On this episode of War Room, host Brian Glenn sits down with President Trump in Charlotte, North Carolina to discuss the latest on the latest in the 2020 Democratic primary race and what it means for the future of the country.
00:01:11.000President Trump expected to take the stage roughly around 6.30 here in local time.
00:01:17.000Until then, so much in the news today.
00:01:20.000It seems like the news cycle over the last 14 days has been accelerated to a point that I've never seen it in all of my years in news.
00:01:29.000I've never seen the amount of news, relevant news that have come out so quickly.
00:01:34.000And it seems like the assassination attempt that we saw back on July 13th is something now of a distant memory almost,
00:01:43.000if it's stacked down to maybe the seventh or eighth item that people are talking about right now.
00:01:48.000But the latest thing is all of the controversy surrounding the DNC and who in fact will be the leader of the Democrat Party
00:02:00.000and who will President Trump ultimately go up against on November 5th.
00:02:04.000It assumes it's going to be Kamala Harris, but there are some grumblings in the Democrat Party as well that feel like that process has alienated a percentage of their base.
00:02:19.000But meanwhile, Republicans are about as unified as they've ever been.
00:02:24.000We had Michael Watley, chairman of the RNC, on here earlier talking about the unity in the Republican Party
00:02:30.000and how all of the agenda that maybe was not focused on in 2020 is a little bit more focused on now in this race
00:02:40.000and due to the amount of problems that the agenda will solve.
00:02:43.000And so, of course, the addition of J.D. Vance being the vice president pick and is a solid, in my opinion, a solid MAGA choice for this.
00:02:53.000And there were several people on that short list that I felt like were good messengers of MAGA
00:03:01.000but necessarily did not have the leadership or experience to follow through on policies.
00:03:07.000And I think J.D. Vance with his, although short time in the Senate, has obviously been very vocal about a lot of the issues from the Republican Party
00:03:19.000and the MAGA agenda, so I think he's a great addition to that.
00:03:23.000And then if you look at what's going on in our country and the number, the top two or three issues in the country right now to voters,
00:03:31.000to everyday Americans who I think the Republican Party has a finger on its pulse, the everyday Americans,
00:03:39.000it is the economy. It is the struggles.
00:03:41.000The song behind me right now is singing just about that.
00:03:45.000People are struggling, not only in this state, but we spent time in Michigan.
00:03:50.000And I've got to tell you, up until Michigan, it seemed like immigration was always the top issue.
00:03:57.000Until I got to Michigan, I understood just how destructive Gretchen Whitmire's agenda was.
00:04:04.000And I spent a lot of time in Michigan post 2020 election covering all of the discrepancies in that state.
00:04:11.000And I'll be the first one to tell you, I've never seen so many small businesses completely wiped away from the destructive policies of that government.
00:04:21.000And just the COVID mandates and all of the closings of generational wealth have been wiped off the table.
00:04:30.000And so people in Michigan, yes, they are concerned about immigration, but they're also concerned about their family and the economy.
00:04:38.000And to use a word just bluntly, they're pissed off.
00:04:43.000And that's why they were so loud and vocal the other day in Grand Rapids.
00:04:48.000And then, of course, you shift over to Ohio after that.
00:04:51.000After that, the Rust Belt and a lot of manufacturing jobs have moved out of that state.
00:04:56.000And the policies of the Biden administration have pushed those jobs out.
00:05:01.000Energy and independence is something that we had.
00:05:04.000And if you look at what is happening now, not only in Michigan and Ohio, but in Virginia as well, in Pennsylvania,
00:05:13.000we are now, you know, importing oil from people that we used to sell oil to.
00:05:20.000And so everything has just reversed in the last three and a half years.
00:05:23.000And that's why so many blue-collar workers are very upset right now because they feel like that this America
00:05:30.000that they've loved to have worked for and invested their entire life is gone due to the destructive policy.
00:05:38.000But we're here live here in Charlotte, North Carolina.
00:05:42.000We had several speakers on behind us earlier.
00:05:45.000Perhaps we'll go to our social media pages and get more of that.
00:05:49.000I did have a chance to talk to Brandon Judd, who is 25 years on with the Border Patrol.
00:05:56.000He's a former president of the Border Patrol.
00:05:59.000And I talked about the pulse and the morale of a Border Patrol that has been dragged and stretched out so thin to try to cover this crisis.
00:06:09.000Here's a few minutes of what he had to say.
00:06:12.000The broken border remains the number one issue in America.
00:06:16.000My next guest knows all too well about that.
00:06:19.000Former president of the Border Patrol Council and a 25-year veteran of the Border Patrol, Brandon Judd, joining me.
00:06:25.000When I talk to thousands of Americans, it's the economy and it's the border.
00:16:45.000President Trump's scheduled to take the stage at 6 o'clock and deliver another fiery message.
00:16:52.000Now, this is the first rally since Kamala Harris being pretty much assigned to be the head of the Democrat Party and the nominee for president.
00:17:03.000And we can't wait to see what he has to say on that.
00:17:06.000Now, earlier, I had the opportunity to walk outside and talk to hundreds of people all talking about the reasons why they're here, what President Trump should do on day one, why they're voting for President Trump.
00:17:19.000And one of the things I noticed as well is the amount of young people here at the rally and the amount of young people that are being attracted to the Republican Party specifically to support President Trump.
00:17:31.000And I think it's one of these kind of political mysteries here of what certain things really resonate with young people, forcing them to get into the realm of politics and to support President Trump.
00:17:47.000Here is just a few of the interviews I got earlier outside this coliseum.
00:20:16.000Thank you so much for sharing your time.
00:20:20.000Yeah, and I think it's important to point out that they have been very successful in terms of social media, of targeting some of these younger voters and bringing them to the Republican Party, more specifically Trump.
00:20:38.000And I was really surprised walking around how many young people we've seen.
00:20:42.000Now, granted, school is out and so it's summer and they can come here.
00:20:46.000But I even asked a couple other people that would have been in high school.
00:20:51.000I said, hey, if President Trump was coming to your hometown and it was a school day, would you skip school?
00:21:21.000As Stephen K. Bannon always says, I think my generation is waking up to the fact that the policies of the Democratic Party, but even more precisely, the Republican establishment have left them as being nothing but Russian serfs.
00:21:32.000And I think that that is what President Trump represents, right, a change from sort of the established world order, a change in policy, a change in delivering that message.
00:21:41.000None of that, you know, fake politician BS, just pure, raw economic populism, which is the message that we've been championing here in the war room for so long.
00:21:51.000Brian, I assume that you are going to depart us.
00:21:54.000Thank you so much for opening the show.
00:22:11.000Natalie, thanks for asking that question, because I failed to talk about that earlier.
00:22:16.000The first thing I noticed coming to this arena is when the in the press area where we parked, which is closer to the arena, we had to go through the magnetometers for the car.
00:22:30.000They had to inspect the vehicle for any type of bomb or any kind of threat like that.
00:22:35.000That was the first time I've ever had to do that at a Trump rally.
00:22:39.000So then we pulled into the park into the parking lot.
00:22:42.000And then I noticed a row of city buses that were lined up almost as a border wall around the parking lot because the actual Coliseum is on a sloped surface.
00:22:55.000So it is kind of in a way, if you think, on a hill.
00:22:58.000So the buses lined the parking lot, which I thought was interesting as well.
00:23:03.000We did see a, I would say, overwhelming support of local police here on the ground around the Coliseum.
00:23:13.000We saw police cars around the area streets feeding into this area.
00:23:18.000So, yes, there is an overwhelmingly presence of police, Secret Service, and I would say like a National Guard type feel here as well.
00:23:29.000So they're not, you know, cutting any corners for this rally here in North Carolina.
00:23:59.000Julie Kelly, Mike Benz, our first guest.
00:24:02.000Max Methu, I'm hoping I'm pronouncing that correct, from the Heritage Oversight Project.
00:24:08.000Now, Max, you guys have dropped several bombshell reports.
00:24:12.000I want to start picking up where Brian left off in terms of rally security.
00:24:16.000You guys obtained cell phone data tracing individuals who were acquaintances or frequently visited the home of shooter would be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks.
00:24:26.000Most interestingly, one of those locations that you trace devices to was Gallery Place, a building in Washington, D.C., less than half a mile away from, you guessed it, FBI headquarters.
00:24:46.000So the Oversight Project, following the assassination attempt on President Trump, we've been working 24 hours nonstop to provide a parallel investigation into Matthew Crook's phone data.
00:24:59.000So we've essentially amassed a bunch of ad ID data to track not only allegedly Matthew Crook's phone, but nine other devices that went to Matthew Crook's home before the July 13th attack.
00:25:14.000And as you said, we tracked one of these phones down to an FBI office here in or near here at Gallery Place in Washington, D.C.
00:25:23.000You know, we have essentially been nonstop working on this and trying to make sure that the American people have some transparency on how this all happened.
00:25:32.000So walk us through some of the other locations that you guys were able to discern connections between.
00:25:38.000And for people who aren't familiar, too, with D.C., I mean, if I'm not mistaken, Gallery Place is one of the closest, if not the closest metro stations to FBI headquarters.
00:25:47.000Again, just an individual in D.C. visiting this random 20 year old home.
00:25:51.000Can you walk us through some of the other ties that you guys have uncovered?
00:25:55.000So we connected him to, you know, Shooting Rage in Allegheny.
00:25:59.000We've also connected into a laundromat or somewhere abouts there.
00:26:02.000There's also a phone that tracked a similar geofence area out to Massachusetts.
00:26:08.000You know, there was many there's at least nine devices that we tracked through the added ID data and we were able to pin them to, you know, various places and including the Gallery Place metro station, which, as you said, is right next to the FBI headquarters.
00:26:22.000So it's a lot of varying, you know, different ways to make sure and track this information.
00:26:29.000And the oversight project is essentially working nonstop to track it all down.
00:26:34.000And, Max, I want to hold you through the break because I want to get into sort of I think the stunning issue that this audience has gotten all too familiar with, that you guys are doing more work and more heavy lifting than the actual Congressional Oversight Committee in terms of getting the receipts.
00:26:49.000We, of course, already see them starting to push for a bipartisan.
00:26:52.000Any time you hear the word bipartisan in Washington, D.C., it should send chills down your spine, but a bipartisan task force to get to the bottom of what happened.
00:27:00.000I'm sure they'll blame DEI and they'll think, you know, Kimberly Tietel's resignation is enough.
00:27:05.000But you guys, I think, are really getting to the crux of the issue.
00:27:09.000So I'll hold you through the break in terms of motivations behind the shooter.
00:27:14.000The CEO of Gab posting not too long ago on Twitter that Thomas Matthew Crooks is believed to have an account on that platform, only posting about nine or so items.
00:27:25.000But all of them basically having an underlying pro Biden or in some capacity anti Trump sentiment.
00:27:31.000You haven't seen that plastered across the mainstream media.
00:27:34.000I highly doubt you will. Max will join us after the break.
00:27:37.000In the meantime, you guys can go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire.
00:27:44.000You know, our elites are very adept at lying to us like no further than what's gone on in Pennsylvania.
00:27:50.000So they're definitely not giving you the whole spiel when it comes to anything economy related.
00:27:56.000So I got a good Birchgold.com slash Bannon back after break.
00:27:59.000Julie Kelly, Mike Benz and so much more.

00:29:23.000That's 972 Patriot and get free activation today with the offer code Bannon.
00:29:29.000PatriotMobile.com Bannon or call 972 Patriot.
00:31:05.000Enough lies from FBI Director Christopher Wray.
00:31:10.000We'll have Julie Kelly joining us shortly to unpack that.
00:31:13.000All things January 6th and the, shall we say,
00:31:17.000poetic irony of everything that is going on right now in Washington, D.C.,
00:31:20.000outside of Union Station, where you see these anti-American agitators,
00:31:24.000paid protesters, terrorists, whatever you want to call them,
00:31:27.000burning down American flags, pulling down American flags from flagpoles,
00:31:31.000as you see Democrats in Congress melting down about MAGA because apparently we're the real threat to the security of this country.
00:31:39.000But we still have Max from Heritage Oversight with us.
00:31:42.000And I just want you to draw for the audience the important distinction between the task force,
00:31:48.000the bipartisan task force, dead on arrival, that they're already pushing versus a sort of special or select committee,
00:31:56.000the distinctions there and why we need to push for the latter.
00:31:59.000Yeah, so I think the biggest point to take away from any kind of bipartisan task force is that that is business as usual.
00:32:08.000Business as usual almost got President Donald Trump killed.
00:32:12.000And we cannot continue to have the system investigate itself.
00:32:16.000We know that the FBI and the Secret Service are ran by corrupt leaders who are going to continue to skirt their constitutional responsibilities to actually cooperate with any kind of congressional investigation.
00:32:27.000And more importantly, Congress cannot investigate.
00:32:31.000They've shown that throughout this entire Congress that they are in able to actually do any investigations that provide any serious subpoenas or any kind of moving the dial on any of these very important issues.
00:32:44.000The Special Commission would essentially be able to operate without the 20 days left in the legislative session to essentially be able to bring forward real investigations to completely provide new authorities to allow for all different types of criminal investigation types of statutory authority and essentially just move the dial away from this business as usual kind of Washington DC swamp investigation,
00:33:13.000where the resignation of the secret service director is enough and we can all just kind of sweep this under the rug and not have to worry about this anymore.
00:33:29.000This is the logical conclusion of the law fair and frankly, warfare.
00:33:33.000We got Mike Benz joining us later to talk about a new kind of psychological warfare operation that they're waging against American conservatives to try to.
00:33:42.000Reprogram us for holding the beliefs that we do.
00:33:46.000But there's another interesting report that you guys have out at Heritage again picking up the slack of Congress who what is it they're not going to hold any more votes until September.
00:33:56.000I believe they're going on their very well deserved summer vacation shortly.
00:34:06.000I think this audience is well versed in a 2020 election scam that was paying especially Native American voters in New Mexico and states like Arizona to basically turn out and vote for Biden.
00:34:17.000And there now seems to be a similar strategy.
00:34:20.000But this time it's being subsidized by your taxpayer dollars.
00:34:24.000Can you walk us through some of your findings on that front?
00:34:28.000So the oversight project has been leading the front on the executive order one four oh one nine, which is essentially a Biden bucks get out the vote federal program to take federal agencies and have them doing voter registration.
00:34:42.000This new iteration I guess that we could call it with the camel of cash campaign cash is essentially going to take these with the Bureau of Indian Education down in Arizona to essentially provide voter registration forms to students to bring home to their parents so that they can register all these different super dem leaning counties on the.
00:35:07.000On the, you know, on the reservations and provide, you know, all types of different voter registration issues to essentially flout the numbers, you know, Arizona, I think Biden took Arizona by 11,000 votes somewhere near there.
00:35:21.000These kinds of voter registration plans using your tax dollars to essentially provide the Democrats with more registrants for the 2024 election is a complete overhaul of our federal election system and is going to provide them with a way to create ballots in places where they need to win and using federal agencies to do it.
00:35:45.000And like a DOE or DOI Department of Interior ethics attorneys even said they're not even sure if they can do all this stuff.
00:35:52.000Many agencies that we found through our documents release and FOIA litigation have shown that ethics attorneys across the board through all these federal agencies don't think they even have the authority to actually provide voter registration services in a lot of instances.
00:36:07.000And so, you know, this is a continuation of the same Democrat cheating plan to not only, you know, essentially rig the 2024 election, but to use your taxpayer dollars to do so.
00:36:19.000They're getting desperate. It's obvious. Max, if people want to follow you, support you guys over at Heritage Oversight, where can the audience go to do all that?
00:36:29.000You can find us on Twitter, Oversight PR, and you find all of our work there and we'll continue to work and make sure that we avoid this anarcho tyranny and the lack of congressional investigations that we're going to continue to parallel.
00:36:45.000Certainly, Max, thank you so much for joining us. We'll have you guys back on soon. Thank you for the work that you do.
00:36:53.000And just adding this, you guys know we provide signal, not noise here in the war room.
00:36:58.000There's been a barrage of news stories coming out. It started in the Associated Press already engaging in some what I would call predictive programming, saying that state election offices are already overwhelmed and inundated by the number of mail and ballot requests that they're getting.
00:37:13.000So as a result, we should start expecting delays and election results are already starting to draw that out.
00:37:20.000You, of course, also have the State Department over in Washington, their Secretary of State, using your taxpayer dollars to create an initiative to counteract misinformation about mail-in voting and why it's actually efficient, effective, and certainly no chance for it to become rife with fraud.
00:37:39.000We know history, whether here in the UK, any country that's instituted it, proves quite differently.
00:37:46.000I'm honored to be joined now by the one and only intrepid investigative reporter, Julie Kelly, quite the explosive day, no pun intended, on Capitol Hill with Christopher Wray's hearing.
00:37:59.000We can get into the shooting stuff after the break. We've got a few minutes, but I would love just kind of your overall assessment of what we have seen today from Christopher Wray.
00:38:08.000I mean, Natalie, we have covered Christopher Wray. You have, too, for years.
00:38:13.000And if you haven't covered Christopher Wray, you might look at his performance today and say, well, he seems earnest and he seems trustworthy.
00:38:21.000And it sure does sound like he wants to get to the bottom of what happened on July 13th.
00:38:26.000Well, let's not get overly confident here because the FBI under Christopher Wray's leadership is hopelessly corrupt, partisan, political, and we cannot, unfortunately, expect a fair assessment from this FBI about what happened before and on July 13th.
00:38:43.000So he might have concorded himself sort of okay today. I mean, you could be a stick, Natalie, and look better than what we saw from Kimberly Cheadle on Monday. You could look more human and more honest.
00:38:56.000Anybody could compare to what we saw from her disastrous testimony resulting in her finally resigning on yesterday. So he did disclose some details. We could talk about it after the break.
00:39:08.000Also some interesting tidbits coming out related to January 6th. And then, of course, Natalie, this is all happening with the backdrop of pro-Hamas demonstrators trying to burn down, destroy Washington, D.C. over the presence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Capitol Hill this afternoon.
00:39:28.000So walk us through some of those developments on the January 6th front.
00:39:33.000So it was interesting and sort of amusing, Natalie, you would appreciate this. Representative Thomas Massey actually played a clip of Joe Biden claiming that gallows that were built on Capitol grounds on January 6th, and this is Joe Biden seeking, saying those gallows were built because protesters wanted to use it to hang Mike Pence.
00:39:55.900So Tom Massey actually described this as another attempted assassination, confronted Christopher Wray about the existence of the gallows.
00:40:05.900Chris Wray kind of pretended, whoa, gallows, what gallows? What are you talking about? Oh, maybe I've seen some pictures.
00:40:11.380Said, yeah, I think I've seen it, but it was more like a prop.
00:40:15.000So Tom Massey pushed back and said, oh, so they weren't legitimate gallows like Joe Biden is talking about that actually people could use to hang Mike Pence.
00:40:22.840Chris Wray basically says, no, that's not the case.
00:40:27.100Then Tom Massey pointed out this individual that other reporters, including Ed Martin, who did a very careful analysis of video in that area, an individual on top of the gallows, and asked FBI Director Christopher Wray, has this individual been identified or arrested or charged?
00:40:45.500Chris Wray said, no, but hey, here's some good news, like 850 J6ers have pleaded guilty, and 180 have been found guilty at trials in Washington.
00:40:57.060So, hey, here's a squirrel. Let's look over here. Let's forget about the gallows.
00:41:00.960So, Natalie, as you know, the gallows have been a key optic related to the so-called insurrection, related to the idea that protesters were hunting down Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi, and we're going to use that prop to hang them.
00:41:16.340Well, here we are more than three and a half years later. No one has been identified with constructing those gallows.
00:41:21.840So, certainly no one has been charged, even though, Natalie, the FBI said, after January 6th they had the noose, which was orange, by the way, they had the noose, and they were going to be investigating it.
00:41:35.060And here we are, just like the pipe bomber, Natalie, three and a half years later, no gallow builders, no pipe bomber.
00:41:42.360Chris Wray acts like he doesn't know what anyone's talking about about that.
00:41:46.860And was he directly confronted about Fed involvement in January 6th? How did he weasel his way out of that?
00:41:55.020He did, Natalie. Representative Victoria Sparts, who's sort of like climbing my list of favorite Republicans.
00:42:02.520It's a short list right now. We have a really short list of favorite Republicans.
00:42:07.260But, I mean, she minces no words when she confronts people like Chris Wray.
00:42:11.140And she hit him again about confirmation related to the number of CHS's, confidential human sources, commonly known as informants, January 6th.
00:42:21.620And Chris Wray immediately got defiant and indignant and said, you know, this idea that the FBI orchestrated January 6th is totally false.
00:42:31.060And she's like, well, no, no, no, no, no. I think she's Ukrainian, actually.
00:42:34.240She has this really cool accent. And push back, no, no, no, no. I just want to know, you know, you've been saying you don't know about the number of CHS's.
00:42:42.060Do you have any more information about this? And he said, no, we don't. And I'm not going to talk about that.
00:42:48.200You know, like he was irritated at the question.
00:42:50.780Then he went on again to talk about the jury trials and said, no, defendants have brought this up.
00:42:56.920Well, Natalie, that is 100 percent false.
00:43:00.120We know, especially the trials of the Proud Boys, which I covered, trials of the Oath Keepers, which I also covered the first one.
00:43:10.780And Julie, we're going to jump to a break. So I'm going to hold you through because we got it.
00:43:18.280No, no, no. We got to drill down on that point.
00:43:19.920And I want to get into the also the discoveries, the revelations about Thomas Matthew Crooks or frankly, lack thereof, though, not as bad as Kimberly Cheadle.
00:43:28.340I don't know if she's a good benchmark to have for congressional hearing prejudice.
00:43:32.480We'll be right back with Julie Kelly after the break.
00:43:34.560For 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only conservative Christian wireless provider.
00:46:00.800DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is near completed or has completed DOJ's internal investigation report
00:46:07.380into DOJ-FBI's involvement or role in January 6th.
00:46:13.260That report, and Christopher Ray confirmed today, is expected to address the role, perhaps a number,
00:46:20.820the activity conduct of FBI CHSs on January 6th.
00:46:26.300I am told this report will be pretty explosive, and we're not sure if Merrick Garland is doing what Alejandro Mayorkas is doing right now,
00:46:34.940which is putting a brick on the DHS Inspector General report about January 6th, which he has had on his desk since April.
00:46:44.460We don't know where this DOJ-IG report is in the process, whether Merrick Garland has it, if he is making his edits and redactions.
00:46:53.640But as Chris Ray said today, it will address the role of CHSs.
00:46:57.600Finally, after more than three and a half years, Natalie, maybe we will get close to a straight answer about what those informants and FBI assets did
00:47:05.640to incite or provoke the events of that day.
00:48:55.780We always love to take care of the War Room Posse.
00:48:59.020You guys ask about our burger all the time.
00:49:01.780You can cook it with so many different recipes.
00:49:04.700In fact, we actually run a food truck here in Casper, Wyoming, on the weekends where we sell prepared meals made out of our ground beef out of the food truck.
