00:03:47.980 I want to start, though, with the vast criminal conspiracy by the FBI, the Justice Department, the White House, and many state attorney generals against President Trump.

00:04:18.120 And first, I would direct people to real clear investigations.
00:04:22.060 This is where I posted my latest article that really details what you and I have been talking about the past week,
00:04:27.820 which are all these bombshell revelations about now provable evidence demonstrating that the National Archives worked with top lawyers at the White House,
00:04:39.040 including Dana Remus and Jonathan Hsu, to concoct this classified documents case.
00:04:44.840 So I would direct people there for just full information about how this came together.
00:04:50.620 What happened this week, and Steve, again, kudos to Judge Aileen Cannon, who is on this unsealing crusade,
00:04:57.900 trying to get as much information to the American people so they can see for themselves what went down behind the scenes
00:05:04.540 before this indictment was brought in the summer of 2023.
00:05:07.880 In February, and there are very strict rules, Steve, this is why so much is being unsealed.
00:05:14.840 Because it's a classified documents case, there are a separate set of rules that apply to public filings
00:05:21.600 and also what the defendants can even see.
00:05:26.300 So this selective vindictive prosecution motion was filed by Donald Trump's team in February.
00:05:33.740 It was emailed to Judge Cannon and to Special Counsel Jack Smith.
00:05:40.620 They then filed a motion to unseal it.
00:05:43.220 Judge Cannon reviewed it.
00:05:45.540 You know, of course, Jack Smith wanted parts of it to remain under seal,
00:05:49.580 but it was pretty much fully unredacted, posted on Wednesday night with exhibits.
00:05:55.680 And, you know, Trump's team, of course, as you would expect, is saying this is selective vindictive
00:06:01.920 and lists the officials who have not been prosecuted, which is basically everyone,
00:06:07.700 from Joe Biden to both of the Clintons to Jim Comey, Deborah Birx.
00:06:11.880 So they go through this list of officials who have been caught with classified documents
00:06:15.640 that they ever knew about and made no criminal referral, the National Archives,
00:06:20.520 because the first time they ever sent a criminal referral to DOJ was for Donald Trump.
00:06:25.660 But then we now found out the criminal referral, they were working with the Department of Justice,
00:06:31.000 including officials at Lisa Monaco's office and the White House Council to put this criminal referral together.
00:06:37.560 So this is another bombshell motion.
00:06:40.640 And what I posted today on Twitter, Steve, is that we have more evidence that Jay Bratt,
00:06:47.180 who is head of DOJ's counterintelligence department, longtime DOJ apparatchik,
00:06:53.860 met with the associate to chief of staff Ron Klain, Biden's former chief of staff, in September of 2021.
00:07:04.720 Now, what is Jay Bratt going? To meet with Ron Klain, or assistant, that's what we're told from the logs,
00:07:11.960 it probably was Ron Klain, and then, a few months later, met with the deputy,
00:07:17.780 an assistant to Dana Remus, the White House Council.
00:07:21.280 Why is Jay Bratt going to the White House? To meet with political appointees.
00:07:25.700 He's not meeting with someone, say, in the intelligence community to talk about
00:07:30.160 maybe evidence that they've uncovered about a potential terrorist attack.
00:07:33.660 No, Jay Bratt is going there to meet with top Biden political appointees
00:07:39.580 about this classified documents case,
00:07:43.000 which initially looked like it was going to be a destruction of records case,
00:07:47.080 then after Donald Trump. And this is all before the boxes were turned over, right?
00:07:51.560 The boxes were turned over from Donald Trump to the archives in January of 2022.
00:07:57.320 That's when we were told, oh boy, he has all these classified records.
00:08:01.000 No, this is months before. There was any evidence that Donald Trump had classified documents.
00:08:06.460 They were trying to concoct a destruction of government records case,
00:08:10.740 and then it pivoted classified documents after he turned over these files to the archives.
00:08:16.420 So, this is all just being produced on a rolling basis.

00:08:43.360 like the unredacted filing she did the other day,
00:08:46.540 in this, because she wants that out there for the public to see and for Trump's team to see?

00:08:55.920 Of course, these motions have been filed by Donald Trump,
00:08:58.760 his two co-defendants, and their attorneys,
00:09:01.520 who also filed, and that was unsealed as well,
00:09:04.740 the selective and addictive prosecution motion filed by Walt Nata,
00:09:08.040 his longtime personal aide, who DOJ, including Jay Bratt,
00:09:14.060 tried to get to flip against Donald Trump and become a government witness.
00:09:19.240 So, they, too, filed a selective and addictive motion to dismiss.
00:09:23.220 This is separate from Donald Trump's.
00:09:25.200 She unsealed that, in addition to his grand jury testimony and his FBI interview.
00:09:31.480 She knows how dirty this case is, Steve.
00:09:35.240 She has known it from August of 2022 when she moved forward
00:09:41.160 and appointed a special master, a third party,
00:09:43.460 to vet all of the evidence seized from Mar-a-Lago,
00:09:46.500 and basically came out and told Jay Bratt and DOJ at the time,

00:09:51.600 So, she appointed this special master, got overturned by the appellate court,
00:09:55.300 but she has known now for the past year and a half how dirty this case is,
00:10:00.380 how dirty these prosecutors and investigators are,
00:10:03.040 and she has seen, I've gone to the courthouse, I've observed these hearings.
00:10:07.620 She has said in open court and in her orders, she is going to side with transparency.

00:10:59.120 No, what I searched for is White House visitor logs for the archivist David Ferraro
00:11:04.960 and the archivist general counsel Gary Stern.
00:11:08.560 I looked at the White House logs earlier this week,
00:11:11.940 and that's when I found that David Ferraro, the archivist, the Obama appointee,
00:11:16.760 and Gary Stern, who were pressuring Team Trump throughout 2021, really beginning in May,
00:11:23.620 visited the White House, met with Dana Remus, the White House counsel,
00:11:28.760 Jonathan Hsu, the deputy White House counsel, possibly Ron Klain.
00:11:33.420 Well, now we know that Jay Brad at least met with Ron Klain's aide, former chief of staff.
00:11:40.140 So, I searched those, the White House logs, for David Ferraro and Gary Stern.
00:11:46.180 General Counsel Gary Stern is all over the White House logs.
00:11:50.520 And, in fact, he had lunch with Richard Sauber, who is Biden's special counsel,
00:11:58.240 not Jack Smith, but another White House attorney,
00:12:00.880 the day before Jack Smith announced the indictment against Donald Trump for classified documents.
00:12:05.800 Now, why is Gary Stern, who helped lead, initiate this investigation,
00:12:11.760 working with DOJ in the White House,
00:12:13.880 why is he at the White House the day before Jack Smith announces the indictment?
00:12:18.220 These are questions that we need answered.
00:12:21.620 And so, but the Jay Brad visit was in,
00:12:24.860 was part of this selective, vindictive prosecution motion to dismiss.
00:12:30.400 It actually, Trump's lawyers apparently looked at the White House logs and found Jay Brad visiting the White House,
00:12:37.160 September and November of 2021.
00:12:41.860 What, would any of this also tie to Biden's mishandling of classified information?

00:12:50.440 Is that, would that have anything, would that have anything to do with that?

00:13:45.700 who is Ron Klain's associate or assistant who met with Jay Bratt in 2021,
00:13:51.040 asked for an interview with her.
00:13:53.000 The White House is blocking, as you can imagine, all of those interviews
00:13:56.960 because they want to find out their involvement with Biden's cover-up of classified documents
00:14:03.040 and helping to concoct the case against Trump.

00:34:48.340 This is why they did the Mar-a-Lago raid, because President Trump declassified via executive order on January 19, 2021, the day he left, before he left office, these crossfire hurricane documents that are so devastating to Obama, Biden, Hillary.
