Bannon's War Room - Episode 3430： Lies Of The Regime and Redefining Immigration

00:00:00.000 One week ago, a beautiful 22-year-old nursing student from Georgia

00:00:03.900 was barbarically attacked, almost unrecognizable,

00:00:09.460 while she was out on her morning run.

00:00:11.260 She was a morning run.

00:00:12.200 She was doing a keep herself in shape.

00:00:14.740 She was a beautiful young woman.

00:00:16.100 She was a great person, best nursing student there was. 0.60

00:00:20.500 I spoke to her parents yesterday.

00:00:22.620 They're incredible people.

00:00:23.740 They're devastated beyond belief.

00:00:26.500 But she was beautiful, just so beautiful in so many ways,

00:00:30.780 and brutally assaulted, horrifically beaten, kidnapped, and savagely murdered. 0.95

00:00:37.340 The monster that's charged in the death is an illegal alien migrant 1.00

00:00:42.780 who was led into our country and released into our communities by crooked Joe Biden. 1.00

00:00:47.520 He's crooked.

00:00:48.240 I took the name away from Hillary because she's no longer relevant, I guess. 0.99

00:00:53.180 She was terrible.

00:00:54.300 But what he is doing is just unbelievable.

00:00:57.540 Joe Biden will never say Lake and Riley's name.

00:01:02.280 But we will say it, and we will remember it.

00:01:04.540 We're not going to forget her.

00:01:05.600 It's been...

00:01:06.440 Tuned into right-wing media at all over the past few months,

00:01:08.520 you might have noticed that after spending years beating the drum on inflation,

00:01:11.960 Fox News does not really want to talk about the economy anymore.

00:01:15.220 They sure as heck do not want to talk about abortion.

00:01:17.420 So what is their new pet issue heading into the general election?

00:01:20.740 So-called migrant crime. 1.00

00:01:22.300 Crime.

00:01:23.460 That's it.

00:01:24.700 Honestly, you cannot overstate the deluge of coverage.

00:01:27.760 At any given moment all day, Fox is either reporting on crime,

00:01:31.800 finishing a segment of crime, or about to run a segment on migrant crime.

00:01:36.500 Migrant crime is beginning to spiral out of control. 0.99

00:01:41.140 There's a migrant crime spree killing Americans. 1.00

00:01:43.860 Migrant crime wave. 1.00

00:01:44.860 The migrant crime crisis. 0.96

00:01:46.380 Migrant crime. 1.00

00:01:47.340 The growing immigrant crime crisis. 1.00

00:01:49.700 Every third day there's a story about some sort of migrant crime.

00:01:53.340 The drumbeat of propaganda has been moving not just Republicans,

00:01:57.120 but public opinion overall in a really bad direction.

00:01:59.880 A recent Pew poll found that a clear majority of Americans believe a large increase in the

00:02:03.620 migrant population leads to an increase in crime. 1.00

00:02:06.620 The problem is it's not true.

00:02:08.840 It is simply not true.

00:02:10.280 It is a right-wing invention.

00:02:12.020 Because there is an actual real issue.

00:02:14.940 There's a chart here that The Guardian put up, and they talked about the surge in border

00:02:20.660 crossings.

00:02:21.260 And you can see the little line that happens when it starts.

00:02:24.480 It starts during the pandemic, which Donald Trump completely mismanaged.

00:02:28.380 And the mismanagement of the pandemic is the under-told story, I think, of the Bush, 0.72

00:02:31.900 of the Trump administration.

00:02:33.780 A million people died, but you also saw this massive surge at the border.

00:02:37.620 So there is a surge.

00:02:39.720 Is there any solution being implemented since the president is being constrained from doing

00:02:45.200 so by Congress?

00:02:47.240 I think what's really happening, and I think what everyone is sort of getting wrong, is

00:02:51.040 when we talk about the crisis, what crisis, to your point, are we talking about?

00:02:54.920 And who is in crisis?

00:02:55.980 Are Americans in crisis or are asylum seekers in crisis?

00:02:58.920 And I think the reality is, the facts are, that if you just look at the other side of the

00:03:03.360 border, right, as we speak, there are thousands of asylum seekers that are

00:03:07.480 waiting in limbo in some of the most dangerous Mexican border towns, right?

00:03:11.500 As we speak, cartel kidnappings are up, sexual violence is up.

00:03:15.260 And just in the state of Tamaulipas, which is exactly directly in front of where President

00:03:19.180 Biden was today, just in that state, sexual assaults towards migrants went up by 70% in

00:03:25.000 2023.

00:03:25.580 So that is a crisis.

00:03:27.060 And if you look at the American side of the border, there's absolutely no evidence to

00:03:32.120 suggest that immigrants are criminals.

00:03:33.760 None.

00:03:33.960 Just look at the Texas Department of Public Safety's own data.

00:03:37.500 Look at what Stanford University is saying.

00:03:39.180 And it is very clear that they say, we want to go there.

00:03:41.640 They say that native-borns are more likely to commit crimes than immigrants. 1.00

00:03:46.440 What is a crisis, though, is the fact that extremism is up, the gray replacement theory

00:03:51.100 is up, and that is a crisis.

00:03:52.820 And so I think it's just really important to place the audience in this reality of what

00:03:58.040 is this crisis we're talking about?

00:03:59.640 We may be feeling it, we may be perceiving it, but it's not real.

00:04:03.560 It's really interesting to see, finally, this kind of direct compare and contrast, right?

00:04:09.620 And I think in many ways, the White House must have been hoping that there would be this

00:04:14.180 kind of, here's Donald Trump frothing, name-calling, sounding sort of crazy and reckless, and Biden

00:04:22.540 with these words of practical governance, which in the end is the contrast between the two this

00:04:28.220 year, right?

00:04:28.920 Do you want sort of a party that's going to offer you governing versus do you want a party

00:04:35.060 that's going to offer you this kind of demagoguery?

00:04:37.700 It is notable that Biden chose to go to the border.

00:04:41.640 I think even critics within his own party would say that he sort of avoided the issue for much

00:04:46.840 of his tenure in the White House, rather than sort of articulating straight on what a democratic

00:04:52.500 policy would look like in contrast with Trump's demagoguery.

00:04:56.100 I think you're right that, in a way, this collapse of the bipartisan deal in Congress

00:05:00.480 handed Biden an issue where he didn't have one.

00:05:03.260 I do note that many of the surveys this year show immigration rising up as an issue that

00:05:08.800 Americans are concerned about.

00:05:10.140 I don't think that's good news for Democrats, given that more than any other issue, it is

00:05:15.320 the one that's associated with Trump and his particular brand of demagoguery since the

00:05:19.980 day he entered politics in 2015.

00:05:22.480 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:05:30.640 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:05:35.860 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:05:40.120 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:05:42.080 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:05:43.480 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to

00:05:45.700 stop it.

00:05:46.160 It's going to happen.

00:05:47.200 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:05:50.820 Mega Media.

00:05:52.160 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:05:57.600 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:06:01.360 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:06:07.700 War Room.

00:06:08.580 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:06:10.540 It's Friday, 1 March, year of our Lord, 2024.

00:06:20.540 The complete total meltdown.

00:06:22.280 And this ties back to the battleground states polls we showed you yesterday coming from Bloomberg

00:06:28.640 morning consult that shows President Trump outside the margin of error up five, six points

00:06:34.340 in all the key battleground states, up even more, I believe, in Georgia and North Carolina.

00:06:38.200 Now, the only one that is even tight inside the margin of error is Michigan, which didn't

00:06:43.880 incorporate, they did the poll, I think, before the Arab American, Muslim American flex, radical 0.61

00:06:51.280 left flex from Ann Arbor and the drop in enthusiasm in the primary that shows that they control

00:06:58.160 the deal in Michigan for Biden's fate.

00:07:02.300 The number one issue, of course, you see there, here's what they're doing now.

00:07:05.340 It's there's no crime.

00:07:06.580 It's all your imagination.

00:07:07.440 In fact, it's even better.

00:07:09.140 The crime is on the Trump's.

00:07:11.620 It's all the Trump supporters, native born Americans. 0.52

00:07:14.320 You're the problem. 0.77

00:07:15.820 You're the you're the guys doing crime.

00:07:17.460 Well, you know what people what they miss is people don't see it like that because it's

00:07:21.120 not the reality.

00:07:22.500 Number two is that we shouldn't have anybody in here doing any crime.

00:07:26.100 Any one crime is too many.

00:07:28.660 You're imposing upon the American people.

00:07:30.520 These people coming across, let me say this brutally, frankly, they have no rights.

00:07:34.020 Zero, none.

00:07:36.280 If you want to seek asylum, you go to the first country, get freedom and you apply.

00:07:41.140 You apply and you stay there until you got to show a whole checklist of things.

00:07:47.480 And you also have to show that you're not going to be financially dependent by the United

00:07:50.500 States.

00:07:50.740 Biden, from the first day in the very first action he did, would say we're not doing the

00:07:55.840 wall.

00:07:56.300 We're not.

00:07:56.600 It took all these exact actions on the afternoon of the 20th of January 2021.

00:08:01.840 Remember those dark days?

00:08:02.980 They weren't dark here in the war room because we were pointing out, hey, he's illegitimate

00:08:06.400 and his actions are showing he's illegitimate.

00:08:08.040 And guess what?

00:08:09.000 War room right.

00:08:10.900 All the Republican establishment, wrong.

00:08:13.600 Left wing, wrong. 0.98

00:08:15.780 We said we'll kill his administration in the crib by pointing out his illegitimacy because 0.99

00:08:21.000 guess what? 0.99

00:08:21.540 Trump won.

00:08:23.120 And number two, he's going to do things that no duly elected president would do because

00:08:29.580 you're not putting the country first.

00:08:31.940 You're not putting the citizens first.

00:08:34.060 So there's a lot going on.

00:08:35.400 He goes down yesterday.

00:08:36.200 Remember this, you must be a force multiplying this.

00:08:39.640 They don't call them illegal alien invaders, even MSNBC migrants, all this.

00:08:44.000 They called them yesterday newcomers.

00:08:48.080 Embrace that newcomers from the White House itself.

00:08:51.680 These are newcomers.

00:08:53.740 They're not migrants. 0.92

00:08:55.140 They're not illegal alien invaders.

00:08:57.260 They're they're newcomers, which means they ain't going anywhere.

00:09:02.600 That's just not true.

00:09:03.640 Up or down vote.

00:09:04.420 Do you want to see 10 million illegal alien invaders that are destroying the school systems, 1.00

00:09:09.820 destroying the health care, particularly for working class African-Americans and Hispanic

00:09:13.360 citizens?

00:09:14.280 Do you want to see that remain?

00:09:16.120 New York City today that the truth is coming out.

00:09:18.720 Eric Adams.

00:09:19.600 You're going to have a Politico big story.

00:09:21.300 You're going to cut pre-K.

00:09:24.680 All the programs there for the for the African-American and Hispanic citizens, kids in New York City, all going to be cut.

00:09:31.600 All going to be cut because it's a sanctuary city.

00:09:33.840 All these bums running these cities that have tried to draft off this for a year.

00:09:38.320 The chickens have come home to roost.

00:09:41.180 This is why Biden doesn't want to address it.

00:09:44.360 And he'll never say he'll never say the nurse's name.

00:09:48.760 Miss Riley never, never say that name.

00:09:51.340 Murdered in cold blood, as many are tortured, tormented.

00:09:55.520 You don't need this in your life.

00:09:57.520 Inner city people don't need this.

00:09:58.780 Let's go to we're going to start in Georgia.

00:10:01.640 We're going to go back to the Darien Gap. 0.97

00:10:03.580 We've got a lot to get to.

00:10:04.440 I want to go to Jenny Beth Martin, head of the Tea Party Patriots.

00:10:07.120 You're putting on a big rally, Mark.

00:10:08.560 Walk me through the temperature of the folks in Georgia right now about this murder.

00:10:14.260 Steve, they're very, very angry.

00:10:16.380 Laken Riley was from the county where I am from, and she actually went to the elementary school that my children went to before going to school in a different part of the county. 0.66

00:10:27.020 So moms from my county have been reaching out to me for the past week and a half.

00:10:32.020 They're upset.

00:10:32.900 They're angry.

00:10:34.280 They said they knew there was a problem but did not understand just how bad the problem was until this murder happened.

00:10:42.200 And they understand this never should have happened.

00:10:45.140 You said something in your monologue just a minute ago about how every one of the crimes committed by these illegal immigrants never should have even happened. 1.00

00:10:53.940 And that's correct.

00:10:54.920 Every single life that is lost, every single family that turns into an angel family because of these illegal immigrants who are killing American citizens never had to happen if we just had control of our border and we had a secure border. 1.00

00:11:10.320 And this is on Biden.

00:11:11.840 He has done this.

00:11:13.000 He has blood on his hands.

00:11:14.560 And tomorrow, C.J. Pearson and I are standing up and demanding justice for Lake and Riley and demanding an end to the invasion on our border.

00:11:25.880 It's not simply the crimes that are imposed upon the minority community of American citizens.

00:11:35.820 It's also the angst, the anxiety.

00:11:38.680 These are crime-riding areas now, and they shouldn't – I mean, it was bad enough to begin with.

00:11:42.620 Now it's ten times worse because of illegal alien invaders. 1.00

00:11:46.800 That's what they are, illegal alien invaders. 1.00

00:11:48.540 And MSNBC, Joy Ann Reed and Chris Hayes, you're still moping and whining about the immunity situation because you're not going to have lawfare to get to Trump before Election Day when we win in an overwhelming landslide.

00:12:01.480 As you know what the numbers are, the people in Davos know what the numbers are.

00:12:04.540 In addition, we're going to deport 10 million illegal alien invaders. 0.97

00:12:09.600 They're not going to sit here and continue to perpetrate crime on our cities, taking away health care, taking away the little education that's happening in the cities for these kids today.

00:12:19.100 It's not going to happen.

00:12:20.620 These are American citizens, and guess what?

00:12:23.180 They come first. 0.99

00:12:25.020 C.J. Pearson, jump in here.

00:12:27.400 First off, C.J., why is Kemp – I thought Kemp was one of these enlightened establishment guys.

00:12:33.940 Atlanta is a global city, and every time I see him mouthing off, he's at Davos being a big shot and talking about global issues and knitted brow and being serious.

00:12:45.720 And they're saying this guy is a rising young leader.

00:12:49.060 Why does he act like a cracker?

00:12:50.480 Why is he picking on you? 0.85

00:12:52.080 Why are the people around him – why are they singled out a young black man that is pure MAGA? 0.75

00:12:57.340 Why is he picking on you?

00:12:58.680 He's supposed to be a global citizen.

00:13:00.460 Why is he picking on you?

00:13:02.160 You know, Steve, I wish I knew.

00:13:04.640 But I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I have been an unflinching ally of President Trump, and I'm proud of the fact that he will be our nominee once again in 2024.

00:13:13.940 In just 10 short days in the state of Georgia, when we win this special election, the youngest black legislator in America is going to be a MAGA Republican. 0.57

00:13:21.980 And unfortunately, you know, I understand that Governor Kemp has some personal animus towards Governor Kemp.

00:13:27.320 But I wish he would push that aside, because I believe now more than ever, it is time for our party to unite.

00:13:32.700 We need to take back our country. 0.94

00:13:34.520 We need to save Georgia, because if we save Georgia, we can save America. 0.72

00:13:39.120 And that's exactly what we intend to do.

00:13:41.520 We've kept that message at the forefront of our campaign.

00:13:43.620 But unfortunately, you know, the governor's allies have spent almost $60,000 on false attacks against our campaign.

00:13:50.720 They even tried to pull the same thing that they're doing against Donald Trump against us.

00:13:54.940 They tried to kick us off the ballot by filing a phony residency challenge. 0.82

00:13:58.660 But thankfully, we prevailed, and we're marching towards victory.

00:14:04.060 Why is it – why do they hate Trump so much?

00:14:06.380 I mean, they hate you because you're a big Trump supporter, but is it because they looked the other way when this election –

00:14:12.080 Roethlisberger and these guys allowed this election to be stolen in 2020?

00:14:15.440 Is that one of the reasons they hate Trump, because he reminds them of their malfeasance and incompetence in securing the 2020 election in Georgia, which President Trump won in Georgia, sir?

00:14:26.140 Well, you know, they hate Trump so much because they realize that he represents a new day of the Republican Party.

00:14:30.940 This is no longer the party of Mitt Romney.

00:14:32.880 This is no longer the party of John McCain or George Bush.

00:14:35.500 This is the party of Donald J. Trump, and they realize that they don't have control over this party.

00:14:41.820 And when they lose control, they act insecure, and this is a product of that fact.

00:14:46.060 And I've got to tell them that President Trump is what we need now more than ever.

00:14:50.140 This Lincoln-Riley murder was personal.

00:14:53.560 I tell you what, hang on one second.

00:14:55.680 We're going to get back to Lincoln-Riley here, Lincoln-Riley here in a second.

00:16:19.400 Having a defensive conversation about immigration that starts with some amount of border chaos.

00:16:26.460 We should have our own conversation from first principles about this is an extraordinary country.

00:16:32.700 It is extraordinary for many reasons.

00:16:35.880 Among the reasons it is extraordinary, it is a country built of the world, from the world, from every part of the world.

00:16:43.480 And I have had the fortune as a journalist, as a foreign correspondent, to visit dozens of countries.

00:16:50.140 And I've enjoyed all these countries I've been to.

00:16:52.940 But I've actually never been to any other country that truly aspired to be a country made of the world.

00:16:59.820 So when you're in France, France is, there's immigrants in France. 0.95

00:17:03.860 But it is not like the United States.

00:17:05.500 It is not a country made of the world.

00:17:07.520 It is a country with Frenchness. 0.95

00:17:09.260 A lot of countries in the world, people don't even know.

00:17:12.520 They don't even have birthright citizenship.

00:17:14.440 If you live there, if you're born there and your parents are from there, you still don't necessarily become a citizen.

00:17:21.400 Eric Liu, a friend of mine, a Chinese-American, wrote in a memoir called The China Man's Chance about his family's been in China thousands and thousands of years.

00:17:29.420 His parents left, came to America.

00:17:33.840 He said if he wanted to go back and become Chinese, he couldn't.

00:17:37.540 5,000 years of law.

00:17:39.600 This guy, this guy's one of the smartest guys they've got in all of television.

00:17:44.800 Very smart guy.

00:17:45.760 We'll get to that later.

00:17:47.120 Breaking news, both the New York Times and NBC News, breaking news.

00:17:53.500 Asians, Asian-Americans in this country, hard shift to the right under Trump.

00:17:59.580 And they've got the math to back it up.

00:18:02.120 I'll get to that later today.

00:18:04.240 Asian-Americans, hard break, coming right. 1.00

00:18:08.000 I'm not saying it's simply because of the anti-CCP tenor we take here and to protect Lao Bajing and be their allies and taking down the illegitimate Communist Party. 0.77

00:18:17.080 But I think it might have something to do with it.

00:18:21.160 Asians breaking hard right to Trump.

00:18:25.900 CJ, why is this?

00:18:27.420 Tell me about why is this such a big deal in the minority community where Lake and Riley is murdered in the minority?

00:18:33.720 I hear from Hispanic community all the time.

00:18:35.860 They're terrorized now by this new illegal alien invasion into the communities that's absolutely lawless. 1.00

00:18:41.860 Why is this?

00:18:42.860 This whole thing is to break the minority communities on wages, to destroy their schools, their education. 1.00

00:18:49.040 They want to replace them.

00:18:50.780 They want to replace the existing African-American and Hispanic population in this country because guess what? 1.00

00:18:56.460 They understand they're turning right.

00:18:58.280 CJ Pearson.

00:18:58.920 Yeah, you know, you're exactly right.

00:19:01.120 They realize that black Americans all throughout this country are waking up and they need to import new voters. 0.99

00:19:06.100 Black people are starting to realize that the Democrat Party destroyed the black community. 0.92

00:19:10.480 And now it's time for us to destroy the Democrat Party. 0.91

00:19:13.300 You know, when I look at the death of Lake and Riley, she was murdered, left for dead in the woods just an hour and 30 minutes away from my home.

00:19:19.300 She was just a year older than me at 2020 and at 22.

00:19:23.260 Biden's policies are not just hurting my generation.

00:19:25.640 They're now killing my generation, which I think it's so important for us to demand justice for her.

00:19:30.900 If the left can burn down America for George Floyd, the least that we can do is raise our voices and say that what happened to Lake and Riley will never be allowed to happen again.

00:19:42.240 CJ, what is your social media and where do people go for your campaign?

00:19:45.540 Definitely. So people can go support the campaign at Pearson for Georgia dot com.

00:19:50.680 You know, we're facing an onslaught of attacks from the establishment and never Trumpers from all of throughout the country.

00:19:55.100 But we are powered and fueled by the grassroots.

00:19:57.180 So every single contribution that you guys can make at Pearson for Georgia dot com is going to make us closer to victory.

00:20:02.700 In just 10 days, the youngest black legislator in America is going to be a MAGA America first Republican.

00:20:08.000 And the left is going to be very, very upset.

00:20:10.200 CJ was one of the opening acts for President Trump when he was down there the other day.

00:20:16.220 Jenny, Beth, tell me about the rally.

00:20:18.700 Where do people go?

00:20:19.700 We're going to cover it.

00:20:20.420 We're going to pick it up live tomorrow at 10 a.m. on our Saturday morning show.

00:20:23.860 Where do folks go if they want to be there in person, ma'am?

00:20:26.760 So they need to go to the Columbia County Republican Party headquarters in Columbia County, Georgia.

00:20:32.720 And the rally is at noon tomorrow.

00:20:34.760 We'll be live streaming it on Tea Party Patriots social media.

00:20:37.900 You can get more details by going to Tea Party Patriots dot org or check out our social media.

00:20:44.060 And you can also check out mine.

00:20:45.880 Jenny Beth M is my social media handle.

00:20:48.780 But noon tomorrow, Columbia County Republican Party headquarters.

00:20:53.120 Come if you're in Georgia, if you're in South Carolina, even if you're in Florida and North Carolina and are outraged by this.

00:20:59.320 Come and stand with us as we demand justice for Lincoln and an end to the invasion that's happening on our border.

00:21:05.180 Thank you very much, man.

00:21:08.440 CJ, thank you.

00:21:09.600 Good luck.

00:21:10.080 We'll have you back on before Election Day.

00:21:13.360 We've got a lot to get to.

00:21:14.540 I'm going to go to the border.

00:21:15.380 We're going to go actually to the Darien Gap with Oscar Blue Ramirez and Ben Burkham in a moment.

00:21:20.400 But I want to bring in Jim Hoft and I want to compare and contrast something here.

00:21:23.420 Jim Hoft, you've got a piece in the Gateway Clinic because the FBI and the authorities are not on top of this illegal alien migrant crime spree in this country of murders and rapes and sexual assaults and also just outright theft and shoplifting and all that and terrorizing communities. 0.88

00:21:44.800 But they're still on the biggest manhunt they've ever had in this nation.

00:21:50.440 Is it for the communists?

00:21:51.620 No.

00:21:52.600 Is it for the fascists?

00:21:53.700 No.

00:21:54.360 Is it for the illegal alien lawbreakers? 0.99

00:21:57.800 No.

00:21:58.200 Is it for the cartels?

00:21:59.240 No.

00:21:59.620 Is it for fentanyl?

00:22:00.500 No.

00:22:01.420 What is it for, as reported by the Gateway Pundit, which I think we have a thousand years in prison now, sir?

00:22:07.820 Yeah, Steve.

00:22:08.780 Good morning.

00:22:09.340 We're coming up on a thousand years in prison now for the January 6th protesters.

00:22:15.580 In the next couple of weeks, we'll see that pass over a thousand years.

00:22:19.480 That's what they've handed out to all of these people who are protesting outside of the Capitol on January 6th.

00:22:25.740 We know now that it wasn't just the people who went inside who are being arrested, but, of course, people who are outside standing around are serving time in prison.

00:22:35.940 We saw grandmothers with MAGA flags getting arrested and serving six months.

00:22:41.540 We saw doctors like Dr. Simone Gold, who had to serve several months in prison.

00:22:49.020 It goes on and on, and it's the largest infringement of First Amendment freedoms in U.S. history.

00:22:55.840 It's happening right now.

00:22:57.480 Of course, the mainstream media will not tell you this, Steve, as you know.

00:23:01.400 We've been covering this at Gateway Pundit.

00:23:03.220 We just put a story up yesterday, a young man.

00:23:06.360 Most of these people, it's the first time they've ever been in trouble with the law.

00:23:09.780 They're still getting sent to prison for maximum amount of years.

00:23:14.720 A young man lost his teeth in prison.

00:23:17.240 Somebody smashed him in the face when he caught them stealing his articles in prison.

00:23:24.140 And so he's asking for money.

00:23:25.760 So we're putting up these stories continuously.

00:23:28.040 What is amazing is in this article, and it's by Roger Roots, it's a contributor at Gateway Pundit, none of the Civil War leaders served as much time as the average J-6-er. 0.99

00:23:40.300 Think of that.

00:23:41.340 Jefferson Davis had two years in prison.

00:23:44.120 The average J-6-er is serving more time than that. 1.00

00:23:46.480 We've seen with the Proud Boys, Enrique Tarrio, the leader, he's serving 22 years in prison right now, Steve.

00:23:54.860 And he wasn't even in Washington, D.C. that day.

00:23:58.120 And we know that the evidence that was planted inside of his chat group, as reported at Gateway Pundit, and I'm sure Julie Kelly put this up in others, this evidence was planted in their chat group by an FBI informant.

00:24:10.380 That's what they used to get the sedition against Enrique Tarrio.

00:24:14.940 Stuart Rhodes is serving 18 years in prison.

00:24:19.280 He told his people to leave their weapons in their rooms.

00:24:21.700 He's the Oath Keeper's founder.

00:24:23.520 And he didn't go inside, and he urged his followers not to go inside the U.S. Capitol.

00:24:28.560 He's serving 18 years for that.

00:24:30.520 So it's infuriating to see this happen.

00:24:33.480 People need to understand.

00:24:34.780 They need to look at the facts, what's happening to our country right now.

00:24:38.300 Steve, I know you've been a victim of lawfare.

00:24:40.940 We've been a victim of lawfare.

00:24:42.680 But people have to understand what's going on so that we can correct this and so that Donald Trump, when he gets back in office, can correct this.

00:24:52.260 As bad as it's been for us, it's nothing compared to these guys.

00:24:55.220 This is outrageous.

00:24:56.160 Just where they're not doing any special task force, nothing on illegal alien crime.

00:25:02.740 In fact, they refer to them as the newcomers.

00:25:05.040 That means they ain't going anywhere, folks, the newcomers. 1.00

00:25:08.460 I want you to emblazen that in your brain.

00:25:12.100 The White House refers to them as the newcomers.

00:25:14.440 The newcomers are not under any scrutiny, just how to get more money to them and get them into your community as future voters and to suppress wages.

00:25:24.300 The J-6 are now coming up on 1,000 years in prison. 1.00

00:25:27.280 They got Trump for 600 or 700 years in prison, and they had the J-6ers for 1,000. 1.00

00:25:31.720 How do we get to the Gateway Pundit?

00:25:34.360 How do we follow this story, and how do we follow you, Jim Hoft?

00:25:37.420 Thanks so much, Steve.

00:25:38.500 Yeah, it's thegatewaypundit.com, and that would be on Twitter, Getter, Truth Social, Telegram.

00:25:45.960 So you can find us in all those places.

00:25:47.700 Thank you.

00:25:49.940 Jim, great reporting.

00:25:50.960 Thank you very much, sir.

00:25:51.760 Let's go down now to near the Darien Gap.

00:25:55.360 We've got Ben Burquam and Oscar Blue Ramirez.

00:25:58.520 Ben, another surge is happening right now because they know Biden's not doing anything.

00:26:04.520 Biden's exacerbating this to get as many people in here before the election day.

00:26:08.740 Ben Burquam.

00:26:10.360 Yeah, Steve, I just want to touch on how you started the show.

00:26:12.580 First off, we are in what was formerly Fort Clayton, the Army base that has now been taken over by the United Nations.

00:26:18.260 We were actually approached at our hotel room this morning and told that we were not allowed to come into this facility.

00:26:23.480 The United Nations Security said they did not want us on this property.

00:26:26.860 So that's why we are doing our report from here today, because we will not be stopped.

00:26:31.440 We're exposing these traitors, these demons, these people that are inviting this invasion on our country.

00:26:35.720 The other thing, to your point, Steve, the reason why they say illegal alien crime is down or that they don't commit as many crimes is because most states like California, these leftist states, do not track it.

00:26:46.280 They do not even check where the person is from.

00:26:48.860 They don't want you to know that illegal alien crime is up.

00:26:51.660 All that being said, the invasion is happening.

00:26:54.760 We actually have some footage.

00:26:56.300 I don't know if we have the footage up and available.

00:26:58.680 There was a boat that capsized about two weeks ago that was being smuggled over, mostly Afghanis. 1.00

00:27:04.580 There were nine people that were killed.

00:27:06.680 They ended up rescuing them.

00:27:09.100 Actually, the center front group that we were with this last week, they were the ones that were there.

00:27:13.900 You can see them in this image.

00:27:15.080 They went down and recovered nine of the bodies.

00:27:16.920 They rescued 21 others.

00:27:18.120 These are all people that were smuggled by the cartel out of Nacokli, the Gulf cartel in Nacokli.

00:27:24.420 Now, the trafficking in Nacokli has gone down.

00:27:26.880 There were several thousand people there over the last several days waiting to come across, mostly Chinese, Afghanis, and Venezuelans.

00:27:33.120 We just got word this morning that that traffic has resumed.

00:27:37.960 So reports have been out that Nacokli had shut down.

00:27:41.060 The Gulf cartel was actually protesting that the people, the two boat drivers, had been arrested.

00:27:46.300 Now that trafficking has been resumed.

00:27:48.540 So we're going to have thousands coming to the Derry Caps.

00:27:52.660 Not thousands, tens of thousands.

00:27:54.300 That's one of the main routes.

00:27:55.100 Just hang on.

00:27:55.680 You and Oscar Blue, hang on.

00:27:57.000 You think it's turbulent?

00:27:59.560 You ain't seen nothing yet.

00:28:01.560 The next eight months, nine months, going to be the most turbulent in American history.

00:28:06.980 Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash bandit to find out how you can hedge yourself against this.

00:28:12.520 Short break.

00:28:13.720 Back in the warm in a moment.

00:28:14.660 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:24.140 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:28.140 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:28:36.160 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence, and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:50.220 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:28:57.620 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:08.640 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:14.160 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:29:26.480 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:32.260 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:29:34.260 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:38.640 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:29:43.140 Okay, we're going to go back to Ben Berquam and Oscar Blue Ramirez at the United Nations, where they kicked him off of, based down in Panama, in the second hour.

00:29:52.960 We're going to get them resorted over there because I want to spend some time going through that.

00:29:56.780 Make sure, by the way, once again, on this about hedge on financial instability, this deal they just cut.

00:30:05.880 And it was the great Andy Biggs just on the John Frederick show right before we came on air that said that Mike Johnson is now part of the problem.

00:30:14.420 That's not us saying that.

00:30:15.580 That's the great Andy Biggs.

00:30:18.200 Now, part of the problem is there are no policy wins.

00:30:20.520 There's no border shutdown.

00:30:21.660 We still haven't zeroed Ukraine.

00:30:24.020 And the spending is $30 billion higher than Nancy Pelosi. 0.99

00:30:26.860 Suck on that, war room posse. 1.00

00:30:29.800 So it's another two. 1.00

00:30:30.700 And I think Brad's right.

00:30:31.600 It's going to be $2.5 trillion deficit this year.

00:30:33.760 Not a two trillion.

00:30:34.500 $2.5 trillion.

00:30:36.020 That's why I need to go to birchgold.com slash bandit.

00:30:38.280 Not just to get the end of the dollar empire, the four-part series that we're coming up with, the fifth, totally free, but really talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:30:45.160 And I think we're trying to get Philip on this afternoon or tomorrow on the show.

00:30:48.800 Also, this Sunday, I'll be putting more about this.

00:30:51.780 I'm going to be with Glenn Story and the fabulous team at Patriot Mobile in Texas at a rally for Attorney General Paxton, right?

00:31:00.060 And people supporting, going after the Speaker of the Texas House, who is the driving force in trying to get in the impeachment of Attorney General Paxton.

00:31:09.640 I'll be with Ken Paxton, and I'll be with Glenn Story.

00:31:11.680 Make sure you go to patriotmobile.com slash Bannon to get all the information about Patriot Mobile.

00:31:18.520 I'll be down there on Sunday.

00:31:19.860 More details of that this afternoon and tomorrow morning.

00:31:24.200 I had Matt Gaetz on yesterday.

00:31:26.840 I got the great John Solomon.

00:31:28.340 He's got an amazing story.

00:31:29.160 But, John, let's get to the unpleasant part first.

00:31:32.400 Gaetz said yesterday on the show, broke some news.

00:31:34.720 He said, hey, I don't think – I said reality is I don't think we're going to an impeachment because I think – he didn't want to point your fingers.

00:31:41.200 But this investigation is a little all over the map and doesn't have the maniacal focus you need to move things forward.

00:31:47.480 He thought there were enough moderates and rhinos that just didn't have the stomach for going to the next level.

00:31:53.800 I then spent some time with Matt Gaetz last night, and he reinforced that as we went through this.

00:31:59.080 And that's why your article is so important.

00:32:00.660 So first off, give me your assessment of where exactly we are.

00:32:03.940 You've been the number one guy for the last, I don't know, seven or eight years on top of this story.

00:32:07.960 And this news story you've got breaking today, how is that going to drive the narrative that we need to get justice against the Biden crime family?

00:32:16.340 Yeah, let's start with where we are in the impeachment process.

00:32:19.040 I don't think the Republicans scored any points in their star witness deposition, which was Hunter Biden.

00:32:24.140 They just didn't move the needle.

00:32:25.620 They didn't confront him as aggressively as you would expect.

00:32:28.500 They didn't develop a narrative.

00:32:29.600 Great inquisitions, when you're on the stand of the trial with cross-examination or direct exam, you develop a narrative.

00:32:36.680 The transcript of this deposition of Hunter Biden developed no narrative at all.

00:32:41.940 It's discombobulated.

00:32:43.520 Hunter Biden seemed to own the narrative more just by injecting confusion and cocaine and everything else into his thing.

00:32:50.340 They did not keep him focused.

00:32:51.760 They did not break any new ground.

00:32:53.320 They didn't seem to know what some of his answers were going to be.

00:32:55.440 You never go into a deposition not knowing what the answers are going to be, right?

00:32:59.180 You should have done all your work.

00:33:00.440 Now, that said, they got a lot confirmed.

00:33:02.660 They've developed a lot of evidence.

00:33:04.440 But the key to getting to an impeachment is to have a clear and compelling and convincing narrative.

00:33:10.260 And I don't think the House Republicans have achieved that yet.

00:33:12.640 They're doing a lot of good investigative work, but they haven't sold the country on what is the wrongdoing here.

00:33:18.040 And they spend too much time bickering on the Democrats' points instead of driving their own points.

00:33:23.080 And I think that comes through when you read the transcript.

00:33:24.820 Again, Comer and Jordan working very hard.

00:33:27.560 They're trying to do a lot of good things.

00:33:29.320 But the key at this point, and I've said it about for two or three weeks straight, they need a clear narrative.

00:33:34.000 Now, let me flip to my story.

00:33:35.520 Three weeks ago, the Democrats began their Broadway revival of Russia, Russia, Russia.

00:33:40.480 It's 3.0.

00:33:41.880 And they want to make this impeachment about Russia collusion, Russia delusion.

00:33:45.680 And I think it's a great thing because now they have run into the inconvenient truth of what we reported this morning.

00:33:52.300 Hunter Bolshevik Biden spent four years shaking down Vladimir Putin's oligarchs trying to get money.

00:33:58.700 They almost were on the cusp of a billion-dollar deal with Russia, just like they were trying to score in China.

00:34:03.660 Well, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:34:06.100 Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho. 0.69

00:34:08.200 Brother, I know because I reviewed the CCP stuff.

00:34:11.420 I know they took money from the Chinese Communist Party.

00:34:14.220 We know through your reporting they took money from the Ukrainian oligarchs in Burisma. 0.96

00:34:18.880 What in the hell?

00:34:19.360 Besides the mayor sending them a $5 million check, that's the first I've ever heard. 0.84

00:34:23.100 Biden is like demonizes the Russian oligarchs all the time.

00:34:26.820 Please don't tell me you have evidence that Hunter Biden is trying to shake down the Russian oligarchs.

00:34:31.560 Yeah, before they saw red in Russia, Democrats saw lots of green, as in cash.

00:34:35.580 And Hunter Biden was at the forefront, along with Hillary Clinton and several other prominent Democrats,

00:34:40.940 and cashing in in Russia just before the invasion of Crimea.

00:34:45.080 And what you see is a four-year effort by Hunter Biden, Devin Archer, and his business partners

00:34:49.300 to cash in trying to convince these oligarchs to invest in real estate and other things that they have. 1.00

00:34:54.880 Hunter Biden was so into Russia in 2012, 2013, he was talking about opening up a Moscow office for Rosemont Sinekum.

00:35:02.920 He was talking about setting up a phony group, a U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce.

00:35:07.100 He and his partners targeted a half dozen of Vladimir Putin's Russia oligarchs.

00:35:12.380 And on the eve of the Crimean invasion by Vladimir Putin, Hunter Biden was about to score a billion-dollar deal with one of the oligarchs.

00:35:21.940 The invasion screwed things up.

00:35:23.340 You know where Hunter Biden was, excuse me, where Hunter Biden's team was the day Vladimir Putin invaded Crimea?

00:35:29.660 They were in Moscow trying to close this deal.

00:35:32.200 They had to pivot.

00:35:33.560 It is that moment in Moscow where they run into and develop the relationship with Burisma, the Ukrainian oligarch.

00:35:40.440 All they did was, okay, Russia's too hot now. 0.95

00:35:42.740 Let's just swap out the oligarchs and go to Ukraine.

00:35:45.380 Burisma was born on the streets of Moscow.

00:35:48.220 And within a few short weeks, it becomes one of his new cash scores.

00:35:52.000 But for four years, he is shaking down the Russian oligarchs with his business partners.

00:35:56.360 And I want to remind people this, because people forget this.

00:35:58.500 It's one of the many scenes in Hunter Biden's career.

00:36:01.740 For most of that time, in 2012, 2013, 2014, Hunter Biden was a naval officer.

00:36:06.280 He had been commissioned by his father to serve as a naval officer.

00:36:09.400 And here he is courting our largest geopolitical rival in Eastern Europe trying to make money.

00:36:16.120 At the same time, he's wearing the navy of a naval uniform officer.

00:36:19.720 That is a naval uniform officer.

00:36:21.480 That is really striking when you look at these documents.

00:36:23.880 These documents have not seen the light of day before.

00:36:26.080 For the first time, we give a timeline.

00:36:27.980 We give the names.

00:36:29.120 We give the checks.

00:36:30.060 And we show this four-year effort to court Russia. 0.89

00:36:35.960 Is Comer and Jordan of the committee going to take this?

00:36:38.640 I mean, what we need is the guys that have the official platform to adjudicate it, to start adjudicating.

00:36:44.740 Yeah.

00:36:45.620 James Comer, call me today.

00:36:46.820 He's going to be on the TV show at 6 o'clock tonight.

00:36:48.840 We're going to dive into this in a big way.

00:36:51.300 I think you're going to see another big revelation next week.

00:36:53.840 Two, three years ago, I broke the story that there's a second Ukrainian oligarch, Dmitry Fertash,

00:36:59.160 a guy that was indicted by Joe Biden's administration.

00:37:02.240 Hunter Biden was doing business with him.

00:37:03.820 You're going to learn explosive new details next week on that.

00:37:06.460 Yeah, they're in on this.

00:37:07.380 But, again, all these rifle shots are interesting and great.

00:37:10.420 There needs to be a clear story.

00:37:12.260 What was Hunter Biden and Joe Biden doing?

00:37:14.240 We know they were trading on the name.

00:37:15.740 We know they're getting rich.

00:37:16.920 They were putting national security at risk.

00:37:18.680 They've got to make that case.

00:37:20.140 And then they've got to show how Hunter and Joe have been lying for five years.

00:37:23.280 Where do they go, Solomon, to get all your stuff, the show, all your content, the podcast, all of it?

00:37:33.000 Lucky enough to follow you on Real America's Voice right at 6 o'clock here.

00:37:36.500 Justinews.com, the website.

00:37:38.160 Jay Solomon reports on all social platforms.

00:37:41.160 That's where you can get my social media stuff.

00:37:43.620 We love doing this.

00:37:45.400 I love working with you.

00:37:46.400 And we're going to have a lot more on this.

00:37:48.140 We've got to get this narrative right for the American people.

00:37:50.040 They have to understand how big an influence peddling scheme this was, how much we were lied to with election interference in 2020.

00:37:57.300 Biden's lied about what they were doing and how much they put national security at risk.

00:38:01.100 Those are the key storylines.

00:38:04.100 I'm going to talk to Rob Sigg, the founder and CEO of Real America's Voice, and Parker Sigg, who runs the company, runs the network.

00:38:11.020 I think we've got to second Solomon over to this committee now for 90 days of interim work.

00:38:18.160 Don't banish me to Congress.

00:38:19.860 That would be awful.

00:38:20.480 They're good guys.

00:38:22.220 You need a professional over there right now in this trying time.

00:38:25.960 John, thank you.

00:38:26.680 Great work as usual.

00:38:27.600 Great to be with you, Steve.

00:38:28.280 Thank you.

00:38:29.760 They had the trifecta.

00:38:30.780 They had three-legged stool, the CCP, the KGB, the Russian oligarchs, the KGB.

00:38:36.220 And, of course, they had the junior partner in the oligarchs in Ukraine.

00:38:40.940 Unbelievable.

00:38:41.880 Let's go to Mike Benz.

00:38:43.140 Benz, you put some up the other day.

00:38:45.320 Your analysis and breakdown of this has just been amazing.

00:38:48.760 But I want to hit the American people with full-on right up front.

00:38:52.860 You're saying, and you say you have evidence of, that the CIA and the deep state apparatus is already actively at work.

00:39:01.220 To make sure that President Trump does not return to the White House and that we do not win in 2024.

00:39:05.740 Am I overstating your case that you're making, at least on Twitter and other social media platforms?

00:39:11.320 No, not overstating that at all, although I'm still sort of processing some of the details I just heard from John Solomon.

00:39:18.160 And my mind is sort of reeling right now at some of these revelations because they connect to so much else.

00:39:25.540 And so many unanswered questions about the Ukraine story, which really is at the heart of this deep state long-running maneuver to make sure Trump cannot be inaugurated in November.

00:39:43.920 I mean, it really comes down to, I mean, the reason it's kind of gone.

00:39:46.740 Well, we've had this fight now with the administration.

00:39:50.500 They know we're coming after them now.

00:39:51.980 That's why I say the stakes are higher.

00:39:54.540 The easiest part we have is to win this, and that's going to be monumental.

00:39:57.700 And then to close the deal is to make sure it's not stolen.

00:40:00.120 We're going to have Gina Svoboda in Arizona, a federal judge just overturned the fact he has shown ID so the illegal aliens can vote like crazy in Arizona. 1.00

00:40:08.160 Not that that's not a key state.

00:40:10.100 So they know they're coming for us.

00:40:11.640 After we win, you know this, Ben, because you're going to be in the administration.

00:40:14.560 You'll be part of this like last time.

00:40:16.300 Every day is going to be Stalingrad.

00:40:18.480 It's going to be a war to the knife with the deep state on this.

00:40:21.720 So tell our audience how they're already getting in front of this.

00:40:25.380 They understand the stakes, and they have no intention of having anybody in the Oval Office that can empower someone like Mike Benz, sir.

00:40:34.020 Yeah, I mean just yesterday on Twitter slash X, you know, I watched a documentary with people about how the CIA and the State Department did this during the 20th century when they would try to basically rig an election in a foreign country.

00:40:49.520 And then if the person won anyway, there were all these destabilization techniques in order to including basically having anarcho tyranny gangs, you know, sort of militia groups take to the streets, working with the union groups to shut down the industrial sector, mass protests and walkouts, economic destabilization, weaponization of the Justice Department.

00:41:11.300 And all of this are the, you know, this is the blueprint that our foreign policy establishment, the Pentagon State Department and CIA have been doing for now 70 years.

00:41:22.260 We saw basically a up-close and personal glimpse of that in the year 2020 when you had groups like the Transition Integrity Project run by Rosa Brooks.

00:41:33.260 Rosa Brooks was a high-ranking Pentagon official with a CIA blue badge who ran a simulation with John Podesta personally role-playing the role of Joe Biden for how to overturn the results of an election in 2020 if Trump won a, quote, clear electoral victory.

00:41:51.400 Scenario three, there was a clear Trump win, and this involved the Biden campaign working directly with groups like Black Lives Matter and Antifa, as well as developing all of these, you know, weaponizing their civil society contacts to bring the country to a screeching halt in the same way that the CIA works with trade labor union groups and student groups when they're doing something like this to shut down a government in a country they don't like.

00:42:19.120 And in fact, we saw this confirmed in a time magazine article published in January 2021 where Molly Ball wrote about the secret agreement between the AFL-CIO and the Chamber of Commerce.

00:42:32.320 By the way, those are two of the four wings of the CIA's top cutout, the National Endowment for Democracy, to stand down on the planned shutdown D.C. protests and mass walkouts by the two million strong labor force of the AFL-CIO, who's been working with the CIA for 70 years, I should add, so much so that leftists in the 1960s used to call them the AFL-CIA.

00:42:54.600 So what you're going to see is a White House completely surrounded on all sides in the event that Trump wins by every instrument of society weaponized against them by the deep state.

00:43:04.820 Benz, hang on. We're holding you through a break. Make sure you go to Birch Gold. This is the turbulence I'm talking about, birchgold.com slash Benz, to make sure that you talk to Philip Patrick and the team about why gold is a hedge for times of turbulence.

00:43:16.920 You remember the Transition Integrity Project, Raheem Kassam, Bill McGillian, myself, went throughout the country in the summer of 2020, warning that Mark Elias and the team had laid out the plan how they intend to steal the election.

00:43:30.160 Molly Ball's cover story on Time magazine, they bragged about it afterwards of how they did it. Short break, Mike Benz on the other side.

00:43:37.780 Who can you trust? Government leaders repeatedly fail us. Self-appointed experts have led us astray.

00:43:43.720 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold. We can't quite shake it. But you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.

00:45:27.840 Of course, the mild blends, breakfast blends, all of it's great. Go immerse yourself in information.

00:45:32.460 Go to the website right now, warpath.coffee slash worm to get your discount.

00:45:37.980 Mike Benz, Transition Integrity Project.

00:45:40.260 Mark Elias and those guys put it out in the summer of 2020.

00:45:43.240 We went around the country, warned people.

00:45:45.580 Certain people in the Trump, I'll be blunt, certain people in the Trump campaign didn't take it seriously.

00:45:50.120 And there's where we are.

00:45:52.980 Molly Ball then, you're right, did a cover story where they then afterwards bragged.

00:45:56.900 They wanted to take credit, bragged about doing it.

00:45:59.500 What, for our audience, because this is the number one issue, people, to put their early search radar up,

00:46:05.320 what signs are you seeing right now that we have another issue in this?

00:46:08.040 So there's a few.

00:46:09.680 They're using this dictator framing, you know, that Trump is going to be a dictator to pull out, you know,

00:46:14.780 this kind of CIA, Department of Dirty Tricks style, you know, take down a dictator from, you know,

00:46:21.280 dictatorship to democracy type playbook that we do to topple foreign governments all around the world.

00:46:26.700 And so some of the early warning signs involve things like the fact that just one month ago,

00:46:31.200 it was the New York Times or the Washington Post, who published a story about how the Georgetown Law Center

00:46:37.720 is working on lawsuits to and trying to basically tee up bills that can be codified before Trump takes office

00:46:47.840 around stopping the ability to invoke the National Guard to break up protests,

00:46:53.900 which, you know, the Georgetown Law Center is exactly where Rosa Brooks is right now, by the way, 1.00

00:46:58.460 who was the head of the Transition Integrity Project, that again had John Podesta role-playing the role of Joe Biden

00:47:04.220 in soliciting Black Lives Matter street muscle to shut down the country if Trump were to win the Electoral College victory. 0.80

00:47:11.200 So it's that exact same network that was coming up with a plan about how to stop the ability for the federal government

00:47:17.480 to basically, if it was put under crisis by mass destabilizing protests,

00:47:23.140 to be able to call in backup to defend themselves.

00:47:26.940 That is, there would be no way, if they can get, you know, millions of people on the streets by getting the unions they work with

00:47:32.620 to just basically all do a walkout, there'd be no way to stop that.

00:47:37.660 And then in addition, you have this civil society capacity building by the Biden administration.

00:47:41.680 The Biden administration has created all of these basically proxy militias.

00:47:45.980 You know, there are things like, for example, this new Climate Corps, which is basically these youth student movements.

00:47:51.520 And there's many adjacencies to these climate protest groups and Antifa and the street muscle protests of the Summer of Love in 2020.

00:48:00.520 And those groups are now getting federal government dollars and are essentially a force on standby that could be used

00:48:06.740 with government dollars as a sort of mercenary army to participate in these destabilization efforts if Trump were to win the election.

00:48:14.700 Benz, we're going to have you back on. We're drilled down on this deeply because, just like we did on the transition to a degree project,

00:48:23.440 since lawfare's collapsing, Trump, MAGA's ascendant, McConnell, everybody, they're all dropping out.

00:48:31.100 The polling is unbelievable. They've got one shot here. They've got to steal it.

00:48:35.140 President Trump knows that. Everybody knows they've got to steal it.

00:48:37.700 They can't win if they don't steal this. And we've got to stop it this time.

00:48:40.440 We're going to win the deal. We've got to close the deal. Benz, where do people get to you on social media and your website?

00:48:46.320 Yep. So the best place is on X, you know, Twitter, at MikeBenzCyber, all one word, at MikeBenzCyber.

00:48:52.120 And our publications are available at FoundationForFreedomOnline.com. Thanks, Steve.

00:48:57.880 You're amazing. You keep fighting, brother. This is a tough one right here. Tough guy.

00:49:02.600 I got Gina Swoboda from the Arizona GOP. 0.57

00:49:05.260 Gina, just give me two minutes on this blockbuster ruling yesterday. 1.00

00:49:09.260 I'm going to have you back on in the next segment, but I want to get Lindell in here.

00:49:12.500 Tell me what happened in Arizona, ma'am, with this federal judge.

00:49:16.000 Federal judge says Arizona is preempted by federal law.

00:49:19.620 We cannot remove non-citizens from the rolls. 0.97

00:49:22.720 We cannot require proof of citizenship to vote in the presidential contest.

00:49:26.940 And we cannot require proof of citizenship in order to vote by mail.

00:49:30.980 We're going to appeal.

00:49:34.160 Repeat that real quickly.

00:49:35.340 What are the three things, again, that the federal judge said?

00:49:39.260 We cannot remove non-citizens from the voter rolls, cannot require proof of citizenship to vote in the presidential election.

00:49:50.000 And we cannot require proof of citizenship in order to vote by mail.

00:49:55.020 Judge says we're preempted by federal law.

00:49:57.400 We're going to appeal.

00:49:58.340 Hang on one second.

00:50:01.480 We're going to get you in the next segment.

00:50:02.820 By the way, that's for the newcomers.

00:50:04.300 They're hugging the newcomers. 0.99

00:50:05.480 Mike Lindell, suck on that. 0.99

00:50:07.120 Tell me about your voter integrity project now. 0.99

00:50:10.360 Isn't that something?

00:50:11.520 Well, you know, everybody remember, this was the uniparty, CCP, globalists, and deep state.

00:50:17.320 Over the last three years, we've learned where all the, they pop up like pocket gophers, all the corruption in this country, from judges all the way through our government.

00:50:28.480 And it's another decision.

00:50:30.480 When they make decisions like this, there's another agenda there.

00:50:33.620 And this is the fight we're in.

00:50:35.000 And you're right, Steve.

00:50:35.960 We got one shot at this, everybody.

00:50:38.060 And the plan we're doing now, going through county by county, we're not relying on judges, and we're not relying on, we're relying on people making moves here at the county level.

00:50:50.280 Yeah.

00:50:50.940 I got, hang on, I got the people, and I got the county level, and I got MAGA in the precinct strategy.

00:50:58.280 Everybody's got muscle.

00:50:59.700 You can't even get this done in South Dakota.

00:51:01.800 Tell me what in South Dakota, some establishment guy said, hey, Mike Lindell, you're up here in South Dakota.

00:51:06.140 I'm going to give you some South Dakota voodoo. 1.00

00:51:09.040 And where do we stand there, brother?

00:51:10.880 Well, there we have over 28 counties now.

00:51:14.100 We're signed up last night that are going to file petitions in their county, which I know the Constitution of South Dakota.

00:51:22.920 They can vote right away whether to get rid of the machines and go to paper ballots.

00:51:26.800 The legislature there, this guy named Lee Schoenbeck, Lee Schoenbeck, all of a sudden the head of the Senate,

00:51:32.420 he wants to shove a bill through 1140, 1140, shove this bill through and say, you can't do that.

00:51:39.700 You can only do that at the beginning of the year.

00:51:42.060 We're going to fight it, Steve.

00:51:43.360 It's just a fight.

00:51:44.300 It's a battle.

00:51:45.340 But we're winning.

00:51:46.800 We are winning, and we're going to keep winning.

00:51:48.980 Now, is it happening as fast as I want it to?

00:51:51.840 No, but we are winning.
