Transcript

00:00:00.000 of the NBC Universal News Group, Cesar Conde, who we both know very well. He sent a memo that we all
00:00:05.660 got as employees here rescinding the hiring of Ronna Romney McDaniel. And I know I felt very
00:00:11.780 strongly about it. I know you felt very strongly about it. I think everyone from four o'clock on
00:00:16.040 from Nicole all the way to midnight, we all felt very strongly and said so on our respective shows
00:00:20.520 yesterday. And I just have to say, when somebody does the right thing, I feel like it should be
00:00:25.560 acknowledged as publicly as we acknowledged our outrage. And so I know how I feel about it. I am
00:00:30.260 grateful to Cesar for actually making the right decision. I think it was the right decision,
00:00:33.600 but I want to get your take as well. Oh, thank you for asking me about it. I still feel like
00:00:38.680 I still I still feel like a little it always feels wrong to talk about things, you know,
00:00:44.720 in the company as if it's news. And I know it's just this. It's not the way either you or I are
00:00:49.500 wired. I know. But I I will just say that journalists are a fractious bunch. And in our
00:00:56.300 big company with all sorts of different journalistic entities, you have all sorts of
00:00:59.760 different people working in this business, doing all sorts of different kinds of work. And to see
00:01:04.000 the essentially unanimous feeling among all the journalists in this building and all the sort of
00:01:10.080 senior staff and all the producers and everybody in this building about this was one thing. But then
00:01:14.480 to see the executives and the leadership hear that and respond to it and be willing to change course
00:01:21.420 based on it, based on their respect for us and hearing what we argued. I I have deep respect for
00:01:27.920 that. I do. I mean, what I said on the air last night on my show that I think that acknowledging that
00:01:32.960 you might have gotten something wrong is a real sign of strength, a real show of strength. And I think
00:01:37.100 it's a show of strength and I think it's a show of respect for the people who work at this company
00:01:41.160 and who make us who we are. That leadership is willing to change on this. And I'm I'm grateful
00:01:45.080 to them. You know, it's not about hiring a Republican. It's not even hiring somebody who
00:01:49.480 has Trump ties. This was a really specific case because of Ms. McDaniels and her involvement in the
00:01:54.860 election interference stuff. And I'm I'm grateful that our our leadership was willing to do that.
00:02:00.680 I think this the bold, strong, resilient thing. Yeah, I mean, we're going to be using her name
00:02:05.700 because she's a witness in the Michigan electorate case. I mean, it's like it's less awkward
00:02:10.140 to have to say. And by the way, this person works for NBC News. Right. We're glad we don't have to
00:02:14.860 do that. Project Syndicate. And it's entitled America's Year of Living Dangerously. And you
00:02:20.860 write in part, quote, the near future consists of three distinct phases, each with its own challenges
00:02:27.480 and dangers. The first phase already underway and will continue through Election Day, November 5th.
00:02:32.780 The problem is already in plain sight with politics taking priority over policy.
00:02:38.460 It has become nearly impossible to enact important legislation. The second distinct
00:02:45.420 set of challenges will follow Election Day. The peaceful transfer of power, a hallmark of the
00:02:52.580 American system can no longer be assumed. The 75 day window between election and inauguration
00:02:59.500 could well become the most perilous phase of a dangerous year. And the third and final challenge
00:03:06.300 will begin early next year on Inauguration Day. If Biden is reelected, much will depend
00:03:12.420 on whether his election is accepted by Trump supporters and on which party controls the Senate and the House.
00:03:20.400 And Richard, I guess it's a I don't know, it's probably close. But what worries you the most
00:03:26.320 about these three phases that you say are fraught with danger or the most meek is the 75 day phase
00:03:33.360 between Election Day and Inauguration Day. Now, before the election, after the inauguration,
00:03:39.200 the real challenge is dysfunction. But I'm worried about potential for real constitutional and political
00:03:45.760 crisis and violence. If we have a situation where the election isn't accepted, where there's challenges
00:03:51.520 to the electoral college. That's what we saw January 6th. I think it's possible that we could see a reprise
00:03:57.840 of it and we should worry about that. Again, one of the basic norms in American history that used to be
00:04:02.900 defining to us the peaceful transfer of power. We can no longer assume it. And if there's a close election
00:04:08.800 that Joe Biden wins, you know and I know it will be challenged, not just in the Congress, but potentially
00:04:14.800 in the streets. Yeah, it's why when someone, you know, brushes off January 6th says nothing that
00:04:22.240 that's just a line, you know, it's a line that's being crossed in our country.
00:04:27.120 Kind of the obvious question, while Republicans want to talk about ridiculous things like, you know,
00:04:31.520 trying to bring DEI and race into it. The regulation, though, when I saw this this morning and saw the
00:04:38.320 live stream that was up, I wonder about the federal regulation aspect of it. Republicans tend to hate
00:04:43.360 regulation. But this seems like a textbook place where regulation is needed. Right. Is that something
00:04:48.800 that you discussed with Secretary Buttigieg or that you want to discuss with the administration?
00:04:54.240 Because regulation is what keeps large ships from being in the vicinity of vulnerable infrastructure
00:05:01.520 such that things like this could happen. You're absolutely right, Joy. This whole notion is being
00:05:08.240 revisited. Most people would say, technically, that there were plenty of regulations in place.
00:05:15.360 These ships are brought down the bay with a, quote, pilot who has to go through seven years of training
00:05:22.080 before they can guide ships out by directing the captain or the navigator of the ship. And there were,
00:05:29.040 at some point, tugboats moving the ship initially out of the harbor. But even Secretary Buttigieg will tell
00:05:36.880 you that you can never have enough regulations when human life and property is at risk. And in this
00:05:42.400 instance, where the vital lifeline, economic lifeline of an entire state is at risk.
00:05:48.800 Trump is also clearly showing some anxiety about the state of this campaign. He was on True Social
00:05:55.200 early this morning. I note 1.52 a.m. a post from Donald Trump attacking Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,
00:06:02.560 suggesting that he's very liberal and they're clearly concerned that RFK Jr. may draw some support
00:06:08.000 from Trump himself. He also, as you write in your new piece for MSNBC, has made little to no effort
00:06:16.240 to actually unify the Republican Party. He was rebuked by his former vice president, Mike Pence. And we
00:06:21.440 recall that when Nikki Haley dropped out of the race earlier this month, she implored him, make the party a
00:06:26.880 bigger tent. Try to support to court my supporters, even suggesting she herself might come along. But
00:06:33.120 he has made zero effort to do so. No, and I don't think that he necessarily will, given his demeanor.
00:06:40.800 And, you know, I mean, you know, the caveat here is, of course, you know, we've all seen the polls. We
00:06:44.800 know how Republican the Republican grassroots is rallying around Donald Trump, that he has complete
00:06:49.760 control over the party and the RNC. But I do think it's it is notable when you look at the number of United
00:06:55.920 States senators now who are saying that they're not going to vote for Donald Trump. You have Lisa
00:07:00.080 Murkowski being the latest. You have Todd Young, Bill Cassidy, Mike Rounds declined to say that he
00:07:06.560 was going to vote for him. And then you add you add in Mitt Romney. And one of the questions I think
00:07:12.160 people should ponder for a moment, but imagine if this was the Democratic Party, if this many members
00:07:18.720 of the U.S. Senate were saying, yeah, well, you know, we're not going to support Joe Biden's bid for
00:07:23.280 reelection. But the larger frame, though, is you look at the fact that I don't know in American
00:07:30.800 history when this many leading members of the party, including his former vice president, including
00:07:38.480 his former chiefs of staff, have come out publicly and said that we work with him, we've seen him up
00:07:45.120 close and we're not supporting him again. As far as I can tell, the only living Republican nominee for
00:07:51.280 president or vice president in this century that is supporting Donald Trump is Sarah Palin.
00:07:58.320 Everybody else is out, whether you're talking about Dick Cheney, whether you're talking about
00:08:02.240 George Bush, whether you're talking about Mitt Romney or Paul Ryan, none of them have lined up. I don't
00:08:07.680 think there's any parallel in American history. So while on one level Donald Trump has complete control
00:08:14.480 of the Republican Party, there are these cracks and the Biden administration is the Biden campaign is
00:08:20.160 beginning to exploit this.
00:08:21.520 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on
00:08:32.480 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly
00:08:39.600 full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop
00:08:43.440 that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share
00:08:47.920 the big line? Mega Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:08:56.080 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:09:02.960 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:09:15.280 It's Wednesday, 27 March, year of our Lord, 2024, as things are heating up on every front. Right there,
00:09:23.440 MSNBC, of course, always saying the quiet part out loud. Charlie Sykes talking about how the
00:09:29.600 establishment, the uniparty establishment, not coming together around Trump. Of course,
00:09:34.160 they're not coming around Trump. They're working against Trump and they're going to work for
00:09:40.000 and they're going to work for and support Joe Biden. There's no doubt about that. Another piece
00:09:45.520 I haven't gotten up yet. A couple of pieces out saying how Democrats, and that would be working
00:09:50.480 class Democrats, are starting to warm to the Trump message, particularly about being a disruptor.
00:09:55.120 They think this system has to be disrupted. So you're seeing actual working class and middle
00:10:03.200 class folks that are tired of this, are tired of the destruction of their country, are starting to
00:10:10.000 come to the Trump message, why the elites are all binding together. And remember, all the Republicans,
00:10:16.480 look at the name, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Paul Ryan. I mean, come on, you know, Neocon Nicky.
00:10:26.400 So Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, Dick Cheney, George Bush, the last two sets of would have been thoroughly
00:10:32.560 rejected by the MAGA base and by the new Republican Party for eight years now. Right. Since, since the,
00:10:41.200 since 2015, 2016, the primaries have been rejected. They're never going to give it up.
00:10:47.680 They're never going to give it up. Charlie Sykes just lays it out right there.
00:10:52.240 On the other hand, working people are starting to come to Trump. Why? Because of the three-fold
00:10:59.680 crises that are converging. The invasion on the southern border. The invasion on the southern border.
00:11:04.960 However, the out-of-control federal spending that's leading to this massive debt that is now
00:11:12.000 blowing back into people's lives because of higher interest rates,
00:11:16.080 higher food costs, their lived experience. This is all lived experience. The lived experience of the
00:11:20.800 invasion of the southern border for working class and middle class people. And the financial crisis
00:11:26.720 that Wall Street just continued wants to kick the can down the road and not address. Those two
00:11:31.680 conversion points. Plus you got the geopolitical, uh, geopolitical beginning of the kinetic third
00:11:38.080 world war on the rim of Eurasian landmass. And according to, you know, these, the same uniparty
00:11:44.960 house members, what's the number one priority coming back from this, uh, Easter and Holy Week, um,
00:11:51.360 recess? It's Ukraine. They got to get Ukraine through there. Got to get Ukraine through there.
00:11:55.760 So they're going to be relentless. They're absolutely going to be relentless. And the
00:12:00.160 lawfare is collapsing around them. They've got this one, they've got one shot they feel now. They
00:12:05.840 think they got one shot and that shot is the one that they didn't want to take because it's the
00:12:09.760 most outrageous and stupid of all. And they've got the, they've got the, um, the, they're, they
00:12:15.360 feel that their worst team to do it, uh, brag and, and brag in the clown show up in New York City.
00:12:23.280 But they got Matthew Colangelo and the judge came out yesterday and put a gag on a Trump.
00:12:26.480 Well, you can gag Trump all you want, because you're not going to gag war room. You're not
00:12:29.040 going to gag. We're the ones that came up with this. So Matthew Colangelo, it's a hard wire.
00:12:34.000 There's a hard wire between the Obama apparatus through the white house and, and this take down
00:12:41.280 Trump. And Hey, this ain't me saying it. This is not little old war room. This is the,
00:12:48.160 this is the paper of record of our beloved Republic, the New York Times today, blockbuster story,
00:12:52.960 Katie Rogers. Good going, Katie. Katie Rogers has a blockbuster story. Guess what? Obama's
00:13:00.160 running the deal. This is not war room or gateway pundit. Revolver didn't come up with this.
00:13:06.560 Matt Boyle didn't break it. It's the New York Times. The New York fricking times puts it all out
00:13:13.120 there. It's Obama and how Obama's, you know, never really been a fan of, of, uh, of Biden's,
00:13:19.680 but he's got to save the transformation of this country. If he called it, this is all Obama's deal.
00:13:25.840 Jack Posobiec and these guys have said for years, Obama's running the deal. These guys,
00:13:29.520 these guys are running the deal. Katie Rogers puts it right out. Obama is directly calling
00:13:35.040 staffers in the white house. I want you to think about that. Obama is directly, according to the New
00:13:41.120 York Times, Katie Rogers. He's directly calling folks in the white house, kind of giving them
00:13:49.520 orders. Say, how's it going? Hey, have you thought about this? Think about that for a second. A
00:13:56.560 former president is calling into the white house, talking to the chief of staff and talking to other
00:14:01.440 guys. Hey, I think we're going to be thinking about this. And he's the one that had two lunches,
00:14:05.120 went to the white house twice in the last couple of months to tell Biden, yo, bro, this guy's going to
00:14:10.800 kick your butt. You got to get focused here because, because, uh, Trump and MAGR are coming.
00:14:18.880 And what's the linchpin of all this? One of the connective tissues is man. Hey judge,
00:14:22.400 suck on this. It's Matthew Colangelo, Colangelo, a civil rights division, hack political operative,
00:14:28.880 apparatchik in the justice department, an Obama pick. Okay. And now he's up. He just kind of
00:14:35.280 felt his part of his career. He should just go and help out, uh, Eric Adams and, and brag
00:14:42.720 and Letitia, big Tish James. Come on, dude, this whole thing's wired, totally wired, hardwired.
00:14:52.800 Next in the war room.
00:14:53.760 The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear. They were anticipating
00:15:03.760 around six rate cuts by the fed this year. And then the inflation data came out higher than
00:15:09.200 expected friends. This isn't going away. It can't. The U S is $34 trillion plus in the hole. And yet we
00:15:17.840 keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day, even higher. So you can either bury
00:15:25.200 your head in the sand, or you can do something about it. Diversify a portion of your savings into

00:16:09.040 For a new gag order just ahead of his first criminal trial,
00:16:12.720 the judge overseeing Trump's hush money case, taking the action just a little while ago
00:16:17.440 after reviewing Trump's public statements during some of his other legal battles.
00:16:22.320 We're joined now by CNN senior justice correspondent, Evan Perez,
00:16:26.000 along with former federal prosecutor, Ankush Kardori. Evan, what does this mean for Trump?
00:16:31.280 Well, Wolf, it means that he has to watch what he says. You know, the judge pointed out that there
00:16:36.720 was an uncontested record, he said, and that for him, it establishes a sufficient risk to the
00:16:43.520 administration of justice. And what he was doing is not only referencing the previous statements of
00:16:48.240 the former president in some of his other legal cases, but he was paying close attention after
00:16:53.600 yesterday's hearing, where the former president went and spoke to the media at 40 Wall Street.
00:16:58.560 I'll read you some of what the judge wrote. He says his statements were threatening, inflammatory,
00:17:03.200 denigrating, and the targets of his statements ranged from local and federal officials,
00:17:08.080 court and court staff, prosecutors and staff assigned to the cases, and private individuals,
00:17:13.360 including grand jurors, performing their civic duty. He raised a particular concern about witnesses.
00:17:18.960 Wolf, of course, that includes Stormy Daniels, who this case revolves around, and of course,
00:17:23.600 Michael Cohen, who the former president has repeatedly attacked. The judge goes on to say,
00:17:29.040 notably, within hours of the court appearance on March 25th, setting the trial date of April 15,
00:17:36.240 2024, the defendant targeted an individual prosecutor assigned to this case. That's Matthew Colangelo,
00:17:42.800 who is a prosecutor who's been leading this case. The clear implication here is that he has to
00:17:50.240 cease his attacks against people like Matthew Colangelo. He can, however, attack the judge and
00:17:56.320 the district attorney, Alvin Bragg.
00:18:00.080 Whoa, the name that shall not be named was named. Mike Davis joins us. Mike Davis,
00:18:06.560 you broke this about a year ago, and they're scrambling from this. The judge, this is the entire
00:18:12.000 reason, not just Stormy Daniels. This is the reason the gag order is on there, because Trump came to the
00:18:18.480 sticks and basically used the content provided by Garrett Ziegler, Mike Davis, and the war room
00:18:26.400 to make a mention of this. And now we have today, I want to go back if Real America's Voice, this is
00:18:32.000 okay, this has been 1000% validated by the New York Times this morning. Katie Rogers, one of their
00:18:38.240 better reporters. She's got a blockbuster story out there that Obama's running the deal. He had two
00:18:44.720 sit-downs with Biden, because he's always thought Biden's like the idiot uncle, right? The whole
00:18:49.520 story talks about how he didn't warm to Biden. Remember, they put Biden on top of him as a
00:18:53.760 neoliberal neocon when he beat Clinton. Obama was a little too populist, a little too anti-war. They
00:18:59.440 had to straighten that out, right? Particularly in the collapse that came in the financial markets
00:19:04.400 brought on by the easy money overlords on Wall Street. They had to make sure they bailed out the
00:19:10.320 wealthy. They bailed out Goldman Sachs and GE and all that, and they needed Biden from Delaware,
00:19:16.080 just randomly from the corporate capital of America. All the post office boxes are up there,
00:19:20.640 because they got an easy, they got a federal court that they worked the refs on. So today in the New
00:19:25.760 York Times, Katie Rogers says, hey, the two lunches that Biden's so thick and so arrogant,
00:19:31.280 and because Obama knows they stole it in 2020, and Biden knows it too, but he won't admit it. So
00:19:36.560 after two lunches that don't work, Obama's directly calling the staff and telling them what to do,
00:19:42.800 and now they're going to have joint, you know, they're going to kick off the campaign. This is
00:19:46.400 a Biden, because this is Obama's third term. Mike, the power of what you brought up a year ago
00:19:51.600 is that this is an Obama appointee. This guy's in the system. That's why he's up there. This hardwires,
00:19:58.880 Colangelo hardwires the Justice Department, the Civil Rights Division, the White House, and Obama,
00:20:05.200 Obama and Obama directly into the persecution. That's the persecution of Trump. And hey, sorry,
00:20:11.040 Judge, this is called the United States of America. And this is First Amendment. And we're
00:20:16.240 going to rub the nation's nose in the fact that particularly Big Tish James and that crap there,
00:20:22.480 we're going to rub their nose in the fact that this is not their deal. This is Obama and Biden
00:20:27.680 and Merrick Garland's and the White House deal. Mike Davis, your thoughts?
00:20:31.680 Well, I would say, first of all, to this Democrat, Manhattan judge, Juan Mershon,
00:20:38.240 there's no way in hell you're going to get Americans like me. And I'm going to get out
00:20:42.320 there every day and talk about Matthew Colangelo. Matthew Colangelo was the political operative
00:20:49.520 sent from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department to resurrect this zombie case
00:20:55.840 against President Trump, the first indictment ever against a former president who happens to be the
00:21:02.720 current president's leading presidential rival. And Matthew Colangelo started off working for Tom
00:21:10.000 Perez in the Civil Rights Division in the Obama Justice Department. And then Matthew Colangelo went to
00:21:17.600 work for Tom Perez when Tom Perez became President Obama's labor secretary. And then when President
00:21:25.360 Obama made Tom Perez the DNC chair, Matthew Colangelo went to work in the Obama White House doing labor
00:21:34.560 union relations. And then Matthew Colangelo went to work in the New York Attorney General's office.
00:21:40.640 They created a bogus deputy attorney general position for him, essentially the deputy attorney general
00:21:46.320 for DEI and labor relations. And then Matthew Colangelo joined the Biden Justice Department. He was a key
00:21:54.720 person on the parachute team. He was the acting number three, the acting associate attorney general,
00:22:00.000 which is a huge job that oversees the entire civil litigating divisions of the Justice Department,
00:22:06.960 the civil division, the civil rights division, the tax division, the antitrust division,
00:22:11.920 the environment division, on and on and on. And then when the Nita Gupta, a hard-charging leftist,
00:22:17.680 became the associate attorney general when she was confirmed on essentially a near party line vote,
00:22:24.240 Matthew Colangelo became the number two to the number three, a key job. Neil Gorsuch used to have
00:22:30.480 that job. It's a very important job in the Justice Department. You're essentially running the day-to-day
00:22:37.200 operations of all the civil lawsuits by the federal government and the Justice Department.
00:22:42.480 And then Matthew Colangelo got sent to New York because there was this zombie-
00:22:46.880 But hold it, but hold it, hold it, slow down. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Stop, stop, stop, stop.
00:22:50.320 Slow down because non-lawyers, I want to make sure everybody understands this. Go back. This is so essential.
00:22:56.560 Gag this, baby. This is so essential.
00:22:59.040 Gorsuch is not simply on the Supreme Court, as you saw even from the hearing yesterday. He's like
00:23:07.600 becoming the Mac Daddy on the Supreme Court, right? We knew he would because he's so brilliant.
00:23:12.480 So that guy was, they knew that he had a future in front of him. Go back and talk about this billet.
00:23:17.120 You only put players in that billet, right? Talk about that billet that Gorsuch had, that Colangelo
00:23:22.240 had. I mean, Colangelo is not just some marginal character. Colangelo is a player inside the apparatus.
00:23:28.640 This is how, you talk about the administrative state and the deep state. This is how it rolls. This is,
00:23:32.800 why do you think we're training up the 3,000, you know, 15,000, but the 3,000 hit the beach?
00:23:37.200 Those are the people that make the system work. And over at Justice, which is a rat's nest,
00:23:42.320 this is the reason the Justice Department is coming. Talk about that billet, how important
00:23:46.640 it is. Gorsuch had it, and then Colangelo had it. Yeah, so there's the Attorney General,
00:23:52.080 who's number one at the Justice Department, the Deputy Attorney General, who is number two.
00:23:57.520 Generally how it works, or at least it works in the Bush 43 Justice Department when Gorsuch was there,
00:24:03.280 is generally the Deputy Attorney General. He oversees the whole department,
00:24:06.640 but he really focuses on the criminal side of the House, the FBI, the Criminal Division,
00:24:10.880 the National Security Division, places like that. The Associate Attorney General is the number three
00:24:16.720 in the Justice Department, and that is the person who is in charge of all the civil side,
00:24:21.760 all the civil litigating divisions, tax, civil rights, civil, the environment, Office of Justice
00:24:28.880 programs, which are all the federal grants that come out of the Justice Department Office for
00:24:34.160 victims of crime, violence against women. It's a huge portfolio. And the Associate Attorney
00:24:39.440 General is the Senate confirmed number three official in the department. The Deputy Associate
00:24:44.640 Attorney General is actually the Principal Deputy Associate Attorney General, which is what Matthew
00:24:49.280 Colangelo was before he went to Soros Fund at Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's office to resuscitate
00:24:55.120 that zombie case against Trump. Matthew Colangelo had the number two to the number three job,
00:24:59.200 the Principal Deputy Associate Attorney General. That is the same job that my former boss,
00:25:04.400 Neil Gorsuch, had in the Bush 43 Justice Department. It is a really, really important
00:25:09.840 job, right? You're essentially the chief of staff or the, you know, the chief, you're basically the
00:25:15.280 lead staff for all the litigating divisions, the day-to-day decision maker.
00:25:19.600 Exactly. This is why Obama, having put there, because Obama, those guys are good about picking,
00:25:26.240 they're cunning. They put, these people are hammers. They're hammers. They're evil, but they're
00:25:31.280 hammers. This is why they selected Colangelo to go up and to babysit Tish James and bragging that
00:25:39.360 crowd. They didn't trust him to get it done. This is why the thing had been kicked out and been
00:25:43.040 ridiculous. Colangelo is the brains of the operation. He gets second, seconded up there and all of a
00:25:48.800 sudden things start to happen, correct? This is the guy, it's hard. Why? Obama's been smart enough
00:25:54.880 to know that Biden himself can't beat Trump. He's going to need something. He's going to need law
00:26:00.900 fair to do it. Mike Davis. Yeah. I mean, when I worked in the Bush 43 White House, I worked on
00:26:05.840 political appointments and I, that's how I got to know Neil Gorsuch, you know, before he became a
00:26:10.300 judge, before he became a justice. And I helped put him in that key job because I knew how crucial that
00:26:15.540 role is that number two to the number three in the justice department is a critical role. And
00:26:20.680 Matthew Colangelo had that critical role in the justice department. He has been a Democrat operative.
00:26:26.940 He's been an Obama appointee. He's been a Biden appointee. Remember with this case up in New York,
00:26:32.320 the Soros Fund in Manhattan, D.A., Alvin Bragg's case. Bragg's a buffoon. They needed Colangelo up
00:26:37.800 there because they know that Bragg's a buffoon, right? And so they sent him up there to resurrect
00:26:43.900 the zombie case against Trump. It is what they've done is they've taken what are bookkeeping
00:26:49.260 misdemeanors under New York law at best, at best, where, you know, Trump is settling a nuisance claim
00:26:56.900 like businessmen do all the time. They've turned what are at best bookkeeping misdemeanors, which I
00:27:02.940 don't even think they're bookkeeping misdemeanors, but at best they're bookkeeping misdemeanors where
00:27:06.860 the statute of limitations has long expired and they've come up with this bogus legal theory,
00:27:13.520 bootstrapping on federal election violations, alleged violations, and trying to transform
00:27:19.620 what would be expired misdemeanors into numerous felony charges. The prior Manhattan D.A.,
00:27:26.640 Cy Vance, passed over this legal theory, declined to bring charges under this legal theory.
00:27:32.260 The Manhattan U.S. attorney declined. The Federal Election Commission declined. Alvin
00:27:38.640 Bragg, Bragg himself declined. It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo got deployed from the Biden
00:27:45.120 justice. Hang on. We're going to go connect some more dots here because you see they're panicked
00:27:52.840 on Trump. Absolutely stone cold panic. And now Obama has pulled back the veil. Obama's all in.
00:28:00.500 That's okay, baby. Let's do it. Trump v. Obama. I got it. Next.
00:28:08.100 True or false? Using your tax refund to pay off credit card debt is a smart thing.
00:28:13.960 Actually, that's false. DoneWithDebt.com published a brilliant strategy designed to let you keep your
00:28:20.620 hard-earned tax refund and reduce or eliminate credit card debt. Most Americans owe thousands in
00:28:27.240 credit card debt. In fact, Daily Mail has got a story that 56 million Americans carry credit card
00:28:33.080 debt. And that debt will take years to pay off, if you pay it off at all. DoneWithDebt found that
00:28:39.500 filing bankruptcy is usually not the answer. And taking out loans to pay off credit cards usually
00:28:45.060 increases the debt. When you engage DoneWithDebt, their legal experts and skilled negotiators take
00:28:51.600 on the credit card companies for you. Their winning strategies are designed with one goal.

00:29:18.340 Take action.
00:29:18.880 ...syndicate, and it's entitled America's Year of Living Dangerously. And you write in part
00:29:25.660 quote, the near future consists of three distinct phases, each with its own challenges and dangers.
00:29:32.460 The first phase already underway and will continue through Election Day, November 5th.
00:29:37.180 The problem is already in plain sight. With politics taking priority over policy, it has become nearly
00:29:43.920 impossible to enact important legislation. The second distinct set of challenges will follow
00:29:51.980 Election Day. The peaceful transfer of power. A hallmark of the American system can no longer be
00:29:58.700 assumed. The 75-day window between election and inauguration could well become the most perilous
00:30:06.440 phase of a dangerous year. And the third and final challenge will begin early next year on
00:30:12.620 Inauguration Day. If Biden is reelected, much will depend on whether his election is accepted by Trump
00:30:19.740 supporters and on which party controls the Senate and the House. And Richard, I guess it's a, I don't
00:30:27.720 know, it's probably close. But what worries you the most about these three phases that you say are
00:30:33.140 fraught with danger. Well, what worries me the most meek is the 75-day phase between Election Day and
00:30:39.120 Inauguration Day. Now, before the election, after the inauguration, the real challenge is dysfunction.
00:30:45.680 But I'm worried about potential for real constitutional and political crisis and violence
00:30:51.320 if we have a situation where the election isn't accepted, where there's challenges to the electoral
00:30:56.500 college. That's what we saw January 6th. I think it's possible that we could see a reprise of it
00:31:02.380 and we should worry about that. Again, one of the basic norms in American history, but that used to
00:31:06.940 be... Okay, Richard Haas, we've seen the chaos in this country, the anarchy in this country.
00:31:12.500 Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences. You stole the 2020 election. You know, knows that
00:31:18.420 Obama knows that. That's why he's calling this sad sack you got in the White House right now that
00:31:22.780 you selected and propped up and put in the White House. Why it's such a catastrophe for you. Why you've
00:31:27.280 had to call, why Obama's stepping in here. He understands what's going on. And it's personified
00:31:35.880 by what's going on in New York City right now. Personified by what's going on in New York City
00:31:40.880 right now. This is hardwired to Obama, Obama's Justice Department, and Obama's third term. Obama,
00:31:49.800 Obama, Obama, Obama. Obama's going to start campaigning with this guy. Their big kickoff
00:31:56.300 thing is going to be Obama. This is Obama versus Trump. That's okay. We'll take on our comers.
00:32:02.780 Bring the Clintons. Bring Biden's apparatus. Bring Obama. Bring them all. Let's go. Let's throw
00:32:07.400 down. We'll beat them all. The thing, Haas, you should be... It's you and your deep state
00:32:14.020 bros that are putting up the resistance. And I'm going to tell you, we're going to turf all
00:32:18.700 you guys out. Let me repeat this. You stole the 2020 election and we're not going to let
00:32:23.780 another one be stolen because we're not going to let you destroy this country. Look at this
00:32:28.800 farce in New York City right now with President Trump. Mike Davis, this thing is like a commercial
00:32:34.480 division bookkeeping deal that you would work out if you had an issue, you would work out
00:32:39.800 and it'd be worked out years ago. They've taken this and done jujitsu to try to trump up.
00:32:45.340 And all they're doing, understanding they don't have a case, they just want to parade
00:32:48.840 Stormy Daniels out and Michael Cohen out and a couple of these other women out.
00:32:53.860 They're now talking, the judge I think is allowed into Billy Bush. I don't know how Billy Bush
00:32:57.500 plays in this. The whole Billy Bush situation, grab him by the whatever. Locker room talk.
00:33:04.460 I tell you one thing, judge. Hey, get ready. You're going to do that? Hey, you're going to do that?
00:33:08.180 You're going to do it with Steve Bannon? Put that down in the debate when I brought
00:33:11.820 the accusers that Bill Clinton had raped. Don't sit front row. You want to play ball? Hey,
00:33:19.240 we've got mics out front. Front row, judge. Front row is going to be everybody that Clinton
00:33:25.140 raped. You like that? Maybe we'll bring the people that Biden, you know, all the heads
00:33:29.980 Biden sniffed. We'll do that too. We'll fight fire with fire here. We'll fight fire with fire.
00:33:36.880 Let's go back to it. How is this hardwired again, Mike Davis? Because we're going to wash,
00:33:42.220 rinse, repeat, wash, rinse, repeat. And we're going to rub their nose in exactly what's going on up
00:33:49.120 there, brother. What do we got? Yeah. So this is part of the Democrats lawfare and election
00:33:54.060 interference. They impeached Trump twice for nonsense. They indicted him four times for nine
00:33:59.780 crimes. They've illegally, unconstitutionally gagged Trump. If there's anyone on the planet
00:34:06.620 who must have the constitutional right to speak out against the judge, the court staff,
00:34:13.100 the prosecutor, his staff, the witnesses, and the process, it is a criminal defendant going through
00:34:19.960 a criminal process, particularly a criminal process that is rigged against that criminal defendant,
00:34:26.880 Donald Trump. The Democrats are starting with their dumbest, weakest case with Matthew Colangelo,
00:34:34.820 which I don't think the Democrats wanted to start with this case, but there are other cases
00:34:39.100 by Jack Smith and big Fannie Willis down in Georgia got a little bit derailed because of presidential
00:34:46.620 immunity, as we've been talking about for months, and we got laughed at. And guess what? That trial
00:34:52.120 is not going on right now in front of D.C. Obama, Judge Tanya Shutkin. And Fannie Willis,
00:34:58.460 you know, she sold her Fannie to her boyfriend. And so that case isn't going forward. So they're
00:35:02.960 going forward with this sort of funded Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, as their puppet. This guy is a total
00:35:09.840 buffoon. And so they have to send this Matthew Colangelo from the Biden Justice Department to run the
00:35:16.780 show. You know, Nathan Wade tried to run the show for big Fannie. That didn't work out so well down
00:35:22.520 in Georgia. This Matthew Colangelo is a killer and he's going up there. He's like Jack Smith. He's
00:35:27.760 like Jay Bratt. He's a killer. And he's going to go up there and try to destroy Trump. But this is
00:35:33.600 going to backfire. This is our this is going to backfire in the polls. It's going to propel Trump
00:35:38.580 back to the White House. Hold it. But that's what the judge that they know it's not going to backfire
00:35:42.860 if they put a total gag order. They're going to try to keep Trump away from the sticks. That's
00:35:46.680 what we're saying. Hey, sorry. First Amendment. We're going to expose every part of this. I just
00:35:50.940 want to reiterate something. Colangelo is a killer. Obama's Justice Department, I mean,
00:35:58.020 just started the transformation because they had people may hate Eric Holder. They may hate all
00:36:02.860 these guys. Hate on them. But understand they're assassins. That's why they're in there. They train
00:36:07.980 these people up well. This is like the Bolsheviks, man. They're not putting any second stringers
00:36:11.640 and there's all first team. Colangelo is a killer. They don't second. They don't. The
00:36:16.660 guy's not seconded up there if they didn't think he was a killer. He's a killer. And
00:36:20.900 he's his target is Trump. This is a political assassination. And look at look at the witnesses
00:36:26.200 they're going to call. This has something to do with a bookkeeping issue. Is that what
00:36:29.620 this has to do with? No. They want to replay the whole thing about Trump and women. They
00:36:33.460 want six weeks to eight weeks to put it all up there, have stormy down, have them all
00:36:38.000 up there crying on the witness and all holding a Bible. They're going to be hugging
00:36:41.520 a Bible, right? This is all, you know, these are all, you know, vestal virgins. A whole
00:36:46.680 crowd of vestal virgins are going to come up there and cry about how awful Trump is, how
00:36:50.420 what a misogynist Trump is. The patriarchy is going to be on trial here. You know, you
00:36:54.980 already see the narrative, right? Controlled by Obama and Holder and the puppet masters
00:37:00.360 because they think Biden is too incompetent in this regard. So they got a killer up there.
00:37:05.260 The other thing, too, people did laugh at you about Denver and about you said at the time,
00:37:09.920 this is a total joke. They're taking the J6 thing as a joke and using it. It's going
00:37:14.120 to get overturned. People are like, oh, Mike Davis is crazy. This is why Mike Davis can't
00:37:17.640 be attorney general. Also, they laughed at you on the immunity. They ain't laughing now,
00:37:21.880 are they, sir?
00:37:23.520 You know, I might be crazy, but I'm almost always right. And I would say this about going
00:37:28.560 back to Donald Trump up in New York. I guess Steve Bannon and I are going to stop advocating
00:37:33.260 for the canonization of St. Donald of Manhattan right after this case. But you know what? The
00:37:38.120 American people already know President Trump. He's been in the public consciousness for 40
00:37:44.780 plus years. They know who he is, good or bad. These allegations, this bogus, these bogus
00:37:50.820 attacks, they're not going to stick. It's already baked into the expectations for Donald Trump.
00:37:56.320 And so it's going to backfire on November 5th, 2024. These Democrat prosecutors and Democrat
00:38:04.440 judges and Democrat operatives and Democrat attorneys and these Democrat hellholes like
00:38:10.040 New York, D.C. and Atlanta, better lawyer up. Because guess what? There is a criminal conspiracy
00:38:16.280 to interfere in the election. There's a criminal conspiracy to violate President Trump's civil
00:38:22.120 rights, his top aides' civil rights like yours, Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro's, his attorneys'
00:38:29.120 civil rights, his supporters' civil rights. This is a criminal conspiracy, what these Democrat
00:38:34.480 prosecutors and judges and operatives are doing. There must be accountability for this.
00:38:43.240 Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. You just said the quiet part out loud. Richard Haas, this is what
00:38:49.980 I want to hit, just rewind for a second, because this is what they're concerned about.
00:38:54.040 They, not in one billion light years, did they ever think that Donald Trump would resurrect himself
00:39:00.460 and come back from what they did to him in stealing the election and basically running him out of town
00:39:05.680 on a rail in January of 2021. Not in a million years. They thought, done deal, right? The Bush apparatus,
00:39:12.640 the Karl Rove's, the Rupert Murdoch, it's going to make him a non-person, right? He was in the non-person.
00:39:17.120 Not about disagreeing policy, non-person. They never thought he'd come back. He's coming back
00:39:21.980 with a bigger coalition, more powerful, much more powerful than 16. And this is what they're
00:39:28.080 completely freaked out about because they understand Richard Haas. This is what you ought to be
00:39:32.540 concerned about, Richard Haas. The day after we win, don't worry about your whole thing of being
00:39:36.840 accepted. Hey, we're going to accept the victory, fine. Well, we'll take the victory. We'll take the win,
00:39:41.040 okay? And then we're moving on to the second phase. We're going to start on the evening of the 5th of
00:39:45.780 November after Trump, after the Associated Press declares him the victor. And what is that? What is
00:39:51.720 that, Mike Davis, the accountability project? Just walk me through because we have a criminal
00:39:56.400 conspiracy right now inside the Justice Department, the White House, and now going all the way back
00:40:02.840 to Barack Obama himself. Walk through how we're going to do some accountability on that.
00:40:06.820 Well, I think that I would recommend that there be a special counsel appointed to investigate this
00:40:11.460 clear election interference by these Democrat operatives, these Democrat prosecutors and
00:40:16.560 lawyers and judges. I would recommend that special counsel also look at the conspiracy to violate
00:40:23.640 civil rights. You know, you're violating people's First Amendment rights here. You're violating their
00:40:29.080 due process rights. You are putting people in prison, like Peter Navarro. They're trying to put you in
00:40:35.240 prison, Steve Bannon, for four months for asserting constitutional executive privilege that we've had
00:40:42.640 for 250 years going back to George Washington. So presidents can get candidate advice from their
00:40:49.700 advisors both inside the White House and outside of the White House without fear of being hauled before
00:40:54.480 Congress or grand juries. And the Democrats destroyed this, right? And, you know, there has to be—in
00:41:01.020 order to restore confidence in our legal system, there must be accountability. And the only thing
00:41:06.740 that today's left, they're not liberals who love America and just disagree with conservatives on the
00:41:12.520 best way to get there. These are leftists. These are Obama leftists. They're Marxists, and they don't
00:41:18.420 respect free speech. They believe in censorship. They don't respect equality. They believe in equity.
00:41:23.660 They don't respect due process. They believe in politicized and weaponized justice. And the only thing that
00:41:29.660 they actually truly respect is power. And so unless you use power and give them a healthy dose of their
00:41:36.960 own medicine, this is never going to end. I call it the dead chicken strategy. It's what we ran during
00:41:43.160 the Kavanaugh fight when they came up with these six bogus allegations against Kavanaugh, essentially
00:41:48.720 accusing of running a serial gang rape ring in high school, which is complete nonsense. I see Christine
00:41:54.860 Blasey Ford's popping her crazy face back up again to promote her book. I would just say this.
00:41:59.940 Remember, her own father didn't believe her, right? So Christine Blasey Ford should be put back in the
00:42:05.100 pad itself. But, you know, there must be consequences, like we did with Kavanaugh. There were consequences.
00:42:12.440 Four Senate Democrat incumbents got sent into early retirement. The Republicans picked up two Senate
00:42:18.780 seats in 2018 when the Democrats won the House of Representatives. It should have been a bad year
00:42:26.440 for Senate Republicans. But we turned lemons into lemonade. We ran the dead chicken strategy and
00:42:32.060 we're going to do the same thing again in November. Amen. Where do they get to you, Mike? I know you
00:42:39.960 got a bouncer out there giving talks, conferences. Davis is everywhere as the next U.S. as the next
00:42:46.680 Attorney General of the United States. Mike, where do they get you? I'm going to be Trump's
00:42:51.340 Viceroy of D.C. because I don't like democracy. I want more authoritarian power. So it's at
00:42:57.220 article3project.org, article3project.org, and I'm at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA. I would like to quick call out to
00:43:08.700 the Sun Valley Policy Forum, who has hosted me, hosted Jonathan Turley, and hopefully we can get Steve
00:43:14.280 banned enough here as well. Let's tell them I'm all in. I want to warn you of a huge change that
00:43:21.120 could be coming to our money and our bank accounts. First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the
00:43:26.860 government pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans
00:43:31.720 by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards,
00:43:38.540 editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence, and New York Times bestselling
00:43:43.580 author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a
00:43:49.020 terrifying new level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government
00:43:54.120 will soon expand their powers to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media,
00:44:00.920 donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of
00:44:07.360 our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:14.480 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate
00:44:19.140 us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:26.960 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to
00:44:32.940 RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com. Now to see the video.
00:44:40.060 So it's a 30-front war. How do I say this? Our opposition, it's the $2 billion in cash. Their
00:44:53.420 strategy is to bury Trump in these battleground states. And when I say battleground states,
00:44:57.680 it's 25 counties. Seth Kestrel has taken a cut at this. He's got 30, but he adds Texas in there.
00:45:03.480 We're going to go back and refine that, working with Captain Kestrel and some other people,
00:45:07.380 DeGrasse, and focus where the 25 counties. Well, this will be decided. And their strategy is to use
00:45:16.620 every power of the administrative and deep state, the law for aspects of it. Of course,
00:45:21.740 their massive information warfare propaganda machine. These clowns don't even understand.
00:45:26.520 They could have had with Ron McDaniel. This is how they just don't still get it. They had Lord
00:45:33.180 HaHa. She would have been up there, you know, like Michael Steele, everyday trashing MAGA,
00:45:38.340 trashing this. She served it up right there. She got to, she goes, Biden's legitimate. Biden
00:45:43.360 won fair and square. No, in fact, Biden's illegitimate. We know it. The American people know it.
00:45:48.820 They absolutely know it. Look at the exit polls on Republicans alone. I think independents
00:45:52.940 now are north of 40 percent. 40 percent. Think about that for a second. And we haven't had any
00:45:57.920 apparatuses, no apparatuses to, to, to do this. Nothing. War Room, Real America's Voice, a couple
00:46:04.240 of others, right? A couple of other podcasts, a couple of other shows. One American News. They
00:46:09.580 buried One American News. That's online now, I think. Not even, it's not a cable. I'm not a big
00:46:14.380 fan of cable. I don't think the reach is really, is really that great when he really looked at
00:46:18.440 reality of it. But they're coming after him with money and lawfare. And they're going to try to use
00:46:24.000 all these things like gag orders, all this kind of stuff. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. This is an
00:46:27.180 all out fight. We understand what New York's about. New York is going to roll out. Look at the witness
00:46:31.580 list. They're going to work, roll out. Trump is the personification, the manifestation of the
00:46:37.080 patriarchy and the patriarchy is evil, inherently evil. They're going to have all these people. So they
00:46:42.060 understand something. We had that on Billy Bush weekend. What did I do? We rounded up. We'd already,
00:46:47.520 we're already preparing it for putting it, putting up on Breitbart over that weekend. It just happened
00:46:52.220 to be providential. Did you ever heard that word before? Providential. And we rolled out the people
00:46:57.900 that Bill Clinton had raped or sexually abused. Not my words, theirs. And we ran, we rolled out the,
00:47:05.780 the woman that Hillary Clinton had represented her rapist, her abuser as a public defendant and had
00:47:15.140 trashed this woman, had trashed this woman. And this woman had some, had some, had some mental,
00:47:21.800 I think, issues. Trashed her. I wish she never got over. We rolled those out. How did that,
00:47:27.040 how'd that work out for you, Hillary? Didn't work out well, did it? No, no. Fight fire with fire.
00:47:33.520 These people are evil. They're demonic. They're destroying our country. Look at what they're
00:47:39.220 doing right now in this invasion of the, uh, of the Southern border and what's happening.
00:47:42.900 You talk about replacement theory. Hey, African-Americans, Hispanic-American citizens,
00:47:48.380 they're replacing you because you're getting too ornery. Your wages are too high. That's their
00:47:53.960 plan. And they're open about it. They tell 60 Minutes about it. They, they go up to the economic
00:47:58.140 club of Detroit. Powell sits there and tells you what he's going to do. They're doing it.
00:48:03.480 We're going to have, uh, we're going to have Epoch Times on today and, uh, Darren Beattie on at five
00:48:08.760 magnificent back to back. Epoch Times is talking about this whole thing of squatters and now how
00:48:13.900 they're actually putting out videos on get, wait for a tick tock, tick tock to tell the invaders
00:48:20.280 how to take your homes, how to take your homes. And Darren Beattie's got a great thing about
00:48:26.540 Michigan, about how they're replacing African-Americans and Hispanic citizens up there.
00:48:31.580 This is why Michigan is, he's eight points down. There are comebacks all about, they say, oh, he's,
00:48:38.620 he's tying, he's back in, he's back relevant. It's all tight. It's all about the, it's all about the
00:48:43.960 state of the union and the media being there, the media being the propaganda arm of it. They're the
00:48:48.500 propaganda arm. These people are, they're the smart operatives. The apparatchiks in the democratic
00:48:54.680 party. You never hear, you never see a lot of those. You had never hear them because it's just,
00:48:57.300 they're just functionaries. It's the lords of easy money on Wall Street. It's the corporatist.
00:49:04.680 It's the sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley. Those are the pay masters. They get things out.
00:49:10.260 And then you got these sophisticated media arms and they're sophisticated on propaganda and
00:49:16.400 information warfare. We're not going to sit there and tolerate it. We're a group of, you know,
00:49:20.380 we're a group of insurgents. This is insurgency and they can't put it down. They're not going to put it
00:49:25.340 down. President Trump right now is the greatest comeback in American political history with no,
00:49:31.460 no weapons at his disposal. Heck, huge story that Cutter and Cutter is the font of all evil. I've
00:49:40.260 said this a gazillion times to give speeches on it. Cutter's the, the, the font of all evil in the
00:49:46.400 Middle East. It's the tariff finance area. We knew that when we first went to RIA at that time,
00:49:50.460 the only guys that stiffed us on the, on the, uh, memorandum of understanding on tariff financing
00:49:55.340 was Cutter. And I don't care how much billions of dollars they put in for the air base. That's all
00:49:59.680 the, that's all the Cheney unit party dealing with these guys, taking their money, taking,
00:50:03.560 taking Arab money, taking it through Cutter. Cutter, the bad dudes, right? And so look at the
00:50:11.360 apparatuses that are not the, look at the platforms that I've never talked about, election interference
00:50:15.460 are stealing elections. Uh, I think it would be the top two cable channels, be Fox News and be
00:50:21.340 Newsmax. Well, Hey, we're talking about it. We're talking about what the reality was. It was stolen
00:50:26.700 and they're trying to steal it again. Their number one thing they think they use as election
00:50:32.240 interference is, is keep Trump from campaigning and suck. It's an opportunity cost of time and of
00:50:37.720 money. Make Trump spend a hundred million dollars or more on lawyers. Take his attention away. These
00:50:43.620 guys sit in meetings with lawyers all day and think this stuff through. He can't be on the campaign
00:50:47.280 trail selling the rise of MAGA, selling the rise of Trumpism. This is completely and totally rigged,
00:50:54.860 but we get that. It's a rigged game. Okay. We're going to expose how it's rigged. So average Americans
00:51:00.180 can see it. Why do you think the articles are talking about that, that, that Democrats,
00:51:05.460 working class Democrats are warming. That's the headline warming to Trump. They understand the game is
00:51:12.500 fixed. Wall Street, Silicon Valley, the corporatist, and all the wealthy billionaires
00:51:19.460 in their foundation. It's fixed. It's fixed against the American citizen. And now they understand that
00:51:24.600 we're not separated. We're united in that. And that's what they would, any cost, the Uniparty
00:51:31.400 and their paymasters will stop at any cost. They don't care about any law. They don't care about any
00:51:36.640 custom and tradition. They don't. And here's why Mike Davis just said the quiet part aloud on the
00:51:43.240 evening after we've won, the accountability project is going to start and it's going to be
00:51:48.600 thorough this time. It's going to be deep. It's going to be meaningful, right? And it's not going
00:51:54.660 to be the Peter Navarro's of the world that are going to be in prison. It's going to be, they're going
00:51:59.340 to be in prison. Yes, prison. Because that's where they deserve to be for trying to destroy this
00:52:04.480 country, the greatest republic, the greatest nation, greatest republic in the history of mankind.
00:52:10.560 I think I just made the case for turbulence. It's going to be turbulent. We're not going to pat each
00:52:14.560 other on the head. They hate us and we hate them. Let's be just blunt about it, okay? This is why you need
00:52:20.200 to go to birchgold.com slash ban and talk to Philip Patrick and the team about turbulence and precious
00:52:27.200 metals, the correlation between them. That's why gold hits a record every couple of days.
