00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 Mega Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:52.000 The blending of religion and politics has reached new heights.
00:00:56.000 A new piece in the Atlantic headlined,
00:00:59.000 Lord, help us make America great again, takes a deep dive into the prayers given at the beginning of Trump rallies,
00:01:06.000 and analyzes why America's religious right is firmly behind Donald Trump.
00:01:11.000 Praying that our political leaders will be guided by God, that they will have character and make wise and righteous decisions,
00:01:19.000 is different from the premise that a lot of these prayers start from, which is that Trump is already righteous.
00:01:26.000 I shared these prayers with a handful of scholars and theologians, and one of them said to me,
00:01:31.000 you know, nobody in these prayers seems to pray that Trump will do right by God.
00:01:37.000 Everybody prays that God will do right by Trump.
00:01:40.000 And I think that the evolution that's happened is that a lot of these people who are Donald Trump's most devout religious supporters are,
00:01:50.000 you know, living not only inside of their faith.
00:01:52.000 They're not only going to church.
00:01:53.000 They're living inside this kind of right wing media ecosystem in which Donald Trump is constantly being presented as an infallible hero.
00:02:03.000 Right. And if you believe that, if you believe that Trump is righteous, that everything he does is de facto good,
00:02:10.000 it's impossible to see anything that happens in this campaign that goes the wrong way as anything other than the work of the devil.
00:02:19.000 Of course, if you believe that this election is a battle between good and evil and that God is on your side,
00:02:26.000 if your side loses, you have to believe that something is amiss, right?
00:02:31.000 It plants the seeds of conspiracy theory.
00:02:33.000 It plants the seeds of election denialism.
00:02:35.000 You know, certainly I was I was thinking about that as I was reviewing these prayers.
00:02:40.000 But I'll say that I'm almost just as concerned as what happens if Trump wins.
00:02:45.000 I quote toward the end of the piece from a prayer that was given in Iowa where the pastor who is praying promises righteous retribution
00:02:58.000 for if Donald Trump is reelected against those who would seek to do evil.
00:03:03.000 And again, you know, I think that both sides can be guilty of ratcheting up the stakes of any given election to be too high.
00:03:11.000 But this is an example of where if you believe that, again, God is on your side.
00:03:16.000 It is it becomes very risky that you believe that a win is not only an electoral mandate, but a divine mandate to do whatever you want.
00:03:28.000 And so I do think that we need to think about that and keep that in the back of our minds as we're looking at some of the rhetoric coming out of the Trump campaign.
00:03:38.000 Back in the war room, Dave Brett sitting in with the great Stephen K.
00:03:42.000 Bannon, the commentary from the left on the Judeo Christian tradition is about as deep as a wading pool.
00:03:51.000 They cannot help themselves.
00:03:53.000 They don't know what they're talking about.
00:03:55.000 They the left, the Marxists that we just got done referring to reject God categorically.
00:04:00.000 If they have a problem with the Judeo Christian West, which is the only worldview that I'm aware of right now, if you just look at the history of art, music, religion, science, everything,
00:04:14.000 it is the story of the Judeo Christian West, starting with the rabbinic tradition going through the Greeks.
00:04:21.000 And the Western synthesis is basically the synthesis between Greek reason and the Judeo Christian religion.
00:04:28.000 And those guardrails have served us great.
00:04:31.000 We've built a republic that is miraculous, giving rights to every minority group.
00:04:36.000 And yet they mock this tradition and the greatness that it has achieved.
00:04:42.000 They just ridicule it, as you just heard on that thing.
00:04:45.000 And so they go to Trump, et cetera.
00:04:47.000 You'll notice there's no mention of the leftists.
00:04:49.000 I ran against some Congress folks, and I made the mistake of not asking them candidly for their worldview or religion because it matters.
00:04:57.000 If you don't know what you're aiming at, right, you know, and I didn't make any moral judgments.
00:05:03.000 I didn't.
00:05:04.000 But I should have asked.
00:05:05.000 I should ask the question.
00:05:06.000 What is your worldview?
00:05:07.000 What is your set of ethics?
00:05:08.000 What is your religion?
00:05:09.000 And so the same holds for and all political views are my own, but this isn't political.
00:05:14.000 It's theological for Kamala Harris.
00:05:16.000 What is her religion?
00:05:18.000 I think she's got a fairly long track record of being pretty nasty, negative toward Catholics.
00:05:24.000 Israel, major problems.
00:05:27.000 And so the folks out there, if you're in any of those camps and then the Christians, right, the Olympics, why in the world are we treated to ridicule in the opening evening of the Olympics where the Christians are just lambasted?
00:05:45.000 We're mocked constantly.
00:05:47.000 And so we've been Minnesota nice for too long.
00:05:51.000 Now it's time to fight back and just reclaim civilly our republic.
00:05:56.000 And so we have a guest who's the spokesman for the history of the Judeo-Christian West.
00:06:02.000 There's no better on the biblical connections.
00:06:04.000 And so, David Barton, thanks for joining us again on the War Room.
00:06:08.000 You were last segment were beloved by the War Room audience.
00:06:13.000 First of all, how do you react when you see a clip like that?
00:06:16.000 What how do you think about it?
00:06:18.000 Well, I think about it politically.
00:06:20.000 Congressman, good to be with you.
00:06:22.000 But I've been through a lot of elections.
00:06:23.000 Thank you.
00:06:24.000 You've been through a lot of elections.
00:06:25.000 I've run a lot of elections.
00:06:26.000 I've helped.
00:06:27.000 Excuse me.
00:06:28.000 I've helped to run the political party in Texas.
00:06:30.000 Nine years was was here over the state party in Texas, one of the two state leaders.
00:06:34.000 So I've been through a lot of elections.
00:06:35.000 And so what I saw that was interesting to me was back to the first of this year, there was an influx of all the media saying the same thing at the same time.
00:06:43.000 And whenever I see the media start to repair, repeat and parrot the same phrase, I know something's up.
00:06:48.000 And that phrase was Christian nationalism.
00:06:50.000 Suddenly, Christian nationalism is all over the media.
00:06:53.000 It wasn't campaign season yet.
00:06:55.000 There was nothing going on.
00:06:56.000 Rob Reiner, great producer, director, Princess Bride, also meathead from back and all in the family.
00:07:02.000 So he comes out with this film on Christian nationalism.
00:07:05.000 And so suddenly this is a big deal that's going now.
00:07:08.000 And so this tells me that this is going to become an issue in the political campaign.
00:07:14.000 They're going to target traditional faith people and traditional faith as a real issue.
00:07:18.000 And they're going to go after it.
00:07:19.000 And so why would they do that?
00:07:21.000 Well, just like the J6 committee can take an Enron law and twist it to make it into something they want.
00:07:26.000 They can say Christian nationalists is trying to overthrow this great nation we have.
00:07:31.000 And under the Patriot Act, we've got to do something to stop these guys.
00:07:35.000 Now, in my particular case, I speak from experience because I'll speak to several hundred groups a year.
00:07:40.000 That's typical.
00:07:41.000 It's been that way for 30 years.
00:07:42.000 And a lot of what I do is with the U.S. military.
00:07:44.000 I've got two kids active duty army right now.
00:07:46.000 And so I speak at a lot of military bases, do a lot of officer trainings, do a lot of historical training.
00:07:52.000 We have a collect we have two world class museums in Texas.
00:07:55.000 We have tens of thousands of original documents.
00:07:57.000 And I will take in and do this training.
00:08:00.000 I'll take in Patton's four star flag from office funeral casket.
00:08:03.000 I'll take in all these amazing things from history.
00:08:05.000 And I am no longer allowed on military bases anymore because of my faith.
00:08:10.000 So under Obama, I went on the domestic terrorism watch list because of anything I've done in America.
00:08:16.000 No, because of my faith.
00:08:17.000 And then I'm back on it under Biden's administration.
00:08:22.000 And so I get requests from military groups to come do training for them and officers, generals, whoever.
00:08:28.000 And then they call back, say, oh, we found out we can't have you.
00:08:31.000 So what happens is they're using faith to identify certain people and say you're not allowed to be part of the debate.
00:08:37.000 We reject you out of hand because we've already defined who you are.
00:08:41.000 And so that's what happens with this.
00:08:43.000 Now, the problem with this historically is I'm a firm believer that George Washington was a great president, the best we've ever had.
00:08:51.000 We would not be a nation without him.
00:08:53.000 That is my view.
00:08:54.000 I also believe very firmly in the principles he taught.
00:08:57.000 And therefore, that's why we study Washington's farewell address.
00:09:00.000 That used to be something that every student in school got a heavy dose of.
00:09:04.000 We know by state laws that George Washington's farewell address students took a written exam.
00:09:09.000 Washington's farewell address for the first eight years of their school.
00:09:12.000 That was a big deal.
00:09:14.000 Washington in his farewell address says there will be no political prosperity if you remove religion and morality.
00:09:23.000 Now, if I take that as a limit test, I say, OK, the more secular we become, the less our politics works well.
00:09:31.000 How's it working out today?
00:09:32.000 Because we're a pretty secular nation today.
00:09:34.000 Right.
00:09:35.000 We've had a declining number of faith people for a long time.
00:09:37.000 So now we've weaponized it.
00:09:39.000 We're throwing people in jail for having.
00:09:41.000 I just saw a state passed a law.
00:09:43.000 And this is the other thing we do.
00:09:45.000 We work with about a thousand state legislators.
00:09:47.000 We have a network.
00:09:48.000 We monitored 152,000 pieces of state legislation last year.
00:09:52.000 I can tell you pretty much what's going on with any issue in any state.
00:09:55.000 And it was interesting to see that a state just passed a law that said you cannot have a recount if you question the results of an election.
00:10:08.000 I don't think our political prosperity is very high right now.
00:10:23.000 And that goes to religion and morality.
00:10:26.000 Yeah.
00:10:27.000 Yeah.
00:10:28.000 Hey, David.
00:10:29.000 So answer me this one, because this is what frustrates Christians to no end.
00:10:33.000 Right.
00:10:34.000 So it's like, you know, there's a wall of separation.
00:10:37.000 Jefferson wrote in a letter to someone that sticks.
00:10:40.000 The left uses it as a cudgel to beat down the Christians.
00:10:43.000 And so, you know, obviously the Christianity is a religion.
00:10:47.000 Judaism is a religion.
00:10:48.000 But the left just says, well, we're secular.
00:10:51.000 Right.
00:10:52.000 You know, we might even be Marxist, but you can't you know, you can't call us a religion.
00:10:56.000 And so how do we win this fight theologically, philosophically, biblically?
00:11:02.000 What is the way to overcome the folks who own the ink?
00:11:07.000 Right.
00:11:08.000 They're using those arguments to take us down.
00:11:10.000 How do we fight back?
00:11:12.000 You know, there's several ways of fighting back, but it goes to knowledge.
00:11:15.000 You have to have the knowledge on how to fight back.
00:11:17.000 For example, secularism is not a religion.
00:11:20.000 I'm sorry.
00:11:21.000 The U.S. Supreme Court said otherwise.
00:11:22.000 Back in the days when we had conscientious objectors back with, you know, even Alvin York
00:11:27.000 in World War One, the most decorated American soldier, he was a conscientious objector.
00:11:31.000 He went to war and he picked up a gun and actually became the greatest soldier.
00:11:35.000 But he was not allowed to be a conscientious objector because his particular denomination
00:11:40.000 did not have a statement of theological faith against fighting, even though he personally
00:11:45.000 was against it.
00:11:46.000 His denomination didn't have to say, sorry, you can't be a conscientious objector because
00:11:50.000 your denomination doesn't have a statement.
00:11:52.000 It went that way through World War Two.
00:11:54.000 And then we got to Vietnam War and you had all these conscientious objectors.
00:11:58.000 They weren't religious.
00:11:59.000 They didn't have a religious statement of faith.
00:12:01.000 And the U.S. Supreme Court in 1968 said, you know what?
00:12:05.000 That's true.
00:12:06.000 You don't have to have a religion to have a conscience and you can be a conscientious objector.
00:12:10.000 As a matter of fact, the court said whatever you believe so much that it affects your behavior
00:12:15.000 is your religion.
00:12:16.000 And they pointed out secular religions.
00:12:19.000 They pointed out secularism and others.
00:12:21.000 And those are religions.
00:12:22.000 So anything that you believe strong enough that affects your behavior, Democrat is a
00:12:27.000 religion.
00:12:28.000 Republican can be a religion.
00:12:30.000 Anything can be a religion if it affects and drives your behavior.
00:12:33.000 Now, for a lot of us, the Bible is what I try to have drive my behavior.
00:12:37.000 I try to use those Judeo-Christian standards as my moral basis, as my judgment basis on many
00:12:43.000 things.
00:12:44.000 But everybody's got a religion.
00:12:45.000 And so for them to sit around and say, oh, you know, it's just those evangelicals, what
00:12:51.000 they call the Christian nationalists.
00:12:52.000 They're the only ones that have religion.
00:12:54.000 That's crazy.
00:12:55.000 Now, by the way, just for fun, when they started doing this Christian nationalism stuff, we got
00:13:01.000 with some national consultants and said, OK, where are they headed with this?
00:13:04.000 What are they going to do?
00:13:05.000 What are we?
00:13:06.000 And we said, let's define what they call a Christian nationalists.
00:13:10.000 So at that time, when all these articles were being done, we went in and did a very deep
00:13:15.000 dive into what they consider a Christian nationalist.
00:13:17.000 I want to just read you some of the things they said.
00:13:20.000 This is what makes you a danger to your country in the eyes of the left.
00:13:24.000 You're a Christian nationalist.
00:13:25.000 Number one, if you think there should be a gender difference in sports, if you think
00:13:30.000 men's sports and women's sports are separate sports, you're a Christian nationalist.
00:13:34.000 Matt pointed out the crazy Olympics we've got going right now only allows men and women's
00:13:39.000 sports.
00:13:40.000 They don't allow the crossover.
00:13:41.000 I guess the entire world is Christian nationalists under this definition.
00:13:45.000 If you believe in a border wall, you're a Christian nationalist.
00:13:49.000 Grab this.
00:13:50.000 If you believe in tax cuts, you're a Christian nationalist.
00:13:53.000 If you oppose critical race theory, you're a Christian nationalist.
00:13:57.000 If you oppose gun control and support the Second Amendment, you're a Christian nationalist.
00:14:01.000 It is unbelievable what they use for their definitions.
00:14:04.000 So they create a new definition for a word.
00:14:07.000 They throw it around.
00:14:08.000 Everybody uses it together.
00:14:09.000 And then it becomes part of the vocabulary.
00:14:11.000 And nobody ever really asks, what does it mean?
00:14:14.000 What are you saying?
00:14:15.000 Who are you including in that?
00:14:17.000 And that's what's happening.
00:14:18.000 They say, oh, separation church and state, you're a religion.
00:14:20.000 No, you're a religion too.
00:14:22.000 If you want separation church and state, why don't we separate secularism from the state?
00:14:26.000 Because that's not the way we were founded.
00:14:28.000 But nobody gets to asking those questions.
00:14:30.000 And we can't let them put us in their box for how they want to communicate.
00:14:35.000 Yep.
00:14:36.000 David Barton, great exposition.
00:14:38.000 As usual, we're going to hold you after the break.
00:14:41.000 But just a fascinating point, right?
00:14:43.000 Marxism, therefore, is a religion.
00:14:45.000 Marxism does not believe in the inalienable rights that ground our entire meaning system
00:14:51.000 in our constitutional republic.
00:14:53.000 And yet the courts will never continue the logic they start to put in place.
00:14:58.000 Back with David Barton.
00:15:00.000 The petrodollar is crumbling before our eyes.
00:15:03.000 Saudi Arabia just declined to renew the 50 year long petrodollar agreement,
00:15:07.000 which means the U.S. dollar's global dominance is now riding on fumes.
00:15:12.000 How much longer until the dollar crashes in value?
00:15:15.000 Nobody knows for sure.
00:15:16.000 But it's always best to be prepared.
00:15:18.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:21.000 Why?
00:15:22.000 Because gold safeguards your savings outside the dollar connected financial system.
00:15:27.000 So if a crash happens, your hard earned money will be protected inside precious metals.

00:16:02.000 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:05.000 Back in the war room, Dave Brat sitting in with the great Stephen K.
00:16:11.000 Bannon.
00:16:12.000 All prayers with him throughout the day.
00:16:14.000 Always.
00:16:15.000 We are now joined.
00:16:17.000 We've been going over issue after issue.
00:16:21.000 National security, border invasion, China, the Judeo-Christian West, the attack on Christianity, Christian nationalism.
00:16:31.000 And now we are joined with one of the favorites from the war room.
00:16:37.000 Marley has been on before and Steve Bannon loved her segment because she comes with the receipts.
00:16:46.000 And so we're eventually going to put up a chart she has.
00:16:51.000 But first, I just want to welcome her to the show.
00:16:54.000 And so Marley Hornick, I know Steve love you because you just bring the receipts.
00:16:58.000 This election integrity issue is extremely hot and volatile.
00:17:02.000 And so why don't you just lead us through the major receipts?
00:17:07.000 I think they number in the millions and millions of ballots which are problematic.
00:17:12.000 And so lead us away.
00:17:13.000 Marley, welcome to the war room.
00:17:14.000 Thank you.
00:17:16.000 Thanks, Dave.
00:17:17.000 It's great to be here again.
00:17:18.000 Listen, United Sovereign Americans just just released our aggregate findings.
00:17:23.000 So as you know, United Sovereign Americans looks through the voter registration lists and the voter participation histories to discover, hey, are the people of the United States of America,
00:17:35.000 the eligible citizen voters choosing our representatives.
00:17:38.000 And what we discovered in these 20 states representing 338 electoral college votes, 270 to win, right?
00:17:47.000 29 million facially invalid registered voters.
00:17:53.000 These are not your list maintenance issues.
00:17:56.000 These are literally people who are, according to the state, registered to vote before they're born.
00:18:02.000 Registered on January 1st from 1900 to 2022, when all offices are closed.
00:18:09.000 Registered after having cast votes.
00:18:13.000 So these are actually the way that the Department of Justice looks at these records, just the registrations themselves.
00:18:20.000 They call these potential felonies and they say this requires an investigation if it's one record.
00:18:27.000 So we found 29 million of these in 20 states.
00:18:32.000 Now everybody says, hey, but did they vote?
00:18:34.000 Does it matter?
00:18:35.000 It absolutely matters, Dave.
00:18:37.000 They cast 10 million votes across 20 states in the 2022 midterm election.
00:18:44.000 That is a, I don't know what color that wave is, but it's an F wave.
00:18:51.000 That is not legitimate.
00:18:53.000 And this had to be investigated, you see, before any of those elections could have been certified.
00:18:59.000 And I'm going to give you an example.
00:19:02.000 In Franklin County, Ohio, which is Columbus County.
00:19:06.000 I'm sorry, the city of Columbus.
00:19:08.000 They had in the 2022 midterm election, one out of every three votes counted in that election came from a registrant who the state says was registered to vote on January 1st.
00:19:23.000 One out of every three votes.
00:19:27.000 This was the election when the citizens of Ohio amended their constitution in favor of lax abortion laws, supposedly.
00:19:37.000 What we want to know is prove it to us, Frank LaRose.
00:19:42.000 That's why United Sovereign Americans is filing a lawsuit today actually in federal court in the state of Ohio to match our existing litigation already pending in Maryland and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, asking the federal courts to enforce the law for the 2024 election.
00:20:02.000 Because when you have a voting system that is supposed to accurately measure only the intent of eligible citizen voters across the United States of America and you get an average voting error rate of 13%, quite frankly, you have trampled the third sentence of the Constitution.
00:20:23.000 The people of the several states shall choose their representatives.
00:20:30.000 Right.
00:20:31.000 Hey, Marley.
00:20:32.000 Very good.
00:20:33.000 Lay out for us on those charts.
00:20:36.000 What are the major buckets involved?
00:20:38.000 You know, you mentioned January one, but what makes these ballots ineligible?
00:20:43.000 What are you?
00:20:44.000 What are the top three or four buckets that they fall into?
00:20:48.000 The registration records themselves are incomplete.
00:20:52.000 The registration dates or birth dates are invalid.
00:20:56.000 The people have to be dead.
00:20:58.000 For example, if you're registered to vote before the year 1930, you are dead.
00:21:04.000 According to the US census, there is no one older than 115 years old in the United States of America.
00:21:11.000 If you registered to vote in 1930, you had to be 21 already.
00:21:16.000 These are false registrations.
00:21:19.000 So the issue is, and this is really the crux of it, Dave, which is because people say, well, hey, you know, it's just a clerical error.
00:21:26.000 You know what, when a state actually grants a ballot and grants access to the ballot box equally to an invalid registrant as a demonstrably proven, validated, verified citizen voter, they are committing a count of federal election fraud.
00:21:46.000 You cannot dilute the votes of qualified citizen voters in this manner.
00:21:53.000 So every time they gave one of those 10 million ballots out, they were technically committing election fraud.
00:22:00.000 Now, of course, you know, in the past, before relentless, right, we would have had to say, hey, well, it's just the administrative privilege.
00:22:08.000 They just know better when they look at a January 1st registration date, they just magically know how legitimate that is.
00:22:16.000 And they magically know that it's a default date that just happened to be entered into a database that is critical national security infrastructure.
00:22:26.000 But hey, now that we're passed relentless, though, I think the American people finally have an opportunity.
00:22:32.000 And that's why we're filing all these lawsuits to say, you know what, prove it to us.
00:22:36.000 You're not doing your job.
00:22:38.000 This is the most important process that we do as a country.
00:22:43.000 Everything that all of your guests today have talked about, it turns at the ballot box.
00:22:48.000 Who's in charge of this country?
00:22:50.000 Yeah, the elites that are was talking about or the American people.
00:22:55.000 Yeah.
00:22:56.000 Marley Hornick, everybody coming in with the receipts.
00:23:00.000 This is why I love the folks that come on the war room that you can see the honesty and integrity on the face as well.
00:23:09.000 This is why you should get involved in this movement.
00:23:12.000 It's a great source of joy and friendship and meaning and purpose in your life.
00:23:18.000 And so, Marley, in closing, tell people you guys obviously need support.
00:23:23.000 How do people find you and support you?
00:23:25.000 USA for freedom dot com.
00:23:29.000 USA number for freedom dot com.
00:23:33.000 We have lawsuits teed up for Ohio, North Carolina and Texas.
00:23:38.000 And our next targets are Florida, Michigan, Georgia and Colorado.
00:23:41.000 And we need your help.
00:23:43.000 There is not a lot of time left.
00:23:45.000 If you want to pitch in and be one of the heroes who helps to save this country based on civil rights complaints, come and join us.
00:23:54.000 Please help us with your time and treasure.
00:23:57.000 Absolutely.
00:23:58.000 Marley, thanks for being with us.
00:24:01.000 This is why I love hosting this show with Steve Bannon.
00:24:04.000 Steve Bannon has good friends.
00:24:07.000 And following Aristotle, our brother philosopher, friends share the same ends.
00:24:12.000 That's what makes a good friend.
00:24:14.000 And so Marley's certain in that camp.
00:24:16.000 Next, we have Mark with Rasmussen, Mark Mitchell with Rasmussen polling.
00:24:22.000 He's got the latest look at the Kamala presidency polling.
00:24:29.000 And so, Mark, welcome again to the war room.
00:24:33.000 Folks love and hear love hearing from you.
00:24:35.000 And so take it away and give us the latest polling results you have.
00:24:39.000 Well, the headline is now this is a large poll.
00:24:43.000 Six days of data.
00:24:44.000 Donald Trump is still beating Kamala Harris by five points in a two way matchup.
00:24:49.000 Now, we all have to acknowledge that the switcheroo happened barely more than 10 or 11 days ago.
00:24:55.000 Hasn't been a lot of time to get a lot of data out.
00:24:58.000 We had Trump winning over Kamala Harris last week after only three nights of data by seven points.
00:25:04.000 But in our opinion, it was a little too soon.
00:25:07.000 And I think you saw that a lot of people rushed to put polls out.
00:25:10.000 Some polls that had Kamala Harris up were cherry picked and a lot of attention was given to those.
00:25:16.000 As far as I know, that's only Morning Consult and Reuters Ipsos.
00:25:20.000 And I think there's reasons that you could look at those polls internals and say that's really not what's happening.
00:25:26.000 But what I have, I can go into the demographics, but I have a really important chart.
00:25:30.000 I'd love for Denver to put up chart two, which shows what I call the Obama bounce.
00:25:36.000 Now, what Trump has basically done is survived a coordinated info op to try and paint Kamala Harris's super likable, super competent, a lot of coordinated media attention, a lot of coordinated attacks of Donald Trump and J.D. Vance.
00:25:51.000 But if you look at here's every night of polling we put out, you could kind of consider each of these is like mini polls.
00:25:57.000 And the first set we put out with Trump up seven was based on the 22nd through the 24th.
00:26:04.000 You can actually see people's opinions forming in real time.
00:26:07.000 They were caught off off guard.
00:26:09.000 They really had no idea what was happening.
00:26:11.000 And Trump took a night 16 point lead over Kamala Harris.
00:26:14.000 Next night it was down to six.
00:26:16.000 And if we had done a poll on the 24th and 25th, we actually would have showed Donald Trump losing slightly to Kamala Harris.
00:26:23.000 Now, that's right about the time she got the Obama endorsement.
00:26:26.000 But since then, what you can see is Donald Trump has steadily clawed that lead back and he's up four points on the 30th, five points on the 31st.
00:26:35.000 And I think what you're seeing there on the chart is literally her bounce fading and Donald Trump settling back into what's probably a four to five point lead right now.
00:26:46.000 And we're going to continue to pull this to keep tracking it.
00:26:49.000 That is comfortably outside the margin of error in line where other pollsters, good pollsters have him.
00:26:56.000 I think we're pulling pretty close to Harvard Harris right now.
00:26:59.000 And that's pretty much the best they can do.
00:27:02.000 I think it's all downhill for them from from here on out.
00:27:05.000 Of course, you know, she'll get a lot of positive coverage during the DNC.
00:27:09.000 Who knows what's going to happen there?
00:27:11.000 But to me, the headline is Trump is winning comfortably.
00:27:14.000 And before all this happened in polls that had him winning comfortably, he was winning in every single swing state.
00:27:21.000 So it's Trump's race right now, in my opinion.
00:27:23.000 Yeah, super analysis.
00:27:27.000 Mark Mitchell, we're going to keep you through the break.
00:27:30.000 I'd love to hear if you see, you know, in the cross tabs or any of the subgroups making major moves either toward Harris or away from Harris.
00:27:41.000 And the same with Trump.
00:27:43.000 And so stay with us over the break.
00:27:46.000 Everybody needs to follow Rasmussen polling.
00:27:49.000 Mark Mitchell, there's been no one better and more accurate.
00:27:54.000 And his forthright analysis just comes through loud and clear every day on the war room.
00:28:00.000 So stay tuned.
00:28:01.000 Americans spend billions on supplements every year, hoping they'll make up for poor diet or help us avoid serious health problems later.
00:28:12.000 If you trust supplements for your health, know that Harvard Health found zero evidence they work.
00:28:17.000 None. Zero.
00:28:19.000 So what works?
00:28:20.000 What can make you healthier now and later is a daily diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
00:28:26.000 Field of Greens was created by doctors for people who don't always eat right.
00:28:31.000 Field of Greens is not a supplement.
00:28:33.000 Let me repeat this.
00:28:34.000 Field of Greens is not a supplement.
00:28:36.000 It's real, organic, whole fruits and veggies in a delicious daily drink.
00:28:41.000 But unlike the others, each fruit and veggie in Field of Greens was medically selected to support your vital organs.
00:28:48.000 There's a heart health group, a liver and kidney function group, metabolism and healthy weight and so on and so on and so on.
00:28:57.000 And only Field of Greens is backed by a better health promise.
00:29:01.000 Just add Field of Greens to your daily routine.
00:29:04.000 And at your next checkup, your doctor will notice your improved health or your money back.
00:29:10.000 Visit FieldofGreens.com and use promo code Bannon for 15% off and free shipping.
00:29:25.000 That's promo code Bannon at FieldofGreens.com.
00:29:29.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:33.000 Back in the War Room with Stephen K. Bannon and Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen Polling.
00:29:42.000 Make sure you and your firms are checking that out.
00:29:45.000 Mark does a great job for the War Room every week.
00:29:48.000 Mark, you laid out kind of the broad generalizations in the polling.
00:29:53.000 Is it too early to see any subgroup movements away from Harris, toward Harris, the young folks in particular?
00:30:03.000 What are you seeing in the data or is it too early to tell yet?
00:30:07.000 I mean, it's really too early to tell.
00:30:09.000 In my opinion, she's going to poll so much like Joe Biden.
00:30:12.000 We're probably not going to see a difference.
00:30:14.000 We have, you know, eight nights of data back.
00:30:16.000 It is a lot of numbers, but these are smaller subgroups.
00:30:18.000 There's a bigger margin of error.
00:30:19.000 Quite frankly, I don't see much different at all.
00:30:22.000 I'm going to go into the multi-way matchup demographics quick.
00:30:25.000 I will say in the multi-way, Donald Trump's down to about a 1.5-point lead.
00:30:30.000 I think this is one scenario where, for some reason, the multi-way doesn't pull as close to the two-way.
00:30:37.000 But with how little support Kennedy's getting right now, I think the race is looking more like a two-way matchup.
00:30:42.000 He's down to five points in this poll, four points in another poll.
00:30:45.000 So he really is kind of losing support everywhere.
00:30:49.000 But right now, Donald Trump's winning among men.
00:30:52.000 He has been.
00:30:53.000 He's losing by three points among women in the multi-way.
00:30:56.000 He's been up or down with them.
00:30:58.000 He's losing a little more with 18- to 39-year-olds, eight points here, but he was tied in the two-way matchup.
00:31:04.000 I think there's a lot of chaos now is what we're really seeing.
00:31:08.000 He's winning among middle-aged voters.
00:31:10.000 He's winning by 10 points among white voters.
00:31:12.000 He's taking 28% of the black vote, which is about in the strike zone he's been.
00:31:17.000 So there's not some huge racial component here.
00:31:19.000 He's still winning among Hispanic voters 45-39.
00:31:23.000 And basically, his crossover advantage is flat.
00:31:27.000 The Democrat crossover advantage disappeared after the Biden debate.
00:31:31.000 And he's winning six points among independents, 10 points among independents in the two-way.
00:31:36.000 So basically, independents are more open-minded.
00:31:39.000 Probably Obama had some influence on them.
00:31:42.000 I think, again, as people start exploring the massive internet repository of information about Kamala Harris in a way that it hasn't really played in the 2016 or 2020 cycle, probably get some of those back.
00:31:54.000 But, you know, we had Trump winning 10 to 12 points earlier in the year.
00:31:58.000 We never thought that was going to happen.
00:32:00.000 We always thought we were going to get down to a single-point race.
00:32:03.000 Wow.
00:32:04.000 Independence would tighten up.
00:32:05.000 And here we are.
00:32:06.000 So she is essentially the Biden switcheroo that she looks the same so far in our polling.
00:32:10.000 Now, if Denver could put up chart one, I think it might put some of this in perspective.
00:32:15.000 This is all of our 24-cycle polling.
00:32:18.000 I had to replace the title with Democrat because the names keep changing, right?
00:32:22.000 Maybe they'll change again.
00:32:24.000 You know, you could see it was all over the place the first two years, but it's really tightened up.
00:32:29.000 Everything that's happened since the debate, the shooting, the switcheroo, all that is really only the last four data points on this chart on the very right hand.
00:32:38.000 You could see even before all that stuff happened, Democrats kind of have this, like, channel going that gets tighter and tighter.
00:32:45.000 It looks like right now they're settling into 43, 44, maybe 45 points, but Donald Trump is settling into a 49, 50 point.
00:32:53.000 You know, I just don't see that, like, reversing.
00:32:56.000 Donald Trump's had everything in the world thrown at him.
00:32:59.000 So I think this shows you the race right now.
00:33:02.000 Yeah.
00:33:03.000 No, you're giving us a good feel for what's out there.
00:33:07.000 Next time I'm going to get you, Juan, I think you articulated better than anyone else on the show the power of the media blob.
00:33:16.000 And next time we get you on, I'd love to see if you're polling ever in these coordinated news cycles, right, with the New York Times and the Washington Post and the CNNs, whatever.
00:33:27.000 And when you see the same words and then seeing some jump in the polling, I'd love to be able to detect that.
00:33:33.000 But for today, that's Mark Mitchell with Rasmussen.
00:33:36.000 Mark, how do they get you?
00:33:37.000 How do they find you?
00:33:38.000 YouTube and Twitter at Rasmussen underscore poll.
00:33:41.000 I'm going to go into these numbers in a lot more depth today in a YouTube video.
00:33:45.000 I'm probably going to drop in about an hour.
00:33:46.000 So people should go check it out.
00:33:47.000 I'd love to have you as followers.
00:33:49.000 Great.
00:33:50.000 All right.
00:33:51.000 Thanks, Mark.
00:33:52.000 All you private sector folks out there that want some good data, give Rasmussen a good checkout.
00:33:58.000 Thanks for being with us, Mark.
00:34:00.000 Right now we have the great Congressman Andy Ogles on the program.
00:34:05.000 Andy, I want to just start off real quick and then you can go into any of the issues you want to cover.
00:34:12.000 But this budget, right, all the Hill rags say, well, the Republicans missed again, right?
00:34:19.000 They didn't do all the 12 approach bills on time.
00:34:21.000 They always leave out the left of the Democrats and the $7 trillion budgets and the infinite spending they want on top of that.
00:34:29.000 What's your read on the budget process going forward?
00:34:34.000 Are we going to get duped again?
00:34:36.000 Back when I was in, we got the same song and dance every time for 20 years in a row.
00:34:42.000 Do we have more of the same or you see any hope?
00:34:45.000 Well, to be determined, I mean, you know, we're behind on the appropriations process.
00:34:51.000 In my humble opinion, we shouldn't have left for the August work period.
00:34:55.000 We should have stayed in D.C. And quite frankly, as we go forward, that should be contingent.
00:34:59.000 If you want August off, let's get the appropriations process done or at least 85 percent done.
00:35:05.000 So when you come back in September, you're you're you know, you can hit the mark. Right.
00:35:09.000 So what you're left with now is some sort of continuing resolution.
00:35:13.000 The question would be is how long is it? Is it a year long?
00:35:16.000 Does it only take you to December? If that happens, you're going to get an omnibus package.
00:35:19.000 I mean, and so it is a mess. My fear, as you said, is going to be the same old, same old.
00:35:25.000 But myself, others in the Freedom Caucus, we're pushing to get this done,
00:35:29.000 to have something that's accountable for the American people and actually cut something for once.
00:35:35.000 Yeah. Good Congressman. Now, what what did you want to bring us up to speed on?
00:35:40.000 What what issue area are you highlighting on the war room today?
00:35:45.000 Well, you know, I've got the articles of impeachment.
00:35:47.000 It's important for the posse to engage.
00:35:49.000 And so I submitted those right before we left to go on break or come back to our districts and work.
00:35:54.000 And so when we get back into September, you know, I'd like to bring those forward in a perfect scenario.
00:36:00.000 Leadership would bring those forward. So those are the articles of impeachment on Kamala Harris.
00:36:04.000 And he just lays out an indictment of her failure at the southern border. She was the border czar.
00:36:10.000 And so I've been very loud and critical on this issue of the Harris Biden administration.
00:36:14.000 I mean, we've got 12, 13, 14 year old girls being raped across this country by illegals.
00:36:19.000 They're literally being targeted by these illegal illegals because South and Central America are emptying their prisons
00:36:25.000 and sending us their worst of the worst. And so we've got to push back.
00:36:29.000 We've got to secure the border and we have to deport those who came here illegally.
00:36:33.000 I've got to send them back act, which would create the largest deportation in American history.
00:36:38.000 I know that's a tough conversation, but that's what we've got to do.
00:36:41.000 This is our country. We get to decide who comes in and we get to decide who leaves.
00:36:45.000 And so with that, you know, go to Andy Ogles dot com.
00:36:48.000 I need the posse to engage. I need the backup.
00:36:50.000 I need the air support because we can win this fight, but we win it with you.
00:36:53.000 Yeah, that's super, Andy. I do you on the war room.
00:37:01.000 We always like the receipts.
00:37:03.000 And, you know, Rosemary Jenks is coming up next from Immigration Accountability Project.
00:37:09.000 And last time, you know, she said that all the, you know, the agencies, the executive agencies under the president are handing out forms.
00:37:17.000 Right. For illegals to sign up to vote. That is a felony.
00:37:22.000 Do you have any more receipts like that to offer up when you do high crimes and misdemeanors type stuff?
00:37:27.000 What crimes? Where can you show intent and a crime on the border invasion?
00:37:34.000 Well, so what you're seeing are these groups that are manipulating and the loophole with the motor vehicle registration, the motor voters.
00:37:42.000 So you register to get a license and then they register you to vote at the same time.
00:37:46.000 That's primarily taking place in your blue states like in Arizona, like in New Mexico.
00:37:51.000 Why? Because they want to influence a presidential election. Right.
00:37:54.000 But that being said, that's why the Save Act is so important, because it requires an ID to register to vote and to vote.
00:38:00.000 And it requires an ID even if you're going to do a mail in ballot.
00:38:04.000 And it forces the states to purge the roles of the illegals that are now registered to vote.
00:38:10.000 And we know that they exist.
00:38:11.000 And so and if they don't, then you as an individual, I as an individual, we could sue the state, whether it be Tennessee or Florida or Arizona or New Mexico, if they don't clean up their roles.
00:38:20.000 This is common practice in the rest of the world that you have to prove who you are to vote.
00:38:24.000 Why we do it differently here is is, you know, I don't know, inconsistable.
00:38:28.000 It just raises red flags of they don't want people to have to produce IDs because they know that they have noncitizens voting.
00:38:35.000 We've got to close that loophole. We've got to be aggressive.
00:38:38.000 Otherwise, the Democrats are going to steal elections going forward by registering illegals.
00:38:43.000 And there's roughly 10 to 12 million.
00:38:45.000 They're going to register these illegals to vote against us, vote against the Republic and hand it over to the Socialist Democrats.
00:38:51.000 Yeah, very good. Congressman Ogles, thanks for being on the war room.
00:38:57.000 Folks out there in the war room listening, please support the Scott Perry's, the Andy Ogles, the the heroes in the Freedom Caucus.
00:39:06.000 They get assaulted for believing that two trillion dollar deficits are too big.
00:39:11.000 That's considered radical policy. They get attacked for being against forever wars.
00:39:17.000 We have 14 hotspots across the world right now for wars, American troops involved.
00:39:23.000 Right. We have an administrative state out of control.
00:39:27.000 You all know this. And so the other side, the blob has all the big media, but we got the patriots and the voters.
00:39:35.000 So it's incumbent on you to support these heroes in the Freedom Caucus.
00:39:39.000 Andy, how do people reach again real quick in closing?
00:39:42.000 Yeah, it's Andy Ogles dot com. I'm easy to find.
00:39:46.000 You can find me on Twitter. But look, it's election day in Tennessee today.
00:39:49.000 I have a big target on my back. Why? Because I refuse to lay down.
00:39:53.000 I refuse to take orders. I refuse to refuse to kiss any rings.
00:39:57.000 I'm here to fight for my country, to fight for my state and to fight for you.
00:40:00.000 And I need the posse to back me up here.
00:40:03.000 Go to Andy Ogles dot com. And I appreciate your voice and all that you guys do.
00:40:07.000 Yep. All political views are just my own, but that's a good man right there, folks.
00:40:14.000 Please support him. God bless you, Andy. Go get him and see you soon.
00:40:18.000 Up next, we got the great Rosemary Jenks with the Immigration Accountability Project.
00:40:25.000 Go to IAProject.org.
00:40:28.000 Rosemary, why don't you start us off with the latest word that just drives me nuts?
00:40:34.000 I ran on it 10 years ago. That word is amnesty.
00:40:37.000 What do you have teed up for us today? Rosemary Jenks.
00:40:42.000 Thanks, Dave. It's great to be with you.
00:40:44.000 So first of all, because this administration, the Biden-Harris administration,
00:40:48.000 knows that they can't get a lawful amnesty, as if amnesty could be lawful, through Congress,
00:40:54.000 they decided to do it on their own, just like Barack Obama did in 2012 with DACA.
00:41:00.000 So what they've done is announced that starting on August 19th,
00:41:04.000 they're going to be taking applications from illegal aliens who are married to U.S. citizens
00:41:09.000 and have resided in the U.S. for 10 years or more.
00:41:12.000 So basically, the longer you have successfully broken our laws, the more you're going to be rewarded for it.
00:41:19.000 And then also they're going to give amnesty to illegal aliens who have graduated from U.S. colleges.
00:41:26.000 And we have no idea how they're going to do this because they haven't released any of the requirements,
00:41:32.000 any of the eligibility criteria. We don't know what criminal offenses they're going to waive.
00:41:37.000 Are they going to waive illegal voting? Are they going to waive false claims to U.S. citizenship,
00:41:42.000 which is what happens when you register to vote as a non-citizen?
00:41:45.000 My guess is that they will, because basically all the Democrat amnesty plans waive those things.
00:41:51.000 So, you know, I guess we'll find out at some point between now and August 19th what their plans are.
00:41:57.000 But because that's apparently not enough amnesty for some members of Congress,
00:42:02.000 Democrat from New York, Tom Swasey, and Republican from Texas, Morgan Luttrell,
00:42:08.000 have started essentially an amnesty coalition, bipartisan coalition,
00:42:13.000 that is being led by the ultra-left-wing National Immigration Forum.
00:42:18.000 It is astonishing that Republican members of Congress would join forces with these left-wing groups to, you know, promote bad immigration policy.
00:42:30.000 It's just pathetic.
00:42:32.000 And, you know, our job as the Immigration Accountability Project is to call out these people.
00:42:37.000 And we intend to do that. We need the help of the War Room Posse to do it.
00:42:41.000 And our website is IAProject.org.
00:42:45.000 We have fact sheets on the website about the Biden administration amnesties.
00:42:50.000 We will have information about the Luttrell and Swazi efforts.
00:42:55.000 So we hope that you will visit our website.
00:42:58.000 You can link to all of our social media on that website.
00:43:01.000 But we've had enough illegal immigration.
00:43:04.000 We do not need amnesty.
00:43:06.000 The only thing amnesty will do is illegal immigration.
00:43:11.000 Very good.
00:43:12.000 Back after the break with Rosemary Jenks.
00:43:15.000 Please go look her up at the break, IAProject.org.
00:43:19.000 We're going to come back with more on immigration.
00:43:24.000 I recall there was some big election back in 14.
00:43:27.000 Maybe we'll get into that.
00:43:28.000 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.
00:43:33.000 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:38.000 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:43:46.000 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,
00:43:53.000 is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:59.000 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:44:07.000 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:44:14.000 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:44:18.000 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:24.000 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine,
00:44:27.000 has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:44:31.000 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:36.000 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:44:42.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:44:44.000 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:44:48.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:51.000 Dave Bratt in the War Room with the great Stephen K. Bannon and join with us one of the crowd favorites,
00:45:03.000 Rosemary Jenks with the Immigration Accountability Project, IAProject.org.
00:45:10.000 Rosemary, when I was in Congress, was the only person I saw actively on the Hill putting heat, and I mean heat.
00:45:20.000 When she visited our members' offices, votes changed that day.
00:45:25.000 Rosemary, I've got to crack a little joke for the audience, but 10 years ago, I think, 2014,
00:45:32.000 there was that huge DACA thing going through.
00:45:35.000 I want to give the war room posse a little hope and faith that things can change.
00:45:41.000 Some huge DACA bill was going through.
00:45:43.000 You referenced Obama in 2012, and then it was signed and sealed and almost delivered in 2014.
00:45:49.000 And can you refresh my memory as to what happened right in that ballpark where the Tea Party patriots got involved and things happened?
00:45:58.000 Yeah.
00:45:59.000 Yeah.
00:46:00.000 So in 2013, actually, this was the Gang of Eight amnesty bill.
00:46:03.000 It was amnesty for every illegal alien in the country.
00:46:06.000 It massively increased legal immigration.
00:46:09.000 It had pretend enforcement in it.
00:46:11.000 It was actually passed by the Senate, and the House was talking secretly behind closed doors.
00:46:18.000 House leadership under John Boehner was talking about passing this in the House the day before the 2014 election.
00:46:28.000 It was going to be voted on the following day.
00:46:31.000 And then a guy named Dave Bratt took out the majority leader of the House Republicans, Eric Cantor.
00:46:38.000 And all of a sudden, there was no more talk of the House passing amnesty.
00:46:42.000 And the Gang of Eight bill thankfully died a painful but swift death.
00:46:49.000 Yep.
00:46:52.000 That was some great days, Rosemary, and great working with you in the halls of Congress to put a little pressure on some of my weak-kneed colleagues.
00:47:02.000 We took it on the chops for doing that, but it's the right thing for the American people.
00:47:07.000 Why don't you bring us up to speed with a few bullet points?
00:47:12.000 And it's amazing to me.
00:47:17.000 Like you said, even the Republicans are starting to talk about having an amnesty caucus.
00:47:21.000 It's numbing.
00:47:23.000 The American people don't want that.
00:47:24.000 The polling is overwhelming, and yet the big money folks do.
00:47:27.000 So why don't you refresh our memories as Americans as to why this isn't getting traction?
00:47:33.000 The fentanyl deaths, for example.
00:47:35.000 And then I think there's some new headlines on Venezuela and some crime syndicate news as well.
00:47:41.000 Rosemary Jenks.
00:47:42.000 Yeah, so first of all, let's talk just for a second about what the Biden-Harris administration has actually done to America.
00:47:49.000 During the last three and a half years, over five and a half million illegal aliens have been released into the United States.
00:47:56.000 Over a million inadmissible aliens, essentially illegal aliens, have been paroled into the United States, including the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members who are creating havoc in New York City and Chicago and have green-lighted the murdering of cops now.
00:48:17.000 We have almost two million known gotaways under the Biden administration.
00:48:23.000 We have at least 362 people on the terrorist watch list who have been caught trying to come into the country illegally.
00:48:30.000 We have the two Jordanians who tried to drive a box truck into Quantico and were stopped, thankfully, but who have just been released from federal custody on bond.
00:48:41.000 Does anyone think they're going to show up for their hearings?
00:48:44.000 I mean, it's just insanity.
00:48:47.000 So the destruction to this country is enormous.
00:48:53.000 Yes, yes.
00:48:54.000 And it's up to you out in the war room posse.
00:48:58.000 Rosemary Jenks has just laid it all out.
00:49:00.000 She's going to be back with us at 6 o'clock.
00:49:03.000 Go get her at immigrationaccountabilityproject.org, IAProject.org.
00:49:11.000 If you want accountability, that's the name of the group.
00:49:14.000 Go get it.
00:49:15.000 Rosemary, we'll see you at 6 tonight.
00:49:17.000 And we'll do a deeper dive on some of those bullets.
00:49:20.000 Thanks for being with us, Rosemary.
00:49:22.000 And now Mike Lindell, Patriot of Patriots, is with us.
