so thank you all for being here today we have several members of congress here and we're here

today at one of america's preeminent academic institutions on a very important day in a very

00:01:53.080
Radical activists have chanted death to America and on our own streets in this country
00:01:58.080
and sub-public officials have refused to condemn them.
00:02:01.080
Others have openly defended these acts on campus and the harassing and the intimidation
00:02:07.080
and the threatening of innocent Jewish students simply because of who they are.
00:02:14.080
And some have even gone as far as calling for the State of Israel to be eliminated.
00:02:18.080
These are words we expect from ayatollahs in Iran, not American lawmakers and not American students.
00:02:24.080
And unsurprisingly, it has given way to threats and violence in a generation of students
00:02:30.080
who feel safe in their own classrooms, who don't feel safe in their own classrooms,
00:02:35.080
Let me say this very simply. No American of any color or creed should ever have to live under those kinds of threats.
00:02:45.080
Sadly, Colombia's administrators have chosen to let the threats, the fear, and the intimidation of the mob rule
00:02:53.080
to overtake American principles like free speech and the free exchange of ideas and the free exercise of religion.
00:03:00.080
They have co-opted First Amendment arguments to protect genocide and to elevate the voices of anti-Semitism.
00:04:29.060
Campmen that has shown solidarity with each other
00:05:59.900
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:06:05.200
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:06:12.560
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:06:16.780
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:06:21.520
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:06:26.920
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:06:30.720
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:06:42.560
It's Wednesday, 24 April, in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:06:48.580
I would like to, we get Ben Burquam's at Columbia.
00:06:52.160
That great super cut right there by our own crack War Room production team.
00:07:01.600
Anyway, as we warned you, this Sharia supremacist revolt is spread throughout virtually every major campus throughout the country.
00:07:14.600
Of course, Harvard, you are taking over right there.
00:07:17.680
But the, and I said, this is a moment of clarity.
00:07:20.440
You know, you had Polly Pockets Johnson up there for the donors.
00:07:27.280
Last time he went to the southern border, it was a bunch of lies.
00:07:32.320
But there was a moment of truth, real truth in that entire super cut.
00:07:35.840
I would like to pull the young woman at Columbia.
00:07:39.320
And let's hear her again and listen to what she is saying.
00:07:44.440
It's an encampment that has shown solidarity with each other, with other colleges, with the Palestinian people.
00:07:50.340
And that is something that the administration cannot take away from us.
00:07:53.740
However, the administration keeps bluffing the students, keeps promising things that they do not get to achieve.
00:08:01.860
And the way they've been treating us is as if we were strangers in our own campus, as if they hadn't been teaching us what we're applying here at this encampment.
00:08:09.400
So I think people are feeling upset and frustrated at this university and at the state of this country, to be quite honest.
00:08:21.600
All they're applying in the encampment, it's her words.
00:08:24.620
And you can tell the sincerity and, quite frankly, the ingrained knowledge.
00:08:30.460
We're just all we're doing in the encampment is manifesting what we're taught in the classrooms, which they teach us.
00:08:35.960
Mike Cernovich today had, I think, a quite powerful tweet.
00:08:39.560
He says, two sets of communists, two sets of progressive communists going at each other.
00:08:44.400
When one of them comes forward and says they're going to vote for Trump, then maybe he'll care.
00:08:49.600
This has to we have to have a very deep drill down on exactly what's going on here.
00:08:53.880
We have Ben Berquam has put himself in harm's way at at Columbia University.
00:08:58.660
Ben, you were there for Speaker Johnson's talk to the students.
00:09:06.760
Tell us what went on and what was the reaction from the Columbia faculty and students?
00:09:12.520
Well, Steve, yeah, it just ended just about a half an hour ago.
00:09:18.400
It was up on the steps of the library, squeezed in.
00:09:22.440
There was no amplified sound, so you really couldn't hear anything.
00:09:25.380
Although we had our mics up there so the audience could hear it.
00:09:28.460
The students and anybody in the crowd couldn't really hear it.
00:09:31.240
So immediately the chant started, we can't hear you.
00:09:35.340
My biggest takeaway from the thing, I was just shocked that it didn't end in violence.
00:09:39.580
Nobody actually tried to rush the podium and chase them off based on some of the experiences
00:09:44.780
I've had with some of the folks that are leading these movements across America.
00:09:49.020
But at the same time, it's also not nighttime, and usually that's when the violence comes out.
00:09:58.380
They did the From the River to the Sea whole chants and some of that.
00:10:02.100
But otherwise, it was, you know, I think what Mike said was actually pretty good.
00:10:08.900
I wish I could have questioned him about wasting $60 billion on Ukraine, but, you know, that
00:10:14.840
And so other than that, it was just kind of poorly set up, and I wish it would have had
00:10:19.840
But, you know, the question, the real question is, did it have any impact?
00:10:28.380
Let's meet these students and get their thoughts.
00:10:31.960
So that's the point is it doesn't matter what I think.
00:10:35.620
We've got Jonas, Daniel, and Ben, junior, junior, and law school.
00:10:42.620
First off, tell me what you thought about Speaker Johnson coming and the crowd.
00:10:46.240
Do you think it had any impact at all in the student body, the faculty, or it's going to have
00:10:53.060
I absolutely don't think that it's going to have any impact.
00:10:55.340
And, you know, I think that what happened with the shouting down is pretty emblematic
00:10:58.880
of what we've been seeing on campus, where they're shouting down the speaker by saying,
00:11:07.400
And they're complaining that nobody wants to talk to each other because everybody's
00:11:15.600
I don't think him coming had a big impact on the dialogue on campus, but it's still
00:11:20.580
nice to see a prominent American, you know, come here and see what's going on.
00:11:30.820
You know, it's very hard currently to fix the dialogue, massive dialogue problem that's
00:11:35.740
But just him being here, showing support to Jewish students, students that are currently,
00:11:39.180
you know, being called to be Al-Qasam's next target, told to go back to Poland, go back
00:11:43.280
to Europe, you know, we've just heard so many chants of Hamas, Hamas, make us proud, burn
00:11:48.340
It is so scary and vile and, you know, having...
00:11:51.080
Red and black, blue and white, or red and black, green and white, we support Hamas this
00:11:55.880
And those are chants that are being done here on the campus?
00:12:03.760
It would be people being bused in, coming in on the train, doing sort of more anti-Semitic chants,
00:12:09.660
and then the stuff on campus was relatively calm.
00:12:11.820
And then the university kind of lost control of the gates and the borders and people started
00:12:15.480
sneaking in, and then they also became, at the encampment, sort of more radical in their
00:12:19.700
chants, and a lot of what they were saying just became sort of explicitly advocating for
00:12:23.640
violence, which, you know, they usually use the word resistance for.
00:12:26.460
Also, it's worth noting, the baseline of the camps was still ethno-nationalist.
00:12:31.440
Their favorite chant, this goes back, like, months, is,
00:12:34.360
which translates to, from the water to the water, from the river to the sea.
00:12:41.400
Palestine will be Arab, which is, like, blatantly ethno-nationalist.
00:12:44.720
So, like, that's, like, that was what we were dealing with first.
00:12:47.660
And, like, now it's more, like, openly pro-Hamas stuff.
00:12:49.940
Especially the signs that they have around the encampment, like, Hindus for intifada,
00:12:57.920
Yeah, you know, I, you know, like Daniel, like Jonah said, it's just vile anti-Semitism
00:13:05.360
It's no longer microaggressions, you know, people always go around saying, oh, it's just
00:13:10.020
Someone standing with a sign that says Al-Qasam's next targets, Al-Qasam is the military wing
00:13:17.040
Calling a student to be their next target, that's not a microaggression.
00:13:19.980
You know, that is real hatred of a type of person, of Jewish people.
00:13:24.060
That's no longer, you know, just safe campus dialogue.
00:13:30.360
I was called to slur off campus Monday by a guy who I'd never seen before and I'll probably
00:13:35.420
Just like, they see you and it's like something in their blood just boils.
00:13:39.940
Now, I want to, I'm going to put Daniel on the spot here for a second because, and we're
00:13:43.280
talking about this, Steve, this is what should be happening on college campuses.
00:13:46.320
Daniel is actually, he claims to be a Democrat.
00:13:49.760
He actually says he's going to vote for Joe Biden.
00:13:51.380
But you look at what's going on here and this, this rise, we were talking about this
00:13:55.000
Antifa, then, then merging into BLM and the extremism kind of growing.
00:14:03.660
Are you still, what is it that, do you see the Democrat party playing into that or liberal
00:14:09.660
leftist thought on campus playing into what we're seeing here?
00:14:14.280
These people very much do not consider themselves Democrat.
00:14:18.860
Like, I think that says a lot about their political opinions.
00:14:21.720
Also, I think the Democratic party is much, much more unified on, in terms of presenting
00:14:25.540
a strong stance against America's enemies than the Republican party is right now.
00:14:29.780
And I would expect at least one major of the, one major member of the squad to get primaried
00:14:36.380
But I do, I want to, I want to ask you one other question.
00:14:40.840
Instead of having, instead of having John, yeah, yeah, go ahead, Steve, go ahead.
00:14:47.260
You stick right there, we're coming right back to you.
00:15:01.520
Hey, folks, if you watch War Room, you know we talk every day about the geopolitical and
00:15:07.600
There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening.
00:15:11.760
The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the Fed.
00:15:22.180
The national debt continues to skyrocket, now significantly north of $34 trillion, causing
00:15:29.220
many to worry when the House of Cards will come crashing down.
00:15:33.340
And a presidential election year that will have massive implications on the future of this
00:15:39.860
All this adds up to instability and uncertainty.
00:15:43.720
And that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:16:45.140
Solidarity with each other, with other colleges, with the Palestinian people.
00:16:49.140
And that is something that the administration cannot take away from us.
00:16:52.220
However, the administration keeps bluffing the students, keeps promising things that
00:17:01.020
And the way they've been treating us is as if we were strangers in our own campus, as
00:17:05.000
if they hadn't been teaching us what we're applying here at this encampment.
00:17:08.660
So I think people are feeling upset and frustrated at this university and at the state of this
00:17:16.400
So, Ben, can you ask our guys up there, right there, one of the young women at Columbia says,
00:17:25.800
What she's upset about is why is the administration coming down on them when all they're applying
00:17:31.960
And you can see from the professors, it looks like they're virtually unanimous in the support
00:17:43.740
She says, hey, we're just applying what we're learning in the classroom.
00:17:46.720
And that's why they're so upset about the administration trying to come down on them.
00:17:55.340
I didn't see any faculty in favor of what was happening out here today.
00:17:58.380
A question to you guys from Steve is, do you think that there's a woman that we just had
00:18:03.120
played the clip of who said, this is all faculty driven.
00:18:06.200
This is what we're just applying what they've taught us how to act.
00:18:09.440
How do you guys, what do you guys think of the faculty and their response?
00:18:13.320
And in particular, when they came out and were supportive of this?
00:18:16.500
You know, I think we have to look at the curriculum at Columbia.
00:18:19.880
We have the core curriculum, which is very famous.
00:18:22.460
Sophomore year, you have to do a great books curriculum on political philosophy.
00:18:25.620
And one of the things you read around this time of year are sort of the revolutionary
00:18:32.520
And it's very much, people feel like it's very much applicable to what they're trying
00:18:35.560
But what they're missing is that you're supposed to critically analyze these texts and discuss
00:18:40.080
them rather than taking the truth for it, right?
00:18:43.000
The class isn't teaching you that Marxism is correct.
00:18:44.880
It's teaching you to critically think about it and engage with it.
00:18:47.840
And what they've done here and what a lot of the faculty have done is weaponize the curriculum
00:18:51.860
to then encourage students to, you know, carry out, you know, encampments and things
00:18:56.320
like that that they see as a revolutionary sort of movement.
00:19:01.880
I think a lot of faculty, well, if you look at early on in December, I think, a study like
00:19:09.760
listed the number of, or the proportion of faculty who had like supported Hamas essentially
00:19:17.160
Um, and also with regards to like Columbia's required texts and the political philosophy
00:19:22.880
There's a lot of revolutionary think, there are a lot of revolutionary thinkers there and
00:19:25.840
you're not encouraged to look critically at them.
00:19:27.800
Uh, there also, there's also a worrying French influence on the curriculum, which I think should
00:19:33.620
Yeah, you know, well, I, I'm in the law school and I think our, I'm not sure how closely our
00:19:37.380
faculty is involved with what's going on, but you know, just some of the faculty that
00:19:41.380
Like for example, Chalene Rodriguez was there a few days ago.
00:19:44.100
She got fired from Hunter College for holding a machete to reporter's neck, if I'm not mistaken.
00:19:49.840
So, you know, these aren't faculty that should be here or anywhere on Columbia University.
00:20:04.200
If they were able to talk to the president of the university and say, Hey, here's the two
00:20:07.680
or three things that think need to be done immediately.
00:20:11.640
So if you could speak to the president, uh, you had their ear, what would your recommendations
00:20:17.440
One, two, three recommendations to the president?
00:20:23.840
Um, I would say, you know, take decisive action, figure it out what it is, what the rules are
00:20:30.600
Uh, you can't have this like wishy-washy back and forth.
00:20:33.320
Like one day you decide you're going to, you know, clear the encampment and then the same
00:20:42.720
And, you know, this past week she's been silent while all of this antisemitism has been sort
00:20:46.640
of raging ever since she appeared in front of Congress.
00:20:49.240
Um, and I, and I just think that, you know, consistently enforcing the rules, sending support
00:20:53.960
to Jewish students, um, but also affirming free speech rights, but not the right to occupy
00:20:59.160
Um, I think all of that, uh, would have made the situation better.
00:21:01.920
Uh, I would say be a consequentialist, look at what your goals are and then try to achieve
00:21:06.940
Um, instead of just, it feels like kind of lashing out instinctively to try and get something
00:21:12.500
Um, I think when she brought the police onto campus last week, she played right into the
00:21:20.480
And the next day the encampment was twice as big and there were like a thousand protesters
00:21:28.120
I would say, President Shafiq, make us feel safe.
00:21:32.720
Let us walk around Columbia University feeling safe, telling Jews to go online and, you know,
00:21:44.580
We're one of the greatest institutions in all of America.
00:21:47.180
You know, we're paying the same tuition as everyone else.
00:21:49.380
We should be allowed to feel safe on this campus.
00:21:51.820
Do what it takes, but don't put us in a situation where we are chased, where we being called the K-word
00:21:56.900
for wearing a yarmulke, like some of my friends, you know, where people are calling to be killed.
00:22:07.060
Ben, also ask them, tell them, we played a super cut where this is metastasizing all
00:22:12.860
What is their warning to the country about what they feel could happen?
00:22:16.080
Because it looks like every college campus, University of Texas, UCLA, it's all starting
00:22:31.260
And, you know, we played that clip at the beginning of the show.
00:22:33.420
What would your message be to other campuses when you start to see this build?
00:22:38.600
Well, I'm glad Columbia is setting the trend for once, although the wrong trend, in my opinion.
00:22:44.400
I think my message would be to actually think critically about what you're engaging in
00:22:49.940
instead of just latching on to the latest social justice trend.
00:22:59.420
And I think a lot of students here are simply here because they don't like the fact that
00:23:04.560
Or, you know, they support, you know, maybe a ceasefire, but they've been sort of roped
00:23:09.100
into also supporting the destruction of the state of Israel.
00:23:11.520
So think critically about what it is, what kind of movement you're joining, what you're
00:23:21.180
My message to campuses across the country is honestly the same as my message to journalists.
00:23:26.420
If you don't want this to happen, don't cover it.
00:23:28.900
The more attention you give them, the more emboldened they feel.
00:23:31.640
The only reason this is happening at other campuses is because it made New York Times,
00:23:35.360
New York Post, every major newspaper was on the front page.
00:23:37.980
Which, that's why they did it everywhere else, because they found something else that'll
00:23:45.700
Stop playing into their hands, even if it makes you feel good about yourself.
00:23:51.700
It's important for America to see this, to see what's going on in our once great institutions.
00:23:55.900
You know, my message is to campuses and to students in campuses is, like Jonas said,
00:24:02.200
No one wants a campus where students feel unsafe, where they feel intimidated, where they feel
00:24:07.100
That is what is happening right now at Columbia University, at Yale, and in many other colleges
00:24:12.500
Think about what you're doing and think about how that's affecting other people.
00:24:19.760
Make sure that people don't feel threatened and are safe going to school and, you know,
00:24:24.800
And I got to tell you, Steve, we definitely need more of this.
00:24:32.740
Ask them, what should the Israeli government, IDF, do with the Hamas brigades in southern
00:24:44.200
What should they do with actually the prosecution of the war?
00:24:47.020
What should, so question, last question is, what do you guys, and you can follow up with that,
00:24:52.580
what do you guys think Israel should do with the Hamas brigades on the Gaza side in southern
00:24:58.280
This may be beyond the undergraduate student pay grade, but, you know, I think that what's
00:25:05.960
missing from the conversation here is, you know, they're saying free Palestine, they're
00:25:13.600
There's never any talk about a long-term solution.
00:25:16.240
You ask them, they say they support, you know, a one-state solution.
00:25:19.740
They support, you know, erasing Israel and, you know, establishing something alternative,
00:25:24.880
So I think, you know, my perspective would just be that we need to be having the conversation
00:25:31.280
about sort of what is the end game for the war.
00:25:34.240
And as Daniel was talking about before we went live, discussing what's a realistic solution
00:25:38.420
and how we can have actual long-term peace without, you know, having unrealistic demands
00:25:45.200
I think in terms of what Israel needs to do, the biggest thing Israel needs to do is decide
00:25:50.200
Come up with a realistic goal, and then you can start moving towards it.
00:25:53.680
Also, in terms of, like, being on campus, I don't believe in this rhetoric of fear.
00:25:57.600
I don't think you should define yourself by what you're scared of, especially on campus
00:26:01.420
I've had a lot of admitted students who are Jewish reach out to me and say, oh, do you
00:26:07.400
Their goal is to scare away Jewish students from this school.
00:26:13.980
Come up with a clear goal and move forward towards it in a realistic manner.
00:26:19.900
Well, in terms of what Israel needs to do, I think it's clear.
00:26:24.840
Those are the priorities, and they need to do that in a way that, you know, harms the
00:26:35.860
I know you're going to have a lot up later, but thanks to guys for doing this.
00:26:43.140
And I got to say, man, these guys are smarter than I am.
00:26:53.520
At Ben Berquam on all social media, frontlineamerica.com, americasvoice.news.
00:26:57.540
I'll be here tomorrow morning, and then I'm actually going to be flying to Romania for an
00:27:03.720
We'll be back at the courthouse with President Trump tomorrow.
00:27:13.260
And I understand people, a lot of our audience members are not thrilled by some of the responses
00:27:20.200
I still think the most powerful thing said was by that young woman.
00:27:27.780
She's just applying what they learn in the classrooms.
00:27:29.760
You have the end of the progressive world order.
00:27:37.360
It's going to be at every major and, quite frankly, minor college, I think, in the next
00:27:45.180
These administrations, Columbia has already cratered.
00:27:47.020
They've already canceled classes for the rest of the time.
00:27:50.420
You have to understand these people are chanting death to America.
00:27:53.540
And my question is, why are the ones there on student visas or why are the ones there,
00:27:58.600
they're illegal aliens that have come into this thing.
00:28:00.660
Why are they not rounded up and deported immediately?
00:28:05.260
And for Mike Johnson, I hope you're sticking around and going to be down there in front of
00:28:10.380
I hope you got President Trump's back, like you have the students at Columbia.
00:28:14.240
I hope you're down there sitting in the front row when President Trump is persecuted again.
00:28:19.200
And I hope you get on a plane and then go to the southern border and make another big,
00:28:25.920
Hey, you're not going to let anybody else in here.
00:28:27.520
You're going to stop the invasion before you give one penny to Ukraine.
00:28:33.940
Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the
00:28:49.300
virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?
00:28:54.180
Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative
00:29:00.180
Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.
00:29:07.380
Companies like Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion.
00:29:12.080
Financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.
00:29:16.620
Makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models.
00:29:21.580
And beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer.
00:29:28.940
Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.
00:29:39.840
Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, and our constitution at publicsq.com.
00:29:50.980
Public Square is an app and website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses
00:29:56.580
from all different industries that share your value for life, family, and freedom.
00:30:01.720
Whether you're looking to buy coffee, find a new athletic clothing that knows what a woman is,
00:30:06.960
and shop for clean skin care, or simply find a new restaurant in your community that won't lecture you about your political views.
00:30:17.480
Public Square also offers discounts to many high-quality businesses on the platform
00:30:22.600
so that you can actually receive incentive for spending money with companies that don't hate you.
00:30:28.200
Public Square is free to join as a consumer or a business owner.
00:30:36.380
Remember, either as a consumer or a business owner.
00:30:52.600
You haven't seen anything on the turbulence yet.
00:30:55.120
I think they've called out, I think they've got the police on the horses down at University of Tennessee.
00:30:59.020
You see, the University of Texas, University of Tennessee, we'll find out.
00:31:01.740
But this is spreading all over the country, as we told you it would,
00:31:04.800
because you have a Sharia supremacist uprising bolstered.
00:31:14.440
And now it's turned against one of the most parts of the progressive part of the country.
00:31:20.840
But the symptoms in the commons, the problems in the faculty senate and in the administration,
00:31:32.860
And MSNBC and everybody went crazy the other day when I said they've got to purge all the progressive professors.
00:31:37.020
Yes, they have to purge all the progressive professors.
00:31:40.640
They're the ones that are injecting this bacillus.
00:31:50.980
We're angry at the professors because this is what we learn in the classroom.
00:31:56.420
And they don't understand what they're being taught.
00:31:59.280
And they're sitting there going, well, hold it.
00:32:03.400
And you saw the other day with the professors to a person.
00:32:07.080
Now, I realize the students there, I think, make a pretty good case about, hey, a lot of this is coming from humanities.
00:32:11.300
But humanities is the central part of Columbia College, the college part of it, the great books program.
00:32:17.260
They said they teach the revolutionary thinkers in the second year, and particularly the spring of the second year.
00:32:32.040
But you're seeing the end of the progressive world order.
00:32:36.340
And if you don't think we've got turbulence, there's going to be a lot more turbulence.
00:32:39.720
Think about what the Democratic convention is going to be like in Chicago.
00:32:43.620
Of course, they're going to turn out and turn on Trump, too.
00:32:47.420
And how many Trump supporters do you think there are Columbia?
00:32:52.340
Cernovich is saying, show me why I should be interested.
00:32:58.760
I got two sets of communists going after each other.
00:33:05.560
Also, for the big Jewish donors said they're going to cut off Columbia.
00:33:09.120
But what are you going to put the money to to get the word out that Sharia supremacist supremacism is the problem?
00:33:19.960
And quite frankly, the young guys there didn't really have great responses about what the IDF should do in the Israeli government.
00:33:28.780
They're not shy about they want the end of Israel.
00:33:39.200
But who's standing up and saying, hey, that's the problem.
00:33:45.640
And now it's at every campus in the United States.
00:33:48.800
And don't think southern campuses is going to be get away with it or western campuses.
00:33:55.020
The great University of Texas and UCLA is going to spread everywhere.
00:34:06.120
But start with your thoughts on this revolt on college campuses.
00:34:12.640
And the thing is, young people are just following the marching orders of the administration, of the teachers.
00:34:19.600
I went to high school on George Washington University's campus during 2016.
00:34:24.640
I witnessed, as kids, walked out of the classroom for climate change, walked out of the classroom for the Women's March,
00:34:31.360
walked out of the classroom in protest when Trump was declared victor.
00:34:37.580
Our higher education institutions have become indoctrination centers.
00:34:46.240
And every Jewish donor, every Jewish parent should be outraged.
00:34:50.480
But further than outrage, they need to stop funding them, stop paying tuition, stop donating to the school.
00:34:57.560
This is why we're seeing that our higher education institutions, they aren't trusted anymore.
00:35:02.560
You know, I'm here to talk about the Harvard Youth Poll.
00:35:05.040
It shows that our institutions are at an all-time low for trust.
00:35:09.400
It shows that young people do not believe that these are places to get an education,
00:35:14.160
but it's rather a place to fear for their lives in some cases,
00:35:18.360
fear that their opinions are going to cause them to be physically harmed and they are afraid to speak up.
00:35:25.460
Jane Zirkle, when Jane Zirkle started working as an intern for Rudy's cause, Rudy's lawyer,
00:35:32.500
And your high school on GW campus, you were being attacked because you supported President Trump,
00:35:39.280
had assigned support of President Trump, and I think wore a MAGA hat, correct?
00:35:41.940
You wore a red hat. That was your violations, and they wanted to physically beat you up.
00:35:47.260
They wanted to beat you up. They wanted to physically harm you for standing up for President Trump.
00:35:58.180
And in a way, you know, people always say things happen for a reason,
00:36:01.460
and I always have to say, had that not happened, I wouldn't be sitting with you here today.
00:36:05.800
So it's all part of God's plan, but this definitely hits home for me big time.
00:36:09.440
I know what it's like. I know what it's like to feel like when you can't speak up for yourself.
00:36:13.620
And as you saw in those interviews, those young men, the more and more they talked
00:36:17.460
and the more and more they looked to their left and right and saw, hey, there's people who have common sense just like me.
00:36:22.640
They became more and more emboldened, and that's what, on college campuses, they are trying to squash.
00:36:29.620
It's why a third of college students feel like they cannot express their opinion on college campuses currently,
00:36:35.420
and the ones who do are overwhelmingly far-left Democrat.
00:36:40.880
Okay, hang on for a second, Jay, we're going to come back to you.
00:36:43.020
By the way, we've got the fifth installment of the End of the Dollar Empire about loss of economic freedom.
00:36:48.060
You see the loss of free speech on these campuses?
00:36:53.360
Get the End of the Dollar Empire, the fifth free installment's there right now,
00:36:57.060
about central bank digital currency, the buying of gold, the end of Bretton Woods,
00:37:01.100
all of it, I want to get you totally up to speed.
00:37:03.940
I'm trying to break it down on maybe Friday, Saturday show.
00:37:09.900
Tiffany, to show you what the administrative state and the Biden regime thinks of women
00:37:15.760
and thinks of our American citizens, walk me through another outrage regarding Title IX.
00:37:23.480
Yes, the Biden administration just, they had proposed changes to Title IX,
00:37:28.380
and now they have issued those changes that will go into effect on August 1st.
00:37:32.360
And, you know, in 1972, Congress passed Title IX.
00:37:35.580
They enacted Title IX to ensure equal opportunity for all students, regardless of sex.
00:37:40.780
And so I know a lot of people understand Title IX when it comes to the sports issue.
00:37:51.140
And so we're going to talk about that with Kim Herman from Southeastern Legal Foundation
00:37:58.680
And I say there, it erases women and girls, ignores the Constitution, eliminates due process,
00:38:04.000
compels speech, and strips parents of their fundamental rights.
00:38:07.420
What's very important for people to understand is a lot of the things that you've been seeing
00:38:11.620
that I've come on your show and talked about, the things that are happening in Washington State,
00:38:15.520
in Oregon, in California, where you have children being taught that they could be a boy today or a girl
00:38:20.800
or maybe a tree, or you have private conversations happening behind the backs of parents
00:38:25.560
about sexual orientation and gender identity with students,
00:38:28.520
all of those things will be allowed now with the weight of the federal government.
00:38:33.060
Steve, these Title IX regulations are going to supersede all state laws,
00:38:36.880
all the hard work we've done to protect parental rights around the country.
00:38:40.560
Hold it, hang on, give me this again, because Title IX came in, it was very positive of women's sports.
00:38:47.200
All of a sudden you had little girls playing team sports all over, really changed, I think,
00:38:51.440
to a larger extent the direction of America made little girls more competitive, more, you know,
00:38:55.840
knew about teamwork, etc. So I had it very positive.
00:38:59.480
They've taken Title IX now, and what have they specifically added to this
00:39:03.640
that would supersede all the fights we've had at the state level?
00:39:06.740
They've expanded the interpretation of sex to include sex stereotypes, sex characteristics,
00:39:13.860
sexual orientation, and gender identity. And it is, in doing so, they have erased decades of progress
00:39:20.280
while eroding parental rights and due process. So it really, Steve, you know, before we have
00:39:27.700
biological truth, there are men and there are women. Now in the schools, gender identity will be a
00:39:33.340
protected class, sexual orientation. So this means boys on your girls' sports teams. This means boys
00:39:40.580
in girls' bathrooms. And as I said before, this means that if the school, the government school,
00:39:48.300
thinks that you will not affirm your child's wish to change their gender, they now have a law that,
00:39:54.260
in effect, will protect them and will give them the opportunity to engage with your child in
00:39:59.660
discussions and put them on a social transition plan in school. And they have the right to keep
00:40:04.360
that from you if they consider you to be a harm. And being religious, being known to be a devout
00:40:10.860
Catholic, for example, could be considered, and in some places, has already been considered
00:40:15.420
harmful to your child because you will not change their gender as they wish.
00:40:19.740
So very important for people to understand that this is changing the culture. These new regulations
00:40:25.300
will completely change what it means to be a parent and the protections that we have as parents
00:40:35.580
So how could they just do this by saying we're going to change? Title IX was passed.
00:40:40.220
They've got regulations that are approved. How could they just, by fiat, change this? Doesn't Congress
00:40:45.780
have a sign-off here? I mean, is this all of a sudden become the law of the land?
00:40:50.420
This is the law of the land. This is, in effect, a law that supersedes state law. Congress could come
00:40:56.820
in here and speak to this issue. Members of Congress could come out right now and say,
00:41:03.340
we want to define sex as being men and women, and we're not including gender identity or sexual
00:41:08.900
orientation. And they have the ability to do that. Two-thirds of either the House or the Senate could come
00:41:14.320
and strike this rule down. Now, President Biden won't care about that. But I think we need to
00:41:18.980
get him on the record, right? I want Peter Doocy or somebody who is interviewing President Biden to
00:41:24.260
say, what is a woman, President Biden? Do you understand this is going to mean that little
00:41:28.380
girls are going to have their places taken on sports teams? Do you understand that this is going
00:41:32.380
to mean that parents are not going to have the right to direct the upbringing of their children
00:41:36.520
and that secrets are being kept from parents? That CPS, Child Protective Services,
00:41:41.100
could be sicked on parents who are not willing to go along with this. And again,
00:41:45.760
Steve, we've seen this happen. I think I spoke on your show about a woman named Abigail Martinez.
00:41:51.360
Her daughter, Yaley, was put into a social gender transition program at the age of 15 in California.
00:41:58.040
She took her life. While the government thought that they knew better for Yaley and told her mom,
00:42:03.220
Abigail, that she needed to not talk about God with her child, that her child could not live in the
00:42:07.600
home with her because she wouldn't affirm the gender change. The government stepped in and did
00:42:11.560
this. They drove a wedge between the parent and the child. And so while Title IX is being sold,
00:42:17.620
I say don't buy the left's line on Title IX. It's being sold as protections for LGBTQ students.
00:42:23.860
We need to be talking about ABCs and one, two, threes in school, not ideologies. We need to get
00:42:28.400
back to the basics in American education. And we need to know that parents are the number one driver
00:42:33.520
of student success in anything, including this new rule, which will drive parents away from their
00:42:43.500
9 p.m. tonight, you're going to have a Twitter space with Carrie Sheffield of Heritage. And who
00:42:50.800
It's Sarah Parshall Perry from Heritage Foundation and Kim Herman from Southeastern Legal Foundation.
00:42:56.580
And Sarah worked in the Trump administration in the Department of Education. And she's an attorney.
00:43:01.420
Kim is an attorney as well. And so we're going to answer questions. We're going to talk about the
00:43:04.740
history of Title IX, what Obama tried to do in 2015, what President Trump did when he stepped
00:43:09.820
in and rescinded what President Obama tried to do with Title IX. And then we're going to bring
00:43:15.500
everyone up to speed now and let people know what to expect. We'll do a couple calls to action.
00:43:20.300
There are things that you can do. You can be emailing your legislator, calling your legislator's
00:43:24.620
office and telling them that you want them to vote down these new rules. And we need to mobilize
00:43:29.680
on the ground level. Steve, we just sent a letter to Governor Cox and to the National Governors
00:43:34.720
Association and to a number of attorney generals around the country offering our support. We are here
00:43:39.700
at Moms for Liberty to help governors, state superintendents to stand up against these rules.
00:43:46.220
And Kate Brumley of Louisiana, Ellen Weaver of South Carolina, these are state superintendents
00:43:51.440
that are already giving guidance to teachers saying, no, no, no, we are not changing what we are doing
00:43:55.900
in our state right now. You will wait to hear from me before you enact any new changes regarding how
00:44:04.640
Okay, Grace and Mo will put up this tonight. We'll stream it tonight. Where do people go for
00:44:09.340
information about Moms for Liberty and your fight here?
00:44:12.140
Yeah, go to momsforliberty.org. Click on the map. See if you have a chapter near you or start a chapter.
00:44:17.700
Here's why this is important. Moms for Liberty is bringing people together. We're unifying people
00:44:22.720
across the country, and it is going to take all of us. We are going to need to work together to
00:44:26.680
have a loud voice to demand change when it comes to this rule and all of the other freedoms and
00:44:32.060
liberties that are being taken by our government. It is time to put the American federal government
00:44:37.060
back in its box. Yeah. Tiffany, thank you very much. Short commercial break. Jane Zerko on the other side.

Okay, we couldn't do this show without a great team under the leadership of Parker Sig in Denver, Colorado. And one of the key
00:47:00.800
members of that is Trey. He's leaving us after a couple of years. Going to try his hand in some other things. And we wish him
00:47:08.400
the best. And couldn't do it without the great team in Denver. One of our key members today. But I don't think you'll notice
00:47:15.180
any quality change because the team right there has come together. We've got training up some new
00:47:19.260
people. But Trey, thank you for the effort. And the guys in Denver, I'm on them
00:47:23.380
yelling and screaming all the time. But they know it's all for the common good. So
00:47:27.100
thanks, guys. And of course, our crack team here in the Warren production. It's a fantastic
00:47:31.260
team. Jane Zirkle knows that. She's been there. She's been there behind
00:47:38.620
Title IX. Your thoughts on what Tiffany Justice just said.
00:47:43.180
Yeah, well, this goes hand in hand with the data from the Harvard Youth Poll, where we see that
00:47:48.940
margin tightening once again with President Trump. 45% to President Trump's now 37%. We are in single
00:47:57.640
digits now. If you compare that to 2020, from Biden's 51% to President Trump's 28%. Huge strides for him.
00:48:05.660
But I really want to stress that it is the young men in the 18 to 29-year-old age category that are
00:48:11.820
driving this. Because while there is only a lead by six percentage points towards Biden,
00:48:16.780
there is a lead by 33 percentage points towards Biden amongst young women. And that goes hand in
00:48:24.120
hand, unfortunately, with the trend we've seen with young women increasingly voting for Democrats,
00:48:29.180
increasingly leaning towards the left, versus young men are staying relatively the same on the
00:48:34.180
conservative front. But the issue is, women, when they are voting for Biden, they are quite
00:48:38.820
literally voting for their elimination. What he did just a few days ago with Title IX is absolutely
00:48:44.600
disgusting. Implementing this gender identity garbage into what once was a great protection for
00:48:52.060
women's sports. It's absolutely outrageous. And very similarly to how Jewish people could possibly
00:48:57.540
support Joe Biden, it's a really big question as to how women could support Joe Biden in the wake of
00:49:03.100
this. Jane, where do people get to you on Instagram and all your social media? Where do they go?
00:49:10.460
You can find me at Jane Zirkle on Twitter, Getter, Instagram, and YouTube.
00:49:17.860
Jane, thank you. Thank you for hanging around. Thank you for doing this today live from our Palm Beach
00:49:21.900
studios, Real America's Voice. Times of turbulence. Turbulence is only going to get worse. This is why
00:49:28.180
we do the macro, but I think it's very important for you, particularly given Jim Rickards today,
00:49:33.480
what he had to say, and some other reports out about where gold's going to and where it's driving
00:49:38.380
towards. So go to Birch Gold Group. One of the things we do with sponsors, we make you, we make them
00:49:42.860
commit to give access to their senior people. That's one of the reasons we're fortunate enough to have
00:49:46.480
Lindell on all the time. But go to Birch Gold Group, slash band, you get the end of the dollar empire,
00:49:51.280
but you also get access to Philip Patrick and the entire team. Put the questions of them, ask them,
00:49:56.600
immerse yourself in the information. Of course, also what we're trying to do is build the alternative
00:50:01.320
economy. That's where we're always pushing my pillow and the other sponsors we have. One of
00:50:06.920
the great ones is Public Square. Michael Seifert was in Silicon Valley, left Silicon Valley because he
00:50:12.120
thought he could build a really a marketplace to have companies that don't hate your values, don't
00:50:18.800
hate what you stand for. You see what's happening in these college campuses? You don't support that.
00:50:23.540
Okay. You don't need to keep giving money to companies that do support that. What you do is
00:50:28.920
go to publicsquare.com. They've got the name now. It's not public SQ, publicsquare.com. Go check it
00:50:34.580
out today and, and make sure that you get access either on their app or their website to the tens
00:50:40.740
of thousands of companies that support your value, support your values and have great products and
00:50:45.540
services. Publicsquare.com. Michael Seifert in the team. Our six o'clock show is going to be on fire.
00:50:51.760
One of the things we're going to start doing is profiling people in the precinct strategy
00:50:55.520
that have had to fight, fight, fight, and are now getting real traction. We're going to go to
00:51:01.620
Illinois here in a moment. You're going to see, I keep saying, and Mike Lindell's telling us all the
00:51:05.880
time, Illinois's a red state, just trying to bust out. Mike Lindell, what do you got for us, brother?
00:51:12.360
Well, I'm just reading a little bit about me here, Steve, in the news again. I want to tell
00:51:17.200
everybody that tonight on my show on Lindell TV, we are going to kind of go backtrack the last three
00:51:23.860
years and show everybody where we're at right now. You know, there's setbacks out there, sure,
00:51:28.520
but we just keep going ahead and trudging ahead and we're getting through. And you can also check
00:51:33.500
out Lindellplan.com, everybody, to find out everything we're doing. And you're right, Steve,
00:51:39.000
even states like Illinois, because we're going to leave no county behind. And this is all,
00:51:46.780
I really give the War Room Posse a lot of credit for everything here, because it was a big distraction
00:51:52.400
when they attacked my pillow for the last nine months that has been under attack. And great news,
00:51:58.720
we're at full capacity. I'll tell you, the spirits are up, Steve, everybody. And my employees and I,
00:52:04.740
we wanted to give back to the War Room Posse. So we still have these, they're called the revival
00:52:11.320
pillows. These are the American flag pillows. You're going to get one free with every single order.
00:52:18.700
It's a roll and go anywhere pillow. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. It's a five star,
00:52:25.860
it's got an American flag on there with a five star American star, not this eight star Islamic star
00:52:32.640
that you've seen ever, including on the new flag they're trying to get for the great state of
00:52:36.020
Minnesota. I'd love the original flag. I don't even know why they're considering this.
00:52:40.000
That's disgusting what they're doing. Very disgusting. And I'll tell you, like our real
00:52:45.460
president says, he loves our flag. We love our flag. So here you get the MyPillow, the flag,
00:52:51.280
don't go anywhere MyPillow for free with any order. Use that promo code War Room, you guys.
00:52:57.060
Go there, go down to the square where you see Steve there and click on that. And the best
00:53:02.620
specials in the country are right there. We've got the, what you guys have all been getting,
00:53:07.440
about 50% of you have been taking advantage of that $25 for any king or queen size MyPillow or the
00:53:14.380
MyPillow 2.0, buy one, get one free. Remember, and then also you've got those sandals for $9.50,
00:53:21.940
everybody. Get a pair of them, get the $30 MyPillow free. You can't go wrong. This is the biggest
00:53:27.980
specials we've ever had. And it's a gift back from my employees to all of you. Remember,
00:53:32.720
they attacked my employee-owned company. They've canceled us everywhere. But we were able to get
00:53:37.960
through all that with flying colors. Call 800-873-1062. These are my employees. They can't
00:53:45.720
wait to talk to you. I'll give you that free Roll and Go pillow, the American flag. And it's functional.
00:53:51.560
It's the best bill you ever get to sleep on. And so, Steve, we want to thank you guys so much.
00:53:56.320
So, 6 o'clock, we've got another hour to go. It's going to be incredible when everybody
00:54:02.080
will stick around. Then at Lou Dobbs is after that. You've got Mike Lindell is going to come
00:54:06.020
up at 8 o'clock. You've got the Twitter space at 9, and we'll stream that everywhere. So we've
00:54:12.320
got a lot going on. Mike, thank you so much. The 6 o'clock hour, here's what I want to do. I want
00:54:17.720
to talk about some success stories, but also success stories that take, how do I say this,
00:54:24.220
commitment? Also, Raheem's got a new piece up in National Pulse, What the F is Mike Johnson
00:54:30.000
doing? Raheem Kassam, we'll push it all out. We'll see you back here in about two minutes,
00:54:36.120
three minutes, for the second hour of The War Room. Back in a moment.
00:54:47.640
