Bannon's War Room - Episode 3651： PresidentTrump Addresses The Nation

00:00:00.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:04.400 Welcome back. Mike Davis, your thoughts?

00:00:07.840 You're right that these state AGs have governors who want to run for president in 2028. So Chris

00:00:15.580 Carr and what the hell is her name? Moody. Ashley Moody is her name in Florida. Is that the AGs in

00:00:24.440 Georgia and Florida. But guess what? AGs also want to run for office as well. They want to be

00:00:29.360 governors. They want to be United States senators. They want to be the next in line when their

00:00:34.360 governors leave. So I would say this, that we can, the war room posse certainly can put pressure on

00:00:41.060 people like Georgia Governor Chris Carr and Florida, or excuse me, Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr

00:00:49.480 and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody to do more to step up against this Democrat lawfare.

00:00:57.460 And I get that Governor Kemp is a hopeless cause. He's a total cuck. But I think these young AGs 0.99

00:01:06.860 would want a political future. And if they want a political future, they need to step up right now 0.75

00:01:12.860 to support and defend President Trump.

00:01:15.060 If you want a political future, it's now your time to step forward to defend the Constitution,

00:01:21.060 to defend President Trump, to defend this American Republic. Mike, you've been on fire. We're getting

00:01:27.280 ready. President Trump, I think, is getting ready to come down. We're going to go to live coverage.

00:01:31.200 Where do people go? Article three. Mike Davis is a crazy fightin' Irishman. He created Article

00:01:38.060 3 Project exactly for this. Where do they go, sir?

00:01:41.980 Article threeproject.org. Article number threeproject.org. The most important thing you can do is take

00:01:47.540 action. There are two action items. Take action to defund this lawfare through Andrew Clyde's

00:01:53.460 appropriations writer, and take action by lighting up Chris Carr's office and tell him to grow some 0.77

00:02:00.800 balls down there in Georgia. So those are the two action items that the war room can do today.

00:02:05.260 You can also donate, and you can also follow us on social media. And thank you, Stephen. Thank you, Cash.

00:02:11.800 Stop growing peaches. Start growing stones. Thank you very much, Mike Davis. Cash Patel,

00:02:16.880 you were built for a time like this. I saw a rough cut of we're working on government gangsters.

00:02:22.600 It is going to blow you away and be a blockbuster, sir. I'm so honored to do this film with you. My team

00:02:28.400 has just done an amazing job. Cash, where do people go to get all your, including social media and all

00:02:33.860 of it, where do they go to get you? Yeah. At Truth Social, at Cash on Truth Social, at KSH on Truth

00:02:39.800 Social. It's the only social media platform you'll find me. And you're right, Steve. It's been a

00:02:44.080 humbling privilege. And this film is going to be of no, it's going to be the greatest important film

00:02:48.480 that we've participated in our lifetime, given what just happened to Donald Trump. Government

00:02:51.860 Gangsters is a movie. It's been an honor to work with your team. They're amazing. And hat tip to Mike Davis,

00:02:56.600 the best story in D.C. No, your, your, your, your experience, uh, with Devin Nunez in the House

00:03:03.380 Intel, and then with the Trump administration going in there and what you did as chief of staff

00:03:09.440 over the Pentagon, um, and you're a fighter and president Trump said on Tim Pool the other day,

00:03:14.540 you know, cash is one of the good ones. Cash is a guy I can depend on. Cash is a guy that's got my

00:03:18.980 back and has the country's back. What is so stunning, having read the book the first time,

00:03:23.740 I didn't realize how it's like ripped from today's headlines. And here's the reason until we change

00:03:29.160 it, it's not going to change. This is more than just deconstruct the administrative state. That's

00:03:32.900 what we have to do to free the country. But if we don't take on the deep state and take it apart

00:03:38.260 brick by brick, um, you're not going to have a country to make a country more productive,

00:03:43.380 more efficient, more effective, more prosperous, you got to take on the administrative state. But I got

00:03:48.040 to save this republic, you must take on and we must crush, crush the deep state. And this film

00:03:54.920 will lay it all out for you. Cash, fantastic. Thanks for joining me, brother. Thanks, guys.

00:03:58.740 Thanks, Mike Davis. You guys are the best. Thanks, Steve. Let's hit reset for a second before President

00:04:03.620 Trump comes on just to pull back and let's get the big picture because, hey, you're the phalanx.

00:04:08.460 You are the, uh, you are the army of the awakened. And that is what this is going to be a test.

00:04:13.580 This is going to be a test. This is a time of testing who wins and who loses. There's three

00:04:18.580 broad categories. Understanding your two thirds of the nation, understand this kind of common

00:04:23.220 sense conservatism is, uh, is conservatism with some bite, uh, is where the nation is. They have

00:04:30.920 three ways. They're going to try to defeat this lawfare, which you're seeing today and seen over

00:04:35.000 the last 48 hours, kind of in the nation's finally seen a lot of people are waking up to that.

00:04:39.620 You also have the big steel, which, Hey, it's shocking. They're not sitting there talking

00:04:44.960 about their 81 million vote base because they never got 81 million votes. They obviously

00:04:49.200 they stole it and the whole gang was in on it. Okay. From the media to all of them. And then

00:04:54.260 you've got to wag the dog. And right now they're just secret. Biden's given Zelensky permission

00:05:00.040 and authority to do at least some sort of short range missiles into Russia. But there's all

00:05:05.680 kind of talk about some secret deal that's been with, uh, Zelensky for a while. We're

00:05:10.200 going to break all of these down. Okay. As we go throughout the, uh, the day, going to

00:05:14.700 have a big day, uh, tonight. In fact, tonight, hopefully I can finally do my Taiwan in a Ukraine 0.91

00:05:21.260 war, uh, hour that I want to do as this, as we get on top of this at the five o'clock hour.

00:05:27.020 Also, tomorrow is going to be on fire. Uh, and want to make sure everybody tunes in for

00:05:31.380 that. The, um, let me just go back and reset. This audience is not surprised because what

00:05:38.520 happened with this audience is that you guys got the ringside seat from the raid at Mar-a-Lago

00:05:43.060 all the way to the indictments all across the board to bring in fighters that were giving

00:05:47.760 you information, the real information from day one. So it's no shock to you. I understand

00:05:51.620 people are angry and some people have despair, but it's no shock for a lot of people that came

00:05:55.980 on. Oh my gosh, I can't believe this happened. You can't believe it happened. Then you haven't

00:05:59.080 been paying attention. And Rachel Maddow and the information war unit over at, uh, the

00:06:04.700 mainstream media, they know that because a lot of this is, is information warfare. A

00:06:08.700 lot of this is psyops. And a lot of it is to regenerate the strength of the controlled

00:06:13.220 opposition. Much of this you're seeing now, uh, by the way, I haven't, uh, I'm asking my

00:06:18.900 crack production team, uh, if Nikki Haley, is Nikki Haley put out a tweet on this? Cause

00:06:22.840 as of last night, early this morning, she had not, that is what we call a tell. She didn't

00:06:27.420 jump in right away with both feet because the purpose of the big money, the purpose

00:06:32.960 of her state visit to Israel is to force her onto the ticket. And I understand people around

00:06:38.840 president Trump president. No, no, no. I wouldn't make her as dog catcher. Well, Hey, that's 0.84

00:06:43.160 now what do they put the heat on you? The billionaires. I mean, Ken Griffin is, is up front. He's saying

00:06:48.580 he's not going to make a decision to put money in back of president Trump until he, uh, until

00:06:53.380 he sees who the vice president is. That is a, that should be, uh, that should be the

00:06:59.120 claghorn, uh, for general quarters, get to the bridge. Same thing with Bill Ackman, same

00:07:05.060 thing. Miriam Anderson came on, uh, yesterday she's announced another, I don't know, a hundred

00:07:09.880 million dollar pact. She's going to put money into. She's got a, a never, a virtual never

00:07:14.380 Trumper, uh, is going to run it. So this is where we are. So this is a multi front war, but

00:07:20.800 I think the first opening salvo, he did a pretty good job yesterday. President Trump

00:07:24.580 is going to come and address the nation. There's obviously hundreds and hundreds of reporters

00:07:28.600 there. It's going to be broadcast all over. Uh, and president Trump, I think he's going

00:07:32.660 to lay out the case once again, of how, of the injustice of this, of how this was a, um,

00:07:38.320 a complete abomination of the American judicial system. Uh, but more importantly, I think talk

00:07:44.460 about a way forward. I think you have to pivot and you have to give an action plan and say,

00:07:48.260 Hey, here's what we're going to do. Here's what we're going to do state by state. Here's

00:07:51.320 what we're looking for. We're going to get volunteers. We've set records for money. The

00:07:55.340 records he's setting for money for small donors shows you that the army, the awaken wants to

00:07:59.820 put skin in the game. I think that's fantastic. I recommend they do more, but this is not going

00:08:05.580 to be won by money. This is going to be won by people making a commitment. And that commitment

00:08:10.280 is going to be of time and energy and spirit and focus and all of it, right? To be election

00:08:15.920 officials, to be election judges, to be people that can be there, uh, make sure that people

00:08:21.560 got the ideas, whatever they have to have to make sure these are certifiable lawyers to

00:08:25.880 volunteer. We need an army of lawyers, lawyers that are ready to go with things drafted at

00:08:31.140 the time. We need the law enforcement put on notice that we're just not going to sit there

00:08:35.660 and have what happened in Philadelphia back in 2020 where they cage you off and they open,

00:08:40.520 they rip open the double envelope, uh, you know, mail-in ballots and just toss the ballots in there

00:08:45.920 so they automatically are counted. Those types of things got to be done now. Can't wait till Labor

00:08:50.920 Day. Can't wait till the summer. Another thing that should happen right away, I believe, I haven't

00:08:55.360 totally thought this through, but I think if they're going to announce, and they didn't pick a random

00:08:59.340 date, July 11th, because they want the huge global media to go there for Trump's sentencing,

00:09:05.180 right? And in Trump's sentencing, this will be on July 11th, in Trump's sentencing, you just heard

00:09:09.580 Mike Davis. Uh, Alvin Bragg and these guys are going to ask for significant jail time. There's

00:09:15.120 no doubt they're going to ask for jail time. And as a backup, as a concession, they're going to say,

00:09:19.400 well, hey, you know, maybe if we let him out a pending appeal or something like that, and,

00:09:23.740 but we need home confinement or we need big restrictions on his movement. In other words,

00:09:29.860 he has to come to us and ask for us. He has to be a supplicant and ask us for permission to travel 0.99

00:09:35.340 around the country. Everything they're doing is to blunt him as a force, uh, for, um, blunt him as

00:09:42.320 a force for, um, by the way, my producer is going to give me a heads up as soon as we get, is he,

00:09:46.760 is he, he's coming down. Let's go ahead and cut live. I want to cut to live to Real America's

00:09:51.020 voice coverage. I will be here with an open mic and we will follow this as we go on.

00:10:07.620 Okay. We're back here. We're back to me. That's so producer. Can you tell me what's going on? I

00:10:12.620 guess we don't know. I want to go to the escalator. Let's go to the escalator. Let's go. That's,

00:10:18.100 there's no audio. We're just going to have president. President Trump is coming down the

00:10:22.580 escalator. He's going to go to the mics. That's the historic escalator from a 2015. Was it 17 June

00:10:31.460 of 2015? A historic date in American political history. President Trump is coming down right

00:10:36.560 now, coming to the escalator. He's going to go to the sticks. Let's go ahead and watch it.

00:10:48.100 Thank you very much, everybody. This is a case where if they can do this to me, they can do this to

00:11:16.580 anyone. These are bad people. These are, in many cases, I believe, sick people. When you look at

00:11:24.300 our country, what's happening where millions and millions of people are flowing in from all parts

00:11:29.460 of the world, not just South America, from Africa, from Asia, from the Middle East. And they're coming 0.89

00:11:35.840 in from jails and prisons. And they're coming in from mental institutions and insane asylums.

00:11:43.300 They're coming in from all over the world into our country. And we have a president and a group of

00:11:51.020 fascists that don't want to do anything about it because they could right now, today. He could stop

00:11:55.980 it. But he's not. They're destroying our country. Our country is in very bad shape. And they're very

00:12:02.260 much against me saying these things. They want to raise your taxes by four times. They want to stop you

00:12:10.440 from having cars with their ridiculous mandates that make it impossible for you to get a car,

00:12:15.820 afford a car, but make it very possible for China to build all of our cars. It's a very serious problem 0.88

00:12:24.040 that we have. We just went through one of many experiences where we had a conflicted judge, highly

00:12:33.600 conflicted. There's never been a more conflicted judge. Now, I'm under a gag order, which nobody's ever been

00:12:39.280 under. No presidential candidate's ever been under a gag order before. I'm under a gag order,

00:12:45.260 nasty gag order, where I've had to pay thousands of dollars in penalties and fines and was threatened

00:12:51.940 with jail. Think of it. I'm the leading candidate. I'm leading Biden by a lot, and I'm leading

00:12:59.460 the Republicans to the point where that's over. So I'm the leading person for president, and I'm under a gag

00:13:07.380 order by a man that can't put two sentences together, given by a court. And they are in total

00:13:14.020 conjunction with the White House and the DOJ, just so you understand. This is all done by Biden and his

00:13:19.160 people. Maybe his people, more importantly. I don't know if Biden knows too much about it,

00:13:23.500 because I don't know if he knows about anything. But he's nevertheless the president, so we have to use

00:13:30.360 his name. And this is done by Washington. And nobody's ever seen anything like it. So we have a

00:13:38.420 judge who's highly conflicted. You know what the confliction is. Nobody wants to write about it,

00:13:44.320 and I'm not allowed to talk about it. If I do, he said, I get put in jail. So we'll play that game a

00:13:51.340 little bit longer. We won't talk about it. But you're allowed to talk about it. I hope you do,

00:13:54.980 because there's never been anybody so conflicted as this. As far as the trial itself, it was very

00:14:03.380 unfair. We weren't allowed to use our election expert under any circumstances. You saw what

00:14:13.040 happened to some of the witnesses that were on our side. They were literally crucified by this man

00:14:19.420 who looks like an angel, but he's really a devil. He looks so nice and soft. People say, oh, he seems

00:14:26.620 like such a nice man. No, unless you saw him in action. And you saw that with a certain witness that

00:14:33.280 went through hell. And when we wanted to do things, he wouldn't let him, he wouldn't let us do those

00:14:40.820 things. But when the government wanted something, they got everything. They got everything they wanted.

00:14:46.020 It's a rigged. It was a rigged trial. We wanted a venue change where we could have a fair trial.

00:14:53.880 We didn't get it. We wanted a judge change. We wanted a judge that wasn't conflicted.

00:14:59.500 And obviously, he didn't do that. Can your savings, weather and economic storm think about

00:15:05.700 what you've put away for the future? Inflation can render cash worthless. Real estate can crash like in

00:15:13.420 2008. Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards. There are very few

00:15:19.820 physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time. Gold has withstood this as a

00:15:26.740 valued form of money for millennia. I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:33.380 It's why people are flocking to it now. Why Birch Gold is busier than ever. Through a little known tax

00:15:38.800 loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:46.340 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket. Let me repeat that. It doesn't cost you

00:15:51.600 a penny out of pocket. To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon,

00:15:56.800 B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold. Let me ask you this again.

00:16:05.420 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm? Because a storm's coming. If it can't,

00:16:13.060 call the people I trust. That's Birch Gold. Text Bannon to 989898. Secure your savings today.

00:16:20.740 Birch Gold Group. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. We had a DA who is a failed DA. Crime is rampant

00:16:30.300 in New York. Violent crime. That's what he's really supposed to be looking at. Crime is rampant

00:16:35.620 in New York. Yesterday, at McDonald's, you had a man hitting him up with machetes. A machete.

00:16:45.500 Whoever can imagine even a machete being wielded in a store, in a place where they're eating. And he's

00:16:52.940 going rampant. And Bragg is down watching a trial on what they call crimes. Crimes. They're falsifying

00:17:04.200 business records. That sounds so bad. To me, it sounds very bad. You know, it's only a misdemeanor.

00:17:09.600 But to me, it sounds so bad. When they say falsifying business, that's a bad thing for me. I've never had

00:17:14.800 that before. I'm falsifying. You know what falsifying business records is? In the first

00:17:19.720 degree. They say falsifying business records. Sounds so good, right? It means that legal expense.

00:17:27.540 I paid a lawyer. Totally legal. I paid a lawyer a legal expense. And a bookkeeper, without any

00:17:36.100 knowledge from me, correctly marked it down in the books. A very professional woman. Highly respected.

00:17:42.120 She testified. Marked it down in the books as a legal expense. So a legal expense,

00:17:48.300 paid a lawyer, is a legal expense in the books. It's not sheetrock, construction, or any other

00:17:56.700 thing. It's a legal expense. Think of that. This is what the falsification of business records

00:18:03.620 were. And I said, what else are you going to call it? What else are you going to call it?

00:18:09.360 Now, I would have testified. I wanted to testify. The theory is you never testify, because as

00:18:14.480 soon as you testify, anybody, if it were George Washington, don't testify, because they'll

00:18:18.540 get you on something that you said slightly wrong, and then they sue you for perjury.

00:18:22.280 But I didn't care about that. I wanted to. But the judge allowed them to go into everything

00:18:26.920 that I was ever involved in. Not this case. Everything that I was ever involved in, which

00:18:32.360 is a first. In other words, you could go into every single thing that I ever did. Was he

00:18:38.980 a bad boy here? Was he a bad boy there? And my lawyer said, what do you need to go through?

00:18:44.160 And all you wanted to do is testify simply on this case. Because I would have loved to

00:18:48.920 have testified. To this day, I would have liked to have testified. But you would have been,

00:18:53.320 you would have said something out of whack, like it was a beautiful sunny day and it was

00:18:57.540 actually raining out. And I very much appreciate the big crowd of people outside. That's incredible

00:19:03.220 what's happening. The level of support has been incredible. So the whole thing is, legal

00:19:11.100 expense was marked down as legal expense. Think of it. This is my, this is the crime that

00:19:17.000 I committed, that I'm supposed to go to jail for 187 years for. When you have violent crime

00:19:24.180 all over this city at levels that nobody's ever seen before, where you have businesses

00:19:29.500 leaving and businesses are leaving because of this, because heads of businesses say, man,

00:19:34.660 we don't want to get involved with that. I could go through the books of any business person

00:19:41.460 in this city and I could find things that in theory, I guess, let's indict him, let's destroy

00:19:46.540 his life. But I'm out there and I don't mind being out there because I'm doing something

00:19:52.600 for this country and I'm doing something for our constitution. It's very important. Far

00:19:57.140 beyond me. And this can't be allowed to happen to other presidents. It should never be allowed

00:20:02.540 to happen in the future. But this is far beyond me. This is bigger than Trump. This is bigger

00:20:08.540 than me. This is bigger than my presidency. And the people understand it because I just see

00:20:15.040 a poll just came out, the Daily Mail. That was the first one came out. It was done last night

00:20:21.740 right after the verdict where I'm up six points. Six points from what we already were. We were

00:20:27.440 leading fairly substantially. We're up six points in the Daily Mail poll. Now, maybe other polls

00:20:33.160 come out and it says something differently. But a lot of people have predicted it because

00:20:37.480 the public understands and they understand what's going on. This is a scam. There's a rigged

00:20:44.500 trial. It shouldn't have been in that venue. We shouldn't have had that judge. He should

00:20:49.740 have allowed allowed us to have an election expert. We had the best expert, most respected expert,

00:20:55.440 head of the Federal Elections Commission. He was all set to testify. He was waiting for two days.

00:21:02.480 And when it was his turn, Bragg's people protested. And the judge knocked him out, said you can't

00:21:09.480 testify. He actually said you can't testify for anything having to do with the trial. You can say

00:21:14.200 what the federal elections is. Well, that doesn't help. Everybody knows that. But you can't testify.

00:21:20.840 So essentially, he wasn't able to testify. Other people weren't able to testify. But with these people,

00:21:27.640 they were able to use people salacious. By the way, and nothing ever happened.

00:21:34.900 There was no anything. Nothing ever happened. And they know it. But they were as salacious as they

00:21:42.200 could be. And it had nothing to do with the case. But it had to do with politics.

00:21:47.820 And do you notice the timing? The timing was perfect. This case was dead. It was dropped by

00:21:53.220 every agency, every governmental board. It was dropped by the highly respected Southern District.

00:22:00.160 They said, no, there's no case here. It was dropped by federal election. And that's what

00:22:05.980 it's about. This is about a federal election, not a state election. You're not even allowed to

00:22:09.460 look at it. They took the state and the city, and they went into a federal election. They're not

00:22:14.960 allowed. The people from federal election, Southern District, and Washington dropped the case.

00:22:20.520 Everybody dropped the case. There was no case. Cy Vance dropped the case. And when Bragg came in,

00:22:26.860 he said, this is the most ridiculous case I've ever seen. And who would have a certain person, 0.98

00:22:31.620 again, gag order, who would have a certain person like this ever testify? He said, this is essentially

00:22:38.500 one of the worst people I've ever seen ever to testify. He said, the craziest case I've ever seen,

00:22:45.360 this is Bragg. Then when they announced I was running for president, long time later,

00:22:51.480 they decided to revive this case. And they got a judge, Judge Marshan, who was responsible for

00:23:04.100 another case that was also brought. It destroyed the life of a very good man, by the way. Destroyed

00:23:09.180 the life of a very good man who went to prison once. And then they just put him in prison again

00:23:16.280 because they said he lied. He didn't lie. I looked at the statements he made. In fact,

00:23:21.480 he didn't remember something, and they put him in jail. Again, they've destroyed him. With me for

00:23:27.800 many years, he was an honorable person. He was an honest man. And if you look at what he did,

00:23:34.520 supposedly, it never happened. There's never been anything like this. Over the education of his

00:23:40.900 grandchildren. Over, he didn't report that he had a car or two cars on his income. I don't know.

00:23:48.020 I wonder how many people here have cars. I wonder how many people said, oh, gee, I have a car that's

00:23:52.760 worth X dollars. How do you even figure it? And I guess you do have to report it. But I would say

00:23:57.820 probably almost nobody does. Nobody even thinks about it. They put this man, they destroyed this man.

00:24:04.520 But they put him in jail again because they didn't want him to testify.

00:24:07.700 They didn't want him to testify. That's why he went to jail. They put him in jail twice.

00:24:15.600 He's 77 years old. Now, normally, I'd say that's an old guy. But I don't feel 77.

00:24:24.860 Nobody ever says that about me. I'd like them to say, gee, we have to have a little sorrow for this

00:24:29.960 man because they don't, they just don't say that about me. But maybe I'm better off that way. I think

00:24:35.160 I'm probably better off that way. But they put him in jail twice. And you have to see

00:24:40.620 what they put him in jail. And he was threatened by the judge. This man was told, you're going

00:24:46.220 to get 15 years in jail if you don't give up Trump. And he was told that. You're going

00:24:54.600 to get 15 years in jail. And he made a plea deal because he didn't want to spend the rest of his

00:25:03.200 life. And he was told that viciously. We're living in a, in a fascist state. He was told that viciously.

00:25:11.820 So you can go to jail for four months, five months, or you can get 15 years in jail. So do a plea.

00:25:20.900 Almost who wouldn't do that plea. Everyone does those pleas. It's a horrible thing.

00:25:27.220 There's a whole group of lawyers that fight that. It's so unfair. It's so unfair.

00:25:31.600 But they destroyed his life. So many other things. You look at Southern District didn't

00:25:37.880 want to bring the case. Nobody wanted to bring the case. And then you know who didn't want to

00:25:45.060 bring the case, most of all, is Bragg. Bragg didn't want to bring it. But then he brought

00:25:50.260 it. And they tried to make it a different case. They didn't say legal expense equal legal expense.

00:25:56.180 Again, if I wrote down and paid a lawyer. And by the way, this was a highly qualified lawyer.

00:26:03.060 Now, I'm not allowed to use his name because of the gag order. But you know, he's a sleazebag.

00:26:07.060 Everybody knows that. Took me a while to find out. But he was effective. He did work. But he wasn't a 0.81

00:26:14.820 fixer. He was a lawyer. You know, they like to use the word fixer. He wasn't a fixer. He was a lawyer.

00:26:18.500 At the time, he was a fully accredited lawyer. Now, he got into trouble not because of me. He got into

00:26:24.660 trouble because he made outside deals. And he had something to do with taxi cabs and medallions. And he

00:26:29.780 borrowed money. And that's why he went. And then he pled to three election violations. And as soon as

00:26:41.940 I saw that, I said, I wonder why he did that. He pled. He took a deal. Now, he took a deal because

00:26:46.900 he wanted to get off. In other words, I'll take a plea deal and I want to get off. And he wanted to

00:26:53.140 make a deal with the Southern District. And they wrote the worst report I think I've ever seen on

00:26:59.700 any human being other than the report that was written on James Comey by the inspector general,

00:27:07.460 a very great inspector general, actually, wrote a report that was so bad. This one was possibly worse.

00:27:15.620 The Southern District, the judge didn't let us use it. He said, it's hearsay. I said,

00:27:19.540 it's not hearsay. Wouldn't let us use it. This is about the man. But he got in trouble

00:27:24.980 for a very simple reason. Because he was involved with borrowing a lot of money and he did something

00:27:32.180 with the banks. I don't know if it's defrauded the banks, but something happened. You guys know what

00:27:37.140 it is. And then in addition to that, he gave up on three things where he wasn't guilty. In fact,

00:27:42.500 they were going to testify in that. The head of the FEC, Brad Smith, the election expert, number one

00:27:49.460 raided in the country who was going to testify, he took a plea on three things. He just added them

00:27:55.540 in because that gave him more bargaining power with respect to me. But the three things that he

00:28:00.980 pled on having to do with the election and having to do essentially a little bit with me,

00:28:07.620 they weren't crimes. They weren't crimes. Nor is paying money under an NDA. So we have an NDA,

00:28:16.900 nondisclosure agreement. It's a big deal, a nondisclosure agreement. Totally honorable,

00:28:23.140 totally good, totally accepted. Everybody has them. Every company has nondisclosure agreements.

00:28:30.500 But the press called it slush fund and all sorts of other things. Hush money. Hush money. It's not

00:28:36.820 hush money. It's called a nondisclosure agreement. And most of the people in this room have a nondisclosure

00:28:43.860 agreement with their company. It's a disgrace. So it's not hush money. It's a nondisclosure agreement.

00:28:51.300 Totally legal. Totally common. Everyone has it. And what happened is

00:29:00.660 he signed a nondisclosure agreement with this person, I guess other people. But it's totally honest.

00:29:07.620 You're allowed to make the payment. You don't have to make it. You can make it any way you want.

00:29:11.700 It's a nondisclosure agreement. And he signed that. And there was nothing wrong with signing it.

00:29:18.340 And this should have been a non-case. And everybody said it was a non-case,

00:29:22.580 including Bragg. Bragg said, until I ran for office. And then they saw the polls.

00:29:27.300 I was leading the Republicans. I was leading the Democrats. I was leading everybody.

00:29:31.700 And all of a sudden, they brought it back. It's a very sad thing that's happening in our country.

00:29:38.100 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:29:43.460 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:29:47.860 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and

00:29:53.540 tracking our movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial

00:29:59.140 newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event

00:30:05.380 that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact, some of the

00:30:10.900 guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track

00:30:16.020 our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms,

00:30:22.500 or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure

00:30:29.300 if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American

00:30:35.300 patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how

00:30:41.060 to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's

00:30:49.220 censored like I've been in the past. Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:30:57.140 And it's a it's a thing that I'm honored. In a way, I'm honored. It's not that it's pleasant.

00:31:05.140 It's very bad for family. It's very bad for friends and businesses. But I'm honored to be involved in

00:31:12.340 it because somebody has to do it. And I might as well keep going and be the one. But I'm very honored

00:31:17.620 to be involved because we're fighting for our constitution. The money that was paid was paid

00:31:26.740 legally. There was nothing illegal. In fact, the lawyer in creating the NDA, because at that time,

00:31:32.500 he was a fully accredited lawyer. He wasn't a fixer. I never thought of him as a fixer.

00:31:38.580 The media called him a fixer or the prosecutors called him a fixer. He was a lawyer.

00:31:44.740 And he was fairly good. Later on, I didn't like what he did. I didn't like, for instance,

00:31:50.420 I didn't like that. When I became president, he went around and made deals with companies. When I

00:31:55.620 heard that, he was gone. He was gone. And he had payments coming to him. And a lot of this involved

00:32:05.460 things that are very simple. There was nothing wrong. These were standard. This was standard stuff,

00:32:10.020 all standard stuff. Everything involved was standard. There was no crime here.

00:32:14.980 In fact, I just watched a couple of the reports. You watched Jonathan Turley, Andy McCarthy,

00:32:21.780 Greg Jarrett. You look at all of these people. Mark Levin. All very talented people. Great people.

00:32:30.980 Many more. Many more. And they don't know me, essentially. They don't know me. They're

00:32:37.140 legal scholars and experts. But I look at them. I watched Turley this morning saying,

00:32:44.500 there's no crime here. Everybody says there's no crime here.

00:32:49.300 Except for this DA that's got the city out of control with crime. It's out of control. It's

00:32:54.340 absolutely out of control. So we have an NDA that was signed. We have legal expenses. And here's the

00:33:00.900 thing on legal expenses. You have 100 where they say they do a charge. I just recorded this out.

00:33:12.820 Falsification of business records in the first degree. It sounds so bad. I said, wow.

00:33:20.100 And even my own lawyers, I get very upset with them because they don't say what it is.

00:33:26.420 They say, well, falsification of legal records is only a felony. Well, that's a lot. It's only a,

00:33:34.740 they say, a misdemeanor. But they try and bring it up to a felony if there's two crimes. They have

00:33:39.380 all these different things. The other thing is they missed the statute of limitations by a lot.

00:33:44.660 Because this was very old. They could have brought this seven years ago instead of bringing it right in

00:33:48.180 the middle of the election. So they missed the statute of limitations. They did everything.

00:33:53.220 Now, let me give you the good news. The good news is,

00:33:57.940 last night, we just got a report this morning, in the history of politics, I believe. Maybe I'm wrong.

00:34:05.860 Somebody will find that I'm wrong. Maybe. But I don't think so. They raised with small money donors,

00:34:11.540 and they raised with small money donors, meaning like $21, $42, $53, $38. A record $39 million in

00:34:24.500 about a 10-hour period. No, think of it. I like those people.

00:34:38.100 Because so far, I guess it's backfiring. Now, I don't know. I'd rather not have it happen. I don't

00:34:42.660 want to have it backfiring. I don't want to win this thing legitimately, not because they were stupid 1.00

00:34:47.540 and did things that they shouldn't be doing. They shouldn't have brought this case. They were 1.00

00:34:52.340 saying it this morning. This is a case that should not have been brought. I watched Andy McCarthy say,

00:34:59.780 this is a case that should not have been brought. And that was this morning. But they all say that.

00:35:05.780 Every legal scholar has said it. And these are great people. They really understand the law.

00:35:12.500 The other thing, a poll just came out. The first poll. I don't know. Maybe others will be bad.

00:35:17.060 But a poll just came out a little while ago. The Daily Mail. Does anybody read the Daily Mail?

00:35:22.820 It's very good. They have a good poll. At least I like it today. And the Daily Mail just came out with a poll.

00:35:29.780 And it has Trump up six points in the last 12 hours. Six points. Six points since this happened.

00:35:39.220 Who thought this could happen?

00:35:45.140 Because the people of our country know it's a hoax. They know it's a hoax. They get it.

00:35:49.220 You know, they're really smart. And it's really something. So we're going to be appealing this

00:35:56.100 scam. We're going to be appealing it on many different things. He wouldn't allow us to have

00:36:00.660 witnesses. He wouldn't allow us to talk. He wouldn't allow us to do anything. The judge was a tyrant.

00:36:07.220 And you got to see that with Bob Costello. A fine man. I've never seen anything like it.

00:36:14.580 And neither has anybody that was in that courthouse where he demanded that the courthouse be cleared.

00:36:18.900 Now, the good news is most of the people in the courthouse were the media.

00:36:23.220 And anybody that was in the media, if you're fair, you'll say, wow, that was anger. That was crazed. He

00:36:30.420 was crazed. And the reason that Bob Costello acted a little bit upset, which I think he has a right to,

00:36:40.020 was that every question he was being asked was being objected to by the other side and sustained by the

00:36:49.140 judge. Sustained, sustained, sustained. I think he did it many times. I don't know what the number,

00:36:54.260 many times. Even I was sitting there saying, and these were basic questions.

00:36:59.540 And he, I never saw anybody treated that way by a judge. And I've been treated very badly by two

00:37:04.180 other judges also, because it's all the same thing. And it all comes out of the White House.

00:37:09.060 Crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in the history of our country. He's the worst president 0.97

00:37:14.340 in the history of our country, the most incompetent. He's the dumbest president we've ever had. 1.00

00:37:20.980 He's the dumbest president, most incompetent president. And he's the most dishonest president 1.00

00:37:26.420 we've ever had. And so many of the, he's a Manchurian candidate. You take a look at the way he 0.86

00:37:32.420 treats China, Russia, so many others. You know, I ended the Russian pipeline. It was dead. He comes in 1.00

00:37:39.700 and he approves it. And he gets three and a half million, meaning three and a half million is paid to

00:37:45.620 the family, his family, from the mayor of Moscow's wife. And I said, where did that come from?

00:37:53.540 Nobody wants to talk about it. But he's a very big danger to our country. And the only way they

00:38:00.500 think they can win this election is by doing exactly what they're doing right now, win it in

00:38:05.780 the courts because they can't win it at the ballot box. So we're going to show them that

00:38:13.220 we're going to fight. It's actually, I don't know, it's something where I'm wired in such a way that

00:38:20.500 a lot of people would have gone away a long time ago. They would have gone away after impeachment

00:38:24.340 hoax number one. That was a total hoax. I had great support from the Republican Party, though.

00:38:29.460 Then you had impeachment hoax number two. And then they formed the committee. How about they

00:38:34.420 formed the committee of thugs, the J6th Committee of Thugs. And they took their records and they destroyed 0.93

00:38:44.420 all of the records after the committee was abandoned because those records were great for us.

00:38:51.540 Now, can you imagine if Republicans did that? Everybody would have been in jail by now.

00:38:57.300 The, think of the, the unselect, I call it the unselect, they call it select committee,

00:39:00.820 I call it the unselect committee of thugs. They meet, it's 100 percent Democrat and two

00:39:07.220 past Republicans that are no longer Republicans, that are no longer in business anymore. Thank you.

00:39:11.860 But it was all Democrats and two wayward Republicans.

00:39:18.020 Liz Cheney and crying Adam Kinzinger. He cries every time he goes on television. He's the most

00:39:24.420 emotional human being I think I've ever seen. And that was our representatives. These two people were our

00:39:31.060 rep. So they had all this stuff that they're leaking. And then when it came time to look at the records,

00:39:37.620 like where the police said and the Capitol Guard said that I supplied, think of it, that I recommended

00:39:49.140 as many soldiers or National Guard as you want. 10,000. If you had 500, you wouldn't have had a

00:39:57.700 problem. There wouldn't have been a J6. But Nancy Pelosi and the group didn't want it. Anyway, 0.98

00:40:01.460 so they have testimony to all of that, that I did not attack the Secret Service agent in the front of

00:40:07.140 a car. You know, these are strong people. And I supposedly went to the driver and I grabbed him

00:40:15.380 around the neck and he rebuffed me. And then I went to the other guy who I think is a black belt in karate.

00:40:21.460 And he's slightly younger than me, maybe 35 years, 40 years, 50 years. And I grabbed him around the neck

00:40:29.460 and said, he's a black belt in karate. They know how to get somebody from around their neck.

00:40:35.220 They would have gone like this and that would be the end of that.

00:40:38.820 Actually, I had a friend that said, you shouldn't dispute that. That makes you look like the toughest

00:40:43.940 cookie we've ever seen. You should have let that go on. But the fact is, it never happened. It was all made

00:40:49.460 up. And that was proven to be made up. It proved to be a false story. And they deleted and destroyed

00:40:58.020 all of that information, every ounce of it. We're dealing with a corrupt government.

00:41:04.180 We have a corrupt country. Our elections are corrupt. Our borders are open. Our borders are going to be 0.52

00:41:09.940 closed very soon. November 5th is going to be the most important day in the history of our country.

00:41:19.460 Now, when I say that, because my people are always saying, do this, do this,

00:41:23.140 because we're fighting for America, DonaldJTrump.com. I hope everybody watching right now,

00:41:29.620 DonaldJTrump.com, because it really makes a difference. They have a lot of money on the other

00:41:36.260 side. I don't know where they get it. Nobody knows where they get it. But for some reason, they get money.

00:41:40.340 But they're not on the side of our country. In many ways, I think they hate our country.

00:41:47.380 Who on earth can want open borders where people are allowed to pour in from countries unknown,

00:41:55.060 from places unknown, from languages that we don't even — that we haven't even heard of? We have

00:42:01.460 people sitting in schools with languages where very few people have ever even heard of these languages.

00:42:07.620 It's not like Spanish or French or Russian. Language is unknown.

00:42:14.900 We have people coming from corners of the globe, and many of them are not good people.

00:42:22.500 Many terrorists — record levels of terrorism, record levels of terrorists have come into our country.

00:42:30.500 Record. They've never seen anything like it. You know, there was a

00:42:34.260 report that in 2019 — I don't believe this, by the way. The media gave it, and it was good for me,

00:42:39.620 believe it or not — they said in 2019, there were no terrorists

00:42:45.220 recorded that came into our country. I don't believe that. I don't think that's possible.

00:42:48.740 But they actually — 2019 was a Trump year. I don't believe that that could be possible.

00:42:54.020 But they said no terrorists came into our country. So let's say it was close.

00:42:58.180 Let's say it was close. But now record levels of terrorists — record levels — the highest level

00:43:05.300 we've ever seen of terrorists are pouring into our country.

00:43:10.020 You have China with — just in the last few months, 29,000 people came in, and I looked at them on a

00:43:15.780 line, and they look like perfect soldiers. They're almost all male from 19 to 25. It looks like a

00:43:22.900 recruiting exercise. They have beautiful tents. They have propane stoves. They have cell phones — the

00:43:31.940 best you can buy. I said, what's going on? It looks like they're building an army right in our country.

00:43:37.700 Now, I don't think that would happen, right? We're losing our country. And I really think that this is

00:43:46.820 an event, what took place yesterday with this judge. Look, we have

00:43:51.460 conflicted, but he's a crooked judge. And you'll understand that. And I say that 0.90

00:43:56.980 knowing that it's very dangerous for me to say that — and I don't mind — because I'm willing to do

00:44:03.220 whatever I have to do to save our country and to save our Constitution. I don't mind.

00:44:08.580 So — so — thank you.

00:44:23.380 So, we will continue the fight. We're going to make America great again. Very simple.

00:44:29.540 When people fight MAGA, they say, we're going to fight — I watch Biden. We're going to fight MAGA.

00:44:33.860 We're going to stop MAGA. It's make America great again. That's all it is. MAGA. Make America

00:44:40.740 great again. Our country is in serious trouble. We owe 36 trillion dollars. We were going to be — we

00:44:48.820 were energy independent for the first time ever. And now we're begging Venezuela for oil. One statistic

00:44:54.660 you have to hear. Venezuela was crime-ridden. Caracas, their cities, crime-ridden.

00:45:00.900 Two years ago. Three years ago. They just reported a 72 percent drop in crime in the last year.

00:45:10.180 Because all of their criminals — most of them — and the rest are coming in now.

00:45:14.980 The ones that didn't come in. In Venezuela, their prisons have been emptied into the United States.

00:45:23.540 Their criminals and drug dealers have been taken out of the cities and brought into the United States.

00:45:29.460 And that's true with many other countries. The Congo has just released a lot of people from jail — Congo, Africa — just released a lot

00:45:38.740 of people — a lot of people — from their prisons and jails and brought them into the United States of America.

00:45:48.500 This is what's happening to our country. And it's not sustainable by anyone.

00:45:53.700 Little things like our kids can't have a Little League game anymore because you have tents and you have

00:45:59.140 migrants living on the fields. That's the least of it. 1.00

00:46:03.220 But criminals have access to more advanced tools than ever. And now they're using them to steal our most

00:46:10.100 valuable asset. That would be your home. In Miami, an elderly woman didn't find out an empty plot of land 0.98

00:46:18.020 she owned was stolen until she went to pay taxes. A stranger had already paid them. And property records

00:46:24.740 showed she had sold the land. They had forged her signature and registered a fake deed. How scary is

00:46:30.500 that? That's why you need to get Home Title Lock today. Go to HomeTitleLock.com and immerse yourself

00:46:57.140 out equity loans or even sell your house to an unsuspecting buyer who shows up at your door one

00:47:02.580 day and says, hey, this baby is mine. Don't think your home insurance policy will protect you. It won't.

00:47:37.940 People are taking over our luxury hotels, migrants, and yet our veterans, our great veterans, 0.96

00:47:45.140 are living on the streets like dogs. They're living on the streets. But migrants are living in 1.00

00:47:52.980 luxury hotels in cities all over our country run by Democrats. So it's my honor to be doing this.

00:48:01.860 It really is. It's a very unpleasant thing, to be honest. But it's a great, great honor.

00:48:08.100 We're going to do what I have to do. I'm going to do it. And the support has been,

00:48:13.380 that's why I mentioned the number of $39 million. That's why I mentioned we're up six points.

00:48:18.820 And we went up a lot over the last month, because everybody saw it was a rigged deal,

00:48:22.260 it was a rigged trial. But we're going to make America great again. We're going to make it better

00:48:28.100 than ever before. November 5th. Remember, November 5th is the most important day

00:48:34.820 in the history of our country. Thank you very much, everybody.

00:48:47.380 I don't believe he's going to take questions from the media.

00:48:56.340 So if we still get the ambient noise, I would appreciate that. No ambient noise. Okay.

00:49:03.940 President Trump gave, I think, a review of the case and why he think it was unjustified.

00:49:10.340 Breaking news, while this was happening, folks, and this is about the War Room Posse.

00:49:20.660 A name that you've heard on here, Jim Jordan has announced that, and I don't think he said

00:49:26.340 he's subpoenaed, but I think he said he's requested, if somebody can pull up that tweet

00:49:30.420 and read it to me, the Jim Jordan tweet. He's requested Colangelo and the,

00:49:36.500 the, the Matthew Colangelo and I think Alvin Bragg, let me see, the Colangelo and Bragg

00:49:45.540 come before Congress for testimony. So we'll get more of that. That is some of the action that

00:49:51.300 we're demanding. We're not requesting more. We're demanding this happens. President Trump

00:49:57.460 said he was honored to have this role to lead this nation, to lead MAGA.

00:50:01.860 President Trump was, I think, very forthright, very straightforward of why he thinks and walked

00:50:07.700 through, I think, pretty systematically. The injustice here, I do believe we need to pivot

00:50:14.340 to the action plan. So let's just lay it out. Remember, they have three basic areas where they're

00:50:20.580 going to try to keep their stranglehold on this republic. A stranglehold, I might add,

00:50:26.500 that they stole in 2020 by what, 40, 50,000 votes? When you really count what happened in the,

00:50:33.140 in the, uh, at the, in the, uh, blue wall that we pierced in 2016.

00:50:38.820 That's with phony 81 million votes. And you can, how do I know it's 81 million? I have the empirical

00:50:44.500 evidence. None of the polling shows anywhere close to where Joe Biden is. And that's not a drop.

00:50:52.020 There were never 81 million votes. So let's start with the set, the predicate. The predicate is

00:50:59.460 they stole the 2020 election and we know how they stole the 2020 election. Now I realize there's all

00:51:05.700 kind of theories about machines and for the machine guys go for it. I love it. I can't figure out why

00:51:10.580 the machines are so complicated, but we know they did it with, uh, with, um, voter registration

00:51:18.500 that is out of control, uh, coupled with the mail-in ballots, coupled with the phony,

00:51:24.820 the phony, uh, registrations. That's how they stole it. And they intend to steal it again.

00:51:31.620 Three things lawfare. And they've had completely come after president Trump and many, many others,

00:51:36.900 all the way down to innocent people at, um, at, uh, you know, abortion centers.

00:51:42.740 But you saw yesterday. And if you just are waking up this and you're so shocked and you have not been

00:51:48.420 paying attention the last couple of years, but we're fighting back on that. The number one way

00:51:52.820 we can fight back is to use the institutions that are there to protect one and protect this republic.

00:52:01.140 That should be the state attorney generals. And yes, in Georgia and in Florida, why are they not

00:52:06.180 pursuing this? Why are they not pursuing it in two Republican states with Republican governors

00:52:12.020 and Republican attorney generals? It's quite simple why they're not doing it. Governor Kemp

00:52:17.700 hates president Trump and wants president Trump to lose. He just licking his chops for 2028. He's

00:52:24.100 going to be the Bush apparatus, apparatchik functionary that will be in the race. And you know,

00:52:30.420 he'll go through the whole thing and eventually be crushed, but it's a process. You're going to have

00:52:35.060 to go through it, but he's not going to lift a finger to protect president Trump. Same in

00:52:40.020 Georgia, uh, December last night, governor DeSantis, and they've still got their entire

00:52:44.820 apparatus down there waiting in the wings, a presidential candidacy waiting in the wings,

00:52:50.740 puts out some mealy mouth thing. And you heard, you heard from, uh, you heard from Mark Mitchell

00:52:55.940 at Rasmussen. He's getting ratioed before Elon Musk, you know, retweeted him. Nikki Haley,

00:53:03.460 I just did from the crack engine room and also Grayson Moe, the command center has just informed

00:53:09.540 me Nikki Haley has not said anything. She's put another, she's put out another tweet on Gaza.

00:53:17.060 Yes, Nikki, we got it. You know, we understand Miriam's coming in with a hundred million dollars.

00:53:21.620 I understand Bill Ackman. We got it. We got it. You don't have to rub our nose in it. We got it.

00:53:26.500 We got it. You want to be warlord of Gaza. Let me say something about that. Nobody has the back of

00:53:32.420 Israel or the Jews like the war room. And we take not a little bit of grief for that. 0.99

00:53:38.740 Why do we do it? Because it's the right thing to do. It's the important thing to do. It must be done

00:53:43.540 for the Judeo-Christian West. It is the Holy Land. However, you don't have to be gleeful about this. 0.90

00:53:50.820 You certainly don't do something that was done in World War II and sign the bombs and missiles going

00:53:55.620 over there. That is unacceptable. And once again, bird brain, it shows you lack judgment and you lack

00:54:01.620 character. Because now you're grandstanding. And she's on an imperial, she's on a 0.99

00:54:07.460 a presidential-like state visit over there. Nikki Haley is going to loom larger and larger. Think 1.00

00:54:14.260 about it. Now we're going on to what, 24 hours, 20 hours? Not one word as she positions how her and

00:54:23.620 her staff are thinking about it and how the serpent's going to move. She's ambitious as Lucifer

00:54:30.900 and just as slippery. So that's all coming, folks. You're going to have to deal with that.

00:54:35.220 Yeah. But for the mow in hand, President Trump, yes, we understand it was unfair. But it's to go

00:54:43.380 over that again, I think, particularly for people maybe watching. But I think it's got to be a little

00:54:48.180 more concise. MSNBC and CNN and some of those CNN viewers and maybe you want to see. I think Fox held

00:54:54.180 it to the end. We have to get that down to concise. But then it has to be the plan. How do we go forward?

00:54:59.300 And how do we go forward is, number one, and I'm glad we're doing the fundraising. I think that's

00:55:05.780 terrific. Small donors. I think 35 percent of them are new. That's great. More people coming to your

00:55:10.740 cause. More African-Americans. More minorities. More Asian-Americans. More people that would have 0.94

00:55:16.260 never paid attention or seen the injustice of that coming. And that is great. And we ought to make sure

00:55:20.180 we corral them and put their energy to work, not just simply their small donor donations. Now they

00:55:25.220 have skin in the game. It's fantastic. But this is going to get down to political muscle.

00:55:32.260 Why do they hate the precinct strategy? Why does the New York Times say that MAGA is on the march?

00:55:37.860 Because they understand this is a grassroots. This is grassroots. And grassroots is not dependent

00:55:43.620 upon money. Grassroots is dependent upon urgency and passion and focus and determination and good old

00:55:53.460 fashion American grit. And so now in these battleground states, these six or seven states,

00:55:58.820 particularly the 25 districts, we must have maniacal focus and you must have an army of the

00:56:06.340 awakened. So what we need to do on that, we need immediately to actually have a campaign. And what

00:56:11.940 does a campaign mean? It means people have to be designated. The chairman of the Trump have to be

00:56:17.540 designated. The RNC has to get field staff out there. You have to coordinate with all the great folks

00:56:22.900 in these states. Arizona, great people out there. Nevada, great people out there. Georgia,

00:56:28.820 incredible people down there. Incredible grassroots. Okay, from MTG to Amy Kramer and everybody in

00:56:34.980 between, tremendous down there. In Pennsylvania, amazing. That's how we won it in 16. Amazing people.

00:56:40.980 That's how they won it in 20. Look at the turnout. Look at the numbers there. The Dwarf Dyer's in 16. 0.99

00:56:45.940 Amazing people. Got to be hardwired in. John Fredericks is now up there. The Oracle Deplorables is now up in

00:56:52.180 Pennsylvania. Incredible people in the Commonwealth. In Michigan. Fighting Michigan. Are you kidding me?

00:56:59.140 Amazing people up there. Amazing. And in Wisconsin. Right there. We pick off one of the blue. We pick

00:57:05.140 off. We hold the Sun Belt. We hold the Sunshine States. And we take one of the blue walls. He's in.

00:57:14.020 And right in front of us is a landslide. A landslide. Look at Rasmussen, the polling, and more up to date

00:57:21.060 than Daily Mail, Mr. President, that shows you didn't take that big a hit with all the media and

00:57:27.460 everybody. And they're all dancing around. They're all loving each other and high-fiving. It's kind of

00:57:32.580 like a speed bump. And it'll be pivoted back to the key issues of inflation, the economy, the forever wars,

00:57:38.980 the invasion of the southern border, all of it. And you touched on many of those things right there.

00:57:43.060 And I think it was great. But number one, we have to stand up. The RNC's got to get out. It must be a

00:57:49.940 sense of urgency. Because on the get-out-the-voter apparatus, also stop the steal. Remember, they have

00:57:55.100 lawfare. They have the big steal. And they have wag the dog on stop the steal. We need the RNC urgent,

00:58:00.720 urgent, urgent, urgent. There should not be a day off. Not a day off. I mean seven days a week from now

00:58:06.980 to 5 November. Urgent, urgent, urgent. What is the action? Who's in charge? Who's accountable?

00:58:12.800 Who's at the state level? What lawyer groups are there? How are we recruiting now and training

00:58:17.960 people to go make sure we have the election official, election judges? Other groups have

00:58:23.340 done it, right? True the Vote has trained up people. Cleta Mitchell's trained up people. 1.00

00:58:27.640 Take all the outside groups and funnel it in, funnel it in, funnel it in. But it means urgency,

00:58:32.180 urgency, urgency, urgency, urgency, urgency. You're at general quarters. And it's got to be like

00:58:39.360 that every day of the week between now and 5 November. Because you're going against an apparatus

00:58:45.680 that's all powerful. So get out the vote, an army of the weekend, people going out and volunteering to

00:58:51.380 be entrained up, to be election officials, election judges. So you're in the room, you're around the

00:58:56.980 green table, the green cloth table, debating and saying, no, he had no ID. That's a mail-in ballot.

00:59:03.680 Then we're gone. Fight over every ballot. We need that apparatus set up. People should know

00:59:11.240 that. People should come onto the war room every day and say, yeah, this guy's the chairman of

00:59:14.360 Pennsylvania. This guy's the chairman of Wisconsin. And they should be local people. They should be

00:59:17.920 people that know the grassroots. You shouldn't just be picking people you know and come from

00:59:22.760 other states. People from those states running those states. This is paint by numbers. We need

00:59:29.380 urgency, urgency, urgency, urgency, urgency, urgency. There's time. There's no, we're burning daylight.

00:59:39.140 To quote Jack London. In addition, we must go on offense. Jim Jordan, it's not enough to compete,

00:59:49.500 you know, to put out a little tweet. I'm demanding this. No, where are the subpoenas? Where's the vote?

00:59:54.060 Mike Johnson, why are you not calling him back this weekend? Where's the vote on Merrick Garland?

00:59:59.380 If you don't have the guts and you don't have the stones that have the votes, let's have the

01:00:03.860 conversation. Let's see who the people are. Let's see the people are. And then have the war room

01:00:09.160 posse, right? And others that might want to have a conversation with those people and maybe convince

01:00:15.280 them in the democratic process that they are incorrect and that maybe they should rethink their

01:00:20.040 vote. Let's do it. Let's not hide behind being anonymous. Let's get it out. Why is Merrick Garland

01:00:30.560 not held in contempt? How more contempt can he hold you in? Why is, why are these votes not going? Where

01:00:38.040 are the subpoenas? Where are the hearings? Where are it? Where is it? Once again, I'm going to pick a

01:00:43.660 random word. Just a random word. Wait for it. Wait for it. Urgency, urgency, urgency. We're at general

01:00:53.020 quarters. They have every institution. They've taken control of the judiciary. They've taken control of

01:00:59.360 the courts. They've taken control of the prosecutors, right? They have the universities. They have pop

01:01:06.860 culture and they have high culture. They have the financial institutions. They have big tech.

01:01:13.260 And I still like our odds. You know why? Because we have grassroots American patriots that have been

01:01:20.080 the people in the history of this country. When they made up their mind, then things turn right.

01:01:28.300 We have those people, but we need the leadership to step up or get out of the way.

01:01:32.900 And finally, after harping on Jordan, day in and day out, day in and day out with Mike Davis and

01:01:39.640 Cash Patel and Jeff Clark and everybody, we finally get this. This is fine, but it's not good enough.

01:01:46.280 And quite frankly, June 13th is too late. Should it be tomorrow morning, Saturday?

01:01:51.240 Did I mention urgency? That we're burning daylight?

01:01:56.360 Yes, yes, yes. I understand. You raised tremendous amount of money on small donors and that's fine.

01:02:01.520 But there's something more important than that. And that is engagement. And that is human engagement,

01:02:09.300 something that money can't buy and that the left doesn't have. This is not about the DNC versus the

01:02:15.860 RNC. This is not about Trump versus Biden. There's $2 billion of dark money from all these foreign

01:02:24.680 billionaires and all these progressive billionaires, $2 billion and all this against a populist nationalist

01:02:31.800 movement. That's what this is. And you have to help organize the masses and then point them down

01:02:40.780 range. And let's get on with it, baby. This is not astrophysics. This is not quantum mechanics.

01:02:46.600 This is pretty straightforward. Plus, you have the people that are motivated to do it.

01:02:52.120 So why is this taking so long? It's not. It's inexcusable.

01:02:56.860 We need to see action and we need to see specific action at the RNC, at the campaign, at everything.

01:03:02.180 We need action. What's the action plan? What's happening? Bang, bang, bang, bang.

01:03:07.380 We need it. And we needed it a while ago. But hey, we'll take it this afternoon.

01:03:14.720 Yes, for the appeals and also for going out against Rachel Maddow and convincing that part

01:03:18.580 of the country about what this is, what the president did is great. And we ought to make

01:03:22.680 sure we can make that concise and point by point, bang, bang, bang. So we get it to people in three

01:03:27.780 minutes because they're not going to sit around and wait for 20 because quite frankly, it's too,

01:03:31.640 it's so insane and so over the top about this, about the business records and this and that and that.

01:03:37.380 The people are just not going to be a boom, this boom, this is what they did, boom, this

01:03:41.300 is what they did, boom. The sunlit uplands are there. We can, this victory, it would be

01:03:52.960 a crime to squander this. We have the issue set. We have now people that would never listen

01:04:00.640 to President Trump ever that are not just listening, but they're embracing this.

01:04:07.380 And that, that, that is our duty. We have a duty. We have a responsibility to our fellow

01:04:13.420 citizens to make sure that they're part of this, that they're, they're part of this crusade.

01:04:19.560 Yes, there I said it. The C word.

01:04:22.700 This can all be done. It's all out there in front of you. And it's not that complicated. But we need

01:04:30.900 everybody pulling in the same direction. We need to stop the games. We need to be focused. And we need

01:04:38.320 to make sure that this just does not come down to money because as great as the small dollars on,

01:04:44.080 and I think it's tremendous what's happened the last couple of hours, the 24 hours, it's shown an

01:04:48.820 outpouring of the American people in tough economic times to support President Trump with their

01:04:53.340 dollars. I think it's incredible. But remember, the big money's coming in now. And the big money

01:05:01.500 comes with not just their own ideas, not just their own issues that are quite different than the MAGA

01:05:07.520 issues. They come also stapled to the back of Nikki Haley. Nikki Haley has not been in Israel on a state

01:05:17.200 visit. Nikki Haley has not been just tweeting about Gaza and Israel and all of it 24 hours after this

01:05:25.240 happened with total crickets about President Trump. That is not a coincidence. The big money

01:05:33.040 wants Nikki Haley as Prime Minister. Now that's a fight for another day. Okay, we're going to turn

01:05:41.960 it over to Charlie Kirk. I want to thank Real America's Voice. Particularly, I really want to

01:05:45.080 thank not just the coverage, but really want to thank, really want to thank blowing the brakes so

01:05:50.680 we get more time. I want to thank our sponsors. We couldn't get to our sponsors today. We have so

01:05:54.420 many, but make sure Birch Gold. Philip Patrick is going to be with me tomorrow. We're going to be doing
