00:00:00.000 on presidential immunity. Trump is expected to attend as a three-judge appeals court panel
00:00:05.860 decides if he can be charged with election interference. There will be no cameras in
00:00:10.480 the courtroom, but audio of the hearing will be broadcast. The special counsel has charged Trump
00:00:16.280 with illegally attempting to overturn the 2020 election, culminating in the January 6th
00:00:21.920 insurrection at the Capitol. Trump's lawyers argue any actions he took are protected by
00:00:27.920 presidential immunity. They also claim any prosecution would be a form of double jeopardy
00:00:33.680 since he was already impeached and acquitted by the Senate. Trump's legal team is arguing
00:00:38.520 the 13-count indictment against him in the Fulton County, Georgia election interference RICO case
00:00:44.880 should also be dismissed because Trump allegedly did not know that trying to overturn an election
00:00:53.060 was illegal. It was rigged, 100% rigged. And the question I get most is, number one, how do you
00:01:00.800 take it? And I take it, I guess, because genetically I take it. I think I also take it because we're
00:01:05.780 doing so well. We're leading everybody by so much. So that helps. But the other question I get the most,
00:01:12.540 probably number two, maybe number one sometimes, is how do we stop them from cheating? People ask me,
00:01:19.520 will they do it again, sir? Because, you know, I'm in Florida now and I drive to various locations and
00:01:26.000 airports and places. Every house has a Trump sign on it. Trump 2024. We got all the votes we need.
00:01:33.340 The risk is what's going to happen during election period. It used to be election day
00:01:37.700 or election night. They'd say election night. But today you don't have that. You have 60 days,
00:01:43.760 40 days, 30 days. You have some states where they have eight days to count the vote after the election
00:01:50.180 is over. How do you have an election when you have to count the vote for? And, you know, the machines
00:01:55.380 are supposed to speed up the process, right? We ought to go to all paper, all paper. You know,
00:02:01.360 they have no watermark paper. It's incredible what you can do with paper. But we go all paper,
00:02:06.780 same day voting and voter ID, a little thing like voter ID. The Democrats are violently against voter
00:02:13.460 ID because it will make it very hard for them to cheat about the Constitution. Well, and American
00:02:20.340 democracies. Michelle Obama has brought up. She's talking about how precious American democracy is
00:02:25.420 and how this is keeping her up at night. Michelle Obama is is one of the people who can make it make a
00:02:31.040 huge choice. Katty K. I look looking at the front page of the The New York Times. They they do a deep
00:02:40.020 dive on Iowa and they talk about how Iowa in 2012 was blue, deep blue and how it's now turned deep red
00:02:50.720 are at least purple and talk about Barack Obama winning in Iowa. And so, you know, we talk with
00:02:59.200 Rev, Reverend Al, a good bit about the fact that Joe Biden's not doing as well with black voters,
00:03:06.660 with people of color as he should be. And so when you hear Michelle Obama or Barack Obama,
00:03:12.380 the first thought, of course, always jumps to man, they can really help energize and inspire the most
00:03:20.200 important vote in the Democratic Party. That is the most loyal vote. And that is getting black voters to
00:03:27.200 the polls to save democracy again, as they did in 2020. But I look at states like Iowa, Wisconsin,
00:03:35.360 Michigan, Pennsylvania, that Barack Obama won. And and it's not just about black voters.
00:03:44.620 The importance of the Obama's getting out, talking to all voters in swing states,
00:03:52.080 it seems to me, especially if you look at their track record, would be extraordinarily helpful.
00:03:59.940 Yeah, I mean, it was interesting reading that piece. And one of the reasons that Iowa has changed is
00:04:04.040 you've had college educated Iowans leaving the state and college educated Americans. This is the
00:04:10.480 big new fault line in America, right? College educated Americans tend to vote more democratic
00:04:14.420 and conservatives without a college degree have stayed behind in the state. I don't know that
00:04:19.840 there's much that even the Obamas could do today to flip Iowa. It's a different state from what it was.
00:04:25.980 But certainly in terms of translating legislative victories, everything that the Biden administration
00:04:31.300 has achieved, which has been considerable into actual votes, whether it's with black voters or
00:04:36.680 whether it's with independent voters, that is something that the master communicator, Barack Obama,
00:04:43.080 certainly ought to be able to help with. It's going to happen in this next election.
00:04:47.160 I am terrified about what could possibly happen because our leaders matter who we select,
00:04:53.600 who speaks for us, who holds that bully pulpit, it affects us in ways that sometimes I think people
00:05:00.880 take for granted. You know, the fact that people think that government, you know, it doesn't really
00:05:07.720 even do anything. And I'm like, oh, my God, does government do everything for us? And we cannot take
00:05:14.060 this democracy for granted. And sometimes I worry that we do. Those are the things that keep me up.
00:05:20.680 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:05:31.720 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly
00:05:38.800 full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop
00:05:42.720 that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share
00:05:47.080 the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:05:55.320 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:06:02.240 this country will be saved.
00:06:05.400 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:06:08.560 It's Tuesday, 9th January in the year of our Lord 2024. Let's go to work. You're here in the
00:06:19.920 War Room. If you haven't noticed, they're already in full panic mode. They're moving to the break the
00:06:29.220 glass. Will the Obamas save us? And the reason is Mike Davis is going to join us first. The complete
00:06:36.520 collapse of all of this, of all their lawfare is before us. Mike Davis is going to talk about that.
00:06:43.020 Schlapp is going to be up on CPAC, the historic CPAC upon us. Dr. Monica Crowley is going to join us.
00:06:48.920 Dr. Crowley is the very first person to point out about the Obamas coming in to save this regime.
00:06:55.300 Of course, they run the regime behind the scenes, but to come in and actually save it in public.
00:06:59.820 We're going to get to all of that. Penny Nance is going to join us. Jim Rickards, really a historic
00:07:07.320 figure on currency, on the Federal Reserve, on all of it. He's coming on today. His newsletter,
00:07:14.520 Strategic Intelligence. And I've got to have him up here because Paul Krugman,
00:07:19.580 Paul Krugman's calling out the War Room, baby. He's all upset that now we're going to pivot,
00:07:24.100 that Trump's going to pivot and start criticizing, wait for it, the Federal Reserve. Who'd have
00:07:30.020 thunk it? Okay, we've got a lot of work to do today in many different areas. Also cash. We've got
00:07:34.860 so much going on in Austin, Mike Johnson, the collapse of his deal, all of it. We've got to
00:07:40.800 man the ramparts. But I've got to start with the one and only Mike Davis. He's the founding member of
00:07:46.600 the Fight Club. Mike, just a broad stroke. I want to start with Fannie. I want to get to Fannie
00:07:50.900 Willis. I want to talk about President Trump, the historic monumental showing up in federal court
00:07:56.620 today, and about the 14th Amendment. Correct me if I'm wrong, brother, but is it all collapsing
00:08:01.840 before our eyes, all of their lawfare, as you told us it would? It is. The Democrat House of Cards is
00:08:09.460 crumbling before them. And there goes their whole election strategy. And, you know, I guess President
00:08:16.140 Biden can't run on his open border and inflation and high interest rates, high mortgage rates,
00:08:23.860 a terrible economy, crime, war, chaos around America, around the world. So they thought that
00:08:30.200 they were just going to throw President Trump in prison for the rest of his life with these
00:08:35.360 four bogus indictments with 91 counts. And that's all backfiring. And then, you know, apparently
00:08:42.120 the two impeachments, two bogus impeachments for nonsense, the four bogus indictments for non-crimes,
00:08:48.340 the two illegal gag orders, the trying to bankrupt Trump's business for non-fraud, that didn't work.
00:08:53.840 They tried to disqualify him. The Supreme Court's going to slap down Colorado for that. That's not
00:08:59.300 going to work. So they're really panicking now. And it looks like it's Michelle Obama's time.
00:09:05.740 So because it was all since they can't run the record, and they dare not touch it. It's all
00:09:13.960 about it's all about the lawfare to take Trump out that way. And the January 6, the January 6 is
00:09:21.160 everything. And Trump's gone on offense on January 6. We finally have gone on offense and said, hey,
00:09:26.060 screw the Republicans. This is something not only do we want to talk about, we need to talk about.
00:09:30.180 Let's go to Fannie Willis. This thing in Mike Roman. And people understand Mike Roman is the man.
00:09:36.920 He's the hammer. They filed this. I want to, this complaint in Georgia is so over the top
00:09:42.500 about what it alleges in there. Walk me through this because, I mean, Fannie Willis actually hired
00:09:48.180 a guy she was having an affair with, paid him, what, $700,000 of government money, and they've been
00:09:54.080 going on trips. I mean, this thing alleges some behavior that's going to put Fannie Willis in prison
00:09:59.800 for a long time. Is it not, sir? Yeah, it could. Here is Roman's allegation that Fannie Willis
00:10:08.160 hired her boyfriends with whom she was having an affair, her married boyfriend, Nathan Wade.
00:10:16.120 Fannie Willis is a homewrecker and destroyed the marriage. She paid him, you know, over $700,000.
00:10:24.820 Sometimes if you look at the billing, you have blocked billing for like eight hours of time
00:10:30.240 for vague descriptions, $2,000 a day. And like you said, they went on these trips around the world,
00:10:38.220 around the country, around the world. That's very clearly illegal. That's very clearly illegal
00:10:43.520 under both federal corruption laws and state corruption laws. It's also unethical. And I don't
00:10:50.760 know how Fannie Willis, if these allegations are true, not only can Fannie Willis and her
00:10:55.840 boyfriend, alleged boyfriend, Nathan Wade, not remain on these Trump cases, they may go to prison.
00:11:05.840 So walk us through the process, because I love the fact that we're going on offense now.
00:11:11.580 Walk me through the process of, he makes this complaint. What's the next step for this? Fannie Willis
00:11:16.800 will never step down from this because you're going to have to dig her out of there with a trenching
00:11:20.480 tool because she understands just like Biden, once you leave the apparatus of control, you're fair
00:11:26.200 game for a lot of payback, not from the Trump people, but from people down in Fulton County and
00:11:30.620 others have been looking, looking to get her scalp for a long time. So walk us through the process
00:11:35.100 as it regards President Trump in this, in this bizarre RICO charge that looks like she won't be able to pull
00:11:41.680 off a trial for a couple of years. Yeah, I mean, this charge is, look, this Nathan Wade did not have
00:11:48.580 any experience whatsoever running these types of felony cases that he was brought in to run,
00:11:55.380 especially a RICO case. And that's why Fannie Willis and her alleged boyfriend, Nathan Wade's
00:12:01.480 criminal complaint against Trump and 18 co-defendants is such a joke. It's like they just took food and
00:12:09.240 threw it against the wall, right? And it makes sense now if you look at this Nathan Wade, he's a total
00:12:14.440 clown, just like Fannie Willis. And then you wonder why would she pick this guy to run this? Well,
00:12:19.540 it makes sense now. It's her boyfriend and her boyfriend's paying, using this taxpayer money to
00:12:24.600 take these trips around the world, allegedly. So what's going to have to happen is this judge is
00:12:30.300 going to have to determine whether this indictment in the first place against Trump and these 18
00:12:36.080 co-defendants is even legitimate, right? If you have corruption with the appointment
00:12:40.880 of this special prosecutor, Fannie Willis's appointment of her alleged boyfriend, who's
00:12:47.480 not qualified for the job and apparently didn't take the oath of office properly, then this whole
00:12:52.680 indictment may be invalid. Separate from that, you should move to dismiss with prejudice just because
00:12:57.900 this is so obviously corrupt to anyone with the brain. I mean, this is like a Veep episode down
00:13:04.240 there. Like you pick your boyfriend to run the most important piece of your life. He's not
00:13:10.340 qualified to do it. And then you reward yourself with kickbacks. I mean, this is, this is insane.
00:13:17.940 Yeah. Even for Fulton County, this is too over the top because it leads you to the fact that
00:13:23.080 one of her driving motives was to get the alleged boyfriend on the payroll, pay him a ton of money.
00:13:27.960 They would go party throughout the country. And if the thing stuck, it stuck, but it shows you
00:13:33.080 she had a whole different motive and attention or allegedly had a different motive and attention.
00:13:38.440 Obviously people are going to get to the facts, but Mike Roman is what we would call a detail
00:13:42.720 guy, right? He's a, he's a in the trenches, uh, detail guy. Uh, just the process we're going to
00:13:49.360 go to break. I got to hold you in cause we've got to talk about what's happening with the immunity
00:13:52.660 today in, in Washington DC and the 14th amendment. Um, what is your, what do you think the judge
00:13:58.560 will move quickly on this? Well, it's the, the three judge panel on the DC circuit court. It's
00:14:05.860 no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I mean on, I mean, I mean, I mean on the Fannie Willis, do you think that
00:14:09.800 judge will move quickly on Fannie Willis to come to some conclusion? Yeah. I mean, this, this Georgia
00:14:14.500 trial judge should issue a show cause order and ask Fannie Willis and her alleged boyfriend, Nathan
00:14:20.320 Wade to explain themselves and kick this case of these allegations are true. Here's another damning
00:14:27.120 piece of this very quickly. Remember the Biden administration, president Biden said they had
00:14:32.060 no involvement with these prosecutions. This Nathan Wade actually sent bills, bills to the state of
00:14:38.860 Georgia, to the taxpayers of Georgia for his two meetings with the Biden white house, one on May
00:14:45.180 23rd, 2022 before Fannie Willis's indictment with the white house council. Yeah. Hang on for one
00:14:53.200 second. We're going to get into that after a short break. Mike Davis is with us.
00:14:57.120 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of 2024
00:15:04.540 will be a tumultuous year like no other. How will your hard earned savings fare during this year?
00:15:11.900 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store,
00:15:16.300 the dollar continues to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase.

00:16:19.140 Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:21.220 Okay, just a, I want to, I want to frame this. In the last 72 hours, this has happened because of
00:16:30.420 the disastrous Valley Forge and then his yesterday, his over-the-top speech. This is Biden in South
00:16:36.660 Carolina. But it goes back to actually before Christmas, a couple days before Christmas,
00:16:40.840 where Obama went to the White House to have a lunch with, excuse me, Obama went to the White House
00:16:45.820 to have a lunch with Biden and told him, yo, bro, there's no urgency. There's no focus.
00:16:51.220 Focus. You know, don't think Trump's going to lay down. Trump is a formidable figure. He's a great
00:16:57.280 communicator and he throws haymakers and we're not going to have the mail-in ballots. So you got
00:17:02.900 to get off the dime and get rolling here. What Mike Davis has said from the beginning, he said,
00:17:09.040 look, this has been totally controlled. This law for a situation, but totally controlled by the
00:17:13.720 White House, the White House counsel. And he was a Costangelo. Alvin Bragg, they deputized,
00:17:20.380 they sent a guy into Alvin Bragg's situation to make sure because Alvin Bragg is not Louis Brandeis.
00:17:25.840 Okay. You follow me with this? You're with me? So they had to airdrop a guy in there from the
00:17:31.580 Justice Department to get that thing organized. Now we have Fannie Willis, which has all this
00:17:36.700 potential criminality of with her alleged boyfriend, you know, Fannie Willis, homewrecker,
00:17:42.660 that alleged homewrecker, that shows up. But even more importantly, guess what? When the brother's
00:17:50.800 billing $700,000, he's got to, he bills meetings at the White House. Let's see. He's working for
00:17:59.180 Fannie Willis. He's the head guy on the RICO charge. He flies to Washington, D.C. on two separate
00:18:03.780 occasions, bills him for it. I guess unless he's a criminal that's billing for stuff he's not doing.
00:18:09.420 Again, help me out here, Davis. I'm not too familiar with how you lawyers work. Doesn't
00:18:14.920 that mean that he's there to talk to the White House counsel's office about the prosecution of
00:18:20.420 Trump in Atlanta, sir?
00:18:22.240 Yeah. I mean, he has two bills, one on May 23rd, 2022 for $2,000 for travel to Athens. I presume
00:18:31.080 that's Athens, Georgia, conference with White House counsel. So we have to look. Was Biden down in
00:18:36.900 Athens, Georgia on May 23rd, 2022? Or did this White House counsel make a trip down there? What
00:18:44.320 was the purpose of this trip? Obviously, this trip, this meeting is about Trump's case, this
00:18:50.580 process, this unprecedented prosecution of Trump by Fannie Willis and her alleged boyfriend, Nathan
00:18:57.320 Wade, because Nathan Wade billed for $2,000 of his time for this meeting with the White House
00:19:03.880 counsel. So the White House can't say that this meeting was not related to Trump. Wade is stupid
00:19:10.140 enough to put in his billing that's publicly disclosed that he met with the White House
00:19:14.700 counsel related to President Trump's prosecution. Like you said, not Brandeis, not even close. And I
00:19:21.940 can't believe that Fannie Willis would bring in this unqualified clown, even if it's her boyfriend,
00:19:27.980 even if this clown takes her on trips around the world to run the most important case of her career.
00:19:33.900 She's just a total buffoon. And then there's this second meeting, interview with DC slash White
00:19:42.200 House counsel on November 18th, 2022. Again, a block billing for 2,000 hours. I'm looking at this
00:19:49.360 Nathan Wade's bills. He doesn't have a lot of specifics in these bills. They're block bills for
00:19:55.500 2,000 hours, $2,000 a pop each day or more. So there's clear coordination. There's clear
00:20:05.520 coordination between Biden and these prosecutors. Remember, it was Deputy White House counsel,
00:20:10.780 Jonathan Suh, who waived President Trump's claim of executive privilege on behalf of President Trump
00:20:17.240 that led to the unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home raid on President Trump for the presidential
00:20:23.980 records he's allowed to have in the office of former president under the Presidential Records Act.
00:20:28.620 It was Matthew Colangelo who got sent as a senior political appointee in the Biden Justice Department,
00:20:35.680 the number two to the number three who got sent to Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's office, the Soros Fund
00:20:41.820 at Manhattan DA, to resurrect this zombie case against Trump that the prior Manhattan DA,
00:20:47.900 the Manhattan U.S. Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Alvin Bragg himself passed on until
00:20:53.740 this Biden official went to Bragg's office and brought the first indictment ever against a former
00:20:59.500 president. And now we have this Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis's alleged boyfriend who had these meetings
00:21:06.040 with the White House, including a meeting with the White House counsel before the indictment of
00:21:11.340 President Trump. There is clear, obvious coordination between the Biden White House
00:21:16.540 and these four, these prosecutors, these three different prosecutors on these four different
00:21:22.260 indictments against President Trump. And I would say to the Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan,
00:21:26.700 it's time to have hearings immediately.
00:21:30.860 Like immediately, like this afternoon. Let's go to the immunity today. President Trump
00:21:36.160 showing up in federal court, which they weren't, they weren't, they didn't think. Walk me through
00:21:43.520 what's going to happen today. Well, this is a three-judge panel of the D.C. circuit.
00:21:49.260 Judge Obama, D.C. Obama Judge Tanya Shuckin took the bait from Biden's special counsel, Jack Smith.
00:21:57.060 The Scud missile Democrats send it to take out presidential contenders like he did with former
00:22:01.600 governor, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell. The D.C. Obama Judge Tanya Shuckin broadly held that a
00:22:09.680 former president doesn't have immunity both criminally and civilly for his official duties,
00:22:14.800 like members of Congress do under the speech or debate clause, like federal judges do under judicial
00:22:20.100 immunity. So the D.C. circuit now needs to decide whether a former president at a baseline minimum
00:22:26.820 has criminal immunity for their official acts. And I don't think the D.C. circuit is going to say
00:22:31.800 that there's criminal immunity, which is silly. So the Supreme Court is going to have to step in
00:22:36.420 and reverse Jack Smith again for the third time unanimously. It should be unanimously, but it should
00:22:43.020 be nine to nothing. But I don't think the three Democrat justices on the Supreme Court are actually
00:22:49.240 going to follow their judicial oaths and follow the law here. I think they're going to be
00:22:52.740 partisan activists. And so it might be six to three. But there's no question that if you don't have
00:23:00.220 immunity from criminal prosecution for presidents for their official acts or the outer perimeter of
00:23:06.160 their official acts, which is the current case law for civil immunity, then does that mean the Trump 47
00:23:11.800 Justice Department can indict for capital murder President Obama for ordering an extrajudicial drone
00:23:18.920 strike on two American citizens, including a 16 year old? Does that mean that Trump 47 Justice
00:23:24.800 Department can indict President Biden for manslaughter for his reckless withdrawal from Afghanistan that
00:23:31.620 led to the deaths of American service members? I don't think Democrats really want to go down this
00:23:37.180 path because there's no question. Yeah, but yeah, but yeah, but I want. Yeah, I want to go down this
00:23:42.400 path. And they continue that. Why not? I love both of those ideas. What's good for the goose is even
00:23:47.120 better for the gander. OK, I like those ideas, though. See, this is why you're going to be attorney
00:23:51.620 general. You're always thinking of going on offense. Fourteenth Amendment. Where does where does that
00:23:57.200 fiasco where does that fiasco stand right now, Mike Davis? If that's not a nine to nothing reversal
00:24:03.520 by the Supreme Court, this Colorado Supreme Court, just with these four left wing Democrat hacks on the
00:24:10.780 Colorado Supreme Court in a four to three decision, it was they're so egregious that the other three
00:24:15.320 Democrats on this seven to nothing Democrat Colorado Supreme Court. Three of them thought
00:24:20.420 four of their colleagues were just way too crazy and called them out in dissents. If the U.S. Supreme
00:24:25.340 Court does not take this case and immediately reverse it nine to nothing, there is something
00:24:30.840 fundamentally flawed with the Supreme Court. It's at least going to be six to six to three. I think it
00:24:37.280 might be seven to two with Kagan because she's she wants to pretend like she's not this crazy. She wants
00:24:42.640 to be more strategic and tactical than this. But Sotomayor and Jackson, the dueling emotive
00:24:49.620 justices, who knows what they'll do. But this should be nine to nothing.
00:24:56.080 Your theory of the case here, you said it from the very beginning, the lawfare is going to crash,
00:25:00.260 eventually going to crash as a house of cards. Mike Davis, you're on a roll. Where do people get
00:25:05.020 on your Twitter because you're keeping people totally up to speed on that. And also Article three,
00:25:09.320 where do folks go to find out more about your work? Article three project.org article number
00:25:14.180 three project.org. You can donate there at article three project at article number three project on
00:25:20.060 Twitter, Twitter truth. And my personal is at MRD, DMIA, MRD, DMIA. And thank you, Steve.
00:25:27.120 Davis, very good job. Bravo Zulu. And for Mike Roman, pretty good, pretty good complaint. We're
00:25:36.840 going to follow that one closely. You can't make this up. If you pitch this in a Hollywood room with
00:25:41.460 executives, they throw you out. It's just too over the top. Thank you, Mike Davis. Thank you.
00:25:46.680 See, left to their own devices, the Democrats will always overplay their hand. They always do that.
00:25:50.500 They can't control themselves. Matt Schlapp, an historic CPAC is coming upon us at what,
00:25:56.260 at the end of February, beginning of March. Can you walk us through it?
00:25:59.560 Yeah. Let me just first say that with what this news in Georgia is, you know, Republicans and
00:26:06.120 people that are victims of lawfare, they get on defense and they get shell-shocked. And what we
00:26:10.680 got to learn to do is immediately start investigating who are the ones on the attack? Because it's not
00:26:16.180 just conservatives who are human beings that have a story to tell. There's a lot of liberals that are
00:26:20.600 human beings that have a story to tell. And that story is pretty odious. So good job to Mike.
00:26:24.660 Uh, and, uh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Hang on. Hang on.
00:26:29.260 Your point is well taken. Make the hunters become the hunted. Okay. That's what you're seeing in
00:26:34.520 Fannie Willis right now. Fannie Willis is going to end up in jail. If this thing is true, if these
00:26:38.420 allegations of Mike Roman's complaint are true, she's going to end up in jail because this is,
00:26:43.260 these are just outrageous crimes. Go ahead, sir. The other thing, just, it's very important to
00:26:47.900 understand is she got very, very, uh, simple plea deals with a lot of people because there was so
00:26:55.040 much, you know, fear associated with the power she had, uh, down there in the County. And what I think
00:27:01.860 people are going to realize is, is that, wait a minute, why, why did we get scared? Uh, why don't
00:27:06.260 we immediately go out and expose their weaknesses? And that's what's now happening. And that's what has
00:27:11.040 to happen in all these cases. We're seeing this with Lloyd Austin at DOD. We're seeing this all over
00:27:15.800 the Biden ministers, but I want to give one charge. Here's our problem. Name besides Austin with this
00:27:21.280 outrageous, uh, healthcare, whatever you call it, charade, name the Biden people that are currently
00:27:27.920 under investigation that don't begin with the first name, Hunter, name the cabinet secretaries,
00:27:32.740 name the white house council, but most people can't even name the white house council. Who's
00:27:35.800 might be coordinating on these things. It's outrageous that the Republicans aren't working
00:27:40.700 with their power, the gavels that they have to put the Biden administration on defense.
00:27:45.320 We play patty cake. And if we keep playing patty cake, there's not a country to defend
00:27:49.980 it. Uh, in fact, we're going to talk about CPAC where we're not going to play patty
00:27:56.300 cake. We're going to turn the guns around. Good. As they say in Nelson's Navy, Matt
00:28:01.400 Slap's going to join us short commercial break. Modern day Holy war takes us out. I think
00:28:05.840 we've got a special clip coming back. You can't handle the truth. The truth is the clowns running
00:28:22.140 this joint live for chaos. Many of our problems as a country could be solved overnight, but the
00:28:29.500 establishment lets them be destruction fuels them. If you can handle that truth, you need to visit

00:29:56.180 Okay. That's from Glenn Gary, Glenn Ross, uh, Alex ball, Alex ball, right there. Uh, why do I play that?
00:30:02.520 Because, uh, speaker Johnson, his staff, I'm sure it's not the speaker, but his staff is trolling people
00:30:08.900 today on, um, kind of exclusive, I guess on, uh, Jake Sherman's, um, punch bowl, which is the number
00:30:17.040 one site that covers the hill they put up and we've got it up on the screen right now.
00:30:22.720 Johnson's got a logo. His staff came up with the logo. I'm not kidding you. The logo is like these
00:30:28.140 glasses, like an intellectual would know those big glasses he wears. That's it with everything,
00:30:34.100 the collapse of his deal, the embarrassment that the, the, the cratering of everything he said about
00:30:39.540 the border. And he put up on a day, 64 things on the border that Biden's done wrong. We know what
00:30:44.200 Biden's done wrong. Fine. Glad you put it up, but either shut down the border or shut down the
00:30:49.140 government. And this deal that you cut and I put it up last night, one of the basic tenants of
00:30:55.300 Christianity is thou shalt not lie. You're lying to people about the deal you cut. They, they,
00:31:01.200 they have more spending than they ever had. You even cratered on the side pocket deal that we
00:31:06.700 could take out with McCarthy and your staff has the gall to put up your logo like these
00:31:11.960 intellectual glasses. Yo, dude, you've got to prove to us right now, the worm, you're a three
00:31:16.420 digit IQ because your incompetence. And that's what I'm saying. Incompetence is shocking. Now we've
00:31:24.660 made the war room and grace and Mo and all of us have made a recommendation and that's where
00:31:29.560 you got at the bottom. A set of a set of, we want it to be steel, but we'll take them brass.
00:31:36.820 You need, you need, you don't need glasses as your logo. You need those balls as your logo
00:31:41.060 and you need to start showing it because you come out. If this is the Christian worldview and
00:31:46.920 you're showing it the world, you're going to have people converting to Islam. Okay. You got to step
00:31:52.480 into the breach. What you've done and this thing you're rolling out is a total and complete disaster.
00:31:57.420 And let me be blunt. It ain't going to pass. I have never seen such anger. And I mean, raw anger
00:32:04.120 of being betrayed as by members of the war and posse and other people and people in Congress
00:32:09.100 that have come to me and people in the MAGA movement that are outraged that you have not
00:32:13.500 decided. And particularly you go down with that photo op, you go down with the photo op and you're
00:32:17.800 now going to tell us, Oh, that's really just for the supplemental. No, bro. We're not approving
00:32:22.320 anything, no funding whatsoever. You're going to try to slide in and kind of worm in. Oh no,
00:32:27.180 I was really talking about if they don't do the supplemental and we want to do something. No,
00:32:30.500 no, this is about anything. They don't get one penny. And you sit there and send this letter out. Oh,
00:32:36.760 I took 10 billion out from the IRS and I've got $6 billion. It's a two to two and a half trillion
00:32:42.920 dollar deficit, man. Can't you count? So once you take the glass, did he prove to me that you can
00:32:48.580 count? Take the glasses off as a logo and you ought to fire the staffer, the recommended because that
00:32:55.040 is a total and complete joke. Matt Schlapp, we got to put some spine in these guys. We've got some
00:33:02.240 fighters. We don't have enough. And right now is the fight. So tell me how CPAC is going to get us
00:33:06.480 fired up for 2024. We can fire off the football brother. Well, the first thing is I'm here to say that
00:33:12.860 Steve Bannon is our first announced speaker at CPAC. And Steve, I'll let you tell your audience
00:33:17.920 what you think we need to be talking about or what you're going to talk about. But I know you and I
00:33:22.060 have talked about two things. We've talked about the weaponization of government. We've talked about
00:33:27.220 the weakness and the soft underbelly of the party most of us associate ourselves with. And then we've
00:33:33.060 talked about the match that's been lit on this populist conservative uprising that's going on across
00:33:40.580 the globe. And so at CPAC, I can tell you this, we're going to have hundreds of medical professionals
00:33:44.880 with Dr. Malone talking about WHO and the rise of tyranny in healthcare. That's going to be a new
00:33:51.000 component of CPAC. And all of our partnering countries are coming over to help pitch in in
00:33:57.120 this conversation in America about why America has to stand strong. We're going to have Hungary. We're
00:34:01.580 going to have Brazil. We're going to have Mexico. We're going to have all these countries, Korea,
00:34:04.860 Japan, who we partner with, new ones like Romania coming as well. And everybody wants to be a part
00:34:11.800 of this international movement to empower individual people.
00:34:17.760 No, with this, and we're doing every day, and we started last week, every night is a special on
00:34:22.660 the run-up to Taiwan because this is a historic year. 40% of the people in the world are going to
00:34:26.240 vote. It's all populist nationalism versus the globalist. That's why. And every one of these will
00:34:30.520 be a building block like Brexit was in 2016. Let me ask you a question. Since you've taken over
00:34:37.080 CPAC and turned it around, how many times has President Trump come and addressed CPAC?
00:34:41.260 I think it's something like 15 times to national events. And the other thing about Trump that
00:34:46.140 people don't understand is not only does he show up and give it his all, I mean, speeches that last
00:34:51.560 hours, I always wonder, like, why doesn't he have to have a bathroom break? A guy my age can't go for
00:34:57.100 more than an hour without running to the bathroom. But he's an Iron Man. But the other thing he does,
00:35:02.360 Stephen, you know this, he keeps up with us. He keeps up with Mercy and me. He's trying to help us.
00:35:07.080 He cares about this cause.
00:35:10.660 No, it's huge. What else? By the way, so the thing of the soft underbelly, what are we going to do on
00:35:15.220 that? I realize that the place is always flooded with politicians. I think it's brilliant that you
00:35:19.320 brought it back to D.C. You need that as a central location. The ones throughout the country have
00:35:23.840 been fantastic. The Florida ones, the Texas ones, the ones you've done internationally.
00:35:28.180 But to bring the mothership, you got to do it and you got to do it at the beginning of the year
00:35:31.460 in D.C. Talk to me about that soft underbelly. What types of speakers are we going to see?
00:35:37.060 What types of folks?
00:35:38.000 Okay, so right behind Steve Bannon, today is the first official day. We have so many good
00:35:42.660 speakers, I'm going to read it. We got Carrie Lake, who's going to win that Senate race
00:35:45.560 out in Arizona. As I said, we got Dr. Robert Malone, who's going to host this
00:35:49.100 really important medical international conference during CPAC. We got Mark Levin and his beautiful
00:35:55.280 and smart wife, Julie, who will always take the stage. We got Sarah Carter. And we got Kevin
00:36:00.520 Hassett and KT McFarland, two Trump veterans who are going to join us as well. That's just the
00:36:05.240 beginning shot. I mean, I have to say with ticket sales and everything else, this is the beginning
00:36:09.820 of it all. This is South Carolina primary is going to be during CPAC. This is a really important
00:36:14.280 moment to start to have this conversation about how we're going to take Biden out of office.
00:36:18.180 Now, can we give the dates and you've also done some of the things very smart. You've
00:36:23.380 radically discounted the tickets because you want as many of the populist nationalist movement
00:36:28.020 there. This is not about having a lot of cash to be able to come. So talk to me about the price,
00:36:32.080 what you guys have done on that. And also, where is it and how do people get involved right now?
00:36:36.880 Steve, I have this reputation for being cheap, you know, and I got to like, I got to overcome
00:36:41.000 this terrible reputation. So the way we're looking at tickets and stuff like that, we're selling
00:36:45.100 losses. Let's just get people there. Let's get as many people there. Let's have the fire
00:36:49.340 marshal all over saying there's too many people there. So it's less than a hundred bucks for four
00:36:53.820 days in a very expensive union hotel. And you can go to CPAC.org and get your tickets. If you're a
00:36:59.900 student, the tickets are half that price. We have discounts on our Reagan dinner event, which is a
00:37:06.940 big deal every on Friday night. So look, this thing is going to be an extravaganza and there's going to
00:37:11.540 be a lot of things going on around CPAC. We have all the breakout rooms back. As I said,
00:37:16.320 we have these conferences on top. We're going to spend a lot of time talking about J6, the
00:37:20.860 weaponization of our government, naming names, doing the research and helping grassroots activists know
00:37:26.940 how they can shame these people who are trying to destroy the people who love America.
00:37:34.820 The, where do people go? I want to make sure people go right now. And while we get everybody
00:37:39.540 jacked up and what site do they go to, where do they go on the site to make sure they get tickets?
00:37:44.900 Just type in CPAC.org. It'll take your right to purchasing tickets. And it's all there in black
00:37:51.880 and white, or you can call our office. Our number's right there on the website. And one of our, one of
00:37:56.580 our non-woke student or grandma volunteers will take very good care of you and get you signed up. You
00:38:02.240 don't want to miss this one. I mean, we, it's our capital too, Steve, and we seeded it and it was easy to
00:38:07.140 go to Texas and it was easy to go to Florida. It's easy to go to Tennessee. But if we don't
00:38:11.480 take back DC and make all these woke, uh, radicalized bureaucrats understand that we're
00:38:16.360 not seeding an inch of ground in DC, uh, we'll lose the whole country. So it's very, very important
00:38:21.020 that we plant a flag in DC. Look, look, we're winning in November. We're going to take, we're
00:38:26.240 on the afternoon of the 20th. We're back into the white house. We're back into all the executive
00:38:29.840 branches. Guys are working on this nonstop. That's part of CPAC. We had a great time last year. Our audience
00:38:35.060 had a great time. We're going to have the show there live for four hours a day, breakout sessions
00:38:39.160 all over, bringing the entire team. Matt, thank you so much. You, uh, you and Mercedes, a fantastic
00:38:43.960 job. Everybody looks forward to this. We'll drive people to the site today. Matt Schlapp,
00:38:48.180 head of American conservative union that puts on the, uh, puts on CPAC. Thank you, brother.
00:38:52.540 Looking forward to this. It's going to be a blast folks. So we're going to make sure we get a huge
00:38:57.780 contingent there. We're going to have a lot of stuff to talk about. Um, the other thing too,
00:39:03.460 on the turbulence and what's happening in the world, I'll be doing a lot of analysis
00:39:07.560 and discussion of this. Uh, we get Jim Rickards coming up in a while. Uh, want to make sure
00:39:12.420 you go to Birch gold, go to birch gold right now.com slash Bannon. Talk to Philip Patrick
00:39:17.260 and the team. Now's the time for you guys to get hardwired in and talk to Philip Patrick
00:39:20.500 and the team about precious metals as a hedge, as a hedge against times of turbulence. Cause
00:39:27.360 baby, you see what's happening in Atlanta today with Fannie Willis. It's going to get
00:39:32.440 even crazier and crazier. You haven't seen anything yet. And of course we've got the
00:39:36.480 Taiwan specials we're doing every night. Uh, last night was just fantastic. Of course,
00:39:40.520 Lou Dobbs follows us now, uh, on Lindell TV after our six o'clock show. He follows his seven
00:39:45.400 fantastic interview with president Trump last night. Dr. Monica Crowley, uh, Dr. Crowley,
00:39:51.240 you were the first, I think he did it. You said it or some, and we had you on the show right
00:39:54.920 after back in 22, was it? You said, watch out for Michelle Obama. The Obamas are not going to
00:40:00.660 let this thing slip away with an incompetent like a Joe Biden. Yeah. Hey, great to see
00:40:06.220 you, Steve. Um, yeah. Our good friend, Joel Gilbert produced a film, a documentary in early
00:40:12.320 2022 called Michelle Obama, 2024. I had him on my podcast. We talked about it. And then
00:40:18.380 I took the main stage at CPAC late February of 2022, along with our good friend, Jack Posovic
00:40:24.740 and some others. And I raised the possibility of Michelle Obama. And you could hear a pin drop
00:40:31.260 in that auditorium, Steve. I got to tell you, when I mentioned the possibility of Michelle Obama being
00:40:37.340 the Democrat nominee, you could hear total silence in that auditorium. Thousands of people just went,
00:40:44.300 collective gasp, because it had not occurred to anybody. But, you know, Joel really lays it out
00:40:49.880 very well in his documentary, lays out that Michelle Obama's a complete fraud when it comes to race,
00:40:55.900 race issues and embracing her blackness and the rest of it. So I recommend it to everybody.
00:41:01.940 But now we're at the point where the Democrats have to make a decision. And the powers that be,
00:41:07.480 the leftist power brokers, I think, have now decided that this is not 2020. They cannot run this
00:41:14.560 corrupt, demented hack called Joe Biden from the basement again. They cannot do it. And, you know,
00:41:22.000 they've made too much progress over the last four years and the previous eight under Barack Obama
00:41:26.540 to allow another Trump victory to interrupt all of that. So, you know, obviously we're living through
00:41:33.920 Obama 3.0 right now. Barack and Michelle want Obama 4.0 and 5.0. And what better way to achieve that
00:41:42.540 than by running her. No, they've got, I mean, they've infiltrated the White House. I mean,
00:41:49.100 the thing is controlled by Obama. That's an open secret in D.C. But under no circumstances,
00:41:54.700 they understand this movement is much tougher and more sophisticated than we were at the very
00:42:00.560 beginning back in 1415. And then with President Trump in the White House, as great as his first
00:42:05.500 term was of peace and prosperity, they understand that, you know, peace, prosperity, and number three on
00:42:10.980 the three things we have to accomplish is the deconstruction of the administrative state.
00:42:15.680 And that's how you heard in that clip, Michelle Obama goes, I can't believe people are so apathetic
00:42:20.020 about what does government do? Government does everything for us. I mean, they lay out their
00:42:25.700 theory of the case right there. They control the government. They control the government.
00:42:29.620 And they control that. What do you think? I got about a minute here. I'm holding you through
00:42:33.780 the break. I want to talk about President Nixon and this situation with Austin. What do they have a
00:42:39.820 convening authority? One of the things I hear from Democrats, they can't figure out how to actually
00:42:45.740 they don't have a mechanism for digging Biden out of there unless he resigns. And they think that's
00:42:50.420 low probability given the investigations. What do you think about that? What is the how do they
00:42:54.380 actually remove him? Yeah, they got a huge problem because they've got to get rid of not one person,
00:43:00.240 but two. They got to figure out a way of removing Joe Biden. And I think the Hunter Biden prosecutions
00:43:06.180 are all of a piece here, Steve. I think it's all related because they want to put so much pressure
00:43:13.140 on the Biden family that Joe Biden will have the convenient excuse of saying my son who I love is
00:43:19.980 going through all of this. And so I've got to step aside for the benefit of my family and make sure that
00:43:25.980 Hunter survives these prosecutions. So they're trying to give him an out that way, but they also have to
00:43:32.100 get rid of. Hang on one second. We're going to bring you. We're going to just announce a huge
00:43:38.220 holiday sale. Let me tell you why this is important. They're predicting another triple
00:43:43.420 demic this year. And the best way to fight a cold or flu is not to get it in the first place. That's
00:43:48.280 why I got EnviroCleanse here in the war room in the Breitbart embassy. The new science in home air
00:43:55.180 purification is EnviroCleanse. The reason I love it, it was approved by the Department of Defense for use
00:43:59.780 on Navy combatants. As you guys know, I used to be on a Navy combatants. Now they have a limited
00:44:05.400 time holiday sale. You'll save 30 percent. This is a one-time good deal. So why did I choose
00:44:11.020 EnviroCleanse over all the others? Because EnviroCleanse is proven to capture and destroy
00:44:15.260 cold and flu viruses over other purifiers. EnviroCleanse military-grade technology wipes
00:44:22.400 out bacteria, toxins, and mold that can make you sick. This is why the Navy chose EnviroCleanse to
00:44:28.740 protect the air on board our Navy combatants. Get EnviroCleanse for your home. The viruses will
00:44:34.740 take care, the viruses take down your family will be gone. Right now, you'll save 30 percent
00:44:39.860 during their holiday sale. Plus, you get fast, free shipping. I'll repeat that, free shipping.
00:44:45.940 Visit ekpure.com, that's ekpure.com, and use the code STEVE30 for 30 percent off. ekpure.com,
00:44:57.140 STEVE30 for 30 percent off. That's ekpure.com, code STEVE30, ekpure.com. Take action, use your agency,
00:45:08.260 make sure you get ahead of this before flu season hits. Do it today. Here's your host,
00:45:14.260 Stephen K. Mann. Okay, for your notebook tonight at six, we're going to have, we got Joe Allen at the
00:45:21.880 Consumer Electronics Show, CES in Las Vegas. He's going to be on talking about additional updates on
00:45:26.940 artificial intelligence, other things that are breaking out there. We're going to have Laura
00:45:31.580 Loomer with a field report from Iowa of exactly what's going on there in the run-up to the caucus.
00:45:36.300 Then we're going to pivot to Taiwan. We've got wall-to-wall coverage with a team there,
00:45:40.460 with Colonel Mills, new federal state. Nicole's going to join us. We're going to have Dr. Thayer
00:45:45.280 again, a packed house. So that's tonight, talking about elections. One thing in CES is quite obvious,
00:45:51.140 cyber and AI is starting to merge. This is why home title lock right now is more important than ever
00:45:56.140 for you guys to go. Just go to the site, talk to one of the consultants, find out why you need to
00:46:01.940 find out about how to protect your title. Your title insurance doesn't do this. People
00:46:06.220 run into misconception. The cyber criminality is only going to explode, and that's because
00:46:11.840 there's new, the merger of artificial intelligence with it. Joe Allen's going to give us an update
00:46:16.920 about that from CES. And the guys in Taiwan are going to talk about some of the concerns they've
00:46:20.960 got in the Taiwan election as the CCP's all over them. So that's tonight. Six, make sure you go to
00:46:25.880 home title lock dot com. Also, people say, hey, how do I get jacked up in the morning as jacked up as
00:46:30.880 the team at War Room? It's quite simple. War Path Coffee. The Dark Roast, warpath.coffee slash
00:46:36.200 War Room. Get the Dark Roast. You're going to say, well, Steve, the Dark Roast is too bitter. Not this
00:46:40.660 Dark Roast. Go check it out. We've worked on this for a year, year and a half with Tej Gill and the
00:46:44.420 team of Navy SEALs over there. Also, they've got the Mild Roast, the Breakfast Blends, all of that,
00:46:49.220 if that's what you like. But I recommend you try the Dark Roast. I think if you try
00:46:53.300 it, which is, I think, the best way to roast, you know, is the French tell us so many things
00:46:58.580 and teach us so many things. It's the French roast way. And we roast them here a little
00:47:03.500 differently to take the acid out, the acidic nature of it. Monica Crowley, General Austin,
00:47:13.180 you're an expert in this. You were comms over at Treasury, but your background is as much
00:47:17.660 in national security policy. And in fact, you're the shortlist, I'm sure, for national
00:47:22.860 security advisor in the second Trump term. General Austin, have you ever, in your 20 or 30 years
00:47:30.980 of doing this, have you ever seen anything like this? Well, that's very sweet of you to say, Steve.
00:47:36.100 Thank you. Look, I've never seen anything like this. I have been blessed to have now worked for two
00:47:42.360 American presidents, Richard Nixon in his last years. And by the way, today is Richard Nixon's
00:47:47.240 111th birthday. So maybe we could talk about that. And also President Trump. And having met
00:47:54.680 every living president and been around this game for a long time, this kind of thing is absolutely
00:48:02.260 unprecedented. Lloyd Austin destroyed the chain of command. He is one of two national security
00:48:08.640 authorities in the country, the other being the commander in chief. Commander in chief doesn't know
00:48:13.760 what planet he's on most of the time. And now you have a defense secretary where we have
00:48:19.040 kinetic actions where the U.S. is involved around the world, the Middle East, Eastern Europe,
00:48:24.580 other areas, China on the march, China telling President Biden that they're ready to move on
00:48:29.340 Taiwan. And you have no secretary of defense. He is incapacitated. And the deputy secretary of
00:48:35.840 defense is out there sipping umbrella drinks on a beach in Puerto Rico. This is completely
00:48:42.800 unacceptable. Look, when I was at Treasury, every single time the Treasury secretary,
00:48:48.520 Steven Mnuchin, would sneeze, we would get inquiries from the New York Times and the Washington
00:48:53.740 Book. Oh, we heard that this secretary sneezed. Can you tell us, does he have a cold? How many tissues
00:48:59.500 did he use? Was it just one sneeze or multiple sneezes? The fact that the press here has zero
00:49:06.300 curiosity about the secretary of defense being in the ICU and not disclosing it to his boss,
00:49:13.640 to the chief of staff, to anybody else for days on end is completely outrageous.
00:49:19.600 Okay, that froze going out. Okay, we're going to read, let's reboot Monica because I got to ask
00:49:31.560 her about Nixon also. She's absolutely a thousand percent correct. Not one percent correct, a thousand
00:49:36.740 percent correct. Cash Patel has done an amazing, Cash Patel has done an amazing piece that he's got
00:49:42.680 up, I think on Gateway Pundit, about the National Command military authority. Remember, this is all
00:49:49.060 black letter law. Now, some of it's behind walls because of national security and the classification,
00:49:54.480 but there are only two people that can actually launch a nuclear weapon. Now, the secretary of
00:50:00.980 defense can't do it without the president. That's what the football is about. But you have to, I was
00:50:06.340 an aide, a special assistant to the CNO after I came off sea duty on the day that President Reagan
00:50:12.940 took office in 1981 at Cap Weiberger was Secretary of Defense. It is incomprehensible that the CNO
00:50:19.320 doesn't know immediately every movement of the Secretary of Defense. Because remember, we had two
00:50:25.120 attacks last week on a carrier battle group in the Red Sea, and we had another launch multiple attacks
00:50:29.860 and casualties in Iraq with incoming. And nobody knows, Austin, it's unfathomable. Austin's either got
00:50:39.420 to resign or be fired. But there's many more. There's a dozen that ought to go, at least. And
00:50:44.380 this is where another thing that there's a lot of talk on Capitol Hill with the Republicans. They
00:50:47.720 need action. Monica, what action are you calling? Are you calling for Austin? Do you the resign or be
00:50:52.320 fired? Absolutely. Absolutely. Because what it shows is enough is enough with this dangerous,
00:50:58.960 catastrophic presidency. But you cannot have a Secretary of Defense going AWOL. You just cannot have it.
00:51:06.300 Joe Biden, his White House, has said that they're not going to take action against Lloyd Austin,
00:51:11.380 I think for a whole variety of reasons. But this kind of thing shows an absolute clown show that
00:51:16.480 puts every American at risk. Our national security is hanging by a thread. And we've got people in
00:51:23.460 charge, the Commander-in-Chief, the Secretary of Defense, the Deputy Secretary of Defense. Nobody is
00:51:29.260 actually doing the job. And it points to what we originally started talking about here, Steve,
00:51:34.640 which is that the Obamas are running this whole show. It's Barack and Michelle. It's not Joe Biden.
00:51:39.800 It's not Lloyd Austin. Heads ought to roll for this just because they've lost the confidence of the
00:51:45.100 American people. Lloyd Austin, his deputy, they all need to go. But it shows that the people who are
00:51:50.860 actually running the show in this country are the Obamas. And they want terms four and five after
00:51:56.760 having terms one through three. Monica, can you hang on? We're going to have a short break here.
00:52:03.160 Jim Rickards is also going to join us. So I want Monica to hold on. Joel Gilbert, we're going to have
00:52:07.920 Joel Gilbert, the filmmaker. He's got an incredible film. Of course, his films, particularly about the
00:52:12.500 Obamas, how do I say this? They're always a tad controversial. Joel's a guy that, you know,
00:52:17.600 he puts it out there and devil may care. A brilliant filmmaker. We're going to get Joel and get some
00:52:23.880 clips from his film. He worked on this for years, came out, I think a year and a half, two years ago
00:52:28.720 almost, saying the Michelle Obama is going to run in 2024. In fact, that's the title of the film.
00:52:33.820 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break. We've got a lot of wood to chop here
00:52:37.300 in the war room. I want you guys to stick around. We're going to leave with a modern day holy war.
00:52:42.660 We're going to be back in a moment. We've got Harnwell, Crowley, the great from Strategic
00:52:47.200 Intelligence, Jim Rickards. We're Penny Nance. We're jammed up an hour or two, but we're going
00:52:54.000 to get through all of it in the war room.
00:52:56.260 For war room veterans, you know, we have been all over the supply chain issue with China and
00:53:18.640 medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients. China has a stranglehold on us
00:53:25.060 where there's a way to break that. Jace Medical. I got an emergency medication kit
00:53:30.280 from them. The FDA just declared a global shortage of medication and warned that critical
00:53:36.480 antibiotics are in extreme short supply across the United States, but you know that
00:53:40.160 because you're a viewer or listener of this show. Now, here's the action you can take to correct.
