00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:00:53.000 Alright, welcome into a very special broadcast of War Room.
00:00:56.000 I am Brian Glenn.
00:00:57.000 Today is July 24th in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:01:01.000 We're live on the ground in Charlotte, North Carolina,
00:01:05.000 for President Trump's rally here in the great Tar Heel State.
00:01:09.000 We'll have all the complete coverage.
00:01:11.000 President Trump expected to take the stage roughly around 6.30 here in local time.
00:01:17.000 Until then, so much in the news today.
00:01:20.000 It seems like the news cycle over the last 14 days has been accelerated to a point that I've never seen it in all of my years in news.
00:01:29.000 I've never seen the amount of news, relevant news that have come out so quickly.
00:01:34.000 And it seems like the assassination attempt that we saw back on July 13th is something now of a distant memory almost,
00:01:43.000 if it's stacked down to maybe the seventh or eighth item that people are talking about right now.
00:01:48.000 But the latest thing is all of the controversy surrounding the DNC and who in fact will be the leader of the Democrat Party
00:02:00.000 and who will President Trump ultimately go up against on November 5th.
00:02:04.000 It assumes it's going to be Kamala Harris, but there are some grumblings in the Democrat Party as well that feel like that process has alienated a percentage of their base.
00:02:19.000 But meanwhile, Republicans are about as unified as they've ever been.
00:02:24.000 We had Michael Watley, chairman of the RNC, on here earlier talking about the unity in the Republican Party
00:02:30.000 and how all of the agenda that maybe was not focused on in 2020 is a little bit more focused on now in this race
00:02:40.000 and due to the amount of problems that the agenda will solve.
00:02:43.000 And so, of course, the addition of J.D. Vance being the vice president pick and is a solid, in my opinion, a solid MAGA choice for this.
00:02:53.000 And there were several people on that short list that I felt like were good messengers of MAGA
00:03:01.000 but necessarily did not have the leadership or experience to follow through on policies.
00:03:07.000 And I think J.D. Vance with his, although short time in the Senate, has obviously been very vocal about a lot of the issues from the Republican Party
00:03:19.000 and the MAGA agenda, so I think he's a great addition to that.
00:03:23.000 And then if you look at what's going on in our country and the number, the top two or three issues in the country right now to voters,
00:03:31.000 to everyday Americans who I think the Republican Party has a finger on its pulse, the everyday Americans,
00:03:39.000 it is the economy. It is the struggles.
00:03:41.000 The song behind me right now is singing just about that.
00:03:45.000 People are struggling, not only in this state, but we spent time in Michigan.
00:03:50.000 And I've got to tell you, up until Michigan, it seemed like immigration was always the top issue.
00:03:57.000 Until I got to Michigan, I understood just how destructive Gretchen Whitmire's agenda was.
00:04:04.000 And I spent a lot of time in Michigan post 2020 election covering all of the discrepancies in that state.
00:04:11.000 And I'll be the first one to tell you, I've never seen so many small businesses completely wiped away from the destructive policies of that government.
00:04:21.000 And just the COVID mandates and all of the closings of generational wealth have been wiped off the table.
00:04:30.000 And so people in Michigan, yes, they are concerned about immigration, but they're also concerned about their family and the economy.
00:04:38.000 And to use a word just bluntly, they're pissed off.
00:04:43.000 And that's why they were so loud and vocal the other day in Grand Rapids.
00:04:48.000 And then, of course, you shift over to Ohio after that.
00:04:51.000 After that, the Rust Belt and a lot of manufacturing jobs have moved out of that state.
00:04:56.000 And the policies of the Biden administration have pushed those jobs out.
00:05:01.000 Energy and independence is something that we had.
00:05:04.000 And if you look at what is happening now, not only in Michigan and Ohio, but in Virginia as well, in Pennsylvania,
00:05:13.000 we are now, you know, importing oil from people that we used to sell oil to.
00:05:20.000 And so everything has just reversed in the last three and a half years.
00:05:23.000 And that's why so many blue-collar workers are very upset right now because they feel like that this America
00:05:30.000 that they've loved to have worked for and invested their entire life is gone due to the destructive policy.
00:05:38.000 But we're here live here in Charlotte, North Carolina.
00:05:42.000 We had several speakers on behind us earlier.
00:05:45.000 Perhaps we'll go to our social media pages and get more of that.
00:05:49.000 I did have a chance to talk to Brandon Judd, who is 25 years on with the Border Patrol.
00:05:56.000 He's a former president of the Border Patrol.
00:05:59.000 And I talked about the pulse and the morale of a Border Patrol that has been dragged and stretched out so thin to try to cover this crisis.
00:06:09.000 Here's a few minutes of what he had to say.
00:06:12.000 The broken border remains the number one issue in America.
00:06:16.000 My next guest knows all too well about that.
00:06:19.000 Former president of the Border Patrol Council and a 25-year veteran of the Border Patrol, Brandon Judd, joining me.
00:06:25.000 When I talk to thousands of Americans, it's the economy and it's the border.
00:06:30.000 It's got to be fixed.
00:06:31.000 And it should be.
00:06:32.000 It should be.
00:06:33.000 And it should be in that order right there.
00:06:34.000 We have to be able to take care of our families first and foremost.
00:06:37.000 And if we can take care of them with our jobs and economically, then we're in a position.
00:06:41.000 But then you have to look at that border because that is where the criminals are coming in.
00:06:45.000 That's where the fentanyl is coming in and that's where so many of our citizens are dying.
00:06:49.000 We all know about the rapes.
00:06:50.000 We know about the murders.
00:06:51.000 We know about all of that.
00:06:53.000 What the American, what I wish the American people could see is what happens behind the scenes,
00:06:57.000 where I have been in counseling Secretary Mayorkas, trying to get him to implement policies,
00:07:03.000 knowing that those policy suggestions went to the border czar Kamala Harris and she refused to implement that.
00:07:10.000 That's what the American people need to understand.
00:07:12.000 Because if they want a secure border, they're not going to get it from her.
00:07:15.000 Look at her track record.
00:07:17.000 Don't listen to what she says.
00:07:19.000 Watch her actions.
00:07:20.000 And her actions clearly speak that she's not going to do anything that is necessary to secure the border.
00:07:25.000 So you're telling me that all the intel that you had and all the images that we've seen,
00:07:29.000 those stories that you and your agents have listened to,
00:07:33.000 all the information has been given to her and the administration,
00:07:38.000 and they have purposely done nothing about it.
00:07:41.000 That is correct.
00:07:42.000 It's not just the stories.
00:07:43.000 We've also given them policy suggestions.
00:07:46.000 Look, as much as I do not like President Biden,
00:07:49.000 I realize that I have to work with him to try to get the border secure.
00:07:53.000 I have to look out for the American people.
00:07:55.000 And so what we did was we proposed policies, programs, operations that fit within their parameters,
00:08:01.000 knowing that they were going to get rid of remain in Mexico.
00:08:05.000 We came up with policies and programs that fit within their parameters,
00:08:09.000 and they refused to implement them simply because they knew that their rabid base doesn't want that.
00:08:14.000 They were for open borders because they're more worried about their political litmus than what they are the American people.
00:08:20.000 Let's talk about the morale of the Border Patrol.
00:08:23.000 We've often heard it's a very tough job.
00:08:25.000 We can all understand the number of hours, the stories that they and the things they have to witness.
00:08:30.000 I don't know how they do it.
00:08:31.000 Let's talk about that.
00:08:32.000 What's the current state of the morale of the Border Patrol?
00:08:35.000 It's the lowest that I've ever seen, and the reason is because we simply can't do our job.
00:08:39.000 Every single time that I get called out to a vehicle accident where there's bodies strewn across the road,
00:08:45.000 I wish Kamala Harris could be there.
00:08:47.000 Every single time that I go and I see a dead body in the water, I wish Kamala Harris could be there.
00:08:52.000 It's not humane what we're seeing from this administration.
00:08:56.000 They preach and they talk a good story, but they don't actually follow through with the actions,
00:09:02.000 and that's what frustrates every one of us so much.
00:09:04.000 And the reason why we're so frustrated is because we want to feel like our job means something.
00:09:08.000 We want to feel like we're protecting your viewers, and we don't feel that way.
00:09:12.000 We know that everything that we do just means that we're just going to release more people in the country.
00:09:16.000 I had an opportunity to go down the border right after President Biden took over.
00:09:21.000 I saw it looked like an abandoned works site.
00:09:24.000 All the steel, all the concrete, it was all just sitting there wasting away.
00:09:28.000 Yeah, and when you drive along the border, I'm sure you saw this.
00:09:32.000 Under President Trump, if you drove along that border, you would have seen one agent for a minimum of every two miles.
00:09:38.000 But because we were so inundated, you could drive 20 miles and not see an agent.
00:09:43.000 That's how wide open everything was.
00:09:46.000 And it's so demoralizing knowing that we became, and I hate to use this phrase, but we became the welcome patrol.
00:09:54.000 Not the border patrol, the welcome patrol.
00:09:57.000 That's an interesting point.
00:09:58.000 We just saw some stats yesterday.
00:10:01.000 We got a lot of Saudis, a lot of Chinese people coming through the border.
00:10:05.000 These are people that, they're coming from areas of the world that quite honestly want to do a lot of harm to us.
00:10:11.000 Talk about the potential of terrorists coming through our border.
00:10:15.000 It's not just potential, it's reality.
00:10:17.000 When you look at the number of people that we've apprehended on the terrorist watch list.
00:10:21.000 Now, the problem with that is once we take them into custody, we turn them over to HSI and the FBI.
00:10:27.000 Then we don't know what happened to them.
00:10:29.000 We know that there have been people that were released that were on the terrorist watch list into the United States.
00:10:34.000 And they knew that?
00:10:35.000 They did.
00:10:36.000 They did.
00:10:37.000 I mean, we caught, we took them into custody.
00:10:38.000 We were able to determine that they were on the terrorist watch list.
00:10:40.000 They were on the terrorist watch list, turned them over, and then they later subsequently got released.
00:10:45.000 It's amazing what this administration does.
00:10:47.000 But when you talk about numbers, let's talk about this.
00:10:50.000 A hundred thousand Chinese nationals just since he's been in office.
00:10:55.000 Eighty thousand individuals from India.
00:10:58.000 We're dealing with people from 160 different countries.
00:11:02.000 The United Nations only recognizes 195 countries, and we're dealing with people from 160 different countries.
00:11:09.000 These are countries that want to do us harm.
00:11:11.000 We know they want to do us harm, and they won't, and Biden and Harris won't do anything about it.
00:11:16.000 So on November 5th, if you want to secure the border, there's only one person that could do that.
00:11:20.000 Yeah, that's obvious.
00:11:22.000 That's obvious.
00:11:23.000 President Trump, he's been there.
00:11:24.000 He's done that.
00:11:25.000 His policies have worked.
00:11:26.000 They will work again.
00:11:28.000 He'll do everything that is necessary to keep our agents in the field rather than doing paperwork,
00:11:33.000 rather than taking care of people, and again, becoming the welcome patrol.
00:11:36.000 Brandon Judd joining us here on the pre-show here in North Carolina.
00:11:41.000 And I think this will become a talking point for the Trump campaign against Kamala Harris
00:11:51.000 and the complete disaster and being totally irresponsible for doing anything with the border.
00:11:58.000 And, of course, going off to El Paso isn't necessarily addressing the issue at the border
00:12:04.000 where Eagle Pass and along down to Brownsville.
00:12:07.000 So a complete disaster on the border.
00:12:10.000 We also talked about the economy and how it really is affecting every single American.
00:12:16.000 No matter what demographic you are a part of, and we've even heard the president's son,
00:12:23.000 Don Jr., say, look, I'm the son of a wealthy billionaire.
00:12:26.000 If I'm struggling at the pump, then you're likely struggling as well.
00:12:31.000 So this is a party that very much identifies with the struggles of America.
00:12:37.000 Now let's turn our attention to what should be still the biggest story in the world,
00:12:44.000 and that is an attempted assassination on an American president.
00:12:48.000 That would be Donald John Trump back on July 13th at 6.11 p.m.
00:12:55.000 We all know where we were at when that happened.
00:12:58.000 That's one of the things I often ask people in line is,
00:13:01.000 where were you when you watched or received news that President Trump had an assassination attempt on him?
00:13:07.000 We saw the conference the other day in front of the oversight where Cheadle, head of the Secret Service,
00:13:14.000 was absolutely grilled all day by House Republicans and Democrats.
00:13:19.000 And I kind of knew going into this hearing, because I have been to many oversight and Homeland Security meetings,
00:13:27.000 and often in oversight, it becomes no matter what the topic is, it turns into an anti-Trump hearing.
00:13:34.000 And so going into this hearing, I had that in the back of my mind.
00:13:38.000 Well, that didn't disappoint because it wasn't an anti-Trump hearing,
00:13:43.000 although Jamie Raskin, the minority leader there on the oversight committee,
00:13:48.000 chose to kind of lead into more of an AR-15-type gun-grabbing hearing,
00:13:54.000 and that was something that was peppered into just about every Democrat five minutes that they were given to speak to Cheadle.
00:14:03.000 And on the Republican side, it certainly didn't disappoint at all.
00:14:07.000 Tim Burchett, Nancy Mace, Margie Taylor Greene, Jim Jordan, and others,
00:14:12.000 I would say the whole entire Republican conference there on that committee,
00:14:15.000 really sprayed their questions to Cheadle.
00:14:20.000 We're looking for answers, and I think it's interesting because all of us can sit in the war room right now,
00:14:25.000 and the war room posse is some of the smartest people in this country.
00:14:29.000 You can do a Google search for five or ten minutes, and you and I can find more information about what's going on
00:14:36.000 and what happened on the ground there in Butler than perhaps the head of the Secret Service could find out.
00:14:43.000 It seems like what they were doing was delaying and delaying and delaying.
00:14:47.000 We've got more of the war room live here in Charlotte, North Carolina.
00:14:52.000 Do not go anywhere. We'll be right back.
00:14:55.000 We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
00:15:00.000 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.000 Their gold? To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.000 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.000 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.000 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:26.000 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:30.000 Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:13.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:16:18.000 Welcome back to War Room.
00:16:23.000 We're live here in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Bojangles Coliseum.
00:16:29.000 It is packed.
00:16:31.000 The official capacity of this auditorium is about 8,600.
00:16:35.000 But I would say they probably put another thousand or so on the floor.
00:16:39.000 Every seat is absolutely taken at this point.
00:16:44.000 We're glad you're joining us.
00:16:45.000 President Trump's scheduled to take the stage at 6 o'clock and deliver another fiery message.
00:16:52.000 Now, this is the first rally since Kamala Harris being pretty much assigned to be the head of the Democrat Party and the nominee for president.
00:17:03.000 And we can't wait to see what he has to say on that.
00:17:06.000 Now, earlier, I had the opportunity to walk outside and talk to hundreds of people all talking about the reasons why they're here, what President Trump should do on day one, why they're voting for President Trump.
00:17:19.000 And one of the things I noticed as well is the amount of young people here at the rally and the amount of young people that are being attracted to the Republican Party specifically to support President Trump.
00:17:31.000 And I think it's one of these kind of political mysteries here of what certain things really resonate with young people, forcing them to get into the realm of politics and to support President Trump.
00:17:47.000 Here is just a few of the interviews I got earlier outside this coliseum.
00:17:52.000 Take a listen.
00:17:53.000 You watch me all the time.
00:17:54.000 All right.
00:17:55.000 What's your message to President Trump right now?
00:17:57.000 Fight, fight, fight.
00:17:58.000 Fight, fight, fight.
00:17:59.000 Fight, fight, fight.
00:18:00.000 Absolutely.
00:18:01.000 Have you seen him before?
00:18:02.000 I have many times, several times.
00:18:04.000 What's what's been the biggest problem post Joe Biden for you?
00:18:09.000 The inflation, the border, crime, retirement, Social Security, investments.
00:18:13.000 All of it.
00:18:14.000 All of it.
00:18:15.000 How do you pick one?
00:18:16.000 How do you pick one?
00:18:17.000 I mean, this guy is a total wreck.
00:18:20.000 Total wreck.
00:18:21.000 So here in North Carolina, what's the biggest problems here in North Carolina?
00:18:25.000 What's like, I mean.
00:18:26.000 Free Steve Bannon.
00:18:28.000 Of course.
00:18:29.000 Free.
00:18:30.000 Yeah.
00:18:31.000 The biggest problem is we don't have Trump in yet.
00:18:36.000 You get Trump, you fix North Carolina, really?
00:18:39.000 You get Mark Robinson in, you fix North Carolina, too.
00:18:42.000 I hope so.
00:18:43.000 Yeah, we hope so, too.
00:18:44.000 We got to make sure we vote for that.
00:18:45.000 How long have you guys been in line?
00:18:46.000 About an hour.
00:18:47.000 About an hour?
00:18:48.000 I'm from Kansas, though.
00:18:49.000 Okay.
00:18:50.000 I came on purpose.
00:18:51.000 I was going to talk about the economic impact that these rallies have.
00:18:55.000 A lot of people travel in from all over the country.
00:18:58.000 You got hotel expenses.
00:18:59.000 You got flights.
00:19:00.000 You got gas.
00:19:01.000 You got food.
00:19:02.000 You got merch.
00:19:03.000 You got all kinds of stuff coming here.
00:19:04.000 Okay.
00:19:05.000 I want to just go talk to a young person just for a second.
00:19:06.000 So in your peer of friends, does everyone support President Trump?
00:19:10.000 Is it kind of like a, are you an oddity that you like Trump?
00:19:13.000 It's like a 80-20.
00:19:15.000 80% Trump, 20% Democrat.
00:19:18.000 So the 20% Democrats, they're all going to fail high school this year.
00:19:22.000 And they're going to be held back because they're not smart enough.
00:19:24.000 That was a joke.
00:19:25.000 I hope they don't fail.
00:19:26.000 What is it about President Trump that you like?
00:19:28.000 I just love President Trump.
00:19:30.000 Yeah.
00:19:31.000 See, that's the appeal he has with these young people.
00:19:33.000 I love it.
00:19:34.000 I love it.
00:19:35.000 If you're young people for Trump, then the Democrats are letting on.
00:19:37.000 Well, hang on.
00:19:38.000 Let me talk to you one more time.
00:19:39.000 Do you see, real quickly, do you see that you have stuff on social media like TikTok and Instagram?
00:19:45.000 Do you see Trump being promoted in a kind of a positive light?
00:19:49.000 Or is there more like hate videos on him?
00:19:52.000 Kind of 50-50.
00:19:54.000 I mean, I see more love about Trump than I do of Kamala or Democratic.
00:20:00.000 I think it's important that we hold a presence on TikTok for Trump.
00:20:05.000 I really do.
00:20:06.000 In the very beginning, people didn't want TikTok.
00:20:08.000 I particularly think it's any, they already got our information anyway.
00:20:11.000 I mean, Zuckerberg's got it from back in the day.
00:20:13.000 Yeah, he's got it on your phone.
00:20:15.000 But it's important.
00:20:16.000 Thank you so much for sharing your time.
00:20:20.000 Yeah, and I think it's important to point out that they have been very successful in terms of social media, of targeting some of these younger voters and bringing them to the Republican Party, more specifically Trump.
00:20:38.000 And I was really surprised walking around how many young people we've seen.
00:20:42.000 Now, granted, school is out and so it's summer and they can come here.
00:20:46.000 But I even asked a couple other people that would have been in high school.
00:20:51.000 I said, hey, if President Trump was coming to your hometown and it was a school day, would you skip school?
00:20:57.000 And they said, absolutely, we would.
00:20:59.000 So getting this young vote out is important.
00:21:02.000 I want to bring in Natalie Winters, who's back in the studio, to kind of guide this ship the rest of the way.
00:21:08.000 Natalie, does it surprise you just how many young voters are coming aboard this Trump movement and voting for him for the very first time?
00:21:19.000 Not at all.
00:21:21.000 As Stephen K. Bannon always says, I think my generation is waking up to the fact that the policies of the Democratic Party, but even more precisely, the Republican establishment have left them as being nothing but Russian serfs.
00:21:32.000 And I think that that is what President Trump represents, right, a change from sort of the established world order, a change in policy, a change in delivering that message.
00:21:41.000 None of that, you know, fake politician BS, just pure, raw economic populism, which is the message that we've been championing here in the war room for so long.
00:21:51.000 Brian, I assume that you are going to depart us.
00:21:54.000 Thank you so much for opening the show.
00:21:56.000 We still have you.
00:21:57.000 I do have one question that I'd love to ask you before you go.
00:22:00.000 What is the vibe like on the ground there in terms of safety precautions?
00:22:04.000 Do you feel a heightened sense of security?
00:22:06.000 Did attendees express any concerns to you?
00:22:09.000 Yeah.
00:22:11.000 Natalie, thanks for asking that question, because I failed to talk about that earlier.
00:22:16.000 The first thing I noticed coming to this arena is when the in the press area where we parked, which is closer to the arena, we had to go through the magnetometers for the car.
00:22:27.000 We had the dog sniffing.
00:22:28.000 We had to get out of the vehicle.
00:22:30.000 They had to inspect the vehicle for any type of bomb or any kind of threat like that.
00:22:35.000 That was the first time I've ever had to do that at a Trump rally.
00:22:39.000 So then we pulled into the park into the parking lot.
00:22:42.000 And then I noticed a row of city buses that were lined up almost as a border wall around the parking lot because the actual Coliseum is on a sloped surface.
00:22:55.000 So it is kind of in a way, if you think, on a hill.
00:22:58.000 So the buses lined the parking lot, which I thought was interesting as well.
00:23:03.000 We did see a, I would say, overwhelming support of local police here on the ground around the Coliseum.
00:23:13.000 We saw police cars around the area streets feeding into this area.
00:23:18.000 So, yes, there is an overwhelmingly presence of police, Secret Service, and I would say like a National Guard type feel here as well.
00:23:29.000 So they're not, you know, cutting any corners for this rally here in North Carolina.
00:23:35.000 Natalie?
00:23:36.000 Ryan, thank you so much for starting off the show.
00:23:40.000 I know the audience always loves seeing you, should I say, in your element at Trump rallies.
00:23:45.000 I feel like that's where people know you best.
00:23:46.000 So thank you so much for joining us.
00:23:48.000 I'm sure we'll see you soon.
00:23:50.000 And War Room Posse, it's Natalie Winters taking over for both the 5 p.m. hour and the 6 p.m. hour.
00:23:57.000 We have a packed show.
00:23:59.000 Julie Kelly, Mike Benz, our first guest.
00:24:02.000 Max Methu, I'm hoping I'm pronouncing that correct, from the Heritage Oversight Project.
00:24:08.000 Now, Max, you guys have dropped several bombshell reports.
00:24:12.000 I want to start picking up where Brian left off in terms of rally security.
00:24:16.000 You guys obtained cell phone data tracing individuals who were acquaintances or frequently visited the home of shooter would be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks.
00:24:26.000 Most interestingly, one of those locations that you trace devices to was Gallery Place, a building in Washington, D.C., less than half a mile away from, you guessed it, FBI headquarters.
00:24:38.000 Again, that's a bombshell report.
00:24:40.000 Can you walk the audience through sort of some of the buried leads in this report?
00:24:45.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:24:46.000 So the Oversight Project, following the assassination attempt on President Trump, we've been working 24 hours nonstop to provide a parallel investigation into Matthew Crook's phone data.
00:24:59.000 So we've essentially amassed a bunch of ad ID data to track not only allegedly Matthew Crook's phone, but nine other devices that went to Matthew Crook's home before the July 13th attack.
00:25:14.000 And as you said, we tracked one of these phones down to an FBI office here in or near here at Gallery Place in Washington, D.C.
00:25:23.000 You know, we have essentially been nonstop working on this and trying to make sure that the American people have some transparency on how this all happened.
00:25:32.000 So walk us through some of the other locations that you guys were able to discern connections between.
00:25:38.000 And for people who aren't familiar, too, with D.C., I mean, if I'm not mistaken, Gallery Place is one of the closest, if not the closest metro stations to FBI headquarters.
00:25:47.000 Again, just an individual in D.C. visiting this random 20 year old home.
00:25:51.000 Can you walk us through some of the other ties that you guys have uncovered?
00:25:54.000 Yeah.
00:25:55.000 So we connected him to, you know, Shooting Rage in Allegheny.
00:25:59.000 We've also connected into a laundromat or somewhere abouts there.
00:26:02.000 There's also a phone that tracked a similar geofence area out to Massachusetts.
00:26:08.000 You know, there was many there's at least nine devices that we tracked through the added ID data and we were able to pin them to, you know, various places and including the Gallery Place metro station, which, as you said, is right next to the FBI headquarters.
00:26:22.000 So it's a lot of varying, you know, different ways to make sure and track this information.
00:26:29.000 And the oversight project is essentially working nonstop to track it all down.
00:26:34.000 And, Max, I want to hold you through the break because I want to get into sort of I think the stunning issue that this audience has gotten all too familiar with, that you guys are doing more work and more heavy lifting than the actual Congressional Oversight Committee in terms of getting the receipts.
00:26:49.000 We, of course, already see them starting to push for a bipartisan.
00:26:52.000 Any time you hear the word bipartisan in Washington, D.C., it should send chills down your spine, but a bipartisan task force to get to the bottom of what happened.
00:27:00.000 I'm sure they'll blame DEI and they'll think, you know, Kimberly Tietel's resignation is enough.
00:27:05.000 But you guys, I think, are really getting to the crux of the issue.
00:27:09.000 So I'll hold you through the break in terms of motivations behind the shooter.
00:27:12.000 There's also some breaking news.
00:27:14.000 The CEO of Gab posting not too long ago on Twitter that Thomas Matthew Crooks is believed to have an account on that platform, only posting about nine or so items.
00:27:25.000 But all of them basically having an underlying pro Biden or in some capacity anti Trump sentiment.
00:27:31.000 You haven't seen that plastered across the mainstream media.
00:27:34.000 I highly doubt you will. Max will join us after the break.
00:27:37.000 In the meantime, you guys can go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire.
00:27:44.000 You know, our elites are very adept at lying to us like no further than what's gone on in Pennsylvania.
00:27:50.000 So they're definitely not giving you the whole spiel when it comes to anything economy related.
00:27:56.000 So I got a good Birchgold.com slash Bannon back after break.
00:27:59.000 Julie Kelly, Mike Benz and so much more.
00:28:02.000 We'll be right back.
00:28:04.000 For 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only conservative Christian wireless provider.
00:28:19.000 Let me repeat that for 10 years.

00:29:14.000 You keep your number, you keep your phone or you upgrade.
00:29:18.000 Just go to PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon or call 972 Patriot.
00:29:23.000 That's 972 Patriot and get free activation today with the offer code Bannon.
00:29:29.000 PatriotMobile.com Bannon or call 972 Patriot.
00:29:34.000 Patriot. Take action. Do this today.
00:29:38.000 Back to director. Let me go back to where Mr. Bishop was. Tell me about the drone.
00:29:41.000 You act like you wanted to fill us in on that. Fill us in.
00:29:45.000 So we have recovered a drone that the shooter appears to have used.
00:29:51.000 It's being exploited and analyzed by the FBI lab.
00:29:54.000 The drone was recovered in his vehicle.
00:29:57.000 So at the time of the shooting, the drone was in his vehicle with the controller.
00:30:04.000 In addition, our investigation has uncovered.
00:30:07.000 Do you know what time of day he flew it and if he flew it on the day of the shot?
00:30:10.000 Oh, I'm sorry. Go ahead. Go ahead.
00:30:11.000 So in addition, it appears that around 3.50 p.m., 4 o'clock in that window on the day of the shooting,
00:30:23.000 that the shooter was flying the drone around the area.
00:30:28.000 Two hours.
00:30:29.000 About 11 minutes. I want to be clear.
00:30:30.000 But when I say the area, not over the stage and that part of the area itself.
00:30:36.000 But I would say about 200 yards, give or take, away from that.
00:30:40.000 We think, but we do not know.
00:30:42.000 So again, this is one of these things that's qualified because of our ongoing review.
00:30:46.000 That he was live streaming, you know, viewing the footage from that.
00:30:50.000 Again, about 11 minutes and around the 3.50, 4 o'clock p.m. range.
00:30:54.000 Two hours before he's flying a drone in the vicinity of the route.
00:30:57.000 About 200 yards away, yes.
00:30:59.000 Okay, that's important information.
00:31:01.000 What about the bombs that we've heard about in the shooter's car?
00:31:04.000 So again...
00:31:05.000 Enough lies from FBI Director Christopher Wray.
00:31:10.000 We'll have Julie Kelly joining us shortly to unpack that.
00:31:13.000 All things January 6th and the, shall we say,
00:31:17.000 poetic irony of everything that is going on right now in Washington, D.C.,
00:31:20.000 outside of Union Station, where you see these anti-American agitators,
00:31:24.000 paid protesters, terrorists, whatever you want to call them,
00:31:27.000 burning down American flags, pulling down American flags from flagpoles,
00:31:31.000 as you see Democrats in Congress melting down about MAGA because apparently we're the real threat to the security of this country.
00:31:39.000 But we still have Max from Heritage Oversight with us.
00:31:42.000 And I just want you to draw for the audience the important distinction between the task force,
00:31:48.000 the bipartisan task force, dead on arrival, that they're already pushing versus a sort of special or select committee,
00:31:56.000 the distinctions there and why we need to push for the latter.
00:31:59.000 Yeah, so I think the biggest point to take away from any kind of bipartisan task force is that that is business as usual.
00:32:08.000 Business as usual almost got President Donald Trump killed.
00:32:12.000 And we cannot continue to have the system investigate itself.
00:32:16.000 We know that the FBI and the Secret Service are ran by corrupt leaders who are going to continue to skirt their constitutional responsibilities to actually cooperate with any kind of congressional investigation.
00:32:27.000 And more importantly, Congress cannot investigate.
00:32:31.000 They've shown that throughout this entire Congress that they are in able to actually do any investigations that provide any serious subpoenas or any kind of moving the dial on any of these very important issues.
00:32:44.000 The Special Commission would essentially be able to operate without the 20 days left in the legislative session to essentially be able to bring forward real investigations to completely provide new authorities to allow for all different types of criminal investigation types of statutory authority and essentially just move the dial away from this business as usual kind of Washington DC swamp investigation,
00:33:13.000 where the resignation of the secret service director is enough and we can all just kind of sweep this under the rug and not have to worry about this anymore.
00:33:21.000 That's just not going to work.
00:33:23.000 Yeah, business as usual isn't something that we support here in the war room.
00:33:28.000 And you're so right.
00:33:29.000 This is the logical conclusion of the law fair and frankly, warfare.
00:33:33.000 We got Mike Benz joining us later to talk about a new kind of psychological warfare operation that they're waging against American conservatives to try to.
00:33:42.000 Reprogram us for holding the beliefs that we do.
00:33:46.000 But there's another interesting report that you guys have out at Heritage again picking up the slack of Congress who what is it they're not going to hold any more votes until September.
00:33:56.000 I believe they're going on their very well deserved summer vacation shortly.
00:34:00.000 Of course, I'm kidding.
00:34:03.000 But you guys have uncovered similar.
00:34:06.000 I think this audience is well versed in a 2020 election scam that was paying especially Native American voters in New Mexico and states like Arizona to basically turn out and vote for Biden.
00:34:17.000 And there now seems to be a similar strategy.
00:34:20.000 But this time it's being subsidized by your taxpayer dollars.
00:34:24.000 Can you walk us through some of your findings on that front?
00:34:27.000 Yeah.
00:34:28.000 So the oversight project has been leading the front on the executive order one four oh one nine, which is essentially a Biden bucks get out the vote federal program to take federal agencies and have them doing voter registration.
00:34:42.000 This new iteration I guess that we could call it with the camel of cash campaign cash is essentially going to take these with the Bureau of Indian Education down in Arizona to essentially provide voter registration forms to students to bring home to their parents so that they can register all these different super dem leaning counties on the.
00:35:07.000 On the, you know, on the reservations and provide, you know, all types of different voter registration issues to essentially flout the numbers, you know, Arizona, I think Biden took Arizona by 11,000 votes somewhere near there.
00:35:21.000 These kinds of voter registration plans using your tax dollars to essentially provide the Democrats with more registrants for the 2024 election is a complete overhaul of our federal election system and is going to provide them with a way to create ballots in places where they need to win and using federal agencies to do it.
00:35:45.000 And like a DOE or DOI Department of Interior ethics attorneys even said they're not even sure if they can do all this stuff.
00:35:52.000 Many agencies that we found through our documents release and FOIA litigation have shown that ethics attorneys across the board through all these federal agencies don't think they even have the authority to actually provide voter registration services in a lot of instances.
00:36:07.000 And so, you know, this is a continuation of the same Democrat cheating plan to not only, you know, essentially rig the 2024 election, but to use your taxpayer dollars to do so.
00:36:19.000 They're getting desperate. It's obvious. Max, if people want to follow you, support you guys over at Heritage Oversight, where can the audience go to do all that?
00:36:29.000 You can find us on Twitter, Oversight PR, and you find all of our work there and we'll continue to work and make sure that we avoid this anarcho tyranny and the lack of congressional investigations that we're going to continue to parallel.
00:36:45.000 Certainly, Max, thank you so much for joining us. We'll have you guys back on soon. Thank you for the work that you do.
00:36:51.000 Thanks for having me, Natalie.
00:36:53.000 And just adding this, you guys know we provide signal, not noise here in the war room.
00:36:58.000 There's been a barrage of news stories coming out. It started in the Associated Press already engaging in some what I would call predictive programming, saying that state election offices are already overwhelmed and inundated by the number of mail and ballot requests that they're getting.
00:37:13.000 So as a result, we should start expecting delays and election results are already starting to draw that out.
00:37:20.000 You, of course, also have the State Department over in Washington, their Secretary of State, using your taxpayer dollars to create an initiative to counteract misinformation about mail-in voting and why it's actually efficient, effective, and certainly no chance for it to become rife with fraud.
00:37:39.000 We know history, whether here in the UK, any country that's instituted it, proves quite differently.
00:37:46.000 I'm honored to be joined now by the one and only intrepid investigative reporter, Julie Kelly, quite the explosive day, no pun intended, on Capitol Hill with Christopher Wray's hearing.
00:37:59.000 We can get into the shooting stuff after the break. We've got a few minutes, but I would love just kind of your overall assessment of what we have seen today from Christopher Wray.
00:38:08.000 I mean, Natalie, we have covered Christopher Wray. You have, too, for years.
00:38:13.000 And if you haven't covered Christopher Wray, you might look at his performance today and say, well, he seems earnest and he seems trustworthy.
00:38:21.000 And it sure does sound like he wants to get to the bottom of what happened on July 13th.
00:38:26.000 Well, let's not get overly confident here because the FBI under Christopher Wray's leadership is hopelessly corrupt, partisan, political, and we cannot, unfortunately, expect a fair assessment from this FBI about what happened before and on July 13th.
00:38:43.000 So he might have concorded himself sort of okay today. I mean, you could be a stick, Natalie, and look better than what we saw from Kimberly Cheadle on Monday. You could look more human and more honest.
00:38:56.000 Anybody could compare to what we saw from her disastrous testimony resulting in her finally resigning on yesterday. So he did disclose some details. We could talk about it after the break.
00:39:08.000 Also some interesting tidbits coming out related to January 6th. And then, of course, Natalie, this is all happening with the backdrop of pro-Hamas demonstrators trying to burn down, destroy Washington, D.C. over the presence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Capitol Hill this afternoon.
00:39:28.000 So walk us through some of those developments on the January 6th front.
00:39:33.000 So it was interesting and sort of amusing, Natalie, you would appreciate this. Representative Thomas Massey actually played a clip of Joe Biden claiming that gallows that were built on Capitol grounds on January 6th, and this is Joe Biden seeking, saying those gallows were built because protesters wanted to use it to hang Mike Pence.
00:39:55.900 So Tom Massey actually described this as another attempted assassination, confronted Christopher Wray about the existence of the gallows.
00:40:05.900 Chris Wray kind of pretended, whoa, gallows, what gallows? What are you talking about? Oh, maybe I've seen some pictures.
00:40:11.380 Said, yeah, I think I've seen it, but it was more like a prop.
00:40:15.000 So Tom Massey pushed back and said, oh, so they weren't legitimate gallows like Joe Biden is talking about that actually people could use to hang Mike Pence.
00:40:22.840 Chris Wray basically says, no, that's not the case.
00:40:27.100 Then Tom Massey pointed out this individual that other reporters, including Ed Martin, who did a very careful analysis of video in that area, an individual on top of the gallows, and asked FBI Director Christopher Wray, has this individual been identified or arrested or charged?
00:40:45.500 Chris Wray said, no, but hey, here's some good news, like 850 J6ers have pleaded guilty, and 180 have been found guilty at trials in Washington.
00:40:57.060 So, hey, here's a squirrel. Let's look over here. Let's forget about the gallows.
00:41:00.960 So, Natalie, as you know, the gallows have been a key optic related to the so-called insurrection, related to the idea that protesters were hunting down Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi, and we're going to use that prop to hang them.
00:41:16.340 Well, here we are more than three and a half years later. No one has been identified with constructing those gallows.
00:41:21.840 So, certainly no one has been charged, even though, Natalie, the FBI said, after January 6th they had the noose, which was orange, by the way, they had the noose, and they were going to be investigating it.
00:41:35.060 And here we are, just like the pipe bomber, Natalie, three and a half years later, no gallow builders, no pipe bomber.
00:41:42.360 Chris Wray acts like he doesn't know what anyone's talking about about that.
00:41:46.860 And was he directly confronted about Fed involvement in January 6th? How did he weasel his way out of that?
00:41:55.020 He did, Natalie. Representative Victoria Sparts, who's sort of like climbing my list of favorite Republicans.
00:42:02.520 It's a short list right now. We have a really short list of favorite Republicans.
00:42:07.260 But, I mean, she minces no words when she confronts people like Chris Wray.
00:42:11.140 And she hit him again about confirmation related to the number of CHS's, confidential human sources, commonly known as informants, January 6th.
00:42:21.620 And Chris Wray immediately got defiant and indignant and said, you know, this idea that the FBI orchestrated January 6th is totally false.
00:42:31.060 And she's like, well, no, no, no, no, no. I think she's Ukrainian, actually.
00:42:34.240 She has this really cool accent. And push back, no, no, no, no. I just want to know, you know, you've been saying you don't know about the number of CHS's.
00:42:42.060 Do you have any more information about this? And he said, no, we don't. And I'm not going to talk about that.
00:42:48.200 You know, like he was irritated at the question.
00:42:50.780 Then he went on again to talk about the jury trials and said, no, defendants have brought this up.
00:42:56.920 Well, Natalie, that is 100 percent false.
00:43:00.120 We know, especially the trials of the Proud Boys, which I covered, trials of the Oath Keepers, which I also covered the first one.
00:43:05.800 The FBI and DOJ admitted they had.
00:43:10.780 And Julie, we're going to jump to a break. So I'm going to hold you through because we got it.
00:43:18.280 No, no, no. We got to drill down on that point.
00:43:19.920 And I want to get into the also the discoveries, the revelations about Thomas Matthew Crooks or frankly, lack thereof, though, not as bad as Kimberly Cheadle.
00:43:28.340 I don't know if she's a good benchmark to have for congressional hearing prejudice.
00:43:32.480 We'll be right back with Julie Kelly after the break.

00:44:54.780 PatriotMobile.com, Bannon, or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:45:00.040 Take action.
00:45:01.720 Do this today.
00:45:03.560 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:11.940 Welcome back to the War Room.
00:45:13.860 We still got Julie Kelly with us.
00:45:16.060 We're going to hold her through for battleground because there's just so much to unpack.
00:45:20.480 But Julie, give me a few minutes just to finish what you were talking about on the embedded FBI agent front
00:45:26.540 and that angle of attack and questioning today.
00:45:30.160 Correct.
00:45:30.840 So, I mean, Natalie, we know there were dozens of CHSs involved in the events of January 6th before and on January 6th.
00:45:39.300 During the Proud Boys trial, the DOJ admitted there were eight to nine CHSs embedded in that group before and on January 6th.
00:45:46.740 Testimony that I saw by an FBI agent suggested that the actual number was twice that.
00:45:54.620 But what Chris Ray, and this is sort of breaking news, and I think that's been kind of lost, Natalie,
00:45:58.200 that I will follow up on it.
00:45:59.180 I actually have been following it.
00:46:00.800 DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is near completed or has completed DOJ's internal investigation report
00:46:07.380 into DOJ-FBI's involvement or role in January 6th.
00:46:13.260 That report, and Christopher Ray confirmed today, is expected to address the role, perhaps a number,
00:46:20.820 the activity conduct of FBI CHSs on January 6th.
00:46:26.300 I am told this report will be pretty explosive, and we're not sure if Merrick Garland is doing what Alejandro Mayorkas is doing right now,
00:46:34.940 which is putting a brick on the DHS Inspector General report about January 6th, which he has had on his desk since April.
00:46:44.460 We don't know where this DOJ-IG report is in the process, whether Merrick Garland has it, if he is making his edits and redactions.
00:46:53.640 But as Chris Ray said today, it will address the role of CHSs.
00:46:57.600 Finally, after more than three and a half years, Natalie, maybe we will get close to a straight answer about what those informants and FBI assets did
00:47:05.640 to incite or provoke the events of that day.
00:47:09.580 Wow.
00:47:10.120 And we will see you shortly to get into that and so much more after the break in battleground territory,
00:47:16.340 War Room After Dark, where we have a little more fun, but we, of course, also always have fun with our sponsors here in the War Room.
00:47:22.600 In the meantime, birchgold.com slash Bannon, get the latest installment of The End of the Dollar Empire.
00:47:29.500 And while you're at it, you can check out Patriot Mobile if you want to stop giving your money to companies that hate you and are funding,
00:47:36.140 whether it's woke corporations and just anti-American ideologies like we see on full display right now outside of Union Station,
00:47:43.440 burning the American flag or supporting candidates that you certainly don't support.
00:47:47.600 And I don't want to get ahead of myself, but something tells me you probably don't share the same values as these woke corporations.
00:47:53.460 Companies that you do share the same values with are like the one and only Meriwether Farms,
00:47:58.100 which is led by the wonderful Catherine O'Neill, who joins us now.
00:48:01.180 Catherine, I know you always have great deals on wonderful things like burgers and steaks and hot dogs for the War Room Posse.
00:48:07.340 Why don't you walk us through what you got cooking over there?
00:48:11.140 Absolutely.
00:48:11.880 Thanks so much for having me back, Natalie.
00:48:14.460 What a month it has been.
00:48:17.180 I'm a little bit in shock considering how much crazy news has been coming in.
00:48:22.800 But, you know, I'm just praying and we keep on marching forward to build these big, you know,
00:48:29.700 good companies that you were just mentioning to making sure that we're investing in companies that actually share our values.
00:48:35.800 And at Meriwether Farms, we do this just that.
00:48:38.460 All of our employees love Donald Trump and love America and love the War Room Posse.
00:48:45.760 So today we're offering a great deal on our burger.

00:48:53.780 It's a pretty incredible deal.
00:48:55.780 We always love to take care of the War Room Posse.
00:48:59.020 You guys ask about our burger all the time.
00:49:01.780 You can cook it with so many different recipes.
00:49:04.700 In fact, we actually run a food truck here in Casper, Wyoming, on the weekends where we sell prepared meals made out of our ground beef out of the food truck.
00:49:16.300 It's a lot of fun.
00:49:18.360 But like I said, it's just a great deal.
00:49:21.320 And we always want to make sure that we're prioritizing the War Room Posse.
00:49:26.180 Catherine, thank you so much for joining us one more time.
00:49:28.460 If people want to check it out, where can they go to do that?
00:49:31.200 Yeah, absolutely.
00:49:33.720 Merriweatherfarms.com.
00:49:35.220 And you'll see the deal right at the top of the page.
00:49:38.780 These things go quickly, as you know, Natalie.
00:49:41.920 So make sure you stock up now.
00:49:44.140 I've always mentioned that I keep about 50 to 70 pounds of this in my freezer at all times.
00:49:50.200 So I highly encourage you guys to do the same.
00:49:55.020 Catherine, thank you so much for joining us.
00:49:58.060 Thank you so much, Natalie.
00:49:59.120 I believe, of course, I think we have Mike Lindell up, the one and only Mike.
00:50:05.400 If you want to let the posse know what the latest in terms of deals are, I'm sure they'd appreciate that.
00:50:11.660 Well, I'm going to go right to the deals.
00:50:13.780 But by the way, our real president's coming to Minnesota.
00:50:16.740 I'll be speaking this Saturday, so I'm excited about that.

00:50:20.340 But we have the deal.
