00:00:00.000 And we see it over and over again.
00:00:02.360 And let's just keep going back to that famous saying, when somebody tells you who they are, believe them.
00:00:08.620 Donald Trump is continuing to tell us, and with more rapidity, that he is an autocrat.
00:00:16.780 And if he takes power again, he will be an autocrat.
00:00:20.600 And this worshipping of Hitler's power, just like this worshipping of President Xi,
00:00:26.120 just like this worshipping of Kim Jong-un, just like this worshipping of Vladimir Putin,
00:00:31.900 it all comes from the same disturbing place.
00:00:34.700 He has an anti-American bent to authoritarianism.
00:00:39.960 Absolutely.
00:00:41.180 I mean, Donald Trump has told us like 57,000 times who he is.
00:00:45.680 And we see clearly who he is.
00:00:48.640 And what a sick, warped individual he happens to be.
00:00:54.240 I mean, it's hard to look at him any other way.
00:00:59.760 Yes, you always follow the money with Trump, but it's more than his lust for money.
00:01:05.740 It's more than his narcissism.
00:01:08.600 There is this authoritarian bet, this fawning over authoritarian figures.
00:01:15.660 I know we're going to talk about it later, but Viktor Orban at Mar-a-Lago?
00:01:20.300 Are you kidding me?
00:01:21.660 This is the great guy, the great leader that he wants to praise?
00:01:27.320 It's just sick.
00:01:30.720 And it amazes me, and I'm sure it amazes General Kelly and amazes a lot of other people,
00:01:38.240 that more Americans, that all Americans don't see this in Donald Trump and don't fear it and reject it.
00:01:46.960 But again, here we are.
00:01:49.580 He's going to be the Republican candidate, and there's a possibility that he could be president again.
00:01:57.540 It scares the willies out of General Kelly and scares the willies out of all of us.
00:02:04.180 Yeah, it scares the willies out of many people.
00:02:06.400 He has a one-in-two chance of being president of the United States.
00:02:08.620 We should not overlook that.
00:02:09.940 Day-in, day-out, when people say, I don't feel great about the economy, ka-ching, this is why.
00:02:14.200 So which sectors are behind this?
00:02:16.100 Is it still food?
00:02:17.500 Is it gas?
00:02:18.080 What are the other areas?
00:02:18.940 It's food.
00:02:19.700 It's housing.
00:02:20.420 It's energy.
00:02:21.260 It's, you know, go out and get insurance right now.
00:02:23.840 All the things you're needing in your day-to-day life.
00:02:26.160 And when it's a big nut like housing costing you so much, you're not that psyched.
00:02:30.460 So, Steph, I think there's, like you said, there's been this perception.
00:02:34.000 We hear it again from Donald Trump, like the economy's in shambles.
00:02:37.000 It's a disaster.
00:02:37.800 Only he can come in to save it.
00:02:39.460 We know that's wrong.
00:02:40.260 We've seen all the data.
00:02:41.600 Just if you can, paint a general picture.
00:02:44.080 So inflation is still higher than any of us wants it to be.
00:02:46.640 Full stop.
00:02:47.680 But broadly, the economy is doing how?
00:02:50.200 The economy is doing well.
00:02:52.180 Look at unemployment.
00:02:52.980 You can get, right, there's 24 states right now about to raise minimum wage.
00:02:57.100 When your son and daughter go to get a summer job this summer, it is going to pay well.
00:03:01.480 But when small businesses talk about what life is like for them,
00:03:04.460 they're going to say inflation is a problem.
00:03:06.260 And you're starting to see consumers go, uh, how much did dinner cost?
00:03:10.240 I might not want to ask Willie out to dinner next week.
00:03:12.440 Too much.
00:03:13.260 I always make him pay.
00:03:14.740 But Willie, it's certainly true, though.
00:03:16.820 The White House has been banking on, they've been reading the consumer sentiment numbers,
00:03:20.880 polling showing Americans starting to feel better on the economy.
00:03:23.120 They haven't really started to give the president credit for that yet,
00:03:25.680 but they feel like that'll happen next.
00:03:27.700 But obviously, a number like this, it's a worry.
00:03:29.560 He's doing everything he can.
00:03:31.360 You hear announcement after announcement every week,
00:03:33.660 but he cannot control things like food prices and go to the store and get your ground beef.
00:03:39.000 It's expensive.
00:03:39.500 And this is not an unfamiliar refrain for Donald Trump.
00:03:42.640 Who praises these strongmen?
00:03:43.920 Who praises these leaders?
00:03:45.720 We can go down the list.
00:03:46.680 It's Kim Jong-un.
00:03:47.800 It's Viktor Orban.
00:03:48.900 It's Xi Jinping.
00:03:50.280 It's Bolsonaro out of Brazil.
00:03:51.820 And, of course, it is Vladimir Putin time and time again.
00:03:55.840 So this reported admiration for Adolf Hitler is certainly of that trend for Donald Trump,
00:04:03.800 even if it's not something he says publicly.
00:04:06.380 And I think it is instructive to ask as a preview as to what the next Trump term would look like
00:04:11.720 were he to be reelected.
00:04:13.760 Not just that he would side with all of these leaders, including with Putin in the conflict
00:04:18.880 against Ukraine, but with Trump in office again, facing no consequences, having gotten away
00:04:25.260 with all of these criminal indictments, having gotten away with fueling the January 6th insurrection,
00:04:30.400 with not having to face voters again, he would be unchecked.
00:04:34.420 He would be unfettered.
00:04:35.240 There would be no John Kelly in the White House next time.
00:04:38.360 It would only be true believers.
00:04:40.140 There would not be guardrails, and I think we would see him lean in to these strongman
00:04:44.380 tendencies, Joe Amica.
00:04:46.000 Yeah, and we can call it sick and disgusting, but the reality is this is unbelievably dangerous
00:04:53.320 for our country.
00:04:54.360 And somebody like this, someone like Donald Trump, who does what Donald Trump does, says
00:04:59.240 what Donald Trump says, has done what he's done as president of the United States, would
00:05:04.020 be in normal times shunned, would be shunned completely politically or personally.
00:05:10.200 But in this case, you have people showing up at Mar-a-Lago and clapping and hooting and
00:05:14.800 going to his rallies, and you can't just cast them off as uninformed or there for the show.
00:05:21.180 If you read like Madeleine Albright's book on fascism or any books on the rise of dictatorships,
00:05:27.300 this is how it happens.
00:05:29.200 Well, this is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:05:37.120 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:05:42.340 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:05:46.600 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:05:48.500 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:05:49.940 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to
00:05:52.180 stop it.
00:05:52.620 It's going to happen.
00:05:53.680 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:05:57.300 MAGA Media.
00:05:58.640 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:06:04.080 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:06:07.840 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:06:14.160 War Room.
00:06:15.060 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:06:17.420 It's Tuesday, 12 March, year of our Lord, 2024.
00:06:25.700 You just heard, since the anti-democracy pitch is not working for them, and since the glow
00:06:35.400 of what, I don't know, Adderall, whatever he got jacked up on Thursday night for his, not
00:06:41.280 a state of the union for this screed in the Congress, in the House, since that's wearing
00:06:48.580 off and reality setting in about what he's really wrought on this country and the numbers
00:06:53.760 that couldn't be more horrific for him, now their new tact is, and this is because of
00:06:59.480 a book that quotes old news of General Kelly.
00:07:02.180 And remember, General Kelly, when he's chosen as chief of staff, it didn't work out.
00:07:07.560 He wasn't a great chief of staff, and, you know, he has struck out at President Trump
00:07:12.140 on numerous occasions, says he's an authoritarian.
00:07:14.360 I just keep going back and saying, look at the guy's actions.
00:07:18.120 Those are years of peace and prosperity.
00:07:20.100 Would anyone not harken back to that time?
00:07:23.960 And he kept Putin and the KGB in their place.
00:07:26.880 There was no attacks anywhere.
00:07:28.700 They kept North Korea in his place.
00:07:31.160 They kept Xi in his place.
00:07:32.460 Kept the Mullahs in Persia in their place.
00:07:34.760 No war in Gaza, no Houthi rebels sinking ships, sinking major transports in the Red Sea and
00:07:43.620 attacking American combatants in a Kari battle group, none of it.
00:07:47.640 No crossing of the, no invasion of the southern border, none of it.
00:07:52.180 No trillion dollar, you know, every hundred days deficits, none of it.
00:07:57.400 None of the chaos in anarchy that's driving the world, the crime in the streets, the migrant
00:08:03.500 crime, the illegal alien crime, visit upon people, none of that happened.
00:08:09.380 So you have an actual record that you can look at, that you can focus on.
00:08:13.300 But this is, their new thing is he's Hitler.
00:08:15.500 I just want to say, this is from the creme de la creme of the MSNBC crowd.
00:08:19.880 He's sick, warped individual, lust for money, a narcissist.
00:08:24.180 He's sick and disgusting.
00:08:26.820 He's dangerous.
00:08:28.820 On and on and on.
00:08:30.800 This is their, this is their new mantra.
00:08:32.700 This is their new line of attack that he's, and they're talking about a guy, I think he's
00:08:36.840 won five elections, Viktor Orban, having chased the, the, the demons of Soros land out of Hungary,
00:08:43.760 which is, you know, here in the United States, look what Soros has done to this country.
00:08:48.960 Look at the prosecutors, local DAs he's put in office.
00:08:51.820 Look at the pushing of the open borders group with the open society.
00:08:55.500 Look at the NGOs he's funded.
00:08:57.200 George Soros is a demon, a devil.
00:08:59.920 Okay.
00:09:00.900 He's a demon.
00:09:03.400 And Viktor Orban, they ran him out of Hungary.
00:09:06.340 Like, we're going to run him out of the United States.
00:09:08.580 That day is coming, folks.
00:09:09.920 You know, this is a, this is a bad guy and his son's a bad guy.
00:09:15.140 And the people around him are bad guys.
00:09:16.900 The people at these NGOs he has.
00:09:20.440 And so Orban's one, what, they love democracy, except when people like Trump and Orban win,
00:09:25.880 Orban wins in a democracy, wins all the time, overwhelming by landslides.
00:09:29.800 With all of Western Europe, all the Western Europe media against him, Times of London, Financial
00:09:33.700 Times, The Guardian, all of it.
00:09:36.220 And I had the honor of sitting down for about an hour with Orban when he was here in D.C.
00:09:42.700 last week before he went to Mar-a-Lago.
00:09:44.780 He is an absolutely brilliant guy.
00:09:47.380 Brilliant.
00:09:48.600 And has, and has set things right in Hungary.
00:09:52.220 And his people love him for it.
00:09:54.220 And remember, there's, there's no illegal alien invasion in Hungary.
00:09:58.280 They're not dealing with what France is dealing with.
00:10:00.240 They're not dealing with what England's dealing with.
00:10:02.440 They're not dealing with what Italy's dealing with.
00:10:04.380 Because he took a hard line.
00:10:06.560 Like we're going to take a hard line here when we seal the border.
00:10:09.900 And when President Trump starts the mass deportations in 2025.
00:10:13.960 But this is their line of attack.
00:10:15.540 Their line of attack is now because, you know, they're not getting traction on these other
00:10:19.140 things.
00:10:19.720 They keep wanting, he's not getting, he's not getting, you know, Biden's not getting love
00:10:24.400 for the economy.
00:10:25.180 Well, look at the lived experience of the American people.
00:10:28.380 Look at the lived experience of the American people.
00:10:30.200 Not, there is net zero job growth for native-born Americans of every ethnicity, race, and religion.
00:10:40.060 Zero job growth since, I think, 2019.
00:10:43.500 The millions of jobs under Biden have all gone to foreign-born workers.
00:10:48.940 If you look at the employers, it's because people work in multiple jobs.
00:10:51.360 People, the working class, as Scott Besson has demonstrably shown the top 15% have never
00:11:00.740 made out better in the history of the country.
00:11:04.060 And the top 1% is the greatest times they've ever had.
00:11:07.140 Biden's whole budget, this whole budget that has, remember, you just put a budget that has
00:11:11.260 a $1.8 trillion deficit, again, which is going to be higher.
00:11:15.560 But that's incumbent upon raising taxes on billionaires.
00:11:19.080 It's not going to happen.
00:11:20.360 Biden, and I just look at, just look at performance.
00:11:22.900 Look at Trump's performance.
00:11:23.720 Look at Biden's performance.
00:11:24.640 Biden tried that last January, 2023.
00:11:27.700 Remember, he's going to put a big tax on, on billionaires.
00:11:30.960 It went, it stayed about two weeks and then just went away.
00:11:34.040 The Democrats are never going to tax billionaires because it is progressive billionaires that
00:11:39.680 fund the Democratic Party.
00:11:40.760 The Democratic Party is a party of the credentialed managerial class, the credentialed academic
00:11:46.080 class, right, and the cultural elites.
00:11:49.880 On top of that is the financial elites, the sociopathic financial overlords in big tech
00:11:55.900 that essentially run this country between those two with their apparatchiks.
00:12:01.920 That's the credential class.
00:12:02.920 And then you have a free fall, no middle class, no working class.
00:12:06.120 You have a free fall down to the underclass.
00:12:07.900 And that's why they want to continue to get illegal alien invaders into the country and
00:12:13.100 get them into congressional districts and, and have those congressional districts be reweighted.
00:12:17.800 I think somebody did the analysis the other day.
00:12:19.300 There's something like 12 or 13 congressional seats on just the illegal alien invasion he's
00:12:23.780 allowed in the first three years of his watch.
00:12:26.100 So it's obvious their, their new line of attack is, oh, Trump's authoritarian.
00:12:31.380 Trump's authoritarian.
00:12:32.860 Go, just go back to those three years.
00:12:34.560 If that's what an authoritarian, an illiberal authoritarian does in their actions and the
00:12:40.600 performance he delivered in 2019 with that economy.
00:12:45.680 Everybody remembers no inflation, low interest rates, working class people with big, I think
00:12:51.400 11% real wage and growth, non-college graduates, over-college graduates, everything clicking
00:12:56.960 on all cylinders before hit by the Chinese bioweapon that we knows now, that we now know
00:13:02.260 is a Chinese bioweapon out of the Wuhan lab.
00:13:04.320 But we said from the very beginning that those actions and to make sure there was peace, no
00:13:10.900 Putin invasions, no Xi intrusions or blockades into Taiwan, no saber rattling, North Korea
00:13:18.600 meeting with North Korea, shaking the guy's hand, as bad a guy as that is, the mullahs
00:13:24.040 backed off in Tehran, no invasion of the southern border.
00:13:28.300 What's not to like?
00:13:30.420 They put out a couple of mean tweets, but their meltdown is continuous day in and day out.
00:13:35.860 And they never mention anything, obviously, but the FBI, the Gestapo, everything big tech's
00:13:40.120 done, all of it.
00:13:41.980 But they're trying to sell this.
00:13:43.260 They're trying to sell this narrative.
00:13:44.200 People are not buying.
00:13:45.000 NBC News and the New York Times have huge reports last week on Asian Americans rapidly
00:13:52.080 shifting, not just the Republican Party, but to MAGA.
00:13:56.200 In New York City, California, everywhere, I think they've gone from 18% support or 18
00:14:01.140 to 20% report now, it's the 30, 32% report, could get to a third, could get 50% in this
00:14:05.800 election.
00:14:06.540 A big part of that is the anti-CCP message, of which we're proud to be at the tip of the
00:14:11.840 spear of that.
00:14:12.340 Remember, I'm the first and I think only civilian in the history of this country ever
00:14:16.800 to be sanctioned fully by the Chinese Communist Party, of which it happened in the first two
00:14:21.280 minutes of Biden's watch, as you guys know.
00:14:23.780 And Biden's State Department never said anything about that.
00:14:25.960 Others, Peter Navarro was also sanctioned.
00:14:28.160 He was just leaving the White House.
00:14:29.580 I think Mike Pompeo and some others.
00:14:32.060 Matt Pottinger, I think, was another.
00:14:34.040 All government employees at the time or had just left the White House.
00:14:37.340 Didn't hear Biden having a peep on that.
00:14:42.140 Nothing.
00:14:42.620 Okay.
00:14:43.360 Short commercial break.
00:14:44.300 We had a lot to get to.
00:14:45.380 Herr is testifying right now.
00:14:47.480 Robert Herr, we're going to get to, we're going to cut it out of that.

00:16:18.340 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:20.960 Bannon.
00:16:23.620 Okay.
00:16:24.720 The former head of the largest Christian movement in the country, the Christian Coalition, and now head of Faith and Freedom Coalition, which is the biggest in the country today, Ralph Reed joins us.
00:16:36.160 Ralph, a couple things.
00:16:37.340 Number one, the lead story in Politico on a Monday morning kind of sensed the tone for the week.
00:16:41.900 The story yesterday, you've raised $62 million to totally focus on your task and purpose is to get out the vote in a way, in a massive way, particularly maybe even with unregistered people that are Christians that are not registered to vote, evangelicals.
00:16:57.900 To have a massive turnout in the election this year, in 2024, there was a complete total meltdown from The Guardian to Morning Meet everywhere, MSNBC, on your efforts.
00:17:11.180 Give us some details on this, because it was quite an amazing story.
00:17:15.000 Oh, yeah.
00:17:15.440 It's an amazing story.
00:17:17.360 Well, first of all, Steve, I'd love to say we've raised it all now, but for any of your viewers who are supporters of ours, we haven't raised it all yet, so keep helping us.
00:17:26.840 But we're going to get there.
00:17:29.040 And the reason why, Steve, is because these Bible-believing, self-identified, born-again evangelicals who make up roughly—you know, it depends on the election, but let's call it 26 to 28 percent of the electorate—then you add in the 11 percent of the electorate that is frequently mass-attending, faithful, you know, sort of John Paul II Catholics.
00:17:55.100 It's the largest single constituency in the electorate by a magnitude.
00:18:00.580 It's 60 percent of the entire Republican vote.
00:18:04.300 And our strategy is twofold.
00:18:06.340 Number one, we want to change the numerator, and when we change the numerator, we're going to change the denominator.
00:18:14.700 What do I mean by that?
00:18:16.080 I mean that we're going to go into key states.
00:18:19.320 We're going to have church liaisons in roughly 500 to 1,000 evangelical churches, and they're going to be registering the unregistered.
00:18:29.420 We estimate there are about 9 million of those in the key states, and we've got state-by-state goals.
00:18:36.220 We're confident we're going to achieve those.
00:18:37.900 Those are going to be easier, Steve, in places where you've had a fair amount of in-migration.
00:18:43.220 It's clearly going to be easier in the Sun Belt than it is in, say, the Midwest, but we're going to get it done.
00:18:50.940 The second thing that we're going to do is we're going to dramatically increase turnout.
00:18:57.400 We're going to knock on 10 million doors.
00:18:59.580 We'll reach 18 million evangelical and Catholic voters in their homes.
00:19:04.440 That's the largest such effort outside the RNC, on the center-right, in your or my lifetimes.
00:19:13.040 And when we do those two things, we think we're going to increase the number of evangelical and faithful Catholic voters who go to the polls in November of this year by roughly 8 million over the 2020 baseline.
00:19:31.620 And we project – I'm not in the prediction business, but we think it's a reasonable projection.
00:19:38.980 Trump got 84 percent of that vote in 2024.
00:19:43.240 We think that number is going to hit 85, 86 percent.
00:19:47.540 It's going to be a total game-changer.
00:19:49.100 I want to just go back to the first set of numbers first.
00:19:55.960 I want people to understand the scale of this.
00:19:58.100 So let's go back to the basic number of the evangelicals and traditional Catholics.
00:20:01.920 What we're talking about is critical mass here.
00:20:03.580 Yeah, the critical mass on the high side would be 39 percent of the entire electorate.
00:20:10.640 And, again, it's past his prologue, and there's no way to know what we're going to be looking at in the fall of this year.
00:20:17.980 That's an eternity in politics.
00:20:20.700 But I think a lot of this is kind of locked in, particularly with Biden's failed policies on the economy, on the border, the foreign wars, the radical abortion agenda, codifying Rowan to federal law, taxpayer-funded abortion.
00:20:36.420 These are very radical and extreme policies.
00:20:38.920 So if he gets what I project he's going to get, which is two-thirds of those Catholics, and let's call it 85 percent of the evangelicals, it's going to be well north of 60 percent of all the votes that he receives.
00:20:56.040 And your two things is, number one, sign up all those that are not signed up, register them to vote, and then have a massive turnout campaign.
00:21:02.920 So you turn them all out and all the existing evangelicals and traditional Catholics.
00:21:07.480 So you have a massive turnout.
00:21:09.220 And you think that nets, what do you say, another additional 8 million votes?
00:21:12.460 Is that the number you're looking at?
00:21:13.000 We think 8 million additional votes over the 2020 baseline.
00:21:17.600 Here's the other thing that the media really didn't report, even though we shared it with them, because it doesn't fit their narrative.
00:21:24.360 20 percent of all those voter contacts, 20 percent of the households we visit, Steve, will be minorities, overwhelmingly Hispanics, but also Asians and African Americans.
00:21:37.480 And that's going to be a game changer.
00:21:40.840 Okay, you just went to my – okay, so in the opening, New York Times and NBC News has done this thing about a massive shift of Asian Americans, right?
00:21:50.060 Massive shift from like 18 to 20 percent maybe to 30, 32 percent.
00:21:52.940 And now linked to Drudge is a story about African Americans and Hispanics look like going to vote in historic levels.
00:22:01.160 But none of them mention the religious component of this.
00:22:04.600 Right.
00:22:04.700 What's driving that is a big religious component, is it not, sir?
00:22:07.820 That's right, Steve.
00:22:09.820 The path to the African American vote has always been through the black church and through the black faith community.
00:22:17.780 You know, just a couple of data points on the Hispanics.
00:22:21.300 Roughly 40 percent of Hispanics self-identify as conservatives.
00:22:25.320 Roughly 25 percent of Hispanics self-identify as born-again evangelicals.
00:22:29.820 Probably an equal number would be considered faithful, traditionalist Roman Catholics.
00:22:37.240 And, you know, we think this community is shifting.
00:22:42.540 And I tell you, one of the great untold stories in American politics in the last five, six years, Steve,
00:22:48.460 has been the advances on the right and in the Republican Party on data analytics on the Hispanic vote.
00:22:57.200 I mean, when we first started 15 years ago, you know, we would go to Data Trust,
00:23:02.620 which was the main repository for the for the Republican Party and ask them for modeled faith based Hispanic voters.
00:23:14.400 Couldn't even get a file.
00:23:16.180 Not even in Florida, not even in Texas.
00:23:19.740 That's that's changing, Steve.
00:23:22.820 And I think here's the irony.
00:23:25.120 I really believe this.
00:23:27.200 I think the things that they have been saying for 30 years, which was the changing demographics of the country signaled our denouement.
00:23:37.040 It's the exact opposite.
00:23:39.480 Those voters are coming our way.
00:23:41.820 They feel like they've been had and they're right.
00:23:44.840 They feel like they've been played and they're right.
00:23:48.040 And they've got nothing from this administration.
00:23:51.840 And they're ready to move.
00:23:53.500 And the way to do that is contact.
00:23:58.060 This is where Obama showed us in 08.
00:23:59.600 The way to do that is personal contact.
00:24:01.800 It's not going to be TV ads.
00:24:03.200 It's not going to it's personal.
00:24:04.420 It's not going to be mailers.
00:24:05.420 It's personal contact.
00:24:07.000 That does.
00:24:07.360 I want to also add the most robust church in the world.
00:24:10.460 A hundred million.
00:24:11.780 Go ahead.
00:24:12.360 I'm sorry.
00:24:13.380 Yes.
00:24:13.780 Well, you know, continue to go.
00:24:15.640 The hundred million, a hundred million practicing evangelical Christians and Catholics in the underground church in China.
00:24:24.200 Right.
00:24:24.420 So many of the seats of the people here post CCP here.
00:24:28.320 One of the big drivers is anti CCP.
00:24:31.260 Chinese are here that hate them.
00:24:33.160 The CCP and principally because they're atheistic communists.
00:24:36.980 I got to ask you with all this going on and you look at that, you're like a field commander in the in the Christian nationalist army of God.
00:24:45.060 Is that is that how is that?
00:24:46.500 Would that handle fit you appropriately?
00:24:49.320 No, no, I wouldn't.
00:24:50.800 I wouldn't really subscribe to that term.
00:24:54.620 No, we're just a public policy organization.
00:24:57.920 Steve, I know it.
00:24:59.500 Are you are you are you are you are you are you a Christian nationalist?
00:25:02.860 Uh, I number one, I don't know what that is.
00:25:07.200 And number two, the answer, I think, would be no.
00:25:09.180 I'll tell you what I am.
00:25:10.720 I'm the son of a Navy veteran, career Navy Reserve officer.
00:25:15.720 I'm the son in law of a career active duty army officer.
00:25:21.100 I'm a patriot.
00:25:22.740 I love my country.
00:25:24.240 And I also love God.
00:25:26.060 I'm not looking for a political messiah.
00:25:28.240 I'm not trying to impose my faith on the country through political means.
00:25:34.460 But I tell you what I am attempting to do.
00:25:37.180 And I think it's good for the whole country.
00:25:39.960 I think what I am attempting to do is to see the values that are reflected in the Bible, reflected in the public policy of our country.
00:25:50.340 And that is not necessarily, by the way, necessarily a right wing or a left wing agenda.
00:25:56.420 You know, we we worked on criminal justice reform with the Trump administration and took positions on that issue where that were a little different than traditional conservatives.
00:26:07.880 Same on immigration.
00:26:09.080 We're certainly for a secure border.
00:26:11.900 But we also think that you ought to strengthen the family and provide greater means of legal immigration for spouses and minor children.
00:26:20.600 That's a topic for another time.
00:26:22.860 And when it comes to the sanctity of life, we believe that every human being is made in God's image and that they're deserving of protection of their life.
00:26:31.060 And we think that these are transcendent values and we're seeking to bring those values and those beliefs into the public policy arena.
00:26:41.180 And then the other thing we're working on doing is making sure that Christians are effective citizens.
00:26:46.580 That means being registered to vote, voting, being informed and influencing legislation.
00:26:53.380 I thought that was, you know, honestly, Steve, I thought that was the greatness of America.
00:26:58.160 I thought that was Civics 101.
00:26:59.580 I didn't know there was anything controversial about it.
00:27:05.240 Ralph, can we hold you for a few minutes through the break?
00:27:07.540 Because I've got many I got a couple of questions on Israel.
00:27:10.280 You electrified this audience with your live reports from there.
00:27:14.360 Do you have a couple of minutes to just stay through this break?
00:27:16.820 Yeah, maybe a couple.
00:27:19.780 OK, we're going to take a short commercial break.
00:27:22.580 You'll return with Ralph Reed, one of the most prominent members of the of the Christian community in our country,
00:27:28.760 the head of Faith and Freedom Coalition, formerly head of the Christian coalition, has a program.
00:27:35.660 And we're going to put up the site you can go to.
00:27:37.280 They're still raising the money, but it intends to put sixty two million dollars into voter registration and get out the vote.
00:27:42.980 He says it's going to net generate potentially if they hit their projections.
00:27:46.260 Eight million additional votes for President Trump in in twenty twenty four.
00:27:52.380 Sure commercial break.
00:27:53.420 We're going to talk to him about the red lines in Gaza, the red lines with Hamas next in the world.
00:28:00.460 Who can you trust?
00:28:20.240 Government leaders repeatedly fail us.
00:28:22.420 Self-appointed experts have led us astray.
00:28:24.840 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold.
00:28:28.800 We can't quite shake it, but you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.
00:28:36.040 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.
00:28:40.780 Not sure where to start?
00:28:42.160 Well, try this.

00:29:48.320 No matter the role, no matter the administration, I have applied the same standards and the same impartiality.
00:29:55.160 My respect for the Justice Department and my commitment to this country are why I agreed to serve as special counsel when asked by the Attorney General.
00:30:04.380 I resolved to do the work because I did all my work for the Department.
00:30:08.240 Robert Herr is teeing it up.
00:30:10.360 I want to get John Solomon and we'll go back to her.
00:30:12.340 John, you're following closely this J-6 fiasco and the suppression of evidence.
00:30:18.680 How big a deal is this with, first off, with the facts that we now know are accurate and then with the J-6 committee suppressing this information, sir?
00:30:27.280 Yeah, listen, it is Russia collusion perfected, right?
00:30:29.880 In 2015-16, it was the FBI misleading a court.
00:30:33.720 By the time you get to 2023 and 2022, it's a Democrat Congress misleading the entire American public.
00:30:41.140 They're literally saying a third-hand account by Cassidy Hutchinson, who did not witness anything in the presidential limo, is more credible than the driver of the limo, who was an eyewitness, who said nothing happened in the car, like Hutchinson testified.
00:30:56.080 They hid the driver's testimony.
00:30:58.540 They hid all of the evidence that showed that President Trump, just like I reported, because I had Capitol Police documents, offered 10,000 troops three days before January 6th to Washington, D.C. and the Capitol Police.
00:31:10.720 They literally concocted a false story, and the way they did it was to affirm testimony they knew was wrong and to hide, destroy, or transfer testimony that contradicted with their theories to it.
00:31:25.260 We've seen this time and again, and I've said many times on your show, because no one got punished for Russia, the temptation to keep using Democrat-fueled, taxpayer-funded false stories is going to be great until someone pays a penalty.
00:31:38.060 No one's paying a penalty, so the January 6th committee went ahead and misled the American people with millions of dollars of taxpayer money at their behest.
00:31:47.800 But you and I talked about this at the time, and you reported it.
00:31:51.240 The original sin here, how this happened is that it's not a regular official committee like it's been set up for Watergate, for Iran-Contra.
00:31:59.920 They didn't have a ranking member, and they didn't have a minority council.
00:32:02.960 In other words, you couldn't see the evidence, and you couldn't cross-examine the witnesses.
00:32:06.400 They were able to concoct anything they wanted to concoct.
00:32:09.440 This is, by the way, she perjured herself.
00:32:11.700 More importantly, Nancy Pelosi and the chief counsel of the thing, they all are in on this.
00:32:16.520 This is why the Republicans now, Lauterberg's thing's fantastic, but do you agree with me?
00:32:21.200 They've got to go next level on this.
00:32:22.480 There should be criminal referrals put on for perjury, and I think go after Pelosi, the general counsel of the thing, also Kinzinger and Cheney.
00:32:30.720 All of them are in on this to destroy Donald Trump and the mega movement, sir.
00:32:36.360 Think of the family legacy that the Cheney family will have one day.
00:32:40.720 Dad misled the country on WMD.
00:32:43.080 Daughter misled the country on January 6th.
00:32:45.500 And they did it through voodoo investigation, creating the illusion while hiding the facts.
00:32:51.320 And you're right.
00:32:52.020 Congress, just like the courts and every other system, rests on a competitive environment.
00:32:56.820 Both sides have to be able to tell a story for the American people to get the truth.
00:33:01.100 And in this case, the Democrats wired this system so that no truth from the Trump side, no exculpatory information would be found.
00:33:08.260 And they could craft whatever fictional movie they wanted.
00:33:10.880 And they did.
00:33:11.600 And it was a movie.
00:33:12.720 They used video.
00:33:13.600 They used Hollywood producers.
00:33:15.260 The only thing they didn't use were truth and facts.
00:33:17.760 And now we're getting those because a guy named Barry Lauterberg's stubborn enough to keep digging in and poking him until we get the truth.
00:33:23.480 But the White House was in on this.
00:33:25.280 The Homeland Security Department was in on this.
00:33:27.660 This was a large conspiracy.
00:33:29.740 And I think it goes back to no punishment for the Russia collusion guys, no punishment for the laptop guys.
00:33:37.380 There's no disincentive for the Democrats not to lie to the American people.
00:33:40.960 And that's why a criminal referral or referrals, plural, could be a very important tool.
00:33:46.400 If someone gets prosecuted finally for misleading the American public, the incentive to cheat is going to be less in the future.
00:33:52.600 But right now, Dems are doing it with impunity.
00:33:55.280 What do you recommend to Jordan?
00:33:58.880 I know you're close to Jordan and Comer and Johnson.
00:34:01.040 What do you recommend to these guys?
00:34:03.460 Listen, I think the most important thing they have to do now, they've gotten a lot of facts.
00:34:07.420 They have turned the battleship of facts around.
00:34:10.740 But telling this story has been complicated.
00:34:12.800 You've got Ukrainian names, Russian names.
00:34:14.660 You've got all these.
00:34:15.380 It's a very simple story.
00:34:17.360 Joe Biden lied to get into the White House.
00:34:20.680 His son ran the most extraordinary influence peddling operation we've ever seen in American history.
00:34:26.400 So much so, I don't know if you saw the story last week, but his dad, Joe Biden, as vice president, oversees an indictment of a Ukrainian oligarch named Dmitry Fertash.
00:34:35.820 And a few months later, Hunter's on the other side of the transaction telling Dmitry Fertash, I can make my dad's indictment of you go away if you pay me $5 million.
00:34:45.080 And the guy transfers money and the scam is on.
00:34:47.980 That's how bold-faced the influence peddling is.
00:34:50.800 And then the last part of it is they have used every ounce of government since they got in power to prosecute or to persecute Donald Trump and conservatives who support him and to demonize MAGA.
00:35:03.340 And they've often done it with false evidence.
00:35:05.740 I think the story that's going to happen in the next few months that Jim Jordan and James Comer and very loud American are going to get,
00:35:12.120 they're going to show how much the Biden White House was involved in the planning of these prosecutions in Georgia and in Washington and in Florida.
00:35:20.800 That is the holy grail.
00:35:22.040 We already know from my reporting that the White House told the National Archives to sic the FBI and Trump unclassified documents.
00:35:27.940 I sued last week in Georgia with America First Legal because we know there are documents showing White House contacts with the Georgia prosecutor.
00:35:37.680 The White House doesn't belong in any criminal prosecution.
00:35:40.260 And now though they were in two, crack that wide open, you have Watergate for the 21st century.
00:35:48.000 Make a smart on, we're going to cut to her right now's testimony.
00:35:51.220 Make a smart on her.
00:35:52.320 What should the audience be looking for in her testimony today?
00:35:55.300 You're going to hear what an independent prosecutor saw as Biden's state of mind.
00:36:00.340 It's a confused state of mind.
00:36:01.700 The man can't keep facts together, can't remember things.
00:36:04.360 Maybe it's for convenience.
00:36:05.920 Maybe it's because he does have some form of dementia.
00:36:08.880 But we have a president who couldn't even perform in a basic function of an interview with a prosecutor.
00:36:15.600 And that state of mind also goes to state of policy.
00:36:18.440 And I think this moment today will tie together two different things.
00:36:22.380 Joe Biden's policies with Joe Biden's dementia or his aging or whatever it is we want to call it.
00:36:28.200 It is a scary factor that the man with his finger on the nuclear trigger has these many issues before him.
00:36:35.200 And I think one thing that I'll point everyone in the audience to listen to, wait till they get the question about why did Joe Biden have two Ukraine documents from his contacts with the prime minister?
00:36:44.340 The month, the very month that he fired the prosecutor or forced the firing of the prosecutor investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden.
00:36:52.900 He kept two souvenir documents from those period when he was trying to force the firing.
00:36:58.180 That is a very important tell.
00:36:59.880 We're going to see what Robert Hurt tells the American public about that today.
00:37:02.820 That is in the report, yes.
00:37:31.640 And these are national security documents.
00:37:33.740 Afghanistan, I mean, has been mentioned a whole bunch of those things, right?
00:37:37.340 Correct.
00:37:38.460 And at one point in time, his personal attorneys and the DOJ attorneys argued about notes taking all of the different things and compared it to Reagan.
00:37:47.380 I'm sorry, could you repeat that, Congressman?
00:37:49.140 President Biden's attorneys, personal attorneys, talked about the notes and why they didn't actually account for the Presidential Records Act.
00:37:56.300 But, I mean, you found that argument in your report.
00:37:59.620 It seems a little persuasive, but you eventually said, no, the executive order trumps, right?
00:38:04.280 We did set forth an analysis of the governing law and ultimately concluded that the executive order, 13526, does apply and did govern former Vice President Biden at the time.
00:38:15.320 So you have audio recording from his ghostwriter where the president acknowledges that the information he has is classified and he's sharing with his ghostwriter.
00:38:25.460 We have an audio recording capturing a statement from Mr. Biden saying to his ghostwriter in February of 2017, quote, I just found all the classified stuff downstairs, end quote.
00:38:36.020 And then again, reciting passages from a meeting in the Situation Room.
00:38:40.700 Yes.
00:38:41.160 And those are in President Biden's own words.
00:38:43.820 Correct.
00:38:44.460 Right.
00:38:44.720 So he's, and the ghostwriter has no classified, no, he has no clearance, no classified clearance to anything, correct?
00:38:52.460 That is our understanding that Mr. Zwanitzer was not authorized to receive classified information.
00:38:56.840 Okay, so the elements are possessed documents, the documents related to national defense, and willfully retain those documents, and in this case, shared them with somebody who was not allowed to receive them.
00:39:11.680 There are different subsections of 18 U.S.C. 793.
00:39:15.620 One subsection relates to the willful retention, and another relates to disclosure of national defense information.
00:39:21.060 Well, I mean, the willful retention, we've got the Penn Biden Center, the garage, the basement den, the main floor office, the third floor den, the University of Delaware, and the Biden Institute.
00:39:28.880 We have a 50-year career of a person who has not been very great at dealing with classified documents throughout, even prior to his time as vice president, when he was in the U.S. Senate, right?
00:39:39.600 We do address each set of those documents in the report, Congressman.
00:39:43.000 So the difference, but I think this is really important, because the difference is it appears just from reading the report, and we heard all about exonerated and all those different things, it appears from the report he met every actual element of the crime.
00:39:57.240 So I want to talk about the department principles on federal prosecution, because that actually has nothing to do with the underlying elements, correct?
00:40:04.920 It's whether or not you can prove this at trial.
00:40:06.840 Under the department's justice manual and the principles of federal prosecution, a prosecutor has to assess the evidence and determine whether, in his or her judgment, the probable outcome will be a conviction at trial.
00:40:19.940 So whether or not you meet the elements of the crime, which I think it's clear that he does, the second part of this is this, and that's where it gets into the sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.
00:40:30.680 You could have just said, we don't prosecute sitting presidents, but you did not, and you entered this, but that doesn't have anything to do with the actual elements of the crime.
00:40:39.140 That has to do with getting a conviction at trial, correct?
00:40:42.160 Well, Congressman, part and parcel of a prosecutor's judgment as to whether or not a conviction is the probable outcome of trial is assessing how the evidence identified during the investigation lines up with the elements and what proof can be offered to a jury during a trial.
00:40:56.860 Sure, but his well-meaning, elderly old man has nothing to do with the underlying elements of the crime.
00:41:02.400 Well, it certainly has something to do with the way that a jury is going to perceive and receive and consider and make conclusions based on evidence at trial, Congressman.
00:41:19.500 Time of the gentlemen has expired. The chair now recognizes the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, Mr. Natter.
00:41:23.580 Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:41:25.320 Mr. Herr, in your written testimony, you say that you found some evidence that the president might have willfully retained classified materials at the end of his vice presidency, correct?
00:41:35.080 Correct.
00:41:36.040 But ultimately, you concluded that you could not prove the charge in the court of law.
00:41:39.400 In your words, you, quote, did not identify evidence that rose to the level of proof beyond reasonable doubt, close quote, correct?
00:41:45.300 That was my judgment.
00:41:46.540 You have been a prosecutor for a long time, Mr. Herr.
00:41:48.880 Would you agree that there is no such thing as being a little bit charged for a crime?
00:41:52.320 You're either charged or you're not, correct?
00:41:56.320 Could you please repeat the question, Congressman?
00:41:58.480 Would you agree that there is no such thing as being a little bit charged for a crime?
00:42:02.460 You're either charged or you are not charged, correct?
00:42:05.500 Yes, it is binary. Either one is not charged or charged.
00:42:08.200 Thank you. So just to be clear, because so many people have taken your words out of context,
00:42:12.700 your ultimate conclusion was that President Biden could not be charged with a crime
00:42:16.320 because even after your thorough investigation, you could not find sufficient evidence to charge him, correct?
00:42:22.160 My conclusion was that based on my evaluation of the evidence as a prosecutor...
00:42:26.960 Don't feel about it. Correct?
00:42:28.580 I'm sorry, Congressman. I didn't hear your last question.
00:42:31.180 I said based on your conclusion, your ultimate conclusion is that President Biden could not be charged with a crime
00:42:36.960 because even after your thorough investigation, you could not find sufficient evidence to charge him.
00:42:41.640 Correct or not correct?
00:42:43.220 My ultimate conclusion was that criminal charges were not warranted.
00:42:46.320 Correct. Now let's talk about why...
00:42:48.480 I have limited time, so please, when I say correct or not correct, answer the question.
00:42:52.840 Now let's talk about why, in sharp contrast to President Biden,
00:42:56.800 President Trump faces 40 charges related to the unlawful retention of highly classified documents.
00:43:02.140 That is, of course, apart from the additional 51 counts in cases alleging that he incited a rebellion
00:43:07.600 and lied about his finances. You found that President Biden reported the possible classified documents
00:43:12.620 in his possession to the FBI as soon as he learned of them, correct?
00:43:17.900 There was a voluntary disclosure by the President's counsel to authorities relating to the discovery of classified documents
00:43:24.340 of the Ben Bidens.
00:43:25.020 Let's contrast this with President Trump.
00:43:27.500 Are you aware that the FBI only learned that Trump was in possession of classified material
00:43:31.740 after the National Archives discovered them?
00:43:34.240 Congressman, I am not intimately familiar with the facts relating to former President Trump.
00:43:38.960 I'm prepared to comment on them to the extent that I address them in the report.
00:43:41.940 You write in your report that President Biden, quote,
00:43:44.600 would not have handed the government classified documents from his own home on a silver platter
00:43:48.480 if he had willfully retained those documents for years, close quote.
00:43:53.320 In other words, part of understanding President Biden's intent was that he quickly and voluntarily
00:43:58.100 returned those documents to the government, correct?
00:44:00.900 That was a factor in our analysis, yes.
00:44:03.320 Thank you.
00:44:04.140 By way of contrast, to the best of your knowledge,
00:44:07.320 why did the Department of Justice seek a warrant to search Mar-a-Lago?
00:44:11.660 Congressman, I am not familiar with those deliberations.
00:44:14.860 That is a matter that I had no participation in.
00:44:16.640 Well, I'll tell you it was because they were concerned that Trump had lied about possession of those documents
00:44:21.100 and might conceal or destroy them.
00:44:23.800 Special Counsel Smith found that President Trump obstructed his investigation
00:44:27.520 by suggesting that his attorney falsely represent to the FBI and grand jury
00:44:32.140 that Trump did not have the documents called for by the grand jury subpoena.
00:44:36.900 At any point in your investigation,
00:44:39.260 do you have any reason to believe that President Biden lied to you?
00:44:41.920 I can only take so much of Jerry.
00:44:43.460 I can only take so much of Jerry Nadal.
00:44:45.440 When I say it's correct, I want you to answer.
00:44:48.340 We're going to go back.
00:44:49.560 We're going to dip in and out of this.

00:46:33.600 Raheem, and by the way, National Pulse, you've done an analysis already.
00:46:37.620 You've gotten the actual transcript of the, I guess, the deposition of Biden.
00:46:45.920 It's up on National Pulse.
00:46:47.220 You're breaking it down.
00:46:48.060 What are we going to see today on this?
00:46:51.540 Got it all here, Steve, going through it line by line.
00:46:55.020 Got my highlight around, reminds me of the early war room impeachment days,
00:47:00.280 going through all the transcripts and finding out where the lies were.
00:47:05.360 Got the second part of the transcripts over here,
00:47:08.080 and we've already got several stories up at thenationalpulse.com
00:47:11.700 for people to get to grips with here.
00:47:14.680 There are certain things that just jump out off these pages
00:47:18.680 at you, ladies and gentlemen.
00:47:20.440 And don't necessarily just take my word for it, right?
00:47:23.600 These are the sorts of things that if you have the time, you really should get into.
00:47:28.620 Don't let the Fox News anchors and the Raheem Kassams even of the world
00:47:33.800 dictate to you your interpretation of these things.
00:47:36.700 It's a fascinating part of history that we're seeing, and it's fascinating for several reasons.
00:47:40.260 Number one is the big picture, big ticket item that we led with this morning, right?
00:47:44.440 And you'll remember when this came out, I remember I was in Las Vegas waiting for that Nevada primary.
00:47:52.140 And Biden goes up on stage, and he says, how dare the special counsel bring up my son?
00:47:57.440 And of course, I remember when he died.
00:47:59.700 Well, these transcripts are pretty unequivocal.
00:48:01.840 It was Joe Biden who first raised Beau Biden, seven minutes into the first interview, by the way,
00:48:09.700 and indeed could not remember, had to be told by White House counsel what year he died in.
00:48:16.000 He originally was talking 2017, 2018.
00:48:18.960 White House counsel was like, ah, it was 2015, actually, May the 30th.
00:48:22.760 To which Joe Biden responded, is that right?
00:48:25.000 Was that the date?
00:48:26.200 The second part of it comes down to he couldn't remember when he was vice president.
00:48:32.220 He even queried if he was vice president four months into his vice presidential tenure.
00:48:38.780 So he's brought information that says, you know, in 2009, this, that, and the other.
00:48:44.060 He says, was I still vice president back then?
00:48:47.080 Same thing happens later on in the transcript as well.
00:48:49.580 He's told about something that happened in 2015.
00:48:53.520 He says, was I still vice president back then?
00:48:55.240 He has to be told by White House counsel, yes, you were still vice president until January 2017.
00:49:01.400 So that's the first big ticket item, is that when Joe Biden went up there and he gave his
00:49:05.920 angry rebuttal to her report originally, he was very, very clearly lying about the investigation here.
00:49:15.300 The second part, which we have just put up at thenationalpulse.com, I wonder if we can even
00:49:20.040 get it up on screen for people here, is that very early on page eight of the transcript,
00:49:25.960 he talks about the quote, real advantage that he was getting from working with the Penn Biden
00:49:32.500 center.
00:49:32.960 And that real advantage in his words is cash money.
00:49:38.620 He says, I'm going to try and read it verbatim for you here, in amongst all of the mess that
00:49:44.100 I have of these transcripts, Steve, this morning, you know what I'm like with this quote from
00:49:49.800 Joe Biden.
00:49:50.900 And the real advantage I had in the Penn job was they gave me money to hire staff.
00:49:55.900 So I was able to hire some first rate people like the secretary of state.
00:50:00.220 Now he's talking about Anthony Blinken quotes.
00:50:02.300 He's my secretary of state.
00:50:03.600 He was working for me at the Penn center at the Penn Biden center.
00:50:07.620 Why is that important?
00:50:09.680 Well, there was something like 63 donations, many of them anonymous from Chinese individuals
00:50:16.080 to that center between the years of 2015 and 2019.
00:50:21.220 We're still not entirely sure what so many Chinese individuals were doing, given giving money
00:50:27.680 to the Penn Biden center.
00:50:29.360 But I think you can probably figure it out.
00:50:32.000 I think you can probably read between the lines.
00:50:34.520 The critical part of that is contextualization, of course.
00:50:37.460 At that point in the transcripts, they're talking about foreign policy and foreign policy
00:50:41.900 making.
00:50:42.660 So that's just a couple of the things we're finding already.
00:50:45.580 I mean, we're only about a third of the way into the first transcript.
00:50:48.660 Probably got another hundred pages to go on this stuff, Steve.
00:50:52.080 But there's a lot.
00:50:53.260 I mean, I had the staff put together how many times Joe Biden has said, I don't remember,
00:50:57.680 I don't recall, I don't know, I'm not sure, it doesn't occur to me.
00:51:01.020 We're talking close to a hundred times in total over the course of two hours, two and
00:51:05.140 a half hours worth of interview that Biden just goes, I don't know, I don't remember,
00:51:09.020 I don't recall.
00:51:10.020 So, you know, I'm happy to take Robert Hur at his word.
00:51:12.640 This is a man who does not have a fully functioning memory of what was going on at the time.
00:51:20.600 Raheem, I tell you what, we're going to let you bounce back into that and keep going
00:51:24.060 through it.
00:51:24.440 I'm going to bring you back in a little while because it's another topic I want to talk to you
00:51:27.280 about, about your, this thing about the Democratic Party not certifying President Trump, because
00:51:32.360 even more information has come out about this.
00:51:34.200 We'll get you at 11, in the 11 o'clock hour.
00:51:37.040 We'll let you go back to breaking this down.
00:51:39.560 Okay.
00:51:39.820 The nationalpulse.com forward slash war room.
00:51:43.720 Got to get it.
00:51:44.700 National Pulse got all the best analysis out there.
00:51:47.400 Birchgold.com, Biden, $7.3 trillion budget for 2025, $7.3 trillion.
00:51:56.100 They project, their projection, a $1.8 trillion deficit, a $1.8 trillion deficit.
00:52:04.240 Now, you know it's going to be, and that includes very rosy tax outlook, which they swung, they
00:52:09.500 missed badly this current year.
00:52:12.660 So, and last year also.
00:52:15.360 So, you know that this deficit is going to be, I think, two and a half.
00:52:19.980 He may actually get to a $3 trillion deficit.
00:52:22.020 This is just pure insanity.
00:52:24.920 That's why more than ever, you need to go to Birchgold.
00:52:26.880 Go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the end of the dollar empire.
00:52:31.620 But more importantly, get Philip Patrick and the team on top of this.
00:52:35.460 Get them on this.
00:52:37.260 Make sure you ask them, why is gold a hedge?
00:52:39.300 Why is gold near an all-time high?
00:52:41.980 What is happening?
00:52:42.820 What are the converging forces?
00:52:44.060 We give you the macro on the show every day.
00:52:46.920 Make sure you talk about the specifics.
00:52:48.380 It's the micro about pricing and all of that valuation with Philip Patrick.
00:52:53.340 That's Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:52:56.780 Get Philip Patrick and the team up there.
00:52:58.420 Let's go back.
00:52:59.400 Let's go back to her.
00:53:00.700 This is going to be pretty explosive throughout the day.
00:53:02.520 Let's go ahead and hear it.
00:53:03.140 ... tool of despotism.
00:53:04.860 And I am desperately afraid that this decision of the Department of Justice is now crossed
00:53:12.140 a very bright line.
00:53:14.100 And I yield back.
00:53:15.280 The gentleman yields back.
00:53:16.320 Chairman, I ask for unanimous consent to interest.
00:53:18.380 Introduce the State of the Union as I think is at the end of the hearing.
00:53:21.600 Without objection, that will be introduced.
00:53:25.120 The ranking member is recognized for unanimous consent.
00:53:27.620 Mr. Chairman, I ask unanimous consent that a copy of an article this morning's The Washington
00:53:33.800 Post entitled, Full Transcript of Biden's Special Counsel Interview Paints, Nuanced Portrait.
00:53:39.780 The President doesn't come across as absent-minded as her has made him out to be.
00:53:45.060 Without objection.
00:53:46.240 Thank you.
00:53:46.580 The chair recognizes, now recognizes the general aide from California for five minutes.
00:53:50.120 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:53:51.220 And thank you, Mr. Herb, for being here today.
00:53:54.060 I found your report very interesting, and I learned some things about it.
00:53:59.980 The law and the precedents.
00:54:02.620 There are clear differences between the cases.
00:54:05.700 We're going to cut back in at the top of the hour.
00:54:08.080 Raheem's going through the actual deposition of Joe Biden.
00:54:11.960 And like he says, he's going to put analysis up there.
00:54:13.920 Make sure that's also going to link to it.
00:54:15.780 So for the war room posse, he likes the receipts.
00:54:18.700 You're going to get plenty of that today.
00:54:21.700 Plenty of that.
00:54:22.780 In the 11 o'clock hour, we're going to get Raheem back up.
00:54:25.920 TikTok is going to be voted.
00:54:28.040 First of all, 1 o'clock today, a secure briefing by FBI, DOJ, CIA, DNI to the House members.
00:54:37.180 Vote is going to be tomorrow.
00:54:38.340 There is intense lobbying, and part of that is the moneyed interest and the lobbyist doing it.
00:54:44.120 But another part, they've really allowed these young kids to swamp the switchboard,
00:54:50.940 even more than the war room posse does than when we're up and on it on some action.
00:54:55.560 It's just inundated with young people who don't even know much about Congress,
00:54:58.760 but it's working against them because it shows you kind of the Red Guard mentality that this device can do.
00:55:06.540 Remember, TikTok is by far the most dangerous of all the information warfare weapons that –
00:55:13.960 and it is a weapon that the Chinese Communist Party has put out there.
00:55:16.880 So that vote is going to be tomorrow.
00:55:18.240 We're going to talk more about TikTok in the second hour, also about Taylor Swift
00:55:23.020 and the possibilities – what the possibilities that are out there from her schedule.
00:55:28.460 Because I think as we've gone through her schedule and you think about what's happening with TikTok,
00:55:32.320 I don't think it's a coincidence.
00:55:34.020 I don't believe in coincidences.
00:55:35.320 So we're going to take a short commercial break here at the top hour.
00:55:38.560 We're going to come back.
00:55:38.960 It's a lot going on today.
00:55:40.100 You've got a tick-tick, this huge tic-tac battle.
00:55:43.020 President Trump now talking about the budget of Joe Biden and where he differs in that.
00:55:50.460 They're lying about President Trump wanting to cut Social Security or Medicare.
00:55:54.880 Nothing could be farther from the truth.
00:55:56.880 But they are desperate in their attempts to attack him.
00:56:00.540 Short commercial break.
00:56:02.140 11 o'clock hour.
00:56:03.040 We're going to go back to the hearing.
00:56:04.100 More news and analysis.
