00:00:00.000 court decision on presidential immunity. Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida is now granting the
00:00:04.540 former president's request to postpone some deadlines in his classified documents case
00:00:09.180 to consider how the Supreme Court's ruling could impact the proceedings. Is there any mechanism at
00:00:14.980 all to push these cases forward or is it all on hold for the foreseeable future as the immunity
00:00:22.960 impact is sorted? It's on hold because Judge Mashaun, who is on the Manhattan DA's office
00:00:28.280 hush money case, had to delay sentencing because it's a legitimate argument that the defense is
00:00:33.260 making that we have to file a motion to set aside the verdict on this new decision. So he has to take
00:00:38.080 that seriously. He has to give the Manhattan DA's office time to respond. And so therefore, the
00:00:42.320 sentencing had to be adjourned. I'm confident that Judge Mashaun and the New York appellate courts
00:00:47.140 will probably find that the motion should not be, the verdict should not be set aside. I'm not so
00:00:52.840 confident that if it makes his way back to Supreme Court, they will agree. So this is a very big
00:00:58.400 decision. Also just for the future of future presidents who basically now can use DOJ, according
00:01:03.960 to this decision, to weaponize and go against opponents. If you read this decision, it makes it
00:01:10.740 clear that presidents have a lot of power now, particularly they are in exclusive control of the
00:01:16.740 Department of Justice. He is everything this country has always been against and opposed to and offended
00:01:23.740 by. How is what is happening in the country that he's ahead? Well, I mean, first of all, don't don't
00:01:33.120 overestimate us. There were always people in this country who talked about America first when what they
00:01:39.040 meant was we actually like dictators abroad and we don't want to help Democrats abroad. There were
00:01:46.920 always people in this country who liked one form of inequality or another. We have plenty of skeletons
00:01:52.780 in our historical closet. So and Mr. Trump comes out of that closet. He represents a kind of worship of
00:02:01.840 wealth, which is perhaps ill gained. He represents the sense that white people are the ones who actually
00:02:09.020 struggle in this in this country and not everybody else. He represents things which are also
00:02:13.340 historically American, how he could be in the lead. I mean, we also were a country for better or worse
00:02:20.540 of of short memories. I think folks are having often a hard time remembering where where Trump left off
00:02:28.140 and where Biden began. I think Biden is a victim in a way of his own success because he came in and
00:02:36.140 without a lot of fanfare and with a lot without a lot of self praise reversed the recession, got us out
00:02:43.600 of covid, restored order to our foreign policy, passed a huge amount of landmark domestic policy
00:02:50.420 such that the country is now so normal that I think Americans I mean, not that not a lot of people are
00:02:56.660 suffering and we still have we have great problems with wealth inequality, school access, lots of other
00:03:01.140 things. But we are we are now at you know, I think it's fair to say we're like 2018, 2019, 2020 or
00:03:08.160 better levels of normality. And and but we know Biden is kind of paid for that. Right. Like because
00:03:16.400 now we feel like, oh, well, maybe we could throw the dice again with this with this fellow Trump weird
00:03:21.660 way, bizarre way, being indicted for times and being found guilty by a jury for for crimes has helped
00:03:29.140 Donald Trump. It's helped him in his polling numbers, which is very strange. Normally, if someone's
00:03:34.700 been convicted of a crime, it's sort of their life is ruined. This is helped Donald Trump and also just
00:03:39.980 the delaying of the other cases. So it's worked for him in terms of all of the motions that his lawyers
00:03:47.500 have filed. You see it as delaying justice. It's delaying justice. You know, justice delayed is justice
00:03:52.980 denied. So it it's very serious. This Supreme Court case. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:05.600 Pray for our enemies, because we're going to medieval on this people.
00:04:10.740 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:16.940 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:04:20.140 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share
00:04:24.360 the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:32.540 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:04:39.160 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:04:50.140 Dave Bratt in the War Room with Stephen K. Vance, July 8th, Year of Our Lord, 2024.
00:04:59.320 Out of respect and honor for Steve Vance, he's got the sign of the cross behind him. I've gotten a lot
00:05:06.340 of expressions of goodwill and love toward Steve from his Catholic brothers and sisters.
00:05:12.520 And so we're opening every show in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
00:05:16.380 Everything I say that comes out of my mouth on this show will be the absolute truth. Steve used
00:05:21.860 to get irritated at me if I ever showed up without the receipts. So it's not good enough to have even
00:05:28.380 solid answers. He wanted proof that the answers were true and accurate. And the War Room still
00:05:35.320 proceeds with that philosophy. And so let me answer. The cold open was great. Nicole Wallace was just
00:05:41.600 dumbfounded. What is going on in this country? She's very sad about what's going on in this country.
00:05:49.520 And all political views are my own, but these are not political. These are the biggest issues. And
00:05:54.160 the left just still does not seem to be aware of any of these basic issues. So the RNC committee came
00:06:02.000 out with the three big issues today. I'm going to go over those. The War Room, by the way, led the field
00:06:07.920 on all of those for the last four years. So no surprise there to all of you. But what is happening
00:06:14.240 in the U.S.? Nicole, Nicole, here's what's happening. Here's the big deal. Here's why there's a populist
00:06:19.680 movement across the world. It's not a conspiracy. 10% of the Americans' wealthiest people own 90%
00:06:29.840 of the stocks and the bonds and the assets. Not only that, right, the magnificent seven,
00:06:36.400 the giant firms this year, the top five firms took about 60% of all the returns.
00:06:43.200 So that's the billionaire class. The left, the liberals, Nicole maybe used to be a liberal,
00:06:50.060 the left used to care about income distribution. That's what's called. When the rich 10% owned
00:06:55.840 90% of everything, let that sink in. So the rest of the country owns nothing. Half the country,
00:07:02.640 on the economic segments, I used to cover half the country doesn't have a retirement account.
00:07:09.520 Let that sink in, right? So how's that going? So what's the last answer? Border invasion,
00:07:15.120 that's coming up in the show. We've got everybody weighing in on that. What else is going on for Nicole
00:07:21.200 that she may not be aware of? In the city of Chicago, liberals used to care about kids.
00:07:26.640 In the city of Chicago, the poor kids in the third grade, only 12% can read at grade level.
00:07:35.200 And so that's not a promising future, right? Conservative policy for years and years and years
00:07:42.720 has wanted to fundamentally transform those schools so that these kids can get an education and have a
00:07:49.040 future. So Nicole, that's number two. Number three, on the jobs front, the left won't dare touch any of
00:07:57.440 this, but all the jobs created and all the jobs reports are all government jobs. More net zero hedge,
00:08:04.880 I got all this stuff posted out on Brad Economics for years and years and months and months. All the new
00:08:11.360 jobs are part-time for this year, all of them. The full-time jobs are down. It's a nice little
00:08:18.720 red bar going down. All the part-time jobs going up. All the new jobs. Finally, all the new jobs in the
00:08:28.080 last four years have gone to foreign-born workers. So this may be why all of these three things I just
00:08:36.000 mentioned may be why African-American voters and Hispanic voters and the young kids are all taking
00:08:44.960 another look and going, what's going on here? All right. So now it becomes just a messaging contest,
00:08:52.960 the left on messaging. And I'm just, you know, I was in Congress way back when, and it was stunning
00:09:00.160 on the messaging that every newspaper, every media source, I was on all the big ones, right? The CNNs
00:09:06.800 and then NBCs and whatever. And all they would ever ask you about is the politics, right? Hey,
00:09:14.960 does someone in the Freedom Caucus disagree with someone else? What about the Speaker of the House?
00:09:20.560 So they start you off talking about politics and the petty stuff, and they won't address the big issues.
00:09:29.200 And so our leadership, it's just, and our leadership never responded, right? The leadership never came
00:09:36.640 out with the big three. So today, I'm somewhat, it's somewhat promising. The RNC platform committee
00:09:45.200 came out with the big three, and there's no shocker, all political views are my own, just going over the
00:09:50.320 big three. The border invasion, no shocker there. Inflation, right? Inflation up over 20% in the past
00:10:00.720 few years, 30% in the past seven years. So that's over 20% of all the money in your pocket, you've lost
00:10:10.400 20 cents of every dollar for real. And it not only applies to the dollar in your pocket, it applies to
00:10:16.160 your entire retirement account. If you got $100,000 in there, guess what it's going to buy
00:10:21.840 tomorrow when you pull it out? $80,000 worth of stuff. So inflation is a hidden tax, and it's
00:10:30.080 theft. And the Federal Reserve knows it's theft, and they've been propping up the stock market.
00:10:35.920 The rich are getting richer. Did I mention the top 10% own 90%, Nicole? That's why the left is very sad.
00:10:43.040 It doesn't matter what they do. All they do is kick the can down the road. Now we have a terrible
00:10:49.120 economy facing us. The third issue, by the way, is making the US strong again, the endless wars.
00:10:57.760 Back when I was in office, no wars. Now we have four wars raging and 14 hot spots raging. You saw
00:11:04.880 retired Colonel John Mills last week on the show outline all 14. I highly recommend you show that
00:11:12.480 to the young kids as they get ready for this draft language emerging in the media as well.
00:11:19.920 Finally, a couple added points here in the opening. Ray Dalio, a billionaire. The billionaires,
00:11:27.600 I think, think they are worth more than one vote, right? Because they're billionaires,
00:11:32.960 and they've been treated that way forever by the elites. But they're just one vote. They're just one
00:11:37.680 person, and they should be treated as such, and their opinion should be treated as such.
00:11:41.440 Ray Dalio just lobs everyone in, says Biden and Trump, you know, the millennials are to blame for
00:11:47.120 this type of leadership or some crazy thesis like that. What Ray Dalio might have missed
00:11:53.920 is that President Trump, I don't know of another human being who could sustain what he's been through,
00:12:00.160 right? So he stood toe to toe with China, Xi Jinping. He stood toe to toe with Russia. You
00:12:10.720 know, the whole Russia hoax is three years of our intelligence failures and frauds. He stood toe to
00:12:17.920 toe with the rest of the world, kept peace, and brought us prosperity. And so I don't know
00:12:23.680 what you're getting at there, Ray. Maybe you want to spell out how someone else could have done better.
00:12:28.000 No other politician could have withstood China, Russia, the CIA, the entire mainstream media.
00:12:38.640 Day one, the day after Trump stepped in as president, the Washington Post nukes him.
00:12:44.320 Day one, hadn't even done anything yet. And the Washington Post is out to remove him from office.
00:12:49.520 Again, animal farm, it looks like some of the animals think they're a little more special than
00:12:54.480 the rest of us are normal animals, right? And so very interesting days ahead. I'll throw in one
00:13:01.360 other thing. The left seems to be hung up with this term of fascism. They want to call us classical
00:13:07.600 conservatives fascists. I'm a Presbyterian economist. I resent that. No fascism on this side of the football.
00:13:16.560 The other side of the football is a little more interesting. We want a smaller government. We want
00:13:20.960 all powers. Chevron. Hello, can you say Chevron? We want all powers returned to the states where they
00:13:27.040 belong in the original constitutional setup when we used to have a country. The left wants centralized
00:13:34.400 power, no matter what you call it. Socialism, they call it. It's cute, right? But it's still
00:13:39.280 government owns the means of production. It's Karl Marx. Karl Marx said we need this intermediate
00:13:43.920 stage of socialism before we get to full on heavy duty stuff, communism. And then the left throws in
00:13:50.480 this term fascism. Fascism refers primarily to Mussolini and Hitler. Hitler was a part of the
00:13:59.760 Nationalist Socialist Party. And so it doesn't square. And so on the war room, we resent this name
00:14:14.320 calling, right? We do not want this huge centralized power that the left insists on. The left wants more
00:14:21.440 and more and more power. And we do not. And at every step of the way, we fought that fight, right?
00:14:30.960 It's the socialists, the communists. The Chinese government is now smaller than the United States
00:14:38.960 government sector. That cannot stand. The war room is very proud of its record on these three
00:14:45.280 fundamental issues over the years. We're going to be right back on the war room with some great guests.
00:14:50.800 We got a rocket show lineup right back on the war room.
00:15:05.920 The elites are getting desperate. They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own
00:15:11.280 Orwellian purposes. Their gold? To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank
00:15:17.440 digital currencies, which they control. Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:23.520 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country. This is not the America we want,
00:15:29.440 but it is the America they want to create. Fortunately, you can fight back. I believe owning gold is the
00:15:35.840 best solution. Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings. Plus, with a gold IRA

00:16:19.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:27.920 Dave Bratton, War Room with Stephen K. Bannon. And it's our honor to have a very special guest in with us
00:16:35.120 again. We got to host him last week, but ran out of time to treat his serious subjects sufficiently.
00:16:42.800 And so Supreme Court Judge Gabelman from Wisconsin, welcome back on the show. And if you just want to
00:16:49.280 start at the top, because you're covering a very important issue. So just give the War Room posse,
00:16:54.880 who may not have heard any of this yet, the building blocks of what's going on likely again
00:17:00.880 in the US of A. Thank you, Judge, very much for joining. As a former justice and a former judge,
00:17:06.800 I am extraordinarily grievously concerned by the opinion released by the Wisconsin Supreme Court
00:17:13.920 last Friday. It really victimizes a lot of people. And it victimizes people by
00:17:21.040 not just paving the way for illegal drop boxes. These drop boxes can be anything. There's no regulations.
00:17:28.480 In fact, the dissent in this opinion correctly points out that this lawless opinion of the
00:17:36.240 four leftist ladies who now run the state Supreme Court in Wisconsin are purely driven, in this opinion,
00:17:45.280 by politics and their desire to see drop boxes used because I think they view it as beneficial
00:17:54.320 to the Democratic Party. I said victim and I use that word on purpose. It victimizes a lot of people
00:18:02.720 who can be broken down into two broad categories of individuals. The first group are those of us,
00:18:10.400 everyone who's concerned about election security and election integrity.
00:18:14.720 This opinion, thanks to the four leftists who now run the Wisconsin Supreme Court,
00:18:24.160 elections in Wisconsin are a lot less secure and have a lot less integrity than they did just a few
00:18:32.000 days ago. Two years ago, our Wisconsin Supreme Court declared these drop boxes to be illegal for
00:18:38.320 good reason. They're not authorized by the statute. Stop there, Judge. Say that again. That's a big
00:18:46.240 deal. Say that last line again so everybody gets a good read on this. It is a big deal that just two
00:18:53.200 years ago, our Wisconsin Supreme Court in the Tegan decision declared that ballot drop boxes are illegal
00:19:02.000 because they are not authorized by law. The law does not authorize ballot drop boxes and nothing has
00:19:11.280 changed except for the composition of the court. The left picked up one more seat in the most recent
00:19:18.640 election. So they now have a 4-3. There are seven members of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. So the left
00:19:25.600 now controls it. And I make a distinction. Not all Democrats are leftists. People who are concerned
00:19:32.800 about the integrity of the law and about our courts having any confidence, enjoying any confidence
00:19:41.280 by the people ought to be really repulsed and offended by this opinion.
00:19:47.280 They really, the four leftists who are now running the Wisconsin Supreme Court, created a complete fiction.
00:19:56.560 Now, this is a perfect example of why our country absolutely needs President Trump's
00:20:06.240 plan for election integrity to go into effect, to protect people, to protect our citizens from people
00:20:15.200 like this who would debase our elections, who would take away the security.
00:20:20.240 Right. And to that point as well, not only was the decision not found in the law,
00:20:29.520 but it doesn't pass the common sense test. So when folks throw ballots into a box,
00:20:36.640 the chain of custody is broken for those ballots, but it calls into question the whole box. And what's
00:20:42.400 the history on that one? Well, let me tell you, for the leftists who control the Wisconsin Supreme
00:20:50.160 Court now did everybody a favor. For all of your viewers, all of our listeners who are interested,
00:20:56.560 you don't have to read all 51 pages. You don't have to be learned in the law to understand the great
00:21:03.200 defect, the lawlessness of this opinion. You just have to be able to read. And you don't have to read
00:21:12.080 all 51 pages. You can read pages 11 and 12 of the majority opinion and page 13 of the dissent.
00:21:20.240 Because here's what the four leftists did. They said that the clerk who runs the election in the local
00:21:28.080 community. In Wisconsin, we have 1,852 clerks approximately. The clerk is a person. Okay.
00:21:37.600 So far, I'm with you. The clerk is a person, a relatively straightforward proposition. But then
00:21:47.840 the four leftists transfer that to say, because a clerk wants to put out a drop box or presumably a brown
00:21:57.360 paper bag in an abandoned field somewhere, that delivery of the absentee. And remember, absentee
00:22:05.920 voting is a privilege. It is not a constitutional right. So therefore, it is, and properly is,
00:22:12.240 more highly regulated. So on page 11, the majority says, well, the clerk is a person. Great. But then we
00:22:20.400 turn the page to page 12, and the majority says, well, because the clerk is a person,
00:22:27.040 pretty much any receptacle that the clerk designates as a place for people to put absentee ballots
00:22:36.160 is valid, is a lawful and legal scheme, including now, and this happened in Wisconsin. This happened in
00:22:44.720 Wisconsin in 2020, that the Zuckerberg paid political agents who were embedded. That's their word, not mine.
00:22:54.160 They paid the five largest cities in our state, $10 million, north of $10 million. And one of the
00:23:01.680 things that bought Mark Zuckerberg was to be able to put his political agents and strategists into the
00:23:08.720 clerk's offices in our five largest cities. And what they would do is they would identify which voters had
00:23:17.280 had received absentee ballots from the clerk's offices, but had not yet returned the ballot.
00:23:23.440 And then they did, they took another step. In a very cynical use of racial politics,
00:23:31.280 they then identified African-American voters, because the statistics all show it. Pew research
00:23:38.480 tells us, and every other study that's been done, when African-Americans vote, they tend to vote 86%
00:23:45.360 of the time for the Democrat candidate. And so what did these clerks allow to happen?
00:23:51.920 Agents, in some cases, many cases paid for by Mark Zuckerberg, actually went to the homes of these
00:23:59.360 African-American people who had requested absentee ballots. And these agents were able to knock on the
00:24:05.840 door and say, we're from the city, because they were technically embedded with the city clerk's office,
00:24:12.080 with the clerk's office. And we see you've requested the absentee ballot, but you haven't returned it.
00:24:18.400 We'd be happy to help you fill it out. And if you want, and now what the four leftists who are
00:24:24.320 running our state Supreme Court have done, now what they can do again is they can say,
00:24:30.000 and we'll take your ballots for you. We'll take them to the clerk's office. Because after all,
00:24:35.280 as long as the clerk says it's okay, according to this opinion. Now I said there were three pages,
00:24:40.640 and I talked about two, page 13 from the dissent quite correctly points out that if you return an
00:24:51.200 absentee ballot to a person, such as a clerk, it actually requires a person-to-person transfer of
00:24:59.840 the ballot, not a person to inanimate objects, such as ballot drop box or brown paper bag or cardboard
00:25:08.080 box at the end of the drive. Exceptional summary, Judge. Thank you. And now give people, what can
00:25:15.520 they do? You laid it out. It's overwhelmingly cynical. All of us patriots, we just went through
00:25:24.160 the 4th of July. This cannot stand. What do people do in closing? How do people reach you,
00:25:30.560 and what do folks do? RacineRecall.org. Racine, R-A-C-I-N-E, Recall.org. That's all about our
00:25:40.080 current Speaker of the Assembly. He's the one who's protecting the Wisconsin Elections Commission,
00:25:46.320 which is facilitating all of these illegal and fraudulent election practices. And everything has
00:25:54.560 remained in place from when Joe Biden was declared the winner of Wisconsin in 2020, which I believe,
00:26:02.560 I concluded after my investigation, 132-page report, not one word of which has been shown to be
00:26:10.160 inaccurate, that if it had not been for all of the illegal, improper, fraudulent ballots fraudulently
00:26:18.240 received, that Donald Trump certainly would have been declared the winner of Wisconsin in 2020.
00:26:24.640 Yeah, Judge Gaiman, we got to hit it again. But thanks for laying out the case, the process,
00:26:30.480 the law, what we can do about it, calling the war room's attention to it. Huge issues for us going
00:26:37.680 forward. It's not all over. We need to be vigilant. Everybody needs to work. Stephen K. Bannon said,
00:26:42.960 don't send cards, go to work. And you just heard a case as to why you should be very vigilant when
00:26:49.840 it comes to the upcoming elections across the country. Supreme Court Judge Gaiman just laid it
00:26:56.160 out as clear as can be. Right now, we've got, and we're going to hold him through the break,
00:27:01.120 Todd Benzman, Oscar Romero, are you guys up with us at the border? Todd, you up?
00:27:08.320 Yes, I'm here. I'm here in Austin, Texas. Very good. Thank you, Todd. Thanks for all the great
00:27:16.000 work you do. We're going to go in about 30 seconds. But just what do you make of the RNC
00:27:23.840 and President Trump both coming out, putting immigration at the top of the priority list?
00:27:28.720 I think it came out number one, even above inflation. Just your quick comments there,
00:27:32.960 and then we'll go to break and come back with you. Makes perfect sense. A Harvard poll just
00:27:38.080 came out, placing it right there at the top with inflation, immigration, the border crisis. But
00:27:45.520 also, interestingly, the terrorism threat emerged as a high-ranking subset of the immigration crop
00:27:54.320 in that Harvard poll. Very good. Very interesting. All right. Back with Todd Benzman and Oscar Romero on
00:28:02.960 the border invasion. I ran on it 10 years ago. It was bad then. It's way worse today. The war
00:28:10.400 room posse is standing to do the right thing and get this country right back on track, back in a minute.
00:28:18.400 America is facing a real danger, the kind of danger only real Americans are ready for.

00:29:21.520 Take action. Do it today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:33.040 Dave Bratt in the War Room with Stephen K. Bannon and our good friend Todd Benzman, our border invasion
00:29:39.040 expert. He's been on the issue his whole life. No better expert to have with us on the War Room.
00:29:46.560 Todd, I hear at CIS you have a special seminar coming up. What are you aiming at there?
00:29:56.400 Right. I'm not involved in that one, but you can go to our website, CIS.org,
00:30:02.800 and take a look. It's front and center. We'll be going live on that panel. I think that's tomorrow,
00:30:10.800 if I'm not mistaken. Good. And if I understand it right, it's the impact of illegal immigration on
00:30:16.480 the labor market, African-American community, jobs, et cetera. Is that right?
00:30:21.520 That's right. I forgot that small detail. But yeah, that's a fascinating topic. Because as you know,
00:30:28.800 the black communities across the country are polling more in favor of Trump these days than they have in
00:30:38.560 the past for a long time. And there's a squabble and a shakeup in the campaign to try to get them
00:30:45.760 back. Yeah. And when you're boots on the ground down on the border states, do you hear that
00:30:52.800 anecdotally? Plus, I mean, are you hearing that? That's a strong, strong theme? Well, actually,
00:30:59.040 I spend most of my time on the Mexican side. I'm not usually with the immigrants, so I'm not
00:31:05.360 there. But I can read the polling just like anybody else. And go look at Google, a Chicago
00:31:13.920 city assembly meeting, any one of them in the last year. And you'll see the black community members
00:31:21.280 packing the chambers to the rafters, screaming bloody murder over all the immigration, all the money
00:31:28.160 going to the new immigrants pouring into that city. 300,000 at last count. They're mad.
00:31:37.280 Yep. Yep. Very good. And you made some comments on the introduction. You know,
00:31:42.640 the border invasion is probably the number one issue amongst Americans. And then you mentioned
00:31:47.360 terrorism. Say a couple words about that, and then we'll go to Oscar as well.
00:31:50.960 Well, that's right. And Oscar's a great person to talk to. He's in the Darien Gap. That's where
00:31:57.680 the majority of people, immigrants on the FBI's terrorism watch list are pouring through. That's
00:32:04.080 their channel. That's their trail right through there. We've had 370 hit our border who are on the U.S.
00:32:11.840 FBI terrorism watch list since Biden was elected. The FBI just recently rolled up eight Tajikistanis
00:32:20.240 on a multi-state terrorism sting operation with wiretaps. All of them came in over the border,
00:32:28.800 including one of them came in through that CBP-1. We had two Jordanians, one of whom crossed the border
00:32:34.960 illegally try a vehicle ramming attack at Quantico. We've had like six to eight different accidental
00:32:42.880 releases of people on the FBI terrorism watch list who came over the border. We accidentally
00:32:49.040 released them. And DHS just came out with a major study of our vetting processes down there at the
00:32:56.400 border for this problem. And they said, we don't have any vetting down there. Terrible.
00:33:01.520 Unreal. Yeah. Yeah. And in closing, Todd, most all this could be shut down with an executive order,
00:33:09.440 just like it was opened up. True or false? Absolutely true. I'd give it about an hour.
00:33:15.200 The whole thing started in about an hour after inauguration, and the whole thing could be shut
00:33:20.880 down in an hour after the next inauguration if it's the right person. That's it. That's it.
00:33:26.320 Hate to simplify things to that level, but sometimes things are that simple. Todd,
00:33:30.880 thanks for all your hard work and taking care of all of the technical difficulties and fighting
00:33:36.080 the fight and doing the best you can do after the executive order goes in. Oscar Ramirez down
00:33:40.640 at the Darien Gap. Oscar, bring us up to speed. Yeah, we are. It came back from the Darien Gap,
00:33:47.280 Dave. We just came back from there. It's a massive flow. It is continuing between 1,000 to 1,500
00:33:52.640 individuals that are coming in. And even on the Darien Gap, there's social classes. There's a route that is
00:33:56.400 called Carreto, where the massive flow is coming in by Chinese migrants that they're arriving over
00:34:01.920 here, and also migrants from India and migrants from Iran. I encountered a migrant from India,
00:34:06.480 and he told me that he is crossing illegally through the walls. But the most amazing thing
00:34:10.720 is what he told me, that in the Constitution, they have told them, their parents and also their
00:34:15.040 family members, that in the Constitution, it says that no human is illegal. And I was shocked to say,
00:34:20.240 like, where in the Constitution of the United States of America says that? Also, I encountered
00:34:24.560 migrants from Iran, massive numbers of Chinese that are arriving. I did an interview with a couple of
00:34:30.000 Chinese migrants, and I asked them, do you think that they are spies infiltrated on these vulnerable
00:34:35.200 groups of yours? And all of them, they say, possibly there's a few. So how much is a few at this
00:34:41.280 particular point in juncture? You know, so the massive flow, it is continuing. The president
00:34:46.400 of Panama has also put Constantino wire in the middle of the jungle, so they can close these
00:34:51.520 routes where the traffickers of the Colombian cartel, the Clan and Golfo, they're trying to
00:34:54.880 smuggle them. So they will come down into one particular route, and the authorities of Panama will
00:34:59.600 document all the mass migration that is coming through there, all the way to the villages outside
00:35:03.520 of the Darien Dade. Oscar, thanks very much. Todd Benzman at the opening also mentioned
00:35:10.880 what you're getting at, the terrorist threat, and the idea of having another 9-11 on American soil
00:35:17.520 due to this grotesque negligence in the law and maintaining our own nation and our border.
00:35:24.960 What can you say on that, the threat of terrorism? Have you read any reports? Have you seen what the
00:35:30.800 FBI is doing, what they're saying? What's the best state of knowledge on that issue right now?
00:35:37.200 Dave, and to all the Americans, this is how the United States looks outside right now. How
00:35:42.480 authorities that we have been documented, Ben Berkwam and myself, all Central and South America,
00:35:46.640 all the governmental institutions, they have said, what is the United States of America doing?
00:35:51.120 They are really, in a way, they are really vulnerable at this particular point to get a terrorist attack.
00:35:56.880 And I'm not exaggerating to be attacked by within, because a lot of these individuals,
00:36:01.200 they're coming in non-vetted, and they're coming in from Venezuela, which they are critical again,
00:36:05.600 the trend that has been arriving in the parts of Chicago and also New York, Dave.
00:36:10.080 Yeah, no, it's just unbelievable. Oscar, Todd, thank you for all you do for this country. God
00:36:16.720 bless you. It is just stunning. The FBI has conservative voters, and the environmental threat
00:36:26.000 is a higher threat than what these gentlemen have just laid out. It's just a stunning state of affairs,
00:36:32.240 which just shows you we need to get to the work, right? As Steve Bannon says, it's action,
00:36:37.360 action, action. So when you hear Oscar doing tremendous work like that, telling you where we
00:36:42.480 stand, that's it. Another hero with the war room, Mike Davis, I think has some special reports coming
00:36:50.640 to us from the RNC platform committee. Mike, what did you glean today? What were they up to up with the
00:36:57.200 RNC platform results? It was a very good day for President Trump today in Milwaukee at the
00:37:04.800 Republican National Committee's platform committee ahead of the convention that starts next week. We
00:37:11.760 had Senator Marsha Blackburn, who chaired the platform committee meeting today. She did a fantastic
00:37:18.880 job. Randy Evans, who was President Trump's ambassador to Luxembourg, was the executive director,
00:37:24.480 Russ Voigt, who was Trump's OMB director, was a policy lead, as was Ed Martin from the Eagles,
00:37:32.160 Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. It was a great day. Vince Haley from the Trump campaign, the policy director,
00:37:37.680 everyone came together. President Trump called in, he worked, he was very hands-on on this updated
00:37:44.640 platform for the Republican National Committee. And President Trump and his team made sure that this
00:37:50.240 document, the RNC platform was updated so it's relevant for the Trump agenda and it's relevant
00:37:59.040 and accessible to real Americans in real America so they can understand what we stand for as a party
00:38:05.920 and how we contrast with these Biden Democrats. It was a very good day.
00:38:09.920 Yeah, that's great. Say a little word about maybe the press coverage you've seen about this.
00:38:18.480 In the opening monologue, I've always said, you know, we have the policy winners, right? The border invasion,
00:38:24.880 the economy, the inflation, the deep state tied in with the $2 trillion deficits, massive spending
00:38:34.400 that creates and sustains these deep state administrative state and then endless wars,
00:38:39.520 right? Retired Colonel John Mills was on that and I thought it was about four wars that were
00:38:45.200 open fire US troops. He said 14 hotspots. So we never get to debate that with the left,
00:38:53.200 right? All political views are my own. But that's never, it's always about the internal squawking in
00:38:58.720 the Republicans or they set you up on you, what's the Freedom Caucus saying, blah, blah, blah.
00:39:02.720 What's your take on the overall messaging and can our leadership, right, the Speaker of the House and
00:39:09.920 the Senate leaders, can they get out the message more efficiently so we finally get some of these
00:39:15.840 massive problems this country's facing solved? Yeah, Trump, President Trump's Republican National
00:39:22.320 Committee platform unifies the party. It brings in right thinking Democrats and independents.
00:39:29.360 It's forward looking. It's clear. It's concise. It makes a lot of sense. And he talks about securing
00:39:37.040 the border, bringing down interest rates, bringing down crime, ending the weaponization of government,
00:39:43.360 appointing good justices and federal judges to the bench. I talked about that today. I briefed
00:39:48.640 the committee today, the platform committee today on President Trump's agenda on judges and the
00:39:54.320 weaponization. There are 10 points to this. It's only like 18 pages. It's not a lobbyist-driven
00:40:03.120 document. This was driven by President Trump and his team. And he made sure that his agenda,
00:40:09.840 the America First agenda, is now the RNC party platform for every candidate across America to run on
00:40:18.080 this platform. It was unifying. It was uplifting. It was a great day for President Trump.
00:40:25.200 Outstanding summary, Mike. Have you seen any of the reporting by the mainstream media yet on this
00:40:32.880 unity of party spirit? I'm sure they're going to cover the great unity. And you put your finger on
00:40:38.080 something very important. This is not your old Republican-Democrat thing, right? So when I say
00:40:43.280 the political views of my own, there is a populist uprising going on globally, right? And I open with
00:40:49.200 why, right? 10% own 90%. This is not lost on everybody. The old Democrats, the poor, everyone's
00:40:57.920 doing a double take right now. And so we never get any reportage on these great themes and great solutions
00:41:05.680 for the country. Have you seen any preliminary reports yet? I'm expecting all rosy scenarios.
00:41:12.400 Yeah, it's amazing. There is a coup within the Democrat party to take out the sitting president
00:41:19.280 of the United States, who is the democratically elected Democrat nominee. And you have the Washington,
00:41:26.720 D.C. insiders trying to take out President Biden as we speak. The Republicans are united.
00:41:32.720 President Trump has united the party with this forward-looking, common-sense, concise,
00:41:40.000 smart agenda where it solves real problems for real Americans in real America.
00:41:45.040 Yeah. Mike Davis, thank you. You always give some great insights, right? The gaslighting
00:41:53.760 you just alluded to is just extraordinary, right? So they're trying to take out a president
00:41:59.600 again after 16. I went over some of that, right? They're trying to take out another president. I
00:42:04.640 don't think the voters are in charge of that process the last time I checked. And so you're
00:42:10.560 spot on as usual. Mike Davis, thanks for joining us on The War Room. You'll be back daily. You're just a
00:42:18.960 great source of not only Article III, but just a political font of wisdom across the board. Thanks for
00:42:24.160 being with us, Mike. Thanks, Dave. War Room, we're going to be back in a little bit. But
00:42:29.680 before we go there, the world is in turmoil. In my opening remarks, I forgot to mention productivity.
00:42:35.600 Productivity has been down 70 years in a row. CBO has it going down for another 30 years in a row.
00:42:42.400 So how's the real economy doing? Not hot. Let anyone tell you otherwise. If they want to debate
00:42:48.720 that one, I'd love to hear it. What's this mean? This means you ought to look out at Birch Gold.
00:42:54.640 The rest of the world is buying gold for some reason. You want to explore what that reason is.
00:43:00.080 Gold has historically been a good hedge. No real estate advice on The War Room, but go do your homework.
00:43:06.320 Call them at Birch Gold. They're good friends. I've met them personally. I like them. They speak
00:43:12.080 common sense. So only you can determine what's right for your own portfolio. Go do the right
00:43:18.240 thing. Back to The War Room with Steve and Kate Bannon.

00:44:44.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:46.960 Dave Braden with the great Stephen K. Bannon and one of his great friends and great contributors
00:45:02.240 for years now who's been the spear on the health care, the Dr. Fauci catastrophe, etc.
00:45:11.520 In the preliminary remarks, the opening, I told people what Steve want us to do, which is action,
00:45:19.920 action, action, go to work. He doesn't want crying in the war room. But we're going to take a little
00:45:24.880 exception here. I'm a little upset with a lot of my freedom guys, the tax cut guys and the libertarian
00:45:32.560 types. Guys and gals, you need freedom in the first place to have free markets. This seems to be
00:45:41.760 lost on a lot of people who are not fighting for freedom. And you should be writing letters on behalf
00:45:46.400 of Peter Navarro and Stephen K. Bannon, etc. And so one of our great contributors wrote such a letter,
00:45:55.680 Naomi Wolf. Dr. Naomi Wolf, thank you for your heart this week for sharing your ideals. Why don't
00:46:02.240 you give the war room a summary of what you said and why you felt the need to say where the heck
00:46:07.120 are you to a whole host of folks who should be there at the ramparts?
00:46:12.640 Yeah, thank you so much for having me on. So this essay is titled What Time It Is. I mean,
00:46:18.480 it's about Mr. Bannon's imprisonment. And basically, the argument is, I don't care if you like Mr.
00:46:27.360 Bannon's politics, if you don't like his politics. I was horrified, I remain horrified at the relative
00:46:34.320 silence and acquiescence of millions of voices of people who should know better when Mr. Bannon was
00:46:43.360 called off to prison at FCI Danbury. It was a relative silence on the right, in the center,
00:46:52.960 libertarians, independents, and liberals who profess to care about the rule of law and due process of
00:47:01.920 law. And the reason I was so horrified is that I recognize the nature of that silence. I mean,
00:47:10.960 to me, Mr. Bannon's imprisonment is at least as serious as Julian Assange's imprisonment. I made the
00:47:17.280 point in my essay that I was an advisor to President Clinton's reelection campaign and to
00:47:23.520 Vice President Gore's presidential campaign. And I was married to a White House speechwriter during the
00:47:28.560 Clinton years. And everyone relied and they rely to this day on executive privilege. And it's so it's
00:47:36.160 clear to me that Mr. Bannon is being treated with a double standard. But what's also clear
00:47:40.880 is that the goal of the imprisonment is to silence Mr. Bannon's voice. And I looked at the
00:47:48.160 the rules, the regulations, the handbook for prisoners. Literally, he can't use the internet,
00:47:53.360 as I understand it. He can't record for future release. He can't follow the presidential. He can't
00:48:00.080 follow the convention digitally. He can't be seen, you know, by by the posse. He's cut out entirely from
00:48:10.000 engagement in digital communications. And there are a lot of things he can do, right? He can finish his
00:48:17.120 GED. He can learn martial arts. But the overwhelming result of his imprisonment happens to be to silence
00:48:26.720 him, take him off the battlefield for these crucial four months before the most important presidential
00:48:33.360 election of our time. Yeah, thank you so much, Naomi. It does go to show you and Dr. Naomi Wolf
00:48:43.360 goes to show you that what is possible in this country. There are there's still a huge swath of
00:48:50.960 truth and ethical behavior and principled behavior and lawful behavior that can keep us all together. You
00:48:58.880 can disagree strongly with people, right, in a constitutional republic. It's not a problem.
00:49:06.000 It's never been a problem. There's slavery. I'm grossing over a huge swath of history,
00:49:13.120 right? But we can make it work. But there have to be some fundamentals. Naomi, what are some of those
00:49:19.440 fundamentals that you would point to that should keep us all together in closing?
00:49:23.920 Well, I think the most important thing is people have to recognize that, you know,
00:49:29.200 they're treating Mr. Bannon's imprisonment, in my view, as kind of a sacrificial
00:49:34.080 gesture that keeps them safe, right? Oh, you know, they went after him, they got him,
00:49:39.360 we'll be safe. That's not how it works. I've been trying since 2007 to warn people about what the
00:49:45.760 collapse of a democracy looks like based on historical precedent. And what I really want people to
00:49:51.680 understand is that all of this deplatforming, the debanking, the loss of licenses, the bankrupting
00:49:58.560 is trivial compared with what Mr. Bannon's arrest represents or imprisonment represents, which is
00:50:04.480 they're coming after our bodies now, right? They're coming, they're mopping up the opposition now.
00:50:09.600 And I looked back, I'm Jewish, my grandmother lost nine brothers and sisters in the Holocaust.
00:50:14.320 I looked back at this six month period, so important, before the Nazis were actually formally
00:50:20.000 in power, when the SS mopped up the opposition, they informally took opposition voices, outspoken
00:50:27.840 clergy, union leaders, into these makeshift prisons. They beat them or they disappeared them.
00:50:33.680 And that's where we're at right now. And what people have to understand is that silence doesn't
00:50:37.600 protect them. Their silence endangers them. Only speaking up on behalf of Mr. Bannon to protect
00:50:43.920 them. Spot on, spot on, spot on. Eric McTax, this is going to be on Wednesday. I might have Naomi back
00:50:50.960 on. That was just an eloquent statement, full of wisdom. God bless you and all the work you do,
00:50:56.480 Naomi. Thanks for being with us on The War Room today. Right now, we got Mo Bannon in the house.
