00:00:00.000 You today declare the Joe Biden's border bloodbath. And that's what it is. It's a bloodbath.
00:00:05.000 They tried to use that term incorrectly on me two weeks ago. You know, it's all about
00:00:09.380 misinformation. That's all they do is cheat on elections and disinformation, misinformation,
00:00:15.080 fairly closely related those two words. But they basically mean that it's all talk,
00:00:21.540 but it's a border bloodbath and it's destroying our country. It's a very bad thing happening.
00:00:27.400 It's going to end on the day that I take office, which will be January 20th. It'll end.
00:00:37.040 The 22-year-old nursing student in Georgia who was barbarically murdered by an illegal alien animal.
00:00:44.880 The Democrats say, please don't call them animals. They're humans. I said, no, they're not humans.
00:00:49.300 They're not humans. They're animals. Nancy Pelosi told me that. She said, please don't use the word
00:00:54.240 animal, sir, when you're talking about these people. I said, I'll use the word animal because
00:00:58.480 that's what they are. I'll never forget my vow to her.
00:01:01.760 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on
00:01:12.820 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a
00:01:19.660 belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world
00:01:23.460 to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go
00:01:27.480 to share the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a
00:01:35.180 conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:01:43.320 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:01:49.720 Welcome to the War Room. It's Natalie Winters hosting, filling in for Stephen K. Bannon today,
00:02:01.100 April 3rd in the year of our Lord 2024. What you just watched is a wonderful clip from President
00:02:06.720 Trump speaking yesterday. We'll have Monica Crowley joining us to break down all things
00:02:11.360 immigration, though I think that's too nice a term to describe what's going on at the southern border.
00:02:16.200 When I say the number, 6,300 percent, not talking about inflation, not talking about the uptick in,
00:02:22.780 you know, Chinese Communist Party drones flying over this country. No, that's the number of Chinese
00:02:27.380 nationals, just the reported ones. We're not even talking about the gotaways are the ones that we
00:02:31.620 don't know about. 6,300 percent increase since fiscal year 2021 of Chinese nationals entering this
00:02:38.960 country at the southern border, thanks to the policies of Joe Biden, because he's directly reversed
00:02:45.420 so many of the initiatives that President Trump spearheaded to give us our sovereignty back after
00:02:50.760 decades, not just of Obama, but of, frankly, globalist America last politicians like the Bush
00:02:55.640 dynasty, too. But that's why we need someone like President Trump back in office and someone who
00:03:00.600 really understands that, not just because she used to work for him, but because she is always
00:03:05.880 bringing it, sticking it to the globalists on, of course, her wonderful podcast.
00:03:09.200 The Monica Crowley podcast is none other than Monica Crowley. Monica, it's great to have you.
00:03:15.140 I'd love to get your thoughts just right off the bat with regards to President Trump's remarks
00:03:20.660 yesterday. Pretty strong showing in Wisconsin, I would say.
00:03:25.220 Oh, yeah. I mean, he really brought it right. I mean, this was a fire and brimstone speech
00:03:30.220 on the part of President Trump on illegal immigration and the wide open border. And, you know, frankly,
00:03:36.100 now that it is the number one issue across all demographic groups across the country,
00:03:42.200 illegal immigration and the tsunami of illegals, the wide open border and all of the chaos that
00:03:47.280 is bringing to pretty much every community in the country. That alone, I think that issue alone
00:03:54.520 could help get him elected. I mean, especially when you take a look at the charts of American
00:04:00.000 presidents going back to 1970, Richard Nixon through Joe Biden. In Joe Biden's case, of course,
00:04:06.100 it is off the charts. What we have seen is totally unprecedented. And now we've got back-to-back
00:04:11.300 presidencies on this issue, Natalie, to compare. And the contrast is so stark between what President
00:04:19.460 Trump delivered, which was an enforced border, illegal immigration under control, and essentially
00:04:26.420 the entire problem solved where illegal immigration was down to a relative trickle in this country
00:04:32.640 versus what we have been subjected to over the last three years. The contrast could not be more direct
00:04:38.960 and more stark. And it is the number one issue for a very clear reason, because every single American
00:04:45.680 is being directly affected by this. So Donald Trump now heading into this general election campaign
00:04:51.920 is going to continue to deliver this kind of fiery speech about the reality of the absolute historic
00:05:00.160 catastrophe under Joe Biden with the intentional wide open border and the intentional overwhelming
00:05:08.240 of all of our systems as a direct result of it.
00:05:11.120 It's pretty rich that they want to play, I would say, semantics and word games, right? They don't like
00:05:17.520 his diction when it comes to using the word bloodbath. And of course, if you watch MSNBC or if you watch
00:05:23.200 War Room and you see the clips that we play to open every segment, you know that they're sort of trying
00:05:27.520 to counter-program a lot of our messaging on immigration. They're trying to spin immigration,
00:05:32.160 legal immigration, too, with something that's great for this country. We know empirically the data
00:05:36.720 shows otherwise, not just for the working class of this country, but really for America writ large.
00:05:41.120 But I'm curious, where do you think they're going to go with the messaging? Because it's obvious
00:05:44.800 that they can't lie, they can't gaslight, dupe the American people, that what's going on at the
00:05:49.680 southern border is great. I'm sure people who watch this show, even if you talk to your friends who
00:05:53.200 are Democrats who are apolitical, they can see the writing on the wall, no pun intended there.
00:05:57.600 But how do you think the left is going to pivot on the issue of immigration? Do you think
00:06:02.400 they're going to kind of go down the rabbit hole of the ad hominem attacks? Are they going to try to
00:06:05.920 dial in on the law fair? What do you think their strategy is going to be to really try to cover
00:06:11.520 this Achilles heel of theirs? Yeah, I mean, I don't think anything they're going to try is going to
00:06:17.040 work because this catastrophe is so epic. And like I said, every American now is keenly aware of this
00:06:24.960 catastrophe because they're dealing with a fallout every day.
00:06:30.160 It looks like we're having some technological difficulties. I always say if you come on the
00:06:38.240 War Room and there's tech difficulties, it's a toss up if it's the Chinese Communist Party or Big
00:06:42.800 Farmer. I know we were supposed to have Dr. Naomi Wolf join us, but unfortunately her power, I think,
00:06:48.880 entirely went out at the farm that she was staying at. If we get Monica back up the studio can let me
00:06:53.760 let me know. In the meantime, if we have any other guests, you guys can also let me know,
00:06:57.920 but I guess it wouldn't be an episode of the War Room if we didn't have any other guests. Well,
00:07:02.400 you know what I want to bring up then? A little unknown entity called E Plata. Now, for those of
00:07:08.320 you who don't know what that is, I would posit that it's one of the main reasons that what we see going
00:07:12.240 on at the southern border continues to happen unchecked, unfettered, unvetted flows of just massive numbers
00:07:18.960 of people. And you know why that is? Because Hunter Biden and the Biden family are actually
00:07:23.840 profiting from it. And now I know we talk a lot on the show about what happened in Ukraine,
00:07:27.680 what happened in China. You guys, of course, know when I was at the National Poll,
00:07:30.560 so we did extensive reporting coming from the hard drive into the Burisma deals,
00:07:34.560 all the names of the individuals, even those with ties to the Mexican government,
00:07:38.160 someone by the name of Miguel Aleman Magnani. But why that name is so interesting and why you should
00:07:43.280 remember the name E Plata. Now, when I broke the story, the fact checkers told me I was spreading
00:07:47.680 misinformation. So that's a telltale sign that, you know, I'm actually telling the truth. But this
00:07:52.000 is a company that really was created to profit off of mass migration. It is a payment platform
00:07:57.680 that you don't need to use any form of ID or verification, let alone government verification
00:08:02.400 for. And you can send remittances from the United States back to Mexico. They actually partnered with
00:08:07.200 the Mexican government on this. Now, Hunter Biden was one of the early investors in this,
00:08:12.400 and a lot of individuals who he was linked to in separate business deals who were affiliated with
00:08:17.360 basically all the shell companies that we see are congressional Republicans. I was going to say,
00:08:22.800 holding hearings about and trying to do something. I don't really know what they're accomplishing,
00:08:26.800 but I guess maybe they're trying. But all those people also served on the board of this company.
00:08:31.520 And it's a perfect example of how the American ruling class has profited immensely day after day
00:08:37.840 from the mass migration happening in this country, right? And it's not just Democrats,
00:08:42.480 make no mistake, it's establishment Republicans too. But there is no single issue that the American
00:08:46.480 people have been more gaslit on than the issue of immigration. And the funniest part, right,
00:08:51.120 when you see people like Joy Reid sitting there telling you that you're racist, you're a nativist,
00:08:55.040 you're a xenophobe, because you dare to speak out about America's borders and say sovereignty is
00:09:00.000 important and I don't subscribe to this idea of global government, let alone globalist government.
00:09:05.760 You know what the issue is? Illegal immigration, the number one group or class of people who are most
00:09:11.040 negatively and pejoratively impacted by it, are black people in this country or minorities in
00:09:16.000 this country because their wages are suppressed beyond belief. But you know what? The ruling class
00:09:21.840 in this country doesn't care. They want that. They want to hollow out the middle class and they want
00:09:25.600 to screw over the lower class. I think we have Monica back. Monica, if you want to pick up where you
00:09:30.000 left off, where you sort of see the Democrats, again, grasping at straws, that might be a disservice
00:09:38.000 to straws. But in terms of sort of counter-programming this, where you think they'll go?
00:09:43.600 Yeah, sorry about that, Natalie. My PC died in the middle of that, so it must have been a deep state
00:09:49.920 kind of intervention. CCP or big pharma, I always say. I'm telling you, it must have been something.
00:09:54.240 Anyway, I'm sorry about that. Yeah, look, the Democrats are going to try a lot of things to
00:10:00.320 try to distract from their abject. It's not even a failure on the border because we know it's all
00:10:06.560 intentional. But they are going to try to muddy the waters by deflecting attention onto other things.
00:10:13.280 Look, they cannot run on the economy. They cannot run on the border, certainly. They cannot run on law
00:10:18.160 and order. They can't run on global peace because now we've got two hot wars and maybe even a third
00:10:23.520 one with China and Taiwan heating up as well. They can't run on any of the standard issues.
00:10:29.280 So they're going to try to invoke issues like abortion to try to scare women and try to deflect
00:10:36.080 attention away from their intentional destruction of the country. But I don't think any of it's going
00:10:41.680 to work because what you're seeing now in poll after poll shows that the top like eight issues for
00:10:49.280 the American people. And again, it cuts across every political party. It cuts across every race and
00:10:55.600 every demographic. The top issues are illegal immigration and the wide open border, the economy,
00:11:02.800 inflation, gas prices, jobs, the issues that directly affect their lives and their livelihoods.
00:11:11.520 Issues like abortion and the other issues that they're going to try to invoke to deflect away from
00:11:17.120 the border. They're way, way down the list. So again, I don't think anything that they're going
00:11:23.440 to try, you know, they're going to try to make it a referendum on Donald Trump, try to scare people
00:11:28.160 on Trump. Well, that's not going to work either because people again have these back to back comparisons
00:11:34.400 of Trump and Biden and they know that Donald Trump delivered a booming economy, enforced border,
00:11:40.960 law and order and world peace. I mean, that is a pretty damn good track record for any American
00:11:47.840 president. So the scare tactics, the deflection, none of it is going to work. And here's another
00:11:54.240 huge reason why they're panicked, Natalie, especially on the illegal immigration and the border issue.
00:12:00.880 It's because it is creating a dramatic political realignment with traditional Democrat constituencies,
00:12:10.400 like black voters, Latino voters, women and Asian American voters. Those voters in deep blue cities,
00:12:19.520 deep blue states are infuriated that their communities are being absolutely decimated
00:12:26.320 by the tsunami of illegal immigration. They are screaming at their Democratic mayors. They're
00:12:32.000 screaming at their Democrat senators and members of Congress and their Democrat president to get a handle
00:12:38.880 on this. No changes are forthcoming. And those voters now are taking another look at Donald Trump and
00:12:45.600 saying, God wasn't so bad. I think I might vote for him.
00:12:50.880 I say, I dare you to make it a referendum on Trump. I think we would, we would love that. The country
00:12:56.800 would love it. I only hope they, uh, they count the votes fairly and not just ballots, but actual
00:13:02.400 legitimate chain of custody, verifiable votes. And of course we've had some recent victories that
00:13:08.080 suggest that that may very well be in our future. Monica Crowley, of course, I love the podcast on a
00:13:12.800 personal note. I know the war room posse loves it too. If people want to tune in, get the podcast.
00:13:17.280 I know you also do a bunch of great written pieces and a bunch of, I know Newsweek, I see you there
00:13:21.920 sometimes, but you're, you're everywhere, full spectrum dominance. If people want to get all of that and
00:13:26.000 stay up to date with everything you're working on, where can they go to do all of that?
00:13:29.680 Well, thank you, Natalie. Yes. The Monica Crowley podcast, wherever you get, you get your podcast.
00:13:35.040 So Apple, Google, Spotify, Stitcher, there it is also on social media on Twitter and true social.
00:13:42.160 I'm at Monica Crowley, uh, and on Instagram, I'm at Monica Crowley underscore also doing some writing
00:13:48.880 for the great human events and Newsweek and the New York post. And I post all of that up on social
00:13:54.160 media. So I will see you there. Thank you so much for joining us, Monica.
00:13:58.720 Thank you, Natalie. Warren Posse, I thought I'd just flag it for you. Do you remember Gordon
00:14:05.520 Sondland? For those of you who watched war room impeachment, he was one of the key, of course,
00:14:09.280 anti-Trump impeachment witnesses who sat up there probably at your taxpayer expense and cried that
00:14:14.800 President Trump didn't follow the Washington consensus when it came to foreign affairs.
00:14:19.600 Well, you know what he's doing now? He just registered to lobby for the Ukrainian government
00:14:24.720 and the European Union. And that, my friends, is the swamp. I would say reified the swamp in
00:14:31.520 the flesh. It shows you the Washington consensus, whether it's the border, whether it's foreign
00:14:35.680 policy, whether it's economic policy, it's policies that don't benefit you, don't benefit the people
00:14:40.320 that watch this show. It's policies that benefit the global elite, the global ruling class, especially
00:14:44.880 those here in the United States, which is why you should go to birchgold.com so your financial
00:14:50.000 future is not beholden to their horrible, abysmal decisions because it's clear. Don't trust the
00:14:55.120 experts. We'll be right back after this break. The so-called financial experts thought we were in
00:15:02.080 the clear. They were anticipating around six rate cuts by the Fed this year, and then the inflation data
00:15:07.920 came out higher than expected. Friends, this isn't going away. It can't. The U.S. is 34 trillion dollars
00:15:15.760 plus in the hole, and yet we keep printing money, which pushes the prices you pay every day even
00:15:22.880 higher. So you can either bury your head in the sand or you can do something about it. Diversify a

00:16:15.840 Welcome back to the war room. I was spending the break just getting real jazzed up about the lies
00:16:22.980 that the ruling class in this country wants to tell us about immigration. They love the concept
00:16:27.220 of a global government, but that to which I say, I don't know about you, there's no global sovereign
00:16:32.580 that I listen to as much as they want to make the European Union, the World Economic Forum, the United
00:16:36.500 Nations, the World Health Organization in charge of basically every aspect of your life and issue
00:16:41.060 diktats that you can't say no to. I never signed up for that. Frankly, it's unconstitutional, it's illegal,
00:16:46.660 and we're not going to stand for it. That's why it's so crucial we have people like Todd Benzman who are doing
00:16:50.980 the work to show us not just how intricately linked these NGOs are to everything that's going on at
00:16:55.620 the southern border, but really to show us the gravity, right? It feels like every day we're
00:17:00.020 hearing, oh, this one port of entry, there's 10,000 people. Oh, there's another 10,000. The sheer
00:17:04.980 magnitude, it's enough to, what is it, replace the entire population of like a couple dozen states just
00:17:10.260 in the last few years. They'll tell you it's, oh, it's just a happy accident, but you know it's not.
00:17:15.700 Now, Todd, you're joining us by phone. We don't get to see, as Steve would say, your lovely face.
00:17:22.900 You're on assignment, I understand. Can you let the audience know where you are? I believe
00:17:26.980 you're in Mexico, what exactly you're seeing? Yeah, I came into Juarez, Mexico on Sunday,
00:17:35.140 and I've been down in the area on the east and west side of the city, and now I'm about an hour,
00:17:42.500 hour and a half south in the state of Chihuahua, reporting on the state of the Biden-Oberdor
00:17:52.580 crackdown on the flows going to the Texas border, because we've talked about this before. I've been
00:18:00.820 on your show. There is a secret diplomatic deal. We don't know exactly what was horse traded in that
00:18:08.500 deal, but Lopez Oberdor is indeed cracking down in a mighty way all over at least Chihuahua state,
00:18:18.980 and definitely Coahuila state too, which is across from Eagle Pass, to slow the flow down of migration
00:18:28.580 entering into Texas, mainly, and also New Mexico. Now, they are still reaching the border and crossing,
00:18:36.500 but the numbers that we were seeing in October, November, December, 10,000, 11, 12, 14,000,
00:18:43.780 15,000 a day are way, way down to, you know, 5,000, 6,000, 7,000 a day. And in my opinion,
00:18:52.980 this is all about optics for the election, 2024 election. I heard Monica just talking about,
00:18:59.540 you know, the polling and how this is a major campaign issue. The Biden campaign realizes this
00:19:08.420 and came down and cut these deals with the Mexican president, which by the way, he could have cut
00:19:13.460 three years ago because this works. Trump showed that this worked when he was in office and cut the
00:19:21.140 same deal. He said, listen, you know, we're gonna bash you with progressive trade tariffs if you don't
00:19:31.300 get on the stick here and shut this down. And he did, uh, significantly. Uh, now Biden is doing it for
00:19:38.100 his own reelection bid and it is working because it's effective. Uh, the Mexican, what I'm seeing
00:19:44.420 here all day long, just hundreds of Mexican immigration agents congregating in, uh, cities,
00:19:55.780 towns, roadblocks, uh, spreading out everywhere in towns and hunting immigrants and the immigrants
00:20:04.500 are running everywhere. They're, they're hiding, running their acts as a scattering all over the place.
00:20:11.700 I just droned about it. If you go to my Twitter feed, Ben's been Todd. Uh, you'll see what I just
00:20:18.660 put up. These two, um, young men way, way out in the desert, just a walking parallel to the highway.
00:20:26.500 I was on this desolate highway. Uh, those guys know that they, they not going to get past these
00:20:32.660 roadblocks. So they're walking it, the whole thing. Uh, that is what I'm seeing over here, uh,
00:20:39.860 in Juarez. And then I've got another piece about the cartels sending, uh, hundreds and hundreds of
00:20:49.220 runners to become gotaways through these fences on the west side of Juarez. Nobody ever sees this part
00:20:57.300 that'll run in the daily mail tomorrow morning, that whole piece with exclusive video and all
00:21:04.340 kinds of material that I've been collecting here for the last three or four days.
00:21:09.300 Can you walk us through sort of the juxtaposition? I know there's probably no better example, a tale
00:21:14.260 of two presidents than that, you know, cushy wall street, New York fundraiser that Joe Biden was
00:21:19.700 having while president Trump was speaking at the slain officers memorial. But I also think you see that
00:21:24.660 stark dichotomy when it comes to the issue of immigration, of course. And can you sort of just
00:21:29.860 remind people the way that president Trump dealt with Mexico and got them to sort of play by,
00:21:36.340 by our rules? It was so, it was so different than what you see they're doing now, basically running
00:21:41.540 circles indirectly, if not directly controlling the policies of the Biden regime. Can you just give
00:21:46.820 us a little compare contrast? Yeah, it's pretty simple. Uh, this, the difference is
00:21:52.340 what carrots are to sticks. Uh, Trump came with the big stick and he said, we're going to,
00:22:02.020 to, uh, execute progressive trade tariffs up to 28% on your economy, all trade goods coming into the
00:22:10.580 United States, which would completely destroy the Mexican economy. If they just didn't play ball with
00:22:17.780 all of Trump's policies and they did. And they, they had to deploy troops to the border with Guatemala
00:22:24.340 and gun everybody up down there. And by the time all was said and done, they really, really, uh,
00:22:31.620 drove the numbers down. Mexico is a key partner in driving the numbers down. Well, on inauguration day,
00:22:39.460 the threat of tariffs disappeared and in its place was a promise to give Mexico and Central America
00:22:47.780 money for root causes. That's a, a euphemism for, we're just going to give you millions and
00:22:55.220 millions of dollars to send down a black hole of corruption. Uh, it's never going to go anywhere.
00:23:01.460 It's not going to address root causes, but once the checks are cashed, you know,
00:23:07.300 presidents of foreign countries tend to kind of forget the deals and promises they made.
00:23:12.100 So it's not very effective. Uh, the Obrador administration, Mocas Obrador has publicly,
00:23:21.220 I mean, the president went on 60 minutes. I think that's what we were talking about last time
00:23:26.100 and made a flagrant extortion did that to, to, to, uh, uh, Biden said, you know,
00:23:34.820 I want $20 billion for root causes. And, uh, he was asked, well, what happens if you don't get
00:23:42.740 the $20 billion? He says, I guess the migrant flow will just continue. And you could have interpreted
00:23:50.340 that in, in different ways, but the interviewer asked point blank right after that. Well,
00:23:56.100 that sounds like blackmail, diplomatic blackmail to me. And Obrador said, I just say what I feel
00:24:03.540 and what I think. And I always have, and I always will. And that's what I feel and think.
00:24:08.260 So, I mean, it left absolutely no question that Obrador can put Trump in office if he lets this
00:24:16.820 migration go through. He, Trump would be an, would be an office on this. If you believe Monica and all
00:24:23.380 the polls, uh, talking about how important this is to the American voters right now. And what I'm
00:24:29.620 seeing over here in Mexico is that maybe money changed hands already to the checks cash. I mean,
00:24:37.780 I can't tell what, whether the 20 billion changed hands, but they are absolutely working it over here.
00:24:43.780 And I mean, it's aggressive everywhere.
00:24:48.340 Anytime I hear root causes, I'm inclined to think of, you know, comprehensive immigration
00:24:52.820 reform. Anytime they say that, it's really just, right. It's code word for how can we
00:24:59.540 continue to destroy this country with mass migration, because we don't believe there's anything
00:25:04.180 special or unique to American identity to begin with and sovereignty. And we'll take globalism over
00:25:10.180 that. But of course, it now falls to the states before we get president Trump back in office,
00:25:15.380 to really push back against, I would argue, the tyranny and the intentionality of the Biden regime.
00:25:22.100 But can you talk a little bit about what Texas is doing to sort of hold the line and make sure
00:25:27.780 that our sovereignty isn't totally, no pun intended, trampled on?
00:25:31.060 Well, Texas is getting a big boost from this Mexico crackdown because there are fewer immigrants
00:25:39.300 making it to the Juarez El Paso sector than they were just a few weeks ago. Remember,
00:25:46.500 they have those stampeding bonsai charges right through the Texas fortifications.
00:25:52.820 And I think that might have led to, you know, a demand. The coverage of that was intense,
00:26:00.820 terrible for the Biden campaign. And Texas is absolutely quadrupling down. I've never seen
00:26:09.860 anything like this. The infrastructure that they are building on this sector is unbelievable. I flew my
00:26:18.900 drone over it. I couldn't even, I mean, I put a minute of drone flying over this thing. They just
00:26:24.740 have, they're building fencing and barbed wire fortifications in depth for miles and miles and
00:26:33.700 miles along the riverbank. It's not much of a river up here, but it looks like they are really serious
00:26:42.660 about preparing for, for, you know, what happens when over door decides I didn't get my $20 billion.
00:26:50.100 So I'm going to let them live. I'm going to let them rip. Uh, so, but it's definitely, but on the other
00:26:56.500 hand, you know, uh, I also saw them, the immigrants cutting the wire, uh, using these big bolt cutters
00:27:04.580 and trying to get through that, because they know that if they can just get,
00:27:08.660 yeah, if they could just get through the wire. I'm sorry. Go ahead.
00:27:13.460 Can you hear me? I've got to let you go. Yeah, no, I've got to let you go because we're coming
00:27:16.660 up against a break. So if people want to get the footage of this, watch everything you're talking
00:27:20.340 about, get the books, where can they go to do all that? Uh, Benzman Todd at X. Uh, I also have
00:27:26.980 accounts at Getter and Truth Social. I'm putting most of this up on X because it's easier when I'm on the road.
00:27:33.540 And the book is overrun. It's the only book about this border crisis out there, uh, soup to nuts on
00:27:39.940 what happened and how to get out of it. The account and the book that Alejandro Mayorkas does not want
00:27:46.500 you to read. And I'm sure Joe Biden doesn't either. Todd, thank you so much for joining us.
00:27:50.820 We're impossible. We'll be back after this break. We got Dave Walsh talking all things energy and how
00:27:56.100 Joe Biden is, of course, predictably putting America last when it comes to our strategic
00:27:59.700 petroleum reserves. We also got Mike Howell from Heritage Oversight joining us after the break.
00:28:05.060 We'll be right back. Now that we are launching into the general election season, Patriot Mobile

00:29:58.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:30:05.300 Welcome back to the War Room. Now, you guys know we focused a lot on the Hunter Biden hard drive
00:30:11.300 here on this show. And I always say, and I still maintain, the congressional Republicans have
00:30:16.580 routinely missed the mark. The point is not just that the Biden family is making millions of dollars
00:30:21.460 from these shady shell companies, from business deals and conglomerates across the globe. There
00:30:27.940 are still ramifications of the policy and the policies that Joe Biden is pursuing from the
00:30:32.820 deals that Hunter Biden and who knows what family member pursued. And frankly, I think there's no
00:30:37.700 better example of that than on the issue of energy. Make no mistake, most of the billion dollar deals
00:30:42.340 that Hunter Biden pursued were in the realm of energy. I'm sure you guys know the infamous moment
00:30:47.300 where Joe Biden, who used to say he never spoke to Hunter Biden about his business dealings,
00:30:51.140 he said, well, I just spoke to them about the weather. And I say, exactly, because that's the
00:30:56.340 kind of business deals they were doing. They were focusing on climate change and oil and gas.
00:31:00.100 So, of course, they were talking about the weather. And there's a perfect example of this now. You
00:31:04.260 guys, I'm sure know that Joe Biden drained our strategic petroleum reserve. Of course, they gave
00:31:10.100 the Chinese Communist Party advance notice before doing it to, I believe it was about 17 days that we
00:31:15.540 would have. And they just canceled the requests today to basically refill it. Now, I know that
00:31:22.580 sounds absolutely crazy asinine and otherworldly. So I thought we should have Dave Walsh on to sort of
00:31:28.740 walk us through, again, I think what could only be described as America last, which I guess should be
00:31:34.740 the tagline of the Biden regime. But Dave, can you sort of walk us through what exactly this means,
00:31:39.300 not just for energy prices, but why the Biden regime would do it in the first place?
00:31:44.420 The Biden regime is doing this as an election year stunt to look like they're impacting the
00:31:49.940 price of gasoline at the pump. Gas at the pump is up 12 or 13 percent in the last several months.
00:31:57.380 It's locally here. It's about three, 340, 345, nothing major. But what the administration is
00:32:04.100 going to do is take all efforts suddenly in the next, in the next 10 or so months,
00:32:09.060 nine months before the election, to show that it's doing everything it possibly can
00:32:13.860 to arrest the increase in the price of gasoline at the pump. Here, this is the same administration
00:32:19.140 broadcasting regularly. It is all about the terminus of the use of fossil fuels,
00:32:24.900 the terminus of the use of gasoline to power cars. Guess what? It wants to make it cheaper,
00:32:30.020 using the tactic of drawing down the SPR by not refilling it. It's backing off a commitment for
00:32:37.460 next month's three million barrel top up of it to begin moving it northward again. This administration
00:32:43.620 has drawn it down from 660 million barrels, the peak of the Trump administration to now only 363
00:32:50.580 million barrels. About a little less than half has been drawn down. And most of that in efforts to
00:32:57.780 attempt to bolster, keep low the price of gasoline at the pump. I mean, of the 90-some million barrels
00:33:05.940 a day, 92 million barrels a day traded in the world, the US SPR can't be used to manipulate pricing.
00:33:12.820 But here they are again with this act of not refilling in the next six weeks quota of 3 million
00:33:18.820 to begin refilling it, abandoning that commitment that he had said he'd do whenever it got below 79
00:33:24.340 bucks a barrel. He's doing this to go ahead and bolster the price, the lower price, attempt to
00:33:30.980 impact gasoline prices being lower. Because if you refill the SPR, you're putting demand on national oil
00:33:37.780 supplies, which will tend to drive the price at the pump up a little bit. He doesn't want to do that.
00:33:41.780 That's the whole rationale for this. It's crazy, again, because the SPR manipulations have a
00:33:47.540 nominal to nil effect on global oil prices and on US gas prices at the pump. Nominal effect. We consume
00:33:55.140 13 and a half, 14 million barrels of oil a day in this country. Tweaking the SPR a little bit isn't
00:34:01.460 going to move the needle meaningfully on the price of gasoline, but that's where their head is. And that's
00:34:06.340 the only reason they're thinking to, if you will, renege on the next near-term tranche of
00:34:12.660 beginning to refill the SPR, which is a long march forward to get back to the
00:34:17.860 Trump's 660 million barrel peak.
00:34:21.620 I think there's probably as good a time as ever to go to birchgold.com
00:34:26.100 bannon when you see everything that they're doing here. I was actually laughing. We know Steve has
00:34:30.500 sort of a high turnover rate when it comes to employees and affiliations. We'll see how I fare.
00:34:36.660 But birchgold, I think, is his longest-running sponsor. So I think that says something.
00:34:40.980 So you've got to go to birchgold.com. Hopefully, I don't lose my job for saying that. But you've got
00:34:44.420 to go to birchgold.com slash bannon to check out, get your latest installment at the end of the dollar
00:34:50.180 empire. Dave, I have a quick clip that I want to play for you and get your reactions for Denver or
00:34:54.180 Palm Beach, whoever's listening, if you want to roll it.
00:34:57.860 Thank you. First, so you guys started draining the strategic petroleum reserve to try and help
00:35:04.740 with the Putin price hike a few years ago. You said you were going to refill it, but now it doesn't
00:35:09.700 seem like that's happening. Why?
00:35:11.140 Well, I believe the Department of Energy is responsible for that particular component,
00:35:18.420 is refilling that. So I would refer you to the Department of Energy. I know there were
00:35:22.340 certain components to that and how they were going to move forward in refilling it. They
00:35:28.100 would have more specifics on that for you. Whatever the heck that means. Dave, can you try to translate
00:35:35.140 to the best of your ability whatever that euphemistic spin was from the White House?
00:35:40.260 Natalie, it's amazing. The departments, the agencies, the Department of Energy reports to
00:35:47.940 the President of the United States. It's in the executive branch. It is completely under his
00:35:54.340 leadership and his guidance. This isn't a separate, discrete decision. She's spinning that the Department
00:35:59.300 of Energy is somehow somewhat separate from the President. It reports to the President. Its head
00:36:04.980 is appointed by the President. It moves issues like this with the approval and consent only of
00:36:10.340 the President, who directly is responsible for it. So that's nonsense. He had committed a year and a half
00:36:17.380 ago when he began to draw this down in mass when the Ukraine crisis began to begin to top it back up
00:36:24.100 when oil got at or below $79 a barrel. He has consistently not fulfilled that commitment. He
00:36:30.180 has not done this. Oil has often been way below $79 a barrel frequently in the last year to 15 months.
00:36:38.020 No refilling actions of any consequence have been taken despite what he had said a year and a half ago
00:36:42.820 to a year ago. And now we've reneged on the next near-term commitment six weeks out to
00:36:48.420 top it up by 3 million barrels because the price of oil is nominally over $79 a barrel, when really
00:36:55.380 this does look like a stunt to go ahead and attempt to influence gas prices at the pump during an election
00:37:00.660 season, which is why this was done last time before the midterms. The massive drawdowns of a reserve
00:37:07.140 that is meant for the national security and absolute national emergency, such as hurricanes,
00:37:13.380 such as a drastic move by the cartel that controls global pricing in part, the countries in OPEC plus,
00:37:22.020 it is not meant to be used to tweak back and forth 10 to 12% increases at the pump in gas prices,
00:37:28.740 which really is all we've seen in the last few months. So, you know, this is a political move.
00:37:36.260 And it's by the administration that just for the record, the Department of Energy reports directly
00:37:41.780 to the president. So... Purely political and purely intentional, right? It's not a result of
00:37:47.620 incompetence. Dave, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with your analysis, where can they
00:37:51.540 go to do all that? Yeah. One more, Natalie, if I might add, actually it was published about 10 days
00:37:57.860 ago that, guess what? Because of major global oil interest, we're not keeping up with the Paris
00:38:03.060 climate accords in overproducing, not globally. They left out the fact that 88% of oil and gas
00:38:09.220 production is controlled in this world by countries, by sovereign governments, most notoriously, and
00:38:14.820 cartels of sovereign governments like OPEC plus. That's who does 88% of the producing and distribution
00:38:21.300 of oil in the world. Countries who are UN members. The companies do about 6%, the majors do about 6%
00:38:28.500 of all in oil trading, just for this, for the record. I'm available on Getter,
00:38:32.660 at Dave Walsh Energy, and Proof Social the same. Thank you, Natalie.
00:38:35.860 Dave, thank you so much for joining us.
00:38:41.860 Our next guest is another hammer, of course, coming from Heritage Oversight. We got Mike
00:38:47.380 Howell now. I'm sure you all saw the news yesterday about what's going down in Wisconsin,
00:38:51.540 but also similar, I would say, stuff going on in Nebraska, too, when it comes to the basically
00:38:55.860 privateering of elections. Of course, it always seems to tip the scale in only one direction
00:39:01.380 for Democrats, right? No conspiracies, no coincidences. But we voted 55 to 45, I believe,
00:39:08.980 to block it in Wisconsin, so I thought Mike would be the perfect person to have on to sort of walk
00:39:13.140 us through. I know when people hear Zuckerbuck's the head on fire, right? But walk us through kind
00:39:18.740 of the gravity, the significance of what happened yesterday, and then I want to get in on the other
00:39:23.220 side of it to the sort of new iteration of Zuckerbuck's that we're going to see in the 2024 election.
00:39:29.140 Absolutely. So Wisconsin yesterday became the 20th state to ban the private funding of the
00:39:35.940 election system, which is known as the Zuckerbuck's model, which, of course, was last presidential
00:39:41.220 election cycle when Mark Zuckerberg, billionaire Facebook guy, went in and basically drove a lot
00:39:46.900 of money to staff up and do data sharing with local election offices in key demographic counties
00:39:53.460 that could swing the presidential election. It's not something that people really understood to
00:39:57.860 be going on at the time it was happening. And so people have gotten wise to it and we've patched up,
00:40:02.500 you know, another hole in the system in Wisconsin where we have now 28 states banning this activity.
00:40:08.420 But this is just one of the systems level attacks that are ongoing in our election system.
00:40:14.020 As soon as we get around to, you know, a ballot referenda to ban the activity they did last time,
00:40:19.780 they're already well underway on their new models. And people got to get wise to this. And that's why it was
00:40:25.700 really unfortunate to see the House of Representatives fund a lot of the activity that the Biden
00:40:30.740 administration is doing here. The new model, which we're calling Biden bucks, is basically
00:40:36.900 taking every government agency, having them work in agreement in tandem with dark left NGOs.
00:40:43.780 Think of the billion dollar apparatus there of these ACLU's of the world and other voter reg-type
00:40:49.940 groups that only directionally aim to get Democrats registered. Well,
00:40:53.300 they're combining those with the federal government. The horsepower behind that is your taxpayer dollars,
00:40:59.780 your data, your information, all directionally aimed to turn out the vote in counties that will
00:41:06.660 make the difference in this presidential election. It's called Biden bucks. It's an executive order
00:41:11.220 14019. We got a lot coming out on this. But the ship sailed with the House of Representatives when
00:41:18.180 Mike Johnson had his caucus vote to fund the rest of the government to continue this activity.
00:41:23.220 So we're moving the fights to the states and then more to come on that end, because the states can
00:41:28.180 kick out a lot of this activity. So walk us through that one more time. I know this audience is used to
00:41:34.260 house Republicans missing the mark on what everything, but now you're telling me that they're quite
00:41:39.220 literally helping to fund the new Biden buck scam. Absolutely. I mean, they funded it at every
00:41:47.060 single agency and department. This is a whole of government initiative. In classic Capitol Hill
00:41:52.260 fashion, you had some members send some letters and do press releases on this over the years,
00:41:57.300 mostly after citizen reporting on it and stuff that we put out, our allies at the Foundation for
00:42:02.900 Government Accountability and others were sounding the alarm of this. We got some letters out via
00:42:07.540 Congress. But at the end of the day, they just ended up funding the whole thing. And we've been
00:42:11.220 uncovering what are known as these strategic plans that every agency is tasked with developing. And
00:42:17.540 what this looks like in practice is the Bureau of Prisons and U.S. Marshals are a key focus
00:42:23.620 for the Biden administration on the left. Why? It's easy to ballot harvest in jail. The people are
00:42:28.660 literally where you know where they'll be. They're in jail. You can predatory ballot harvest in those areas.
00:42:34.340 And so the U.S. Marshals, in compliance with this executive order, redid almost 1,000 contracts
00:42:40.820 so that people, detainees as they're referred to, are reminded of their rights to vote and access to
00:42:45.940 vote at every stage of the incarceration process. Now, imagine that playing out in every single agency,
00:42:51.700 your welfare agencies, Department of Agriculture, DOD, everyone down the list is using their little levers
00:42:59.220 of access in different ways they relate to American citizens, and then choosing key demographics in
00:43:05.060 that space that they need to turn out. And they're mobilizing them. It's a get-out-of-the-vote operation
00:43:10.180 paid for by you and me via the House of Representatives, who was warned to this and did nothing.
00:43:16.740 It's not enough if we just, I guess, rig elections in other third world countries. We got to do it here
00:43:21.700 at home, right? Mike, if I could hold you through the break and Warren Posse in the meantime, you can go to
00:43:26.500 jacemedical.com if you don't want to be reliant, not just on Big Pharma, which we know is obviously a part of
00:43:33.620 all of this, too, but also you don't want to be reliant on the Chinese Communist Party, probably the number one
00:43:38.980 beneficiary of Zucker bucks and Biden bucks, whichever big tech, you know, big government oligarch is involved in
00:43:45.700 the scam, I guess the racket to fix the election for Joe Biden. You know what we say, like I said
00:43:51.940 earlier in the show, we invite the referendum on Trump because he'll win. We'll be right back.
00:43:58.100 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue
00:44:03.540 signaling when you're simply trying to buy products? Progressive corporate America continues to push
00:44:11.140 messaging that further alienates conservative Americans all while eroding the future of the
00:44:17.460 American dream. It's prominent all over the country. Companies like Starbucks strong-arming
00:44:23.460 their customers to support abortion. Financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their
00:44:28.900 political views. Makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender
00:44:34.820 models. And beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want
00:44:40.980 is to enjoy a cold beer. Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard
00:44:48.020 earned dollars. With Public Square, we now have a solution. It's simple. Join the movement of millions
00:44:54.740 of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country and our constitution at publicsq.com. That's publicsq.com.
00:45:04.820 Public Square is an app and website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses

00:45:21.940 skin care or simply find a new restaurant in your community that won't lecture you about your political
00:45:27.060 views. Publicsq.com is your resource. Public Square also offers discounts to many high quality businesses on
00:45:35.620 the platform so that you can actually receive incentive for spending money with companies that

00:45:47.060 started today at publicsq.com. Remember, either as a consumer or a business owner, download the app now.
00:45:55.700 That's publicsq.com. Publicsq.com.
00:46:00.580 I just think you're brainwashed.
00:46:03.300 Can I say something?
00:46:03.700 You think I'm brainwashed?
00:46:05.140 I think that there is a lot of expectations for women to behave a certain way.
00:46:09.940 Are there not expectations for men to behave a certain way too?
00:46:12.740 Yes, there are.
00:46:13.780 I would almost argue it's easier to start a business in America as a woman. You have preferential treatment
00:46:18.020 when it comes to loans, preferential hiring processes. Literally just because you're a woman,
00:46:22.260 women are the majority of college graduates. Life being a woman, I feel like it's in some ways kind
00:46:26.980 of life on easy mode if you play into the corporate structure. They literally have empowerment programs
00:46:31.300 that they don't allow men, let alone straight white men in. There's literally a multi-billion dollar
00:46:36.660 corporate push to empower women. You know, you think I'm brainwashed, you can think that, but
00:46:41.380 you also espouse an ideology that you can't even give me literally one example why you actually believe
00:46:47.540 it, let alone define it, but you just slap that label on because that's what mainstream
00:46:51.460 society's told you to believe. So I think you're actually the one who's brainwashed.
00:46:55.780 I'm brainwashed? Girl, you are so based.
00:46:59.380 Thank you.
00:47:02.980 Just a little teaser. Steve and I, I think I'm coming on the show tomorrow to walk through my
00:47:07.540 latest appearance on that wonderful podcast that I say it's my guilty pleasure. It's very fun to do,
00:47:12.500 but back to the news at hand, though of course you guys know this all runs together. Mike,
00:47:17.780 before I let you go, because we've got to go to the other Mike, Mike Lindell, you guys filed,
00:47:21.940 if I'm not mistaken, a criminal complaint with regards to the whole NGO, illegal immigration,
00:47:26.980 mass immigration, invasion, the whole thing. What's the status on that?
00:47:31.540 Right. So we had an undercover report where we caught a nonprofit in New York City handing out
00:47:38.180 fraudulent residency documents to illegal aliens, and it's all on video. If you follow us on x,
00:47:43.300 at Oversight PR, it's pinned to the top. So we took that video and sent a criminal referral over
00:47:49.060 to Letitia James for her to act on. Am I expecting her to do anything with it? No. Is it another brick
00:47:55.780 in the wall of the dual standard of weaponization we have in this country? Absolutely.
00:48:02.020 Mike, if people want to follow you and of course support everything you guys are doing over at
00:48:05.780 Heritage, truly wonderful work. Where can they go to do all of that?
00:48:09.380 Right. On x, at Oversight PR, I'm Emhal Tweets. Better yet, join us at Wepo Simpo next Tuesday.
00:48:17.220 Okay. We're declaring a state of emergency as it relates to government weaponization,
00:48:22.420 bringing in a lot of war and posse favorites, and we're going to be dialing it in on every
00:48:26.340 different policy area this deep rot and infection hits and declaring it a state of emergency.
00:48:32.580 Give us a little teaser. Who are some of the names that you guys have slated to speak?
00:48:36.740 Absolutely. So we have the FBI whistleblowers, you know, some suspendables and Steve Friend,
00:48:42.260 Garrett O'Boyle, Sebastian Gorka, Chairman Comer is going to be there to walk us through the Biden
00:48:47.780 crime investigation, Senator Grassley. We have Rep. Dan Bishop. We have Shipley, Shipwreck crew
00:48:54.020 representing a lot of the J6 political prisoners over there. But we're not even limiting. It's just those
00:49:00.660 issues you traditionally think of. We're going to talk about the weaponization of the financial industry,
00:49:05.540 how they've warped whistleblower protections. People don't realize the DOJ right now is trying
00:49:10.260 to put in jail the IRS whistleblowers. So we're going to hear from their lawyers. We're going to
00:49:14.420 talk about why they opened the border, which is really another systems level attack on our election
00:49:21.220 system. And you're going to see at this go around. But we're touching on a variety of topics. It's an
00:49:25.460 all-day-long symposium. Wepo Simpo, Tuesday. Come join us in person at Heritage or stream online. It's
00:49:32.740 going to be a lot of fun.
00:49:34.980 And if they want to attend, they can go to your social media. Or what's the link to
00:49:39.220 register either virtual or in person?
00:49:41.060 Absolutely. So it's on our social media. Hashtag Wepo Simpo. You can find it that way, too.
00:49:46.500 That has a nice ring to it. I don't know who came up with it. But who says conservatives can't do comms?
00:49:54.180 No. Thank you so much for joining us, Mike. You have a good one.
00:49:57.220 Good to see you. Thank you.
00:49:58.660 Of course. On to the other, Mike, of course, of War Room fame, but of course, so much more.
00:50:05.620 Mike, I hear you have some Supreme Court news that you want to inform the posse of.
00:50:10.020 Absolutely, everybody. I'll give you that. And I'll give you some recall news on Robin Voss.
00:50:16.580 But at the Supreme Court, the lawyers last night, they filed more things with our Supreme Court case
00:50:23.620 because the defendants haven't been responding. And I guess my lawyers say it's a very good thing
00:50:29.860 that they filed. And you guys can check that out at LyndalePlan.com. Get all the details there.
00:50:36.580 That's LyndalePlan.com. You can see the whole Supreme Court filing. And then you see now where this is
00:50:42.820 at. It's a 39 pages add on, I guess. But basically, they were ignoring the
00:50:49.540 motion to expedite and ignoring this other thing where Arizona used software that had been
00:50:57.940 manipulated in the election. And this is what the courts relied on when they sent this back
00:51:07.620 where they sent it back on dismissal and they sanctioned the lawyers. So the lawyers were real
00:51:13.140 happy when they called me about this. So everybody can check that out. And then on the other thing,
00:51:17.460 remember, we work from the top down, from the Supreme Court down, and from the bottom up.
00:51:21.700 The people in Wisconsin, where I was just there last night with our great real president,
00:51:26.340 Donald Trump, at the rally in Green Bay, but in southern Wisconsin, they're recalling Robin Voss again.
00:51:33.300 You can check that out at RacineRecall.org, everybody. That's the new petition. The other one,
00:51:40.340 they tried to discredit over 4,000 signatures, but we've got a plan B and this is going to work.
00:51:46.340 It's going to be amazing. And you guys have made that all possible at the War Room Posse.
00:51:51.460 So I wanted to get in our sale, everybody. We're having the biggest extravaganza sale in history at
