00:04:12.240 place in order to really protect our Fourth Amendment rights from these intelligentsies.

00:04:25.600 we lost it by one vote. So, what we're doing is we're trying to stop the final passage of FISA.

00:04:31.900 And in an ideal world, if we have these members come back, what's going to end up happening is

00:04:37.200 we'll have to go back to the drawing board. And I think in the past, it's because that warrant

00:04:41.420 were in there. But as it is right now, I don't believe that it is constitutional. And so, it'll

00:04:46.120 go to the Senate. And, you know, from what we're hearing in two years, we might be able to have

00:04:50.720 the conversation again. But the object is to be able to stop this now and fix it and send it over

00:04:55.460 the corrected way from the House. So, is the most powerful fighting force that we have on our side

00:05:02.220 right now, besides apparently you, the viewers of this show, the people who are going to spend their

00:05:07.400 weekend calling the offices, calling the staffers, calling the members, and making sure that we flip

00:05:12.540 those 86 members, is it really imperative, right? Are they really holding the line? Do you need them to

00:05:18.660 back you up in this fight? Yeah. Yeah. What I would say in my capacity is, you know, I would

00:05:24.240 respectfully call over to your member of Congress and ask them to uphold your constitutional civil

00:05:29.100 liberties and tell them that you want them to basically vote this down, vote down FISA, in order

00:05:34.780 to actually ensure that there is a warrant amendment on there. Remember, this is the same technique and

00:05:40.020 tool that the D.C. really used to illegally surveillance by not just on members of Congress,

00:05:44.780 but also on the president. Remember, 2016, Russian collusion, that was all done under the guise of

00:05:50.100 this FISA, and so we can't allow this to continue. But I think more importantly, you know, even talking

00:05:54.380 to some of my more liberal-leading colleagues, you know, the FBI spied on BLM, the FBI spied on Dr.

00:06:00.900 Martin Luther King. I mean, how many more people do we have to give them examples of? And the fact is

00:06:05.600 that Congress actually created a carve-out in this legislation for themselves so that the Speaker and

00:06:11.220 the Intelligence Committee would be notified if another member of Congress was being

00:06:14.680 spied on. But that privilege does not exist for your average American, and that's simply not

00:06:19.100 okay. And so I want you to get involved. In fact, Edward Snowden actually posted a tweet

00:06:24.500 with information on how you can call your member of Congress, and I'm asking all of you to do just

00:06:28.500 that. It's clear that they're whipping this like we've never seen. I've never heard of Merrick Garland

00:06:34.880 making personal phone calls to members of Congress. He'd probably otherwise want absolutely

00:06:39.120 nothing to do with except to secure a vote on this. I'm just curious. You know, you're obviously in the

00:06:44.400 room. I'm sure you'll be facing a barrage of attacks after you've introduced this. But what

00:06:50.420 is the pitch that these rhinos give you when they look you in the face and they explain their vote, 0.97

00:06:55.940 siding with Democrats on this? What is their alleged rationale that they could ever support

00:07:01.780 warrantless spying on Americans?

00:07:04.820 Well, what I would say is the conversation is more, I think, of the intelligence establishment

00:07:19.720 warrantless surveillance. And what we've noticed were there was actually members of Congress that

00:07:24.120 were watching the board, and the minute that we had it passing by one vote, they would go down and

00:07:28.240 change their vote in order to take it. And so what you're finding is that there are people,

00:07:32.580 and they'll try to game this on the vote. But I mean, we really do have an opportunity to stop this

00:07:37.400 if we can ensure that these members are flipped. So I'm actually going to post a list

00:07:41.480 of people that should, I'm hoping that people can call and just respectfully ask that they

00:07:47.080 reconsider their vote, because these are members that actually wanted to have a warrant and member

00:07:51.060 in there to ensure that our Fourth Amendment was protected.

00:08:00.500 I believe, increasing the sentences, really to life sentences, death penalties for

00:14:14.180 we call it the Motor Voter Law, allows people to sign up to vote when they get a driver's license.

00:14:20.740 If an individual only asserts or simply states that they are a citizen, they don't have to prove it.

00:14:26.580 They can register that person to vote in a federal election. And you see states are currently

00:14:30.980 prohibited, believe it or not, the states are prohibited from asking someone to prove that

00:14:36.180 they're a citizen. The federal voter registration form just has a checker box. And if you do that,

00:14:42.260 you're good. The states can't allow it. We think that's a serious problem. And so what we're going to

00:14:47.460 do is the House Republicans are introducing a bill that will require proof of citizenship to vote.

00:14:54.340 It seems like common sense. I'm sure all of us would agree. We only want U.S. citizens to vote

00:14:59.940 in U.S. elections. But there are some Democrats who don't want to do that. We believe that one of

00:15:05.700 their designs, one of the reasons for this open border, which everybody asks all around the country,

00:15:09.460 why would they do this? Why would they allow all this chaos? Why the violence? Because they want to

00:15:13.860 turn these people into voters. Right now, the administration is encouraging illegals to go to 0.97

00:15:19.220 their local welfare office to sign up for benefits. Well, guess what? When you go to a welfare office,

00:15:24.740 they also ask you if you would like to register to vote. And so many people, we think, are going to

00:15:31.380 do that. And you know what? The numbers are so high. There's so many millions of illegals in the country

00:15:35.860 that if only one out of a hundred voted, they would cast potentially hundreds of thousands of votes

00:15:41.460 in the election. That could turn an election. This could be a tight election in our congressional races

00:15:46.820 around the country. It could, if there are enough votes, affect the presidential election. And so

00:15:51.940 that's why House Republicans are going to act. I'm going to announce to you today, here standing

00:15:57.540 alongside President Trump, that we will do everything within our power to ensure that we do have free

00:16:02.900 and fair elections in this country. If we don't have that in a constitutional republic, we have nothing.

00:16:07.540 It's the basis of who we are as a nation, and we owe that to the American people. And so what we're

00:16:11.700 going to do is introduce legislation to require that every single person who registers the

00:16:16.740 vote in a federal election must prove that they're an American citizen first. We have to prove it.

00:16:22.580 That will be a new part of the federal law and a very important one. Our bill will establish new

00:16:28.340 safeguards. It will put us on par, by the way, with virtually every other democracy around the world

00:16:33.860 that also prohibits non-citizen voting. And this is a critical thing for us to do at a very critical time.

00:16:41.620 Our bill also will require states to remove non-citizens from their existing voter rolls. 0.74

00:16:46.900 That's a big problem, too. And it will provide access to databases from the Department of Homeland

00:16:51.780 Security and the Social Security Administration to help the states administer this. As the entity that

00:16:58.980 is responsible for regulating federal elections, Congress has this responsibility. We cannot wait

00:17:04.340 for widespread fraud to occur, especially when the threat of fraud is growing with every single illegal

00:17:11.860 immigrant that crosses that border. This is something most Americans are deeply concerned about.

00:17:16.100 The latest poll says 78 percent of the Americans who are polled say that preventing illegal immigrants

00:17:22.980 from voting in our elections is a top priority. In every place I've gone around the country, whether

00:17:28.500 it's out west, midwest, Long Island, deep south, it doesn't matter. Everybody is concerned about this.

00:21:10.340 or something like that. And a judge made a ruling. But that's going to be changed by government.

00:21:56.020 do it. What they did is very simply give it back to the state. And I'll tell you, the Democrats are

00:22:02.660 the radicals on this because they're willing to have abortions in the seventh, eighth, ninth month. 0.98

00:23:09.460 it. You've got Russia could end up in – you could end up in a world war between Russia, Ukraine,
