Bannon's War Room - Episode 3583： Speaker Of The House Shares Power With Democrats

00:00:00.000 On the advice of counsel, I'm not going to answer that question, sir.

00:00:04.600 Asserting the privilege.

00:00:05.960 Privilege against self-incrimination.

00:00:08.560 And did you knowingly break any laws when investigating President Trump?

00:00:12.280 Objection.

00:00:14.360 Same response.

00:00:16.000 Did you break any laws when you worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office?

00:00:20.080 Objection.

00:00:21.280 Same response.

00:00:23.340 Ms. Farmer-Rance, did you violate any person's constitutional rights when you worked on the Trump investigation?

00:00:27.640 Objection.

00:00:28.240 I have the same response to your question.

00:00:32.060 Mr. Farmer-Rance, did you violate any person's constitutional rights while you worked at the Manhattan DA's Office?

00:00:37.440 Objection.

00:00:39.680 Same answer.

00:00:41.200 Did you misuse any federal funds while investigating President Trump?

00:00:45.140 Same response.

00:00:46.700 Did you misuse any federal funds while you were working in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office?

00:00:51.400 Same response.

00:00:52.860 And did you violate any New York State Bar rules while you were investigating President Trump?

00:00:56.320 Objection.

00:00:57.080 Same response.

00:00:58.240 Did you violate any New York State Bar rules while you were working in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office?

00:01:03.800 Objection.

00:01:05.240 Same response.

00:01:06.580 And did you violate any canons of legal ethics when you were investigating President Trump?

00:01:10.080 Objection.

00:01:11.120 Same response.

00:01:12.580 Did you ever violate any canons of legal ethics while you worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office?

00:01:17.620 Objection.

00:01:18.780 The same response.

00:01:19.940 How do the Democrats, how do all of us on that side say January 6th was wrong?

00:01:26.580 If you could have the same pitches going on on college campus.

00:01:30.040 Good Lord, don't make a parallel to January 6th.

00:01:32.460 You lose tomorrow.

00:01:33.280 That has happened, though.

00:01:33.760 That has happened, though.

00:01:35.060 Okay.

00:01:35.360 That has happened.

00:01:36.400 So we know what's going on here.

00:01:38.360 He so successfully moved the Overton window that, you know, I don't know how many people wrote stories about Cruz and Rubio still supporting him after David Pecker revealed that it was part of their plan to smear them.

00:01:50.820 Yeah, look, I think that we need to be prepared as we get closer and closer to the fall that this is a man who will do absolutely anything to win and his base will go along with him.

00:02:02.880 But more importantly, the Ted Cruz's, the Marco Rubio's, the Mike Watley's, his handpicked chair of the Republican National Committee, there is no line he can cross.

00:02:13.040 And if he thought that being held in contempt was hurting him politically, he wouldn't be being held in contempt.

00:02:19.120 He thinks it's helping him.

00:02:20.120 And his party is supporting him because he wants to build a narrative that being in contempt, violating the law, is actually the noble thing.

00:02:31.480 That's why he has the January 6th chorus, you know, at the beginning of all of his rallies, which was really shocking, as you recall, when it first time he did it.

00:02:38.940 And now it's just kind of like, oh, yeah, well, what, what, why wouldn't you have?

00:02:41.840 That's on his playlist.

00:02:45.360 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:02:50.120 Pray for our enemies, because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:02:55.520 Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:02:59.760 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:03:01.680 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:03:03.120 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:03:05.800 It's going to happen.

00:03:07.060 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:03:10.480 Mega media.

00:03:11.400 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:03:17.300 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:03:21.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:03:27.360 War Room.

00:03:28.220 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:03:30.280 Bannon.

00:03:30.640 Friday, 3 May, Year of Allure 2024.

00:03:38.480 We are packed this morning with economics, capital markets, national security, the revolt on college campuses, the motion to vacate.

00:03:47.080 So we're going to get into it.

00:03:47.980 I want to start, though, with the vast criminal conspiracy by the FBI, the Justice Department, the White House, and many state attorney generals against President Trump.

00:03:56.980 To lead off, we've got Julie Kelly and Mike Davis.

00:03:59.580 I have Julie by phone.

00:04:01.480 Julie Kelly, there was an unsealing of a document from a couple of months ago in the Florida case.

00:04:06.360 Plus, you have breaking news you just put up on Twitter.

00:04:09.060 You take it in any order you want, ma'am.

00:04:11.000 What's going on in this phony classified documents entrapment case?

00:04:15.780 Well, Steve, thanks for having me on.

00:04:18.120 And first, I would direct people to real clear investigations.

00:04:22.060 This is where I posted my latest article that really details what you and I have been talking about the past week,

00:04:27.820 which are all these bombshell revelations about now provable evidence demonstrating that the National Archives worked with top lawyers at the White House,

00:04:39.040 including Dana Remus and Jonathan Hsu, to concoct this classified documents case.

00:04:44.840 So I would direct people there for just full information about how this came together.

00:04:50.620 What happened this week, and Steve, again, kudos to Judge Aileen Cannon, who is on this unsealing crusade,

00:04:57.900 trying to get as much information to the American people so they can see for themselves what went down behind the scenes

00:05:04.540 before this indictment was brought in the summer of 2023.

00:05:07.880 In February, and there are very strict rules, Steve, this is why so much is being unsealed.

00:05:14.840 Because it's a classified documents case, there are a separate set of rules that apply to public filings

00:05:21.600 and also what the defendants can even see.

00:05:26.300 So this selective vindictive prosecution motion was filed by Donald Trump's team in February.

00:05:33.740 It was emailed to Judge Cannon and to Special Counsel Jack Smith.

00:05:40.620 They then filed a motion to unseal it.

00:05:43.220 Judge Cannon reviewed it.

00:05:45.540 You know, of course, Jack Smith wanted parts of it to remain under seal,

00:05:49.580 but it was pretty much fully unredacted, posted on Wednesday night with exhibits.

00:05:55.680 And, you know, Trump's team, of course, as you would expect, is saying this is selective vindictive

00:06:01.920 and lists the officials who have not been prosecuted, which is basically everyone,

00:06:07.700 from Joe Biden to both of the Clintons to Jim Comey, Deborah Birx.

00:06:11.880 So they go through this list of officials who have been caught with classified documents

00:06:15.640 that they ever knew about and made no criminal referral, the National Archives,

00:06:20.520 because the first time they ever sent a criminal referral to DOJ was for Donald Trump.

00:06:25.660 But then we now found out the criminal referral, they were working with the Department of Justice,

00:06:31.000 including officials at Lisa Monaco's office and the White House Council to put this criminal referral together.

00:06:37.560 So this is another bombshell motion.

00:06:40.640 And what I posted today on Twitter, Steve, is that we have more evidence that Jay Bratt,

00:06:47.180 who is head of DOJ's counterintelligence department, longtime DOJ apparatchik,

00:06:53.860 met with the associate to chief of staff Ron Klain, Biden's former chief of staff, in September of 2021.

00:07:04.720 Now, what is Jay Bratt going? To meet with Ron Klain, or assistant, that's what we're told from the logs,

00:07:11.960 it probably was Ron Klain, and then, a few months later, met with the deputy,

00:07:17.780 an assistant to Dana Remus, the White House Council.

00:07:21.280 Why is Jay Bratt going to the White House? To meet with political appointees.

00:07:25.700 He's not meeting with someone, say, in the intelligence community to talk about

00:07:30.160 maybe evidence that they've uncovered about a potential terrorist attack.

00:07:33.660 No, Jay Bratt is going there to meet with top Biden political appointees

00:07:39.580 about this classified documents case,

00:07:43.000 which initially looked like it was going to be a destruction of records case,

00:07:47.080 then after Donald Trump. And this is all before the boxes were turned over, right?

00:07:51.560 The boxes were turned over from Donald Trump to the archives in January of 2022.

00:07:57.320 That's when we were told, oh boy, he has all these classified records.

00:08:01.000 No, this is months before. There was any evidence that Donald Trump had classified documents.

00:08:06.460 They were trying to concoct a destruction of government records case,

00:08:10.740 and then it pivoted classified documents after he turned over these files to the archives.

00:08:16.420 So, this is all just being produced on a rolling basis.

00:08:19.920 Again, thank you, Judge Cannon.

00:08:21.720 We'll continue to report.

00:08:23.020 Then I have a preview of what we might see next, which will be not even related to DOJ,

00:08:29.660 but what's been happening in the D.C. courthouse related to this case.

00:08:35.580 So, let me get this right.

00:08:37.560 I just want to make sure the audience can follow along here.

00:08:40.780 You're saying Judge Cannon is releasing this,

00:08:43.360 like the unredacted filing she did the other day,

00:08:46.540 in this, because she wants that out there for the public to see and for Trump's team to see?

00:08:53.620 Well, she wants the public to see it.

00:08:55.920 Of course, these motions have been filed by Donald Trump,

00:08:58.760 his two co-defendants, and their attorneys,

00:09:01.520 who also filed, and that was unsealed as well,

00:09:04.740 the selective and addictive prosecution motion filed by Walt Nata,

00:09:08.040 his longtime personal aide, who DOJ, including Jay Bratt,

00:09:14.060 tried to get to flip against Donald Trump and become a government witness.

00:09:19.240 So, they, too, filed a selective and addictive motion to dismiss.

00:09:23.220 This is separate from Donald Trump's.

00:09:25.200 She unsealed that, in addition to his grand jury testimony and his FBI interview.

00:09:31.480 She knows how dirty this case is, Steve.

00:09:35.240 She has known it from August of 2022 when she moved forward

00:09:41.160 and appointed a special master, a third party,

00:09:43.460 to vet all of the evidence seized from Mar-a-Lago,

00:09:46.500 and basically came out and told Jay Bratt and DOJ at the time,

00:09:50.320 I don't trust you.

00:09:51.600 So, she appointed this special master, got overturned by the appellate court,

00:09:55.300 but she has known now for the past year and a half how dirty this case is,

00:10:00.380 how dirty these prosecutors and investigators are,

00:10:03.040 and she has seen, I've gone to the courthouse, I've observed these hearings.

00:10:07.620 She has said in open court and in her orders, she is going to side with transparency.

00:10:14.680 She wants the American people to see as much as they possibly can

00:10:18.500 about what went down in this investigation.

00:10:22.400 And, you know, suddenly you might have noticed the calls for Judge Cannon to recuse

00:10:27.100 have sort of subsided because the media, the Andrew Weissman,

00:10:31.680 they don't want to draw attention to this, right?

00:10:34.300 They don't want to call for her accuser because then people will say,

00:10:37.940 well, why?

00:10:38.620 What am I supposed to be looking at?

00:10:40.760 So, all of a sudden, they've kind of taken her off the hit list

00:10:43.660 because they don't want to draw attention to what she is producing on the public docket.

00:10:49.100 How did you get, Jay Brad, did that come from your search of the White House visitor logs?

00:10:56.600 How did we get this information?

00:10:59.120 No, what I searched for is White House visitor logs for the archivist David Ferraro

00:11:04.960 and the archivist general counsel Gary Stern.

00:11:08.560 I looked at the White House logs earlier this week,

00:11:11.940 and that's when I found that David Ferraro, the archivist, the Obama appointee,

00:11:16.760 and Gary Stern, who were pressuring Team Trump throughout 2021, really beginning in May,

00:11:23.620 visited the White House, met with Dana Remus, the White House counsel,

00:11:28.760 Jonathan Hsu, the deputy White House counsel, possibly Ron Klain.

00:11:33.420 Well, now we know that Jay Brad at least met with Ron Klain's aide, former chief of staff.

00:11:40.140 So, I searched those, the White House logs, for David Ferraro and Gary Stern.

00:11:46.180 General Counsel Gary Stern is all over the White House logs.

00:11:50.520 And, in fact, he had lunch with Richard Sauber, who is Biden's special counsel,

00:11:58.240 not Jack Smith, but another White House attorney,

00:12:00.880 the day before Jack Smith announced the indictment against Donald Trump for classified documents.

00:12:05.800 Now, why is Gary Stern, who helped lead, initiate this investigation,

00:12:11.760 working with DOJ in the White House,

00:12:13.880 why is he at the White House the day before Jack Smith announces the indictment?

00:12:18.220 These are questions that we need answered.

00:12:21.620 And so, but the Jay Brad visit was in,

00:12:24.860 was part of this selective, vindictive prosecution motion to dismiss.

00:12:30.400 It actually, Trump's lawyers apparently looked at the White House logs and found Jay Brad visiting the White House,

00:12:37.160 September and November of 2021.

00:12:41.860 What, would any of this also tie to Biden's mishandling of classified information?

00:12:48.820 Would that be in the same time frame?

00:12:50.440 Is that, would that have anything, would that have anything to do with that?

00:12:53.480 Because it's always been quite suspect of how all of a sudden the Biden thing kind of came up

00:12:57.960 and they try to schluff it off to the side, unlike what they did with President Trump.

00:13:02.400 Could any of it have been related to that?

00:13:04.700 It absolutely can be.

00:13:07.280 And I think that's a great question.

00:13:09.540 And especially after, you know, is, as Gary Stern at the archives is meeting with Richard Sauber in June of 2023,

00:13:17.820 while Merrick Garland had already appointed Robert Herr in January of 2023,

00:13:24.540 after we found out right after the election that Joe Biden had classified documents too.

00:13:29.520 So could it be related to that?

00:13:31.460 We know Dana Remus, the White House counsel, was involved in that.

00:13:35.160 And the House Republicans, both site and judiciary, subpoenaed Dana Remus,

00:13:40.960 also have asked for interviews with other individuals, including Catherine Riley,

00:13:45.700 who is Ron Klain's associate or assistant who met with Jay Bratt in 2021,

00:13:51.040 asked for an interview with her.

00:13:53.000 The White House is blocking, as you can imagine, all of those interviews

00:13:56.960 because they want to find out their involvement with Biden's cover-up of classified documents

00:14:03.040 and helping to concoct the case against Trump.

00:14:05.780 So, Julie, what is your, where do they go for Real Clear Investigates?

00:14:11.020 All your content, your Substack, the podcast, your everything.

00:14:14.940 Where do they go?

00:14:15.680 Social media.

00:14:16.480 Thank you.

00:14:17.020 Yeah, Real Clear Investigations, my latest piece on classified documents,

00:14:20.460 declassified with Julie Kelly at Substack.

00:14:22.920 I'm at Twitter, posting a lot, Julie underscore Kelly, too.

00:14:26.320 And my podcast link is there as well.

00:14:29.080 Next week, we are going to be watching for grand jury material

00:14:32.360 that has been kept under wraps at the D.C. Courthouse,

00:14:35.400 where 99% of this investigation originated

00:14:38.620 because the chief judge there gave D.O.J. whatever they wanted.

00:14:42.280 And now Judge Cannon wants all of those files.

00:14:45.620 She wants to take a look at them, and I believe that she'll be posting that as well.

00:14:50.980 Wow. Julie Kelly, thank you.

00:14:53.380 Short commercial break. Magnificent.

00:14:55.260 We're going to continue this vast criminal conspiracy between D.O.J., FBI, and the Biden.

00:14:59.700 Hey, folks, if you watch War Room, you know we talk every day about the geopolitical

00:15:05.600 and other forces driving the price of gold.

00:15:07.600 There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening.

00:15:10.960 Let me walk through them.

00:15:12.040 The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the Fed.

00:15:16.820 Since January 2021, cost of living is up 18%.

00:15:22.200 The national debt continues to skyrocket, now significantly north of $34 trillion,

00:15:28.820 causing many to worry when the House of Cards will come crashing down.

00:15:33.680 And a presidential election year that will have massive implications on the future of this country.

00:15:39.720 All this adds up to instability and uncertainty, and that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:16:45.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:49.580 Okay, Mike Davis joins us.

00:16:51.700 So, Mike, I just want to know we had yesterday the whole release of the Pomerantz.

00:16:56.380 I think the Pomerantz five-and-a-half-hour under-oath deposition was released by Matt Gaetz,

00:17:01.100 or Judiciary, excuse me, Judiciary.

00:17:02.740 We've had the 300-page report.

00:17:04.400 But then we've had the follow-up letter of Jordan to DOJ about a further investigation.

00:17:09.360 You've had the Stefanik, this big definitive piece she sent to DOJ.

00:17:14.440 You've had Julie Kelly's real clear investigation.

00:17:16.560 You now have the unsealing.

00:17:18.340 It seems like in the last 72 hours, all of a sudden, everybody's focused on this is a

00:17:24.860 vast conspiracy against the president.

00:17:27.380 I just want to make sure you're kind of the field commander.

00:17:29.500 Just walk us through everything that's going on, because we want to make sure in the fog

00:17:32.540 of war here, we keep it straight about exactly what's going on.

00:17:35.940 But it seems like a ton of information has come out.

00:17:38.740 And the only question I've got is, why wasn't this information put out two or three days

00:17:43.520 before Matt Bull and Breitbart read a huge story, before the start of the trial, or the

00:17:48.160 start of even jury selection?

00:17:50.100 Mike Davis, the floor is yours.

00:17:51.420 That's a very good question, because we're going into week four of the first criminal

00:17:57.040 prosecution ever of a former president of the United States.

00:18:01.900 And the only reason this criminal prosecution is happening is because President Trump indicated

00:18:08.240 he was going to run for president again.

00:18:10.580 So the Democrats have been running this lawfare and election interference on many different

00:18:16.220 fronts.

00:18:16.660 And I have been sounding the alarm for the last 21 months since this unprecedented, unnecessary,

00:18:24.100 unlawful raid on President Trump for presidential records he's allowed to have.

00:18:29.180 I went on your show back in August of 2022, after that Mar-a-Lago raid, and talked about

00:18:35.960 this.

00:18:36.300 I went on Jesse Waters' show and talked about this on Fox News.

00:18:39.820 I talked about Jonathan Suh, the deputy White House counsel for Biden orchestrating this

00:18:46.220 illegal raid on Trump for presidential records he's allowed to have under the Presidential

00:18:50.880 Records Act.

00:18:51.660 I talked about how they're using the Espionage Act instead of the Presidential Records Act.

00:18:57.360 I've done over 3,000 media hits on this.

00:19:01.540 I've done constant social media, constant opinion pieces.

00:19:06.540 We've changed the politics on this over the last 21 months.

00:19:10.520 And I'm glad to see that these Republican politicians, now that we're coming on week

00:19:16.140 four of this criminal prosecution, this criminal trial of President Trump, it's good to see that

00:19:22.080 these Republican politicians are starting to find their backbones.

00:19:26.640 But a lot more needs to be done.

00:19:28.660 Andrew Clyde has been championing the Article III project's appropriations writers for many,

00:19:35.660 many, many months now to cut off federal funding to Jack Smith in his January 6th and Mar-a-Lago

00:19:41.560 indictment, to cut off federal funding to the states and local governments who prosecute Trump,

00:19:48.520 whether it's the New York Attorney General Tish James or Alvin Bragg in Manhattan or Fannie

00:19:55.440 Willis down in Fulton County.

00:19:57.060 Republicans need to step up and do more.

00:19:59.600 Because guess what?

00:20:00.420 This is a criminal conspiracy by Joe Biden, his White House, Merrick Garland, their Justice

00:20:07.920 Department, these DAs, Soros Funded Manhattan DA, working with Matthew Colangelo from the

00:20:14.860 Biden Justice Department, Alvin Bragg in Manhattan, Tish James in New York, Fannie Willis and her 0.55

00:20:21.120 dumb, unqualified boyfriend, Nathan Wade, working with the Biden White House, including the 0.73

00:20:26.160 Biden White House Council, billing his time, right? 1.00

00:20:28.420 This is a criminal conspiracy.

00:20:29.920 Now you have the Arizona Attorney General bringing charges against Trump and naming Trump as an

00:20:35.360 or bringing charges against Trump co-conspirators and naming Trump as an undidited co-conspirator.

00:20:41.900 We need to step up.

00:20:43.260 We need to have House Republicans step up with aggressive subpoenas for witnesses, for testimony, 0.97

00:20:51.120 hearings, staff depositions, cut off their funding.

00:20:54.540 We need House Speaker Mike Johnson and House Judiciary Committee Chairman and Weaponization

00:21:00.100 Committee Chairman Jim Jordan to step up and do a lot more very fast.

00:21:04.720 Okay.

00:21:11.160 There's so much that's come up.

00:21:12.780 And I mean, and you saw it's a five and a half hour deposition with Pomerantz, who was

00:21:16.740 the first guy kind of assigned to the Trump case.

00:21:19.320 And he takes the Fifth Amendment when Gates is hammering him on.

00:21:23.140 Was there any criminal activity?

00:21:24.540 Did you break any laws?

00:21:25.660 Did you do anything?

00:21:26.120 He takes the Fifth Amendment for all that about his own investigation.

00:21:29.020 You've got the 300-page report.

00:21:30.840 Then you have the follow-on Jordan letter.

00:21:34.240 You got at least Stefanik, her brilliant piece on going for an ethics review at DOJ.

00:21:38.660 I just want to hit rewind for the audience.

00:21:41.980 Right now, you just went through a litany of things and kind of an order of what needs to

00:21:46.180 be done.

00:21:46.740 And then we talked about who should do it.

00:21:48.080 Let's go back and hit rewind on exactly if we want to be methodical about this and not

00:21:53.180 just have this massive data dumps.

00:21:56.160 Like yesterday, that was not given to reporters.

00:21:59.140 They just kind of dumped it out there, right, on a Thursday afternoon.

00:22:02.400 Go through methodically what you think ought to happen step by step.

00:22:07.260 Well, I would say this.

00:22:08.680 First of all, we need to make this very clear.

00:22:10.840 I have not heard any indication whatsoever that Jim Jordan is hamstrung by the prior

00:22:16.520 speaker, Kevin McCarthy, or the current speaker, Mike Johnson, on his investigation.

00:22:21.100 He has full authority under the Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization Committee to move forward

00:22:25.900 and move forward fast.

00:22:27.140 So let's just put that on the table right now.

00:22:29.860 And what Jim Jordan needs to be doing is issuing subpoenas immediately, subpoenas immediately

00:22:36.820 for both documents and for witnesses.

00:22:39.780 And you call in these witnesses to staff depositions.

00:22:43.420 And you should be having these staff depositions every day or every other day until you bring

00:22:49.940 in these key players and figure out what the hell is going on.

00:22:53.140 This is obviously a conspiracy with the Biden White House.

00:22:56.840 You had Matthew Colangelo going from the Biden Justice Department to Bragg's office to bring

00:23:01.660 this case that was passed over by the prior Manhattan DA, the Manhattan U.S.

00:23:07.100 Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Bragg himself until Colangelo went to the

00:23:12.820 Manhattan DA's office to bring this zombie case, the resurrected zombie case.

00:23:16.880 You had Nathan Wade billing 16 hours for his meetings with the Biden White House, including

00:23:22.480 the White House Council, before Fannie Willis brought her indictment.

00:23:25.940 You had Jonathan Suh and Jay Bratt orchestrating the Mar-a-Lago raid, right?

00:23:31.120 This is a criminal conspiracy.

00:23:33.200 Let's start bringing in these witnesses and their documents.

00:23:37.240 Get them down on paper with staff depositions.

00:23:40.780 Let them try to plead the Fifth Amendment. 1.00

00:23:42.440 Let them try to claim executive privilege.

00:23:45.160 Bring them in and make them do this, right?

00:23:47.520 And then fight it in court.

00:23:49.240 We need to be more aggressive.

00:23:50.680 Again, we're in week four.

00:23:52.180 We are in week four of this criminal trial.

00:23:55.140 This Judge Juan Mershon donated to Biden.

00:23:58.360 His adult daughter, Lauren, has raised tens of millions of dollars off this criminal prosecution.

00:24:03.560 When Trump raises this evidence of bias, bias that even a former federal Clinton judge in

00:24:10.040 the Southern District of New York said on Caitlin Collins' show on April 5th on CNN that this

00:24:16.060 required Mershon's recusal.

00:24:18.140 How did Mershon respond?

00:24:20.600 He put—he expanded this illegal unconstitutional gag order on Trump so he can't even talk about

00:24:26.220 this, and now he's threatening to throw Trump in prison.

00:24:28.940 This judge is going to put Trump in prison if he can, and this is why Jim Jordan and this

00:24:34.940 weaponization committee need to step up immediately with aggressive subpoenas, with staff depositions,

00:24:42.740 with public hearings.

00:24:44.700 Go on offense.

00:24:45.540 It's a zero-sum game.

00:24:46.920 If they are on—if we're on offense, they're on defense and vice versa.

00:24:51.420 And your point you're trying to make is that judiciary has full power—is fully empowered

00:25:00.220 by kind of mandate to go do something like this.

00:25:03.280 They don't need to get signed off.

00:25:04.400 So they can go do everything you just said, the subpoenas, the documents, subpoenas for

00:25:09.020 documents, for testimony, to do under oath, videotaped depositions, all of it, correct?

00:25:17.240 Yes.

00:25:18.060 Yeah.

00:25:18.940 And I would say to Jim Jordan, I'll go volunteer for you if you need help.

00:25:23.120 Like, let's get moving on this.

00:25:25.600 We are in week four of this criminal prosecution.

00:25:29.400 They're going to put Trump in prison if they can.

00:25:32.140 This judge is already threatening this.

00:25:34.680 This is illegal lawfare and election interference by these Democrats.

00:25:39.060 This is a conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. 241.

00:25:44.620 It's a very serious civil rights felony that Biden, his White House, including his White

00:25:51.240 House counsel, his Justice Department, including Garland and Colangelo, Jonathan Sue in the

00:25:56.540 White House counsel's office, these Democrat DAs like Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis and her 0.99

00:26:05.420 dumb boyfriend Nathan Wade and Big Tish James in New York and the Arizona attorney general. 0.99

00:26:12.360 This is a criminal conspiracy. 0.97

00:26:14.140 They timed this lawfare, these indictments and these civil prosecutions to go after Trump

00:26:21.160 during the election season to interfere in the election.

00:26:24.180 And there are outside actors, too, that are part of this conspiracy.

00:26:27.120 People like Andrew Weissman, right?

00:26:29.000 And so the House Republicans, the weaponization committee must step up.

00:26:34.800 What the hell did they set up this committee to do if they're not stepping up right now?

00:26:38.880 And you've seen enough so far from either depositions of Pomerantz, Matthew Colangelo, which you broke

00:26:49.580 here a couple of years over a year ago.

00:26:51.580 You've seen enough to convince you that there's enough, at least out there today, that you could

00:26:56.980 go forward logically from the judiciary to send this all out looking at a criminal conspiracy

00:27:04.140 between the FBI, DOJ, and Biden's White House Counsel's Office and Biden's White House, correct?

00:27:10.960 There's no question.

00:27:12.020 I said that right after the Mar-a-Lago raid because there's no criminal components to the

00:27:17.980 Presidential Records Act.

00:27:19.180 I worked in the White House.

00:27:20.580 I know what the Presidential Records Act is.

00:27:22.520 I handled Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation when he was the White House staff secretary dealing

00:27:29.560 with millions of pages of presidential records.

00:27:32.360 I know the Presidential Records Act inside and out.

00:27:34.980 And I said right after the Mar-a-Lago raid, this was an illegal hit.

00:27:39.360 They used the Espionage Act as a cover instead of the Presidential Records Act where there's

00:27:44.920 no criminal component.

00:27:46.040 And remember why they went into Mar-a-Lago.

00:27:48.700 It's because Trump declassified and took his Crossfire Hurricane records, right?

00:27:54.420 And those records are so damning to Obama and Biden and Hillary and Clapper and the FBI,

00:28:03.000 the Attorney General, Jay Bratt, right?

00:28:06.220 Because they made up the Russian collusion hoax, right?

00:28:09.440 They made it up.

00:28:10.240 They got illegal FISA spy warrants on President Trump when he was a presidential candidate,

00:28:16.360 even when he was the President of the United States.

00:28:18.940 This is what they're covering up.

00:28:20.340 This is what this lawfare is all about.

00:28:21.800 So, Mike, just hang on one second.

00:28:25.240 I know you've got to bounce.

00:28:26.260 I just want to keep you for one more second.

00:30:46.120 we'll send everybody over to her site.

00:30:47.840 But, there's also a huge piece of a political, I'm going to get to in a second, with MTG,

00:30:52.340 if we can track her down by phone, on what's called a power-sharing agreement.

00:30:57.280 Make sure you take your number two prints and put that under your nomenclature list.

00:31:02.580 Power-sharing agreement.

00:31:04.720 That's a huge story about the Democrats, Kim Jeffries, and Speaker Johnson.

00:31:08.940 I'll get to that in a second.

00:31:10.120 I just want to hit rewind on something you said right before the break.

00:31:14.560 And, by the way, times of turbulence, you ain't seen nothing yet.

00:31:17.860 You think these college campuses are going to continue to explode?

00:31:20.140 They're all kind of panic mode.

00:31:22.380 The run-up to this, the lawfare is only going to get worse.

00:31:25.640 Coming after President Trump, after everybody.

00:31:28.700 I made communications yesterday with Dr. Navarro.

00:31:32.320 We'll be getting updates on Dr. Navarro, Dr. Navarro's situation.

00:31:35.440 But, it's going to get worse before it gets better.

00:31:37.920 So, times of turbulence.

00:31:38.780 That's why go check it out, birchgold.com.

00:31:40.780 Why Gold's Been a Hedge for 8,000 Years of Man's Recorded History.

00:31:45.520 Birchgold.com slash band.

00:31:46.900 And, Philip Patrick, I've tracked him down.

00:31:49.000 He will be with me on tomorrow's show.

00:31:50.700 We'll go through a bunch of capital market stuff.

00:31:54.160 Mike Davis, hit rewind.

00:31:55.520 Just give me that last minute you had about what this is really about.

00:31:59.400 In 2016, Hillary Clinton got caught with her illegal home server when she was the Secretary of State.

00:32:10.960 And, that home server included our nation's most classified secrets.

00:32:16.720 The bigger problem for Hillary is it also evidenced the Clinton Foundation's illegal pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes. 1.00

00:32:24.260 And, so, when she got caught with this server, what did she do?

00:32:28.220 She leech-bitted it and she took hammers to the phone. 0.97

00:32:31.780 She thought she destroyed the evidence.

00:32:33.660 But, guess what?

00:32:34.640 She didn't.

00:32:35.280 Because, that server was almost certainly hacked by our enemies, including China and Russia. 0.86

00:32:41.620 And, so, when she was running in 2016, the Obama White House, Biden, Obama, Hillary, the AG, the FBI, all these officials thought that the Russians were going to put out this illegal home server of her foreign corruption schemes before the 2016 election.

00:33:00.280 And, so, that's how we got the crossfire hurricane investigation, the Russian collusion investigation on then-candidate Trump, because they wanted to be able to point to a Trump campaign dirty trick if this server came out.

00:33:14.620 They want to say, oh, you can't believe this.

00:33:16.220 This was a Trump campaign dirty trick colluding with the Russians.

00:33:19.740 And, you say, Mike, that sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory.

00:33:23.300 How could you possibly think that?

00:33:24.840 Well, guess what?

00:33:25.940 They did the same play in 2020 with Hunter Biden's laptop, evidencing the Biden family's foreign corruption, right?

00:33:34.400 And, you had the CIA working with the 51 former intel officials to say that this had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.

00:33:43.020 They got the New York Post, America's oldest newspaper, censored and deplatformed.

00:33:48.360 You couldn't even pull up the New York Post story.

00:33:50.480 And, then, after the election in 2020, President Trump sued Hillary Clinton for this Russian collusion hoax, a civil lawsuit down in Florida.

00:34:00.860 Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhardt got assigned to the case.

00:34:05.080 Well, guess what?

00:34:05.740 They found Bruce Reinhardt's Facebook post where he was trashing Trump.

00:34:09.960 And, so, he had to recuse from that civil lawsuit by Trump versus Hillary in Florida.

00:34:14.700 And, so, then, what happened?

00:34:16.400 Six weeks later, that recusal, that conflict of interest from Bruce Reinhardt magically went away.

00:34:23.660 And, then, guess what?

00:34:24.480 We had this Mar-a-Lago raid with Biden working with Jay Bratz and Jonathan Suh and this Bruce Reinhardt.

00:34:31.840 Bruce Reinhardt greenlighted this hit on the office of former president for presidential records Trump is allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.

00:34:40.500 And, they used the Espionage Act.

00:34:42.200 So, how did Bruce Reinhardt's recusal issue go away from six weeks prior?

00:34:48.340 This is why they did the Mar-a-Lago raid, because President Trump declassified via executive order on January 19, 2021, the day he left, before he left office, these crossfire hurricane documents that are so devastating to Obama, Biden, Hillary.

00:35:06.120 And, the FBI, the intel agencies, ran to Mark Meadows on January 20th and said, you can't do this.

00:35:13.260 You're putting lives in danger, sources and methods.

00:35:16.080 So, Mark Meadows issued a memo on January 20th, the day they were leaving office, saying, do your Privacy Act review and get out these crossfire hurricane records.

00:35:25.280 Well, guess what?

00:35:26.320 They didn't do the Privacy Act review.

00:35:28.120 They didn't put out the crossfire hurricane records.

00:35:30.400 They went to get them from Mar-a-Lago.

00:35:32.420 Mike Davis, also, it shouldn't be lost to anybody, that they claim election interference by the Russians in 2016, had absolutely zero.

00:35:42.020 They claim an election interference now by, I don't know, Stormy Daniels and the Asher Inquirer.

00:35:46.620 It's all phony.

00:35:47.580 It's all made up.

00:35:48.380 Where do people go to Article 3 to follow this, to volunteer, to do all the things you need?

00:36:06.020 We can do patch through calls, social media, email.

00:36:09.100 It's really important that we do this, to take action, to end this lawfare during the election.

00:36:13.780 And then you can also follow us on social media at Article3project, at Article3project, on Getter, Twitter, Truth.

00:36:21.580 And my personal is at MRDDMIA.

00:36:26.620 MRDDMIA.

00:36:27.280 Thank you, Steve.

00:36:27.940 Thank you, Mike Davis.

00:36:30.880 Amazing.

00:36:32.160 Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene joins us.

00:36:34.420 Congressman Greene, blockbuster story leading Politico this morning about a concept called a power sharing agreement between Speaker of the House Mike Davis and Hakeem Jeffries.

00:36:46.480 That's the price that Johnson's got to pay for having Hakeem Jeffries come in and save his speakership.

00:36:54.400 Can you walk our audience through what a power sharing agreement is and why would a Republican speaker share power with Democrats, ma'am?

00:37:01.200 Thank you, Steve.

00:37:03.260 No, no Republican speaker should ever share power with the Democrats because the voters in America in 2022 gave the majority to Republicans.

00:37:13.840 And the whole reason why Americans said that is because they are 100 percent against what the Biden administration and what Democrats have been doing to our country ever since they came into the White House.

00:37:25.160 And so what's happening, Steve, is what was happening behind closed doors where Mike Johnson was making deals with Chuck Schumer, making deals with Hakeem Jeffries, making deals with the Biden White House.

00:37:38.520 That was already happening. Now it's coming out to the open because I called their bluff when Hakeem Jeffries and the entire Democrat team comes out, the leadership team, they come out and they say, we're going to vote to save Mike Johnson.

00:37:51.920 If Marjorie Taylor Greene calls the motion to vacate, that was a threat trying to get me to back down because they they thought they could beat me by making it unsuccessful. 0.98

00:38:02.700 But I called their bluff because it was important to do so. Yeah, let's put everybody on record.

00:38:09.120 And if Democrats have to go back to their districts during their primaries, having voted for a Republican speaker, they're going to have to explain that to their district.

00:38:18.260 So now it's all coming out in the open that Democrats are going to demand a price.

00:38:23.560 They're going to demand something from Mike Johnson in order for for them to have given him their votes.

00:38:29.980 And but this is what America needed to see.

00:38:33.060 Steve, this is exactly the swamp being completely ripped wide open for the American people to see.

00:38:40.160 And it shows exactly why what I've been saying is right.

00:38:44.000 Mike Johnson is compromised. He's the Democrat controlled speaker of the House.

00:38:48.300 And this is not what people want.

00:38:50.400 And if we're going to go into 2025 with President Trump in the White House, we have to have a Republican majority in the House.

00:38:57.140 It's ready to fight because this is not going to be easy.

00:39:01.160 It is. It's going to be really tough.

00:39:03.380 If people thought it was hard when he was president before, it's going to go up to a whole new level.

00:39:08.120 And we have to have a Republican majority in the House that knows how to get the work done.

00:39:12.300 And if they're too complacent or lazy or scared to remove our compromised speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, then we're telling the voters in America that we're not capable of fighting the fight, that we have to fight to save our country.

00:39:27.860 And so I think this vote is is the most important thing that can happen for voters.

00:39:32.120 And I am delighted to deliver it next week.

00:39:34.480 No, no, I think this is the and I want everybody, if Grace and Mo can push out the political article to everybody in the live chat and you guys share it, because what's happened over the last month or so just doesn't make any sense.

00:39:48.080 All of a sudden he commits to you.

00:39:50.300 He promises the conference.

00:39:52.040 He goes on TV.

00:39:52.900 He says it over and over and over again.

00:39:56.100 The southern border will be secured before any money goes to Ukraine.

00:39:59.920 He already folded on that on the on the budget, but he came and said he promised he would do this.

00:40:04.980 You understand he folded.

00:40:06.120 It seemed like something was going on now because of your efforts.

00:40:10.680 And, you know, Fox goes, oh, she's an agent of chaos. 0.95

00:40:13.040 She's a narcissist. 1.00

00:40:14.100 It's all about her ego because of your action.

00:40:17.160 Politico is reporting they're going to have a formal power sharing agreement, which they've had to date.

00:40:22.840 But now it's that you smoked them out.

00:40:25.120 Now they have to come forward because they're going to demand a pound of flesh. 0.79

00:40:28.600 Like they've already been getting a pound of flesh.

00:40:30.660 Now it's all in the open.

00:40:32.420 Congressman Green, your thoughts.

00:40:34.380 That's right.

00:40:35.100 It's out in the open.

00:40:35.880 And you're right. 1.00

00:40:36.340 You know, Fox News called me an idiot. 1.00

00:40:38.360 That was literally their headline. 1.00

00:40:40.420 They called me an idiot. 0.99

00:40:41.800 But what I've done is expose what was already happening in the dark. 0.98

00:40:45.980 And I think I think the beautiful thing about it is, is that Democrats have to come clean.

00:40:52.420 They were controlling Mike Johnson anyways.

00:40:54.740 He was giving them everything, wide open border policies, fully funded, fully funded the Biden Department of Justice, fully funded the FBI, gave them a brand new building, paid for full term abortion funding, paid for the trans agenda against children. 0.92

00:41:08.640 He voted down the warrant requirement for FISA.

00:41:12.300 Then he gives $61 billion to Ukraine.

00:41:15.400 And while he's claiming that he's helping Israel, he actually stabs them in the back with $9 billion to Hamas.

00:41:22.040 And then another three and a half billion dollars that Joe Biden's about to use to bring in so-called refugees from Gaza into America.

00:41:29.740 And Joe Biden wants to give them a citizenship.

00:41:31.940 So this has already been happening.

00:41:35.000 But the beauty of it is, is that Politico is telling the truth.

00:41:39.680 And our own so-called conservative, you know, corporate media, the Murdoch Empire, Fox News and them, they were trying to hide the truth.

00:41:50.060 So I think I think the best thing that's happening, Steve, in all of this is everyone is being exposed.

00:41:55.800 And I think that's what the American people deserve, because the American people are the ones that have the power in the first place, Steve.

00:42:03.420 The American people can decide if they're going to tolerate this from leaders in Washington and from from the media that they consume.

00:42:12.240 Or are they going to stand up and say we've had enough, no more?

00:42:15.120 Congressman Green, in the last 72 hours, been amazing information, five hours of depositions on Pomerantz, Jim Jordan putting out a 300 page interim report, Stefanik going to Capitol Hill, an unavailing of something that President Trump had filed on the classified Doxmas case.

00:42:34.640 It's obvious there's a vast conspiracy going on, yet Mike Johnson fully funded the FBI and the DOJ and didn't do anything to press this, the oversight and really getting into the bottom of this criminal conspiracy.

00:42:50.320 Your thoughts, ma'am?

00:42:52.000 That's right.

00:42:52.840 And here's here's the reality.

00:42:54.860 We've got Elise Stefanik, Jim Jordan, many others wanting to do incredible work, wanting to do the work on the committees that our country deserves to be done.

00:43:03.940 Wanting to subpoena people, call them in and hold them accountable.

00:43:08.020 But it's impossible with Speaker Mike Johnson because he won't enforce any of it.

00:43:14.340 And that's what people have to understand is all of this information that's being uncovered, nothing can be done with it when we have a Speaker of the House that is controlled by the Democrats that are going to stop all of it.

00:43:27.880 And this power sharing agreement is unprecedented.

00:43:31.820 It's never happened in history.

00:43:35.840 And if anyone thinks that bipartisanship and compromise is good in Washington, D.C., they really need to understand that that is truly total surrender to to the radical ideology and the Marxism that the Biden administration and the Communist Democrats have brought on our country.

00:43:54.380 This isn't bipartisanship in Washington is not a good thing right now.

00:43:58.580 Compromise is not a good thing.

00:44:00.280 And power sharing with our Republican controlled majority to Democrats that are destroying our country.

00:44:06.820 That is not a good thing.

00:44:08.020 It's a complete betrayal.

00:44:11.120 Congressman Green, where do people follow you, social media, your websites, all of it?

00:44:14.800 Where do they go?

00:44:17.380 RepMTG on social media.

00:44:19.560 And that's that's the best place to go for information.

00:44:22.220 Thank you so much, Steve.

00:44:23.460 Congressman Green, we will follow this closely.

00:44:27.540 Thank you very much for joining us.

00:44:30.140 Short break.

00:44:31.740 Back in the warm in just a moment.

00:44:33.700 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?

00:44:42.900 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.

00:44:54.100 It's prominent all over the country, companies like Starbucks, strong arguing their customers to support abortion, financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views, makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models, and beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer.

00:45:18.540 Thankfully, thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies with our hard-earned dollars.

00:45:24.940 With Public Square, we now have a solution.

00:45:27.900 It's simple.

00:46:31.260 That's PublicSQ.com.

00:46:34.940 PublicSQ.com.

00:46:37.260 Host, Stephen K. Banff.

00:46:42.320 Okay, kind of two massive things going on Capitol Hill.

00:46:46.000 One is kind of the organization of this investigation into this vast conspiracy against President Trump.

00:46:53.400 It shouldn't be launching because there's no coincidences.

00:46:55.080 The whole, you know, Russiagate fiasco nonsense, which I think they came up, it was one of the intelligence, it wasn't Hayden, it was Clapper, wrote a book.

00:47:08.140 And even Erin Burnett hammered him.

00:47:10.460 I think she had the book when he came for his book to him.

00:47:12.360 She said, hey, dude, in your entire book, the only evidence you provide of any Russian collusion was like $130,000 spent by some fake Russian entity to do a Facebook ad like one or two times or something.

00:47:29.780 And Clapper kind of went in the mumble tank.

00:47:32.300 The election interference, this fiasco in New York City, and look, we don't cover the details of it because I don't think the details are worthy of coverage.

00:47:38.360 Andrew Giuliani is going to be with us, stepping out of the courthouse in the next hour so we can keep you up to date.

00:47:44.560 But, I mean, on MSNBC, it's literally every show.

00:47:47.720 They don't want to show anything about the Marxist, Sharia supremacist revolt.

00:47:52.600 They're cursing CNN for showing it.

00:47:55.180 But they have every breathless moment.

00:47:57.560 And, you know, every show is a cliffhanger until it goes to the next.

00:48:00.980 I don't think it's worthy of your time.

00:48:02.720 But it shouldn't be launching you with all this stuff and the bookkeeping and everything they're doing.

00:48:09.540 The reason they've got National Career all up, they've now turned it into an election interference case in 2016.

00:48:16.640 I kid you not.

00:48:18.060 Just like Russiagate was.

00:48:19.840 They're so obsessed with the fact that Trump beat Hillary Clinton in 2016 that you, this audience, stood up and had President Trump's back.

00:48:27.640 And this come from behind victory.

00:48:29.360 And it just gets all over them because they know they would have controlled the country then.

00:48:32.720 All three of the Supreme Court justices ought to have been left-wing or Marxist.

00:48:37.420 You saw who Biden appointed, right?

00:48:40.420 And who Hillary Clinton wanted to appoint.

00:48:41.940 Merrick Garland would have been on the Supreme Court.

00:48:43.900 And people more radical than Merrick Garland.

00:48:45.900 Think about that for a second.

00:48:47.760 But there are election interference now.

00:48:49.940 Also, Politico said the quiet part allowed that we have been pushing that this is reality.

00:48:55.860 It's a power.

00:48:56.460 Never before in history had this be a power-sharing arrangement between Hakeem Jeffries and Johnson.

00:49:02.180 Because Johnson's not really the speaker.

00:49:03.880 It just can't go on.

00:49:05.220 People go, why are you doing this?

00:49:06.320 It has to be done.

00:49:09.200 You have to remove a guy that's so compromised.

00:49:11.920 And this is also why Trump, there's been no support on Capitol Hill until the last 72 hours.

00:49:17.840 Right?

00:49:18.220 And that's just not random.

00:49:19.500 You guys sat here and heard my yelling and screaming.

00:49:22.020 Because we knew, think, they had major material information.

00:49:26.200 And they wouldn't do it because they didn't want to have Trump's back.

00:49:28.620 Let's just be blunt about it.

00:49:30.440 All of this information should have come out prior to the trial.

00:49:35.060 It should have come out, you know, three or four days before the trial.

00:49:38.680 Because you can set the narrative framework like they do on MSNBC and CNN every day.

00:49:42.840 Every second of every day.

00:49:44.660 That's information warfare.

00:49:45.940 That's one of the reasons that we play, you know, the cold open, you know, curated from all these radicals.

00:49:52.680 Radicals is to show you how the enemy is positioning things, positioning their forces, positioning their weapons. 0.97

00:50:01.880 Let's go, by the way, one thing you can't, we don't want you to get caught up in something that takes you off the battlefield.

00:50:09.840 Remember, you're one of the information warriors in this.

00:50:14.340 This is why a mag is ascendant.

00:50:16.820 This is why you saw President Trump yesterday at the fire station.

00:50:19.760 It's because of folks like you who have had his back.

00:50:23.320 We can't take casualties.

00:50:24.620 A big casualty would be somebody take out a second mortgage on your home right now of $100,000 or $200,000, hard money lender.

00:50:31.120 And because somebody went at you through cyber or, quite frankly, somebody you knew, some lawyer or something,

00:50:35.960 got access to your title because of the rudimentary way that they are held around the country

00:50:42.020 and took out a second mortgage, which you didn't even know about.

00:50:45.580 That's what Home Title Lock is.

00:50:47.600 Just go to HomeTitleLock.com, see all the endorsements they've got.

00:50:51.120 More important, immerse yourself in the information.

00:50:53.100 You put in promo code Banner, you get the first month three.

00:50:55.260 But just go check it out today.

00:50:58.120 Check boxes and get that off your plate.

00:51:00.340 Mike Lindell, Robin Voss, updates.

00:51:03.280 Is this going to happen or not?

00:51:04.700 A lot of people would say, hey, Robin Voss is one of the biggest blockers.

00:51:07.600 You say he's the worst blocker than Raffensperger. 1.00

00:51:10.480 That's a big endorsement right there.

00:51:13.080 But is this going to happen or is there some issue technically that's keeping this from happening?

00:51:19.000 Well, Steve, after being there, I spent all day, you know, the day before yesterday on the ground there at the rally.

00:51:24.820 I talked to thousands of people and the team that's recalling Robin Voss was there.

00:51:29.460 They gave me a lot of confidence because here's why.

00:51:32.160 In the first recall, everybody, they had over 10,000 signatures where the WEC discredited over 4,000 of them.

00:51:42.020 It was district lines, not in that district, and other things that were on there that they took off as being valid, which was fine.

00:51:49.980 You learn from that, right?

00:51:51.500 Well, what these guys did then, they started the other recall, I guess, about a month ago now.

00:51:56.480 Now you need about 6,600 signatures.

00:51:59.180 They've got over 4,000 now, but this is really key, everybody, over 4,000 that are legitimate, locked in.

00:52:06.920 They went door to door.

00:52:08.340 They got those 4,000.

00:52:10.000 Now they can go back to the 6,000 legitimate ones they had, and they said this is going to be the easy part.

00:52:17.120 Steve, they said they're two weeks ahead of schedule.

00:52:19.760 It's so much easier this time around, but it's taking a lot more work because they're doing it all in person, all of it in person.

00:52:27.300 I mean, this is amazing, so I really think it's going to happen.

00:52:30.840 This is a grassroots, I remember.

00:52:34.660 Trump wins Wisconsin.

00:52:36.020 It's over for Biden.

00:52:37.080 Wisconsin is so key.

00:52:39.180 That's why it's so much effort.

00:52:40.140 That's why the president every day he's got off.

00:52:41.720 He's in Wisconsin.

00:52:42.540 That's why the convention is in Milwaukee, folks.

00:52:45.020 These are not random events.

00:52:47.380 Okay, so Robin Voss has got to go.

00:52:49.280 Yep, go ahead.

00:52:49.740 He's got to go, and Steve, I did in my speech there, you know, we've got a big effort for everyone to get out and encourage everybody to vote, and it hasn't voted before, and every Republican can get out there.

00:53:00.880 I said something a lot different on stage.

00:53:02.940 I said, you know, this is the one time in history where everyone should be getting out there and getting your friends that voted Democrat.

00:53:10.620 They're ready to turn.

00:53:11.760 I've spent so much time in Chicago and Colorado and Oregon lately.

00:53:15.780 These people are all flipping to Donald Trump.

00:53:18.140 This is the time you all need to be evangelists for Donald Trump.

00:53:21.980 Get out there and go, hey, look at what's going on here, the destruction of our country.

00:53:25.860 Now do you see what we've been telling you for years?

00:53:28.860 We've got to get him back in office and save our country.

00:53:32.620 So, Steve, this is an opportunity we've never had to turn Democrats into a common sense.

00:53:38.260 A hundred percent.

00:53:39.740 A hundred percent.

00:53:41.240 Common sense.

00:53:41.820 Mike, hang on.

00:53:42.640 I'm going to hold you through the break.

00:53:44.120 But before I go, I've got about 30 seconds.

00:53:46.360 Colorado, you've been spending a lot of time, a lot of pick and shovel work there with the folks.

00:53:49.960 Give me 30 seconds on the update on Colorado.

00:53:52.160 Yeah, on Colorado, everybody, we have one county for sure, probably two and more coming that are committed to go to paper ballots hand counted in the 2024 election.

00:54:01.000 Remember, we are working in every single county in the country.

00:54:05.000 We have over 300,000 people on the ground.

00:54:07.240 This was a five-hour meeting with their election officials, and they're getting rid of these machines going to paper ballots hand counted.

00:54:15.860 So, why is Colorado important?

00:54:18.340 Every county is important.

00:54:20.820 Every county is important.

00:54:22.240 We can flip Colorado.

00:54:24.020 Mike Lindell's got a lot of wisdom there.

00:54:25.700 It's time to flip independents and Democrats.

00:54:27.600 Stick around.

00:54:28.540 Nigel Farage, Colonel Derek Harvey, Andrew Giuliani, E.J. Antony, we are packed in hour two.
