00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.360 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.580 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.880 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.820 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.240 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.980 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.900 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.180 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.580 MAGA media.
00:00:28.480 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.400 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.120 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.480 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:50.680 It's Thursday, 23 May, in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:00:54.900 We are packed today, as usual, and we're going to go immediately to South Bronx.
00:01:01.660 New York Young Republican Club President Gavin Wax is there with a rally for President Trump.
00:01:06.100 The historic rally for President Trump will take place later today.
00:01:09.160 Gavin Wax, are you in a tropical rainstorm?
00:01:13.340 Are we going to have this rally today, sir?
00:01:15.040 It appears so, Steve.
00:01:17.960 I think I'm in hurricane force winds right now.
00:01:20.320 It's coming down, but spirits are still high here in the South Bronx.
00:01:24.000 You can probably see behind me, maybe over my umbrella.
00:01:26.780 We have a lot of very loyal supporters who arrived here even before I did.
00:01:30.440 I got here around 8 o'clock.
00:01:31.640 They were already here.
00:01:32.640 Just shows the level of support and enthusiasm this president has.
00:01:35.580 And storms are not going to keep us away, that's for sure.
00:01:38.940 I have some bad news, though.
00:01:40.220 I think your production team is about to unionize.
00:01:43.500 We got some people coming.
00:01:46.760 They're in proper attire, Steve.
00:01:48.680 But I do think your team is about to unionize and head over to the opposing march very shortly.
00:01:56.720 Gavin, the weather forecast, it is supposed to clear up later today.
00:02:00.640 It will be muddy, but this thing will take place, I think, around 4 o'clock.
00:02:04.080 Real America's Voice coverage is going to start.
00:02:06.440 You guys are putting on a pregame.
00:02:07.940 Do you anticipate that the weather is going to clear later in the day?
00:02:12.760 Well, by the looks of it, it's hard to say that right now.
00:02:15.580 My shoes are about to fill up, but I do think it's going to clear up.
00:02:19.560 We have God on our side, and we have a great group of people.
00:02:23.020 So I do think it's going to clear.
00:02:24.180 And based on the weather forecast that I have seen by noon today, it will look a lot better.
00:02:29.440 And I will probably have to go home and change.
00:02:31.520 But besides that, we will be having a good time after 12.
00:02:34.480 The president speaks around 6, I believe.
00:02:37.580 By 6, things should be good.
00:02:39.080 They shouldn't look like this, but, you know, we'll see what happens, Steve.
00:02:43.660 Gavin, what about the counter-protest?
00:02:45.340 You just alluded to the fact that people are already showing up.
00:02:47.800 They're not Trump supporters.
00:02:50.320 What about the protest?
00:02:51.920 They're saying that they're going to shut this thing down.
00:02:54.220 Any truth to that rumor?
00:02:55.120 Well, listen, I think a lot of these far-left loonies up here in the Assembly and the City Council, you know, they're scared.
00:03:01.880 You know, these guys are, you know, they have their little fiefdoms.
00:03:04.400 They never had any real political competition.
00:03:06.420 And now you've got the big guy coming to town to step on their turf, and they're freaking out because they know if he gets a good showing today, which he will,
00:03:13.600 it'll completely shatter their narrative about the Democrat Party, about urban politics, about this election, the trend line.
00:03:20.780 So I think it speaks volumes that they're trying to shut down the event, that they're trying to shut down subways,
00:03:26.360 which, based on the state of New York City infrastructure and this rain, I don't think they're going to have to do much to do that.
00:03:31.500 But with that said, the fact that they're trying to shut things down shows that they're scared.
00:03:35.940 I know they're trying to do another protest.
00:03:37.680 I heard they were trying to do another protest yesterday.
00:03:40.580 Didn't go anywhere.
00:03:41.880 So we'll see.
00:03:42.700 I mean, they could try their best, but I think most of the people that I've seen here on the ground are either neutral or very supportive.
00:03:49.740 I haven't really seen any, you know, haters, anyone who's really opposed to this.
00:03:53.800 Those types of people, they're not living up here.
00:03:55.300 They're living on the Upper West Side.
00:03:56.700 They're living in Manhattan.
00:03:57.560 They're living in, you know, other areas of the city, but they're not in the Bronx.
00:04:01.600 So they could try their best, but this thing will go on.
00:04:05.700 I wonder for our international and the audience in the rest of America, just take a second and explain what a flex this is.
00:04:11.880 What a show of force by MAGA.
00:04:15.320 Put it in perspective of what's going to happen today.
00:04:17.460 Oh, listen, I think, you know, today it just goes to show that President Trump is willing to expand the coalition, expand the tent, go to areas that Republicans have never dreamed of visiting.
00:04:29.140 The last time a Republican visited here was Reagan in the 80s, and it was a disaster.
00:04:33.380 He certainly wasn't doing a rally.
00:04:34.860 But President Trump is showing that he's the only Republican, his populist, America First-style Republicanism is the only type of Republican politics that can expand the tent, reach new voters, reach new communities.
00:04:47.160 And he's showing with his own actions that the Make America Great Again agenda applies to all Americans.
00:04:52.620 It applies to Americans here in the South Bronx.
00:04:55.080 It applies to Americans in Detroit, in the Rust Belt, big cities, small cities, urban, rural, blue, red, it doesn't matter.
00:05:01.220 He wants to uplift all of us.
00:05:02.860 He wants to protect the border.
00:05:03.920 He wants to bring back law and order.
00:05:05.360 He wants to get more money in our pockets.
00:05:07.500 He wants to bring down inflation and bring world peace back to the world stage.
00:05:12.800 All of these things are in support of everyday Americans, all Americans, because it's not, you know, necessarily, you know, Bronx versus, you know, Red America, Blue America versus Red America.
00:05:23.760 This is elitists versus the people.
00:05:26.820 Gavin, where do people go for the website, Real America's Voice?
00:05:32.180 We're also going to be streaming at about 4 o'clock when the undercard starts.
00:05:35.960 President Trump's supposed to be up at 6.
00:05:37.560 Where do people go for you, social media, New York Young Republicans Club, and today's rally in South Bronx?
00:05:45.200 Absolutely, Steve.
00:05:46.120 You can follow the New York Young Republican Club at NYYRC.
00:05:49.160 That's on Twitter, Instagram, all social media.
00:05:51.620 Our website, NYYRC.com.
00:05:53.660 You can follow me at Gavin Wax on all social media platforms.
00:05:57.100 If you're in the metro area, you can still get down here.
00:05:59.280 It's going to be a blast.
00:06:00.380 Don't let these scenes fool you.
00:06:01.980 We're just cleaning off the streets of all the filth before the protests.
00:06:04.820 That's what this is.
00:06:05.600 But it's going to be ready for everyone to go when you get here.
00:06:07.980 So, Cortona Park, South Bronx, be there.
00:06:10.620 It's going to be historic.
00:06:13.640 Gavin Wax, great job, sir, checking with you later in the day.
00:06:17.440 These patriots and warriors, man, South Bronx, can't get better than that.
00:06:20.840 A full flex by Donald Trump, the MAGA movement.
00:06:23.840 Also, I think Grace and Mo were trying to simulcast the Sovereignty Summit over on Capitol Hill.
00:06:31.060 Senator Johnson's putting on going to be a list of great speakers.
00:06:34.160 We'll dip in and out of that as we can.
00:06:37.140 This is all about the World Health Organization and much more about our sovereignty.
00:06:40.280 So, that's something we'll put up and put on our other same platforms, other channels on those platforms.
00:06:46.860 Now, let's go ahead.
00:06:47.900 We've got Mark Paoletta is going to join us momentarily.
00:06:50.640 Dave Bratt is in the studio today.
00:06:53.480 Dr. Dave.
00:06:54.560 And let's go and play our traditional cold open.
00:06:56.900 We'll go to Mark Paoletta.
00:06:58.780 So, the Appeal to Heaven flag recently gained some notoriety because it also hangs out the office of the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson.
00:07:05.700 You see it there on the right.
00:07:06.740 Now, it's been around since revolutionary times, but over the past decade or so specifically, it has grown closely associated with the Christian nationalist movement, including the title of a book by a guy named Dutch Sheets.
00:07:20.480 He's a Trump supporter, an election denier, one of the most influential Christian nationalists in the country.
00:07:25.940 As one former Christian nationalist told PBS early this year, he helped turn the flag into a rallying symbol among right-wing groups in this country.
00:07:34.620 The Appeal to Heaven flag goes back to the Revolutionary War, George Washington.
00:07:40.340 It was inspired by John Locke.
00:07:42.580 But over the last 10 years, the Appeal to Heaven flag has been popularized by Dutch Sheets.
00:07:48.320 Dutch Sheets sees the Appeal to Heaven flag as a symbol of Christian revolution.
00:07:52.700 If you look closely at January 6th, you will see dozens of Appeal to Heaven flags.
00:07:57.820 It may have a long history, but in the contemporary context, it has a very specific meaning.
00:08:03.020 And he is right.
00:08:05.300 It was indeed all over the Capitol on January 6th.
00:08:09.380 Just look.
00:08:11.100 And while I don't think it is quite as vile a symbol as the inverted flag flying over the wreckage of the sacked Capitol,
00:08:18.180 still, I think it's fair to say an explicitly political statement, right?
00:08:22.980 And unlike the first case where one can take a normal American flag and turn it upside down because you, I don't know, got into a fight with the neighbors, still working on that.
00:08:32.500 In this case, Alito has to first acquire the Christian nationalist Appeal to Heaven flag and then take the action to fly it at his vacation home.
00:08:40.300 Not so easy to explain away because you got into a tiff with another set of neighbors or to blame on your wife.
00:08:49.280 This on its own would be cause for sanction for any federal judge who flew it.
00:08:53.580 To be clear, if you're not in the Supreme Court and you did this, you'd get in a lot of trouble.
00:08:58.120 Now, this time, Alito did not offer a statement to The New York Times.
00:09:01.040 He clearly thinks he can get away with this and anything else, much like the ex-president who he seems to want to bail out of trouble.
00:09:07.700 Alito believes he can act with total impunity.
00:09:11.740 He thinks of himself as covered beneath the veneer of nonpartisan jurisprudence and protected by lifetime tenure and who's going to find enough Republican senators to impeach him.
00:09:23.180 What this story reveals is what we've already known about Alito.
00:09:26.320 He is indeed an ideological zealot and a flagrant partisan who puts his own personal politics before the law.
00:09:33.160 And apparently he thinks so little of us, the American people, he does not even have the decency to pretend to hide it.
00:09:42.640 OK, welcome back, man.
00:09:45.240 Oh, man, you can smell the fear there.
00:09:47.200 They're coming after the court like nobody's business because we're beating him politically everywhere.
00:09:51.680 You look House, Senate, presidency, governorship, state legislatures, precincts.
00:09:56.160 We're rolling.
00:09:57.720 Peel to heaven.
00:09:58.660 This is this is particularly triggered MSNBC and CNN.
00:10:02.760 Full meltdown last night.
00:10:04.100 Every show.
00:10:04.900 Peel to heaven.
00:10:05.580 The flag.
00:10:06.160 It's a it's a honored flag in the American revolutionary tradition, is it not, sir?
00:10:11.120 Yeah.
00:10:11.540 No, the the left does what they do.
00:10:14.500 They play language games.
00:10:16.160 You just heard them with a word salad of accusations against conservatives and Christians and and ethics charges.
00:10:25.620 Right.
00:10:26.040 And so just slow it all down.
00:10:28.280 What what ethical charges and more importantly, what ethical system are you talking about in this country?
00:10:34.780 The Judeo Christian tradition gave us modern democracy.
00:10:39.960 Right.
00:10:40.640 It's full stop right there.
00:10:42.080 Right.
00:10:42.360 The Judeo Christian ethical tradition gave us democracy.
00:10:46.580 It gave us all the great universities.
00:10:48.780 It gave us science.
00:10:50.540 It gave us metaphysics.
00:10:52.480 It gave us religion.
00:10:54.320 It gave us systematic theology.
00:10:57.220 And now the left there.
00:10:58.940 They're making ethical charges with no ethical system.
00:11:02.480 Right.
00:11:02.680 Karl Marx and Foucault and Derrida.
00:11:05.580 All these modern folks on the left better read a book called Return of the Strong Gods.
00:11:10.920 There are choices to be made.
00:11:13.240 This flimsy leftist stuff is actually setting up a recoil and they're scared of that recoil.
00:11:20.020 They don't want the Judeo Christian West reasserting itself because the Judeo Christian West is a fair system.
00:11:29.160 James Madison, who went to Princeton Seminary, set up the entire construction of our Constitution with minority rights for everyone.
00:11:37.080 Every minority right ought to be protected.
00:11:39.160 That does not get to mean, though, that a small minority, the 1 percent of the MSNBC news desk gets to determine reality for the majority of Americans.
00:11:49.320 As much as they try.
00:11:50.260 Mark Paoleto, the appeal to heaven flag.
00:11:53.540 What's the big deal?
00:11:54.340 It's in the fevered mind of the left, Steve.
00:11:59.240 Right.
00:11:59.560 It's it's a time honored flag, you know, and the left wants to to go after Alita.
00:12:07.120 Look, look what this is all about.
00:12:08.980 Right.
00:12:09.480 As you said, politically, President Trump has never been higher and looks like he's going to win in 2024.
00:12:18.280 The Supreme Court.
00:12:19.700 Right.
00:12:20.440 Which is no longer controlled by the left.
00:12:22.860 That's what they're still wrapping their head around.
00:12:24.580 And every spring as they get closer to these biggest opinions.
00:12:28.900 Right.
00:12:29.340 At the end of the term, the left goes into overdrive to try and delegitimize the court.
00:12:33.940 That's what's going on here.
00:12:34.900 This is such a silly story, such a stupid story, such a window into the left.
00:12:39.520 Right.
00:12:39.960 But the gaslighting that they do by covering it all night on MSNBC and CNN shows you what they do, what their tactics are.
00:12:49.220 So if you remember, Dobbs was in 22.
00:12:53.200 Affirmative actions was in 23.
00:12:55.240 Now you have these Trump cases in, you know, with the election and coming up in June.
00:13:02.360 And they want to delegitimize the court.
00:13:04.600 So it's all about power.
00:13:05.640 It's all it's not about ethics.
00:13:06.860 Right.
00:13:07.380 But they want to, but the interim, but the interim, they want to, they want, they want to force him to recuse himself from the Fisher decision and particularly from the immunity decision.
00:13:17.780 Is that that their tactical play now is to try to get him off of those decisions.
00:13:22.040 Am I wrong there?
00:13:23.760 No, that's right.
00:13:24.260 They're inventing recusal standards.
00:13:25.680 Exactly right, Steve.
00:13:26.340 They're saying there's flag, inventing all these things about this flag.
00:13:29.980 And then therefore he has to recuse.
00:13:32.480 There's no basis to recuse.
00:13:34.400 And it's funny, right, because so to stay with that.
00:13:37.560 They want him to recuse right now to shrink the court, right, so that they get more liberals kind of on a, if it's an eight-person court, it's a seven-person court, they've been going after Justice Thomas.
00:13:46.360 They get a better chance of winning in their mind of whatever these issues that are coming up are, right?
00:13:51.080 The longer term is as they continue to raise questions about the court.
00:13:55.000 Now, I just saw a poll that showed the court at 52 percent approval rating, okay, far above Congress, right?
00:14:00.120 It's gone up, I think, 10 points in the past few months.
00:14:03.160 But they want to then sort of say we need to pack the court and have a number of liberal justices that Biden would appoint if he wins a second term so that they get to, again, control the court.
00:14:13.820 That's what this is about.
00:14:14.800 Shrink the court in the short term and then raise questions about it so that they can pack it in the future.
00:14:20.260 They don't believe in an independent court.
00:14:21.720 That's what this is about.
00:14:24.260 You know, they never had these complaints when they controlled the court.
00:14:27.800 Now, all of a sudden, it's a huge deal.
00:14:29.480 This is part of the 30-front war.
00:14:31.480 We're going to take a short break.
00:14:33.380 We're going to have a great beatdown from CNN last night.
00:14:36.000 Mark's going to rejoin us.
00:14:37.000 We're going to talk about their plan.
00:14:38.520 They have a plan.
00:14:39.300 The plan is definitely, and this is the stakes in this election, if they win, they're going to increase the Supreme Court.
00:14:45.140 They're going to pack it.
00:14:45.980 They need to take the control of the Supreme Court.
00:14:48.460 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:14:50.980 And I think Philip Patrick's going to join us on Saturday.
00:14:54.880 Philip Patrick at Birchgold.
00:14:56.080 Go check it out now.
00:14:57.080 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:14:58.900 The hedge against the hedge.
00:14:59.980 Can your savings weather an economic storm?
00:15:02.340 Think about what you've put away for the future.
00:15:05.420 Inflation can render cash worthless.
00:15:09.240 Real estate can crash like in 2008.
00:15:11.860 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.
00:15:15.520 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.
00:15:21.620 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.
00:15:26.860 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:15:30.740 It's why people are flocking to it now.
00:15:32.520 Why Birchgold is busier than ever.
00:15:34.360 Through a little-known tax loophole, Birchgold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:15:43.700 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:46.820 Let me repeat that.
00:15:47.980 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:49.900 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:16:00.160 Let me ask you this again.
00:16:03.340 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?
00:16:08.560 If it can't, call the people I trust.
00:16:11.540 That's Birchgold.
00:16:12.280 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:18.000 Birchgold Group.
00:16:18.740 That having political opinions does not disqualify a justice.
00:16:24.000 Look at Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
00:16:25.940 She had very negative opinions about Donald Trump and voiced them, right?
00:16:29.940 And yet she did not recuse herself in Trump v. Mazur's or Trump v. Vance, the two 2020 cases in which the high court ruled against Trump both times.
00:16:40.060 On the other hand, she was an ardent feminist and spoke before women's groups, women's rights groups often.
00:16:46.160 But she did not recuse herself from United States v. Virginia.
00:16:51.180 In fact, she wrote the ruling opinion in that case, striking down Virginia's law that restricted access to Virginia Military Academy Institute just to men.
00:17:01.780 So we have a recent example to show that having political opinions, even about very current issues, does not disqualify a judge.
00:17:12.380 And we can, contrary to what Congressman Cohen said just a minute ago, I was shocked when he said it, that Supreme Court has demonstrated that it can be very fair in deciding the law, even to Donald Trump.
00:17:28.140 The court has already heard four cases involving Donald Trump and has ruled against Trump in the first three of those four.
00:17:37.540 The fourth, of course, they ruled unanimously in Trump's favor because of the preposterous notion that he was disqualified by the 14th Amendment.
00:17:44.920 But in the first three cases, he lost. And so the justices that have been appointed by Trump, Alito wasn't. Of course, he was appointed by Bush.
00:17:54.840 These justices are doing their best to decide what the law is, regardless of their political opinions.
00:18:00.640 One of the big distinctions here between Ruth Bader Ginsburg and what Justice Alito is dealing with is that in the case of the cases that are before the court now, that has to do with the very heart of the United States Constitution, the peaceful transfer of power and accountability for flouting that.
00:18:17.160 We'll take a look at the two cases in 2020 regarding Trump. They did, too.
00:18:22.520 In what way?
00:18:23.200 Well, because in the, uh, the major case with the peaceful transfer of power.
00:18:28.360 No, but they had to do with presidential power.
00:18:31.440 Well, that's not the same thing.
00:18:32.580 Well, it is the same thing because, in fact, Ruth Bader Ginsburg had expressed as early as 2016 that she did not think Donald Trump should ever be president.
00:18:41.360 She was very outspoken about it. And if we were to take the same standard of repusal and apply it to her, she would have flunked.
00:18:49.240 The fact is the left is trying to jigger.
00:18:53.460 In information warfare, that's a master class.
00:18:56.780 Betsy McCoy, she's an old war horse.
00:19:00.000 Hang on, Betsy will come down here and smack me upside the head.
00:19:02.880 She's a war horse. Let me scratch.
00:19:05.080 Upon further review, let me scratch it.
00:19:06.500 She's a war horse.
00:19:07.940 But this is what you had.
00:19:08.860 I'm going to compare and contrast this later to Ted Cruz.
00:19:11.740 When you walk into the lion's den, you've got to have it together.
00:19:15.220 You have to have your facts and you've got to bring the heat.
00:19:17.260 She just hit Abby Phillips with a flamethrower.
00:19:20.460 And Abby Phillips, let's be blunt, they came out yesterday, Dave, with the CNN evening ratings.
00:19:26.140 It's crashing.
00:19:27.220 Nobody's going to watch that.
00:19:28.680 I mean, that's just pathetic.
00:19:29.920 She's just not up to the task.
00:19:31.960 Has no earthly idea what she's doing.
00:19:33.200 They always fall back.
00:19:33.900 Well, it's democracy and peaceful transfer of power.
00:19:36.020 And then there's no, lady.
00:19:37.700 Listen to, you know, you're getting schooled.
00:19:39.320 Just take out your number two personal and start writing it down.
00:19:42.560 Don't try to be, oh, I've got to pivot and get out of this.
00:19:45.980 Her producer's blowing her up in the air.
00:19:48.980 Paoletta, right there, he had a master class.
00:19:51.280 What did you think of Betsy's analysis of the situation, sir?
00:19:56.360 Spot on.
00:19:57.280 And, you know, I've been writing on this stuff, Steve, for several years now, ever since he started going after Justice Thomas and the insane unhinged attack on him forever.
00:20:05.640 But particularly kind of after the 2020 election and going after his wife, Ginny.
00:20:10.240 So, yes, and I direct your viewers to markpaoletta.com, where I have about 50 op-eds, about with all of these examples.
00:20:18.680 Ruth Bader Ginsburg, you know, people say, oh, she's off the court.
00:20:21.980 Why are you focusing on her?
00:20:22.720 She was the most iconic justice celebrated by the left, the greatest justice of all time, right?
00:20:27.900 And she did these things.
00:20:29.400 She not only, as she said, appeared before women's groups.
00:20:33.320 She had a lecture named after her that she spoke at, the NARAL Women's Conference.
00:20:39.480 She donated, right, that VMI opinion that Betsy was talking about.
00:20:44.920 She donated that signed opinion for an auction to raise money for now.
00:20:52.660 A Supreme Court justice donating an opinion to raise money for a pro-abortion group.
00:20:58.720 And guess what? Nobody, nobody says, I think you should recuse from these cases going forward on abortion or when now or NARAL appear before you.
00:21:07.320 So, you know, I also uncovered that she had received an award from the Women's Democrat National Party, the Eleanor Roosevelt Award.
00:21:15.660 And guess who emceed the event? Nina Totenberg.
00:21:19.420 OK, never reported on until I came upon a website of this group and showing her receiving this Democrat award.
00:21:27.200 So if you look at the Democrat platform, abortion on demand.
00:21:31.020 Take your pick, right?
00:21:32.100 She was a very, very partisan and political justice.
00:21:36.020 This thing about Trump, right?
00:21:38.980 She trashed President Trump during, or candidate Trump during the 2016 election, right?
00:21:43.400 I pointed this out last night on my, on X.
00:21:46.580 When she, when she, this was near the end of the term, I think in 2016, she trashes Trump.
00:21:54.800 She's getting interviewed by Adam Liptak from the New York Times.
00:21:58.480 She says all this stuff to him.
00:21:59.980 And his, his response is in this newspaper article that he writes is, you know, most justices don't talk this way, but she does.
00:22:06.680 How refreshing.
00:22:07.800 And, you know, nothing about how unethical this is, how troubling this is.
00:22:12.040 I saw another report where somebody said, oh, well, she apologized for those remarks.
00:22:15.740 Well, she did.
00:22:16.800 She knew what she was doing.
00:22:17.880 It was the game, right?
00:22:19.340 Trash Trump, you know, give some bogus apology.
00:22:22.680 But nobody ever criticized her.
00:22:24.840 And she never apologized for sitting on that Trump case.
00:22:28.320 Nobody.
00:22:28.980 And that's the problem.
00:22:29.960 You know, there's another court.
00:22:30.920 There's another judge on the D.C. circuit.
00:22:32.740 Again, just current right now where Nina Pollard, her husband is the, the ACLU national litigation director.
00:22:40.880 Okay, the national litigation director for the ACLU trashes Trump nonstop.
00:22:46.480 She never recused from a Trump case.
00:22:48.880 And, in fact, the Mazar case, which is on the Trump taxes, the district court judge ruled against, against President Trump in 20, I think it was 2019.
00:22:58.980 And that went up.
00:23:00.840 And her husband, David Cole, wrote a blog, wrote an article praising the judge, saying that Trump doesn't want any accountability.
00:23:08.300 And guess what?
00:23:09.100 His wife sat on a panel to review that.
00:23:11.000 So the exact case going up to her, to the spouse, she didn't recuse on.
00:23:19.140 I think we're going to, Dave, thoughts, comments?
00:23:21.940 Yeah, Paoletta's spot on in his analysis.
00:23:25.160 Right now it's all about President Trump and the election coming up and just political warfare.
00:23:30.540 But when you open up the aperture a little wider, Christians and Jewish friends need to realize what's really going on here.
00:23:39.720 The attack from the left, from the Marxist and neo-Marxist left after World War II, used fascism, right?
00:23:47.560 Fascism and Hitler as the vehicle for which to trash Plato's metaphysics.
00:23:53.520 There's no higher realm to life.
00:23:55.060 There's no higher meaning.
00:23:56.740 Christianity, religion, nothing higher.
00:24:00.220 Nationalism, Christians' view of what the nation should be is based on higher metaphysical and religious views.
00:24:08.580 All of that has been outlawed by the left.
00:24:11.040 That's the broader trajectory that's coming after you.
00:24:15.760 And we need to realize that.
00:24:17.080 R.R.
00:24:17.680 Roar, R-O-H-R, in Return of the Strong Gods, outlines this in its totality.
00:24:22.820 Foucault and Derrida want us eating insects.
00:24:27.440 They want our life reduced to sharing a loaf of bread and honey with your wife at a table, sitting there enjoying the fullness of life.
00:24:34.520 I read the Colossians this morning.
00:24:37.460 The Judeo-Christian view is the exact opposite of that.
00:24:39.900 We're called to live the highest life possible, at the highest plane.
00:24:44.680 And, of course, the highest metaphysical reality is God.
00:24:47.800 The person is God.
00:24:49.880 This cannot be the case for the left.
00:24:52.440 In order to rule and take control, they have to replace that God.
00:24:56.700 And Hitler was no Christian, right?
00:24:59.780 So to lob fascism at the feet of the Judeo-Christian West and attack us for being the bad guys,
00:25:06.540 when we preserved the Constitution, minority rights, and fought against Hitler, a great Judeo-Christian accomplishment against the fascist forces.
00:25:18.720 It's just absurd on its face.
00:25:20.920 It's a political project of the left.
00:25:22.680 I think it's fading and dying because the American people are waking up to this, thanks to this show and others like it,
00:25:28.580 and Steve Bannon's heroic efforts on this for the last few years.
00:25:32.140 To pick up on that, Mark, they say this appeal to heaven, the reason he's terrible is that it's a flag of Christian nationalism.
00:25:40.880 They totally skip over it.
00:25:41.900 It came in the Tea Party when we wanted to get back to the roots of the Constitution, the roots of the revolutionary generation.
00:25:48.120 A big part of the Tea Party was to go back to our roots.
00:25:50.780 And, of course, this flag was at all the Tea Party rallies I ever saw.
00:25:54.940 In fact, the first time I understood it, except outside the Navy, it was a naval flag also used for Washington.
00:26:03.320 On Ruth Ginsburg, Boehner Ginsburg, the irony is, for really smart people on the left, she outstayed her welcome, didn't she?
00:26:12.720 She was so egotistical.
00:26:13.940 She stayed all the way to the end instead of retiring when she should have, and it gave us another billet, another slot.
00:26:22.580 Brother Pioletta?
00:26:24.600 Yeah, Steve, you and I went through the process of interviewing justices, and, you know, it's interesting, right, that she stayed until 2020,
00:26:36.840 and then President Trump got to appoint Amy Barrett to the court.
00:26:43.700 I also found, I look back at this Adam Liptak story on Ginsburg in 2016,
00:26:50.220 and one of the things she talked about was there was a case called Fisher that had come down that term in 2016
00:26:56.020 that upheld race-based affirmative action in colleges, and she said, quote,
00:27:01.380 that's a decision built to last, and, you know, a couple short years later, because of President Trump's appointments,
00:27:09.460 and led by Justice Thomas, who's been doing this for 30, 32 years, they wiped out Fisher in the Harvard case,
00:27:16.800 so her prediction was spectacularly wrong about it.
00:27:20.680 So, yeah, she's a little farmer there, trashing President Trump, really going out of her way,
00:27:25.480 just really, I think it's the most unethical act in modern times of a Supreme Court justice,
00:27:30.280 and there were articles praising her for using her political capital to go after Trump
00:27:36.980 and try and stop him from being in the White House.
00:27:40.040 Praising, praising.
00:27:41.240 Mark, hang on for one second.
00:27:42.520 I do want to talk about the FBI and some other things.
00:27:44.400 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:27:46.080 We're lucky to have Mark Paoletta, who's done such an amazing job,
00:27:49.640 and alerted us, along with Mike Lee, who's done a fantastic job,
00:27:52.640 about the left's focus on packing the Supreme Court and eviscerating the federal judiciary.
00:27:58.820 You've seen what's happening in these show trials.
00:28:00.660 Dave Brat's in the house.
00:28:01.720 We've got a lot going on.
00:28:02.560 Birchgold.com slash Ben.
00:28:04.680 Enter the dollar empire.
00:28:05.760 All of our content's free, even the five installments.
00:28:09.180 There's going to be a lot more, but download it this weekend.
00:28:12.340 Use Memorial Day to get smart about global capital markets and currency.
00:28:17.540 Short break.
00:28:18.180 Back.
00:28:18.380 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:28:23.740 First, think back to 9-11.
00:28:25.240 Shortly after, the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:28:27.740 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email
00:28:33.480 and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:28:36.600 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:28:41.060 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event
00:28:45.360 that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:28:49.440 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon
00:28:53.960 expand their powers to track our every move.
00:28:57.360 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or
00:29:02.920 even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:29:08.220 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:29:13.640 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission
00:29:17.860 to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility
00:29:23.780 of programmable money.
00:29:26.280 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:29:31.860 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:33.880 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:29:37.340 Newly released court filings so that the FBI was authorized to use deadly force if needed
00:29:43.940 during the raid of your private home in August 2022.
00:29:47.600 It's stunning.
00:29:48.640 You know, you're a former president of the United States.
00:29:51.160 What was your reaction that it was authorized by Biden's DOJ?
00:29:56.400 Well, these are vicious people.
00:29:59.020 These are fascists, communists.
00:30:03.100 Let me go through the wording here very carefully in just a moment.
00:30:05.940 First, I want you to know how much this claim of an assassination has been, you know, steamrolling
00:30:10.660 in the MAGA world.
00:30:11.660 Trump claiming on social media that there are, quote, reports that crooked Joe Biden's DOJ
00:30:15.740 and their illegal and unconstitutional raid of Mar-a-Lago, all caps, authorized the FBI
00:30:20.540 to use deadly lethal force.
00:30:22.680 And Trump's allies are running with that narrative.
00:30:27.860 They authorized deadly force.
00:30:29.960 They had a medic.
00:30:31.420 They had a plan to triage the wounded.
00:30:33.460 They had a trauma center 18 miles away in a map.
00:30:37.800 This was an attempted assassination attempt on Donald John Trump or people associated with
00:30:44.280 him.
00:30:44.860 Biden unleashed armed agents into Trump's house, authorizing them to use deadly force.
00:30:51.400 All right.
00:30:52.220 Now, again, I'm going to get to this authorizing about deadly force in a moment.
00:30:54.940 But more MAGA.
00:30:56.100 Marjorie Taylor Greene on social media, quote, the Biden DOJ and FBI were planning to assassinate
00:31:00.200 President Trump and gave the green light.
00:31:02.900 Congressman Paul Gosar, Biden ordered the hit on Trump at Mar-a-Lago, a hit, an assassination.
00:31:09.800 These are sitting congresspeople, of course, that I just quoted there, accusing the sitting
00:31:13.480 president and the FBI of trying to assassinate a former president.
00:31:17.300 Do you think if the former president is found guilty?
00:31:22.500 I mean, do you worry about what the response to that might be?
00:31:25.320 No, no, I think it's I continue to worry about threats against individual poll workers and
00:31:31.480 council people and that sort of thing.
00:31:33.340 I'm not worried about an uprising of violence on Donald Trump's behalf.
00:31:36.760 I don't I don't think you've seen the crowds anywhere he's gone.
00:31:39.660 I think a message was sent after January 6th that your life will be ruined if you engage
00:31:45.080 in that kind of behavior.
00:31:45.940 And his crowd are not jihadis looking to die for the orange God.
00:31:49.280 They are people who are attached to him as a cult leader in a way, an entertainment figure,
00:31:54.200 but they're not going to lay themselves down for him.
00:31:56.780 Yeah.
00:31:57.080 For my friends, everything for my enemies, the law is the is the mindset among these Republicans.
00:32:02.780 And it's I'm glad you brought up the case in Texas and because I've been just outraged
00:32:07.380 at this all week.
00:32:08.060 And there is a direct line between these things.
00:32:09.740 Right.
00:32:10.360 This notion that Daniel Perry, who murdered Garrett Foster in cold blood and who's convicted
00:32:16.380 by a jury of his peers, can be pardoned, the January 6th writers could be pardoned.
00:32:22.280 What is the signal going back to my previous answer about to to radicalize people?
00:32:26.980 The signal to radicalize supporters of Donald Trump is you can take the law into your own
00:32:31.840 hands and we will have your back.
00:32:33.800 Yeah.
00:32:34.320 And meanwhile, we'll fly these blue, thin blue line flags and trash any federal officials
00:32:41.540 that want to hold us accountable, trash anybody that want to hold any Republicans accountable
00:32:46.000 for crime.
00:32:46.620 So it's only we only like the blue if the blue is going after the left or cultural enemies
00:32:51.940 or black lives matter protesters.
00:32:54.220 It's sickening.
00:32:55.120 And I think that it is incentivizing more violence.
00:32:58.700 And it's extremely dangerous.
00:33:00.260 Now, I occasionally have someone literally say, fuck you on the street.
00:33:06.400 Comey.
00:33:07.120 Wow.
00:33:07.460 Mark Pialetta, you've dedicated your life to the judiciary system, the rule of law.
00:33:13.960 You've said this Raid of Mar-a-Lago.
00:33:15.720 And here's what they're trying to use.
00:33:16.860 Oh, this boilerplate standard.
00:33:18.600 That's if you're that is a process.
00:33:21.040 If you're taking down a drug cartel or if you're taking down a you know, they use the example
00:33:26.520 last night.
00:33:27.520 Oh, well, federal marshals, you know, went to the guy in in where is it, Texas or somewhere
00:33:32.460 where four marshals were killed.
00:33:35.540 Well, the guy was a felon, a dangerous felon.
00:33:38.000 He had arms and he was out on a war.
00:33:40.220 You know, he skipped bail.
00:33:41.040 Right.
00:33:41.240 And and they knew he was armed and dangerous.
00:33:43.900 I mean, this is the president of the United States over in archives.
00:33:46.900 There's no doubt that the FBI has devolved into the American Gestapo.
00:33:50.540 One of the reasons you've had leaders like like Comey, Mark Pialetta, your your your thoughts
00:33:55.600 on where we stand now with the true rule of law in this nation.
00:34:00.320 Yeah, well, you see the the Biden, you know, Biden, President Biden weaponizing the Department
00:34:06.460 of Justice.
00:34:06.940 We saw him signaling that he was upset that Garland didn't move faster.
00:34:11.540 Right.
00:34:11.900 You see Fannie Willis is a lover, unqualified lawyer going up to the White House to meet
00:34:20.000 with the White House Counsel's Office.
00:34:22.900 Matthew Colangelo going up from the Justice, Biden Justice Department to to Alvin Bragg's
00:34:28.040 team.
00:34:28.560 It's all meant to go after Donald Trump, to keep him off the ballot.
00:34:33.180 But and in the case of this, this raid on on on on Mar-a-Lago to humiliate him and to
00:34:39.940 and to treat him like he's a dangerous.
00:34:42.960 It's so outrageous.
00:34:44.300 It's so it's so weaponized what Biden's doing.
00:34:48.500 And so the rule of law is suffering.
00:34:50.320 And you're seeing the I think Dave said, I think there's going to be this pushback, this
00:34:56.560 pendulum swing.
00:34:57.340 The American people are fed up with this and the weaponization of the just from the weaponization
00:35:02.140 of of of all the attacks on the on conservatives.
00:35:04.960 Flying a flag becomes a threat.
00:35:07.560 Flying a flag means you need to recuse.
00:35:09.640 All of this stuff is just made up meant to hold on.
00:35:13.600 Flying a flag from the revolutionary generation that came up with appeal to heaven to make
00:35:23.240 sure that we knew that, hey, we had to be right with God.
00:35:27.260 It's not that God's on our side is that we had to be on God's side.
00:35:30.420 It was the whole concept of the flag was appeal to heaven.
00:35:33.320 And they've turned that into they've taken something from a revered object.
00:35:37.400 And now for Supreme Court justice to fly it, it's enough to throw him off the court, but
00:35:42.100 he must in the least he's got to recuse himself.
00:35:44.900 That's how demonic these people are.
00:35:47.080 Mark Paioletta.
00:35:48.160 Yes, Stephen, you remember President Trump, when he started tearing down statues, said
00:35:51.600 they'll come for Jefferson, they'll come for Washington.
00:35:53.740 And everyone laughed at him.
00:35:55.400 Right.
00:35:55.720 And what's what's happening now?
00:35:57.420 Yeah.
00:35:57.900 They're going after Washington.
00:35:59.460 Right.
00:35:59.680 Flying the American flag will be considered by the left.
00:36:03.780 Look at look at my flag in my my background.
00:36:05.680 It will be considered a sign of resistance or overthrowing the government in a few, you
00:36:10.420 know, a few months, perhaps.
00:36:12.400 But I do think there is this this backlash against the woe.
00:36:16.280 The American people are waking up.
00:36:17.680 The left, as always, you know, goes way past whatever they were trying to do, which was
00:36:22.280 a problem to begin with.
00:36:24.300 But but that's what we're seeing today, I think, is in you're seeing the rallies for
00:36:28.280 President Trump, you know, with with great support.
00:36:31.420 It's just it's just despicable what the left has been doing.
00:36:34.480 And to see again, that was that was a jolt to see James Comey.
00:36:39.300 I'm so glad he's gone out of our public life.
00:36:41.680 What a terrible public servant, you know, running the FBI, a terrible person.
00:36:47.340 That's the administrative state right there.
00:36:49.600 Mark, your writings on all this are spectacular.
00:36:52.420 I want the audience to get full access to it.
00:36:54.420 So where do they go?
00:36:55.900 Sure.
00:36:56.340 Mark Paoletta dot com.
00:36:57.400 I have a bunch of my op eds.
00:36:58.620 I have some of my congressional testimony and then my my my ex handle is at Mark Paoletta
00:37:04.000 putting up a lot of material defending the court, defending President Trump against all
00:37:09.540 these tax.
00:37:10.220 And what I like to bring are receipts and documents.
00:37:13.160 You know, we just on this this this fight over the, you know, Biden bizarrely invoked executive
00:37:20.000 privilege over the audio tape, right, for his interview with her.
00:37:23.900 And I put up on my ex yesterday an example of where Biden wiped out a very embarrassing
00:37:30.860 statement.
00:37:31.260 He said in the audio videotape from a hearing during the Hill Thomas hearings, that's completely
00:37:37.060 missing from from the actual transcript.
00:37:39.440 So that's why Jim Jordan needs to go get that audio.
00:37:42.320 Who knows what Robert Herr, who was a Department of Justice employee at the time, negotiated
00:37:47.940 with Biden to to to strike from the written official transcript.
00:37:52.680 OK, and I urge your viewers to go back and look at what I what I put up where Biden literally
00:37:58.280 in the Anita Hill talks about groping everybody on this day on the audio.
00:38:02.440 Yeah, it's wiped out from the official record.
00:38:04.260 That's why Jordan and he's right.
00:38:05.660 He's been going after it to go after that, that that audio tape videotape.
00:38:09.580 So here's in fact, on John Frederick's morning, the great Andy Biggs and I think Christine
00:38:18.980 Balserman, one of the engine room participants for for highlighting this, they asked and pay
00:38:25.680 a little if I got if I let you both you guys, because you were a member of Congress, although
00:38:29.860 you were referred to in an Esquire article, I think is a gadfly.
00:38:33.140 You know, we'll address this more later.
00:38:38.880 Biggs said the votes are not there.
00:38:41.160 The reason Johnson hasn't brought it, Johnson, I got the votes is going to be overwhelming.
00:38:45.040 It'll be next or be when they get back from Memorial Day.
00:38:47.780 Biggs says, Mark, they actually don't have the votes for contempt.
00:38:51.540 And he says one of the reasons they don't have the votes is that certain congressmen are
00:38:56.200 afraid that, hey, if I come out and vote, I'm going to be targeted by the FBI and I'm
00:39:00.420 going to be targeted by the Justice Department.
00:39:03.060 That's the type of fear they've instilled by that raid and what they're doing to Trump's
00:39:07.200 followers, what they're doing to President Trump.
00:39:09.300 Do you agree, Mark, that he should be held that if he doesn't turn him over, he should
00:39:13.580 be held in contempt?
00:39:14.480 Merrick Garland?
00:39:15.100 100 percent.
00:39:15.560 There's zero basis to invoke executive privilege here.
00:39:18.180 It's obviously hypocritical, but legally, zero basis to invoke executive privilege here.
00:39:22.120 And again, just in terms of the concern, yeah, I mean, look, this goes all the way back to
00:39:26.900 Biden, I mean, to Obama, right, with the IRS and going after conservative groups, right?
00:39:32.200 I mean, so it's not without cause that people think, you know, the Justice Department, the
00:39:37.080 IRS are going to be weaponized against me if I stand up for a conservative, you know, or
00:39:42.000 anti-Biden action.
00:39:44.460 So, but they should hold him in contempt.
00:39:46.640 There's no reason why, you know, there's no reason to not turn that thing over.
00:39:53.060 There's a lawful subpoena.
00:39:54.340 And as I put up yesterday, you know, Biden has a history of wiping out things he doesn't
00:39:58.780 want in, you know, in the printed record and sort of memory hole it.
00:40:03.780 And as I said, Robert Hurd, I don't know if he agreed to him.
00:40:06.500 You don't know.
00:40:07.320 I looked at the back of the transcript.
00:40:09.780 There's no, usually have an addendum of what the witness wants to add or, you know, correct.
00:40:16.420 There's nothing there.
00:40:17.980 So I don't know what the actual audio contains.
00:40:21.880 So I do think they should vote Garland in contempt.
00:40:25.040 He's been very contemptuous in general of Congress and the American people.
00:40:31.040 Mark Paoletta, thank you very much.
00:40:32.900 Honor to have you on here.
00:40:34.820 Thanks, Steve.
00:40:35.240 Yeah, just, I just wanted to refer folks.
00:40:38.480 Would you vote to hold him in contempt if you were there?
00:40:41.420 Oh, absolutely.
00:40:42.000 And, and, uh, the members of Congress, the, the American people need to listen to that
00:40:46.880 real good.
00:40:47.380 Biggs is a, is a hero and a great man.
00:40:50.000 Uh, and for him to say members of Congress are scared of, of the unelected branch of government,
00:40:56.820 the administrative state, the deep state, that's what we're talking about.
00:40:59.560 I'm the war room a lot.
00:41:00.680 All political views are my own.
00:41:02.380 Uh, but there's a book called double, double government.
00:41:04.480 And it turns out I've been national security and double government, which links the deep
00:41:09.920 state in with the administrative state.
00:41:11.500 And I was gullible, right?
00:41:13.000 I'm Minnesota nice.
00:41:14.340 You got all these nice Christians out there.
00:41:16.340 They can't believe that this country could be a regime ending right now.
00:41:21.000 They can't fathom it.
00:41:21.820 This is the greatest country.
00:41:23.100 Republic ending.
00:41:23.420 Republic ending.
00:41:24.180 This regime could end the Republic.
00:41:25.600 It could, it can come to a crashing halt.
00:41:27.460 They always do.
00:41:28.120 Every regime comes to an end, right?
00:41:29.680 And so we, we better wake up to this fact.
00:41:33.760 The left is gaslighting us.
00:41:36.280 Uh, we're scared and double government contrasts what he calls the Madisonian, uh, logic, uh,
00:41:42.280 which was me, right?
00:41:43.420 Hey, we've got this separation of powers.
00:41:45.460 Whenever you hear your Republicans now talk about the separation of powers, uh, that's a
00:41:50.440 signal that they don't really know what's going on anymore, right?
00:41:53.820 Because that's contrasted with the Trumanites, uh, who put in the CIA and the FBI and all
00:41:59.380 the three letter institutions, uh, after World War II, they're running the government.
00:42:03.880 That's why Obama and Bush can have the same foreign policy, uh, when Obama's trying to
00:42:09.060 fundamentally change this country, uh, and he can't do it.
00:42:13.000 Even Obama couldn't do it.
00:42:14.440 Right?
00:42:14.700 So that all calls into question, which this show has done a lot of work and Mike Benz has
00:42:19.320 done a lot of work.
00:42:20.400 Who's in charge of this thing?
00:42:21.840 And the answer is it's multifold.
00:42:23.620 It's not clean right now.
00:42:25.540 You've got the Atlantisist.
00:42:27.220 You've got the globalist.
00:42:28.240 You've got the wall street financial interests.
00:42:30.640 Uh, you've got the leftist.
00:42:31.860 You have a spiritual war going on.
00:42:33.700 The demonic piece is for real.
00:42:36.760 Uh, just look at the kids these days, suffering from mental health.
00:42:40.520 Uh, that's, that's not some simple little economic explanation, right?
00:42:44.440 Well, you know, average family earnings are down a bit.
00:42:47.520 Therefore the kids are suffering mental illness.
00:42:50.860 Uh, there are deep, deep issues that have been brought on for 50 years because we've lost
00:42:56.340 the fundamental structures, uh, in ideas.
00:43:00.240 Again, I want to call people's attention to that roar book, right?
00:43:03.020 He's the editor of first things, serious mind.
00:43:06.120 Uh, he, he's explaining ideas are no longer allowed.
00:43:10.860 Uh, just think about that for a minute.
00:43:12.800 But ideas, right?
00:43:13.960 At the same time, the left is controlling ideas and they're telling you ideas are not
00:43:19.920 allowed.
00:43:20.280 This is the fundamental Marxist problem.
00:43:22.380 At the end of the day, someone's going to rule, uh, and their point is it ain't going
00:43:25.980 to be us.
00:43:26.740 And the economists are now, they're back to, uh, Trump is Caesar.
00:43:30.080 Yes.
00:43:30.500 Same, same logic.
00:43:32.240 Same, same, same playbook.
00:43:33.740 We're going to come back and talk about this.
00:43:35.040 Right now, millions of Americans face prescription medication shortages.
00:43:42.840 The FDA's medication shortage list currently has over 120 prescription medications listed.
00:43:50.580 Some patients are being forced into more expensive substitutes while others are rationing what
00:43:55.560 little medication they have left.

00:45:03.700 care field, the pharmacy field, with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:45:07.300 By the way, the Chinese Communist Party today, massive, massive show of force around Taiwan.
00:45:13.000 They're having naval exercises.
00:45:14.220 They're actually, with live ammo, have these jets going around.
00:45:17.580 They're not firing or anything, but it's a show of force because of the inauguration of
00:45:22.120 the new Chinese, the Taiwanese president, Republic of China president.
00:45:26.140 And they're going hard.
00:45:27.480 So you've got supply chain, you've got cyber, you've got all of this.

00:45:46.300 Immerse yourself in their website.
00:45:48.400 Find out how they can take the burden of your medicines and the lack of them, the posse.
00:45:53.540 It's kind of a scarcity.
00:45:54.600 It's kind of amazing in the United States of America we could be doing this, could have
00:45:57.340 this.
00:46:00.640 Remember, Robert Kagan, who's two things.
00:46:03.800 Let's go back in time.
00:46:04.620 As soon as Trump won, the public theater in New York put on Shakespeare's Julius Caesar
00:46:12.600 with Trump, the character of Julius Caesar in a power blue suit, the white shirt, the
00:46:17.880 red tie, the blonde hair.
00:46:19.740 The wife was Eastern European.
00:46:21.640 Caesar's wife was played by someone who looked like Melania.
00:46:25.140 And they did the assassination scene and they got standing ovations every night.
00:46:29.420 This was the intellectuals, you know, the crowding Central Park.
00:46:32.180 The public theater is a very awfully, awfully group downtown that puts it on.
00:46:37.160 It's not a Broadway house, but it's a, you know, real theater.
00:46:40.160 And then you had Robert Kagan came out this year, Victoria Nuland's husband and kind of
00:46:45.640 the power couple of the neoliberal neocons.
00:46:48.580 And he wrote a huge piece in the Washington Post making the moral justification of taking
00:46:56.040 Brutus's side and the assassin side saying they were, they were trying to save their republic
00:47:01.200 from a rising populist dictator.
00:47:04.560 That would be Julius Caesar.
00:47:06.020 And they were actually in the right to do that.
00:47:08.360 Now, the Economist, the People magazine of the party of Davos cover story is America dictator
00:47:16.880 proof.
00:47:17.800 And once again, you have Julius Caesar with the American flag draped over his arm.
00:47:22.040 And this is all this is all about Trump.
00:47:24.660 Understanding that they can't defeat Trump at the polls, understanding he's going to do
00:47:30.020 a full flex on them in in South Bronx today at the heart of the beast.
00:47:34.960 Right.
00:47:35.800 Where they steal the elections and they had the people up there in slavery.
00:47:39.260 That's slavery.
00:47:40.500 He's going as the great emancipator today in a in a in a flex and they're in meltdown.
00:47:47.160 So now you're hearing Trump's never going to leave.
00:47:50.340 Trump's going to stay there forever.
00:47:52.060 Trump's going to declare himself dictator that the the MAGA, the deplorables of the new brown
00:47:57.140 shirts and and, you know, we're bad guys and we're going to protect Trump and basically
00:48:03.300 turn this republic into a dictatorship.
00:48:06.100 Dave Bratt, your thoughts.
00:48:07.920 Yeah, well, that that picture says it all.
00:48:10.280 Right.
00:48:10.460 The Economist magazine was Caesar in the red, white and blue.
00:48:14.580 Right.
00:48:14.780 So there's there's no missing what's going on.
00:48:17.180 They're not subtle.
00:48:17.760 They're not subtle.
00:48:18.640 It's not subtle.
00:48:20.020 That's not nuanced.
00:48:21.360 And it fits in with the comments I've been given on roar and the return of the strong
00:48:26.000 gods, the very people that say we should not have the Judeo-Christian God and higher ideas
00:48:33.320 in life are trucking in poetry and the arts.
00:48:38.680 What's that got to do with anything?
00:48:40.520 Plato warned us twenty four hundred years ago.
00:48:43.320 Beware of the poet.
00:48:44.560 Poets and music and the arts are more powerful than even reason and rationality, which you
00:48:52.040 don't see anymore on the university campuses.
00:48:55.380 When's the last time you've heard a treatise on reason coming out of Harvard or Columbia
00:48:59.520 or Stanford or Yale, et cetera?
00:49:02.280 You don't.
00:49:03.120 All you hear is protest neo-Marxist language that's set up to gaslight us.
00:49:09.380 So what The Economist is doing fits in with what the New York art scene is doing.
00:49:15.460 And it's not subtle.
00:49:18.600 It's a total attack upon a person and a party coming up.
00:49:23.480 All political views are my own.
00:49:25.820 But now it's incumbent on the citizens of this country to wake up and realize what's happening
00:49:32.600 here.
00:49:33.420 We need to reassert our traditions.
00:49:36.500 We need to take charge of our government again.
00:49:38.900 We all need to get out to the voting boxes.
00:49:41.560 Christians don't even vote.
00:49:43.180 Half Christians don't vote.
00:49:44.860 Half aren't registered to vote.
00:49:47.000 And so I'm not saying a party or a person, et cetera.
00:49:50.480 When you look at young evangelicals, because this has got to be traditional Catholics in
00:49:53.740 the evangelical church.
00:49:55.280 When you see the evangelicals, do you see now this young generation a receding back from
00:50:01.140 the public square from actually getting engaged in politics?
00:50:04.440 Are they still are they still as engaged?
00:50:06.480 They they're not as engaged in in the politics.
00:50:09.620 Right.
00:50:09.980 They want to be more engaged in NGOs doing good deeds.
00:50:13.320 They like helping other people.
00:50:15.180 They like helping their neighbor, et cetera.
00:50:17.640 But they have not been educated in what the politics is and how the structure of your society
00:50:22.640 will determine what you're able to do.
00:50:24.780 If the left has its way and takes out God and takes out religion, then, you know, all the
00:50:31.560 preachers will say, well, just cry out to God.
00:50:34.200 Right.
00:50:34.460 Pray to God.
00:50:35.240 Cry out to God.
00:50:36.060 Well, why wait to cry out to God when we're in bondage again?
00:50:40.400 Right.
00:50:40.640 Let's cry out now back in the in the last segment.
00:50:44.980 There's no there's no.
00:50:47.480 Do you teach?
00:50:47.920 Is it being taught that you need to use your agency?
00:50:50.560 I mean, God works through human instrumentality, correct?
00:50:53.340 The Old Testament and the New Testament.
00:50:55.080 Last time I read them, it looks like the work of God is coming through human human instrumentality.
00:51:01.420 Yeah.
00:51:01.640 That's your agency.
00:51:03.140 Is that ever taught that, hey, you just you just can't cry to God.
00:51:06.680 God's going to sit there and go, OK, I got it.
00:51:09.260 Providence will work through you.
00:51:10.400 But you've got to get up off the sofa and get on with it.
00:51:13.440 The fullest revelation of God in the Christian tradition is Jesus.
00:51:18.720 And so a lot of young people haven't been fully educated in who that Jesus is.
00:51:24.600 Right.
00:51:24.800 They say he didn't engage in politics and it's dirty and we're not going to do that.
00:51:28.880 Jesus is part of the Trinity.
00:51:30.380 And the Trinity was very active in the Exodus, which is the central act of the Hebrew scriptures.
00:51:36.320 And it was a political act.
00:51:38.100 So God has always been active in every king through the through the Old Testament.
00:51:44.200 It beyond that, right, through Babylonian kings and Persian kings, et cetera.
00:51:48.380 God was active fighting for the good always and always tried to call the people back to himself.
00:51:55.120 And that's what's going on at this moment in this country.
00:51:58.000 Will we be you cannot be the Judeo-Christian West without the Judeo part and the Christian part.
00:52:03.780 And so you're right about the agency and no one has any problems.
00:52:09.720 Was it right for us to fight in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World War II against Hitler?
00:52:14.340 Sure.
00:52:14.620 No problem.
00:52:15.580 Can you fight now?
00:52:17.060 And for some reason, in the last 50 years, with the rise of neo-Marxism, our minds have become mush.
