Bannon's War Room - Episode 3386： Standing Up For Our System Of Justice

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:53.000 There are decades in which nothing happened,

00:00:55.000 and then there are weeks in which decades happened.

00:00:58.000 We may be in another week like that already.

00:01:00.000 Monday, 12 February, year of our Lord, 2024.

00:01:04.000 Well, we've had an announcement that the House of Representatives,

00:01:07.000 and I think it's the first time since 1813, I think my research or our research is telling us,

00:01:12.000 when the Capitol was about to be burned by the British Army.

00:01:18.000 The last time they had a secret session of the entire House of Representatives,

00:01:21.000 I think they're scheduling another closed secret session this Thursday on FISA.

00:01:28.000 I'll get more to that in a second.

00:01:29.000 Congressman Burleson is going to join us.

00:01:32.000 Huge news coming out of the assault on Joel Osteen's church about who the perpetrator is

00:01:40.000 and the motivation.

00:01:41.000 We're going to get to it all in a minute.

00:01:42.000 We've got the Senate.

00:01:43.000 We're going to go in and out of this debate.

00:01:44.000 And the Senate has been some amazing speeches this afternoon.

00:01:47.000 Of course, big vote tonight.

00:01:48.000 Need you manning the ramparts.

00:01:49.000 You don't have Bill Blaster.

00:01:51.000 Let's get it.

00:01:52.000 202-224-3121 is the Senate switchboard.

00:01:55.000 They may not.

00:01:56.000 They may be jamming the switchboard.

00:01:57.000 It may not be taking your calls.

00:01:58.000 But try.

00:01:59.000 Make sure particularly the what the 17 that voted with McConnell.

00:02:05.000 Now, Todd Young of Indiana is saying that they're part of the governing party of the Republican Party,

00:02:14.000 that they're the adults and that the people that opposed them are not.

00:02:17.000 Certainly, MAGA is not.

00:02:18.000 President Trump is not.

00:02:19.000 You heard from J.D. Vance.

00:02:21.000 All the tripwires and poison pills in this bill to stop President Trump and really set President Trump up for an impeachment in 2025-26.

00:02:31.000 If he doesn't follow it, continue to fund Ukraine. 0.78

00:02:34.000 And, of course, we understand how he got impeached the first time with his phony, the perfect phone call, phony Ukraine. 0.84

00:02:40.000 Other historic things going on today.

00:02:42.000 Big hearing about the case, the phony raid in Mar-a-Lago, the same one for retention of classified information in the distribution of same.

00:02:54.000 Joe Biden's off the hook, although a damning report, really an indictment on him having dementia and not being fit to command, be commander in chief.

00:03:01.000 Of course, he was never fit to be commander in chief.

00:03:03.000 But really historic, just a short while ago, filing at the Supreme Court.

00:03:08.000 Boris Epstein's on top of this, the organizer of all the president's lawyers.

00:03:13.000 Boris, walk us through.

00:03:15.000 This was 50 pages long.

00:03:17.000 You just filed it.

00:03:18.000 What's going on?

00:03:19.000 What's the update?

00:03:20.000 Steve, honor be with you.

00:03:22.000 Honor be with the posse.

00:03:23.000 Definitely a lot's going on to your point of there's decades when nothing happens and there's days in which decades happen.

00:03:30.000 Today, President Trump filing a absolute powerhouse, powerhouse motion in front of the Supreme Court, laying out again why immunity is vital for presidents, the presidency and our country.

00:03:45.000 As President Trump has said, without immunity, we cannot have a president.

00:03:49.000 We cannot have a presidency because they're always going to be looking or every president will be looking over their shoulder and thinking, oh, am I going to get indicted wrongfully as President Trump has been by his political opponent?

00:04:01.000 So President Trump, again, laying out that very key point that a president will be subject to be blackmailed, to be extorted, to be maligned and mistreated in a million ways if he or she could be threatened with wrongful prosecution as soon as they leave office.

00:04:18.000 And then also making the key point that last time that deranged Democrats, Jack Smith and that whole team tried to run to the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court said, no, we have to follow the process.

00:04:30.440 We have to follow the way that the judicial system works in our country and calling on the Supreme Court to do so again and not to allow for the Democrats or, you know, the D.C. panel of the D.C. Circuit Court, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to short fuse the process.

00:04:50.520 What does that mean? That means to allow for an en banc petition, means to allow for, if necessary, a petition for a certiorari in front of the Supreme Court.

00:04:59.400 So that going in just in the last hour or so, again, very, very strong from the president.

00:05:04.680 And overall, it's all about standing up for our country, standing up for our system of justice, standing up for our laws.

00:05:12.720 So your buddy, you know, someone who holds you in very high regard, Andrew Weissman, they're all over MSNBC.

00:05:18.980 And they've been doing the they've been doing they've been doing the calendars.

00:05:23.080 I say that with tongue in cheek, Boris, the they've been doing the they've been doing these calendars and in these calendars, they're showing now, well, they got to get before Election Day.

00:05:35.340 In fact, they've got one proposal that that Chutkin actually has this and it ends.

00:05:41.100 Literally, the verdict would come in the day before Election Day.

00:05:44.540 Not that that would be election interference or anything, but they they've put all the chips on the table on this one.

00:05:50.320 They realize the Alvin Bragg thing's a joke.

00:05:52.760 They're getting chopped up down in down in Miami.

00:05:56.280 And the president, I think, was down there today for the hearing.

00:05:58.240 They're getting chopped up there.

00:06:00.200 That's not going where they go.

00:06:03.800 Chopped up.

00:06:04.440 Georgia's fallen.

00:06:05.480 Fannie Willis is going to go to jail. 1.00

00:06:07.680 You're going to win the 14th Amendment. 1.00

00:06:09.120 Quite frankly, you guys have pulled off a miracle here.

00:06:11.120 What they're hoping on is to get him in front of Chutkin, who's a radical, with Jack Smith, who's a nutcase, to do this.

00:06:19.520 And I thought the appellate court cut off your option of going en banc to the entire panel.

00:06:25.020 They said, I thought they ordered you to file today within seven days and that you had to go directly to the Supreme Court.

00:06:31.760 If you did anything else, the stay would come off and Chutkin would start the process of jury selection and for the trial.

00:06:37.660 Am I wrong in that, or did you guys just go and argue something different?

00:06:42.240 It's very nuanced.

00:06:43.300 They may have tried to do that, but in reality, it is up to the Supreme Court, as obviously the Superior Court, the highest court in the land.

00:06:50.200 And the Supreme Court has the final say on what the process is.

00:06:53.660 Just like last time when the special counsel tried to absolutely derail the system of justice and run to the Supreme Court, even before the panel decided in the D.C. Circuit, the Supreme Court at 9 to nothing said, no, absolutely not.

00:07:09.520 We are going to be following the process.

00:07:11.040 So here, the Supreme Court can absolutely say they're going to allow for President Trump and his team to follow that process and go en banc first down in the D.C. Circuit.

00:07:22.560 They could also say, no, the time is now to file for certiorari and continue to stay pending that certiorari filing.

00:07:30.220 That is up to the Supreme Court to decide that President Trump's legal team has positioned it that way, but the opportunity, the option to go en banc is absolutely there.

00:07:41.320 It is up to the Supreme Court to lay out where it goes from this point forward.

00:07:46.100 Did the D.C. Circuit panel try to short-circuit that?

00:07:49.220 They sure did, but they don't have the power to do so.

00:07:51.840 The Supreme Court does.

00:07:54.040 And again, this is very important.

00:07:55.300 I've got to tell.

00:07:56.080 And this sounds very legal, it's very procedural.

00:07:59.380 But in the end, remember, we are a country of laws, and we are also a country where there's an absolute separation of powers among the branches.

00:08:08.960 That's why immunity is so important, because without immunity, you could have Article III courts sitting in judgment, sitting in judgment of the president,

00:08:17.120 and that is against what Justice Marshall said in Marbury D. Madison.

00:08:20.800 I bring this up because MSNBC is literally in a meltdown because they understand with her special prosecutor report last week that was really an indictment on Biden for retention and distribution of highly classified material.

00:08:44.540 But they made the case, and Scarlett wouldn't indict, they made the case that he had dementia.

00:08:50.680 They're hanging everything on immunity.

00:08:53.160 Everything's on Jack Smith.

00:08:54.520 Everything's on Chutkin.

00:08:56.180 I mean, they're brazen about the election interference.

00:08:59.800 How are you guys putting up with that?

00:09:02.280 You're trying to follow a standard procedure.

00:09:03.920 Quite frankly, a case of this complexity, when you talk about January 6th, you would normally think it would take a year or two at least to get everything organized, witnesses, all that.

00:09:13.680 And am I wrong?

00:09:14.820 I'm not a lawyer.

00:09:15.460 A case of that complexity, even with the stakes not this high, it would take you normally a year or two to work through the process to actually have the trial start?

00:09:24.280 Well, both keep in mind the Supreme Court has already granted certiorari on Fisher, which is a 1512 case about intent in terms of obstruction.

00:09:32.400 So in a usual case, any judge would say, okay, I'm going to stay the case and let that decision of the Supreme Court come down, because that, if the Supreme Court rules for the defendant in that case, in Fisher, that cuts the case against President Trump also.

00:09:47.320 It's separate from any other discussions and other considerations.

00:09:51.200 So it's obvious what the Democrats are trying to do.

00:09:54.260 Everybody knows that.

00:09:55.180 I mean, even Elie Honing on CNN has called them out.

00:09:57.900 Washington Post has called them out.

00:09:59.540 They've called out the Democrats, the Department of Justice, Jack Smith, all of them for making this sort of vague statement.

00:10:07.800 Well, you know, the American people really deserve resolution.

00:10:10.680 But why?

00:10:11.640 What is the interest?

00:10:13.520 The why is election interference.

00:10:15.080 These are crooked Joe Biden indictments, and their goal is election interference.

00:10:20.740 Yes, the people who scream and yell about election interference, the Democrats, are the ones who are perpetrating it.

00:10:25.660 And President Trump has fought it all across the country, will continue to fight it, and will continue to beat it.

00:10:32.440 Don't you believe that, or your thoughts, on the pressure they put on the appellate court to come back so quickly?

00:10:38.860 I mean, every night on MSNBC, it's like they were hammering, oh, this can't wait, we have to hear it.

00:10:44.340 And don't you think that was election interference itself to put the pressure?

00:10:47.720 And we've seen what the pressure does, like in the Texas ruling at the border with Coney Barrett and Roberts, the assassination attempts and the pressure put on the courts about the protesters at their house after Dobbs.

00:11:01.140 I mean, do you not think that MSNBC already tried to apply that pressure?

00:11:04.160 And it's one of the reasons you even have the appellate ruling came back so quickly.

00:11:07.700 But not just that.

00:11:08.920 And it's something that makes no sense.

00:11:10.360 Like, you don't even have the option of going en banc.

00:11:12.100 Like, if you even try to go en banc, we will start the clock.

00:11:15.000 The stay will come off.

00:11:16.220 And Chuck will have authorization to start the trial.

00:11:19.940 There's no doubt that the left, the radicals, are trying to play the refs.

00:11:24.260 There's absolutely no question about it.

00:11:26.100 There's no doubt that they're doing everything they can, legal and illegal, to try to rush this absolute fake case.

00:11:32.840 Somebody knows that President Trump did everything right when he was fighting to get to the bottom of a rigged and stolen, I'll say it again, rigged and stolen election in 2020.

00:11:42.840 President Trump did everything that was in his responsibilities and duties as the chief executive to get to the bottom and combat that election fraud.

00:11:51.480 And the Democrats know it.

00:11:53.060 The Democrats know they have no case.

00:11:54.460 As you said, they're hanging all their hopes on this.

00:11:56.420 And are they trying?

00:11:57.320 Yes.

00:11:57.680 But remember, the Supreme Court already ruled nine to nothing to keep the process correct, to go with the system of justice that we have in place last time, nine to nothing, just about a month ago.

00:12:09.680 And I think the fair ruling from the Supreme Court will continue that process and maintaining that system of justice, maintaining our orderly process of appealing, going en banc if chosen, and then going to the Supreme Court with a writ of certiorari after that, a petition for the writ of certiorari after that.

00:12:33.540 President Trump laying all of that out in that powerhouse motion today, everything from the process to the underlying substance of how vital immunity is to the survival of the presidency in our country and the republic as a whole.

00:12:47.280 I know you've got to bounce.

00:12:48.640 We've only got a minister left.

00:12:49.760 But Jack Smith in the Florida federal court, I think with Judge Cannon, he's not faring very well.

00:12:55.460 Is he, Boris?

00:12:56.140 All President Trump asks for, all his lawyers ask for, is fair judges and fair justices.

00:13:04.160 And as long as that happens, all of these hoaxes are being exposed for what they are, absolutely empty political hackery, empty attacks against President Trump and against our country.

00:13:14.440 And that exposure is going to continue to happen.

00:13:16.840 President Trump is going to continue to win.

00:13:18.440 And then he will win the presidency and finally save our country from the disaster we are in right now.

00:13:26.140 Boris, social media for you.

00:13:28.300 People, everybody should be following this globally, interested in this election, because it's pure election interference.

00:13:34.060 And you're doing a fantastic job of organizing all of the different defenses.

00:13:37.820 Where do people go?

00:13:39.260 Steve, honor be with you.

00:13:40.760 Honor be with the policy, right?

00:13:41.960 It's election interference.

00:13:43.080 It's selective prosecution that we know that is clearer than ever based on Special Counsel Robert Herb's report from last week.

00:13:49.620 My information on the website is hotborrscp.com.

00:14:06.220 Okay.

00:14:07.140 Grace and Moe, I haven't had a chance, but if you put the—and Carly Bonet and the great folks over at Midnight Rider, of course, our own Telegram channel.

00:14:15.740 If you put up the 50-page filing by President Trump, I think people should definitely read this.

00:14:20.620 But they really took what the appellate court said and said, hey, we're going to play by what the rules are and go ask about going on bong.

00:14:26.600 So make sure everybody reads that.

00:14:28.840 Another historic filing in these election interference cases.

00:14:31.920 I will tell you, since we curate MSNBC, it's all they focus on.

00:14:37.260 It's literally all they focus on.

00:14:39.100 They're not even focused on the Senate.

00:14:40.480 They're just focused on lawfare.

00:14:42.720 They understand they got one shot to try to take President Trump out.

00:14:46.100 It is using the courts to do it.

00:14:47.560 It's not going to happen, but that's their shot.

00:14:49.180 That tells you how much confidence they got in the Biden regime.

00:14:51.980 Short break.

00:14:53.620 Joel Osteen under attack.

00:14:56.660 We'll find out why and by whom next.

00:16:13.540 Text Bannon at 989898.

00:16:16.600 Action. Action. Action.

00:16:18.440 I've always been skeptical, and I don't care if it was Harry Truman or Kit Bond or whoever,

00:16:25.880 who, by the way, stood at this desk,

00:16:30.880 who were skeptical of a government a thousand miles away telling them how to live their lives.

00:16:35.500 Or in this instance, a federal government saying to Missourians and the American people,

00:16:40.920 securing the southern border isn't a priority, but sending 60-plus billion to Ukraine is today.

00:16:47.180 And it's so important, we're here all weekend, I don't care about that,

00:16:50.500 but all business aside, here we are, and we're going, and we're going to the mat,

00:16:54.660 and you don't get amendments.

00:16:59.940 The American people are smart.

00:17:02.740 They see right through that.

00:17:04.560 And you can try to explain it away,

00:17:06.320 but that is the reality.

00:17:13.020 And

00:17:13.220 the truth is,

00:17:16.160 Joe Biden could secure the border with the 16 laws,

00:17:19.680 same law that existed under President Trump,

00:17:21.180 and refuses to do so.

00:17:22.420 Part of what the negotiation was supposed to be about, I guess, was,

00:17:26.120 if you wanted to tie this stuff together,

00:17:28.340 was you weren't going to have that unless the southern border was secured.

00:17:30.760 Well, we didn't get that,

00:17:31.540 but here we go immediately confirming the worst fears of the American people,

00:17:35.080 that this whole debate, all of it,

00:17:37.060 the center of gravity,

00:17:38.160 all along has been about the Ukraine money.

00:17:41.240 The rest of it,

00:17:42.840 window dressing.

00:17:45.600 Maybe to get a couple more votes,

00:17:47.320 to make it look like it had a broader bipartisan coalition or not.

00:17:52.840 And I think if people are being honest in this place,

00:17:54.580 that's what it was about.

00:17:55.720 And so here we are now with the center of gravity at center stage.

00:18:03.520 But instead of senators having an opportunity to maybe affect that in a

00:18:06.960 particular way,

00:18:07.980 maybe the $8 billion to pay for the government of Ukraine might be amended

00:18:12.680 out.

00:18:13.440 I know Senator Cotton from Arkansas has an amendment about that.

00:18:19.960 We're not going to have a chance to vote on that, I don't think.

00:18:25.720 I had an amendment to separate out aid for Israel.

00:18:33.620 We're not going to get to vote on that.

00:18:37.300 And by the way,

00:18:38.240 I don't think it necessarily changes the result too much on the floor

00:18:42.840 if you separated out Ukraine and Israel and Taiwan.

00:18:47.340 I don't think that it does.

00:18:49.600 But it does certainly harm, again,

00:18:52.300 people's trust and their faith in the process.

00:18:55.720 And so the two main points I suppose I wanted to bring up in this 30 minutes

00:19:03.280 before I yield back and reserve the remainder of my time is that I think if

00:19:08.220 we have to be honest about the disconnect between what we're doing here and

00:19:12.260 what's happening in real America and what people really feel about all this,

00:19:18.440 and we can keep bulldozing right through that,

00:19:21.520 but I think it's insulting and disrespectful to the American people.

00:19:25.720 Insulting and disrespectful.

00:19:29.740 That is Senator Eric Schmidt from the Show Me State, from Missouri.

00:19:35.940 And very powerful.

00:19:37.280 We can only play a couple of minutes.

00:19:38.340 A very powerful speech today.

00:19:39.560 Other powerful speeches.

00:19:41.860 And Senator Schmidt, a smart guy.

00:19:43.740 Remember, he's not a fire breather.

00:19:45.100 He's not like Josh Hawley.

00:19:46.100 He's very boom, boom, boom, straight down, you know, straight guy.

00:19:50.820 Got some MAGA tendencies.

00:19:52.600 He laid it out today.

00:19:55.440 As a guy who I think was open-minded to at least border all of them, 0.99

00:19:59.600 he said, this is a con, this is a scam.

00:20:02.880 And the center of gravity, he stripped it right away there.

00:20:04.920 The center of gravity.

00:20:05.800 I keep telling folks, there's something not right here.

00:20:08.880 There's something not right here.

00:20:10.100 And you got Eric Schmidt right there saying, hey, the center of gravity is all about Ukraine.

00:20:15.280 They're obsessed all about Ukraine.

00:20:16.740 J.D. Vance and Eric Schmidt are not wild-eyed radicals.

00:20:24.120 These are guys from the heartland of this country.

00:20:27.740 They're pretty steady eddies.

00:20:30.420 And they're sitting there saying, this is not right.

00:20:32.280 What's going on here is not right.

00:20:33.520 We've got Senator Young from Indiana, the great state of Indiana.

00:20:38.740 And he says today, when Schmidt and these guys are talking, he says the GOP yes votes yesterday,

00:20:43.640 I think it's 18 now, 18, Moran joined them, 18.

00:20:48.060 And if Grace can please get in the chats and get it to Denver, I want to put that chart up, 0.95

00:20:53.180 that the 18 yes votes, and I'm quoting here from a tweet about what he said,

00:20:58.720 the 18 yes votes are part of what Senator Young described as the governing coalition in the Senate GOP,

00:21:06.180 a core group of Republicans who, quote, want to see this place run effectively.

00:21:13.520 Run effectively for whom?

00:21:15.540 Who are you running it effectively for?

00:21:17.120 The donors?

00:21:17.840 The military industrial complex?

00:21:19.620 Your buddies in Ukraine?

00:21:21.400 Folks in Indiana, this is on you.

00:21:24.200 You've got to light up Young and say, exactly what are you talking about?

00:21:26.880 Why are you voting for this stuff and what do you mean, what is it that Eric Schmidt's saying

00:21:31.100 and J.D. Vance are saying, and we're hearing people come on The War Room,

00:21:35.400 and we're listening to our stuff.

00:21:36.380 This is why we've put it up.

00:21:37.580 We've got another channel up all day on Getter and on Rumble.

00:21:42.800 We've been playing this.

00:21:43.480 We've played it all weekend because we want you to see it.

00:21:47.020 We don't want to be, we want to disintermediate ourselves from it so you can see it and see the speeches.

00:21:52.300 So why is Young, what do you mean, you talk about disrespect, and Senator Schmidt right

00:22:01.140 there said this is disrespectful to the people we represent, disrespectful, and Young, what

00:22:06.680 are you talking about?

00:22:07.220 You're the adult, you're the governing coalition?

00:22:09.880 Well, that governing coalition only governs.

00:22:12.300 When you say governing coalition, it means that your team with these radical Democrats,

00:22:16.980 let's be blunt, you're nothing but a Democrat.

00:22:18.680 Young, and people in Indiana don't get this, about these guys, men and women who voted for it,

00:22:23.760 they're Democrats.

00:22:25.960 They're not even not MAGA, they're not Republicans.

00:22:29.560 Because this is one of the greatest outrages, tonight they're going to vote,

00:22:32.700 and you'll see them all, their names, and the responsibility is on you in these states.

00:22:37.040 It's responsible in Indiana, responsibility in Kentucky. 0.76

00:22:40.980 And you're talking, I'm not talking New York or California.

00:22:46.020 I'm not talking states like that.

00:22:48.160 Vermont, places have already gone to the dark side, already got Rhode Island, already

00:22:53.080 so far left that you can't help them anymore.

00:22:56.760 By the way, states are losing population dramatically to go to places in the South and go to places

00:23:02.020 these people represent.

00:23:04.200 People are fleeing those, they're fleeing those and voting to their feet to go to these 0.99

00:23:09.300 states.

00:23:10.540 And you've got to ask, in South Dakota, Oklahoma, Oklahoma, both senators, South Dakota, both senators,

00:23:18.360 you don't get any more patriotic, you don't get any more hardworking, you don't get any more

00:23:24.860 want to do the right thing than South Dakota and Oklahoma.

00:23:32.420 Why are your senators, and the senators in Oklahoma are terrible.

00:23:37.080 The one senator, the Kung Fu fighter, he's over at the House, he's over at the House trying

00:23:41.320 to work on a, he's working with them on a discharge petition.

00:23:45.020 We've said war, we dare anybody Republican to put forward that discharge petition that

00:23:50.040 would turn to Florida, Hakeem Jeffries, to pass this abomination.

00:23:53.760 There's dark evil in what's happening in Ukraine, and it's not just about the KGB and the Russians 0.98

00:24:02.380 over there.

00:24:02.780 Trust me, they're doing plenty of bad things.

00:24:04.880 They're not angels.

00:24:06.840 They're not the best.

00:24:09.040 But there's dark stuff being done in your name and with your money, and you ought to demand,

00:24:13.580 I want to know, you should say, I want to know it all.

00:24:15.520 I don't want to cover this up.

00:24:20.440 Congressman Burleson from Missouri, you join us here, sir.

00:24:23.140 You've been a good voice on the right, a strong voice on the right.

00:24:25.780 Do you agree with your senator, Senator Schmidt, of what he's saying about what the folks in

00:24:29.380 Missouri would think about what's going on here, sir?

00:24:32.480 Yeah, God bless our Senator Eric Schmidt.

00:24:36.340 I can't say it as eloquently as he did.

00:24:41.360 I'm glad to see that we're on the same side of this.

00:24:43.840 I think it's insanity for the Senate to have a fake debate about a fake border security bill

00:24:52.880 and then to feign as it was destroyed like a straw man so that they can bring forward what

00:24:59.320 they always wanted to bring forward, which is billions of dollars to Ukraine.

00:25:04.160 And I think we all see right through it.

00:25:06.040 When you talk, you've got some House colleagues who got the same problem.

00:25:11.280 What is it when they're into conversations with you and you can't, you know, you want to close the border,

00:25:16.440 you want to do the right thing, even maybe, you know, get Israel some money if there's some offsets.

00:25:20.900 What is this obsession among Republicans in the House, in the Senate?

00:25:26.280 But let's talk about the House.

00:25:27.120 What's the obsession with Ukraine?

00:25:28.380 I think that it's really a stick in the eye that we don't have the authority to ask questions about where the money is going

00:25:37.900 or that the money go towards responsible things.

00:25:42.020 Or really the question is why in the world are we being even involved in another war that might go on forever?

00:25:49.820 Why are we, you know, dedicating resources that are precious?

00:25:54.620 You know, the amount of money that we would be spending, $60 billion, is almost twice the budget of the state of Missouri.

00:26:03.380 And, you know, the $8 billion that's going to the professors and social workers in Ukraine,

00:26:09.360 that would fund nearly the education for nearly every child in the state of Missouri.

00:26:14.100 So to me, it's insulting the amount of money that we're sending when we have needs here at home.

00:26:20.180 And look, Steve, we tried to say it would be reasonable and say we can have a discussion about Ukraine

00:26:28.580 after we secure the border knowing that those conversations had to have real fixes to the border.

00:26:35.700 And I think the senators had some ideas about, you know, tying metrics to actual reductions at the border

00:26:44.480 to the amount of money that would go to Ukraine.

00:26:46.220 And all that being said, I don't trust this administration.

00:26:50.340 So to me, whatever bill we pass, I'm at the point where I don't think any border bill that we pass

00:26:55.640 is going to actually help the situation no matter how strong it is.

00:26:59.320 I don't trust the Biden administration.

00:27:02.260 And I think that we ought – I think that Johnson should publicly declare that any Ukraine –

00:27:08.940 that this supplemental is dead on arrival.

00:27:11.860 I don't think that he should bring it up whatsoever, and he should call out and challenge anybody

00:27:17.700 who wants to do a discharge petition, let the weight of the world fall on that person.

00:27:23.960 Are there – do you believe – we want to hold you through the break,

00:27:26.740 but do you believe that some of your colleagues that the senator from Oklahoma is meeting with,

00:27:31.480 I think it's Mark Wayne Mullins is meeting with, to talk about turning the floor over to Hakeem Jeffries,

00:27:35.680 do you believe some people are trying to plot that right now?

00:27:37.780 Yeah, I wouldn't put it past some of my colleagues, but I still think that if they're going to do that,

00:27:46.640 let them be exposed for their actions.

00:27:50.540 I just – I think at the end of the day, they should own up to what they're going to do.

00:27:56.960 Congressman, hang on for one second.

00:27:58.320 I know you're busy.

00:27:58.980 You've got to bounce, but I just want to hold you for people who have a little bit more information

00:28:03.080 about what's going on.

00:28:04.580 Short commercial break.

00:28:05.600 Congressman Burroughsson from Missouri joins us next.

00:28:07.620 When the economy collapses, will you collapse with it?

00:28:21.860 You can feel it coming.

00:28:22.940 All the signs are there.

00:28:24.440 With it comes financial disaster, tight budgets, sacrifice.

00:29:40.000 West Central Kansas.

00:29:42.100 And I said growing up, all we paid attention to was the price of grain at the grain elevator.

00:29:47.680 What we had to know and what affected us in our lives in rural Kansas was something very local.

00:29:54.320 I wish it was still that way, but we have no alternative.

00:30:05.940 We must engage in the world to protect our own selves.

00:30:13.020 It isn't free and it's spending a lot of money, but it is less expensive than the alternative.

00:30:20.380 The price tag is overwhelming.

00:30:27.820 The debt is damning to the future of our nation.

00:30:31.520 But in the absence of taking a stand now, we have to take a stand tomorrow.

00:30:36.460 And that stand will be even more costly.

00:30:40.060 The disastrous, chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

00:30:44.140 One of the saddest days or few days of my life.

00:30:47.480 Folks in Kansas, this is your problem.

00:30:51.020 That's Jerry Moran.

00:30:52.060 By the way, endorsed by Trump, I'm pretty sure.

00:30:54.020 If Grace and them can check.

00:30:55.560 This is the case they're trying to make.

00:30:57.160 They're going, yeah, this is a lot of money.

00:30:59.100 This is a lot of money.

00:31:00.040 And we do have a problem on the southern border.

00:31:01.660 But if we don't do it now, your sons and daughters are going to be over there.

00:31:06.180 Okay?

00:31:07.520 We can go ahead.

00:31:08.840 Denver, we can go ahead and take it down.

00:31:10.620 Thank you.

00:31:11.100 I don't need Jerry Moran in my ear.

00:31:12.420 Thank you very much.

00:31:14.040 I don't need Jerry Moran for anything.

00:31:15.220 Kansas, 202-224-3121.

00:31:17.980 You should tell Moran.

00:31:20.020 Senator, can you please make a presentation?

00:31:22.500 Instead of happy talk and generalities, I'd like to go through what they're saying.

00:31:26.680 Because they're saying, we've seen intelligence briefings.

00:31:30.360 In fact, Tillis says this.

00:31:32.100 I quote it this morning.

00:31:33.000 Our base doesn't know what we know.

00:31:35.740 Our base doesn't know what we know.

00:31:38.840 Well, give us the declassified.

00:31:40.960 Because I'll tell you, the classified is not that much different.

00:31:43.520 Give us the declassified.

00:31:44.620 All right, call your senator right now and get him on the phone and tell the staff.

00:31:48.180 I don't want to hear more happy talk.

00:31:49.660 What are you talking about?

00:31:50.680 Our sons and daughters are going to be this.

00:31:51.860 We're going to be much more expensive.

00:31:54.040 Are we at war with the Russian people?

00:31:56.420 The Russian people that happen to be our allies in World War II?

00:32:00.380 The Russian people that, what, 35, 40, 45, 50 million were killed, slaughtered by the Wehrmacht,

00:32:06.600 by the Germans?

00:32:07.460 Oh, by the way, in, let's be blunt, half of the Ukrainians, in fact, almost all the Ukrainians

00:32:13.960 that we're supporting fought with the Wehrmacht, right?

00:32:18.360 Hate to go there.

00:32:20.620 Hate to go there with Italy.

00:32:22.060 Hate to go there with Germany. 0.98

00:32:23.340 Hate to go there with most of the Austria-Hungary crowd. 1.00

00:32:27.460 The Hungarians that sent, you know, I love Hungary, love Orban. 1.00

00:32:31.500 But, hey, in World War II, sent a million Jews to the ovens.

00:32:35.680 Hate to talk about the French. 0.99

00:32:37.280 Hate to talk about Spain.

00:32:38.880 Hate to talk about Sweden.

00:32:40.080 Hate to talk about Norway.

00:32:41.480 Hey, I'm an Irish Mick.

00:32:42.860 Hate to talk about Ireland.

00:32:44.800 Hate to talk about all those great countries in NATO that were underwriting their security

00:32:48.700 because they're sitting there going, NATO's not a protectorate.

00:32:51.400 We've got to stop that.

00:32:52.280 The people in Davos, in the south of France, and all those ski resorts in Switzerland,

00:32:57.260 and up there in Norway's got a $2 trillion, $2 trillion, they've got a $2 trillion sovereign

00:33:03.380 wealth fund off the North Sea Oil.

00:33:05.860 They're the best investors in the world.

00:33:07.640 Where are they?

00:33:08.900 Step up.

00:33:10.700 English are dead broke. 1.00

00:33:12.180 Hey, you've got to step up.

00:33:13.320 You've got the health care.

00:33:14.600 It all sucks, but it's paid for. 0.88

00:33:16.500 Stop that and start paying for this, 2% or more. 0.98

00:33:19.680 That's just a minimum.

00:33:22.040 Call Moran right now and call him out.

00:33:24.340 Call all of them out.

00:33:25.140 Say, we want to see it.

00:33:26.040 This is why I keep saying the war power is like, show me the information.

00:33:28.760 I can deconstruct it in a second.

00:33:31.160 It's BS.

00:33:34.060 And if it's such a threat, first off, these are nations, ladies and gentlemen, that have

00:33:38.980 allowed an invasion from the Middle East in North and Sub-Saharan Africa.

00:33:45.720 Their elites have allowed it.

00:33:47.060 Their elites have allowed it.

00:33:47.900 These are invaded.

00:33:48.580 You can't even talk about this topic in England anymore.

00:33:52.320 They've allowed an invasion of the country.

00:33:53.880 The country, look at France, talk about a civil war.

00:33:56.960 The retired general of the French Armed Forces say, we're going to have a civil war here.

00:34:01.000 The same nations have allowed an invasion from Syria and North Africa and Sub-Saharan 0.87

00:34:07.280 Africa.

00:34:08.020 Oh, my God.

00:34:08.740 We've got to go because there's some problems up in Ukraine.

00:34:13.460 Now, I was back in the Pentagon special assistant.

00:34:18.180 We had, what, Air, Land, Sea, Battle 2000, the North German plane going to come across 0.99

00:34:22.320 there with those Russian tanks and get into Poland and Germany.

00:34:25.100 We've got to cut them off.

00:34:26.180 You're going to have tactical nuclear weapons going to do it all.

00:34:28.400 Is that Russian army that couldn't even get to Kiev? 0.72

00:34:30.860 Is that the big threat?

00:34:31.740 They're going to come across there?

00:34:32.680 I don't think so.

00:34:34.420 I don't think so.

00:34:35.160 But if that's the theory of the case, Miranda, if that's the theory, don't sit up there and 1.00

00:34:38.700 say, well, it's very expensive and it's our national debt and our national security.

00:34:43.280 This is the happy talk, gobbledygook, and then is in your face, nothing to say on the

00:34:49.000 border, nothing on deportations, and going to give it all.

00:34:52.900 And Miranda has nothing about that.

00:34:54.580 There's some dark secrets over there.

00:34:56.540 There's some very dark things that have been happening over in Ukraine, some very dark 0.94

00:35:00.980 things.

00:35:01.520 And we're going to all get to the bottom of it.

00:35:04.440 You're not going to be able to run and hide.

00:35:05.540 That's why you think they're going to toss the keys to us on January 20th of 2025?

00:35:10.120 They're going to say Donald Trump's back.

00:35:12.080 Let's pat him on that.

00:35:12.960 That's why the bill asked Moran, what about all these traps J.D.

00:35:16.020 Vance is talking about that could lead to another Trump impeachment if he wants to shut this

00:35:19.580 thing down?

00:35:20.100 Why does the NDAA have the ability?

00:35:22.820 He can't even negotiate with NATO and threaten to pull out and use that as a negotiation to make

00:35:28.540 them step up for their own defense.

00:35:30.380 They didn't defend themselves in World War I.

00:35:32.340 You had the French and a couple of others.

00:35:33.780 We had to bail them out in World War I.

00:35:35.420 They didn't fight in World War II.

00:35:37.220 Let's be blunt.

00:35:38.920 You had the British. 0.82

00:35:40.160 You had the Americans. 0.71

00:35:41.500 You had some Polish brigades, some paratroopers.

00:35:43.520 You had a couple of a division, I think, under De Gaulle.

00:35:46.620 You had some, you know, this and that.

00:35:49.680 No.

00:35:50.000 Russia, the Russian people, the Chinese people, Lao-Bai-Jing, and the American people from

00:35:58.260 places like, let me think, like Kansas, like Kansas, like Kansas, like Kansas.

00:36:06.360 You disrespect those people by this happy talk.

00:36:12.000 And Ukraine has nothing about the vital national security, which has the vital national security

00:36:17.820 interest of the United States of America has nothing to do with two Slavic entities slugging

00:36:23.920 it out on the Russian-speaking eastern border of this territory and or nation, whatever you

00:36:30.380 want to call it, called Ukraine.

00:36:32.060 Putin makes some 2,000-year history that it's part of us.

00:36:36.140 The Davos in the crowd says Ukraine nation.

00:36:38.640 Hey, quite frankly, I don't care.

00:36:40.960 And the American people don't care.

00:36:42.360 You know what they care about?

00:36:43.260 They care about the Rio Grande Valley.

00:36:44.920 They care about Lukeville, Arizona.

00:36:46.520 They care about the southern border of this country, where there's an evasion of, oh,

00:36:50.160 let me see, 10 million people since Biden took over, most of them fighting-age men, including

00:36:55.200 100,000 at least, Chinese Communist Party fighting-age men in this country doing God knows what.

00:37:03.200 That's not a national security.

00:37:04.320 Oh, and they're all puffed up.

00:37:05.980 He wants to go to the Munich conference.

00:37:07.680 They want to be feted in the Georgetown cocktail parties and the Atlantic magazine

00:37:11.940 or say these leaders.

00:37:14.220 Young gave it away.

00:37:15.340 They're the governing coalition.

00:37:17.280 They're Democrats.

00:37:18.600 Jerry Moran's a Democrat.

00:37:21.100 And it's not my responsibility.

00:37:22.820 It's the people in Kansas right now and the people in Indiana right now and the people in

00:37:26.980 Oklahoma right now and the people in South Dakota right now.

00:37:29.780 If you're a patriot, you light them up. 0.60

00:37:33.140 Hell, you sent them there.

00:37:34.900 I know you sent them there and they lied to your face.

00:37:37.400 I get the fact.

00:37:38.080 They get to D.C. and they all flip and they all change.

00:37:40.240 They're all going to be big shots, right?

00:37:41.600 They all come from Indiana and South Dakota and they get there.

00:37:44.460 And man, oh, man, I'm in Georgetown cocktail party and they're, you know, morning Mika's 0.99

00:37:49.240 there and she's telling me how brain I am and how smart I am.

00:37:52.060 And I'm going to go to the Munich security conference and I'm going to be, you know,

00:37:55.340 on MSI.

00:37:55.820 I'm going to be on CNN and Wolf Blitzer is going to be with a knitted brow asking me a

00:37:58.800 serious question.

00:37:59.500 The people back home and say, I'm a statesman.

00:38:02.420 That's right.

00:38:02.900 I'm just not some hack country lawyer.

00:38:04.520 I'm a statesman.

00:38:07.200 It's your Jerry Moran's your responsibility.

00:38:10.480 Young is your responsibility. 0.97

00:38:12.280 The two clowns from Oklahoma, the Kung Fu fighter and Lankford are your responsibility. 0.97

00:38:17.300 The whole state of South Dakota came and I came and get my head around one of the worst 0.99

00:38:21.260 congressmen and two sellout senators.

00:38:24.040 They're your responsibility.

00:38:26.000 Step up.

00:38:27.340 Show the American people.

00:38:28.500 Show MAGA what you mean.

00:38:29.620 Light these guys up.

00:38:30.700 I want to have them, they should not be able to go home without you being in their grill

00:38:35.080 and they should know that to vote for this because there's nothing more brazen than what

00:38:40.140 they're doing.

00:38:42.640 And you got, look, Tom Cotton's not a fire breather.

00:38:46.380 JD is not a fire breather.

00:38:48.420 Eric Schmidt's not a fire breather.

00:38:49.940 Marco Rubio, you got, you got Scott down there in Florida.

00:38:54.020 These are reasoned people and they're making arguments you can't refute.

00:38:58.400 And then I get Burleson, I get these congressmen, I haven't anybody come on here and say their

00:39:03.240 constituents support this.

00:39:06.600 You think the people, you think the people in Kansas are telling us right now that they

00:39:12.880 want to take care of Ukraine at $60 billion in one year.

00:39:16.420 They want to take care of Ukraine and not solve the problem on the southern border and 0.52

00:39:21.280 shut the border down, close the border and stop all the fentanyl.

00:39:24.460 That a bigger, a bigger issue is Ukraine.

00:39:26.540 And do you think the good folks in Kansas, are they as hard hit, as hard working as they

00:39:32.640 are and as hard headed as you got to get, you got to get common sense to make a living

00:39:36.560 out there.

00:39:37.120 You got, you got to know what you're doing.

00:39:38.620 You don't have time for happy talk.

00:39:41.000 Do you think they make the case?

00:39:42.440 Well, it's going to be much more expensive future.

00:39:43.980 I'm going to say, you ain't sending our sons and daughters to Ukraine.

00:39:46.100 Not going to happen.

00:39:47.100 You already killed enough in Iraq and Afghanistan. 1.00

00:39:49.220 You liars. 1.00

00:39:50.600 You already killed enough in Vietnam. 1.00

00:39:52.500 What the hell do we have to learn? 0.93

00:39:54.240 The blood on the hands of the establishment in Vietnam, the blood on the hands of the 0.99

00:39:58.540 establishment in Iraq and Afghanistan, and then look at Southeast Asia.

00:40:02.960 After all that, you abandoned them to Pol Pot, 20 or 30 million killed. 0.93

00:40:08.280 Don't give me the Holocaust. 0.98

00:40:09.440 I'll give you a Holocaust in Southeast Asia. 1.00

00:40:11.240 But you know what?

00:40:12.120 I got it.

00:40:12.820 They're just Asians. 1.00

00:40:14.160 They're Asians. 1.00

00:40:15.940 You're racist. 1.00

00:40:17.220 You're despicable. 1.00

00:40:18.440 And you're up here again. 1.00

00:40:20.540 Ukraine.

00:40:21.160 See it all.

00:40:21.740 Same happy dog.

00:40:22.480 Like, Moran, I'm calling your bluff.

00:40:24.260 Come forward, dude, and show us.

00:40:26.940 We're reasonable people.

00:40:28.260 People in Kansas, you're not going to get nicer folks in the state of Kansas.

00:40:32.540 Hell, that's where Dorothy's from. 1.00

00:40:33.960 They didn't pick that randomly.

00:40:36.280 They picked it because that's the heart of this country, the heartland of this country.

00:40:40.100 Dead set in the middle and good folks, decent folks, hardworking folks.

00:40:43.340 They're, they're, they're, so bring the forward, bring it to them, make, make the presentation,

00:40:49.780 not just, oh, we're going to be, no, we're not going to be over there.

00:40:52.840 We're not going to be over there.

00:40:54.960 You can get to negotiating table and you can stop.

00:40:57.660 Moran, here's the question.

00:40:58.700 How come they can't get any troops to fight?

00:41:00.560 How come any of the mothers and fathers there send their sons to die in that charnel house?

00:41:04.540 Tell me that.

00:41:05.380 Answer me that first.

00:41:06.060 Before anything else, answer me that first.

00:41:08.420 Where's the 500,000 they need?

00:41:09.980 Why they fire the two generals that are revered by the people that have told them we're in a stalemate.

00:41:14.160 That's not going to go anywhere.

00:41:15.220 And I don't know where we're going to get 500,000 troops.

00:41:18.840 Why is the average age of the army 42 years old?

00:41:21.660 Why?

00:41:22.480 Why no young men and women will fight?

00:41:24.540 Why don't they, why don't they volunteer?

00:41:26.560 Why they have to press gang people?

00:41:28.060 This looks like Nelson's Navy.

00:41:31.420 Why?

00:41:32.360 Why?

00:41:33.080 Why?

00:41:33.760 Because they understand exactly what's going on.

00:41:36.200 By the way, Moran, have you talked about the 20 billion they stole?

00:41:39.900 The open secret in Washington, D.C. of the money the oligarchs have stolen of the American people?

00:41:47.000 Could you use 20 billion in Kansas?

00:41:49.660 Moran, could you use 20 billion in Kansas?

00:41:51.480 Could Kansas use 20 billion? 1.00

00:41:54.440 The problem we have in the country are goofballs like Moran. 0.99

00:41:58.860 And goofballs like the senators in South Dakota and the goofballs in Oklahoma. 1.00

00:42:02.520 And Lankford, you're pathetic. 1.00

00:42:04.180 What you did, and for four and a half months, and it was just a fig leaf. 0.99

00:42:09.220 And Mitch, as soon as Mitch could, when the posse and other people start firing up, he not just threw you under the bus, he backed it up multiple times. 0.99

00:42:19.000 You fools are in the pocket of the military-industrial complex. 0.99

00:42:24.040 That's who you report to. 1.00

00:42:25.040 You don't report to the people in Kansas.

00:42:27.560 You don't report to the people in Kansas.

00:42:29.520 Bro, if you went out there and made that pitch and had to put up on the screen and did some town halls, have you done a town hall and explained to them why we're going to be there in years to come?

00:42:38.420 It's expensive.

00:42:39.620 But if we don't do it now, it's going to be more expensive later.

00:42:44.520 Have you?

00:42:46.120 Have you?

00:42:46.700 I'll go anywhere, any place, any time with any of them.

00:42:51.440 I'm like Fresno State.

00:42:52.620 Show me.

00:42:53.260 Give me a mic.

00:42:54.120 You put your charts up, I'll put mine.

00:42:56.300 You'll be laughed out of the room by folks called American citizens.

00:43:01.880 Because it's a joke.

00:43:03.380 This is why you're doing it behind closed doors.

00:43:05.240 And now you're putting it up in people's faces. 0.99

00:43:07.720 You're despicable. 1.00

00:43:08.700 It's despicable. 0.99

00:43:10.480 Eric Schmidt's too much of a gentleman.

00:43:12.880 Too much of a gentleman to say what you really are.

00:43:17.420 In a very gentlemanly way, he's saying you're disrespecting the people back home.

00:43:21.320 Yes, you are disrespecting them.

00:43:22.560 But there's much else you're doing, too, that I can't mention on a family dinner hour show.

00:43:29.020 But you're revolting. 0.78

00:43:30.520 And you're the problem in this country. 0.98

00:43:32.340 Short break.

00:43:38.700 The apples in your holiday pie taste amazing.

00:43:41.660 But it's not exactly the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables.

00:43:46.580 The Mayo Clinic says if you want to help prevent heart disease, lower blood pressure, and your cholesterol,

00:43:52.460 eat five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

00:43:56.240 Which, as you know, is almost impossible.

00:43:58.300 That's why you need to check out Field of Greens.

00:44:45.640 The speaker's going to be able to get it done this week.

00:44:47.540 Like I said before, because Leader Scalise is returning.

00:44:50.340 I'll also say, look, Mike Johnson's been in for about 107 days now.

00:44:54.180 Not something that he anticipated was going to happen.

00:44:57.200 And, look, everybody's working with him to make this happen going forward.

00:45:01.000 But I would tell the speaker that he's got to make sure that, you know, he and him and

00:45:05.120 his team, they lock in on some of these votes because we don't have a lot of time left.

00:45:08.820 The next major hurdle in front of us is going to be government funding.

00:45:12.960 What are we going to do around that?

00:45:14.700 And are we going to allow this government to be funded if the border remains unsecured?

00:45:19.140 Because the primary job of the United States government is to secure this nation.

00:45:23.420 And if it is failing at that, the way Joe Biden is failing at that, does it deserve to

00:45:29.060 get funding across the board?

00:45:30.840 Many members of Congress don't agree.

00:45:32.940 I don't agree with that.

00:45:34.260 If Joe Biden wants to fund the government, simply secure the border and we could be done.

00:45:39.940 We told you March 1st of the day, Congressman Burleson, do you agree with Congressman Byron

00:45:43.940 Donalds of Florida that if the border and look, it's February 12th, we've got a couple

00:45:48.880 of weeks.

00:45:49.400 I don't see any fight coming on the border.

00:45:51.460 I see fights coming over Ukraine, but do you agree with him if on March 1st at midnight 0.50

00:45:56.380 we have not secured the border, that the government will not be funded?

00:46:00.860 Yeah, I'm not going to continue to fund a government that is not going to keep its people safe.

00:46:06.780 And if I were Speaker Johnson, I would make it clear that this supplemental budget that's

00:46:11.460 coming over, the supplemental bill, this nearly $100 billion for Ukraine is dead on arrival.

00:46:18.520 This notion that somehow, because their phony border bill failed, that we're going to forget

00:46:27.620 about the fact that we have an open border and we're going to let this continue is absolutely

00:46:33.000 absurd.

00:46:33.940 And the American people should be beyond angry at their members of their Senate that are

00:46:39.200 voting for this.

00:46:39.980 So I also want to say, I think that Johnson, we've got members of Freedom Caucus who are

00:46:48.120 trying to give Johnson the courage to do this, to be able to say no to some of these things.

00:46:52.720 And we do that by saying, we're voting down the rule.

00:46:55.460 If you bring up these bills under a regular order, under a rule, it's not going to happen.

00:47:01.200 We're going to vote it down, which causes them to have to go to the suspension calendar,

00:47:07.540 which requires a two-thirds vote.

00:47:09.340 And you know what?

00:47:09.960 That's great because we are exposing more people in the uniparty to want to support all

00:47:15.280 this, all these uniparty bills.

00:47:20.960 Last thing is a subset of this, but actually kind of central to it, is the impeachment.

00:47:26.340 I understand that from NTG and others, you're going to try to go forward and impeach another

00:47:32.240 vote to impeach my Yorkers tomorrow. 0.76

00:47:33.820 Is that your understanding?

00:47:35.960 Yeah, my understanding is that tomorrow night we'll have another vote.

00:47:38.760 Scalise will be in town, I assume, but we'll have the votes.

00:47:43.900 And I hope that we do.

00:47:45.220 Look, he deserves, he should have been impeached months ago, if not years ago.

00:47:49.880 But, and I think it'll be a good, it'll be a black eye on the Biden administration who

00:47:53.740 ultimately is responsible for this.

00:47:56.340 Congressman, how do people follow you?

00:47:59.980 Where do they go to the website?

00:48:00.940 Where do they go to social media?

00:48:01.860 I know you guys have a podcast with some of the best around.

00:48:05.480 Where do people go?

00:48:07.280 Yeah, I'm on all the socials under Rep.

00:48:10.300 Eric Burleson, and our freshman podcast is called Fresh Freedom with the freedom-loving

00:48:16.560 freshman members of Congress.

00:48:20.760 Fantastic.

00:48:21.300 Congressman, thank you so much for joining us.

00:48:22.740 And tell the folks in Missouri, in your district, whatever, Eric Schmidt made you proud today.

00:48:28.700 Absolutely.

00:48:32.300 You see, you see from, you see these guys.

00:48:34.380 And look, we're not on, you know, there's a lot of inner squad fighting all the time.

00:48:39.720 But these are fundamental.

00:48:42.040 That's why after the show tonight, we'll be back up.

00:48:44.100 Get her, we still have the stream going, get her in on, on, on Rumble. 1.00

00:48:50.060 But you're going to say, I think a big vote tonight, 830.

00:48:52.020 Remember what Vance is saying also, what he's saying is that they've got all these traps

00:48:57.680 in there for, for, for Trump.

00:49:02.260 The NDAA has that provision, unconstitutional it is, that leaves him not the ability to withdraw

00:49:07.740 from NATO as a leverage and a hammer to get the Europeans to step up.

00:49:12.220 European people will do that. 0.87

00:49:13.400 They're good people.

00:49:14.740 They're good people.

00:49:15.540 They know what has to be done is their leaders are corrupt.

00:49:19.720 Just like here.

00:49:21.040 American people are good people.

00:49:22.460 Solid.

00:49:23.520 Do the right thing.

00:49:25.440 They've created more wealth, freed more people than any nation in the history of the earth.

00:49:29.620 That's what we're fighting over.

00:49:30.760 That's where this fight's so intense.

00:49:32.700 It gets ugly.

00:49:34.180 Because it's about money and power.

00:49:36.040 It's a spiritual war.

00:49:38.060 It's a spiritual war, but it manifests itself through human agency into those things.

00:49:43.540 And you can see it.

00:49:45.540 The, the, the tectonic plates here for having is that the party that should have been opposing

00:49:50.040 this in the other time was what's called controlled opposition.

00:49:52.260 They just went along with it, put different shiny toys out there, made you feel better.

00:49:56.500 But at its core, it was a globalist party, a globalist, the globalists ran it and partnered

00:50:06.380 with the globalists from the democratic party to be the uniparty and to serve their paymasters

00:50:11.880 on wall street and Silicon Valley and the defense industry and big pharma.

00:50:15.000 This is not complicated.

00:50:16.420 It's not quantum mechanics, pretty straightforward, but you're seeing it here right now.

00:50:21.780 And you're seeing, you know, you're seeing all that.

00:50:24.560 So you have to demand that your senators come back and give you a briefing.

00:50:28.120 Jerry Moran goes to Kansas and gives you a briefing.

00:50:30.220 The guys in South Dakota come and give it and call them out.

00:50:32.800 Call them out.

00:50:34.620 Cause you guys have the details.

00:50:35.780 You have the receipts, the power of the show and the power of this movement is you, not

00:50:41.180 us, you.

00:50:42.540 Because they're afraid of you.

00:50:47.400 They're afraid of you.

00:50:49.520 And that's what they need you.

00:50:51.020 They need your tax money.

00:50:52.920 They need your sons and daughters to fight on and die on foreign battlefields.

00:50:56.760 Did I mention Vietnam?

00:50:59.640 Did I mention Iraq?

00:51:01.640 Did I mention Afghanistan and everything in between?

00:51:04.420 Did I mention even World War II?

00:51:09.380 Would those heroes from Saipan and Guadalcanal, the Coral Sea, going over the hump, Burma, Normandy,

00:51:21.900 North Africa, Kazarin Pass, the Air War over, 8th Air Corps over Germany.

00:51:28.880 Would they be proud?

00:51:30.780 Would they be proud?

00:51:32.640 Would they be proud?

00:51:33.720 And would they be proud of what's happening right now?

00:51:35.860 And what is being funded under your name, under your name, under your name?

00:51:40.760 Always remember, it's done under your name.
