Bannon's War Room - Episode 3447： Rebuttal To The Disarray Of The Union

00:00:00.000 Biden is on the run from his record and lying like crazy to try and escape accountability

00:00:05.400 for the horrific devastation he and his party have created all the while they continue the

00:00:11.880 very policies that are causing this horror show to go. We cannot take it any longer as a country.

00:00:20.140 Over the past three years, Biden has actively aided and abetted the importation of millions

00:00:26.580 and millions of illegal alien migrants and resettle them into your communities. At any time during the

00:00:33.660 past three years, crooked Joe Biden, and he is crooked as you can be and the most incompetent 0.93

00:00:39.060 president we've ever had, could have called off the invasion. But to this day, he is keeping the 0.79

00:00:45.500 hordes of illegal migrants and illegal aliens pouring into the country. Pass. And at the end, 0.99

00:00:51.440 he really leveraged that to say, I have been through these things. I have seen this contest

00:00:59.440 between these very dark and light tendencies in American life. Right. And I can tell you what,

00:01:05.000 maybe a younger person hasn't lived long enough to know because it's been a bleak era. Yeah. That

00:01:09.400 we will defeat. Let me say also small hearted tendencies. You can talk about grandparents and

00:01:15.520 parents. Spicy grandpa. Let's just talk about, let's just talk about, let's just talk about Joe

00:01:21.580 Biden. For people that have known Joe Biden, I've known him a long time. The Brzezinski's have known

00:01:26.800 him for like 50 years. This is like, this is the best Joe Biden. Yeah. That's a joke. Right. This is

00:01:33.800 Joe. Well, yeah, but, but also this is Joe Biden who has gotten in trouble. Right. For talking too much,

00:01:42.520 for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, for telling one too many jokes, for getting angry one

00:01:49.480 too many times, but for exaggerating like this, this is a Joe Biden that, and, and, uh, as an old man

00:01:58.280 myself, that after a while you get the rough edges do get rounded off by age. So we don't have to talk

00:02:04.980 about grandparents and parents. We can just talk about Joe Biden past Joe Biden now. And I can tell

00:02:12.500 you, I've talked to Joe Biden in private for decades. This is the best Joe Biden.

00:02:18.840 Madam Speaker, one of the, uh, clearly ad libbed moments was during the section about immigration.

00:02:26.620 And, uh, I'm sure you saw the buttons that your colleagues across the aisle had, and he had one

00:02:33.280 of those buttons. We believe it was given to him by Marjorie Taylor Greene. And when she said something

00:02:38.260 to him, uh, during his speech, he responded. I think we have that. Let's listen to it.

00:02:42.260 I didn't see any Republican buttons.

00:02:46.480 Lincoln, Lincoln Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal. That's right.

00:02:54.780 But how many of the thousands of people being killed by legals?

00:02:57.900 To her parents, I say, my heart goes out to you, having lost children myself. I understand.

00:03:05.960 Now, you should have said undocumented, but I, it's not a big thing. Okay. What, what's the big

00:03:10.940 thing about that? No, no, no, I was, I actually wasn't even going to ask about that. I was just

00:03:14.920 going to ask more about the moment, but you do think that he should have said undocumented? That

00:03:18.240 wasn't going to be my question. Well, we usually say undocumented. He said illegal. I don't think

00:03:21.940 it's a big deal. Okay. I don't think it's a big deal. But, but more broadly. Because I think the,

00:03:26.220 his focus was on the sympathy for the family. Yeah. It's a terrible tragedy. And sending crooked

00:03:33.020 Joe's illegals back home. Likewise, the sight of a feeble Joe Biden talking about shrinkflation. 0.54

00:03:39.900 The term he uses is one of the most ridiculous things this country has ever seen. Shrinkflation 0.86

00:03:45.660 is just another way of saying inflation. It means that you're losing a lot of money because these

00:03:51.780 people don't know what they're doing. It was all caused by crooked Joe Biden and the people

00:03:56.640 that surround him. It's time to tell crooked Joe Biden, you're fired.

00:04:03.680 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:04:12.120 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly

00:04:19.200 full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world

00:04:22.760 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that

00:04:26.440 go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a

00:04:34.480 conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,

00:04:42.260 this country will be saved.

00:04:45.820 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:04:55.020 Friday, 8 March, Year of Our Lord, 2024. We've got a lot to get to today and a lot of folks.

00:05:00.200 And we're going to break all this down and the starting gun sounded. But we're very honored to

00:05:05.520 have Congressman Lauren Boebert from Colorado 4 join us today. And the reason is I wanted her

00:05:11.540 because we think so highly of her. We wanted her to come and really give a rebuttal that I think

00:05:17.400 has some thought and reflection in it. I'm going to just turn it over to you. You were there and,

00:05:22.960 you know, you were gracious. I mean, he's illegitimate, but he happens to have the billet,

00:05:29.820 right? And so you heard it. And what's your response to that, to the American people?

00:05:34.360 Well, it was really unfortunate to sit in the House of Representatives, in those sacred chambers,

00:05:39.320 and hear Joe Biden really address more the state of Ukraine than he did the state of our union.

00:05:47.080 Joe Biden seemed to have forgot that he was addressing the American people. And instead,

00:05:51.640 he was addressing Zelensky, who's probably sitting on a sofa somewhere in a sweatsuit,

00:05:57.180 waiting for his next check. But this is where we are right now. When we have a sitting president

00:06:04.000 who props up our adversaries and other countries more than he does the American people, that's why 0.63

00:06:12.320 we are suffering. He has opened up our southern borders and is pretending to be concerned about

00:06:17.700 another country's borders. While we have human trafficking taking place, 100,000 children that

00:06:24.060 have gone missing, fentanyl that is pouring in and killing tens of thousands of Americans,

00:06:28.000 Americans, and is really devastating communities, even in my state of Colorado, which is now a border 0.50

00:06:35.560 state. And he did this all with a stroke of a pen. He has had nearly 100 executive actions that have

00:06:42.460 allowed and enabled this invasion. The House of Representatives has impeached Secretary Mayorkas

00:06:48.680 for the dereliction of duty and the willful intent there at the border to allow these criminal aliens even 0.94

00:06:57.080 into our country and who have the opportunity to harm Americans like Lakin Riley. And I'm glad that I have 0.83

00:07:06.820 colleagues who forced Joe Biden to actually say something about her and address that it was an

00:07:13.500 illegal alien that killed Lakin Riley. Democrats may want to call him something else, but he is an illegal 0.98

00:07:20.320 criminal alien. But here's the thing. The American people have a choice this November. We have lived 0.99

00:07:27.800 under both President Trump and Joe Biden. We have lived under both administrations. Where was your life

00:07:34.560 better? Under President Trump, we had a secure border. Under President Trump, inflation was record lows. We had

00:07:40.700 record job increases. We were energy independent. We were pursuing energy dominance under President Trump.

00:07:47.660 We had world peace with President Trump through his strength, through his leadership. His policies are

00:07:53.880 what really had America up and roaring again. And under Joe Biden, he has destroyed everything great

00:08:01.560 that President Trump worked so hard for four years to accomplish. He opened our southern borders. We've had

00:08:06.880 skyrocketing inflation. Our jobs are declining. And I'm not counting the folks that are forced to have two and three

00:08:13.500 jobs just to afford their utility bill and put fuel in their vehicle to get to work or get their kids to school. Our

00:08:20.900 groceries are higher than they were. And Joe Biden is complaining about the size of a Snickers bar and how many chips

00:08:29.880 do you get to get in the bag, but is failing to address that it is his policies that's causing this

00:08:34.700 inflation that these companies are having a direct effect on. And so rather than Joe Biden talking about

00:08:43.560 growing our economy by spending more money and offering Christmas wishlist items to American people,

00:08:53.480 I can't even count how much money he spent last night in his speech, but he needs to be talking about

00:08:59.880 unleashing American energy production. We saw how effective that was with President Trump. He knew

00:09:06.040 the power of our God-given natural resources and how to export those and create security and economic

00:09:13.520 growth with that energy development. So, you know, we have Democrats who are praising Joe Biden and his

00:09:20.300 speech that he disastrously stumbled through so many times. I looked at my colleagues to the left and to

00:09:25.620 the right and said, was that a sentence that he just tried to say? And just even struggling to read

00:09:31.500 a teleprompter is sad for our nation to see an executive in that position. But right now, the entire

00:09:40.040 Democrat Party is parity. And so we have a choice to make. Do you want more of President Trump and his

00:09:49.780 policies that enabled American families to prosper and live out their very best lives or more of Joe 0.56

00:09:57.900 Biden's disastrous policies that are truly socialism and are driving us into common communism? So the

00:10:06.100 American choice is clear. Do you want socialism or do you want freedom? Joe Biden or President Trump?

00:10:13.560 I'm voting for President Trump because I know my life was better under his leadership. And, you know,

00:10:19.100 I do want to add just one more thing. We I said that he talked a lot about Ukraine and sending them 0.94

00:10:27.520 more money. We've sent them over a hundred billion dollars. He wants to send them even more money.

00:10:31.520 Well, even when he spoke about Israel, he offered a two state solution and he kept his remarks very

00:10:36.960 short on Israel because there is a young voting population that he knows he is offending when he

00:10:43.040 stands in support of Israel. And and so he kept his remarks to the Democrat. You're saying the Democrat

00:10:49.020 party into the Democrat party. That's exactly right. And and so we need someone who is actually

00:10:54.040 going to stand up for our our greatest ally, Israel, the right way with not just pandering talk.

00:11:02.580 But, you know, the State of the Union was was very sad. The address was very sad. And I'm happy that

00:11:08.760 it's going to be Joe Biden's last address to the nation. Two things I want to get into the time we

00:11:14.200 have. And you've been gracious enough to stay for another block. Scott Besson will actually follow

00:11:19.520 Congressman Boebert with an economic analysis of reality versus what you heard last night.

00:11:26.840 And I don't really want to get into the style of the rebuttal last night that was selected by

00:11:31.440 Johnson and and Ron McDaniel. Really, Mitch McConnell made the decision in that rebuttal last night. I don't

00:11:37.740 remember hearing the name Trump and I don't remember hearing it put like you did. This is

00:11:44.360 all about a choice. Last night, Biden did accomplish his number one objective was to stop the talk about

00:11:49.780 Michelle Obama coming in here. Stop the talk of him being replaced. It's now done. It's Trump and

00:11:54.800 Biden. Yes. It was not framed like that on the rebuttal. And my belief is it has to be framed.

00:12:00.480 You're going to have a choice. Yes. And these are not close choices. These are fundamentally different

00:12:05.280 choices. Absolutely. And that's what he laid out. Do your constituents in Colorado for see it the

00:12:10.880 same way? Yes. All of Colorado is negatively impacted by Joe Biden's policies. There's nothing

00:12:16.780 that we can point to and say, hey, this is working for Coloradans. You're saying even Denver and the

00:12:21.560 metropolitan and not in your district, but the big the great cities of Colorado like Denver, which

00:12:25.420 looks like it's in free fall. Right. Well, look at the invasion that's taking place. Denver's a

00:12:29.540 sanctuary city. And I really were a sanctuary state. We've had some counties stand up and say,

00:12:34.420 absolutely not. But Denver, I mean, we're losing our hospitals. The schools are overrun.

00:12:40.100 Our VAs are overrun. Our nursing homes are overrun. And this is all because of the invasion that's

00:12:45.420 taking place at the southern border and the millions of dollars that are spent each and

00:12:49.380 every day on the illegal aliens in our state is devastating our economy. And so everyone is 1.00

00:12:56.060 impacted by this. And you've come up with a policy solution to this. I have. And the policy

00:13:00.960 solution is pretty up in your grill. That's right. So we're going to inject President Trump's

00:13:06.680 policies with steroids and put them all into one. And my bill is called build the wall,

00:13:12.840 deport them all. That's exactly what we need to do. Buses brought these illegals into our country 1.00

00:13:18.540 and buses can bring them out. Joe Biden has snuck people in on planes, over 300,000 flights.

00:13:25.660 Immigrants were brought in on flights. So there wouldn't be that extra surge at the southern

00:13:32.940 border to try to tuck that in. I've been down there. I've seen it. We need to remain in Mexico

00:13:37.580 back in place. We need catch and release. We need to designate fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction

00:13:43.820 because that's what it is. And we need to go after the cartel who have operational control

00:13:49.280 of our southern border. They know exactly what's coming into our country more so than we do.

00:13:53.400 So build the wall, deport them all. You're saying, hey, I want to shut down and secure 1.00

00:13:57.940 the border, hermetically seal it. Step one. Step two is that they all got to go. They all got to go.

00:14:04.120 These are illegal. They've gained the asylum system. Right. These are illegal alien invaders. 0.99

00:14:09.320 Even Biden last night called them illegal. Yes. And Nancy Pelosi freaked out. And that pro-Palestinian 1.00

00:14:14.360 left went off script, right? That's the first question I'm going to ask you when we get back

00:14:20.560 is you were in the room. I want to ask you when we get back. In the room is different than watching

00:14:26.900 on television. So I want to get the feel for in the room. Okay. Gold this morning, 2,190.

00:14:35.020 First trades in the morning. You know why? They saw Biden and Congressman Boebert's absolutely right.

00:14:41.040 This is multi-tray in dollar deficit. She says, oh, I took a trillion dollars off the deficit. Yeah,

00:14:45.700 that's because you ran it up to three trillion, bro. It's two-tray and unsustainable. The reason

00:14:49.820 gold hit 2,190 is back now to 2,178. Also an all-time high. Birchgold.com. We don't tell

00:16:44.360 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:47.680 Welcome back. Now, we had Congressman Biggs on. And, you know, we're huge fans. They're

00:16:53.100 always huge fans of Congressman Biggs. And he made the decision. We had Gates on first.

00:16:56.460 Gates was going and taking the Army captain with him, the Green Beret that was vaccine 0.64

00:17:02.740 injured. President Trump. No, just kidding. But Biggs came on right after and said he's

00:17:08.980 not going. He said he can't do it. Been doing this long enough. Can't do it. He says he's

00:17:13.800 not insulting the office of the president because he thinks Biden's illegitimate, not going

00:17:17.540 to do it. You were there. You were quite gracious last night. But put us in the room because

00:17:22.200 on TV he's and I realize what he's trying to do. He's trying to convince the Democrats

00:17:26.620 stop the Pritzker talk, stop the Whitmer talk, stop Newsom and particularly stop Michelle 0.86

00:17:31.820 Obama. I got this. I'm your guy and I'm going to take on Trump. I see what he's doing inside

00:17:36.400 the room. Would it come across as? Yes. So Joe Biden was making it very clear that he is

00:17:40.660 the nominee for the Democrat. There's no doubt in your mind. As a politician, you saw what

00:17:45.200 he was doing. Absolutely. Absolutely. He was not allowing any more room. I mean, look, even

00:17:48.700 Gavin Newsom right after, you know, put out a tweet saying that Joe Biden would be the

00:17:54.160 candidate and the next president. God forbid. But in the room, it's interesting. So Joe Biden

00:18:01.520 usually calls a lid by 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and he's starting a speech at 9 p.m., which is pretty

00:18:08.240 insane. So, you know, we're all checking pupils and seeing how dilated they are. You're so mean

00:18:12.780 girl. Did he look like he was jacked? Well, I mean, you know, he starts off his speech. And I 0.96

00:18:17.000 mean, listen to the transition and the topics. There's no natural flow. It's like that teleprompter

00:18:22.620 is just going as fast as they can. Well, they want to keep it at a limited time. They only got so

00:18:27.700 much. They only jack him up. The Adderall only works for so long. Only so much. You know, I mean,

00:18:31.180 like, hey, I have a five hour energy every, you know, couple of days or so. But yeah,

00:18:35.760 a couple of days or a couple of five hours, a couple of five hours. Yeah. Gosh, some days

00:18:39.800 are busy. But, you know, he every every topic that he transitioned into, there was no natural

00:18:45.760 pause, which is straight into this. And he's like, oh, we're going to kill all the babies 0.99

00:18:49.440 and abortion is wonderful. And he's beyond demand. And, you know, and then and then he just jumps 1.00

00:18:53.920 right into Ukraine or whatever. You know what I mean? It's it's the transitions. We're out

00:18:58.180 of this world. But you see towards the end, that's when he starts leaning in. He starts

00:19:03.720 whispering to the crowd. Well, guess what? We're not going to do it. And and then I'm

00:19:08.480 afraid he's going to turn and start sniffing heads. That's when I get worried. Right.

00:19:11.740 I was not I was not close. Georgia Maloney's already on a plane. She's out of here. She's

00:19:15.860 out of here. Yes. But then but then after the whispers, you know, then he's going to start

00:19:19.400 yelling. And and so then the yelling starts and he gets very, very intense. And, you know,

00:19:24.260 that's towards the end of his speech. But on the Republican side, usually we have a few

00:19:27.820 things we can stand up in agreement. And this is America. You know, we live in a constitutional

00:19:32.180 republic. We're it is part of the body. It is the state of the union. It's the state

00:19:36.740 of the union. And there's usually a few things that we can stand up for. You know, I think

00:19:40.960 I had one colleague that stood up for for marijuana and, you know, just like a that would

00:19:47.460 be a P and AOC or, you know, bonded on that. Yeah. So but then we stood for Israel and there

00:19:53.740 wasn't anything. Speaker Johnson, correct me if I'm wrong, I think. And we put Speaker

00:19:57.060 Johnson on notice yesterday. We didn't want to see a lot of bopping up and down. He was

00:20:00.980 he only stood for Israel. Right. Was it? Is that that's that's what I recall. And so

00:20:05.300 if he did stand up for something else. But it wasn't much. It was basically Israel. 0.65

00:20:08.560 It was. I mean, look, Joe Biden put our Second Amendment under attack, lied to American,

00:20:14.180 the American people saying that our economy was roaring, that this is the best America

00:20:18.100 is it roaring for the working class and middle class in Colorado? No. And you hear that? Yes.

00:20:23.460 Folks are having to work our independents, even Democrats talking to you about that. Yes.

00:20:28.060 So everyone is affected by this economy. And it's devastating because it does not have to

00:20:33.160 be that way. Just with our energy resources alone, we can reduce the cost of living. And

00:20:40.080 it's not going to be through government subsidies and all of these bailouts that Joe Biden's promising

00:20:44.540 everybody. All of these Christmas wishlist items. That's not how we're going to get our country

00:20:48.960 back on track. And especially in Colorado, we have been regulated into poverty through the energy

00:20:54.560 industry. By the way, the reason gold hit twenty one ninety this morning is because exactly what you

00:20:59.160 said. The traders around the world heard you got a two trillion, two and a half trillion dollar

00:21:03.600 deficit on the one you guys working on now, another two trillion on the one that's going to be

00:21:07.560 worked on. It's got to be by September 30th. How are you going to do it? That's why people are

00:21:11.340 looking for alternative either Bitcoin or gold to hedge it. One thing about appropriateness,

00:21:18.180 the the the father of the of the fallen Marine, he got worked up where he got worked up because

00:21:25.560 there was Biden no mention, nothing like that. He got worked up. He shouted out. Do you think

00:21:32.320 it was overreaction to actually handcuff him and arresting, drag him out of there?

00:21:36.360 I mean, I think that is their protocol. But, you know, to to gosh, my heart goes out to his

00:21:43.540 family. I mean, look, I was angry and had an outburst over the same life lost just a couple

00:21:49.660 of years ago in the state of the union when Joe Biden was refusing. You stood up. Yes. When he

00:21:54.720 refused to acknowledge our 13 service members that were killed by his disastrous withdrawal,

00:21:59.700 his surrender. And so I shouted out to remind him of that. But I can't even imagine that father's

00:22:07.980 pain and anguish that he lives with every single day. And to be in the same room with a man who's

00:22:12.400 responsible for the death of his son and and to keep that in. I mean, that would be near impossible

00:22:18.700 to do. I don't I don't know if there's any charges that go with that. I would assume not.

00:22:24.460 But you would recommend that Johnson be dropped immediately. And let's move on.

00:22:27.480 Oh, yeah, of course. I mean, can you imagine? I mean, and so, you know, my heart goes out to

00:22:33.080 to all of those Gold Star families that lost their children unnecessarily because of Joe Biden.

00:22:38.880 Talk to me about you're in the room. Something that happened that was unprecedented last night.

00:22:43.900 It's never happened in the history of this country. A sitting president, illegitimate as

00:22:48.940 he is, directly attacked the Supreme Court. Yes. To their face.

00:22:53.260 Threatened them. He threatened the Supreme Court. Walk me through that. What was it like in the

00:22:56.480 room? Well, I mean, it was it was bizarre. I mean, is this are you more with Zelensky or

00:23:02.860 are you for America? Like, I don't understand because straight into Ukraine, he did go directly

00:23:08.080 to our justices and threaten them. And this is following up a 9 0 ruling by the Supreme Court

00:23:15.000 to keep President Trump on the ballot. Colorado tried to remove him from the ballot. And and

00:23:21.320 this is following up that ruling that he looks directly at them and threatens them and saying

00:23:26.080 women have the right to vote. And you're going to find out, well, goodness, I think it's been 1.00

00:23:30.380 over 100 years since we've had the right to vote. Is women's suffrage over yet? But for 0.69

00:23:34.960 him to attack them, I mean, this is a separation that I have not seen breached. You know, we've

00:23:41.060 seen senators do it, threaten our justices, but a sitting president to do so for the gun

00:23:47.300 went off. And it's the general campaign. It's going to be eight months of a grind. But

00:23:51.560 the Supreme Court calling out is a very important issue. They have a plan that if they get this

00:23:58.680 regime, this regime continues and they take the House and keep the Senate, they will immediately.

00:24:04.360 And he said it last night in so many words, they are going to pack the Supreme Court. They're

00:24:07.980 going to expand the Supreme Court. My point is they have no, they are totally lawless.

00:24:12.360 They don't really believe in the institution of this country. They only believe in the

00:24:15.040 institutions as means to power for their own regime. So pivoting to the general election,

00:24:20.980 both in the House, because you guys are going through this debacle that, quite frankly, the

00:24:24.580 moderates and Johnson are rolling over. We're going to have a two, two and a half trillion

00:24:28.260 dollar deficit. How do you justify that going back to your constituents? I mean, they're

00:24:32.620 going to sit there and go, hey, look, Lauren, you're a fire breather. We're sending you 0.99

00:24:35.140 back there to kick some butt. Why do we have so many moderates in this party that will roll 1.00

00:24:41.540 over? And quite frankly, Johnson had every opportunity to use all the leverage. I really

00:24:45.040 was going to be messy and nasty. You'd be called everything in the book. But to shut down the

00:24:48.740 border, you cut their money off. And audience, I'm not saying Johnson has the power to shut

00:24:52.420 down the border. He has the power and leverage to force a confrontation to make it a national

00:24:56.980 issue. That didn't happen. How do you walk us through the general campaign and how do

00:25:01.280 you justify that if we want to hold the House majority? Correct. Well, there is no justifying

00:25:05.740 that. So that is why we have to focus on elections. And actually, it does start before the general

00:25:10.120 election. We still have primaries that are taking place. I have a primary in Colorado in

00:25:15.220 June. And so we do still have primaries that we need to win and make sure we get strong

00:25:20.400 conservatives elected because I don't have enough reinforcements here in Washington, D.C.

00:25:25.340 to help me leverage the Speaker of the House, apparently, because we did a great job last

00:25:31.800 January with Kevin McCarthy and that leverage. But Kevin wanted that position so badly that he

00:25:37.240 was willing to go along with our concessions eventually. And now, Mike Johnson, he's not in

00:25:43.540 the same position. We suspend all the rules that we fought so hard to get. And we are spending money

00:25:50.500 on suspension. We're not supposed to be doing that. We're giving in to all of the leverage we have

00:25:54.900 to secure the southern border. And it's very frustrating and unjustifiable. The debt is

00:25:59.620 unjustifiable. The minibus that we just passed is unjustifiable. We suspended the rules to pass

00:26:04.800 that. That should not have happened. We fought for 72 hours to read a bill. We fought to be able

00:26:10.000 to add amendments to bills. We fought to have single subject appropriations.

00:26:14.000 What is he afraid of? What is he afraid of? We have his back. We have his back. We are pushing

00:26:21.640 him. And those who are weak in the conference will go along with his position.

00:26:26.920 They're selling they're selling him that if he shuts it down, it's politically terrible and it

00:26:31.080 will lose the majority. Do you believe that? Absolutely not. People are ready for a fight,

00:26:35.960 a fight that actually means something. Shut down the border or shut down the government.

00:26:40.860 A fight we can win. And I know that politically we can win it. This is what's so bizarre about

00:26:45.120 things. The border is the number one issue on both sides of the aisle right now. And this is

00:26:49.640 something that we have been winning on and unfortunately are surrendering on right now.

00:26:54.440 You're so gracious to give this time. I want to announce a big announcement yesterday. We won

00:26:58.800 after five years. All charges dropped or acquitted in Rome about our gladiator school. We're going to

00:27:04.880 be doing just like we did a CPAC for the force multiplier, which is kind of a test module. We're

00:27:09.760 going to be doing one in Phoenix or in Arizona. We're going to do one in Nevada. I want to announce

00:27:15.140 we're going to come out and do one in your district in Colorado. Our staff is going to work at the

00:27:19.060 time with your people. I think people in Colorado for enjoy that be a full day. Oh, my goodness. So

00:27:24.380 we'll do live war room from there. I got to give a shout out to the posse here. So Steve Bannon is loved

00:27:29.200 all throughout America. I travel all the states and I hear about you. But in the eastern Colorado,

00:27:34.140 you are their superstar. You know, you maybe you're their God with a little G. So everywhere that I go,

00:27:40.700 I hear from the posse and they're so excited for everything that you're doing. So they're going to be

00:27:44.900 excited. So we're going to plan it. It's a full day. We're going to have experts out there, subject matter

00:27:49.300 experts about how people, activists and even people have been activists, how you get engaged, how you get

00:27:54.760 involved, because this is a this is a populist movement, a populist uprising, President Trump's

00:27:59.820 movement. And we now game on last night. It started real quickly. Where do people go to

00:28:04.360 find out more about you in this campaign? Because you have a tough primary. I do. Lauren for freedom 0.56

00:28:07.960 dot com. So I need all the posse to join me and and help us get over the finish line. But especially

00:28:13.840 those who are in eastern Colorado and even in neighboring states, if you want to come in and

00:28:17.480 join us when we get those dates announced, I'm really excited to have the war room in Colorado.

00:30:27.720 Cut the federal deficit by $160 billion.

00:30:31.440 Okay. Scott Besson joins us. Also, Scott, he was going to go after the billionaires. He had a lot

00:30:41.620 of talk. But you can see from the gold this morning, it opened at $21.90, an all-time high.

00:30:49.360 The markets are not buying it. What they heard is just an incredible amount of spending. So look,

00:30:54.040 you're one of the smartest hedge fund guys on Wall Street. Just walk us through, you know,

00:30:58.000 not partisan, not political. We know you're a big Trump guy. But just objectively, as you're,

00:31:03.460 because you're a fiduciary, as you look at it for where you put money, what you heard last night as

00:31:09.100 a fiduciary, just walk us through, what's reality? Well, Steve, let's just look at history, which

00:31:16.500 is what we do at our firm. As you said, I have political views, but I also have financial views.

00:31:23.980 And Joe Biden's problem is he's having to run from his record. And his record is that the millionaire

00:31:34.640 class, the billionaire class, the top 15 percent, has never done so well, never done so well as under

00:31:41.940 Joe Biden. And, you know, the working class, the bottom 15 percent economically, have fared poorly.

00:31:50.740 And, you know, it's because what I call the three I's, inflation, interest rates and immigration. 0.64

00:31:58.140 And, you know, is we've got Paul Krugman in The New York Times, Alan Blinder, former Fed vice chair,

00:32:04.280 Princeton professor in The Wall Street Journal, the excoriating the American people that they don't

00:32:10.880 understand how good they've got it. Well, they do know that their purchasing power is down,

00:32:15.600 that there was a huge amount of government spending. And the government spending led to

00:32:21.800 inflation. The inflation leads to high interest rates. And the Biden administration's strategy

00:32:28.100 to keep wage inflation down was to open the border. So, like, the bottom 50 percent, 0.91

00:32:34.760 their wages have been suppressed by immigration. And that's not coming from me. That's coming from 0.52

00:32:41.760 Jerome Powell, Fed chair, who said it on 60 Minutes three weeks ago.

00:32:49.020 So, when you look at this as a professional and as a macro guy looking to make big bets and

00:32:54.820 with capital, right now you've got, we just had Boebert here, you know, he said, I cut a trillion

00:33:02.960 dollars, but that was, it was three and he took it down to two. But the three was going to go away

00:33:07.520 anyway because of the post-pandemic. When you see a two trillion dollar deficit right now,

00:33:13.920 and the one they're going to work on is going to have another two trillion, we're running at a

00:33:17.320 trillion dollars every hundred days. Just walk me through the mentality. They're financing this

00:33:23.240 short term. She can't sell tens and thirties. She can't go out long. They're financing this short 1.00

00:33:27.860 term. So, this is kind of even out of Powell's jurisdiction now. Are we getting to a place

00:33:32.720 that we've embedded inflation and dropping the purchasing power of the dollar that we're just

00:33:39.880 in the vicious cycle? And he's just going to continue to try to press on spending and use

00:33:44.400 treasury and the Fed to prop this thing up? Well, look, I think that all they care about it is getting

00:33:51.520 to November 5th, getting him across the line somehow. And again, from an observational and

00:34:00.220 financial markets point of view, I think that they are engaging in, I've made up a term for it,

00:34:07.520 I call it the maximalist point of no return, is you run big enough deficits, you pile up

00:34:13.740 enough national debt, you keep the size of the government or keep growing the size of the

00:34:20.800 government in the economy, you make the private sector depend on government subsidies, as we're

00:34:26.840 doing with this, or well-named the Inflation Reduction Act. So, you get to a point where it's

00:34:38.500 unfixable. And I think that that's why I've come out from behind my desk and am taking a strong stance

00:34:47.700 here, is if this keeps going the way it is, and if 2024 and beyond is run like this, we will be at

00:34:56.980 the point of no return, where we cannot grow our way out, is there is still a chance for us to be able

00:35:04.360 to freeze, not cut spending, and they put in supply-side solutions, deregulate, push oil prices down to

00:35:17.080 $40, as with President Trump in Greenville a couple weeks ago. He said he wants $40 energy, and he wants

00:35:24.740 that from U.S. producers, the crude and net gas supplying the world. So, you know, there, we can

00:35:33.740 salvage this, but time is running out.

00:35:38.660 So, I want to go back over this. You're saying, I love it, the maximalist point of no return,

00:35:45.580 they've just doubled and tripled down, and they're not going to stop because they can't stop.

00:35:49.540 In your, I guess, theory of the case, you go like that, you're going to have a crash. It's

00:35:55.200 eventually going to crash. You're going to have a depression. But even if you try to do something

00:36:01.000 here, you're risking having a recession, right? It's just reality. So, your point is, hey, Bandit,

00:36:06.140 I hear you. I hear the war room. You're talking about massive cuts. We want to get to a balanced

00:36:09.260 budget. Yeah, maybe. That's great. But you haven't seen any of that happening close in Congress. So,

00:36:14.780 let's put a pin in that. Your point is, let's just stop the increase in spending. Let's just

00:36:19.380 freeze spending where it is. Freeze it where it is. And then you think there is a plan there

00:36:24.960 with lowering energy costs and other deregulation or deconstruction of the administrative state

00:36:31.420 policies that you can start growing the economy and eventually, and it'll take years, but work our

00:36:37.380 way out of this. Is that your general theory of how we have to do this?

00:36:40.500 Yes. I think that President Trump should come out with a three-arrow strategy, just like Prime

00:36:51.000 Minister Abe had in Japan. And he reinvigorated the Japanese economy. And 10 years later,

00:36:59.580 Japan is—they've come out of deflation, stock markets back to the all-time high.

00:37:05.860 So, you know, I think if President Trump were to adopt a policy of 3 percent real economic growth

00:37:14.620 through deregulation, 3 percent that he would commit to the deficit being at 3 percent instead

00:37:22.440 of 6 percent when he leaves office. So, a gradual decline. And 3 million more barrel equivalents

00:37:32.340 of energy being pumped by U.S. producers that we could stabilize this thing and be on a decade-long

00:37:41.600 glide path to get out. But, you know, I am saying that if it's not done, if that's not started next year,

00:37:51.740 then it is going to be Lael Brainard's view of the world. Now, who is Lael Brainard?

00:37:58.460 Lael Brainard is someone who has never had a job in the private sector. As far as I can tell,

00:38:03.440 the only thing she's ever run is her mouth. And she is the National Economic Council Chair

00:38:10.340 for President Biden. And she gave a very telling speech at the Economic Club of New York last summer.

00:38:17.980 And she basically said, we are going to continue spending. And when we win in 2025,

00:38:26.540 all the Trump tax cuts are going to expire. And we are going to raise taxes just as President Biden

00:38:33.180 said last night. We're going to raise it on people making more than $400,000 a year and on corporations.

00:38:40.280 Well, I can tell you that is a lie. There is not enough money there to fund the spending that they

00:38:51.220 are talking about on a sustainable basis.

00:38:56.500 Just for clarification, you're saying right now the deficit is at 6% of GDP. That's unsustainable.

00:39:03.100 Yeah. Mathematically, just in case it's sustainable. You're saying with President, you would argue,

00:39:06.880 let's get it with freezing spending and growth. Let's get it to 3%. Let's get the deficit to 3% of GDP.

00:39:14.800 Yeah. And look, you know, is the households, businesses and markets will react to signals.

00:39:21.760 So if you commit to that, if President Trump were to form something like a bipartisan committee to review

00:39:33.800 the problem that we've got and get some kind of bipartisan buy-in, then the markets will respond to

00:39:40.780 that, that interest rates, you know, interest rates don't have to go down because the economy is bad.

00:39:46.660 But interest rates can go down because you're fiscally prudent. So, you know, if markets could

00:39:53.400 anchor to a, you know, a politician, a leader who actually comes out and commits to cutting the

00:40:03.300 deficits rather than blowing them out, freezing spending rather than, you know, the host of

00:40:08.940 new programs we saw last night, then the, you know, it, it, it could work. But it's like I said,

00:40:17.220 I have come out from behind my desk. I've taken a more public role because of my concern.

00:40:24.740 And, and just to, and we talk about narratives and building up, this is signal, not noise.

00:40:29.200 Your point is on, uh, 20 January, 2025. It, it, there couldn't be a more, a bigger dichotomy or

00:40:38.820 spread between what the two alternatives are. Trump's economic policy that you saw at least

00:40:43.440 part of it in those three years, uh, before the bioweapon hit us of kind of growth, low inflation,

00:40:49.480 low interest rates, or Biden, which the maximalist point of no return, they're all in. And you saw the

00:40:56.060 speech last night, they're all in, and they're not going to back off. I mean, they're going to put

00:40:59.880 the pedal down. And your point is that just not sustainable in the system we have currently?

00:41:06.440 Not at all. It is look, and I think this is intentional. They, they want to get the government

00:41:16.940 bigger in the economy. And, um, it, it was a, a list of handouts last night. And I think what we're

00:41:26.840 seeing in the U S is the American people don't want handouts. American people want the, to be

00:41:32.720 responsible for themselves, but they can't do it if they can't get real wage gains, if inflation is

00:41:39.320 killing them, the, uh, if interest rates are up, the, uh, and, you know, immigration is suppressing 0.50

00:41:45.840 their wages. So, you know, what we've got now is a terrible policy mix. And, you know, not only is

00:41:53.360 it blowing out the deficit, you know, I, I think it's the, uh, you know, it's soul crushing for ordinary

00:42:00.200 Americans and it's showing up in the numbers. You know, I, I think it's fascinating. There was a

00:42:05.680 Washington post article this week that said that Bernie Sanders, you know, Senator Sanders,

00:42:12.040 the, uh, avowed socialist was telling Joe Biden that his policies aren't working. Now, you know,

00:42:18.600 I think he has a different worldview than I do. I think his worldview is, well, you know, let's double

00:42:24.260 down when they try to win the election and they go from there. But, you know, I can tell you that

00:42:32.320 Senator Sanders has a more humane view for middle-class and working Americans than the Biden

00:42:37.500 administration does. That, you know, the, that this has been a toxic combo over the past couple

00:42:44.500 of years. And now the chickens are coming home to roost. It is, uh, you know, impossible for

00:42:51.180 millennials to buy homes. The credit card defaults are ticking up amongst the lowest income cohorts

00:43:01.060 and among young people and among young people. And I can tell you, this is why Joe Biden is the,

00:43:08.340 in a fever pitch to cut the student debt because the credit card and auto defaults are ticking up

00:43:15.920 in the 18 to 25 year old category, as well as the lower 50% of the economic cohort. So,

00:43:27.140 uh, you know, there, there, there's a world of pain out there. They've created an asset

00:43:33.620 low palooza. You know, it's like stocks are flying. Interest rates are high. If you've got

00:43:39.040 a lot of money in the bank, you're getting 5% on.

00:43:44.500 Scott, we know you've got a piece coming out that does the analytics on this. As soon as we

00:43:47.700 see it published, uh, wherever it gets published, we'll, uh, we'll push it out. I want to thank you

00:43:51.700 for taking your time away today from your day job to join us here. Very enlightening.

00:43:57.220 Good. Well, thanks, Steven. This is important.

00:44:01.220 Yep. Scott Besson. Oh, it is, it is pure signal, not noise. The toxic brew. Um, this is to me,

00:44:08.840 President Trump, I come and hammer this every day. I mean, he is, he is the best at explaining

00:44:12.700 this and best at connecting with the American people and the working class in this country

00:44:16.660 about exactly what's happened. They're lived experience. That's why Biden's numbers are so

00:44:19.780 terrible. Okay. Short break. We're going to be back in the war room to take it all in

00:44:24.320 in a moment. Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep

00:44:31.560 up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products? Progressive

00:44:37.740 corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans

00:44:43.780 all while eroding the future of the American dream. It's prominent all over the

00:44:49.760 country. Companies like Starbucks, strong-arming their customers to support abortion. Financial

00:44:55.500 services like PayPal, canceling customers for their political views. Makeup companies like

00:45:00.460 Maybelline, making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models. And beer companies like Bud Light, 0.99

00:45:06.540 forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer. Thankfully, we don't 0.99

00:45:14.060 have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars. With Public Square,

00:45:19.800 we now have a solution. It's simple. Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans

00:45:25.220 who love truth, our country, and our constitution at publicsq.com. That's publicsq.com.

00:45:33.800 Public Square is an app and website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses

00:45:39.460 from all different industries that share your value for life, family, and freedom. Whether you're

00:45:45.080 looking to buy coffee, find a new athletic clothing that knows what a woman is, and shop for clean 1.00

00:45:51.140 skin care, or simply find a new restaurant in your community that won't lecture you about your

00:45:55.700 political views. Publicsq.com is your resource. Public Square also offers discounts to many high-quality

00:46:03.900 businesses on the platform so that you can actually receive incentive for spending money with companies

00:46:09.560 that don't hate you. Public Square is free to join as a consumer or a business owner. And you can get

00:46:16.260 started today at publicsq.com. Remember, either as a consumer or a business owner. Download the app now.

00:46:24.580 That's publicsq.com. Publicsq.com.

00:46:31.740 So there you have it. It couldn't be clearer. And I think President Trump, you know, my recommendation

00:46:42.660 is to hammer into this because this is a winner. And here's why it's a winner. The polling and all

00:46:47.480 the numbers show you can't fool the American people and the lived experience of their life.

00:46:50.800 And they hate being talked down to. And not just that. They hate being spun. They hate being spun.

00:46:55.620 But the simple fact economy is great. This is great. That's great. And their lives are not great.

00:47:00.140 And it's not great because of the mathematics set here with government spending, which is paying off

00:47:05.720 all their buddies. And every kind of crazy idea they have, the whole Green New Deal and what they're 0.69

00:47:11.540 doing, the sustainable energy, which is all scam, all underwritten, paying off their buddies in venture

00:47:16.660 capital and hedge funds that way. So this is one that President Trump, and that's why I thought

00:47:21.420 his pre-bottle, I thought President Trump's pre-bottle was obviously better than Biden's

00:47:27.420 harangue. But on Biden's harangue, my theory of the case there is he did what he had to do

00:47:35.300 politically for himself. He was essentially in free fall among Democrats. He had to convince

00:47:41.500 them, try to convince them that he could stand up against President Trump, mano a mano.

00:47:46.400 Now, we know that can't happen. I'm a huge advocate of anywhere, any place, any time that

00:47:51.480 he just goes in and throws down hard. And the debate will be at a time and place of Trump's

00:47:58.560 choosing. Let's just get a couple of microphones and go hit it. But you're, you know, last night

00:48:05.680 you saw it. That was his best shot. That's his shot right there to say, hey, I can do this.

00:48:09.940 I think it tamped down the Whitmer, Newsom, Michelle Obama. So now it's game on. And when

00:48:16.360 it's game on, you got to draw a strong contrast. The strongest contrast President Trump can

00:48:22.460 do, can make, is that he had this job before and you had three years of peace and prosperity

00:48:28.760 before we hit with a bioweapon. And it wasn't actually that bad during the bioweapon hit in

00:48:34.820 2020. They threw everything at him. But if you look at the math and what he did, which was a

00:48:40.280 reasonable, remember back in the old days when we were in pandemic, we talk about the massive drop in

00:48:44.200 aggregate demand. As economies were shutting down, as the supply chain got tied up in China,

00:48:51.240 aggregate demand, this is kind of a Keynesian term, aggregate demand, it was a free fall.

00:48:55.080 We talked about that bridge. You've got the Trump economy of 19 on one side and you got

00:48:59.720 the sunlit uplands on the other. You have to get through that when you have a massive drop in

00:49:04.300 aggregate demand. And President Trump did that in a very reasonable, I think it was $1.1 trillion

00:49:09.160 bill to, and it was not perfect, but at the time you had to make those decisions, but it was pretty

00:49:14.780 damn good. And it got it going. Biden then comes in and as reasonable people like Larry Summers and

00:49:22.900 War Room and Peter Navarro and Dave Bratt and others, we said, no, these bills you're putting

00:49:28.520 through, the inflation reduction at these Orwellian, as Scott Besson says, these Orwellian named

00:49:34.000 bills, it's just adding trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars. And right now with the

00:49:41.700 economy coming back full, what's it going to do? It's going to make, it's going to drive

00:49:45.380 prices up. And that hasn't changed. Remember, inflation is accumulative. And the purchasing power

00:49:52.080 of the dollar is kind of the reverse of it. So you've had a 17 or 18%, 19% drop in purchasing

00:49:57.640 power of the dollar. The BRICS nations are, this is why we did the birch gold over the last three 0.99

00:50:03.720 years on the prime reserve currency. The BRICS nations are not idiots. The people that, a staff 1.00

00:50:11.260 that around their finance ministers, you know, all went to Sloan School at MIT, all went to the

00:50:18.220 University of Chicago, Harvard Business School, Stanford. They know how to work in HP 12C.

00:50:22.080 They can do the numbers. They can do discounted cash flow and say, hey, you know what we should

00:50:26.780 do? Go buy gold to back it up and figure out we have to de-dollarize. Why? Because maybe the

00:50:32.940 war room posse has to suck on this. Maybe the deplorables have to suck on this. Maybe MAGA 1.00

00:50:36.980 has to suck on it. American citizens have to, but we don't have to. They're voting every day to do 0.99

00:50:42.760 that, to get off the dollar. Why? Because the elites in this country have complete irresponsibility. 0.97

00:50:48.600 And you're seeing it right here on Capitol Hill right now with Johnson in the House.

00:50:53.300 But you saw in the Senate last week, you had these patriots. Senator Tuberville is going

00:50:57.180 to join us in a moment. You've had these patriots trying to put just good old American common

00:51:01.260 sense and saying, guys, we can't continue to have two trillion dollar deficits. What

00:51:06.360 Biden said, look, the world is an efficient market. That's one of the first things. Over

00:51:11.200 time, given information, markets will tend towards efficiency. And that will mean, you

00:51:16.540 know, price discovery, you know, appropriate price discovery. Right. So markets are efficient

00:51:22.720 over time. The world is an efficient market over time. This is why you saw the pop in

00:51:27.960 gold this morning at 2190. The first trades hit it. Why? Because they saw last night the

00:51:33.000 happy talk. They saw, as Congressman Bovard said, even a more Christmas tree of spending.

00:51:37.860 Did you see anything there? They hide it by calling it investments. They do that because

00:51:43.740 that's a political operatives term. They've test marketed that people, the working class

00:51:48.380 people, middle class people. Yes. Investments are good. You know, I want to invest. I should

00:51:52.720 invest. Investments are good. If the government's investing, maybe that's a good thing. So they

00:51:56.680 take spending, which is enslaving you, and they turn it to a word investment. So, well, that's

00:52:01.820 not just talking about investment. That just means, you know, we're at seven trillion dollars

00:52:05.400 in this budget now. It's going, and the point is, and by his economy is not working, why

00:52:09.680 do we get these bigger gaps? Why is war room always right on what the deficit is? And the

00:52:14.800 Biden regime's projections are wrong. It gets down to, one, the supplementals they throw in

00:52:20.860 there, but number two, they always miss on the tax revenue. Last year, their projections

00:52:26.200 were five trillion dollars. We said, we don't think that's going to happen. We think it's

00:52:29.740 going to least miss by 500 billion, be four and a half. Right. And that will drive this

00:52:34.340 over two trillion. Well, guess what? Shazam. It came out at 4.4. They missed it by $600

00:52:39.580 billion. This math is not that complicated. As I keep saying, this is not quantum mechanics.

00:52:44.720 Now, right there, you had Scott Besson, one of the smartest hedge fund managers in the

00:52:49.020 world with one of the best track records. He just lays it out right there. He says this

00:52:52.760 toxic brew that they've got between Treasury and the Federal Reserve and the fiscal irresponsibility

00:52:59.000 is going to continue. They have to do it. They're doing a maximalist, maximalist policy

00:53:04.700 of no return. That to me is absolutely, and working class people understand this. This is

00:53:10.060 the one I took over the campaign in August of 2016. Remember, for the first week, Hillary

00:53:14.960 Clinton came off the beach and just attacked me. Xenophobe, racist, nativist, bad guy, terrible, 1.00

00:53:20.980 all this stuff. And I sat there with the staff and said, hey, if she's going to come in and play the 0.98

00:53:25.700 racism xenophobe card, and we just continue to hit back with economic nationalism, people in the

00:53:32.480 upper Midwest, in states like, I'm going to pick a couple of random ones, Wisconsin, Michigan, and

00:53:37.460 Pennsylvania will hear that. And we will win. And we will win with over 300 electoral votes. It is the

00:53:43.600 same situation today. They contract, in fact, it's even starker. Hillary Clinton was about to manage 0.98

00:53:49.220 the decline of our nation. It leads them to manage the decline of our nation. This is full-on pedal

00:53:53.540 to the metal, driving over the abyss. When a guy like Scott Besson sits and goes, this is a Maximus

00:53:58.840 policy of no return. You know, he's not an alarmist. He's not Steve Bannon with his hair on fire every

00:54:04.440 day. This is a prudent fiduciary. Okay, short commercial break, 90 seconds. Coach Tuberville,

00:54:11.800 one of the voices of reason in the United States Senate, joins us here in the war room in studio.
