Bannon's War Room - Episode 3634： Grifting Of NAACP; The Authenticity Of Trump

00:00:00.000 Trump's big Bronx rally.

00:00:05.000 Crowds are pouring in here, thousands of people.

00:00:07.000 We are in the Bronx today, and I do think the Bronx is going to show out for Donald Trump.

00:00:11.000 These people up here want change.

00:00:12.000 Biden's bringing us down, man.

00:00:14.000 The only man capable to make those changes, and he will make those changes, is Donald Trump.

00:00:19.000 50% of the people in this area live below the federal poverty line.

00:00:25.000 You like what you see going on in the city?

00:00:26.000 No, no, my city's upside down.

00:00:28.000 Democrats let the people down?

00:00:29.000 Sure, look at Ocasio-Cortez.

00:00:31.000 These people are furious.

00:00:32.000 They feel like the Democrats have taken them for granted all this time.

00:00:36.000 Biden's support among minorities isn't just eroding because of failed policies, 0.68

00:00:41.000 but because more people are waking up and seeing how much of a liar he really is.

00:00:46.000 The biggest issue right now is the border.

00:00:49.000 You got a mass invasion.

00:00:51.000 Especially here in New York City, they go to the big cities.

00:00:55.000 The great American cities are really struggling right now under the weight of what Biden's done at the border, and it's palpable.

00:01:02.000 Crime has raised at least 160%.

00:01:04.000 I get gunshots on my block on a weekly basis.

00:01:07.000 They need to make America safe again.

00:01:09.000 Donald Trump, the number one president.

00:01:12.000 We love you.

00:01:13.000 We need you.

00:01:14.000 Come save us.

00:01:15.000 Save us from the crime.

00:01:17.000 Save us from the criminals.

00:01:19.000 People from every race and color, the Bronx needs help.

00:01:22.000 The people have seen the past three and a half years, and they are ready for a change.

00:01:27.000 Dominicans and black people in the streets cheering for Trump.

00:01:31.000 I love you, Donald.

00:01:32.000 I would love to be able to shake your hand.

00:01:34.000 Here to see Trump.

00:01:35.000 He's coming to the Bronx.

00:01:36.000 I had to come.

00:01:37.000 He's the greatest president in my lifetime.

00:01:38.000 I think the other one's going red.

00:01:40.000 We've wanted for a long time somebody that's warrior enough to go to South Bronx.

00:01:44.000 Donald Trump coming out here and showing that he cares about the community, and he wants his message to be heard,

00:01:49.000 because we've been dealt a terrible hand to the cards by the Democratic Party for a very, very long time.

00:01:53.000 Minorities from the Bronx all fed up and pissed off. 1.00

00:01:58.000 We're going to listen to the 45th president of the United States.

00:02:01.000 Well, hello, everybody.

00:02:02.000 Thank you very much.

00:02:03.000 This is some turnout.

00:02:05.000 Right here in the Bronx.

00:02:08.000 I'm here tonight to declare that we are going to turn New York City around, and we are going to turn it around very, very quickly.

00:02:21.000 We're going to bring safety back to our streets.

00:02:24.000 We're going to bring success back to our schools.

00:02:27.000 We're going to bring prosperity back to every neighborhood and every borough of the greatest city in our land.

00:02:34.000 We're going to reduce taxes.

00:02:36.000 We're going to bring businesses and big taxpayers back to New York.

00:02:41.000 We're going to make New York bigger, better, and more beautiful than ever before.

00:02:46.000 And that includes right here in the Bronx.

00:02:48.000 And it's going to be done and funded starting on January 20th directly from our great and beautiful White House.

00:03:01.000 What do you make of Donald Trump's outreach?

00:03:04.000 I think the Democrats ignore Trump's outreach to minority voters at their peril.

00:03:13.000 Trump knows how to trigger people.

00:03:15.000 He knows what speaks to people, what gets them out.

00:03:18.000 Now, I can't say that all of those people are from the Bronx.

00:03:20.000 I'm very suspicious that the majority of those people were voters in the Bronx.

00:03:25.000 But he is doing something that is speaking to the hearts and minds of minority voters.

00:03:30.000 And I hope that Democrats don't put our heads in the sand.

00:03:34.000 Even if it's not, I mean, you know, chances are he's not going to get a lot of electoral votes, not going to win electoral votes in the state of New York.

00:03:43.000 But this message, this idea could be seen in other places, the idea that he's reaching out.

00:03:48.000 He went to the boogie down Bronx, you know, a place that set the entire world, changed the culture for the entire world through hip hop.

00:03:57.000 He didn't go there by mistake.

00:03:58.000 He went there because he knows if you go to the Bronx, it's a message that it's a place that resonates with people, particularly African-American people.

00:04:05.000 So if they see that, you know, it's going to it's going to weigh more in our community.

00:04:10.000 So, you know, like I said, I hope the Democrats are not turning a blind eye and just dismissing these groups of voters as, you know, as cast offs.

00:04:20.000 What would be the point of Donald Trump going to the Bronx and bigging up Putin, Xi Jinping and Kim Jong Un in a place he could never win?

00:04:28.000 The Bronx is full of black and Latino folk and he's not fond of those. 1.00

00:04:32.000 Right.

00:04:33.000 But you said it yourself in your question.

00:04:35.000 He's not going to win New York.

00:04:37.000 He's not going to win the Bronx.

00:04:38.000 But that that audience is not the Bronx.

00:04:41.000 The audience is everyone else in states that he could possibly win.

00:04:45.000 And what he tries to do and there's no downside for him to do this, by the way, what he's trying to do is to signal to other people, signal to people in swing states who are white, who don't want to be thought of as voting for racist to soften the ground and say, well, maybe not such a racist.

00:05:01.000 Also, to maybe shave off a couple of percentage points among blacks and Hispanics.

00:05:06.000 Also, people who look at it and say, I don't want to vote for a racist.

00:05:10.000 And they say, well, maybe he's not as racist as they say that he is.

00:05:14.000 This is signaling to other people has nothing to do with New York, has nothing to do with the Bronx.

00:05:19.000 Yeah.

00:05:20.000 Mayor, what do you mean? I mean, there are a lot of people not happy with President Biden on the Democratic side among black voters and Latino voters.

00:05:27.000 He could make inroads very possibly.

00:05:30.000 He can make inroads because he's using the language and speaking to people in a way that they received.

00:05:36.000 I think Democrats, we have to do a better job messaging the wins of the Biden administration.

00:05:41.000 And there are many.

00:05:42.000 You don't think the Biden administration has done a good enough job reaching out to vote or do you think they're taking voters for granted?

00:05:49.000 I think the Democratic Party, unfortunately, has a track record of taking some voters, some voter blocks for granted.

00:05:57.000 And I hope that that doesn't happen now.

00:05:59.000 But, you know, as I said before, Trump has a way of keying into people's that, you know, the things that make them angry, that the the how they feel that they're being taken advantage of.

00:06:11.000 And when he speaks to people who feel that they should be doing better in life and scapegoat immigrants, for example, you know, he's giving them, you know, a common enemy.

00:06:22.000 He's speaking to them in a way that says, you know, if if Biden would only do something about this group that's taking advantage of you, you'd have that job that you want.

00:06:31.000 Is it true? No, it's not true.

00:06:33.000 But he he doesn't mind spewing falsehoods if it means that it sways voters and he doesn't have to sway all of them.

00:06:40.000 He just has to get, you know, marginally more than he did before.

00:06:43.000 And he puts Biden in danger.

00:06:47.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:06:52.000 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on this people.

00:06:57.000 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have had a belly full of it.

00:07:03.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:07:05.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:07:08.000 It's going to happen.

00:07:09.000 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:07:12.000 Mega media.

00:07:13.000 I wish in my soul.

00:07:15.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:18.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:22.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:29.000 War Room.

00:07:30.000 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:07:33.000 It's Friday, 24 May in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:07:41.000 We are officially kicking off Memorial Day weekend.

00:07:46.000 And, of course, you know that we treat Memorial Day a little different than other folks.

00:07:52.000 It is the highest civic holiday we have.

00:07:56.000 Our Memorial Day special.

00:07:57.000 Patrick K. O'Donnell will be joining me for that special we've done now, I think, for 10 years about our honored dead.

00:08:03.000 We're walking through the Tomb of the Unknown and Arlington National Cemetery and the battles that all led up to our honored dead in Arlington.

00:08:13.000 So don't miss that tomorrow.

00:08:15.000 Also, weekend special packed wall to wall and also throughout the day today.

00:08:20.000 I would be remiss to not start with Bronx.

00:08:24.000 That was called a flex.

00:08:25.000 That's a full flex.

00:08:27.000 President Trump had a show of force yesterday.

00:08:30.000 This is to counter what's going on in lower Manhattan.

00:08:34.000 Lower Manhattan are the lackeys that report to the ruling elite, the minorities that have sold out other minorities to report to the man and take the man's money.

00:08:46.000 What you saw in Bronx yesterday was a self organizing, incredible show of force.

00:08:52.000 And here's what's most important is a great tweet out about this.

00:08:55.000 I'll get it to my team to get up later.

00:08:58.000 Donald Trump did not pander to that audience.

00:09:01.000 He didn't he didn't point out enemies.

00:09:04.000 He didn't bemoan their fate.

00:09:05.000 He didn't say the government is going to come.

00:09:06.000 He didn't promise a bunch of government programs.

00:09:08.000 It was a pure MAGA speech.

00:09:11.000 That speech could be given in Ohio or Iowa, Arkansas, Texas, Wisconsin, anywhere, Florida, Arizona.

00:09:21.000 And they couldn't get enough of it.

00:09:24.000 Yesterday, if that was a historic and I want to thank Gavin Wax.

00:09:28.000 And of course, Jason Miller, there are others over the campaign.

00:09:32.000 But Gavin Wax and New York Young Republican Club, Vish Burr, those folks, they pitched this at the at the gala last year, came off without a flaw.

00:09:44.000 Incredible.

00:09:45.000 But here's the takeaway.

00:09:47.000 I keep repeating this and repeating this and repeating this.

00:09:52.000 Two thirds to seventy five percent of this nation right now are MAGA.

00:09:59.000 They want to put America first and they want to put American citizens first.

00:10:03.000 That's the big takeaway also from yesterday.

00:10:06.000 They don't want illegal immigration into this country. 0.97

00:10:09.000 They don't want the invasion.

00:10:11.000 They don't want more government handouts.

00:10:13.000 They don't want more federal involvement in their lives.

00:10:16.000 They want freedom and liberty and opportunity.

00:10:20.000 That's MAGA right there.

00:10:23.000 It was historic, historic, historic day.

00:10:27.000 And President Trump, not one line of pandering to anybody.

00:10:34.000 You show me another politician in this country that would do that.

00:10:39.000 Because that's his natural instinct.

00:10:41.000 That's his default position.

00:10:43.000 And we're going to get into later.

00:10:45.000 Hey, the dark clouds of neoliberal neocon are all on the horizon.

00:10:49.000 You know why we're winning.

00:10:50.000 We're winning because of what you put on your shoulders.

00:10:54.000 We're winning.

00:10:55.000 We're winning because of because of your efforts.

00:10:59.000 But I asked Mark Payoletta and we're going to connect some dots here.

00:11:03.000 We're going to we're going to do a hard weld here.

00:11:05.000 But Payoletta, you have argued for years with facts and receipts about one of the greatest living, one of the greatest Americans in our country's history.

00:11:17.000 And one of our greatest, if not our greatest living American next to President Trump, be Justice Thomas.

00:11:26.000 The minorities believe what Justice Thomas believes and what Justice Thomas believes is basically conservative principles.

00:11:34.000 Am I incorrect on that, Mark Payoletta?

00:11:37.000 Steve, spot on.

00:11:39.000 Thanks for having me on.

00:11:41.000 You know, I've been writing about this for a long time.

00:11:43.000 Justice Thomas, right?

00:11:45.000 His views on school choice, on affirmative action, on abortion, late term abortions, on defund the police, on voter ID.

00:11:58.000 All of those issues, Steve, black Americans, poll after poll after poll, right, have shown that they agree with Clarence Thomas on those issues, right? 0.64

00:12:07.000 And the great crime, right, the great grift, right, is that these, the leadership, the liberal black leadership groups like the NAACP, they oppose these issues like school choice, like voter ID, like in support of defund the police, right? 0.69

00:12:27.000 What an unbelievable day.

00:12:29.000 I completely agree with you, President Trump going into the Bronx and being authentic.

00:12:34.000 That's what it's about.

00:12:35.000 But with respect to Justice Thomas, that's exactly right.

00:12:39.000 His views, his independent views, are actually the views of most black Americans.

00:12:44.000 And the left and the leadership groups, right, like the NAACP, don't want you to know that.

00:12:49.000 So they have this noise, this narrative that Thomas is out of step.

00:12:53.000 Why is that?

00:12:54.000 Because they get money, right, from progressive white groups, right, like the unions, right?

00:12:59.000 The NAACP gets hundreds, tens of millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars over the years, right?

00:13:04.000 The unions were one of the most racist groups in our history, right?

00:13:07.000 They buy off the NAACP.

00:13:09.000 And guess what?

00:13:10.000 The NAACP is opposed to school choice, right?

00:13:12.000 To have kids in, you know, very difficult circumstances in the inner city have a chance to go to a better school, right, to get a good education.

00:13:21.000 Because as Justice Thomas' grandfather recognized, and as many other black parents and other parents, white or black, recognize, education is the way out, right?

00:13:30.000 Education is the way up, right?

00:13:32.000 American opportunity.

00:13:34.000 And the NAACP would rather have their kids, those kids, rot in those schools so that they can get their money. 0.95

00:13:41.000 So that's what's the crime, right?

00:13:43.000 And that is Hakeem Jeffries, right?

00:13:44.000 Hakeem Jeffries, the leader of the Democrat Party in the House.

00:13:48.000 Remember, his uncle was Leonard Jeffries, one of the most notorious anti-Semitic, anti-white, racist people on Earth, right, who actually, you know, was in New York at City College of New York.

00:14:02.000 And Hakeem Jeffries called him a noted scholar, you know, defended him, called Justice Thomas and Colin Powell House Negroes for their conservative views. 0.95

00:14:13.000 I mean, that's how despicable he is, okay?

00:14:16.000 So this runs through the Democrat Party, okay? 0.99

00:14:19.000 Their policies harm black Americans. 0.95

00:14:22.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:14:23.000 Hang on for one second.

00:14:24.000 I'm going to hold you because they're going after Justice Alito and Thomas.

00:14:29.000 Yeah.

00:14:30.000 They want them to recuse of all these things, and they're going after them for standing for traditional American values.

00:14:37.000 And guess what?

00:14:38.000 South Bronx showed yesterday, there's a lot more folks than you think that support traditional American values.

00:14:45.000 President Trump was his best yesterday.

00:14:48.000 Authenticity and fight.

00:14:50.000 Authenticity and fight.

00:14:52.000 That's what they're looking for in the South Bronx.

00:14:54.000 That's what they're looking for in America.

00:14:55.000 Short break.

00:14:56.000 Back in a moment.

00:14:57.000 Can your savings weather an economic storm?

00:15:02.000 Think about what you've put away for the future.

00:15:05.000 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:08.000 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:11.000 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:15.000 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:21.000 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.000 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.000 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:15:32.000 Why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:15:34.000 Through a little known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:43.000 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:46.000 Let me repeat that.

00:15:47.000 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:50.000 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.

00:16:00.000 Let me ask you this again.

00:16:03.000 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?

00:16:08.000 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:16:11.000 That's Birch Gold.

00:16:12.000 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:15.000 Secure your savings today.

00:16:17.000 Birch Gold Group.

00:16:19.000 Alito and Thomas support the insurrection, right?

00:16:21.000 What are they really saying?

00:16:23.000 They're saying that Trump won, lost the election, but won the white vote.

00:16:29.000 Which is true.

00:16:30.000 He did.

00:16:31.000 He won the white vote by a lot.

00:16:32.000 White people should probably do something about that. 0.95

00:16:34.000 But he won the white vote by a lot.

00:16:36.000 And what Alito and Thomas are saying is that it is that white vote that Trump won is that's the only votes that matter.

00:16:42.000 That we should do what the white voters want.

00:16:45.000 And when they write these decisions like they did in the gerrymandering case, what they are straight up saying is that black voters can be diluted, can have their voting rights taken away, simply because black voters happen to vote Democrat. 0.99

00:16:58.000 This is a grifter. 0.95

00:16:59.000 He is benefiting for positions that he actually been taking positions that he benefited from.

00:17:06.000 But for a front of action, we would not know Clarence Thomas.

00:17:09.000 But for desegregating society, we would not know Clarence Thomas.

00:17:13.000 Clarence Thomas is an unfortunate outcome of a tradition of black people grifting off their race to portray their race. 0.99

00:17:21.000 And it's unfortunate.

00:17:22.000 And what we've seen the Supreme Court do in the decision was to undermine the question of equal protection under the law, that no state should use race as a proxy to discriminate for political gain.

00:17:35.000 We are living in America in 2024, not 1950s apartheid South Africa.

00:17:42.000 And I believe this court want to create an apartheid.

00:17:45.000 OK, this is this is all about the redistricting fight.

00:17:48.000 But the last 24, 48 hours, a firestorm about Justice Alito and the appeal to heaven flag.

00:17:55.000 And and now Justice Thomas is about the redistricting issue in South Carolina, Louisiana, all of it. 0.86

00:18:01.000 Mark Paoletta, is he a grifter that is as they identified him, is he a grifter that is made a fortune off of grifting off of keeping black people down, sir? 0.94

00:18:14.000 The left is in full meltdown. 0.95

00:18:16.000 Clarence Thomas is our greatest American, greatest American, living American.

00:18:20.000 He's our greatest justice.

00:18:22.000 And he's got this incredible story.

00:18:24.000 I found just the two juxtapositions of President Trump going into the Bronx.

00:18:28.000 And then I don't know who that commentator was who was saying that Clarence Thomas wouldn't be known.

00:18:32.000 Right. But for affirmative action.

00:18:34.000 Think about how condescending that is to black people. 0.95

00:18:38.000 Right. No agency. 0.99

00:18:40.000 What about Joy Reid?

00:18:41.000 What about the guy who's saying that?

00:18:42.000 I mean, what are they saying that you don't mean that it's all reliant on affirmative action for for black Americans to get anywhere? 0.99

00:18:51.000 How insulting, how disgusting. Right. 0.99

00:18:54.000 And so, you know, what Justice Thomas said in this concurrence yesterday.

00:19:00.000 Right. Was in this reference to Brown.

00:19:02.000 What he thinks is courts shouldn't be making drawing lines that's left to the Constitution, to the elected people.

00:19:09.000 OK, in our system of government, courts are terrible at it.

00:19:12.000 And there were some infamous cases where some judge took over a school system in Kansas, I think,

00:19:18.000 and was ordering up for 20 years. You need a new pool.

00:19:21.000 You need a better pool. You need all these sorts of things.

00:19:23.000 But Justice Thomas, his criticism of Brown. Right.

00:19:27.000 Is that it was too weak in the sense that they relied on social science and results.

00:19:32.000 Clarence Thomas thinks you don't need to look at that stuff.

00:19:35.000 It's unconstitutional. The Constitution doesn't let you divide people by races.

00:19:39.000 OK, that's fundamentally what the Harlan dissent in Plessy was that everyone loves.

00:19:44.000 When Clarence Thomas says it, he's a radical. He's whatever.

00:19:47.000 But the the Brown case. OK, there's a great piece in by Jason Riley last week that talked about how the Brown case was a political decision that used this social science data.

00:19:58.000 OK, to say that their equal opportunities in the different schools wasn't equal.

00:20:03.000 OK, and that's why you could why you could why it was wrong.

00:20:08.000 Clarence Thomas is like, what are you talking about? It's wrong, period.

00:20:12.000 And that's what the Harlan dissent in Plessy did. It was a beautiful piece by, you know, by by by Jason Riley that you have up here.

00:20:20.000 And and again, it goes to the agency. I point out, as Thomas Sowell has talked about. Right.

00:20:25.000 There were great black schools in America like Dunbar that had these incredible results. Right.

00:20:32.000 And performances. And and it's so it's so demeaning. Right.

00:20:36.000 Right. To black Americans and the whole civil rights establishment. Who are the grifters? Who are the grifters, Steve? 0.72

00:20:42.000 It's the NAACP and all these left wing black leadership groups. 0.88

00:20:46.000 They get all their money. OK, from white progressive groups to to.

00:20:50.000 They are the ones that are outside the mainstream of black Americans. 0.98

00:20:53.000 And again, President Trump going into the Bronx, being authentic.

00:20:57.000 That's why the American people, black and white, whatever your color, whatever your race, why they love him. Right.

00:21:03.000 Right. Because he's authentic. He doesn't pander. And he he says it how he believes it.

00:21:08.000 And people relate to him from the janitor, just like Justice Thomas. Right.

00:21:12.000 From the janitor to the justice. Justice Thomas is the most beloved person at the Supreme Court.

00:21:17.000 Hands down, nobody will disagree with that. Why is that? Do you think that's the way it is with Joe Biden? Right.

00:21:22.000 Or or Hakeem Jeffries? No, it's not. It's because they're authentic and they represent, as you said, the thirst,

00:21:28.000 the thirst, whatever that MAGA is of liberty, get off our backs, stop dividing this country by race.

00:21:35.000 Stop, you know, being, you know, a tyrannical government.

00:21:42.000 In the 30 before you go in the 30 for people to think about over this Memorial Day weekend, as we honor our war dead, the 30 front war.

00:21:53.000 Folks got to understand, Mike Lee did a great job heading on a couple of months ago.

00:21:56.000 I just want to put in front of this audience, because you guys, the powerhouse, the maniacal.

00:22:01.000 They there's something about them losing the Supreme Court because most of these liberals, they are all either lawyers or they're, you know, the very legalistic.

00:22:08.000 The courts have always bailed them out from American people. 0.99

00:22:10.000 They are insane about this topic, this topic of packing the court, this topic of, as you say,

00:22:16.000 shrink the court today with Alito and Thomas out and then expand the court later.

00:22:22.000 Just give me a minute or two on that, because I need this audience to focus on this behind the scenes in this city and what they're doing and raising money.

00:22:29.000 And they are so maniacally focused to the fact, once again, and this gets back to the Mar-a-Lago raid.

00:22:35.000 We'll talk to Julie Kelly about it later that, you know, that you already saw they were prepared to have physical violence against these justices. 1.00

00:22:41.000 I'm just concerned.

00:22:42.000 You got to get super security in this because these people are unhinged on this topic, sir.

00:22:47.000 Yes, sir.

00:22:48.000 Steve, spot on again.

00:22:50.000 Right.

00:22:51.000 2020, March 2020, Schumer threatens the Supreme Court justices, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

00:22:57.000 You better vote a certain way or there's going to be violence against you.

00:22:59.000 OK.

00:23:00.000 And they lost the court.

00:23:02.000 They had the court for 70 years.

00:23:03.000 As you said, it was a great super legislature.

00:23:05.000 Right.

00:23:06.000 And so what's going to happen every springtime.

00:23:07.000 Right.

00:23:08.000 Your viewers should realize every springtime there's going to be these crazy attacks on the Supreme Court as they get down to the end of the term and issuing their big decisions.

00:23:16.000 We saw it with the Dobbs case in twenty twenty two.

00:23:18.000 Right.

00:23:19.000 And then unprecedentedly assassination attempts on Kavanaugh in twenty twenty three.

00:23:23.000 The attacks on Justice Thomas.

00:23:24.000 Why?

00:23:25.000 What was going on then?

00:23:26.000 The affirmative action case.

00:23:27.000 Right.

00:23:28.000 Harvard, UNC.

00:23:29.000 So the this court is dismantling.

00:23:31.000 Right.

00:23:32.000 The Warren, you know, burger legacy court left wing sort of Supreme Court that got in the business of America and tried to run it as a proxy for the left. 1.00

00:23:42.000 And so this court is moving back to its original role, its constitutional role.

00:23:47.000 And the left is unhinged and crazed.

00:23:50.000 And that's why, again, it's ramping up again right now.

00:23:52.000 Steve, the end of the term for your viewers is the end of June.

00:23:55.000 That's what they need to understand.

00:23:57.000 This is not about ethics.

00:23:58.000 This is about power.

00:23:59.000 This is about controlling the Supreme Court.

00:24:01.000 And I urge all of your viewers to go out and buy an appeal to heaven flag, as I did yesterday and fly it.

00:24:07.000 Appeal to heaven flag.

00:24:08.000 I got to talk to the flag.

00:24:10.000 Yes.

00:24:11.000 Hell yes.

00:24:12.000 It's a great revolution.

00:24:14.000 Remember, the Supreme Court, it's a two punch military campaign to deconstruct the administrative state.

00:24:22.000 One is legislative.

00:24:23.000 One is legislative.

00:24:24.000 It's three front.

00:24:25.000 Legislative.

00:24:26.000 We got the executive branch project 2025 to get our people in there and take these billets out. 0.52

00:24:30.000 The third with Exxon and Chevron and all that is the Gorsuch and these heroes in the courts to deconstruct the administrative state.

00:24:38.000 Remember, if you take the administrative state away, these folks can't make a living.

00:24:42.000 They've grifted and sucked off the seven trillion dollars.

00:24:45.000 This is why it's seven trillion dollars.

00:24:46.000 This is why nobody stops it.

00:24:48.000 Payaletta, over the weekend, I want everybody to go to your site and get all your content about Justice Thomas and so much more.

00:24:54.000 And once again, Russ Vogt and the team over CRA, amazing work.

00:24:57.000 Get the best people.

00:24:58.000 Where do they go, sir?

00:25:00.000 Markpayaletta.com.

00:25:02.000 It's got all my articles and other materials.

00:25:05.000 And then at Mark Payaletta on X, I put up everything, you know, a lot of stuff defending the court, defending Justice Thomas, defending President Trump.

00:25:13.000 And at CRA, Center for Renewing America, as you said, Russ Vogt is a true American, laying out a blueprint for hopefully the coming next term.

00:25:28.000 My mentor, Mark Payaletta on all things Supreme Court and federal judiciary.

00:25:33.000 Thank you, sir.

00:25:34.000 Thanks, Steve.

00:25:36.000 So lucky.

00:25:37.000 So lucky to meet that guy in Trump's White House.

00:25:39.000 White House.

00:25:40.000 You wouldn't have had Kavanaugh.

00:25:41.000 Two people, Mark Payaletta and Mike Davis.

00:25:44.000 I'll throw Don McGann in there.

00:25:46.000 You wouldn't have had Kavanaugh.

00:25:47.000 You definitely wouldn't have had Gorsuch.

00:25:49.000 The Gorsuch pick.

00:25:50.000 It wasn't for those guys.

00:25:51.000 And the fight to get him through was extraordinary.

00:25:54.000 OK, here's what I'm going to do.

00:25:56.000 I'm going to talk to my production team.

00:25:58.000 I have a 90 second cold open.

00:26:01.000 I'm going to play the 90 second cold open on this side of the break.

00:26:04.000 So exactly 90 seconds.

00:26:05.000 We're going to play it.

00:26:06.000 And we have a very special guest.

00:26:08.000 When we return, that's going to join us.

00:26:10.000 Sergeant First Class Army Reserve Frank LaRose.

00:26:14.000 He's also happens to be he's got a side gig.

00:26:17.000 He's secretary of state of Ohio, and he's caused a firestorm.

00:26:20.000 Remember, what is the war room about?

00:26:23.000 The war room is about is always be on offense, always be on the attack.

00:26:28.000 The best defense is offense.

00:26:31.000 And what we have in this great state of Ohio is is some offense.

00:26:34.000 OK, birchgold.com.

00:26:36.000 Philip Patrick's going to join me tomorrow.

00:26:38.000 Incredible kicking off the weekend.

00:26:40.000 In fact, we'll do it later today also.

00:26:42.000 But the we're going to get the Howard's going to join us tomorrow.

00:26:48.000 OK, let's go.

00:26:49.000 Let's go to the let's go to the TR.

00:26:50.000 Let's go to the cold open.

00:26:52.000 Ohio is running out of time to get Joe Biden,

00:26:56.000 the sitting president of the United States on the ballot this fall.

00:27:00.000 Failing to do so is simply not acceptable. 0.97

00:27:04.000 This is a ridiculous. 0.79

00:27:06.000 This is an absurd situation. 0.98

00:27:09.000 That was Republican Governor Mike DeWine of Ohio.

00:27:11.000 He is calling in state lawmakers for a special session next week

00:27:15.000 to ensure that President Biden appears on that state's ballot this November.

00:27:20.000 Ohio election law requires political parties to certify the presidential ticket by August 7th.

00:27:26.000 But the Democratic National Convention, where Biden will be formally nominated,

00:27:32.000 doesn't actually start until August 19th.

00:27:34.000 In the past, such issues have been addressed with quick legislative fixes.

00:27:38.000 But some Republicans have balked this time around.

00:27:42.000 So at least if we take the governor at face value, this seems like a moment, increasingly rare moment,

00:27:48.000 where a member of the Republican Party is putting the country ahead of partisan politics.

00:27:54.000 No, and I think Governor DeWine would be good for his word.

00:27:57.000 I think that it shows, though, in this era, politics has just become asymmetric warfare.

00:28:03.000 And both sides have to identify where they could possibly get, you know, one edge.

00:28:09.000 And you have to look at that and preempt it, basically.

00:28:13.000 And Democrats have to be very careful about it because the Republicans are so ruthless that...

00:28:18.000 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling

00:28:25.000 when you're simply trying to buy products?

00:28:28.000 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans,

00:28:35.000 all while eroding the future of the American dream.

00:28:39.000 It's prominent all over the country.

00:28:41.000 Companies like Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion.

00:28:46.000 Financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.

00:28:50.000 Makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models. 1.00

00:28:55.000 And beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer. 0.93

00:29:03.000 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.

00:29:09.000 With Public Square, we now have a solution.

00:30:18.000 PublicSQ.com.

00:30:21.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.

00:30:27.000 Since we're talking asymmetric warfare, who better to have than a Green Beret? 1.00

00:30:31.000 We've got Sergeant First Class Frank LaRose at Green Beret joins us, and he's so lucky.

00:30:36.000 I guess you're down at Belvoir for what a better way to spend Memorial Day in reserve duty.

00:30:40.000 Partisan politics, smash mouth, all of it.

00:30:46.000 Correct me if I'm wrong, you're one of the straightest guys I know.

00:30:52.000 Aren't you just following the law?

00:30:53.000 Yeah, well, the knucklehead from MSNBC said I'm ruthless.

00:30:56.000 I guess I'm ruthlessly doing my duty to uphold the law of the state of Ohio as written by Democrats.

00:31:02.000 It was Democrats that put this 90-day rule in the law when Ted Strickland was the governor of Ohio,

00:31:07.000 and I'm faithfully upholding that law.

00:31:10.000 Asymmetric warfare, that tugs at my heart as a Green Beret.

00:31:13.000 The only thing asymmetric here is that there is no symmetry between the rules that, for example,

00:31:18.000 the New York Times wants to see enforced.

00:31:20.000 They said that this is just a minor technicality.

00:31:24.000 No, it's the law.

00:31:25.000 It's my duty to follow the law.

00:31:27.000 If you're running for county commissioner and you file your petitions a day late, you are rejected.

00:31:32.000 You're not placed on the ballot.

00:31:33.000 And in this case, it looks like the Democrats are on track to miss the deadline.

00:31:38.000 That's not a technicality.

00:31:39.000 That's the law.

00:31:40.000 I'm going to come back to this in a second, DeWine.

00:31:42.000 But I've wanted to have you on here for a while.

00:31:44.000 And one of the reasons is when I talk to people about voter rolls or running elections with the rule of law

00:31:50.000 and playing by the rules, people consistently tell me Ohio, Frank LaRose, voter rolls, all of it, you've cleaned up.

00:31:58.000 Just walk me through the process because I think you could be a guide and even a mentor to other people because it is a mess around the rest of the country.

00:32:07.000 How have you guys done it in Ohio?

00:32:09.000 Well, it's probably why I was the only secretary of state endorsed by President Trump in 2022.

00:32:13.000 And I was proud of that.

00:32:14.000 It starts with bipartisan oversight of the process.

00:32:17.000 Not every state has that.

00:32:18.000 But in Ohio, it's two D's and two R's that run each county board of elections.

00:32:21.000 They keep each other honest.

00:32:22.000 We run elections where we check IDs.

00:32:25.000 We take dead people off the voter rolls.

00:32:27.000 We remove noncitizens. 1.00

00:32:29.000 But let's go to that.

00:32:31.000 Why does everybody else say it's so impossible to do?

00:32:33.000 And you've got states where it's an absolute mess.

00:32:35.000 How can you, particularly if it's bipartisan, how did you actually do it in Ohio?

00:32:39.000 It's challenging.

00:32:40.000 I always say list maintenance is like hygiene.

00:32:42.000 It's like brushing your teeth.

00:32:43.000 We've got to do it every day.

00:32:45.000 And it's difficult to find the data that we need in order to remove, for example, noncitizens from the voter rolls.

00:32:51.000 But when we're able to get that data, we run it against our voter registration list and we send out a letter.

00:32:56.000 We say, we think that you're a noncitizen. 1.00

00:32:59.000 If we're wrong, send us proof.

00:33:00.000 Let us know.

00:33:01.000 But otherwise, we're going to remove you from the voter rolls because American elections are only for Americans. 0.94

00:33:05.000 Novel idea.

00:33:06.000 And when we catch people breaking the law, we refer them for prosecution over 600 times during my term as Secretary of State.

00:33:12.000 We've caught people doing the wrong thing and referred them to the prosecutors because the law that's not enforced isn't a law.

00:33:18.000 It's a suggestion.

00:33:20.000 I keep telling people one of the reasons we have such big spreads in Ohio and what that means, just like the Bronx, the counter of the Bronx.

00:33:28.000 We may not carry the Bronx. 0.78

00:33:29.000 We may not carry New York City.

00:33:31.000 But now you're going to tie down Biden and these guys to spend resources, time, focus on their pockets.

00:33:37.000 That's why we go on offense.

00:33:38.000 The reverse is true. 0.95

00:33:39.000 And this is what in 16, we've got a little spread in Ohio.

00:33:42.000 We could spend time using Ohio as a center of gravity for Wisconsin, for Michigan, for Pennsylvania that had the same type of demographics there.

00:33:50.000 The spread, the reason we're winning so big in Ohio now is because of your work.

00:33:56.000 I mean, once you clean these, the cleaner you get these voter rolls, the tighter you run these elections.

00:34:01.000 I keep saying MAGA's two thirds of the nation.

00:34:04.000 And you can see it in places like Ohio and Florida where people, it's no nonsense.

00:34:08.000 We're going to do this right.

00:34:09.000 I'm not going to take credit for that.

00:34:10.000 What I'm going to say is that the people of Ohio have spoken and they want to join President Trump in making America great again.

00:34:17.000 Quite simply, Ohio is a conservative state and their voice is being heard in honest and fair elections.

00:34:22.000 That's my job.

00:34:23.000 And I'm proud to do it.

00:34:25.000 Let's go back to Governor DeWine.

00:34:28.000 Why would you, it's the law.

00:34:31.000 They know about it.

00:34:32.000 Yeah.

00:34:33.000 Because they think they can change anything.

00:34:35.000 This is so important, I think, to set a standard and to send a message to the New York Times.

00:34:40.000 And guys, you're just not going to, I mean, this goes back to the pandemic.

00:34:43.000 It goes back to everything.

00:34:45.000 They just think they have these rules and regulations and they can change on a dime to suit their interests.

00:34:49.000 Why would we ever, with all the other issues Ohio's had, why would you play into the Democrats' hand and admit there's maybe something they're right by calling a special session?

00:34:58.000 You're right.

00:34:59.000 The left is arrogant about this and I would say a bit incompetent.

00:35:02.000 I mean, as you know, there are offices full of ballot access lawyers.

00:35:06.000 Both parties have them.

00:35:07.000 If the ballot access lawyers from the DNC couldn't figure out when the basic deadlines were, they should be fired from their jobs.

00:35:14.000 And whether the state legislature chooses to act next week or not is up to them.

00:35:18.000 I will say this, that one of the things that they're thinking about pairing with it is to finally close a loophole that would keep foreign billionaires out of funding issue campaigns in Ohio.

00:35:27.000 That is important that that gets done.

00:35:29.000 And so if they're able to get these two things accomplished, listen, President Trump's going to win handily in Ohio.

00:35:33.000 If we can also get banning foreign influence in our elections in Ohio.

00:35:37.000 But I don't buy the argument.

00:35:38.000 I don't buy the argument that I don't buy the argument that if if Biden's on the ticket, it's a better deal for Sherrod Brown.

00:35:44.000 I haven't looked at all the numbers yet.

00:35:46.000 But in present, MAGA is going to show up in Ohio for President Trump.

00:35:50.000 They want to have a show of force there.

00:35:51.000 I mean, the Buckeyes are proud of the fact that they're one of the leading MAGA states and want to give President Trump momentum without Biden on the ticket.

00:35:59.000 Sherrod Brown's a done deal, right? Maybe a done deal anyway, but he's a done deal.

00:36:03.000 And in places where Republicans didn't go 10 years ago, Youngstown, the Ohio Valley.

00:36:08.000 Speaking of the Bronx, I mean, here's a Republican going into the Bronx and getting a huge crowd.

00:36:12.000 It's the same thing in places like Youngstown because of the strength of President Trump.

00:36:16.000 And I believe that my friend Bernie Moreno is going to be successful beating Sherrod Brown, taking back the Senate majority.

00:36:21.000 Talk to me about your army.

00:36:24.000 I got a minute.

00:36:25.000 You're a Green Beret in the army.

00:36:28.000 Give me your sense right now.

00:36:29.000 It's Memorial Day weekend.

00:36:30.000 This is not about veterans.

00:36:32.000 This is not Veterans Day.

00:36:33.000 It's Memorial Day.

00:36:34.000 Give me your sense right now of where you think the military is, particularly we're going to have our six o'clock tonight talking about the United Kingdom.

00:36:43.000 We have word that Sunak, one of the reasons Sunak wanted to call this election so shortly, he doesn't want to be a wartime prime minister, that they're gearing up right now.

00:36:51.000 There's all types of things happening in Ukraine with the U.K., with France, and quite frankly, with the United States.

00:36:56.000 What's your sense of where we are as a country as far as the esprit de corps of our military?

00:37:01.000 I think that in the conventional military, there's a lot of work that needs to be done.

00:37:04.000 I'm blessed to serve in a special operations unit where we focus on our mission.

00:37:08.000 We look out for one another.

00:37:10.000 And we know that our job is to protect our way of life and the defense of this nation.

00:37:14.000 I think that there needs to be some big reforms at the Pentagon.

00:37:17.000 And I believe that President Trump's going to do that.

00:37:19.000 Would you be open to helping President Trump in the second term and doing those types of things that need to be done over the Pentagon?

00:37:25.000 Anyone who wouldn't answer the call to serve from a president is not a patriot.

00:37:30.000 And I would absolutely consider that.

00:37:31.000 Last question, because we deal with this every day for hours and meetings after the show.

00:37:35.000 But are you open to also advise or at least look at some other states and where they are right now, what has to happen?

00:37:43.000 The number one thing on everybody's mind is we cannot allow this thing to be stolen.

00:37:47.000 You guys in Ohio have done it the right way, and you're kind of an example.

00:37:52.000 So we're within six months, and a lot of people are panicking right now.

00:37:55.000 Not only open to it, but have been doing it.

00:37:57.000 I've testified in the Pennsylvania State Senate multiple times.

00:38:00.000 I gave them ten recommendations.

00:38:01.000 Sorry to say they've implemented none of them.

00:38:04.000 Shapiro didn't run right out to Frank LaRose's list.

00:38:08.000 I just became the chairman of the Republican Secretaries of State Association, our committee nationwide.

00:38:13.000 And I've worked with them.

00:38:14.000 Isn't that where it should go through, is through that committee?

00:38:17.000 Sure.

00:38:18.000 Well, and it's Republican Secretaries of State that will do this work. 1.00

00:38:21.000 I think that there's an important bill in the legislature that Chip Roy just introduced called the SAVE Act.

00:38:27.000 And there's an important one that was introduced last year that I helped write called the ACE Act, American Confidence in Elections.

00:38:33.000 Now, the reality is those things won't get passed until we control the Senate and the White House.

00:38:37.000 But those are important for the future as well.

00:38:40.000 Where do people go over the next week?

00:38:42.000 Because we're still adamant.

00:38:43.000 Screw them. 0.93

00:38:44.000 Okay?

00:38:45.000 Where do people go to get the basic information, and then where do they follow you on social media?

00:38:49.000 Yeah.

00:38:50.000 Just at Frank LaRose on all the different platforms.

00:38:52.000 I'll be keeping people updated, and you can follow our different state house news bureaus and that kind of thing.

00:38:57.000 Is there any way we can stop this?

00:38:59.000 They keep it.

00:39:00.000 Listen, that's up to our state legislature.

00:39:01.000 And we're kind of a disparate bunch right now that can't agree what day of the week it is.

00:39:05.000 But that's up to them.

00:39:06.000 Sound like the mega-Republicans.

00:39:08.000 Sergeant First Class, honored to have you on here.

00:39:10.000 Look forward to having you back.

00:39:11.000 Always on offense.

00:39:12.000 Great.

00:39:13.000 John Solomon now joins us.

00:39:14.000 John, thank you very much, brother.

00:39:16.000 A couple of things.

00:39:17.000 Number one, I haven't had a chance to have you on here really talk about Mar-a-Lago.

00:39:21.000 They're sitting there going, Mar-a-Lago was standard operating procedure.

00:39:25.000 Mar-a-Lago was not a problem.

00:39:27.000 Give me your thoughts.

00:39:28.000 Well, listen, there never should have been a raid.

00:39:31.000 And that is something that two senior FBI officials tried to impress upon the Justice Department.

00:39:37.000 It is something that the National Archives much earlier you see in the documents that recently were released by Judge Cannon.

00:39:45.000 NARA thought that they were being way too hostile.

00:39:47.000 That the normal history of dealing between a former president and NARA was to negotiate and get the done deal.

00:39:52.000 But this Justice Department, the Merrick Garland Justice Department, in the eye of Joe Biden, whose White House was prompting these cases.

00:40:00.000 Remember, the White House was talking to NARA saying, sick the FBI on Donald Trump.

00:40:04.000 They weren't doing it for lawful reasons.

00:40:07.000 They weren't even doing it, I think, to get the records back.

00:40:09.000 I think they were doing it to create a spectacle that would try to embarrass Donald Trump.

00:40:13.000 And four years later, everything they've done is coming around and boomeranging on them now.

00:40:17.000 People are saying, we don't do this in America.

00:40:19.000 We don't send armed guys with shoot orders to the president's compound to get paper.

00:40:25.000 I mean, that's what we were pursuing here, paperwork.

00:40:28.000 We weren't looking for, you know, stolen nuclear weapons.

00:40:32.000 The militarization of our military, the use of these SWAT teams for misdemeanor cases in the January 6th prosecutions really exceed the bounds.

00:40:44.000 And people say, well, what's the danger?

00:40:46.000 I'll give you a good example of what happened in Arkansas three months ago.

00:40:51.000 A man got shot in the head by the ATF because they decided to pull out the cavalry and raid his house at 6 o'clock in the morning.

00:40:57.000 What for?

00:40:58.000 A paperwork issue involving whether he should have had an FFL or not as a hobbyist who's occasionally sold guns.

00:41:04.000 That's the danger of what Joe Biden has done.

00:41:06.000 This happened in the 90s under Clinton.

00:41:08.000 Then after Ruby Ridge and things like that, Congress reined it in.

00:41:12.000 The Democrats are back to getting those military guys into a cavalry.

00:41:16.000 Law enforcement was never meant to be a cavalry.

00:41:18.000 It was meant to be a law enforcement protection opportunity.

00:41:23.000 They're way over the skis.

00:41:25.000 The reason I wanted to start with the FBI because what they knew about the archives and actually what was there, a paperwork.

00:41:32.000 You have a very explosive story up on just the news right now.

00:41:37.000 Fed secretly knew for years Joe Biden met with son's Chinese partners on official trip.

00:41:44.000 This is one of the problems people have.

00:41:46.000 What the government and what the intelligence apparatus and law enforcement apparatus already knows what they're admitting and what actions they're taking on what they're putting out as false information.

00:41:57.000 Tell me about your story this morning about the CCP.

00:42:01.000 This is the headline next back to you.

00:42:04.000 Go ahead.

00:42:05.000 Here's the headline below the headline.

00:42:07.000 James Comer just got his hands on three point three million pages of documents that the United States government has had on Hunter Biden since 2016.

00:42:16.000 It is a treasure trove of extraordinary new evidence.

00:42:20.000 It's going to take impeachment in a whole new direction.

00:42:23.000 It's going to show that several witnesses have lied before the impeachment inquiry.

00:42:27.000 It's going to show no new foreign grifts that Hunter Biden and his father were working on and their partners are working on.

00:42:33.000 It's going to open up all sorts of new things.

00:42:35.000 It's going to call into question some of the testimony that occurred at the twenty nineteen Ukraine impeachment.

00:42:40.000 This is just the first set of documents I got from it all next week in the week after we're going to put out a lot of different stories from these documents.

00:42:47.000 James Comer fought for almost a year to get these documents from Devin Archer's lawyers.

00:42:52.000 They got them.

00:42:53.000 Devin Archer has been a very important cooperating witness.

00:42:55.000 These documents back up his story and expand the story of what we know about Hunter Biden.

00:43:00.000 So what do we know today?

00:43:01.000 We know that in twenty sixteen the FBI, the IRS and SEC using subpoenas got these documents.

00:43:07.000 And in those documents is proof that when Hunter Biden went on Air Force Two to Beijing in twenty thirteen, he had prearranged for his father to meet his new business partners.

00:43:19.000 Jonathan Lee, the guy who sets up the investment fund with him right after the president vice president was done meeting with President Xi.

00:43:26.000 There are these emails that show the setting up of the meeting.

00:43:29.000 There's a delay in the meeting.

00:43:30.000 So Hunter Biden's trying to buy time.

00:43:32.000 And then the meeting occurs and Hunter Biden writes Devin Archer saying they met.

00:43:36.000 Just think about that, because in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty, Joe Biden looked in the camera.

00:43:40.000 His campaign looked in the camera and said, I never met with any of my son's business partners.

00:43:45.000 My son had no Chinese business.

00:43:47.000 They knew it was a lie.

00:43:48.000 They knew it was a lie.

00:43:49.000 The FBI, the Justice Department, the SEC and the IRS knew it was a lie.

00:43:54.000 And they allowed that lie to stand just like they did as they tried to pretend that the laptop was Russian disinformation.

00:44:00.000 When you talk about a protection racket, the FBI has formed a protection racket around the Biden family for a very long time.

00:44:07.000 The Praetorian Guard, they get to pick just like in ancient Rome.

00:44:14.000 John Solomon, this is a blockbuster.

00:44:16.000 Hang on for one second.

00:44:17.000 Short commercial break.

00:44:18.000 John Solomon, the other side.

00:44:21.000 Can't pay the IRS?

00:44:23.000 You haven't filed in a while?

00:44:25.000 Receiving threatening letters?

00:44:27.000 Hey, it's about to get worse.

00:44:29.000 You know why?

00:44:30.000 The IRS is hiring an army of agents targeting hardworking Americans like you.

00:44:35.000 They ain't going after the billionaires.

00:44:36.000 They're coming after you.

00:44:38.000 And you need warriors on your side.

00:44:41.000 You need Tax Network USA.

00:44:43.000 Tax Network USA has a brilliant strategy to solve your IRS problems quickly and in your favor.

00:44:49.000 For instance, they discover a limited special offer that the IRS is willing to waive one billion dollars in penalties.

00:44:56.000 Let me repeat that.

00:44:57.000 The IRS is prepared to waive one billion dollars in penalties.

00:45:02.000 But you have to find out today whether you qualify.

00:45:06.000 Never let the IRS come at you alone.

00:45:09.000 Let Tax Network USA's attorneys handle it.

00:45:13.000 They have preferred direct lines to the IRS.

00:45:16.000 They know which agents to work with and which agents to avoid.

00:45:20.000 They've resolved over one billion dollars in tax debt and offer a best in class guarantee.

00:45:26.000 Let me repeat that.

00:45:27.000 They've already solved for folks, just like yourself, one billion dollars in tax debts.

00:45:33.000 Now schedule your free consultation.

00:45:35.000 Let me repeat that.

00:45:36.000 It's a free consultation now.

00:45:38.000 Call 1-800-245-6000.

00:45:41.000 That's 1-800-245-6000.

00:45:44.000 Or visit the website taxnetworkusa.com slash Bannon.

00:45:50.000 That's taxnetworkusa.com slash Bannon.

00:45:54.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:45:59.000 Okay, John, just take a minute.

00:46:01.000 I got to hit rewind because my head's blown up.

00:46:04.000 3.3 million documents.

00:46:06.000 It now shows that the Air Force, and when he went over to Air Force Two, emails, all this, they were setting up meetings, taking meetings, having meetings, all that.

00:46:17.000 And you've got documentary, you've got the receipts.

00:46:20.000 And you cut to 2019 in December, November, December, when they get the laptop from hell, when the FBI and justice get the laptop from hell, knowing they've already got this.

00:46:34.000 I mean, and then Biden, you know, months later, a couple months later, six, seven, eight months later, looks right in the camera and calls us all liars.

00:46:44.000 It's all Russian disinformation.

00:46:46.000 Looks the nation in the eye.

00:46:47.000 Never did it.

00:46:48.000 Never happened.

00:46:49.000 Never met any part.

00:46:50.000 And, oh, by the way, this is all, he's Putin in the war room.

00:46:53.000 All these guys are Russian allies, and this is all Russian disinformation.

00:46:58.000 How can that sense?

00:47:00.000 You're getting, you're quickly getting into, like, impeachment areas, Brother Solomon, do you not think?

00:47:07.000 Yeah, listen, I think we're going to revisit the 2019 impeachment soon.

00:47:10.000 I think people are going to realize that the story that was put on before the American people in the same manner that Watergate and other major scandals that were real scandals in this country were prosecuted, they're going to realize that a large part of the 2019 impeachment was a ruse.

00:47:24.000 There are documents that we'll make available as early as next week that I think are going to show new avenues of where Hunter Biden was trying to make money in Eastern Europe, particularly in Ukraine.

00:47:35.000 Big money, way bigger than anything we knew before.

00:47:38.000 There's going to be new meetings with government officials.

00:47:40.000 There's going to be new lobbying campaigns.

00:47:42.000 We didn't know that Hunter Biden and his law firm were waging on his father's administration.

00:47:47.000 The storylines that Joe Biden sold to the American people, not a single one of them are true.

00:47:52.000 The most credible people on this story are people like Devin Archer.

00:47:55.000 When he came forward, his story checks out in these documents.

00:47:58.000 Hunter Biden's story doesn't check out.

00:48:00.000 That's why the Ways and Means Committee just announced that they believe he lied on three occasions.

00:48:05.000 I think there may be more instances that his testimony will be challenged when this is all done.

00:48:10.000 But the big story is, when people see the breadth of evidence that the FBI had, the FBI showed no curiosity in looking at something that had problems with FARA, with Foreign Corruption, with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

00:48:25.000 They simply looked the other way for six years.

00:48:28.000 And when the American public was being lied to in the midst of the 2020 election, many of those people in the Justice Department and the FBI who knew the truth, probably the intelligence community as well, they stood silent and allowed those lies to be propagated on the American people before votes were cast.

00:48:44.000 Solomon, this makes sense of what you're saying.

00:48:50.000 John Solomon is the first one to lay out the kind of theory of the overall case.

00:48:53.000 He says, we got to go back to the beginning.

00:48:55.000 You got to go back to 16.

00:48:56.000 You got to go back to Crossfire Hurricane.

00:48:58.000 You've got to go back to the whole Russia thing against Trump.

00:49:02.000 You got to go, and as folks like me and other people that are around him, you got to then go back to the 2019 Ukraine situation.

00:49:09.000 And you got to bring it forward to today.

00:49:11.000 It's all inextricably linked.

00:49:13.000 And the only people who can do this are people in the House.

00:49:15.000 This has to be formally adjudicated, and it has to be adjudicated with the Democrats having a minority member in minority council, ranking member in minority council.

00:49:27.000 We do it the Watergate way. 0.91

00:49:29.000 But John Solomon saying, hey, baby, if you do this the right way, this will blow away.

00:49:34.000 Watergate will look like the third-rate burglary that it was.

00:49:37.000 Is that basically the John Solomon pitch?

00:49:40.000 The scandal could potentially be larger to Watergate when people unravel all of it.

00:49:45.000 And here's the thing.

00:49:46.000 James Comer has been playing a little bit of possum the last couple of weeks, couple of months.

00:49:49.000 He knew these documents were coming.

00:49:50.000 I think he lulled the Democrats to sleep.

00:49:52.000 The Democrats are going to have a very uncomfortable summer based on what we now know.

00:49:57.000 The documents that the whistleblowers are putting forward, the documents that are in these 3.3 million.

00:50:02.000 There is a whole new story to be told about the Bidens that just makes it worse.

00:50:06.000 And the cover-up, the breath of people who knew what the Bidens were doing and allowed it to happen, absolutely going to stun America.

00:50:15.000 John Solomon, where do people go to get your content, to go to the site, to get your social media, your podcast, all of it?

00:50:22.000 Yeah.

00:50:23.000 So justinnews.com, that's where we put our stories.

00:50:26.000 Jay Solomon reports on social media platforms.

00:50:28.000 And I'm always lucky to follow you at 6 o'clock right here at Real America's Voice.

00:50:32.000 Just the news, no noise.

00:50:33.000 Amanda Hett and I have a really fun show.

00:50:34.000 We love following you and getting a handoff from you every day.

00:50:37.000 It's a really great network.

00:50:39.000 Thank you, brother.

00:50:41.000 Appreciate it.

00:50:42.000 John Solomon.

00:50:43.000 Thanks, Steve.

00:50:44.000 Birchgold.com, like I said, Phillip will be with me tomorrow.

00:50:48.000 He can't do it during the week because he's taking your calls.

00:50:51.000 But that's why you go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon and get access to Phillip Patrick and the team over there.

00:50:57.000 We teach you the macro.

00:50:58.000 They teach you the micro.

00:51:00.000 Kind of hand it off to them.

00:51:02.000 Julie Kelly, now we've got this whole issue with documents on the laptop from hell, the trips to China.

00:51:09.000 On the other side, it's going to be a bad summer because there's more documentation coming out with the brave and heroic Judge Cannon who – I know you don't watch MSNBC and CNN like we do.

00:51:20.000 MSNBC is in a full jihad against this woman. 1.00

00:51:24.000 I've never seen anything like it. 0.97

00:51:26.000 Every guest that comes on about this, she's incompetent. 1.00

00:51:30.000 She's got to be impeached. 1.00

00:51:31.000 She's got to be removed. 0.99

00:51:33.000 Tell us about what's – tell us what she's revealing down there for us.

00:51:37.000 You know what's always stunning, and I know you'll be shocked to hear this, but these talking heads who are calling for Judge Cannon's recusal and, I don't know, prosecution, I guess, they never show up at the courthouse.

00:51:50.000 I never see them there.

00:51:52.000 I never see that Glenn Kirshner, that despicable man who's constantly posting and actually inciting threats against Judge Cannon.

00:52:00.000 I don't see him at the courthouse.

00:52:02.000 How does he know what's going on?

00:52:04.000 They don't know what's going on because there's no way to cover it unless you're there in person.

00:52:09.000 So, of course, they're going after her because she's doing what a judge should do. 1.00

00:52:15.000 And that is defend the rights of the defendants before her and expose the overreach and, in this case, of course, extensive abuse by the government.

00:52:28.000 I mean, what is she supposed to do when Jack Smith admits earlier this month that they've mishandled and possibly misplaced evidence?

00:52:35.000 What is she supposed to do when a defense attorney, Stanley Woodward, who is defending Walt Nada, Trump's longtime, you know, they call him the body man, longtime valet at the White House and then at Mar-a-Lago.

00:52:50.000 When they're threatening Stanley Woodward, you better get your client to slip or else we're going to scuttle your judicial nomination in Washington, D.C.

00:53:00.000 So, they don't cover what's happening on the Jack Smith side.

00:53:05.240 They only cover Judge Cannon and her, as you said, courageous motions and, excuse me, orders and hearings to make sure the American people understand how dirty, corrupt, and sloppy this investigation and prosecution has been since the beginning and continues to be.

00:53:24.060 Julie, just hang on, 90 seconds, I've got to get into something else.

00:53:29.600 A couple of three people on these channels are taking Julie Kelly's name in vain, right?

00:53:33.820 They're not happy that Julie Kelly's been the bird dog in this and particularly about the situation on the FBI race.
