00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:00:10.820 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have
00:00:17.420 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything
00:00:21.180 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people
00:00:24.760 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people
00:00:32.580 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my
00:00:40.520 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:47.740 if they know something about the drugs and if he lied you'll have to take appropriate action
00:00:58.680 okay let's get out of here i gotta go back to work join me tonight at seven o'clock on gb news
00:01:05.040 the full interview with donald j trump and he makes it absolutely clear he's running he believes that
00:01:12.840 he is going to win this is an interview you will not want to miss britain's questions answered
00:01:17.680 tonight exclusively on gb news at seven o'clock join me
00:01:21.820 it's tuesday 19 march year of our lord 2024 we're honored to have the great nigel farage
00:01:31.000 join us not just britain's uh questions nigel but from the clips i've seen behind the scenes on this
00:01:36.820 you really answer the world in america's questions too tell me about it you you have a special
00:01:41.260 relationship and very obviously a very special chemistry with president trump walk me through
00:01:46.100 the uh interview yes steve good morning well he was i mean given what he's facing i mean the legal
00:01:51.860 challenges the fines uh his resilience it's truly astonishing i don't know anyone that could put up
00:01:58.540 with the levels of abuse uh legal abuse particularly uh and be as upbeat he was very very annoyed
00:02:05.760 with mainstream media um in america the uk and across the world over the comments he made about
00:02:11.880 car workers in ohio the other day uh you know they completely taken the use of the word bloodbath
00:02:18.140 out of context we talked about that we obviously talked about prince harry the ghastly prince harry
00:02:24.160 you know has he lied on his visa forms did the biden administration give him a free pass i certainly
00:02:30.440 get the impression uh that if donald trump becomes president uh next january that prince harry may
00:02:35.600 well need to pack his bags and leave america we obviously talked about nato um his comments
00:02:41.660 about nato have been willfully misinterpreted by the globalists by the european unionists i mean they're
00:02:49.400 now even talking about brussels having its own nuclear weapon because they say america is going to
00:02:54.660 withdraw you know he makes it pretty clear that that you know america is not going to be taken for a
00:02:59.460 free ride and that other people need to pay their bills and if they do that fine the alliance holds
00:03:05.100 um so things like that he was really very very strong on overall i think he's upbeat he's optimistic
00:03:12.180 but it's very clear to me that the border the consequences of the border but crime terrorist threats
00:03:19.280 uh the fentanyl coming in this is clearly going to be the absolute centerpiece of his campaign and i think
00:03:26.480 rightly so nigel you know recently over the last couple weeks uh because we think so highly of you
00:03:34.900 and not just your leadership but also your your understanding as a communicator as a media person
00:03:40.520 what's important we have been doing other interviews in great britain particularly and i'm
00:03:45.940 shocked at first i think they're kind of putting me on i'm shocked about the level of the lack of
00:03:52.500 sophistication of the questions and is it because walk me through that what what is what because you
00:03:58.440 know america so well you know the trump movement so well because you're a populist nationalist
00:04:02.380 but when i'm talking to other media people and their producers are coming to us and saying these are
00:04:07.340 the topics the questions in a large oftentimes are kind of infantile is that just the way it's being
00:04:13.380 covered in the united kingdom because i i've always kind of revered bbc the times of london the
00:04:18.720 financial times i mean americans particularly if your newspaper readers have always deferred
00:04:23.780 to fleet street in the great uh the great papers of of uh even the guardian which is left wing but
00:04:29.860 it's pretty well edited but it seems like it's just there's some something's wrong that they don't have
00:04:34.860 a basic understanding of what's happening here sir no i don't think much of mainstream media in the
00:04:41.840 united kingdom even begins to understand what the populist movement is why it's there they thought
00:04:48.720 steve that 2016 was an aberration brexit trump well that's just a one-off don't worry it won't last and
00:04:55.540 you know normal service will be resumed and what they don't really understand is that 2016 was just
00:05:00.220 the first wave in my opinion of what is going to be a very very big populist revolt right across the
00:05:07.140 western world where people stand up and simply say look you know we believe in our nations we believe
00:05:12.580 in our own democracies we believe in our culture you know dare one say that we're going to stand up
00:05:17.460 and defend the judeo-christian culture which frankly is the basis of everything and and people are
00:05:22.540 understanding that the media right at the moment just don't get it and what will happen when trump wins
00:05:28.720 in november what will happen when there are huge successes from germany to italy to france in the
00:05:34.640 european elections of second week of june this year is they'll all say how surprised they are
00:05:40.260 they just don't get what is going on because it really is happening
00:05:44.420 in in their own countries i remember for a couple of years you were the voice in the wilderness after
00:05:51.660 brexit but going down to the beach and talking about the invasion that was happening in the united
00:05:55.780 kingdom coming over from i think it's calais uh and now here in the united states we have this issue
00:06:01.280 with haiti we're about to have our first marine mass migration take place over the next couple
00:06:06.280 of days and that's going to cause another we already found out that they've shipped 138 000
00:06:10.120 haitians in by in by plane what is it about the establishment what is it about the the the people in
00:06:17.060 the ordered economy of europe and the united states that that will not let them see that mass migration
00:06:24.060 these kind of invasions into both europe the united kingdom the united states are breaking the
00:06:28.500 economies and breaking the people the working class people in those nations yeah i think there's a
00:06:34.000 couple of factors at play here steve i mean one they may be a minority but there are people out
00:06:39.220 there they're sort of they're really descendants of trotsky actually you know trotsky didn't believe
00:06:43.820 in borders trotsky didn't believe in countries trotsky believed in you know one world government
00:06:49.600 effectively so you've got people who actually are pleased to see our cultures and our communities
00:06:55.700 broken down because they think it goes on to this greater good uh which i think frankly
00:07:01.000 is a disastrous concept but so much of this steve happens because of conservative cowardice
00:07:08.160 there are too many people in a so-called conservative movement right across the western world who when
00:07:13.560 they're faced with issues like mass migration when they're faced with issues um like islamism
00:07:18.840 are simply too scared to stand up and be counted we shouldn't underestimate the extent to which
00:07:25.940 conservative cowardice has led us to this pass
00:07:28.760 is this gonna because we just talked earlier about the budget uh we're about to we're about
00:07:35.280 to be presented a budget now that does not close the border it doesn't take out any of the woken
00:07:39.040 weaponize it actually increases pelosi's budget and they're going to try to jam this through
00:07:43.820 with half the republican party voting for well well this year's european parliamentary elections in
00:07:50.360 june be a wake-up call you think to the tories or be a wake-up call to the parties that are fighting
00:07:55.060 alternative for deutschland or fighting your reform party in their host countries will that be a wake-up
00:08:00.640 call that people are just tired of this and they need to see dramatic change and they need to see it now
00:08:05.360 yeah again i mean i think you know i was the i was the outlier um i think the brussels establishment
00:08:11.260 kind of took the view that i was just some weirdo from england and there was nothing really to worry
00:08:16.660 about but of course the arguments that are being made you know by the afd by le pen by all of these
00:08:22.080 people they're pretty similar aren't they to the arguments that i was making 20 years ago that it is
00:08:27.540 about national sovereignty it is about the identity of the nation it is about controlling borders and you
00:08:34.300 know if you don't control your borders you're not really a nation but it's also deeper isn't it
00:08:38.960 it's also this incredibly unhealthy relationship that we now have between the big corporate
00:08:43.640 companies the big banks and big government and it's kind of like the little man and little woman
00:08:48.360 are getting overtaxed overregulated and squeezed out of all of this and in a sense that's what the
00:08:54.480 farmers protests have been about all over europe you know these are people you know maybe got a
00:08:58.660 couple hundred cattle or something like that um and in the name of you know climate in the name of
00:09:03.360 climate change and net zero governments want to close them down so this is a real right across
00:09:08.860 europe this is a real bottom-up grassroots upswelling and i think i think what happens
00:09:14.560 when we get those results on the night of june the 9th across europe i think it could be a very
00:09:19.600 dramatic moment um you talk about the little guy by the way ben horn was going during the six to talk
00:09:26.600 about the farmers revolt and actually the eu may be turning on even ukraine it's beloved ukraine
00:09:31.660 because of the farmer the muscle of the farmers we'll get to that later but you talk about the
00:09:35.460 little guy one of the most explosive things coming out of this interview at least as the daily mail
00:09:39.580 i think is leaking it is about what you mentioned before prince harry and president trump's issues
00:09:44.420 with maybe how he got uh how he was able to settle here in the united states do you think in asking
00:09:50.260 that question that'll put you nigel farage or i know a lot of people in england are talking about
00:09:55.500 the reform party taking over the tories and one day you would be uh the prime minister of england do you
00:10:00.300 think that will it starts a process and puts you crossways with the crown i think the no i mean
00:10:07.560 look i think that prince harry is now virtually an outcast um the level of disrespect that he showed
00:10:14.100 his grandmother our late great queen was astonishing uh what is clear is that charles has not gone soft
00:10:19.860 charles has not backed down as far as harry's concerned one little bit you know he's let the side
00:10:25.520 down i mean frankly his his his behavior has been really verging on treachery frankly uh so no i don't
00:10:33.140 think uh me discussing harry's future does my future relationship with our monarch or our royal family
00:10:39.300 any harm at all and as far as the conservative party is concerned in the uko and here's the bizarre
00:10:44.440 thing conservative movements are making such progress everywhere and yet under rishi sunak and boris
00:10:50.400 johnson uh before uh the british conservatives are in a state of collapse uh they're going to get
00:10:56.320 absolutely hammered at this election and i do think at some point in the next parliament at some point
00:11:02.880 between 2024 and 2029 there will be a major realignment of that part of the conservative party
00:11:10.480 that actually believes in the right stuff um and the millions of people who are going to come out and
00:11:15.280 vote for reform so big change is coming in the uk it won't happen overnight but it is coming
00:11:20.240 and certainly i intend to be a part of that nigel you you led when you uh you essentially worked to
00:11:29.060 get your country's freedom through sovereignty in in 2016 and you'd taken years for you to build up
00:11:34.920 and do that what are the one or two things you see that will be if you reform it will rejuvenate
00:11:40.860 the tories the conservative movement in uh in the united kingdom what are the building blocks
00:11:46.460 that you see you do that we have to make work pay i know it sounds stupid but you can pretty much
00:11:53.140 now earn as much on benefits as you can going out getting an average job and that is breeding
00:11:58.740 into people laziness we've got millions of people millions of people of working age and they're signed
00:12:04.820 off permanently sick because they suffer from a bit of depression whatever it may be so i'm all for
00:12:10.840 raising the threshold at which we start to pay tax to make sure there's a huge incentive to go out to
00:12:19.560 work and and unless we get growth we cannot deal with same as america the ever-growing national debt
00:12:28.240 even the debt interest repayments every year are becoming crippling for our countries we have to get
00:12:34.320 the country back to work and and that's a combination of carrot and stick we have to make it tougher for
00:12:40.360 people to be signed off sick just because they're you know they're having a bad day um whilst at the
00:12:45.500 same time you know encouraging enterprise and i think that the economics of this uh are really right
00:12:52.100 at the heart of what we have to do for people and we also culturally have to fight because you know
00:12:57.920 you've seen what's been happening in london and our big cities i mean these pro-palestinian
00:13:02.320 demonstrations the appalling things that are being said and chanted the fact that the police
00:13:07.820 have virtually given up on all of this you know we need firm leadership to get a grip
00:13:12.460 nigel everybody in the inner circle around president trump is raving about this interview
00:13:18.600 how can we in america see it when are you going to play it live it'll be played live today from 3 p.m
00:13:26.020 eastern time and it's dead easy at gbnews.com go there and you can see it and it's free
00:13:32.140 nigel we know why your show is the number one show in the united kingdom it's amazing you're
00:13:39.200 amazing and by the way you look so relaxed in uh south florida the uh the british got to make a
00:13:44.720 real play we want you over here you you i've never seen you so relaxed i've never seen you so relaxed
00:13:50.680 nigel thank you so much for coming on and great interview as ever no it's it's a great great
00:13:56.100 privilege to come on war room it really is thank you brother nigel farage one of the most significant
00:14:03.520 politicians in the history of the united kingdom worked for 20 years on brexit and remember the
00:14:11.020 whole issue of brexit they have not seized it the political class they're still not seized it as the
00:14:15.140 opportunity it is i'm sure nigel would turn that around and uh i'm long nigel farage i think you're
00:14:20.980 seeing right there a future prime minister of the united kingdom nigel farage today at 3 p.m we'll
00:14:26.740 make sure we try to stream it and get it up this interview right here is incredible president trump
00:14:31.300 has tremendous chemistry with nigel okay we're gonna take a short commercial break i think if we
00:14:36.200 when we come back i think hopefully we're going to have peter dr peter navarro trying to work all of
00:14:41.160 that out deceived live before he reports in today to prison for a misdemeanor remember it's a
00:14:47.560 misdemeanor he's reporting for dr peter navarro next here in the war room
00:14:52.480 as we head toward a presidential election in november one thing you can be sure of 2024

00:16:06.340 your free info kit that's bannon to nine eight nine eight nine eight and secure your savings now take
00:16:12.540 action text bannon at nine eight nine eight nine eight action action action my case that somehow
00:16:21.000 uh that has changed and here's here's where the homework is because the big constitutional separation
00:16:31.040 of powers um are these can congress compel a senior white house advisor what they call the alter ego
00:16:42.560 of a president to testify before congress and and executive privilege goes back to george washington
00:16:49.540 and his remarks to the congress regarding the jay treaty and he said very simply and clearly
00:16:59.040 succinctly elegantly that to write to the congress he said i cannot command you as members of congress
00:17:07.100 to come to me you cannot command me to come to you and the reason is the constitutional separation of
00:17:17.760 powers and as the legal doctrines have have evolved and the supreme court has been very adamant about
00:17:26.800 the sanctity of executive privilege that privilege has extended to what's called alter egos of the
00:17:34.140 president which is what i am as one of his highest advisors and the the principle here related to
00:17:42.220 effective presidential decision making is simply that if a president does not have the ability
00:17:49.420 between and among his advisors to get confidential information in the sanctity of the oval office
00:18:00.520 he will make poor decisions which will harm the republic that's what this is about that's what this is about
00:18:09.980 and as this case has worked through the legal process there are a number of big issues that we will be
00:18:17.100 going through um on the appeal uh that uh mr woodward in the back there um will lead with with stan brand
00:18:26.340 uh two of the finest scholars in this area uh imaginable so the the issues again please do your research
00:18:35.520 it's can congress compel someone like me to testify the answer has been no ever since george washington
00:18:42.700 said that to the j treaty um what constitutes executive privilege is it presumptive if not presumptive what is a formal
00:18:56.140 invocation look like in my case um i had an evidentiary hearing for the first time in history i presented
00:19:04.540 just a mountain of direct testimony and circumstantial evidence related to emails correspondence phone
00:19:12.760 calls and visits with the president and his top aides and at the end of that day the judge made made the
00:19:19.880 novel choice to say privilege had not been invoked and it was absurd it was probably the most absurd
00:19:27.860 element of this case so so the appeals court and then the supreme court will will will ponder
00:19:34.060 that issue and it's a really uh important issue a third issue has to do with the fact and and this
00:19:43.020 should chill you okay if you're ever in my position and you have to go to trial it should chill you to
00:19:48.020 know that the judge the judge has the discretion to strip you of any defense before you ever get to a jury
00:19:55.160 how can that be that can't be the law and the way that happened in this case was through the
00:20:01.520 misapplication of an antiquated misapplied precedent of the lower court that had no bearing on anything
00:20:11.660 related to cases involving executive privilege it was absurd and in a related case with stephen k bannon
00:20:18.460 judge nichols released him pending appeal with one line released because i think this may be reversed
00:20:30.940 and the thing that nichols said top of the list was licavoli that's the four-letter word in this case
00:20:38.380 last issue is something called the rule of lenity again put yourself in my shoes the law
00:20:46.000 up to the point where i was convicted said one thing which is to say i was doing my duty to this
00:20:54.720 country the constitution and my oath of office according to the department of justice according
00:21:00.120 to to the supreme court they flipped that the rule of lenity says if they flip that i'm not guilty
00:21:10.160 okay try the next person who knows that the law has been changed but you can't you can't do that
00:21:16.420 so these are the big constitutional issues that we will fight first at the appeals court and then
00:21:23.860 to the supreme court now let me turn to the partisan nature of this fact check me on this folks fact check
00:21:33.040 me every person who has taken me on this road to that prison is a freaking democrat and a trump
00:21:41.760 hater let me walk you through it it starts with house speaker nancy pelosi who forms the j6 committee
00:21:49.560 blows away all the rules improperly constituted unduly authorized an unlawful committee
00:21:57.120 she puts on seven democrats every single one on fact check it every single one of those went after
00:22:04.620 donald trump through two impeachments and the russia hoax and all they want to do is stop trump
00:22:11.140 and the two republicans on there were not republicans at all liz cheney who hates donald trump because
00:22:18.000 trump told the truth about her daddy her daddy killed people with the iraq and afghanistan war and
00:22:25.440 everybody in this country knows that pelosi the j6 committee they subpoenaed me the congress itself
00:22:37.420 when they voted my contempt charge a strict party vote line if the house had been held by republicans
00:22:45.900 i wouldn't be here the democrats push me what and then we get the department of justice boy is that a
00:22:53.720 misnomer now the two prosecutors in the case one of them we got a letter she wrote to bill bar
00:23:00.200 showing her never trump credentials and they are the ones who during the trial during the trial
00:23:10.000 consistently insisted i was acting above the law when they wouldn't let me explain to the jury
00:23:16.740 why why i was obeying the law i get convinced then it goes to the jury did i mention the jury look
00:23:24.800 i love anybody who serves on a jury okay i do not criticize the jury itself as individuals
00:23:33.820 but would you as a as a republican and a member of the trump administration want to sit before
00:23:42.420 12 people drawn from a voter registration pool in which 95 95 of the people voted for joe biden
00:23:51.860 that's astonishing so i get in front of that jury the judge had already stripped me of the defenses
00:23:59.780 and i'm facing that jury and by the way the judge who stripped me of the defenses fact check me on
00:24:06.320 this before he got appointed to the bench by barack obama he was what's called a bundler you know what a
00:24:13.880 bundler is he bundled checks to give to the campaign of candidate obama and coincidentally he winds up on
00:24:23.320 the bench democrat democrat democrat democrat the final issue is i go to the appeals court
00:24:32.340 the appeals court to get simple release pending my appeal which is the normal course and it was given
00:24:40.300 immediately to stephen bannon no no no no they the judge fights me on that but the appeals court think
00:24:48.580 about this mr woodward files that appeal it comes into three judges two of them are republican one is a
00:24:58.500 democrat we've got your appeal time passes a short period of time we get the ruling back appeal denied
00:25:07.140 three obama judges on the three panels three how did that bait and switch happen that's supposed to be
00:25:15.700 a random draw you know what the odds of that are less than 20 percent democrat democrat democrat
00:25:23.040 from start to start to finish this is the partisan weaponization of our judicial system
00:25:29.520 please write these big stories now the last thing i want to say is that that's prison that's where they
00:25:41.600 take your freedom but as hard as it will be on me and as hard as will be on anybody who is in there
00:25:49.280 it's harder on their families and this is who those democrats have hurt this is who the democrats
00:25:58.560 have hurt i will walk proudly in in there and do my time
00:26:06.400 but what they do to people and by the way fact check this i will be the only person
00:26:14.080 only person in that prison who's been convicted of a misdemeanor a misdemeanor everybody else is in
00:26:23.680 there for felonies
00:26:28.400 i will gather strength from this
00:26:31.360 donald john trump is the nominee for the republican presidential campaign while i'm away for the next
00:26:38.640 four months my book my new book it's called uh the new maga deal the guidebook to the trump platform
00:26:49.120 the unofficial guidebook to the trump platform it's being published by don jr's publishing house
00:26:55.920 uh winning uh winning strategies and if anybody wants to get an advanced copy if i may do a little
00:27:02.960 marketing here you go to new maga deal dot com that book will be ready on the eve of the republican
00:27:10.880 national convention and it will be an important tool to show the people of america what mega principles
00:27:20.000 are about you want anything know about the hundred policies in the first hundred days of the new trump
00:27:27.040 administration to make us more prosperous and safer and secure to deal with that southern border to deal
00:27:34.160 with china russia iran and north korea new maga deal dot com that will be it and i am just tired of the
00:27:44.960 democrats saying that donald trump and his followers and supporters are extremists this was the man
00:27:53.760 this was the man make no mistake about this for four years four years peace prosperity security price stability
00:28:10.240 what do we have now inflation an out of control southern border war clouds growing in the taiwan
00:28:20.240 strait in gaza in ukraine
00:28:27.920 that's joe biden new maga deal.com i'm going to stop there i'll take a few questions and then i uh
00:28:36.720 i'm going to make my journey across the street i will start with you ma'am
00:28:39.920 thank you my mission my mission is to defend the constitutional separation of powers and executive
00:28:55.520 privilege and i knew from day one of getting that subpoena based on my experiences in the white house
00:29:02.560 from reading the office of legal counsel memos at the department of justice that absolute testimonial
00:29:10.400 immunity was in in in place mcgann veerborn conway porter i can give you a whole long string of senior
00:29:23.200 white house advisors who did exactly what i did and were never prosecuted and if i had gone to congress
00:29:32.560 and played the piecemeal game with them i would have done damage to the separation of powers and i
00:29:39.360 would not have been doing my duty i would not have been obeying my oath of office next question yes sir
00:29:44.720 are you nervous and have you spoken to donald trump i am not nervous i i'm not talking about i'm going
00:29:51.680 to claim executive privilege on on the donald trump conversations i've had the greatest amount of
00:29:56.400 support from donald trump and his team and uh he he um he under look they can put me in prison
00:30:07.360 they can put you in prison make no mistake about that and make no mistake about this
00:30:12.800 they are coming after donald trump with the same tactics tools and strategies they used to put me
00:30:20.720 over there today okay think about this stripped of all defenses before a jury trial that's going to happen
00:30:30.720 to him democrats in all the jurisdictions he's in fanny willis in atlanta the guy in in in manhattan
00:30:41.120 uh bragg and of course jack smith at the department um of of injustice as we like to call it on my side
00:30:50.000 of the fence so um i'm pissed that's what i'm feeling right now but i'm also afraid of only one thing i'm
00:30:59.360 afraid for this country because this what they're doing should have a chilling effect on every american
00:31:07.760 regardless of their party if they come for me they can come for you what else you got take two more
00:31:14.240 yes ma'am yes ma'am poquito oh yeah you can now i can't speak to the camera though yeah yeah
00:31:25.280 hang on is there anybody else yeah yes ma'am
00:31:27.040 uh look j6 um committee um did not investigate in my judgment the most important aspects of how
00:31:44.640 that riot occurred um i wrote in my book in trump time in the chapter about j6 that the last three
00:31:54.560 people on god's good earth who wanted violence that day on capitol hill were stephen k bannon
00:32:02.240 president trump himself uh and me and the reason is that the fact that that violence occurred deprived
00:32:10.160 this country of having a review under the perfectly legal 1887 electoral count act of the of the votes
00:32:18.960 okay okay what i think needs to happen and i hope the republicans are you listening louder mech are you
00:32:25.680 listening folks up there jim jordan my brothers who uh used to ride with on air force one uh you need to
00:32:33.360 remember that that j6 committee has some unfinished business there were more fbi informants up on
00:32:44.480 capitol hill that day possibly instigating that crowd than the fbi itself could keep track of there
00:32:50.560 were stories about that um why did nancy pelosi not provide more capitol hill police why did mark
00:32:58.560 esper the secretary of defense have the national guard so far away and as for the destruction of evidence
00:33:05.680 sir look the things they are doing you know hillary clinton like cleansing her i mean there's so many
00:33:15.200 things these democrats have done that would actually justify prison you juxtapose that with me all i've
00:33:22.080 done is my duty all i have done is my duty to this country the constitution my commander in chief
00:33:28.240 and to my oath of office all right one more do you want a pardon either for president biden or trump
00:33:33.520 no this is this is going to the supreme court my mission my mission in this and i will have served
00:33:40.800 my time by the time that mission is completed is to get this in front of the supreme court and i hope that
00:33:48.880 they will put politics aside and look at this is what they call the case it's important this is what to
00:33:55.920 call the case of first impressions okay there are so many novel legal issues in this case
00:34:05.680 that require the settlement again another legal term of good law on the subject settling good law
00:34:14.080 it's it's crying out for the supreme court to do this but the tragedy here is because i have not been
00:34:23.920 released pending appeal i will have already done my time before that is done but that's the price of
00:34:31.920 living in joe biden's america right now god bless you all i'll see you on the other side who can you
00:34:38.560 trust government leaders repeatedly fail us self-appointed experts have led us astray distrust and so-called

00:36:22.800 i'm
00:36:28.080 okay right there is uh doc let's keep that shot guys
00:36:39.040 never if we can go back let's let's go back let's it did froze okay that is dr peter navarro outside
00:36:44.800 the uh outside the uh prison in um in south florida i think it's in the greater miami area he reports
00:36:51.520 today um think about that for a second our own dr peter navarro calm cool and collected uh a little
00:36:57.920 worked up uh as the fighting uh kind of band rooster he is peter navarro is a man that comes in uh and
00:37:05.200 will stand his ground he will never flinch you saw that today just a command performance out there on
00:37:11.040 the topics two topics number one is his legal case and the process of going forward on appeals and he
00:37:19.200 said he's going to take it all the way to supreme court because it's got uh many elements that need to
00:37:24.480 be addressed by the supreme court the question gets to be why is he for a misdemeanor uh not out on uh
00:37:30.560 on appeal but uh is in prison today i think it's a four month sentence i believe that can get cut down
00:37:36.640 to uh 90 days or 60 days we'll find out the other one that is within our ability to change and this is
00:37:43.520 to me the one that should take precedent right now is the j6 and the j6 committee uh this is what 100
00:37:51.280 within the purview of speaker uh johnson uh he has the ability to do this and i realize louder milk
00:37:58.720 and uh what i call some of these backbenchers and louder makes a good guy but he's not somebody's
00:38:03.280 gonna make a lot of headlines he's having these subcommittee hearings right now and we're having
00:38:07.600 you know time after time after time we're finding out about suppressed uh uh uh information we're
00:38:14.800 finding out about suppressed testimony we're finding out about uh testimony that what the videotape
00:38:21.120 depositions are missing um there is uh questions about the footage why all the footage has not been put
00:38:27.840 out this is 100 within our purview of what dr peter navarro was saying the the j6 committee you could meet
00:38:36.160 and actually dump and get rid of the the kind of the phony j6 committee report you could do this
00:38:43.280 remember in colorado they used the report as the basis for trying to remove president trump
00:38:49.520 from the ballot and so dr navarro there i think making a very compelling case number one on his case
00:38:55.520 but also the bigger issues this is why navarro stood his ground on belief in the constitution believe
00:39:02.640 in the the oath we took as officers in the uh in the white house on the very first day uh the oath
00:39:09.760 that we took uh to actually assume our positions remember he was an assistant to the president uh
00:39:15.200 there's you know there nothing comes higher uh than that in inside the white house except for the uh
00:39:20.320 the commander-in-chief and the uh in the vice president so peter navarro who's one of president
00:39:25.680 trump's closest advisors you read everything about the economic fight at all with china dr navarro is
00:39:31.760 there at every step of the way you talk about the tariffs you talk about the southern border
00:39:36.000 when the southern border got uh when they tried to have this big issue in the surge in the southern
00:39:40.400 border peter navarro dr navarro went to president trump and said hey if we if we fold in the economics
00:39:47.680 the economic reality about mexico in the united states that we fold that in we can get mexico we can
00:39:54.240 use this as leverage to get mexico to actually stop exacerbating the invasion into the into the uh into
00:40:00.880 through our southern border and to get him to crack down on the cartels and to provide troops
00:40:06.400 all that plan that president trump came up with remember i think it was 15 000 mexican marines
00:40:11.280 that were going to be strung along the border particularly in places like uh across from el
00:40:15.840 paso texas and juarez where we built the wall right across there they would string out uh dozens and
00:40:22.960 dozens of mexican marines the that was all dr part of dr navarro's plan he was absolutely essential he
00:40:29.040 was absolutely essential one of the president's closest advisors on a number of topics but
00:40:33.600 everything economically and bringing back manufacturing jobs was at the center of it
00:40:39.120 and that's why his fight over executive privilege and the reason i think this audience loves peter
00:40:45.040 and the people around the president uh that uh that love president trump and love the mega movement
00:40:51.360 understand that peter navarro has been a fighter from day one he's not going to back off
00:40:55.120 he will not back off he will not back down and you see today the culmination of that
00:41:00.080 is uh dr navarro uh is reporting to prison i guess uh if we have another shot there of real america's
00:41:05.600 voice again by the way great coverage uh right there for an impromptu uh press conference i think
00:41:10.720 to show you the the caliber of the man is not just how he comported himself today with complete dignity
00:41:18.320 but just off of the top of his head he was and i want to thank real america's voice for let us blow a
00:41:22.960 couple breaks here but we cut back in after the commercial break because he was supposed to start
00:41:27.200 a little later but he hit the mark right there at 11 15 and think about that that was 10 to 12 minutes
00:41:32.960 that he walked through the entire case like he was the lawyer arguing the case it's it's it's pretty
00:41:38.320 amazing the composure he had the courage he has and that courage is contagious it's one of the things
00:41:44.400 the biden regime is afraid of they thought they had when trump went back uh to mar-a-lago on
00:41:50.160 that afternoon the late morning right before noon on the 20th of january 2021 it was in mar-a-lago
00:41:56.480 remember the the murdoch memo we're going to make him a non-person there were so many people that that
00:42:01.360 that uh ran away and said we're not going to do it dr navarro actually went and got a place
00:42:06.640 near mar-a-lago in palm beach so he could make sure the president understood that not only was he
00:42:12.000 with him he was with him the entire way he's never flinched and never backed down i met dr navarro
00:42:17.040 uh before i actually took over the campaign uh i had heard of him his books when he stepped in
00:42:22.240 the campaign i realized president trump this is in late 15 early 16 uh when they were still in the
00:42:28.080 primary i realized and by the way he was brought in by jared kushner jared had read a number of the
00:42:32.320 books i'd heard about it uh the books are for the anti-ccp community of which i was then uh not maybe one
00:42:39.760 of the leaders i am today but beginning because breitbart was a very anti-ccp uh you know publication
00:42:47.040 a new site uh dr navarro was a legendary guy when he stepped into president trump's campaign he became
00:42:53.280 the biggest voice in the campaign on one of the most important topics and that was bringing
00:42:58.240 manufacturing jobs back to uh to the united states to the heartland when you talk about piercing the
00:43:04.560 blue uh veil which was our key strategy of how to win to uh fight in pennsylvania to fight in
00:43:12.720 michigan to fight in wisconsin and to use what we felt was the momentum we would get coming out of
00:43:17.840 ohio peter navarro was absolutely central to that that's why his new book and i love the fact he makes
00:43:23.280 a pitch for the book right there it's pure navarro that's trumpia that's pure navarro new maga deal uh
00:43:28.880 book you want to show your support of uh of peter navarro ordered the book today from uh from um
00:43:35.360 winning team publishing don jr's and sergio gore's a publishing house has done something did the
00:43:40.480 carry lake book did the mtg book did the president's book of the letters to trump which
00:43:45.040 i just think is magnificent new maga deal go to newmagadeal.com show your support for for
00:43:50.960 peter navarro one by going to a sub stack and we'll push up they're going to have guest columnists
00:43:55.360 for his column we'll be pushing those out non-stop but it in the new maga deal what peter went to the
00:44:03.600 team with and said hey you know biden's coming out all these policies hurt people all these policies
00:44:08.720 are making the lived experience of the american people particularly working class and middle class
00:44:12.880 people worse let's come out with a positive message of what our policies are and if you look in there
00:44:18.000 they have many of the people you see on the war room the dave walsh's of the world the russ votes of the
00:44:22.640 world in there with dr navarro taking specific segments and showing you the receipts showing you
00:44:28.080 the details why dr navarro is a fighting populist and economic nationalist he was absolutely central
00:44:34.640 to the 26 campaign those policies when we would go those rallies and president trump would talk in
00:44:40.240 shorthand to the audience not have to explain it in detail like you have to do in the boardrooms
00:44:45.360 in new york city or out in east hampton but the people understand that the elites in this country ship
00:44:50.880 the manufacturing jobs over to china that was dr peter navarro and dr navarro was one of just a few
00:44:58.080 of the uh of the uh of the senior personnel that stayed for all four years and i can say this about
00:45:04.080 dr navarro because he's like a brother to me dr navarro i think works seven days a week
00:45:10.480 every day for the four years i don't ever remember him taking a day off in fact i don't remember many
00:45:14.960 weekends and i think joanna miller and the team that worked for him can can uh garrett ziggler joanna
00:45:20.000 miller i mean some of the young people he had are now stars today because that's how he picks
00:45:24.080 people and that's how he trains them this guy's working seven days a week i mean this guy was
00:45:29.200 absolutely completely relentless and dedicated to this cause and today this whole thing is for a
00:45:35.520 higher purpose he had every opportunity to roll over every opportunity to waver on this and he said no
00:45:41.040 this is a matter of principle and he's a man of principle and so today and this is just the interim
00:45:46.240 stop you saw him the courage he showed right there what he showed to the american people what
00:45:50.640 he showed to the mega movement if you show the african-american community and the hispanic
00:45:55.200 community that's being abused by the biden regime right now being abused by the biden regime
00:46:00.560 you look to the courage of dr navarro that's what this movement's about dr navarro is the
00:46:05.040 personification of the fight to president trump look at president trump this outrageous fine they
00:46:10.800 put on him it's adding every day and they're cackling that they're going to start liquidating next
00:46:14.800 next monday they're going to start liquidating the real estate empire that he and his father
00:46:18.960 have built and don jr and and ivanka and eric have taken forward they're laughing that they're going
00:46:24.880 to that they're going to liquidate this remember what dr peter navarro just said right there it's
00:46:30.480 not him they're coming for trump and they're coming for trump because they're coming for you
00:46:34.880 that's who stands in the way of them president trump you see peter navarro stand outside of prison
00:46:38.720 and given that remarkable off the top of his head explanation of what went on that's where they want to
00:46:44.240 see trump they're not going to be happy this is why the star of the show we play this over the top
00:46:48.240 rhetoric they are not going to be happy until they see trump in prison this is why all their cases are
00:46:54.560 falling apart you don't think it's falling apart go to citizens free press the great cane has put up
00:47:00.080 there at the top of the stack everything that the judge in florida did yesterday and he's got the clips
00:47:05.040 of the meltdown that happened last night with weissman and the rest of this crowd they want to see
00:47:09.840 donald j trump exactly where peter navarro is today they want to see him reporting to a prison
00:47:15.120 remember that that's what this fight's about at the end of the day it's what one side's going to win
00:47:19.040 and one side's going to lose you can't compromise with this if you compromise with this you lose
00:47:24.400 that is what's so remarkable about the comeback of president trump and the comeback of president trump
00:47:28.960 supported from the beginning by dr peter navarro said hey the 2020 election was stolen remember dr
00:47:36.480 navarro is the one that did the analytics that the 2020 election was stolen full stop we're sorry if
00:47:41.680 you don't like hearing that but we're going to win in november and we're going to get to the bottom
00:47:46.720 of how this thing was stolen and we're going to hold people accountable that stole it and one day
00:47:52.560 they're going to be doing their own press conference as they walk into prison for a lot longer than 90 days
00:47:57.840 okay we're going to take a short commercial break we want to make sure everybody goes to new magadeal.com

00:51:12.800 free the end of the dollar empire we're working on the fifth installment which is the central bank
00:51:17.360 digital currency installment you're not going to want to miss that's birchgold.com slash bannon
00:51:22.640 go check out today our own jane zirkle is there you got in a question jane it was kind of hard to
00:51:27.440 hear some of the questions walk me through the question in the answer ma'am
00:51:34.000 yeah so i asked dr navarro if he thought that the j6 committee members should be jailed for their
00:51:39.680 suppression of evidence and he basically broke down how several key figures including nancy pelosi
00:51:45.840 and of course some of the feds involved played a big part in j6 and he called on republicans to
00:51:51.920 hold those accountable for their lies for their suppression of evidence
00:51:55.920 while he of course is serving his four-month sentence there is a lot republicans can do to
00:52:00.160 get involved and get to the bottom of what happened here and get to the bottom of the j6 committee which
00:52:05.600 all of us here of course on bannon's war room in real america's voice know the true reasoning behind
00:52:10.240 the january 6 committee that is weaponization to get donald trump the law fair all of it and i have to
00:52:16.240 say what i witnessed down here and the remarks that peter navarro made pure signal pure maga they are going
00:52:22.480 after donald trump and you and peter you guys you're just staying standing in the way
00:52:30.320 jane you're one of the young fighters of this movement i first met you you were an assistant to
00:52:35.120 mayor rudy giuliani you were working on the laptop from hell you've been at this for a couple of years
00:52:39.920 how inspirational is it for you young fighters to see someone like dr peter navarro who's well into his
00:52:44.960 70s sitting there going hey if i got to go to prison to stand on principle uh then i go to prison
00:52:50.800 to defend the constitution ma'am it's incredibly inspirational you know he understands that he had
00:52:58.160 a duty to president trump and a duty to his country when it came to his executive privilege and that's
00:53:03.040 why he ultimately you know did what he did and he stressed that here today he's a fighter he's a true
00:53:08.160 patriot you know it's not about for him doing four months in prison it's about getting donald trump to
00:53:14.320 the finish line and ultimately saving america from joe biden if you look at what joe biden has done to
00:53:19.680 this country the border the economy dr davarro addressed that all today and you can tell that's
00:53:24.640 where his heart is it's for his country and you know he's unfortunately having to take a bullet for
00:53:30.240 it but that's what a true fighter is all about and he really represents true patriotism

00:56:45.440 uh stephanie released it i believe and uh and uh they arrested her yesterday um and uh she's uh
00:56:53.280 she's basically a political prisoner right now i mean this is they don't want and they don't want
00:56:58.240 you all out there to see any of this and and uh yeah you've got that that any other time in history
00:57:05.280 the evidence that just came out there it's over all the law fair should go away everything should
00:57:10.800 go away and the and the court should go hey we got to save our country we've got to get to paper
00:57:15.120 ballots hand counted we've got to secure our elections and and but they're going to try and suppress it and
00:57:20.560 attack and attack and attack they sanction and they they sanction lawyers and now they're arresting
00:57:26.080 lawyers i mean where does it end everybody and um but it just looks right over target and winning
