00:00:00.000 I've heard young leaders talk with me about a term they've coined called climate anxiety.
00:00:06.880 Right, which is fear of the future and the unknown of whether
00:00:11.840 it makes sense for you to even think about having children.
00:00:15.360 America has tried these failed economic policies before, but we are not going back.
00:00:22.800 Here's the thing, defund the police. The issue behind it is that we need to reimagine
00:00:31.280 how we are creating safety. And when you have many cities that have one third of their entire city
00:00:38.240 budget focused on policing, we know that is not the smart way and the best way or the right way to
00:00:44.960 achieve safety. Just think about it. So we want to ban assault weapons and they want to
00:00:52.720 ban books. There's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking. There's no question I'm in
00:00:57.280 favor of banning fracking. There's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking. Listen, I think
00:01:01.600 there's no question that we've got to critically re-examine ICE and its role and the way that it
00:01:06.880 is being administered and the work it is doing. And we need to probably think about starting from
00:01:10.720 scratch. Are you aware of the perception of many about how the power and the discretion
00:01:19.120 that ICE is being used to enforce the laws? And do you see any parallels? I do not see any parallels
00:01:26.560 between sworn officers and agents. I'm talking about perception. I'm talking about perception.
00:01:30.720 I do not see a parallel between what is constitutionally mandated as it relates to enforcing
00:01:35.840 the law. Are you aware that there's a perception? I see no perception that puts ICE in the same category
00:01:42.000 as the KKK. This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going
00:01:53.520 to medieval on these people. You're just not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the
00:01:59.920 people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to
00:02:04.240 do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:02:07.440 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul,
00:02:14.080 I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:02:21.600 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:02:27.840 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:02:31.200 Hey, Peter K.
00:02:37.840 Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon. I am the next man up this morning. You saw the cold open. Yeah,
00:02:46.560 you hate her. You really hate her. But
00:02:52.720 there's been a wind shift if you're a sailor and we've got attack in another direction because we've
00:03:02.320 got a totally different opponent and that's going to require a totally different strategy.
00:03:09.440 I wrote an article back in January for the Washington Times, the best commentary newspaper
00:03:22.880 out there in America. And I said unequivocally that Joe Biden would not be the nominee,
00:03:31.840 that the strategy that the Dems had adopted was very simple. They were going to let Joe
00:03:39.840 run free through the primaries so that you would avoid a contested primary where you had a bunch of
00:03:48.720 woke radicals trying to out-woke, out-radical each other. The rule now in politics, and it's always been
00:03:58.560 that primary elections, as Nixon said, you run to the extreme. And then in the general election,
00:04:05.520 you run to the middle. So think about it. If you don't have to have a primary and you don't have
00:04:11.520 Gretchen screaming at Gavin and Kamala screaming at whoever, then you can kind of keep all that woke
00:04:20.880 stuff buried as much as possible. All right. So Joe goes through the primary. What I wasn't sure
00:04:30.320 about was whether Joe would step down voluntarily, whether he was part of the con or whether he was
00:04:38.960 simply the mark at the poker game and that they'd have to take him out. And sure enough,
00:04:47.600 he turned out to be the mark at the card game. They took him out. They helped him. He helped himself
00:04:54.720 when he did the debate. That was a strategic error, I think, on our part, showing him too soon. We
00:05:02.640 shouldn't have debated before the nominees were cast and all of that. But that's in the rearview mirror.
00:05:13.520 But once Joe showed even more of his hand, he showed what everybody around the West Wing,
00:05:19.920 including Kamala, knew that he that he's not a functioning human being capable of being president.
00:05:27.760 The media, the corporate media obliged by just savaging the dude. And then in comes the George
00:05:36.000 Clooney's and the Obama's. And they said, oh, please step down, Joe, for your legacy. And here we go.
00:05:42.480 So. You shouldn't have been surprised by it. It was it was just a straight chess move.
00:05:51.360 And you shouldn't be surprised by the fact that Kamala is getting a bump in both polling and
00:06:00.080 fundraising. The fundraising stuff is not really worrisome in the sense that there's just a lot of
00:06:07.680 money that was sitting on the sidelines trying to push Biden out. So that's just pent up,
00:06:12.560 pent up supply, as it were, just coined a new term. The polling.
00:06:20.400 Again, I quote, quote the sage Peter K Navarro, like. Going back to the 2020 race and this one,
00:06:29.360 it's like this is always going to be a tight race. Always. It's a 50 50 country. National polls
00:06:38.720 are very weak proxy for what the outcome will be, because it all comes down to five or six battleground
00:06:46.800 states. We're a 50 50 country and it's Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona.
00:06:59.200 Hopefully Nevada is in play. That's it. This will come down to. Half a million votes one way or the
00:07:07.920 other. Maybe as little as 200,000 as it was spread across three or four battleground states. So
00:07:19.280 what do we in the war room do? And the first thing I want to say, I want to go back.
00:07:27.360 I want to go back to 1992, because I've seen this movie before. In fact, I was in the movie. I ran for
00:07:37.040 mayor of what then was the seventh largest city in America, San Diego, America's finest. Never ran for
00:07:45.520 office before. I kind of came out of nowhere to run in that race. And I was kind of like a mini Trump
00:07:54.480 in the sense I was running on a populist platform, grassroots campaign, vastly outspent.
00:08:00.800 I won the primary and just just nearly lost the general election to a woman in the year of the
00:08:14.480 woman, no less. It was the same year that that that that some other women in politics would would rise to
00:08:23.040 the four. But but here's here's the analogy here. I had this fundraiser. Her name was Maggie Mazur.
00:08:32.000 She's just a very graceful, grand dame. She just was a nice person and she did her job very well.
00:08:42.400 And every time I saw her and checked on the fundraising and her greeting would be,
00:08:49.520 be be charming. And her message to me was in particular with the woman I was running against
00:08:57.440 is that you can't a guy, a man, I don't care what they say about all this equality stuff. At the end of
00:09:05.280 the day, men cannot bully women. Men cannot in politics, men cannot in life, as far as I'm concerned.
00:09:18.320 But but in politics, when men can men can beat the hell out of each other, throw whatever wild punches
00:09:27.360 they want. But you have to be really, really careful when you're a guy running against a woman.
00:09:34.720 And I drew a woman that was not unlike Kamala Harris in in a lot of respects. I mean, first of all,
00:09:44.880 she was she had unfavorables that were higher than her favorables. And in other words, people people
00:09:57.200 didn't didn't like her very much. And the reason they didn't like her was for two reasons. One,
00:10:03.840 she she had done a very good job in her job. But but number two, and this was like you would think
00:10:10.480 this be a blessing. Her husband had actually been caught in flagrante delicto laundering money for
00:10:23.120 a drug cartel, Dick Silberman. That was his name. Her name was Susan Golding. And you figure
00:10:34.240 the question was always, was she in on the thing? Right. And my answer was, of course,
00:10:40.160 she was because he was he was like this rich guy who fell on hard time. She wanted to run for
00:10:45.520 governor. She needed money. So he got desperate and went out and did that. Right. But you couldn't.
00:10:53.680 You couldn't directly raise that issue in the campaign. Because the logical thing that would happen
00:11:04.320 was that women would rise to her defense on the grounds that, well, she just got fooled by the guy.
00:11:12.480 It wasn't really her fault. Right. So it was like a third rail. And I made the mistake
00:11:20.960 at the end of the campaign after she had piled like millions of dollars of crap on me. Just vicious
00:11:30.720 stuff. Just I mean, like just vicious kind of ads. That's politics. So I ran my own little vicious ad.
00:11:39.280 And it was my undoing. It was it was like I lost. At the margin, Democrat women.
00:11:51.360 OK, I turned Democrat women off by running negative ads against the wife of a convicted money launderer,
00:12:02.240 simply pointing out that that had happened. And it's a cautionary tale. Now,
00:12:14.720 here's the message for this campaign. Anybody else can attack Kamala Harris. Pax can attack her.
00:12:25.040 Other politicians can attack her. This, that and the other thing.
00:12:29.920 But it's going to be dangerous for my old boss, particularly in a debate as to how he goes about
00:12:39.440 attacking her. And you can do it in a be charming way. That's the funny thing about Kamala.
00:12:45.840 You can eviscerate Kamala Harris with a smile on your face. And some clever one liners and maybe a
00:12:55.120 really good Pocahontas nickname. But you can't do it. With a bludgeon as the candidate yourself.
00:13:04.640 So if you step back from this whole thing, I think the way she ultimately has to be beaten
00:13:15.440 is on policy because we beat her on policy on everything but abortion. Economy and inflation,
00:13:24.960 double digits. Trump wins. Border security, double digits. Trump wins.
00:13:31.200 Weaponization of government, double digits. Trump wins. National security, foreign policy,
00:13:37.920 off the charts. I mean, nobody trusts Kamala Harris to deal with the Chinese, the Russians,
00:13:44.960 the North Koreans, the Iranians, the Ukrainians, the Gazans, the Hamases, the Hezbollahs.
00:13:53.200 And the way she, I mean, she's an anti-Semite. The way she treats Israel and all that,
00:13:58.320 nobody trusts her with that. And then there's all the woke stuff. Okay. I mean, just come on,
00:14:04.880 the transgender destruction of women's sports, all of that stuff. She is so vulnerable on policy,
00:14:13.680 but she is a woman and a woman of color. And she's going to simply campaign on that.
00:14:22.000 And we're going to have to be really careful about how we go about taking her apart. And
00:14:36.320 it's not going to be easy. And folks out there, put your seatbelts on. No, no nerves here. It's
00:14:45.200 always going to be close. And, um, we're going to have to be smart about this. All right. I'm Peter
00:14:52.320 Kay Navarro. When we come back, we're going to bring in the esteemed, one of my favorites, Mike Davis.
00:14:59.840 The elites are getting desperate. They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own
00:15:05.040 Orwellian purposes. Their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank
00:15:11.200 digital currencies, which they control. Imagine your every purchase being called into question,
00:15:17.280 your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country. This is not the America we want,
00:15:23.120 but it is the America they want to create. Fortunately, you can fight back. I believe owning
00:15:28.880 gold is the best solution. Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings. Plus,
00:15:34.560 with a gold IRA from Birch Gold, you can move your IRA or 401k into physical gold without paying
00:15:42.320 any taxes or penalties. To learn more, get a free info kit by going to birchgold.com. That's

00:16:04.160 take a stand right now. Go to birchgold.com slash bandit and get your free info kit on gold IRA.
00:16:12.320 A citizen in this country has an obligation right now. You know, in 20 years and 30 years,
00:16:17.760 if you are watching this, I promise you, your children and your grandchildren will come to you
00:16:21.600 and they will ask, in 2024, what did you do when democracy is at stake? They're not going to ask you
00:16:26.400 about gas prices. They're not going to ask you what was going on on Wall Street. They're going to want
00:16:29.680 to know when Donald Trump was threatening democracy's very foundation. What did you do?
00:16:33.840 So each and every one of us can do everything. You can volunteer for a campaign. You can volunteer
00:16:38.560 to be a poll worker. You can volunteer to work for a civic organization, nonprofit organization,
00:16:43.680 doing voter registration or get out the vote. And most importantly, you can speak out in your
00:16:48.720 town square on social media to your friends, your families at your bridge club, your knitting club,
00:16:53.280 tell people it is critical that they register to vote and that they vote for Kamala Harris and the
00:16:58.400 Democratic Party ticket up and down. Oh, Mark Elias, this guy. How did I go to prison and he not see him
00:17:10.560 there? That that was the architect of of the steel. How did they get away with running on defending
00:17:22.320 democracy when they use every branch of the federal government to punish folks like Donald
00:17:34.640 Trump to try and indict and prosecute him, put Steve Bannon in jail, put me in prison? And somehow
00:17:42.480 they're able to take this this moral high ground where, oh, unless you elect a Democrat, you will lose
00:17:52.160 democracy. It's like ridiculous. But that's the world we live in. Now, I'm going to bring in one of my
00:18:03.680 my favorite guys out there in this sphere. He's also a co-author of the new book I've got, The New
00:18:10.800 Maga Deal. It's a new maga deal dot com. You can get it on Amazon as well. Mike Davis handles a lot of
00:18:18.560 the weaponized stuff. We do have breaking news today on Biden's initiative to decimate democracy,
00:18:29.920 as we know it, with respect to the Supreme Court. So let's bring in Mike. We've got three things to go
00:18:36.160 over. I'd like to do them one at a time. Joe Biden wants to do something about the recent Supreme Court
00:18:43.440 ruling that preserves immunity generally for presidents. So people can't sue these presidents
00:18:52.560 as soon as they get out of office on whatever the hell they want to sue them or try to indict them or
00:18:58.040 whatever. So, Mike, what's what's going on here? Yeah. So after Biden politicized and weaponized
00:19:05.400 the intel agencies and the Justice Department to go after then presidential candidate Donald Trump,
00:19:12.740 after these Biden Democrats impeached Trump twice for nonsense, after Biden sent his Justice Department
00:19:20.900 to go after President Trump, they've tried to throw President Trump in prison for the rest of his life
00:19:29.060 for non-crimes. They've tried to bankrupt him for non-fraud. They've tried they've eviscerated 250 years
00:19:36.740 of constitutional executive privilege going back 250 years to George Washington to destroy Trump and
00:19:44.340 to destroy his top aides like you, Peter Navarro, who just spent four months in prison after President
00:19:51.460 Trump asserted constitutional executive privilege. And then they sent Steve Bannon, who's in prison right
00:19:57.460 now, for constitutional executive privilege. And then when that didn't work, they tried to simply take Trump
00:20:06.180 off the ballot. And when that didn't work, they President Biden used extreme campaign rhetoric,
00:20:14.020 his campaign strategy that Trump is a threat to democracy, who must be stopped at all costs. And
00:20:19.780 then Biden intentionally underfunded Trump's Secret Service detail, which led to President Trump almost
00:20:26.820 having his head blown off on national TV. That didn't work. So now Biden and Kamala Harris are trying to
00:20:34.020 destroy the Supreme Court that's in their way. And they're doing this on three different fronts. As
00:20:40.420 you said, Peter, they're trying to the Supreme Court recently held correctly that the president of the
00:20:47.540 United States, any president of the United States is immune from criminal prosecution for their official
00:20:53.060 acts, just like federal judges are immune, just like members of Congress are immune. Just imagine if there's
00:20:59.620 not immunity. Just imagine if the Trump 47 Justice Department indicted and prosecuted President Obama for
00:21:06.500 capital murder for his extrajudicial drone strike on two American citizens, including a minor. Just imagine if the
00:21:14.580 Trump 47 Justice Department prosecuted President Biden for his illegal mass parole of 10 million illegal immigrants into our
00:21:22.580 country and the resulting migrant crime. I mean, does is Biden this stupid that he's now calling for a constitutional
00:21:29.140 amendment to reverse what the Supreme Court just did?
00:21:32.820 Let me let's look at that for a minute. OK, because there's a tradition, for example, in the House, we did it when we got on the
00:21:47.660 Republican side of passing bills. We know we're not going to pass to simply to showcase who we are and
00:21:56.300 all of that stuff. Do you think that Biden Harris actually believe that they could pass a bill, for
00:22:05.180 example, that would take away criminal immunity for presidents? Or do you think that they're just
00:22:11.900 trying to use it so that they can hold up something and say convicted felon? I mean, is this just politics
00:22:17.900 or is this a real policy threat? Because I think I think they're just looking at their polling and
00:22:23.660 they're saying, OK, let's let's do crap like this to highlight vulnerabilities that we perceive.
00:22:30.700 Look, I think that they actually are playing for keeps here. You have Kamala Harris, who has hired Brian
00:22:36.700 Fallon from Demand Justice, this radical group that has called for radical assaults on judicial
00:22:42.220 independence for many years. He is Kamala Harris's communications director, her top communications
00:22:48.940 aide. And look, this is what I think is going to happen. If Kamala Harris actually wins the presidency
00:22:54.860 and with that she she wins the House of Representatives and keeps the Senate, they will absolutely nuke the
00:23:01.660 legislative filibuster, the vote threshold from 60 votes to 50 votes plus the vice president or 51 votes.
00:23:09.500 They will absolutely pack the Supreme Court. They will add several justices. They will appoint
00:23:17.980 left wing radical justices like Tanya Shutkin. Brian Fallon has his wish list of radicals and there goes
00:23:25.580 our God given rights to speak, to worship, to associate, to protect ourselves. The Supreme Court
00:23:33.260 is our last line of defense that protects that. And we saw this with COVID lockdowns. We saw this with
00:23:39.580 BLM riots. We're going to see this more and more with Hamas riots. Today's Democrats are radical leftists.
00:23:45.180 They're Marxists and they are trying to destroy our country and they know the Supreme Court is in their
00:23:50.540 way. So they want to destroy the Supreme Court. And that's why it is so critical that we put President
00:23:56.700 Trump back in the White House because you want President Trump or President Kamala Harris replacing
00:24:03.500 Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Sam Alito on the Supreme Court. Quick aside here and I'll let you
00:24:10.860 continue. What Mike said was very, very important with respect to one thing. OK, everything he said was
00:24:22.140 very important. But but the buried lead in this, if Harris wins, let's imagine a world in which Kamala
00:24:29.260 Harris actually wins the presidency. The way the votes are going to go will almost certainly also guarantee
00:24:37.900 that the Democrats control both the House and Senate. And that's where it becomes
00:24:48.460 truly frightening, because as I as I argued when I was on the stage at the RNC, it took all three
00:24:55.580 branches of government to put me in president. It wasn't just the House holding me in contempt.
00:25:00.860 It was the Department of Justice and White House prosecuting me.
00:25:04.460 And then in Obama, a judge stripping me of defense. So, Mike, you're absolutely right. If if Harris wins,
00:25:13.820 they'll probably win the House and Senate and they'll keep doing what continues, sir. You can talk about
00:25:20.060 the ethics as well. Yeah, I mean, they look, they the Democrats controlled the Supreme Court for 90 years.
00:25:28.780 Right. And then President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was
00:25:34.300 transforming the left of center Supreme Court to the first constitutionalist majority in 90 years.
00:25:40.780 And that Supreme Court is doing what it's supposed to do, which is put the federal government in check
00:25:47.340 to make sure that the federal government does not have power that we did not loan it under our U.S.
00:25:52.620 Constitution, our loan agreement with the federal government, and to make sure that the power we did
00:25:57.580 loan that federal government is divided between the three branches, between Congress writing the laws,
00:26:02.860 the executive branch enforcing the laws, and the federal judiciary interpreting the laws. That
00:26:07.500 has all been turned on its head over the last 90 years, where you have these unelected,
00:26:11.660 unaccountable bureaucrats, the Tony Fauci's of the world, making all of these decisions,
00:26:16.300 having all three powers, having power the federal government's not supposed to have, and then
00:26:20.700 consolidating that power in the executive branch with unaccountable bureaucrats. And the Supreme Court
00:26:26.300 is rolling that back. And that is a grave danger to the left, because if they lose power,
00:26:34.300 if they lose their executive branch power, they're not going to be able to get their agenda passed,
00:26:40.060 because they know that they can't get their elected members, our elected members of Congress to pass
00:26:44.380 what they want passed. They want unaccountable bureaucrats to do that. And so what you're
00:26:49.420 seeing is now that the Democrats have lost the Supreme Court, they're trying to destroy it. They're
00:26:55.020 trying to destroy its legitimacy. They're trying to say that there are ethics issues with the Supreme.
00:27:00.220 Joe Biden, of all people, is complaining about ethics at the Supreme Court. Joe Biden, of all people,
00:27:05.340 is saying that Supreme Court justices are too old. Are you kidding me?
00:27:09.180 Mike, hang on. We'll take you into the next break. I got 30 seconds here. I just want to echo how
00:27:22.380 important what Mike talks about. I didn't know that the Democrats held the Supreme Court for 60 years,
00:27:30.860 as a left of center thing. And that's that's remarkable. That's frightening. I see, however,
00:27:39.100 this thing going on with the attack on the Supreme Court as yet another lever for them to get to the
00:27:45.500 abortion issue, because it's going to be Supreme Court Roe v. Wade, Supreme Court Roe v. Wade.
00:27:51.020 If they win on the abortion issue, the country is going to lose on the economy, border security,
00:27:56.700 foreign policy, weaponization of government, and all the woke stuff. Peter Navarro will be right back,
00:28:04.300 and we'll pick up the track with Mike Davis. We are here in the war room, Stephen K. Bannon's war room.
00:28:12.220 America is facing a real danger, the kind of danger only real Americans are ready for.

00:29:18.300 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:27.500 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon. We're talking with Mike Davis. I'm going to get
00:29:32.860 to him in a second, but first, got to do a little birch gold rendition here. Here's what I can tell
00:29:41.580 you. Here's the read I'm supposed to do. Forget about that. The importance of gold in your portfolio
00:29:48.220 is really twofold. One, if you're concerned about inflation, then gold's a very good hedge against
00:29:56.140 inflation. Number two, if you're concerned that the geopolitical risk in this world is going up and
00:30:05.740 high, Hamas, Ukraine, China in the South China Sea. We'll be talking about that, by the way,
00:30:12.460 later on in the program with Brad Thayer and Jim Fanel. If you think there's heightened geopolitical
00:30:20.140 risk and the possibility of inflation, it's really useful to have gold in your portfolio. The beauty of
00:30:29.340 birch gold is that you can take your IRA or your 401k moving into physical gold without worrying about
00:30:37.420 taxes and stuff like that. So my recommendation is if you want to learn about this, go to birchgold.com
00:30:47.260 forward slash Bannon, birchgold.com forward slash Bannon. All right. So let's get back with Mike
00:30:57.100 and reprise what the latest Biden initiative is. We've got a situation where Biden is announcing he wants
00:31:07.580 to move forward with term limits, term limits on Supreme Court justices, ethics and immunity.
00:31:19.580 My take on this whole thing is that it's more political than anything. These become levers for
00:31:29.180 them to talk about things which are showing up in their polling. It's pure campaigning.
00:31:34.700 Mike, on the other hand, I think he's made a better argument that if Kamala wins the White House,
00:31:41.420 that'll likely mean they'll also have majorities in the Senate and House and could actually do this
00:31:49.180 kind of stuff. So, Mike, let's talk a little bit about the ethics portion of this. Obviously,
00:31:59.500 there were some things that came up with a couple of conservative Supreme Court justices.
00:32:05.820 Mountains were made out of these mole hills, but somehow the Democrats think they can turn them back
00:32:14.060 into mountains. Why don't you explain to the listeners what that's all about and why it's wrong?
00:32:22.460 President Biden, whose family has taken over $20 million from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan,
00:32:30.540 every hellhole trouble spot around the world, it seems like, have sent millions of dollars to what
00:32:35.980 seems like every Biden family member's bank accounts, except for the six-year-old
00:32:40.380 granddaughter who Biden won't claim because he's a total scumbag. And Kamala Harris has known about
00:32:45.900 this all along, and she's aided and abetted this corruption. She's covered it up. Now, these two
00:32:52.700 corrupt politicians, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, want to pretend like the Supreme Court is corrupt.
00:32:58.540 And they want to pretend that the Supreme Court is corrupt because Justice Sam Alito's wife,
00:33:04.940 Martha Ann Alito, flew flags. She flew a couple flags. One was a patriotic flag that George Washington
00:33:16.060 flew, and another was an American distress flag when one of her crazy left-wing neighbors called
00:33:22.540 her the C-word, right? And so somehow that's an ethics problem for Justice Alito, and somehow
00:33:29.420 Justice Alito was required to recuse from January 6 cases because of these flags that his wife,
00:33:35.740 Martha Ann Alito, flew. And there was also Justice Clarence Thomas, who went on trips with his best
00:33:43.740 friend of 25 years, a best friend who had zero business before the Supreme Court. And Joe Biden
00:33:49.820 and Kamala Harris think that now that the Supreme Court is unholy corrupted, it needs to be reformed,
00:33:57.740 as they call it. And this reform includes passing an unconstitutional ethics regime where lower court
00:34:05.180 judges, hand-selected lower court judges would tell their bosses, would tell Supreme Court justices
00:34:10.860 whether they get to sit on cases or not sit on cases. This is absolutely insane.
00:34:16.220 Lower courts, a district court would be able to do that. A district court judge, presumably
00:34:22.460 in the District of Columbia? Or it could be anywhere?
00:34:27.900 Yeah, that's just it. We have nine justices on the Supreme Court. They're not interchangeable. There
00:34:33.740 is a presumption that Supreme Court justices do not recuse from cases, unlike the lower federal courts,
00:34:40.860 where they're interchangeable. You can bring a federal judge from another place over to sit.
00:34:44.940 But stay with me on this. Well, Steve and I went through cases at the District of Columbia federal
00:34:55.580 court, which is literally about, I don't know, 500 yards from where I'm sitting. It's a court that has
00:35:04.940 11 Democrats and five Republicans on the appeals court and a similar kind of Democrat majority. So
00:35:17.420 it's like a kangaroo court. So if you pass a law that says district court judges are going to order
00:35:27.420 for Supreme Court judges to recuse themselves, isn't that like it would it? It's like a ridiculous stack deck,
00:35:35.660 is it not? It's clearly unconstitutional. Look, here's the bottom line. Democrats controlled the Supreme
00:35:41.660 Court for 90 years. They don't control it anymore. Democrats don't like that. So they're trying to
00:35:46.780 destroy the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. They're trying to have left wing judges like Judge Tanya
00:35:52.700 Shutt can apparently tell Clarence Thomas whether he can sit on a case or not. This is kangaroo.
00:35:59.980 They want to turn the Supreme Court into a kangaroo court. They want to turn our country
00:36:03.580 into a banana republic. These are Marxists who only care about power. The Supreme Court is in their way,
00:36:10.220 so they want to destroy the Supreme Court.
00:36:15.900 You know, we talked in the previous segment, I'm the devil's advocate here. I think they're just doing
00:36:21.180 it to kind of troll us, essentially, and to raise these issues. So basically, they do this kind of
00:36:28.060 thing. And then the next day on the war room, we have to recount the stuff that Thomas and Alito did
00:36:36.860 and defended. It's easily defended because nothing really happened. But it forces us to do that.
00:36:46.940 And somehow, I'm not sure that works for us. I'm trying to think what the appropriate response
00:36:54.220 should be, whether we just, when they do stuff like this, whether we pivot away or whether we have to
00:37:02.620 come down really hard on that. I think the way you've gone about this is really powerful. It's like,
00:37:10.700 I don't know if people know who Tanya Chutkin is, but God save the queen on that one. I mean,
00:37:16.780 she is far to the left, but there's nothing new on the district court of Columbia. So anyway,
00:37:24.300 I think what's happening here with Kamala coming along is that they are defining what this election
00:37:34.460 is going to be about more than we are. I'm a little concerned about this. Let's hit the last one,
00:37:39.660 term limits. What's that one all about? Well, before we go to that, I would say this,
00:37:44.060 Peter, you just spent four months in prison from this Biden regime. Was that political rhetoric,
00:37:48.860 or did they actually follow through? Steve Bannon spending four months in prison. They tried to take
00:37:54.140 Trump off the ballot. They tried to bankrupt him. Look, Biden created the environment,
00:37:59.980 Biden and Kamala created the environment where Trump almost got assassinated, right? They tried to put
00:38:05.180 parents in jail for protesting the gender chaos schools and the resulting rapes in high school
00:38:13.340 bathrooms. They put Christians in prison for praying outside of abortion clinics while they
00:38:19.180 give amnesty to BLM and Antifa and Hamas and Joe Biden and every scumbag Biden. This is not political,
00:38:25.420 right? These people are playing for keeps. And if Kamala Harris wins the presidency, she will win the
00:38:31.260 House. She will win the Senate. They will nuke the legislative filibuster and they will pack the
00:38:36.540 Supreme Court. See, I'm doing my job here as a devil's advocate because that was beautiful.
00:38:43.420 I pat myself on the back. You nailed it. I mean, that's exactly right. Tell me about the term limits
00:38:49.500 thing. What is that all about? I have a fire alarm going off. Here we go. That's good. So the term limits,
00:38:55.660 we have lifetime tenure in the Constitution for federal judges. And the reason we also have pay
00:39:02.780 protection. And the reason we do that is we want federal judges to not have to worry about their next
00:39:09.020 job, their next paycheck when they're making these decisions. Their job is to protect
00:39:14.060 the American people from the federal governments. And we want to insulate these judges. Well, what
00:39:19.740 Biden and Kamala Harris want to do now, because they don't like that President Trump transformed the
00:39:24.700 Supreme Court to the first constitutionalist majority in 90 years. What they want to do is
00:39:31.180 they want to pack the Supreme Court. They want to they want to pick off these conservative judges on
00:39:36.620 these select cases with this ethics regime that they're trying to impose where they want.
00:39:41.020 How's the term limits work, Mike? Is it an age limit or is it a 10 year limit? How does it work?
00:39:48.540 It'd be every if you're on the Supreme Court for 18 years, you would be kicked off the Supreme Court,
00:39:55.900 essentially, and you would become a senior justice and then, you know, just kind of get sent to pastor.
00:40:01.020 It's kind of amazing that Joe Biden, this decrepit, you know, 81 year old, demented,
00:40:07.740 corrupt man served 36 years in the Senate and has been a politician his entire life is now calling for
00:40:14.940 for for term limits for Supreme Court justice. This is this is very rich.
00:40:22.620 What's interesting to me is that he's doing it rather than Kamala.
00:40:28.300 This is kind of an interesting kind of dynamic that's going to go on as well, where where they're
00:40:35.580 going to come at us from from two different directions, like Biden's going to be doing some
00:40:40.380 stuff. She's going to be doing some stuff. And I mean, let's face it, when you're an incumbent,
00:40:47.180 that's going to be pretty powerful. I mean, he's going to be able to get away with stuff.
00:40:51.820 He's going to do stuff that if Kamala did it, she might take more direct heat as she's running.
00:40:59.500 I mean, what are your thoughts on that?
00:41:02.220 This is definitely the Biden Kamala proposal to destroy the Supreme Court. There's no question.
00:41:10.380 Kamala has is a lot more liberal, a lot more, a lot more aggressive than Biden has been on this.
00:41:17.820 This is Kamala pushing Joe Biden to do this. Remember, it is Brian Fallon who ran demand
00:41:24.860 justice. Brian Fallon is Kamala's top aide. He ran a radical group for many years that called for
00:41:31.660 court packing, that called for term limits, that called for these ethics regimes. This is Kamala
00:41:35.980 Harris. Look, she ran a bloodless coup against Joe Biden. He is the president and name only.
00:41:43.980 Kamala Harris is the president right now. She is the de facto president of the United States,
00:41:49.580 and this is very much Kamala Harris's radical scheme to destroy the Supreme Court.
00:41:58.540 Sixty seconds, Mike. Can you do a greatest hits on Kamala when she was in California?
00:42:08.300 When she was the when she was the AG of California, she was the OG. She was the OG for a politicized and
00:42:16.460 weaponized justice system. She acted like she was this tough prosecutor. She was not. She would go
00:42:23.260 after low level drug offenders, black men. She'd hit them on marijuana charges to rack up her numbers
00:42:29.100 to make it look like she was tough. But she was the one who politicized and weaponized California's
00:42:35.660 justice system to coddle criminals, to coddle illegal immigrants. We the the Biden Harris migrant crime
00:42:43.900 that we're seeing now. She was the one who she was the one who debuted that in California when she
00:42:50.140 was the attorney general. All right. Hey, can you stay for the last segment? You've about eight more
00:42:57.340 minutes after the break. Is that cool? There's one more thing I want to go over with you that I think
00:43:02.060 is kind of interesting. I am Peter Kay Navarro. This is Stephen Kay Bannon's War Room. Greetings
00:43:09.260 to the Admiral out there in Danbury. If you're listening, posse, stick around. We got this.

00:44:31.420 Do not wait. Take action and do it today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:38.140 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for the admiral. We have Mike Davis. Mike, I did want to thank him. He did a
00:44:51.180 couple of chapters in the new book I've got out. It's the new MAGA deal. I think you'll like the
00:44:58.260 subtitle. It's the unofficial deplorables guide to the Trump 2024 platform. It's a new MAGA deal dot com.
00:45:07.520 New MAGA deal dot com. That's Don Jr.'s publishing house. Or you can get it on Amazon. But Mike does
00:45:15.720 three chapters, I think, on the weaponization of government. And whenever I get Mike on the show
00:45:24.740 or on the line, I always want to pick his brain on big issues. And there's one that's really
00:45:33.220 interesting to me, having been at the front lines of this weaponization of government. It's like
00:45:38.480 the District Court of Columbia, there's 12 districts, I think, around the country.
00:45:46.320 This one is notoriously left. And it gets all contempt of Congress cases and things like that.
00:45:53.740 And if I if I put a gun to your head, which I would never do, and said our appeals courts
00:46:03.320 panels are usually three judge panels random, or are they chosen in another way? Most people,
00:46:11.840 including judges themselves, according to the data, say it's a random process.
00:46:16.040 But it's not. And the poster child for that is the prosecutions of Steve Bannon and Peter
00:46:25.300 K. Navarro. So I've had four cases, one associated with my criminal case, three associated with
00:46:36.080 the civil case that the weaponized justice system did. And Steve had two cuts of the apple.
00:46:42.880 And there's 16 judges on the appeals court. You get these three judge panels. And on every single
00:46:54.840 panel of those six that Steve or I had, two judges, Cornelia Pillard and Patricia Millett, both
00:47:06.040 Obama appointees, either both or one of them appear on all six of those panels. Now, if I gave you the
00:47:15.520 choice of that and the probability and going out in the middle of a of a thunder and lightning storm
00:47:23.940 as as to which would be more dangerous probabilistically, you'd probably choose the
00:47:30.880 lightning to be safer because the odds of that are are slim to none unless they're packing those
00:47:38.260 appeals courts. And those two women are directly responsible for Steve and I going to prison.
00:47:45.400 So, Mike.
00:47:49.060 As as the Democrats are talking about term limits and ethics and all that on the Supreme Court,
00:47:54.560 what do we do about something like that? Can can can can those judges be forced to recuse
00:48:00.220 themselves and stuff like this? I mean, does that strike you as odd? Talk to me about that.
00:48:07.560 Mike, President Obama, one of the most important things that President Obama did from a left wing
00:48:14.240 Democrat perspective was he he stacked the D.C. circuit with left wing radicals. Remember,
00:48:21.420 they nuked the Philip the filibuster for judges under Obama, and it used to require 60 votes to
00:48:30.620 confirm these lower court judges. They brought that down to 50 plus the VP or 51. And Obama was able
00:48:36.720 to stack the D.C. circuit with these left wing radicals. And it just seems like these left wing
00:48:43.540 radicals, whether there are these D.C. circuit judges or the corrupt Manhattan judge, Juan Mershon,
00:48:49.860 who happens to be on all these Trump cases, just randomly drawn on all these Trump cases,
00:48:55.160 it's not random at all. The chances that these left wing judges just happen to be on all these
00:49:02.500 Trump related cases is not random at all. And it's it's corruption to its core. And House Judiciary
00:49:09.780 Committee Chairman Jim Jordan should send a an oversight letter to the D.C. circuit and ask them
00:49:17.940 about this so-called random draw of these same left wing judges, these same left wing radical ladies
00:49:25.560 who Obama put on the D.C. circuit. How are they on all these Trump cases? Right. And then, well,
00:49:30.920 it's it's just it's obviously not really not random. It's obvious. I should note here, though,
00:49:36.940 I should note here, Mike, that that if you read the law about how judges are picked, there's nothing in it
00:49:43.920 about random. They're not required to go random. I mean, so they wind up stacking it. It's I like the
00:49:55.840 idea of Jordan contacting them, but keep going. I just wanted to point that out that there's nothing
00:50:01.460 that requires randomness in the draw. Well, I mean, the whole point of a random draw of these judges is
00:50:08.660 to make it look like this is not a partisan process. And the problem is, is this has been
00:50:13.860 a partisan process with these Democrat prosecutors, these Biden and Kamala Democrat prosecutors
00:50:21.300 and judges and witnesses and operatives who have politicized and weaponized our justice system at
00:50:29.060 every level, whether it's the federal level with the cases against Trump by Jack Smith, the cases against
00:50:35.380 you, Peter, the case of the case against Steve Bannon. He has several cases against Steve Bannon by
00:50:41.560 these Democrat prosecutors. Yeah. And these Democrat hellholes of New York, D.C. and Atlanta.
00:50:48.520 How did Steve draw draw the Steve drew the same judge? I mean, you got Alvin Bragg and Juan
00:50:55.900 Marchand going after Trump and Steve Bannon. I mean, same judge.
00:51:01.540 I wonder how many judges they have in the New York court there. Seems like there's only one named
00:51:09.340 Juan Marchand. It's ridiculous. And that Juan Marchand's daughter, Lauren Marchand, is raising
00:51:14.720 millions of dollars for Biden, for Kamala Harris, for these Biden and Kamala Democrats. She's raising
00:51:23.480 millions of dollars. She gets a cut of that. That requires Judge Juan Marchand's recusal under New York
00:51:30.680 statute. When President Trump raised this recusal issue, how did he respond? He retaliated against
00:51:37.140 President Trump. Juan Marchand said he was going to put President Trump in prison if he mentioned
00:51:42.640 Lauren Marchand's name. This is corruption to its core. And this is why this next election is so
00:51:48.940 important, because, again, do you want President Trump or President Kamala Harris appointing these
00:51:54.920 judges on the Supreme Court in the lower federal courts? Do you want the Trump?
00:51:59.880 Of all the great things that you said today, Mike, of all the great things you said today,
00:52:05.600 your admonition that if Kamala wins, we'll lose the Senate and House. Mike, quickly,
00:52:11.980 social media, you want to plug anything?
00:52:15.220 Yeah, article3project.org, article3project.org. You can donate there. You can follow us on social
00:52:20.980 media, and you can take action there. Thank you, Peter. All right, you're my brother.
