Bannon's War Room - Episode 3456： The CCP Fears A Second Trump Term

00:00:00.000 A piece ago, we found what can only be described as the buriedest of buried leads, right,

00:00:06.600 which was in the Atlantic magazine, the Democrats effectively signaling that should there be

00:00:12.120 a Trump victory in November, they would do their uttermost to refuse certification on

00:00:18.480 January the 6th, 2025.

00:00:20.380 Their rationale appears to be January 6th, 2021.

00:00:25.240 They claim that it is incumbent upon the U.S.

00:00:28.160 Congress to not allow a quote-unquote insurrectionist back into the Oval Office and that, therefore,

00:00:33.340 they will use that as a mechanism by which to block certification of results on January

00:00:38.740 6th, 2025.

00:00:40.520 So, we started to look a little bit deeper, started to scratch beneath the surface of those

00:00:45.920 claims and those conversations that were being made, and thanks to our friends at Rasmussen

00:00:50.920 Reports, we actually now can also reveal this morning some polling data that we have found

00:00:56.220 as a result of that, you know, like you said, emotional response to what is going on with

00:01:03.860 Donald Trump and what is going on with the country at the moment.

00:01:06.720 The split screens are all over the place, by the way, and it's against the backdrop of

00:01:10.300 those split screens, whether you want to call them, you know, the border split screens, the

00:01:15.260 State of the Union split screens, the rally split screens.

00:01:19.000 This, what you're seeing on your screens at the moment, ladies and gentlemen, are the numbers

00:01:23.100 that come off the back of that.

00:01:25.260 And what these numbers tell us is that 57% of likely Democrat voters say they support the

00:01:34.200 idea that their representative should reject certification on January 6th, 2025, if there

00:01:41.660 is a Trump victory.

00:01:43.200 Those are not small numbers by any stretch of the imagination.

00:01:46.880 Those are massive numbers.

00:01:48.220 Those are concerning numbers.

00:01:49.420 And Steve, those are numbers that set up January 6th, 2025 to make January 6th, 2021 look like

00:01:56.840 a walk in the park.

00:01:57.940 So that comes to what number?

00:01:59.460 What number does that come to in your calculation?

00:02:01.540 The baseline we've got right now in starting this is what?

00:02:06.180 So it's 211 seats that were carried by Donald Trump.

00:02:09.460 That's more than two more than 2022.

00:02:12.160 And there's 222 seats that voted to the right of President Trump's vote share.

00:02:17.160 So that down ballot, right?

00:02:19.280 An increase of one seat.

00:02:21.140 So the median district marginally shifted towards Republicans.

00:02:25.540 Young Kim is now the median, which is Trump minus 1.9.

00:02:29.900 And it used to be Kilmeade in Michigan, Trump down 2%.

00:02:34.540 So that's great.

00:02:36.720 That's huge, huge victory.

00:02:38.460 And yeah, we pulled an article here.

00:02:40.360 This is about all you see.

00:02:41.480 We had, you know, sort of a great combination of a couple fronts, New York, Wisconsin, some

00:02:47.240 good primary victories that keep us competitive in some of these seats.

00:02:50.680 So the House, if you read that playbook article, they say, oh, there's these Republicans and

00:02:55.480 Democrats.

00:02:56.380 The House is really one of the big games in town because the media, Wall Street, they're

00:03:01.380 all pumping this as their best shot to sort of put a check on President Trump, impeach,

00:03:07.460 and halt the MAGA agenda.

00:03:08.680 So it's really a knife fight in every district.

00:03:11.160 It's important that the posse understand that obviously getting President Trump in there

00:03:15.120 is the top priority.

00:03:16.020 But this is right on the next one.

00:03:17.700 But hold it.

00:03:18.240 But hang on.

00:03:19.680 But hang on.

00:03:20.180 They're saying something even different now.

00:03:22.280 They're saying that on January 6th, they're not going to certify.

00:03:25.220 Remember, the question Rasmussen asked, Alex, wasn't if President Trump cheated, if there

00:03:30.780 was questions about, you know, legitimacy.

00:03:33.360 They're saying if Trump won, would you support your congressman voting against certifying his

00:03:41.100 election?

00:03:41.800 57% of Democrats that intend to vote said they will.

00:03:46.460 So not only do they have the ability to say, hey, we can stop his agenda, we can impeach

00:03:51.680 him, which they'll do immediately.

00:03:53.660 But they're saying now it could be so it could be the full gamut.

00:03:56.240 My point is, this is the single most important House election, I think, in the history of

00:04:02.080 the country.

00:04:02.640 I think you can make that argument that this is even more important than some of the House

00:04:06.220 elections before the Civil War.

00:04:10.860 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:04:15.940 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:04:21.020 You're just not going to free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:04:25.240 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:04:27.300 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:04:28.720 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to

00:04:30.900 stop it.

00:04:31.360 It's going to happen.

00:04:32.640 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:04:36.040 MAGA media.

00:04:37.360 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:04:42.780 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:04:46.580 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:04:52.760 War Room.

00:04:53.800 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:04:55.840 Mann.

00:05:02.160 Tuesday, 12 March, year of early, 2024.

00:05:04.440 Raheem is back.

00:05:05.300 He's still going through the actual transcript of Biden's deposition and putting it up on

00:05:10.380 National Pulse.

00:05:13.000 Make sure you go over there, check it out.

00:05:14.380 We're also going to go back to the hearing with something interesting.

00:05:16.900 I will be blunt.

00:05:18.960 I don't like the way I would be much more aggressive with her, but hey, of course, War Room always 0.90

00:05:26.580 wants to be more aggressive, right?

00:05:27.980 But I want to connect some dots here.

00:05:29.640 We had Alex de Gras on.

00:05:31.120 And what de Gras is saying is that given the fights that we've had and actually held this

00:05:37.700 on the redistricting, still some fights to go, but it's not as far from as grim as Mark

00:05:43.720 Elias, which is Raheem's nemesis.

00:05:47.200 Because remember, Raheem outed him on the Transition Integrity Project back in July of

00:05:52.320 2020, July and August of 2020, where they actually laid out how they were going to steal

00:05:56.960 the 2020 election.

00:05:59.480 Here you've got where it actually looks like we're well positioned in the House.

00:06:03.400 Now, it's ours to lose, and it can be lost, okay?

00:06:06.880 And of course, in these primaries, we've got to get some of these normies out and get more 0.91

00:06:11.960 MAGA in there.

00:06:12.940 But it's up in there.

00:06:13.600 But it's, Raheem, it looks like we're in the 216 to 218, and I could actually argue maybe

00:06:19.600 222, and it's looking good, and people are feeling confident about it.

00:06:25.200 But there's still a, you know, 15 or 20 of these districts that are up for grabs.

00:06:30.840 In addition, you make the point, and this is the key point, they're obviously, if they

00:06:35.480 take the House, they're going to impeach him.

00:06:37.180 They're going to thwart everything he does.

00:06:38.780 There's going to be a budget.

00:06:39.440 It'll be a disaster if we don't take the House.

00:06:41.320 We need Trump's presidency to have a Republican House and a Senate, but particularly the House,

00:06:46.860 because they can start to impeach him in the House, and they'll do it right away.

00:06:49.260 But as you've pointed out, it's more insidious than that.

00:06:52.860 They are not going to seat him and have a huge constitutional crisis right at the beginning of this thing

00:06:57.560 with the new Congress.

00:06:58.780 Remember, it's the new Congress that gets sworn, it gets voted in in November, it gets

00:07:03.380 seated the 3rd of January.

00:07:06.260 They're the group that certifies the 2024 election, and you've brought up, and this is why the

00:07:11.180 TikTok, I'm going to add another element to it now, TikTok is such an important fight because

00:07:16.020 TikTok, as Matt Gaetz told me in July of 2022, he says, hey, we're not going to get the 30,

00:07:23.060 35 seats.

00:07:23.720 You're not going to get the 25 seats because they're going to close the gap because of Dobbs,

00:07:28.220 these young women in TikTok.

00:07:30.060 He said TikTok is a, and today they're going to give a presentation at 1 o'clock, secured

00:07:35.780 presentation to the House to talk about election interference by the CCP on TikTok.

00:07:41.020 Just one last thing I'll add, and this is the Taylor Swift situation.

00:07:44.700 I don't believe in coincidences.

00:07:46.400 Her tour, which is the biggest tour, I think, in music history, stops on 20 August and doesn't

00:07:51.660 pick back up until mid-November, early to mid-November, mid-November, fully available

00:07:57.480 after Labor Day to do whatever.

00:08:00.120 And she's pretty adamant.

00:08:02.360 She got involved in the 22 midterms.

00:08:05.900 And Taylor Swift, with TikTok in back of it, is a formidable presence.

00:08:10.940 And anybody that doesn't believe that, I don't think is looking at the demographic and the

00:08:15.760 power she has with that demographic. 0.99

00:08:17.200 Raheem Kassam, your thoughts on all this?

00:08:20.620 Yeah, there's a lot there.

00:08:22.620 Yeah, I'll just pick a little bit back up there as well.

00:08:25.860 You've got to read between some of these lines here.

00:08:28.040 Remember, she was so slammed in getting all these tour dates jammed in, especially around

00:08:33.060 the Super Bowl.

00:08:34.240 They actually say she got sick, but she kept performing afterwards.

00:08:37.120 So she hasn't had a break, even though she was sick.

00:08:39.960 But she will take a break on the couple of months run up right up until the election.

00:08:44.520 Hmm, I wonder what could be happening then.

00:08:47.460 I wonder who she might be going up on stage with every couple of days.

00:08:51.920 You know, we saw those.

00:08:52.760 We saw those.

00:08:53.320 Hey, put the dots together, ladies and gentlemen.

00:08:55.720 We saw the pictures of the Biden rally the other day.

00:08:58.880 What were there, like eight people in line?

00:09:01.200 There's about 40 foot between them in those lines.

00:09:04.880 There's only one way these guys know how to juice those numbers.

00:09:08.440 And that is, you know, with the celebrity factor.

00:09:10.640 That's what they're going to do.

00:09:12.000 It's not always going to be Taylor Swift, by the way.

00:09:13.800 They're going to roll from all different people.

00:09:15.540 No, no, no, no.

00:09:15.940 Hang on.

00:09:16.340 Hang on.

00:09:17.720 By Trump plays the big rooms.

00:09:20.380 He's a headliner.

00:09:21.200 He plays the big rooms.

00:09:22.800 Biden's a lounge act.

00:09:23.980 We know that from 2020 when they hit him in the basement or they come up and have the

00:09:27.800 big circles.

00:09:28.660 He's still a lounge act in Atlanta the other day.

00:09:31.500 Raheem, there weren't 40 people there, were there?

00:09:33.720 I mean, it was embarrassing.

00:09:34.640 They had all the they said, well, it was a very exclusive event.

00:09:37.220 I go, is it so exclusive?

00:09:38.640 Why did you have all the barricades out there like you were going to have thousands of

00:09:41.420 people so he can't he can't draw?

00:09:44.040 And they understand that's going to be a big psychological thing.

00:09:46.160 He's going to need somebody to help draw.

00:09:48.020 I'm not saying Taylor Swift's going to be on the campaign, but it's just there are no

00:09:52.220 coincidences that she's taken, I think, 30 days off of one or two breaks in the tour

00:09:56.720 so far.

00:09:57.260 Here, there's a big gap from 20 August until it starts back up in Canada, I think in mid-November

00:10:03.120 and between Labor Day when the really the very particularly low information voters.

00:10:08.020 And I would never say that her her her crew would be low information voters, but let's

00:10:12.800 assume that they are low information voters really get engaged after Labor Day and you

00:10:18.240 got the power of TikTok.

00:10:19.460 This is why you got to get rid of TikTok.

00:10:21.760 You're sir.

00:10:22.360 You're violent.

00:10:22.960 And frankly, you know, at this point, let's hear her deny it, you know, because a couple

00:10:28.320 of weeks ago, she was claiming, oh, you know, I'm not going to get involved in politics

00:10:30.740 whatsoever.

00:10:32.020 Then she puts out this Instagram thing.

00:10:33.740 I think it was Super Tuesday.

00:10:35.520 You think that the Democrat pollsters with all their AI, with all of their TikTok API tools,

00:10:41.840 all of this are not in the field, are in multiple fields asking the people who showed up on Super

00:10:47.340 Tuesday, hey, were you influenced it all by Taylor Swift telling you?

00:10:50.460 And they're running those numbers and they're seeing where it applies on a county by county

00:10:54.060 basis.

00:10:54.940 Get this is what people need to get their head in the game.

00:10:57.420 And I've got to say it this way.

00:10:59.340 And don't take it as like an insult to Margo World or the Margo team or anything.

00:11:03.540 But we are inching closer.

00:11:05.880 You know, 2016 got 2020, right?

00:11:08.260 We are inching closer to 2024, getting 2020 as well with this TikTok stuff and all this,

00:11:13.100 because we're not seeing the wood for the trees here.

00:11:16.240 This is critical.

00:11:17.540 This is important.

00:11:18.300 A lot of people like to joke about it.

00:11:20.500 But there's also, think about this, there's also a reason that the headlines keep going

00:11:24.940 up on CNN, New York Times, you name it, that says, you know, Trump isn't going to be able

00:11:28.880 to do the big rallies.

00:11:29.880 He can't afford to do the big rallies.

00:11:31.380 He doesn't have the money for the big rallies.

00:11:32.960 You know, if Biden were not planning some big celebrity huge rallies, celebrity-backed,

00:11:40.340 celebrity-induced huge rallies, they wouldn't be saying that sort of thing right now.

00:11:44.080 They're trying to create a split-screen moment.

00:11:47.100 Remember, all of the split-screen moments over the past couple of weeks have ended up against

00:11:51.740 Joe Biden's favor. 0.99

00:11:52.840 They all look like trash at the border. 0.98

00:11:54.800 You know, what's going on right now, by the way, what I hold in my hand, the transcript 0.96

00:11:58.320 of the classified documents, this, this looks a lot, lot, lot worse, especially to American

00:12:04.600 public, in a legal sense, but especially to the American public.

00:12:07.360 This is going to end up looking a lot, lot worse than whatever they say was going on at

00:12:11.420 Mar-a-Lago.

00:12:11.780 Why do you think, by the way, that CNN, Caitlin Collins, has that valet from Mar-a-Lago on 1.00

00:12:18.060 TV for two hours yesterday going, oh, yeah, you know, I was pretty sure he was up to something.

00:12:23.460 Hold it.

00:12:24.300 That was totally random.

00:12:25.900 You know, it's totally a random event.

00:12:28.020 It would happen on the eve of her testimony.

00:12:30.320 This is why it's no coincidence that that was completely set up.

00:12:33.200 You agree, sir?

00:12:34.580 It's a complete set up, and it's so obvious at this point in time.

00:12:38.480 And by the way, you know, the other set up is here as well.

00:12:40.700 You know, Chris Cuomo going on Tucker and saying, oh, yeah, Trump's got it in the bag.

00:12:44.440 Don't worry about it.

00:12:45.340 That is a voter suppression technique right there.

00:12:47.940 That is designed to create complacency.

00:12:50.220 And I would have pushed back on that immediately and said, hold on a minute.

00:12:52.380 You can't say that.

00:12:53.280 I know what you're trying to do.

00:12:54.080 You're trying to get people to believe that they don't have to work hard 26 hours of every

00:12:58.480 single day between now and the election to make those victories happen.

00:13:01.300 And it's not just like you said.

00:13:03.520 Let's go full circle here.

00:13:04.820 It's not just the top of the ticket that matters here.

00:13:07.980 If you vote in Donald Trump as the next president of the United States and you do not have Republicans

00:13:12.520 down the ticket, you do not have a Republican Congress, then Donald Trump will not be the

00:13:17.460 president of the United States after January the 6th.

00:13:20.360 Get that in your heads.

00:13:21.520 Get it in your friends' heads.

00:13:22.840 Get it in your family members' heads.

00:13:24.180 Get it in your colleagues' heads, because those are the stakes here.

00:13:28.000 Hey, hang on.

00:13:29.400 I need to hold you through the break.

00:13:30.440 By the way, I was not trying to insult the Taylor Swifties.

00:13:34.020 I want to go back to Ralph Reed.

00:13:35.760 Ralph Reed, when he's talking about going out and signing up evangelicals that don't vote,

00:13:40.060 those are what's called low-propensity, low-information voters.

00:13:43.660 These are people that are really outside the political system.

00:13:45.840 So he's going to turn out all the evangelicals and traditional Catholics that do vote, but

00:13:49.700 he's going to try to register millions, right, and turn out a net 8 million new voters

00:13:55.520 for President Trump.

00:13:56.340 That is low-propensity, low-information.

00:13:58.560 That is exactly what I'm sure they're modeling right now on the Swift situation.

00:14:02.380 And they look at TikTok as the instrument to get to those folks, particularly when you

00:14:08.180 take a gap from August 20th to mid-November.

00:14:10.540 You put TikTok as a weapon right there.

00:14:13.000 They're looking to get low-propensity, low-information voters to the poll.

00:14:17.600 And I think there's going to be a base election plus, when I say plus, it'll be those low-information,

00:14:22.980 low-propensity voters that you turn out.

00:14:24.600 I don't think there's going to be a lot of converting people that are already pretty set

00:14:28.600 in their ways.

00:14:29.120 I think it's all about turnout.

00:14:30.340 And it's all about turnout and registration.

00:14:32.160 And that is why TikTok, which is a weapon of the Chinese Communist Party, I don't love 0.98

00:14:37.100 this deal they have on the table.

00:14:38.760 I would love to just take the algorithm and shut the thing down.

00:14:41.180 President Trump's first proposal during his presidency was the proposal I thought was

00:14:45.980 appropriate here that should be done.

00:16:19.120 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:21.680 The case we're making here is that this House race this time is something exceptional in American history 0.85

00:16:30.940 because it is hardwired into the presidency, right?

00:16:36.460 Normally people say, oh, down tickets, people, split tickets.

00:16:38.560 This is because, and Raheem's going to walk you through it, they intend not to certify Trump as president.

00:16:46.540 I mean, they're open about it.

00:16:47.660 They lost 9-0, and they're going to try everything they possibly can.

00:16:50.140 They're going to pull every trick in the book.

00:16:51.960 This is why the turbulence is not going to stop.

00:16:55.120 President Trump's second, his third victory in second term are going to take the full force

00:17:00.980 of not just the deep state and the administrative state, but the global administrative state,

00:17:05.660 all of it.

00:17:06.720 This is why things are not going to change, and this is why I think one of the reasons that gold

00:17:10.840 is at an all-time high or near its all-time high now, particularly when they see things like

00:17:15.280 Biden's proposal, 7.3 trade and spending, 1.8, when they project 1.8 trade dollar deficit,

00:17:22.840 double it, or, you know, it's going to get, it's going to be closer to 3 than it is to 1.8.

00:17:27.860 We've got to start taking the over and under on this.

00:17:30.500 Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon right now and talk to, of course,

00:17:33.860 you get the end of the dollar empire totally free, all the installments,

00:17:36.520 but most importantly, it's now time to talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:17:40.240 So immerse yourself in information over there at the site.

00:17:43.020 They've got newsletter, they've got emails they send out all the time.

00:17:45.960 Make sure you sign up for that, but particularly, you do that too,

00:17:49.220 you can get to that by just signing up for the War Room email.

00:17:51.600 But make sure that you talk to Philip Patrick and the team and do it now.

00:17:55.640 So, Raheem, you've tangled with Mark Elias.

00:17:58.540 You're the guy that found it and dug it up in the summer of 2020, Mark Elias' plan,

00:18:03.200 in which, hey, give the devil his due. 0.97

00:18:05.160 He walked us through exactly how he was going to steal the 2020 election.

00:18:10.340 He's the architect of it, him, and I think it's Bauer, the other senior lawyer over there.

00:18:17.180 They walked us through exactly how they were still to the point they said,

00:18:20.540 hey, at 11 o'clock on election day, Donald Trump is going to be winning by a landslide.

00:18:25.920 But don't fear not, fear not, because two weeks later, Biden's going to be named the president.

00:18:31.380 You've got little Jamie Raskin and Mark Elias.

00:18:33.860 And I realize people can't stand the sight of them or their voice.

00:18:36.880 I got that.

00:18:37.980 But these are quite brilliant, very tough, crafty, cunning serpents that are out there plotting every day

00:18:46.260 about how to stop Donald J. Trump and how to stop the MAGA movement.

00:18:51.580 Raheem Ghassan.

00:18:52.180 Yeah, and let's not forget Rosa Brooks as well.

00:18:57.140 You know, George Soros is former advisor that was involved in all of that in the transition integrity project stuff as well.

00:19:03.500 And let's also not forget that the second we rumbled them, they kind of shut down the operation and all kind of,

00:19:10.300 you know, it was like throwing the light on in the kitchen at 3 a.m.

00:19:12.900 and all the cockroaches, you know, scurrying under the scurrying under the kitchen counter is what happened.

00:19:18.240 Right.

00:19:18.600 They were like, oh, my goodness, we didn't think anybody would put, you know, two and two together and figure out what this plan was here.

00:19:24.020 And we're doing that now in real time.

00:19:25.820 But the difference this time, as far as I can see it so far, is that there are about 800 different plans, right?

00:19:33.420 They just do not want to put all of their eggs in one basket this time around.

00:19:37.380 And look, if you are those guys where you've got all of the resources in the world, right, you can call on just about every billionaire in the United States.

00:19:46.280 You can call on just about every major corporate entity.

00:19:48.740 You can call on just about every single person working in downtown Washington, D.C., Capitol Hill, Hollywood, Midtown Manhattan.

00:19:57.160 Then, yeah, you do kind of throw the kitchen sink at this thing because this is an existential moment for them.

00:20:02.980 They understand it.

00:20:04.240 You say in the intro there, people hear it every single day, right, that the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:20:11.420 Well, the regime doesn't want to be dying.

00:20:13.140 Right. And so and so they are going to put every piece of the puzzle that they can together.

00:20:19.320 This is one of them. Right.

00:20:20.840 Well, we're watching it unfold in real time.

00:20:22.920 And I've got to tell you, I think we're kind of being outplayed on this tick tock stuff.

00:20:27.180 I think a lot of what we're hearing at the moment from from Jeff Yass world and club for I remember when it was club for no growth.

00:20:32.980 It's club for growth again, I guess.

00:20:34.140 Club for growth world was is so utterly naive about the way that they are going to be using and leveraging these platforms to defeat Donald Trump.

00:20:45.300 Listen, nobody on this planet wants to avoid a second Trump term more than the Chinese Communist Party.

00:20:53.040 Right. So so you tell me where it makes sense to keep this thing alive, to keep this thing influential on the run up to a U.S. presidential election.

00:21:01.320 It just doesn't. And I really mean this.

00:21:04.280 No amount of money, no amount of political donations in the world should make it worthwhile keeping alive on the run up to the presidential election.

00:21:12.440 But here we are. Right. So reset on all of this.

00:21:16.120 I want to bring people back to a critical point here that the Democrats know that I'm telling you, this is the phrase they're going to use.

00:21:23.700 The last day to save democracy will be January 6th, 2025.

00:21:30.500 That is how they'll do it. They will they will mobilize every single thing they have.

00:21:35.200 They will have more people on Capitol Hill than January 6th, 2020.

00:21:39.880 And you mark you mark my words.

00:21:42.380 This is what they're building up to a real confrontation because Capitol Hill real comfort.

00:21:48.040 And here's what we're talking about.

00:21:50.020 But they say that Trump's anti-democratic. They know now the way it looks.

00:21:54.220 They can't beat him in the general. Right.

00:21:56.620 We got to work every day and crazy. But they've already, I think, acknowledged you're going to have a tough time doing that.

00:22:01.040 They got a backup plan. And that backup plan is to try to squeak out a couple of these House seats, take the majority seated on January 3rd.

00:22:08.940 And then not see Trump as president and just say, bring it right.

00:22:12.540 We don't we think you're an insurrectionist. We can prove you're an insurrectionist.

00:22:16.240 We'll do it. And that's going to be going to the insurrectionists.

00:22:19.620 You were the first guy to actually break the story that The New York Times and others admitted there were federal officers on January 6th.

00:22:29.440 As part of this, we now have all the revelations about what Cheney and these people, what actually happened around January 6th of President Trump, both the 10,000 troops and the Secret Service agents said he never made any move to turn the car to go to Capitol Hill.

00:22:45.020 And now you also have the suppression, not just by Benny Thompson, but particularly by Liz Cheney to suppress this information.

00:22:52.820 Tell me how the latest revelations from Loudermilk's subcommittee influence what's going to happen here.

00:23:00.960 Well, they look, we knew it. We've known it because, I mean, under McCarthy, I was requesting all of this information.

00:23:08.840 Couldn't get couldn't get a damn lick of it. Right. 0.94

00:23:11.720 Where are the transcripts of the depositions? Where is all the footage that you guys are relying on?

00:23:18.040 You know, what Darren Beatty's been and Julie Kelly have been talking about when it comes to the pipe bomber, like all of this, what is actually should be freely available information for the American public.

00:23:28.180 Remember, remember, we're told that the republic nearly fell.

00:23:32.600 It almost fell because of two pipe bombs that were left outside the DNC and the RNC and a horned guy marching through the U.S. Senate. Right.

00:23:41.420 So if that's the case, let's see all of the evidence. That's all we were saying.

00:23:45.320 It's all we've been saying. And now we learned that these depositions, the transcripts, the information from even from the Secret Service driver have been hidden.

00:23:57.080 They deleted a bunch of information. And you've got to remember about this committee.

00:24:02.260 This is the thing I keep saying about this committee. I think, you know, a few things about this, Steve.

00:24:07.500 They charged people with contempt. People face jail time for this committee and what it did and what it did was it hid information from the American public.

00:24:18.900 And it covered up the fact that Donald Trump wanted 10,000 National Guard troops and Muriel Bowser and Nancy Pelosi said no.

00:24:24.360 They covered up the fact that there was this made up story by Cassidy Hutchinson, you know, the latest fluffer of the regime.

00:24:29.340 He said, oh, you know, Donald Trump reached into the front of the beast and started careening it towards the Capitol.

00:24:33.360 Never happened. You know, they laughed at even the supposition of it.

00:24:38.900 So you've got people whose lives are being ruined. And you've got to remember this about the committee as well.

00:24:44.100 Who's Benny Thompson? Oh, yeah. He's the guy that was helping blacks, black Marxist militia groups in the 1960s and 1970s.

00:24:51.000 You go through who actually sat on the committee. They're all extremists. 0.97

00:24:54.560 They're all political extremists of one stripe or the other. Could be could be deep state extremists, could be black Marxist extremists, could be globalistic. 0.98

00:25:01.820 But they all are. They're all on the peripheries, on the fringes of the American body politic.

00:25:07.280 No ordinary American believes what these people believe. No ordinary American wants Liz Cheney, the keys tossed to Liz Cheney or Benny Thompson or Elaine Luria or anything like that.

00:25:16.640 It's it's it's they are everything that they say we are.

00:25:21.420 And to come back to a point on that. Right. They thought January the 6th, 2021 was actually a pretty good idea.

00:25:30.280 That's why they're doing it. They plan it in 2025.

00:25:33.480 What they claim January 6th was. They think that's actually a pretty good idea.

00:25:37.520 Here's how you know they think it was a good idea. Remember, in 2016, they objected to the results.

00:25:44.260 They were the ones standing up in the Congress and saying, excuse me, objection.

00:25:47.760 You know, we're not trying to have this guy seated as president of the United States.

00:25:51.340 So they're just running that playbook again. But they've decided, like, hey, we're going to go.

00:25:55.080 We're going to run full pelt towards it this time.

00:25:57.660 We're going to run full pelt towards the objection system, full pelt towards decertifying the election, throw this country into constitutional crisis and let it play out as well.

00:26:06.880 Well, if we allow them, if you allow them, ladies and gentlemen, to allow that to play out, which is giving Democrats control of Congress,

00:26:13.400 you will see a carnage in this country. It's not a threat, by the way. I'm just telling you how it's going to play out.

00:26:17.620 You will see a carnage in this country like you've never seen before.

00:26:22.880 The our theory of the case is you can't have a successful Trump second term if you lose the House majority,

00:26:30.780 because immediately, even before he takes the oath of office, they're going to be sitting there to try to make sure they don't certify it.

00:26:37.280 Then if we power through that, they're going to impeach him. This is just going to be a fiasco.

00:26:42.260 That's why we're saying that the House elections this year, more than ever before in American history, are hardwired into the general presidential election, sir.

00:26:52.200 Yeah. And this this this brings us back to the point about the other candidates and their and their basis of support.

00:26:57.480 Right. Because I'm still seeing on a day to day basis, you know, legacy DeSantis people bemoaning Trump on on X, you know,

00:27:05.580 legacy Haley people, you know, marching around Capitol Hill, furious that they didn't get their their their chicken.

00:27:12.600 The in the you know, is the is the nominee. These milquetoast so-called conservatives, the conservative Inc.

00:27:19.260 crowd, the think tank scene, like all these people who are looking at the way that this is right now and going, yeah,

00:27:25.120 I'm still not sure about this guy. You know, that is firstly going to have far more of an impact down ticket than it will have at the top of the ticket.

00:27:33.120 I actually think that Donald Trump is correct when he says, like, look, the number of people out there who currently want to vote for us

00:27:39.700 and are signaling to us that they will vote for us is enough to win the election.

00:27:43.840 That's true. That's true. Even though, you know, you have to work at it every single day.

00:27:48.320 But what happens down ticket is my fear is that the DeSimps, the Haley types, the Coninkers, you know, 0.99

00:27:56.380 the milquetoast middle middlers is they just sort of turn around and go, I don't know, I can't be bothered.

00:28:00.920 I'm not going to. And that that is where the real problem might lie.

00:28:06.220 Get me to the National Pulse. Where do I go?

00:28:08.840 The National Pulse dot com forward slash war.

00:28:10.880 And it takes a lot for us to go through these documents, these details, present this analysis.

00:28:14.700 The National Pulse dot com forward slash war. And you're the driving force behind it.

00:28:18.320 Who can you trust? Government leaders repeatedly fail us.

00:28:22.420 Self-appointed experts have led us astray.

00:28:24.820 Distrust in so-called authorities is spreading like a bad cold.

00:28:29.700 We can't quite shake it.

00:28:32.200 But you are not as powerless as they'd like you to believe.

00:28:35.940 When there's no one to depend on, it's time to rely and depend on yourself.

00:28:40.980 Not sure where to start? Well, try this.

00:29:41.300 Action, action, action.

00:29:43.880 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:29:48.520 Okay, I want to go back.

00:29:51.000 At the beginning of the show, what Ralph Reed is talking about, because this is a base-plus election.

00:29:56.540 I don't think you're going to be doing a lot of converting people and making the argument and getting them more.

00:30:03.840 I think the big numbers that are out there, one, you've got to turn out – both groups have got to turn out their base.

00:30:09.160 Then it's going to be low-propensity, low-information voters that are essentially adjacent or aligned.

00:30:15.140 This is why Ralph Reed is saying the mother load here is evangelical Christians and traditional Catholics are just not part of the political system.

00:30:25.260 They're just not into it for their own reasons.

00:30:28.640 That's the part, two-part.

00:30:30.940 And you go to faithandfreedomcoalition.com, and you can check out – or is it .org?

00:30:38.620 And you can check out everything Ralph Reed and this team is doing.

00:30:41.060 Mo and Grace, if you can get that up there correctly.

00:30:42.940 So that's evangelicals and traditional Catholics that just don't participate.

00:30:47.680 It's called low-propensity, low-information voters. 1.00

00:30:50.760 It doesn't mean they're stupid. 0.98

00:30:51.700 It just means they're not into politics, and so they don't watch War Room or they don't watch news services. 0.99

00:30:57.180 They don't go to Drudge.

00:30:58.080 They don't go to all your favorite sites.

00:31:00.180 They're not on Citizens Free Press.

00:31:02.360 On the other hand, you have this other, and it proved effective in the 22 midterm, and this is what Matt Gaetz knew because he was tracking it.

00:31:10.800 This is TikTok, the power of TikTok, particularly after the Dobbs decision with young women who are either not registered Democrat or independent or Democrat and just don't vote.

00:31:21.400 That's the tale of – that's the Swifty of it all.

00:31:24.960 And look, I don't believe in coincidences given that tour is the most successful tour, I think, in the history of the music industry.

00:31:32.620 It's been a major impact on economies all over and all types of subsidiary about merchandise and all that branding.

00:31:38.800 To take that, you know, from August 20th to mid-November, and maybe they've booked something we just don't know about, but you would think they would already have it up to sell tickets.

00:31:48.840 That's just – I don't believe in coincidences.

00:31:51.020 I see that right there, and I see TikTok, and I say, hey, I saw what she did on Super Tuesday. 0.53

00:31:55.820 She wasn't going to get involved in politics next.

00:31:57.500 You know, hey, everybody go out and participate.

00:31:59.240 Everybody go out there.

00:32:00.680 I'm not sure there's a lot of MAGA in that crowd.

00:32:02.940 Just saying.

00:32:03.520 I'm just throwing that out there.

00:32:05.260 But that's, once again, low propensity, low information voters, the equivalent of the evangelicals and traditional Catholics on our side. 0.97

00:32:12.260 So stay tuned.

00:32:13.700 Look, Elias and Jamie Raskin, these guys, are smart.

00:32:17.100 They're smart, cunning people.

00:32:18.780 Don't ever discount.

00:32:20.260 I know you don't like their politics.

00:32:21.800 You don't like them.

00:32:23.060 I got that.

00:32:24.160 But you've got to keep an eye on them.

00:32:25.540 You've got to put the hairy eyeball on these guys because they are plotting.

00:32:28.660 And also, was it Rosa Brooks, the other one?

00:32:31.660 These are smart, tough people, and they've taken a blood oath that they're not going to allow President Trump to return to the White House.

00:32:39.260 That's why we are all over these House races now as not just important because you've got to take the House, right, because it all comes out of the House.

00:32:47.380 The frame is looked at as like the commons.

00:32:48.960 You've got to – it all comes from the House.

00:32:50.780 That's where it's closest to the people.

00:32:52.820 But now it's inextricably linked to President Trump's success of President Trump's second term.

00:32:59.180 Mike Lindell, a big day for you this Thursday.

00:33:02.840 Can you tease a little bit of what we anticipate?

00:33:05.400 You've been working on this nonstop with your incredible team of Kurt Olsen and others.

00:33:09.940 What is going to happen on Thursday?

00:33:12.040 Why is that a red-letter day in Mike Lindell land?

00:33:15.960 Well, we're going to the Supreme Court, everybody, with the case.

00:33:18.860 And I want to clarify something, too.

00:33:20.440 This is not – this goes back before the 2022 election.

00:33:24.540 It started in Arizona.

00:33:25.960 We were going state by state to get an injunction against these computers and these machines used in our elections.

00:33:32.240 So this case, when it was thrown out on standing, it gives us the opportunity now,

00:33:37.280 opens the door for the Supreme Court this Thursday when we drop this case on them.

00:33:42.440 And we're able to add new evidence to this case, which is huge.

00:33:47.820 This evidence will be so – some things you had never heard about, everybody that's out there.

00:33:52.700 This just came to light the last few months.

00:33:54.940 So it's perfect timing in history.

00:33:57.520 And I'm just so happy, Steve.

00:33:59.700 Finally, we're going to get an open door in the Supreme Court.

00:34:02.600 I'm praying that they accept this and we get another 9-0, just like we did with Colorado recently.

00:34:09.680 These are common-sense things that they deemed our elections, everybody, critical infrastructure.

00:34:15.040 They have to protect our country.

00:34:16.820 We have to have secure election platforms.

00:34:19.700 We have to have that.

00:34:21.080 We can't be like a third-world country having our elections that can be hacked and everything else going on. 0.97

00:34:27.200 We have to have the Supreme Court look at this and really take a look at it.

00:34:31.580 And the blessing here is that when they threw it out on standing, that we're able to add new evidence to it.

00:34:38.940 So even if they don't accept it, on Thursday, the whole world's going to see this new evidence,

00:34:44.700 this new thing that the teams have worked very hard on for months now.

00:34:48.840 And we've got to get the word out, everybody.

00:34:51.240 And you can all check that out at LyndalePlan.com.

00:34:54.660 Check it out and get involved and get educated on what is going on in your elections.

00:35:01.580 You've worked on this for years, right?

00:35:07.240 And it's coming up.

00:35:07.880 The power of this to me, one of the things it shows, is that this happened in President Trump's term.

00:35:14.320 And it shows you, even when a guy's commander-in-chief, even when he's chief magistrate,

00:35:19.220 even when he's the senior executive in the federal government, that not just political appointees,

00:35:26.280 but that, because you can always have bad apples, but that the administrative state basically runs the deal, right?

00:35:32.780 And what your evidence shows is the administrative state at the state level and the administrative state at the federal level regarding these machines.

00:35:40.440 And I think it's going to have people in shock about what you guys show.

00:35:46.020 And my question is, always when I go through, I said, how could people not know this?

00:35:49.940 Because you guys have done a great job, but it's not like it's super inside secret sauce baseball.

00:35:56.720 It was out there.

00:35:57.440 It just took your investigative team and whistleblowers and others to come forward,

00:36:01.660 and you guys would be able to put it together with a great legal team.

00:36:03.920 But obviously, my belief is, when you see it, somebody knew about this, right?

00:36:09.440 Somebody knew.

00:36:10.180 There's so many layers in the federal government.

00:36:12.480 So your thoughts on the administrative state here?

00:36:16.120 Absolutely.

00:36:16.920 I mean, this goes back to when Chris Krebs for SISIS says,

00:36:20.140 it's the most secure election we ever had.

00:36:22.380 And people knew, Steve.

00:36:23.940 People know about this and very high up.

00:36:26.840 And it's very sad.

00:36:28.720 The people, we need to take back our elections.

00:36:30.800 And this, you're exactly right.

00:36:34.280 There's, this goes far and wide.

00:36:36.840 I've been immersed in this for three years.

00:36:38.940 And it's like, that's why I never give up.

00:36:40.800 I've never given up.

00:36:42.000 We have, I don't think that people have a problem if we have elections, who's elected.

00:36:47.100 But when people are selected, that's a different story.

00:36:50.640 And you've got to be able to trust our election platforms.

00:36:53.680 That's what my fight's been for three years.

00:36:55.460 And you're going to find out stuff.

00:36:57.100 Yeah, it's very, people are going to see this and go,

00:36:59.980 who knew about this?

00:37:01.560 Who knew about this?

00:37:02.960 And, you know, I've been saying for a long time to melt down the machines and turn them

00:37:06.480 into prison bars.

00:37:07.680 You know, that comes later, I guess.

00:37:09.360 And, but you've got all these uniparty Republicans that the, I call them blockers. 0.54

00:37:14.920 You just wonder how many of them were in on all this.

00:37:17.440 And it's just, it's very disturbing.

00:37:19.780 But, you know, this has all been on God's timing.

00:37:22.180 And I really believe the time is now.

00:37:24.380 I believe when I tried to get a case to the Supreme Court for the last three years, the

00:37:29.000 media mocked me on Mike Lindellia's conspiracy theory and another, another fake lawsuit brought

00:37:35.380 before the Supreme Court.

00:37:36.660 It never, and never, they, because they blocked it and blocked it.

00:37:39.360 This one is going down on Thursday.

00:37:42.520 It will get the whole world to see this new evidence.

00:37:45.280 And it is going to be absolutely shocking.

00:37:49.140 It's going to be shocking is what it's going to be.

00:37:51.260 Now, the only reason it wouldn't be shocking is what, if nobody sees it.

00:37:54.900 If you're sitting there and you're a Fox News watcher, you're not going to see this on Fox

00:37:59.180 News.

00:37:59.840 You need to stay right here on the war room, get updated and get, we hope the, Steve, I've

00:38:06.060 been hoping all week the attack media attacks me.

00:38:08.460 At least then we'll be able to get the word out.

00:38:10.180 But people need to spread it far and wide when this comes down on Thursday.

00:38:14.320 And when you get this, it's going to be so shocking.

00:38:17.340 You're going to say, how high up did it go?

00:38:19.720 And how, and how, why did it go?

00:38:22.040 And, um, if it's evidence, by the way, it's evidence you've never heard of before.

00:38:28.940 Okay.

00:38:29.400 If you get standing or whatever, they take the case up, which is not guaranteed, but they

00:38:33.400 take the case up or you get past the blockers of all the counties, states that you're trying

00:38:38.560 to go, then it's the sunlit uplands.

00:38:41.100 But if you don't, and let's just say, cause you're a, you used to be a degenerate gambler

00:38:45.900 that, you know, the house odds here are against you.

00:38:49.000 Is there a point in time that you basically say, Hey, I'll fight it later.

00:38:53.500 But for this election, I'll partner with Laura Trump and the team that's now over the RNC

00:38:58.480 that's saying, Hey, we got to have legal ballot harvesting.

00:39:01.420 We got to have early votes.

00:39:02.580 You got to bank the vote.

00:39:03.400 You got to do all that.

00:39:04.060 Is there a point in time if it goes against you that you say, okay, we'll fight this one

00:39:09.540 later, but for this one, we got to, we got to work together.

00:39:13.020 Is there a point in time that you see that potentially happening?

00:39:16.640 No, I don't.

00:39:17.820 Uh, I, I, what I know now about early voting and ballot harvesting and all that, that's

00:39:22.000 just playing right into their hand.

00:39:23.460 I disagree with that.

00:39:24.860 Um, uh, we've got, Steve, not, not just the Supreme court, but we're making such heavy.

00:39:29.500 We just won in South Dakota last week.

00:39:32.000 We're, we have over 250 counties committed to paper ballots, hand counting.

00:39:36.480 We're going to keep fighting on now.

00:39:38.360 There is, um, vote banking.

00:39:40.380 There is other things that, uh, like turning point and so on is doing where they're going

00:39:44.340 out and you're banking the vote.

00:39:46.020 That's different than ballot harvesting.

00:39:47.680 Everybody.

00:39:48.260 There's a lot of differences there.

00:39:49.720 And we can get people educated on that and what I, what I do and don't believe in there.

00:39:53.860 Um, all I know, it's a lot harder for them to cheat by voting same day.

00:39:57.820 And, uh, and that's been proven, but we can, we can, we, we have plenty of time to

00:40:01.580 worry about that.

00:40:02.480 Um, you know, you know, because your first, uh, first state votes, I think 45 days before

00:40:07.540 the 2024 election.

00:40:09.220 So we have time to talk about that right now.

00:40:11.720 I'm really believing with God, all things are possible.

00:40:14.760 And I believe this Supreme court is there to protect our country.

00:40:18.060 I believe they'll take a look at this.

00:40:19.960 And, uh, and I believe it'll be a nine zero vote like Colorado was.

00:40:24.020 I mean, when you see this, you're going to go, Hey, we're there.

00:40:27.280 It doesn't matter if you're a Democrat or Republican on that Supreme court, you've got

00:40:31.080 to protect our country.

00:40:32.260 And when you have to have secure elections, we can't be third world country election.

00:40:36.480 This is disgusting.

00:40:37.760 You just seen Argentina make a great thing this fall where one judge said, Hey, we got

00:40:41.940 to go to paper ballots.

00:40:42.900 And they did it in four months.

00:40:44.280 You had Taiwan protect themselves from China with a paper ballot election, Ecuador, all 0.75

00:40:49.920 these countries are coming on board.

00:40:51.400 The United States has to do.

00:40:52.900 We have plenty of time to get this done.

00:40:56.540 Let's, let's talk about the audience wants to know about deals.

00:40:59.060 What deals you got for us?

00:41:00.680 I'm glad you're saving the country, but people want to talk deals.

00:41:05.940 Well, it's the war room posse that makes it possible.

00:41:08.960 I did.

00:41:09.600 I just did a big event yesterday.

00:41:11.420 It came from Illinois.

00:41:12.300 Now I'll be going to, to Minnesota and other States now, um, over the next week.

00:41:17.240 And you guys make it possible at the war room posse.

00:43:31.400 Thursday's a big day for Team Lindell.

00:43:34.480 They're going to the Supreme Court.

00:43:36.060 Thank you, brother.

00:43:36.640 Appreciate it.

00:43:37.800 Short commercial break.

00:43:39.060 Back in the warm in a moment.

00:43:39.940 True or false?

00:43:44.400 Using your tax refund to pay off credit card debt is a smart thing.

00:43:48.480 Actually, that's false.

00:43:50.380 DoneWithDebt.com published a brilliant strategy designed to let you keep your hard-earned tax refund

00:43:56.460 and reduce or eliminate credit card debt.

00:43:59.900 Most Americans owe thousands in credit card debt.

00:44:02.440 In fact, Daily Mail's got a story that 56 million Americans carry credit card debt,

00:44:08.260 and that debt will take years to pay off, if you pay it off at all.

00:44:13.200 DoneWithDebt found that filing bankruptcy is usually not the answer,

00:44:16.900 and taking out loans to pay off credit cards usually increases the debt.

00:44:52.900 Take action.

00:44:54.540 This.

00:44:55.500 President Biden had strong motivations.

00:44:58.240 That's a key word.

00:44:59.360 We're getting a motive now.

00:45:01.340 President Biden had strong motivations to ignore the proper procedures for safeguarding the classified information in his notebooks.

00:45:10.000 Why did he have strong motivations?

00:45:12.020 Because, next word, because he decided months before leaving office to write a book.

00:45:18.580 To write a book.

00:45:20.780 That was his motive.

00:45:21.960 He knew the rules.

00:45:22.680 He broke them because he was writing a book.

00:45:24.180 And you further say, and he began meeting with the ghostwriter while he was still vice president.

00:45:30.380 There's the motive.

00:45:31.860 Mr. Hur, how much did President Biden get paid for his book?

00:45:36.680 Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if that information appears in the report.

00:45:40.060 Sure does.

00:45:40.720 There's a dollar amount in there.

00:45:41.840 You remember?

00:45:44.000 I don't.

00:45:44.780 It may be eight million.

00:45:46.720 Eight million dollars.

00:45:48.920 Joe Biden had eight million reasons to break the rules.

00:45:52.960 Took classified information and shared it with the guy who was writing the book.

00:45:56.240 That's why he knew the rules, but he broke them for eight million dollars in a book advance.

00:46:03.360 But you know what?

00:46:04.760 It wasn't just the money.

00:46:06.700 Joe Biden.

00:46:07.420 Here's this page 231.

00:46:09.020 Very next page.

00:46:10.100 Joe Biden in your report.

00:46:11.480 Joe Biden viewed his notebooks as an irreplaceable, contemporaneous record of the most important moments of his vice presidency.

00:46:19.600 He'd written this all down.

00:46:21.720 For the book.

00:46:23.120 For the eight million dollars.

00:46:24.380 And the next thing you say in your report is, quote, such a record would buttress his legacy as a world leader.

00:46:32.220 You know what this is?

00:46:33.280 It wasn't just the money.

00:46:34.300 It wasn't just eight million dollars.

00:46:35.740 It was also his ego.

00:46:39.300 Pride and money is why he knowingly violated the rules.

00:46:44.940 The oldest motives in the book.

00:46:47.200 Pride and money.

00:46:48.940 You agree with that, Mr. Hur?

00:46:50.060 You wrote it in your report.

00:46:52.100 That language and it does appear in the report.

00:46:54.380 And we did identify evidence supporting those those assessments.

00:46:58.060 You also had another interesting statement in your report.

00:47:00.440 You said Joe Biden.

00:47:01.540 I want to make sure I get this right.

00:47:02.900 Viewed himself as a man of presidential timber.

00:47:06.180 Remember that statement, Mr.

00:47:07.200 Hur?

00:47:07.820 I believe that does appear in the report, at least in the executive summary.

00:47:12.520 I think this is interesting because here's the scary part.

00:47:15.660 Page 200.

00:47:16.980 I said this earlier in my opening statement.

00:47:19.340 Page 200.

00:47:20.280 Joe Biden.

00:47:21.480 This is a quote.

00:47:22.280 Joe Biden risked serious damage to America's national security when he shared information with his ghost rider.

00:47:31.140 Shared it with his ghost rider.

00:47:32.400 The guy who was helping Joe Biden get eight million dollars.

00:47:36.880 And oh, by the way, Mr. Hur, what did that ghost rider do with the information Joe Biden shared with him on his laptop?

00:47:44.260 What did he do after you were named special counsel?

00:47:46.860 Chairman, if you're referring to the audio recordings that Mr.

00:47:51.240 Zwanitzer created of his conversations with exactly what I'm referring to, he he slid, if I remember correctly, and he slid those files into his recycle bin on his computer.

00:48:03.420 Tried to try to destroy the evidence, didn't he?

00:48:05.880 Correct.

00:48:06.800 The very guy who was helping Joe Biden get the eight million dollars, eight million dollars.
