00:00:00.000 I mean, Putin has came into this by presenting himself as a defender of traditional civilization, right?
00:00:06.400 Christianity, orthodox in his case, but anti-LGBTQ rights, anti-transgenderism, anti-decadence of the West.
00:00:13.440 And he's made common cause with a part of the American political system that otherwise in the past was very anti-Russia,
00:00:18.820 when Russia was perceived to be left as a communist nation.
00:00:21.820 Now Putin is doing it from the other side on the ultra-right.
00:00:24.220 And he is making common cause in Europe with the various right-wing parties there through this culture war.
00:00:31.320 In fact, he's doing the same thing we hear in our own domestic politics.
00:00:34.720 It just seems as though only Donald Trump could have energized this pro-Putin part of the Republican establishment.
00:00:42.540 It's so counterintuitive.
00:00:44.940 I mean, Putin is demonized for very good reasons.
00:00:48.840 And maybe the Navalny murder, clearly.
00:00:52.180 I'm curious from your time studying this and doing the project, what you think about the zealotry and the extremism of that belief that makes it more theocratic, that makes you think you have the truth.
00:01:03.240 You know, my dad reminded me the other day of this Vaclav Havel quote, surround yourself with people seeking the truth, not those who think they already found it.
00:01:13.260 Which is a way of saying, if somebody has a full monopoly on the truth, religious, scientific or otherwise, you know, you got to take a beat.
00:01:22.480 And so it looks like you're about to respond.
00:01:24.540 So I won't finish the question.
00:01:25.580 You take it from here.
00:01:27.380 Yeah, no, I mean, the point is, this is not a religious movement.
00:01:31.460 This is a movement, a political movement.
00:01:33.240 It's a movement for power.
00:01:34.440 And if you are under the guise that what you're doing is because you believe this is God's will and these are your thoughts, then it gives you permission.
00:01:45.780 It gives you the right to and it motivates you to do anything you want because you're doing it supposedly in God's name and anything up to and including violence.
00:01:57.340 And we saw that happen on January 6th.
00:02:00.640 So make no mistake, this is not a religious movement.
00:02:04.860 This is a political movement that is after sheer power.
00:02:09.660 And that's the fear that we have this.
00:02:13.140 They have a mouthpiece and he is going to he's going to ride this.
00:02:17.680 He's going to try to ride this all the White House.
00:02:21.700 Goldberg goes on and says, indeed, one reason we know it's not true, publicly criticizing.
00:02:26.440 Putin's treatment of Navalny can land you in a Russian cell, criticizing Biden's alleged treatment of Trump can land you in a Fox News studio.
00:02:37.980 Gene Robinson.
00:02:40.680 Incredible.
00:02:42.220 There are there are a few words.
00:02:44.740 You have these freaks, weirdos, insurrectionists, radicals on the far, far right.
00:02:51.300 They're not even the right now. 0.97
00:02:52.560 They're they're they're in the Trump, the Trump death cult of a death cult for American democracy. 0.85
00:02:59.660 And to make those comparisons are so grotesque. 0.95
00:03:03.840 And to compare America to Russia is so grotesque.
00:03:07.800 To compare Trump to Navalny, Trump, who flies around in a 757, who lives in a golden skyscraper, who lives in Mar-a-Lago, where you have a Navalny dead, poisoned in a penal colony.
00:03:22.080 All of this is so grotesque.
00:03:25.420 And what is so shocking is this isn't one freak legislator, right wing freak legislator from Louisiana or Iowa.
00:03:34.420 This is the next Republican nominee for president of the United States in 2024.
00:03:43.380 And Republicans are falling in line and they're saying the hell with America.
00:03:47.400 We will we will trash America. 0.84
00:03:52.020 We'll say it's just like Russia, just like Trump's been doing since 2015, just to elect this con artist who wants to undermine America's rule of law and American democracy.
00:04:05.960 Yeah, you have to assume, actually, that that tweet or statement by Donald Trump is the new MAGA party line on Navalny.
00:04:14.400 Navalny is just incredible.
00:04:16.440 Note that he refers to the sudden death of Alexei Navalny as if, you know, he had he'd like, you know, tripped on a staircase in his house or something like that.
00:04:28.840 No, he was sent to a to a Siberian prison camp to die, to be killed, probably to be poisoned.
00:04:36.900 Who knows? But he was he was he's dead like anybody who opposes Vladimir Putin.
00:04:43.360 And Trump mentions, of course, unfair courtroom decisions.
00:04:48.320 He's still smarting from all the court judgments and rulings against him last week.
00:04:56.580 And and so two things.
00:04:58.420 First of all, you know, you have Mike Johnson, the speaker of the House, the third ranking official in the United States government down there, bending the knee to Donald Trump.
00:05:11.320 It's it's this is this is serious.
00:05:15.320 This is this is really serious.
00:05:16.940 And you have the Republican Party essentially turning its back, at least the people who are running the Republican Party, turning their back on NATO at a time when Vladimir Putin is making gains in Ukraine,
00:05:35.380 refusing to authorize new funds, military aid for Ukraine so it can it can fight back.
00:05:44.120 Talk to the Europeans very clearly and alarmingly putting the security of Europe and the world in danger. 0.95
00:05:54.380 And this is what the Republican Party is going with.
00:05:57.540 This is what they believe now.
00:05:59.780 It's it's just appalling.
00:06:01.500 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:06:09.460 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:06:14.680 I got a free shot.
00:06:15.940 All these networks lying about the people.
00:06:18.940 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:06:20.940 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:06:22.360 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:06:24.980 It's going to happen.
00:06:26.260 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:06:29.660 Mega media.
00:06:30.560 I wish in my soul.
00:06:32.800 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:06:36.480 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:06:40.180 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:06:46.560 War Room.
00:06:47.420 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:06:49.460 Bannon.
00:06:49.800 It's Tuesday, 20 February in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:06:59.420 Of course, with the help of MSNBC and the great filmmaker Rob Reiner, they've identified the enemy and it would be you.
00:07:08.840 Politico, kind of a converging of forces today to highlight exactly what the problem is.
00:07:15.440 The problem in this country is Christian nationalism. 1.00
00:07:19.640 Politico, lead story, our beloved Russ Vogt and the team over at Center for Renewing America gets star treatment in Politico this morning.
00:07:28.360 Lead story was a talk about that.
00:07:32.200 They're actually the intellectual center of the drive for Christian nationalism.
00:07:36.040 Look, I think it's a very positive story.
00:07:39.880 Other people may take it the wrong way, may interpret that differently.
00:07:43.040 But as you know, Russ Vogt was the director of OMB in President Trump's first term.
00:07:47.240 We're one of the smartest guys, and you've seen the CRA people we've had on here time and time again breaking down the toughest problems the country has in easily digestible concepts that one can grasp and figure out what action plans are.
00:08:02.360 In fact, Mark Paoletta, the great associate of Justice Thomas, will be here later in the show.
00:08:09.440 Mike Davis is going to be here.
00:08:10.580 We're going to go through a lot of kind of legal things early in the morning.
00:08:14.360 Kirk Cameron is going to join us later.
00:08:15.820 We're also going to talk about some economics.
00:08:17.640 And remember, you're the agents of chaos and anarchy.
00:08:23.400 Remember that.
00:08:24.460 You're the backbone of this nation, but you are, this audience is, you're chaos.
00:08:28.720 In fact, let me quote Morning Mika's side piece, Joe.
00:08:33.860 Why is MSNBC, I really had a problem with this.
00:08:38.040 Why is it Morning Joe, and why is he getting paid more?
00:08:41.580 She's the star.
00:08:42.600 He's the side piece. 0.93
00:08:43.320 So Morning Joe, he refers to us as freaks, weirdos, insurrectionists, and a Trump death cult. 0.98
00:08:53.180 Freaks, weirdos, insurrectionists, and death cult. 0.91
00:08:56.400 I want you, as you go to work today, as you're watching us from your home or wherever you're either watching or listening, either on the podcast later today or in the radio, the vast radio network of John Fredericks that we're on or through Real America's Voice, Getter, Rumble, wherever you get it, wherever your touch point is. 0.87
00:09:13.000 I want you to embrace that.
00:09:16.500 This is what they think of you.
00:09:18.800 You are the backbone of this nation.
00:09:20.520 You are what Edmund Burke calls the little platoons that keep civic society working.
00:09:27.040 As I say over and over again, when they talk about capital markets and they talk about the bond market and the stock market and how the U.S. you get a premium.
00:09:36.040 You know, the U.S. companies always get a premium because there's so much liquidity, so much liquidity.
00:09:40.580 That's a fancy term.
00:09:41.420 So means you can buy and sell and get in and out of bonds and stocks quickly because there's lots of buyers and there's lots of sellers.
00:09:47.320 It's a liquid market.
00:09:48.260 It's not because of we have better securities regulations, not because the SEC is a better regulator.
00:09:56.560 It's not because you have state SECs or you have exchanges like NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.
00:10:02.480 Yes, you have that, but they've got that in Frankfurt.
00:10:04.500 They have that in the city of London.
00:10:05.840 They've got that in Singapore and in Dubai, and they've got it particularly in Tokyo.
00:10:10.660 They have all that.
00:10:12.840 What they don't have is you.
00:10:14.260 You are the full faith and credit of the United States government, you, the good householder, the person that goes to work every day, raises your family, raises them up patriotically so they want to serve their country, right?
00:10:29.040 That's you every day.
00:10:31.400 And remember, every day you're getting the short end of the stick from a group of globalist elites that are in charge of this country that, interestingly enough, detest you.
00:10:42.940 They detest you individually, they detest you as a group, and they detest your values and what you stand for. 0.99
00:10:50.020 You are freaks, weirdos, insurrectionists, and a death cult. 0.93
00:10:56.560 And you can see, by the way, they go after the Russ vote and the decent folks over at the Center for Renewing America. 0.96
00:11:02.680 You're now, and I told you this six months ago, nine months ago, the term they're going to use in 2024, they're all going to converge on one term.
00:11:12.940 And that term is Christian nationalism.
00:11:16.100 Because to them, it pulls together the two worst, the things they hate the most, Christianity and nationalism.
00:11:23.680 Maybe we make a Christian populist nationalism. 0.54
00:11:26.600 That would be the trifecta, wouldn't it?
00:11:28.560 Today in the Daily Beast, a pretty solid article over there.
00:11:35.420 If we can get the Daily Beast article up and put it up, pretty solid article about the impact you've had, the precinct committee strategy that you have endeavored upon a couple of years ago.
00:11:45.000 The little platoons, the underpinnings of civic society in America.
00:11:50.140 Because that's why we have the most robust capital markets.
00:11:53.280 That's why our stock market is always the premier one.
00:11:55.220 That's why the bond market here.
00:11:56.920 That's why people want to invest their money in real estate here as bad as commercial real estate is.
00:12:00.640 That's why, quite frankly, the 10 million illegal alien invaders. 0.98
00:12:07.680 You can't put it on them, right?
00:12:10.040 Of course, if the elites in this country are going to invite them in, if you and I are in the same situation, we'd be taking the kids and coming north.
00:12:16.760 El norte.
00:12:18.000 Why?
00:12:18.860 Why are they doing that?
00:12:20.080 Not because of the globalist elites.
00:12:21.780 No, they're doing it because they understand you're decent folks and decent householders and you believe in family, in community, in neighborhood, in towns, in villages throughout this country.
00:12:34.100 That's why they're coming.
00:12:37.040 You. 1.00
00:12:37.960 But you are, and I want to repeat, freaks, weirdos, insurrectionists in a death cult. 0.98
00:12:47.100 If we can play, do I have enough time? 0.98
00:12:49.280 Hang on.
00:12:49.840 I don't think I have enough time now.
00:12:51.100 I'm going to wait for this because I played it in the afternoon show yesterday, but I want to make sure everybody absorbs this.
00:12:55.300 I'll tee it up first.
00:12:57.920 Trump is the, of course, he's all things evil, right? 0.95
00:13:02.320 Worse than Putin. 0.99
00:13:03.120 Worse than Xi. 0.98
00:13:03.820 Worse than these murderous dictators throughout the world. 0.98
00:13:05.700 He's worse, right?
00:13:06.820 He's got to be jailed for 600 years.
00:13:09.040 He has to be in a Moscow show trial.
00:13:12.140 They have to steal his business, a multi-generational business.
00:13:14.920 Have to steal that business.
00:13:15.920 Take it from him.
00:13:17.100 Liquidate it.
00:13:17.540 Find him, I don't know, it's $466 million.
00:13:19.840 I think now, with interest and penalties.
00:13:23.140 Yet yesterday, on Andrea Mitchell, remember, the sharpest tool in the shed, right?
00:13:29.060 Andrea Mitchell kind of wandering around, don't know exactly where she is at any one time. 0.81
00:13:34.260 But she is married to her former chairman of the Federal Reserve and probably, outside of Volcker, the most revered, although I thought he juiced the system a little too much, caused the crash of, was one of the guys that was, I think, responsible for the 2008 financial crash, of which we've never recovered from.
00:13:53.160 So an ambassador, former ambassador to Moscow, Mike McFaul yesterday argued, hey, if the ultra-maga Republican Christian nationalist house that has the biblical worldview Johnson captured will not shove $60 billion to the oligarchs for the oligarch grift in Ukraine so that more Ukrainian innocent men, women, and children can be slaughtered in the charnel house that is the eastern Russian-speaking border. 0.64
00:14:22.100 Of two Slavic entities.
00:14:24.100 Then what we ought to do is, we've already seized their assets, their bonds.
00:14:31.540 Let's convert it and take the cash.
00:14:33.860 And give it to the Ukrainians, of which would destroy immediately Bretton Woods and everything that the fetish of the post-war international rules-based order is predicated on. 1.00
00:14:46.800 But remember, you're the freaks, you're the weirdos, you're the insurrectionists, you're the death cult. 0.96
00:14:53.500 Short commercial break. 0.95
00:14:55.220 We'll see the take on Justice Thomas next.
00:14:57.360 We'll see you next time.

00:16:24.320 to potentially helping roll back decades of federal regulations.
00:16:28.000 And you deserve a break, you know, away from the meanness of Washington.

00:16:49.320 This brand-new, top-of-the-line Prevost Marathon motor coat.
00:16:55.500 Look at this beauty, Clarence.
00:16:57.660 It's worth $2.4 million.
00:16:59.740 And it's got a full bedroom, yes, that is a king bed, one-and-a-half baths, a fireplace, four TVs, a washer-dryer, and, and I quote, a residential-sized fridge.
00:17:13.420 And if you're thinking, what would my friends say if I take this offer?
00:17:17.260 Will they judge me as they sit in their boardrooms and mega-yachts and Hitler shrines? 0.92
00:17:22.760 Will they still treat me to luxury vacations and sing songs about me off their phones?
00:17:27.200 Well, that's the beauty of friendship, Clarence.
00:17:29.800 If they're real friends, they'll love you no matter what your job is.
00:17:33.620 So I guess this might be the perfect way to find out who your real friends actually are.
00:17:40.560 So that's the offer.
00:17:42.220 A million dollars a year, Clarence, and a brand-new condo on wheels.
00:17:47.280 And all you have to do in return is sign the contract and get the f*** off the Supreme Court. 0.89
00:17:52.880 Talk it over with your totally best f***ing world.
00:17:56.200 Because the clock starts now. 0.88
00:18:00.520 Okay, that was John Oliver.
00:18:03.360 Nothing more than I like being lectured by an awfully, awfully pencil-neck soy boy Englishman. 1.00
00:18:15.080 I love that, early in the morning.
00:18:16.800 So I brought Mark Paoletta in, who knows Justice Thomas.
00:18:22.420 In fact, I think your photo was in that diatribe.
00:18:26.960 Give me your assessment of John Oliver.
00:18:29.520 But what is – there is actually something – this is very sophisticated information warfare presented as comedy.
00:18:36.960 Walk us through why this is important and why we're dealing with it.
00:18:41.480 Brother Paoletta.
00:18:42.360 Steve, thanks for having me on. 0.98
00:18:45.220 You know, John Oliver is a clown, right? 0.99
00:18:46.840 A British clown. 1.00
00:18:47.900 But what's really going on here is that the left is furious that the Supreme Court is no longer theirs. 0.97
00:18:56.320 And what happened a couple weeks ago?
00:18:58.160 Right?
00:18:58.320 You had the Colorado case, right, which the left deluded themselves into thinking was some kind of real case.
00:19:04.420 They have these, you know, constitutional law experts talking about how a secretary of state can disqualify a presidential candidate.
00:19:10.860 Right?
00:19:11.100 Nuts.
00:19:11.580 Nuts stuff.
00:19:12.180 But it actually has this currency of somehow being legitimate.
00:19:15.340 And guess what?
00:19:15.920 It gets up to the Supreme Court and I was there.
00:19:18.640 I sat in the courtroom to watch that argument.
00:19:21.420 And it was such a beatdown, an absolute beatdown on the left.
00:19:26.400 I don't know how that guy walked out of that argument.
00:19:29.180 It was so horrible.
00:19:30.500 And every single justice on the Supreme Court, left and right, the liberals piled on this guy.
00:19:37.480 And so it's – and I think the left realized, wow, like we are going to get blown out.
00:19:42.740 I think it's probably going to be a 9-0 decision on that one.
00:19:46.140 That's regarding Colorado and Maine and the secretaries of state and these crazy state courts trying to remove Donald Trump from the ballot and, you know, thwart democracy. 0.87
00:19:56.260 But they realize they don't control the Supreme Court.
00:19:59.120 And what do they do?
00:20:00.060 Their go-to thing is attack Clarence Thomas, right?
00:20:02.660 It exposes their racism.
00:20:04.380 But that's what they want to do.
00:20:05.280 They attack Clarence Thomas and the court.
00:20:06.740 If you look at that piece, right, who did they go after?
00:20:09.240 They went after Gorsuch.
00:20:10.140 They went after Alito.
00:20:11.260 They went after Scalia.
00:20:12.040 They didn't go after the left justices, right? 0.98
00:20:14.000 They want to just try and destroy the court, right, by going after them on this garbage ethics stuff. 0.95
00:20:19.600 And we know the Democrats don't care about ethics, right? 0.99
00:20:24.220 But, yes, it is racist, obviously.
00:20:26.880 But in addition, this is not Robert's court.
00:20:31.580 This is Clarence Thomas.
00:20:32.940 This is the Thomas court.
00:20:34.000 Is it not, sir?
00:20:36.200 1,000 percent, Steve.
00:20:37.980 I've said that many times on your program.
00:20:40.420 It is the Thomas court.
00:20:41.620 He is the intellectual leader.
00:20:43.380 And he is the model of courage on that Supreme Court.
00:20:46.820 And it drives the left nuts, right?
00:20:49.140 And, again, when I watch these things, it's the same old, tired, dishonest stuff.
00:20:54.860 And it gets boring to walk through how many lies or dishonest things are in there, right?
00:21:00.000 But what did he call Clarence Thomas in that?
00:21:01.900 John Oliver?
00:21:02.680 The most consequential justice on the Supreme Court.
00:21:05.400 And the left knows that.
00:21:06.860 He is the most consequential.
00:21:08.200 He is our greatest Supreme Court justice, in my view, in our history, right?
00:21:11.440 And he has been on the court for 33 years.
00:21:14.220 And you know what he did?
00:21:14.700 Why do you say?
00:21:15.580 Yeah.
00:21:16.280 Yeah.
00:21:16.760 Yeah.
00:21:17.060 He was laying down these decisions, Steve, right?
00:21:19.220 On abortion, on affirmative action, on the administrative state, on the Second Amendment, all in dissent over the years.
00:21:28.200 And guess what?
00:21:29.080 Guess what?
00:21:29.740 Right?
00:21:30.000 His intellectual honesty and courage, right?
00:21:33.580 He has brought this court and these new appointees, all these young appointees that are on the court, guess what?
00:21:38.280 They love Clarence Thomas when they are young people.
00:21:40.480 I worked on these confirmations, as you did, right?
00:21:43.780 Gorsuch.
00:21:44.200 Gorsuch writing back in the early 2000s about Justice Thomas' opinion in Kelo, his dissent, right?
00:21:50.460 And so he has built a far-reaching court that's going into the future.
00:21:55.360 And the court – what does John Oliver talk about?
00:21:58.120 But hang on.
00:21:59.440 Hang on.
00:22:00.160 John Oliver, this is what drives him crazy.
00:22:02.620 He is the intellectual leader of the Thomas court.
00:22:05.040 The reason he's the head of the Thomas court or the intellectual leader is that he is.
00:22:10.480 And as you remember, we had a five-man committee that worked through the selection.
00:22:13.760 It was Don McGann, Mark Paoletta, Reince Peer, myself, and Mike Pence.
00:22:17.720 And you and really Don laid out what we're looking for, opinions, brilliance, the written word to drive the court.
00:22:24.960 And it was all around Clarence Thomas, what Clarence Thomas has done.
00:22:28.940 And isn't that why they hate him so much?
00:22:30.780 Because they hate that a conservative is a black man who is the intellectual leader of a court 0.92
00:22:36.800 that is trying to thwart the radicalness and the demonic tendencies of the radical left, sir? 0.60
00:22:43.540 Yes, absolutely.
00:22:45.840 The default to fine judges for the Trump administration was who clerked for Clarence Thomas.
00:22:51.800 There are 12 federal judges on the bench that are former Thomas clerks.
00:22:57.520 There were lots of solicitor generals.
00:22:58.980 The guy who argued the Dobbs case, Scott Stewart out in Mississippi.
00:23:02.800 He's a former Thomas clerk.
00:23:03.880 There are tons of them all around there.
00:23:06.380 And here's the other thing, Steve, if you remember during those interviews.
00:23:10.320 But hold, hold, hold.
00:23:11.220 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:23:12.340 Hang on, hang on, hang on a second.
00:23:13.680 I want to repeat that.
00:23:15.020 I'm fired up.
00:23:15.460 There are 12 federal judges right now that were clerks for Clarence Thomas, correct?
00:23:24.520 Yes, and many on the courts of appeals.
00:23:26.460 Some of them are going to be considered for the next Supreme Court opening.
00:23:29.080 And what they learned from his is not just his originalism, right, his unfiltered originalism.
00:23:34.680 As you recall, I love Justice Scalia.
00:23:36.540 He at one point said he was a faint-hearted originist, unlike Justice Thomas, right?
00:23:41.600 Thomas is the real deal.
00:23:43.100 You saw that in the Dobbs decision where he said substantive due process is false and can completely be thrown out, right, on lots of other opinions that had been touched on there.
00:23:53.100 But what we showed in that interview was a chart that showed that almost every justice on the Supreme Court, if you remember this, Steve, had become more liberal since the time of the Warren Court and even before.
00:24:05.300 They all became more liberal because they want to be like—they cave to the leftist pressure.
00:24:11.420 The only person who didn't was Clarence Thomas.
00:24:14.360 And the question for those people were, why isn't this going to happen to you in 10 years or 15 years?
00:24:21.620 Tell me why you're not going to drift.
00:24:23.700 Why are you a person of principle that's going to stand by your principles?
00:24:26.940 That's what Thomas has taught the justices on this court, and he is the leader, as I said, both intellectually but courage-wise, right, a guy who they come after nonstop, and he doesn't bend.
00:24:39.660 That's what we need more of, and we need to support the court, and you're—you know, we need to support the court.
00:24:46.500 This is why they try—if they win this time, what they're going to try to do is pack the court.
00:24:53.240 They're trying to expand the Supreme Court.
00:24:54.700 They're going to try to expand the federal judiciary. 0.96
00:24:57.020 You watch.
00:24:57.500 They're coming after the court because they understand the court is the anchor right now for the populist movement, right?
00:25:05.160 Yeah, that's what Oliver said.
00:25:06.100 Hang on a second.
00:25:06.560 I want to play—
00:25:08.440 He said term limits.
00:25:09.160 He admitted it.
00:25:09.840 This is why Oliver—Oliver's thing is draped in comedy, but is a very serious—and this is the attack on the court, and particularly Justice Thomas is only going to get played up.
00:25:20.940 Can I go ahead and play—the resistance is starting to break.
00:25:23.280 Can I go ahead and play that clip?
00:25:24.360 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:25:25.760 As I said, no one could be blamed for being exhausted by our politics right now.
00:25:29.860 I mean, nobody could be blamed for that.
00:25:31.500 But the fact of the matter is, if you thought 2016 or 2020 was an emergency, my God, look how much worse things could be in 2024.
00:25:40.900 All the sirens are blaring.
00:25:43.200 Donald Trump every day gives you a reason to understand the stakes are so much higher now, whether he's talking about terminating the Constitution, whether he's talking about assassinating generals that are—does this sound familiar?
00:25:56.040 Assassinating generals who are disloyal to him, are shooting them for treason, or whether he talks about how he has the right that he's legally protected.
00:26:07.520 If he decides, like Putin, to assassinate one of his political rivals, he says as president, he should have complete immunity on that.
00:26:16.980 We could go down the list.
00:26:18.340 What I'm finding is, as far as exhaustion setting in, Jen, I'm finding exhaustion among Trump supporters in my family, in my neighborhood, in my old church, people I grew up with who voted for Trump in 16, voted for Trump in 20.
00:26:35.760 No apologies.
00:26:36.940 Even as Trump was calling me a murderer, no apologies.
00:26:40.440 They were just going to vote for Donald Trump.
00:26:42.260 Now, post-January 6th, post-chaos of the last couple of years, they're the ones I'm talking to who are exhausted.
00:26:51.400 And I must say also—and I do want—I completely understand the whole theme of being exhausted by Trump.
00:27:00.700 I'm exhausted by him every single day.
00:27:03.040 I can't take any more.
00:27:04.620 If you didn't have Trump, dude, you wouldn't have a show, so don't give me you're exhausted.
00:27:07.820 By the way, the article, all the articles are about how the left, they're breaking their picks on this.
00:27:15.100 They're exhausted.
00:27:16.780 We've got a lot more energy.
00:27:18.060 We've never been more energized because MAGA is ascended.
00:27:22.100 Mark Paoletta, where do people get to you over at CRA, how they get your documentary and the book on Justice Thomas?
00:27:28.780 Sure, Steve.
00:27:29.300 Thanks for having me on.
00:27:30.880 MarkPaoletta.com.
00:27:31.760 There's every article and everything you can ever want as to why these attacks are all bogus.
00:27:36.140 Everything is all put into the Oliver piece.

00:27:43.040 So you can read about it at MarkPaoletta.com.
00:27:45.320 At MarkPaoletta, I'm on X.
00:27:47.660 The book is called Created Equal, Clarence Thomas in His Own Words.
00:27:50.560 You know what I'm doing this one, Steve?
00:27:51.600 I'm going out to college campuses and talking to kids about the movie, which is the same name, Created Equal, Clarence Thomas in His Own Words, in the book here.
00:28:00.620 People should learn about him.
00:28:02.240 Viewers should learn about him.
00:28:03.660 He's our greatest living American.
00:28:04.660 We're going to make sure.
00:28:07.060 The greatest living American.
00:28:09.280 Mark, thank you so much, and thank you for being over at CRA, the hotbed of Christian nationalism in this country.
00:28:15.380 Short break.
00:28:18.380 Who can you trust?
00:28:20.320 Government leaders repeatedly fail us.
00:28:22.480 Self-appointed experts have led us astray.
00:28:24.920 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold.
00:28:28.880 We can't quite shake it.
00:28:32.260 But you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.
00:28:36.080 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.
00:28:40.860 Not sure where to start?

00:29:43.060 Came out on the stage in Munich and galvanized the whole conference.
00:29:50.560 Now, today she was on his YouTube channel and saying that, indicating she's ready to take the torch and continue his work.
00:30:01.600 Talk to me about the significance of that.
00:30:06.000 Well, it's obviously the thing she has to do.
00:30:08.840 I saw her the day before her husband was killed in Munich.
00:30:12.720 I was there with you, Andrea, when she spoke to the group.
00:30:16.360 It was electrifying.
00:30:17.720 You saw how strong she is.
00:30:19.860 She's the obvious candidate to lead this charge. 1.00
00:30:22.720 But if she were on this show with us right now, you know what she'd be talking about?
00:30:26.840 She'd be talking about what you all just were talking about.
00:30:29.100 This aid bill to Ukraine. 1.00
00:30:32.060 Putin is a killer. 1.00
00:30:33.900 Putin killed her husband. 1.00
00:30:35.680 And every day he's killing people on the Ukrainian battlefield.
00:30:39.440 And if we want to stop that, if we want to fight evil, that's the word she would use, you have to do something.
00:30:45.420 And it's hard for her.
00:30:46.980 She doesn't know what to do.
00:30:48.140 But members of Congress have something right in front of them that they can do.
00:30:52.720 It's right there.
00:30:53.720 They can help stop the killing of Putin's war machine.
00:30:57.320 And I, too, met with members of Congress in Munich.
00:31:01.880 And, again, they are self-selected, like Jonathan said.
00:31:05.180 But this is a moment.
00:31:06.720 This is a historic moment.
00:31:08.320 If they don't pass this, historians will write about them like the American firsters in 1940 who said, oh, aid to Great Britain won't matter.
00:31:18.320 This is not our war.
00:31:20.240 They look very bad in retrospect in that position.
00:31:23.380 And I think they have to take the initiative now.
00:31:26.000 And I have one concrete solution, Andrea.
00:31:28.280 I'm going to reveal it here on your show right now.
00:31:30.800 They need cover, just like you said.
00:31:32.420 Speaker Johnson needs some cover.
00:31:33.960 He just can't roll over.
00:31:35.580 Here's an idea.
00:31:36.780 There's something called the Repo Act that is passed out with overwhelming majorities from both the Senate and the Houses.
00:31:43.180 It basically takes the frozen Russian assets that we have, and it gives it to the Ukrainians, sponsored by Senator Reich, Republican, and Congressman McCall, Republican in the House. 0.83
00:31:55.920 Marry that to this bill.
00:31:58.180 And then Speaker Johnson can say to the people sitting behind Jonathan, where he is right now, I know them.
00:32:04.200 They're not all thrilled about this.
00:32:05.600 There's a debate within the Biden administration as to whether this is a good idea.
00:32:09.040 I want to put this in perspective so you understand.
00:32:11.520 This is all your betters.
00:32:15.060 McFaul, he's one of your betters.
00:32:17.560 This is on MSNBC.
00:32:18.760 It's been relentless and nonstop since this war started, and guess what?
00:32:24.900 McFaul and Stavridis and all the clowns they had on MSNBC for two years, two years, have been dead wrong on everything about this war.
00:32:35.400 And we in the war have been dead right. 0.85
00:32:37.460 Remember they were going to destroy the Russian economy, do things they didn't do to the Nazis or Imperial Japan, their central bank, take down the currency. 0.77
00:32:43.960 They were going to do this.
00:32:44.640 They didn't do that.
00:32:46.180 The Russian economy is thriving.
00:32:48.760 One of the reasons it's thriving is saying the billionaires couldn't take their money out of the country.
00:32:52.780 Maybe we should learn that lesson here in the United States of America.
00:32:57.440 Everything they told you is wrong.
00:32:59.360 And who paid for it?
00:33:02.420 Exactly who Professor Mersheimer at the University of Chicago said was going to pay for it, the Ukrainian people.
00:33:08.760 We led them down the primrose path.
00:33:11.360 And now I don't know if it's 100,000 dead or 500,000 dead or a million.
00:33:15.380 You can see it in different articles because they won't ever publish the numbers.
00:33:18.320 Here's what we do know.
00:33:19.980 Here's what we do know.
00:33:22.700 That the Ukrainian moms and dads will not allow their sons and daughters to be thrown into the charnel house.
00:33:30.480 That's why they can't press gang enough.
00:33:33.440 They need 500,000 troops.
00:33:35.040 The average age of the Ukrainian army is 42 years old.
00:33:38.480 They need 500. 0.86
00:33:41.400 It's not shells they need or weapon systems they need or attack them or all this crap you hear in MSNBC. 0.93
00:33:47.540 All these people don't know what they're talking about.
00:33:49.260 You know, they're all sudden they're their cost fits.
00:33:52.200 Everybody's cost fits.
00:33:54.420 You hear that all the time.
00:33:55.820 They need 500,000 troops, new troops, fresh troops.
00:33:59.600 And they're already press gang them like they did in Nelson's Navy back in the early 19th century.
00:34:04.380 And the parents are getting their kids out of there, particularly their sons.
00:34:08.940 This is why you had virtually a mutiny of the two most beloved officers in the Ukrainian army two weeks ago.
00:34:15.820 And you had to send the the the dominatrix, Victoria Nuland, war criminal Victoria Nuland over there to stabilize the situation for the CIA in the deep state. 1.00
00:34:28.180 Because they told Zelensky, we need manpower.
00:34:32.080 And guess what?
00:34:33.420 Just like you can't recruit in Biden's regime.
00:34:35.980 And that's why recruiting is falling through the floor here in the United States of America.
00:34:39.240 It's done the same in Ukraine.
00:34:41.120 Why?
00:34:42.400 They don't believe in the leadership.
00:34:43.900 And it's not the military leadership they don't it's not that they don't believe in.
00:34:48.120 It's Zelensky in this crew of oligarchs that are grifting off this money.
00:34:53.460 Note to self, we're not sending the 60 billion dollars.
00:34:57.320 That is not going.
00:34:58.160 You've tried every, you know, the southern border.
00:35:00.900 The invasion doesn't matter.
00:35:02.080 Nothing matters.
00:35:02.900 The only thing that matters to these people, these globalists, is the 60 billion dollars Ukraine.
00:35:06.800 That's the only thing that matters.
00:35:08.280 The only thing.
00:35:09.120 Think about that for a second.
00:35:10.560 Everything wrong in this country right now.
00:35:12.100 It's the only thing they're obsessed by it.
00:35:13.580 Obsessed by it.
00:35:16.140 And now McCall, this is how radical they are.
00:35:19.300 What he's talking about, the underpinnings of his fetish.
00:35:22.500 His fetish is the post-war international liberal rules-based order.
00:35:27.720 The same order that was used to enslave Lao Baixing.
00:35:31.420 The same rules-based order that was to destroy your economic viability, folks, 54% of you can't put your hands on a thousand bucks in cash right now.
00:35:43.300 Why?
00:35:44.700 Because that international rules-based order that the Bush regime backed up the murderers of Tiananmen Square, right?
00:35:52.500 When the Chinese Communist Party, who we had given the country to in 1949, were about to fall to patriots, Lao Baixing, old hundred names in Beijing.
00:36:05.540 No.
00:36:05.960 The Bushes bailed them out.
00:36:07.420 Why?
00:36:08.380 Because they needed the slave labor of Lao Baixing to make the world system, to make the international system work. 0.91
00:36:14.080 But it's predicated upon the prime reserve currency, the dollar.
00:36:18.040 What McFall's talking about is so radical.
00:36:20.100 For instance, the Mullahs, we still have their assets seized, and we've dribbled some back to them. 0.92
00:36:26.660 That's this controversy about the $6 billion.
00:36:28.620 But we've never converted it.
00:36:30.520 They're dollar-denominated.
00:36:32.240 These are treasury bills, treasury notes, treasury bonds.
00:36:34.820 And they're used to make sure you can have international trade.
00:36:38.320 Every nation has it.
00:36:39.380 It's kept in money-centered banks.
00:36:40.620 We seized it at the beginning of this war to choke the Russian economy down.
00:36:45.200 Didn't quite work. 0.97
00:36:46.200 But now they want to convert it into cash money and give it to the Ukrainians to go kill Russians. 0.98
00:36:53.480 You do that, and the dollar is gone immediately. 0.77
00:36:57.520 In fact, Andrea Mitchell, the thing goes on.
00:36:59.280 We couldn't play it.
00:36:59.800 She goes on and says, you know, the Swiss and the Japanese really oppose this.
00:37:03.960 Yeah, I think so.
00:37:06.360 Those guys know the importance of a prime reserve currency.
00:37:08.800 Like, when the Swiss and the Japanese bankers are telling you something, maybe you ought to pay attention.
00:37:14.520 These are the radicals.
00:37:15.580 But you're, remember, you're the drivers of anarchy and chaos. 1.00
00:37:20.900 You are freaks, weirdos, insurrectionists, and a death cult. 1.00
00:37:26.840 Don't listen to me. 1.00
00:37:28.180 Listen to them.
00:37:29.660 What the French poets say, it's most important not to see the world and talk about it.
00:37:34.800 It's the most important thing you have is to see what you see.
00:37:40.720 Don't take it from me.
00:37:41.760 Don't take it from Tucker Carlson.
00:37:43.240 Don't take it from Sean Hannity.
00:37:44.400 Don't even take it from Donald J.
00:37:45.800 Trump.
00:37:46.520 See for yourself.
00:37:48.960 And see what these radicals are.
00:37:51.220 That is not the rule of law.
00:37:52.980 It's the rule of the lawless.
00:37:54.760 It's not the rule of law anymore.
00:37:56.700 It's a reign of outlaws.
00:37:59.820 They are anarchy.
00:38:01.060 They are chaos.
00:38:01.580 And that's why the world's in anarchy and chaos.
00:38:05.400 This is an illegitimate regime that stole the 2020 election.
00:38:08.720 Elections have consequences.
00:38:10.320 And stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
00:38:13.640 And if you don't think this nation's had catastrophic consequences, we have 10 million illegal alien invaders. 0.99
00:38:18.480 Laura Loomer's down there with Michael Yon.
00:38:21.480 The videos she's coming back with are amazing.
00:38:24.180 And we've had teams down in the Darien Gap now for, what, Berkwam and this crowd for two or three years?
00:38:30.300 Two or three years.
00:38:31.040 BBC goes down there and it's like a huge reveal.
00:38:33.700 Lord, look at this.
00:38:37.920 It's not chaos and anarchy down there.
00:38:39.760 The Biden regime has thought this is a well-organized invasion of your country.
00:38:43.660 They've used every law, taken every law off, taken every executive order off.
00:38:48.440 They got all the apps.
00:38:50.900 Now we find out they got Starlink down there.
00:38:52.660 Got to ask some questions of Elon Musk, Mr. Free Speech Absolutist.
00:39:00.240 Mike Davis joins us.
00:39:01.480 So the thing, the clip before, the clip at the end of the last thing is they're breaking.
00:39:06.920 They're getting tired.
00:39:09.400 You know why?
00:39:10.520 They don't have the grit.
00:39:11.540 You have the greatest attribute of the American people is its cussedness, its grit, its determination.
00:39:19.720 Remember, we got kicked out of every decent country in Europe and we're proud of it. 1.00
00:39:24.820 We're proud of it.
00:39:26.860 It's that cussedness that's made this country. 0.94
00:39:30.080 And that's what our opponents don't have.
00:39:32.780 They're eventually going to get tired.
00:39:34.620 It's too much.
00:39:36.820 It's too much.
00:39:38.400 It's too hard.
00:39:39.640 You damn right it's hard.
00:39:40.640 It's going to get harder. 0.97
00:39:42.100 Because we are totally, totally inflexible.
00:39:46.420 And we're ascended.
00:39:48.320 Just read the Daily Beast article on the RNC.
00:39:50.820 You may be able to hold out for a while, but you're not going to be able to hold out forever.
00:39:53.960 We're eventually going to get you.
00:39:55.160 And the resistance is creating Mike Davis.
00:39:59.020 Talk about bringing a redhead Irishman in now. 1.00
00:40:02.020 Born fighting Mike Davis.
00:40:04.180 Mike Davis.
00:40:05.540 First off, talk to me about this John Oliver going after our guy, Justice Thomas.
00:40:12.300 It's the Thomas Court.
00:40:14.040 Am I right in that or am I over the top again?
00:40:16.760 You're always right, Steve.
00:40:19.240 And President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was transforming the 5-4 left of center courts to the 5-4 Clarence Thomas court with President Trump's appointments of Justice Gorset.
00:40:36.900 Justice Gorset.
00:40:37.780 Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Barrett.
00:40:40.560 And why this is so important is there are now five justices, five solid conservative justices are usually solid.
00:40:50.800 You know, they disappoint from time to time.
00:40:52.860 But for the most part, these are solid constitutional justices.
00:40:57.520 The chief justice is conservative.
00:40:59.460 I'm not one of those people who says that the chief justice is liberal.
00:41:02.580 But the chief justice thinks that he's protecting the legitimacy of the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary by keeping the liberal critics at bay, you know, appeasing the liberal critics.
00:41:17.940 And I would say that by trying to depoliticize the court, he's actually politicizing it and making it worse because he makes it where these liberals think that these justices are gettable.
00:41:29.880 What's nice about Justice Clarence Thomas is he's been on the court, you know, for over 30 years, and you're not going to move that man.
00:41:38.900 He used to write lonely dissents where these decisions were eight to one, and it was Clarence Thomas writing these lonely dissents for many, many years.
00:41:47.220 And now it's the Clarence Thomas court because of President Trump, and that is so important.
00:41:53.680 Do they hate him – because they do hate him – do they hate him because he's a black man that's the intellectual leader of not just the court but really this movement of a vast intellectual awakening in this country?
00:42:10.380 Is that why they hate him the most?
00:42:12.100 There is no question that's why they hate him the most.
00:42:14.760 Clarence Thomas used to be a radical Marxist, and then he, you know, saw the light, and he's been a fearless conservative for decades.
00:42:25.320 And I always say the Democrats hate Clarence Thomas because Clarence Thomas escaped the Democrat plantation.
00:42:34.520 And they hate Jenny Thomas, Clarence Thomas' wife, because she's never worked in the Democrats' kitchen.
00:42:42.740 And the Democrats are so vicious towards Justice Clarence and Jenny Thomas because they are rock-solid conservatives.
00:42:52.040 They are rock-solid constitutionalists.
00:42:53.980 They are great Americans, and you're not going to cow them.
00:42:57.820 So these attacks on Clarence Thomas, these attacks on Jenny Thomas, I'm friends with them. 0.99
00:43:04.600 You're not going to move them.
00:43:06.420 You're actually going to embolden them.
00:43:09.700 All right.
00:43:10.320 They're going to dig in.
00:43:10.940 Hang on a second, Mike.
00:43:11.680 I want to talk about lawlessness.
00:43:13.040 You've got a couple of good examples of this.
00:43:15.380 Mike Davis from Article 3 who keeps a watch on all the things – all the lawfare that they're throwing up against President Trump.
00:43:22.560 Go back to McCall.
00:43:23.360 Before we go to break, go back to McFaul, the ambassador, what they're trying to do, destroy Bretton Woods.
00:43:27.560 Maybe it's time now to go get the end of the dollar empire.
00:43:30.500 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:45:17.900 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:23.180 Okay, in today's Financial Times of London, I'll get this up on Getter later, a fantastic op-ed from our own J.D. Vance.
00:45:30.640 We had Senator Vance on here before he gave that speech at the Munich conference, really shook him up because they hadn't heard the truth.
00:45:38.700 Europe must stand on its own two feet on defense.
00:45:41.160 Remember, it's not that we want to get out of NATO.
00:45:44.680 We want NATO to actually be an alliance.
00:45:46.720 The problem is it's a protectorate.
00:45:49.480 Outside of the Brits and the Polish, nobody even comes close to the 2% of the GDP for their national defense. 0.74
00:45:55.260 The Germans being the worst. 1.00
00:45:57.880 Of course, they've now all said that, and this was Trump browbeating people.
00:46:00.820 You've got to get to 2%, and you have to start acting like an alliance.
00:46:03.860 Here's the problem even with the 2%.
00:46:05.220 When you actually look at it, it's got climate change.
00:46:08.760 It's got health care.
00:46:09.940 It doesn't have weapons.
00:46:10.940 It doesn't have arms.
00:46:11.720 It doesn't have interoperability.
00:46:13.120 It doesn't have maneuvers.
00:46:14.020 As J.D. said, you can't – I don't think all of NATO combined can put up two combat divisions, two combat divisions.
00:46:21.240 That's not an alliance.
00:46:22.180 That's a protectorate.
00:46:23.480 The word has to be – in Europe, they have to understand something and embrace it.
00:46:28.560 In Europe, in the Swiss ski resorts, in Tuscany, in the south of France, in Paris, in Berlin, and particularly in the west end of London, Belgravia, right?
00:46:46.280 Hear this.
00:46:47.540 We're not underwriting it anymore.
00:46:49.180 We bailed you out in World War I. 0.83
00:46:50.640 We bailed you out again in World War II. 0.78
00:46:52.260 We bailed you out again in the Cold War.
00:46:53.780 We're not doing it again.
00:46:55.160 You're going to stand up on your own two feet.
00:46:57.840 The elites of those nations are going to stand up on their own two feet, and you're going to start to defend yourself.
00:47:03.040 In the Red Sea right now, you have two – count them – two carrier battle groups down there to keep open the Suez Canal.
00:47:10.000 You've got one British combatant.
00:47:11.380 You've got one French combatant.
00:47:12.520 The Brits have got to fly from Cyprus.
00:47:13.980 It's not acceptable.
00:47:16.680 The Suez Canal is to get oil to Europe and to get goods from Asia to Europe and then back again.
00:47:24.360 It's your canal, and the United States should not be on permanent patrol over there.
00:47:32.060 Anthony Sabatini, one of the great defenders of America First is Matt Gaetz.
00:47:36.720 They're targeting Matt Gaetz.
00:47:38.080 Well, a number of things they're targeting with Capitol Hill, but particularly in the state of Florida.
00:47:41.880 Have they put up a bill that's kind of like rank-choice voting?
00:47:44.860 Are they trying to do something to get rid of MAGA?
00:47:47.860 I thought Florida was a MAGA state, Sabatini.
00:47:50.720 Why is the assembly down there?
00:47:52.540 I think the House – it should be MAGA.
00:47:54.920 Why are they trying to put up something, some new law that would dilute MAGA, sir?
00:48:00.580 That's exactly right, Steve.
00:48:02.200 So there is two weeks left in the Florida legislative session, and literally just two weeks left.
00:48:08.860 At this point, usually no – there's no more bills that are new or moving.
00:48:12.300 And the establishment down here has conducted a sneak attack quite literally yesterday, probably 18 hours ago.
00:48:18.560 They filed a bill.
00:48:19.520 It's got a name.
00:48:20.380 It's called PCBSAC-2406.
00:48:23.540 And what it is is it's a bill to bring back runoff elections in the state of Florida.
00:48:28.100 What's basically going on is because of the occurrence of MAGA, audiences and voters like the people who watch your show know and they can find out in primary who the true dyed-in-the-wool conservative MAGA candidate is.
00:48:43.620 And they coalesce around that candidate, and those candidates are winning in races across the board.
00:48:48.460 That's why the Freedom Caucus is growing.
00:48:50.160 That's why you're getting more people like Matt Gaetz in office.
00:48:52.420 And so what the establishment is trying to do now is actually force whoever wins a contested primary into a second runoff primary in order to coalesce the forces around the moderate, extend the election season, and pour more money.
00:49:06.960 Remember, the establishment will always have a money advantage.
00:49:09.060 That's in the cake.
00:49:10.280 That's never going to go away.
00:49:11.840 And so by extending the calendar year, putting them through two primaries, they can dump more money behind the preferred establishment candidate and drag them out.
00:49:19.540 Now, one of the reasons why they want to do this is because it's already clear through polling that Matt Gaetz is the frontrunner for governor in 2026.
00:49:28.480 That election will kick off roughly a year from now, and he's going to beat anybody in a contested four-, five-, or six-way primary.
00:49:35.560 But they think that if they force him into a two-way primary, then they can gather their forces and drag him out a longer year and hit him.
00:49:41.440 So we have to stop this bill.
00:49:43.280 It's got two committee stops, state affairs tomorrow morning, 8 a.m., five-hour committee meeting.
00:49:47.440 I hope everybody's calling every elected Republican in the state legislature and telling them to vote heck no on this bill, and then it's going to hit the floor next week, and hopefully we can kill this.
00:49:56.440 And then, of course, a backstop is trying to get the governor to veto it too, but we can stop this if we're loud enough.
00:50:04.780 Where do people go to your site to get all the phone numbers?
00:50:08.140 Grace and Mo are going to be on this tomorrow.
00:50:10.420 We've got to get on top of this.
00:50:11.480 Check me out on Twitter.
00:50:13.400 In every state, they're trying to dilute the MAGA vote everywhere, so we've got to get to the ramparts in this.
00:50:20.860 This is about gates.
00:50:22.020 They're coming at gates in this ethics thing.
00:50:23.720 I'll deal with that later in the week, but this has got to be stopped in committee.
00:50:27.560 Where do they go, Sabatini?
00:50:29.780 In about ten minutes, I'm going to post every phone number for all of the members of the committee, the state affairs committee, on my Twitter page.
00:50:37.060 That's at Anthony Sabatini, at Anthony Sabatini, and work the phones, work the emails, and let's be loud and let's get this thing stopped.
00:50:46.580 Sabatini, fantastic.
00:50:47.800 Get it up there.
00:50:48.560 We'll push it out.
00:50:49.220 Look forward to having you back on.
00:50:50.880 Thanks, Steve.
00:50:53.100 Remember, it was Anthony Sabatini that came to us and got the redistricting sorted out.
00:50:57.700 When DeGrasse and those guys came in and provided the muscle, he said there were games being played in the statehouse in Tallahassee.
00:51:05.200 Unbelievable, right?
00:51:05.880 You would never think there would be any games in Tallahassee.
00:51:08.500 Mike Davis, let's talk about Illinois.
00:51:10.800 President Trump is up for, I don't know, 600 or 700 years in prison for crimes.
00:51:17.180 Tell me how that's – tell me, is it even-handed how they're doing this with Democrats, sir, at the state level?
00:51:22.720 No, and I'm going to talk about a case.
00:51:24.900 We have two cases right now before the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:51:28.960 You have a case where the Supreme Court is going to interpret two criminal statutes, one on gratuities, which is a form of bribery, and then one related to obstruction.
00:51:44.880 The obstruction charge that the Biden Justice Department is bringing against the January 6th defendants and Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department is bringing against President Trump.
00:51:57.880 And so you have this Obama judge in Chicago, this Obama federal judge in Chicago, who is correctly delaying by six months former Illinois Democrat House Speaker Michael Madigan's corruption trial,
00:52:15.980 because the Supreme Court is hearing the gratuities case on April 15th and will decide that case before the end of June, likely, right?
00:52:29.600 Hey, Davis, hang on for one second. Mike, hang on for one second. I'm going to hold you through the break, 90-second break.
00:52:35.580 CPAC.org slash War Room. The tickets are still $95 if you come as a War Room member, but you've got to go to CPAC.org slash War Room to get the $95 ticket.
