00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:53.000 It's Thursday, 25 April, year of our Lord, 2024.
00:00:56.000 No cold open because we have nothing but hot news today.
00:01:01.000 Supreme Court.
00:01:02.000 We're going to go there right now with Julie Kelly and Mike Davis.
00:01:05.000 We've also got President Trump with an incredible rally this morning at 6 a.m.
00:01:09.000 with steel workers.
00:01:11.000 David Ziers, they're covering that.
00:01:12.000 We've also got the court case.
00:01:14.000 We can't find a crime, so we're going to continue to follow the criminal conspiracy against President Trump.
00:01:19.000 Arizona.
00:01:20.000 I think 17 folks indicted by a fake attorney general that, you know, stole the election with 208 votes.
00:01:28.000 Also, the economy crashing GDP with massive federal spending.
00:01:33.000 A trillion dollars added on federal spending.
00:01:35.000 A trillion dollars added every 100 days.
00:01:38.000 Growth 1.6 percent.
00:01:40.000 We're going to get to all that just in the first hour.
00:01:42.000 Let's start with Julie Kelly.
00:01:44.000 Julie, you're going to be live tweeting because it's on audio.
00:01:48.000 We're going to pick it up, too.
00:01:50.000 Talk to us about what's going to happen in the court today on this historic argument about presidential immunity.
00:01:57.000 So this is oral arguments in Donald J. Trump versus the U.S.
00:02:02.000 And this relates to lower court rulings in Washington, D.C., one by Tanya Chutkin, an Obama appointee,
00:02:09.000 and another three-judge panel, which had two Biden appointees on it, that for the first time argued and concluded that it's a ban-based criminal prosecution in the office.
00:02:22.000 So this has been a litigation release since last October.
00:02:27.000 Donald Trump's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss last October.
00:02:31.000 Jack Smith's four-count indictment related to the events of January 6th and overturned the 2020 election.
00:02:38.000 Two months later, Judge Chutkin handed down her historical ruling saying that presidents are not protected by immunity to hand-based prosecution.
00:02:48.000 That was the appellate court in January.
00:02:51.000 And a month later, this is how quickly this has all transpired.
00:02:55.000 A month later, this three-judge panel, two Biden appointees, upheld Chutkin's decision.
00:03:00.000 And that is what the justices will hear about today.
00:03:06.000 Okay, Julie's going to join us at five with her assessment.
00:03:09.000 You're coming in a little broken on the phone, so we'll let you...
00:03:11.000 Julie, where do people go right now to follow your Twitter feed?
00:03:14.000 You're going to be giving real-time, because you can hear the arguments on the audio, but obviously no cameras.
00:03:20.000 You're going to be giving real-time commentary.
00:03:22.000 Where do people go?
00:03:24.000 So people can follow along on my Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly too.
00:03:29.000 And that's where I will be live tweeting.
00:03:32.000 The proceedings are available on C-SPAN and also the Supreme Court website.
00:03:36.000 And then I will get you guys up to speed later tonight about what the arguments involved.
00:03:41.000 Last thing before we go, the true criminal, the heart of the criminal conspiracy as you've unveiled it, a center of that is Jack Smith in this Florida situation.
00:03:54.000 Have you heard any Republican voices at all coming out to go buck wild on this as a criminal conspiracy?
00:04:01.000 Has anybody backed your or asked you for your, you know, the unredacted version that you've been putting out that's so powerful?
00:04:08.000 No, they have not.
00:04:11.000 I don't even know who's read it.
00:04:13.000 Oh, it's amazing.
00:04:16.000 Julie Kelly, thank you.
00:04:17.000 We will go.
00:04:18.000 We're streaming your Twitter feed right now.
00:04:21.000 Everybody, we got to have two platforms up today to follow this.
00:04:24.000 Julie, thank you so much.
00:04:26.000 We'll let you go back to work.
00:04:27.000 Thanks, Steve.
00:04:28.000 Talk to you tonight.
00:04:29.000 Thanks.
00:04:30.000 Julie Kelly will be with us at five o'clock.
00:04:33.000 Let's go to Mike Davis, our own Mike Davis outside of the Supreme Court.
00:04:36.000 Mike, can you set the historical precedent?
00:04:38.000 This is a pretty important day at the Supreme Court.
00:04:41.000 You've covered a couple of three of them.
00:04:43.000 You've actually worked for Justice Gorsuch.
00:04:45.000 You made sure that people actually got got approved to actually sit on the Supreme Court.
00:04:51.000 Tell us about this today.
00:04:52.000 How big a deal is this?
00:04:55.000 This is a monumental case today before the Supreme Court.
00:04:58.000 It's one of the most important cases that the Supreme Court will ever decide in its history.
00:05:04.000 And the case comes down to this.
00:05:07.000 Whether the President of the United States, any President of the United States, is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts.
00:05:17.000 Federal judges are immune from criminal prosecution for their official acts.
00:05:32.000 Why wouldn't the few?
00:05:33.000 Why wouldn't the President of the United States?
00:05:35.000 No fake news?
00:05:36.000 Hey man.
00:05:37.000 Get the hell out of here.
00:05:38.000 I can stay wherever I want.
00:05:39.000 No fake news.
00:05:40.000 What's up?
00:05:41.000 Get him out of here.
00:05:43.000 Why wouldn't the President of the United States be immune from criminal prosecution for his official...
00:05:48.000 is official. I will.
00:05:49.420 I will.
00:05:52.760 Mike Davis is going to punch your lights out.
00:05:57.620 That's what he's going to do. He's a feisty
00:05:59.840 Irishman.
00:06:03.220 Davis,
00:06:03.620 the good news is that
00:06:06.920 they know where to go.
00:06:09.660 They know that you're going to lay down
00:06:11.280 the law on this thing.
00:06:13.680 Mike, outside,
00:06:15.860 it doesn't seem like there's a lot of protesters.
00:06:17.660 I mean, you've attracted some, but
00:06:19.560 it looks like a pretty thin
00:06:21.680 anti-Trump turnout.
00:06:26.080 Well, I mean, I don't know why Trump
00:06:27.560 supporters need to be here.
00:06:29.720 I mean,
00:06:30.020 this
00:06:31.580 should not be a political rally, but the
00:06:35.620 Democrats have turned this into a political rally
00:06:37.480 because Democrats
00:06:39.080 fear that the Supreme Court is going to
00:06:41.620 rule for President Trump
00:06:43.520 as they should, and it's going to
00:06:45.520 end their lawfare against President Trump.
00:06:47.660 I'm going to kill him.
00:06:52.240 Mike, you're doing great.
00:06:53.720 I tell you what, let us jump
00:06:55.740 here for a second.
00:06:56.660 I'm going to let you, I will let
00:06:57.660 our producer work with the situation
00:06:59.440 there, and we'll come right back to you in a
00:07:00.720 second, okay?
00:07:01.920 Our own Mike Davis.
00:07:03.640 You see how they've, they've already targeted
00:07:05.480 Mike Davis because they know the truth.
00:07:07.180 Hey, here's the reality.
00:07:09.320 This is a huge case today.
00:07:11.100 Remember a couple of years ago during the
00:07:13.060 Biden, or excuse me, Obama,
00:07:15.800 the Obama administration,
00:07:17.740 they took out the, they took
00:07:19.340 out the, the guy and his
00:07:21.320 son in Yemen
00:07:22.340 as an American citizen.
00:07:24.360 And look, I'm not saying there's some of these guys that shouldn't have been taken out.
00:07:27.520 Right?
00:07:27.980 He was a hardcore, he was a hardcore
00:07:30.040 jihadist.
00:07:30.980 But it gets down to the fact, could
00:07:32.840 President Obama be charged
00:07:34.960 with a crime of going after an American citizen
00:07:36.880 without a warrant, without due process, everything
00:07:38.820 like that?
00:07:39.400 This has all come down because
00:07:41.120 President Trump
00:07:42.840 in his duties as President of the United
00:07:45.020 States were performing certain
00:07:46.820 duties.
00:07:47.800 And of course, all they were trying
00:07:49.000 to do at the, all they're trying to do at the time
00:07:50.780 is criminally prosecute.
00:07:52.660 They're trying to criminalize what President
00:07:54.660 Trump did as President of the United States
00:07:56.760 with his official duties
00:07:58.220 during his term.
00:07:59.600 And that's why this is such a historic,
00:08:01.440 this is why it's such a historic,
00:08:02.960 historic case.
00:08:04.420 Also, other big,
00:08:05.640 other big developments today.
00:08:07.100 We're going to go back to the Supreme
00:08:08.120 Court in a second as soon as we get some
00:08:09.560 good order and discipline around
00:08:11.540 there.
00:08:12.200 We've got a package from this morning,
00:08:13.920 President Trump,
00:08:15.140 the team around him.
00:08:16.480 But, and this, I want to give a hat
00:08:17.860 tip to,
00:08:19.500 to Gavin Wax.
00:08:21.820 I want to give a hat tip to New York
00:08:23.880 Young Republicans Club.
00:08:25.060 And I want to give a hat tip to Vish Burr
00:08:26.460 and the entire team there.
00:08:28.100 They had a great rally for President Trump
00:08:30.100 at, I think, 6 a.m.
00:08:31.800 this morning,
00:08:32.480 totally unannounced,
00:08:33.980 with steelworkers.
00:08:34.860 David Zier was there.
00:08:35.720 Can we go ahead and play the package
00:08:36.840 of David Zier,
00:08:37.700 and then we'll go right back to David Zier.
00:08:40.100 USA!
00:08:42.380 USA!
00:08:43.820 USA!
00:08:45.220 USA!
00:08:46.500 USA!
00:08:47.940 USA!
00:08:48.220 USA!
00:08:48.300 USA!
00:08:48.500 USA!
00:08:48.900 USA!
00:08:49.300 USA!
00:08:49.500 USA!
00:08:49.700 USA!
00:08:50.000 USA!
00:08:50.700 USA!
00:08:51.300 USA!
00:08:51.700 USA!
00:08:51.900 USA!
00:08:52.300 USA!
00:08:52.700 USA!

00:08:54.900 USA!
00:08:55.300 USA!
00:08:55.900 USA!
00:08:56.300 USA!
00:08:57.300 We're very close in New York, I understand, and we're leading in the country by a lot.
00:09:09.300 A poll just came out a little while ago, as you saw yesterday, that we're up in every swing
00:09:14.720 state and up by a lot in every swing state.
00:09:17.500 So, I think we're going to do very well, and we're going to make a play for New York.
00:09:21.500 They said, I just heard there was a very good poll came out, normally, a Democrat will
00:09:26.300 win New York.
00:09:27.500 Biden is the worst president in history, and we have some very bad people here, but we have
00:09:31.500 the greatest people, and they're right behind me.
00:09:33.500 And they all want us to run, and we're going to run very hard in New York.
00:09:37.500 New York, we have a good chance of winning New York, in my opinion, but we're going to
00:09:40.500 give it a shot.
00:09:42.300 We're over here with Rob Bartels, a business manager for Local 638 Steamfitters.
00:09:48.500 Pretty crazy day this morning, right?
00:09:50.500 Very busy day, yes.
00:09:51.500 He was good to see the president.
00:09:52.500 What a reception he got, right, from the construction workers on the ground in New York
00:09:57.500 City.
00:09:58.500 Yes, he did.
00:09:59.500 He resonates very well with the people of New York City, being a New Yorker himself.
00:10:04.500 He knows how to talk to people.
00:10:07.500 They love what he's got to say.
00:10:10.500 With what's gone on the last four years in this country, pretty much all the construction
00:10:15.500 workers that I speak to are about fed up with it.
00:10:19.500 Yeah, yeah.
00:10:20.500 Desperation and keeping up with inflation.
00:10:23.500 You know, even if you make a good wage, you're not making forward progress.
00:10:27.500 And that's the story of New York City, right?
00:10:29.500 There's definitely a sea change in the air here.
00:10:32.500 There absolutely is.
00:10:33.500 And my members have made it very clear at my union meetings who they want to support.
00:10:40.500 It's a little early for us to endorse anybody yet.
00:10:43.500 We have 9,000 members.
00:10:44.500 We have a presidential poll I put out.
00:10:47.500 That presidential poll right now, Trump is leading three to one over Biden.
00:10:51.500 Wow.
00:10:52.500 Pretty extraordinary numbers.
00:10:53.500 And we know Trump helped build some of the skyline in New York, used union labor, right?
00:10:58.500 I actually worked for Donald Trump in 1986 when he took the Wallman rink over.
00:11:02.500 And he actually remembered me when his team spoke to him.
00:11:07.500 I actually have in this envelope the invitations he sent me, which I had him sign today.
00:11:12.500 But he was great to the members.
00:11:14.500 He took very good care of us.
00:11:15.500 You know, while we were doing that rink for him, he wanted to get it done from the city.
00:11:19.500 And we got it done for him.
00:11:21.500 Local 638 got that job done for him.
00:11:23.500 All right.
00:11:24.500 Well, Rob Bartels of Local 638 Steamfitters, I want to thank you for joining us.
00:11:29.500 And, you know, a pretty epic day here in New York City.
00:11:32.500 Once again, Trump up in Harlem, down here with the workers in the city.
00:11:37.500 Any last words?
00:11:38.500 Well, you heard.
00:11:39.500 You saw the crowd that he had behind him of construction workers.
00:11:42.500 And not only for my union, many unions that are on this construction side at 270 Park Avenue.
00:11:48.500 So the only other thing I could say is he resonates with what the working class wants.
00:11:56.500 Yeah.
00:11:57.500 All right.
00:11:58.500 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:11:59.500 Really nice to meet you guys.
00:12:00.500 Have a great day.
00:12:01.500 Excellent.
00:12:02.500 Thank you, Rob.
00:12:03.500 Take care, guys.
00:12:04.500 Thank you.
00:12:05.500 It resonates with what the working class wants.
00:12:07.500 This is a show of force.
00:12:10.500 Joe Biden can't do that.
00:12:11.500 The phony populism he's got, Joe from Scranton.
00:12:14.500 It's all BS.
00:12:15.500 You heard right there from Local 638 and all the construction workers.
00:12:19.500 This is exactly what we wanted.
00:12:21.500 It's fantastic.
00:12:22.500 President Trump has a show.
00:12:24.500 If he has a show of force every couple of days, they can't compete with that.
00:12:28.500 These phonies.
00:12:29.500 You think Eric Adams could walk down there and talk to construction workers like that?
00:12:34.500 They'd be booed.
00:12:35.500 They'd be throwing hats at him, chasing him off the site.
00:12:38.500 You think Alvin Bragg or Big Tish James or you think Colangelo?
00:12:43.500 Any of these progressive lefties, hardcore Marxists think they go down and talk to working
00:12:47.500 men at a site?
00:12:49.500 No.
00:12:50.500 Impossible.
00:12:51.500 That is the strength and power of Donald Trump.
00:12:54.500 And we need more shows of force.
00:12:57.500 I want to give Jason Miller, the entire team over there.
00:13:00.500 Also, Gavin Wax, the same people put together the Bodega Run.
00:13:03.500 Put this together.
00:13:04.500 Zier, I got about a minute on this side.
00:13:06.500 I'm obviously going to hold you because we're going to talk about the case.
00:13:09.500 Give me your assessment.
00:13:10.500 You were down there early.
00:13:12.500 Tell me what it was like.
00:13:15.500 This is a message that the workers are suffering under the Biden administration and Trump is
00:13:22.500 going to bring back manufacturing, protect the steel industry.
00:13:26.500 Who would ever think that you would have 150 construction workers in a union supporting
00:13:31.500 a Republican on the streets of New York?
00:13:34.500 Definitely a sea change going on.
00:13:36.500 They're building this JP Morgan building at 270 Park Avenue out in force, cheering at the top
00:13:43.500 of their lungs on the streets of Manhattan here.
00:13:47.500 And like you said last week, it's a tale of two cities, right?
00:13:50.500 You have this courtroom situation and then you have the real story inorganic.
00:13:56.500 It was an inorganic response to President Trump.
00:14:00.500 This was not staged, even though it was a planned event.
00:14:04.500 You know, these guys were oozing appreciation for Donald Trump while the NYPD had to hide
00:14:13.500 in the lobby the assistant chief of the NYPD last night with pro-Hamas protesters.
00:14:19.500 You know, they're being overrun.
00:14:21.500 And these guys see what's going on in this city and they don't like it.
00:14:26.500 David, you hang on one second or come back, talk about this show of force of President Trump,
00:14:31.500 also the persecution.
00:14:32.500 I noticed in our footage, I looked at that B-roll.
00:14:34.500 I didn't see Mike Johnson down there with the president.
00:14:36.500 I see Mike Johnson with the president.
00:14:38.500 I haven't seen Mike Johnson at the sticks today.
00:14:40.500 I'm talking about the persecution of Donald Trump.
00:14:42.500 You know why?
00:14:43.500 Because the leadership of the Republican Party in the House and the Senate,
00:14:47.500 they want the persecution to continue.
00:14:50.500 They don't want Donald Trump to win.
00:14:52.500 Yes, you heard it here first in the world.
00:14:54.500 Short commercial break.
00:14:55.500 Back in the warm in a moment.
00:14:57.500 Hey, folks, if you watch War Room, you know we talk every day about the geopolitical and other forces driving the price of gold.
00:15:07.500 There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening.
00:15:10.500 Let me walk through them.
00:15:11.500 The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the Fed.
00:15:17.500 Since January 2021, cost of living is up 18%.
00:15:21.500 The national debt continues to skyrocket now significantly north of $34 trillion, causing many to worry when the House of Cards will come crashing down.
00:15:33.500 And a presidential election year that will have massive implications on the future of this country.
00:15:39.500 All this adds up to instability and uncertainty.
00:15:43.500 And that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:17:07.500 Immerse yourself.
00:17:08.500 In particular, here's what I ask.
00:17:10.500 Just go and look at the reviews we've gotten from folks in the War Room.
00:17:14.500 I think there's over 4,000 reviews now.
00:17:16.500 Read those first and then make your own decision.

00:17:47.500 Look at the reviews and, you know, statements of belief of people that have used it.
00:17:52.500 And then make up your own mind.
00:17:53.500 You're free men and free women.
00:17:55.500 Let's go back to the Supreme Court.
00:17:57.500 In breaking news, a protester has been carted off to the hospital.
00:18:02.500 No, I'm just kidding, Mike Davis.
00:18:04.500 Mike, you're with us on this historic day.
00:18:09.500 What are the protesters out there?
00:18:11.500 Why are they so angry at President Trump?
00:18:15.500 I think that they must have let people out of the mental health asylum for today's Supreme Court hearing.
00:18:22.500 So we have our friend here.
00:18:24.500 It looks like an MSNBC correspondent behind me.
00:18:29.500 We are reporting today for the Supreme Court on this historic case before the Supreme Court on whether the President of the United States is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts.
00:18:41.500 And so it's going to be a monumental case.
00:18:44.500 The case is going to affect many more presidents than President Trump.
00:18:48.500 This is what these Democrat operatives need to understand, is that if President Trump is not immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts, does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can prosecute President O'Biden for his extrajudicial drone strike on two American citizens, including a minor?
00:19:09.500 Does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can prosecute now Judge David Barron on the First Circuit Court of Appeals, who was President Obama's legal advisor at the time for assisting President Obama with that drone strike?
00:19:24.500 Can the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecute President Biden for his illegal mass parole of 10 million illegal immigrants into our country and the resulting crimes?
00:19:36.500 Can the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecute President Bush 43 and Vice President Cheney for their reckless reliance on faulty, reckless reliance on faulty intel at best, most charitably, and the resulting murder of 100,000 Iraqis?
00:19:54.500 I mean, where does this end?
00:19:55.500 I mean, where does this end?
00:19:56.500 And this is why it's critically important that the Supreme Court holds that presidents of the United States, like members of Congress, like federal judges, are immune from prosecution for their official acts.
00:20:09.400 We're in a lot of our audience is also doing two screens today.
00:20:15.800 They're watching Julie Kelly's Twitter feed as you hear the audio of the arguments.
00:20:21.620 Just can you summarize, what is the government going to argue?
00:20:24.320 Why are they going to argue that Trump doesn't have immunity and has to stand trial for J6?
00:20:31.680 Well, I couldn't hear you over our friend behind me, but I – so I think what – Julie Kelly, is she talking about the Fisher case?
00:20:40.480 Or is she talking about how the immunity is so –
00:20:42.480 No, no, no. What is the government – yeah, what is the government going to argue today about why Trump doesn't have immunity?
00:20:48.740 What is their – what is their central argument?
00:20:50.780 Well, their central argument is that there's not immunity spelled out in the Constitution explicitly or by statute.
00:20:58.860 But my response to that would be there's not immunity spelled out explicitly for federal judges in the Constitution or the statute.
00:21:06.740 It is part of – it is part of the separation of powers.
00:21:12.020 And if you allow a – if you allow a president of the United States to indict his predecessor for his official acts, you're going to destroy the presidency and therefore destroy our country.
00:21:24.060 Mike, I tell you what, we're going to – we're going to go to David's ear.
00:21:29.780 I'm going to come back to you later when things maybe slow down a little bit.
00:21:32.920 I've got to ask you about why the House is still not moving on any criminal conspiracy given what happened last night in Arizona.
00:21:38.920 Mike Davis outside the Supreme Court.
00:21:41.840 Everybody bear with us.
00:21:43.280 Obviously, these things, you always have protesters.
00:21:45.340 Remember, every time I walk outside of a courtroom, you've got folks there trying to use their First Amendment rights.
00:21:52.820 Of course, that doesn't go for shouting down TV broadcasts or otherwise people would be there trying to shout down MSNBC and CNN all the time.
00:22:02.020 Let's go back to David Zier.
00:22:04.320 David, you've had the bodega run.
00:22:06.740 You've had now this amazing – the visuals and the outpouring of just – not just support but really love for President Trump.
00:22:17.140 Talk to me about New York City.
00:22:19.060 Is New York City – Trump's making a big case.
00:22:21.040 He wants to have a big rally in Madison Square Garden.
00:22:24.400 Is it a reality given the Democratic machine there, the way they steal votes all the time?
00:22:29.380 President Trump's saying, hey, this city actually – the citizens are being crushed by Biden.
00:22:35.040 I think I can win this.
00:22:36.740 What's your assessment?
00:22:37.480 I think between Gavin Wax and Vish Burra, who I interviewed again this morning – by the way, they should make Gavin Wax the New York GOP leader for the state.
00:22:48.840 I'm telling you, these guys are on to something here.
00:22:51.680 They're picking winners and great locations to resonate with the American people on what everyday people are going through.
00:23:02.420 I don't know if that rally would take place in the Bronx or MSG, but I interviewed social media influencer Lou Valentino today from the Bronx, AOC's district, where 90% went for Biden.
00:23:14.720 And they're begging for Trump to come up there.
00:23:17.660 They are begging for it.
00:23:19.220 The people are – the Dominican community, they're sick of it.
00:23:23.960 They're not being protected.
00:23:25.120 The illegals are setting up shop in front of their stores on the sidewalks without permits.
00:23:31.280 And there's definitely something brewing.
00:23:34.300 And listen, even if he can't win New York State, which is two-to-one Democrat, you know, it's a clarion call for the other inner cities in the battleground states.
00:23:44.740 And it could make a difference in this election.
00:23:46.700 And while Trump is locked up in this courtroom here, he can only campaign two or three days a week, while Joe Biden's crisscrossing the South, Florida, North Carolina, he raised $2.5 million the other day in Raleigh, North Carolina.
00:24:01.000 Jill Biden's on the ground.
00:24:02.380 They're all out there campaigning.
00:24:04.200 And that's the election interference going on right now.
00:24:07.980 The people of New York saw those incredible images last night of Jim McCarthy, the assistant police chief, had to take refuge in an open door at NYU as throngs of people who were intimidating cops and berating them here.
00:24:26.120 So, you know, it's unraveled here in New York City.
00:24:30.360 And you're right.
00:24:31.000 Adams couldn't go down there to that construction site this morning.
00:24:34.300 People were lined up at 3 a.m.
00:24:36.080 These construction workers, they were really enthused.
00:24:39.660 This wasn't like Biden talking at a union, you know, thing with the UAW leadership and his coordinated applause.
00:24:48.180 This was real and crazy.
00:24:50.020 And Trump pointed out in his notes this morning that they handed out to the media that the UAW workers want Trump.
00:24:57.400 So regardless of what the leadership says, but the union worker can't keep up.
00:25:01.600 And Trump bought 9,000 factories and distributions and it's back to the United States as president.
00:25:08.380 And that's what they want.
00:25:11.880 David, you've heard on some very important signal, not noise.
00:25:16.320 I want to exploit that.
00:25:17.900 We're going to get in.
00:25:18.560 By the way, the economy is imploding.
00:25:20.320 With all the massive federal spending, a trillion dollars every hundred days, the biggest Keynesian stimulus and with the Fed doing the exact same thing and Treasury trying to trying to juice liquidity with all forces, fiscal, monetary, Keynesian, all of it.
00:25:38.660 1.6 percent growth.
00:25:41.420 And, of course, Rick Santelli is also questioning, as E.J. and Tony has from the beginning, are these labor numbers right?
00:25:47.520 Comes out exactly like it's done the last couple of months.
00:25:49.680 They've got to restate it.
00:25:50.780 People know their lived experience is terrible.
00:25:53.520 I want to go to what you said about Gavin Wax, about he should really be the GOP.
00:25:56.940 So you have a noticeable leaning on the shovels by the Republican establishment.
00:26:02.580 The leadership in the Senate with Mitch McConnell wants to take the Senate.
00:26:06.140 They do not want Trump to return.
00:26:07.540 The House, it's pretty obvious.
00:26:09.780 Was Mike Johnson down there today?
00:26:11.360 Was he shoulder to shoulder?
00:26:13.040 Because he was in New York City yesterday up at Columbia, and then he went on Jesse Waters last night to tell us once again that he's got the smallest majority except when Nancy Pelosi had it and got everything done that she wanted.
00:26:26.040 Was Mike Johnson there today, or did he go down to the sticks?
00:26:28.880 Was he in front of the microphones to support President Trump in the court case?
00:26:32.640 Was Mike Davis there?
00:26:33.600 Was Mike Johnson there today?
00:26:34.800 No, and it's a different mindset because Trump goes down the streets.
00:26:41.460 When he was on the construction sites and all these epic properties that he built in New York City, along with his father back in the heyday of the Trump organization, you know, they interacted with the construction workers.
00:26:53.380 They would stop and ask the concrete workers.
00:26:55.340 I hear stories.
00:26:56.340 I'm in construction in New York for 36 years here, and everyone tells me, oh, I met Trump.
00:27:01.160 He came up to me.
00:27:02.020 He asked me what materials I was using.
00:27:04.460 You know, he helped me out.
00:27:05.540 He helped me out with my bills.
00:27:07.320 The doormen, the taxi drivers and everything.
00:27:10.240 Trump has that connection.
00:27:12.240 Mike Johnson doesn't have that connection with the people.
00:27:14.840 Mitch McConnell doesn't have that connection with the people.
00:27:17.140 You know, and Trump is a street guy.
00:27:20.680 He's a guy from Queens.
00:27:22.720 There's definitely something to be said for that, and it goes to his populist message.
00:27:27.740 You know, I brought somebody to meet him at Mar-a-Lago.
00:27:30.200 He was running for office.
00:27:31.520 Trump was more interested in the bodyguard that he brought, which is a retired NYPD police officer.
00:27:37.260 And he spent, like, two hours talking to that guy instead of the candidate I brought.
00:27:41.780 So, you know, that's who he is, and I think that's what gives him energy.
00:27:47.280 So I think him being there, listen, this has got to be really stressful on him, and it's got to be tearing him apart.
00:27:53.700 Being in that courtroom with no phone and no contact and everything, like Ben Burquam said to me yesterday on 6B or the other day,
00:28:01.180 you know, you feel like your life is slipping away when you're in that courtroom.
00:28:06.100 You're not in touch with what's going on.
00:28:08.260 So him being out on the streets here, I think what the NYYR has done has been epic.
00:28:16.200 David, just hang on.
00:28:17.380 We're going to come back to you.
00:28:18.340 We've got E.J. and Tony.
00:28:19.400 We're on Abe Hamaday.
00:28:20.880 The conspiracy against President Trump in MAGA continues.
00:28:24.420 Not one word from the RNC, not one word from the Standard Republican Party.
00:28:28.080 You know why?
00:28:28.580 They don't care if MAGA gets rounded up by these left-wing, source-backed DAs or attorney generals.
00:28:36.360 They could care less.
00:28:37.800 Can't be bothered.
00:28:39.020 All next in the war room.
00:28:40.040 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:28:49.580 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:28:54.000 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:29:01.580 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:29:15.640 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:29:23.040 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:29:34.060 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:29:39.600 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:29:51.920 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:29:57.680 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:59.700 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:30:03.940 It's here as I see them.
00:30:06.140 Conspiracy is the first.
00:30:08.300 Count two is, and I like this, fraudulent schemes and artifices.
00:30:12.760 Count three is fraudulent schemes and practices.
00:30:15.700 And counts four through nine are forgery.
00:30:18.140 Those last counts having to do, and this is something that we've seen in other places, these individuals, plain as day, attested to something in a document we have access to that they sent to the National Archives that was just simply not true.
00:30:32.680 They said they were the duels.
00:30:34.540 Okay, the criminal conspiracy, and by the way, if we can grab the morning Joe, I want to play that because he was even more, you got to hang her for one second.
00:30:44.460 I just want to get Abe in here for a second.
00:30:46.660 Abe, this fake attorney general, the phony attorney general in Arizona that is still only up on you by 208 votes, and I think it's what, 9,000 votes they refused to count?
00:31:00.200 Is it 9,000 or is it more? They refused to count.
00:31:03.280 That's right, Steve. It's 9,000.
00:31:05.180 That 9,000 uncounted ballots, and just last week we had the Court of Appeals deny us a new trial, but we actually had one brave judge who said that we should get a new trial because the government withheld the evidence.
00:31:17.080 So we are still fighting that lawsuit.
00:31:19.060 We're going to be filing to the Supreme Court very shortly, but we've seen what a weaponized legal system does, and it's a tragedy to the law.
00:31:26.300 This is part of the criminal – is there any doubt in your mind, as someone that is actually the legitimate attorney general of the state of Arizona and now is running for the House, is there any doubt in your mind that this is part of a broader criminal conspiracy to basically have election interference against MAGA, MAGA candidates, and MAGA – people that support MAGA?
00:31:51.640 Yeah, you'd have to be living under a rock to not know what's going on.
00:31:56.420 I mean, this is clearly a fake, illegitimate attorney general.
00:32:00.020 I mean, look at how brazen they are, Steve.
00:32:02.320 You've got to respect it in some ways.
00:32:04.440 She's not even legitimate, and yet she is going after these alternate electors, and now not just them, but going after Trump's team.
00:32:12.840 I mean, it's very brazen what's happening.
00:32:14.840 Nine-count indictment.
00:32:15.840 I mean, these are high-level felonies, Steve, in Arizona, and almost all of these felonies – I read through the indictments – I mean, these are such broad statutes.
00:32:24.100 You know, if somebody wanted to weaponize the legal system, this is exactly what you would do.
00:32:28.600 And the timing of all of this is, you know, predictable.
00:32:32.780 It's during an election year, right when President Trump's in trial in New York.
00:32:37.240 And this is Chris Mays trying to get her fame right now, like Fonnie Willis, like Alvin Bragg, like Jack Smith, like Letitia James.
00:32:45.500 So this is a perversion of the rule of law, Steve.
00:32:49.500 The reason why I ran for attorney general in the first place at such a young age – remember, I was 30 years old.
00:32:55.700 I was running the youngest statewide candidate in the country.
00:32:58.180 I would have been the youngest AG since Bill Clinton.
00:33:00.240 The reason why I was running is because I predicted this.
00:33:03.420 You know, where are these Republicans?
00:33:04.640 This is so easy to predict, Steve.
00:33:06.780 If they watch War Room, if they understand what's going on, if they read any real news,
00:33:11.200 they will know that this is a Marxist transformation that is happening in our country,
00:33:15.140 and it will not stop until Republicans in power stop them.
00:33:20.020 It's obvious.
00:33:21.280 And I am so ashamed that our courts here in Arizona, who lack any courage to stop this madness from happening,
00:33:27.900 because they could.
00:33:28.760 You know, a lot of these judges are Republican-appointed.
00:33:30.740 But, you know, these are the old-time Republicans that believe that we're operating from the 1980s Democrats with, like, Tip O'Neill.
00:33:38.600 No, these are Marxists, and they're on the march, and they're seeking to take down this America First movement and President Donald Trump.
00:33:45.720 And look how brazen it is, Steve.
00:33:47.840 I'm going after Mark Meadows, Boris.
00:33:50.200 They're going after Rudy Giuliani.
00:33:51.760 I mean, Rudy can't catch a break, Steve.
00:33:53.840 I mean, if you look at it, they're redacted because none of them had any notice that this was going on because they never got served.
00:34:00.020 There was no indication that they would be indicted.
00:34:02.220 This is so brazen, and it needs to stop, and it's only going to stop when people in positions of power, you know, actually go after them.
00:34:09.340 This is the cowardice.
00:34:12.700 I want to go back to when he said 208 votes, 208 out of millions cast, 208.
00:34:18.380 You have 9,000.
00:34:20.100 That would break 80-20 to Abe Hommadee.
00:34:23.580 So Abe Hommadee would be the attorney general by thousands of votes, not close, thousands of votes, okay?
00:34:30.240 With 208, she's in your grill.
00:34:34.200 I mean, this is like Nancy Pelosi.
00:34:35.520 She's charging these guys in the primary in Arizona, I think, is like three or four months away, where 100 days are just outside of 100 days.
00:34:43.700 This is in your grill because they play for keeps.
00:34:46.680 They play smash mouth.
00:34:48.100 When Soros cuts on the check, he wants results.
00:34:50.500 He wants Trump in a courtroom in New York.
00:34:53.280 Lawfare is working for them, and the reason it's working, as Abe Hommadee said, it's gutless, feckless Republicans that have been the controlled opposition.
00:35:01.460 The reason the country's in this shape is in.
00:35:03.200 We got a bunch of Marxists as these global elites have taken over the institutions, and you've had nothing but gutless Republicans that have just gone along with it, and they're going along with it right now.
00:35:13.940 And Mike Johnson and Jim Jordan, of course, Jim Jordan's staff is saying, oh, please, we've done so much.
00:35:19.200 You have to have our back.
00:35:20.120 It's all Mike Johnson and Steve Scalise.
00:35:21.680 Yeah, Scalise and Johnson are terrible.
00:35:24.240 Jordan, your staff is not aggressive enough.
00:35:26.680 You're not aggressive enough.
00:35:27.400 I want to play something for morning.
00:35:28.680 Joe, you know who agrees with you, Abe Hommadee?
00:35:30.620 I think Joe Scarborough agrees with you.
00:35:32.200 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:35:33.860 Arizona now becomes the fourth state to file criminal charges against the so-called fake electors that sought to undermine President Biden's victory over Trump.
00:35:43.240 So, Joe, we saw the video there.
00:35:46.160 They also signed a fake certificate that they posted to social media.
00:35:49.960 I mean, they were breaking the law, pretending they were the state's electors when they weren't because Joe Biden had one narrowly bit one broadcasting exactly what they were doing.
00:35:59.580 And now the bill has come due.
00:36:01.360 You know, I'm I'm not a prosecutor.
00:36:05.900 We have plenty of former prosecutors on and we're going to bring them on in a minute.
00:36:10.320 But but Willie, it's like, thank you so much for waiting until the day before the election.
00:36:17.540 You know, all of these cases that were brought in 2020, late 2023, 2024, you know, look at the date there.
00:36:27.420 December 14th, 2020.
00:36:29.440 I really am.
00:36:32.140 And I'm not certainly not just pointing out this attorney general in Arizona.
00:36:36.700 I could I could bring it of all of the Justice Department.
00:36:41.460 Why did they take so long?
00:36:43.080 Georgia.
00:36:43.520 We kept asking why Georgia was taking so long.
00:36:47.180 Alvin Bragg said, no, I don't want to bring that case and then brings a similar case like a year later.
00:36:54.660 It goes on and on.
00:36:55.700 But again, the timing, first of all, it frustrates people who don't like Donald Trump because he's not.
00:37:04.120 If there were laws broken, it's not going to get resolved before the election.
00:37:10.000 And for people who support Donald Trump, they're like, look, they're all doing this in election year.
00:37:15.720 So, again, I just again, I know it takes a long time to build a case.
00:37:20.940 But when you look at what happened on January the 6th.
00:37:24.320 Let me have it.
00:37:25.720 Let me have it.
00:37:26.780 Mika's about to scold him.
00:37:28.400 Mika's about to scold him.
00:37:29.520 We don't need to be scolding.
00:37:31.480 But you're running for the House.
00:37:34.140 When you're in the House, it's so feckless.
00:37:36.100 There's a vast criminal conspiracy in Arizona's part of it.
00:37:39.520 Michigan's part of it.
00:37:40.680 Georgia's part of it.
00:37:41.920 What's happening in New York's part of it.
00:37:43.860 You've got the federal level.
00:37:45.000 You've got this explosive document that Julie Kelly.
00:37:47.580 Julie does an amazing job of unredacting what Jack Smith might have.
00:37:51.480 She has not gotten one call from Jordan's staff.
00:37:55.320 She has not gotten one call from Johnson or Scalise or any of them.
00:37:58.740 You know why?
00:37:59.860 They don't care.
00:38:00.620 That's Trump's problem.
00:38:01.700 Abe Hommade, how do you see it?
00:38:03.040 I honestly think, Steve, there's a lot of Republicans that don't want to acknowledge how dire the situation truly is.
00:38:12.000 That our country is not just being stolen from us.
00:38:14.860 It already was stolen from us in 2020.
00:38:17.740 And that's why you're seeing, you know, look at what Joe Scarborough.
00:38:20.780 He's even, I don't know if he's off his meds or something.
00:38:23.280 But look, they're trying to solidify this.
00:38:26.060 I mean, there's no other way around it.
00:38:28.120 2020 was four years ago.
00:38:29.300 They're the ones who are constantly bringing it up, and they're doing it because they know what they did to the American people.
00:38:34.780 And without accountability from Republicans in Congress, I mean, this is why you elect us to the federal government.
00:38:40.900 You elect us to the halls of power in Congress, you know, the most powerful legislative body on the face of this earth.
00:38:48.120 And if they don't have the ability to put a rein in on this bureaucratic state and this lawfare that's going on with these county prosecutors,
00:38:55.300 these are county prosecutors, these are state prosecutors, then what is the point of the federal government?
00:39:00.800 Where is the real power?
00:39:02.140 So that's why I'm going into Washington, D.C. with President Trump and with Carrie Lake here in Arizona.
00:39:06.760 Because believe me, we've all been fighting.
00:39:09.040 We've all been fighting the media.
00:39:10.420 We've been getting sanctioned.
00:39:11.660 I just got sanctioned $200,000 just this week for fighting my election cases, Steve.
00:39:16.900 And it's all worth it.
00:39:18.540 It's all worth it because America is worth fighting for.
00:39:21.540 And that's exactly the spirit I'm going to bring to Washington, D.C.
00:39:24.140 And our numbers are growing.
00:39:25.920 I know these America first Republicans in D.C., some of them, you know, a lot of them here in Arizona.
00:39:31.180 I get how tough it is and difficult it is, but backup is coming.
00:39:35.020 Backup is coming.
00:39:35.820 And it really starts by getting President Trump elected this November.
00:39:39.120 I don't want any of your viewers to look at this and get blackpilled all of a sudden.
00:39:43.740 We have to now stay stronger and more united at this moment when we see the face of this criminality,
00:39:51.520 the face of this injustice, how they are tearing apart our Constitution right before our eyes
00:39:56.840 and mocking us and laughing at us.
00:39:59.480 Use all of that anger and channel it into passion, passion to make sure that we get President Trump elected.
00:40:05.840 I always say I'm a happy warrior, Steve.
00:40:07.980 You know, happy warriors, we're pissed patriots too.
00:40:10.260 But I say I'm a happy warrior because the best warriors fight for what they love.
00:40:14.560 And I love my country.
00:40:16.120 I'm going to fight for it all the way.
00:40:17.820 And I'm not going to let these Marxists take over.
00:40:22.220 Abe Hommade, where can people go to find out more about you, particularly about the sanction that you've gotten?
00:40:27.240 Lawfare is working because for all these guys in Arizona, it's going to cost a million dollars to defend themselves.
00:40:34.180 Of course, the charges are totally bogus, but they've dumped in so many charges.
00:40:38.080 I mean, there's 10, 20, 30 years, 40 years of felony added up in prison time right now.
00:40:45.120 A lot of these people are in their 60s or 70s.
00:40:47.160 So this is – it's going to cost them a lot of money to do this, to fight it.
00:40:52.120 Abe, how do people go and find out more about you, more about your campaign?
00:40:55.840 Yeah, Stephen, you're exactly right.
00:40:57.120 I know so many of these people who just got indicted.
00:40:59.240 They're grandmothers.
00:41:00.300 You know, it's atrocious.
00:41:02.020 They're my friends.
00:41:02.880 So it's not just the people that we always see on TV.
00:41:05.240 These are real Arizonans.
00:41:06.960 These are real Americans.
00:41:08.220 These are your brothers and sisters.
00:41:10.740 It is shocking what's happening.
00:41:12.620 But I appreciate all the support that I'm fighting this deep, corrupt cabal.
00:41:16.060 They can go to abe4az.com, abe4az.com, and follow me on Twitter and Truth and Getter at AbrahamHamaday.
00:41:25.460 Abe, thank you very much.
00:41:26.860 Lawfare continues, and it's working, quite frankly, out in Arizona, the vast criminal conspiracy that we'll have more to say about in the second hour.
00:41:33.720 Abe, thank you so much.
00:41:35.240 Thank you, Steve.
00:41:36.040 With all this going on, your life is going to suck even more because the numbers are out now on the economy.
00:41:42.060 Let's have Rick Santelli tee it up, and we've got EJ on Tony.
00:41:45.780 Yes, let's start out with initial jobless claims.
00:41:48.800 207,000, that's much lower than we were expecting.
00:41:51.640 We were looking for a number closer to 220,000.
00:41:54.420 In the rearview mirror, we have 212,000.
00:41:56.620 And by the way, five out of the last seven readings have been 212,000.
00:42:01.280 Never seen that before.
00:42:02.540 Makes me wonder about these numbers, truly.
00:42:05.260 Continuing claims, much lower than expected.
00:42:08.140 1,781,000.
00:42:10.920 1,781,000.
00:42:13.300 That is the lowest level going all the way back to January 12th, the week of January 12th.
00:42:19.440 That is a big drop.
00:42:20.780 And last week's move down from 1,081,000, also under, to 1,796,000.
00:42:27.880 That is a big deal.
00:42:29.400 Now let's get to the money numbers.
00:42:31.040 GDP, first look, first quarter.
00:42:33.740 A disappointment.
00:42:34.940 1.6%.
00:42:36.320 We're looking for a number almost a full percentage point higher.
00:42:40.660 1.6% of the weakest growth on a quarterly basis going back to the second quarter of 22 when it was negative, minus six-tenths of a percent.
00:42:51.040 Consumption, a half a percent weaker than expected at 2.5%.
00:42:55.900 2.5% would be the weakest since, by the second quarter of last year when it was 0.8.
00:43:03.240 If we look at the price index, it's higher, 3.1%.
00:43:08.220 We're expecting 3%.
00:43:10.100 In the rearview mirror, 1.6%.
00:43:13.260 Moving in the wrong direction, this comps to the third quarter of last year when it was up 3.3%.
00:43:18.740 If we look at the price index core on a quarter-over-quarter basis, it leaped to 3.7%.
00:43:25.480 We're expecting 3.4%.
00:43:27.420 In the rearview mirror, it's 2%.
00:43:29.620 3.7% is the hottest.
00:43:31.460 Well, it's the hottest since the first quarter of last year.
00:43:34.640 It exactly equals the second quarter of last year.
00:43:39.500 Okay, these numbers suck, and that's why your life sucks.
00:43:43.480 Your financial and economic life.
00:43:45.100 They can't—EJ's going to join me right after the break.

00:46:29.880 What they're planning.
00:46:31.180 We also talk about the BRICS nations of the de-dollarization movement
00:46:34.560 and why central banks throughout the world are buying gold at record rates.
00:46:37.680 You heard Jim Rickerts yesterday.
00:46:38.760 So go get this totally free today and talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:46:43.000 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:46:44.760 Philip's going to be with me.
00:46:46.040 They're so busy during the week, obviously, with the pressure, all the interest in gold,
00:46:50.860 that he's going to join me for the weekend.
00:46:52.520 EJ and Tony, you have called these numbers.
00:46:55.560 I want to start with GDP.
00:46:56.600 I want to do it in reverse order of Santelli.
00:46:59.440 I want to do GDP first and the inflation numbers and then go to – you've nailed this on the employment side also.
00:47:04.900 Walk me through your assessment, 1.6 percent growth with massive Keynesian spending, injection, stimulus,
00:47:14.160 a trillion dollars every 100 days, sir.
00:47:16.760 Your thoughts?
00:47:18.640 Well, Steve, you really, I think, just hit the nail on the head.
00:47:21.760 With all of this Keynesian stimulus, the government effectively went into an extra $600 billion of debt
00:47:29.820 in order to buy a little more than $300 billion of so-called GDP growth.
00:47:35.440 And so what we're seeing is the government piling on more and more debt.
00:47:38.940 In other words, just borrowing from the future in order to make these numbers look good today.
00:47:44.400 But the fact of the matter is the numbers still don't even look that good.
00:47:48.400 And what is basically happening is economic growth is slowing down at the same time inflation is speeding up.
00:47:55.360 So this is textbook stagflation, not a good sign at all.
00:48:02.520 E.J., talk to me also about the employment number.
00:48:06.460 You've been warning us and you go back that they redo this, but Santelli called them liars right there on national TV.
00:48:12.600 He says the number is 212 for every month.
00:48:14.780 He says it's mathematically impossible.
00:48:17.160 Your sense about how even the numbers they're putting forward are gundect.
00:48:21.060 Well, Steve, those weekly numbers that have the unemployment, both initial claims and then also continuing claims,
00:48:29.180 they just simply aren't adding up when we look at all of the businesses across the economy that are announcing layoffs on almost a daily basis at this point.
00:48:38.560 And there are a couple of theories behind that, one of which is most of the people who are getting laid off are not eligible for unemployment
00:48:45.220 because so many of the people that have been hired lately are foreign-born workers who haven't been here long enough to qualify for those unemployment benefits.
00:48:54.460 But then there's also the possibility that essentially the models that the Department of Labor are using are just completely wrong.
00:49:01.820 And so they're not representing reality.
00:49:04.240 But one other thing, Steve, that no one really seems to be talking about, and I'm not sure why, because it's such a big deal.
00:49:09.620 The monthly job numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics last year estimated that in the third quarter, the economy added some 640,000 jobs.
00:49:20.040 But the quarterly survey results that we just got yesterday show over that same period about 190,000 jobs were actually lost on net.
00:49:29.580 In other words, job gains were overestimated by over 800,000.
00:49:34.660 I mean, this is absolutely insane.
00:49:36.320 I want to go back before you bounce, and I know hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow if you've had some more time to go through this.
00:49:45.440 But I want to make sure people understand the formula here.
00:49:48.480 We're having massive – we're in massive deficits.
00:49:51.180 The Republicans have had every opportunity to stop and did not.
00:49:54.420 The Biden regime wants more.
00:49:55.980 But basically $600 billion in additional debt to get $300 billion of increased GDP.
00:50:03.140 It's not even close to being worth it.
00:50:04.880 To even get the phony 1.6, which is anemic growth, there's really no growth, they had to buy that by adding on debt.
00:50:13.440 They had to buy that with deficit spending.
00:50:15.180 This is the scam that you're currently in.
00:50:18.080 And by the way, having to refinance this debt, one-third of that $35 trillion, as EJ and Tony tells you, at higher interest rates with higher inflation, the inflation is only going to get worse.
00:50:28.800 This is not going to go – we now have a structural stagflation.
00:50:33.300 This is teeing up for a lost decade or more at minimum.
00:50:37.300 Minimum, until President Trump comes in and people come in that are hard-headed and say this madness has to stop, it's not going to get – it's not going to stop and it's only going to get worse.
00:50:47.220 It's – this is now going to pick up at an accelerating rate.
00:50:50.260 EJ and Tony, your closing thoughts and observations, brother.
00:50:53.400 Well, Steve, if we look at the difference between how much the federal debt has increased during Biden's tenure versus how much GDP has increased, the debt has grown by 110 percent of the increase in GDP.
00:51:07.680 So exactly what you were just saying, all of this supposed economic growth is nothing more than the government borrowing from the future where we're going to have to confiscate an incredibly large amount in taxes in order to make up for, again, the alleged growth that we have today.
00:51:24.860 And that's a formula for getting a lost decade as you described it.
00:51:30.680 It's unbelievable.
00:51:31.820 We're doing this to ourselves.
00:51:32.840 It's quite obvious what's going on.
00:51:34.340 EJ, your Twitter feed is on fire.
00:51:36.820 The work you're doing over Heritage is amazing.
00:51:38.860 How do people get more familiar with you?
00:51:40.860 How do they get more familiar with your analysis?
00:51:42.620 I know you're putting up stuff all day as these numbers come out.
00:51:45.780 Best place to find me is going to be on that Twitter feed.
00:51:48.160 The handle is at Real EJ Antony.
00:51:50.360 I post all of my daily analyses there of all this data in plain English, and I also post all of the op-eds and articles that I write as well.
00:52:00.060 I think I can say the church's loss is the country's gain in this, EJ, the great job you've done.
00:52:04.900 I think the Lord's work here, explaining the people, the American economy, and quite frankly, the destruction of this republic through this vast spending.
00:52:13.520 So thank you.
00:52:14.000 Honored to have you on here, sir.
00:52:15.840 Well, I gave to God what was God's, and now I give to Caesar what is Caesar's.
00:52:21.740 EJ Antony, you're a good man.
00:52:24.640 Have we called this shot?
00:52:26.080 And the guy that first called it, you know where he is today?
00:52:29.160 You know where Peter Navarro is today?
00:52:30.660 He's rotting in a federal prison in Miami.
00:52:33.940 And what did Peter Navarro do?
00:52:35.380 Told you two, three years ago, this is all stagflation.
00:52:37.540 They're just going to do a Keynesian injection to buy a little bit of growth to try to keep themselves around.
00:52:43.120 Of course, also throw out, you know, this radical, you know, Green New Deal, all of it.
00:52:48.260 He's rotting in a federal prison.
00:52:50.600 Why?
00:52:51.700 Because there's a vast criminal conspiracy out there to shut down MAGA.
00:52:56.360 They don't want Peter Navarro telling the people that this is a scam, and you saw the numbers today.
00:53:02.080 Those numbers are up in your face.
00:53:04.260 And that's why those construction workers, and that's why the Hispanics and African Americans up on Broadway,
00:53:09.860 when President Trump went to the bodega, were five and six deep.
00:53:13.740 You don't need to, we don't need some big theory.
00:53:15.760 EJ and I don't need to come on here and talk about capital markets.
00:53:17.800 Their lived experience tells them that their life sucks under Biden.
00:53:22.720 They know that.
00:53:24.060 And they know that Trump is somebody that will stand for him.
00:53:27.100 And that's why they have his back.
00:53:29.120 And you see what's going on in these universities.
00:53:30.900 You see what's going on in lower Manhattan.
00:53:32.480 You see what's going on in Arizona.
00:53:33.760 That's all the Marxists take over this country.
00:53:36.660 And if Republicans are too wimpy to fight, hold our beers.
00:53:41.580 Because we're down for a fight.
00:53:44.920 Okay?
00:53:45.700 Not simply a fight.
00:53:47.600 A fight that leads to victory.
00:53:49.720 It's disgusting what's happened in this country.
00:53:52.180 And it's disgusting what the Republican establishment has sat around and let happen in this country.
00:53:57.200 So they are on notice.
00:53:59.940 Short break.
00:54:00.720 90 seconds.
00:54:01.600 Going back to the Supreme Court.
00:54:02.760 Right now, millions of Americans face prescription medication shortages.
00:54:09.760 The FDA's medication shortage list currently has over 120 prescription medications listed.
00:54:17.280 Some patients are being forced into more expensive substitutes.
00:54:20.560 While others are rationing what little medication they have left.
