00:00:00.000 What he is forecasting is a situation where the floodgates will be open.
00:00:04.000 We are in a situation where we have the prosecution of the chief political opponent who is winning in every poll.
00:00:11.480 Venture election upcoming next year and is being prosecuted by the administration that he's seeking to replace.
00:00:17.140 That is the frightening future that is tailor made to launch cycles of recrimination that will shake our republic for the future.
00:00:23.120 Say that does happen. Say the prosecutions are attempted against President Biden or maybe someone will try to prosecute President Obama for actions that he took in office or President Bush.
00:00:33.160 Is that a real concern? What happens if those cases are tried, attempted?
00:00:38.660 I think it's a real concern if former President Trump becomes president again.
00:00:42.260 And this is where you see the difference between his political or maybe actual threats converge with legal argument.
00:00:49.760 Just because he says he's going to do something does not make it predictive in the general world outside of him.
00:00:58.220 And what he's trying to do is sort of transmute the things he intends to do into some larger argument about what's going to happen for all time.
00:01:06.700 I don't think anybody thinks but for him those floodgates will open.
00:01:11.560 Is it a reasonable fear, though, that if he is returned to the Oval Office, he will use the Department of Justice retributively?
00:01:18.460 Absolutely.
00:01:18.900 Can he? Is it effective to try to use the DOJ? Are there people that would do the bidding in that way?
00:01:24.460 There are. I mean, you could say that Bill Barr was one of those people until he was not.
00:01:29.020 Are there also people in the Department of Justice who will stand up to him?
00:01:32.500 Were there people in the Department of Justice who did?
00:01:34.800 We had multiple resignations from line prosecutors on up.
00:01:38.460 We had people like Jeff Berman preventing him at every turn from doing sort of the things that he wanted to do.
00:01:45.220 In the next Trump administration, would we be so lucky? I'm not sure.
00:01:48.380 We've got to work around, though, for the appellate judges to go to the full circuit and say,
00:01:52.200 can you decide this with us to avoid that second delay tactic within this circuit?
00:01:58.080 Did I hear about it? Am I wrong? Am I dreaming things?
00:02:00.820 I mean, certainly there's no shortage of legal maneuvers, but I believe if he loses in front of this panel,
00:02:07.420 it is his right to take it en bong.
00:02:09.240 And if I'm not mistaken, I believe it is his right to take it en bong and try to get the full D.C. circuit to weigh in.
00:02:14.000 Can I say that again? En bong?
00:02:15.820 En bong?
00:02:16.380 Bonk.
00:02:16.940 Bonk.
00:02:17.500 Oh, yes.
00:02:18.340 Bonk.
00:02:18.620 You learn a whole new language when you go to law school.
00:02:21.020 That's why I say the full D.C. circuit.
00:02:22.780 But the very fact that we're talking about the impeachment judgment clause, I think, also shows the desperation.
00:02:28.260 Right?
00:02:28.860 Laura is right that politically this is all about delay.
00:02:31.820 Legally, they have so few options that we are all learning a new vocabulary together as he searches for text in the Constitution that has never been litigated before
00:02:42.660 and has never even really been a part of our foundational law school curriculum before.
00:02:47.900 I don't think I'm going out of bounds to say the impeachment judgment clause is not part of the first constitutional law curriculum.
00:02:53.940 And that's why I think you hear the special counsel saying, if you want to break new ground, if you want to set a new precedent, maybe this isn't the case to do.
00:02:59.640 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:07.400 Pray for our enemies.
00:03:09.360 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:12.620 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:16.900 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:18.800 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:19.980 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:03:22.940 It's going to happen.
00:03:24.220 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:03:27.600 Mega Media.
00:03:28.500 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:03:34.380 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:03:38.140 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:03:44.500 War Room.
00:03:45.360 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:03:47.660 It's Tuesday, 9th January in the year of the Lord, 2024.
00:03:56.360 Was that Katie Tur?
00:03:57.360 What is on bank?
00:03:59.180 Yo, girl.
00:04:00.920 You got to step the game up over there.
00:04:03.700 The War Room Posse understands the nomenclature.
00:04:05.600 Are you kidding me?
00:04:06.640 She didn't know what that was.
00:04:08.200 That's a well-produced show.
00:04:10.880 Lordy, lordy, lordy.
00:04:12.300 Unbelievable.
00:04:12.740 Okay, we got so much to go through.
00:04:14.520 We're packed with people today.
00:04:16.840 Issues from Fannie Willis and that disaster debacle down in Georgia to General Austin.
00:04:22.920 More information coming out.
00:04:23.960 Make your head blow up.
00:04:24.720 He's got to leave immediately.
00:04:26.480 The complete debacle of the debt deal.
00:04:28.180 What happened in D.C. court today.
00:04:29.600 We got Julie Kelly, Greg Price.
00:04:32.100 Might shock you, Ray Hubs.
00:04:34.380 Well, no, I'm going to let Greg Price break that here.
00:04:36.520 We got so much going on.
00:04:37.480 We're going to Taiwan.
00:04:38.360 We're going to actually, Laura Loomis is going to take us to Iowa.
00:04:41.240 She's been on the ground there, basically getting arrested every other day by Nikki Haley's
00:04:45.480 people or DeSantis.
00:04:48.720 We're going to go to CES to see about regenerative robotics and artificial intelligence.
00:04:54.280 Joe Allen's there in Las Vegas.
00:04:55.600 And then we're going to go to Taiwan for the rumpet election and talk to some Taiwan voters
00:04:59.360 tonight.
00:05:00.060 So we're packed.
00:05:01.180 Let's get on with it.
00:05:02.340 Andy Biggs, Congressman Biggs.
00:05:03.660 Congressman Biggs, report out a little while ago that Johnson, Speaker Johnson gave his
00:05:10.100 pitch.
00:05:11.660 Kevin Roberts over at Heritage set him up.
00:05:14.040 Talked to the donors.
00:05:15.180 Think that'd be a good audience for him to pitch to.
00:05:16.920 He had his face ripped off.
00:05:19.320 They said, have you lost your mind?
00:05:20.940 The child tax rate.
00:05:21.820 You've actually agreed to a Keynesian stimulus.
00:05:24.700 In an election year for the Democrats.
00:05:28.300 This bill is so ridiculous and so stupid.
00:05:31.620 I said today, he's got this new thing with his glasses.
00:05:33.920 That's his logo, right?
00:05:35.020 But, you know, he's got the glasses.
00:05:36.480 We actually made an editor on it and said it should be steel balls instead.
00:05:40.240 But I question whether he has a three digit IQ or not.
00:05:42.860 I'm serious about that.
00:05:43.960 I understand he's a lawyer and I understand you lawyers come from a different place.
00:05:46.640 But this bill is actually, I think, technically worse than what McCarthy did.
00:05:52.980 Your thoughts, sir?
00:05:54.960 Yeah, I'm absolutely stunned by it.
00:05:57.780 And how they're trying to sell it to the world is that there's actually a budget spending cut
00:06:03.800 in here.
00:06:04.860 And that's not the case.
00:06:06.040 Once you take into account their side deals, Steve, which we don't even know about, but
00:06:11.240 that are being reported to us are tens of billions of dollars.
00:06:14.980 You add those instead of being a 30 billion, think of it, a 30 billion dollar cut when you
00:06:18.840 have a 200 billion dollar a month structural deficit.
00:06:22.420 So they're saying you have a 30 billion dollar reduction in spending overall.
00:06:26.360 But let's even if you give them the best case scenario, we know two weeks from now they're
00:06:31.440 going to run a supplemental for $110 billion for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.
00:06:37.200 And the question is, so what's the net impact?
00:06:40.340 Because you're not going to spend or find money to pay for that.
00:06:44.940 It's just going to add to the structural deficit.
00:06:46.800 It's going to add to the national debt.
00:06:48.140 So so when we look at this, this is probably as bad as you could get as far as a spending
00:06:56.540 deal from a Republican.
00:06:58.360 I would have thought I would have thought.
00:07:02.180 What what is his because we've had people the phones blowing up, I mean, from donors to
00:07:08.280 the MAGA base who Democrats are sending emails out and memos out to their voters.
00:07:13.660 This is a huge Democratic win.
00:07:16.280 Biden, Schumer and Hakeem have gone, I said, not one penny of cuts.
00:07:20.840 In fact, the increase in certain areas.
00:07:23.060 Who does he inside the conference?
00:07:24.380 You guys are just getting back today.
00:07:25.760 Who supports this?
00:07:28.260 I haven't heard from anybody who supports it yet.
00:07:30.700 And I would be stunned.
00:07:32.460 In fact, somebody asked me today, you know, are you five going to stay off?
00:07:35.940 Well, of course, the five of us are going to stay off.
00:07:37.720 The eight of us are going to stay off.
00:07:39.020 The 20 of us are going to stay off.
00:07:40.260 The question is, who's going to vote for it?
00:07:42.800 And the answer is all the Democrats and a few Republicans.
00:07:46.200 That would be my guess, because this is this is just really a bad deal.
00:07:52.340 If you want to increase your structural deficit, this is what you do.
00:07:57.340 They've taken basically they're taking the spending based on that horrible debt ceiling deal that
00:08:04.400 Kevin McCarthy negotiated.
00:08:05.660 And then they're going up from there.
00:08:08.560 To me, it's absolutely probably one of the biggest losses we've seen, at least on the spending front, in quite some time.
00:08:18.640 He's arguing we're going to get policy wins, but that's not going to happen.
00:08:21.860 I want to go back to what happened.
00:08:22.980 Doesn't he have to follow the Hastert rule?
00:08:24.740 And I've heard, you know, Chip Royce talking about he'll never get out of the rules.
00:08:28.380 I'm hearing nasty rumors that he's going to do another thing of get two thirds, get all the Democrats and some of the moderates in to vote and actually take it, I guess, around the rules.
00:08:37.440 He understands that that that will come after a speakership.
00:08:40.760 If he does that, he doesn't get allowed that again.
00:08:43.140 And plus, Dune on top of it, Dune just came and says, hey, even with all that Johnson's doing, we need a CR to the end of March.
00:08:49.460 Did he promise no CR?
00:08:50.440 I mean, isn't this guy boxed in right now that he really can't push this legislation?
00:08:55.300 Well, he should be.
00:08:57.140 But I don't know who's advising him in that office.
00:09:00.560 But, I mean, when you begin to think about it, you look at it and you say, look, you should be trying to reduce spending.
00:09:07.340 This is what I told him when he did his two-tiered approach.
00:09:10.480 You should be trying to reduce spending.
00:09:12.160 How about getting rid of that EV tax credit, that Green New Deal that they put in there?
00:09:18.040 That's supposed to be $350 billion that's going to have $2.5 trillion worth of impact.
00:09:22.820 How about doing that?
00:09:24.240 How about doing something on the border?
00:09:26.120 They're not going to get it.
00:09:27.140 Steve, they've already cut their deal.
00:09:28.780 The question is, who does he think is going to actually support the deal from the Republican side in the House of Representatives?
00:09:35.360 And is it going to be an omnibus bill?
00:09:39.060 Is it going to be three minibus bills that actually constitute an omnibus bill?
00:09:43.960 He's not going to get the policy riders in there that you might be able to buy some people off with.
00:09:50.140 And I just – I'm stunned by it.
00:09:52.240 But I've actually heard – believe it or not, I've heard a couple of people say, well, we don't want to say no right away because we want to see if we can leverage some good policy in there.
00:10:00.780 And I'm like, how can you get any policy in there that's going to be leverageable to a massive, ridiculous spending bill?
00:10:11.340 And the answer is that you can't.
00:10:13.700 The fact is he's cut his deal with the Democrats.
00:10:16.140 That's why Hakeem, Schumer and Biden administration, they're all fine with it.
00:10:19.300 But the problem with him is I don't know that he gets – he gets the majority of Republicans in the House.
00:10:28.080 And that's the Hastert bill that you're talking about.
00:10:30.900 That's the Hastert.
00:10:31.860 Can he really bring it forward?
00:10:33.380 I thought there was an ironclad rule.
00:10:35.080 If you guys have the majority of the majority, he can't come forward.
00:10:37.760 How is he going to do that?
00:10:39.660 No, I mean it is a – what I would call a – not an ironclad rule.
00:10:46.060 It is something that is meant to be – let's say it – call it a gentleman's agreement, if you will.
00:10:52.060 But it's not ironclad.
00:10:55.620 It's not in the rules.
00:10:56.760 And they just – they suspend these rules all the time anyway, Steve.
00:10:59.400 That's the sad part of this.
00:11:01.200 And I suspect he's going to have to go into suspension of rules because how are you going to get the majority Republicans in the rules committee to support this?
00:11:10.680 If he suspends the rules, is his speakership in jeopardy?
00:11:18.400 I'm hearing from a number of people that, yes, his speakership could be in jeopardy.
00:11:23.260 The question, of course, is who do you get to follow him?
00:11:28.940 I mean he's – I know him.
00:11:31.100 He is in his heart a movement conservative.
00:11:34.240 I wouldn't say the same thing about McCarthy.
00:11:36.260 McCarthy was all over the map.
00:11:38.360 But Mike Johnson has been a movement conservative.
00:11:41.920 The question is why is he making these bad deals one after another and then always telling us we're going to fight in the next round?
00:11:49.060 I mean we've already heard that from him multiple times.
00:11:51.840 He doesn't like confrontation.
00:11:54.020 That's obvious.
00:11:54.600 He's not a – I don't know if he didn't grow up like that or whatever.
00:11:57.420 He's not – and this is a time – Ecclesiastes.
00:12:00.780 There are certain seasons for compromise.
00:12:02.540 There are certain seasons for getting along.
00:12:03.800 This is a season for fight.
00:12:05.480 And he just doesn't have it.
00:12:06.420 He just – you can tell.
00:12:07.320 We've – hey, he's got a chance.
00:12:09.240 Everybody got a chance.
00:12:10.640 You've got to move on.
00:12:11.400 This thing's got to be shut down.
00:12:12.420 I've never seen this audience more furious.
00:12:14.380 And I heard that the donors, not exactly the war room posse, but the biggest donors, ripped his face off the other night on the child tax year.
00:12:22.840 They go, what are you doing?
00:12:23.860 What are you doing to Keynesian stimulus in an election year?
00:12:27.120 You're trying to help these guys get additional congressional seats?
00:12:30.040 Plus it's suicide.
00:12:30.820 It doesn't seem like he understands that we've got to do this again with another $2 trillion deficit in a couple of months.
00:12:37.780 That's what's maddening.
00:12:38.900 I mean this is – it's not going to wash.
00:12:40.680 People are furious.
00:12:42.560 Congressman, I know you've got a lot going on.
00:12:44.600 Where do people follow you on this?
00:12:45.820 Because this fight is going to be as nasty as anything we had during the McCarthy era, probably even nastier because it's – like I said, he is a movement conservative.
00:12:53.200 And one of your own betrayed you.
00:12:55.340 Where do people go to find you, sir?
00:12:57.800 Biggs.house.gov or at RepAndyBiggsAZ, at RepAndyBiggsAZ.
00:13:05.660 Congressman Biggs, thank you.
00:13:06.840 We're going to be in touch constantly because this is a huge fight on money and you're the tip of the spear on that.
00:13:13.040 Thanks, Steve.
00:13:13.560 Save this republic.
00:13:15.720 Greg Price, I've got about a minute here, Greg.
00:13:17.680 I'm going to hold you over through the break, but I want to get this out through your tweet because I've got the great Julie Kelly coming up.
00:13:22.280 Please, brother, my head's blown up.
00:13:24.780 Ray Epps, I thought he was getting a year in jail.
00:13:27.500 That's how they're getting – they're saying, oh, Tucker's wrong, Revolver's wrong, War Room's wrong, all this is getting a year in jail.
00:13:33.420 What happened to Ray Epps today?
00:13:35.940 He got one year of probation, a $500 fine, and 100 hours of community service.
00:13:43.820 That's it for the guy who was instigating the Capitol riot on January 6th, filmed doing this multiple times,
00:13:51.100 never held in pretrial detention, never had his bank taken away, never rounded up by the FBI and thrown in solitary.
00:14:01.900 He walked free for two years until they finally gave him a plea deal on a misdemeanor,
00:14:07.240 the maximum penalty of which was six months, and then he ends up escaping jail time entirely.
00:14:12.140 Before we go to break, was this done in an open court today?
00:14:17.020 I heard it was some secret Zoom.
00:14:18.440 Was that just rumor?
00:14:19.260 How was it actually – how was this transmitted?
00:14:21.260 So he was actually able to phone into his sentencing hearing, and none of the other J6 defendants have been able to do that.
00:14:31.120 They've all been locked away in pretrial detention, perp-walked into the courtroom.
00:14:36.120 But for some reason, this guy who, again, caught on camera instigating the actual events at the Capitol,
00:14:42.740 telling people we need to go into the Capitol, he was the person who did that.
00:14:47.740 And yet, he is escaping jail time.
00:14:50.000 He was able to phone in to the hearing, and nobody in the corporate media seems at all interested in why that may be.
00:14:57.560 Greg, just hang on.
00:14:59.200 We'll be back in a minute.
00:14:59.800 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of,
00:15:04.100 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.
00:15:08.780 How will your hard-earned savings fare during this year?
00:15:11.360 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store.
00:15:16.300 The dollar continues to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase.
00:15:21.160 How are you protecting your savings?
00:15:24.220 Consider diversifying with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:27.580 For decades, gold has been the choice of investors and central banks to hedge against inflation.
00:15:33.760 Now, you can own it in a tax-sheltered IRA with the help of Birch Gold.
00:15:39.080 Just text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:15:43.340 Birch Gold will send you a free info kit on gold.

00:16:22.100 Bannon.
00:16:23.860 Remember, for times of turbulence, you need a hedge.
00:16:27.120 And that hedge, historically, for 5,000 years, has been gold.
00:16:29.860 Go to birchgold.com.
00:16:31.840 Look, gold was up 13% last year.
00:16:33.820 But, hey, we're not here to give you personal financial advice.
00:16:36.860 That's the guys at Birch Gold.
00:16:37.900 We set out the macro.
00:16:39.380 Let me give you a macro forecast for 2024.
00:16:43.120 Fourth turning turbulence like you've never seen before.
00:16:46.700 We're going to get into, in a moment, with Julie Kelly, what was said in court today.
00:16:49.820 When you heard the kind of stuff said, and you heard at the top of the show about President Trump's and his followers,
00:16:54.200 we're going to have Navy SEALs out there, Navy SEAL teams killing people.
00:16:57.180 Just insanity.
00:16:59.000 Gold's the hedge.
00:17:01.020 Birch Gold's the company.
00:17:01.960 Birchgold.com.
00:17:03.580 Go check it out.
00:17:04.580 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:17:06.240 Find out what does it mean to hedge your risk, your personal finances, your country's finances.
00:17:12.640 We had the great – we had Rickards on this morning to talk about gold and the bricks and the de-dollarization.
00:17:19.300 There will be a lot more of that.
00:17:20.360 You've got to be at the forefront of understanding that.
00:17:22.160 Price, you've done a fantastic job on the Freedom Caucus.
00:17:27.920 You've got 11 states now.
00:17:29.760 I think you just added Missouri.
00:17:30.880 You added a bunch more seats in Louisiana.
00:17:32.820 We just had any base from the Freedom Caucus.
00:17:35.300 So you're on fire.
00:17:36.860 But I've got to ask you because this tweet today got me so angry.
00:17:39.460 I was doing so many different things.
00:17:40.460 I saw it because we follow you.
00:17:42.400 Just hit it again.
00:17:43.780 Because the J6 guys are getting years in prison, 10 years in prison here, 12 years there, 15 years there.
00:17:50.260 Guys are – was it Jake Lang is still there two and a half years in pretrial detention?
00:17:56.280 Or three – almost – excuse me, like three years in pretrial detention.
00:18:00.300 What does Ray Epps get?
00:18:01.420 And Ray Epps is on tape doing all this stuff.
00:18:03.840 What does Ray Epps get?
00:18:06.360 Yeah, one year of probation, $500 restitution, 100 hours of community service.
00:18:12.960 That's all this guy got.
00:18:14.620 But – and yeah, as you said, the average sentence that a J6 defendant has gotten for, in many cases, nonviolent crimes are like three years.
00:18:24.140 And yet this guy gets a plea deal on a misdemeanor and escapes jail time.
00:18:29.100 And, you know, and again, he walked free for two years, never in pretrial detention.
00:18:33.540 And, you know, the reason that they did this, the reason that they let this guy go for so long and only, you know, gave him this minor little charge that only resulted in probation, I think, Steve, is because, you know, they've obviously refused to say the federal informants that were involved in January 6th.
00:18:50.260 They haven't revealed it.
00:18:51.640 And so now when people ask, you know, anybody connected to the intelligence community about Ray Epps, the response is going to be, oh, look, you know, we prosecuted him.
00:18:58.980 He got charges for this when in reality we know they're completely full of crap and there's something that they're not telling us.
00:19:06.340 And, you know, credit to reporters like Julie Kelly, who you're going to have on next, as well as Darren Beattie, who, you know, were on top of this from the beginning and reported everything about January 6th that went against the prevailing media narrative.
00:19:20.660 Greg, how do people follow you on Twitter, social media, and how they find out about the state-level Freedom Caucus?
00:19:26.080 Because you guys are the tip of the tip of the spear.
00:19:28.600 It's the equivalent of school boards, precinct committee men, the state legislatures that become a Freedom Caucus.
00:19:35.460 This is the foundation of how we're going to turn the country around.
00:19:40.240 Yeah, really, it starts with your own backyard and ensuring that red states and your state legislatures have leadership that the conservative base supports.
00:19:50.160 So go to statefreedomcaucus.org and you can subscribe to our newsletter there.
00:19:55.340 I'm really proud to be a part of this project.
00:19:57.500 As you mentioned, we just launched the Missouri Freedom Caucus, which is really exciting, and we've got a lot more to come.
00:20:02.880 Thank you so much, Steve.
00:20:03.780 Greg, fantastic work.
00:20:06.760 Tell everybody over there, we're really proud of them.
00:20:08.420 Have your guys back, and we want to give you guys plenty of airtime, so come back to us with more updates.
00:20:14.120 Greg Price, one of the most important influencers.
00:20:16.720 He and Bruce Owitz and a handful of others really drive the narratives with Posobiec and some other guys.
00:20:22.300 Our own Grace Chung, although she and Dave is coming a little hot sometimes.
00:20:26.340 Julie Kelly, the great Julie Kelly.
00:20:30.840 Julie Kelly, before I get to the cold open of this over-the-top hearing on immunity, I've got to ask you about the Ray Epps of it all.
00:20:39.020 I saw Greg's tweet, and my head blew up.
00:20:42.140 What's going on, ma'am?
00:20:43.160 Well, look, there's something very fishy going on, and this is just the latest example why.
00:20:49.840 To Greg's point, Ray Epps allowed to phone in his presence for his sentencing hearing.
00:20:56.840 Some defendants are allowed to do that.
00:20:58.620 Most are required to travel to D.C. with their family in tow, stand before a D.C. judge, get a tongue lashing, humiliated, hear from the government how awful they are, and then wait to get their sentencing.
00:21:10.680 That, of course, did not happen.
00:21:12.260 Furthermore, Judge Bosberg, the now chief judge, Obama appointee, sympathized with Ray Epps and apparently told him,
00:21:20.560 you're the only January 6th defendant who has been demonized for things you didn't do, demonized by people, powerful people in the media and government authorities.
00:21:34.120 That's insane to say.
00:21:37.100 I mean, 1,200 people, basically, this government regime, Biden, DOJ, and federal courts in Washington have tried to destroy their lives.
00:21:45.420 Joe Biden has called them insurrectionists, has called them domestic terrorists.
00:21:49.600 So has the FBI.
00:21:50.520 But we're supposed to feel sympathy for Ray Epps because it's a conspiracy theory that he's some sort of government asset.
00:21:58.040 None of this, none of it from the beginning has any comparison to my experience in covering January 6th for three years.
00:22:06.460 Absolutely none.
00:22:07.840 And today's result, the comments by the judge, 12 months of probation, Steve, I went through quickly the DOJ sentencing chart for January 6th.
00:22:16.520 I could find about two other examples out of hundreds of defendants who have been sentenced already with such a slap on the wrist, 12 months probation.
00:22:28.080 Usually for this charge, 1752, defendants get longer probation or a combination of prison time and supervised release.
00:22:38.380 Ray Epps off the hook, doesn't have to show up, doesn't have to face the media, nothing.
00:22:43.380 And gets a little pat on the back from the judge feeling sorry for him.
00:22:49.740 And literally could phone in today.
00:22:51.760 They didn't want the media to cover this.
00:22:53.180 This is how outrageous DOJ is.
00:22:55.260 Give me your thoughts.
00:22:56.200 I know you're covering today's immunity hearing.
00:22:58.460 Some of the comments from the judges I heard were over the top, but I want you to lay it out for us.
00:23:02.360 So, you had Judge Florence Pan, a Biden appointee, Judge Michelle Childs, also a Biden appointee, and Karen Henderson, a George W. Bush appointee, three women judge panel.
00:23:17.920 So, obviously, Judge Florence Pan, who has been a D.C. fixture for a long time, she is married to a man named Max Steyer.
00:23:25.920 That name might be familiar to you, certainly to your viewers, a long time Democratic activist in D.C.
00:23:31.860 He was one of Brett Kavanaugh's chief antagonists, claimed that he saw Brett Kavanaugh involved or engaged in lewd behavior when they were both freshmen at Yale.
00:23:43.940 So, he pushed the FBI to investigate.
00:23:46.380 He is just in a new movie at Sundance talking about Kavanaugh.
00:23:49.840 And here is his wife now today, clearly with her marching orders, preposterous hypothetical that she asked Trump's lawyer, what if the president used SEAL Team 6 to assassinate his political rival?
00:24:06.420 Would he be protected from criminal prosecution under the immunity argument that Donald Trump's team is making?
00:24:14.280 Now, that's outlandish.
00:24:16.000 No president would do that.
00:24:17.240 If they did do that and the public found out about it, he would be immediately impeached and convicted, which is the process for dealing with criminal conduct by a president in office.
00:24:30.000 So, she made that hypothetical, forced him repeatedly, yes or no question, yes or no, I want a yes or no answer.
00:24:39.100 And then, of course, that produced all the headlines we're seeing on the left.
00:24:42.140 Donald Trump's lawyer says, if a president assassinated his political rival, he wouldn't be prosecuted.
00:24:48.620 That's not what he said.
00:24:49.840 He basically went back to the Constitution and that impeachment is the resolution.
00:24:55.280 And he kept saying the founders were very clear.
00:24:58.780 They were very concerned that they would see what was happening in other areas and looking into the future,
00:25:05.400 where you would have a president incoming, prosecuting his predecessor, especially of the opposite political party.
00:25:15.040 It's really important to remember, Steve, this is new.
00:25:18.660 This has never been resolved in the courts, whether a president is subject to criminal prosecution.
00:25:24.100 We know that there's some cases that are related to civil prosecution, but this is all new territory.
00:25:30.880 And for Florence Pan to get up there, use her theatrics, the stupid outlandish comparison or hypothetical,
00:25:39.580 when we are talking about one of the most serious issues, not just facing the country now,
00:25:44.840 but with permanent consequences for the nation, where we will then descend into banana republic style territory,
00:25:51.740 where presidents do nothing more but use their Department of Justice and other authorities in cahoots with the courts
00:25:59.280 to prosecute their predecessor, their cabinet member, you know, go down the entire list.
00:26:05.540 So I thought it was really reckless and really irresponsible to hear some of the questions presented by Judge Pan and Judge Childs.
00:26:15.400 So that's sort of the direction where it went.
00:26:18.240 But it seems to me that their order is probably already half written.
00:26:22.380 They know that they're on the clock here, that Jack Smith is on the clock.
00:26:26.740 They clearly want to help DOJ push this resolution quickly to try to stick with this March 4th trial date.
00:26:33.600 I don't think it's going to work.
00:26:35.540 But at any rate, that's one of the highlights from today's hearing.
00:26:40.760 Anything else?
00:26:41.780 Because can Florence Pan, can we move, could the House Judiciary Committee move to impeach her right now?
00:26:47.460 You know, Steve, I've suggested this since Republicans took over,
00:26:51.480 that they really need to exercise their oversight authority on federal judges.
00:26:56.300 These judges in Washington are an absolute disgrace.
00:26:59.900 They are all partisan actors.
00:27:02.140 And I'm talking about Republican-appointed judges as well.
00:27:05.540 They've done nothing more than act as a rubber stamp, with a few exceptions, to whatever this DOJ wants.
00:27:12.760 And Judge Pan, oddly, and I wrote about this on Twitter today in a long-form post,
00:27:18.540 Judge Pan surfaces on these randomly assigned three-judge panels in almost every single consequential politically charged case.
00:27:28.820 She was the lead, the deciding vote in two appeals of the 1512 C to obstruction of an official proceeding.
00:27:37.040 She wrote kind of the crazy splintered decision in that.
00:27:41.460 Go ahead.
00:27:41.740 No, no, no, it's fine.
00:27:44.940 I tell you what, hang on.
00:27:45.660 I'm going to hold you through to the next block, if you just hang on, because I want to hear what else went down the other day.
00:27:50.800 She's crazy.
00:27:51.780 She should be impeached.
00:27:52.720 And for Katie Touring, the guys at the top of it, could they go after Obama for his summary execution of U.S. citizens during the war on terror?
00:28:03.100 Or others, the war crimes of Cheney and Bush?
00:28:05.920 Absolutely.
00:28:06.500 It's not going to take Donald Trump to do that.
00:28:07.840 We're going to do that.
00:28:09.140 You do this to Trump, hey, then you've opened Pandora's box.
00:28:13.500 Look inside.
00:28:14.240 You'll see the war room posses.
00:28:16.180 Short commercial break.
00:28:17.240 Matt Rosendale.
00:28:17.980 Well, question, who protects the troops who protect us?

00:28:25.040 Imagine you're serving halfway around the world and you learn the title to your home.

00:29:44.060 Bannon.
00:29:46.740 Okay, just don't take it from us.
00:29:48.600 Just look at the cold open we had with the MSNBC crowd.
00:29:52.800 Look at what's said today in this courtroom.
00:29:54.240 By sitting federal judges at an appellate level, the insanity is coming out.
00:30:00.700 They're making this turbulence even worse.
00:30:03.900 That's why you need to go to check out companies like MyPatriotSupply.
00:30:06.860 Go to MyPatriotSupply.

00:30:35.280 And trust me, folks, it's going to get pretty turbulent.
00:30:39.140 Julie Kelly, we're pressed for time.
00:30:40.600 But just anything else, you've been covering this nonstop.
00:30:42.900 Anything else?
00:30:43.420 Because Pants thing was over the top.
00:30:44.920 And we're going to get on top of Jordan.
00:30:46.460 These guys, they should hold a hearing immediately to impeach her.
00:30:50.440 She defamed and smeared President Trump and the MAGA movement.
00:30:54.340 And we're letting these folks know that no more free shots on gold, folks.
00:30:58.600 You're sitting up there all high and mighty.
00:31:00.340 Well, guess what?
00:31:00.880 You ain't going to be high and mighty after November of this year.
00:31:04.260 You ain't going to be high and mighty.
00:31:06.000 And not just that.
00:31:07.340 If Johnson doesn't heave, too, he's going to get turfed out.
00:31:10.540 And more fighters are going to get in there.
00:31:13.020 This is a fight club.
00:31:13.740 We're not taking this crap anymore.
00:31:15.340 You guys are out of control.
00:31:16.960 You're out of control.
00:31:18.400 You run DOJ.
00:31:19.320 You run FBI like the Gestapo.
00:31:21.600 You run DOJ like the SS.
00:31:24.040 It's going to stop.
00:31:25.340 And if we can't get the guys in there, men and women now, stop it.
00:31:28.060 We'll find the people that get in and stop it.
00:31:30.120 And they will stop it.
00:31:31.340 Pan needs to be impeached immediately.
00:31:33.620 She's a disgrace.
00:31:34.440 First off, she should recuse herself with the crazy husband.
00:31:39.060 Julie, anything else we should know?
00:31:40.560 And I want people to know where to go to get all this ready, in particular tweets you had up today.
00:31:44.780 So Declassified with Julie Kelly is my sub stack.
00:31:49.160 Twitter X, Julie underscore Kelly, too, where I have that long form post talking about Judge Pan and her husband and all the rulings that she's been involved in.
00:31:57.460 But let's take a moment to laugh at Katie Turr, who doesn't understand the legal process, but at the same time claiming that Donald Trump is trying to, what, delay his rights, his due process rights, about how the appellate court system works.
00:32:14.580 If you're going to have someone on MSNBC talk about these unprecedented cases, she should know what unbunk is, the full court circuit court.
00:32:25.820 Humiliate.
00:32:26.380 These are the idiots, though, that half the country listens to.
00:32:29.980 It's crazy.
00:32:31.080 By the way, yesterday, I didn't pull the clip.
00:32:33.220 She got totally confused.
00:32:34.240 She didn't know Denver.
00:32:35.500 She had things wrong.
00:32:36.440 She goes, hey, it's so confusing me.
00:32:37.840 There's so many going on.
00:32:38.920 Can you explain it to me?
00:32:39.880 Turn to one of the left-wing, you know, talking heads that get on there.
00:32:43.160 She has no clue.
00:32:43.860 By the way, yesterday, she had a special election show.
00:32:47.920 Then she had her own show.
00:32:48.820 Two hours on MSNBC.
00:32:50.720 Doesn't understand the first thing.
00:32:52.340 But all she does is, oh, Trump's trying to slow down.
00:32:54.380 This is all Trump's delaying tactics.
00:32:57.320 One more time.
00:32:57.900 Where do they go to get you on Substack and Twitter?
00:33:01.740 Declassified with Julie Kelly and then Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly, too.
00:33:07.560 Kelly, you're the best.
00:33:08.740 You know why I love you so much?
00:33:09.840 You're not a lawyer.
00:33:10.520 And you get into it like a lawyer, but you explain it to a simple mix like myself that I can understand it.
00:33:16.120 Thank you, ma'am.
00:33:16.780 I know what en banc is.
00:33:17.980 You know why?
00:33:19.020 Julie Kelly taught me.
00:33:20.880 Thank you very much, ma'am.
00:33:21.960 Go to Julie Kelly's Substack right now.
00:33:24.500 One of the heroes and patriots.
00:33:25.900 Another one's Matt Rosendale.
00:33:27.540 Brother Rosendale, it's not just a war room posse that's absolutely furious, right?
00:33:32.440 And they've taken your kind of guidance on this about the border and training on the border with this debacle that Johnson put up.
00:33:38.300 But last night, Heritage, Jake Sherman's reporting that Johnson got on a call with the Heritage donors thinking they would say high five and this is fantastic.
00:33:46.540 They ripped his face off.
00:33:48.580 They're furious about this.
00:33:50.640 This is the stupidest, worst deal they've ever seen.
00:33:53.140 But here's the point.
00:33:54.440 The war imposter wants to know, what are we going to do about this, sir?
00:33:58.140 Okay, so we need to either shut down the border or we need to shut down the government, Steve.
00:34:06.040 It is really that simple.
00:34:07.920 I truly believe, as I know you do, that the southern border is an imminent national security threat.
00:34:14.880 There are millions of people that have come in.
00:34:17.400 Several million have come in undetected.
00:34:20.480 No law enforcement encounter whatsoever.
00:34:23.520 Who knows what countries they came from and what their intentions are.
00:34:26.780 We're going to hold a press conference tomorrow.
00:34:29.280 I have got some of the members of the Senate that are willing to stand up with us.
00:34:33.600 Some of the guys that went down to the border with me as I spoke to you while I was still down there in Eagle Pass.
00:34:39.900 Eli Crane, Andy Biggs, Bob Good, Matt Gaetz, you know, the warriors up here.
00:34:45.240 And we're going to say that we are willing to shut down the government or shut down the border.
00:34:50.960 Steve, you and I both know what policies need to be implemented in order for us to stop this flow of humanity across the border.
00:35:00.540 We need to have ICE doing their job again, conducting raids, deporting people.
00:35:04.840 We need to stop the asylum process with which, as soon as you claim it, you're allowed to be released into our country.
00:35:12.060 The remain in Mexico policy and then take some of the funds that we certainly have available to us and complete the border wall system, the fiber optics in the ground for detection, cameras, lights and the road system.
00:35:25.900 If we do that, then we will begin to stop this flow and we will stop the chain of migration that begins around the globe.
00:35:34.960 Let me ask you, but in his – the first cut of this budget where he's actually giving them more money and giving them a Keynesian stimulus with the child tax credit and the side pocket deals McCarthy had,
00:35:49.160 he's fully funding DHS for all the madness going on and not talking anything about sharing – is he avoiding that and hope that's where he's going to get this side pocket deal to give them $100 billion for Ukraine with some border optics?
00:36:04.420 I mean, what is Johnson trying to accomplish because he doesn't mention anything about the border here at all except to give Biden and Mallorca's all the money they asked for, sir?
00:36:15.420 This is bad counsel.
00:36:18.020 I really do believe it.
00:36:19.880 I would like to think that Mike Johnson understands what we need to do.
00:36:24.940 However, when he opens up his door to counsel from his staff, they start whispering these sweet nothings in his ear that they're getting from Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer that are undermining what we are trying to accomplish.
00:36:39.920 We cannot spend $1.6 trillion on undisclosed amounts to keep the federal government going, to weaponize it against American citizens, to keep transgender surgeries being paid for, to keep abortions being paid for, to keep this huge New Green Deal being paid for that's enriching the very contributors that are putting Democrats back in office.
00:37:08.380 And we're making it very clear, a small group of us making it very clear.
00:37:14.020 We're not going to accept this status quo of moving forward with some – it's another continuing resolution.
00:37:21.480 Call it what you want to.
00:37:22.780 We're not going to accept it.
00:37:24.480 We have to secure our border.
00:37:26.520 It is an imminent national security threat.
00:37:29.120 There's going to be something major, that catastrophe that happens, and we're going to lose American citizens over it.
00:37:38.780 Is there any doubt in your mind as you sit here today getting ready for the press conference tomorrow, really a throwdown to the Speaker of the House, that the folks in the great state of Montana have your back on this?
00:37:47.800 I know they do.
00:37:49.760 I spent most of the time through the Christmas holiday actually spending it with my sons and my grandchildren in Great Falls.
00:37:56.780 But I did do several events, Steve, and I can tell you, just as soon as – or as recent as Sunday afternoon, I was in Mile City.
00:38:05.920 There were several hundred patriots there, the Patriot Roundtable, and they cheered when I said we need to shut down the border or shut down the government.
00:38:15.180 It's crazy.
00:38:15.960 I went out on the mainstream media a couple of times.
00:38:19.840 I hope nobody will hold it against me.
00:38:21.880 Earlier today, talking about the impeachment resolution for Lloyd Austin, and they started talking about this being the least productive Congress ever.
00:38:31.060 And I said the people of Montana are thanking us for that because every time something gets passed up here, it either takes away their liberties or takes away money from their bank account.
00:38:43.280 And so they are more than glad to see fewer bills passed.
00:38:47.400 We've got – and we know you've got to bounce.
00:38:51.060 We've got cash filing up here by General Austin.
00:38:53.040 Give us a minute on your impeachment of Austin.
00:38:56.160 You're saying he's got to go.
00:38:57.180 If Biden's not going to fire him, he's got to be removed.
00:38:59.820 He's got to be removed.
00:39:00.840 This starts way back of the pattern of misinformation and lies that he has shared with the American people, going back to the Chinese spy balloon.
00:39:10.020 That flew over the Aleutians.
00:39:12.000 It flew over Canada.
00:39:13.040 It flew over Montana and collected very sensitive information about the 140 ICBMs that we have located up there.
00:39:21.980 And Lloyd Austin lied about the balloon, first of all, that it even existed, then about the ability for it to collect information and data and images, and then the fact that it was actually able to transmit that information back to China.
00:39:37.660 We know that it did so.
00:39:39.040 We have cellular information about it.
00:39:40.720 And then when you compound that with the withdrawal from Afghanistan where 13 of our troops were killed, that was negligence, and now to be admitted into a hospital, ICU, not even disclosing to the president about what was going on, how long he was going to be in there.
00:39:59.440 He has put national security at risk, and the man needs to be impeached.
00:40:04.960 Where do people go on social media and where they go to find out about you, your website, campaign, all of it?
00:40:10.720 At Rep. Rosendale.
00:40:12.460 At Rep. Rosendale.
00:40:13.540 I keep it real simple.
00:40:14.620 I'm sitting in the office.
00:40:15.700 I can't have any discussions about unofficial business right now, but from there, you can find where we are.
00:40:23.700 What time is the press conference tomorrow and where?
00:40:27.920 2.15.
00:40:29.140 I'm looking right now.
00:40:30.160 It's at 2.15.
00:40:31.120 It's going to be on the Senate side, and we have, again, that's going to be a bicameral press conference.
00:40:38.540 Wow.
00:40:39.020 2.15.
00:40:39.500 Okay, we'll cover it.
00:40:40.360 Thank you, Congressman Rosendale.
00:40:41.420 Appreciate it.
00:40:42.500 Thank you, Steve.
00:40:43.880 2.15 tomorrow.
00:40:44.980 The formal throwdown, you're going to have the warriors up there saying, you know, over their dead body.
00:40:49.600 No shutdown of the border.
00:40:51.980 Then we shut down the government.
00:40:53.100 Cash Patel, General Austin, you were over as chief of staff of the Pentagon, of the Department of Defense.
00:41:01.260 Your thoughts, sir?
00:41:02.560 Steve, it's great to be with you.
00:41:03.560 Steve, it's great to be with you.
00:41:05.400 Look, this is very simple.
00:41:07.140 This is about the national command authority of the United States of America, delegated by the Constitution of the United States Congress.
00:41:13.200 And what that means is the law requires an unbroken chain of command from the president of the United States to his secretary of defense, because the no-fail mission of the United States is the single most important mission on God's green earth.
00:41:25.500 And when the secretary of defense is absent from his duties, which is permissible, he must notify the White House and the commander in chief and the chain of command authority at the Department of Defense so they can execute and implement the gaps necessary to strategically defend this nation.
00:41:42.460 Why, you ask, is this so important?
00:41:44.200 What if President Biden picked up the phone and says, hey, we got an American hostage in Africa?
00:41:49.480 What if he picks up the phone and said, hey, we got a two-front war in Ukraine and Israel?
00:41:53.160 How about a terrorist situation in Southeast Asia?
00:41:56.660 No one is saying the secretary of defense can't treat to his illness or get better.
00:42:00.920 What we are saying is he lied to the American people, withheld his illness, did not inform the chain of command, and most importantly, jeopardized the safety of the men and women who wear our uniform to protect this nation and the world, because he thought in his egotistical mind that he could hide his illness from the world and not have anyone cover it.
00:42:20.940 Then he lied about it, and after that, he failed to inform his number two, the deputy secretary of defense, who was on vacation, that he was even out of the office, ill and unable to complete the command authority mission of the Constitution of the United States.
00:42:36.760 For those reasons and those reasons alone, he must resign.
00:42:40.200 I put out a powerful op-ed on the Gateway Pundit on this very issue.
00:42:44.680 This is one of the most grotesque failures of national security by any secretary of defense in the United States history.
00:42:50.940 And all you have to do is ask yourself this, Steve.
00:42:53.600 The United States military isn't ready 97 percent of the time for 97 percent of the time.
00:42:58.260 We do reps and sets for 100 percent of the time for every day, 24-7, 365.
00:43:03.240 What if one of President Trump's secretaries of defense took four days off and didn't tell him and then blamed the chief of staff for not passing the note at a study hall?
00:43:11.340 That is total garbage.
00:43:14.900 It's unbelievable.
00:43:16.120 Cash, can you just hang on?
00:43:17.920 We're going to take a quick break and then bring Cash back.
00:43:21.700 I got a question about the 23rd of December.
00:43:23.620 What happened when he went in for prostate surgery?
00:43:26.900 Stop taking the synthetic multivitamins and shift over to sacred human, a sacred human health.
00:43:34.080 Grass-fed beef lever.
00:43:37.340 Most compact collection of nutrients.
00:43:40.420 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?
00:43:50.740 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.
00:44:01.040 It's prominent all over the country.
00:44:03.780 Companies like Starbucks, strong-arming their customers to support abortion.
00:44:08.660 Financial services like PayPal, canceling customers for their political views.
00:44:13.200 Makeup companies like Maybelline, making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models.
00:44:18.000 And beer companies like Bud Light, forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer.
00:44:26.240 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.
00:44:32.020 With Public Square, we now have a solution.
00:44:35.240 It's simple.

00:45:57.620 Everything you need to know about this massive fight we're going to have on the budget tomorrow at 2-15 on the Senate side,
00:46:04.580 Matt Rosendale is leading a contingent of the hard eight that were able to remove McCarthy.
00:46:10.600 To a press conference, say, you don't shut down the border.
00:46:13.580 You don't shut down the border.
00:46:15.000 We're going to shut down the government.
00:46:16.140 No more funding, not another penny.
00:46:17.520 And this is the beginning of the throwdown.
00:46:19.100 We'll have everybody prepped up tomorrow morning.
00:46:21.580 Start making your calls to the House to understand, to make sure people have their back.
00:46:25.520 Birch Gold in the third installment.
00:46:28.480 The third installment is the debt trap.
00:46:29.800 That's the one you've got to read for this fight ahead.
00:46:32.720 But the other four are fantastic, and they're all free.
00:46:35.620 Go to birchgold.com and understand why the BRICS Nation central banks are buying gold at record rates.
00:46:41.480 And our Federal Reserve is working on a central bank digital currency.
00:46:44.740 Hmm.
00:46:45.140 Let me think about that.
00:46:46.980 Go check it out today.
00:46:48.060 Cash, we've got to get you the beef liver.
00:46:50.760 It improves your immunity, your brain power, and your heart.

00:46:56.600 You are the smartest guy I know, one of the smartest guys I know.
00:47:00.920 But the immunity, you've been sick for a while, dude.
00:47:02.780 This flu's got you down, and we need you back in D.C. for this fight.
00:47:07.900 Just real quickly, what is your recommendation on Austin?
00:47:11.260 You've made a very compelling case.
00:47:12.820 Everybody, Grace, Mo, we've got to push out this incredible analytical piece that he did on the Gateway Pundit,
00:47:18.960 with the Jim Hoff and the team over there.
00:47:20.300 It's fantastic.
00:47:21.240 But what action are you calling for now?
00:47:25.240 Simple.
00:47:25.720 His immediate resignation.
00:47:27.200 And it has nothing to do with politics.
00:47:28.980 This man sits atop of our national defense apparatus, and he failed Americans by lying to the commander-in-chief,
00:47:35.640 destroying the chain of command, and violating the law.
00:47:38.360 And he did it intentionally so, because he thought his ego could cut that check, and he could have the mainstream media cover up for him.
00:47:45.220 Steve, this is how bad it was.
00:47:46.380 The chairman of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the chief of staff of the Department of Defense, and a slew of other defense officials knew for a week before the White House that Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of Defense, was sidelined and in bed and hospitalized.
00:47:58.040 And the president of the United States and the national security advisor had no idea.
00:48:02.060 The nuclear deterrent, the largest arsenal and largest retrograde force we have in the world, rest with the president of the United States and the secretary of defense.
00:48:10.780 And the president of the United States, had he picked up the call to order any strike or counteroffensive, would have found his secretary of defense absent because he intentionally decided to lie to him and take a break to tend to his illness, which is fine, except he violated the law.
00:48:26.980 And he jeopardized our national security.
00:48:28.940 This is a 40-year military man.
00:48:30.900 You can't pass it off as a hallway pass note.
00:48:33.420 He forgot to sell.
00:48:34.180 He can't apologize.
00:48:37.400 It's not a bad apology.
00:48:38.580 The second part, which is around the New Year's and what we're talking about right here, they leaked information today because they're leaking on him now, is that on the 23rd when he went in, and it's not elective surgery, it's prostate surgery for potential cancer.
00:48:51.480 When they went on the 23rd, he had a general.
00:48:53.860 He had anesthesiology.
00:48:55.080 He was under, totally under.
00:48:57.040 And there's only two guys in the National Command Authority.
00:49:00.240 That in and of itself is determined to fire.
00:49:02.200 What happened on the 23rd before he got back and then went back in the hospital and didn't tell anybody?
00:49:06.740 Cash, where they go to get the peace?
00:49:08.480 Where they go?
00:49:09.240 Go ahead.
00:49:09.820 Gateway Pundit.
00:49:10.580 It was the op-ed on Gateway Pundit.
00:49:11.920 And his number two, the deputy secretary of defense, didn't know he was in the hospital.
00:49:16.160 So there was no delegable authorities to the number two at the Department of Defense.
00:49:20.320 Okay.
00:49:21.340 First off, in times of two wars, and they have a Kerry battle group under assault by the Houthis in the Red Sea outside the mouth of the Suez Canal.
00:49:29.480 And you've got kids, young men and women, taking incoming in Iraq from Persian militia.
00:49:35.440 What is she doing in Puerto Rico with a drink, with an umbrella in it?
00:49:40.580 What are you going on vacation for?
00:49:42.060 We're at war.
00:49:43.020 You do the vacation when you leave.
00:49:44.740 You're in Puerto Rico on vacation?
00:49:46.580 Are you kidding me?
00:49:48.120 You people are not serious.
00:49:49.380 We have troops in harm's way.
00:49:51.360 Sailors and battle groups in harm's way.
00:49:53.740 There's two shooting wars going on.
00:49:55.260 And as Eric Prince said, we're going to have another one in Taiwan.
00:49:58.380 We're going to cover the Taiwan election here in the next hour.
00:50:01.120 This is outrageous.
00:50:01.880 And she doesn't even know.
00:50:02.940 She's in Puerto Rico, you know, dancing and drinking and carrying on, having a nice holiday.
00:50:08.400 Having Mai Tais.
00:50:09.580 It's outrageous, the whole thing.
00:50:11.520 Cash, thank you so much.
00:50:12.560 Brilliant piece.
00:50:13.420 Thanks, man.
00:50:13.720 Hope you get better, brother.
00:50:15.660 Get Cash, Mo.
00:50:16.800 Get Cash the beef livers.
00:50:18.860 Only charge him half price because it's Cash.
00:50:21.280 He's a friend of the show.
00:50:22.060 Well, Cash Patel.
00:50:25.960 Unbelievable.
00:50:26.520 Six o'clock.
00:50:27.280 Garrett Ziegler has got the inside scoop.
00:50:29.420 We've got a cold open.
00:50:30.280 CNN's going, well, there's really no evidence that would be incorrect on Fannie Willis as
00:50:35.520 only Greg Ziegler and Marco Polo can bring it to you.
00:50:38.360 Just ask Hunter Biden's team what they think about Greg Ziegler.
00:50:41.300 He's got it.
00:50:41.960 You saw the tee up today with Mike Davis.
00:50:43.680 Now you're going to get the heat with Ziegler.
00:50:45.760 We've got Loomer out in Iowa.
00:50:47.060 She's going to give a field report of her multiple arrests and others as she goes around
00:50:51.520 through these caucuses.
00:50:53.320 Trying to ask Nikki and DeSantis some questions.
00:50:57.180 Also have from CES, from Consumer Electronics, from Las Vegas, Joe Allen about transhumanism,
00:51:03.000 all the gadgets, everything that's coming out there.
00:51:04.720 Then we're going to go to Taiwan and we're actually going to talk to some voters.
00:51:08.440 Mike Lindell, brother, you've been up to it in Iowa.
00:51:12.100 It's four feet of snow and about 30 degrees below zero.
00:51:14.880 But tell me, in Minnesota, how do we help?
00:51:18.020 The War Room Posse loves the deals.
00:51:19.680 How do they help MyPillow?
00:51:22.060 Well, here's where we're going to help you, War Room Posse.
00:51:25.100 We're going to bring back the Christmas special, the flannel sheets.
00:51:30.560 You can get tucked into your nice warm flannel sheets.
00:51:34.480 We're going to put their back on sale.
00:51:36.820 There they are, as low as $29.98.
00:51:39.300 All the flannel sheets.

00:53:41.280 Of the world.
00:53:43.440 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:53:49.060 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:53:53.560 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email
00:53:58.780 and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:54:01.900 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:54:06.360 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this
00:54:12.100 governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:54:14.740 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon
00:54:19.280 expand their powers to track our every move.
00:54:22.520 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:54:29.540 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:54:33.540 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:54:38.960 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission
00:54:43.160 to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility
00:54:49.080 of programmable money.
00:54:51.560 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:54:57.180 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:54:59.180 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
