Bannon's War Room - Episode 3713： Slaughtering Of The American Dream

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.

00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:48.000 It's Wednesday, 26 June in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:00:52.000 We have Supreme Court action today.

00:00:54.000 Mike Davis will be here in a while.

00:00:56.000 We'll update this, go through the, quite frankly, I'm shocked.

00:00:59.000 I know Mike Davis is not 6'3 defeat on the Facebook situation in tech.

00:01:03.000 All the big ones still to come.

00:01:05.000 The Chevron deference, Mac Daddy of the administrative state,

00:01:08.000 kind of holds it all together.

00:01:10.000 That's a huge decision.

00:01:11.000 We also have Fisher about J6, and we have obviously the presidential immunity,

00:01:17.000 which will be enormous in many, many more.

00:01:19.000 I think there's still 16 more to go.

00:01:21.000 Mike Davis does think they'll be wrapped up by Friday.

00:01:24.000 MTG is going to join us.

00:01:25.000 We're going to talk about what's going to happen tomorrow night.

00:01:27.000 Why did you write, what is the purpose, what's the, why did you write this book?

00:01:33.000 Well, you know, the book is solely dedicated to Navy.

00:01:36.000 Is your life as dedicated to your daughter?

00:01:39.000 Oh, absolutely.

00:01:40.000 But, you know, two reasons.

00:01:41.000 One, I want my daughter to grow up and know that I didn't, I didn't lay in the shadows,

00:01:45.000 and I didn't, I didn't take s**t. 0.88

00:01:48.000 I stood up for myself. 0.82

00:01:50.000 I'm telling my story.

00:01:51.000 I'm doing this for her.

00:01:53.000 And, you know, two, I want her to be able to give people forgiveness and grace,

00:01:57.000 even if they don't deserve it, even if they haven't apologized.

00:02:00.000 I want her to be able to do that and be that type of person because, you know, it's not her burden to bear.

00:02:05.000 It's not my burden to bear, you know.

00:02:07.000 And to forgive them, it's, even if you don't apologize, it's not my burden to bear.

00:02:12.000 So you want this book to be something that she can look back on when she's cognizant.

00:02:17.000 And admire her mother for.

00:02:19.000 For, that you fought for her.

00:02:21.000 I did.

00:02:22.000 Is that the values that were imbued by you, by your parents, to you, by your parents?

00:02:28.000 Oh, absolutely.

00:02:29.000 It's family first.

00:02:30.000 You fight for your family.

00:02:31.000 You stand with your family.

00:02:32.000 Well, Joe Biden, the Bidens, Biden just goes out.

00:02:34.000 I know your parents are the, are the backbone of the nation.

00:02:38.000 Part of the deplorables or MAGA are just the hardworking folks that go about their business.

00:02:42.000 But that's what they believe.

00:02:44.000 And they show action to the belief as you have made Navy Joan the center of your life.

00:02:50.000 And now you've come up with this book.

00:02:52.000 The Bidens say that all the time.

00:02:54.000 Do you believe that the Bidens actually believe it?

00:02:57.000 Believe that families first? 1.00

00:02:58.000 Yes.

00:02:59.000 Yes.

00:03:00.000 Well, I know that, you know, there's a little girl that is their family that they, they haven't ever seen in person.

00:03:06.000 So.

00:03:07.000 Would you, one of the efforts, are you trying in this book to actually have the Bidens embrace Navy Joan and actually spend time with her and become, let her become part of their family?

00:03:20.000 Is that your objective?

00:03:21.000 No, my, my objective for the book is, is just like I said, like, I want her to know that I, I stood with 10 toes down and I, I'm fighting for her.

00:03:30.000 I fight for her and her story and who she is.

00:03:33.000 Like, I, I want her to have a mother that she can look back on and admire and think, you know, she didn't lay down and just get kicked around and, and stay in these shadows.

00:03:42.000 She came out of the shadows and, and she spoke her truth and her story.

00:03:46.000 And her, and her truth and her truth being your truth is what?

00:03:51.000 I'm sorry, what?

00:03:52.000 You said spoke her truth.

00:03:54.000 Yeah, like told her story, you know, just, just told her side of the story.

00:03:57.000 All this, everything we read in this book is a lot of controversial stuff.

00:04:00.000 Is 110% true?

00:04:05.000 I didn't, I didn't make up stories.

00:04:07.000 Well, I'm just asking you, you said, speak your truth.

00:04:09.000 Is this, is this book when, because the Bidens are going to sit there and have on, on cable TV and other things.

00:04:16.000 You're, they're not going to sit there and go, Oh, this is terrific.

00:04:19.000 Why did I, why didn't we think of having this book out earlier?

00:04:22.000 They're going to cut this.

00:04:23.000 They're going to tear this book to shreds and they're going to tear you to shreds.

00:04:26.000 You do understand that, right?

00:04:28.000 You understand that this is, you're not talking about a private situation with the family.

00:04:33.000 It's just an average family.

00:04:34.000 Okay.

00:04:35.000 This family right now occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

00:04:39.000 We say on this show illegitimately, but there are many, many people who don't agree with us on that.

00:04:44.000 We're now in the heat.

00:04:47.000 And tomorrow night is a debate, the first earliest presidential debate in the history of this Republic.

00:04:52.000 And this book's coming out and you're starting to market it.

00:04:56.000 And this book is quite controversial.

00:04:57.000 If you read this book, if you read your, this book, the first thing you think of is the Bidens are not good people.

00:05:05.000 Okay.

00:05:06.000 Do you understand fully about how much they're going to try to tear you apart in this?

00:05:11.000 Um, probably not, but you know, it's, it's like I've said, I've, I've, I've had a, when you have a child, you have a purpose.

00:05:18.000 I've dedicated this and my, the rest of my entire life to her.

00:05:21.000 And you know, I'm, I'm an adult.

00:05:23.000 If, if it comes down to shredding me, I'm I, that's fine.

00:05:27.000 I didn't write this book to shred them.

00:05:29.000 I wrote this book to tell my story and, and show my daughter an example of, you know, what I, what I hope to instill in her.

00:05:37.000 What are you trying to instill in her every day? 0.79

00:05:39.000 Tell me about the, the, the, the spending time with her.

00:05:42.000 What are you trying to still with her?

00:05:43.000 Well, you know, there's, there's one thing like when she gets in trouble and stuff or she's not doing something else and maybe three things.

00:05:48.000 What are they?

00:05:49.000 And she'll say respectful, kind, and honest.

00:05:51.000 I said, that's right.

00:05:52.000 I'm not raising you any other way.

00:05:53.000 So you better get it together.

00:05:54.000 And she'll, she'll know exactly if she was disrespectful, she was unkind or she wasn't honest.

00:05:58.000 You know, she'll know what that is.

00:05:59.000 And that, that's one way, you know, I choose to raise her, but I think doing this book isn't a set out as, you know, anything other than I want to, I want her to stand strong.

00:06:10.000 And regardless of, you know, what your, what you feel your journey is, you know, stand strong and be yourself.

00:06:18.000 Tell your story and, and also have forgiveness and have grace for people because there are some parts of the book where I do have that forgiveness and that grace for Hunter.

00:06:29.000 And there are times where I am so mad and so angry.

00:06:34.000 I don't need to say what I, what I want to do.

00:06:38.000 But, you know, I want her to have that forgiveness and that grace within her.

00:06:43.000 And I also want her to be strong enough to know that, you know, no matter what she, she can, she can tell her story too.

00:06:50.000 She can always hold accountability, be accountable.

00:06:53.000 I think that all comes with this book.

00:06:55.000 Um, you said that you were into this relationship and you didn't fully know at the time.

00:07:01.000 I don't want to put words in my mouth, didn't know that he was having a relationship with the grieving widow of his brother.

00:07:06.000 Uh, but that he's saying you guys were not a couple.

00:07:09.000 And one of the reasons was he had another relationship and it was that relationship with his brother's widow.

00:07:13.000 Correct.

00:07:14.000 Right.

00:07:15.000 And broke his family.

00:07:16.000 Do you think, I mean, there's been the laptop from hell that has a lot that Garrett Ziggler is an expert in that.

00:07:21.000 There's been the, it's been the Ashley Biden diary that has come out.

00:07:25.000 Have you done the due diligence?

00:07:27.000 Have you gone through the laptop from hell?

00:07:29.000 Have you seen, uh, the role of the grieving widow and even Jill Biden in, in, in the text messages and that?

00:07:35.000 And have you, have you read the Ashley Biden diary?

00:07:38.000 Have you done the full due diligence and all this?

00:07:40.000 I've, I've not, I've not done any of that.

00:07:43.000 You have not done any of that.

00:07:44.000 I've not.

00:07:45.000 Is it not interesting?

00:07:46.000 You don't think it's important or is it just not something you ever thought of?

00:07:49.000 Um, gives me, gives me anxiety.

00:07:52.000 I don't know.

00:07:53.000 I don't, uh, why does it give you anxiety?

00:07:55.000 Cause I don't know the unknown, you know, it does give you anxiety.

00:07:58.000 And I don't know.

00:07:59.000 I know there's a lot that people have to say about those things.

00:08:01.000 I don't know what's true and what isn't.

00:08:03.000 Wouldn't it help if you get through the anxiety?

00:08:06.000 We tell people all the time here, like on the credit card situation, the tax, you can't put in the drawer.

00:08:10.000 If you put in the drawer, the anxiety builds.

00:08:12.000 You have to, it's a process.

00:08:13.000 You have to open the drawer and you have to confront it.

00:08:16.000 You have to use your agency.

00:08:18.000 Is the anxiety because you haven't looked into this and you're, are you afraid of what you'll find and you don't want to do that?

00:08:25.000 It's possible.

00:08:27.000 Yeah.

00:08:28.000 I, um, it just strikes me as odd.

00:08:32.000 It strikes me as odd that someone that's made her daughter the center of her life and is obviously, and if you read the book and see your life and do any checkings, you have not just made her the center of your life, but you're fully protective of her.

00:08:43.000 Very concerned about her.

00:08:44.000 I mean, she's raised in the right way.

00:08:46.000 Hey, when there's unlimited amount of information and you've already been to court to take the guy to court to prove that he was a father and then, then to get some financial support.

00:08:55.000 There's tremendous information out there, including Garrett Ziegler, who I think testified.

00:09:00.000 Didn't Ziegler testify in your, he was hired by my attorneys to testify, but we settled before.

00:09:06.000 But he had done the, he had done the research and he's one of the experts in the laptop from hell.

00:09:09.000 So he's done and he was a retained by you.

00:09:12.000 So he was a consultant to your side, correct?

00:09:15.000 Uh, yes, I believe so.

00:09:16.000 So he's got the information and then the Ashley Biden diary is out there.

00:09:19.000 A lot of people have read it.

00:09:21.000 It's all over the place, but you haven't seen, you haven't been comfortable enough, confident enough, or didn't think it was a big enough deal to actually go do your own independent research of this.

00:09:30.000 I just avoided it and I probably shouldn't, I probably should dig into it, but you know, also you see all these things and, and the way that, you know, things can be brought to you that I don't, I don't know what, what's real and what isn't.

00:09:43.000 So I don't know, you know, am I fixing to read something that isn't real?

00:09:46.000 Right.

00:09:47.000 Is this going to put these conspiracies in my head?

00:09:49.000 Is this, I don't know.

00:09:50.000 Right.

00:09:51.000 Good.

00:09:52.000 Let's bring in Noel Frisch for a second.

00:09:53.000 Noel joins us from the National File.

00:09:55.000 Noel, I believe you're, and thank you for joining us.

00:09:58.000 I believe you're doing a film about the Ashley Biden.

00:10:00.000 Just give me the facts.

00:10:01.000 She makes a very good point.

00:10:02.000 A lot of this stuff is weaponized and spun, but what just are the facts that we know about Ashley Biden's?

00:10:08.000 Cause I, I, and I met when, when people brought to me years ago, I said, this thing can't possibly true.

00:10:13.000 It's too radioactive.

00:10:15.000 Uh, and, uh, and we avoided it for years.

00:10:17.000 Uh, just give me the facts on Ashley Biden's diary, sir.

00:10:21.000 Yeah.

00:10:22.000 Thanks for having me, Steve.

00:10:23.000 So the diary is legit.

00:10:25.000 That's the big news.

00:10:26.000 Um, we knew it was legit when we published it.

00:10:29.000 That's why we published it.

00:10:30.000 There's a phone call that became public in August of 2023.

00:10:33.000 Finally, we knew this phone call existed.

00:10:35.000 We'd heard it, uh, with Ashley calling into this other media outlet that actually didn't publish the diary.

00:10:42.000 And there's a phone exchange where Ashley says, that's my diary.

00:10:45.000 That's my stuff.

00:10:46.000 Give me my stuff back.

00:10:47.000 I don't want to have to get the secret service involved.

00:10:50.000 And so we know that it is her diary 100%.

00:10:54.000 Um, and it was corroborated by the New York times.

00:10:57.000 Uh, after there was the raid on, on, uh, the, the other media outlet, the New York times was working closely with SDNY.

00:11:05.000 And then, uh, several months later, later, about five months later, the New York times starts dripping out all this information that they only could have gotten from that phone call and from, uh, information having to do with, with the, uh, the diary.

00:11:16.000 And so we, the New York times has corroborated that the diary is real.

00:11:20.000 And then Ashley herself, just in April, late April this year, wrote a letter to, um, you know, basically claim, uh, uh, martyr status here, uh, with the sentencing of the, um, uh, unfortunate lady who's doing jail time now for obtaining, uh, the diary.

00:11:36.000 And so we at national file, uh, we are producing a documentary.

00:11:40.000 You can go to, uh, Biden diary film.

00:11:43.000 But hang on one second, hang on one second.

00:11:47.000 You're saying she wrote a letter to the court when this woman who was a roommate or something actually took the diary to say, this has traumatized me, this diary being out there and essentially telling the court that she would like her to have a, a, a, a, a bad sentence or a worse sentence.

00:12:02.000 Correct.

00:12:03.000 Yes, sir.

00:12:04.000 A stiffer sentence.

00:12:05.000 She entered it in this letter to the court proceedings in the sentencing process to, uh, uh, elicit a stiffer penalty for this poor lady who obtained the diary. 1.00

00:12:15.000 And so, uh, the diary has been at national file.com since, uh, October 24, Patrick Howley, the great Patrick Howley broke it.

00:12:22.000 Um, and then released the full diary, October 26, two days later, it's been there for three and a half years, Steve.

00:12:28.000 What, what is so controversial?

00:12:31.000 What is so salacious?

00:12:32.000 What is, why is this diary something that the, the Bidens don't want anybody to talk about anybody to focus on?

00:12:38.000 They put a woman in jail for this. 1.00

00:12:40.000 What is it about cut to the chase?

00:12:42.000 What is about this diary that is so, uh, so traumatizing for people?

00:12:47.000 Well, there's two things I think that they don't, they don't want out.

00:12:50.000 Number one, uh, we know now that the Democrats totally realize that this diary can absolutely defeat Joe Biden this year at the election.

00:12:59.000 That's number one.

00:13:00.000 They care about the political first and foremost.

00:13:02.000 We know that.

00:13:03.000 Um, I don't, look, there's a lot of kind of salacious, sordid stuff that's actually very sad.

00:13:09.000 And I, and I like hearing London talk about forgiveness and everything because it is, it's very sad.

00:13:13.000 All of the fallout that, uh, poor Ashley had, uh, because of the abuse, uh, what sounds like allegedly at the hands of her father, about 30 pages into this 112 page diary, um, which is on our website national file.

00:13:27.000 Uh, you read, um, in a matter of a couple of lines, she says, um, inappropriate showers with my father quote.

00:13:35.000 And then she says, was I molested?

00:13:37.000 I think so.

00:13:38.000 And then the rest of it is all of this fallout of her trauma and working through the trauma. 1.00

00:13:45.000 She's a sex addict. 1.00

00:13:46.000 She says she's like a dog in heat. 1.00

00:13:48.000 Her sex drives out of control and on and on and on for pages and pages and pages. 1.00

00:13:52.000 It's very, very sad. 0.99

00:13:53.000 It's just sad, Steve.

00:13:55.000 And, uh, like hang on, no, no, no, no, but hang on, hang on one second.

00:14:00.000 Uh, I'm gonna hold you through the break.

00:14:01.000 She wrote this diary as part of her recovery program.

00:14:04.000 Did she not?

00:14:05.000 This is what she was in this center, this counseling center.

00:14:08.000 And she wrote this as part, this is part of the process.

00:14:10.000 They, they do a diary as part of the recovery process.

00:14:13.000 Am I correct in that?

00:14:15.000 That is correct.

00:14:16.000 Yes, sir.

00:14:17.000 Okay.

00:14:18.000 Hang on.

00:14:19.000 Um, hang on a second.

00:14:21.000 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:22.000 We'll keep you around.

00:14:23.000 Um, so there's a diary that is explosive and that diary is explosive because Ashley Biden

00:14:30.000 like Hunter had certain issues as she got to adulthood, uh, and went into recovery.

00:14:35.000 And part of the process was to write a diary, which happens all the time.

00:14:38.000 And this diary has, uh, it's so shocking that for when I first saw it, I said, this

00:14:45.000 has got to be made up.

00:14:46.000 And it turns out it was not made up.

00:14:48.000 It turns out it's Ashley Biden's diary.

00:14:49.000 There's actually somebody in jail now for stealing it.

00:14:51.000 They went after Veritas is very controversial.

00:14:54.000 We'll take a short commercial break.

00:14:56.000 Return.

00:15:00.000 Can your savings, whether an economic storm, think about what you've put away for the

00:15:05.000 future.

00:15:06.000 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:09.000 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:12.000 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:16.000 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:22.000 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.000 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.000 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:15:32.000 Why birch gold is busier than ever through a little known tax loophole.

00:15:36.000 Birch gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical

00:15:42.000 gold.

00:15:43.000 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny at a pocket.

00:15:46.000 Let me repeat that.

00:15:47.000 It doesn't cost you a penny at a pocket to learn more about this.

00:15:51.000 To immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N to 9-8-9-8-9-8 and claim

00:15:57.000 your free info kit on gold.

00:16:00.000 Let me ask you this again.

00:16:02.000 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?

00:16:08.000 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:16:11.000 That's Birch Gold.

00:16:12.000 Text Bannon to 9-8-9-8-9-8.

00:16:19.000 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:16:22.000 Band.

00:16:23.000 Okay.

00:16:24.000 London Roberts is going to come back and join us in a second. 1.00

00:16:25.000 But MTG has been gracious enough to come by.

00:16:28.000 A couple of things.

00:16:29.000 Shocker.

00:16:30.000 We had Mike Davis outside.

00:16:31.000 Mike's going to be outside with us every day.

00:16:33.000 Julie Kelly's around.

00:16:34.000 Jeff Clark's around.

00:16:35.000 But kind of a negative bombshell this morning on the Facebook situation.

00:16:39.000 You were not ready for that, were you?

00:16:41.000 No.

00:16:42.000 I'm shocked.

00:16:43.000 I feel like our First Amendment has been hit hard.

00:16:47.000 This is a war on our free speech.

00:16:49.000 It's a war on our First Amendment rights.

00:16:52.000 And this was a heavy blow.

00:16:54.000 This was basically one that may sink the ship.

00:16:57.000 And you've got the Supreme Court weighing in that social media companies can censor Americans' free speech.

00:17:04.000 That it's completely fine with the government to join in.

00:17:07.000 And MTG, I got all the arguments.

00:17:08.000 I agree with you 100%.

00:17:09.000 And this audience agrees with you 100%.

00:17:11.000 I got all that.

00:17:12.000 This was not a clue.

00:17:13.000 It was 6-3.

00:17:14.000 6-3 is bad.

00:17:15.000 Talk to me about the court.

00:17:18.000 I mean, you had the usual suspects in the three.

00:17:21.000 Of course.

00:17:22.000 It's pretty shocking who joined the liberal minority here.

00:17:25.000 Is it not?

00:17:26.000 I think so.

00:17:27.000 Here's my concern.

00:17:28.000 Millions of Americans died because of COVID-19.

00:17:31.000 And, you know, children are still behind in school.

00:17:35.000 Suicide rates increased.

00:17:37.000 Millions of small businesses went out of business.

00:17:39.000 The American Dream completely died.

00:17:42.000 It got slaughtered.

00:17:43.000 People were told that they could not take ivermectin, that it was dangerous.

00:17:48.000 Natural immunity all of a sudden became dangerous.

00:17:51.000 And people were murdered on ventilators in the hospital.

00:17:55.000 And our Supreme Court just sided with censorship of people's ideas.

00:18:01.000 With the sociopathic tech overlords, right?

00:18:03.000 Absolutely.

00:18:04.000 They took their side.

00:18:05.000 Why do you think they took their side?

00:18:06.000 You know what, Steve?

00:18:08.000 I can't process it because, to me, this was a debilitating blow in our war.

00:18:14.000 And I think it's bad.

00:18:16.000 You're seeing this up close because you're on the subcommittee going through COVID.

00:18:20.000 You've seen everything that happened.

00:18:21.000 Steve.

00:18:22.000 You're Fauci.

00:18:23.000 Every time he hears MTG's name, he quakes.

00:18:26.000 So you're at the tip of the spear on this, correct?

00:18:28.000 Look, I'm on the COVID select committee, which I'm extremely frustrated on.

00:18:33.000 Extremely frustrated.

00:18:35.000 This is a pro-vaccine, pro-big pharma, heavily...

00:18:39.000 Hang on.

00:18:40.000 It's controlled by Republicans.

00:18:42.000 Yeah, that's the problem, Steve.

00:18:44.000 I'm sorry.

00:18:45.000 I am very cynical these days on the Republican Party.

00:18:48.000 Talk to me about the subcommittee.

00:18:51.000 But this, your cynical nature of how they're acting, they just got back up by the Supreme

00:18:57.000 Court, did they not?

00:18:58.000 They did.

00:18:59.000 They got back up by the Supreme Court, which has really rocked my belief in our...

00:19:04.000 Rocked your world.

00:19:05.000 Yes.

00:19:06.000 It's rocked my belief and hope in our ability to save this country.

00:19:10.000 When we have the Supreme Court ruling against free speech, it really...

00:19:15.000 People need to look at that down the road, Steve.

00:19:17.000 We need to look at where does that take us a year from now?

00:19:20.000 Where does that take us...

00:19:21.000 Let's go to 2026.

00:19:23.000 Where does it take us in those elections?

00:19:25.000 Where does that take us in the next presidential election?

00:19:29.000 And I'll tell you, as a member of Congress, I myself was censored by these social media companies.

00:19:35.000 I was banned on Twitter.

00:19:37.000 Completely banned.

00:19:38.000 Silence.

00:19:39.000 It was a permanent ban.

00:19:40.000 There was no way for me to come back.

00:19:42.000 And that's because I spoke out and I said the FDA should not approve these vaccines.

00:19:47.000 I spoke out for natural immunity.

00:19:49.000 I spoke out for health, exercise, good diets.

00:19:53.000 I spoke out on behalf of children being masked and forced to stay home.

00:19:57.000 I spoke out on behalf of parents that were furious at their schools.

00:20:00.000 Evidence has shown, correct me if I'm wrong, that you were right and the big tech was wrong.

00:20:05.000 Oh, yeah.

00:20:06.000 Evidence has showed that I'm...

00:20:07.000 No doubt about that.

00:20:08.000 100% right.

00:20:09.000 100% right.

00:20:10.000 Yes.

00:20:11.000 I'm surprised with my own money.

00:20:12.000 Nancy Pelosi fined me $2,500 every single day because I refused to wear a mask on the

00:20:17.000 House floor.

00:20:18.000 I was treated like the scourge of the earth because I told everybody I'm not vaccinated

00:20:23.000 and I refuse to get the vaccine and will not ever get the vaccine.

00:20:26.000 But this is what the Supreme Court did to not only me, but to Americans.

00:20:31.000 Tomorrow night, one of the most important, not the most important presidential debate,

00:20:36.000 the earliest ever, takes place in your home state.

00:20:38.000 Why did they pick Georgia? 0.54

00:20:40.000 Joe Biden picked Georgia because Georgia is the number one state that the Democrats want

00:20:46.000 to take.

00:20:47.000 It is their top tier.

00:20:49.000 Steve, you'll understand this and many of your viewers will.

00:20:52.000 Look, they have California.

00:20:54.000 They have New York.

00:20:56.000 The two biggest ports in our country, California and New York.

00:21:00.000 Georgia is the third largest port in our country in Savannah.

00:21:05.000 New York, economic hub of the Northeast.

00:21:08.000 California, economic hub of the West.

00:21:11.000 Georgia, economic hub of the Southeast.

00:21:14.000 The Democrats want Georgia and they're going to do everything they can to take it.

00:21:18.000 That's why Joe Biden picked it as his first debate.

00:21:21.000 That's the significance of Georgia.

00:21:23.000 You're very concerned about a couple of counties there and we're not on top of things.

00:21:27.000 And the Republican establishment is not on top of things.

00:21:29.000 Do you still have those concerns?

00:21:31.000 Steve, I'm going to tell you right now.

00:21:32.000 I'll tell you.

00:21:33.000 I'll tell all of War Room.

00:21:34.000 I'll tell anybody that's watching.

00:21:35.000 I fully believe they're going to steal this election.

00:21:37.000 I think it's going to be stolen in November.

00:21:40.000 No one can back me off of that right now.

00:21:42.000 It's a bombshell.

00:21:43.000 I can't see it.

00:21:44.000 In Georgia?

00:21:45.000 In Georgia?

00:21:46.000 Nationally.

00:21:47.000 And you think that they'll steal Georgia?

00:21:49.000 Yeah, I'm going to tell you.

00:21:50.000 I'm concerned about Georgia.

00:21:51.000 Tell me. 0.51

00:21:52.000 Fulton County is a cesspool of corruption. 0.96

00:21:55.000 Complete cesspool. 0.94

00:21:56.000 Fannie Willis is your DA.

00:21:57.000 Right.

00:21:58.000 She's a beautiful example of it.

00:22:00.000 The DA that was arrested, complete embarrassment on the news for our city and for my home state.

00:22:08.000 That city is just, it's no different than Chicago.

00:22:12.000 Illinois and Georgia are very similar.

00:22:14.000 Chicago politics, Atlanta politics are very similar.

00:22:17.000 The difference is in Illinois and places like that, you don't have a state that's controlled by Republicans.

00:22:22.000 You have Kemp, you have Russell Burr.

00:22:24.000 Why do Republicans in that state, given it's one of the most MAGA states in the country, why do, if there's even a question that this thing could be stolen in Georgia, why are they not stepping in today?

00:22:34.000 Because they are completely aligned with the uniparty, the same uniparty that I work with up here in Washington, D.C., that wants to do everything they can to destroy President Trump and destroy MAGA.

00:22:44.000 They are going to press as hard as possible, no matter who they have to align themselves with, to get past Trump, to get rid of Trump, move past Trump, past the Trump era, get rid of the MAGA, their MAGA extremists, push them to the side.

00:22:59.000 They want to return the party back to what it used to be. 0.74

00:23:04.000 That is the old neocon, completely globalist-run Republican Party, the party that we all hate, the Republican Party that we want to burn to the ground, Steve, that we want to die and go away.

00:23:19.000 They want to bring that back.

00:23:21.000 Resurrect it?

00:23:22.000 Absolutely, they're going to resurrect it.

00:23:24.000 Can it be resurrected in Georgia when you have 80% to 85% of the folks down there are MAGA?

00:23:28.000 No, they will.

00:23:29.000 I'll tell you what they'll do.

00:23:30.000 I'm going to give you a prediction.

00:23:31.000 Those Republicans will hand Georgia over to Democrats, full Democrat control.

00:23:37.000 They will.

00:23:38.000 They would rather it go to Democrats than allow MAGA or America First Republicans run the state of Georgia.

00:23:46.000 What is your advice?

00:23:47.000 We've had the mother of Navy Joan, the granddaughter of Joe Biden here, very disturbing.

00:23:53.000 What is your advice to President Trump for tomorrow night?

00:23:55.000 First off, are you comfortable with this debate?

00:23:58.000 Are you comfortable with the rules of the debate?

00:23:59.000 You're one of President Trump's closest advisors.

00:24:01.000 Are you comfortable?

00:24:02.000 I spoke to President Trump just a little over an hour ago.

00:24:06.000 Absolutely love him.

00:24:07.000 I love him.

00:24:08.000 I have so much faith in him.

00:24:10.000 I have complete faith that he is going to hit a home run.

00:24:14.000 Home run.

00:24:15.000 But he is walking into a trap.

00:24:18.000 He is walking into a rigged debate.

00:24:20.000 He is walking into an arena filled with people that want to murder him.

00:24:25.000 He's going to stand 10 feet away from Joe Biden, who wants to put him in prison the rest of his life, 0.98

00:24:31.000 wants him to die and rot in prison.

00:24:33.000 And Joe Biden wants to put the rest of his family in prison. 0.97

00:24:36.000 That's who he has to stand next to when he has to debate.

00:24:38.000 He's got to be questioned by Jake Tapper that called him a terrorist, called him a Nazi, called him every name in the book.

00:24:44.000 And then Dana Bash, Dana Bash, that little piece of whose husband is one of the 51 spies who lied.

00:24:50.000 That is what President Trump is walking into.

00:24:53.000 And it disgusts me.

00:24:55.000 It infuriates me.

00:24:57.000 I can't believe our country has come to this.

00:24:59.000 Our politics are horrific.

00:25:00.000 This is why a lot of people like me don't even want to vote anymore.

00:25:04.000 They don't even want to vote for Republicans.

00:25:06.000 They're fed up with the entire system. 1.00

00:25:08.000 They think the two parties suck.

00:25:10.000 People ages 18 to 29 are like, why do I even want to vote? 0.99

00:25:14.000 All these old people and all these horrible people in politics don't represent me. 1.00

00:25:19.000 The entire thing is a complete debacle. 0.97

00:25:22.000 It's an embarrassment.

00:25:24.000 And it's and we're going to have to watch it happen tomorrow night.

00:25:27.000 But I have full faith in President Trump, Steve, full faith in him.

00:25:31.000 He's going to do his absolute best.

00:25:34.000 And I really hope America sees it.

00:25:36.000 But but are they going to be fair?

00:25:38.000 No, they're not going to be fair.

00:25:40.000 And Joe Biden will lie and lie.

00:25:42.000 He will lie and lie.

00:25:44.000 If President Trump hits the home run that you believe in many of his followers, I believe anywhere, anytime he can do it.

00:25:52.000 Is that a victory?

00:25:53.000 Because immediately they they remove Joe Biden and come up with plan B.

00:25:57.000 So we've we we're going in with somebody we know we can beat.

00:26:00.000 All the math shows us we can beat them.

00:26:02.000 And if President Trump, the irony here, if he wins the debate and proves that Biden's not up to it, they didn't change him out for someone else.

00:26:09.000 Is that your is that your description of victory here, ma'am?

00:26:14.000 My description of victory is for the for America to see the truth.

00:26:18.000 And I think those that are capable of seeing the truth and hearing the truth will see it and hear it.

00:26:23.000 Well, no, I say let's say the truth is President Trump is was a much better president and will be a much better president.

00:26:29.000 Absolutely.

00:26:30.000 Absolutely.

00:26:31.000 If they do that, do you believe the next morning that Joe Biden will still be the Democratic nominee?

00:26:36.000 Do you think the Democratic nominee and they're open about this everywhere?

00:26:39.000 They will move to remove him and even Kamala Harris to make sure they have a ticket that they believe can be President Trump.

00:26:46.000 Because clearly Joe Biden can't.

00:26:48.000 I don't know.

00:26:49.000 I've engaged in this debate before.

00:26:51.000 I really don't know if they're going to remove him.

00:26:53.000 If he has a stroke on stage, then, yeah, they'll remove him.

00:26:56.000 But I think they're going to stick with this this half dead candidate that they have because they're going to steal the election.

00:27:02.000 Why do they need to remove him?

00:27:03.000 They'll remove him. 0.67

00:27:04.000 He's the perfect puppet. 0.99

00:27:05.000 He's such a pawn.

00:27:06.000 He doesn't push back on anything they want him to do.

00:27:09.000 He just goes, yes.

00:27:10.000 And he reads his little cards that they tell him.

00:27:12.000 And he stumbles through his words and he stumbles off the stage and he stumbles everywhere he walks.

00:27:16.000 He stumbles climbing climbing up the steps.

00:27:18.000 He is the perfect candidate for them.

00:27:21.000 I think they're going to stick with him because by all measurements that I can see and you can see and the smart people that watch your show, the wonderful people that follow War Room, they all see it.

00:27:33.000 We all see it.

00:27:34.000 By any other measure, if this was a fair election, if everything was fair in American politics, they would have yanked him out of there so fast long ago.

00:27:44.000 But I think they're going to stick with it because it's rigged.

00:27:47.000 I know you've got to bounce.

00:27:48.000 Social media, where do people go to follow you?

00:27:50.000 Rep MTG, follow me on all accounts, follow Steve, follow War Room.

00:27:55.000 Now, you have not made a decision about going tomorrow night, right?

00:27:58.000 You're here. You're here in congressional business, so you'll probably be here.

00:28:01.000 Yeah, I'm here to vote no on this horrific state and foreign ops bill that funds the deep state and all the foreign wars.

00:28:07.000 So I got to make sure that I get that vote in because, you know, Congress is failing America.

00:28:14.000 So I'll stick around and make sure I vote no.

00:28:16.000 MTG, let's go to her website.

00:29:40.000 Anna Polina Luna has said she is giving Merrick Garland 48 hours to turn over the her tapes, the tapes about the classified documents, and if she does not get those, if the Attorney General of the United States does not turn those over, she will move to have a vote on the floor about inherent contempt.

00:29:58.000 It means he can be arrested by the Sergeant at Arms and I think the Capitol Hill Police or Anna Polina Luna not backing off, giving 48 hours to turn them over at 48 hours, which I think will be Friday.

00:30:09.000 She'll force a Friday vote. 0.99

00:30:11.000 A lot going on.

00:30:12.000 Mike Davis.

00:30:13.000 We've got Mike for the whole week, every day in front of the Supreme Court.

00:30:16.000 It looks like these rulings, I don't think they've pushed them into next week.

00:30:19.000 It's going to be massive, particularly Fisher in the immunity.

00:30:23.000 And, of course, the Mac Daddy, the administrative state, the Chevron deference, and there are many, many more, four other cases on the administrative state.

00:30:32.000 We're going to juggle around about the 5 and the 6 o'clock show tonight.

00:30:36.000 Scott Besson is going to join us because the Biden regime is trying to walk President Trump into a trap about debt, about how they have an increase in debt.

00:30:46.000 We've got all the math that we'll show to people that Biden has been $10.4 trillion in debt.

00:30:52.000 I think President Trump's like $3 trillion in all that's tied to the pandemic.

00:30:56.000 But we'll break all that down to you.

00:30:57.000 And, of course, the situation in Arizona and the situation in Wisconsin, we'll get to all that.

00:31:02.000 Given about this diary, do you feel comfortable?

00:31:05.000 One of the things you've tried to do, it's peers, and maybe I'm wrong, is to try to be amenable to the fact that Navy Joan could be somehow brought into the Biden family.

00:31:18.200 Correct?

00:31:18.440 Do you feel comfortable what you've heard, and I know you haven't read it, but what you've heard about this Ashley Biden diary and what else is on the laptop from hell, including a lot of very, very salacious issues with Hunter around his niece, of which there's text messages and emails that members are, including his former wife and the grieving widow.

00:31:44.500 And I think even Joe Biden thought it was inappropriate, things he was doing, like having OnlyFans accounts of some of these things, playing when young people might be around.

00:31:56.680 Do you actually feel 100% that you know everything, that you feel comfortable having not just Hunter, but Joe Biden around your daughter unsupervised?

00:32:07.060 I think when all this stuff's going on with this laptop being brought out, all that was like during his deepest part of addiction, right?

00:32:17.540 It was, I believe he was.

00:32:19.460 I think some of the times, not when it was brought out, but the videos he made and what he made was clearly he was doing lots of drugs.

00:32:27.880 He's sitting there smoking, I guess, crack or whatever he smokes.

00:32:30.640 He's doing drugs nonstop.

00:32:31.840 So the videos themselves, the still pictures themselves, and a lot of the messaging going back by people who were trying to help him at the time, clearly he's on a bad run, very bad run.

00:32:44.580 I don't know what any of those text messages entail.

00:32:47.520 I don't know.

00:32:48.000 I don't know any of that stuff.

00:32:48.920 I'm not, I mean, I haven't, I don't have the knowledge of that.

00:32:53.020 You just haven't done the due diligence yet?

00:32:54.840 I guess.

00:32:56.320 And you haven't read the diary?

00:32:58.520 I have not.

00:32:58.980 Would this, would this, do you believe that you have a fiduciary responsibility for your daughter to basically check into all that and make sure you know all the facts?

00:33:07.140 We know these are facts.

00:33:08.400 Like this stuff is, is real stuff.

00:33:10.360 It's not like.

00:33:11.820 Well, we know it's real stuff because two reasons we know it's real stuff.

00:33:14.980 Remember, they attack people nonstop.

00:33:16.940 They went to, to, to, to, uh, the FBI kicked down the door of Veritas on the diary and rolled the head of Veritas out of the rack at five o'clock in the morning when this, when the diary came out, uh, the same with the laptop from hell.

00:33:29.740 They had 51 intelligence officials that said, uh, a couple of days before the 2020, during the debate of 2020, that this was all Russian disinformation.

00:33:40.040 Joe Biden actually stood in front of the American people and said it was all a lie.

00:33:44.320 It was all Russian disinformation and that the intelligence service has proven that tomorrow night.

00:33:49.220 I, I assume that president Trump is going to confront Joe Biden with this very issue that he looked the American people in the eye and lied to him because they knew it was, they knew it was real.

00:33:58.100 Now, why do we know it's real?

00:33:59.680 Because in the trial that, that Hunter Biden just went through the government, the U S government presented it, put the laptop in certain elements of the laptop in his evidence.

00:34:09.860 And it wasn't questioned by Hunter's they had questioned forever, but it was not questioned by Hunter's attorneys.

00:34:15.380 Also, you just heard Noel Frisch that there's a woman right now in jail for actually, I think her roommate in the therapy center for taking the diary and trying to sell it.

00:34:25.740 And, uh, and they have out and they have verified that the diary is true.

00:34:30.040 Now people are not saying there, no one's saying that Ashley Biden is giving a true representation of what actually happened.

00:34:39.240 That can only come from Ashley Biden and from Joe Biden, but the nature of the diary is shocking.

00:34:45.380 In and of itself, it's one of the reasons they've always tried to downplay it for the simple reason.

00:34:49.620 She's clearly traumatized because of what happened to her or what she did later in her life, right?

00:34:54.980 Her addictions, her, her issues with sex addiction.

00:34:57.320 This is what she's talking about in the diary and that that must've been traumatized.

00:35:01.440 She must've been traumatized from something earlier in her life, but only she at the end of the day can say that.

00:35:06.320 But the fact of it is very salacious and it sounds, uh, it, it sounds dangerous.

00:35:11.880 Bernie Carrick and, uh, Rudy Giuliani went to Delaware with the laptop from hell.

00:35:18.500 The information that was on the hard drive to take it to the attorney general, the local county official and the attorney general of the state at the time when it was released back in October of 2020 to say that according to law there,

00:35:32.440 and I think the law is named after Bo Biden because the whole Bo Biden center is about protecting children that people that are first responders are police authorities,

00:35:41.680 including educators.

00:35:42.640 Dr.

00:35:43.060 Joe Biden has a legal obligation to immediately turn all of this over to the authorities, which they had not done.

00:35:49.920 So this thing is quite dark and, and very, very serious, and I'm sure it's going to get fully vetted, uh, in this presidential campaign because I think this is going to be a central part of it.

00:36:00.160 That's why I believe your book is going to be one of the most controversial and they're going to come for you.

00:36:07.720 They just are because I think they're feeling you crossed the Rubicon and in doing this to show your daughter that you're standing up for her.

00:36:14.220 And there's a historical record of what you did.

00:36:16.720 They won't look at it as like that.

00:36:18.200 They will look at it as that you're, you, you have allowed, uh, nefarious forces that are anti Biden to actually take this and start to weaponize it.

00:36:28.760 Well, I think that, you know, if, if I wouldn't have been put in a situation, then that wouldn't have been the case.

00:36:33.900 And how did you get put in the situation?

00:36:35.460 Cause she got abandoned. 1.00

00:36:36.640 Yeah.

00:36:37.740 Yeah.

00:36:38.120 The abandonment, the, the unacknowledgement of Navy, you know, if you just do the right thing, then,

00:36:42.820 then you can't have these conspiracies or, or whatever else.

00:36:47.540 Is there any chance, is there anything they can do now to convince you not to, this book is not, it's finished, but it doesn't actually get published.

00:36:56.480 I guess it's in printing.

00:36:57.520 It doesn't get published.

00:36:58.560 And we can get the cover of the book out of the shadows.

00:37:00.700 It's not technically published till mid August.

00:37:04.580 If they were to come to you with money or they come to you, yes, we didn't realize that this was this traumatic.

00:37:09.460 We didn't realize your security situation would, is there anything that would have you pulled this from publication?

00:37:17.520 I don't even think that's allowed.

00:37:19.800 I don't, I don't know how that whole process goes.

00:37:21.940 I just know that, you know, I, I didn't, I didn't do this for money.

00:37:25.040 So I won't, I won't take money.

00:37:26.280 You didn't do this for money.

00:37:27.180 No.

00:37:27.440 So I'm not going to take money in exchange.

00:37:28.920 People and people in the, in the, on the left and Twitter, et cetera, say you're a gold digger.

00:37:33.260 That would not be correct.

00:37:34.360 Well, if someone were to offer me money to not public, publish a book when I'm not, I'm not publishing it for money.

00:37:40.060 I'm publishing it to tell my story to my daughter and to stand up for, you know, my story and, and me, then what would that say to take money in exchange for my, my story?

00:37:49.880 That takes that complete motive away.

00:37:52.520 Do you believe, given your experience in the state of Arkansas about don't cross the Clintons, do you believe that in the publication of this book and now going on a book tour that you might have ironically or inadvertently, uh, put Navy Joan and actually into more danger?

00:38:09.860 It's, it's scary to think of, but I mean, yes, being in the public eye does that.

00:38:14.740 I think in general, especially, you know, when, when dealing in a situation like this, where, you know, you're telling your personal story, but it does have to do with a first grandchild and a first son and the president.

00:38:27.300 So it, it, you know, there's that, there's that line where you want, it's personal, but it can be used as political.

00:38:34.280 And so, um, yeah, it's, it's scary and it's, it's something that, um, definitely scares me.

00:38:39.720 And so what is your recommendation?

00:38:43.520 What can be done with that?

00:38:44.400 If it's scary, your, your number one thing in your life is the protection of your daughter.

00:38:47.780 The number two thing is to make sure she's raised in a healthy environment and gets to be the woman that she can become. 0.98

00:38:54.220 Correct.

00:38:54.740 That that's the center.

00:38:55.580 That's the organizing principle of your life.

00:38:57.480 Right.

00:38:58.440 If there's even a scintilla of possibility that could put her in more danger, what would you think to do now?

00:39:04.640 I mean, it's, we don't, she don't have, you know, secret service.

00:39:07.500 I would hire a private security.

00:39:09.420 I would do what's needed to protect my daughter.

00:39:11.600 I always will.

00:39:13.020 If, if it comes to that point, that's obviously.

00:39:15.940 Have you made the case?

00:39:17.240 Have you made the case or tried to make the case to the Biden family?

00:39:20.400 Not as first family, but the Biden family personally and the grandmother and the grandfather about having, making sure she has adequate, uh, protection.

00:39:29.340 Security.

00:39:29.540 My attorney has, my attorney has brought it to their attention.

00:39:32.020 And nothing.

00:39:32.680 Nothing.

00:39:33.020 I believe it just gets disregarded.

00:39:34.800 Why do you think they disregard it?

00:39:36.280 I don't, I don't know.

00:39:37.060 The same reason they disregard her.

00:39:38.780 I'm not sure.

00:39:41.180 If you could talk to Jake Tapper and Dana Bash tomorrow night, who are the moderators, and we'll ask the questions to Joe Biden.

00:39:50.240 What, if you had a chance to give them one question for Joe Biden, what would be that question?

00:39:55.580 Why?

00:40:00.180 Why?

00:40:02.120 Why, why, why, why not acknowledge a granddaughter and embrace her from the beginning?

00:40:07.220 I don't see, it's like, you know, I talked to, um, a girl, a woman the other day whose father ran for president.

00:40:18.000 And, you know, they're, you put the two and two together.

00:40:20.880 The vice president nominee had a child that, you know, got pregnant out of wedlock.

00:40:26.060 And they embrace that, right?

00:40:29.160 That's, it humanizes a family to, you know, be able to relate to the American people.

00:40:33.960 The American people, people get pregnant out of wedlock all the time. 0.78

00:40:37.060 And you, you embrace those things, no matter what they are.

00:40:40.160 And especially when it comes to family.

00:40:42.180 So I don't, I don't understand.

00:40:44.460 That would, that would be my question.

00:40:46.140 Why?

00:40:48.700 Would you want that answer for yourself and Navy Joan?

00:40:51.340 Or do you think that answer is important for people in this country to understand before they vote?

00:40:58.820 Well, saying that, I'm not thinking about, I wasn't thinking about the political standpoint.

00:41:03.920 I was saying that because, you know, I think that I want that answer.

00:41:06.800 I know someday Navy will too.

00:41:08.480 And when she's old enough to see everything and understand everything, she's going to have that question.

00:41:12.720 Why?

00:41:13.880 Well, you know, what, what did, what was wrong with her? 1.00

00:41:17.280 Why wasn't she good enough? 0.57

00:41:19.340 That's, those are questions she's going to ask someday, tough questions.

00:41:22.440 And that's, that's hard as a mother to know that she's going to have those questions someday.

00:41:27.580 And I don't think of it.

00:41:29.300 And I understand it's, it's, it's political, but I don't think of it as a political standpoint.

00:41:32.980 I think of it as personal.

00:41:34.000 When that's my question that I would ask you, selfishly,

00:41:37.240 that is personal.

00:41:40.100 If she was to ask you at the time, you know,

00:41:42.140 she's five and a couple of years when her consciousness will be even more.

00:41:46.480 And she, as she sees her grandparents in, in, in,

00:41:49.820 in this very loving environment back in Arkansas,

00:41:52.000 when she asked you that question, what is your answer now to her?

00:41:56.640 I can't speak on why they've done what they've done.

00:41:59.740 I can't speak on, you know, the behaviors of other people.

00:42:02.940 All I can do is it's like I've said from the beginning, I've shown her love.

00:42:07.100 I always will.

00:42:08.040 I will let her know that she is loved.

00:42:09.800 And my family goes above and beyond to do that.

00:42:11.760 However, you know, if someday that she hates her father or however,

00:42:18.020 whatever feelings she will have towards him, that will be based on him and his actions

00:42:22.920 and, and what he chooses to do with, as his, with his relationship with his daughter,

00:42:27.620 how he chooses to be a father.

00:42:28.920 Go to Amazon for the book out of the shadows.

00:42:32.140 Do you have social media?

00:42:33.180 Do you have, you do?

00:42:34.100 Can we get your, what's your social media?

00:42:35.800 It's London town, L U N D E N town underscore at, at it's on Instagram. 1.00

00:42:42.360 I want to thank you for coming here.

00:42:44.040 We've never done this over two hours, but it's that important.

00:42:46.360 The book is pretty shocking.

00:42:47.840 And, um, your daughter seems like absolutely amazing.

00:42:51.520 I mean, just, just incredible.

00:42:53.200 She is.

00:42:53.740 Thank you.

00:42:54.600 Bravo Zulu.

00:42:55.640 Great job.

00:42:56.180 Uh, we look forward to having you back as we get closer to publication day,

00:42:59.460 but you're making a commitment right now.

00:43:01.220 There is nothing that will get you to pull this book.

00:43:03.580 No pressure, no money.

00:43:05.480 I don't think that's an option to pull a book.

00:43:07.560 I didn't know you could even do that.

00:43:09.780 Everything's after it's, after it's written and you've signed everything.

00:43:13.700 It's, it's published.

00:43:14.700 One more time.

00:43:15.380 What's your social media?

00:43:16.240 London town.

00:43:17.480 Okay.

00:43:17.820 L U N D E N. 1.00

00:43:18.860 Thank you so much for coming in.

00:43:20.080 Appreciate it.

00:43:20.680 I know it was tough, but it's, uh, it was fantastic.

00:43:23.880 Okay.

00:43:24.080 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:43:25.280 We're going to be back in to wrap up the morning edition of the Worm in just a moment.

00:43:29.420 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:43:31.060 Let's take down the CC.

00:43:33.340 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.

00:43:38.960 First, think back to nine 11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:43:43.400 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email

00:43:48.700 and tracking our movement across the internet.

00:43:50.980 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter, strategic intelligence

00:43:56.380 and New York times bestselling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this

00:44:02.000 governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:44:04.660 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:44:12.660 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,

00:44:19.460 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:44:22.780 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:44:28.860 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming

00:44:35.720 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:44:41.480 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:44:47.080 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:49.080 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:44:52.780 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.

00:44:58.440 Okay, welcome back.

00:44:59.660 We have Mike Davis.

00:45:00.600 A lot more going on.

00:45:02.960 MTG was a broken woman this morning, right? 0.94

00:45:05.400 She was in shock about what happened.

00:45:08.620 You're not really, though.

00:45:09.740 Although this has been the Article 3 big fight against the sociopathic tech overlords,

00:45:15.900 you were always a little concerned about this one, right?

00:45:18.040 Yeah, I mean, I did not feel like this was the strongest case for the court.

00:45:23.780 And I agree with the dissent written by Justice Alito and my former boss, Justice Gorsuch and Justice Thomas,

00:45:30.780 that there's a clear First Amendment violation here when the government colludes with these big tech platforms to censor, silence, de-platform, and cancel Americans,

00:45:41.560 those with whom they disagree, especially on COVID.

00:45:45.420 But the majority opinion is written by, you know, it's written by a law professor.

00:45:52.560 And she said that the plaintiff somehow did not have standing here, right?

00:45:57.000 And so she said that they were seeking an injunction.

00:46:00.480 And injunctions are forward-looking, not backward-looking.

00:46:03.120 Given everything we had on the 2020, how does it get to the Supreme Court and you actually can argue standing?

00:46:08.200 I thought all that stuff was vetted in the cert, just to take it on, that those issues about standing were actually solved.

00:46:15.020 Is that not the case?

00:46:16.100 No, courts always have to make sure that they have standing.

00:46:18.760 Their own independent judgment.

00:46:20.460 It's part of their jurisdiction.

00:46:21.280 They have to decide whether they have standing.

00:46:24.120 And in this case, what the majority opinion does is it says because the government censored in the past in 2021 and 2022,

00:46:36.640 you know, essentially they don't, there's not evidence that the Biden regime is going to censor in the future in 2024.

00:46:45.700 Essentially, they censored in the past and they, you know, they closed down their censorship regime.

00:46:51.360 And so there's no standing here.

00:46:52.520 That means your watchdog even becomes more important in Article 3.

00:46:56.140 Yeah.

00:46:56.400 Real quickly, we have still 16 more to go in only two days.

00:46:59.980 They don't have a conference tomorrow.

00:47:01.200 You are the belief, MSNBC and CNN is not.

00:47:03.740 They think they'll go into next week.

00:47:05.080 Your belief is everything will get done by Friday?

00:47:07.700 They could go into next week, but they haven't, the Supreme Court has not set another conference for tomorrow.

00:47:13.800 So that means they've already decided the cases and everything's resolved.

00:47:17.420 I think they're going to put out, I think they're holding back on putting out cases because of the debate.

00:47:22.300 And I think they're going to put out a bunch of cases on Friday.

00:47:24.760 And you believe that'll be the Chevron deference, also Fisher and immunity.

00:47:29.020 Yeah.

00:47:29.480 And those are two.

00:47:30.240 Well, Chevron could come out tomorrow because that doesn't affect Trump.

00:47:33.440 Right.

00:47:33.640 But I do think that they're going to wait until Friday on presidential immunity and Fisher.

00:47:38.280 But doesn't that actually, wouldn't you argue that that's getting into the politics and supporting Biden instead of coming out tomorrow?

00:47:44.960 And let's just have a debate.

00:47:46.400 And that's the problem with the, look, I like and respect the chief justice, but that's the entire problem with his approach.

00:47:52.420 You were out, you were out there today and there was protests when we started because they thought anything could drop.

00:47:58.260 Do you anticipate if Fisher goes our way and if immunity is even some sort of limited immunity, you think we'll have some ruckus outside the Supreme Court on Friday?

00:48:07.680 Probably, just because that's what leftists do. 1.00

00:48:09.860 They're a pain in the ass. 1.00

00:48:11.080 Are you concerned still about the safety and security? 1.00

00:48:13.880 We just had a woman in here for two hours that's been abandoned by the Biden family. 1.00

00:48:18.620 Do you still, are you still concerned?

00:48:20.220 Because you were the tip, you and Mark pay a letter for the last couple of years, have been the tip of this thing, this issue of the security of the Supreme Court.

00:48:27.840 Are you concerned, given the monumental nature of these decisions, these rulings that will come out of their security?

00:48:34.740 Yeah, I mean, I could say this publicly now.

00:48:36.540 It's now that they've largely fixed the security.

00:48:39.900 Supreme Court justices before did not have security details, which is shocking to most Americans when they hear this.

00:48:47.320 Supreme Court justices, when they travel outside of D.C., they can request U.S. marshal details, but oftentimes they did not.

00:48:56.840 That's, remember, with Justice Scalia.

00:48:58.540 He didn't have a detail when he passed away in remote Texas.

00:49:02.240 When they're inside of D.C., the jurisdiction changes to the Supreme Court police.

00:49:08.260 And before recently, very recently, the Supreme Court justices did not have protective details.

00:49:13.620 And when I was the chief counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee, I pushed very hard and made them fix this.

00:49:20.260 Because I saw when Justice Gorsuch was the nominee, he had very good 24-7, 365 protection.

00:49:28.140 The second he was confirmed, that protection went away.

00:49:31.480 It's bizarre.

00:49:32.180 Yeah.

00:49:32.500 Where do people go, Article III?

00:49:33.880 The next 48 hours, you're going to be in the mix on this thing.

00:49:37.080 Where do people go?

00:49:37.780 Article 3project.org, Article 3project.org.

00:49:41.340 Follow us on social media.

00:49:45.900 You've got a Substack also.

00:49:47.520 They get that there by going to Article 3?

00:49:49.300 Yeah.

00:49:49.600 We put out.

00:49:50.120 It's Mike Davis on Substack.

00:49:51.980 I just put out a piece this morning talking about what the Supreme Court's going to be doing this week on these monumental cases.

00:49:59.140 Deputy Attorney General, White House counsel, or just Viceroy?

00:50:02.320 Viceroy.

00:50:02.900 Viceroy.

00:50:03.640 The Viceroy speaketh.

00:50:05.820 Mike Davis, great.

00:50:06.640 Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

00:50:07.500 Thank you.

00:50:07.980 Our own Mike Davis.

00:50:08.940 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.

00:50:10.560 Julie Kelly, Jeff Clark, the whole team.

00:50:12.800 Mike Lindell, huge developments in Wisconsin.

00:50:17.560 Gableman last night on the 6 o'clock show followed you at 5 and said, hey, if you do not remove, because the process is there,

00:50:24.180 if you do not remove Robin Voss, that Donald J. Trump will not win Wisconsin.

00:50:30.040 We just had MTG in here about Georgia.

00:50:33.980 Wren's going to join us later about Arizona.

00:50:35.760 What in the hell is going on, brother?

00:50:37.160 And you got a minute on that because I got to sell pillows for a minute.

00:50:41.020 Well, everybody, yeah, this is a big win.

00:50:43.300 And the importance of getting rid of Robin Voss.

00:50:47.260 Remember, I've been telling everyone for three years, he's tied with Brad Rasmussen, the biggest blocker.

00:50:53.060 When I say blocker, that means blocking what goes on to make sure our elections are secure.

00:50:58.700 That's the number one thing.

00:51:00.160 Robin Voss has blocked everything he can to make Wisconsin's election not free, fair, and secure.

00:51:06.100 And him out of the way, I'm telling you, even the things we're trying to do, the in courts in Wisconsin to get things secure for the 2024 election,

00:51:15.800 this is like a breath of fresh air.

00:51:17.940 And it's going to be amazing.

00:51:19.900 And we're going to keep fighting.

00:51:21.340 We're not letting up the gas pedal, Steve.

00:51:30.020 I told Mike – I told Mike he owns Wisconsin between now and November 5th.

00:51:34.640 Mike, sell me a pillow, brother.

00:51:36.240 We've got about 60 seconds.

00:51:37.640 Yeah, you guys, we've got – we've run because of the Robin Vossing.

00:51:40.300 I've been so busy, I haven't had a chance to put up the other specials.
