Bannon's War Room - Episode 3504： Migrants Being Flown Into The Sunshine State

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.400 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.620 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.920 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.860 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.280 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:22.020 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:22.940 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.200 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.600 Mega Media.

00:00:28.520 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.440 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.140 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.560 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:52.100 It's Easter Monday, the 1st of April in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:00:58.520 Thank you for being here.

00:01:00.260 Particularly a lot of people I know take Easter Monday off really enthusiastic.

00:01:03.440 We have a massive audience this morning.

00:01:05.780 I hope the first hour got you fired up,

00:01:07.760 because the second hour is actually going to get even more fired up.

00:01:11.900 I've got, like I said, Paul and Gracia,

00:01:14.580 one of the smartest guys out there on our side of the football.

00:01:17.360 You saw this piece.

00:01:18.080 If Grace and Mo and Carly and our Telegram team and the Rumble team all on can push everything out and make sure people read that.

00:01:26.920 We also have another one of our top intellectuals, Roger Kimball, is going to join us here in a moment about President Washington,

00:01:36.460 Easter, all of it, put it in perspective.

00:01:38.080 And you see from the beginning of the show what their efforts are, our opponents' efforts to destroy America, 0.83

00:01:44.960 particularly destroy traditional America.

00:01:46.740 They hate it.

00:01:48.080 It upsets them that it even exists, and they're hammer and tong to destroy it.

00:01:52.240 So that's my point.

00:01:53.960 This whole election comes down to the last four days in New York City,

00:02:01.200 starting on Holy Thursday and going all the way through the officers,

00:02:04.640 not just the wake but the burial and that incredibly moving eulogy given by his wife at the mass.

00:02:15.440 And then you see what happened with the pro-Palestinian, the Sharia supremacists. 0.51

00:02:19.960 That's Sharia supremacists. 0.81

00:02:21.120 They just walk right into the cathedral in New York.

00:02:23.840 They think they're going to take the thing over, and what are the Catholics going to do about it?

00:02:26.940 And it's not just any day.

00:02:27.900 This is during the Easter Vigil, one of the most sacred and solemn times in the Catholic liturgy.

00:02:33.520 And, of course, then on Sunday, just to be up in your face on this Transgender Visibility Day, 0.98

00:02:38.300 you've got Whitmer, you've got President Newsom and First Lady Newsom putting their thing out, their video out.

00:02:43.980 You've got Biden making a mockery of the White House.

00:02:46.940 It's blasphemy.

00:02:48.240 That's what it's blasphemy. 0.84

00:02:49.160 But that's their new religion. 0.85

00:02:51.360 Of course, that's colors in New York.

00:02:52.600 And people are saying, well, it's all pastels, things like that.

00:02:54.500 Hey, you make a determination.

00:02:56.680 Because the Transagenda is for—that's their new religion. 1.00

00:03:00.840 You throw that in with the climate cult and all of it, that's a witch's brew over there.

00:03:07.000 A witch's brew.

00:03:08.840 And we're going to get to all that.

00:03:10.660 But I've got Todd Benzman here.

00:03:12.000 When we did the—we build the wall, and we built that—particularly that first mile of the wall,

00:03:16.880 because we tried to build—we realized we only had limited resources.

00:03:20.000 We tried to build wall where the Army Corps of Engineers said wall could not be built.

00:03:24.240 They had told President Trump wall can't be built.

00:03:26.300 We built that up that—I think it was Mount Cristo Rey in El Paso,

00:03:31.840 just near where you saw that border surge the other day,

00:03:35.520 where they're cutting the gate and coming through there, just near there.

00:03:37.400 There was no wall.

00:03:37.880 We built a wall right up that wall, right up there.

00:03:40.320 So the cartels cannot traffic the women and the children from Juarez.

00:03:47.200 If you've ever seen Sicario, just see Sicario.

00:03:49.140 That's what we were dealing with.

00:03:51.680 But the concept was to—and building it and then having conferences right there at the wall,

00:03:57.560 and we put up tents in 115-degree heat, have conferences, was—and we came up with the phrase,

00:04:04.520 every state a border state, every town a border town.

00:04:08.480 We went to Cincinnati, and we went to Sierra Vista, Arizona.

00:04:12.240 We went to Cincinnati.

00:04:13.280 We went to Detroit, Michigan to show people it just wasn't the border towns.

00:04:17.740 It just wasn't the border communities that Cincinnati and Detroit and New York City and Chicago,

00:04:22.640 all of it, every state a border state, every town a border town.

00:04:26.140 That was the hook.

00:04:28.460 And we had BBC with us in Detroit, and we had the circus, the showtime with Mark—I think Mark Halperin came.

00:04:36.660 Was it Mark Halperin?

00:04:37.700 No, it was one of the guys from the circus came and did the whole show and interviewed me before and after in Cincinnati

00:04:44.620 when we talked about every town a border town, every state a border state.

00:04:48.140 We're here recently, and you've seen the invasion.

00:04:51.200 It's now, I don't know, 10, 12.

00:04:52.500 They admit to 9, 10.

00:04:54.620 But Todd Benzman's been on something that—and he's exposed this that's actually shocking for people to do this.

00:05:01.140 They're now so focused on getting this done and destroying every community

00:05:08.620 that they can't wait for just the crossing and put them on buses.

00:05:12.180 They're going to use air.

00:05:15.180 So now you've got a land invasion on the southern border.

00:05:17.480 You're going to have a sea flotillas coming in from Haiti, just like North Africa is getting to the southern Europe. 0.91

00:05:23.980 And, of course, they have to have an air game.

00:05:25.780 And this air game's shocking.

00:05:27.100 And the air game's shocking in its audacity because it's in your face.

00:05:32.680 It's in your face.

00:05:34.080 And they say, oh, well, Abbott and DeSantis, they're ruining the country because they're sending people up on buses

00:05:38.800 to Martha's Vineyard or to Nantucket where the swells live. 1.00

00:05:44.180 Todd Benzman, talk to me about another blockbuster story from you coming out from your investigation.

00:05:48.920 This is kind of amazing about what's happening.

00:05:52.060 It's amazing.

00:05:52.740 I think Governor DeSantis and these guys aren't maybe up on it or maybe they aren't doing something we don't see.

00:05:58.220 But walk our audience through exactly what you found through your analysis and what's going on here, sir.

00:06:04.120 Sure.

00:06:04.520 Coming to you here from Juarez in my hotel room, this is a story at CIS.org.

00:06:12.620 We've talked about this many times.

00:06:14.320 The administration about a year ago put up an air flight immigration admissions program where they just fly people who were going to cross the border,

00:06:25.300 aspiring border crossers, directly from foreign airports into U.S. airports.

00:06:30.820 We have a FOIA lawsuit the whole bit.

00:06:33.080 The government will not give us the names of these airports where they're flying them in.

00:06:37.880 Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of them, almost 400,000 that they've flown in this way.

00:06:43.720 But I figured out a way to get closer to where they're flying.

00:06:48.200 Hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it.

00:06:49.340 Full stop, full stop, full stop.

00:06:51.380 Just rewind, hit that number again.

00:06:53.540 400,000.

00:06:54.580 The U.S. government, the Biden regime on taxpayers' money.

00:06:59.720 No, no.

00:07:00.660 Have flown in 400,000?

00:07:02.460 Not on taxpayer money.

00:07:06.460 They are authorizing the travel for the immigrants in foreign countries.

00:07:12.100 Then they have to come up with their own airfare or arrange their own airfare.

00:07:16.460 It's not government funded.

00:07:18.340 It's not charter flights or anything like that.

00:07:20.600 They're flying commercial.

00:07:21.960 But the numbers are massive, bringing people that were going to cross the border

00:07:27.920 in through airports so that they don't have to be counted as border crossers, which is

00:07:33.120 the number everybody watches.

00:07:34.620 The piece that's up on CIS.org today shows that the vast majority of them seem to be coming

00:07:41.680 into Florida.

00:07:43.940 They're landing in Florida.

00:07:46.380 Airports, international airports all over Florida.

00:07:49.740 326,000 of them, as near as I can tell, from about nine different countries, mainly four

00:07:56.200 countries, Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, but also tens of thousands coming in through

00:08:05.180 Texas, being landed in the Houston field office of the customs, U.S. customs, and 33,000 landing

00:08:16.240 directly in New York field office, and in California, lots of thousands and thousands being flown in

00:08:24.620 there.

00:08:26.620 But the granddaddy of them all is Florida.

00:08:28.500 We can tell that from public data manipulating and filtering through that they are coming through

00:08:36.360 DeSantis' territory, right where Donald Trump lives.

00:08:40.720 And we haven't heard a word about any of this from the governor because he didn't know about

00:08:48.380 it.

00:08:50.380 Nobody knew about this.

00:08:51.380 Nobody knows this.

00:08:52.380 Because the administration has closed kimono on all of this.

00:08:57.720 They announced it publicly, yes.

00:09:00.160 But then after that, nobody asked another question about it.

00:09:02.940 And they certainly didn't advertise where they were flying them into.

00:09:07.580 I know that DeSantis, you know, they passed a big tough law last year, was very upset about

00:09:13.640 immigrants being bused or traveling into his state.

00:09:19.380 But they're flying it by the hundreds of thousands right under his nose.

00:09:24.040 So I've got a call into his office.

00:09:27.180 I hope I'll get some sort of an answer or some kind of a response.

00:09:30.600 Hold it.

00:09:31.080 Hold it.

00:09:31.480 Hold it.

00:09:32.480 It's 400,000, and the government helps these people make the arrangements, gives them the

00:09:37.140 pardon or the parole to get in here. 0.54

00:09:39.320 But how would the governor know, how would the governor of any of these places know if

00:09:47.340 Biden doesn't have a, like a charter or a manifest that shows where they're actually

00:09:52.740 going and won't provide that to people?

00:09:54.240 I thought the last time we were on, didn't they say they couldn't even provide it to you

00:09:59.240 even before you had to go get it because they're afraid of airport security?

00:10:04.120 Right.

00:10:05.120 They're hiding the ball.

00:10:06.900 They have been all along.

00:10:08.100 That's what we're doing.

00:10:09.900 We're trying to—listen, it's not just Republican territory.

00:10:14.600 It's Democrat territory that is where the elected leaders are furious at all of the

00:10:22.600 unfunded mandate for caring for all these—they're blaming Governor Abbott for bussing them in.

00:10:30.600 And it turns out that there are thousands and thousands that are flying in on a program

00:10:36.300 that could be turned off at a switch on a dime from the White House at any moment.

00:10:42.020 We need to have this information because it costs taxpayer money to take care of the immigrants 1.00

00:10:50.600 that are entering your communities.

00:10:52.400 You have to know how to budget for it, or you have to have the information so that you can

00:10:58.220 petition your leaders to shut it down if that's what you want to do.

00:11:03.020 So New York, for example, they had 150,000 come in since 2022.

00:11:07.380 Thirty-five thousand of them were these flyers that flew into New York field office.

00:11:15.640 So there's a huge percentage that they could have shut off right away if they knew about

00:11:20.220 it, if they knew to ask about it.

00:11:22.240 And the same goes for Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott.

00:11:25.980 They have flights filled with immigrants that have been approved for these that needn't have 1.00

00:11:33.120 been approved, that could be not approved, flying into their states.

00:11:37.780 Now, from there, we don't know where they go.

00:11:39.960 I suspect that the 326,000 that have landed in Florida, not all of them stayed there.

00:11:47.540 Some of them probably transferred onto domestic flights and then went further into the interior.

00:11:53.620 We know that they are landing at somewhere between 35 and 43 different airports around

00:11:59.340 the country.

00:12:00.600 We still don't have the exact details about this, but this is new information.

00:12:05.960 It moves the ball closer.

00:12:08.160 Now we have the regions, at least, where they're landing, and you can figure out the probable

00:12:14.560 airports from there very easily.

00:12:16.240 How many international airports are in South Florida, right?

00:12:21.040 It's going to be Miami.

00:12:22.140 It's going to be Fort Lauderdale.

00:12:23.760 It's going to be Tampa.

00:12:26.920 And it's not that hard to figure out where they're coming into.

00:12:30.800 What's your response to it?

00:12:32.120 I don't know what a governor can do with this.

00:12:36.560 We're going to talk about Johnson and these guys later.

00:12:40.580 This could have all been shut down if they had forced Biden, if they forced the Biden regime

00:12:45.360 to the table by saying, we're cutting your money off, all your money for all your beloved

00:12:49.620 programs until we get this border sealed.

00:12:51.720 This could have been a top agenda item.

00:12:53.900 Of course, it's not.

00:12:54.860 On April 1st, we're talking about it.

00:12:56.440 Why?

00:12:56.920 But Johnson, hey, to make sure that we're clear, he's spending all his time over the recess

00:13:02.100 thinking of ways he can fund Ukraine.

00:13:05.960 I am not kidding you.

00:13:07.260 I'm not making this up.

00:13:08.540 Todd, I always recommend people go see Sicario.

00:13:11.360 And remember, Sicario was made, I think, in 2012, over a decade ago.

00:13:16.300 So it is, how much worse is Juarez today, in El Paso today, when that movie, and that

00:13:22.140 movie's brilliant.

00:13:22.860 And if you watch it, you're so afraid you would never set foot in Juarez in your entire

00:13:28.520 life.

00:13:29.600 How much more dangerous is it today than even when that was built about what's going on?

00:13:34.840 I mean, this is Sicario territory for sure.

00:13:37.940 They're running all over the place.

00:13:40.740 You know, I was just on my way back from the physical river last night, and we heard

00:13:47.560 gunfire all over the place and not too far away.

00:13:51.280 That's just the way it goes over here.

00:13:53.980 But, you know, there's a lot of immigrants that are crossing, trying to cross and beat 1.00

00:14:00.520 Greg Abbott's fortification.

00:14:02.800 So they're doing these bonsai charges.

00:14:05.400 I just got in yesterday evening, so I'll be out there most of today and for the rest of

00:14:11.040 this week checking it out.

00:14:12.680 But Abbott, so far, they are keeping them blocked out from those bonsai charges that we've

00:14:19.460 been seeing.

00:14:19.960 It looks like they've been firing pepper balls at him now.

00:14:24.200 That's a new tactic that hasn't really been reported.

00:14:27.680 I had a high-level official tell me this morning in Texas that, yeah, we fired pepper balls at

00:14:35.280 him to break up one of those.

00:14:37.220 We also have a big caravan coming in here.

00:14:39.980 I met several of the caravaners last night.

00:14:43.280 Todd, Todd, Todd, just hold for a second.

00:14:45.960 I'm going to hold you through the break.

00:14:46.880 I'm going to get a little more of this.

00:14:47.680 I know you've got to bounce down or whereas very dangerous what Todd Benzman is doing.

00:14:51.760 But this is the type of dedication they have over at CIS.

00:14:54.580 Short break.

00:14:55.220 Back in a moment.

00:14:56.500 The so-called financial experts thought we were in the clear.

00:15:02.920 They were anticipating around six rate cuts by the Fed this year.

00:15:06.120 And then the inflation data came out higher than expected.

00:15:09.900 Friends, this isn't going away.

00:15:12.600 It can't.

00:15:13.800 The U.S. is $34 trillion plus in the hole.

00:15:17.340 And yet we keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even higher.

00:15:23.740 So you can either bury your head in the sand or you can do something about it.

00:16:23.320 They can give you all the instruments they've got for doing this tax-free or moving some of your assets over tax-free.

00:16:28.440 But you've got to talk to them.

00:16:29.480 Also, they'll talk to you about the converging forces that are driving this.

00:16:33.320 We're going to get into hopefully later.

00:16:35.220 If not, we'll do it this afternoon about this Ukraine funding

00:16:37.840 and how they're exactly going to impact the dollar because they understand the American people are just not going to sit there and go,

00:16:44.420 yeah, $60 billion for the Ukrainian oligarchs.

00:16:46.380 Go do it.

00:16:46.920 That's dead.

00:16:48.480 But they're maneuvering every different way they can do it, including stealing the Russian people's assets,

00:16:54.580 financial assets, and giving them to the Ukrainian oligarchs.

00:16:58.400 Todd, what you're doing is very dangerous.

00:16:59.980 People should understand war is a war zone.

00:17:03.000 And that's one of the great tragedies of this entire situation on this invasion.

00:17:06.520 If you see the movie Sicario, you'll sit there.

00:17:09.480 Many of you will be shocked.

00:17:10.920 It's actually, I think, a masterpiece.

00:17:13.520 You'll be shocked while you watch it.

00:17:15.760 I can tell you it's two or three times worse than that today.

00:17:19.880 Todd just told you last night he's on patrol trying to see about these guys coming across the border from Juarez to the United States,

00:17:25.760 and there's gunfire all over the place.

00:17:27.320 I mean, it's a war zone.

00:17:28.520 It's a war zone as bad as anything you saw in Afghanistan or Iraq. 0.99

00:17:33.040 Todd Benzman, I want you to be safe, but just give us what are you doing this week?

00:17:37.400 Right.

00:17:38.000 I'll be moving all around Juarez and beyond south of it, both sides of it, tracking what's happening with Texas.

00:17:45.560 Texas is Greg Abbott.

00:17:46.960 They're trying to stem the flow.

00:17:49.740 We've got caravans coming in here.

00:17:52.080 We have lots of runners over on the west side, lots of give-ups on the east side. 0.84

00:17:59.940 So there's a lot going on here.

00:18:02.180 You can follow me.

00:18:03.220 I'll be tweeting on this or X-ing or whatever.

00:18:05.940 You can follow me at BenzmanTodd to follow that, and I'll be writing about certain things when I get back from this trip.

00:18:14.760 Todd, where do people go in the interim, where do they go to get you, find you, stay up to date with you?

00:18:21.920 Right.

00:18:22.260 I'm also on Getter, and I've got an account at Truth Social.

00:18:26.460 You can follow me there.

00:18:27.360 And the book is overrun.

00:18:30.000 It's the only book written about this particular border crisis, how it started, and how we're going to get out of it.

00:18:36.500 It's amazing.

00:18:40.100 How we're going to get out of it, step one, shut down this government.

00:18:44.500 Don't give them any more money.

00:18:45.320 Oh, Johnson already blew that one.

00:18:47.700 Step two, bring President Trump back into the White House.

00:18:50.460 Todd Benzman, thank you so much for being on here.

00:18:52.740 You're a hero.

00:18:53.260 Be safe.

00:18:54.120 Very dangerous down there.

00:18:55.660 Very, very, very dangerous.

00:18:58.440 Extremely dangerous.

00:18:59.880 There was some good news on Easter when I got to read a great piece by Roger Kimball.

00:19:04.480 Roger, why would you be reflecting on, because you're one of our most powerful public intellectuals in the MAGA movement and in the Trump movement,

00:19:14.080 why would you be reflecting on General Washington's farewell address, sir?

00:19:21.220 Well, Steve, I wrote about it a few years ago, and I was going to write something about Easter,

00:19:30.900 and then the news that Joe Biden had proclaimed Easter Sunday to be a transgender day of visibility

00:19:46.360 prompted me to revise this piece and publish it again.

00:19:52.500 I was struck by the fact that back in 1956, not that long ago, the city fathers decided to put up on three skyscrapers.

00:20:11.900 They illuminated them at night with three crosses, an affirmation of the Christian spirit of the country.

00:20:22.200 Well, now we have the proclamation that March 31st, Easter this year, is not to be devoted to Easter,

00:20:37.360 but to the transgender day of visibility.

00:20:42.620 Governor Hochul here in New York followed suit and proclaimed the same dispensation and went further.

00:20:55.020 She illuminated several important landmarks, including One World Trade Center, Niagara Falls,

00:21:04.620 an Al Smith building, with the colors of the trans flag.

00:21:13.800 Now, Al Smith, of course, was an important Catholic politician.

00:21:18.520 He would be spinning in his grave if he knew that this was happening.

00:21:23.540 So George Washington's farewell address, it was actually published in a newspaper back then.

00:21:32.500 It wasn't delivered orally, but it warned about what he called the fury of party spirit.

00:21:41.600 He warned about unnecessary foreign entanglements.

00:21:45.940 I see you were just mentioning Ukraine, our adventure in Ukraine.

00:21:50.300 He warned about excessive debt.

00:21:52.920 And he, finally, he insisted upon the place of religion as the foundation for civic order in this republic.

00:22:03.880 Now, all of these themes are just as pertinent today as they were in 1796,

00:22:11.200 when Washington wrote this address on the eve of his departure from politics.

00:22:20.220 Perhaps the most important of these four elements, party spirit, foreign entanglements, excessive debt, religion,

00:22:31.980 was this fury of the party spirit, where he said that what happens is that one faction

00:22:40.060 begins to believe that it is identified with the will of the nation as a whole,

00:22:49.360 and it takes over the nation.

00:22:52.180 And this party faction, this party spirit, not only sows the seeds of discord in this country,

00:23:02.560 it opens the door to foreign intrusion, which we see all over the place, from China, from elsewhere.

00:23:11.540 And, of course, we have the tsunami of foreign intrusion, as your previous guest outlined,

00:23:18.640 over our southern border, or the area that used to be our southern border, now, of course, elided.

00:23:29.620 Now, the curious thing about this document of Washington's is that everybody pays lip service to it.

00:23:39.220 It's read once a year on the commemoration of Washington's birthday in the Senate.

00:23:45.040 They go back and forth, a senator from one party, then a senator from another party the following year,

00:23:51.560 will read the entire document.

00:23:53.180 It's about 6,000 words.

00:23:55.260 And yet, although we pay lip service to it, it is describing almost a foreign country,

00:24:03.860 something completely in the past.

00:24:07.740 We have gone far beyond that.

00:24:10.220 And you mentioned in one of your earlier remarks about the way in which the climate hysteria,

00:24:19.260 together with the trans agenda, was endeavoring to undermine the very foundation of this country. 1.00

00:24:29.500 I think that that is absolutely correct.

00:24:32.580 I'm trying to imagine what our founding fathers would say to a presidential and then a governor

00:24:41.260 proclamation celebrating what is, you know, unfortunately, a psychological problem of profound dimensions,

00:24:56.580 and holding it up not for compassion, which it deserves, it deserves our compassion,

00:25:02.580 but holding it up for our emulation.

00:25:06.200 It's very difficult to take the full measure of how far we have gone down this road.

00:25:17.420 Roger, you know this is better than anybody.

00:25:22.180 If General Washington, given what he had sacrificed in the revolution to keep the army alive and

00:25:28.720 actually have victory at the end, then his, this monumental work when he was attacked by

00:25:36.400 every side in France and everybody to keep the nation together and really form the nation

00:25:40.540 during his two terms of his presidency.

00:25:42.920 And then to, like I think it was Louis XIV, I said, no man on earth will ever walk away.

00:25:47.540 If he walks away, he's the greatest man in the history of the earth.

00:25:50.000 He walked away from the presidency.

00:25:52.620 If you told him that a couple hundred years or, you know, 150 years after it, from that office,

00:26:01.700 from the office that he had helped create and then walked away from to give us a republic,

00:26:06.320 as close to the Roman Republic, which they idealized as possible,

00:26:10.760 would send out a proclamation on Resurrection Sunday, on Easter Sunday,

00:26:14.980 proclaiming to emulate people who have massive psychological problems, men who think they're

00:26:22.080 women, women who think they're men, and everything in between.

00:26:24.760 What would General Washington, what would General Washington say, sir?

00:26:28.600 Yes.

00:26:29.180 Well, I mean, hard to put words in his mouth.

00:26:31.400 I think he would be astounded.

00:26:32.940 I think he would be incredulous, as he should be.

00:26:35.700 It's, you know, we have to understand what a fundamental assault on the very fabric of this

00:26:44.460 country we are facing now.

00:26:46.620 And this is one, only one element of it.

00:26:49.600 Another element, of course, is the $34 trillion in federal debt that we have,

00:26:55.380 all of the other unfunded liabilities we face.

00:26:58.200 It's our involvement around the world with various corrupt regimes.

00:27:06.120 There are many, many factors.

00:27:08.200 But I think Washington put his finger on something, and he picked this up from James Madison and

00:27:13.880 Alexander Hamilton, when he talked about the fury of party spirit, faction, when what happens

00:27:22.240 when Washington, the seat of government, is no longer a neutral territory.

00:27:28.780 It is identified with one party.

00:27:32.900 And that is what has happened.

00:27:34.100 Washington has become the party state.

00:27:37.300 In my opinion, the only way in which we are going to be able to survive as a country is if

00:27:43.820 we can seriously downgrade the place of Washington in the metabolism of our political life.

00:27:53.080 Roger, can you hang one second?

00:27:54.420 I want to give all your coordinates.

00:27:55.740 I want you to come back.

00:28:24.180 went to pay taxes.

00:28:25.940 A stranger had already paid them, and property records showed she had sold the land.

00:28:30.860 They had forged her signature and registered a fake deed.

00:28:34.120 How scary is that?

00:29:44.400 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:46.740 Okay, Grace and Captain Bannon, Carly, everybody else in the live chat, so we're rumble.

00:29:54.680 I want to make sure everybody reads this piece on the General Washington's farewell address

00:29:59.140 by Roger Kimball.

00:30:00.600 Roger, where else can they get all your writings, everything you're running, new criterion, the

00:30:06.460 counter books, all of it?

00:30:07.440 Where do people go?

00:30:08.600 Well, the new criterion, our new issue just came out just today.

00:30:14.400 It's the April issue, newcriterion.com, and at Encounter, it's EncounterBooks.com.

00:30:22.460 I believe you're having my friend Mark Moyer on your show fairly soon.

00:30:27.400 He is the author of a great book, Triumph Regained, the Vietnam War 1965 to 1968, and he's also

00:30:37.080 the author of the forthcoming Masters of Corruption, which is an account of his time in a corrupt

00:30:46.580 precinct of the Department of Defense, where he worked under President Trump.

00:30:52.080 It's an amazing story.

00:30:55.080 No, no, it's an eyewitness to the administrative state.

00:30:58.980 That's why I love this.

00:30:59.640 Jason Moyer has written, I think, have you seen enough Ken Burns and this about Stanley

00:31:06.640 Carnow about the Vietnam War?

00:31:08.120 He's written the two best books in the Vietnam War, and we're looking forward to the third,

00:31:11.440 so we're going to have him on for all that.

00:31:12.600 The third as well, three-volume work.

00:31:16.020 Anyway, it's a great show.

00:31:18.520 And where do they get you on social media?

00:31:24.620 Well, I have an X account.

00:31:26.280 It's Roger Kimball is my handle, and I have a Truth Social account.

00:31:32.500 For some reason, someone preempted me with the name Roger Kimball, so it's Roger Kimball

00:31:36.760 1 on Truth Social.

00:31:40.760 Why not?

00:31:41.480 It's a brand.

00:31:42.280 You're a public intellectual.

00:31:43.820 You're the Trump movement's public intellectual.

00:31:46.760 I want the copyright to that.

00:31:49.800 Kimball, you're the best.

00:31:50.780 Keep it up.

00:31:51.760 Thanks, Steve.

00:31:52.300 You're a fighter.

00:31:54.140 When you have people like Roger Kimball and Paul Ingrassia, you're not doing any intellectual

00:31:58.520 slumming.

00:31:59.080 People know I'm an intellectual snob, so you're not doing any slumming when you're with those

00:32:05.300 two.

00:32:05.600 There's two as bright as you possibly can get.

00:32:08.640 Also, I'm honored to know John Eastman.

00:32:10.560 John Eastman is one of the great defenders of the Constitution.

00:32:13.040 On the four days in March that we talked about, the four days that ended the month, Holy

00:32:18.580 Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Resurrection Sunday, I talked about

00:32:23.380 what went on in New York and D.C.

00:32:24.780 I did not add, we had him on last week, the disbarment of one of the great lawyers and great

00:32:30.320 patrons in this country.

00:32:31.280 That would be John Eastman.

00:32:33.000 I'm honored to have his daughter on, Christina Wheatland.

00:32:36.400 Christina, you and your brother wrote a piece.

00:32:38.260 It's over at The Blaze.

00:32:39.880 It's really incredible.

00:32:41.380 I want you to take it from the top and walk us through it, ma'am.

00:32:44.720 Great.

00:32:45.460 Yeah.

00:32:45.820 So first of all, I just want to say thank you to everyone who's been reading this.

00:32:50.980 It's really making the rounds.

00:32:52.880 And thank you for having me on today to talk about the law affair situation that my dad and

00:32:59.340 my family are facing.

00:33:01.000 We're outraged but unsurprised.

00:33:03.320 Um, we know my dad is one of the greatest threats to the far left regime.

00:33:07.600 So we've been ready, um, as, as we can be for everything and fighting back with everything

00:33:12.160 that we have.

00:33:12.960 So, um, yeah, the piece itself, um, you know, actually my brother and I, um, we were, uh,

00:33:19.740 you know, the decision to, um, disbar my father came out last Wednesday, um, of Holy Week.

00:33:25.580 And so my brother and I said, you know, let's, let's get together.

00:33:28.940 My dad's not going to be able to update his blog on, um, give, send, go.com.

00:33:33.740 So let's, um, you know, let's write a little blog post for him, um, to help him out this

00:33:38.460 week.

00:33:39.120 And it, uh, slowly and, um, surely turned into a giant op-ed because, you know, we just,

00:33:44.960 we had a lot of, of, uh, frustration, um, and, you know, encouragement that we wanted

00:33:49.620 to share a pent up.

00:33:50.900 So, um, and, you know, I've, I've been, uh, I actually, uh, I was a grad student at Hillsdale

00:33:56.840 College in politics.

00:33:58.500 Um, so I had the kind of the law fair side of things that I wanted to talk about.

00:34:02.120 Um, my brother, uh, studies theology.

00:34:05.120 So he had kind of the, the, um, you know, the context of Holy Week, um, that he, he did

00:34:10.840 a beautiful job laying out.

00:34:12.480 Um, so yeah, we, we really just wanted to, um, explain from our perspective, you know, uh,

00:34:18.060 how meaningful and, um, outrageous it was that this happened during Holy Week and, um, you

00:34:25.280 know, talk about what people can do.

00:34:26.980 Um, you know, I, I outlined, uh, some, some ideas, uh, specific to law fair for the conservative

00:34:33.620 movement, which, uh, you know, to, to this point has not been providing intellectual solutions

00:34:39.380 or political solutions for this problem.

00:34:41.200 Um, and, you know, given that law fair is, um, I think law fair election integrity,

00:34:48.060 and, um, immigration are the three greatest threats to our country right now. 1.00

00:34:53.820 Um, so everyone really needs to get on board.

00:34:58.740 Talk, talk to me about, uh, and I want everybody to read this.

00:35:01.560 So Grace and Mo, I want to push this out everywhere on all of our, uh, social accounts.

00:35:05.560 And, uh, I want to make this a, uh, a thing.

00:35:07.840 It's already gotten tremendous virality.

00:35:10.080 Uh, how's your dad, you know, the trial was 35 days.

00:35:14.420 We'd live streamed it every day and had tens of thousands of people watching it.

00:35:17.780 And it was just an outrage from beginning to end.

00:35:19.940 How has your father, because he's been vilified.

00:35:23.000 I think he's been fired from the, the deans.

00:35:24.960 He got to bounce and university of Colorado.

00:35:28.020 Um, and obviously we're going to get this overturned, but it's going to take a huge effort.

00:35:31.580 But how's your father and your family holding up?

00:35:34.080 Um, you know, uh, like I said, we're outraged.

00:35:37.580 Um, but at the same time, um, you know, uh, you know, I think, I think president Trump said

00:35:42.920 it best.

00:35:43.420 My dad's a brilliant constitutional authority.

00:35:45.420 Um, he has guided, uh, my family through this storm and, um, you know, his whole career

00:35:51.000 has equipped him for, for what he's facing.

00:35:53.820 You know, his, um, I just really want to highlight his education.

00:35:56.780 You know, he, uh, studied political philosophy at Claremont graduate school.

00:36:01.240 He has a, so he has a PhD in government, which teed up his law degree from the, what was

00:36:06.580 the top law school at the time, University of Chicago law school, Clark for Justice Clarence

00:36:11.940 Thomas, you know, his litigation, his education, his teaching, um, everything has really prepared

00:36:18.020 him for the battle that he's facing.

00:36:19.960 So, you know, as, as, um, as hard as things have been, you know, we are, we are not victims.

00:36:24.920 We believe in this, um, we believe in this, this justice system of this country.

00:36:29.380 I know a lot of people see the trial, the bar trial, and they see what's going on in

00:36:34.220 Georgia.

00:36:35.140 Um, they see what's going on with the J six committee and they, they want to throw in

00:36:38.480 the towel, but, um, we, we firmly break, believe in the principles of this country.

00:36:43.000 And, um, I think my dad is, um, the best example of, um, the, the, the, a comeback that

00:36:48.640 we're about to see.

00:36:52.160 Um, Christina, how they, how did they follow your get to the blog where you, you wrote this,

00:36:57.080 if they want to keep up to date with everything that's going on with your father, his case,

00:37:01.720 uh, his thinking, and also your family, where do they go?

00:37:05.180 Yes, please, please, um, go to give, send, go.com slash Eastman, give, send, go.com slash

00:37:14.280 Eastman.

00:37:15.120 Um, my dad posts updates, um, when he can there.

00:37:18.680 So, um, you can also donate and you can, um, submit prayers.

00:37:22.280 My family, um, it warms our heart to read those prayers.

00:37:25.620 So please, um, please keep sending those.

00:37:28.040 Um, the article itself that my brother and I wrote can be found at the blaze.

00:37:32.920 Um, I think it's still on probably the front page.

00:37:35.340 So go ahead and, um, yeah, blaze media right there.

00:37:37.960 You can, uh, go see it there.

00:37:42.340 Fantastic.

00:37:42.840 Christina, thanks for doing this.

00:37:44.020 Thanks for coming on.

00:37:44.920 And, uh, as always, this audience that we're imposing, our entire audience has your family's

00:37:49.380 back.

00:37:49.740 And start to finish a great man, great man, and a great family, his kids, his sons, a

00:37:57.480 son and daughter are standing up there.

00:37:58.960 There is difference in degree and not in kind between the opening of, uh, the wife of, uh,

00:38:07.260 Stephanie Diller, the wife of the slain police officer.

00:38:10.300 You heard her tremendous eulogy for her, her husband, uh, and what's going on with the Eastman

00:38:16.420 family.

00:38:16.840 It's under every aspect of society.

00:38:19.140 Every aspect of our culture is under attack and it's going to be the Stephanie Dillers 1.00

00:38:24.000 and the Christina Wheatlands and others.

00:38:26.380 You got to stand in the breach.

00:38:27.580 If it's too hard for you, if you, if you, if you blink or you just, you can't take it

00:38:32.180 anymore, you go away, but then you're going to lose the country.

00:38:36.140 You're going to lose it.

00:38:37.060 Barry Wernick now in Dallas is in a dogfight, but he's not giving up.

00:38:41.240 They got a, they've got a, basically a, uh, a recount that's going to start tomorrow.

00:38:45.920 Barry, give us the details of this.

00:38:47.360 What's going on and how can this audience help?

00:38:49.000 Good morning, Steve.

00:38:50.900 Thanks for having me on.

00:38:52.480 Um, number one, the way that this audience can help is wake the West, the wake, the rest

00:38:57.540 of the world up.

00:38:58.460 The war room posse has been up.

00:39:00.500 They've been awake.

00:39:01.300 They know what's happening with election integrity or insecurity of our elections.

00:39:06.100 Um, my number one promise, uh, as a candidate was to fight for election integrity.

00:39:11.680 And although the machine votes said that I lost by several hundred votes, this is a great

00:39:18.920 opportunity to actually restore confidence and trust in the election systems.

00:39:23.000 And maybe the best way to do that is to get rid of these electronic voting systems.

00:39:26.880 We've seen a lot of problems with it.

00:39:28.480 We start our recount tomorrow and, uh, we'll be doing a hand ballot recount tomorrow.

00:39:34.280 Best thing that I can, that I can tell the war room posse to do is to keep on doing what

00:39:38.700 they're doing.

00:39:39.340 They used to call us all conspiracy theorists and Dr. Zelenko used to say, you know, they

00:39:43.960 called Noah a conspiracy theorist until it started to rain.

00:39:48.140 Well, it's raining now and everyone is waking up.

00:39:52.240 So go to my, my ex.

00:39:54.700 Barry, just, uh, I'm a, I'm a, yeah, I'm a senator.

00:39:58.160 We're going to send a social media in a second, but I just want to go, the guy you're up,

00:40:01.180 the person you're up against, I mean, this is clearly MAGA and the grassroots versus

00:40:05.600 the corrupt Bush kind of Texas establishment, which has been fighting Paxton and been fighting

00:40:10.640 the grassroots effort down there for years.

00:40:12.800 Tell me about, tell me what this, the stakes are you, who's your opponent?

00:40:17.000 Okay.

00:40:17.360 So I was fortunate to get Trump's endorsement.

00:40:20.220 The only, the only candidate that Abbott didn't endorse and which Trump endorsed.

00:40:25.440 So I got the endorsement from Trump to fight against the establishment, the unit party who

00:40:30.640 I'm up against is Morgan Meyer.

00:40:32.100 He's a 10 year entrenched incumbent.

00:40:34.380 He was the manager, um, of the house impeachment of Ken Paxton, the greatest attorney general in

00:40:41.140 the country.

00:40:41.580 He also is one of six on the legislative audit committee.

00:40:45.320 Um, and he holds that distinction to be the only member of the house to have, to be a house

00:40:50.220 manager on impeachment and a member of the legislative audit committee.

00:40:54.100 That means that we don't know how much this whole impeachment cost us.

00:40:57.660 Now we know how much it's cost, uh, this country and having, uh, Ken Paxton not there to fight

00:41:03.320 against Biden every day.

00:41:04.400 But the guy I'm going against is the speaker, Phelan's right-hand man, top lieutenant.

00:41:10.560 And the way the house in Texas runs is we may have a Republican majority, but it's run by

00:41:15.700 the Democrats because our house speaker, Dade Phelan, um, well, he takes his marching orders

00:41:21.440 from the Democrats in order to stay in power.

00:41:24.000 And the Republicans he has on his side, like his top Lieutenant Morgan Meyer, the guy I'm going

00:41:29.680 up against, well, he does anything that Phelan tells him to do.

00:41:34.400 And that's it.

00:41:35.340 I mean, imagine non-citizens being able to use their Twit card as a form of valid voter 0.99

00:41:40.260 ID.

00:41:41.420 I mean, these are the things that, that they vote for.

00:41:45.200 Barry, where do people keep up with this, give access if they want to support you?

00:41:49.020 Where do I want to know every touch point people can go in this audience?

00:41:52.980 Okay.

00:41:53.600 Um, first of all, X, that's the only social media I really have.

00:41:58.360 And it's Wernick for Dallas, the number four Dallas.

00:42:02.000 And I want to hear from you.

00:42:03.320 I want to know what you think and spread the word.

00:42:05.920 I've got a whole bunch of information on there on the electronic voting systems and how they

00:42:10.060 haven't even been hash validated or certified since 2019 in Dallas.

00:42:14.520 Also my website, Wernick for Texas, all spelled out.

00:42:17.980 W-E-R-N-I-C-K-F-O-R-T-E-X-A-S.com.

00:42:22.120 And you can go there and find out more about what's going on.

00:42:25.640 And once again, I mean, this war room posse is crazy.

00:42:28.300 I heard from Steve from Fargo, North Dakota, Glenna from Columbus, Ohio, Moshe Abramowitz

00:42:33.780 from New York.

00:42:35.220 I was up there visiting my brother in the hospital and the guy said, I recognize you from the

00:42:39.020 war room posse. 0.99

00:42:40.160 So, um, you know, he goes, you're one of us.

00:42:42.700 You are a war room posse.

00:42:43.680 I've got Hasidic Jews and, and, uh, Catholics and everyone else in between.

00:42:47.780 You have an incredible audience and I'm glad to be part of it.

00:42:52.640 That's no, you're one of the words on the tip of the spear endorsed by president Trump

00:42:56.160 and a huge runoff, a huge recount tomorrow.

00:42:58.760 Make sure everybody goes, checks it out today.

00:43:00.460 Barry fight on.

00:43:01.940 We'll have you back on as we find out more about this recount.

00:43:04.940 Absolutely.

00:43:05.540 Thanks so much for the time.

00:43:08.580 Thanks brother.

00:43:09.400 Barry Wernick down in the heart of the beast trying to, you know, MAGA should be dominating

00:43:13.660 Texas.

00:43:14.960 Not looking for scraps.

00:43:16.920 Uh, home title lock.

00:43:18.680 We need you at the, we need you at the ramparts.

00:43:21.600 We don't need you worrying about how you're going to pay off a second mortgage that was

00:43:24.880 taken out because somebody got to your title.

00:43:27.260 They can do it easier than they've ever been able to, not just people around you or maybe

00:43:31.800 a lawyer or whatever does it.

00:43:33.140 I'm talking about artificial intelligence, cyber state actors, non-state actors, home

00:45:30.040 That's TNUSA.com slash Bannon.

00:45:33.960 TNUSA.com slash Bannon.

00:45:36.640 Make sure you take action on this today.

00:45:39.480 This IRS grind is only going to get much worse.

00:45:47.120 Okay, Easter Monday has started off with a bang.

00:45:52.240 The 5 and 6 o'clock show are going to be on fire.

00:45:56.900 I can tell you that already.

00:45:58.580 We're like over books.

00:45:59.740 We're going to carve some back because I have to have space to do more rants.

00:46:07.900 So there's obviously a lot going on.

00:46:10.120 Two weeks from today is going to be the kind of the hill they're going to die on,

00:46:16.780 on stopping President Trump, and that is to destroy him in the court's lawfare.

00:46:21.780 So 15 April, two weeks from today, we're actually going to have Real America's Voice and Word.

00:46:27.200 We're going to have live coverage from the courthouse.

00:46:30.060 I'm working out right now with Robin Parker-Sig and others on the production team to figure out how we do it.

00:46:35.060 We're going to announce we're also going to have some special folks who are going to do commentary

00:46:38.380 and analysis that understand this.

00:46:41.600 Hopefully we get Mike Davis, some other folks too that we're working on right now

00:46:45.380 to make sure that we secure because this is not about a bookkeeping problem at all.

00:46:51.720 April 15th is also tax day.

00:46:53.600 I know a lot of people worry about that, particularly folks.

00:46:56.000 And listen, this and the credit cards, I want to make sure,

00:46:58.400 and I'm going to say this over and over and over again.

00:47:01.240 Fear not.

00:47:02.180 It's a process.

00:47:04.100 It's a process.

00:47:05.560 If you get the right advice, it's all going to get worked out.

00:47:10.580 Now, there's going to be a little pain because, I mean, you're going to have to pay.

00:47:12.540 Obviously, you're going to have to pay and do some things, but it's not.

00:47:14.960 You get in your head and just don't want to address it.

00:47:17.520 That gets to be a problem because it then starts to build,

00:47:20.280 and the demon inside your brain starts to take over.

00:47:23.660 That's the way you've got to set it aside and say it's a process.

00:47:27.200 And I'm going to go through this process.

00:47:28.780 But to go through the process, you need smart people to say,

00:47:30.920 hey, here's what you can do, here's what you should do, and here's what you shouldn't do.

00:47:36.240 Well, it's a process.

00:47:37.020 It can't be avoided.

00:47:38.060 You're going to have to come to grips with this,

00:47:39.960 and particularly on this tax, as if you haven't filed or your filings are wrong

00:47:42.940 or you're getting letters from the IRS.

00:47:45.180 Josh Hanna, now from Tax Network USA, joins us.

00:47:49.420 Josh, April 15th is coming up,

00:47:51.260 and I know people that maybe have not filed multiple years, et cetera.

00:47:55.000 That's an issue.

00:47:55.760 Walk through exactly what you guys do to help folks out.

00:47:59.060 They really want to get ahead of it this year.

00:48:03.980 The IRS is gearing up like never before.

00:48:07.560 They've sped up the process to where they file for you.

00:48:11.240 If our firm could get in as quick as possible,

00:48:13.620 we can halt all collection efforts and get their taxes settled.

00:48:19.860 What do you mean they've sped up and they file for you?

00:48:22.840 Tell me, what is that?

00:48:24.680 They just say, if you haven't filed, they're going to file,

00:48:26.380 and then just say, here's what you owe and it's your tough break?

00:48:31.720 Well, there's forced compliance.

00:48:33.700 The IRS wants to avoid having everybody sent to tax court

00:48:37.400 because it'll turn the tax court into, you know,

00:48:41.260 it'll turn it into like the DMV.

00:48:43.340 There'll be lines out the door.

00:48:44.980 So what they do is they file for you,

00:48:47.320 put you in a compliant status

00:48:49.600 where your tax return is filed by the government,

00:48:53.460 and then they start the collection process on that balance.

00:48:56.720 Most of the time, that balance is incorrect.

00:48:58.880 I would say 99.9% of the time,

00:49:01.200 it is entirely, you know, filed by the government.

00:49:07.400 So, you know, they don't give you any deductions,

00:49:10.420 any credit, any write-offs, everything is super inflated.

00:49:13.060 Hang on, let me guess.

00:49:15.000 Let me guess.

00:49:15.620 It's 99% of the time incorrect,

00:49:17.280 and it's always to the government's favor.

00:49:19.260 It's higher.

00:49:20.040 It's more than you actually owe if you did it correctly.

00:49:22.300 Like, funny how that works.

00:49:25.240 So how can you guys help?

00:49:26.920 Tell me how you help.

00:49:28.620 Well, you know, we have a full-spectrum team

00:49:30.760 of tax attorneys, CPAs, enrolled agents,

00:49:33.420 forensic accountants,

00:49:34.380 and our job is to work in the taxpayer's benefit.

00:49:39.180 We understand the code.

00:49:40.500 We know the process.

00:49:41.260 We have relationships with the IRS

00:49:43.020 to where we can get these documents filed a lot quicker.

00:49:48.480 Just to give you an example,

00:49:49.820 I had a client last year

00:49:51.720 who owed $50,000 or so to the IRS.

00:49:55.800 She couldn't understand why her payment was $2,100.

00:49:59.700 Turns out she had filled out a financial questionnaire,

00:50:03.260 and the IRS had an error on her mortgage statement.

00:50:07.040 So they didn't count her mortgage statement.

00:50:09.540 So we were able to unwind that

00:50:11.400 and actually get her a settlement 0.95

00:50:12.620 and a reduced balance payoff.

00:50:15.360 Where do people go, Joshua?

00:50:19.200 And everybody go today

00:50:20.040 to start making contact with you guys.

00:50:21.660 Where do they go?

00:50:22.340 How do they get to you?

00:50:23.280 How do they get to your team?

00:50:24.980 They can either call 800-245-6000

00:50:27.840 for a private conversation right now

00:50:30.660 with a tax analyst,

00:50:33.300 or they can fill out a private questionnaire

00:50:35.820 here on our website,

00:50:37.860 TNUSA.com slash Bannon.

00:50:43.360 TNUSA.com slash Bannon.

00:50:44.680 Do it today.

00:50:45.300 Fear not.

00:50:46.440 Put the fear.

00:50:47.020 It's all a process,

00:50:48.200 but you've got to talk to people

00:50:49.440 that know what they're doing

00:50:50.160 because this is quite complicated.

00:50:51.460 And don't think those new IRS agents

00:50:53.060 to go off to the wealthy.

00:50:54.360 Wealthy got great tax lawyers,

00:50:56.080 tax counselors to come after you.

00:50:57.960 The unprotected.

00:50:59.400 Josh, thank you so much.

00:51:00.400 Thank you for Tax Network USA,

00:51:01.960 what you guys are doing.
