Summary

Stephen K. Bannon and Julie Kelly join host Stephen K.K. Cannon to discuss the potential replacements for Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Kennedy, and how they would fill the Supreme Court if Donald Trump were elected president.

Transcript

00:00:00.000 What sort of justices do they get replaced by if President Trump has a Republican Senate?
00:00:07.720 I mean, I think I would offer up two data points.
00:00:11.140 Both of them are fairly grim.
00:00:12.900 One is don't forget that that appeal to heaven flag that Martha Ann Alito was flying at their New Jersey vacation home
00:00:20.860 was very much co-opted by fundamentalist white nationalist Christian conservatives.
00:00:27.760 So this is not a secret how people feel.
00:00:31.900 This is not just a I called it in a piece foam finger go George Washington flag.
00:00:36.960 This is very much a religious movement, sort of, you know, the there's no secret there.
00:00:44.300 And I think the other data point that's almost more worrying is that the kinds of people who are advising Donald Trump
00:00:51.880 on what they want to happen in Project 2025 and otherwise are really clear that the people they want are Clarence Thomas
00:01:03.140 and Sam Alito, not the quote unquote centrist block at the middle of the court.
00:01:08.780 And what would somebody to the right of a Clarence Thomas or Samuel Alito look like?
00:01:14.960 Yes, that's correct.
00:01:16.480 The lemon test is no longer as strong as it once was because of the case that I referenced.
00:01:23.520 This is what was the football coach praying on the 50 yard line.
00:01:26.400 Well, and I could say I think Stone versus Graham is to the Louisiana situation somewhat like what Roe was to the Mississippi law
00:01:34.400 that was used as the vehicle for Dobbs, which is to say Stone versus Graham.
00:01:39.360 It is directly contradictory to what Louisiana is trying to do.
00:01:44.060 And yet Louisiana understands that circumstances have changed in the court,
00:01:48.480 that there is a different composition of this court.
00:01:51.080 And so they are happy to test what anybody else would say just based on precedent alone.
00:01:56.020 It's a flagrantly unconstitutional law.
00:01:58.300 You and I have talked about this offline.
00:01:59.960 And you were thinking of somebody specific that has been his name has been bandied about in conservative circles.
00:02:05.480 If Donald Trump were to have another nominee, who was that?
00:02:08.220 I think Jim Ho is sort of the paradigmatic nominee that someone like Donald Trump is looking for in this moment,
00:02:13.960 because he both has ties to the Federalist Society and sort of old school legal conservatism,
00:02:20.120 but has also shown that he is a bridge to what I would call like the MAGA legal movement,
00:02:25.620 which embraces a much more robust conception of executive power and government power.
00:02:30.820 Old school conservatives don't traditionally like government.
00:02:33.600 They don't want to see it enlarged.
00:02:34.900 And yet, to accomplish their objectives, the new MAGA movement, they need government.
00:02:40.640 They need to harness that power.
00:02:42.120 They either need to wrestle it from the federal government and take it for themselves in the states,
00:02:46.280 or they want to enlarge the federal government to do some of the things Trump wants to do.
00:02:50.460 For example, take civil servants out of their jobs, give them to political appointees.
00:02:54.060 All that requires a robust government operation.
00:02:58.520 That's not what the Federalist Society traditionally has believed.
00:03:02.180 Jim Ho could be a person who is both a bridge to the past and a bridge to the future.
00:03:05.800 And I don't think Donald Trump, if I may, has Ten Commandments.
00:03:08.380 I've never heard of him having the Ten Commandments hung up in any room that he has walked into before.
00:03:12.520 But it's a lot of these folks that have helped propel his political career that we watched up close.
00:03:16.980 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:24.560 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:29.740 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:34.020 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:35.920 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:37.100 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:03:40.080 It's going to happen.
00:03:41.360 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:03:44.740 MAGA Media.
00:03:45.640 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:03:51.520 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:03:55.260 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:01.640 War Room.
00:04:02.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:04:04.880 It is Thursday, 20 June, Year of Alert 2024.
00:04:14.880 Total and complete meltdown today about the judges, the Supreme Court, the Judge Cannon in Florida, all of it.
00:04:22.460 And Julie Kelly is going to join me.
00:04:25.220 But the story of the day that is driving the news and is signaling the Ten Commandments are going to go up in Louisiana schools.
00:04:32.040 And trust me, the secular, atheistic, progressive left cannot handle it.
00:04:37.020 They're melting down.
00:04:37.740 I'm honored to have the star of today's Washington Times from Colorado for Congressman Boebert.
00:04:44.420 And the headline is, Boebert has big primary lead in her new district.
00:04:49.300 It's right there in the Washington Times, if they can pull the camera in.
00:04:53.020 And they call you, Congressman Boebert, the pistol-packing congressman.
00:04:58.720 You're now in the 4th District.
00:05:00.300 Talk to us about this race and also talk to us about the folks out in your district.
00:05:05.160 What would their thoughts be about, would they be melting down if you had to put Ten Commandments in the schools out in that part of Colorado, ma'am?
00:05:12.440 Certainly not in rural Colorado and Colorado's 4th District.
00:05:17.880 I think that this is something that we need all throughout our nation.
00:05:20.820 And I'm so proud of Governor Jeff Landry.
00:05:23.920 He's a wonderful man, a great friend of mine.
00:05:26.460 And I'm glad that he's in that position and taking action because we need morals back in our nation, back in our schools.
00:05:33.580 And if there's anything that we are going to present in front of our children, it's going to be, it should be the word of God.
00:05:39.280 Because this is the one truth that is never going to change and never going to leave them.
00:05:44.600 It's not some woke fad of the day that you can get canceled for believing in 10 years from now.
00:05:51.120 So I don't think that it's bad to have something that says, honor your father and mother so that you will live a long life.
00:05:58.780 That is the first commandment that has a promise attached to it.
00:06:02.440 I don't think that it's bad to teach children that adultery is something that you should not do.
00:06:07.220 And also listed in the Ten Commandments, thou shalt not steal.
00:06:11.140 And maybe the left and some of these politicians are having a meltdown over having that right there listed in our classrooms.
00:06:20.780 Thou shalt not steal is because government hates competition and they don't want our children to realize that that's something you shouldn't be doing.
00:06:28.500 Let's go to this campaign because, you know, at first this was pretty, you know, the media was all over you.
00:06:37.540 Now you're at, this Kaplan Strategies has you at 40%, nobody else really within hollering distance.
00:06:44.740 How did that happen, ma'am?
00:06:46.040 Yes, well, it happened because I've traveled all throughout Colorado.
00:06:50.320 I've traveled all throughout the 4th District.
00:06:52.080 I've been known in this state for several years now, even before I ran for office, because I was advocating for our children in schools to get comprehensive sex ed out of our schools, to close the loopholes in our state that allow illegal aliens to vote in Colorado elections.
00:07:07.280 I was working to repeal the National Popular Vote Compact, and so I've been doing the work in Colorado, and I am a trusted conservative voice here in this state.
00:07:17.960 But in the 4th District, I've traveled all 21 counties multiple times, and I've been meeting personally with voters, hearing their concerns, and offering solutions on how I can deliver even more for Colorado.
00:07:30.840 I've been doing that legislatively for some time now, but it's only going to get better and more effective when we get President Trump back in office.
00:07:40.100 I've earned that top line on the ballot, but also, Steve, we have a special election on the same day because Ken Buckle vacated his seat.
00:07:49.560 He tucked his tail and ran.
00:07:52.020 He resigned from Congress, reducing our already slim majority.
00:07:55.360 And now we have Greg Lopez, who is our Republican nominee, and on everyone's ballot in the 4th District, it is the bottom section, and I need folks to go all the way through their ballot and fill in that bubble for Greg Lopez because we need to increase our House majority, and I need Greg to fight for CD4.
00:08:15.180 Right now, I'm even doing a lot of the constituents' casework from my CD3 office, making sure that Coloradans have a voice and proper representation.
00:08:25.360 And Ken Buck, when we walked away, there's no constituent services at all.
00:08:33.300 The people just left out there, whether they want an appointment to the Naval Academy or some help with some border issue or whatever, you're the only one that can help them out?
00:08:42.580 Steve, there is still congressional staff.
00:08:43.760 There is still congressional staff.
00:08:45.140 I just have heard a lot of them not being as responsive as they should be.
00:08:49.560 And so we're stepping in for a lot of these issues and doing double the work, so covering 80 percent of Colorado's landmass and ensuring that that representation isn't lacking like it would if I weren't there and my team to answer those calls and help those constituents.
00:09:07.060 You know, I wanted to have you on today anyway, and then, of course, the lead story in The Washington Times, Boebert has a big primary lead in her new district, which is kind of a blowout story.
00:09:17.680 Everybody back in D.C. is talking about it.
00:09:19.580 But I wanted to have you on because, CBO, you're one of the biggest budget hawks and spending hawks in Congress, and the folks at Colorado 4 will be very well represented.
00:09:29.940 Yesterday, you called SHOT.
00:09:31.600 You were on here a year ago when we said, hey, this deficit, they said it's going to be $1.2, $1.5.
00:09:35.840 It's $2 trillion, as we said, and the number is actually going to be much higher.
00:09:39.440 What do the folks out in Colorado 4 think about a government that spends over $7 trillion a year and runs a $2 trillion deficit that we finance just like a credit card with 90-day T-bills, ma'am?
00:09:53.580 Yes.
00:09:54.140 Well, here in CD4, of course, everyone is not only disgusted, but they're impacted by the reckless spending in Washington, D.C.
00:09:59.440 They're impacted by Joe Biden's war on energy here in America, so we can no longer develop our energy and sell that to our allies, export our energy, and create that revenue from it.
00:10:13.160 And unfortunately, Steve, in this primary, our primary is next Tuesday, June 25th, and I have five opponents who all would have voted yes for the near $100 billion deficit spending for the supplemental aid,
00:10:27.060 that money that we just borrowed from China.
00:10:29.200 They're all finding reasons to advocate for it and attack me for voting against that, to be fiscally responsible and say, no, either we secure our southern border first, put America first, and take care of our debt, find pay-fors for the supplemental aid, or we don't do it at all.
00:10:45.320 If we do not protect our own country, then there's not going to be an America to stand for our allies in the future.
00:10:52.280 What are your folks, you know, President Trump is going to be sentenced probably to prison on July 11th.
00:11:00.080 What do the folks out in CD4 think about this weaponization of DOJ against President Trump, ma'am?
00:11:06.300 Steve Bannon, it's exactly what you hear all the time.
00:11:09.140 People are frustrated with what the DOJ is doing to you.
00:11:12.060 They are frustrated with what they're doing to President Trump, and they want it to stop.
00:11:17.280 They understand that this isn't just a very important election, but it could be the last most important election of our lifetime if we don't get this right.
00:11:26.160 They are sickened by what happened to President Trump.
00:11:29.460 And I believe that there are many, many Democrats, many Democrats that I have spoke to,
00:11:34.020 who are also so sickened by the weaponization of the federal government towards political opponents that they are saying, I'm done.
00:11:42.840 I'm not voting Democrat anymore.
00:11:44.560 I'm voting for Trump.
00:11:46.160 All right, fine.
00:11:47.140 I am now MAGA.
00:11:48.800 And I think this is backfiring on the Democrats.
00:11:52.260 And, of course, we are still hoping for a good outcome.
00:11:55.800 And we need President Trump back in the White House.
00:11:58.480 You see, we're still trying to find ways in the House of Representatives even to protect you.
00:12:02.780 Congressman Boebert, where can people – tell people when is election day for the primary?
00:12:11.800 How do people get to your site?
00:12:13.040 And particularly how do they follow you on social media because you're pretty active on that.
00:12:16.300 Yeah, so on X, at Lauren Boebert.
00:12:19.620 I'm on Facebook, Lauren Boebert for Congress.
00:12:22.000 And my website is laurenforfreedom.com.
00:12:27.040 Steve, I've got to tell you, I've got a lot of criticism from my opponents saying that I took money from the third district to run in the fourth.
00:12:34.500 But I get small-dollar donations, $17, $22 donations from all over the country because these folks understand that even though they can't vote for me, they can support me, help me in my campaign.
00:12:46.640 And I will vote for them.
00:12:48.060 I will fight for them and speak for them in Washington, D.C.
00:12:50.800 So those small-dollar donations, the $7, $11 donations, go a long way.
00:12:56.240 Our election is Tuesday, June 25th.
00:12:58.720 I am the frontrunner thanks to the faithful voters here in the fourth district.
00:13:03.380 It's been an honor to earn their support, and I hope to continue earning even more and proving to them that I will deliver for them every single day in Colorado.
00:13:12.260 This is a critical moment in our country where we have got to take it all back.
00:13:17.060 There are national issues.
00:13:18.200 There are state issues here in Colorado that I work on on a daily basis.
00:13:22.340 And I'm ready to continue that work in Washington, D.C. for our great state and our great nation.
00:13:30.820 So laurenforfreedom.com if you want to help with my campaign.
00:13:34.800 And our election is on Tuesday.
00:13:37.420 I have five opponents who all want amnesty.
00:13:39.820 They don't believe that the 2020 election had any fraud whatsoever.
00:13:43.120 They want more funding for Ukraine.
00:13:44.840 They would have sent $9 billion to Hamas, and I could go on and on.
00:13:48.020 I'm the proven conservative fighter.
00:13:50.040 And, Steve, I am just so honored to be a part of your crew and the posse.
00:13:54.240 You know, without you guys, I don't think that our movement would be as strong as it is.
00:14:00.500 You are beloved by this audience, ma'am.
00:14:02.440 And just tell your opponents, you've got a lot of small-dollar donors in this audience throughout the nation.
00:14:07.140 So thank you very much.
00:14:08.340 The Washington Times headline, Boebert has big primary lead in her new district.
00:14:14.360 Of course, she's going to run through the tape.
00:14:15.720 They call her the pistol-packing congressman from Colorado.
00:14:19.100 Ma'am, honored to have you on here.
00:14:20.240 I like that, the Washington Times, pistol-packing.
00:14:26.400 We're packed this afternoon.
00:14:28.620 Julie Kelly, a firestorm on Judge Cannon down in Florida.
00:14:31.900 I know they catch you as a surprise.
00:14:34.020 Julie Kelly's going to join us, also going to give us a heads-up on what's going to happen tomorrow in the Supreme Court.
00:14:38.420 I think it could be Fisher.
00:14:40.380 Also, a poll's out, Emerson poll, a damn good poll in Minnesota.
00:14:46.680 Klobuchar under 50, which is the death knell for an incumbent.
00:14:49.980 But she's at 48.
00:14:51.480 The Royce White at 37.
00:14:54.560 Next in the War Room.
00:14:59.880 Can your savings weather an economic storm?
00:15:02.340 Think about what you've put away for the future.
00:15:05.540 Inflation can render cash worthless.
00:15:09.240 Real estate can crash like in 2008.
00:15:11.860 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.
00:15:15.540 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.
00:15:21.980 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.
00:15:26.760 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:15:30.620 It's why people are flocking to it now and why Birch Gold is busier than ever.
00:15:34.340 Through a little-known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:15:43.700 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:46.820 Let me repeat that.
00:15:47.980 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:49.900 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:16:00.160 Let me ask you this again.
00:16:03.340 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?
00:16:08.560 If it can't, call the people I trust.
00:16:11.560 That's Birch Gold.
00:16:12.300 Text Bannon to 989898.
00:16:15.420 Secure your savings today.
00:16:17.880 Birch Gold Group.
00:16:18.740 Times reports the judge handling former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, Judge Aileen Cannon, rejected calls from two federal judges in Florida to hand off the case.
00:16:31.180 This is according to two people briefed on the conversations.
00:16:34.040 And the very fact that the conversations even existed is itself remarkable.
00:16:39.020 I just want to underscore for you and our viewers, cases in the federal judiciary are typically randomly assigned, maybe not among all of the judges in a particular district.
00:16:47.780 Each district has its own procedures for doing so.
00:16:50.680 And geography plays into it to some degree.
00:16:53.220 But cases are generally randomly assigned unless one or more of, you know, a finite group of exceptions exist.
00:17:01.820 And here you have.
00:17:03.500 The great Julie Kelly joins me.
00:17:07.520 They're all over Judge Cannon today.
00:17:09.600 It looks like a leak.
00:17:11.040 Well, I'll let you explain it because you've put out some pretty mean tweets about this, Julie Kelly.
00:17:15.520 What is going on with Judge Cannon, the stalwart and patriot down in South Florida, ma'am?
00:17:21.060 Right.
00:17:21.560 So this is the latest attempt to discredit her.
00:17:25.740 This is New York Times report that posted today that says, according to their sources, two judges in the Southern District of Florida, the federal bench there, including the chief judge, Cecilia Eltonaga.
00:17:38.880 Let's make her name famous, a George W. Bush appointee, went to Judge Cannon after she received the case, special counsel Jack Smith's documents case against Donald Trump, and urged her to give up the case, to hand it off to someone else or to step away from handling that indictment.
00:18:01.320 Now, the reason why, and we know why, and we've talked about Judge Cannon now for almost two years, is because she took the unusual and bold move in September of 2022 to appoint a special master.
00:18:14.860 This was Donald Trump's lawsuit seeking a third party to vet all of the evidence that had been stolen out of his home at the Mar-a-Lago raid on August 8th of 2022.
00:18:24.780 And she, as I said, took this bold step.
00:18:27.220 She did appoint a special master, but in the process, Steve, she basically told the DOJ, I don't trust you.
00:18:34.740 You've already mishandled evidence from the Mar-a-Lago raid, which we now know is true because Jack Smith himself has confirmed that in court documents.
00:18:45.080 And also, she was very concerned about leaks coming out of that investigation to the media.
00:18:50.920 And so, she said, yes, I'm going to appoint this retired judge to vet all of the materials and see, you know, what the FBI can get, what they're not supposed to get.
00:19:01.340 This put a target on her back way back then.
00:19:04.680 So, when this landed on her docket, the Jack Smith indictment, then we saw the public pressure again mount and calls for her recusal.
00:19:12.580 But it's not the New York Times piece in itself that's necessarily controversial.
00:19:18.540 It is the fact that a chief judge of a federal court district went to another judge and tried to pry out of her hands this politically charged case so they could give it to, what, an Obama appointee?
00:19:35.980 There's, I think, five of them on the Southern District of Florida.
00:19:39.620 I think there's two Clinton appointees.
00:19:41.600 Of course, George W. Bush appointees, we don't trust them either.
00:19:45.800 So, why was this judge overstepping her boundary?
00:19:50.780 She's not Aileen Cannon's boss in any regard and try to convince her to give up that case.
00:19:58.260 So, Steve, I think this is something, again, House Republicans need to look at.
00:20:02.340 It was a federal judge doing the political bidding of the Joe Biden DOJ, Jack Smith, and the media to try to get Judge Cannon to give up this case.
00:20:15.440 Wow.
00:20:15.720 I want to be very specific here, Julie Kelly, because people follow closely what you say.
00:20:21.720 Hit rewind on that.
00:20:23.040 You're calling on the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan to do what exactly and for what reason?
00:20:29.220 To find out whether Chief Judge Cecilia Eltonaga, a George W. Bush appointee, attempted to interfere in this politically charged case, unprecedented case indictment.
00:20:45.440 The first indictment ever, remember, the classified documents indictment came before the Washington J6 case.
00:20:52.840 The very first criminal indictment of a former president was this federal judge interfering in the judicial process there and trying to get Judge Cannon, who had already indicated her distrust of DOJ and how the investigation was conducted.
00:21:14.040 Did Judge Eltonaga attempt to interfere in the process of this case?
00:21:21.400 House Republicans need to find out if that is the case and who the other judge was that went to Aileen Cannon and tried to take that case.
00:21:30.720 You're implying that the actual judiciary, the bench, is maybe colluding with the Justice Department and Merrick Garland and even Jack Smith.
00:21:40.580 Is that your implication?
00:21:42.300 Why you wanted to look into immediately by a House judiciary?
00:21:45.900 That's what we have to find out.
00:21:47.880 So, again, the New York Times kind of did us a favor.
00:21:50.420 If behind the scenes, it's one thing to listen to Andrew Weissman or Rachel Maddow or all the other lunatics on the left call for Judge Cannon's recusal.
00:22:01.240 It is another for a sitting federal judge to overstep her bounds, which it sounds like the chief judge did in this matter,
00:22:10.020 and tried to do DOJ, Jack Smith, and the media's bidding to get this case out of Judge Cannon's courtroom.
00:22:17.220 Now, that has not been confirmed, but I find it very hard to believe, honestly, that the New York Times would report this without knowledge that this is exactly what the chief judge in southern Florida attempted to do.
00:22:30.260 Are we going to get Fisher tomorrow morning, ma'am?
00:22:35.800 I feel sort of hopeful.
00:22:37.720 Look, it's pretty outrageous that the Supreme Court is now sitting on 18 opinions waiting until the waning days of this June term.
00:22:47.040 And we have major decisions.
00:22:48.800 Of course, immunity, the Chevron decision, the Missouri case of big tech colluding with the Biden White House, other big cases that we're waiting for.
00:22:56.160 So they have to give us something tomorrow.
00:22:59.460 So I'm hopeful that it's Fisher, the 1512 C2.
00:23:03.060 One of the opinions that was published today, oral arguments were heard the day before Fisher.
00:23:09.020 So it's not like they're doing this in sequential order.
00:23:13.760 So and Steve, breaking news today, it appears that the Supreme Court did add another opinion day next Wednesday,
00:23:20.720 because, as I said, they've got 18 more cases, 18 more opinions they have to publish by June 30th or maybe perhaps July 1.
00:23:31.180 OK, it's Wednesday.
00:23:32.440 It's Friday tomorrow, then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of next week.
00:23:35.500 Wow.
00:23:35.980 Julie Kelly, where do people go for your all your podcasts, your substack, your social media?
00:23:40.880 Where do they go, ma'am?
00:23:42.260 Substack is Declassified with Julie Kelly.
00:23:44.360 Also, Real Clear Investigations.
00:23:46.220 I'm on X Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly, too, and my podcast, Happy Hour with Liz Scheldt.
00:23:54.640 And Julie's going to be on the trigger to marshal jump on immediately when we know something in the 10 a.m. hour.
00:23:59.660 Julie Kelly, honored to have you on here, ma'am.
00:24:01.540 Thank you.
00:24:02.100 Thanks, Steve.
00:24:02.960 Incredible.
00:24:04.880 What is going on?
00:24:05.860 The pressure on these people.
00:24:07.120 That's why Judge Eileen Cannon, I'm telling you, a very special individual, the pressure she's getting from everywhere.
00:24:13.120 Bombshell poll today.
00:24:14.140 Let's go.
00:24:14.720 We've got D. Royce White joins us.
00:24:17.580 Royce, they kind of dismissed you.
00:24:20.460 Oh, this guy's just a jock.
00:24:21.780 Nothing's going to happen here.
00:24:23.180 A poll out that Matt Gaetz has put a big tweet up at.
00:24:26.540 Emerson poll, very legitimate poll, very well-known, probably one of the best polling companies, particularly in liberal areas in our country.
00:24:34.840 They have Klobuchar at 48.
00:24:36.140 The death knell for a politician is incumbent, particularly a well-known incumbent who ran for president below 50 with Royce White, D. Royce White at 37.
00:24:47.160 And President Trump, I think in a dead president, Trump's going to take this state.
00:24:50.100 Royce White, what does this poll say?
00:24:51.740 Is your campaign actually more robust than the mainstream media is giving you credit for, sir?
00:24:57.480 Well, absolutely.
00:25:00.160 I mean, my campaign has the truth on its side.
00:25:02.440 It has a long, longstanding track record of failure and failed promises and promises on their side, especially on Klobuchar's side, who's in lockstep with Joe Biden on many, many issues.
00:25:14.140 So we're going to do everything we can to take advantage.
00:25:17.100 We feel good about the campaign.
00:25:18.700 We feel good about our chances.
00:25:20.100 We feel good that after we really kick things into gear that we're going to move 37 percent up very fast advertising dollars or spending other things like that.
00:25:32.120 Well, they tell you that, you know, the undecided's 11 and look like, you know, normally two-thirds to 75 percent of that will break against the incumbent because they already know it.
00:25:40.800 If you do that math, I mean, this race may be within the margin of error.
00:25:45.320 Give me your best pitch about how you're taking it to Klobuchar.
00:25:49.440 I realize you've got this kind of weird, you've already run the convention, you've got this weird kind of primary, but you're kind of in general election mode.
00:25:57.680 What is the pitch of Royce White?
00:25:59.300 Why should people in Minnesota, that great state, when they're voting for Trump, why should they also vote for Royce White?
00:26:06.640 Well, the question is simple.
00:26:08.120 Do you want to have a country or not?
00:26:09.480 Right now, everybody in America gets to decide whether or not they want to have a country.
00:26:15.040 And we have to reestablish the value, reestablish the value of citizenship.
00:26:18.880 And I think I can help President Trump do that from the United States Senate.
00:26:23.360 And I plan to do just that.
00:26:25.340 There's a lot of work that needs to be done.
00:26:27.220 It's not just going to be all on Donald Trump once he wins in 2024 and once he wins in November.
00:26:31.700 He's going to need help.
00:26:32.660 He's going to need backup.
00:26:33.380 And I'm proud to be able to run in this election.
00:26:36.720 This election may be the most important in American history.
00:26:39.940 In my opinion, it is.
00:26:41.460 And I'm proud to be able to run in it as a Republican.
00:26:43.600 I'm proud to be an America first.
00:26:44.960 I'm proud to be a part of the war room posse.
00:26:47.060 And I'm proud to support Donald Trump.
00:26:48.700 We're going to win this country back.
00:26:49.940 My pitch is simple.
00:26:51.520 People like Amy Klobuchar sold you out.
00:26:53.620 We all know it.
00:26:55.280 Now you get an alternative, an option that you know has no special interest behind it.
00:27:01.400 It's just the people.
00:27:02.460 And that's why the theme of the campaign is the people are coming.
00:27:08.080 Royce, people didn't think you had name recognition.
00:27:11.100 This poll today shows you've got a lot of name recognition.
00:27:13.780 You're at 37 percent and you're not up on advertising.
00:27:17.000 The political experts around the country are stunned.
00:27:19.960 Where do people go to find out about your campaign, social media, big three, all of it, Royce?
00:27:24.500 Where do they go?
00:27:25.000 All your shows, your podcasts, everything.
00:27:28.460 Roycewhite.us, that's the campaign website.
00:27:30.660 You can watch the podcast Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
00:27:33.100 You can listen to me on the John Frederick Radio Network.
00:27:35.840 You can watch me Saturday morning on Real America's Voice.
00:27:38.680 My ex is running as hot as it's ever been.
00:27:41.140 The liberals are panicking.
00:27:42.420 The Daily Show, Jon Stewart, Trevor Noah, Ronnie Chang, they're all panicking.
00:27:47.020 They know, they know, Steve.
00:27:49.000 Once the black boat goes, it's going to be an avalanche.
00:27:53.960 The people are coming.
00:27:56.500 And at the head of that phalanx is the Royce White.
00:27:59.580 Honored to have you on here, brother.
00:28:01.800 Royce White, warrior, American patriot.
00:28:04.980 He's closing on Amy Kloverture.
00:28:07.320 They never, ever, ever in a million years thought that would happen.
00:28:11.040 Incredible.
00:28:12.620 Short commercial break.
00:28:14.700 Bob Good, and we're also going to go find out what the FBI...

00:29:43.560 War Room.
00:29:44.580 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:51.000 Welcome back.
00:29:52.040 We're going to go to Virginia 5.
00:29:53.820 Congressman Bob Good.
00:29:54.720 Congressman, I'm hearing reports out of different parts of Virginia 5 that there may be some issues with certifying certain areas.
00:30:05.420 Can you get us up to speed?
00:30:06.520 Because this thing is, what, 300 votes?
00:30:08.420 You're weeks away, I guess, from a recount.
00:30:11.580 But just on getting the actual vote down, I'm hearing all kinds of reports from all over the district.
00:30:17.100 What's going on?
00:30:18.600 Steve, there's 62,000 votes cast, tremendous high number of votes for a primary in Virginia.
00:30:23.600 And we're separated right now by 300 votes, less than right around half a percent, certainly within the margin that calls for a recount to be paid for by the state.
00:30:33.920 And we're in the canvassing procedure right now.
00:30:37.000 This is the process.
00:30:38.160 It'll stretch out.
00:30:39.060 Started yesterday, mostly today and tomorrow, to be even into Monday, where you're trying to identify errors, mistakes in tabulation.
00:30:47.240 You're looking at the provisional ballots.
00:30:49.500 You're waiting for the final mail ballots to arrive, which are due tomorrow.
00:30:52.960 They have to have been postmarked by Election Day.
00:30:54.760 And you're trying to find those easy discrepancies where there's the clear mistakes that have been made.
00:31:01.020 But we're meeting some resistance, Steve.
00:31:03.440 We're meeting some resistance with those who are present on Election Day in the various counties or registrar's offices.
00:31:13.220 You know, we had one where they started two hours before they were supposed to.
00:31:16.860 And for some reason, my opponent's representative was there.
00:31:19.620 But we were notified they were going to start two hours early, and so obviously we're forcing for that process to start over.
00:31:26.160 But we don't know what happened in the two hours before we got there.
00:31:29.680 We've got another –
00:31:31.020 How could that – but hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:31:34.120 Because we've got to sort this out for November.
00:31:36.080 This is the problem.
00:31:38.020 How do they start two hours beforehand?
00:31:40.040 And do you have – when you guys show up, can't you go immediately to court and just throw the flag and say we've got to stop this?
00:31:45.460 This is what drives people nuts.
00:31:47.520 How can that happen?
00:31:48.320 And why would a Republican opponent want to do – why would – given voter integrity, who on earth that's a Republican would start two hours early and not wait for the other guy to show up?
00:31:59.900 Who would do that?
00:32:01.400 Well, you're absolutely right that everyone should want to make sure that every legal legitimate vote is counted and only every legal legitimate vote is counted,
00:32:09.260 that we follow the intent of the voters to perfect accuracy on those who participate in this election, some 62,000 at this point, that the voter intent is reflected by the accurate tabulation counting of every legal legitimate vote.
00:32:23.520 And no illegitimate or illegal votes are counted, of course.
00:32:27.300 And so we're working through that process county by county right now in the preliminary review.
00:32:31.700 But, Steve, we're going to have a full recount.
00:32:34.800 We're going to have a full investigation.
00:32:36.020 It's going to stretch out for a couple of weeks.
00:32:37.660 We've got lawyers at the ready.
00:32:39.420 Thankfully, a tremendous number of lawyers at our disposal, many who are willing to help us and are helping us.
00:32:44.620 So we're working very hard to get to an accurate and true and fair reflection of the 5th District.
00:32:52.940 Okay, but before we get to recount, recounts in the future, the canvassing.
00:32:57.500 I'm worried about the canvassing.
00:32:58.560 And people should consider this a test run.
00:33:01.000 This is what we're built on.
00:33:03.100 Let me repeat this.
00:33:04.140 The 2020 election was stolen, and we're never having another election stolen.
00:33:09.260 That is what we've kind of sworn together as an oath, as a group, as a movement.
00:33:13.280 And how possibly another Republican can go down there and his people, and you should be ashamed of themselves, and I'm going to get the names, and we're going to start naming names.
00:33:23.800 You're not going to play games.
00:33:25.380 The McCarthy guy is not going to play games.
00:33:27.340 As President Trump says, no games.
00:33:29.740 To start two hours early.
00:33:31.020 This has got to be legitimate.
00:33:33.100 Every certifiable election has got to be legitimate before we get to a recount.
00:33:37.280 The canvassing itself, this is what we've been fighting for for years.
00:33:41.260 Bob Goods.
00:33:41.860 So tell me about this canvassing process.
00:33:45.300 Well, we have got representatives at every county, every city, obviously, across the district.
00:33:50.040 You're allowed to have as many observers there as you want in terms of its open public meeting.
00:33:54.960 They try to prevent us from recording the meeting, Steve.
00:33:57.740 It's an open public meeting, so of course we can record it.
00:34:00.460 But they try to prevent us in several of these locations from recording it.
00:34:03.300 Why wouldn't they want it to be recorded?
00:34:04.600 If everything's upstanding, everything's legitimate, there's no concern and no intent to do anything except honor the voters' intent, why would they not want us to record it?
00:34:11.920 Well, we met some resistance trying to record it.
00:34:13.180 But hang on.
00:34:13.900 But when they tell them not to record it, cut the recorder on and make them call the authorities at Caramel.
00:34:19.000 We got to show some fight.
00:34:22.020 We got to show some fight.
00:34:23.460 Go ahead, sir.
00:34:23.980 Yes, absolutely.
00:34:24.680 We are recording it.
00:34:25.700 Yes, you're right.
00:34:26.420 We're not standing down.
00:34:27.600 We're not allowing them to intimidate or prevent us from doing it.
00:34:30.420 Again, we had the one where they started two hours early and the process had to be restarted again.
00:34:35.700 Obviously, we weren't going to accept that.
00:34:37.100 We challenged that.
00:34:37.880 But, right, what was the reason why?
00:34:40.000 How did it start two hours early and why was my opponent's representative notified and was there too early?
00:34:45.800 That was in Albemarle County.
00:34:47.400 That was Albemarle County where I will tell you we won the majority of votes in Albemarle County.
00:34:51.860 That surrounds Charlottesville, as you know well.
00:34:53.920 We won the majority of votes there as reported.
00:34:56.480 However, the people in Albemarle County who run Albemarle County may not be so favorable to me or to our movement, obviously.
00:35:02.980 But why did they start two hours early?
00:35:04.740 Why was my opponent's representative notified and we were not notified?
00:35:08.680 And, of course, we don't know what took place during those two hours.
00:35:11.080 We don't know.
00:35:11.680 You don't know what's different that you're reviewing two hours later.
00:35:15.000 How do you go back and undo what you don't know, what you don't know took place during those first two hours?
00:35:22.280 Unbelievable.
00:35:22.880 Bob, a good – it comes from good.
00:35:24.440 Where do people go to follow this closely?
00:35:27.000 Where do they go if they want to volunteer and show up?
00:35:28.640 Because, folks, this is a practice run on November.
00:35:32.500 Hey, are you pulling your hair out now?
00:35:34.440 Do you remember November of 2020?
00:35:37.380 Well, get ready for it.
00:35:39.320 This is an absolute disgrace.
00:35:41.140 So where do people go?
00:35:42.800 How do people follow this?
00:35:43.760 And they want to volunteer.
00:35:44.860 Where do they go?
00:35:45.420 Because we ought to have a show of force on this.
00:35:48.340 Bob Good for Congress.com.
00:35:50.060 We're going to need resources for the recount challenge, Steve.
00:35:53.220 We need volunteers and more help.
00:35:54.940 We've got a lot of boots on the ground, a lot of people.
00:35:56.900 The grassroots are behind us.
00:35:58.320 That's why we're in this fight.
00:35:59.840 And this fight, as you know, is much bigger than me and my opponent.
00:36:02.360 It's much bigger than Virginia 5th District.
00:36:03.920 This is not only the template, as you said, for the election on November 5th, but it also
00:36:08.540 is represented.
00:36:09.420 It's the swamp versus the Freedom Caucus.
00:36:11.780 Are we going to allow this seat to be bought by the McCarthy Revenge Tour?
00:36:14.780 We're going to make sure that every, to the best of our ability, every legal and legitimate
00:36:18.820 vote is counted and only every legal and legitimate vote.
00:36:20.880 We're going to pursue every suspicion of malfeasance.
00:36:24.280 We're investigating that.
00:36:25.360 We're going to have some extra time to do it during the recount process.
00:36:28.100 Thank you.
00:36:31.420 Congressman Good, thank you.
00:36:32.400 Thank you for the fight.
00:36:33.200 We will check in tomorrow, sir.
00:36:34.700 Thank you.
00:36:35.200 Thank you, Steve.
00:36:35.740 Great to be with you.
00:36:38.460 By the way, the more you tie down McCarthy here in Virginia 5, the more you tangle him
00:36:43.000 up there, the less time they got to go after Eli Crane and the less time they got to go
00:36:46.760 after Matt Gaetz.
00:36:47.440 That's what we're fighting.
00:36:48.120 We're fighting a war here.
00:36:49.000 This is a range war.
00:36:51.320 Mace won.
00:36:52.780 Good is tied.
00:36:54.520 You've got to think about it.
00:36:55.980 You can't back down.
00:36:56.660 You back down from these McCarthy guys, they're going to eat you alive.
00:37:00.700 Remember, he gave you a gift.
00:37:02.440 He gave America a gift, that $2 trillion deficit.
00:37:06.220 Think about that when you use your credit card next.
00:37:09.780 American hero, whistleblower, Dr. Heim.
00:37:13.160 Sir, you're a whistleblower.
00:37:15.060 And the next thing I know, I think I'm reading stories, is the FBI coming, arresting you, kicking
00:37:19.420 it.
00:37:19.600 What is going on?
00:37:20.720 You're an American hero trying to stand up for children and for families.
00:37:26.520 And the next thing I know, I think the FBI is coming after you.
00:37:29.780 Can you please tell our audience what you have done and why are the authorities coming after
00:37:35.640 you?
00:37:36.900 Yeah.
00:37:37.460 Who thought we would be in a position where we even be talking about this?
00:37:41.100 But I was the anonymous whistleblower in a story released by Christopher Rufo, May 16th,
00:37:46.000 2023, and it had revealed that the largest children's hospital in the world was lying about a program that was
00:37:53.680 manipulating, mutilating, and sterilizing vulnerable young children.
00:37:57.860 They said they shut this program down, but because I worked there, I knew that they did not.
00:38:02.060 They had continued and expanded.
00:38:03.900 I had to do something about it.
00:38:05.940 The story was released.
00:38:07.040 Within 24 hours, the conduct to be exposed was voted to become illegal.
00:38:10.780 But now, just last week on Tuesday morning, three heavily armed U.S. Marshals came to my front door
00:38:17.140 to inform me that I was being indicted by the United States Department of Justice for four
00:38:22.280 federal felonies, faced up to 10 years in prison, for fulfilling my oath as a doctor, for protecting
00:38:28.960 these children, for standing up to this dominant political ideology.
00:38:32.660 And we're going to take this trial.
00:38:35.060 If anyone wants to help us, we need it.
00:38:37.520 We can't do it alone.
00:38:38.800 It's giftsandgo.com forward slash Texas underscore whistleblower.
00:38:42.860 I'm just a regular guy.
00:38:43.860 I live in a small town.
00:38:44.840 It's just me and my wife.
00:38:45.740 And we have our first daughter on the way.
00:38:47.980 And they're trying to take that away from me.
00:38:50.900 You know, I might miss the birth of my first daughter.
00:38:53.400 You know, so we got to fight this.
00:38:56.700 But Dr. Heim, we got your back.
00:38:58.380 So let's just go back.
00:38:59.960 Tell us, Rufo is one of the best.
00:39:01.400 So tell us what the original story was.
00:39:03.940 You were a whistleblower on what facts.
00:39:06.800 And then how did the federal government, how did the FBI and the Gestapo DOJ get involved,
00:39:11.780 sir?
00:39:13.160 Yep.
00:39:13.500 March of 2022, the hospital had released a public statement unequivocally saying they
00:39:18.960 were going to shut down their transgender program because of the potential legal liability.
00:39:25.380 Sorry, potential criminal liability.
00:39:27.640 And that's an important point that they acknowledge that.
00:39:30.500 A few weeks before, Attorney General Ken Paxson had issued an opinion saying that these interventions
00:39:36.520 can be investigated as child abuse, which they are.
00:39:40.300 So it would make sense why the hospital would say this.
00:39:42.960 They're trying to cover themselves.
00:39:43.980 They're trying to avoid this legal liability.
00:39:45.920 So because I worked there, I was a surgical resident there.
00:39:49.540 I knew that this was a lie.
00:39:51.380 I knew this was a lie because I was doing surgery there.
00:39:54.520 And the people who were doing these surgeries had told me they had not only continued it,
00:39:58.580 but expanded it.
00:39:59.400 There was a point where I understood, because I didn't believe it at first, that this was
00:40:04.140 an institutional-wide priority, that they were being prioritized at the highest levels.
00:40:10.080 So I had to responsibly do something about it, a responsibility as an individual, but
00:40:14.040 also as a surgeon, right?
00:40:15.820 Part of that oath you take to do no harm.
00:40:17.940 So it took me five months to get in touch with Christopher Ruffo to reveal the story that
00:40:23.620 the largest children's hospital in the world had told the public one thing, that they were
00:40:28.320 shutting down this program, but they just continued it and expanded it behind closed doors.
00:40:34.220 And the reason that's so wrong is because the only currency a doctor has is trust.
00:40:39.360 Once you violate that trust, then there's nothing left in the profession.
00:40:42.320 So within 24 hours, the conduct we'd exposed was voted to become illegal in a bill passed
00:40:49.380 with bipartisan support in the state of Texas, partly because our story came out the day before
00:40:55.740 that.
00:40:56.520 Multiple Democrats had voted in favor of it.
00:40:59.120 So the FBI, it was initially HHS, but had switched to FBI.
00:41:04.020 They had used all of the resources of the most powerful federal life in human history to find
00:41:09.900 out who I was and to bring these charges forward.
00:41:14.400 But I refuse to back down because, you know, what they rely on is my subservience, you know,
00:41:19.980 for me to kneel.
00:41:21.280 But I know that if I do that, what kind of world am I delivering my daughter into?
00:41:24.920 You know, because there are children who are in imminent risk of being harmed for these
00:41:30.080 interventions.
00:41:30.880 You know, it's my responsibility.
00:41:32.760 So we'll have to fight it.
00:41:36.740 Dr.
00:41:37.140 Dr. Heim, hang on for a second.
00:41:38.100 Brandon Showalter, put this in perspective.
00:41:40.100 This is one of the most revered children's hospitals in the world.
00:41:42.560 How in the hell is this going on in the state of Texas and how the hell people are lying
00:41:45.740 about it and then getting the FBI in here to destroy a good man, sir?
00:41:51.420 I think the most important thing to consider about this, Steve, when we talk about prestigious
00:41:56.280 hospitals and the incursion of gender ideology and the ruthless dogma that now governs so many
00:42:03.100 of our medical institutions is that it doesn't matter if there are laws passed or if there
00:42:08.560 are policies that have been enacted.
00:42:10.720 These people, like they have always done, operate very stealthily, very sneakily.
00:42:15.980 I mean, I am not at all surprised.
00:42:17.740 I was not at all surprised when I read the Rufo story when it first came out, as Dr.
00:42:21.020 Heim was just explaining, that this was still going on despite their public statements saying
00:42:25.940 otherwise.
00:42:26.320 The lengths to which these medical institutions will go to hide and manipulate and twist perceptions,
00:42:34.260 it's just like when I first came on your show, Steve, back in 2022, when there was all that
00:42:40.000 freak out about what was going on at Boston Children's Hospital.
00:42:43.180 They were claiming one thing, even though we had the receipts, that yes, they had done
00:42:47.940 all these surgeries.
00:42:49.140 And then when it was actually finally exposed, they started to minimize that, oh, this was just
00:42:52.780 a few.
00:42:53.300 Well, which is it?
00:42:54.060 Lying and deceit is par for the course when gender ideology shows up on the scene, especially
00:43:00.960 in the medical realm.
00:43:02.440 And this is, as I was just saying to a friend today, Steve, this is the raison d'etre of today's
00:43:07.960 left.
00:43:08.820 When they are in charge of government agencies, they will ruthlessly adhere to this dogma.
00:43:13.500 This is the be-all, end-all.
00:43:15.720 This is the cult dogma that has filled the void in our country.
00:43:20.060 And now the weaponization of the federal bureaucracy is going after doctors that try to raise the
00:43:25.860 alarm and expose what's really going on.
00:43:28.080 And I just want to say that if you are more troubled by these murky violations rather than
00:43:32.460 the-
00:43:32.960 Hang on one second.
00:43:35.660 I want to get you in the next block.
00:43:37.780 This is one of the most disturbing stories we've heard in quite a while.
00:43:40.440 They're called debt traps.
00:43:44.380 And that debt trap you're caught in isn't your fault.
00:43:46.800 You didn't cause inflation.
00:43:48.280 You didn't set gas prices or make credit card companies jack up interest rates.
00:43:52.020 The thing is, that debt trap is and will destroy your life if you don't get out now.
00:43:58.780 The only company I recommend is Done With Debt.
00:44:01.720 Because Done With Debt are brilliant about debt relief strategies.
00:44:07.440 First, they stand between you and your bill collectors.
00:44:10.480 Then they negotiate a plan to get you out of debt permanently without bankruptcy and without
00:44:15.980 taking out additional loans.
00:44:18.280 But listen, some of these strategies are time sensitive.
00:44:21.140 So you need to contact Done With Debt right now, like today.
00:44:26.280 This couldn't be easier.

00:45:18.560 You know, Bo Burt fighting out there in Colorado, the good fight.
00:45:20.960 Royce White closing in Minnesota, a guy they just laughed off, now closing on Klobuchar.
00:45:25.860 You got Julie Kelly talking about this great judge down in South Florida.
00:45:29.260 They're trying to run her out of there.
00:45:31.080 Now you got judges coming after her.
00:45:32.600 The New York Times was reporting.
00:45:34.160 You got Bob Good fighting ballot by ballot down in Virginia.
00:45:38.020 You know, this fight, it's every day.
00:45:42.500 Some days you're going to be winning.
00:45:44.180 Some days you're going to be losing.
00:45:45.220 But we're moving forward every day.
00:45:48.180 Even when we lose a little bit, we lose a little ground, but we move forward.
00:45:52.720 That's about turbulence.
00:45:53.960 It's going to get more turbulence.
00:45:55.100 This is Birch Gold.

00:46:11.760 BirchGold.com slash bandit.
00:46:15.000 Brandon, I'm pressed for time.
00:46:16.300 I'll have you and Dr. Heim back.
00:46:17.600 But look, you got to help me out here, brother, because we've had a debate here on our own
00:46:20.900 production team.
00:46:22.120 This thing is so – everything else we deal with, the border and Ukraine and the spending,
00:46:26.940 it's horrible and terrible, but there's a rationale, and you can see why people are doing it
00:46:31.940 and how we can fix it and how we can press forward.
00:46:33.780 Lord, this thing's so dark.
00:46:35.660 This has got to be more than money.
00:46:37.320 There's got to be some dark ideology in back of this, sir.
00:46:41.960 No question about it, Steve.
00:46:43.760 You know, I'm mindful of the words of Jesus who said that the love of money is the root
00:46:47.680 of all kinds of evil, and I think that certainly applies here, because if you can medicalize
00:46:51.600 a child in this way for trans procedures, hormones, blockers, surgery, they'll be a medical patient
00:46:57.240 for life.
00:46:57.780 So that's bad enough.
00:46:58.900 But I don't think you can stare into the abyss of this without seeing some sort of really
00:47:03.800 dark, as you say, ideological fervor that's driving, unfortunately, so many of our medical
00:47:08.440 institutions.
00:47:09.700 And once this kind of cult dogma grips an institution, it's just a matter of time before – I mean,
00:47:15.340 there's going to have to be a real reckoning, because this is just so irrational.
00:47:20.020 No one has ever been born or ever will be born in the wrong body.
00:47:23.380 And if you've got a truly gender-confused child, you do not cut their body parts off.
00:47:28.880 You don't cut the physical body to address a psychological problem.
00:47:32.820 This contravenes every sane standard of medical ethics.
00:47:36.080 And whistleblowers like Dr. Heim, Jamie Reid, other therapists who have raised the alarm,
00:47:41.380 they need to be supported, because this is endemic now.
00:47:45.060 This is all throughout our medical institutions, and I do think there's something very dark
00:47:48.260 and diabolical about it, no question.
00:47:51.580 Dr. Heim, doctors, you take an oath to make people – to make sick people better, healthier.
00:47:57.960 What is – what's the crime that's going on here that you're fighting?
00:48:00.560 You know, I think that I really realized how wrong this was, because I spent so much time
00:48:08.660 in Texas Children's taking care of these sick kids who had these chronic medical problems,
00:48:12.460 and all they wanted to do was just live a normal life, right?
00:48:15.920 They just wanted to hang out with their friends, ride their bikes, you know, have a girlfriend.
00:48:19.760 Their parents wanted the same thing, too.
00:48:21.960 And no fault of their own, you know, they had no choice in the matter.
00:48:26.640 They were born with a disease that would change the entire course of their life.
00:48:31.600 And we were there to take sick kids and make them better, to get them back to living that
00:48:36.620 normal life.
00:48:37.980 And I remember operating on this kid, you know, I got close with him.
00:48:41.480 He was – he kind of reminded me of myself.
00:48:43.140 And I remember I took him to the operating room, and I knew that he was going to be in
00:48:46.980 the hospital for a long time longer, that – and he may not make it out.
00:48:51.100 And if he did, the rest of his life would just be spent pain – you know, in such pain
00:48:57.100 in the hospital.
00:48:57.860 And then it was around that same time that I found out that these doctors were taking
00:49:02.400 these healthy kids and making them sick for the rest of their lives.
00:49:06.340 So these two populations would end up in the same place.
00:49:09.640 But in one place, you have kids who are perfectly healthy, but they're given the same fate.
00:49:13.980 All their dreams are being taken away when they have the least ability to understand the
00:49:19.380 consequences for their actions.
00:49:21.180 And the people who are supposed to take care of them, the people who are supposed to love
00:49:23.820 them, are the ones who are feeding them to the wolves.
00:49:26.700 And, you know, as a doctor, we're supposed to stay silent, right?
00:49:30.720 We're supposed to just say, okay, and just move on?
00:49:33.340 No.
00:49:34.000 No.
00:49:34.360 Absolutely not.
00:49:35.320 Absolutely not.
00:49:36.060 We can't have a profession.
00:49:37.540 We can't have medicine without that.
00:49:39.280 You know, and what kind of world are we delivering our children into if we don't do something
00:49:42.480 about this?
00:49:43.240 So, yeah, the stakes are high, but we have to fight back.
00:49:46.200 Dr. Haim, we're going to have you on, or we've got your back on this.
00:49:51.200 Right now, where do people go to support you, sir?
00:49:54.100 Yeah.
00:49:54.420 So we can't do this without you.
00:49:55.960 They're trying to put me in prison for 10 years.
00:49:57.800 We have to fight back.
00:49:59.120 We have to win this so that we keep the door open for whistleblowers in the United States
00:50:04.120 healthcare system.
00:50:04.940 Because when we speak out, it's the last pillar that's holding up this house of cards.
00:50:11.020 Once it comes down, everything will come down.
00:50:13.260 They'll have to face a reckoning.
00:50:14.220 It's gibsongo.com forward slash Texas underscore whistleblower.
00:50:18.800 We have a brilliant legal team.
00:50:20.340 We have Ryan Patrick, Dan Patrick's son.
00:50:22.240 We have Mark Lytle, who's representing the IRS whistleblower in the Hunter Biden case.
00:50:26.680 Marcella Burke, brilliant.
00:50:28.080 Jeff Hall, absolutely brilliant.
00:50:29.480 All these people are ex-DOJ people, very smart.
00:50:33.240 They've been trying cases for decades.
00:50:35.880 So we have the means to win.
00:50:37.960 We just need people behind us.
00:50:39.320 And yeah, it's amazing.
00:50:40.760 Thank you all so much.
00:50:41.920 Thank you, Steve Band, for having me on.
00:50:44.220 Dr. Heim, you're a hero.

00:52:40.900 Back in a moment.
00:52:44.180 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:52:49.780 First, think back to 9-11.
00:52:51.300 Shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:52:53.800 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:53:02.660 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:53:15.480 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:53:23.260 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:53:33.620 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:53:39.800 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:53:51.620 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:53:57.920 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:53:59.920 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:54:12.040 Heart disease builds over time.
00:54:14.080 Hypertension, high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, diabetes, all of it affects our heart.
