Senators introduce a bill that could ban TikTok and other social media apps from being sold in the United States. The bill is sponsored by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and has support from both sides of the aisle.
00:13:51.500That's going to be the narrative for the next eight months.
00:13:55.900The Senate, the Republicans won't let me do anything.
00:13:58.980The resolution that was passed in the House is the official response to that, which just lays out,
00:14:07.920puts on the record that the Biden administration totally has all the authorities that it needs.
00:14:16.320And it goes down and it enumerates all the different authorities that they already have without any help from Republicans or the Senate or anybody.
00:14:25.080And I think it's important that they that they did that because this is going to be the debate all the way to the election on this issue.
00:16:28.840That many tells us that they are kind of running for the hills right now on this issue because the polls are showing it is the apex issue, at least right now, in the 2024 election.
00:16:42.500Those people are standing for re-election.
00:16:45.220They understand that their constituents are furious over this thing.
00:16:52.600So I think that that is a reflection of how important the illegal immigration, mass migration crisis actually is.
00:17:00.120Okay, Senator Tommy Tuberville on Friday on this show is sitting exactly where Dave Bratt is sitting now, said that, hey, 750 – once the port is built, once this pier, the Navy builds this pier into Gaza, 750,000.
00:17:17.760The Biden regime intends to bring at least 750,000 Palestinians from Gaza to the United States from that pier via Europe.
00:18:17.300The smugglers are bringing them into Florida.
00:18:19.200What to watch for here, this is very important in the coming days, is whether the Biden government interdicts them at sea with naval assets, not just Coast Guard assets, and turns them back and repatriates them either to Haiti or to Guantanamo Bay, which has been done in the past.
00:18:41.380That's an option, or lets them hit the shores of Florida and then processes them in.
00:18:48.220If they let them hit the shores of Florida and let them in, then you will have an immediate mass migration by sea of an order that I think we haven't seen in many, many decades.
00:19:03.780We've seen these things pop in 1991, in 1994.
00:19:08.060Everybody, every president tries to turn this back.
00:19:11.620But I don't – what I'm hearing, I have a source in U.S. Customs and Border Protection, very well placed, who is telling me that the orders are to have the Coast Guard follow the boats to Florida and let them land.
00:19:28.700We'll see if they – if that holds, but there are –
00:19:33.400Hold it. Hold it. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Slow down. Repeat that.
00:19:37.920You're saying a well-placed source is confirming your worst fear, which is the Coast Guard will basically be a convoy service and allow them to set foot in the United States in which we have the whole madness of the paroles and all that.
00:19:51.120Is that what you're hearing from senior sources?
00:20:45.060Hopefully, it just goes away and they – you know, nothing happens.
00:20:49.380But I'm told that the first leading edge of the flotilla is about three days out at sea, and they should start to hit the Keys in Florida in just 72 hours.
00:21:04.260So we're going to have to watch to see what the administration does.
00:21:07.940Some boats have already landed, and when they have, they process them right in.
00:21:12.780Nobody is getting repatriated down there.
00:21:14.760I think they're prepared to take the gamble.
00:21:18.780They've already been condemned by 14 Democrats and the entire Republican side that listed out.
00:21:23.680And if Carly Bonet, Grace, and Moe can push out that article with the resolution, then it's pretty damning.
00:21:30.020But they're prepared to take the risk.
00:21:31.540You see right now they're going to force – they're going to force this on the American people.
00:21:34.920But one thing I just – before – I know you get a bounce.
00:21:37.360When you say maritime invasion, folks, this is why we cover Europe so closely on this.
00:21:42.280Is this not going to be the first time?
00:21:44.060Because this is going to dwarf anything from Cuba or anywhere else previously.
00:21:48.300We've been invaded by land, and we've been invaded by air as the Biden – as you broke the story, the Biden regime has been sent over 300,000 deep into the country on planes.
00:21:56.900This is going to be the equivalent for the first time, really, on a mass scale, what's happening in Europe with the boats coming across from North Africa and, of course, in England coming across from France.
00:23:11.700Initially, the Coast Guard was ordered, I'm told, to interdict them and turn them back all the way to Haiti, repatriate them.
00:23:20.580And then somebody came in behind and flipped that order to just follow them so that they don't capsize or that there's – for safety all the way until they land wherever they land.
00:24:03.340It's the only book about this border crisis that's out there, believe it or not.
00:24:09.160It explains everything about how it started.
00:24:12.540The subtitle, which is now a year old, is how Joe Biden unleashed the greatest border crisis in U.S. history.
00:24:21.540They're denying that completely, blaming the Republicans.
00:24:24.720Well, they have a resolution now that goes through in detail by the House, a counter to Mitch McConnell and these guys, and they had 14 prominent Democrats sign up for it.
00:24:36.380Democrats, their political futures are on the line.
00:24:39.800They understand not just the polling, but the furious nature of their constituents that have had a belly full of this.
00:25:35.960Prior to Obama, there was nothing like this.
00:25:38.100The total chaos, the total chaos, the American people are seeing across the board, an out-of-control CIA, FBI, Justice Department, open borders, economic chaos, free checks for half the population, it seems.
00:25:52.540This out-of-control anarchy is planned.
00:30:03.040What is your specific beef with Robin Voss that rises to the level he should be recalled?
00:30:08.420It boils right down to when he made a statement some time back saying he would do all he could to ensure that Donald Trump didn't get the nomination for Wisconsin.
00:30:17.420The moment he said that, I was very, very concerned over him trying to control elections, and we've recently discovered, even more importantly, Robin Voss has ties to the CCP.
00:30:27.160He's part of basically a committee, the SLLF, which is going to be the State Legislative Leadership Foundation.
00:34:07.500You can also go to Breitbart.com for all of your viewers.
00:34:10.740And there's an article about it, a lot of details on it.
00:34:12.880And I think if we would have had this a lot earlier, this would have a lot of stronger ramifications on our recall.
00:34:18.760Because this is really resonating with the people of the 63rd Assembly District.
00:34:22.520And VOS, over time, has blocked numerous bills here in Wisconsin that would have limited or blocked the CCP bills.
00:34:30.460So what we're seeing is we're seeing a ton of our tracts of land, bigger tracts of land, not one, two, or three acres, but massive tracts in our counties disappearing, being sold to China.
00:34:40.120And VOS is blocking that when bills are put forward to safeguard that.
00:35:30.040You know, I only wish they spent as much time as they are discrediting our signatures as they would on actually, like, making sure our votes are fair and they're proper and our roles are, you know, cleaned up.
00:36:34.100You see these congressmen that won't stand up to Biden and force a showdown on the southern border, yet they passed this resolution yesterday.
00:37:01.240I think your humor pegged it just right.
00:37:04.000No one wants to be seen as favoring the CCP because of the Judeo-Christian tradition.
00:37:11.500That is still alive and well, but buried in the souls and minds of the American people.
00:37:17.920We need to bring that up to the forefront again when Morning Mika and Joe and Deutsch and whoever on the left are making moral accusations about what they suspect the Republicans or other parties might do in the future.
00:37:32.560I haven't heard any analysis from them of our main trading partner, China.
00:37:38.360And they're the most murderous regime in all of history, a point you make almost daily on the show.
00:37:45.500Where is your moral backbone in economics, right?
00:37:48.720The main lesson of economics is you always aim for the low-hanging fruit.
00:37:53.320So if you want to do good in this world, there's a couple places you would aim your firepower.
00:37:57.140One would be at helping to feed sub-Saharan Africa, and the other would be to add liberty and freedom and give the Chinese people the ability to be Chinese again.
00:38:19.100This is sweeping to Angus Deaton, one of the Nobel laureates, one of the mainstream giants in economics proper, which I have little respect for anymore.
00:38:30.960But Deaton is breaking away, and he's saying economics as a profession has failed.
00:38:35.760We haven't covered any of the main issues like income inequality, these giant firms, poverty, the welfare of the American people.
00:38:43.000And he says we need to get back to ethics, and then he names Adam Smith and John Stuart Mill and Bentham and some of these guys who are fine, but the only reason they existed was because they fit within the Judeo-Christian tradition and moral framework.
00:40:12.800But like Warhain's textbook is the same as all of them across the country.
00:40:15.680It's Aristotle on virtue ethics, the utilitarians, and then Kant, the greatest moral theorist of the past couple hundred years from Germany.
00:42:59.140It has to roll through people's agency.
00:43:00.860That's one of the things about this show.
00:43:02.200We're here to empower people, right, from the grassroots level all the way up to give them the most sophisticated macroeconomic capital markets, geopolitics.
00:43:13.020We make it harder and harder and harder.
00:43:14.460We raise the bar, and they want it even higher.
00:43:17.100But what happens, you've got this – right now, they put a resolution out yesterday.
00:43:21.740Now, a resolution has no legal bearing, but it is a resolution of the House.
00:43:25.940It has 14 Democrats, and it's brutal about the Biden regime.
00:43:29.660It calls them out for their lie that they have every piece of – they have every part.
00:43:34.460Every part, as you said, like Lincoln said, he's endowed with massive powers.
00:43:39.660He has those powers to protect the country's sovereignty.
00:43:42.140Yet, we're still having this debate right now, the second part of the budgets, and they're talking about – and I want to give people insight baseball – the DHS budget may be a problem to get through.
00:43:53.000So we may still be looking for a government shutdown.
00:43:54.940But the folks that are supposed to be the biblical Christians in the House have not stepped forward and say, this is wrong.
00:44:02.760And look at what – I'm telling you, they're going to ram Gaza, and they're going to ram Haiti down your throat.
00:44:08.440But right now – and this is not me saying it.
00:44:10.940Tuberville said 750,000 Palestinians that Egypt and Jordan do not want to take.
00:44:17.140They're coming here to the United States.
00:44:18.580It's an open secret in the Biden regime.
00:44:20.520And now you can have hundreds of thousands to millions of Haitians because, Benzman just told you, inside the apparatus, they've told them, hey, we're just going to escort them in here.
00:44:29.200We're going to have a concierge service and process them in.
00:44:32.020So where is the agency coming off of those highfalutin Judeo-Christian morals, sir?
00:44:39.060Yeah, well, the agency, unfortunately, has been buried for the past 50 years somehow with the use of human reason.
00:44:47.460We're not allowed to bring up the dominant moral theory that framed Western civilization.
00:44:53.560You cannot teach about Jesus or Moses in the public schools.
00:44:57.640And so the agency is, hey, folks, there's a First Amendment.
00:45:01.800You have a freedom to religious speech.
00:45:21.060No sane civilization can last with one of these things happening to us, much less across the board firepower from the Death Star coming at us.
00:45:32.200The American people need to focus on the Death Star, not on these personalities down here in the political realm, right?
00:45:38.460So the agency is we need to explain this to people across the country.
00:46:00.240It was sent to me by Summer of the Hill talking about how Biden supported this bill, but his ranking – some of the senior guys voted against it.
00:46:07.420President Trump might have been against it.
00:46:08.880I think it was really the interpretation of it about Facebook, but that Stefanik and some leaders voted against it.
00:46:15.040This is all about a new politics aborning.
00:46:17.100That's why the Axios story is about African-Americans and Hispanics coming our way, the New York Times reporting Chinese-Americans, Asian-Americans coming our way, all up as a free fall right now as a new politics is aborning.
00:46:29.840The old regime collapses and a new politics starts to take place.
00:46:34.940Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:46:37.660Talk to Philip Patrick and the team about what this all means and why the price of gold continues to reach highs every couple of days.
00:46:45.060I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:46:50.600First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:46:55.100This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:47:02.600Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:47:16.280In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:47:24.200If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:47:34.400I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:47:40.480Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:47:53.100Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:48:36.220Of course, the Senate hasn't said what they're going to do about it.
00:48:39.260And the money, I'm telling you, the money that's flowing through Washington, D.C. right now on this thing, it's just I've never seen anything like it.
00:48:57.920And I woke up this morning kind of in fury at seeing, you know, who I consider to be the great Senator Rand Paul tweeting Chinese Communist Party propaganda effectively.
00:49:13.880You know, these are talking points that are provided to lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
00:49:18.840That is a relatively routine thing to happen.
00:49:20.680But the copy paste nature of the way that they're defending this thing and the way that they're accusing this legislation of being something it's not.
00:49:30.240And I made personal note here as well of Warren Davidson of Ohio doing exactly the same thing on the House floor, saying, oh, you know, TikTok isn't a big problem because, you know, it's owned by foreign investors.
00:49:53.920Right. And so for a long time, just to reset for a long time now, money has been flowing on this topic, on this legislation, whether it's the Club for Growth, whether it's Jeff Yass, whether it's other groups, typically kind of libertarian groups in Washington, D.C., to say to the American public, like, oh, well, you better not pass this legislation because it may lead to you being censored on X, on Twitter, other websites, other things like that.
00:50:23.100And so what I did this morning is I actually I rarely do this actually printed off the legislation.
00:50:28.840I have it here somewhere and I went through it all in a video that I have now published on YouTube, on X, on Getter, on Truth and on Instagram.
00:50:39.520Guess where it's not? It's not on TikTok.
00:50:41.880But it walks through line by line the legislation here, because let me be very clear about this.
00:50:47.300This is the legislation that we wanted under a first Trump term.
00:51:09.900And as I keep having to say on social media this morning, this isn't about giving the government control over information mechanisms in the United States.
00:51:17.820This is about taking control away from the Chinese Communist Party.
00:51:22.460We've talked about it on the show how many times now, what they have got in your phone, the way they can see you on the front facing camera, all of these things.
00:51:30.280And it doesn't even just outright say the legislation doesn't even outright say, hey, this is a ban bill.
00:51:36.400They've got to get rid of it, full stop.
00:51:38.140This encourages divestiture of TikTok through its parent company, ByteDance.
00:51:44.360And I have to say, actually, actually, if there's any problem with this legislation is that it doesn't actually go far enough because it stipulates a 20 percent ownership threshold for ByteDance that cannot be.
00:51:57.680They go, well, that means the Chinese Communist Party can take its holding down to 19 percent and effectively stay on the good side of this legislation.
00:52:04.680I don't think that's a particularly good idea, but it shocked me.
00:52:08.120It stunned me the way that the wheels have turned on Capitol Hill this morning and people are just tweeting out and sharing from the House floor.
00:52:32.360Potentially a momentous decision or monumental decision that could completely derail the case altogether if Judge Scott McAfee were to come out and say he's determined Fonnie Willis is disqualified.
00:52:51.200And that was kind of the bomb that we were expecting to drop this week.
00:52:53.600And so this is certainly a separate unexpected, though certainly consequential ruling from the judge.
00:52:59.000A couple of things I want to point our attention to, though, when we talk about those six counts, remember, the former president was charged with 13 counts altogether.
00:53:05.700So for six of them to be dismissed, that takes away nearly half the counts that he's that he's facing in Georgia.
00:53:10.440But when you look at the judges breaking down of those those counts, I want to take you back to what started this whole thing in the beginning.
00:53:19.240That was that phone call that the former president made to the Republican secretary of state here in Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, essentially asking him to find enough votes to overturn Biden's election victory here in the state.
00:53:30.880Well, the judge is basically saying that the charges, the counts related to that phone call he is throwing out.
00:53:37.880And so that's kind of what a lot of people know as the biggest thing around this, these charges for the former president, the biggest kind of action around it.
00:53:46.560And so the judge in this ruling is saying that those counts related to that phone call are going to be thrown out.
00:53:53.120What it's also saying is that, you know, part of the indictment is that several members, several people who have been charged solicited elected members of the Georgia Senate and the Georgia House of Representatives to, quote unquote, violate their oaths by requesting or asking them to unlawfully appoint presidential electors.
00:54:33.080So, in fact, you know, this this kind of lends itself to the most important part, one would say, of that of that case against Trump in Georgia.
00:54:44.000The one that, you know, MSNBC is always melting down over, which is the call, right, the phone call with Raffensperger to say, you know, find me the votes, find me the votes.
00:54:53.200I mean, there was a book written about it, right?
00:55:04.020Now, he has said you can refile it if you want, if you if you find that detail.
00:55:08.820But as the as as much time has gone by and as much effort and prowess, let's say, has been put into this case, I suspect that they're not going to come back with this.
00:55:17.440Or if they do, they're not going to have any additional detail here.
