Bannon's War Room - Episode 3350： As Arizona Goes So Goes the Nation

00:00:00.000 In the House, two articles of impeachment were released against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

00:00:07.360 First, charging him with willful and systematic refusal to comply with the law.

00:00:13.120 And second, breach of public trust, accusing him of making false statements.

00:00:18.980 The Department of Homeland Security calling the upcoming impeachment vote a farce.

00:00:24.060 Eight million encounters, 300 on the terror watch list, 200 million people dead now thanks to fentanyl poisoning that this one man is responsible for.

00:00:34.460 I think that is a dereliction of duty.

00:00:36.820 And, you know, we looked at the founding fathers here.

00:00:39.100 They didn't have a lot of federal criminal statutes.

00:00:41.920 Breach of the public trust is sufficient to impeach.

00:00:47.660 And just to give you a sense of how difficult of a lift it will be for some Republicans to support this plan,

00:00:53.340 you saw over the weekend the Oklahoma Republican Party condemning and censuring James Lankford's actions as he's negotiated this border deal.

00:01:03.040 Just a sign of some of how this conservative backlash is shaping up across the country.

00:01:08.760 Now, the details which I first reported on Friday would require the federal government to temporarily block almost all migrants from entering the U.S.

00:01:15.580 when daily crossings reach an average of 5,000 per day in any given week.

00:01:20.180 The border would be closed to most migrants until the U.S. sees fewer than 2,000 approach the border per day over a two-week span.

00:01:27.980 Now, this comes after crossings reached a record of 300,000 last month.

00:01:33.200 And crucially for Ukraine, the bill would be paired with billions of dollars to help in its war against Russia.

00:01:38.980 Republicans have been railing on the border for three years, saying Biden has not done enough.

00:01:42.940 They've been going down the border, having press conferences there.

00:01:45.340 Now there's a chance to do something. Yeah, maybe not go as far as you want, but potentially do something.

00:01:49.360 And that is the argument that a lot of the Republican senators have been making who have been supporting this,

00:01:53.700 including Senator James Lankford, who was on the Sunday shows this morning, pushing back on the GOP criticism.

00:02:01.520 Now it's interesting. A few months later, when we're finally getting to the end, they're like, oh, just kidding.

00:02:05.480 I actually don't want to change in law because it's a presidential election year.

00:02:08.700 There are a number of us who won't be looking to third parties in assessing the propriety of passing this bipartisan proposal.

00:02:19.680 I just reject the idea that we should reserve a crisis for a better time to solve it.

00:02:25.540 I don't see how we have a better story to tell when we miss the one opportunity we have to fix it.

00:02:30.520 I mean, Republicans were united over the border. Now they're divided over it.

00:02:34.700 They are. And I mean, to Molly's point, I think that this could very well end up playing well for Biden,

00:02:40.940 because even if a Senate deal is reached, once it reaches the House,

00:02:46.660 House Republicans appear ready to just kill it, as everyone has reported.

00:02:50.340 And if they kill it, which maybe will make progressives happy, it allows President Biden to say on the campaign trail,

00:02:56.320 I was willing to concede a lot because he was willing to concede so much in this border deal that the left flank is really angry at him.

00:03:03.200 You know, they essentially feel as though he's totally changing, potentially in this deal, asylum law,

00:03:08.400 which, you know, is a right right now under U.S. law for migrants, whether they're entering at a port of entry or entering between ports of entry.

00:03:16.540 It's a right that they have to claim. And this law, this bipartisan deal would potentially totally change that.

00:03:22.980 So it's big concessions on Biden's part. And it allows him to to essentially make that argument against Trump.

00:03:28.500 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:03:36.040 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:03:41.220 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:03:45.540 The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that.

00:03:48.880 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:03:52.620 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega Media.

00:03:57.580 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:04:03.020 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:04:06.780 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:04:12.960 It's Monday, 29 January in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:04:23.880 We're live at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada.

00:04:27.940 We're here for the Restoring National Confidence Conference put on by Charlie Kirk and the great team at Turning Point USA.

00:04:35.320 We're here for the next two days to go through exactly how we close in the deal of President Trump's massive, massive victory.

00:04:42.960 This November, riding shotgun with me today is going to be Raheem Kassam.

00:04:47.720 Since it is 7 a.m. here on the West Coast, it was a little too early for Raheem to get in hair and makeup.

00:04:52.360 So Raheem's going to be doing it by Skype.

00:04:54.300 So I've got to fill in.

00:04:55.540 The great Ben Berquam is also going to be riding shotgun with me today.

00:04:58.440 Ben, thank you so much because we're going to go to the border.

00:05:00.760 Everything you just heard there is lies and misrepresentation.

00:05:04.560 This is how nervous they are.

00:05:05.820 Lankford got censured by the Oklahoma GOP over the weekend.

00:05:10.420 This bill is dead.

00:05:11.520 It's not dead because it secures the border.

00:05:14.580 It's dead because, quite simply, this bill codifies the invasion of our country.

00:05:20.460 And we're never going to put into law the invasion of our country and even more of it. 0.99

00:05:24.620 MTG is going to join us for a second.

00:05:26.200 Also, Mayorkas. 0.99

00:05:27.220 I mean, I don't even know, Ben.

00:05:28.200 In what world are we going to pass a bill that is going to be dependent upon, all actions dependent upon, is dependent upon Mayorkas, who the file on impeachment, the articles of impeachment for Mayorkas just got leaked over the weekend or filed over the weekend.

00:05:46.380 MTG is going to be here to join us.

00:05:47.920 Ben, you've been down the border.

00:05:49.420 We've got a team at the border today we're going to be talking to.

00:05:52.200 Tell me how this bill – and they just said that this is the toughest bill.

00:05:56.100 This bill is nothing more than codifying the invasion of the United States of America.

00:06:01.480 And it's specifically here – that bill will destroy the African-American working-class community, the Hispanic citizens of the United States working-class community.

00:06:10.460 They will give six or seven million invaders work permits immediately. 0.97

00:06:14.380 Wages will be destroyed.

00:06:15.840 The education system will be destroyed.

00:06:17.980 Health care will be destroyed.

00:06:19.600 The hardest-working Americans in the working class will absolutely be destroyed by this bill.

00:06:23.980 And we will never let it pass.

00:06:25.560 And I'm telling you right now, I don't think it will come out of the Senate if the war room posse does its job. 0.85

00:06:29.940 Ben Burkwam.

00:06:30.480 Yeah, no, I mean, clearly James Lankford has lost his mind.

00:06:33.460 The fact that he's in Oklahoma and he does this – I mean, we've got somebody here on set right now from Oklahoma, and they're livid.

00:06:39.800 The entire state is livid.

00:06:41.400 But this is what we've come to expect.

00:06:43.000 This is what the rhino establishment class does. 1.00

00:06:46.100 They line up.

00:06:47.420 They align with the Democrats.

00:06:48.860 And this – I mean, just the one fact that they are guaranteeing – rather than saying we're going to stop the invasion,

00:06:56.260 which any bill that doesn't stop the invasion should be dead on arrival.

00:07:00.000 Any one of these, we have to –

00:07:01.240 Stop it.

00:07:01.780 Absolutely.

00:07:02.380 Absolutely.

00:07:03.020 Zero.

00:07:03.380 As Andy Biggs and Rosendale and these guys say, it's quite simple.

00:07:09.220 Todd Bensman.

00:07:10.580 Detain and deport.

00:07:11.940 That's it.

00:07:12.200 The double Ds. 1.00

00:07:12.880 Detain immediately at the border.

00:07:14.740 Seal the border.

00:07:15.720 And deport them back. 1.00

00:07:16.880 And including the $6 million to $8 million.

00:07:18.140 Anything else in the bill is all happy talk.

00:07:20.700 And just to codify the invasion that's already happened and to allow $1.8 million minimum in the future.

00:07:28.020 Sir.

00:07:28.540 $5,000 a month is what they're guaranteeing.

00:07:30.300 No, a day.

00:07:31.120 A day.

00:07:31.380 Excuse me.

00:07:31.560 A day.

00:07:31.800 A day.

00:07:32.040 A day.

00:07:32.260 A day.

00:07:32.540 A day.

00:07:32.760 A day.

00:07:32.920 Excuse me.

00:07:33.340 Excuse me.

00:07:33.960 Excuse me.

00:07:34.460 $5,000 a day.

00:07:35.620 $150,000.

00:07:36.580 Read the monitor.

00:07:36.880 $150,000 a month.

00:07:39.020 This is guaranteed – this is just guaranteeing the invasion continues.

00:07:44.080 Minimum.

00:07:44.180 Minimum.

00:07:44.760 What you're doing is saying to the world, the golden ticket has now expanded.

00:07:49.760 It's not just going through and getting your free pass at the ports of entry.

00:07:58.820 Not just going in and saying, you know, I'm turning myself in.

00:08:01.660 Now it's saying we are guaranteeing $5,000 a day.

00:08:05.140 And then everybody else gets to come and just simply walk across.

00:08:07.920 We know it does absolutely nothing.

00:08:09.900 So any Republican that votes for this bill, they should be out of office.

00:08:15.060 Oh, no.

00:08:15.560 They should be absolutely turfed out.

00:08:17.420 Do we have MTG?

00:08:18.400 Okay.

00:08:18.700 Let's bring in MTG.

00:08:19.660 I think we got her by phone from an airport.

00:08:21.240 She's going back to D.C. today.

00:08:22.860 Congressman Green, you're the leader of filing these charges against Mayorkas.

00:08:26.640 Can you give us an update?

00:08:28.640 Absolutely, Steve.

00:08:29.760 And I'm very happy that my articles of impeachment are receiving a vote on Tuesday in my homeland security committee.

00:08:37.560 It's pretty outrageous that I had to go to such an extent to get these articles for a vote.

00:08:43.420 Back in November, I forced a floor vote on the House floor, forcing Congress to take a vote on these articles of impeachment against Mayorkas.

00:08:52.120 But look at the timing of this.

00:08:53.940 I just heard you guys talking about the very fact that Democrats and Republicans holding hands together in a border surrender deal that would allow 5,000 illegal immigrants to come in our country.

00:09:06.200 And they want to call this a deal and a win for the country.

00:09:10.060 It's America last as it gets.

00:09:11.700 And every Republican should be thrown out that actually votes for it.

00:09:15.100 Democrats, too. 0.99

00:09:16.380 It's ridiculous. 0.92

00:09:18.060 But we'll be impeaching Secretary Mayorkas on Tuesday in homeland.

00:09:22.400 And I am looking forward to seeing that those articles of impeachment have a floor vote in the House.

00:09:28.700 And then we'll have everyone on record that stands with the invasion of America.

00:09:33.380 Are you going to vote tomorrow?

00:09:36.560 And when you say Tuesday, that's tomorrow in Washington at the Homeland Security Committee.

00:09:40.140 You're going to vote tomorrow on the articles?

00:09:42.560 Yes.

00:09:42.940 Tomorrow on Tuesday in Homeland Security Committee, my articles of impeachment of Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas will receive a vote.

00:09:52.400 And every Republican on the committee is going to be voting to impeach Secretary Mayorkas.

00:09:57.960 So, MTG, help me out here.

00:10:02.700 You've been down in Texas.

00:10:04.040 How do we have this bill that the happy-clappy part of the Republican Party is on TV?

00:10:09.640 Oh, this is so great.

00:10:10.840 This bill, to be executed, is Mayorkas. 0.96

00:10:14.600 The 5,000 per day is still Mayorkas' decision of how to execute.

00:10:17.900 At the same time, the federal government is suing at the Supreme Court, the state of Texas, and threatening to cut down the razor wire to allow more invaders in.

00:10:28.200 How do we have the federal government taking on the state of Texas, trying to let more invaders in? 1.00

00:10:32.800 Mayorkas, who's being impeached by your committee, is the guy that executes everything on their bill.

00:10:37.620 And they're looking at the American people in the eye and saying, oh, this is the toughest bill that's ever been coming forward to secure the border.

00:10:44.280 How does that work?

00:10:45.800 They're lying.

00:10:46.460 They're flat-out lying.

00:10:48.100 HR2 is the toughest border security bill that was ever passed in the House.

00:10:53.480 The Democrat-controlled Senate refuses to take up HR2 and pass it.

00:10:58.100 Joe Biden refuses to sign it into law.

00:11:00.720 But that is the absolute best security that we can bring for our border laws.

00:11:05.500 And that's what Congress should be doing. 0.71

00:11:08.020 That's what the White House should be doing. 0.92

00:11:09.540 But they don't care about that, Steve.

00:11:11.560 We all need to remember and understand what happened in 2021.

00:11:15.060 This was a takeover of our country. 0.60

00:11:18.000 The Biden administration, the Democrats, took over our country.

00:11:21.660 They are America last. 0.96

00:11:23.480 They want our country willfully invaded.

00:11:25.920 They want to fight as many foreign wars as possible.

00:11:29.340 And they want to finish what Obama started, the radical transformation of America.

00:11:34.080 That's what this is.

00:11:35.300 And so when they stand on TV and say Republicans don't want to secure the border, when Joe Biden says Republicans don't want to give me money to secure the border, they are flat-out lying.

00:11:46.340 They want a global invasion of America. 0.51

00:11:49.080 That's what they've been doing since they started.

00:11:51.560 And we are doing everything we can possibly to stop it.

00:11:55.560 And that includes impeaching Alejandro Mayorkas.

00:11:58.360 MTG, over the weekend, it was released, I think, by The Telegraph in London, a $40 million massive stealing of American taxpayer money in Ukraine by defense officials.

00:12:12.140 $40 million for fake artillery vouchers they put in and got paid for.

00:12:17.440 There's rumors there's billions of dollars that the Ukrainian government has stolen.

00:12:22.400 At the same time, we have carrier battle groups up with troops, and we have troops who just got shelled, three dead, dozens wounded by the Persians up on the Jordanian-Syrian border.

00:12:31.700 Why are we putting carrier battle groups, sending money to Ukraine?

00:12:35.060 We have troops up on Jordan-Syria border and no troops and no carrier battle groups down in the Gulf of Mexico on the southern border.

00:12:42.380 Why do we protect other borders and not our own?

00:12:44.780 Well, they don't care about our border.

00:12:47.820 They clearly don't.

00:12:48.760 They only care about other countries' borders.

00:12:50.620 And we have a lot of answers that we want from the Biden administration and the Department of Defense.

00:12:56.040 Number one, which AUMF are they following?

00:13:00.100 Which one?

00:13:00.860 Because it's outrageous.

00:13:02.320 Congress has not voted to go to war with Iran.

00:13:04.520 Congress has not voted to go to any wars, at least since I've been there.

00:13:08.380 And then also, why are our troops, why are they being killed?

00:13:12.360 What are they doing that is happening that's causing them to be killed?

00:13:16.240 The Navy SEALs, the two Navy SEALs that were tragically killed, there's a lot of questions around their deaths.

00:13:22.120 And the official story is being questioned.

00:13:25.120 And now we've had three more American soldiers die, and it's over 30 now that are injured.

00:13:32.340 We didn't vote to go to war.

00:13:33.900 The only war that we care about is the one at our southern border, and that's the one that our military should be posted up on to stop the invasion into America. 0.99

00:13:42.580 But Joe Biden is going to lead us into World War III, Steve, and none of this would have ever happened if we had President Trump in the White House.

00:13:52.800 MTG, how can people track you on social media?

00:13:54.780 How do they get to your site?

00:13:56.740 Well, just everyone needs to follow and pay attention to all my social media.

00:14:01.180 They can also go to mtgforamerica.com.

00:14:06.880 Councilman Green, thank you for stepping out in the airport and giving us a call.

00:14:09.820 Appreciate it.

00:14:10.840 Yeah, thanks so much, Steve.

00:14:12.640 Yeah, thanks so much, Steve.

00:14:14.120 Okay, what MTG is talking about there is the War Powers Act.

00:14:16.620 Lindsey Graham and company want to go in and start bombing Persia today.

00:14:20.460 Tehran want to get us into actually the kinetic part of the Third World War.

00:14:24.580 American troops being hit in Jordan and on the Syrian border.

00:14:27.760 We've got carrier battle groups all over the place taking incoming.

00:14:30.440 You've got now a massive scandal, a massive scandal of stealing American taxpayer money in Ukraine.

00:14:36.820 We're going to break it all down for you.

00:14:38.400 We're actually going to go to, I think, hopefully Arizona.

00:14:42.280 Why was Carrie Lake booed on the stage the other day? 1.00

00:14:44.680 We're going to get all the details from the new head of the Arizona GOP, Ben Burkhorn.

00:14:48.900 It's with Raheem Kassam, Jack Posobiec.

00:14:50.820 Later, we're here at Turning Point USA, Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on the Strip.

00:14:55.580 Back in a moment.

00:14:56.200 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of, 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.

00:16:16.580 Action. Action. Action.

00:16:18.420 Greetings, Arizona Republicans.

00:16:21.880 I know we've proven today that we don't agree on everything.

00:16:27.380 I know we don't agree on everything.

00:16:28.800 I know we don't agree on everything.

00:16:30.620 I know we don't agree on everything.

00:16:35.240 But one thing we do agree on is the elections in Arizona are a corrupt mess.

00:16:41.340 Okay, welcome back.

00:16:51.680 We're live at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, on the Strip.

00:16:58.540 It's, what, 7.15?

00:17:00.080 Most people, the Turning Point crew, a lot of young folks at Turning Point, they're coming in actually from last night.

00:17:06.200 Okay, so they're going to be a little groggy, maybe not, we're not too packed this morning for the afternoon show.

00:17:11.920 I got Ben Burkwam, we're going to the border in a minute.

00:17:13.760 Raheem's going to join us.

00:17:15.340 But we're now joined by Gina Swoboda, the new Arizona chairman of the GOP.

00:17:20.880 Gina, here's a question.

00:17:22.660 Carrie Lake, who is beloved throughout the country, MAGA superstar, Iowa, New Hampshire, big surrogate, probably the president's most important surrogate.

00:17:30.260 And there was a lot of passion, tension, anger.

00:17:34.540 Why was Carrie Lake booed? 1.00

00:17:35.740 I've never seen Carrie Lake booed anywhere. 1.00

00:17:37.780 Why is she booed in Arizona, her home state? 1.00

00:17:40.080 So the Republican Party of Arizona is divided.

00:17:45.640 And two weeks prior to the state party election was the Maricopa County party election.

00:17:51.940 And at the Maricopa County party election, one group in our kind of schism won all those races.

00:17:58.740 And so when we got to the state party election, the group that did not prevail at the county was upset.

00:18:07.680 And they, I think that they viewed the endorsements and what happened with Chairman DeWitt and just kind of the rapid back and forth over like a 72-hour period, they put that on Carrie.

00:18:23.340 Like, I mean, whether people think that's fair or not, I think that's what they had in their mind.

00:18:27.120 Did you guys work it out through the day?

00:18:29.320 Because she came up early and took the incoming. 0.50

00:18:31.800 Have you guys started the process of healing?

00:18:34.920 Look, if we don't win Arizona, we're not going to win the presidency and we're not going to win the Senate.

00:18:39.300 So Carrie Lake's Senate run, absolutely urgent.

00:18:42.100 The president, we've got to win.

00:18:43.260 You know, we've won before.

00:18:44.280 We won in 16.

00:18:45.120 We won in 20.

00:18:45.960 It was stolen.

00:18:47.060 The governorship was stolen.

00:18:49.100 You're the expert in how not to steal it.

00:18:50.940 I think that's the reason you're the GOP chair, correct?

00:18:54.120 Correct.

00:18:55.340 So DeWitt, Jeff DeWitt, is there a problem is that there was no money raised?

00:18:59.660 I mean, what was, besides the tape, what are the problems in the GOP?

00:19:03.660 Because I keep hearing word that you've got these factions, everybody's in each other's throat.

00:19:07.720 You've still got the old McCain factions putting the knife in everybody.

00:19:10.660 What is the reality?

00:19:11.980 Yeah, there is no money in the AZGOP.

00:19:15.360 Okay, last time I looked, we're eight months away, nine months away from the election.

00:19:19.040 Let me repeat this.

00:19:21.000 Arizona, as Arizona goes, so goes the nation.

00:19:24.060 We have to win with President Trump.

00:19:25.560 We can't have it stolen again.

00:19:27.060 We've had a presidential election stolen and Fox News coming into, what, 8 o'clock at night and saying it's over.

00:19:33.280 We had one stolen.

00:19:34.680 We had the governorship stolen.

00:19:36.380 You have a lot of people out there that are despondent.

00:19:38.820 You have people throughout the country.

00:19:40.080 We have to win the presidency in Arizona, and we have to win Carrie Lake. 0.93

00:19:43.480 We don't take back the Senate unless Carrie Lake wins. 1.00

00:19:45.300 Because you're saying, how can the Arizona GOP be dead broke in an election year with nine months to go?

00:19:52.420 They are.

00:19:53.220 So I'm coming in.

00:19:55.420 I haven't seen the P&L.

00:19:57.380 There hasn't been a profit and loss statement issued in the prior year.

00:20:03.980 For a year?

00:20:04.620 For a year.

00:20:05.860 So we have debt.

00:20:07.420 So we don't know where we are, and we haven't known where we are for a year?

00:20:10.080 That's correct.

00:20:10.740 Jeez.

00:20:11.460 That's correct.

00:20:12.040 How did that happen?

00:20:14.020 Unknown.

00:20:14.420 Unknown?

00:20:14.980 Coming in.

00:20:16.280 Got to look at the books.

00:20:17.480 On the election side, we have to litigate.

00:20:20.760 We have to litigate now.

00:20:21.840 We have a lot of lawsuits going on.

00:20:23.080 We've got to get rid of the unmanned drop boxes.

00:20:25.020 That lawsuit, that judgment is imminent.

00:20:27.380 But the courts in Arizona, I hear you.

00:20:29.240 Don't get me wrong.

00:20:29.860 I love the fact we're in the courts.

00:20:30.980 I know you're an expert.

00:20:32.040 But let me just posit, I don't think the courts in Arizona have exactly cut our way as far as decisions.

00:20:37.420 Has there been any ruling in Arizona at all?

00:20:39.920 You're the expert.

00:20:40.920 I'm not.

00:20:41.580 That has actually gone our way as far as election fraud?

00:20:43.720 Yes, there are two.

00:20:44.980 And we survived the motion to dismiss, so it's not final.

00:20:47.960 But that's the preliminary ruling from the judge.

00:20:50.440 So the Dropbox case, which is in Yavapai, and the signature verification case, which is also in Yavapai.

00:20:57.420 So Yavapai is very red.

00:20:58.980 It's very conservative.

00:21:00.680 And we brought it, I think, early enough.

00:21:03.560 What usually happens to us is we get into the election, and then the bad thing starts to happen.

00:21:08.240 And yes, none of the judges will help us once the election starts.

00:21:11.700 The third thing is this procedures manual thing.

00:21:13.800 The legislature is going to join us this time.

00:21:15.960 They have not done that in the past.

00:21:16.740 Well, they didn't follow the procedures at all last time.

00:21:20.160 That's one of the reasons Kerry lost.

00:21:21.360 So we're going to remove from him all of these unlawful, from Secretary Fontes, all of the procedures that are not in the law.

00:21:28.020 Fontes, who's the cartel lawyer, that Fontes, who's the cartel lawyer, that's now the secretary of state of Arizona.

00:21:36.100 Who was the county recorder in Maricopa in the 2018 election, which is when we really start to see things go off the rails.

00:21:42.720 Started super bad, 18, 20 is worse, 22.

00:21:46.180 They're not even trying to hide it anymore in Maricopa.

00:21:48.640 They're just breaking the seals on the tabulators and running ballots through.

00:21:52.380 So this is what we can do is get in there now, eliminate the things that are the worst of the gaps in the system.

00:22:00.920 And what are those?

00:22:02.180 The unmanned drop boxes.

00:22:03.420 Got it.

00:22:03.660 The lack of any requirements for signature verification.

00:22:06.940 So you see a video, click, click, click, click.

00:22:09.000 And what's in this procedures manual will blow out the door.

00:22:11.860 So if we thought what we saw before was bad, this is off the rails.

00:22:15.020 I mean, it's worse than the other procedures manual.

00:22:16.080 It's 100% worse.

00:22:17.140 And how do we block that?

00:22:18.400 That's what we're suing about now.

00:22:20.140 So the legislature is going to drop a lawsuit this week.

00:22:23.580 The AZGOP is going to drop a lawsuit this week.

00:22:26.600 And the funding is coming from...

00:22:29.260 Why didn't DeWitt drop the...

00:22:30.520 Why didn't AZGOP drop this lawsuit six months ago?

00:22:33.660 The manual was released on December 30th.

00:22:36.160 Okay, fine.

00:22:36.720 Got it.

00:22:37.180 Okay.

00:22:38.040 Listen, you've got a task in front of you.

00:22:40.300 You've got to bring all these factions together.

00:22:42.260 Yes.

00:22:42.620 Number one.

00:22:43.220 Yes.

00:22:43.440 And all work in unified thing.

00:22:44.700 You've got to raise a ton of money.

00:22:46.840 And that's normally the position.

00:22:48.200 People say, hey, I want to be chairman of the state GOP.

00:22:51.000 I keep telling folks, 99% of your job is to raise money, right?

00:22:55.020 So you've got to raise money.

00:22:55.960 At the same time, you're still the head and chief voter integrity person in Arizona.

00:23:02.820 So explain to this audience how you're going to...

00:23:04.760 Any one of those efforts is a full-time gig.

00:23:08.040 It is.

00:23:08.500 How are you?

00:23:08.840 Okay.

00:23:09.140 So that's three full-time gigs.

00:23:10.600 How is Gina Sobota... 1.00

00:23:12.160 Are you superwoman? 1.00

00:23:13.560 I am.

00:23:14.360 I'm Wonder Woman.

00:23:15.220 Okay.

00:23:15.600 You're Wonder Woman? 0.95

00:23:16.420 I'm fueled by God.

00:23:17.660 Well, the president...

00:23:18.420 I love that.

00:23:18.820 I have to say...

00:23:19.940 Empowered by the Holy Spirit?

00:23:21.440 Empowered by...

00:23:21.920 Yeah, I'm wearing the armor of God.

00:23:23.080 Amen, amen.

00:23:23.480 Amen.

00:23:23.680 And if the person...

00:23:25.560 I think that the reason that God made me my nerdly election self is for this time.

00:23:31.740 So that the person that's...

00:23:32.980 Because there's been a lot of times...

00:23:34.000 I didn't want to say that.

00:23:34.740 I said we've got an Arizona GOP.

00:23:36.760 He's kind of a nerd, but hey.

00:23:39.180 Nerds for the win.

00:23:39.840 That's awesome.

00:23:40.320 But I really...

00:23:41.520 You're saying you're raised up for a reason.

00:23:43.900 Amen.

00:23:44.940 Okay.

00:23:45.180 We've had in the past...

00:23:46.580 I sat in the war room where the lawyers are, as you know, in 22 and in 20.

00:23:51.540 I was with you.

00:23:51.920 And I've seen things happening for 27 days.

00:23:54.380 We have 27 days of early voting.

00:23:55.900 So the stuff starts to happen right away.

00:23:57.920 And as soon as that starts to happen, just Gina is yelling, flag on the play. 1.00

00:24:04.160 I need a lawyer.

00:24:04.900 I need to go to court.

00:24:05.860 I need this.

00:24:06.360 I need that.

00:24:06.980 And that just has not happened.

00:24:08.600 I was not going to run for this.

00:24:10.460 The president called me and said, you need to do this.

00:24:13.120 That would be President Trump.

00:24:14.060 That would...

00:24:14.600 Yes.

00:24:15.180 The one and only.

00:24:16.220 President.

00:24:16.840 So to me, the president, right?

00:24:18.040 The real president.

00:24:18.640 The president.

00:24:19.420 And he said, did you have to do this?

00:24:21.160 Yes.

00:24:21.920 And I said, yes, sir.

00:24:23.920 I'm in.

00:24:24.600 That's perfect.

00:24:25.160 I'll fight for every vote.

00:24:26.680 Walk me through one more time.

00:24:28.000 The help...

00:24:28.540 Here's...

00:24:29.000 Look, you have a huge audience, not just live here.

00:24:31.340 It's starting to be huge for the guys coming off the tables early in the morning.

00:24:34.520 But you have a national audience.

00:24:37.320 You have people in Arizona.

00:24:38.300 The show's huge there.

00:24:39.860 Walk us through the support you need.

00:24:41.560 In addition to prayer and people, you know, spiritually having your back.

00:24:46.280 In the material realm, give me your ask right now because we got...

00:24:51.520 Arizona's everything.

00:24:53.000 Amen.

00:24:53.120 Lose Arizona in the presidential race like they stole it last time.

00:24:57.180 And Mark Elias knows this.

00:24:58.980 The forces of evil know this.

00:25:00.620 I mean, they're licking their chops right now.

00:25:01.920 We got Gina Swoboda, right? 0.98

00:25:03.620 The chief nerd. 0.95

00:25:04.780 These evil demons are out there.

00:25:06.560 They're saying, hey, we got her.

00:25:08.240 So walk us through what you need.

00:25:09.540 How do we have your back in the material realm?

00:25:11.500 Thank you.

00:25:11.940 I think Mark is scared of me.

00:25:13.340 And I think they actually did try to do a lot of damage over the past three days.

00:25:17.540 Are you throwing down on Mark Elias right now?

00:25:18.880 I am 100% throwing down.

00:25:19.860 Are you going to beat Mark Elias?

00:25:21.140 I am.

00:25:21.960 You're going to beat Mark Elias?

00:25:23.340 Mark brought it to me on Twitter and said, yeah, come and get it.

00:25:27.020 Give it to him.

00:25:27.320 I'm going to give it to you.

00:25:28.220 Come on, sister. 1.00

00:25:28.960 So I need to litigate.

00:25:31.400 We need to litigate.

00:25:32.360 We need to protect ourselves from lawfare.

00:25:34.140 That's how they weakened the system in 2020.

00:25:36.280 And we didn't see them coming.

00:25:37.360 And so we know where they are.

00:25:38.760 And please go to azgop.com and donate whatever you can.

00:25:44.520 We've got to litigate.

00:25:45.680 I need money to do that.

00:25:47.220 The other side has like Arabella advisors right on down. 1.00

00:25:50.640 And they're funding the lawfare.

00:25:51.980 And they've got an endless supply of cash.

00:25:53.740 We're running on fumes.

00:25:54.880 And if I can't litigate, I can't protect us.

00:25:57.520 So you need help to go on offense.

00:25:59.960 I need help.

00:26:00.660 Because we've got to take it to them.

00:26:02.520 We can't sit here and wait and then try to flail about when it's too late and it's already started.

00:26:06.460 We've got to do it now.

00:26:07.800 We're bringing it now.

00:26:08.900 But we need support to do it.

00:26:10.440 Thank you.

00:26:11.140 Okay.

00:26:11.400 This is a providential move.

00:26:12.580 So everybody have Gina's back.

00:26:14.060 She was raised up for a reason.

00:26:16.260 She's an expert.

00:26:17.060 Everybody said, hey, it's all about stealing the vote in Arizona. 0.92

00:26:19.740 We understand that.

00:26:20.540 That's why Gina, who's our top dog here, she's going to take on Mark Elias. 1.00

00:26:23.920 You're committed to this audience.

00:26:25.540 You're going to beat Mark Elias?

00:26:26.700 I am.

00:26:27.340 I'm going to beat him many times. 0.99

00:26:28.400 I'm going to beat him every time that he comes at us. 0.98

00:26:30.860 I love that. 0.98

00:26:31.800 Okay.

00:26:33.540 One more time.

00:26:34.300 Where do people go?

00:26:36.460 AZGOP.com.

00:26:38.220 Please.

00:26:38.860 Anything you can do will help.

00:26:39.980 We would love to have you back here.

00:26:41.440 And when you go to the site, we'd love to have you back here on a little deeper drill down

00:26:44.440 when you're ready to go through the nuts and bolts of how you have to happen.

00:26:48.160 But the folks in Arizona, we've got to come together.

00:26:49.960 We've got to put all of our swords and differences aside right now.

00:26:54.560 We've got, what, nine months?

00:26:55.980 We've got to bring, like I said, as Arizona goes, so goes the country.

00:26:59.560 Amen.

00:27:00.580 And don't forget, they're trying to give rank choice voting to us everywhere, so we're fighting

00:27:04.140 that too.

00:27:04.720 Because we're going to win.

00:27:05.680 We're going to win this time.

00:27:06.540 But then they're trying to change the rules because that's what they do.

00:27:09.160 If we're voting in Arizona, we'll never win an election again.

00:27:12.560 We need to do both.

00:27:13.320 That's the great thing about what's happening here in Las Vegas.

00:27:15.800 The next two days, Charlie Kirk has really got everybody on offense.

00:27:20.020 They're talking about rank choice voting.

00:27:21.540 There's a big, detailed presentation about Arabella.

00:27:24.320 This is going to be pretty extraordinary.

00:27:26.100 I really want to thank you.

00:27:27.320 You were coming anyway.

00:27:28.000 Thank you.

00:27:28.180 This is what a power player she was. 0.99

00:27:30.300 And then, oh, by the way, over the weekend on Saturday, what I loved about it, it was

00:27:33.920 fascinating television.

00:27:35.460 I mean, and Carrie Lakes, she gave as good as she got, right? 1.00

00:27:38.160 She's a very, you know, sweet, classy person. 0.91

00:27:41.660 But it was kind of a fracas there, but everything turned out.

00:27:44.440 And the president's choice, Gina Swoboda, is the chairman of the Arizona GOP.

00:27:50.320 Thank you so much, Gina.

00:27:51.320 Thank you, Steve.

00:27:51.560 Good luck.

00:27:51.900 Go with God.

00:27:52.360 God bless you.

00:27:52.640 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break here.

00:27:54.680 We're live at Planet Hollywood on the Strip.

00:27:57.940 This is restoring national confidence.

00:28:00.960 Restoring national confidence.

00:28:02.540 And they're not going to steal the 2024 like they stole the 2020.

00:28:07.240 Charlie Kirk's on watch.

00:28:09.320 The whole Turning Point crew is here.

00:28:11.240 We're going to return in just a moment.

00:28:13.020 Got Jack Post, Sobik, Ben Berkman, Raheem Kassam in the war room.

00:28:17.140 Traditional corporate media is crumbling.

00:28:21.040 Why?

00:28:21.720 Because they're hiding something, something big.

00:28:24.260 People are realizing that they're being lied to left and right, even by institutions they thought they could trust.

00:29:32.460 Use your agency.

00:29:33.620 Action, action, action.

00:29:35.240 Which one-backed group do you believe was responsible, and how did this drone reach this facility where it could endanger these American lives, killing three, but also, we should note, wounding some seriously up to two or three dozen more?

00:29:48.560 Yeah, that's right.

00:29:49.700 This was definitely a lethal attack, no question about that.

00:29:52.380 We think it was a single drone.

00:29:53.480 We're still working out the details of, like, how this drone got through and how it was able to actually target what, in essence, was a barracks building.

00:30:03.520 And given the hour upon which this attack occurred, you know, these troops were mostly in their beds and asleep.

00:30:11.700 They were in a barracks.

00:30:13.420 So we're still working out the details of exactly how this happened and how it occurred.

00:30:18.460 As for attribution, again, we're still working our way through the intelligence on this as well.

00:30:24.020 Clearly, it has all the earmarks of a group or groups that are supported by Qatab Hezbollah, which is one of the big IRGC-funded, supported, and resource groups that operates in Iraq and Syria.

00:30:36.360 Again, it has all the earmarks of that, but we're still working our way through it.

00:30:39.600 Let me have it.

00:30:40.080 You got all this happy talk.

00:30:42.940 You know, the Persians hit us. 1.00

00:30:44.140 I don't know why we got troops.

00:30:45.380 Why are we defending the Jordanian-Syrian border?

00:30:48.680 We try to get those troops out in the first months of the Trump administration.

00:30:52.500 Of course, the deep state had a complete total meltdown.

00:30:55.960 Rahim Kassam joins us live.

00:30:58.000 Thank you.

00:30:58.320 And thank you for being here live.

00:30:59.540 I thought at first we were going to do Skype.

00:31:00.760 You told me you didn't do 7 a.m. in person.

00:31:05.640 Normally, in these casinos, this is when you're leaving, right?

00:31:08.060 This is when you're taking your winnings.

00:31:09.520 This is when I'm just getting started.

00:31:10.980 This is when I'm warming up in here.

00:31:13.080 By the way, we are standing in an incredibly important position here

00:31:17.180 because in that ballroom, just down that hallway to our right,

00:31:21.940 is where I first ever watched President Donald J. Trump give a speech in person.

00:31:26.320 And it was the first time we ran an op-ed, not by me,

00:31:30.240 by one of our contributors at Breitbart London,

00:31:32.900 effectively saying Trump is the American Farage.

00:31:35.660 That was 2015 Freedom Fest in this room.

00:31:38.700 Freedom Fest, yes.

00:31:39.860 It's amazing.

00:31:40.740 I didn't realize there was a plan in Hollywood.

00:31:41.940 It was right here.

00:31:42.720 Yeah, it's a pretty impressive operation they've got here.

00:31:45.720 Ben, before I go, I got Cash, I got Posobiec about this,

00:31:48.680 and I want to get Raheem's thoughts.

00:31:49.700 You've got some other thoughts on the border.

00:31:51.600 Yeah, so getting back to this nonsense coming out from the Senate

00:31:55.220 that they're trying to push on the American people,

00:31:57.620 bottom line is everything you're hearing is a fraud.

00:32:01.400 Anything they're talking about on the southern border is an absolute fraud.

00:32:04.720 Joe Biden, this is all political.

00:32:05.920 Anybody, they're basically slapping you in the face, slapping the American people's intelligence

00:32:11.240 and saying, don't believe the three years of the treason that we've given you the last three years.

00:32:18.520 Believe what we're telling you now.

00:32:19.660 And we're just going to give you treason light.

00:32:21.260 Instead of having $300,000 a month come across, we're going to guarantee that we have $150,000 a month coming across.

00:32:28.320 It's all political.

00:32:29.380 And I think $1.8 million a year.

00:32:31.660 Minimum.

00:32:32.040 Minimum.

00:32:32.520 And I think what's going on in Jordan, I think the happiest person about this right now is Joe Biden.

00:32:36.980 So he can deflect and he can use this war, this World War III, to start to have something to run off.

00:32:43.240 This is a group that you have articles of impeachment about to be voted on tomorrow by the House Homeland Security Committee

00:32:53.500 for the guy that would execute in every part of this deal.

00:32:57.260 It's dependent upon Mayorkas actually executing it, number one.

00:33:00.180 Number two.

00:33:00.920 It's total BS.

00:33:01.440 The state of Texas has said, hey, this is so bad, we've had taken our own hands.

00:33:06.320 Biden's troops are down on the border to cut the razor wire with the Supreme Court saying you can do it.

00:33:11.160 And the state of Texas said, reread the Constitution.

00:33:13.400 It's not happening.

00:33:14.140 And other states are sending troops down there and people are sending razor wire.

00:33:17.440 I think Kristi Noem sent a bunch of razor wire. 1.00

00:33:19.360 The only reason they're even doing the phony amnesty bill is to get the $60 billion to money launder into Ukraine.

00:33:27.600 Raheem, over the weekend, big story, just $40 million, complete phony invoices for artillery shells by the top guys in their defense.

00:33:38.300 We have said now for over a year, Zelensky, it's a known fact.

00:33:42.100 You should understand, it's a known open secret in Washington, D.C.

00:33:44.980 that Zelensky and his cohorts have stolen at least $20 billion of aid that's come from both the Europeans and the Americans.

00:33:51.060 Raheem.

00:33:51.300 Yeah, but it's a known open fact, it's been a known open fact in Europe that that's what Zelensky was there to do.

00:33:58.360 That's what his cadre was there to do.

00:34:00.300 Just like here, just like COVID, just like 2008, it's a wealth redistribution mechanism for these people.

00:34:09.120 It's to create a new oligarch class. 0.98

00:34:11.680 Remember, they were not just replacing a class of oligarch in Eastern Europe.

00:34:15.700 They were replacing all the heads of state at certain points across Europe.

00:34:19.780 You take out the more Putin-friendly, more Russo-friendly people, you replace them. 1.00

00:34:25.660 But you can't just replace the prime minister and expect that to be the, you know, Victoria Nuland will tell you all about this, right?

00:34:31.760 You have to replace everything and every piece of apparatus.

00:34:34.300 And so what was that money used for?

00:34:35.560 Yeah, in a lot of senses, it was used for private jets and fancy cars and nice apartments.

00:34:40.080 But in a lot of senses, it's there to actually rebuild civil open society in that globalist world.

00:34:46.720 Along lines of slosh, right? 1.00

00:34:48.100 This isn't just slosh, right? 0.93

00:34:49.960 We can't treat this as just pure corruption.

00:34:52.780 This is actually the undoing of the fabric of society that has gone back decades and hundreds of years in Europe in certain cases.

00:35:00.240 That's what the money is used for.

00:35:01.820 Okay, now we're going to start the war with the Persians. 0.99

00:35:04.040 Let's bring in Cash Patel.

00:35:05.860 Cash, I don't think it should be lost on anybody.

00:35:08.020 By the way, Cash is President Trump's national security advisor.

00:35:11.080 Cash, it shouldn't be lost on anybody.

00:35:12.200 This was a drone strike.

00:35:13.940 And Post is going to be on a minute.

00:35:15.660 You know, where was the air defense against the drones?

00:35:19.520 Why weren't our local partners up there on watch?

00:35:23.400 Cash Patel.

00:35:24.760 Yeah, look, this area, it's called Tower 22.

00:35:27.000 It's located 22 miles south of Al-Tamf garrison, which we've had for about 20 years in southern Syria.

00:35:32.960 And the reason this post exists is because of the humanitarian refugee crisis that Jordan has allowed to exist in this country,

00:35:39.060 because the world just keeps shipping refugees down there and expects the U.S. to monitor them.

00:35:43.220 And the answer to your question about why didn't we defend and why didn't we see it coming is because Joe Biden has deprioritized intelligence collection matters for the protection of our troops and counterinsurgencies that attack our American troops and American locations like this one.

00:35:57.820 It's simple.

00:35:58.440 When you have a secretary of defense who is bedridden for five weeks, who doesn't show up to work, who lies to the world, and gets his chairman of joint chiefs of staff to lie to the president with him,

00:36:07.060 and they care more about DEI and white rage than they do about terrorists, like we did in the Trump administration, American soldiers die.

00:36:14.020 And I'd like to remind the world, we lost two Navy Special Warfare operators two weeks ago, another three service members in this attack,

00:36:22.700 five service members killed wearing American cloth, and 145 bombing attacks on American military installations.

00:36:30.480 This is a war of Joe Biden's doing.

00:36:34.240 Yeah, 30 additional casualties.

00:36:36.000 But here's the question.

00:36:37.580 You can defend, like the carrier battle group in the Red Sea, you can defend for incoming.

00:36:42.800 He's taking offensive capabilities, and, of course, the forever war warmongers like Lindsey Graham are sitting there going bomb, you know, bomb the Persian capital of Tehran right now.

00:36:51.540 When are the Republicans going to force Joe Biden?

00:36:54.520 You even have Tim Kaine and Democrats saying, hey, this is just not defensive anymore.

00:36:59.080 It's offense.

00:36:59.680 You've got to come to Congress, get permission to do this.

00:37:02.760 When are we going to force Biden to come and lay out a plan?

00:37:06.000 For Ukraine, for the Middle East, for his coming war with the Persians. 0.98

00:37:10.620 When is the War Powers Act going to kick in here?

00:37:12.460 I hate to tell you, but you're not going to force Biden to do anything.

00:37:16.160 That guy can barely stand or speak.

00:37:17.980 You expect him to operate a war?

00:37:19.340 Do you trust him and his cabinet to operate us in a wartime posture in any of those countries?

00:37:24.800 I don't.

00:37:25.700 I think that there's some people in Congress that are trying to make the right moves to protect our soldiers, which is of paramount importance.

00:37:31.620 But beyond that, let's be honest.

00:37:34.260 Without a good commander in chief like Donald Trump, courageous enough to have our troops back and collect the intelligence necessary to conduct the operations you're talking about, you are going to senselessly send more Americans to murder by terrorists and other senseless actions of violence because you are going to seeking headlines instead of posturing for war footing, which you can't do retroactively.

00:37:55.540 You can't undo the last three years by saying, oh, we're going to go collect a few bombs and drop them.

00:38:01.560 You remember the last time they did that in Afghanistan?

00:38:04.100 They drone struck Mark Milley, Secretary Austin and Joe Biden drone struck seven children, seven children because they thought they killed a network that blew up 13 Americans because of their disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.

00:38:17.600 They tried to reverse engineer national security and innocent children got killed.

00:38:21.700 On top of that, we're losing American soldiers now.

00:38:24.040 So I don't have any faith in this institution or structure to issue a national command authority that protects Americans and Americans to soldiers.

00:38:32.460 Cash, correct me if I'm wrong.

00:38:33.680 You were a senior staffer over at the House Intel Committee.

00:38:37.820 You were in the broke Russiagate.

00:38:39.480 You're the one that stopped that or helped stop that when the senior guys did it.

00:38:42.240 You were over at Intelligence.

00:38:43.860 You were chief of staff at the Defense Department.

00:38:46.560 You were one of President Trump's senior advisors.

00:38:49.560 Under President Trump, did we have a war in Ukraine?

00:38:51.820 Did we have a war in the Middle East?

00:38:53.000 Were the Israelis attacked as bad or worse than 9-11?

00:38:56.980 Did we have a war in the southern border?

00:38:59.060 Did we have a potential war in the South China Sea?

00:39:01.480 Were any of the hot spots in the world, including the southern border, these kinetic activities?

00:39:05.840 Did any of that happen on President Trump's watch, sir?

00:39:09.360 No.

00:39:09.780 In fact, we wound down out of three wars.

00:39:12.360 And we also had an intel-based withdrawal plan in Afghanistan that I'm proud to say we led that led to zero U.S. casualties, and we handed that off to Joe Biden.

00:39:21.080 And the reason that happened is because Donald Trump had the WASTA on the world stage to go to these leaders and shut this stuff down.

00:39:27.140 We also ran some great operations covertly and overtly against our enemy.

00:39:32.180 And here's something that I probably haven't talked about.

00:39:34.020 You know what we did in the Donald Trump administration?

00:39:35.860 On the back of my board in the National Security Council where I led the counterterrorism programs, we wiped out 98 percent of al-Qaeda senior leadership, the emirs of ISIS, and Soleimani.

00:39:45.420 I had X's going across these charts that people never thought could possibly happen, and Donald Trump said, go get it done.

00:39:52.520 And he made that the priority.

00:39:53.900 And that's why there wasn't any wars or senseless acts of violence against children or U.S. soldiers.

00:39:58.260 And that's the difference when you actually have a commander-in-chief who gets after the fight rather than one who sleeps through it and has a secretary of defense in his bedside collecting intelligence to talk about white rage.

00:40:10.060 President Trump took down the caliphate, took down the physical caliphate of ISIS, wanted dead or alive.

00:40:16.760 Trump likes them dead better.

00:40:18.300 Cash, government gangsters, how did it get to all your content, brother? 0.94

00:40:22.340 Thanks, Van.

00:40:22.820 Good.

00:40:23.180 At TruthSocial.com, Cash, and pick up government gangsters, best-selling cop, best-selling book right now, Blueprint for 2024.

00:40:29.020 Look, this is all the deep state.

00:40:30.560 That's why I wrote the book.

00:40:31.580 We've got to take a wrecking ball to the deep state.

00:40:34.060 And, of course, Bannon, you would visit my hometown of Vegas the three days I'm not there.

00:40:37.580 But have fun and always bet black. 0.99

00:40:40.060 Hold it.

00:40:42.880 Hold it.

00:40:43.460 The reason we heard Cash was out of town is now we can party nonstop.

00:40:47.680 Cash Patel.

00:40:48.580 Thank you, Mr. Insight.

00:40:49.620 By the way, thank you for Saturday for being with President Trump.

00:40:52.380 Really appreciate it.

00:40:53.000 President Trump gave a great speech out here.

00:40:54.460 Thank you, brother.

00:40:55.580 Thank you.

00:40:56.160 People, the first time I heard President Trump, we're going to get to it later, this bizarre thing about the caucus, which President Trump's going to win, going away versus this bogus Nikki primary.

00:41:05.340 We'll get to that in a second.

00:41:06.520 Thoughts on the coming war with Persia?

00:41:08.160 Well, you know, I think to come back to something about President Trump and his, you know, the peace plan, right?

00:41:16.560 Look at the way that Brussels, look at the way that Davos, look at the way that all these guys are talking right now.

00:41:23.600 You find it across the media.

00:41:25.120 Obviously, we aggregate a lot of that to the National Pulse as well.

00:41:28.320 You see their comments on a day-to-day basis.

00:41:30.500 What are their comments?

00:41:31.240 Oh, this is going to be terrible.

00:41:33.620 You know, this is the end of democracy, all this stuff.

00:41:35.700 None of them are saying, oh, he's a cakewalk.

00:41:38.320 We'll handle him easily.

00:41:39.900 Don't worry about it.

00:41:40.980 You know, they fully understand that if he's back in that Oval Office in January coming.

00:41:45.940 Big time.

00:41:46.220 That they are going to be held to account for not just the financial side of it, but the moral side of it, right?

00:41:51.580 The criminal side of it.

00:41:52.540 How can you keep indiscriminately bombing these places to prop up your failed foreign policy?

00:41:59.680 And that's what we're seeing again.

00:42:01.500 It's a wag the dog situation.

00:42:03.160 Big time.

00:42:03.600 For sure, certainly.

00:42:05.040 But it's also far bigger than that.

00:42:06.780 Two things.

00:42:07.540 You're going to stick with us.

00:42:08.940 Your best analysis I've seen on this fiasco in New York with the Carol woman. 1.00

00:42:14.200 Where do people get it?

00:42:15.340 I actually sent it to the president, and I think he tweeted.

00:42:17.720 It was so brilliant.

00:42:18.660 How do people get that?

00:42:19.500 Yeah, it's at thenationalpulse.com.

00:42:21.440 If you go to the website, it's in the left-hand sidebar.

00:42:24.540 There's so much I didn't really know about the case that I read.

00:42:26.960 That's the point.

00:42:27.660 You know, I talk about the case to people.

00:42:29.480 It's unbelievable.

00:42:29.720 They're like, what do you mean?

00:42:31.180 You know, what do you mean the dress didn't actually exist when she claims that the rape occurred?

00:42:35.540 What do you mean?

00:42:36.020 Hadn't been made yet.

00:42:37.080 Hadn't even been designed yet.

00:42:38.580 Hadn't been designed yet.

00:42:39.260 You know, there are so many things, by the way.

00:42:40.920 How many people she accused.

00:42:42.020 I mean, it was really, it's stunning.

00:42:43.800 Your thing was stunning, and this is the first time I've ever seen it in one place.

00:42:46.800 She's accused about ten different men of doing the same thing to her.

00:42:49.680 You know, obviously, you've got this storyline being plucked out of a Law & Order episode.

00:42:53.540 There are all these details that people miss out.

00:42:55.220 But the best thing you had was that Anderson Cooper, I saw that live when it happened, but

00:42:58.260 I've forgotten about it. 0.94

00:42:59.160 When she starts talking rapist sexy, Anderson Cooper's producer's blowing him up. 0.95

00:43:02.780 Hey, we're going to break. 0.97

00:43:03.620 Boom.

00:43:04.000 It's so jarring.

00:43:05.080 And just for this audience, I'll preview something real quickly for you.

00:43:08.380 She's going to have a little bit of a rough time, I suspect, with her confession on stand

00:43:13.420 to illegally owning a weapon in New York.

00:43:16.140 Wow.

00:43:16.540 Okay, short commercial break.

00:43:18.200 We're going to try to get Poso up.

00:43:19.960 Ben's here with us.

00:43:20.680 Got a lot on the border.

00:43:22.320 Raheem's with us.

00:43:23.900 Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:43:26.920 You think the world's turbulent?

00:43:28.180 Look on Monday, the 29th of January, the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:43:32.140 Turbulence is before you folks.

00:43:34.640 Back in a moment.

00:43:35.860 Tax Network USA is pure war room for solving your IRS tax problems.

00:45:34.080 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:45:39.220 Bannon.

00:45:41.940 Okay, welcome.

00:45:42.920 We're here at the, what is it, Restoring National Confidence.

00:45:46.840 Charlie Kirk and the team at Turning Point USA putting on a two-day conference on how we not just win in 2024,

00:45:52.620 but more importantly, how we close the deal.

00:45:55.560 We can't have it.

00:45:56.160 We won in 2020.

00:45:58.180 We had it stolen from us.

00:45:59.660 Can't happen again.

00:46:00.540 Charlie Kirk's got the entire Turning Point team two days.

00:46:02.780 It's going to be incredible, incredible.

00:46:04.640 We've got Ben Burquan.

00:46:05.520 We've got a lot of stuff on the border.

00:46:06.580 Raheem Kassam's here.

00:46:07.620 National Pulse has been on fire.

00:46:11.260 You must have hired some people because there's actually great stuff going up there.

00:46:14.100 And I know, I know it's, I will say, I will say, I will say, I will say, I will say, I will say that the piece on E.J. Carroll,

00:46:22.920 and I follow this.

00:46:24.360 Yeah.

00:46:24.680 I actually read it and I sent it to the president's team right away and said, man, this is the best thing I've read.

00:46:28.960 It's all, it's succinct.

00:46:30.200 It's a couple of, it's a thousand words or something.

00:46:32.540 Boom.

00:46:32.920 And it lays it all out.

00:46:34.240 And it's shocking how this thing went forward.

00:46:36.980 He's a speed reader.

00:46:38.120 It's 2,000 words.

00:46:39.040 2,000 words.

00:46:39.760 But, but, but that's the thing.

00:46:41.480 People just don't realize the details of that.

00:46:43.380 And even after we published it, by the way, I realized there are several things which I could have got into,

00:46:47.560 which I didn't even touch.

00:46:49.040 Right?

00:46:49.260 Because the.

00:46:49.940 You ought to get into them.

00:46:50.620 People need to see.

00:46:51.240 It has to be a whole thing.

00:46:53.360 And by the way, why did we do it?

00:46:55.520 Nobody's done it.

00:46:56.280 It's shocking the way this case has been covered by the press.

00:47:00.000 Very little coverage.

00:47:01.540 Who is E.J. Carroll?

00:47:02.740 Oh, she's a, she's a writer back in the day. 0.53

00:47:04.800 Don't worry about it.

00:47:05.680 You know, don't get into her history.

00:47:07.180 The headline said it was the biggest, is the worst thing of justice in modern American history.

00:47:13.200 I go, man, Raheem is, you know, he's, he's worked up on this.

00:47:15.980 And I read it.

00:47:16.900 And at the end of it, I go, wow.

00:47:18.240 It's true.

00:47:18.660 It's true.

00:47:19.240 It's true.

00:47:19.780 There's no other way to look at it.

00:47:21.080 The second worst.

00:47:21.980 I've got up on Ghetto right now.

00:47:23.860 Yahoo Finance actually did a piece this morning.

00:47:27.300 Yes, I saw that.

00:47:27.740 And Yahoo Finance, let's say this, are not Trump fans.

00:47:31.560 They did a piece on why what's happening to him this week with the attorney general to basically strip him of his business, right?

00:47:39.020 Strip him of his cash.

00:47:40.460 Essentially put him in technical bankruptcy.

00:47:42.300 They're trying to, right?

00:47:43.740 Is the worst thing that's ever happened in the history of New York State.

00:47:47.040 They went back over 70 years.

00:47:48.460 It has never occurred to any businessman at all.

00:47:51.340 And this is why there's an exodus from New York State and New York City for businesses is because of what's happening to President Trump.

00:47:57.580 By weeks in, not they'll have to pay it eventually, but he could be, he could be liable for $400 million in just cash payments, correct?

00:48:05.000 That's nuts.

00:48:05.320 Yeah.

00:48:05.680 You know how you like to steal my lines?

00:48:07.780 I'm going to give you one.

00:48:08.320 Yes.

00:48:09.280 Love it.

00:48:09.780 They fined him last week a dollar for every real vote he got in 2020.

00:48:15.480 Wow.

00:48:16.400 Wow.

00:48:16.900 There you go.

00:48:17.520 Wow.

00:48:17.920 My gift to you.

00:48:19.320 That's good.

00:48:20.500 That's good.

00:48:22.100 Or almost a dollar for every vote that Joe Biden didn't get, right?

00:48:25.580 That's right.

00:48:26.040 That's exactly right.

00:48:26.820 Okay.

00:48:27.260 Let's go to, we got Jack Posobiec.

00:48:28.940 Posobiec, they are, this is Wag the Dog.

00:48:33.300 This is Wag the Dog on the Jordanian-Syrian border.

00:48:37.900 You've got a lot of thoughts about this, particularly about the drones and people asleep at the switch.

00:48:41.900 What do you got for us?

00:48:42.720 Well, Steve, I hate to disagree with the luminaries at the New York Post, who on their cover this morning decided to put the deaths of our honored dead in the Middle East, the lower half of the cover, and present their upper half of the cover to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.

00:49:05.320 But for myself, looking at this strike, which occurred over the weekend, I was on the phone with a lot of sources about this.

00:49:13.920 Texting, calling, secure comms, et cetera, that this is most likely what we've seen, the very first deaths from kamikaze drones known as one-ways.

00:49:25.900 So the first deaths we've seen from one-ways of U.S. troops in all of U.S. history. 0.66

00:49:30.260 This was an emplacement called Tower 22, which is just on the Jordanian side of the Jordanian-Syrian border.

00:49:38.160 This is an area where there's a lot of, there's an IDP camp there, so displaced persons camp there, basically a refugee camp of people who fled from ISIS.

00:49:48.780 But, of course, there's also people who are members of ISIS within the camp.

00:49:51.560 Got about 15,000 people there.

00:49:53.300 Got a huge U.S. force emplacement.

00:49:55.320 These guys were hit in their sleep, Steve.

00:49:56.640 These guys were hit.

00:49:58.380 They had no idea what was coming.

00:50:00.400 This thing either got around radar or under radar.

00:50:03.580 Why do we have, you've got to help us out here.

00:50:06.420 Why is the federal government cutting the razor wire down in Texas to let more invaders into the country, yet we have troops on the Jordanian-Syrian border?

00:50:17.080 Explain how many troops, why do we have them there, why are they sleeping there?

00:50:20.880 I understand they're hit by kamikazes, which you're going to explain to us what a kamikaze is, a drone.

00:50:25.140 But why, what is the task and purpose of American troops on this border when the troops he sent into the American border in Texas are cutting razor wire to let the invaders in quicker?

00:50:37.540 There's no goal.

00:50:39.940 There's no strategy whatsoever.

00:50:41.460 They're essentially human shields.

00:50:43.380 They're human shields there because they believe that they're preventing Iran from, you know, the Shia militia groups having a foothold in the region.

00:50:52.520 Of course, this is also the same area where ISIS broke out about a decade ago.

00:50:56.520 But what they really are, Steve, is they're human shields.

00:50:58.540 They're sitting ducks.

00:50:59.280 And in an era of drone warfare like this, the Middle East has become a shooting gallery since October 7th.

00:51:04.960 They are sitting ducks with the U.S. responding the way they have.

00:51:07.820 The fact that these things are able to break through our defenses.

00:51:10.100 They're depleting our air, our anti-aircraft missiles.

00:51:12.660 I've talked about this before.

00:51:13.660 The ADAs, these one-way drones, they'll be using them to complete annihilation.

00:51:18.500 And the fact that our people are sitting in harm's way, Steve, unfortunately, this was the first time we've lost troops to kamikaze drones.

00:51:26.180 It will not be the last as long as they're still there.

00:51:30.280 Were the kamikaze drones also used?

00:51:32.320 Was this a development of the Ukrainian war?

00:51:34.600 Is this what they were sending into St. Petersburg and to Moscow?

00:51:39.300 Well, both sides have been using these types of drones now.

00:51:42.200 FPV drones, one-way UAS.

00:51:44.640 There's a bunch of different names for them.

00:51:46.080 But these are the same types of drones that we're seeing all used across Ukraine.

00:51:50.240 And it's essentially taken out the ability for anyone to have these large-scale counteroffenses.

00:51:55.560 This is what happened to Ukraine. 0.96

00:51:57.140 Russia was able to deploy these drones and strategic ballistic missiles to really deny them any type of air superiority whatsoever.

00:52:03.520 That's what destroyed the Ukrainian counteroffensive last year.

00:52:06.200 And the fact that Russia just dug in in old-school trench warfare the way that the Russians have been doing for a century at this point. 0.72

00:52:12.600 But, Steve, what's really dangerous here is that you've got these neocons who are willfully,

00:52:17.100 and Nikki Haley along with them, by the way, it's not just John Cornyn and Lindsey Graham.

00:52:20.560 Nikki Haley came out yesterday strongly for, she said,

00:52:23.900 the full strength of American power should be used to retaliate against Iran. 0.94

00:52:28.320 They are calling for war with Iran.

00:52:30.360 She is the World War III candidate.

00:52:32.280 They have been talking about this.

00:52:33.700 I would not put it past the neocons and the globalist establishment to use this to try to cancel our elections 0.72

00:52:39.320 or draft up a bunch of Trump supporters and send them to die in the sand in the Middle East.

00:52:44.320 That's what this is about. 0.99

00:52:45.800 They want these deaths to take place because it gives them that Gulf of Tonkin-like inciting incident for a war,

00:52:52.500 a wider war with Iran and the entire region.

00:52:56.700 Jack, can you hang on one second?

00:52:57.760 We have a 90-second break.

00:52:58.880 Just want to hold you through.

00:52:59.620 I've got a couple other questions.

00:53:01.280 Ben Burkhan is with me, Raheem Kassam.

00:53:03.180 We're here live at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, Nevada, on the Strip.

00:53:07.960 This is Turning Point USA, restoring national confidence.

00:53:11.420 It's the precursor to the RNC meetings later this week.

00:53:15.000 I think Charlie Kirk and the team at TPUSA will have a lot to say about that.

00:53:18.760 Hometitlelock.com.

00:53:19.620 We know from the last big event here, CES, Consumer Electronics Show,

00:53:23.300 that Joe Allen told us the merger of cyber and artificial intelligence makes your home,

00:53:29.000 where 90% of your net worth is, more susceptible than ever to stealing.

00:53:34.320 Hometitlelock.com.

00:53:35.120 Short break.

00:53:35.620 Back in a moment.

00:53:36.460 True or false, using your tax refund to pay off credit card debt is a smart thing.

00:53:41.980 Actually, that's false.

00:53:43.840 Donewithdebt.com published a brilliant strategy designed to let you keep your hard-earned tax refund

00:53:49.900 and reduce or eliminate credit card debt.

00:53:53.340 Most Americans owe thousands in credit card debt.

00:53:56.000 In fact, Daily Mail has got a story that 56 million Americans carry credit card debt,

00:54:01.700 and that debt will take years to pay off, if you pay it off at all.

00:54:06.280 Donewithdebt found that filing bankruptcy is usually not the answer,

00:54:09.860 and taking out loans to pay off credit cards usually increases the debt.

00:54:15.120 When you engage Donewithdebt, their legal experts and skilled negotiators take on the credit card companies for you.

00:54:21.760 Their winning strategies are designed with one goal.
