What those people on MSDNC and CNN, what they don't tell you is that the Southern District of New York, the FEC, the Federal Elections Commission, Cy Vance, the prior district attorney in New York, Alvin Bragg himself the first time around decided not to prosecute this case because they understood that it had no legs.

00:07:41.000 We can say this till we're blue in the face. The people that you watched at the opening of this show, the people we're seeing on CNN, they're literally just neglecting all of these basic facts that I think if Americans—and I don't mean just conservatives.

00:34:10.020 Yeah, so the Supreme Court on April 25th is going to decide one of the most weighty constitutional cases in its history, whether the president of the United States, any president of the United States is immune from criminal prosecution.

00:34:31.740 And if the Supreme Court rules for Trump as they should, that means that anything that Jack Smith or Alvin Bragg or Fannie Willis, if they charge President Trump for his official acts, for example, because he contemplated firing his acting attorney general,

00:34:54.640 And then they would not be immune for personal acts, but for official acts.
