Bannon's War Room - Episode 3478： Standing Up Against Spending Bill; Passing The Pain Onto The American People

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.620 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.860 You've just not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:17.120 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:19.040 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.480 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:22.220 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:23.160 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.420 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.820 Mega Media.

00:00:28.720 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.600 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.360 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.680 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:53.040 What approved? So if you add those together, some three quarters of Republicans approved.

00:00:57.760 Perhaps not surprisingly, but the disapproved number also interesting.

00:01:01.400 14% strongly disapproved.

00:01:03.920 7% somewhat disapproved.

00:01:05.800 So clearly there's an opening there for a non-Trump candidate.

00:01:09.040 But Aaron, take a look at these numbers for President Biden.

00:01:12.080 Republican primary voters were asked if they believed he legitimately won in 2020.

00:01:16.120 6 in 10 Republicans say he did not.

00:01:19.560 32% say he did.

00:01:21.260 So that, of course, sets the table for the conversation going on in the months ahead to November.

00:01:26.220 Aaron, the reason this race is so important, the Senate majority hinges on two seats,

00:01:31.500 on only one if the President's party is still in power here.

00:01:34.540 So that's why this race will be one to keep an eye on until November air.

00:01:38.580 All right. Thank you very much, Jeff Zeleny.

00:01:41.020 Basil Smichel, former chief of the New York Democratic Party out front, and Harry Enten, our data guru.

00:01:47.400 Harry, those numbers on these exit polls, I suppose we should not, we should no longer be surprised.

00:01:54.800 What do you say? Shocked but not surprised.

00:01:56.540 Yes.

00:01:57.000 About the GOP 63% saying Biden is not legitimately elected, but it is incredible.

00:02:04.580 Yeah. I don't think we can be surprised anymore, but we can still shake our heads that about two-thirds of the Republican electorate,

00:02:11.200 depending on which primary state you're jumping to, believe something that's a fugazi, that's fake.

00:02:15.740 We all know that Biden legitimately won that election, yet two-thirds of Republicans believe otherwise,

00:02:20.640 depending, again, on the state you're looking at.

00:02:22.480 And that just shows the stranglehold that Donald Trump has over the Republican Party.

00:02:27.200 There's still maybe about a quarter of that Republican Party that's willing to go the other way.

00:02:31.340 That is that strongly or somewhat disapproved that Jeff was pointing out.

00:02:34.500 But the fact that they are a minority, the majority of the party is firmly in Trump's pocket.

00:02:38.220 And I wish we had a billion of you, you know, not the people that we have in Washington,

00:02:42.800 including all, you know, the vast majority of those supposedly on our side.

00:02:48.080 But first off, that's been disheartening how many Republicans in the House have not seized the opportunity they got in 2022.

00:03:01.100 But let me just explain to your viewers and listeners what's at stake here.

00:03:08.260 And the broad stroke here is, like, men and women of America throughout our history have shed blood, lost their lives for the defense of this country,

00:03:24.080 defense of what we stand for, defense of our values, defense of the Constitution.

00:03:27.540 And for me, it's it's it's a it's a much smaller sacrifice to be willing to go to prison, as I now have been ordered to do to defend what is really one of the most important principles of of the Constitution,

00:03:47.120 which is the constitutional separation of powers.

00:03:49.300 My my my hope and my mission here is that U.S. versus Peter Navarro will be, in fact, the landmark constitutional case.

00:03:58.720 I believe it is as it works its way through the appeals courts on the constitutional separation of powers,

00:04:05.660 on whether a partisan weaponized Congress can attack a president with with subpoena power.

00:04:16.000 Yeah. And take away something that, Don, it goes back to the days of George Washington and the famous J Treaty,

00:04:24.080 when George Washington, our first president, basically laid down the law on what's called executive privilege.

00:04:31.920 And why is that important? You know, privilege.

00:04:35.480 That is Don Jr.'s incredible interview for about an hour with Peter Navarro the other day.

00:04:41.700 Don Jr. joins me. It's Thursday, 21 March, year of our Lord, 2024.

00:04:46.000 We're going to get into a day with a nothing but heavy hitter guest, Don Jr.

00:04:51.460 So yesterday, tale of two cities in the imperial capital.

00:04:56.140 The Republican controlled house had overwhelming evidence of the crimes of the Biden family,

00:05:03.300 and specifically Joe Biden and taking money from the Chinese Communist Party and also about Ukraine,

00:05:08.840 but definitely the Chinese Communist Party black letter.

00:05:11.100 The Republicans and they had Gates and Byron Donaldson, great people hammering Jordan,

00:05:17.060 but they didn't even sit in for the whole thing.

00:05:18.940 The Democrats sit there unified and try to make a travesty out of it.

00:05:22.680 In New York City, we have something that has not been seen in the Western world since the Moscow show trials of the 1930s,

00:05:32.080 where they're just these show trials and then taking entrepreneurs' businesses to liquidate them to take the cash and pay the state.

00:05:40.740 You can compare and contrast what is happening in Washington, D.C. with the Biden crime family versus what's happening in New York on something that, to me, is shocking.

00:05:51.200 And it seems like it gets worse every day, sir.

00:05:53.400 Well, it does get worse. I mean, you have like liberal Columbia Law University professors that are like, whoa, what's going on here?

00:06:00.380 This is too far. Slow down.

00:06:03.040 You have the most clear evidence arguably perhaps ever presented about the Biden family and their compromised position as it pertains to our national security.

00:06:14.680 No one can still articulate, you know, why are the Chinese giving Hunter Biden a billion dollars?

00:06:19.160 I mean, they don't exactly make investments with crackheads.

00:06:21.360 That's not part of their business model, Steve, of course, unless you're buying someone off, which is, of course, what was happening.

00:06:27.720 You have clear evidence and they keep pretending they don't have it. 0.83

00:06:30.840 It's ludicrous. And yet for five years, Russia, Russia, Russia was the gospel. 0.54

00:06:35.480 That was the gospel of the Lord. There was no evidence, but it didn't matter.

00:06:39.300 You didn't need anything. We were somehow, amazingly enough, compromised by Russia. 0.86

00:06:43.580 Apparently my father needed the money or something like that.

00:06:45.560 I'm not sure. It just shows you the double standard that you would try to seize assets for a,

00:06:50.940 I guess, no one's articulated yet who the victim was, but that doesn't matter because these are show trials.

00:06:58.000 These are designed not just to hurt Donald Trump, but to make sure you put a marker out there, Steve,

00:07:02.600 that no one in the future ever decides to go against the swamp, go against the Democrat Party because they will come after you.

00:07:10.920 They will come after you with all of their might.

00:07:12.900 And in these blue states, that's going to go unchecked. The law, facts, none of that means anything.

00:07:20.540 You know, like I said, the liberals that are like, well, we don't understand who's the victim.

00:07:23.980 How is this happening? How is it going on? It doesn't matter. It's still happening.

00:07:27.900 That's why, you know, even the Florida grand jury was done in Washington, D.C.,

00:07:31.700 because the Democrats are picking and choosing the places where no one could possibly get a fair trial.

00:07:36.840 We have no equal justice under our law. The democracy, so to speak, is totally compromised.

00:07:45.160 And honestly, the republic is at risk if this continues, because there is no stopping the Democrats.

00:07:50.300 They've shown that they are willing to do anything to remain in power, to control,

00:07:56.120 to subvert the democracy they claim that they're defending each and every day.

00:08:03.820 As you know, the suppression on social media, I mean, we don't need to get into the details of it,

00:08:08.240 but you know how the techno feudalism we live under about the cancel culture.

00:08:14.140 But with all that, Harry Enton, CNN's pollster saying, hey, two thirds and oftentimes 75 percent of the Republican Party.

00:08:23.000 And I think it's now 40 percent of the American people, and I think an independence is almost 50 percent,

00:08:28.080 believe Joe Biden's illegitimate.

00:08:30.540 Of course he is, Steve.

00:08:31.740 Of course he is.

00:08:33.380 When he fought a civil war that requested illegitimate.

00:08:36.940 Go ahead. Tell me.

00:08:38.300 Is Joe Biden an illegitimate president of the United States?

00:08:41.840 He can't get through a sentence.

00:08:43.800 He can't do anything.

00:08:44.900 They hid him in a basement.

00:08:45.900 They weaponized everything they possibly could to rig an election, to put a puppet in charge.

00:08:51.980 And make no mistake, Steve, I think Joe's been very effective for the radical Democrats,

00:08:55.460 the people who are actually in charge, because he'll sign anything.

00:08:59.500 Obama would have loved to have done so many of the things that Joe Biden is doing,

00:09:03.060 whether it's the open borders or just basically the America last policies that are destroying our economy and our hegemony across the world.

00:09:10.380 He'd have done that, but he was not willing to risk his legacy, his future, you know,

00:09:14.940 the 20 million dollar home on Martha's Vineyard and the million dollar speaking fees.

00:09:18.360 He wouldn't do that.

00:09:19.280 But they're more than happy to throw Joe Biden under the bus, knowing that this is a shell of a man, a shell of a human.

00:09:26.220 He's simply a puppet doing the bidding of whoever the radicals that are in charge.

00:09:31.080 Of course it was rigged.

00:09:32.160 Does anyone actually believe?

00:09:33.540 Can someone tell me honestly, with a straight face, that Joe Biden, he lost 18 of 19 bellwethers,

00:09:39.760 but magically, Steve, magically way overperformed Barack Obama in 2008 in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia.

00:09:50.800 You know, I mean, does anyone actually believe that that happened? 1.00

00:09:54.360 I mean, you know, if you do, you're an imbecile. 0.99

00:09:59.640 OK, I'm going to get to the book Winning Team Publishing and the new MAGA deal in a second. 0.98

00:10:04.400 But I've got to ask you right now, what should this audience, what should the Warren Posse, MAGA,

00:10:08.660 about the deplorables, America first? 0.88

00:10:10.400 What is the number one thing we should do to rally behind your dad?

00:10:13.960 Listen, I think we do have to unify.

00:10:16.180 We have to bring back common sense to these things.

00:10:18.280 We have to be unafraid of speaking out.

00:10:21.040 I mean, you know, you showed the interview with Peter Navarro.

00:10:23.140 I mean, Peter Navarro is going to jail for four years because he stood on principle about executive privilege.

00:10:29.960 Right. He's still in appeal, but that doesn't matter.

00:10:32.120 The Bolsheviks will lock you up even if you're on appeal rather than waiting because they're trying to teach us all a lesson. 0.98

00:10:37.800 If you haven't seen that interview, it's pretty amazing.

00:10:40.000 And when you have a patriot like Peter out there doing that, I mean, he's not even talking about why he's going to jail.

00:10:44.580 He's like, no, these are what we do.

00:10:46.000 That he's willing to go to jail on these principles is such an amazing thing to see.

00:10:51.180 It's sad, but it's it's so powerful to watch.

00:10:54.700 Like, he's not talking about jail.

00:10:56.680 He's talking about fighting for what's left of our country because that is on the table this election.

00:11:03.120 That, Steve, is totally at risk.

00:11:05.980 You know, and it's amazing.

00:11:06.980 I mean, he's talking about the book, which is the new Magadil and the principles for the 2024 Trump presidency.

00:11:15.140 And meanwhile, they're throwing him in jail for five months.

00:11:17.640 He reported on Tuesday and he's still worried about fighting for the republic.

00:11:20.720 I mean, that's the kind of mentality we need everyone in America to have at this point.

00:11:25.180 Otherwise, it's gone.

00:11:27.880 I get to give a hat tip to you and the team management team over at Winning Team Publishing to think of this, because this question gets asked a lot.

00:11:34.500 And they pulled a lot of people contributors on this show together to actually walk through and said, hey, when you want to see what President Trump's focus on,

00:11:42.000 when you take the rally speeches and actually write it down into what policy is, this is the drive of President Trump.

00:11:47.560 Tell me about New Magadil and where do people get it, how they get over to Winning Team Publishing.

00:11:53.520 Yeah, you can get it at newmagadeil.com.

00:11:55.540 You can get it at 45 books.

00:11:56.860 And it's Peter's book.

00:11:57.760 So Peter, for those who don't know, he was in charge of our China policy, probably another reason why the swamp wants to lock him up and try to take him out.

00:12:05.740 He was the one that was hard on China, held them to task.

00:12:09.320 I mean, you and him share something in common, that you're some of the people that they've weaponized against you.

00:12:14.260 We all have that in common, since they wanted to try and be for treason, a crime punishable by death.

00:12:19.800 But, you know, Peter was working on this book for a while.

00:12:21.880 It's the principles, basically, of the 2024 policy platform.

00:12:26.600 You know, these things go down.

00:12:27.880 They've been going after him for a while.

00:12:29.100 His publisher drops him because, of course, no one's going to let you have actual free speech in America.

00:12:33.860 So, you know, Sergio and myself, who have a publishing company doing this, have said, hey, we will pick up that book.

00:12:39.420 We will get this message out there.

00:12:41.420 So, again, you can get it at newmagadeil.com or 45books.com.

00:12:45.220 But that's what's going on right now.

00:12:47.120 You know, the people screeching about fascism are acting awfully a lot like the fascists themselves.

00:12:53.300 You know, when they scream about democracy and such, Steve, it's such a soundbite. 0.95

00:12:57.480 It's like they say it and then they laugh to themselves like, ha, ha, ha, silly people, what's going on? 0.70

00:13:01.920 You know, the other side, they're jailing their political opposition right now.

00:13:06.180 They're not just whether it's us, whether it's the J6ers, what just watch what's going on. 1.00

00:13:11.120 Our republic is at stake.

00:13:12.500 And that was what was so incredible about that interview with Peter.

00:13:14.860 I'm talking about the jail and the weaponization.

00:13:16.460 He's like, and this is what we have to do for 2024.

00:13:19.400 And this is how we win.

00:13:20.660 And these are the policies that will work.

00:13:21.820 I'm like, Peter, you're going to jail tomorrow.

00:13:23.820 And he's still just focused on winning.

00:13:27.160 You know, that's to me just the quintessential patriot.

00:13:30.860 It's an amazing thing.

00:13:32.060 And you should check out the book.

00:13:33.120 And he also goes through some of the other great patriots, the people that weren't the

00:13:37.000 sellouts, you know, a chapter on each one of them for what needs to be done in their

00:13:41.540 specific field of expertise, whether it's Rick Grinnell or Robert Lighthizer or these guys,

00:13:45.520 you know, it breaks through, you know, what we need to be doing in terms of policy to get

00:13:49.820 our country back, to put America first again.

00:13:53.060 And it's a really interesting read.

00:13:54.560 We got 30 seconds.

00:13:58.320 I know you're a New York City guy.

00:14:00.280 Talk to me about your beloved New York City.

00:14:01.940 What's going to happen to it?

00:14:03.700 Man, it looks like, you know, it has fallen.

00:14:06.600 I mean, you know, I was out in Colorado with my daughter on spring break and, you know,

00:14:10.880 talking to all these people, New Yorkers, and they're like, hey, we don't feel safe anymore.

00:14:14.400 Women who used to commute into the city by themselves these days, I mean, they're literally 1.00

00:14:17.720 they're pooling together because they're afraid to ride the subways or the trains or go through

00:14:22.720 Grand Central, you know, station these days.

00:14:25.500 What's going on in New York is insane.

00:14:27.600 Our subways have to be guarded by the National Guard.

00:14:30.040 And yet our border is wide open to let in the worst criminals in the history of the world

00:14:35.800 into the country with open arms.

00:14:37.820 What's going on in America right now is truly dystopian, Steve.

00:14:43.080 I mean, I wake up every day thinking that, like, I must be the star of the Truman Show,

00:14:46.720 that no one could seriously allow this kind of fall to happen so quickly.

00:14:52.000 I'm waiting for a freaking camera to fall out of the ceiling and, you know, you're being 0.97

00:14:54.700 punked. 0.99

00:14:55.300 That's how bad it is.

00:14:56.900 Don Jr., thank you, sir.

00:14:58.760 Thank you for joining us.

00:14:59.980 The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear.

00:15:02.920 They were anticipating around six rate cuts by the Fed this year.

00:15:06.620 And then the inflation data came out higher than expected.

00:15:09.900 Friends, this isn't going away.

00:15:12.600 It can't.

00:15:13.320 The U.S. is $34 trillion plus in the hole.

00:15:17.460 And yet we keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even higher.

00:15:23.740 So you can either bury your head in the sand or you can do something about it.

00:15:28.340 Diversify a portion of your savings into gold with Birch Gold Group.

00:16:06.860 Action, action, action.

00:16:09.200 War Room.

00:16:10.140 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:16:12.200 Bannon.

00:16:14.400 If you want to support Dr. Navarro, who's in prison for four months, standing on principle,

00:16:19.840 go to newmagadeal.com.

00:16:22.300 That's over at Winning Team Publishing.

00:16:23.840 Newmagadeal.com.

00:16:25.040 You can get your book, The New Magadeal.

00:16:27.500 This gets to all the policies that are going to be put forward in the next Trump administration.

00:16:33.740 Second term, third victory.

00:16:36.620 Also, Warpath Coffee.

00:16:38.300 Get jacked up.

00:16:39.000 It's going to be a long day today.

00:16:40.260 A couple hours this morning, a couple hours this afternoon.

00:16:42.640 We've got Congressman Chip Roy on here to talk about the work before us.

00:16:46.660 So go to warpath.coffee.

00:16:55.660 Mild roasts are fine, too.

00:16:56.740 But the Mariners Blend, the dark roast, that will get you going in the morning.

00:17:00.820 And you're going to need it today.

00:17:02.880 So, Congressman Chip Roy, we have an app called Bill Blaster that has everybody's names on it.

00:17:09.160 There are local offices, all that.

00:17:10.980 The Warren Posse is ready to go to work here.

00:17:13.360 But I've got to tell you, it's hard to shock me.

00:17:16.120 I am shocked by what was delivered last night on the text of this bill.

00:17:20.940 Can you explain to people?

00:17:22.100 They say it's $1.2 trillion, but actually when you add it to the entitlements, it's over $7 trillion in spending.

00:17:28.000 This is going to have a $2 trillion deficit.

00:17:29.860 I just don't understand, in a rational world, how this in a Republican House, they can put this forward.

00:17:37.280 Can you explain it to our audience?

00:17:40.540 It's total lack of backbone, total lack of leadership, and a total failure by Republican leadership.

00:17:46.360 There's no other way to describe it.

00:17:48.100 This bill is an abomination.

00:17:50.400 I don't even have words for any Republican that votes for this bill.

00:17:54.940 I promise you I will not be going out and supporting any Republican who votes for this bill for any position ever again.

00:18:01.440 It's absolutely unsupportable by anybody who is a self-proclaimed conservative.

00:18:06.520 You just talked about it.

00:18:07.640 It busts the spending caps.

00:18:09.020 It racks up more debt.

00:18:10.240 We're racking up a trillion dollars of debt every 100 days.

00:18:13.080 This bill will make that worse.

00:18:14.860 This bill funds the new FBI headquarters after Republicans in the last first half of the omnibus said,

00:18:22.600 oh, don't worry, we were defunding some of the FBI. 1.00

00:18:25.440 It's all crap. 0.98

00:18:26.840 They now put the money back in to fund the FBI headquarters. 0.99

00:18:29.940 We put the money back in to fund the World Health Organization that we fought to claw out of our appropriations bills last year.

00:18:36.340 We continue to fund abortion tourism.

00:18:39.020 We continue to fund transgender surgeries, the Department of Defense.

00:18:42.320 And you and I both care intently about the border.

00:18:45.460 You just had Don Jr. on there, former President Trump.

00:18:48.460 These are people who are serious about securing the border.

00:18:50.500 We know that radical progressive Democrats, led by Biden, want our borders to be open, to destroy our sovereignty, to pile people into our country,

00:18:58.060 to allow, yes, criminals who act like animals, as the former president said, to kill Americans. 0.94

00:19:04.160 Yes, Democrats are doing that. 0.99

00:19:05.960 And what's Republicans' response?

00:19:07.660 Give them more money.

00:19:09.280 Continue to fund it.

00:19:10.740 Give Border Patrol even more money under this bill.

00:19:13.500 To do what?

00:19:14.640 Process more people.

00:19:16.340 We say, oh, Chip, we're going to add more ice beds.

00:19:19.060 That will help Donald Trump next January.

00:19:22.120 That's bogus.

00:19:23.400 It increases it from 34,000 to 42,000 ice beds.

00:19:27.580 Guess what?

00:19:28.420 President Trump, at his peak, you might remember this, had, I think, 57,000 ice beds.

00:19:32.700 You know why?

00:19:33.360 Because he was actually enforcing the dang law. 0.65

00:19:36.160 This is an embarrassment.

00:19:37.600 Today, everybody listening to this show, light up your congressmen and congresswomen.

00:19:43.260 Light them up.

00:19:44.020 Light up your senators.

00:19:45.180 Tell them the truth, that they are risking the House majority if they vote for this bill.

00:19:49.920 A vote for this bill is a vote against America.

00:19:52.420 A vote for this bill is a vote for the mass parole and release of criminals that are killing Americans.

00:19:58.080 Any Republican who votes for this bill owns the murders, the rapes, and the assaults by the people that are being released into our country.

00:20:05.820 There is no defense of it, period.

00:20:07.580 Chip, here's what I don't understand.

00:20:12.520 We fought back in January 2023 to get these rules on single-subject appropriations to finally get the process to get your hand around the spending.

00:20:20.840 This audience back last summer was staying up all night watching these incredible fights, amendments, fights, and really look like democracy at work.

00:20:31.980 Was that work all performative?

00:20:34.080 Because everybody's asked me this morning and said, Steve, it looks like none of the things we fought for last summer that were, we thought, approved at the time.

00:20:42.320 That all got behind closed doors.

00:20:44.900 The swamp just took it all out.

00:20:46.660 Yeah, I mean, look, none of that was performative.

00:20:50.360 We worked.

00:20:50.820 I mean, I can tell you, my staff, the good people here in the Freedom Caucus and others, and some good guys over in the Senate, guys like Mike Lee and Rick Scott and Ted Cruz and Ron Johnson, all of us that would gather and visit, we were working hard at getting those amendments.

00:21:03.140 We processed 1,100 amendments.

00:21:04.900 We fought to get great provisions to defund a lot of the, you know, climate garbage that's killing our economy, to defund a lot of the woke stuff.

00:21:12.360 I can go through the list.

00:21:13.500 The bottom line is none of that was performative.

00:21:15.240 The problem is, look, we got stuff out of the House.

00:21:19.000 We got good bills passed out of the House.

00:21:21.140 But if your Republican leadership refuses to use leverage to fight for those things, look, you understand dealmaking.

00:21:28.620 Former President Trump understands dealmaking.

00:21:30.780 You can't get everything you want.

00:21:32.280 None of us would say you can.

00:21:33.580 But, dadgummit, we should get at least something significant in the fight.

00:21:38.640 We should use our leverage.

00:21:39.780 And Mike Johnson blew it when he walked away from a continuing resolution that we could have extended through this year to trigger the caps that we had put in place last year.

00:21:50.140 We would have forced Democrats to the table and then leveraged this.

00:21:53.120 The other thing he could have done, pass a CR today that kicks this into May, trigger Thomas Massey's 1% provision.

00:22:00.820 Then you force Democrats to the table and say, guys, we're not going to do any of this unless we actually secure the border.

00:22:06.500 But now we're getting yet another promise.

00:22:09.140 Trust me, Chip, we'll secure the border when we do a supplemental on Ukraine funding.

00:22:14.160 Look, most of your audience doesn't want another dollar to go to Ukraine at all.

00:22:18.340 But you and I have had a back and forth about this.

00:22:20.800 I might eat a few dollars of lethal aid to Ukraine if I got actual border security, but they're not going to do that.

00:22:26.960 I've been sold a lie every step of the way that next week we'll do something.

00:22:31.980 It's the swamp in action.

00:22:33.060 What we achieved last year was we showed that conservatism can win.

00:22:37.480 When we passed Limit, Save, Grow, H.R. 2, seven appropriations bills that dropped spending down, we were moving the needle and got policy changes.

00:22:45.740 The swamp has bit back the defense industrial complex that wants more money for Ukraine, more money for defense.

00:22:52.600 They want to have warrantless searches on Americans.

00:22:55.360 They're fighting back, and unfortunately our Republican leadership is letting them do it.

00:22:59.200 It's wrong, and we're trying to figure out what to do about it.

00:23:03.060 This bill right here, if passed this week, the border will not be shut down.

00:23:08.400 The border will not be secure, correct?

00:23:10.720 At all.

00:23:11.240 I mean, it's not even close.

00:23:12.380 In fact, it makes it worse.

00:23:13.440 Tom Homan and Mark Morgan were in yesterday visiting with a bunch of us.

00:23:17.520 This bill will make it worse.

00:23:18.660 So don't we have the leverage?

00:23:23.120 80% of the American people, 80% are on our side about securing the border now or not going forward.

00:23:29.160 Why don't we just take a hard stand?

00:23:31.760 If you don't shut the border, this thing does not get passed, and force Biden to the table this weekend to actually secure this border before he gets another penny to fund his government.

00:23:40.840 Why the psychosis about shutting down the government?

00:23:45.500 The best way I can describe it is the leadership has accepted the premise that we must do this because, one, they're afraid of shutdown.

00:23:55.740 They're afraid we lose politically in a shutdown.

00:23:57.900 I disagree with that.

00:23:58.740 I go back and look at every shutdown fight we've had, 2013 with Ted Cruz and Obamacare, 2019 when President Trump was fighting for the wall.

00:24:07.440 We always gain seats after that because the American people are inspired that we're actually fighting for them.

00:24:13.820 But these guys, they run around and they listen to some pollster who comes in and says, but you'll lose if you do a shutdown.

00:24:20.060 The second reason is they're beholden to the defense world.

00:24:23.220 Seriously.

00:24:23.840 They listen to the arguments.

00:24:25.200 People will say, but you don't understand, people will die.

00:24:27.960 If our defense isn't bigger, we're going to lose to China. 0.94

00:24:30.420 If we don't give money to Ukraine, Putin will win. 0.94

00:24:32.020 And if we don't fund Israel, they're going to die. 0.98

00:24:34.080 And if we don't give money to, you know, if we don't continue spying on Americans and we, you know, if we allow a warrant, people will die.

00:24:41.820 And then they believe it.

00:24:42.980 And that's what they vote on.

00:24:44.460 That's it.

00:24:45.000 That defines all of this.

00:24:46.320 A fear of shutdown and the defense industrial complex.

00:24:50.740 You spoke truth that they never talk about.

00:24:52.840 You were chief of staff, I think, for Cruz at the time.

00:24:54.740 But we worked together to shut the government down with Mike Lee in August about Obamacare in August of 2013 and picked up seats.

00:25:01.280 It's always a winner because you have a national platform to present your case.

00:25:05.300 And low information voters say, hey, well, hang on for a second.

00:25:07.760 These guys are right.

00:25:08.560 They're always demonized.

00:25:10.120 It's Congressman Roy.

00:25:11.080 Roy, once again, what should this audience do today?

00:25:14.040 Because, hey, these folks are looking for a fight and they're outraged about what they saw last night and this morning.

00:25:19.640 So what should we do?

00:25:20.920 They should call their members of Congress right now.

00:25:25.140 They should tell them that under no circumstances should they vote for this bill.

00:25:29.380 They should melt the phone down and melt down the phone lines and the emails and the texts and all of that.

00:25:35.200 And I mean that.

00:25:36.740 I mean that today.

00:25:37.820 Call today and make sure every member of Congress feels the pain that they should not vote for this bill.

00:25:44.640 And if we can somehow stall this bill out today, because it's going to take it's being put up on suspension of the rules, which, by the way, is a travesty.

00:25:51.840 It's being put up with less than 24 hours to read it, which is a travesty.

00:25:55.140 It busts the caps, which is a travesty, funds the FBI headquarters, doesn't secure the border, funds the World Health Organization.

00:26:01.520 I can keep going.

00:26:02.720 Earmarks in it for abortion facilities in the Northeast.

00:26:07.840 Just total abomination.

00:26:09.920 We should oppose it.

00:26:10.940 It takes two-thirds of the House to pass it.

00:26:13.720 So all we need is about a half of Republicans, give or take.

00:26:16.800 It might take a little bit more than that.

00:26:18.400 Three-quarters of Republicans to oppose it. 1.00

00:26:20.860 And we can kill it. 0.96

00:26:21.780 So we should rise up and say, Mr. Speaker, no deal. 0.97

00:26:26.180 Republicans should feel the pain for voting for this bill.

00:26:31.920 Congressman Roy, social media, because you're putting up stuff all the time.

00:26:35.160 Where can people go?

00:26:35.980 Because now we're going to be in political combat for the next couple of days.

00:26:39.420 Where do they go to get information from you, one of our field commanders?

00:26:42.920 We are posting everything we can at my official account, RepChipRoy, R-E-P-C-H-I-P-R-O-Y, on Twitter.

00:26:50.620 And then on my personal stuff, I put stuff out at ChipRoyTX, C-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X. 0.98

00:26:57.480 And then you can obviously go to Roy.House.gov to see what we're putting out in our official channels.

00:27:05.400 Congressman, we're to the ramparts.

00:27:07.080 Thank you very much for coming and getting us fired up this morning.

00:27:10.060 Thanks, Steve.

00:27:10.520 God bless.

00:27:12.960 Thanks.

00:27:13.320 Well, folks, I'd like to put it any other way, but we've got a fighter on our hands.

00:27:18.000 You knew this one was coming.

00:27:19.340 Actually, the bill is actually worse than even I could imagine.

00:27:24.280 They have retraded everything.

00:27:25.820 All the Woken weaponized is in there. 0.54

00:27:27.600 The spending levels are higher than Pelosi's.

00:27:30.180 I want you to understand that and embrace it.

00:27:32.120 Higher than Pelosi's.

00:27:34.000 Remember, this fight's all a process.

00:27:35.820 I told you, not going to be a wave of magic wand.

00:27:38.780 It's all going to be fine.

00:27:39.720 But we need to do that.

00:27:40.980 We can't wait for President Trump.

00:27:43.400 This will burden President Trump, make his ability to get this economy going.

00:27:47.460 This will hamstring him.

00:27:49.860 I'll come back after the break about what to do about this.

00:27:52.660 Go check out right now Birch Gold.

00:27:54.120 Birchgold.com slash war room.

00:27:56.260 Now more than ever, you need to check it out.

00:27:59.500 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:28:01.320 Short commercial break.

00:28:03.160 It's war day in the war room.

00:28:05.740 Next.

00:28:06.140 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:13.780 First, think back to 9-11.

00:28:15.260 Shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:18.280 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:28:25.760 Now Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:39.460 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:28:47.360 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:28:58.240 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:03.660 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:29:16.320 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:21.880 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:29:23.880 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:27.360 Okay, I haven't gotten the story up, but CNBC, one of the lead stories this morning about why gold was hitting all-time highs.

00:29:43.460 And I've got to tell you, this deficit in this budget is outrageous.

00:29:49.520 It's going to be over $2 trillion.

00:29:51.360 Mark my words, it's going to be over $2 trillion.

00:29:53.140 And this is why this has got to be fought.

00:29:56.940 It's got to be stopped now.

00:29:59.160 We're going to hamstring.

00:30:00.000 All these people said, oh, well, we need a bigger majority.

00:30:02.120 We need to take the Senate.

00:30:02.980 We need to get President Trump back in.

00:30:04.900 You're going to hamstring President Trump on his economic plan.

00:30:07.580 Get the new MAGA deal.

00:30:08.520 Read it.

00:30:08.840 You see exactly what he's going to do, how he's going to roll it out.

00:30:11.280 You're going to hamstring that plan by passing this budget.

00:30:15.060 This is what we've got to fight.

00:30:16.060 And you've got to tell people, hey, you vote for this, you're done.

00:30:18.720 You're done with it.

00:30:19.920 I'm done with you.

00:30:20.700 I don't care what good they've done in the past.

00:30:23.600 This is signal, not noise.

00:30:26.680 A lot of guys get up there in these committees and do this and do that.

00:30:29.100 You know, they ask tough questions.

00:30:30.580 When it comes to money and power, they always roll over.

00:30:34.800 And Natalie's going to be on in a little while to talk about yesterday.

00:30:37.120 We're going to do a compare and contrast on this impeachment fiasco, in which most of the Republicans didn't sit there for the entire time.

00:30:44.680 That shows you how much seriousness they put into it.

00:30:48.180 The Democrats are there as a block to make sure that Biden got off.

00:30:53.880 So the CNBC article, that's why I go over to birchgold.com and talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:31:00.320 They've got a bunch of analysis on the CNBC story, totally unrelated to Birchgold or to War Room.

00:31:10.060 That's amazing.

00:31:10.760 I'll get it up after the show.

00:31:12.120 There's so much going on this morning.

00:31:14.240 We've crashed the Bill Blaster site, the server.

00:31:18.260 So many people are trying to get on.

00:31:19.880 Grace is rebooting it right now with our team.

00:31:23.160 So go to Bill Blaster.

00:31:24.700 You know your duty today.

00:31:26.920 It's quite simple.

00:31:27.620 In fact, Chip Roy's got a great piece.

00:31:29.100 He just sent me.

00:31:29.780 I'm going to send to Grace and make sure you guys can read that before you even go to your congressman.

00:31:33.820 But you've got to hit him with both barrels today.

00:31:36.300 This thing needs to be stopped.

00:31:39.000 Needs to be not brought to breaking the rules just to bring it to the floor.

00:31:42.020 Need to stop that.

00:31:43.420 Need to tell Biden, either shut down the border now or you're going to shut down your government and we'll get in a room over the weekend.

00:31:50.100 And you convince us of what you're going to do, executive orders and others, to shut down the border from the invasion.

00:31:56.720 Once you do that, then we can talk about giving you the money to open your government back up.

00:32:00.720 Until then, sorry.

00:32:02.640 And we will win that argument with the American people.

00:32:04.600 Like Chip Roy said, every time the government's been shut down, we've won the argument because it gets out into the ether, which never gets out to the low information, low propensity voters.

00:32:15.540 And they sit there and go, hey, I agree with these guys.

00:32:18.420 That has to happen today.

00:32:20.020 Have the courage of your convictions.

00:32:21.920 Polly Pockets Johnson.

00:32:23.920 I mean, this is a humility.

00:32:25.140 And think about what he's trying to sell.

00:32:27.120 Oh, we're going to get to border security when we come back with the Ukraine's $60 billion. 0.98

00:32:31.120 Screw you, dude. 0.98

00:32:32.040 That's not happening. 0.99

00:32:33.580 We're not sending another penny over to the Zelensky and the Krupp oligarchs in Ukraine on a war that's over.

00:32:42.640 It's not me saying it's over.

00:32:44.000 It's the parents in Ukraine that won't allow their sons to volunteer for the military or be drafted.

00:32:50.520 The 500,000 troops they need they can't get, they're the ones saying it's over.

00:32:54.160 Big development today.

00:32:56.620 Kurt Olson joins us.

00:32:57.700 Kurt, you had a filing, I think, late last night on evidence.

00:33:01.240 Walk us through the evidence.

00:33:02.880 You've got the machine guys braced up against the wall.

00:33:06.120 Now it's time to, what's the evidence?

00:33:08.020 What are the receipts you've got that are so compelling it's going to make the Supreme Court, who's had less than zero interest in this to date, take this case up, sir?

00:33:17.520 Well, Steve, if you recall last week, I said when we filed our petition for rita certiori with the Supreme Court to ask them to take the case, I said there were three new pieces of evidence that further showed that the standing of Carrie Lake and Mark Fincham existed and that this case should be brought before and heard on the merits.

00:33:38.620 Those three pieces of evidence were we could show that the election software Maricopa County used in the 2020 and 2022 elections had been altered, and any representations that Maricopa made that this was EAC certified were false.

00:33:54.460 Secondly, that in 2020 and 2022, Maricopa did not perform logic and accuracy testing before the election, which is designed to see if the machines will tabulate and count the ballots correctly, and in fact, that was an express violation of state law.

00:34:12.500 And third, and most importantly, I think, in terms of the country, we have uncovered that the master cryptographic encryption keys are left unprotected except for the Windows login and in plain text on the database.

00:34:27.560 And what that means, this is like the Enigma machine from World War II, where the Allies solved the cipher codes and could read all the Germans' messages.

00:34:35.240 Now, here, you don't even have to decrypt them.

00:34:38.260 They're straight and plain text, and any malicious actor can take control of the entire voting system, create a fake election, do whatever you want, and it's nearly undetectable.

00:34:47.760 So what we introduced last night is a motion for expedited consideration of that, and we attached three of our expert declarations.

00:34:57.580 And in those declarations, you get a peek inside the machines, because there are actual screenshots of the log files and the database table that shows where the encryption keys is.

00:35:09.280 We have redacted some of the encryption keys, because they're in plain text.

00:35:15.000 And those encryption keys, it's phenomenal.

00:35:17.500 You can actually take them and apply them and decrypt the passwords on the machines.

00:35:23.740 You can get into the configuration files.

00:35:26.260 You can do anything you want.

00:35:28.120 You can intercept communications and de-encrypt those communications, put your own results on there, re-encrypt them as a – the machine will recognize you as a certified user, and create your own fake election and put it back on the EMS.

00:35:44.740 It violates every basic rule of cybersecurity, including what are called Federal Information Processing Standards, which Dominion puts in its contract that its encryption level complies with.

00:35:59.440 So this is extraordinary.

00:36:00.760 And this, again, the expert declarations, it's a peek inside the machines.

00:36:05.900 If anybody can go to the website where it's posted, it's called state-of-denial.com.

00:36:14.780 Read those expert declarations.

00:36:16.820 You'll see screenshots of the log files of the databases and a very, very interesting insight into what's going on inside these machines.

00:36:29.360 Okay.

00:36:29.900 So I want everybody – we've got the – finally, we'll put it out – there's also a bunch of summaries being done.

00:36:34.100 You've got this website.

00:36:35.020 Here's a question.

00:36:37.240 These defamation suits, Fox wrote an $800 million check, plus they spent tens of millions of dollars on lawyers.

00:36:45.460 You've got Newsmax.

00:36:46.840 You've got other people.

00:36:48.160 They've got very smart lawyers.

00:36:50.120 Why have no other investigative teams or lawyers found this, which you would think would be enough to get them past Fox writing an $800 million check?

00:37:01.560 How did the best lawyers in the country with the top investigators in the country miss this?

00:37:06.340 That's a good question.

00:37:07.460 And I'll tell you, that settlement with Fox, which nobody has ever seen, by the way, the details.

00:37:12.340 And I don't think there's any record that actually $800 million was actually transferred.

00:37:16.920 That whole amount is very sketchy because it is so many multiples of what Dominion is worth in terms of its enterprise value.

00:37:25.960 The settlement made no sense really from an economic or legal standpoint.

00:37:31.400 The damages just didn't justify that amount.

00:37:36.660 And again, nobody has seen that settlement.

00:37:38.500 Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:37:42.000 It's not a private settlement.

00:37:42.940 They're a publicly traded company.

00:37:44.220 Are you asserting right here you think they misled shareholders by lying to shareholders about the settlement?

00:37:49.560 They're a publicly traded company.

00:37:50.720 How can you say that?

00:37:51.420 What I'm saying is, is that when you look at it, it doesn't make sense.

00:37:56.920 It never did.

00:37:58.220 The amount of that settlement does not make sense.

00:38:02.000 But what it did do is scare the bejesus out of people thinking, oh, my God, $800 million that Fox paid.

00:38:09.180 There must be nothing to any of these allegations.

00:38:12.240 Why would Fox pay so much money if these were credible allegations?

00:38:16.160 So it certainly did create that narrative.

00:38:18.260 But this evidence that we put forward is solid.

00:38:21.900 And I think that Fox's attorneys and Fox, they should be asked the question, why didn't you bring this evidence to light or why didn't you uncover it?

00:38:32.960 Well, I'm sure there's shareholders that are quite interested in that.

00:38:36.160 If you're saying if your evidence is true, then the question gets to be both at Newsmax and others, why didn't your lawyers find this?

00:38:43.960 Yeah, I think that's a legitimate question that shareholders should pose.

00:38:48.260 Now, I understand why, you know, in Arizona with the Katie Hobbs and her regime, why the Justice Department not looking this, have you taken this evidence to any – because there's 20 or 30 red states with red state attorney generals and a red state secretary of state that have machines or even county supervisors.

00:39:11.340 Have you taken this evidence to anybody and has anybody else – has anybody grabbed on this and said, this is amazing, let me go check this out and then use it to get rid of the machines?

00:39:22.640 Well, this evidence just came to our attention in a matter of – I mean, the declarations were finalized last week.

00:39:30.560 So we do plan on a letter to the EAC.

00:39:34.000 In terms of a call to action, I know that your audience is very active.

00:39:38.240 The House Admin Committee has oversight over the EAC.

00:39:42.220 I would suggest that your audience make some phone calls and push the House Admin Committee to look into this and to investigate and look at the evidence.

00:39:52.780 It's right there up on the website.

00:39:54.480 It's on the Supreme Court's website.

00:39:56.520 This is expert evidence by qualified individuals with actual screenshots of the log files and database tables that underpin it.

00:40:06.660 And so, yes, we do plan on making sure everybody –

00:40:11.160 Yeah.

00:40:11.720 Have – okay, have you gone to the companies themselves?

00:40:15.180 I mean, have you gone to Dominion and say, hey, look, this is what we found.

00:40:19.820 Can you answer this?

00:40:21.900 No, not yet.

00:40:23.120 But the response to our motion for expedited consideration is going to be due in 10 days, which falls on a Saturday.

00:40:31.360 So it would be April 1st, Monday, we'll have a response from Maricopa County and the Arizona Secretary of State as to what we put in this brief and to the evidence that we put forward.

00:40:43.540 I look forward to it.

00:40:45.220 But they're not – hold on, but somebody's got to sign off on the expedited, right?

00:40:48.800 That's in case they sign off the expedited.

00:40:50.300 Other than that, Maricopa County has no obligation to answer any of this, do they, as it stands right now?

00:40:55.760 But if they don't file an opposition or a response to our motion for expedited consideration, then it will go straight to conference, and it's basically conceded in terms of that expedited consideration is warranted.

00:41:13.620 Okay.

00:41:14.200 And then what's the process at the Supreme Court?

00:41:16.300 I know you filed, and this was for expedited consideration.

00:41:18.840 Just walk us through what the process is there.

00:41:20.540 Well, basically, all the clerks will get together and review, and they'll do a memo on the petition and then our motion for expedited consideration.

00:41:31.320 And that will be presented – when it's done, it's on a Wednesday, I believe.

00:41:36.520 And so we're looking at probably the earliest that it could go to the court would be, I believe, April 12th, because from the petition, there's 30 days for the defendants to respond to the petition, which was filed on March 14th.

00:41:56.420 And they can waive that, or they could file a response or seek an extension, but we would oppose an extension.

00:42:03.740 There's basically a number of ways that this could go.

00:42:05.800 Do you think – what do you put the odds of the Supreme Court?

00:42:10.940 Because they've gone out of their way not to take up any of these cases about the election fraud or stealing the election, except now they're forced to with President Trump on these validations.

00:42:20.460 What do you put – we've got 30 seconds.

00:42:21.780 What do you put the odds that the Supreme Court takes this up?

00:42:25.640 I think the Supreme Court absolutely should take this up because this will have a dramatic impact on 2024.

00:42:32.960 And that's the point.

00:42:33.980 We're not asking in this case for them to rule on the merits.

00:42:38.060 What we're asking is that they take the case, rule on standing, send it back expeditiously to the district court, where we will move immediately for an injunction, and then follow on the merits from that level.

00:42:50.280 This is a very easy case, I think, for the Supreme Court to take and decide because it is on standing.

00:42:56.100 But the issues involved will affect the country nationwide because you just can't have this type of insecurity existing in the voting machine system going into 2024.

00:43:10.520 Kurt, hang on for one second.

00:43:11.620 I'm just holding you through the brakes.

00:43:12.580 I want to make sure everybody gets all of the touch points.

00:45:16.060 Action.

00:45:16.780 Action.

00:45:18.600 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:45:20.760 Bannon.

00:45:22.960 Okay.

00:45:23.580 I told you we had a lot to get through today.

00:45:26.040 Okay.

00:45:27.180 Kurt, and there's a lot of information.

00:45:29.200 Now, the Android, I think, service did crash.

00:45:33.140 Grace is on that for the Bill Blaster. 1.00

00:45:36.660 And we're going to give you not just talking points, but other information.

00:45:41.960 We want you to load it up when you go to your congressman today, the members of the House.

00:45:46.480 So we're working on all that right now.

00:45:49.680 Kurt, I want people to immerse themselves in this also.

00:45:53.280 I'm not a machine guy, but I will say this.

00:45:56.060 Mike Lindell's crusade on this has brought me to an understanding that something's not right here

00:46:01.060 because these machines are way too complicated for what you actually need.

00:46:04.240 So what you guys are doing is the Lord's work laboring in the vineyard on this.

00:46:09.660 I'm a mail-in ballot and bad voter rolls the old-fashioned way.

00:46:16.280 But your information here to me is so shocking in that how many smart people were out there that were being paid

00:46:23.380 for people that were being against – and Dominion's got great lawyers too.

00:46:30.300 So you had the battle of all these white shoe law firms, and I just don't see how this came up, and nobody's seen it.

00:46:35.400 So that's why I want the audience to immerse themselves in information.

00:46:38.060 And plus, this directly goes back to ground zero to 2020, if you guys are correct, back to Maricopa County.

00:46:45.160 And people should understand, Michigan is central for Biden.

00:46:48.960 Arizona is central for Trump.

00:46:51.000 And we've got to get to the bottom of this thing.

00:46:53.780 And you've put out some very compelling information, although I'm not an expert,

00:46:56.940 but I want the audience to have full access to it.

00:46:59.060 So where do they go?

00:46:59.700 It's posted on the website www.state-of-denial.com.

00:47:07.820 That actually hosts the movie that we put out in December about what goes on in Arizona elections,

00:47:13.340 and in particular on the 2022 election there, which is free and streaming.

00:47:17.500 I encourage everybody to watch it.

00:47:19.520 I think they'll find it very interesting.

00:47:20.820 But you can see posted on the website both filings, the motion, the petition, and what's called the appendix

00:47:28.080 to the motion for expedited consideration.

00:47:30.820 That has the three expert declarations for anybody to view.

00:47:35.220 And really, because those expert declarations, they include screenshots from inside the machines.

00:47:41.260 The machines don't lie.

00:47:43.160 And so you'll see a screenshot in there where the machine says,

00:47:45.960 Warn, wrong MBS, expecting this version.

00:47:49.600 And these are, you know, the machine saying, something's not right here.

00:47:53.280 And that was actually the first clue where we followed this down.

00:47:58.560 And the whole thing is starting to unravel.

00:48:01.400 They used altered software, which is not EAC approved.

00:48:06.400 And that software was altered with respect to what are called machine behavior settings

00:48:10.960 that go directly to how ballots are tabulated and counted.

00:48:15.740 Begs the question.

00:48:17.400 Both in 2020 and in 2020.

00:48:19.600 Yeah, in 2020.

00:48:21.600 Okay, I want people to go and start to get smarter on this.

00:48:24.660 We'll have you back on.

00:48:25.580 And some of the experts gave affidavits.

00:48:27.440 So explain to people like myself that are not exactly technologists.

00:48:32.960 Do you believe in your filing that it implies that crimes were committed by election officials?

00:48:39.480 Well, it is a violation of Arizona law to knowingly alter software.

00:48:48.660 Okay.

00:48:49.840 I guess that's the answer.

00:48:50.820 Kurt Olson, do you have a personal social media that people can follow you?

00:48:55.280 I'm on Truth Social under my name.

00:48:58.080 I've been told I need to get a Twitter account as well.

00:49:00.620 But I haven't done that yet.

00:49:02.840 I don't know.

00:49:03.660 Truth Social is pretty good.

00:49:04.880 Thank you, sir.

00:49:05.540 Appreciate it.

00:49:06.560 Thank you.

00:49:09.300 We start with Don Jr.

00:49:10.480 and The Tale of Two Cities.

00:49:11.700 Letitia James.

00:49:12.660 It's how the Democrats play.

00:49:14.440 They don't play by the rules.

00:49:15.400 They make up their own rules.

00:49:17.100 They're trying to take President Trump's – I hope you guys are following this.

00:49:20.400 They're trying to take President Trump's entire business empire, and they're making progress, and they're just tossing aside every law in the books.

00:49:29.320 This is why I think New York City is going to see an exodus of companies and an exodus of individuals that are financiers and entrepreneurs.

00:49:37.200 Let's play – the imperial capital yesterday, my problem with what happened at the impeachment hearing is that this is dead serious.

00:49:46.480 Biden sold his country out for cash, and yesterday the Republicans, a handful of them, stepped up and were magnificent.

00:49:54.080 But overall, it was just not up to snuff.

00:49:56.800 Let's play – Natalie's put together a cold open for us.

00:49:59.240 Let's play that.

00:49:59.800 We'll bring in Natalie.

00:50:00.400 This message doesn't call Zhang Chairman Zhang, does it?

00:50:05.680 It just says the Chinese want to do business with the Bidens.

00:50:08.940 As a matter of fact, it says, both coming to be my partner, to be partners with the Bidens, with an S.

00:50:17.020 He, Zhang, is implied, has implied that the number one has made it clear and available to him.

00:50:23.540 Who is the number one?

00:50:25.580 The number one is Xi Jinping.

00:50:27.560 Xi Jinping, the president of China?

00:50:31.260 Yes or no?

00:50:32.200 The leader of the Communist Party, the CCP?

00:50:35.380 Yes.

00:50:35.860 Is the number one?

00:50:37.320 Yes, that's the number one that Hunter was referencing in that message.

00:50:42.960 Now, let's be very clear.

00:50:44.920 This was in 2017, but I would like to make it known for this committee that Joe Biden told the press in 2016,

00:50:55.060 as a matter of fact, he, I quote, yeah, I am.

00:50:59.760 I am going to run in 2020.

00:51:02.100 He told the press in 2016 that he was running for president of the United States in 2020.

00:51:09.000 So here is the Bidens doing business in China in 2017 when everybody knew he was planning to be president of the United States.

00:51:18.480 Do you see that to be a serious problem, Mr. Bobuletsky?

00:51:21.220 I do, and I wish this committee would thoroughly investigate it and focus on all the evidence that the SDNY has on CFC.

00:51:28.600 They had FISA warrants, so they were recording conversations, and I wish they disclosed all that data and fact to this committee.

00:51:34.740 So Comer does one of these roll call votes.

00:51:38.180 The other thing that was interesting, by the way, is that Democrats had almost full attendance.

00:51:41.480 They were all there through the whole hearing.

00:51:43.720 Republicans were going in and out.

00:51:45.580 There was very few Republicans in the room throughout the hearing.

00:51:48.840 They would come to do their questioning, and then they would leave.

00:51:52.420 So when Raskin called that up for a vote, there was almost no Republicans even in the room.

00:51:58.040 And so he does a voice vote, you know, all in favor.

00:52:01.120 And the Democrats are all, yay, you know, really loud.

00:52:03.560 But Republicans, it was almost silence.

00:52:06.480 And he goes, it doesn't pass.

00:52:10.560 And Raskin just let it go, you know.

00:52:13.800 Let's make the point, because this hearing is a perfect example of how Republicans are operating, that it's all performative.

00:52:21.320 It's all political theater.

00:52:25.060 Political theater and performative.

00:52:26.700 Okay, Natalie Winters is going to join us after a short commercial break to go through this. 1.00

00:52:30.700 But, you know, you had some heroes yesterday.

00:52:33.860 You had Donald's.

00:52:34.480 You had Gates.

00:52:35.180 You had MTG.

00:52:36.260 You had a few others.

00:52:37.780 But one that tells us, when they impeached Trump, they were in the room the entire time.

00:52:41.620 They took it very seriously.

00:52:43.440 They passed the impeachment.

00:52:44.380 This is how Nancy Pelosi rolls. 1.00

00:52:45.780 It's called a close-run thing, the Brits call it.
