00:00:00.000 We understand that the Gab account is pro-immigration, pro-lockdown, leftist views.
00:00:08.860 Is that accurate?
00:00:10.340 I haven't seen it directly, but I believe from what I've been told, that is accurate.
00:00:15.000 With the Gab account, we're also, though that's been publicly revealed through the CIO and other things,
00:00:20.140 we're still working to certify and verify that that's his account also.
00:00:23.440 But it does have differing points of view, it would appear.
00:00:30.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:35.160 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:40.380 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:44.640 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:46.540 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:47.980 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:50.680 It's going to happen.
00:00:51.720 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:55.340 Mega Media.
00:00:56.260 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:01:02.180 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:01:05.880 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:01:12.300 War Room.
00:01:13.080 Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban.
00:01:15.420 Welcome to the War Room.
00:01:23.000 It's Natalie G. Winters hosting today, Wednesday, July 31st in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:01:29.840 We have quite the packed show for you today.
00:01:32.620 We'll be joined shortly by AG Andrew Bailey, who yesterday was responsible for basically commanding and demanding the Biden regime to finish what Donald Trump started when it comes to constructing the border wall using the about $1.4 billion funds that Congress appropriated.
00:01:52.540 It was appropriated not too long ago, despite Democrats and, of course, establishment Republicans' best efforts to not see those funds be used for their proper purpose of building that wall.
00:02:03.500 He filed suit, basically, I would say, doing some real nice political football, forcing the Biden regime.
00:02:10.860 They knew the firestorm that they would come under if they opposed constructing additional wall, especially with border czar Kamala Harris, also Congressman Matt Gaetz joining us, and none other than Dr. Robert Malone on all things bird flu.
00:02:27.380 I think I see Congressman Gaetz joining us shortly just to tee up that intro.
00:02:32.580 Now, what you guys saw there, Senator Marsha Blackburn, right, grilling individuals on the so-called social media posts belonging to Trump's would-be assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks.
00:02:42.300 Now, the buried lead of that clip, and why I'm honored to have Congressman Gaetz joining us, is that the FBI, Secret Service, they only brought up posts that sort of fit their narrative that this individual was, right, anti-Trump, right, this guy, or rather pro-Trump.
00:02:58.060 This guy was a right-wing, kind of lunatic nutjob.
00:03:00.640 They didn't conveniently did not bring up any of the gab posts that CEO Andrew Torba sort of released independently of any investigations going on, right?
00:03:09.880 Senator Marsha Blackburn forced that conversation you introduced today, a letter demanding that the DHS turn over documents related to the ongoing social media censorship of all things related to the assassination attempt on President Donald J. Trump.
00:03:23.560 Can you walk our audience through what you're looking to garner from DHS, from Mayorkas?
00:03:30.080 As you know, Natalie, there is a censorship industrial complex that operates largely through grants funded by the U.S. taxpayer, distributed through the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, the Department of State.
00:03:43.320 Then that money ends up oftentimes at universities and with NGOs that establish blacklists that create a limitation on how content can be consumed.
00:03:55.280 And we saw this so viciously during COVID when they were even trying to censor true information.
00:04:01.320 Like, they acknowledged that where there were true side effects to the vaccine, they thought it would create vaccine hesitancy.
00:04:09.020 And so the ends justified the means.
00:04:11.160 It's Orwellian.
00:04:12.500 And so much of it is indeed going through CISA and the Department of Homeland Security.
00:04:17.480 Now, we have to unearth that.
00:04:19.380 But that's only part of the process.
00:04:20.820 As you and I have discussed many times, you ultimately have to defund it in order to drive any change.
00:04:26.480 And what stops the defunding of any of those features of the censorship industrial complex, it's governing by continuing resolution and omnibus spending bill.
00:04:35.980 And so that's why I've worked to get the Department of Homeland Security to fess up.
00:04:41.780 And what's interesting about this area of oversight, in a lot of the areas of oversight that I do, they're actually trying to hide stuff.
00:04:48.640 They want to conceal their conduct.
00:04:50.900 But oddly, when it comes to censorship, they're quite proud of it.
00:04:54.440 The answer is, yes, we are creating this network, this web of academics and political and social elites to define the nature of truth, to shape what people are able to experience in the digital world.
00:05:06.980 And you all ought to be very grateful for that as the digital plebs.
00:05:11.100 And you ought to, like, pay homage to your censorship overlords.
00:05:14.700 And so it's an odd thing that they're quite willing to confess the conduct.
00:05:19.440 And maybe that's because they know it won't be defunded because we have such a corrupt system that just rolls everything up for one up or down vote.
00:05:26.700 I do also want to comment on what you said vis-a-vis Torba and this shooter because it is so frequent that you see a similar pattern play out where there's the effort to try to take anything that is bad or scary and lash it to MAGA so that people will think MAGA is bad or scary or violent when, in fact, we are none of those things.
00:05:48.620 Here, I think Torba really put out what they probably would have preferred him not to in the content of some of those communications and posts by the account that was linked to this shooter.
00:06:02.560 So I commend Gab for getting at least the truth out while we still can.
00:06:09.080 It seems like so much of the information that we've been getting that provides us true insight into July 13th, right, whether it was old social media posts, even more video footage coming out today.
00:06:20.100 It doesn't really seem to be coming from a congressionally led investigation.
00:06:24.460 It seems to be people stepping up, right, and sharing, whether it's Andrew Torba, Gab or individuals who attended the rally.
00:06:31.740 And you've obviously always kind of been a thorn in the side of the Republican establishment in D.C.
00:06:36.940 But when you see this task force that they established to investigate this assassination attempt, it seems like they're trying to sort of set the goalpost at the Secret Service, right?
00:06:48.460 That's what they want to go after.
00:06:49.740 But what you're alluding to is that this is a much broader and systemic problem that involves all of the Department of Homeland Security.
00:06:57.020 It's not just DEI.
00:06:58.220 There are systemic issues going on there.
00:07:00.880 In your opinion, do you think that this task force is going to be able to unearth the type of evidence, the information that we need to get to the bottom of this attempt?
00:07:09.360 Or do you think it's going to be more just kind of red meat for the base?
00:07:12.400 I think it's deeply concerning that Eli Crane and Corey Mills, the two snipers in the United States Congress, were left off of the Congress's work on this.
00:07:22.260 And I said it plainly on War Room this morning that I believe that has more to do with their votes on the spending bills.
00:07:29.380 They vote against a lot of the bloated budgets and wasteful spending.
00:07:32.700 And so they're not really part of the club inside of Insular, Washington.
00:07:37.480 And I think they were punished for that.
00:07:38.980 And if you really wanted to get the truth, you wouldn't punish the people who are the most qualified.
00:07:43.860 So that's concerning.
00:07:45.640 But your question raised a bigger issue, which is like, do we trust that Congress is an institution to do this work?
00:07:51.260 Or are we going to have to leverage and rely on a lot of the digital online sleuths?
00:07:55.960 And it's going to be the latter.
00:07:57.460 I remember a conversation I had with Devin Nunes when I first got to Congress where he said, look, our goal is to get the information and put as much of it out as possible.
00:08:06.900 And then there are people who sometimes run a non-counts.
00:08:10.340 And, you know, you've done a lot of this work where you go through these reports and you're able to pull out the critical information, analyze it in the context of the other things going on in the world.
00:08:19.640 And sometimes our job in Congress is just like to release the truth and let it roam free rather than trying to package it up, kind of like the January 6th committee did with Liz Cheney and Benny Thompson.
00:08:31.620 But it's very disappointing that this task force doesn't include the two most qualified people.
00:08:36.260 That's not a dig on the folks who are a part of it.
00:08:39.380 Some of them are quite good.
00:08:40.700 Some of them are NPCs.
00:08:42.020 But you should lash the most relevant skills to the work in any enterprise, Congress not being an exception.
00:08:51.880 And you have a new article up where I think Fox News is covering what you've done in terms of exposing DEI, everything like that, in the military.
00:09:01.820 I think it gets to the age-old question that we're always kind of pondering here in the war room.
00:09:05.580 Is it a result of incompetence and, you know, just woke policies run amok?
00:09:09.920 Or is it intentional?
00:09:11.220 Is it enemies within the subversion of our military forces?
00:09:14.740 But I was reading through some of the reporting that you had done.
00:09:18.080 You can't apparently say toughen up if you say that's savage.
00:09:21.600 Apparently that's a microaggression in the military.
00:09:24.880 Can you walk the audience through what you've found on that front?
00:09:27.140 Yeah, we uncovered a memo at the United States Air Force where they identified a series of microaggressions that were disfavored.
00:09:36.140 And you mentioned a few of them.
00:09:38.000 Man up is deemed gendered.
00:09:40.300 So you can't say man up to people in the military anymore.
00:09:43.000 You can't even say toughen up because you may be referring to features of gender.
00:09:48.540 And you certainly can't say that's savage because of the insults to indigenous peoples.
00:09:54.120 Give me a break.
00:09:54.860 Do you think China's doing this?
00:09:56.180 Russia's doing this.
00:09:57.600 And I don't encounter this information because I'm like deep in some Reddit thread somewhere.
00:10:02.380 I represent a heavily Air Force, heavily military district.
00:10:06.300 And so when this weird stuff gets pushed from the Pentagon, I often hear about it because these are kitchen table issues in my district.
00:10:13.200 Now, you asked the operative question, which is, is this just a bunch of woketopians at the top trying to live out their social justice dreams?
00:10:20.680 Or is this intentionally to try to reshape the military?
00:10:24.100 I don't know that those are mutually exclusive, but I definitely think that the hybrid leans more toward the latter because it's impacting recruitment.
00:10:31.600 Like when the military was be all you can be, an army of one, when we when we leaned into the fact that it was often men from the American South who volunteered for the military.
00:10:43.340 When we when we leaned into that machismo unapologetically, we had the most revered fighting force in the world.
00:10:50.120 Now, I still think we could vanquish any foe, but I do worry that they're trying to inform on the type of people who will volunteer for military service, because a lot of folks in like Huntsville, Alabama and in like Beaufort, Georgia, are going to see a memo like this.
00:11:07.320 They're going to hear an experience from a family member who may be serving about this type of of pressure and they may choose something else in life.
00:11:15.000 And that is the true subversion, the way that the image of the military is changed as a consequence of these bad acts.
00:11:22.340 And frankly, I struggle with this, Natalie, because I love the military.
00:11:25.860 My son's in the military. I want people to join the military and do great things for our country.
00:11:30.620 And so I hate having to talk about this stuff.
00:11:32.580 But if you don't talk about it and you don't expose it and you don't work to humiliate the generals pushing it and then ultimately defund it, then you get more of it for sure.
00:11:41.240 And so I wish I long for the days that I'm not talking about drag shows on military bases and the way our military leaders are clutching their pearls, you know, over microaggressions.
00:11:53.140 But that is the reality we live and we have to deal with it.
00:11:55.900 And on the question of, you know, intentional malice or incompetence, I think you guys being sent home for break despite all your spending bills not being in order, right, is really just a present to the special interest, to the lobbyists, to the uniparty, the system, the way things are run in D.C.
00:12:11.860 Give me just a few minutes before you have to bounce for the posse, what they can do for this month, whether it's making calls, reaching out to their representatives to ensure that we don't get another, you know, government shutdown, debacle, CR type situation.
00:12:24.900 Well, I think that we have to be ready to make a demand and Chip Roy, a guest host in this morning, really laid it out well.
00:12:34.060 The demand should be illegal aliens don't vote in our elections or we're not going to extend the Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris inflation agenda through continuing resolutions or omnibus spending bills.
00:12:47.720 That ought to be the demand. I think that would unite Republicans. I think it's the most timely ask we can make now.
00:12:54.000 And yeah, you have to be willing to shut down the government over it. You have to be willing to say we don't have a government if you can let 20 million illegal aliens into the country and then have them voting in elections, diluting the legitimate ballots cast by our citizens.
00:13:08.140 I think that's a fight worth having. So if the posse is with me, join Chip Roy, join in that demand that we are making that any government funding bill include the prohibition against illegal alien voting.
00:13:20.340 Then you can hold the feet to the fire when it comes to these elections officials who color outside the lines.
00:13:26.960 Right now, in the absence of that federal law, there's a lot of local flexibility to not check citizenship status, not check a signature match, the types of things that would give us clarity as to someone's status in this country.
00:13:40.980 Congressman, thank you for doing double duty on the war room today. I know the audience appreciates it.
00:13:45.520 If people want to get your podcast, stay up to date with all your hot takes on Twitter, on X, where can they go to do all that?
00:13:51.440 At Matt Gaetz, M-A-T-T-G-A-E-T-Z. And I would ask folks to go to my website, MattGaetz.com.
00:13:57.480 The posse really helps fund my effort in the United States Congress.
00:14:02.560 And right now I'm getting outspent about five to one by Kevin McCarthy's handpicked Black Lives Matter loving DEI instructor from Missouri.
00:14:09.900 We're going to make sure to whoop them, but I need folks to go to MattGaetz.com.
00:14:13.160 Help me out and we'll make sure we deliver a great victory and then make it worth something by fighting for the people we serve.
00:14:18.980 Congressman, thank you so much for joining us. I'm sure we'll see you soon.
00:14:23.660 Thank you.
00:14:25.540 We'll be joined by AG Andrew Bailey after the break.
00:14:29.060 But in the meantime, you can go to birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire.
00:14:35.980 We're on the fifth one.
00:14:37.100 You can always give Philip Patrick, who comes on, of course, the Saturday shows, a call during the week.
00:14:42.100 If you can't wait till then to hear their thoughts on all things gold, we'll also have Jim Rickards joining us towards the end of the show.
00:14:49.620 But in the meantime, the wall is getting built.
00:14:52.660 You can cry harder, Kamala, Joe Biden, and all the Democrats who never wanted to see that happen.
00:14:57.060 We'll have AG Bailey joining us next.
00:14:59.580 The petrodollar is crumbling before our eyes.
00:15:02.680 Saudi Arabia just declined to renew the 50-year-long petrodollar agreement, which means the U.S. dollar's global dominance is now riding on fumes.
00:15:12.580 How much longer until the dollar crashes in value?
00:15:15.120 Nobody knows for sure, but it's always best to be prepared.
00:15:18.580 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:20.980 Why?
00:15:21.820 Because gold safeguards your savings outside the dollar-connected financial system.
00:15:27.200 So if a crash happens, your hard-earned money will be protected inside precious metals.
00:15:32.060 Plus, with a gold IRA from Birch Gold Group, you can move your IRA or 401K into physical gold without paying any taxes or penalties.
00:15:41.440 To learn more, get a free info kit on gold IRAs by going to birchgold.com slash bannet.
00:15:47.480 That's birchgold.com slash bannet.
00:15:49.640 Birch Gold Group is the only gold company I trust to help patriots defend their savings.
00:15:54.320 So take a stand right now.

00:16:02.740 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:05.440 Bannon.
00:16:11.740 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:16:13.900 It's Natalie G.
00:16:14.620 Winters still holding down the fort.
00:16:16.560 We're coming up on the one-month anniversary, although that's too euphemistic a term,
00:16:20.580 for Stephen K.
00:16:22.040 Bannon going to federal prison because of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, basically everyone at the DOJ, the FBI.
00:16:30.080 You guys know who you are, and you can assure in Trump's second term, we'll be doing a lot of investigations into you guys.
00:16:36.980 But I'm honored to be joined by someone who I really think epitomizes what Steve's kind of final words were before he entered that prison,
00:16:43.500 which was next man up, someone who's stepping up for, frankly, most House Republicans, at least the bad ones.
00:16:51.040 We have the good ones on the show, but those who aren't really using their congressional authority, their power, to make anything happen.
00:16:56.840 But AG Andrew Bailey joins us.
00:16:59.500 Now, I understand that you were able to get a court order forcing the Democrats, basically, to finish constructing what President Trump started,
00:17:09.160 which is the remainder of the border wall.
00:17:10.960 Can you walk the audience through how we got here and how much of a historic victory this is for us?
00:17:18.180 Absolutely.
00:17:19.060 This is all about securing our national sovereignty and putting America first and stopping the Biden invasion flow of illegal migrants into this country.
00:17:29.620 In 2020, Congress appropriated money with the explicit command that the Department of Homeland Security erect new border barrier systems, period.
00:17:38.740 But on day one in office, President Biden signed an executive order saying walls don't work and we're not going to build any more walls.
00:17:45.660 And then he hired Alejandro Mayorkas to undermine the will of Congress and vex, harass and delay border wall construction with endless environmental studies.
00:17:54.980 This is odd because in 2006, President Biden, as a United States senator, voted for the Secure Fence Act.
00:18:00.200 So in a complete reversal policy position and an act of hypocrisy, he has undermined our national sovereignty by refusing to build the border wall.
00:18:08.340 We took him to task, filed suit.
00:18:10.200 The Department of Justice fought us.
00:18:11.660 And the trial court was skeptical about our standing argument.
00:18:14.740 We appealed the trial court's decision to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and won and went back down to the trial court.
00:18:19.980 And the trial court entered judgment in our favor, ruling that the administration has to build the border wall.
00:18:25.980 They can't waste your and my tax dollars on endless environmental studies and cameras and other systems that are not actually new border barrier systems.
00:18:36.760 And so the text of the law matters.
00:18:38.240 The will of Congress matters.
00:18:39.840 And we won.
00:18:41.420 The Department of Justice has failed to respond or appeal the judgment, which means just this week, the judgment becomes final.
00:18:47.960 And how soon will we see the remainder of that wall going up?
00:18:53.800 It should be immediate.
00:18:54.960 I know that there are contractors who have been waiting.
00:18:57.520 They had contracts with the federal government and were jilted.
00:19:00.780 And their due process rights under those contracts were violated by Biden's policy reversal.
00:19:06.480 And again, when we talk about the Biden invasion, it's not just that he's not doing his job at the southern border.
00:19:12.220 It's that policies like this, where he's repealing policies that work, like remain in Mexico, or instituting policies like this that undermine the will of Congress and the plain text of the statute or his perversion of the parole process.
00:19:23.560 It's that he's not only refusing to do his job at the southern border, but he's perverting the law and hung an open sign at the southern border that exacerbates the problem.
00:19:31.840 It's a supercharger on the engine in a bad way.
00:19:34.440 And so that's why this lawsuit is so important.
00:19:36.640 And I believe that there are contractors that are shovel ready to continue building Trump's border wall.
00:19:42.940 And walk us through some of the follow-up actions that you've taken, whether it's filing suit over illegal aliens being flown into Missouri.
00:19:50.500 We know every state is a border state now.
00:19:52.420 But what are some of the—and you don't stop, apparently.
00:19:55.460 What are some of the other actions, legal or otherwise, that you guys are taking to get to the bottom of this invasion?
00:20:00.800 Well, this is a significant problem.
00:20:03.600 Like you said, every state is a border state at this point.
00:20:06.120 In Missouri, we had more than 1,100 reported incidences of human trafficking in our state, making Missouri the fourth worst state in the nation for human trafficking because of our position at the crossroads of the nation and extensive interstate system.
00:20:18.060 And that's reported incidences of human trafficking.
00:20:20.440 How many go unreported, undetected, uninvestigated, unprosecuted?
00:20:23.600 There's been more than 1,500 fentanyl deaths in one year alone, 43 innocent lives were lost, young children who died from fentanyl exposure.
00:20:31.120 And all that fentanyl is coming across the southern border in the Joe Biden border invasion.
00:20:35.460 And remember, Kamala Harris is the border czar.
00:20:38.360 She owns this policy failure.
00:20:40.200 Don't let big tech social media and the lamestream media brainwash people into thinking that this isn't her problem.
00:20:46.220 She is the mastermind of these failed policies.
00:20:48.420 And so we know that in May, a House committee issued a report that confirmed what the Center on Immigration Studies had previously reported, which is that there are 45 major airports in the United States of America that are being used by the federal government to transport these illegal aliens into our country and deposit them throughout the nation.
00:21:07.800 Two of those airports are in Missouri in both St. Louis and Kansas City.
00:21:10.620 And so we filed a demand for transparency and accountability with the Department of Homeland Security to get to the bottom of how many criminal aliens is the federal government depositing into our state.
00:21:20.360 And DHS has stonewalled that demand for accountability and transparency.
00:21:24.560 So just this week, we have filed suit, and we're going to get to the bottom of it and hold the wrongdoers accountable.
00:21:29.160 You know, in Missouri, it's a felony offense to knowingly transport an illegal alien into or through this state.
00:21:34.940 And we stand ready to enforce that criminal law that prevents and dissuades and deters human trafficking.
00:21:40.620 Well, they know how woefully unpopular their border policies are, and they frankly probably just wanted to avoid another news cycle that you would have induced, right, that would have, I think, shown that they are aiding and abetting this border crisis, whether it was the wire fencing.
00:21:54.220 Now, in this case, it's the wall.
00:21:55.780 So kudos to you for really forcing their hand there.
00:22:00.660 But you also have had similar success on a similar but parallel track in terms of really weeding out diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:22:10.280 Just, I mean, I think that's too nice a term.
00:22:13.100 Far left, I mean, cultural Marxist ideology permeating academic institutions in this country.
00:22:19.560 Racial discrimination, too.
00:22:21.160 So can you walk the audience through some of the victories you've had on that front in Missouri's universities?
00:22:27.180 Yeah, absolutely.
00:22:28.020 Well, once the Students for Fair Admission case came down last summer, we immediately sent demand letters to all institutions of higher education and public institutions throughout the state, putting them on notice that there's been a change in the law.
00:22:39.180 Affirmative action was never constitutional, was never legal, and certainly the Supreme Court has clarified that.
00:22:44.100 And these DEI programs that make racial quotas and disadvantage people based on the color of their skin are racist policies.
00:22:50.180 And that has no place in public accommodation and public institutions of higher education.
00:22:54.500 And I'm proud to say that just this week, the University of Missouri has decided to abandon their DEI policies.
00:23:00.800 But it doesn't stop there.
00:23:01.900 You know, you look across corporate America and you see this kind of blossoming cancer in corporate culture, which promotes people based on the color of their skin and disadvantages other people based on the color of their skin.
00:23:15.600 And that was on full display last fall when video leaked of the president and CEO of the IBM Corporation bragging about their DEI program and demanding that corporate executives institute DEI programs that disadvantage whites and Asians.
00:23:29.740 And stating that these executives would lose their bonuses if they didn't comply with the president's racist demands and that their other individuals had been terminated.
00:23:38.100 And so here in Missouri, we filed suit under the Missouri Human Rights Act that prohibits racial discrimination and employment law and filed suit against the IBM Corporation in order to harpoon the corporate DEI whale as well.
00:23:52.680 And seeing your, frankly, I think, uncanny ability to go after the Department of Homeland Security, I think Congress should be taking notes from you guys.
00:24:00.540 I'm just inclined to ask you guys in your office, apparently you guys have the power to conduct these investigations to get actual results.
00:24:08.800 Do you guys have any ability or is there, you know, anything forthcoming from your office in terms of getting to the bottom of some of the similar, I think, behavior we've seen from DHS in terms of obscuring or covering up some of the information about the, you know, would be Trump assassin or just getting to the bottom of secret service?
00:24:26.400 Is that something that your office has considered or that you guys are looking into at all?
00:24:31.060 Absolutely.
00:24:31.660 It's something we remain vigilant on.
00:24:33.460 Look, I'm a former combat arms, armored cavalry scout platoon leader who served in Iraq.
00:24:37.400 And I'm here to tell you, we never in a million years would have let a raised platform within 150 yards of a secure area, a secure site be uncovered or unsecured.
00:24:49.080 And so this is a breach in security protocol that's unfathomable when you're talking about a presidential candidate in the heat of a campaign in the most consequential election in this nation's history.
00:24:57.980 And there needs to be accountability.
00:24:59.560 And the failures need to be placed at the feet of the policymakers who declined to do their jobs, which is to protect President Trump.
00:25:07.780 And we will use any weapons, any tools at our disposal at the state level to ensure that accountability.
00:25:12.720 AG, if people want to follow you, stay up to date.
00:25:17.040 Like I said, every day, there's new great news coming out of your office, one of the bright spots in an otherwise depressing news cycle.
00:25:23.400 Where can people go to follow you, support you, stay up to date with everything you're working on?
00:25:27.180 Yeah, check us out at BaileyMo.com.
00:25:30.140 That's BaileyMo.com.
00:25:31.840 You can follow all the great work we're doing protecting the people of the state of Missouri, putting Missourians and Americans first, and fighting to defend our core values.
00:25:40.660 You can check us out on the official site at AGO.Mo.com.
00:25:45.020 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:25:46.580 We'll have you back on soon.
00:25:48.720 Thank you.
00:25:49.280 Talk soon.
00:25:49.700 We'll be joined in the next block by the one and only Dr. Robert Malone on all things Fauci lying, working, establishing a sort of back channel with mainstream media reporters to lie and deceive the American people.
00:26:06.080 Not necessarily about what he was doing in Wuhan, but what he was doing with Beagle experiments, if you guys remember, the torment he was putting those poor puppies through in addition to the American people.
00:26:15.660 But in the meantime, before we jump to break, as always, you've got to go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire, walking through why gold has always been a hedge.
00:26:28.080 And especially in these turbulent times, it should be even more of a hedge as the world stumbles into just not just financial chaos, but utter chaos in every regard.
00:26:37.800 And while you're at it, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.
00:26:40.860 You guys know they're already pushing what seems to be another pandemic, despite what is it, less than like a dozen bird flu cases or something like that, despite the fact that Anthony Fauci had been manipulating that virus for years to become more lethal to humans.
00:26:55.520 But their grass-fed beef liver, I myself am a huge fan of, has very high amounts of vitamin A, which is very good for your skin.
00:27:03.280 Never probably thought you'd hear a plug for good skincare in the war room.
00:27:07.200 But when Natalie G. Winters takes over the 5 p.m. hour, you will get that.
00:27:11.780 You've got to go to sacredhumanhealth.com.
00:27:15.240 We'll be joined after the break by Dr. Robert Malone.
00:27:19.880 While you're at it, maybe you can go check out warroom.org, the latest story that I broke yesterday, showing how Anthony Fauci was funding Metabiota, that kind of shady, swampy pandemic consulting firm,
00:27:32.620 whose financial funding, at least their first round, was led by none other.
00:27:37.200 Then Hunter Biden doing research on bird flu in Ukraine.
00:27:43.360 Basically, all the key players are part of that one.
00:27:45.900 You've got to check out that story.
00:27:47.300 Like I said, you can read it at warroom.org.
00:27:50.820 And we will be back very shortly after this break with Dr. Malone.
00:27:54.280 And we'll have Jim Rickards joining us for the end of the show.

00:28:59.120 PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon.
00:29:00.960 That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon.
00:29:04.120 Or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:29:06.640 Action, action, action.
00:29:09.680 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:12.180 Welcome back to the War Room.
00:29:19.580 Now, you guys know we don't necessarily trust the mainstream media-ordained experts here in the War Room,
00:29:27.020 in part because they use private email channels to discuss a lot of things.
00:29:31.040 Anthony Fauci, the latest defender on that front.
00:29:33.260 But one of the experts we do trust is, of course, another than Dr. Robert Malone.
00:29:38.260 Now, there's some new reporting coming out showing that—we don't call him Dr. here in the War Room—
00:29:42.760 but that Anthony Fauci used a private email server to establish what I think you could kind of call a back channel
00:29:48.800 with Washington Post reporters to sort of quell what I'm sure they would call misinformation,
00:29:54.060 but really rage and fury over a story as to how they were terrorizing these beagles doing just absolutely horrific research on them.
00:30:02.340 Can you walk the audience through just this other prime example of Anthony Fauci's lying to the American people?
00:30:10.800 So this White Coat group gets the shout-out for a good job here in digging this up.
00:30:18.800 We have yet more, with this example, yet more evidence demonstrating the collusion between the Washington Post,
00:30:27.200 often referred among those of us that are here in the region as Proved on the Potomac,
00:30:34.580 collusion with the Washington Post and through back channels and the government, in this case, Tony Fauci.
00:30:42.140 And we've had a lot of evidence of the Washington Post functionally acting as a mouthpiece for the U.S. government,
00:30:49.020 and particularly for the NIAID, all the way through the last four years and, of course, historically for decades.
00:30:55.200 In this case, what we have is a smoking gun that contradicts Tony Fauci's statement
00:31:00.540 during the June 3 House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic testimony,
00:31:06.460 in which he denied under oath that he was engaged in any backdoor channels.
00:31:12.540 And yet you had the testimony immediately preceding by his associate, Dr. David Morins,
00:31:20.980 in which Morins had spoken very clearly about having a, I hesitate to use the word intimate,
00:31:29.100 but I don't know what would be better, a relationship with Tony Fauci, not in the biblical sense,
00:31:34.240 but certainly in the business sense, and that he could back channel information to Tony via his private email.
00:31:41.540 But now we have this evidence, which was explicitly denied by Dr. Fauci during his testimony.
00:31:49.340 So there's a case of lying in front of Congress.
00:31:52.260 This is not, you know, in contrast to Mr. Bannon and Mr. Navarro,
00:31:56.220 who refused to testify to implicate their former boss, the President of the United States.
00:32:01.680 Here we have clear-cut lying to Congress.
00:32:05.480 And the open question, once again, is whether or not Congress is just going to roll over
00:32:10.320 and, like a Tunisian beagle, ask for its belly to be scratched or to be exposed to sand flies.
00:32:17.040 Or are they actually going to do anything?
00:32:19.220 And I fear that my cynicism will come out here.
00:32:24.080 I very much doubt that there'll be any actions taken against the Dr. Fauci,
00:32:29.920 who has been deified in that testimony and, you know, raised to the level of godlike status
00:32:37.400 by both sides of the aisle, with a few exceptions, the Congresswoman from Georgia being one.
00:32:47.940 But, you know, unfortunately, we are in a situation in which the House Select Committee
00:32:53.620 seemed to just fawn mostly on Dr. Fauci, and I doubt there's going to be anything done here.
00:32:59.920 Well, and that deification process, I think, works into a broader developing news cycle
00:33:05.860 and narrative that we've been tracking very closely here in The Worm.
00:33:08.820 Of course, it dovetailed with Anthony Fauci, rolling out his book, right,
00:33:11.860 trying to do the media tour, saving his image.
00:33:16.020 But then you saw, you know, people like Dr. Ashish Jha, the former COVID response coordinator,
00:33:23.220 other, even people like Andrew Cuomo, right, or rather Chris Cuomo, saying that,
00:33:27.200 oh, now let's talk about vaccine injuries, right?
00:33:29.560 There was, what some might say, a little bit of a limited hangout in terms of daring to discuss
00:33:33.860 vaccine injuries.
00:33:36.440 Good use of the term, entirely appropriate use of the term, Natalie.
00:33:40.100 This is clearly a limited hangout in an evolving strategy that unfortunately is encountering
00:33:50.880 some unfortunate truths or uncomfortable truths.
00:33:56.860 As recently published in the New England Journal of Medicine, where it was acknowledged that a lot
00:34:02.340 of these claims have been made about vaccines by the likes of the ICANN network and Mr. RFK Jr.
00:34:15.900 have merit.
00:34:18.340 And those claims that these products are not adequately tested, they don't have the appropriate controls,
00:34:26.920 because it's now wrapped into a political statement by RFK Jr. that my conservative colleagues
00:34:34.080 are wondering whether Mr. Trump will echo some of those themes in which some specific reforms
00:34:41.780 are proposed.
00:34:43.520 And RFK is directly stating that these members of the VRBAC and other committees that have whitewashed
00:34:52.260 this RNA product should be banned from federal funding and from future work in terms of sitting
00:35:02.220 on these committees, much like has happened with Mr. Daszak.
00:35:06.440 So time will tell.
00:35:08.760 We're really looking for leadership on all of this topic, I think, from the president, Mr.
00:35:15.120 Trump.
00:35:16.180 And I hope that he might come forth with some clear statements.
00:35:20.580 Well, and I think the timing of this limited hangout is curious, you know, the media works
00:35:26.500 and lies of a mission.
00:35:27.720 And I think when you see them sort of trying to gain back some of that credibility, right,
00:35:32.500 in terms of saying, oh, look, we'll actually deal with COVID-19 vaccine injuries, you know,
00:35:37.700 well, you're a little late to the party.
00:35:40.160 But I think when you do that in context with this new emerging bird flu narrative, right, you
00:35:46.060 see them trying to push another kind of pandemic or at least a looming pandemic, at least
00:35:52.180 similarities to COVID in terms of it being a virus that Fauci has manipulated and gain-of-function
00:35:57.580 research-style tactics.
00:35:59.380 For a while, do you think that together those news cycles present a true threat, whether it's
00:36:06.640 for the 2024 election or just public health more broadly?
00:36:09.940 So there's no question that the putative risk of bird flu, which has been circulating this
00:36:19.880 particular variant since 2020, and I think we're now up to four or five cases that are
00:36:28.700 basically causing conjunctivitis in humans.
00:36:31.160 There's no human-to-human transmission.
00:36:32.720 There's no significant hospitalizations.
00:36:36.280 But the government is still spinning up an emergency use authorization for the Sequiris
00:36:45.180 vaccine through BARDA, as well as these new mRNA products.
00:36:50.500 Also of interest in—and I've just come back from three trips, I think, to Europe over the
00:36:55.420 last three weeks.
00:36:56.200 There, they're not hearing about bird flu, and yet the Ursula von der Leiden and the European
00:37:03.040 Council have already bought millions of doses of bird flu vaccine.
00:37:07.200 And curiously, the World Economic Forum has declared that bird flu is a global public health
00:37:14.780 emergency, yet the World Health Organization has not, because it isn't.
00:37:20.200 And yet we still have this biodefense industrial complex in the United States spinning up in
00:37:28.820 conjunction with corporate media and the government.
00:37:32.200 This is an unholy alliance.
00:37:35.060 Fortunately, we don't have evidence of significant disease in humans.
00:37:40.560 And I've been talking about this for six months.
00:37:43.440 I feel like a broken record.
00:37:46.740 Please, Posse members, don't let them provoke you.
00:37:54.180 Disregard this.
00:37:55.400 This is psychological bioterrorism.
00:37:58.340 They are weaponizing the fear of infectious disease in order to promote public health policy
00:38:04.060 measures and justify a variety of different actions.
00:38:08.380 Will it impact on the election?
00:38:10.720 God only knows.
00:38:11.740 They seem to, our opponents in this seem to have a very limited playbook, and they keep
00:38:18.460 going back to it.
00:38:20.160 And, you know, that plays into fears about Mr. Trump's safety.
00:38:26.340 And it absolutely plays into fears of election interference, fraud, ballot stuffing, and weaponization
00:38:35.220 of infectious disease to justify mail-in ballots.
00:38:39.760 So that's, I think that we should never rest up on our sensitivity to the weaponization of
00:38:55.100 fear of infectious disease as a political tool and as a tool of this bio-industrial, biodefense
00:39:04.020 complex for generating revenue on the backs of the federal government, which is to say
00:39:08.520 you, the taxpayer.
00:39:09.620 And what do you make of their efforts to sort of spin the bird flu pandemic on people who
00:39:16.300 consume raw milk, right?
00:39:18.200 They're shutting down raw milk farms.
00:39:20.720 What's their sort of narrative?
00:39:22.760 Who are they blaming?
00:39:23.180 I know you're aware that we have this parallel agenda, or what appears to be an agenda having
00:39:29.400 to do with food and food safety that comes back to the interface between USDA and FDA.
00:39:36.060 And we have a constant drumbeat about fear of processed animals being produced in local abattoirs.
00:39:48.720 That's, of course, this big Amish case in Pennsylvania.
00:39:51.800 And the fear of whole milk or non-pasteurized milk.
00:39:58.600 And the, you know, curiously, the one particular application that made absolutely no sense for
00:40:10.380 mRNA vaccines since these products are shed in milk was dairy cattle.
00:40:15.040 And yet what they're spinning up is the fear of bird flu in dairy cattle.
00:40:20.280 And the most severe reports I've heard of impacts on dairy cattle from this particular infection,
00:40:28.000 which may have been going on for decades.
00:40:29.600 We don't know.
00:40:30.240 Bird flu has been endemic for a very long time, pretty much most of my professional career,
00:40:35.340 is that it reduces the milk production from the infected cows.
00:40:40.980 And I put out a substack about a month and a half ago about this.
00:40:45.040 And the CDC has tracked down what appears to be transmission or certainly a possibility of
00:40:51.260 transmission through milking machines.
00:40:53.680 It seems to be going from cow to cow through the milking process.
00:41:00.780 So that, again, relates to influenza and coronavirus infecting the, I'm not getting too technical,
00:41:10.200 the cells that line the glands that produce the milk.
00:41:14.060 Uh, but, uh, that seems to be what's happening.
00:41:17.520 There's no evidence of human, uh, infection from consuming raw milk.
00:41:23.280 Uh, but, uh, there does, there is the appearance of a surreptitious agenda to justify.
00:41:30.400 And Dr. Malone, we're about a minute off from break.
00:41:33.700 And I want to give you a chance on that note to plug your new book, Cywar.
00:41:37.940 Can you tell the audience a little bit about it?
00:41:39.640 Thanks a lot for that.
00:41:41.820 Uh, so the book is coming out on the 24th of September.
00:41:46.060 Uh, it's got a nice forward from General Flynn, a friend of, uh, the posse.
00:41:51.500 And, uh, the intention of this book is to help everybody to understand the technologies that are being deployed against us.
00:42:01.060 And my hope is that by documenting this, it's 120,000 words, 130,000 words, it's a good long book, tons of information, that what it'll do is help you to basically arm yourself so that you're resistant to these technologies and so that it makes it harder for them to use them to manipulate you and your colleagues and friends.
00:42:23.920 Dr. Malone, thank you so much for joining us.
00:42:27.360 I'm sure the posse is going to pile in.
00:42:28.840 It sounds like a wonderful read.
00:42:30.120 I look forward to reading it myself.
00:42:31.540 We'll have to have you back soon.
00:42:33.000 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:42:35.020 Thank you, my friend.
00:42:36.720 Of course.
00:42:37.880 Whether it's psychological warfare or in some cases biological warfare, it's why you've got to go to mypatriotsupply.com.
00:42:45.140 They're one of our go-to sponsors here in the war room for everything that you may need.
00:42:49.820 Not necessarily for this hyped-up bird flu pandemic, but as we always talk about with Joe Reek, the guy who runs it on the show, you can't rely on these same authorities, the so-called experts, to protect you.
00:43:00.880 You've got to put that in your own hands.

00:45:20.560 It is finally time for a straightforward assessment of the state of our nation.
00:45:45.260 welcome back to the war room you got to go to war room.film to get government and gangsters
00:45:52.820 endorsed just yesterday by the one and only president donald j trump we are honored as your
00:45:57.380 humble servants here in the war room to have president trump endorsing that film you got to
00:46:01.720 watch it it's war room.film i'm also honored to be joined by the one and only jim records of
00:46:07.400 strategic intelligence now yesterday we had ej and tony on the show talking about how we just
00:46:13.740 basically broke 35 trillion dollars in national debt looking barreling towards an additional 1.4
00:46:19.880 trillion just by the end of this year if we ever needed president trump back in office to
00:46:25.060 take the wheels off this inflationary train wreck i think you could probably make the case
00:46:30.580 uh thanks natalie um that's right the the deficit or that's not the deficit the debt is 35 trillion
00:46:38.120 dollars the debt to gdp ratios you take the debt divided by gdp that's 135 that's the highest in u.s
00:46:45.840 history by far and one of the highest in the world there are two ways out of that one is reduce the
00:46:51.260 debt well i'm not counting on that i'm not very optimistic about that the debt's going to keep
00:46:55.340 going up the other one is to increase growth if you can moderate the numerator but increase the
00:47:01.040 denominator basically grow the economy faster you will gradually reduce that ratio so then the question
00:47:07.020 what is the growth plan um and i follow this very closely with uh president trump and now uh jd vance
00:47:13.260 on board they have a very definite plan and the you know the pundits and all the you know the usual
00:47:18.360 suspects of the financial uh times and the the economist the new york times the washington post and all that
00:47:24.020 some of them are just guessing they really don't know what they're talking about but they'll put
00:47:27.280 something out there others are a little closer to the reality but they uh put a very negative spin on
00:47:33.200 it so trump is going to put tariffs that's very likely uh probably in china but not just china
00:47:38.200 other countries around the world his advisors on that are peter navarro and robert lightheiser both
00:47:43.320 brilliant economists they know exactly what they're doing so the more simple-minded you know
00:47:48.740 journalists and phd economists say well if you put tariffs on you're going to get inflation
00:47:52.860 not necessarily you might get a one-time bump in some things but what you're going to do
00:47:56.760 is encourage u.s industry and u.s growth what trump is really saying to the world is hey if you want to
00:48:02.440 sell in the united states that's fine but build it here if you want to sell it here build it here
00:48:07.440 and increase investment in the united states increase high-paying jobs um and by the way this has a 235
00:48:15.120 year pedigree this is what alexander hamilton proposed in the opening days of the washington
00:48:20.360 administration uh in 1789 um it was followed in later years by john quincy adams and henry clay
00:48:27.200 uh who was the speaker of the house but they gave it the name the american system uh and it has four
00:48:32.840 parts one is high tariffs uh to protect u.s industry uh the other one is a infrastructure investment so
00:48:40.160 things that we all know about the intercontinent the uh erie canal and the transcontinental railroad
00:48:45.120 and so forth they were part of this um one is a national bank not like the federal reserve that's
00:48:50.240 trying to do too many things and micromanage the economy and they don't do a very good job of it but
00:48:54.920 just simply a bank that would provide liquidity as needed so that commerce can grow and merchants
00:49:00.740 could grow and then finally a strong defense to ward off invasion and privacy not to go around the
00:49:05.940 world conquering but just to protect the united states itself so that was the four-part program
00:49:10.520 of the american system uh by the way one of the biggest implementers of it was abraham lincoln
00:49:15.040 and then there's a line to uh to william mckinley uh and then more recently dwight eisenhower
00:49:20.980 ronald reagan and donald trump so as i said but but there's there's another side that started with
00:49:27.580 jefferson and madison uh and then through um other presidents the jacksonian presidents andrew jackson
00:49:34.440 martin van buren james nux polk but really getting acceleration woodrow wilson uh truman jfk
00:49:40.940 carter uh clinton obama uh and the bushes as well they're they're in on this and uh and obama and
00:49:48.500 biden which is the globalist camp you know um that they they proclaim free trade there's no such
00:49:54.020 thing as free trade there's no free trade in the world everybody has subsidies and they steal
00:49:57.820 intellectual property they put up non-tariff barriers uh and more importantly the the the input
00:50:03.180 factors the whole idea of comparative advantage i'm better at one thing you're better at something
00:50:07.680 else or shouldn't we trade well that's true until the factors get up and move and that's what
00:50:12.380 happened with china they stole an intellectual property uh black rock and vanguard and all the
00:50:17.080 rest put money in so they had the capital and the and the intellectual property and so they just
00:50:21.660 built their own comparative advantage from from nowhere that's they're going to put an end to that
00:50:26.100 so i'm very optimistic about this uh what i call the american system 2.0 as i say the pedigree goes back
00:50:32.000 to uh to alexander hamilton and abraham lincoln and ronald reagan and others um and the way you get
00:50:37.700 out of the the debt trap um probably not going to get rid of the debt anytime soon but you can grow
00:50:43.000 faster and that's the key well and there's an interesting subversion i think of one of those
00:50:48.020 key planks of clay's american system right uh investing in infrastructure here you sort of see
00:50:53.720 the flip of that we're investing in infrastructure overseas whether it's in ukraine or you know across
00:50:59.100 the globe but it even sort of compounds i think that the negative effects of that as we see
00:51:03.800 the united states funding and just high amping up all these these conflicts and crises abroad
00:51:08.640 how is that sort of making the problem even worse here at home well it's absolutely making it worse
00:51:14.800 and you're right natalie uh so yeah they they go where the cheap labor is so take the the capital is
00:51:20.320 portable the cheap labor is sitting in different places china but you know maybe india malaysia indonesia
00:51:25.400 elsewhere if you move the capital to where the cheap labor is you have uh a comparative advantage
00:51:31.080 that you can't beat so how do you deal with that well one is um basically put up protectionist walls
00:51:36.900 tariffs so that even if they make cheap goods they can't get in at their prices they have to get in
00:51:41.680 at our prices that gives uh u.s infrastructure uh uh a good advantage i was in a uh i was on a panel of
00:51:47.860 economists the other day and basically making the same points we're making this interview talking about
00:51:52.020 the again what i call the american system 2.0 and one of the panelists you know pretty smart guy said
00:51:57.460 well jim if you do this it's really going to affect the global south it's going to affect
00:52:01.460 brazil and india and you know china etc and i said yeah well that's their problem that's what that's
00:52:08.100 what america first is all about not in the isolation we're coming up against the end of the show so we're
