Summary

Special counsel Robert Mueller concludes that no criminal charges should be brought against former Vice President Joe Biden for allegedly keeping classified documents in his home. Andrew Yang and Jon take a deep dive into the details of the decision not to bring criminal charges against Joe Biden.

Transcript

00:00:00.000 A couple main takeaways. There was no charge recommended by Robert Hur, and I think he ran
00:00:04.280 an extensive and really impressive investigation. I think his fact finding left very little
00:00:10.000 uncovered, and I think his analysis was sound and fair. However, he did find some evidence
00:00:16.080 of criminality. He did find evidence, pretty clear-cut evidence, that Joe Biden retained
00:00:21.540 classified documents, knew he retained them as evidence on that tape, and did not immediately
00:00:26.820 turn them back over. The other thing that I think is important to note is that Joe Biden did
00:00:32.000 mislead the public, as did other members of Joe Biden's team, because for the past year or so,
00:00:37.600 the talking point, and we've seen this repeated many times, has been it was entirely unintentional
00:00:42.340 by Joe Biden. He had no idea he had any of these documents. Things get moved around. Whoops,
00:00:47.080 what are you going to do? It turns out that is somewhat fair when it comes to some of the
00:00:51.340 documents, but not others. He absolutely knew he had these documents. I do think the decision not
00:00:56.040 to charge him was a close one, but I think it was sound.
00:00:59.700 Yeah, I agree. I agree. I mean, I think that we were talking about this a little bit at break.
00:01:04.200 There's been a little bit of muddying about this notion of if you get in front of a jury,
00:01:07.840 what the jury is going to do. I mean, it almost sounds like he was saying, well, we had the proof,
00:01:13.280 we think we have the proof, but, you know, you never know what a juror will do with an old man
00:01:16.600 with a faulty memory, and so we decided not to charge. But then, you know, it became clear when you look
00:01:21.920 at the report and he says, basically, we didn't have the proof. There's insufficient proof. So
00:01:25.680 there's been, there was a little bit of confusion, I think, around, and this went to the Republicans
00:01:30.060 trying to say, you know, he was guilty, but you let him off because of the old man defense. But really,
00:01:35.040 if you can't prove your case to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt, you don't bring the case. I mean,
00:01:40.100 especially talking about charging a president. So actual documents marked classified, or was it
00:01:45.240 something else?
00:01:45.820 So there's a fundamental disagreement, and this is apparent when you read through the transcript
00:01:49.960 between the president, between the president's lawyers and the special counsel about whether
00:01:54.960 the notebooks that Biden took notes in throughout his vice presidency, we have every reason to believe
00:02:00.800 he's continuing to take notes as president, similar to a diary, but not exactly like them,
00:02:05.880 whether those represented classified materials. The president maintains very clearly and forcefully
00:02:11.900 during this interview that those were not classified. Now, during the interview, when Biden is asked by
00:02:17.160 the special counsel whether, what he meant when he is, and there's audio to support this, he tells Mark
00:02:24.240 Swanitzer, who worked with him to write that book, that he just found all this classified information
00:02:28.720 downstairs. The president says first that he does not recall finding classified material in his Virginia
00:02:34.620 home, but that what he was likely saying was that there was a particular document that they were
00:02:41.040 discussing, that Biden said he did not want to include that particular document in the book, that it did
00:02:46.840 not fit in the purpose of the book. That was at least Biden's explanation, but there's obviously a view from
00:02:52.400 the special counsel side that he was acknowledging, if not confessing to the fact that he did, in fact,
00:02:57.180 in real time, find classified information after he left office.
00:03:00.260 And let me hear your thoughts about what went down today on Capitol Hill.
00:03:04.320 Well, Jim Comey started this by characterizing a decision that in the history of the Justice
00:03:13.520 Department, at least the modern Justice Department I'm familiar with, and I know Andrew's familiar with,
00:03:18.560 you don't make your own opinions and comments when you made a decision not to file criminal charges.
00:03:25.560 You're playing people's lives here. I don't care if you're Joe Schmo or you're Joe Biden. You do not
00:03:32.780 characterize a decision to not charge someone criminally with your own opinions or with any
00:03:38.600 window dressing whatsoever. Bill Barr did it with the Mueller report in a way that was really despicable.
00:03:45.840 And now her does it. And Schiff is right. This is a smart man. He knew exactly what he was doing.
00:03:52.980 He was trying to put his finger on the scale politically. And we don't do that in our
00:03:59.100 criminal justice system in the United States of America, period. And the fact that he did it
00:04:05.280 really tars his legacy. And the idea that he tried to be righteously indignant today is that
00:04:11.320 he somehow is above this criticism is frankly sickening.
00:04:17.620 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:22.980 Pray for our enemies. Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:27.940 You're just not going to free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have
00:04:32.800 had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything
00:04:36.560 in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:04:39.540 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media.
00:04:43.860 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:49.820 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:04:56.720 this country will be saved.
00:04:59.820 Warren, here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:05:03.080 It's Tuesday, 12 March, Year of Alert 2024. Explosive today throughout the day on Capitol Hill
00:05:14.480 in this hearing of Robert Herr on the classified documents of the illegitimate regime head,
00:05:21.440 Joe Biden, the usurper. Raheem, you've got a major piece up on National Pulse. I want everybody
00:05:25.920 to go read. Give me your assessment of what you saw today.
00:05:30.820 Well, I should probably start with my greatest disappointment, which is the line of questioning
00:05:35.320 that we heard. I think it was weak. It was unprepared. People hadn't gone through the
00:05:40.620 transcripts and understood fully what Robert Herr had uncovered and was dealing with. And I think no
00:05:46.440 greater example than the Biden pen center that was kind of front and center of one of the first
00:05:53.620 transcripts. We got to that this morning. This is a Chinese funded institution that Joe Biden was
00:06:01.020 telling the special counsel that he wanted to set up in Washington, D.C. to impact the domestic and
00:06:06.620 foreign policy of the United States. And nobody really seems to care about it. I mean, it reminds
00:06:11.560 me of when we were uncovering from Hunter's hard drive from hell and everybody on Capitol Hill and in
00:06:18.660 the corporate media were like, what the heck are you guys talking about? Fast forward four years and
00:06:22.440 suddenly we want paper trails of everything. There is a paper trail from Chinese individuals to Joe
00:06:28.060 Biden, to Antony Blinken, and Robert Herr has the evidence and the transcripts for it. And we need to
00:06:33.260 get to the bottom of that. The second part of all of this, and I wrote this, you know, compendium of
00:06:37.560 analysis up on the National Pulse right now, really brief, right? Like 300, I think max 400 words, but
00:06:43.840 it links to everything that you need to know about what happened today. From the 150 times that Joe Biden
00:06:50.480 says across these transcripts, I don't know, I don't remember, I don't recall, I can't, you know,
00:06:55.100 all of those sorts of things, to these bizarre moments when he goes on 10-minute rants about
00:06:59.740 country clubs and burnt penises. You heard me right. There were so many things in this transcript
00:07:05.740 that was provided to people that they could have pulled on the strings of that I just didn't
00:07:10.460 hear that level of intensity, that level of, you know, information coming out on Capitol Hill here
00:07:16.100 today. And I think, frankly, it was a bit of a missed opportunity for Republicans.
00:07:21.340 But if we, if people can go right now, where do they go to get this story? Because you've done
00:07:25.140 an amazing analysis on this. Where do they go?
00:07:27.940 Yeah, thenationalpulse.com. It's up there on the homepage. It's stay there in the left-hand sidebar
00:07:32.600 all evening, all afternoon. And critically, don't just read this thing. Send it to other people and
00:07:37.140 send it to your representatives. Here is all the evidence they need, and it's all cited and sourced.
00:07:42.920 This isn't commentary. It's not op-ed. It's not pie in the sky. It's not what if. It's not
00:07:48.560 rhetorical. This is detail. This is reality. Very few other people, I don't think I've ever seen
00:07:54.160 anybody else that has done this yet, will provide something like this as a service, my gift to you.
00:08:01.040 It's up at nationalpulse.com. And really, really, we need, we cannot do this like the hard drive from
00:08:07.020 hell. We cannot come back to this in four years' time and say, oh, you know, wish we had done more back
00:08:11.780 then. But hey-ho, they should have been asking questions about the 25th Amendment. They should
00:08:16.640 have been saying to Robert Hurt. Everything you lay out here, everything this guy's been saying,
00:08:20.500 all of the things that are in this transcript points to the fact that this guy is not capable
00:08:23.900 to have the nuclear codes, not capable to run the country. Would you agree with that or not?
00:08:28.080 Instead, it was all this kind of like hubbada-hubbada stuff. I don't dig it. It's not for me.
00:08:34.780 Raheem, fantastic. We'll send everybody over to the site right now. Appreciate you stepping away and
00:08:38.620 doing this. Thank you, Steve. Just a minute. Amazing. Over at the National Pulse. Go check
00:08:43.480 it out right now. Let's push that. Cash, Patel, we've got a couple of things. Jay Six, but I've
00:08:48.200 got to get your assessment. At six o'clock at the top of the hour, I'm going to play some of the clips
00:08:52.760 from today. I'll have a little more time. We're jammed in a five-hour. I'll play that. I'll give
00:08:57.420 some commentary. Overall, Cash, your thinking? It's been a total, complete gutting of the
00:09:04.840 constitutional republic that is the United States of America and the exploitation of a two-tier
00:09:09.640 system of justice. Robert Herr's biggest disappointment to me, putting aside Joe Biden,
00:09:15.700 is the fact that his accomplice, Biden's ghostwriter, destroyed evidence in a criminal prosecution
00:09:23.340 investigation and was not charged. Robert Herr admitted he destroyed evidence, and he tried to
00:09:30.880 cut the hair into two pieces by saying, oh, well, he only destroyed some evidence. Steve,
00:09:35.120 when I was a federal public defender and a national security prosecutor, if you tampered with one
00:09:40.040 millimeter of evidence, you get charged with the crime that is a federal criminal offense of
00:09:45.560 destruction of evidence and obstructing a federal prosecution and investigation. To me, that evidence
00:09:51.840 showed Joe Biden's guilt. Joe Biden was never going to be charged, but they gave that guy a get-out-of-jail-free
00:09:58.040 pass because it's Joe Biden's America. Well, normally, by the way, you mentioned it's at six
00:10:05.040 o'clock. The clips I have actually are from this very point. It's both Jordan and Gates hammering
00:10:11.480 this point. It's pretty shocking. I mean, what was hers? What is hers excuse for this? Because
00:10:16.860 normally you get a guy like that, the worst case, you get him to roll on Biden and tell what really
00:10:22.080 went down. They just let this guy walk. He destroyed evidence. You're going to see the clips at six
00:10:27.040 o'clock tonight in the next hour. It's pretty brutal. What was hers explanation? Why let this
00:10:32.660 guy walk? There is no explanation. And let's remind everyone who Robert Herr is. He's Rod
00:10:40.260 Rosenstein's protege. Rod Rosenstein, who used the FISA court to unlawfully surveil Donald Trump and
00:10:46.480 hid evidence of innocence. Robert Herr and you, Steve, just said why he didn't do it. Had they flipped
00:10:52.520 this individual? He would have spilled the entire beans on Joe Biden. And they knew what
00:10:58.140 questions not to ask and who not to prosecute so that information would never become public.
00:11:03.200 Just like Russiagate and their bogus sources and the questions they knew not to ask because the
00:11:07.920 evidence would have destroyed their fake news narrative. Robert Herr, a creator of the deep
00:11:13.980 state and Rod Rosenstein incarnate, knew not to bring a case against him because it would destroy
00:11:18.860 Joe Biden. Let's play some J6. Let's play some J6 tape right now. We'll come right back to you.
00:11:26.220 This is the largest investigation in FBI history. It's a lot of defendants. It's tough to keep them
00:11:30.760 all straight. So this would be a massive undertaking to obviously sort of get rid of all of these charges.
00:11:36.000 And it would include people who brutally assaulted law enforcement on video that day. Just really
00:11:42.160 terrible attacks on law enforcement. You know, the most recent arrest we had was someone who fired off a gun
00:11:47.540 at the Capitol on January 6th itself. That was someone who NBC News identified more than two
00:11:52.500 years ago, but it wasn't clear until recently that they actually fired that weapon and they were
00:11:56.480 arrested and picked up on Friday. There's a detention hearing for them on Wednesday, tomorrow.
00:12:01.660 And that's a very small segment of these individuals are actually held pretrial. A lot of them have now
00:12:07.420 been sentenced, but we're talking about a universe of 1,300 people who have been charged overall.
00:12:13.020 About 950 have been convicted in some capacity and about 500 have been served have been sentenced
00:12:19.480 to time in prison. And, you know, there's a mix of reactions from
00:12:22.700 cash. I can play that forever. Now you've got, you've got, you've got testimony. They suppressed
00:12:30.620 you're still, they rolled up a 78 year old grandmother the other day. What the hell's going
00:12:35.100 on here with J6? And why is the house not putting their foot down on this thing?
00:12:38.460 Look, what's going on is the deep state's playbook. The same thing in Russiagate when
00:12:44.420 they withheld evidence of innocence from America for years. Liz Cheney and the J6 committee withheld
00:12:51.520 Tony Ornato's testimony, a career Secret Service agent for two years, Steve. He didn't just testify.
00:12:57.620 He testified two years ago that Donald Trump did in fact authorize 10 to 20,000 National
00:13:02.980 Guards, men and women days before January 6th. That critical piece of testimony, which I have
00:13:08.400 been sworn to testify to in grand juries in January 6th committee hearings and elsewhere has never
00:13:14.360 changed because it's been the truth. But that singular fact destroys the insurrection narrative
00:13:20.140 disinformation campaign of the radical left to get Donald Trump because he preemptively acted for
00:13:25.120 the security of America and the capital region before January 6th. And the only people that stopped
00:13:31.640 it, Pelosi and Bowser, and we've got the receipts and it's in writing and they never wanted that
00:13:36.840 narrative out there, just like they never wanted the narrative out there that Joe Biden is a criminal
00:13:41.340 guilty of holding and possessing classified documents.
00:13:46.500 Can you hang on for one second, Cash? I'm going to take a short commercial break and I want to come
00:13:50.540 back to this. Clearly today on Capitol Hill, you know, Raheem very disappointed. I think a lot of
00:13:55.620 people saying, hey, how can we not get into more details, particularly if you read, if you actually
00:14:01.280 read the transcript of Biden's deposition. I mean, one question after the other pops up. So this is
00:14:07.940 going to be quite intense. We're going to get back to Cash. We've also got Dave Walsh is going to join
00:14:12.720 us. Laura Loomer, who was up there today, is going to join us. Obviously a time of turbulence. Make sure you
00:14:18.840 go to birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the end of the dollar empire. Four free installments. A fifth
00:14:24.900 is coming on the central bank digital currency. But make sure you talk to, get a chance to talk to
00:14:29.580 Philip Patrick's team. Ask them the question, hey, all this thing about the prime reserve currency,
00:14:34.260 why are the central banks of every major power in the global south, the BRICS nations, why are they
00:14:40.080 buying gold at record rates when the Federal Reserve is working on a central bank digital currency? Have
00:14:45.220 Philip Patrick and the team explain that to you. And then I think you can come to your own conclusions
00:14:50.320 about what you ought to be thinking about in putting precious metals into your portfolio.
00:14:54.440 Short commercial break. Cash Patel, Dave Walsh on the other side.
00:14:59.360 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of, 2024

00:15:11.260 You're already seeing the impacts of inflation at the pump, the grocery store. The dollar continues
00:15:17.100 to lose buying power quicker than your wages can increase. How are you protecting your savings?

00:16:19.420 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:24.020 Okay, Cash, you've got on the Federalist a major piece up. And Grayson, Moe, if you can push it out,
00:16:29.700 the headline is J6 Committee Suppressed Evidence Scandal Exonerates Trump from Insurrection
00:16:35.660 Narrative. Above you in breaking news on the Federalist website right now is heard highlights
00:16:41.300 DOJ's totalitarian double standards on handling classified documents. So taking both pieces on
00:16:47.700 the Federalist, which are, you know, by very learned people like yourself, the question the audience has is
00:16:53.760 what in the hell, with that, with the committee today, with Jordan, what's going to happen? What
00:16:58.480 action will be taken against Biden and the DOJ? And number two, what is going to happen with J6?
00:17:04.920 You got Lauterberg, he's a great guy, but he's a little bit of a backbencher. When are they going
00:17:08.540 to get serious about J6? So tell us what's going to happen here, Cash.
00:17:12.420 What needs to happen is the war room posse needs to light up the call circuit board on Capitol Hill
00:17:17.460 and demand, not that the entirety of the FBI and DOJ be defunded, but block the money, the
00:17:23.400 taxpayer funded programs that they are using to politically prosecute Donald Trump and his
00:17:28.680 America First movement. That will get the documentation out to the American public and
00:17:32.500 we'll find out who lied. If you think Tony Renato's testimony was the only thing suppressed
00:17:36.440 by this gangster committee of January 6th, you are wrong. This op-ed I put out today and the other
00:17:42.220 one you referenced, it is the equivalent of the Nunes memo for Russiagate. It nukes January 6th.
00:17:48.100 It is the insurrection exoneration of Donald Trump based on the same playbook from DOJ and FBI
00:17:54.120 now on Capitol Hill. They exclude evidence of innocence. They leak to the media to put out a
00:18:00.540 false narrative. And that's what we must demand, that that get out to every American. And then we
00:18:04.880 got to get to Congress and get to work. And I'm afraid that, of course, this attorney general
00:18:08.580 and two-tier system of justice in Garland and Ray, who authored these criminal acts,
00:18:13.480 will not do anything. We have to wait until Donald Trump gets in office to reevaluate this
00:18:17.960 entire executive branch.
00:18:21.620 Cash, where do they get government gangsters? Of course, the new film will have more to talk
00:18:25.140 about that next week. Where do they get all your writings, merch, all of it?
00:18:29.000 At Cash on Truth Social, at KS on Truth Social, and go to fightwithcash.com for all the shopping
00:18:34.920 and merch. And you can get government gangsters there. And yes, Steve, we got an explosive
00:18:39.020 new chapter to add or segment to add to the film. So I'll be doing that this week as this
00:18:44.860 breaking news has come out. But go check out the op-ed in The Federalist. It is the insurrection
00:18:49.540 exoneration of Trump because this government withheld evidence of innocence.
00:18:55.380 I want you to be a force multiplier, folks. Push it out to all your friends. And yes, we're
00:18:58.980 actually doing additional filming, although Cash got everything, hit every mark. First take Cash is
00:19:04.660 what we call him. We're adding additional material. Cash, you're amazing. You're a movie
00:19:10.020 star on top of everything else. Besides being a MAGA star, now you're a movie star. Thank
00:19:14.740 you. Thank you, sir. Okay, Dave Walsh. I got Laura Loomer coming up, but Walsh, I had to
00:19:20.020 get you in today. Holman Jenkins, who's actually one of my favorite guys over the Wall Street
00:19:24.980 Journal, one of the few people there I take seriously, put up an op-ed or analysis piece
00:19:31.300 on the op-ed section. I can't believe it got published in Murdoch's paper. General Motors
00:19:36.400 doesn't tell the truth about EVs. And the subheading is, if the U.S. and allies become
00:19:42.120 failed states, blame their energy and climate delusions. This is taken literally from the
00:19:49.620 hits that Dave Walsh has been doing on here for the last two or three years. Dave, I can't
00:19:54.020 believe this got published, particularly in the Wall Street Journal, who I think sometimes
00:19:57.660 buys into, at least their news department, buys into the climate cult, sir.
00:20:03.160 Yeah, I mean, this is a very articulate, well-written summary, great language. And you nailed it.
00:20:10.060 His summary, the U.S. and allies becoming failed states should then blame, if they should,
00:20:15.440 their energy and climate delusions. Right on target, dead stick landing. He points out,
00:20:20.740 with respect to EVs. It takes 45 years of life of an EV battery to offset the CO2 caused by making
00:20:28.920 one. And the life of one of these batteries is 12 to 15 years. 45 years' life. Why is that?
00:20:35.140 500,000 pounds of material from the Earth's cross-their mind, being 250 tons, to process the lithium,
00:20:42.480 the cobalt, the nickel, and the copper in these batteries. 25,000 pounds of brine,
00:20:47.320 25,000, 30,000 pounds of cobalt, 5,000 pounds of nickel ore, 25,000 pounds of copper, and in
00:20:54.660 aggregate, half a million pounds of material need to be mined to create one battery. Then he brings
00:21:01.520 up the Norway example, which he didn't bring up, though. Norway's oil production is up 20% since
00:21:06.540 2019 in their valiant efforts to save Western Europe. England's is down, by the way, since that
00:21:13.560 time, 28%. But here, Norway is on an EV buying bench, 60% uptick in EV purchases. However,
00:21:21.580 total miles driven in gas vehicles up year on year, the last five years up, due to long-distance
00:21:28.700 drifts being taken, can only be taken with gas. So even the Norwegians, heavy into oil production to
00:21:34.040 save Western Europe, frankly, who remain heavy users of it, but also responsive to the need for
00:21:40.940 gas-powered vehicles. While they're buying EVs, they're not using them that much. And he points
00:21:47.780 to the corporate rhetoric, the fact that corporate leaders here, like Barra, running GM,
00:21:53.720 indulged and even required to say fantastical, unrealistic things. And I became accustomed to
00:21:59.620 that running Mitsubishi, listening to my counterparts across the industry, just bantering this rhetoric
00:22:05.960 about, you know, net zero decarbonization, net zero decarbonization, sustainability, all about
00:22:12.400 renewables that they full well know, full well know, are vastly insufficient in the energy they
00:22:18.840 produce, particularly compared to the cost it takes to make them.
00:22:24.740 Okay, here's the thing. Holman Jenkson is not, you know, here's every now and again, we'll have our
00:22:29.900 hair on fire. Holman Jenkson is one of the state guys over at the journals, probably the best writer
00:22:35.200 they got there. He actually, in the sub-headline, he implies throughout the piece that the United
00:22:42.640 States and Europe are actually on a path to become failed states. And when that actually happens,
00:22:49.480 they actually collapse. You'll go back and look at their energy policy tied to this, really,
00:22:55.140 not even ideology. It's like a medieval cult theology. How can industry, how can people in industry,
00:23:03.220 and it seems to me a lot of the people in the oil industry have bought into this. Is the power
00:23:09.460 of the cultural aspects of this so strong that you don't want to be othered, that you want to keep
00:23:14.580 your job, you want to be invited to the clubs, you want to be able to go to the nice restaurants? Is
00:23:18.720 that what's holding this together? Because clearly, as he goes through, there's nothing in the physical
00:23:23.660 world, there's nothing in the world of mathematics or the applied physics of life that back any of this up.
00:23:30.680 No, he points very specifically to such things as the EPA negotiations with folks like Barra running
00:23:37.700 GM to negotiate and broker fuel mileage concessions on remaining gas-powered cars are probably buttressed
00:23:46.280 up against commitments by her to say things like, GM will stop producing gas-powered cars by 2035.
00:23:53.680 That in exchange for commitments to make rhetoric like that by her, she would arguably accept
00:24:00.700 concessions that she's proposing for at least prolonging the life of trucks and SUVs with somewhat
00:24:07.320 relaxed mileage standards compared to what the EPA really wants to do. So that this use of the,
00:24:13.640 because I saw this across the power industry, utilities and OEMs alike in the power generation
00:24:19.100 industry, using all of this rhetoric, all of these pom-poms and full well-knowing, full well-knowing
00:24:25.060 that this variant of renewable energy, this isn't about EVs, I've switched to renewable energy,
00:24:29.900 is simply not viable. This equipment was known 40 years ago when it became a little bit popular to be
00:24:36.520 very part-time, very opportunistically able to harvest little bits of energy at a time. And now
00:24:43.080 somehow that's morphed into some behemoth of going to replace all electrical sources per generation,
00:24:49.080 when nothing has changed with these wind and solar farms and battery storage being only,
00:24:54.600 in that case, two hours a day being viable. They're not viable for full-time electrification.
00:24:59.600 Everybody knows that, but they have to be out there with the rhetoric. And the only other point I make
00:25:04.880 is incentives. Incentives must end, you know, favoring certain of these devices, because what
00:25:10.680 they do is mask over what you want is efficient use of energy. Of course, you want to overproduce
00:25:16.400 it, but you also want to motivate efficient use of it. You don't do that when you mask over the real
00:25:23.220 cost of expensive things like wind, solar, battery storage, and EVs with incentives. EVs incentivized up
00:25:30.280 to 70% when you include the OEM incentives on top of the buyer incentives pointed out by the Texas
00:25:36.240 Public Policy Foundation very accurately. You wind up masking over the ability of dilute folks'
00:25:42.740 willingness to be efficient when you hide true costs. This is also in the House. This is what you talk
00:25:49.080 woke and weaponized. The subsidies, it's also the subsidies that are out of control. They talk about
00:25:53.300 incentives. There's also these crazy subsidies just adding to the debt burden, and it's not going to
00:25:57.640 have any payoff. Where do they go to get you? This is very important. Grace and Mo are going to
00:26:02.400 push it out. Holman Jenkins at the Wall Street Journal. Where do people go to get all your
00:26:07.500 information, Brother Rush? On Dave Walsh Energy and on Getter and on True Social, the same. Thank you, Steve.
00:26:15.500 Walsh, amazing. Okay, when the Wall Street Journal, when Holman Jenkins, who's a very staid,
00:26:22.320 kind of a brilliant one of their writers over there, when he writes a piece and says,
00:26:28.320 if, and it's not a big if, if the United States and Europe become failed states, failed states,
00:26:36.680 that tells you about the managed decline. That gets back to the managed decline of our country
00:26:41.660 by our elites. They're the ones that have bought into this fairy tale. They're the ones that believe
00:26:47.400 the cult ideology of climate change. It's a cult ideology, not backed up by any set of mathematics
00:26:55.480 or anything in the physical world, okay? And now it's kind of an ideology. It's like a medieval theology,
00:27:01.040 and it's pushed nonstop, nonstop. It's driving this country into the ground, because if you don't have
00:27:08.280 a rational energy policy, you can't build the business model of an advanced industrial and
00:27:13.840 post-industrial economy, society and culture. This is one of these, go to Birchgold right now.
00:27:20.220 If you don't think the writing's on the wall, look at Biden. Biden's put up a 7.3 trillion,
00:27:25.340 just in your face, $7.3 trillion budget that has a 1.8, in his best case, a 1.8 trillion dollar
00:27:33.860 deficit. What's the over and under on this, okay? He's never, it's going to be a two and a half to
00:27:39.260 $3 trillion dollar deficit. We've called all the deficit stuff right, and when he puts out that,
00:27:45.420 if it gets confirmed or approved, and people say, well, Steve, you got a Republican House,
00:27:49.880 it can't be. We just are working through a Nancy Pelosi budget plus $30 billion, so don't tell me
00:27:55.600 it can't be done, that has a two to two and a half trillion dollar deficit in it. Birchgold.com

00:30:09.940 Mr. Hurd, do you believe Joe Biden's mentally confident enough to be president of the United
00:30:18.700 States? Does your report fair, sir? Does Joe Biden have the mental capability necessary to
00:30:24.760 service POTUS? Okay, welcome back. Laura Loomer joins us. Laura, this is the, I guess,
00:30:35.900 a great unasked question day. That was your reporter outside for our radio and podcast audience. That
00:30:41.000 was her walking into the building. Give me your assessment of what happened today.
00:30:46.680 Yeah, well, thanks for having me. And that is, of course, true what you said. That's Charles
00:30:51.960 Downs, my Loomer Unleashed DC correspondent. So great work, Charles, who confronted special counsel
00:30:59.780 Hurd today as he was walking in to testify. Look, my question is, why is it that no
00:31:05.820 Republican had the courage or had the balls to ask what every single person wants to know?
00:31:11.340 The main question on everybody's mind is, is if special counsel Hurd came to the conclusion in
00:31:16.740 his report that Joe Biden was not mentally competent to testify, he's not mentally competent
00:31:22.220 to testify because he has some kind of a brain issue or some kind of a memory lapse, or he's an old,
00:31:28.300 old, old man, right, an old doting man with good intentions, as special counsel Hurd maybe naively
00:31:35.980 described him as. Isn't the next question, well, if he's too mentally unfit to testify, does that mean
00:31:43.740 that he's too mentally unfit to be president of the United States? Would you recommend, based off of
00:31:50.260 your interview with Joe Biden, special counsel, recommend that Congress invoke the 25th Amendment?
00:31:55.880 Those are the things that are really going to move the dial in this country and help secure
00:32:00.680 an election victory for President Trump. We don't need to be wasting any more time with hearings. We
00:32:05.260 don't need to be wasting any more time with investigations that are not going to go anywhere
00:32:08.640 just so Republicans can have their time on Fox News with their soundbites and their tweets and the
00:32:13.580 House GOP can have their intern tweet, accountability is coming again. I mean, look, we've seen this.
00:32:18.800 We see this every single time that House Republicans have another hearing. This is not about,
00:32:24.460 you know, waiting for the Republicans to finally hold Joe Biden accountable over these next seven
00:32:30.120 months, which is never going to happen. The American people need to be faced with the hard
00:32:34.720 facts and the hard truth so that they can decide whether they're voting for Joe Biden for four
00:32:38.780 more years and the end of America as we know it, or they're voting for President Trump. And I do
00:32:44.300 believe that as a lot of moderate Democrats and independents heard the special counsel say,
00:32:49.060 it is of my recommendation or my analysis that Joe Biden is not fit to be president because that
00:32:56.100 would logically mean, right, A plus B equals C, that he is not fit to serve as president if he's
00:33:02.900 not mentally fit to testify. Okay, Laura, you're a partisan, I'm a partisan, and I realize those things
00:33:11.100 over the election. But isn't your question even deeper than that, that this is, if you read the,
00:33:17.120 if you read the transcript as Rahim's gone through, and it's now up on, on national pulse of, of the
00:33:22.820 deposition, if you look at the report, this is a national security issue. I mean, isn't the question
00:33:29.500 why it should have been asked today is that this is of import to the American people, regardless of
00:33:34.120 your political persuasion, that the guy that sat there and under oath talked to him and headed in
00:33:38.900 the report as he had it, that the only reason he's not taking him to federal court and charging him
00:33:43.940 with crimes, he thinks the jury would see him, as you quoted, a doddering, nice old man. What, the
00:33:50.720 question's a national, isn't the question a national security question today, when you've got reports,
00:33:56.360 I don't know if they're accurate or not, but from CNN correspondence saying Putin was thinking of using
00:34:01.220 tactical, potentially using tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine in the first 60 to 90 days, ma'am?
00:34:08.140 Look, it is a national security issue, but that's been evident for a long time now. And we've just
00:34:14.680 been told that we're ultra-magic extremists for saying this. Of course, it's a national security
00:34:19.800 threat when you have an Alzheimer's patient in charge of, of running our country. It's a national
00:34:25.160 security threat when you have Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin lying to his colleagues and not informing
00:34:30.800 people in the middle of rapid escalations with Iran and Hezbollah and Hamas and the region of the
00:34:38.840 Middle East for him to be getting tested for prostate cancer and undergoing emergency surgery. Yes, of
00:34:44.860 course, all of this is a national security issue, which is why it's so important for the House
00:34:49.400 Republicans to further convey the need for the American people to vote for Donald Trump, because
00:34:55.240 it's the end of America as we know it, whether that's with nuclear war or a full-blown communist
00:35:00.920 takeover, Steve, who knows how we're going to end as a country, how the American empire is eventually
00:35:06.020 going to collapse. But it's going to be a matter of national security because our adversaries and
00:35:13.000 our enemies are taking advantage of the fact that Joe Biden is literally an Alzheimer's patient.
00:35:16.880 I know you've also been very focused on J6. The revelations over the last 48 hours that Liz Cheney and
00:35:24.640 the J6 committee suppressed meaningful information that were shown Cassie Hutchison as a perjured herself.
00:35:31.000 She was lying. Also, that President Trump's totally exonerated and to the point that he ordered 10,000
00:35:38.740 troops on the Sunday before the Tuesday J6. Your thoughts on what you're hearing and coming up about J6 right
00:35:44.780 now? Well, look, again, this is another failure by the House Republicans. Why are we even still
00:35:51.680 talking about J6? I thought that Mike Johnson said that he released all the J6 tapes. Oh, wait,
00:35:56.440 that's right. If he released the tapes, we wouldn't be having this conversation. So once again, it's
00:36:00.360 another lie, Steve. We can sit here and talk about J6 all day long, but the reality is there's no
00:36:06.140 accountability for House Republicans. There should have been a motion to vacate against Mike Johnson
00:36:10.460 as soon as he called for another continued resolution and lied about releasing the J6 tapes.
00:36:15.560 OK, we have people sitting in prison rotting. And yes, it's great that President Trump released a
00:36:19.640 statement yesterday on True Social saying that one of the first things he's going to do is pardon all
00:36:23.380 the J6ers. But that could have been expedited. Right. And these legal proceedings for the J6ers
00:36:28.940 could have been expedited if Mike Johnson actually would have kept his word. So again, you know,
00:36:34.740 everybody wants to continue talking about the shifting narrative on J6. But the real question I have
00:36:40.320 is, why do the House Republicans keep dropping the ball? They're dropping the ball. I mean,
00:36:44.800 look, just today you have the announcement of the retirement of Congressman Ken Buck. And now what
00:36:50.580 this means is we are one seat away officially from Speaker Hakeem Jeffries. So, you know, we're not
00:36:57.160 going to have any more footage regarding the J6 tapes or anything relating to the J6 political prisoners.
00:37:03.580 We're not going to see any advancements on their cause or their liberation from these gulags in
00:37:07.680 Washington, D.C. if we have a Speaker Hakeem Jeffries. And that is going to become a reality
00:37:12.840 before the 2024 presidential election due to Republican incompetence. So again, I don't
00:37:18.980 really find these hearings to be entertaining anymore. In fact, I didn't even watch the entire
00:37:23.460 hearing today because I'm sick and tired of listening to Republicans bloviate. I don't want
00:37:27.940 to hear it. I've seen enough. It's time for these morons to just do their damn job.
00:37:31.780 Laura, where do people get to your podcast, all your footage, your writings, all of it?
00:37:40.040 Well, people can follow me at loomered.com. That's loomered.com. And also follow me on
00:37:45.440 X and Truth Social and Getter at Laura Loomer. And my show is every Tuesday and Thursday live
00:37:51.460 at 8 p.m. Eastern on Rumble. It's called Loomer Unleashed and people can watch it tonight. I'm going
00:37:55.960 to be playing the teaser, announcing my documentary into the invasion of America. And so I have a new
00:38:03.340 documentary coming out and I will be announcing the name of my documentary and, of course,
00:38:08.820 playing the promo for the first time live. So tune in on Rumble tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern.
00:38:16.180 Fantastic. Look forward to it and look forward to talking about the film.
00:38:19.900 Laura Loomer.
00:38:20.540 Yeah, thanks for having me.
00:38:21.580 Always welcome. She did amazing work down in the Darien Gap, amazing work down in Panama.
00:38:29.860 This thing's going to be pretty explosive because she got stuff only Laura Loomer can get
00:38:33.660 because she's absolutely, totally relentless. Somebody else is relentless as Mike Lindell.
00:38:38.920 Mike, I didn't get a chance to ask you today, where were you for that morning shot?
00:38:44.280 Man, it was unbelievable. I wanted to be there. Where were you?
00:38:48.300 I was in paradise at Mar-a-Lago and now I'm in mid-Florida here. I was filming some commercials
00:38:56.540 today. But yeah, I was in Mar-a-Lago. It was awesome. I love it there. And I'll tell you,
00:39:02.160 Steve, when they say, gee, we're going to find you and because this Mar-a-Lago is only worth 18 million,
00:39:08.740 I'll tell you what, I think the room I was in was worth 18 million. I mean, it's just beautiful down
00:39:14.520 there. Absolutely beautiful. It's a, it's a magical, magical place. It's okay. My phone totally
00:39:21.020 blew up from this morning, um, from both reporters and, uh, people that watch the show and people I
00:39:26.680 know saying, what in the hell is Mike Lindell got up his sleeve? What is, is this real? Or is Mike
00:39:31.520 Lindell just trying to sell some more lumpy pillows? What is going to go on on Thursday? Everybody wants
00:39:36.220 to know. I'm so excited. It's Supreme Court case. The lawyers will be turning it in later on,
00:39:42.940 on Thursday. We were going to do it right on site at the Supreme Court. And, uh, but they said,
00:39:47.780 no, Mike, it's too risky. It's going to be too dangerous. And we're going to do it this way. So
00:39:52.940 we need everybody's help. Go to lindellplan.com, you guys, and spread the word everywhere.
00:39:59.080 The evidence we're going to put in this case has never been seen before. And the only reason we're
00:40:04.040 able to do it is because they kicked this case out on standing. Had they not done that, we wouldn't
00:40:09.260 be able to add this new evidence. And it is so explosive. Uh, the only thing stopping it is
00:40:15.080 everybody spreading the word week. Cause you're not going to see this on Fox news. You're not going
00:40:19.460 to see it on news back. You're not going to see it on any of these stations because they don't want,
00:40:24.280 they don't want this out there for some reason. And, um, you know that, and we hope that the media
00:40:29.280 does attack me all week because, uh, it'd be like the little boy that called Wolf, Mike Lindell.
00:40:33.900 Oh, he's going to bring it to the Supreme court. It's going to be nine zero. Well, this is real
00:40:37.860 Steve. And it's really happening on Thursday. And I think the Supreme court, if they see this
00:40:43.860 evidence, if they look at, they're going to have to take it in because they need to secure our
00:40:48.000 country. They need to secure our country. Our elections have been deemed critical infrastructure.
00:40:53.960 I've been fighting for three years, three years to ourselves, you know, that people, we need to wake
00:40:59.180 up and secure our elections. We're like a third world country with our election platforms.
00:41:03.780 They're disgusting. And, uh, so the time is here, everybody. Very excited. Okay. Rupert Murdoch
00:41:10.300 had some of the best lawyers in the country. He had every top investigative firm. If you want to
00:41:15.040 tap into it, he had the whole Fox news apparatus and he said, no Moss and, uh, and, and gave them,
00:41:21.640 I forget $800, $900 million, which is most people sit there and go, Hey, I hear Mike, but man,
00:41:27.200 Murdoch, these are tough guys. They throw nickels around like their manhole covers. And they wrote
00:41:32.120 him a nine, $800 million check. What, how come his team couldn't find what you're saying your team
00:41:38.420 found?
00:41:38.640 I believe Fox is in on Steve. Remember when they called Arizona early amongst other things,
00:41:44.280 um, they didn't find, they never came out and asked us for anything, any of the evidence at all.
00:41:49.680 And by the way, everyone out there that you're watching and even the horrible media that's
00:41:54.540 watching, no judge in the United States has looked at the 2020 election based on the merit
00:42:00.580 of the evidence. Now this evidence that's going to be presented is we didn't have this, uh, three
00:42:06.460 years ago. We didn't have it four months ago. This is all brand new. And this stuff is so easy
00:42:11.280 to understand. And it's so explosive. This is like on God's timing. This is a blessing of all time.
00:42:16.980 Now the, the, when you talk about Fox, I see, I don't know what to think of what they,
00:42:21.800 why they would do that, why they never asked anybody for anything. They made this closed door
00:42:25.760 meeting and then they fired Tucker. Actually, they keep paying him on a Friday, uh, when they did this
00:42:31.140 $787 million settlement, there's a lot of questions I believe Fox will have to answer
00:42:36.300 down the road. Uh, but for now we need to secure our election platforms. Anybody that was in on all
00:42:42.300 these things, all the corruption out there, we can deal with that later. We have to get our election
00:42:47.000 secure. And those nine justices, when it comes down to common sense, everybody look at, they just
00:42:52.520 voted nine zero. I believe when they look at this, no, even if they're corrupt, they won't be able
00:42:57.300 to vote against it. Okay. Hang on a second. Our audience, we're going to go to a short break. Our
00:43:02.560 audience wants to talk deals, um, because they love the deals that you're giving exclusively to
00:43:07.660 them and not to the people at Fox. Not that we're very competitive. Mike, just hang on for a second.
00:43:13.800 Uh, and thanks for telling me it was Mar-a-Lago. You're absolutely correct. How the guy say it's worth
00:43:17.340 $18 million thing is absolutely amazing. Listen, don't get caught up for your medical, uh, needs and your
00:43:24.100 generic drugs or your drugs, uh, by the Chinese Communist Party in the supply chain. Jace
00:43:28.740 medical.com. Dr. Sean and the team built an entire company about Rosemary Gibson's book.
00:43:35.220 And it's out there right now for you to use. Go to Jace medical.com today. Immerse yourself in the
00:43:40.860 information. Short break back in the moment. I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming
00:43:47.560 to our money in our bank accounts. First, think back to nine 11 shortly after the government pushed
00:43:53.300 through the Patriot Act. This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring
00:43:58.780 our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of
00:44:04.860 the independent financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author
00:44:09.820 is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new
00:44:15.700 level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon
00:44:20.520 expand their powers to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to
00:44:27.200 the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our
00:44:33.340 bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:40.340 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate
00:44:44.960 us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable
00:44:52.040 money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to
00:44:58.760 RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:45:03.920 Okay, breaking news. Jake Sherman over at Punchbowl just reporting that Brian Fitzpatrick of
00:45:16.020 Pennsylvania, the FBI guy who was stationed in Ukraine, has just put a discharge petition
00:45:20.820 onto the floor. Six Republicans have already signed it. This is going to be blockbusters. We'll get into
00:45:26.040 that tomorrow morning, but that's out now live. We'll be able to pull it down and read it. Also,
00:45:32.400 Ken Buck earlier today announced he's resigning effective next week. It's kind of, I think,
00:45:36.560 to screw Lauren Boebert because as a senior congressman, I don't think she can run in a
00:45:40.100 special election. There has to be a special election on Colorado. So that will jack the
00:45:44.340 name recognition of her opponents, and one of those will run as an incumbent. So this is all,
00:45:50.960 we'll go through all that tomorrow. But the discharge petition, this is for the Ukraine,
00:45:54.780 $60 billion. They're maniacally focused. Fitzpatrick was an FBI guy. Think about it. FBI in Ukraine,
00:46:00.200 that could never be a problem. Mike Lindell, everybody wants to know, they love when you
00:46:04.720 come on here and talk about the election platforms. They love all of it. They love the fact you're a
00:46:08.280 fighter. But I have to be honest, they also want you on here because they want you to talk deals.
00:46:13.720 They love what you're offering to the War Room Posse on exclusive basis. What do you got for it this
00:46:18.420 afternoon? Well, I want to thank the War Room Posse for getting involved with Lindellplan.com and
00:46:24.040 helping us out there with the Supreme Court thing. So what we're doing, this is exclusive to the
00:46:30.040 War Room Posse. We had two box stores canceled these sheet order a couple months ago, and we're
00:46:36.080 giving it exclusive to the War Room Posse. These are the percale sheets. These are regular $99.98,
00:46:42.980 $26.98 for queen. Anybody who knows anything about sheets, that's basically our cost. So we're
00:46:48.600 rewarding the War Room Posse with this king size $29.98. Of course, we have all the other sizes,
00:46:54.220 full size, twin sizes for even lower prices. But you've got all the colors, all the sizes.
00:46:59.280 We probably have, this is very limited. We're liquidating about $20,000. That was their order
00:47:05.840 for the War Room Posse. Their loss is your gain, everybody. And then take that promo code WARROOM
00:47:12.060 and head on over to MyPillow.com. Go down till you see Steve's face there at the War Room Posse. And
00:47:18.620 you go down there and you click on that on the website and you're going to get the exclusive War Room
00:47:24.140 special. There's those sheets. There's the premium MyPillows, now made with Giza cotton,
00:47:30.220 $24.77 for the queen size, $29.77 for the king. The towel sets, $29.98. Every special we've ran
00:47:38.820 on War Room is there, plus more and more we're adding daily. And don't forget MyStore.com,
00:47:44.600 everybody. Your promo code works there for thousands of entrepreneurs. This is a win,
00:47:49.780 win, win, win, win. Amazing. Mike Lindell, thank you very much. We'll let you go back to work in
00:47:57.040 central Florida where you're cutting some spots. We'll get to find out all about that. We'll see
00:48:01.200 you tomorrow morning. Mike Lindell, thank you for the specials. Thank you. Warren Posse, I loves it.
00:48:07.060 MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM. MyStore.com, promo code WARROOM. And of course,
00:48:11.060 800-873-1062. Next hour, Carrie Sheffield, we're going to talk about the attack on the American
00:48:19.620 family, mental health issues that have come up with the onslaught of social media. Remember,
00:48:26.520 the TikTok vote is supposed to happen tomorrow in the House. TikTok, they had the highly classified
00:48:35.000 hearing today for members of the House. I heard it shock some people. Talked about the Chinese
00:48:39.300 Communist Party direct interference into our elections using this most powerful of all the
00:48:44.560 platforms, you know, they've had. And I realized President Trump has come out and saying, hey,
00:48:49.240 don't forget about Facebook and don't forget about Zuckerberg. Zuckerberg, remember, put a half a
00:48:53.900 billion dollars of his own money, personal money, to rig the 2020 election because Joe Biden, as we all
00:49:00.980 know, is an illegitimate usurper. And we will never back off that because this is how it happened.
00:49:08.080 The American people are starting to wake up to that. We're going to get into tomorrow morning.
00:49:11.500 Alex Jones is going to join us. Darren Beattie is going to join us. We're going to get into a lot of
00:49:17.160 Alex Jones is going to give us, pull back the camera, give us the big picture. And Darren Beattie is going
00:49:21.880 to be here to talk about Google, to talk about TikTok, to talk about the entire apparatus, a lot of
00:49:27.840 it built with on the supply chains of Chinese products and Chinese technology. So we'll get to all
00:49:34.040 that tomorrow morning. Also, people ask, hey, Steve, how do you stay on fire all day? Two
00:49:38.540 things. Number one, Warpath coffee in the morning. I get my Warpath dot, go to warpath.coffee slash
00:49:44.660 worm. I get my dark roast, which you guys know I absolutely love. Get my dark roast. But if you
00:49:50.920 don't like dark roast taste, you on the team of Navy SEALs have made, have also made mild blends,
00:49:56.460 breakfast blends, all of it. Just go immerse yourself in the information. Find out about the roasting,
00:50:00.800 find out about all of it. Carmichael finally got you off the golf course, man. You're the
00:50:05.580 hardest guy in the world to track down. Are you on permanent vacation now? Your heart's
00:50:09.880 working so well. You're on permanent vacation, brother?
00:50:12.540 Well, Steve, I am with my daughter, my wife, and my little grandchildren who are two years
00:50:18.220 old and one year old. And we're down here in Florida for a few days. And I appreciate you
00:50:23.940 letting me be on War Room with you. I always enjoy Michael and Dale. And when I travel, I do
00:50:30.240 carry my pillow with me. So Michael will be happy to know that. And I sleep well. I sleep
00:50:36.220 well. It was great last night. But I want to talk a little bit about Soul Tea. And, you
00:50:41.440 know, Steve, I've been talking about how I'm 75 years old and taking my own product for over
00:50:47.020 20 years. And it's helped me manage my cholesterol. It's helped me improve my blood pressure. And
00:50:53.060 I also have had two friends. One friend, unfortunately, at age 71, passed away from a
00:50:59.040 heart attack in his sleep just a few weeks ago. And I have another friend I had breakfast
00:51:04.560 with the other day. And he said, you didn't know this, but I've been taking Soul Tea now
00:51:09.660 for six months. And he said, I do take a small dose of Lipitor, a statin drug. But he said,
00:51:15.480 I've been taking Soul Tea, and my bad cholesterol has dropped an additional 15 points because of
00:51:22.080 Soul Tea. And so I just cannot talk about how important it is to keep your heart in good
00:51:29.800 shape. And the reason that Soul Tea works so well is that we have a particular molecule
00:51:35.300 that we extract from green tea that's called theoflavin. We increase that percentage from
00:51:41.980 1% to 22%. And it is that increase in the power of theoflavin that helps you with your
00:51:48.880 cholesterol, your blood pressure, and your cardio system. And the way to get Soul Tea is
00:51:53.620 to go to warroomhealth.com. That's warroomhealth.com. And use the code warroom at checkout. And you'll
00:52:00.740 get 50% off your initial shipment. And then you'll get three bottles for the price of two every
00:52:05.680 90 days. And we always pay the freight. Go to warroomhealth.com. Use the code
00:52:11.960 warroom, help your heart, and have a healthier, happier life.
00:52:18.380 Krom, thank you so much for coming on. Soul Tea, we absolutely love it. We use it. And make sure
00:52:22.640 you go back and enjoy the grandkids on the couple of days off you're taking with your daughter and
00:52:28.000 her children. Congratulations, sir.
00:52:30.800 I appreciate it. Thanks so much.
00:52:32.400 Krom, Michael, one of the classiest guys we know. So fantastic. Okay, next hour, I've got
00:52:38.920 Carrie Sheffield and Kelly Walker. We're going to give you some insights on what's happening with
00:52:43.280 this, the attack on parents, the attack on family, attack on children, the big tech feudalism
00:52:49.400 after your kids. Also, I'm going to break down some of the actual hearing today. Gates and Jim
00:52:55.220 Jordan on their tapes, they're questioning. Short commercial break. Back for the second hour of
