

00:40:20.440 I've forgotten the number of days.

00:40:22.180 We probably have 30 or 40 days.

00:40:24.360 We may even make a motion for a new trial first in order to make sure that we've marshaled all our points on appeal and give Judge Burrell Howell a chance to be unfair again and deny it.

00:40:39.680 The one thing that caught particularly your friends and colleagues by surprise in the filing, at least the headlines in the New York Post and other places, CNN, was you listed liabilities of $200 to $500 million.

00:40:51.540 We understand the 174 struck everybody as a little over the top.

00:40:55.980 How did you get the range of $200 to $500?

00:41:00.860 Liabilities of $200?

00:41:03.680 I don't have liabilities of $200.

00:41:06.460 That's just wrong.

00:41:07.260 The liabilities that I have are in excess of that, maybe a million dollars.

00:41:17.220 So it's the $148 plus maybe $700,000, $800,000.

00:41:21.980 I don't have any mortgage.

00:41:24.600 I don't have any loans.

00:41:27.720 So there's something.

00:41:28.720 We will spend.

00:41:29.460 Ninety-nine percent of my liabilities is that judgment.

00:41:35.520 Ninety-eight percent is that judgment.

00:41:38.660 Without that judgment, I'm perfectly solid.

00:41:42.120 I'm asking my Evercrack staff, can you pull the CNN headline?

00:41:45.260 I think New York Post was the same.

00:41:48.100 I think it said $200 to $500 million.

00:41:49.640 Anyway, we'll get to that in a second.

00:41:50.880 Oh, my goodness.

00:41:51.240 Do you believe that this –

00:41:52.720 Oh, maybe.

00:41:53.380 You know what they're doing?

00:41:54.340 That's right.

00:41:55.680 I know what they're doing.

00:41:56.720 They're looking at the other cases.

00:41:58.880 What they're doing is they're saying if all the other cases were to go to conclusion and get the money that they're asking for –

00:42:08.940 but that's – I mean, that's really in Never Neverland.

00:42:12.640 Like, for example, Dominion is asking for $1.2 billion.

00:42:18.300 So maybe somebody wants to consider that a liability.

00:42:23.640 But it's not a real – it hasn't become –

00:42:25.860 it hasn't become any kind of a verdict or a judgment yet.

00:42:30.000 So that's what I think they're doing.

00:42:32.100 They're taking all those other cases and they're saying, suppose he loses all those cases.

00:42:36.820 He'd owe $500 million.

00:42:38.380 But I don't owe it right now.

00:42:40.620 And I don't think I am going to lose all those cases.

00:42:43.540 I don't even know how Dominion can recover another cent.

00:42:47.060 They've already recovered four times the value of their company.

00:42:49.680 Rudy, last thing.

00:42:53.820 You think this is all about targeting President Trump?

00:42:57.660 One hundred – that's about the easiest question I've ever been asked.

00:43:01.180 Of course it's all about targeting President Trump, targeting me in particular.

00:43:05.120 Look, you know I'm the one who brought out the first evidence of criminality about Joe Biden way back five years ago.

00:43:13.940 From then on, they've been after me, including a letter asking to keep me off television, going and taking my iCloud account.

00:43:22.380 The first day that I began representing Trump on a warrant that they have yet to show me, and for three years they were spying on me.

00:43:34.100 They raided my house, my law office, then had to write a letter to the grand jury saying there was no probable cause that I committed a crime.

00:43:42.560 Sure, I'm target number two.

00:43:45.500 Not just to get me, but to discourage other people from representing him.

00:43:49.300 They've been successful in that.

00:43:51.220 As you know, it's hard for Trump people to get lawyers.

00:43:56.020 It was very hard to get lawyers for people in the Georgia case.

00:44:01.260 Rudy, hang on for one second.

00:44:02.660 We just – we want you to stick around for a quick commercial break.

00:44:05.180 We'll be right back to America's Merit.

00:44:06.440 Rudy Giuliani.

00:44:07.080 Enviroclans just announced a huge holiday sale.

00:44:25.320 Let me tell you why this is important.

00:44:26.920 They're predicting another triple-demic this year, and the best way to fight a cold or flu is not to get it in the first place.

00:44:33.040 That's why I got Enviroclans here in the war room in the Breitbart embassy.

00:44:38.320 The new science in home air purification is Enviroclans.

00:44:41.800 The reason I love it, it was approved by the Department of Defense for use on Navy combatants.

00:44:46.780 As you guys know, I used to be on a Navy combatants.

00:44:49.620 Now they have a limited-time holiday sale.

00:44:51.740 You'll save 30%.

00:44:53.240 This is a one-time good deal.

00:44:54.440 So why did I choose Enviroclans over all the others?

00:44:57.500 Because Enviroclans is proven to capture and destroy cold and flu viruses over other purifiers.

00:45:05.160 Enviroclans military-grade technology wipes out bacteria, toxins, and mold that can make you sick.

00:45:11.540 This is why the Navy chose Enviroclans to protect the air on board our Navy combatants.

00:45:16.400 Get Enviroclans for your home.

00:45:18.620 The viruses will take care – the viruses that take down your family will be gone.

00:51:48.540 Lindell, I tell you what, that guy's always on the move.

00:51:51.020 What's he fighting for?

00:51:52.400 Voter integrity.

00:51:53.140 A poll comes out from Cook Polling, and their comment is, and this is the Cook guy, so pretty straightforward.

00:51:59.920 They said that Biden's so weak in Michigan and Nevada, and I've seen polls showing him 10 or 11 down in Michigan and also 10 or 11 down in Nevada, that they have now moved it to a toss-up category.

00:52:12.120 So they're not having a good day over at the White House, the Biden crime family.

00:52:16.700 Hang around.

00:52:17.540 We're going to take a short – we're going to end with some Christmas music.
