Bannon's War Room - Episode 3737： Recap Of The Week; Dems Forcing A Regime Change

00:00:00.000 I had a bad night. I had a bad night. And the fact of the matter is that, you know, it was I screwed up. I made a mistake. And but I learned from my father when you get knocked down, just get back up, get back up.

00:00:17.060 And, you know, we're going to do we're going to win this election. We're going to just beat Donald Trump like we did in 2020. We're going to beat him again. But we but we need all of you to get this done. All of you. Look, I came back from I was in a situation where why I didn't have a good debate to show the president losing support since his unsettling debate performance.

00:00:41.140 It's not surprising, but still showing up in the data. According to a New York Times Siena poll today, Donald Trump now leads Biden by six percent among likely voters nationally, a three point swing to Trump from just a week earlier before the debate.

00:00:54.660 That is, by the way, the largest lead Donald Trump has ever recorded in that Times poll going back to 2015. Not great.

00:01:03.940 Even more disturbingly, 74 percent of registered voters agree with the statement Joe Biden is just too old to be an effective president.

00:01:11.560 Including nearly two thirds of Democrats would have been nice if they pulled how other names might perform the presidential race. They didn't. Right now, President Biden's a story.

00:01:20.860 The nomination is his to accept. He won the delegates. He ran in the primary. He won it or to decline.

00:01:27.320 And while the flood of skeptics is rising with yet another major newspaper, this time the Boston Globe, calling on Biden about the election, the White House press secretary trumpeted Biden's upcoming schedule of interviews and meeting with party leaders and said he was unmoved by the

00:01:40.920 growing questions and criticism.

00:01:42.840 Is President Biden considering stepping down? Absolutely. Absolutely not.

00:01:49.440 What steps would the president be taking or would you as a team plan to try to prevent another episode in public that would be deemed worrisome?

00:01:59.160 I would not call it an episode. I would call it we had a bad night. Right. It was not his best night.

00:02:08.000 He had a cold. He was jet lagged. You heard directly from the president about this.

00:02:13.480 And when we get back, when we get knocked down, when he gets knocked down, he gets right back up.

00:02:18.440 And that's what I would I that's what I would focus on.

00:02:23.320 Biden also participated in a campaign call today where he reportedly told staffers I'm running.

00:02:28.340 No one's pushing me out. I'm not leaving. I'm in this race. The end. And we're going to win.

00:02:32.240 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going to the evil on these people.

00:02:45.280 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.

00:02:51.560 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:02:55.580 It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:02:59.580 MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:03:07.060 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:03:10.800 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:03:17.220 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:03:25.620 Welcome to the War Room. Dave Brat sitting in for Stephen K.

00:03:29.580 Bannon. I said I'd start every show in honor of Steve. He's got the sign of the cross behind him

00:03:34.820 on the War Room in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We're going after the truth

00:03:39.540 on this show, the truth that will save this republic.

00:03:44.480 And I just want to open this show with a reminder. Stephen K.

00:03:48.660 Bannon said, don't send me mail. Don't send me heartfelt letters.

00:03:52.840 There's no time for crying in the War Room. That's Steve himself.

00:03:57.020 What he wants us to do is redouble our efforts and to keep this War Room churning out powerful

00:04:04.260 information that motivates us all to take action. And so that's what we have lined up today.

00:04:09.660 That's what we're going to do every day.

00:04:12.480 Let me start off, though, just with a couple of preliminary remarks.

00:04:15.800 We need you to spread this platform, right? With Steve out, you all know, when Steve goes

00:04:20.160 on a rant, no one else can do that. I can't do that. I'm not Steve. No one can pull off

00:04:26.400 what he does on a daily basis. I'm reading 20 papers and scanning everything the way he does

00:04:31.060 to do our best. We've got a great team here with Grace and Mo and Cameron and the Denver crew

00:04:37.520 all doing great work to keep this show going full speed ahead. We need you. You have to share this

00:04:43.560 platform with everybody so we make the numbers increase, right? Stephen K. Bannon right now,

00:04:50.260 as a reminder, on July 4, on Independence Day, is in jail. So everyone says they love Steve. What

00:04:58.660 does it mean to love someone, right? In the Judeo-Christian West, when God loved us, he gave

00:05:05.980 his own son. It was a sacrifice of extraordinary grace. And so for Steve, on a human level, let us

00:05:16.560 all pitch in here, right? What were the founders doing in 1776? They were battling it out against

00:05:23.140 the greatest empire on this earth, right? So July 4, right, as Steve would say, go grab your hot dog,

00:05:28.820 enjoy the family, celebrate, but get back to work. We got work to do.

00:05:34.220 Just want to go over a brief review of what we covered. Last week, we had Kevin Roberts on.

00:05:40.820 We went through a highly rational discussion of what it means to save the republic.

00:05:46.240 And the left went hyperbolic on that messaging. The basic message was a republic differs from a

00:05:52.880 democracy. We believe in the Judeo-Christian tradition enshrined minority rights into the 0.68

00:06:00.260 Bill of Rights, minority rights. Every individual. We're a nation of individuals under the law.

00:06:05.560 And it was that law came straight from Exodus, Deuteronomy, et cetera, right? I think Deuteronomy

00:06:10.760 is the most cited book by the founders. So we have a continuous tradition of caring for the rest of the

00:06:17.860 world. We follow that Judeo-Christian tradition. It made us the most powerful country, the wealthiest

00:06:26.120 country. We've been blessed beyond all comprehension. And then the Christians got a little 1.00

00:06:31.820 Minnesota nice and got stupid, right? We gave our universities away to the secular crew that don't 1.00

00:06:38.920 have a worldview, right? The word secular, there is no such thing as a secular worldview. You need to

00:06:43.360 define that. And there's open society folks, right? The Karl Poppers and the Soroses and the open 0.54

00:06:50.000 societies and the foundations. It sounds nice, open, open, open. But it turns out the open society

00:06:57.880 people are closed to Russia, Russian culture, China culture, India culture, Christianity, Judaism,

00:07:06.600 Islam. So seven of the eight billion people on this world live out a religious worldview. And that's what

00:07:14.520 this fight is about. And it's a fight, right? These things are not reconcilable. The Marxist worldview is

00:07:20.900 not reconcilable with a Judeo-Christian. We tried. We were accommodative. We gave away the shop in order 1.00

00:07:30.880 that we could have a peaceful society. But now the minority rights folks are sexualizing our kids 1.00

00:07:38.180 in kindergarten, through the third grade, at young, young ages in ways that no one could imagine.

00:07:46.800 The trajectory of our language has changed. No one had a hard time envisioning what it meant to fight

00:07:51.980 for this country and maintain liberty. There was no debate back at the revolutionary period, the Civil

00:07:56.800 War period, World War II against Hitler. And so all of this, it's just making us double down,

00:08:02.360 right? And get our first principles back in mind. On the Hitler piece, right, that always comes out as

00:08:09.880 the ultimate moral arbiter, right? Whoever can throw Hitler in effectively. Hitler, just as a reminder, 0.89

00:08:16.000 was a communist in 1919, and then joined up with a German nationalist party. And he's the one that

00:08:24.840 injected the term socialism in, right? National socialism. So he wasn't a Marxist socialist. He went,

00:08:31.000 he flipped it to the racist socialism. It is anti-Semitism, no bounds, right? The US Republic

00:08:39.700 is set up precisely to combat that. So that can never happen again. But that does not mean we give

00:08:46.040 up our ideals. Our ideals are always up. And the war room knows that. And so that's the fight before us.

00:08:53.280 We've got some great guests. We got Mark Mitchell coming right up. We got Patty Lyman,

00:08:57.220 the Republican chair to the convention. We got Mike Davis. Everybody's going to kind of give us a

00:09:03.040 week in review. There was so much news coming out of the courts. It's hard to keep track of it. And

00:09:08.400 then all the politics. And then, of course, the debate. And then the Democratic Party is in absolute

00:09:14.040 turmoil. So Stephen K. Bannon likes telling the truth. And part of the truth is gathering the receipts.

00:09:21.200 Just what do the numbers say? Where do we stand? And time to take a good hard look. Where do we stand?

00:09:27.920 What do we have to do going forward? And so for that, there's no better person to step in. Mark

00:09:32.000 Mitchell, why don't you give us the biggest bullet points you're watching right now in the polling

00:09:37.060 for Rasmussen doing a great job? And then we'll chime in a little bit and we'll probably go through

00:09:43.420 the break for sure. So Mark, tee us up. We just be basking in the utter chaos caused by this debate

00:09:51.980 last week. It's just, I mean, it has to be one of the biggest things that possibly could have been

00:09:55.760 happened in this cycle. And it's going to upset the horse cart in a way that I don't think anybody

00:10:00.660 has really been able to wrestle with. Now I would, I would caution the viewers about looking at really

00:10:07.480 early, you know, new 2024 matchup numbers. Our new numbers are coming out next week. I think it's,

00:10:13.520 it's really too early to understand what happened, you know, from a pre and post debate perspective,

00:10:18.900 but I'll tell you, American voters gave us a report card of the debate and it was absolutely

00:10:24.760 horrible. And as you listen to these numbers, forget about Democrat voters. The Democrats decided

00:10:30.000 the Democrat voters shouldn't have a say in who their presidential candidate was going to be this time 0.99

00:10:34.660 around. But imagine being a billionaire donor that gives to Democrats or imagine being a Democrat

00:10:41.560 congressman or Republican, somebody that's running with a presidential candidate right on top of their

00:10:47.200 name on the ballot. Keep those people in mind as you listen to some of these numbers. So American

00:10:52.900 likely voters told us that Donald Trump won the debate by an astounding 57% to 22%. That is a 35 point

00:11:03.380 margin. When pre debate, it was only a 10 point margin. So in one week, American swung 25 points.

00:11:11.780 It's just absolutely incredible. And the worst thing for the Democrats is who are the people that

00:11:17.580 changed their minds the most? Now I will say 88% of the electorate told us that they watched at least

00:11:24.240 some of that debate. People were watching 53% said they watched all of it. Men pre debate 12% more said

00:11:33.280 Trump would win. Post debate 44%. That's a 32 point swing. Black voters, pre debate, 0.83

00:11:41.260 pre debate, black voters said that Biden was going to win by 34 points. Post debate,

00:11:47.560 they say Trump won by nine. That's a 43 point swing. And Democrats was the big one from Trump down 52 to

00:11:55.200 Trump down 20, a 32 point swing. So post debate, only 45% of Democrats say Joe Biden won. 25% say

00:12:04.940 Donald Trump won. Of course, there's a whole lot of not sure because they can't just bring themselves

00:12:09.160 to say it. But here's the big one. After the debate, many commentators said that Joe Biden should step

00:12:15.120 aside as this year's presidential candidate and let the Democratic Party choose another candidate

00:12:19.900 instead. Agree or disagree. 55% of voters agree with that statement. 38% strongly. Only 36% disagree.

00:12:28.940 Now in the matchups, Biden's getting 40, 41%. But now only 36% of voters say he shouldn't step aside.

00:12:37.820 And the Democrat numbers are 48% agree. Now 48% of Democrats that Joe Biden should step aside,

00:12:45.340 the party should pick somebody else. Only 45% disagree. Black voters, 57% agree to only 36% disagree.

00:12:55.100 18 to 39 year olds, 74% agree. Only 20% of 18 to 39 year olds don't think the Democrats should pick

00:13:04.500 another candidate. And the last one out of this set, if Joe Biden were to step aside, would the Democrats

00:13:10.380 be better off making Vice President Kamala Harris their candidate or should they choose someone else? 1.00

00:13:15.980 And this is the beauty of the situation the Democrats found themselves in. 50% of voters say

00:13:21.900 they should choose someone else. Only 33% say Kamala Harris. So fewer people want Kamala Harris to be the 0.63

00:13:28.700 replacement as say should disagree that Joe Biden step aside. So she's basically doing worse than Biden is.

00:13:36.140 And then Democrat voters, only 45% of Democrats want Kamala. 39% want somebody else. So it's a slight

00:13:43.340 plurality in her favor. Of course, independence, it's 25% want Kamala. 55% don't, even black voters. 49% of black 1.00

00:13:53.820 voters want Kamala. That's really low considering she is ostensibly the diversity candidate. But 39% of black 1.00

00:14:01.180 voters say the Democrats should choose someone else. Women, only 34% for Kamala, 50% someone else. 0.99

00:14:08.620 So this is just, I mean, just a resounding and utter horrifying defeat for Joe Biden. They're not

00:14:15.260 going to be able to, listen, if it was a cold, if it was jet lag, you know, Americans going into this

00:14:19.660 debate, they had concerns about Joe Biden's age. I mean, this just seals the deal.

00:14:23.980 Yeah. Mark Mitchell, we're going to pull you back right after the break as well. Thanks for that

00:14:30.780 baseline. And then maybe we'll dig into a little bit. It's probably too early to tell, right? But

00:14:36.540 it, you know, my neck was hurting from whiplash following the gyrations of the mainstream media

00:14:42.540 and who they were for. And I'd be interested in your take on how powerful that mainstream media

00:14:48.460 penetration into the voters' minds is. So think on that over the break and stay with the war room.

00:14:55.420 We'll be right back with Mark Mitchell. Can your savings weather an economic storm? Think about

00:15:01.820 what you've put away for the future. Inflation can render cash worthless. Real estate can crash like in

00:15:09.580 2008. Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards. There are very few

00:15:16.000 physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time. Gold has withstood this as a

00:15:22.880 valued form of money for millennia. I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:29.520 It's why people are flocking to it now. Why Birch Gold is busier than ever. Through a little known

00:15:34.620 tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical

00:15:41.600 gold. And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket. Let me repeat that. It doesn't cost

00:15:47.600 you a penny out of pocket. To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon,

00:15:52.880 B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold. Let me ask you this again. Can your IRA or

00:16:03.280 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming? If it can't, call the people I trust. That's

00:16:18.360 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:26.560 Back in the War Room with Dave Brat sitting in with Stephen K. Bannon and just honored to have

00:16:32.460 Patty Lyman in the house with us at the War Room. Patty's a Major League Republican champion, 0.78

00:16:39.840 going to be representing our country at the National Convention. All political views of my own.

00:16:46.880 But I've got to see her in action, giving a few speeches. She lights up the room.

00:16:52.160 And she's just a powerful force for all the great principles that America stands for. 0.93

00:16:57.200 And today, we really want to get her into, for a little political prognostication, a week in review.

00:17:03.220 It's been a week. No, I don't think anybody's got it all in their head and what it all means.

00:17:08.320 You just heard Mark Mitchell covering, you know, just the basics. And it takes, you know,

00:17:13.500 10 to 15 minutes just to cover the basics. So Patty, Herculean, live for you. But give us 1.00

00:17:18.580 your week in review. What are the most important points that the War Room posse needs to know

00:17:23.540 so that we can keep this show moving forward and our republic safe for the next generation?

00:17:29.280 Patty Lyman, fire away. 1.00

00:17:30.360 Thank you so much for having me, Dave. I appreciate it. When I was listening to Mark talk and he was

00:17:37.660 talking about the surveys about, is Joe Biden too old for this job, whatever, the issue isn't that

00:17:44.260 Joe Biden is too old for the job. When my favorite president, Donald Trump, is more than halfway

00:17:50.200 through his next term, when he's 81, he's going to be doing fine. He'll be on all four cylinders.

00:17:56.240 The problem with Joe Biden is that it's very, very clear he has dementia. But the bigger problem

00:18:03.820 with Joe Biden is even if he were of his right mind, David, he is ruining this country. He and

00:18:11.740 his party are hell bent on destroying the lives of regular people. They never, ever stop. I think

00:18:18.880 what's so important about this past week is that anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear

00:18:24.340 even Democrats, now understands that we don't have any middle ground with the party that Joe Biden

00:18:32.360 leads. We don't have any chance for compromise with these people. We have to defeat them so we can

00:18:40.320 intervene with policies that are good for everyone in America. We have to beat them and intervene. We

00:18:47.940 can't have any compromise with them. We won't come to any agreement. Because people around

00:18:54.200 us are hurting very, very badly. And it's not by accident. I listened to Harriet Hageman being

00:19:01.640 interviewed about the situation with Joe Biden. And I don't mind saying that I was instrumental.

00:19:07.880 I wrote the first draft that essentially kicked Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger out of the party.

00:19:13.780 And that started the dominoes to replacing Liz Cheney with Harriet Hageman. Harriet had brilliant points 1.00

00:19:21.040 to make, which is the issue isn't who's going to run for the Democrats or what, you know, what do we do

00:19:28.480 then? The issue is who is making decisions right now for this country? Who is deciding to withhold aid

00:19:37.680 from Israel? That's a conscious decision being made. Who is deciding to have more people than ever flood 0.99

00:19:44.620 into the southern border? We need investigations right now to find out who is making decisions in

00:19:50.780 this administration and stop the bleeding right now. We've got a national security crisis on our hands.

00:19:58.780 Yeah, outstanding. As Stephen K. Bannon says, we've got a national security crisis heading toward a

00:20:06.620 constitutional crisis based on the ideas you just laid out right there. Who is running, right? Who's

00:20:14.060 got their finger on the on the button? At this time, we just had Colonel retired John Mills on the other

00:20:20.780 day. I asked him to go over the four wars. You know, we had peace and prosperity under President Trump

00:20:27.020 just four years ago. I said, just cover the major, you know, four wars, Taiwan and Red Sea and Ukraine,

00:20:32.860 etc. And he covered 14, 14 hot spots blowing up right now, right with. And I asked him, you know,

00:20:40.300 we got American boots on the ground. And he said, Well, that depends on how you find it. But roughly

00:20:45.260 speaking, we're involved. And so and no one knows any of this. What what is your, you know, I agree with

00:20:53.100 you, you don't want to get down into the petty on the politics. But what's your estimation of the role

00:20:59.260 in the media on this? I can't make heads or tails, right? Because at first, everyone came out against

00:21:06.620 Biden after the speech. And then, you know, the next day, 12 hours later, Obama appears to have

00:21:13.180 come out and said, No, circle of wagons. And everybody's backed off. Now you got a trickling

00:21:20.460 again of Democrats going into the mainstream media. And this is risky business for them. This is their

00:21:24.780 life, right? If they oppose the president and say Biden won by some miracle, they're on the outs with

00:21:30.060 the president United States. Right. And so the conventional wisdom was the, you know, Biden's

00:21:36.460 got the the electoral votes, but Obama owns the media. And so what's your assessment of what is the

00:21:42.700 media doing? Who do they want? Who are they working for? That's, you know, that you teed it up that

00:21:47.820 that's the question, the globalists, and the globalists is not some simple calculation, right? It's the

00:21:53.100 Chinese, it's National Defense Establishment, it's Wall Street, it's Soros, it's Davos,

00:21:58.460 it's global billionaires all fighting for their own ends and purposes. And they work at cross

00:22:03.980 purposes. But in America, you know, Megaland, that is a working hypothesis. So those forces are pushing

00:22:12.620 things on the left. And so what's your analysis, where we stand right now with the media and these

00:22:19.020 billionaire class? Well, the media have all been made out to be total liars. They've been they're

00:22:26.460 not they were feigning surprise. They've not been surprised at any of this. I mean, Dave, we all know

00:22:31.740 it. It's Obama. It's been Obama. It's always been Obama. Let me ask you a question. What president can

00:22:39.740 you ever remember, who after his term in office, didn't go back home, wherever home is, didn't go

00:22:49.260 back home, but instead bought a house down the street from the White House and kept his operation

00:22:54.540 going a few blocks down from the White House and inserted his people in the White House. I mean,

00:23:01.580 come on. He's running the show. He's always been running the show. And I don't know what it is that

00:23:08.860 what his ideal is at this point. I mean, it's become a popular parlor game to say, oh, Michelle Obama is

00:23:14.700 going to run and she's going to win all this other nonsense. I don't know what he's going to do. But this

00:23:20.940 is what I know that our party needs to do, Dave. We need to straighten up, get serious, quit our nonsense

00:23:29.180 about criticizing Trump, this, that or the other. Oh, do I run from Trump? Oh, do I endorse Trump?

00:23:35.340 I mean, I'm tired of that. Donald Trump is the horse that we have to ride. And anybody that does

00:23:42.540 not get on board with him, the problem is them, not President Trump. And I'm tired of hearing people

00:23:48.620 talking about, oh, 11th commandment, Reagan's 11th commandment. That's nonsense. Reagan ran in

00:23:54.140 primaries all the time. He criticized other Republicans and Republicans that are trying to

00:23:59.020 undermine our nominee, our president. They did it through his whole term in office. They're still

00:24:05.020 doing it. We need to call them out and they need to get on board or go do something else.

00:24:10.460 Yeah. I'm in. I'm in. Patty Lyman, thank you for being with us. Give us your coordinates. But

00:24:15.500 I first want to also say, not only is he our horse, but he's the only horse that's strong enough

00:24:24.380 to make it through. Can you imagine? I mean, people play these false scenarios. You know,

00:24:29.340 I was friends with all the other folks, you know, DeSantis and whatever. I was very smart,

00:24:35.100 very capable. But oh, my word, what Trump has had to endure, no one else could have done it. Right.

00:24:41.260 A man of that Herculean strength was needed at this moment in time. And so, Patty, thanks for being

00:24:49.340 out. Give us your coordinates. How do people reach you? And then motivate the world. How do they spread the

00:24:53.340 word to keep this show blasting on all cylinders for Steve? They can reach me. I have a Facebook

00:24:59.020 page, Patty Lyman, RNC National Committee Woman for Virginia. I'm also at Patty Lyman on Getter,

00:25:05.740 and I think also on X. Everybody needs to spread the word. This program changed my life. I started

00:25:13.740 watching it right after the November 2020 elections. It changed my life in terms of what I'm aware of.

00:25:21.180 Everybody needs to share these links. Everybody needs to be on board. All hands on deck.

00:25:26.860 You got it. All right, Patty, back with Mark Mitchell right now. Thank you, Patty. That's a super job.

00:25:34.060 Mark, we just finished talking about some of the next sub themes. Keep us going with the numbers for

00:25:41.900 another couple of minutes, and then we'll conclude the polling.

00:25:47.420 Yeah. I mean, as Patty astutely pointed out, this is about the media. This isn't really about Joe Biden.

00:25:53.340 Even going into the debate, 57 percent of voters said over time he's getting less and less mentally

00:25:58.540 sharp. Only 34 percent said no. But people knew the media was covering it up. 60 percent of voters

00:26:04.380 said it's at least somewhat likely media is helping cover up evidence of President Biden's declining

00:26:09.900 mental sharpness. Now, the media has lost tons and tons of trust, but they still have

00:26:15.980 somewhat more trust with Democrats. Now, we all know the media has thrown their lot in with the

00:26:21.820 establishment candidate, and I think that's what's to look at. If you ask me about the race right now,

00:26:27.340 no current suggested Democrat candidate can beat Trump, is close to beating Trump in our numbers,

00:26:34.300 is even really doing better than Biden, to be honest. But what I will say is the most prominent

00:26:39.820 ones like Newsom and Harris, they actually poll worse against Trump than Joe Biden does. And the

00:26:47.420 reason that is, is because of Democrats. Democrats actually have lower favorability for Harris and

00:26:53.740 for Newsom and the independents and Republicans, very similar numbers with Biden. So the lift for the

00:26:59.740 media is going to be to convince the Democrats to swallow another candidate. But just for the record

00:27:05.900 breaking news media numbers is the problem of bias in the news media getting better or worse.

00:27:10.460 Nine percent say better. Sixty one percent say worse. Democrats, 14 percent better. Forty five percent

00:27:17.100 say worse. And no matter how much you hate the media, it's not enough. Forty five percent of Americans

00:27:22.860 agree with that statement. Only twenty eight percent disagree. So what's going to happen now?

00:27:27.100 Yeah. Yeah. They're going to have to get a new candidate over the line. 1.00

00:27:31.500 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Mark, thank you very much. Give us your coordinates and share how we reach

00:27:36.540 you and Rasmussen and all the great work you guys do. Yeah, we love being on Twitter and YouTube.

00:27:41.980 They're really great partners that help get information out there to voters who otherwise

00:27:46.540 wouldn't hear this information. So follow us at Rasmussen underscore poll and YouTube, too. I break all

00:27:51.980 these things down in the videos. Our biggest viewed video is actually about election integrity.

00:27:57.020 So come on over at Rasmussen underscore poll. Awesome. Mark Rasmussen, our thanks for bringing

00:28:03.100 the receipts, the truth and just great polling analysis as always. I think you're giving the war 0.93

00:28:09.660 room the prism through which we can look to see how we make strides forward to save this great country.

00:28:17.180 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts. First,

00:28:22.940 think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the

00:28:27.580 government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our

00:28:33.260 movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter,

00:28:38.780 Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author is warning about a coming event that could

00:28:44.940 elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on

00:28:50.700 the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move. If we

00:28:56.540 say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,

00:29:03.180 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will

00:29:08.940 happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend

00:29:15.180 of mine has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself

00:29:21.420 from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like

00:29:29.180 I've been in the past. Go to rickardswarroom.com. That's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video.

00:29:36.220 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:47.020 Back in the War Room with Stephen K. Bannon. Weekend Reviews segment. So much has happened this week.

00:29:53.180 It's hard to take in. It's hard to analyze. Stephen K. Bannon sees years around the corner.

00:29:58.460 And so without him at the helm, it's incumbent to bring in the A-team. And so we have Mike Davis coming in.

00:30:07.260 He's going to frame the Weekend Review. It's Independence Weekend, July 4th. Freedom is in the air.

00:30:15.020 Our constitutional republic is hanging. We need to keep it strong. And before we get it with Mike,

00:30:23.180 I just want to make one or two remarks on this freedom thing. I'm friends with a lot of freedom

00:30:28.060 people, right? Libertarians, free market people, etc. It's hard to have free markets when you don't

00:30:35.340 have free people, right? When you put the leading economist under the Trump team for China in jail,

00:30:42.220 and then you put the lead spokesman for the Trump campaign in 16, and the chief strategist who sees

00:30:51.020 most clearly around the corners, Stephen K. Bannon in jail, and then President Trump was supposed to

00:30:56.940 go to jail July 12th, but they're making political calculations. And so they string it out a little

00:31:02.460 bit. Mike might tell us what's going on there with the strategy. All political views are my own.

00:31:07.340 But this is just a call out because the whole country's watching, folks, to see who's got the

00:31:14.060 heart and love for this country and who's got some character and moral decency. All the freedom

00:31:19.100 people I don't see writing any letters in the main newspapers on behalf of Peter Navarro or Stephen

00:31:25.740 K. Bannon or speaking out or doing anything, right? And so this is this free market idea

00:31:32.860 where you get tax cuts for the rich and whatever. Hey, I'm on board that train with certain caveats,

00:31:38.780 right? Like you're not making the dole off of China. You're not a monopoly. You don't have a

00:31:44.220 guaranteed government contract, etc., right? Tax cuts work. But the freedom guys, you've got to

00:31:50.060 come clean here and support our heroes who we need in the fight right now for this message to hold

00:31:57.820 strong. And so Mike Davis, we're happy to have you on. Mike gave us the steps of the Supreme Court,

00:32:05.740 his Article 3, right? Article 3 is the judiciary, the courts. His project has just done incredible

00:32:13.260 work. And he's just been a firebrand, never scared to tell the truth. So, Mike, welcome to the war room,

00:32:19.180 as always, your crowd favorite. And so give us your best political highlights. Week in review,

00:32:25.180 what does it all mean? At the end of this week, where are we at?

00:32:28.060 President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was the

00:32:36.940 transformation of the left of center courts to the first constitutionalist Supreme Court in 90 years.

00:32:45.900 And this is critically important for our country, because just think about what these decisions would

00:32:52.460 be if we had Hillary Clinton replacing Justice Scalia on the Supreme Court with some leftist, 1.00

00:33:01.900 instead of President Trump replacing Justice Scalia on the court with Justice Neil Gorsuch,

00:33:09.100 my former boss. You also saw President Trump continue and complete that transformation

00:33:16.140 with the appointments of Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

00:33:20.380 And while these judges may disappoint us from time to time, no one can doubt the fact that we have

00:33:26.380 the first constitutionalist majority in 90 years. We saw some monumental six to three decisions that

00:33:33.500 came out of the Supreme Court. And just imagine if we had a Democrat-controlled Supreme Court,

00:33:39.260 we would still be locked up with the COVID lockdowns. We would still be wearing COVID masks. I mean,

00:33:45.740 this is, I always say this, this is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party. These aren't

00:33:51.500 liberals who disagree with us on the best way to get there and love America. They don't. These are

00:33:59.020 leftists. These are Marxists. And they hate America. They hate free speech. They believe in censorship.

00:34:05.420 They hate equality. They believe in equity. And they hate due process and equal protection under

00:34:13.180 the law. They believe in a politicized and weaponized justice system, whether it's Me Too justice,

00:34:19.660 the presumption of guilt, or whether it's this Biden-Democrat lawfare and election interference.

00:34:25.260 And we, yes, sir.

00:34:28.860 Let me stop you right there, because I agree with everything you just said. And for the people

00:34:33.020 listening, the leftist attack on all that thing, how would you, the thing that conservatives don't

00:34:40.220 understand, including myself, is what's the worldview at work there, right? Most Republicans go to work

00:34:47.580 every day. They're a small business. They work hard. They take care of their family. They don't have

00:34:53.420 time to go deep in the weeds like you do. Intellectuals do that work on these, on Article 3 issues all

00:34:59.820 day. What is the real-world view? Because you're right. In some sense, it's a Marxist attack, right? You

00:35:06.700 can clearly see the attack on God. There's no God in schools. And right when that starts happening, there's

00:35:13.100 an attack on the family, right? The family's out of whack right now with divorce rates and kids' 1.00

00:35:18.220 wedlock, et cetera. The public school system, I Googled the other day, Chicago, the poor kids in

00:35:23.820 Chicago, 12% are reading at grade level, right? 12% of third graders, of poor third graders in

00:35:32.540 Chicago, and similar around the whole thing, right? And we used to have liberals, like you said.

00:35:37.340 Hey, we all agree the kids got to read, right? The only thing that's going up with the cost of

00:35:44.540 education is the number of bureaucrats. And they're not working on reading and writing and

00:35:50.380 arithmetic. They're working on everything you just said. And so the Marxist piece,

00:35:55.100 right, wants to cut off God and any other higher-level ideals, right? They want power.

00:36:01.660 But how do you describe that world view that we're fighting so we can fight against it better?

00:36:07.740 Today's Marxists, today's leftists, they don't believe in God. Their God is power on earth.

00:36:14.620 And that's their goal. That's their God is power on earth. And their religion or strategy to get to

00:36:22.780 their goal or God of power on earth is Marxism. But they can't talk about that because Marxism's

00:36:29.180 not popular. So they try to do it through their various religious sects or tactics. And that is

00:36:36.860 chaos and division. And you see this with everything the Democrats do. They want to divide and conquer our

00:36:45.180 country by pitting us against each other. They want us to think that our skin pigment or our genitals

00:36:53.660 or our attraction to genitals or our perception of genitals or all these other ways that they try to

00:37:01.020 divide and conquer us is a qualification or disqualification. And it's not, right? They 0.96

00:37:06.220 don't believe in merit on the left. What they want to do is they want to destroy our country through

00:37:13.180 by dividing and conquering us. And to these people who think that Democrats actually

00:37:19.580 care about poor black people, why do Democrats trap poor black people in fatherless homes? Why do 0.98

00:37:28.540 they trap them in failed government schools, the failed government school monopoly? Why do these

00:37:34.220 Democrats trap poor black people in intergenerational poverty with their crime ridden neighborhoods? 0.71

00:37:41.260 Republicans want to provide everyone opportunity, right? And that's just a different worldview.

00:37:47.340 Yeah. Yeah, right. No, that's exactly right. And so, you know, the trajectory, Obama

00:37:54.300 clearly had his Marxist leanings that he would, you know, lightly touch on. I think he's upset that he

00:37:59.420 didn't go harder when he was in-house. And then Biden comes in and Obama's in the background with

00:38:06.140 Susan Rice and everybody pushing full, full steam ahead. And Biden, you know, I knew him years ago,

00:38:12.620 you know, didn't seem like a Marxist, but just a shell for it. And so, what's your best guess now,

00:38:19.500 the political prognostication going forward? And, you know, the mainstream media also, you know,

00:38:27.500 they're not Marxists. I know they're a bunch of young 30-year-old typists, right? They're not really

00:38:32.700 Marxists. But as Mike Benz has shown, the CNNs and some of the major media, they're on the payrolls

00:38:41.100 of the Department of Defense, the State Department, et cetera. I got to look up those receipts. And so,

00:38:48.380 who's at the top pulling the strings? That's what everybody wants to know, right?

00:38:52.060 Right. Everybody's going along with the big money. Where's the big money that's forcing

00:38:57.420 these huge undercurrents that we're all living out?

00:39:03.340 The three people most responsible for America's demise is you have China, you have George Soros,

00:39:12.460 and you have President Barack Obama. Those are the people who are driving this. Barack Obama

00:39:17.440 pretends like he's some moderate, he's some reasonable man. He is a hard-charging Marxist.

00:39:24.800 That's how he was raised. That's how he was brought up. And he is subversive. And he has his people,

00:39:30.400 like you said, the Susan Rice's of the world, the Lisa Monaco's of the world, who are running the

00:39:36.320 Biden administration. They're running the Biden White House. They're running the broader Biden

00:39:42.240 administration, including the Biden Justice Department. There's no question that this is

00:39:48.880 Obama's third term.

00:39:51.280 Right. Hey, Mike, in closing, a minute or two on the Week in Review, in your own view, what's the most

00:40:01.040 important thing we should take out of this week? One, as far as what the Democrats are doing, and then

00:40:07.280 secondly, what should our team do in the war room? And how do we spread a coherent message

00:40:12.240 to keep the war room vibrant? And all political views are my own, but Mike, feel free to have at it.

00:40:18.640 As I said, President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term

00:40:23.040 was the transformation of the Supreme Court to the first constitutionalist majority

00:40:27.920 in 90 years. And it is hanging by a thread. And I would say this to the war room posse,

00:40:34.560 do you want President Trump or President Biden replacing Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court?

00:40:41.360 This election is the most important election of our lifetimes. We always hear that. I actually mean

00:40:47.200 it because if President Biden wins and replaces Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court with Tanya

00:40:53.360 Shukkin or some radical like that, there goes our God-given rights to speak, to associate,

00:40:59.600 to worship, to protect ourselves. Everything is on the line on November 5th, 2024.

00:41:06.960 Mike, if you want to hold on a minute, we're going to go into a break. I want to keep you going. We

00:41:13.040 got a couple of great folks joining us in the next block. Bill Federer, Larry Schweikert,

00:41:18.320 some historians to follow on the great independence weekend that Stephen K. Bannon always puts into

00:41:24.960 play. I was going to have EJ and Tony on, but Mike, you may want to weigh in on this after the break.

00:41:33.680 I'm just stunned to see the media, right? Axios Media, etc. They're shilling for the United States

00:41:42.160 Chamber of Commerce. A lot of people may not know what this is, right? But this is the big boys.

00:41:47.040 The big Fortune 500 firms, they pay to have a lobbyist. And the Chamber of Commerce stands for

00:41:54.000 business in America. As General Motors goes, so the nation goes. Well, shocker, on this show,

00:42:00.720 I've been saying for the last four years or longer, whatever, productivity has been going down for 70

00:42:05.360 years and CBO has it going down for the next 30 years. You heard it on the war room first. No one else

00:42:12.080 has been saying that thing. Peter, except Peter Navarro knows all this stuff in his sleep,

00:42:17.280 right? So that's been our message. Now the Chamber comes out and says,

00:42:22.800 oh my word, we've got to get back to economic growth, right? So they see President Trump likely

00:42:27.520 coming into power and they want to shape things their way. So we want growth. So there's four

00:42:32.960 articles in a row on Axios. I'll probably scratch the surface here, but I'll go into them on the

00:42:38.560 other side of the break. But then they say they want to be more bipartisan and they want to have

00:42:44.720 a lot more green initiatives that the Democrats like. They want to work across the aisle with the

00:42:49.920 Democrats on more entitlements, more government spending and government programs and bureaucracies

00:42:56.320 that are good for jobs, etc. Well, of course, all that cuts exactly against economic growth

00:43:02.160 and productivity. And they have papers three and four. I'll fill you in right after the break.

00:43:09.840 So hang with us on the war room, but please share the articles we're sharing with you,

00:43:15.760 these clips with friends you have. You're not going to get anybody better than Mike Davis

00:43:21.200 on the Supreme Court and the issues. Share those segments with your lawyer friends. So they see,

00:43:26.720 I, hey, I didn't know that. You know, that's what, that's what it converts people to the truth.

00:43:32.240 When the light bulb goes on, great things happen. Stay with the war room. 0.99

00:43:35.760 The war room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:43:44.480 Dave Bratt, back in the war room with Stephen K. Bannon and Mike Davis,

00:43:48.800 some of the Article III project hitting on all cylinders here in the war room. Please share

00:43:54.000 every one of these episodes with your friends, links, how to use it. You know, young people,

00:43:58.560 especially, you know how to work the technology. Let it rip for this country. Just in the middle of

00:44:05.200 a little rip on the US Chamber of Commerce, they say we need economic growth. And if you make that pie

00:44:10.160 grow, it's better off for everyone. Well, that's good to hear. So why haven't you been doing that the

00:44:17.200 whole time? I did my PhD in economic growth. So let me go over just real quickly, the three things

00:44:23.040 that cause growth. And let's see where the US Chamber is on all these. All right. So number one,

00:44:28.960 the first variable is capital, US capital formation. The US Chamber has been loving China for some time

00:44:37.200 now. And so the US folks, and we've had these charts up on the war room, they're all at rat economics on

00:44:42.880 getter. War room may be interested to know that China has a bigger capital pool than the United

00:44:51.520 States of America to work with, right? So every year you add the capital that's called investment

00:44:57.040 in capital, but then the capital stock is the total amount of capital. The US has $70 trillion in capital

00:45:03.520 right now. China has $100 trillion because capital equipment is in the private sector. The US Chamber knows

00:45:11.840 full well, all the new jobs have gone to health care and government workers. And all the new jobs

00:45:18.960 over the past year have been part time. And all the new jobs over the past four years have gone to

00:45:24.480 foreign born workers. The Chamber has been in on that border invasion and illegal immigration as well,

00:45:33.200 knowing full well. So then they say we got to be bipartisan and work with the Democrats. Well,

00:45:38.480 the Democrats are responsible for the zero percent economic growth and the government produces negative

00:45:45.440 economic growth. Not just low productivity, but just transfer payments to things that are not

00:45:52.160 productive at all, right? Then second, human capital is K to 12 education. The Democrats used to care,

00:46:00.320 right? The liberals used to care about the kids. Chicago, inner city poor kids, now 12 percent are reading

00:46:06.080 at grade level in the third grade. Just go Google it. It's the first thing that comes up.

00:46:10.800 And then finally, technology is doing great, but only the rich are participating in that technical

00:46:16.240 growth. And the Chamber knows all of this, right? So then secondly, they say bipartisan. Then thirdly,

00:46:23.280 they say, and also the one thing we're hearing from people is no one likes the swamp. No one's like

00:46:29.680 politics in D.C. Do you know what the U.S. Chamber is? They're a lobby working up in D.C. Do you want

00:46:36.720 to know why the people hate the swamp and the Chamber in D.C.? Because you redistribute things

00:46:42.560 only one way up to the rich. The America First project is exactly the opposite. Under President

00:46:49.120 Trump, blue collar wages went up for the first time in decades. And so I just want to draw your

00:46:56.000 attention to those articles. Just go give them a look, message on these things. But the U.S. Chamber

00:47:02.480 is up to the same old tricks. Back with Mike Davis, Week in Review, he's given us, you know,

00:47:09.440 the Constitutional Court. Thank God. Chevron was just a massive victory with probably a 10 to 20 year

00:47:17.760 horizon that will take to put into place. On that matter, Mike, how much will Chevron do

00:47:25.600 in the next year or two? You know, because it's kind of interesting. The left says President Trump

00:47:30.880 and all of us were all fascist right wingers, even though the fascist, by the way, was the

00:47:35.840 combination of government with big corporations. Hitler wanted a small number of corporations.

00:47:41.520 Mussolini wanted a small number of corporations. Right now, we have the magnificent seven. So

00:47:47.280 Chevron is actually a good thing at slowing down the overreach of government. And so give us a little

00:47:52.800 sense of what the Chevron timeline looks like for that to take root.

00:47:59.440 Chevron is a monumental decision out of the Supreme Court because what the Supreme Court is reaffirming

00:48:06.560 is that under our Constitution, Congress, our elected members of Congress must write the laws,

00:48:14.720 our executive branch must enforce the laws and our federal judges must adjudicate cases in controversies

00:48:23.040 to interpret the laws. And what has happened over the last 90 years, going back to FDR with the

00:48:30.160 switch in time that saved time is the federal government has taken power that the federal

00:48:34.720 government does not have under the Constitution. And then that power has been consolidated

00:48:39.760 with unelected bureaucrats in the executive branch, unelected bureaucrats that you can't fire or you 0.99

00:48:46.320 couldn't fire, were supposed to be the so-called experts that make decisions that affect every

00:48:52.560 aspect of our lives. And that's clearly unconstitutional. That's the very definition

00:48:57.520 of tyranny. And you're starting to see this constitutionalist Supreme Court, thanks to President Trump,

00:49:05.600 starting to roll back these powers and put the government, the executive branch back in its

00:49:11.120 place under our Constitution.

00:49:14.320 Good. And what, as far as implementation of Chevron, everything's going to have to be,

00:49:19.200 it's going to be, is it going to be lawsuits? Everything has to be challenged, right? If there's

00:49:23.520 overreach by the agencies, how long, what's that, how does that play out?

00:49:27.280 Yeah. Well, I mean, I think it's going to, it's going to be the, the Biden administration is going

00:49:33.920 to do everything it can to fight that Chevron decision and to ignore it. So it's going to have

00:49:39.360 to be through oversight by Congress through lawsuits and by putting President Trump back in office after

00:49:46.880 November 5th, 2024. So starting on January 20th, 2025, you can have a president who is actually going

00:49:54.400 to faithfully execute the law. Outstanding. Mike Davis, thanks for being with us. The other day,

00:50:02.080 I went back to Paul Harvey and the rest of the story. It's a moral outrage, what the left has

00:50:09.040 done to Stephen K. Bannon and President Trump and the use of lawfare in general. They have the gall to

00:50:15.760 say that our side are fascists when we're trying to reduce the scope and scale of the federal Leviathan.

00:50:23.280 More than that, President Trump was in office for four years. Hillary Clinton just prior did the

00:50:29.920 bleach bit thing, right? Everybody recall that? No retribution, nothing going on there all within the,

00:50:38.480 even showed grace, could have within, within, within the rule of law, could have easily gone there.

00:50:44.080 And he said, skip it. Let's move on for the sake of the country. Right. And then in 16,

00:50:49.760 the unit party, Paul Ryan steps in and is in, in possession of the steel dossier,

00:50:56.720 which nuked Trump with Russia warfare. He puts committees in action, doesn't tell anybody.

00:51:02.160 And that's what we're up against. And so the idea that they're calling us names,

00:51:06.800 that's the rest of the story, folks, right? Uh, they're gaslighting us. Uh, we're the,

00:51:12.320 we're the, uh, constitutional, uh, freedom people. We love this Republic. We love God. We love family.

00:51:18.240 Uh, we love all of our institutions that made this country so great. And, uh, Mike Davis is part of

00:51:24.000 that great work. And so we thank you, Mike, for being with us on the war room. Uh, everybody out there,
