00:00:00.000 Allow Hunter to give his opening statement first.
00:00:03.160 Well, it doesn't appear Mr. Biden showed up for his public hearing, so we'll recognize you, Mr. Poblinski.
00:00:08.100 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:00:09.400 Biden gave his transcribed interview on February 28th and lied throughout his testimony.
00:00:14.580 Here's just one egregious example of Hunter's perjury.
00:00:18.320 He lied to the committee on important details concerning his money demands and threats to CFC
00:00:24.520 in text messages on July 30th and 31st, 2017.
00:00:29.240 He leveraged his father's presence next to him in that infamous text to strong-arm CFC to paying Hunter immediately.
00:00:37.360 Jim Biden also lied extensively throughout his transcribed interview on February 21st and perjured himself.
00:00:44.460 An example of that, on page 100 of his transcript, Jim is asked specifically,
00:00:49.260 do you recall having a meeting with Hunter Biden, Tony Poblinski, and Joe Biden?
00:00:55.060 Jim's response, absolutely not.
00:00:58.020 The committee was so shocked by his perjury that they asked him the same question multiple times,
00:01:05.060 each time he denied meeting with me and Joe Biden.
00:01:08.560 After the committee showed him text messages confirming that I met with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Jim Biden
00:01:15.800 at the Beverly Hilton in May 2017,
00:01:18.140 Jim Biden, with a former U.S. attorney lawyer sitting next to him, still denied that meeting took place.
00:01:25.860 Hunter Biden, in his own transcribed interview, confirmed that that meeting took place.
00:01:31.420 Hunter confirmed his uncle perjured himself in front of this committee.
00:01:35.680 I'm simply here to tell the truth to the American people.
00:01:40.400 I challenge Mr. Lowell to make those claims on national television so he can be held accountable for his lies.
00:01:47.200 Prior to my successful business career, I was an officer in the United States Navy.
00:01:51.480 At Navy's elite naval nuclear power training command, I later served as the command's chief technology officer.
00:01:58.420 I apologize for the disruption from the...
00:02:04.420 Am I supposed to say it's my time, Mr. Raskin?
00:02:08.480 Please, Mr. Boblitsky, please come to order.
00:02:14.260 Mr. Boblitsky, Mr. Boblitsky, please proceed.
00:02:16.740 Please proceed.
00:02:17.560 I apologize for the disruption from the minority.
00:02:19.800 Okay.
00:02:20.600 Well, Mr. Chairman, save his time, but he called members of this committee liars,
00:02:25.120 and I just want to know whether the order and decorum requirements of House Rule 11 apply to witnesses appearing before the committee.
00:02:34.200 Does it apply or does it not?
00:02:41.140 Should I address?
00:02:42.380 I don't...
00:02:45.940 There's hard...
00:02:50.940 There's decorum from the members.
00:02:52.720 We've asked for that.
00:02:53.520 There's no language that I'm aware of pertaining to a witness.
00:02:56.460 Thank you.
00:02:57.000 So, don't make sure we didn't waste any of his time on the opening statement.
00:03:04.100 Mr. Boblitsky, I'm sorry for the disruption.
00:03:06.120 Please continue your opening statement.
00:03:08.080 I think you, Mr. Raskin, you...
00:03:09.940 We'll make sure it's right.
00:03:11.120 We'll make sure it's right.
00:03:11.460 Okay, great.
00:03:11.920 I just want to restate...
00:03:14.500 Make sure the American people hear all these facts.
00:03:16.520 Abbey Lowell weaponized his letters to Congress to try to smear my name and misstate the cold, hard facts in an attempt to save his powerfully connected client and his father.
00:03:26.140 I challenge Mr. Lowell to make those claims on national television so he can be held accountable for his lies.
00:03:32.480 Mr. Parnas, how much time did you spend in prison?
00:03:35.760 Four months.
00:03:36.840 Four months.
00:03:37.740 Four months.
00:03:38.120 But you were indicted for crimes that could have resulted in you spending 50 years in prison, right?
00:03:43.060 Right.
00:03:43.360 There were false crimes.
00:03:44.340 The judge saw through this.
00:03:45.560 Well, you went to trial and you were convicted, right?
00:03:49.080 I went to trial, correct.
00:03:50.280 And the crime was that you were trying to acquire marijuana licenses and you took money from a Russian oligarch and you tried to use that money to go give political donations and do what you had to do to acquire marijuana licenses.
00:04:04.360 Is that about right?
00:04:05.460 That's what the crime was.
00:04:06.280 That's what the indictment was.
00:04:07.360 Right.
00:04:07.580 It sounds like everyone here today, the only one working for a Russian oligarch was you.
00:04:13.120 Right?
00:04:13.660 I mean, I just heard you wax.
00:04:15.600 It's public information.
00:04:16.780 Yeah, no, I just heard you wax poetic.
00:04:18.340 I got paid $200,000.
00:04:19.900 You know how much I got paid.
00:04:20.620 You were really worried about our democracy and you were here to warn us, but you were working for a Russian oligarch.
00:04:26.580 On behalf of President Trump.
00:04:27.800 Wanted to get marijuana licenses, but then you didn't even do it.
00:04:29.860 The fraud you committed against the Russian oligarch was that instead you spent the money on yourself.
00:04:34.800 So, like, was that what you were doing to fight against Russia's aggression?
00:04:39.040 That's a lie.
00:04:39.400 You were just taking their money?
00:04:40.520 Well, that's what you were convicted of.
00:04:41.800 No.
00:04:42.000 But instead of spending 50 years in prison, you got four months.
00:04:46.000 As this hearing continues, I look forward to hearing what Mr. Galanis thinks about how he was treated by the DOJ for telling the truth as opposed to how you're treated for lying.
00:04:53.520 The DOJ didn't listen to the truth because if they would listen to the truth, you guys would have been all in jail.
00:04:56.540 The question Mr. Gates had is for Mr. Galanis.
00:04:58.660 They don't want to hear the truth.
00:04:59.320 You can't handle the truth, Matt Gates.
00:05:02.140 Look, well, the truth for you is taking money from Russians to buy marijuana businesses and then going to jail and then coming here to lie about Trump.
00:05:09.440 You should know better than anybody what the DOJ is about.
00:05:13.200 You should know better than anybody.
00:05:14.640 Gentlemen, Tom's expired.
00:05:15.720 Is Joe Biden lying when he says he did not interact with Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, their business partners or forward interests?
00:05:21.840 Yes or no?
00:05:22.520 Yes.
00:05:23.020 Mr. Galanis?
00:05:24.840 Yes.
00:05:25.820 A spectacle.
00:05:26.760 And yet that doesn't make it any less disappointing because to the congressman's point, there's actual work that they need to be doing for the American people, right?
00:05:34.440 All of this comes at a price, not just to our politics, but to the very essence of our democracy.
00:05:39.900 Well, yes, but I do have to say that what happened today was truly amazing, even by our standards.
00:05:48.680 I mean, it is one thing to say that this thing is falling apart, but that actually understates how horrifically bad this is. 0.99
00:05:55.680 I mean, this was dumb and dumber. 0.97
00:05:57.120 Lev Parnass coming out and just humiliating this committee, calling out by name Senator Ron Johnson, Congressman Pete Sessions, talking about the disinformation, how it comes from Russia. 0.99
00:06:12.680 If there was even a little bit of shame in James Comer's personality, they would just completely have turned off the lights and left the room and gone off to, I don't know, to a retreat someplace.
00:06:26.120 I mean, this was a, you know, you really, in one day, you encapsulated how absurd this was and then juxtapose it with the actual serious business in front of Congress.
00:06:39.120 We're a few days away from a shutdown, and yet we have this incredibly inept circus going on.
00:06:46.840 And so it is a circus.
00:06:48.020 We've talked about that before.
00:06:49.480 But the ineptness, the absurdity was just on display.
00:06:53.100 I mean, I just urge people, go watch a YouTube video of this testimony.
00:06:57.840 Watch the way in which the Republican members of this committee were humiliated how they are flailing here.
00:07:05.060 And again, this is not going to get any better.
00:07:08.440 The criminal referral is kind of the Hail Mary pass.
00:07:11.700 It's a way of saying that we're doing something.
00:07:13.480 It doesn't mean that it's not dangerous.
00:07:15.440 A clown with a flamethrower still has a flamethrower.
00:07:18.100 But this was a very bad day after many, many bad days for this committee. 0.95
00:07:24.920 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:07:32.740 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:07:37.960 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:07:42.220 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:07:44.120 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:07:45.560 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:07:48.240 It's going to happen.
00:07:49.520 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:07:52.920 Mega media.
00:07:53.820 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:07:59.700 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:08:03.460 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:08:09.820 War Room.
00:08:10.680 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:08:19.200 Okay, it's Wednesday, 20 March, year of our Lord, 2024.
00:08:23.820 I don't even know how to go through this today, so we're going to try to figure it out.
00:08:28.560 What the purpose of this committee is, and the seriousness of which they're supposed to be going forward, is the impeachment of Joe Biden.
00:08:40.100 Was Trump not impeached twice by this click?
00:08:46.120 Was he not impeached twice?
00:08:48.980 The greatest president of modern times?
00:08:51.780 And one time, in fact, in 2019, when he was giving us the greatest, you know, the third year of peace and prosperity, impeach over Ukraine, over that corrupt oligarchs in Ukraine?
00:09:04.660 Are you kidding me?
00:09:06.580 You know why?
00:09:07.360 Here's the difference.
00:09:08.120 The Democrats know how to play smash mouth. 0.99
00:09:11.680 They're legislative terrorists. 0.98
00:09:13.540 They are terrorists inside the halls of Congress, but they're effective, like oftentimes terrorists are.
00:09:21.060 Today, you saw absolute smash mouth, and you saw disorganization, and, you know, let's be blunt.
00:09:26.900 It's just too big for Comer.
00:09:28.080 I mean, he can go on Fox and Hannity and go on these shows every night and talk and talk big talk, and he's going to do this, and he's going to do that.
00:09:35.080 You've got to roll hard, and it's got to be tight.
00:09:38.280 People have to be out of the same playbook.
00:09:41.800 And then you've got to rule that with an iron hand. 0.92
00:09:43.920 You've got to cut them off. 0.55
00:09:44.740 You just can't let them go. 0.99
00:09:45.620 You can, boom, cut the thing off, bang the gavel. 0.63
00:09:48.780 Do what the Democrats do. 0.97
00:09:51.620 The Democrats play smash mouth.
00:09:53.680 They play to win.
00:09:54.800 I don't know what this is.
00:09:56.360 Let's pull back.
00:09:57.540 The crimes of Joe Biden are legion.
00:10:02.520 The Ukraine thing, I'm not an expert on.
00:10:07.020 I'm the first to admit that.
00:10:09.120 There's terrible stuff that went on.
00:10:11.200 Biden and the family and the pervert degenerate son took plenty of money out of there, and they got, you know, congressmen have sat in the war room.
00:10:20.460 Nancy Mace, MTG, I think Lauren Boebert have all been over to Treasury and seen the files of what they have said.
00:10:27.520 And asserted is trafficking on women for money.
00:10:31.940 So that's all, you know, out there.
00:10:35.900 But the crimes with the Chinese Communist Party and taking the money from the Chinese Communist Party and rubbing up on the Chinese Communist Party is in depth.
00:10:45.440 It's not a question.
00:10:46.820 You have to present the information.
00:10:48.440 You have to present it in a coherent way.
00:10:50.540 And you can't let these guys sit there and just disrupt the hearing and bulldoze you.
00:10:57.940 Did the Republicans do that on Trump's either of Trump's impeachments?
00:11:02.140 No.
00:11:04.360 Number one, there's not that many had that much guts.
00:11:06.420 Number two, Pelosi and these people, they, boom, shut it down.
00:11:10.760 The British call it a close run thing.
00:11:14.980 We need somebody up there, and maybe they turn it over to Gates.
00:11:18.680 Why is it always Gates and just a couple of others that come in and go, boom, and they try to back Gates off, and he's, boom, coming with the information?
00:11:25.900 Why is it?
00:11:26.700 And Gates, they're trying to run out of Congress.
00:11:30.620 McCarthy equals fecklessness.
00:11:33.420 McCarthy equals weakness.
00:11:36.720 McCarthy equals controlled opposition.
00:11:39.460 In fact, he's not even controlled opposition.
00:11:40.760 He's part of the Uniparty, a leading member.
00:11:43.640 And the people you see around him, his team, today was, we're going to play more clips from it. 0.92
00:11:50.960 The information out there, and this should have been a day that the American people got the details, and also Hunter Biden just giving the old, screw you, I'm not coming.
00:12:00.680 Just blowing off a subpoena on something that is actually a committee of Congress, because guess why?
00:12:06.880 You have a ranking member, and you have minority counsel.
00:12:10.300 That's where they can cross-examine.
00:12:11.720 That's where they even get the privilege of jumping in there and trying to cut things off.
00:12:17.140 So we're going to play more clips of this.
00:12:19.520 But the information that's out there in the Biden crime film, and now they're going to come up with, well, it's so late, it's an election year, it's an election year.
00:12:26.340 This is exactly the same whiny that Polly Pockets Johnson is going to use this week. 1.00
00:12:31.580 It's so late.
00:12:33.140 You know, we're already six months into the year.
00:12:35.340 It's an election year.
00:12:36.560 It's an election year.
00:12:37.640 It's an election year.
00:12:38.460 Well, hey, the issues are on our side.
00:12:41.980 Make an election year.
00:12:42.800 They didn't impeach him in an election year.
00:12:43.980 Shut down a government in an election year.
00:12:45.400 American people understand it.
00:12:47.560 They don't want this madness just to continue.
00:12:49.680 These are issues that we can win on.
00:12:51.440 If you have the stones to go out and make the case, but you have to have some intestinal fortitude.
00:12:58.820 You have to have courage.
00:12:59.860 You have to have brains.
00:13:00.760 You have to be smart and tough and relentless.
00:13:05.260 Look at the courage of Navarro.
00:13:07.000 He's in prison.
00:13:07.780 You think any of these guys would go to prison?
00:13:09.280 They'd wet themselves first. 1.00
00:13:10.480 It's a disgrace and disgusting. 0.95
00:13:16.400 And all they're going to play is all the clips where you're getting braced up. 0.94
00:13:20.500 Fire back. 0.55
00:13:22.500 Fire back. 0.55
00:13:23.960 Biden sold his country out for cash money.
00:13:29.460 I'll poll out today.
00:13:30.420 40% of the American people.
00:13:32.600 And I take a little personal pride in this.
00:13:36.580 40% of the American people now think China's the number one existential threat to this nation.
00:13:41.280 Those numbers were not there years ago, folks.
00:13:43.900 We started hammering this at Breitbart.
00:13:46.000 Started hammering it in my films and started really hammering it in the White House, President Trump, and then on War Room.
00:13:53.900 They're the number one enemy and Biden took cash money from them.
00:13:58.120 Biden is in business with them.
00:13:59.620 Everything Biden does in relation to them has to be in the context of the money.
00:14:08.260 The American people, they have to have this adjudicated in front of them, not let deteriorate into a brawl because the Democrats are going to do that.
00:14:18.400 You have to understand that before you walk in there.
00:14:20.580 Jamie Raskin, Goldman, AOC, there's a whole raft of them.
00:14:25.140 They don't care about the Constitution.
00:14:26.820 They don't care about decorum.
00:14:27.980 They care about winning.
00:14:29.860 They care about winning the day.
00:14:31.880 And you just have too many soft people.
00:14:35.980 Soft people.
00:14:37.700 They're prepared to be pushed around.
00:14:39.620 Our audience wants to know when you're going to start doing the pushing.
00:14:42.920 When are you going to start dominating the conversation?
00:14:45.780 When are you going to enforce your will upon these situations?
00:14:50.480 Short break.
00:14:53.700 More of this fiasco after a short commercial break.
00:14:59.480 The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear.
00:15:02.900 They were anticipating around six rate cuts by the Fed this year.
00:15:06.620 And then the inflation data came out higher than expected.
00:15:09.880 Friends, this isn't going away.
00:15:12.600 It can't.
00:15:13.320 The U.S. is $34 trillion plus in the hole.
00:15:17.360 And yet we keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even higher.
00:15:23.740 So you can either bury your head in the sand or you can do something about it.
00:15:27.660 Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with Birch Gold Group.
00:15:32.640 Gold is your hedge against inflation.
00:15:34.720 And Birch Gold makes it easy to own.

00:15:43.700 And you don't pay a penny out of pocket.

00:16:05.960 Do it today.
00:16:06.860 Action, action, action.
00:16:09.140 To the money flow, because this is where the rubber meets the road.
00:16:12.400 On August 3rd, they actually stipulate through WhatsApp text messages the exact stipulations of the deal.
00:16:18.500 On August 4th, $100,000 is wired into OWASCO PC from CEFC infrastructure.
00:16:26.660 Mr. Chairman, I want to submit for the record a portion of the bank statement for the time period, August 3rd of 2017 to August 31, 2017.
00:16:36.140 Stipulating $100,000 going from CEFC into the bank account of Hunter Biden through OWASCO PC.
00:16:42.940 With that objection to order.
00:16:43.760 On August 8th, four days later, $5 million is then transferred from the Northern International Capital account of $5 million to Hudson West III.
00:16:57.600 Hudson West III is a bank account controlled by Hunter Biden and Mr. Gon Wang, a.k.a. Kevin Dong, who is a CEFC associate.
00:17:07.500 That money comes from the Northern International Capital bank account, a bank account that is tied to the CCP.
00:17:14.220 Mr. Chairman, I want to submit for the record the bank statement demonstrating that transfer.
00:17:18.100 Without objection to order.
00:17:19.300 Okay, moving on.
00:17:20.220 On August 8th, the same time period, there is a wire transfer of $400,000 to OWASCO PC from the Hudson West III bank account.
00:17:34.820 That $400,000, Mr. Chairman, I have the transfer records in the bank accounts from the August time period.
00:17:41.360 I want to submit that for the record.
00:17:42.700 Without objection to order.
00:17:44.320 Now, here's where the fun stuff comes in, everybody, and I got a minute to do it, so we're going to get this done.
00:17:48.040 On August 14th, there is $150,000 that is transferred from OWASCO PC, which is controlled by Hunter Biden, to Lion Hall Group, which is controlled by James Biden.
00:18:02.160 I have the records here, Mr. Chairman, of the $150,000 that has gone to Lion Hall Group from OWASCO PC.
00:18:08.960 I want to submit that for the record.
00:18:10.100 Without objection to order.
00:18:11.500 On August 28th, and I believe we have a screenshot for everybody in the room.
00:18:14.660 On August 28th, Mr. Chairman, we have the withdrawal ticket from Lion Hall Group that is signed by Sarah Biden, who is the wife of Jim Biden, for $50,000 to withdraw from Lion Hall Group.
00:18:27.880 I want to submit that withdrawal receipt for the record.
00:18:30.300 Without objection to order.
00:18:32.560 On September 3rd, on August 28th, actually, Mr. Chairman, we have the deposit reference into Sarah Jones Biden's account on the same day she withdrew it from Lion Hall.
00:18:42.320 I want to submit that for the record.
00:18:43.600 Without objection to order.
00:18:44.340 Last document.
00:18:45.860 On September 3rd, 2007, from Sarah Biden's own personal account, there is a check that is written to Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., the President of the United States today, for $40,000, signed loan repayment.
00:19:00.420 A loan repayment, by the way, that Joe Biden's own personal accountant, Mr. Eric Schwerin, has no record for.
00:19:07.880 I want to submit that for the record, Mr. Chairman.
00:19:09.700 Without objection to order.
00:19:10.560 To the members of the committee, it is clear that the source of this money came from CEFC, and that CEFC is a company that is directly linked to the CCP, and actually the chairman of the CCP, the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party, Chairman Xi Jinping.
00:19:25.920 With that, I yield.
00:19:28.500 That's Byron Donalds right there.
00:19:29.800 That's the way it's supposed to be done.
00:19:31.580 You run it, and you run it hard.
00:19:32.980 That's called a close-run thing right there.
00:19:34.800 That's Byron Donalds, who today got amazing points in the war room scoreboard for not letting people interrupt him and not letting anybody, you know, get in his way.
00:19:44.840 And he just walked through.
00:19:45.760 Those are called the receipts.
00:19:47.420 Now, this fiasco is about to pick back up.
00:19:49.600 I think the Republicans, they had a recess.
00:19:51.620 They're regrouping.
00:19:52.700 Let's go live right now, and we'll catch what's going on.
00:19:56.240 Chairwoman of the House Education Committee, Ms. Fox from North Carolina.
00:20:00.480 Dr. Fox.
00:20:02.380 Thank you, Mr. Chairman, and I want to thank my colleagues for what you have been doing here today, unraveling these issues.
00:20:11.620 Mr. Galinas, in your written testimony, you state that your, quote, objective was to build a diversified private equity platform, which would be anchored by a globally known Wall Street brand, together with a globally known political name, Biden, end quote.
00:20:29.460 Is it correct that Harvest Fund Management, a $300 billion Chinese financial services company, closely connected to the Chinese Communist Party, CCP, was interested in partnering with you and your business partners?
00:20:45.900 Yes, that's correct.
00:20:48.640 Thank you.
00:20:50.100 Why was the CCP-connected Harvest Fund Management interested in doing business with you and your partners, Hunter Biden and Devin Archer?
00:21:00.400 The only plausible reason, and the reason we even discussed, was because of the access that it provided.
00:21:06.520 There was a quote that was attributed to Henry Zao, the chairman, that talked about the access that it provided.
00:21:13.700 So there's documentation that was contemporaneous that said what their interest was, and that interest was political access.
00:21:21.560 Thank you.
00:21:22.460 Is it correct that Harvest Fund Management believed that Joe Biden would take a seat on that company's board after his vice presidency ended?
00:21:32.340 Yes, that's correct.
00:21:33.540 And there were emails to that effect around that time that were circulated by people who were there as part of those conversations, including the golf outing.
00:21:40.600 Thank you.
00:21:41.300 Yes, I witnessed that.
00:21:52.440 Yes.
00:21:52.820 It seems clear that Joe Biden was aware of his family's use of his office and influence to do business with America's adversaries, and therefore a choice to pursue personal gain over national security.
00:22:07.100 Mr. Bobulinski, is it true that former Vice President Joe Biden met with Li Jingming, the chairman of CEFC China Energy?
00:22:18.040 It is based on Rob Walker saying yes to that in a transcribed interview.
00:22:23.920 I personally was not at that meeting.
00:22:26.260 When did this meeting take place based on what Mr. Walker said?
00:22:30.800 In my understanding, it would have been February 2017.
00:22:35.360 After they had a meeting in Miami, I believe James Gillier got on the corporate jet of CFC and flew with Yi Jianming and Director Zhang to D.C. in preparation for that meeting.
00:22:47.060 After this meeting with former Vice President Joe Biden and Chairman Yee, were any payments made to the Biden family or associates?
00:22:57.840 Yes, well, it gets to that point of obfuscation.
00:23:00.120 $3 million was wired to Rob Walker's account on March 1st.
00:23:04.280 Actually, they sent two wires.
00:23:06.140 The first wire got kicked back, and then they sent a second wire on March 1st, 2017, to Robinson Walker, LLC.
00:23:12.840 And then, as your committees walked through today, they parsed that out to the Biden family in numerous different payments.
00:23:19.200 Thank you.
00:23:20.400 Mr. Chairman, it is clear that Joe Biden is the common element in all of Hunter Biden's attempts to do business with China.
00:23:28.340 There's a pattern emerging that the Biden family and associates, including Joe Biden himself, deliberately chose personal gain
00:23:36.920 over the safety and best interests of the very Americans Joe Biden was elected to serve, protect, and defend.
00:23:44.680 With that, I'll yield the balance of my time to Mr. Gates.
00:23:48.200 Hunter Biden's deposition.
00:23:49.720 Question.
00:23:50.560 Do you think some of your business associates we've spoken about today, Mr. Archer, Mr. Bob Yulinski, Mr. Galanis,
00:23:56.320 do you think they had an expectation that your dad had any role or involvement in any of your joint business dealings?
00:24:02.980 Answer from Hunter Biden.
00:24:04.680 Not an expectation from me.
00:24:06.260 There was never a single time I can remember saying, hey, we'll get my dad involved.
00:24:10.820 Hey, let's get my dad on the phone.
00:24:12.540 Hey, let's, you know, what can we get out of dad for this?
00:24:16.460 Mr. Galanis, what's your reaction to that testimony from Hunter Biden in light of you describing the Biden lift?
00:24:25.340 It's patently false.
00:24:26.620 It's belied by emails.
00:24:29.080 And I think that there's documentation that says that that's just an untruthful statement.
00:24:33.860 And what I'm trying to understand, Mr. Galanis, is there you are sitting in a prison cell for a financial crime where you were an associate with Hunter Biden and some of the other players there.
00:24:45.340 And they're out enjoying Southern California and you're sitting in a prison cell.
00:24:49.840 And they've got the ability to come and give this false testimony to Congress.
00:24:54.080 Is it is it your belief that the Biden Justice Department retaliates against people who speak out against the Bidens and their crimes?
00:25:01.540 I'm living that.
00:25:05.340 I think to clarify, I took responsibility for my crimes.
00:25:08.360 I pleaded guilty.
00:25:09.180 I've served eight years of clean conduct.
00:25:11.640 And I think I've rehabilitated myself quite a bit in that period of time and evidence of track record.
00:25:16.360 But I would say that there is unquestionably a pattern of two tiers of justice.
00:25:20.820 And that's become a popularized term.
00:25:22.860 And that's something that I've lived experience that I've gone through.
00:25:26.760 You'll back.
00:25:28.380 Before I recognize Mr. Waltz, for what purpose does Mr. Bigg seek recognition?
00:25:32.900 I want to include an article in a record.
00:25:37.120 The article is entitled, Tlaib Renuser, quote, impeach the MF-er, close quote, call against Trump.
00:25:44.820 Without objection to order, for what purpose does Mr. Gates seek recognition?
00:25:47.960 Mr. Chairman, I seek unanimous consent to enter into the record the press release from the Department of Justice.
00:25:53.560 Lev Parner is sentenced to 20 months in prison for campaign finance, wire fraud, and false statement offenses.
00:25:58.900 Without objection, so ordered.
00:26:01.200 The chair now recognizes Mr. Waltz from Florida.
00:26:06.220 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
00:26:07.580 And I find it incredibly rich Mr. Swalwell is going to come to this committee and lecture us about how China penetrates our government.
00:26:16.980 I think that's something he may know a thing or two about.
00:26:20.940 But let's talk about how China has penetrated the highest levels of this government, including this president and this White House.
00:26:29.520 Because I think the visual is incredibly important.
00:26:34.620 Mr. Bobulinski, Hunter Biden portrayed Chairman Yee, the chairman of CEFC, to Jim Biden as a protege of Xi.
00:26:44.520 Is that accurate?
00:26:45.100 Not only is it accurate, and it wasn't just Hunter Biden, it was James Gillier, Rob Walker.
00:26:51.640 I wouldn't have used the word protege.
00:26:53.380 They just basically, you know.
00:26:54.960 You don't run China's largest state-owned energy company without being close to Chairman Yee.
00:26:59.280 Correct.
00:26:59.900 Right?
00:27:00.280 Fair enough.
00:27:00.700 And by the mid-2000s, Chairman Yee ran a business empire estimated, as much as you can estimate a Chinese state-owned empire, tens of billions, including, and from a national security standpoint, this is the critical piece here, including implementing China's Belt and Road Initiative, not just all over the world, right here in the United States.
00:27:21.780 Is that accurate?
00:27:22.680 A hundred percent.
00:27:23.740 So, CFC was effectively the shadow arm of the Chinese government, deploying tens of billions of dollars around the world.
00:27:30.800 Very well documented.
00:27:32.340 At its peak, I think it was doing $50 billion of revenue per year, one of the top five largest-
00:27:37.320 Debt diplomacy, where they are taking electrical grids, they are bribing officials, they take as collateral, not just grids, ports, airports, key infrastructure that the Chinese government could then leverage and use against any country, but also here in the United States.
00:27:56.540 I mean, that's how the Belt and Road Initiative works.
00:27:58.560 Heck, I was just in the Armed Services Committee with the commander of Indo-PACOM, our Pacific Command, talking about how China is basically gobbling up infrastructure around the world, including here.
00:28:12.580 So, by the mid-2015, 2016, Hunter Biden's developed a very lucrative business relationship.
00:28:22.420 By 2017, Hunter Biden's forwarded such a partnership with chairman, yea, that he planned to share an office space with him and then just removed Vice President Biden at the House of Sweden in Washington, D.C., correct?
00:28:39.100 Correct.
00:28:40.760 So, here's what's interesting.
00:28:42.200 And building on Chairman Fox's question, within days of him leaving the vice presidency, ostensibly for work performed $3 million,
00:28:52.420 flows through these shell companies that we've depicted here.
00:28:57.060 I mean, you could see how complicated this is, but the key piece is the flow to Hallie Biden, to Jim and Sarah Biden, to Hunter Biden and his various affiliates.
00:29:10.680 And the kicker here, Mr. Chairman, is that we know Hunter is then complaining about paying all his dad's bills.
00:29:20.080 He's complaining to the other relatives, saying, you freeloaders, I'm having to use all this money to pay the big guy's bills, house renovations, and all kinds of things, correct?
00:29:30.380 Correct.
00:29:30.880 And it's important for the American people to understand the $3 million was three of $20 million that the Bidens expected to be paid for the work in 2015 and 2016.
00:29:41.800 Mr. Chairman...
00:29:42.080 And that's not just my word.
00:29:43.400 That is documented.
00:29:44.300 That's all documented, bank records, text messages, e-mails.
00:29:47.800 Mr. Chairman, Bob Menendez's wife can't get paid by the Egyptians and then provide that money over to pay Goldbar Bob's, Senator Menendez's bills. 0.71
00:30:00.360 I can't have my daughter get paid by, I don't know, Kazakhstan, Russia, and China and then pay my bills.
00:30:06.040 And we know also that they had commingled funds with the Vice President of the United States.
00:30:11.300 When we talk about crimes, let's talk about the crimes.
00:30:14.600 We know he perjured himself.
00:30:16.300 That's a crime.
00:30:17.300 We know he was acting as a foreign agent.
00:30:20.380 And was he registered under FARA?
00:30:22.560 Was he registered as a foreign agent?
00:30:24.300 Not that I'm aware of.
00:30:25.400 Was his dad complicit in him acting as a foreign agent through meetings and dinners and what have you?
00:30:30.380 That's crime.
00:30:31.260 A hundred percent.
00:30:31.960 That's crime number two.
00:30:33.380 He was clearly acting in that capacity.
00:30:35.860 We have the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. 0.63
00:30:38.520 And we already have them thanks to the work of this committee for tax evasion.
00:30:42.640 So, Mr. Chairman, there are multiple crimes that this committee has established.
00:30:48.420 Ample evidence.
00:30:50.320 We must move to impeachment.
00:30:53.260 We cannot allow this to stand.
00:30:55.480 And I look forward to seeing those references to the Department of Justices.
00:30:58.960 For this alone, this is a critical national security issue.
00:31:02.920 The Chinese Communist Party call it the princelings.
00:31:05.800 They don't go after the principle they want to influence.
00:31:08.160 They go through the sun.
00:31:09.500 And it is right out of their playbook.
00:31:11.700 And they've done it at the highest levels of the United States government.
00:31:14.960 I yield my time.
00:31:16.020 Very good.
00:31:16.560 Mr. Chairman, I just have a couple of...
00:31:18.880 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the
00:31:23.920 virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?
00:31:28.720 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative
00:31:34.800 Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.
00:31:39.100 It's prominent all over the country.
00:31:41.820 Companies like Starbucks, strong-arming their customers to support abortion.
00:31:46.700 Financial services like PayPal, canceling customers for their political views. 0.52
00:31:51.240 Makeup companies like Maybelline, making a mockery of women by supporting transgender 1.00
00:31:55.500 models.
00:31:56.200 And beer companies like Bud Light, forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is 1.00
00:32:02.060 to enjoy a cold beer.
00:32:03.560 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.
00:32:10.080 With Public Square, we now have a solution.
00:32:13.280 It's simple.

00:33:16.700 That's publicsq.com.
00:33:20.240 Publicsq.com.
00:33:21.440 You see requests, if that's all right.
00:33:24.420 One is from Devin Archer's transcribed interview testifying that Joe Biden had nothing to do
00:33:30.020 with any of Devin Archer's business ventures with Hunter.
00:33:32.660 Second is the declassified intelligence community assessment from the National Intelligence Council
00:33:39.160 March 2021, detailing efforts by Russian actors to interfere in the 2020 U.S. elections.
00:33:45.580 And finally, most importantly, the U.S. District Court decision from the Southern District of
00:33:50.240 New York and United States v. Galanis, where Mr. Galanis was described as a con artist who
00:33:57.440 wanted to be in business with Hunter Biden but never was, and how they thought that they
00:34:02.760 could add layers of legitimacy to their con operation.
00:34:05.600 If I could have those introduced.
00:34:07.560 Without objection, so ordered.
00:34:09.580 Now the chair recognizes Mr. Gates from Florida.
00:34:12.280 You're a serious business person, Mr. Bobulinski, right?
00:34:17.660 I am.
00:34:18.220 Unlike the convicted felon next to you, you've served in the military, right?
00:34:24.060 Correct.
00:34:24.580 You've done big deals.
00:34:26.520 Correct.
00:34:26.940 Complicated deals.
00:34:28.880 Deals that involved foreign businesses, right?
00:34:31.900 Correct.
00:34:32.620 And so what I'm trying to figure out is when you came to realize that you showed up at the
00:34:38.360 wrong party, because you kind of strike me as a guy who showed up to do a legitimate business
00:34:43.840 deal and you ended up instead at a bribe.
00:34:47.780 And so as you're looking at CEFC, as you're having this meeting with Joe Biden, as Hunter
00:34:54.240 Biden is introducing you to his web of contacts, when did you go from serious businessman Tony
00:35:01.260 Bobulinski working to make a buck in a capitalist system to a guy worried that you had been unwittingly
00:35:08.360 ensnared into Hunter and Joe Biden's bribe operation with the Chinese Communist Party?
00:35:14.020 I appreciate the question.
00:35:15.620 It wasn't an aha moment.
00:35:17.020 It was more of a process.
00:35:18.860 I am a serious businessman demonstrated by the different deals I've done around the world
00:35:23.220 and the success of them.
00:35:24.800 But it started, remember, the Biden family wasn't my entry into this.
00:35:29.840 James Gillier, who I'd known for over 10 years, who traveled the world doing business, kept
00:35:34.120 trying to get me involved.
00:35:35.480 I really had no interest, no interest.
00:35:37.640 I got, I sat down in the spring of 2017 to walk through things, and then I quickly put
00:35:43.200 together two businesses, Sino Hawk and Oneida.
00:35:46.620 After the meetings in Los Angeles with Hunter and Joe Biden, it started to sort of, bells and
00:35:53.900 whistles started to go off when Jim Biden used the term plausible deniability.
00:35:57.840 Plausible deniability is the first moment, straight from the lips of Jim Biden, right
00:36:03.040 on the heels of your discussion with Joe Biden, where you start to think, this might not be
00:36:07.960 legit.
00:36:08.580 Correct.
00:36:09.100 And my lawyers at the time could attest to that because I reached out to them saying,
00:36:13.480 listen, I'm a former naval officer.
00:36:15.980 I held a Q security clearance.
00:36:18.180 I couldn't collect.
00:36:19.480 Somebody couldn't take me to dinner for $50.
00:36:21.300 This just does not make sense to me.
00:36:24.560 But you proceed.
00:36:25.340 But you proceed.
00:36:26.220 And then later, this thing starts to get a lot uglier.
00:36:28.920 What's the moment you go from, okay, your spidey senses are up, you're analyzing this,
00:36:32.920 to now you know this is a crime that you are bearing witness to?
00:36:36.420 The end of July, when the Biden family put them right front and center in the middle of
00:36:41.820 a $9 billion transaction between the Russian state-owned energy company Rosneft and CFC,
00:36:49.580 a surrogate for the Chinese Communist Party.
00:36:52.220 And was there ever a time in the deals you were involved in where you started to see
00:36:56.840 the money move around the legitimate business enterprise and toward the pockets of the Bidens?
00:37:03.420 Well, the challenge, Mr. Gates, with that is at the time they moved the money, right?
00:37:09.060 You guys have the text messages where Hunter Biden shook down Director Zhang.
00:37:12.780 But I was not aware of that.
00:37:14.600 I spent a year asking questions of, this doesn't make sense to me.
00:37:19.400 Where's the money?
00:37:20.540 I stepped in and had lawyers work to dissolve the two entities.
00:37:24.340 I didn't know until years later that they had defrauded me.
00:37:27.360 They had gotten paid all this money and all this craziness.
00:37:31.040 The amount of facts...
00:37:31.420 It just seems pretty simple.
00:37:32.540 This is either a bribe or a business.
00:37:34.100 It was a bribe from the Chinese Communist Party.
00:37:35.960 And I don't say that lightly.
00:37:39.560 There's 1,200 pages, eight days of testimony in the Southern District of New York.
00:37:46.400 I encourage everyone watching me, hearing me say this, they're publicly available.
00:37:50.800 Go read them.
00:37:52.400 Our Department of Justice outlines in intimate detail the corruption and bribes that CFC was
00:37:58.880 deploying to political officials all over the world.
00:38:01.600 So I'm here to believe that they did this in every other country, but with the Biden family,
00:38:07.260 it was pristine.
00:38:08.840 It was an actual clean business.
00:38:10.420 That's absurd.
00:38:12.060 And you came to know that, and that's when you blew the whistle, right?
00:38:15.020 That's when you started to get worried, when you saw Joe Biden...
00:38:17.680 I stepped away from it.
00:38:18.800 There's the whistleblowers.
00:38:20.260 I can't give them kudos enough for the bravery and the risk they put their family in.
00:38:24.420 They publish stuff where I am voicing the concern of the Rosneft deal directly to them.
00:38:28.660 And you animated your concerns when you saw that this wasn't just a corrupt bribe, a corrupt
00:38:34.060 business deal happening to a guy who used to be vice president.
00:38:37.060 When you see that Joe...
00:38:37.980 Everyone's made a big deal, like you're a bad guy that you showed up at the debate, or
00:38:41.520 you're trying to give life to these facts that you've observed, that it's so bad that
00:38:46.840 you did that during a political contest.
00:38:49.020 But observing this, it kind of seems like it would be unpatriotic for you to stay quiet.
00:38:53.840 Of course.
00:38:54.220 And so, I mean, Joe Biden running for president clearly motivated the Chinese to consummate 0.96
00:39:01.560 this bribe.
00:39:02.220 Did it also motivate you?
00:39:04.120 Well, I didn't want to go public.
00:39:05.920 I wanted to simply unload all the facts, personal experiences.
00:39:10.060 It's funny, there's 18 people on this committee with law degrees, including, I think, Mr.
00:39:15.120 Swalwell.
00:39:16.160 Evidence, firsthand testimony, is the most powerful evidence you have.
00:39:19.780 I've given it, Mr. Galanis has given it, along with a whole host of other witnesses.
00:39:25.620 Then, on top of that, I have thousands of documents and pages of legals and stuff like
00:39:31.680 that.
00:39:31.820 Well, that's what's interesting, Mr. Bobulence.
00:39:32.480 I wanted to simply give this information to congressmen and senators and let them do
00:39:37.160 their stuff.
00:39:37.780 No one questioned any of your facts.
00:39:38.260 No one brought a single piece of evidence that even for a moment discredited any of the
00:39:43.220 truthful testimony that you've given us.
00:39:45.000 No, they did not.
00:39:45.420 If the time's expired, I yield back.
00:39:47.040 Gentleman yields back.
00:39:48.500 That concludes our questioning.
00:39:51.860 Again, I want to thank the witnesses.
00:39:54.240 We are going to close now, and I will yield to the ranking member for a brief closing statement.
00:40:00.640 Great, and I'll take an extra 32 seconds, as Mr. Gates did.
00:40:04.620 Well, and while we're on, Mr. Gates, he seemed to be upset about a couple different things.
00:40:08.840 One was fraud, which is fascinating to me, given that his hero, Donald Trump, has just
00:40:13.620 been convicted civilly of bank and insurance fraud in New York in a civil case, and now
00:40:19.500 owes, I think it's $454 million, unless that's gone up with interest.
00:40:23.800 I think he's having a hard time making that, but I'm sure that Mr. Gates' constituents will
00:40:29.480 help him out as they're shaking down Republican voters.
00:40:32.320 You can pay either for Donald Trump's criminal lawyers or his civil lawyers.
00:40:35.760 That's the big political choice, I suppose.
00:40:37.700 He's also upset about China.
00:40:41.520 Well, if you check out the Democrats' report, White House for Sale, how princes, prime ministers,
00:40:47.000 and premiers paid off President Trump, you'll find that China actually gave more than $5 million
00:40:52.180 to Donald Trump while he was president of the United States in direct violation of the
00:40:57.800 emoluments clause, which says that nobody in federal office shall accept a present
00:41:02.100 and emolument, which means a payment, an officer title of any kind, whatever, from a
00:41:07.560 king, a prince, or a foreign state.
00:41:09.040 And we spent the day, again, jawboning about Hunter Biden, who has never held public office,
00:41:14.380 and he's never done business with the government.
00:41:16.420 And yet, we have right in front of us, in front of our very eyes, mammoth corruption, unprecedented
00:41:24.540 in U.S. history by Donald Trump as president.
00:41:27.160 And my friends don't say a single word about it, but he wants to lecture Mr. Parnas about
00:41:33.440 the illegal donations he made on behalf of pro-Trump super PACs.
00:41:39.020 I've noticed something interesting with the people who have finally disenthralled themselves
00:41:44.840 and gotten out of the Trump cult, as Mr. Parnas puts it, people like Michael Cohen, Sarah
00:41:50.420 Matthews, Cassidy Hutchinson, Alyssa Griffin.
00:41:52.940 There's articles about them.
00:41:54.620 This is what you're up against.
00:41:56.540 That's a little Jamie Raskin right there.
00:41:58.240 He's going to go on and on.
00:41:59.240 He's supposed to have a short closing statement.
00:42:00.640 Of course, he's going to stand up and throw up everything on the wall.
00:42:03.680 Well, thank God we got this a little bit back on track when they came back for, I guess,
00:42:10.000 20 minutes or 30 minutes.
00:42:12.320 But this is after you have to fight him.
00:42:14.780 Look at Raskin's relentless.
00:42:16.800 He's going to throw everything up there.
00:42:18.400 They'll lie.
00:42:19.560 These people will lie.
00:42:20.800 They will cheat.
00:42:21.400 They will steal.
00:42:21.980 They stole the 2020 election.
00:42:24.560 You want to know why I'm so adamant about it?
00:42:26.460 Because you think we're just going to roll into 2024 and they're just going to sit there
00:42:29.580 and go, oh, Trump got more votes.
00:42:31.140 Trump got more votes in the African-American community.
00:42:33.260 Trump got more votes of Hispanic men.
00:42:35.620 Trump got more votes of Asian-Americans.
00:42:38.180 You think that's just going to happen?
00:42:39.680 They're going to sit there.
00:42:40.260 Oh, Trump got more votes.
00:42:41.420 Well, we're big believers in democracy, so Trump won.
00:42:44.280 Do you honestly believe that?
00:42:46.120 Do you think that will happen? 1.00
00:42:49.220 Joe Biden and his family are a bunch of low-life scum, okay? 1.00
00:42:54.360 Low-life scum. 1.00
00:42:55.460 The daughter, from her diaries, okay, from her diaries and Hunter Biden that he documented 1.00
00:43:03.700 in the laptop from hell with thousands, you know, videos, photographs, you know, text messages,
00:43:10.680 emails, is they were raised by, they're like a pack of feral dogs.
00:43:15.520 That's what that family's like.
00:43:18.460 And they took money directly from the Chinese Communist Party.
00:43:21.880 It's not a company affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:43:24.960 It's the CEFC is the capital markets allocator.
00:43:28.400 It's like the capital markets desk of One Belt, One Road.
00:43:31.620 Tony Bobulinski finally got to it.
00:43:34.360 It's the capital markets allocator, not just energy for everything, including here in the United States,
00:43:40.160 where they're going to be passing big bribes, but they've already done it all over the world.
00:43:45.580 Kind of the British East India Company in reverse, where they give, they go and bribe the elites, 0.88
00:43:52.040 give these massive loans for these infrastructure projects that are supposed to tie everything together,
00:43:56.720 like she said on that speech he gave to the World Economic Forum, two days, 48 hours before President Trump's 2017 inaugural address,
00:44:05.720 where the Financial Times and The Economist and Davos, man, they're all cheering.
00:44:09.220 Systems of networks, not countries, just a system, a system of networks that all heads back for final manufacturing to China
00:44:17.740 with their natural resources and the component parts, and then China sends it back to markets,
00:44:23.200 and everybody makes out, including the elites.
00:44:25.580 That's what this is about.
00:44:26.640 This is no different than the other countries in the world.
00:44:29.020 They bribed, and they bribed Biden, and they started getting to him.
00:44:34.020 He talks about flying 17th.
00:44:35.720 He circumnavigated the globe, according to his fantasy, with Xi. 0.93
00:44:40.040 This is just basic corruption because he sells out his country.
00:44:46.500 Remember, West End Associates, Blinken and those guys all had the little road that separates the old State Department,
00:44:52.660 which is the executive office building, from the West Wing, from the White House.
00:44:56.960 They named it after that, Blinken and his Associates.
00:44:59.720 And who was their biggest client?
00:45:01.700 The CCP and companies directly owned by the CCP.
00:45:06.000 Why?
00:45:06.460 To give high-level access.
00:45:07.820 They're buying access.
00:45:10.200 And, of course, you're going to get Raskin up there.
00:45:11.980 You're going to get Goldman up there.
00:45:13.060 You're going to get AFC up there.
00:45:14.240 These people, they can't win on the facts, just like Biden's campaign today.
00:45:17.860 They can't win.
00:45:19.260 We have an issue set of an invasion of our country, a financial situation that's out of control,
00:45:25.160 in the beginning of a third world, a kinetic third world war on the rim of the Eurasian landmass,
00:45:32.200 kind of McKinder-Speakman 101.
00:45:36.780 Those facts they never want to address.
00:45:38.240 They want to throw up everything else.
00:45:39.420 And if you're going to let them throw it up, they're going to go.
00:45:41.480 They're going to roll.
00:45:42.080 They've got nothing else, so why not?
00:45:43.440 Look at little Jamie Raskin.
00:45:44.560 He'll give a speech, and that'll be clipped and played everywhere tonight.
00:45:49.140 That's why you need more Byron Donalds and more Matt Gaetzes that won't back down and won't put up with the nonsense.
00:45:57.160 Of course, they're attacked relentlessly.
00:45:58.580 This is—you're fighting for control of the most powerful nation on the history of the earth.
00:46:09.980 If you've read history, what happened around Rome, what's happened around Athens, the fall of Athens, the Peloponnesian War,
00:46:15.920 what's happened to these different empires around the last emperor of China, if you've studied any of it,
00:46:21.080 it's nothing compared to this.
00:46:22.580 This is more powerful than all of them combined.
00:46:25.200 Do you think it's just going to be, you know, coach pitch?
00:46:28.900 It's not going to be coach pitch.
00:46:29.960 You've got to come in there hard and tough and relentless.
00:46:34.700 Turbulence.
00:46:35.580 Turbulence.
00:46:36.200 Turbulence.

00:46:52.500 Did we not say they're going to go through a de-dollarization process?
00:46:56.120 Why?
00:46:56.720 The BRICS nations of the world that have the resources don't really have to put up with it. 0.91
00:47:01.560 They kind of have to because of the prime reserve currency, but they're working like crazy to get off it.

00:49:01.580 Action.
00:49:02.800 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:49:05.260 I'm not trying to be too hard on these guys.
00:49:09.320 My point is we're already in March.
00:49:11.520 This thing was supposed to take place last year.
00:49:13.300 It's taken long enough.
00:49:14.320 And as the congressman from Florida said, we need to impeach these people.
00:49:22.720 We can't let this go.
00:49:24.100 You need to go forward and have a vote on impeachment and present the evidence.
00:49:28.200 So that's where the standard's high.
00:49:30.460 And that's where I'm being tough.
00:49:31.540 You got to do it.
00:49:32.220 You must do this.
00:49:33.100 You can't.
00:49:33.400 You let this go.
00:49:34.100 People are just going to lose faith in the system.
00:49:37.380 Also, Romney just said, tweeted, I'll talk to, by the way, Natalie's going to come tomorrow
00:49:40.920 morning.
00:49:41.280 We're going to have a complete breakdown, do clips, and walk through the whole thing.
00:49:44.200 The good, the bad, and the ugly.
00:49:46.880 Okay?
00:49:47.200 We'll do all of that.
00:49:48.180 Because this impeachment's got to go forward.
00:49:50.000 I don't care how late in the year it is.
00:49:51.820 And I don't want to hear it about an election year.
00:49:53.700 Romney just tweeted out, oh, well, if people need,
00:49:57.360 to pretend it's a loan on this Ukraine thing, because they're still pushing Ukraine with
00:50:01.260 the $2 trillion deficit bill coming tonight, the sidebar of $60 billion for Ukraine, says,
00:50:07.180 yeah, if you need to believe it's a loan, let them believe it's a loan, but it's never
00:50:10.560 getting paid back.
00:50:11.680 We'll get into more of that tomorrow.
00:50:14.320 Like I said, the times of turbulence, the $2 trillion, you're about to see tonight to
00:50:19.300 be put forward by a Republican House, a Republican House putting this forward, something
00:50:24.080 has a $2 trillion deficit this year, which is what McCarthy left you.
00:50:30.080 And you should have had massive cuts, and you should have closed the border.
00:50:33.060 Simple.
00:50:33.620 And we're going to get up on the ramparts tomorrow, and we're going to fight this.
00:50:36.860 If we lose, we lose.
00:50:37.940 But we're going to fight.
00:50:38.980 And I think we got a shot of winning.
00:50:41.000 And that means shutting down this government this weekend.
00:50:43.200 No more short-term CRs.
00:50:44.380 Shut it down.
00:50:44.900 Force Biden to the table.
00:50:45.840 So, birchgold.com, find out how important this is.
00:50:49.640 This is why gold, every couple of days, is reaching an all-time high.
00:50:53.480 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:50:56.040 Go there today.
00:50:57.120 Krom Carmichael joins us.
00:50:58.520 Krom, people need Hearts Alliance to man their ramparts. 0.98
00:51:02.000 Why do they need salt tea?
00:51:03.760 And where do they get it?
00:51:05.300 See, thanks so much for having me on the war room.
00:51:08.840 You all do just great work, and I can't tell you much.
00:51:12.560 I appreciate what you do.
00:51:14.080 I'm holding up my bottle of salt tea right here.
00:51:17.200 And salt tea is a heart-healthy supplement.
00:51:21.100 This bottle holds 60 soft gels.
