Summary

After their epic failure to impeach homeland security secretary Alejandro mayorkas over his handling of the border, the House of Representatives is set to vote on the measure again today, and it s not because they suddenly found any high crimes or misdemeanors, which is the constitutional threshold for impeachment, it s because they think they have the votes.

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:15.220 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the
00:00:22.200 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just
00:00:28.100 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:32.860 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is
00:00:37.140 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's
00:00:44.180 your host stephen k bannon one week after their epic failure to impeach homeland security secretary
00:00:50.720 alejandro mayorkas over his handling of the border the house gop is set to vote on the measure again
00:00:55.860 today and it's not because they suddenly found any high crimes or misdemeanors which of course is
00:01:00.680 the constitutional threshold for impeachment it's because they think they have the votes last week's
00:01:06.080 defeat was handed to house republicans by a trio of their own ken buck of colorado tom mcclintock of
00:01:11.720 california mike gallagher of wisconsin now with majority leader steve scalise returning to the
00:01:17.080 capital this week after receiving cancer treatment republicans are hoping they have the single vote
00:01:21.620 they need for the effort to succeed and there's also concern over the potential impact of today's
00:01:26.860 special election in new york to replace george santos if democrat tom swazi pulls off the win
00:01:33.000 speaker mike johnson can only lose two gop lawmakers on any vote going forward let's bring in democratic
00:01:39.680 congressman daniel goldman of new york member of the house oversight committee congressman
00:01:44.060 impeachment you know it is for high crimes it is for misdemeanors do you see any here
00:01:49.240 no nothing even remotely close there's no crime there's no misdemeanor much less a high crime
00:01:56.020 and misdemeanor and in fact what has happened for this entire congress is that the republicans
00:02:01.840 have attacked secretary mayorkas and president biden for the issues at the border while they
00:02:08.140 are going to court to undermine and prevent the secretary and the biden administration from
00:02:14.400 implementing policy changes when that's not enough the president and secretary mayorkas spend months
00:02:20.640 negotiating a bipartisan deal to address the situation at the border which goes further than
00:02:26.860 any democrat has ever gone before and all of a sudden after claiming that the administration needs
00:02:34.180 to address the border the republicans and donald trump decide no no no no we don't really want to
00:02:40.060 solve the problems we want the problems so that we can run against the problems and that is incredibly
00:02:47.960 cynical and that's what this is all about it is taking a scalp for secretary mayorkas for the maga base
00:02:55.680 and trying to lay the blame at his feet for a situation at the border that needs to be addressed
00:03:01.320 but can only be addressed by legislation not by executive action
00:03:06.800 okay tuesday 13 uh february in the year of earlier 2024 thank you for the second hour
00:03:14.000 the early evening edition of the war thank you for being here uh a programming note of course lou
00:03:20.480 dobbs follows us immediately lou dobbs show uh we're maybe going live to the floor as this thing heats up
00:03:26.120 today the impeachment also at 8 p.m eastern time on both getter and rumble we're going to live stream
00:03:32.500 natalie winters going into the lion's den this is going to be kind of a rough one i think um because
00:03:37.260 uh these young women that she's doing this podcast with have a very set opinions about the way things
00:03:43.900 should be of course natalie winters if you know her she's tough as boot leather and there's no back
00:03:48.060 down to that young woman at all so this ought to be quite interesting mike davis we got mike davis for a
00:03:53.520 while mike and i want to get to how successful the the action oriented a part of article three is but
00:03:58.840 i just got to ask you and i know dan goldman's one of your favorite guys is msnbc correct as you see
00:04:05.240 this impeachment that could occur tonight it would be historic has never happened uh since in fact it
00:04:10.840 technically didn't even i guess it did happen after the civil war with secretary of war belknap although
00:04:15.940 he did resign beforehand but he stood still stood trial in the senate and i think he got off um
00:04:21.600 the uh have uh what are your what are your thoughts about the impeachment dan goldman is the wind up
00:04:29.240 impeachment doll for house democrats he is the guy who thinks that president trump should be impeached
00:04:38.040 for anything and president biden can't be impeached for clearly violating the law secretary mayorkas can't
00:04:45.500 be impeached for clearly violating law remember if you're the president or if you're a cabinet secretary
00:04:51.540 you have a constitutional duty to enforce federal law and both joe biden and dhs secretary mayorkas
00:05:00.840 have disregarded federal law they have disregarded our immigration laws they have opened up our border
00:05:08.120 and they have flooded our country with 10 million migrants unvetted migrants from all over the world
00:05:15.660 including from dangerous places in the middle east and china and this is all preventable this is all
00:05:22.140 intentional what they're doing president trump used the current laws on the books and got our border
00:05:29.240 under control president biden and secretary mayorkas have disregarded all of that thrown out all of
00:05:36.420 president trump's policies that worked disregarded federal law and they have turned our country into a
00:05:43.300 very dangerous place we have been flooded with fentanyl we have been flooded with people who come
00:05:48.800 here and rape and murder and and rob and commit a lot of very bad crimes and again this is all
00:05:55.920 preventable secretary mayorkas and joe biden have violated their constitutional oaths and that is an
00:06:03.000 impeachable offense um i just because people it's an open secret that you're someone people talk about on the
00:06:10.960 short list for attorney general in the second term or um or white house counsel or some senior position
00:06:17.120 in in in law enforcement on this with that as a standard if you were the advisor to the impeachment
00:06:25.760 committee would you advise them on what you just said would you advise them to go forward tonight
00:06:30.820 there's no question that they need to impeach dhs secretary mayorkas he has a constitutional duty
00:06:39.200 to enforce our immigration laws and he has violated his constitutional duty he has violated
00:06:47.240 his oath of office by intentionally disregarding our immigration laws and how the hell would you get
00:06:54.320 rid of these executive branch officials who are refusing to enforce the law refusing to follow their
00:07:01.360 constitutional oaths refusing to do their jobs how do you get rid of them if you can't impeach them for
00:07:07.940 refusing to do their jobs violating the law and violating their oaths
00:07:11.980 uh bob alinsky we we had mtg on earlier you saw the public announcement we talked about the the
00:07:19.400 opening statement now the leaks are coming out it was very contentious with the dan goldmans of the
00:07:23.860 world tony bob alinsky today giving a sworn um uh testimony in the impeachment process for for
00:07:31.680 president biden your thoughts it's a very damning sworn statement that tony bob alinsky gave about
00:07:39.100 president biden tony bob alinsky is a uh he's a military man his entire family are military people
00:07:46.960 he doesn't have a partisan agenda he talks about how the very few political donations he's made over the
00:07:55.240 course of his life include two democrats uh and he's coming in because he feels he feels he has a duty
00:08:01.120 as an american to tell the truth about what joe biden did joe biden as the vice president of the united
00:08:09.320 states works with china including the cc ccp backed uh chinese energy oligarch to make a lot of money for
00:08:20.120 the biden family and and tony bob alinsky talks about how the biden's used joe biden as the brand
00:08:26.480 they were selling joe biden access to then vice president joe biden to make a lot of money for the
00:08:33.900 biden family and the ccp that china knew this they they knew that when biden said he wasn't going to run
00:08:40.120 for president back in 2015 they china knew it was their opening to go after the biden's and they did that
00:08:47.900 by going after the biden's weakest link hunter biden a a total derelict uh drug addled son and
00:08:56.600 he was an easy person for the for the chinese to target and they were able to influence joe biden and
00:09:03.360 his family with this corruption with tens of millions of dollars that have flowed into the
00:09:08.780 the biden bank accounts from china from russia from ukraine from kazakhstan from romania all these
00:09:15.740 hell holes around the world including with our worst enemies like china had the biden's on the
00:09:22.480 payroll from what you've seen that's been reported okay and some of your sources because i know you're
00:09:28.540 very close to people over there do you believe that this is not a shiny toy of where you see it now
00:09:33.220 do you believe that they should continue to press on with this and uh the bribery part and others
00:09:39.740 of uh in the potential impeachment of joe biden they absolutely should press on the house republicans
00:09:47.500 should absolutely investigate this not only should they they have a constitutional duty to make sure
00:09:54.860 that the sitting president of the united states is not compromised by tens of millions of dollars in
00:10:02.920 foreign bribes and other corruption to what seems like every biden family member except for the six
00:10:09.580 year old granddaughter who these dirtbags refuse to acknowledge until they they took too much political
00:10:15.500 pressure after six years you have a president of the united states who could be compromised from corrupt
00:10:22.460 foreign payments bribes from ukraine from russia from china guess what our biggest trouble spots are in
00:10:29.220 the world right now it's russia and ukraine it's china with taiwan do you think there's any chance
00:10:34.740 that russia would have invaded ukraine when russia did not invade ukraine during four years of the
00:10:43.220 trump presidency do you think there's any chance that that russia would have not invaded ukraine but for
00:10:48.740 the fact that russia knew that joe biden was corrupt and that's how they were that russia was able to
00:10:55.000 be able to exploit that corruption remember it was president obama who put vice president
00:11:00.000 biden in charge of ukraine and the biden's went on the take and russia took crimea four years of peace
00:11:08.760 and prosperity under trump biden's back uh putin smells biden's corruption and weakness and now putin is
00:11:16.860 trying to take the rest of ukraine how many tens of billions of dollars are americans going to spend
00:11:24.220 in ukraine saving ukraine from russia because we have a corrupt compromise president of the united
00:11:31.260 states these foreign bribes this foreign corruption has direct consequences on our national security
00:11:37.400 and it has direct consequences on our on everyone's taxpayer money
00:11:42.100 uh jim jordan just announced that they're getting a special counsel her to uh to come and testify do you
00:11:50.040 think doj is going to try to step in and block that i don't know if they're going to be able to step
00:11:55.080 in and block block that because i think he has a legal duty to go testify before congress i don't know
00:12:01.240 if they can try to claim some sort of uh you know executive privilege i don't know if they can do that but
00:12:07.080 they certainly certainly can't claim an ongoing investigation because president biden himself
00:12:13.160 announced that the investigation was closed so it would be very interesting to see what their excuse
00:12:19.080 would be for why robert her couldn't come testify if you were counsel to the committee what what are
00:12:25.480 the types of things that you would want to ask uh special counsel her in that uh in that open to the
00:12:32.760 public it'll be nationally televised i'm sure a testimony i would certainly want to know what
00:12:37.640 restrictions were placed upon him as the special counsel what he was allowed to investigate what
00:12:43.240 he was not allowed to investigate uh why wasn't he more aggressive uh why another thing i'd want
00:12:50.440 to know is is that after president biden his justice department and his private lawyers secretly colluded
00:12:57.320 for two months to get back four rounds of these classified documents that that biden stole as vice
00:13:04.040 president and stole even as the senator and they got caught and they had to appoint a special counsel
00:13:09.560 how did robert her and his fbi team find that fifth set of stolen classified records in biden's
00:13:15.960 possession after biden represented to his justice department that he turned over all records and so
00:13:22.600 i would i would want to very carefully find out from her what restrictions were put on him what he
00:13:28.280 could ask what he couldn't ask who he could ask who he couldn't ask why didn't he recommend
00:13:33.480 bringing an indictment did he get pressure from biden or merrick garland or anyone else not to
00:13:39.320 recommend uh criminal charges against president biden for obvious espionage obvious obstruction of
00:13:47.080 justice and why did he think it was important to talk about president trump's case in his in his
00:13:53.640 report to try to provide cover for bite it was just announced that the moscow show trial that took
00:14:01.960 place on president trump's business that the judge uh is going to release uh his uh findings his penalty
00:14:07.960 all that on friday your thoughts sir i mean it's it is absolutely ridiculous what they're doing to
00:14:16.760 president trump with this law fair they're trying they've impeached him twice including impeaching trump
00:14:23.000 once for investigating biden's corruption in ukraine they've indicted him four times for non-crimes
00:14:31.240 they're trying to bankrupt his family business in new york for this case for non-fraud they're doing
00:14:37.320 this this judge issued his fraud decree even before the trial began no witnesses no other evidence this
00:14:46.680 goofball democrat partisan judge just decreed that trump somehow committed fraud how the hell can you
00:14:53.880 commit fraud when you're paying back sophisticated wall street banks in full on time as agreed with interest
00:15:02.840 right this is part of the democrats law fair to destroy president trump both legally and financially they
00:15:10.440 want him to die in prison rather than face him on november 5th 2024 because they know that president trump
00:15:18.600 is going to beat biden like a drum mike politico had a really good story today it was about the inflect
00:15:25.720 this week is an inflection point on all all the criminal cases with president trump so i want you to take it and
00:15:31.720 just triage this force walk us through why is this week the inflection point and what are they actually
00:15:37.880 talking about on these different cases well i mean there's a lot going on including last thursday
00:15:43.240 as we were discussing on your show the supreme court is almost certainly eight to one maybe nine to
00:15:48.520 nothing going to throw out the democrats bogus theory under section three of the 14th amendment that
00:15:55.240 you can just disqualify trump for what happened on january 6th for the lawful protest that devolved
00:16:01.320 into a riot they think they can just call it an insurrection they think they can just have
00:16:05.880 partisan democrat judges on the colorado supreme court in a four to three decision or even worse
00:16:11.720 an unelected non-lawyer secretary of state in maine democrat secretary of state shanna bellows
00:16:17.000 just take trump off the ballot obviously this is not going to fly with the american people this is
00:16:22.600 obviously backfiring politically and legally we also have president trump's claim of of presidential
00:16:29.800 immunity that we've been talking about for a very long time that's probably going to derail
00:16:35.320 most of jack smith's january 6th case and if fanny willis uh can you know survive getting kicked off
00:16:42.920 disqualified from her case down in georgia her january 6th case essentially the supreme court i i think
00:16:49.720 they're almost certainly going to grant certs on president trump's claim of presidential immunity they're
00:16:55.400 going to take this case through the regular course uh through the irregular appellate process following
00:17:00.760 the regular appellate rules and procedures and they'll decide this case uh sometime next year
00:17:06.360 and there's no chance that president trump's january 6th case in washington dc with dc obama judge
00:17:14.600 is going to pass muster whoa you're you're breaking news right here because you've been so you've been
00:17:19.320 dead around so these things i gotta back up you're saying i want the audience to understand this because it's
00:17:23.960 quite a uh a different the in the rush to get trump and a trial criminal trial in dc on january 6th
00:17:33.480 because they think that's the holy grail that's going to save them we know it's not but they that's
00:17:36.760 what their belief is because they see everything else collapsing around them including the polls
00:17:42.040 which and they've been so maniacally focused on march 4th but they're you know prepared to give up
00:17:46.520 a little bit the appellate court actually told the president you have to go to the supreme court and if
00:17:52.120 you go to on bank which is the next step which is the full panel of all the appellate judges we will
00:17:57.880 start we will take the stay off and start the process right you're saying when he applied monday
00:18:03.800 in the 50 page uh filing they made he's they're asking the supreme court let's go back into a normal
00:18:10.680 keep the stay on and let us go on bank we want to go there first and then we will come to the supreme
00:18:15.400 court yes i think the supreme court is clearly going to grant president trump's motion for stay
00:18:22.280 and the reason they have to do this is because jack smith himself back in december filed an extraordinary
00:18:30.920 petition with the supreme court asking the supreme court to hear this case before the dc circuit rules
00:18:38.680 this uh this extraordinary petition jack smith said it's so critical this issue is so critical
00:18:45.480 that the supreme court itself has to decide this right so how the hell can jack smith say
00:18:51.880 in december that the supreme court has to decide this and they have to decide this before the dc
00:18:57.480 circuit rules the supreme court says no let's go through the regular process the dc circuit
00:19:02.920 rules and then jack smith is going to somehow say that the dc that the supreme court shouldn't hear
00:19:07.800 this case after arguing in december it had to hear this case that's not going to fly so the dc so the
00:19:13.400 supreme court is going to grant certs and hear this case right and in the meantime the dc the supreme
00:19:19.400 court is going to grant president trump's motion to stay these proceedings because under the normal
00:19:26.120 rules and procedures for every other case except for apparently if the case involves a trump there would
00:19:33.240 be a stay automatically granted when you're dealing with the issue of government immunity with
00:19:39.560 presidential immunity so unless the supreme court wants to look like they're play playing political
00:19:46.040 games like dc obama judge tanya shutkin did like the dc circuit did the dc the supreme court is going to
00:19:53.960 follow the normal process they're going to they're going to say that chuckens trial is stayed president
00:19:59.960 trump can pursue en banc review with the dc circuit and once the dc circuit rules president trump or jack smith can
00:20:09.240 pursue the supreme court's review through the normal process
00:20:15.720 and why do you think that will kick into the next year let's say en banc takes a couple of months you
00:20:20.280 get it back and let's say they they don't uh rule immunity either way it's going to go to the supreme
00:20:26.120 court because the doj will take you there anyway you get to you get to after their session ends let's say
00:20:31.960 in june they call for an emergency with the you think the supreme court given something this important
00:20:37.320 would would call for an emergency are you saying even if they did that for a hearing you couldn't
00:20:42.440 start a trial within a couple of months you'd have to just logically kick it past november 5 november of
00:20:48.200 this year look i mean we are getting to the end of this term we're in february where we we are pretty
00:20:54.280 filled up already with the supreme court cases for this term so the next available slot is going to be in
00:21:00.600 october and november of next year october and november uh october right before the election and
00:21:06.680 november after the election so why would the supreme court want to get in the middle of a presidential
00:21:13.480 election when they absolutely do not need to this this it does not matter whether president trump is
00:21:19.960 convicted or not and the dc quarter is a matter of law this is purely political the democrats know that if
00:21:27.000 they get a criminal conviction with this dc yes obama judge that's the one way they can take out
00:21:32.760 president trump politically they think they think even even the polling is just about even i mean
00:21:37.560 that's how bad they're that's how bad they're leaking over and i buy one yeah i want to go back to
00:21:44.680 something you made you you're the first one really step up and talk about this in regard to the supreme
00:21:49.720 court over over dobbs where you know the attacking the supreme court the attempted assassination of kavanaugh
00:21:55.160 if you see the denver i mean they put so much pressure i'm not a lawyer i'm certainly not a
00:21:58.840 constitutional lawyer but every night on msnbc before the appellate court ruled they were literally
00:22:05.160 smearing these people that they were destroying america by not coming out and getting this thing
00:22:09.400 done it had to come out now had to come out now had to come out now i mean they were like little
00:22:13.000 children on msnbc won't they just completely and totally melt down first off do you agree with that
00:22:19.400 that they try to put pressure on the appellate court to come up with a with a ruling as soon as
00:22:23.880 possible and not just take their time and they will do the same thing uh they will do the same
00:22:28.520 thing with the supreme court rules on this in a couple of weeks absolutely i just put out a
00:22:32.920 substack piece about this today absolutely they were trying to pressure the supreme court they
00:22:37.240 were trying to say that u.s circuit judge karen henderson an 80 year old bush 41 appoints he was
00:22:44.040 slowing this down because she was writing a dissent that was completely baseless this was a per
00:22:49.080 curiam decision meaning all three judges agreed with this unsigned opinion by the dc circuit so
00:22:56.360 of course they're going to try to put pressure on the supreme court that's why the supreme court should
00:23:00.760 take this case through the normal appellate process and the normal appellate procedures because if they
00:23:06.760 just grant cert on this case they can set it at a later date for next year as they should like they
00:23:14.040 would through the normal process through the normal procedures these court proceedings would be stayed
00:23:19.560 before the supreme court's review and really they don't have to grant cert right away because they
00:23:23.720 have to go through the dc circuit's en banc process before it comes back to the supreme court for them to
00:23:29.720 just to decide whether they're going to uh to decide whether they're going to grant cert or not so
00:23:34.760 it's going to take if if they let president trump file for for en banc review with the dc circuit it's going to
00:23:41.080 take at least four months probably longer five or six months for the supreme court to get the cert
00:23:47.320 petition anyway unbelievable this is this is so great now i want to go before i get to funny willis
00:23:55.560 i got to go to jackson jack smith it seems to me is getting brutalized in the mar-a-lago classified
00:24:01.240 documents not simply the fact that they've essentially indicted biden or indicted biden in the her report
00:24:08.200 except for the fact they said we couldn't get a conviction because he's got too much dementia
00:24:12.200 right is jack smith am i correct that this judge has beaten him up at every every different uh location
00:24:19.080 no i mean i would say this that judge cannon unlike obama judge tanya shukkin in dc who's railroading
00:24:25.800 trump judge cannon is doing what federal judges are supposed to do which is to protect the criminal
00:24:32.440 defendant from the government during the criminal proceedings to make sure that there are procedural
00:24:38.200 and substantive safeguards in place so the government does not railroad a criminal defendant
00:24:43.640 and violate his constitutional rights and judge cannon is doing exactly what she's supposed to do
00:24:49.640 and you're just dealing with a scud missile this deranged special counsel jack smith who has a long
00:24:57.000 history of running rough roughshed over these criminal defendants he got reversed eight to nothing by the
00:25:04.680 supreme court it would have been nine to nothing back in 2016 the last time he used a bogus legal theory
00:25:12.360 to take out a likely presidential or vice presidential candidate in the name of former
00:25:18.600 virginia governor bob mcdonald jack smith is a thug he's deranged he is a scud missile he he he's a bully
00:25:28.120 and these judges if they're actually doing their job like the eight supreme court justices in 2016 and
00:25:35.320 judge cannon now are not going to let him get away with his antics there's a reason that jack smith got
00:25:40.920 banished to the hague because he's a moron and there's a reason that joe biden brought him back
00:25:46.840 from the hague because he's a scud missile who they know that they can use to take out their political
00:25:51.640 enemies like they like he did to virginia governor bob mcdonald mike can you hang on for one second

00:32:36.440 war room battleground with stephen k bannon
00:32:43.400 okay we got a lot uh we're going to plow through here also looks like you're getting ready to do the
00:32:47.640 impeachment we'll jump to that on the uh on the floor uh if we have time or if they come up with
00:32:53.080 something important we'll jump over there uh and i think grace is going to stream this stream we're
00:32:57.560 going to be streaming although lou dobbs files is here we're going to be streaming the house floor for
00:33:02.600 the impeachment vote and then of course later uh natalie winters going in the lion's den so mike um
00:33:10.040 with fanny willis i mean your action center's put pressure on down there explain to people exactly
00:33:14.360 what's happening thursday and is that part of the criminal investing is this part of the process of
00:33:18.280 the criminal investigation i mean what is this thing she's got to do with the judge on thursday
00:33:22.200 how big a deal is it well it sounds like fanny's going to get kicked off this case according to
00:33:28.280 what this judge said in court last time when you are a prosecutor you are not allowed to have a
00:33:34.840 financial stake in your prosecution that is absolutely 100 illegal and what fanny willis has done
00:33:43.640 by illegally hiring her secret boyfriends and paying him 250 dollars an hour 700 000 and counting
00:33:53.320 including for meetings with the biden white house and biden white house council including for
00:33:58.840 only 24 hours in a single day and then taking illegal kickbacks in the form of these lavish
00:34:05.800 trips around the world napa and the caribbean and elsewhere and then she lied about this relationship
00:34:12.120 and her court filings about when it started she said it started later than it actually started uh
00:34:18.680 so it uh fanny is going to be in very big trouble she will almost certainly get disqualified from this
00:34:26.040 case along with her not so secret boyfriend nathan wade this case should be dismissed by this judge
00:34:33.240 because it has been tainted and tainted by this illegal arrangement this financial stake by fanny willis
00:34:41.560 since its inception fanny willis should face criminal charges for perjury and uh illegal kickbacks and
00:34:50.600 corruption as marjorie taylor green laid out and her criminal referral to governor brian kemp and
00:34:57.160 governor and attorney general chris carr and then fanny willis should face disbarment if these allegations
00:35:05.240 end up being true and then whoever what whichever prosecutor gets reassigned this case after the case
00:35:12.840 is dismissed that prosecutor will have to decide whether they want to refile these charges and they
00:35:18.360 should not refile these charges and any non-partisan any sane prosecutor would not bring these charges
00:35:25.480 the reason they went to fanny is because she's a corrupt moron like jack smith like alvin bragg
00:35:31.960 like these other morons tish james up in new york and so any rational sane prosecutor would look at
00:35:37.880 this case and say this is bogus it's not illegal to object to a presidential election that's allowed
00:35:45.080 by the electoral count act of 1887 democrats objected in 1968 2000 2004 2016. you don't see hillary
00:35:55.160 clinton and al gore and john carrey in jail for objecting it's not illegal to twist arms politically
00:36:01.880 that's allowed by the first amendment this entire rico uh criminal charge against trump and 18
00:36:08.440 co-defendants is purely political it's corrupt and it's bogus and once the the judge disqualifies
00:36:16.200 fanny and her and her dumb boyfriends kicks them off the case and then kicks the case this case is
00:36:22.360 going to go away in georgia uh mike where do people go if thank you for spending so much time on
00:36:29.560 everything you can get it all by going to your following your social media go to your site but i
00:36:33.640 also want to push people to the action site because they're having a big impact at least that's what
00:36:38.120 i've been told by people down in georgia yeah so article three project.org article number three
00:36:44.120 project.org you can donate there you can also click on the action page or you can go to a3paction.com
00:36:51.880 today's action is lighting up governor kemp and attorney general chris carr down in georgia and
00:36:57.080 telling them to open a criminal probe on fanny willis and it gives you steps on how you can do patch
00:37:03.880 through calls to both of their offices light them up via email light them up via social media keep up the
00:37:10.120 heat because they are being cowards and they can't run and hide on this you can also follow us at at
00:37:16.360 article three project at article number three project on getter twitter truth my personal is at m r d d m i
00:37:24.760 a m r d d m i and thank you steve mike thank you for taking time to go through all of it it's very clear
00:37:31.080 now what a week on the legal side from president trump i mean this is all they got going for him
00:37:35.400 you know i had brandon shoalwater from christian post on uh the other day was it yesterday or friday
00:37:43.320 to talk about the situation in houston at joel ostend i think yesterday sheila matthews now joins
00:37:47.960 us from able child sheila we're kind of crammed for time but but you kind of have a a different take
00:37:53.320 on things i want you to walk through you've done such a great job of putting this in front of the
00:37:56.680 nation's conscious walk us through your take on the situation down in houston which is still quite confusing
00:38:01.960 okay so basically it's not about these other issues like being tran and immigration and those
00:38:10.840 those are important issues it's about the training that the police department is getting they have a
00:38:16.200 division within the police department it's a behavioral health division and they have a conflict
00:38:22.520 of interest because their products which are the psychiatric drugs and their services which are the billable
00:38:29.160 hours of referring people to crisis centers it's called c i t a program and it's funded by nami the
00:38:38.120 national alliance of mentally ill and they are 75 funded by the pharmaceutical industry so we want that out of
00:38:47.560 the police stations we don't want the police to be trained in these uh fabricated numbers because
00:38:53.800 they're not incorporating the black box suicide hang on hang on hang on hang on you've totally confused
00:39:00.280 me now and that's because of me not you the the uh gender confusion those types of issues which you know
00:39:09.160 this has popped up in a number of these situations these shootings recently and and obviously brandon and
00:39:14.600 the team over christian post and others are very focused on that i'm confused you're saying
00:39:19.480 what about the shooter that this is misinterpreted because the police department
00:39:26.120 misinterprets what's happened because they have a behavioral health department a behavioral health
00:39:31.160 section right so the transgender issue or whether the person is a republican or democrat that is not the
00:39:39.800 issue is were they on psychiatric drugs were they on transgender drugs yes it's important but because they
00:39:47.880 have these behavioral health vendors that are funded by the pharmaceutical companies through nami um sorry
00:39:57.640 um because they're funded through nami they are withholding that data so we have a bill in tennessee
00:40:07.000 that is um can address this and we need to get their they have a conflict of interest so if their products
00:40:15.480 and services are involved with the mass shooting they they are in there so they're not they're going
00:40:22.360 to not disclose that so we don't want that are you saying are you saying are you accused this is
00:40:27.560 what i'm saying are you accusing the houston police department of downplaying the drugs they took because
00:40:33.800 these guys are saying hey the transgender drugs are part of it you're saying they took other type of
00:40:37.560 drugs and potentially and that the houston police department is downplaying it because they now have a
00:40:43.080 behavior behavior behavior health that that is that is somehow financed by the pharmaceutical industry
00:40:49.640 that's right i'm not accusing the police department of anything i i love the police i i think what i'm
00:40:55.960 accusing the national alliance of the mentally ill which is funding funded by the pharmaceutical industry
00:41:03.640 as training these police officers incorrectly they're co-mingling their black box suicide warning so when
00:41:11.720 when um they're training these police to intervene in these investigations they are inside that police
00:41:20.440 station and they're covering up that their drugs are involved in these mass shootings they are literally
00:41:27.960 embedded with the police and so we need to get that out we have a bill to do it in tennessee and what
00:41:34.840 we're asking people to do is we actually had um it filed it's a tennessee state bill 2933 and in the senate
00:41:45.320 it's 2937 and this bill will help us clean up the corruption in the investigative process in these mass
00:41:54.360 shootings because they're all linked to withholding data and because the pharmaceutical industry is within the
00:42:02.200 police department they are telling the police things that they shouldn't be telling them and we want
00:42:09.000 the black box suicide warning to be educated to the police officers and we don't want them involved in
00:42:15.400 collecting data during a police investigation because their product is most likely involved
00:42:24.280 where do they go to find out more about the tennessee bill where they go to find out more about
00:42:28.280 with the push that you guys are making sure reef reform pharma uh bobby kennedy's group is working
00:42:35.240 on this as well as ablechild they can go on ablechild.org it's house bill 2933 and senate bill 2937
00:42:46.280 please call your legislators and then we have um um a federal hearing petition we we have five uh 500
00:42:57.080 signatures we need 10 000 signatures to get federal hearings on the link between psychiatric drugs
00:43:04.280 and these mass shootings so we have a reform bill regarding toxicology reports getting the psychiatrist
00:43:11.720 to be held accountable and getting where did they go where did they where where where they go to get to
00:43:16.840 the signature where they go to actually sign the petition if you've got 500 you're quite short of
00:43:21.720 10 000 so where do they go they've um they go to ablechild.org right on our front page there's a psa
00:43:29.800 that explains what we're talking about and then there's a link to the petition and we need every
00:43:36.280 signature we need 10 000. let's everybody get on that mo and grace charming if you can push it out uh
00:43:43.160 sheila matthews from ablechild thank you so much for joining us tonight thank you for having us on
00:43:47.880 we're going to get boris i think tomorrow he's still with doing the lawyer stuff with president
00:43:53.800 trump i don't think there's another excitement on the floor right now enough tied to the uh
00:43:58.040 to the impeachment to cut there um lou dobbs follows us at seven uh at eight we're going to pick up of
00:44:06.040 course the lion's den with uh our own and natalie winters in there also we're going to keep streaming
00:44:12.280 uh after we leave as you guys are watching lou dobbs we're going to keep streaming on getter
00:44:17.480 and on um rumble what's happening on the floor and i'll be making a commentary on it jumping in
00:44:23.560 out of the chat uh dr larry swiker joins us today was the launch of this of our next big book coming
00:44:31.720 out of a war room with our partners at skyhorse um the patriots history of globalism it's uh its rise and
00:44:40.280 decline dr swiker tell us about patriots history you use this as kind of a template but but you
00:44:46.440 really were the the guy you and your co-author first that wrote this magnificent book that became
00:44:51.480 i don't know you're in 90 i forget 47 reprints or it's still active it's still i think homeschoolers
00:44:58.040 use it to really teach history walk us through and why did you decide to do a patriots history of
00:45:04.040 globalism well patriots history in the united states was not written to counter howard zinn it
00:45:10.440 was written because mike and i wanted to a book that we could teach from and we wanted a book that
00:45:15.720 would outline the four pillars of american exceptionalism now you and i have talked about
00:45:20.600 this at length on thanksgiving programs and so i won't go back into that now but american exceptionalism
00:45:27.080 was probably the big topic on conservative side during the period 20 20 2010 what has taken over
00:45:35.560 as the next big topic is globalism what is it what kind of threat is it what's the history of globalism
00:45:42.520 and is there any hope and so the new book of patriots history of globalism is part history and part hope
00:45:48.600 i walked the reader through uh everything from the congress of vienna through woodrow wilson the league
00:45:53.800 of nations up through the covid and medical globalism to where we are now with celebrity
00:46:00.520 and climate change globalism and the last chapter is all hope there's all sorts of signs on the horizon
00:46:07.800 well this hasn't fallen yet you'll notice the title is the the rise and decline it's it's not quite dead
00:46:13.880 yet to quote monty python but it's in it's on its heels and we have a real chance now to begin to do
00:46:20.920 serious damage uh to the globalists and their agenda across the board everything from um transism
00:46:27.720 to wokeness to um legality you were talking earlier with mike davis and i just got word
00:46:34.760 from my court guru whom i call zen master an anonymous guy who's never been wrong and he said the court is
00:46:41.480 going to hear the um trump case it's going to have a public session on the trump ballot case friday morning
00:46:49.160 it's scheduled an open um a public hearing so they're probably going to do something about that
00:46:55.400 ballot case friday morning so they're on their heels the good news is they're on their heels
00:46:59.800 we got them on the run we need to in napoleonic turns send in send in murat's cavalry
00:47:08.760 you in in the developments over the last couple days i mean you see in your book you don't say decline
00:47:15.000 and fall very specifically you and i had to talk about this on the title you said excuse me it's
00:47:19.800 not the fall in uh or the rise and fall of it you said no it's the rise and decline what do you mean
00:47:26.360 why did you choose the term decline then fall well because it's not dead yet we haven't buried it they're
00:47:34.360 still alive and kicking but they're on their heels really for the first time in the last seven or eight
00:47:39.720 years george soros has pulled his operations out of europe we've seen a lot of court cases in america
00:47:49.080 go our way and it looks as though the supreme court is going to rule the right way in the chevron doctrine
00:47:54.680 you and i i actually interviewed you about this for the previous book dragon slayers and how important
00:48:00.680 that chevron doctrine is that that be overturned so they're on their heels whether it's school boards
00:48:07.960 being reformed whether it's um state laws being passed across the board we're starting to see
00:48:14.760 major pushback against the globalists you got to read this this is a will be a handbook for you like
00:48:22.440 joe allen's is on transhumanism uh dr swiker you're going to join us at c-pack we're working at the
00:48:27.480 details right now but besides going to uh to the site into amazon today because the book's up and the
00:48:33.640 cover is magnificent and trust me the book itself delivers the cover as we say in the business any
00:48:39.240 other speaking engagements have any other public engagements that people can actually get to meet
00:48:43.240 you because i tell people you're so engaging you have such a great personality you're the type of
00:48:47.960 history teacher everybody wanted in high school or college that makes you love the topic so much
00:48:53.400 that you really become so engaged and that's one of the things we want in this country is people
00:48:57.320 really understand history because history is on our side sir well i'm the kind of history teacher i
00:49:03.640 wish i had except for one one guy who was truly my inspiration but if you go to the wild world of
00:49:10.360 history website my schedule is up i'm going to be going to six or seven homeschool conventions this
00:49:17.080 year speaking at all but one of them i'm speaking to various groups across the country to the heartland

00:53:35.160 i want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts first think
00:53:41.160 back to 9 11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government
00:53:45.880 power to spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across
00:53:52.120 the internet now jim rickards editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic
00:53:57.400 intelligence and new york times best-selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate
00:54:03.320 this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the
00:54:08.840 war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we
00:54:14.600 say the wrong things on social media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the
00:54:21.400 government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but
00:54:27.960 it's an interesting and dire warning fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has
00:54:33.800 made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the
00:54:39.880 possibility of programmable money watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the
00:54:47.960 past go to rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video dot com all one word warroomhealth.com
