00:00:00.000 We need to push back on this.
00:00:01.380 There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy.
00:00:09.640 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:14.540 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:19.780 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:24.060 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:25.960 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:27.140 I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:30.100 It's going to happen.
00:00:31.380 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:34.760 MAGA Media.
00:00:36.100 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:41.520 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:45.320 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:51.520 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:57.140 Welcome to the War Room.
00:01:01.860 It's Natalie G. Winters hosting today, Wednesday, August 7th, in the year of our Lord 2024.
00:01:08.500 We've got a packed show for you full of signal, not noise, whether it's misinformation, dark money, election spending,
00:01:16.080 or Trevor Loudon walking through the Marxist ties of the Harris Walls ticket.
00:01:21.480 He'll be joining us at the end of the show.
00:01:23.360 Don't go anywhere.
00:01:25.680 To start, we're joined by the election supporter for The Federalist.
00:01:30.440 We got Logan.
00:01:32.300 Logan, you were with us a few days ago talking about how the Center for Tech and Civic Life,
00:01:37.380 the sort of Zuckerberg, Zuckerbuck-linked organization, has revamped, sort of rebranded a little bit.
00:01:44.200 But they're working the same way they did in the 2020 election to influence the results of, you guessed it, the 2024 election.
00:01:51.820 There's an interesting corollary to it on the side of cracking down on misinformation.
00:01:57.020 You had a story a few days ago with an interesting follow-up, which we'll get into,
00:02:00.120 showing that in Michigan, the Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, is wanting neighbors to snitch on each other
00:02:08.960 for those that dare to, what is it, spread election misinformation.
00:02:13.060 Can you walk us through this wild story?
00:02:16.660 Absolutely.
00:02:17.020 Well, thanks for having me back on the show.
00:02:20.580 Yeah, this is a crazy story, and one that I kind of stumbled on, because sometimes these officials think that they can get away with things like this.
00:02:30.000 It was actually posted publicly on the Secretary of State's website that they are encouraging residents to report others for spreading election misinformation.
00:02:41.120 They actually have a government email address that they encourage individuals to send reports of misinformation to.
00:02:50.080 This is also kind of part of a new program that she announced toward the end of last month called the Democracy Ambassadors Program.
00:02:59.720 It's kind of ironic that you'd be asking people to report their neighbors for misinformation in the name of democracy,
00:03:07.060 but that's apparently where we are now.
00:03:09.160 They've really taken, they as in the state of Michigan, a lot of our officials,
00:03:16.040 they've taken a strong stance against what they call misinformation,
00:03:19.980 and we should be concerned about that because when we allow the government to start silencing misinformation,
00:03:25.900 we also allow them to dictate what that is.
00:03:28.880 And that essentially means they can silence any speech that they disagree with or claim is false.
00:03:35.220 And from that original document that you drew your reporting from,
00:03:38.860 was there any insight into what constituted misinformation per the Secretary of State's office?
00:03:46.040 Honestly, there was not a ton of insight.
00:03:49.540 They refer to it as misleading or inaccurate information,
00:03:55.360 but, you know, that can be subjective.
00:03:59.100 A lot of times opinions can fall under the guise of that,
00:04:02.980 especially when it comes to the conduct of elections, as we saw in 2020.
00:04:07.680 They specifically are focusing on so-called misinformation about the election process,
00:04:13.400 voter rights, or an issue on the ballot.
00:04:16.200 That's really concerning because issues on the ballot are often subject to various opinions.
00:04:22.420 And so, yeah, their guidance is not super clear and seems to be pretty subjective.
00:04:29.020 And do you know if this is being replicated in any other states,
00:04:32.800 how vast it is in terms of rolling this program out?
00:04:36.320 We have no idea so far what other states this program is happening in,
00:04:42.500 but it seems to be a large nationwide trend of trying to silence election misinformation.
00:04:49.780 We know that groups like the Center for Tech and Civic Life are instrumental in instructing local election agencies
00:04:58.060 how to combat this supposed election misinformation,
00:05:02.480 not just in their communities, but also on social media,
00:05:05.340 and how to use these supposed fact-checker groups.
00:05:08.960 They offer public trainings on their website about things like that.
00:05:12.720 And so this is very much part of a national trend,
00:05:16.300 a coordinated effort to silence things called misinformation.
00:05:20.720 And so we should be really keeping an eye on this as this could pick up across the country.
00:05:26.660 And now walk us forward to, you know, today or yesterday,
00:05:30.660 where you actually saw now Dana Nessel in Michigan,
00:05:36.720 what is it, sending out cease and desist letters,
00:05:39.220 sort of the logical extension of this program,
00:05:41.040 to individuals who were sharing, quote-unquote, election misinformation.
00:05:44.720 You can see the picture on screen right now.
00:05:47.920 Absolutely.
00:05:48.840 This is a really concerning development.
00:05:50.820 We just sort of stumbled across the call to report misinformation by chance.
00:05:58.160 And then a few days later, it would come out that the Attorney General Dana Nessel in Michigan
00:06:04.180 is actually sending letters apparently threatening citizens for spreading so-called—
00:06:12.160 they called it misleading or false election information.
00:06:16.720 It was great reporting on behalf of the Midwesterner and Detroit radio host Justin Barclay.
00:06:24.280 They're the ones who initially broke the story, and they're great to work with.
00:06:29.360 But we ended up actually getting in touch with the source ourselves at The Federalist,
00:06:34.260 and she decided to go on the record with us.
00:06:36.200 So Carrie Lynn Eliff is a resident near Kalamazoo,
00:06:41.780 and she basically expressed concerns about the locality moving, pulling locations
00:06:49.760 without telling the public, giving them enough time.
00:06:53.340 But she received this letter from Dana Nessel, the AG here in Michigan,
00:07:00.120 dated July 24th,
00:07:03.520 that essentially said that she should cease and desist
00:07:06.560 spreading this false and misleading information, as they call it.
00:07:12.380 And basically saying if she doesn't comply,
00:07:16.640 she may be subject to criminal prosecution.
00:07:20.100 And this was signed by Robin Liddell,
00:07:22.540 the division chief of the criminal trials division,
00:07:25.380 which I think shows how serious these threats are.
00:07:28.720 This isn't just a political statement,
00:07:30.680 but they're willing to back this up with action,
00:07:33.240 which is really concerning.
00:07:35.520 And this individual, you said she was just expressing concern about moving,
00:07:40.240 polling locations.
00:07:41.180 Is there anything else that she was saying?
00:07:43.300 Where was she posting this?
00:07:44.480 What was her sin that led her to getting a letter?
00:07:47.560 Like you said, the buried lead there being that it's the criminal division
00:07:50.740 that's reaching out.
00:07:51.880 Well, yeah, this was all over some Facebook posts.
00:07:56.840 She posted a few times on Facebook with concerns.
00:08:02.180 And of course, people can, social media is a very fluid place.
00:08:07.880 And so we're very careful about what we say factually there.
00:08:11.080 Um, but yes, this did originate from Facebook posts.
00:08:15.000 She said, um, she feels that it originated from, um, posts on June 12th.
00:08:22.500 Um, basically, yeah, just what we said.
00:08:26.240 Um, and then she received this in the mail,
00:08:29.080 basically telling her not just to stop spreading this, um,
00:08:32.360 alleged false and misleading information,
00:08:34.460 but also to remove it from the platforms.
00:08:37.140 And so she did that trying to comply.
00:08:40.640 Um, she also said it was very difficult to figure out, um,
00:08:44.580 how to challenge this because the letter never said that if there was an error,
00:08:50.220 she should just reach out to, um, the AG's office.
00:08:53.780 There was a phone number, but she was very clear that, um,
00:08:57.460 if you get the threat of prosecution,
00:08:59.320 you're not going to feel comfortable reaching out.
00:09:01.620 And so, um, yeah, yeah, she was very concerned,
00:09:04.420 but felt it was important to speak out about this.
00:09:08.260 Before we let you go, can you just walk us through again,
00:09:11.060 what we were covering a few days ago with your reporting on the center for tech
00:09:15.560 and civic life, but more broadly, all these kinds of left-wing dark money,
00:09:20.020 you know, they, they operate under the pretense of being bipartisan or nonpartisan,
00:09:24.020 but, uh, they only seem to be operating right in Democrat heavy districts.
00:09:28.360 Um, just walk us through,
00:09:29.740 hit us one more time with how that effort has been revamped.
00:09:32.460 Yeah. So, um, the center for tech and civic life, um,
00:09:37.420 they funneled 328 million roughly from Mark Zuckerberg to local election agencies in 2020.
00:09:45.020 Um, that had the effect of boosting democratic turnout because it targeted,
00:09:49.360 um, mostly democratic voting blocks and population centers.
00:09:53.920 Um, and so what we're seeing now, they just announced another round of grants,
00:09:58.580 but this time it's specifically to, um, rural and, um, non Metro jurisdictions.
00:10:05.620 So what we're seeing here is an attempt to intervene in the local election administration process,
00:10:12.260 because these grants not only fund election operations and get out the vote efforts,
00:10:16.660 but they also enable these left wing third parties to have a hand in local election administration,
00:10:23.060 um, all the while claiming they have good interests in mind and that they're nonpartisan.
00:10:28.100 Um, it's also important to note while we're discussing Michigan, um, secretary of state Benson,
00:10:33.940 the same one that encouraged reports of misinformation.
00:10:36.660 She also recently met with David Becker, the head of the center for election innovation and research.
00:10:42.820 Um, and they were discussing early voting, um, but it appears they're working together.
00:10:49.060 Um, this other group is very important because it was one of the two groups along with CTCL that
00:10:55.220 funneled suck bucks to local election agencies in 2020. So these election influencers are not going
00:11:01.220 away and they're very much still present.
00:11:02.980 And in terms of the Republican response, whether it's the RNC state officials there,
00:11:08.260 um, are you seeing any movement on trying to crack down at least when it comes to Michigan to,
00:11:13.940 to counter this, what I always call legalized election fraud?
00:11:17.780 So not in Michigan, um, across the country, various states, um, I think more than 20 states have,
00:11:24.500 um, banned private funding of elections. Um, but you're not going to see things like that in,
00:11:30.020 um, predominated states.
00:11:32.180 Um, but there are a lot of grassroots groups and nonprofits that are aiming to keep an eye on
00:11:38.580 local election processes. And I think they're very important. Um, it's going to be at the
00:11:43.700 grassroots level that you can keep an eye on local election offices. Um, and a lot of these, um,
00:11:49.220 election officials, it's important to know are motivated by, by good intent. But, um, when you have
00:11:56.660 partisan third, um, third party groups intervening in the process, um, that kind of throws a wrench
00:12:03.460 in everything. And so, um, grassroots organizers and volunteers are very important here.
00:12:10.340 Logan, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with your reporting on all things,
00:12:15.540 elections, where can they go to do that?
00:12:17.700 So, um, you can follow me on Twitter at Logan Washburn 76. And as always the federalist website
00:12:25.140 has great new content.
00:12:26.420 You know, you're bringing a good stories here to the war room when the first time we have you
00:12:31.380 on real clear politics picks it up, forcing them to talk about election fraud. That's how
00:12:36.580 we do it here in the war. Logan, thank you so much for joining us. We'll have you back on soon.
00:12:39.940 Thanks for having me on the show or in posse. That right there is signal, not noise used to
00:12:48.260 be. If you spread misinformation, you would just get censored, banned, you name it from social media
00:12:53.700 platforms. Now they're sending you letters, not even from the civil division, from the criminal
00:12:58.580 division with the secretary of state rolling out a very well-funded, I'm sure taxpayer subsidized
00:13:03.220 program trying to get neighbors to snitch on each other because you dared to question,
00:13:07.780 well, maybe it's weird that they're moving polling places. Maybe it's weird that they're
00:13:11.700 bussing in tens of millions of illegal immigrants into this country. And that voter registration is
00:13:16.340 off the hook and that you don't even need a signature or an ID to vote. Now, if you say those
00:13:20.340 things, at least in the state of Michigan, I'm sure it'll multiply across the country, you're going to
00:13:25.540 get fined and potentially thrown in jail for misinformation. That is lawfare at its finest, right?
00:13:30.580 When you say they're not going for president Trump, they're not coming for people like
00:13:34.580 Stephen K Bannon or Peter Navarro. They're coming for you. I think that story is a perfect example
00:13:40.100 of that, right? What was president Trump and Steve Bannon and Peter K Navarro's original sin?
00:13:44.820 They dared to question the election results in 2020. And as a result, look at the hell that broke
00:13:50.180 loose on their personal lives, political lives, professional lives. That's what they're wanting
00:13:54.820 to do to Americans now too. And thank you for the, the patriotism and just heroicness,
00:14:00.980 I would say, of that individual who, who worked with the federalists on that story,
00:14:04.180 speaking up, knowing the ramifications that could, could persist, but it's, they're,
00:14:09.380 they're taking desperate, desperate measures in desperate times, right? We'll be joined after the
00:14:15.140 break. Another interesting report on the dark money forces behind a lot of the Supreme Court
00:14:20.420 reform efforts going on all loops together. But in the meantime, you've got to go to birchgold.com
00:14:25.940 slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire written by arch nemesis of
00:14:33.300 the administrative state, Stephen K Bannon. And while you're at it, maybe go check out public square
00:14:39.460 too. That's public square.com public square. I'd argue the arch nemesis of wall street and all these
00:14:45.860 big evil corporations that hate you, hate your values, and certainly hate president Donald J. Trump.
00:14:52.020 We'll be back after the break going through the left's dark money apparatus.
00:14:59.380 The elites are getting desperate. They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own
00:15:05.100 Orwellian purposes, their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank
00:15:11.240 digital currencies, which they control. Imagine your every purchase being called into question,
00:15:16.940 your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country. This is not the America we
00:15:22.580 want, but it is the America they want to create. Fortunately, you can fight back. I believe owning
00:15:28.880 gold is the best solution. Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings. Plus,

00:16:09.380 free info kit on gold IRA. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:21.340 Welcome back to the war room where we have always warned against the sort of plug and play apparatus
00:16:26.540 that they have on the democratic side of politics that we usually focus on it. In the financial realm,
00:16:32.320 we've, of course, in the last few days really focused on sort of the electioneering, the election
00:16:36.360 fraud aspect of that. In other words, it doesn't matter who's running, doesn't matter the quality
00:16:40.920 of candidate, dead or alive, no pun intended, because they have, whether it's groups like CTCL,
00:16:47.760 pressure campaigns against individuals who dare to speak out against just the abysmal administration
00:16:52.960 of elections here in the United States. I say it's mean to the third world to say that we run elections
00:16:58.740 like they do in the third world because I think they do it better there.
00:17:01.520 Um, but it all comes back to what, what is, I think these dark money forces that masquerade as
00:17:08.080 charities, masquerade as NGOs, masquerade, uh, frankly, as Democrat politicians and Soros backed
00:17:14.280 AGs. Um, but so much of the problem here, right. When you start to see the, the same issues on whatever
00:17:19.800 local or level of government rather, um, it's because they're all being funded and propped up
00:17:24.360 right by the same people. And this concept of dark money, I think is something that I really want to
00:17:29.340 charge ahead on, on this show because it is, as Steve has always said, the thing itself.
00:17:34.200 And I'm honored to be joined by Parker Thayer from Capitol Research Center. Now you guys have done
00:17:39.020 extremely, extremely diligent work, kind of drilling down on whether it's Arabella advisors,
00:17:44.240 where the problem is so much bigger than just the trope of George Soros. Um, you have a great
00:17:48.740 news story, particularly when it comes to the campaign for court reform, basically court packing,
00:17:53.980 walking, um, walking through the kind of left wing financiers and ties to the Harris campaign
00:18:00.520 behind all this. Can you walk us through your news story? Uh, yeah, sure. It's a new story,
00:18:06.100 but in a lot of ways, it's also an old story. It's a profile of a group that some might've heard of,
00:18:11.040 some might not, uh, called demand justice. It's what we like to call a dark money group or a 501c4,
00:18:17.080 uh, uh, advocacy organization. Um, and what demand justice did, uh, many of, uh, many of your
00:18:23.180 listeners might remember during the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, uh, Brett Kavanaugh's name
00:18:27.820 was dragged through the mud needlessly and baselessly for weeks on end in the media. The
00:18:32.860 ringleader of that entire media circus was demand justice. They had protesters out in the halls of
00:18:38.320 Congress dressed as people, um, from the handmaid's tale. Uh, they had, they were pressuring Susan
00:18:44.420 Collins and trying to get her to flip her vote. Um, they bought a website domain, stop Kavanaugh.com.
00:18:50.500 Um, and all this at the time demand justice was a fiscally sponsored project or kind of a, a pop
00:18:56.180 up front organization, uh, of the 1630 fund, which is of course, uh, the largest dark money 501c4, uh,
00:19:03.460 that the left has, uh, and is controlled by the Arabella advisors network, which is the largest dark
00:19:08.260 money network in the world period. They raise over a billion dollars a year and direct almost all of
00:19:13.540 that money to far left political causes. Uh, a lot of it done through these, uh, fiscally sponsored
00:19:19.140 project pop up groups. Uh, demand justice has since then, uh, spun off and just after the catastrophic,
00:19:25.300 uh, debate performance, uh, that I think everyone agreed was, uh, not optimal from Joe Biden. Uh,
00:19:32.100 the demand justice group jumped in and announced a $10 million ad campaign specifically focused
00:19:38.740 on discrediting and undermining the Supreme court. They're going to try, uh, and they have been trying
00:19:43.780 for a very long time, uh, to make court packing or, uh, expanding the Supreme court with an arbitrary
00:19:48.820 number of justices, a mainstream issue instead of the radical fringe issue. It once was, uh,
00:19:53.940 it is now the mainstream party platform as president Joe Biden came out and announced that he's supporting
00:19:58.820 term limits, which is just a de facto way of packing the Supreme court. Um, and it all goes back to these,
00:20:05.540 the dark money donors behind this, not liking the way the court rules.
00:20:09.540 And can you walk us through some of the ties? Like you were saying, this is mainstream democratic
00:20:15.140 politics, right? Some of the people involved have very high level roles now in the Harris campaign.
00:20:21.220 Exactly. So demand justice, uh, back in its heyday was created by a guy named Brian Fallon. If that
00:20:26.580 name sounds familiar to any of you, he's had a lot of jobs in democratic politics. He started out on the
00:20:31.700 John Kerry presidential campaign, then moved over to be a campaign community grant communications
00:20:37.220 director for Bob Menendez of all people. Uh, he scrubbed that from his LinkedIn. He doesn't
00:20:42.020 want people to know that. Then he moved on and was with Chuck Schumer for nearly a decade as his
00:20:46.500 lead communications director. And then he moved over to, uh, Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2016
00:20:51.860 as the press secretary. Um, after that, uh, he moved over and created demand justice.
00:20:57.860 Um, and since then he had demand justice, of course, made all of the Supreme court confirmations
00:21:02.580 into media circuses and has made, uh, court packing into a mainstream political issue for
00:21:07.540 the democratic party and the left. Um, but since then he has left demand justice. What is his new
00:21:13.060 job? Well, it's the head of communications for vice, uh, then vice president Kamala Harris, but he has now
00:21:20.900 become the head of a presidential campaign after Joe Biden withdrew, uh, very suddenly. Um, I would say
00:21:27.620 the timing of a guy with Brian Fallon's credentials moving from his own pet dark money group to become
00:21:33.380 the head of a vice president's communications campaign. It didn't make sense at the time.
00:21:37.860 After buying withdrew, it started making a lot more sense, especially since one of, uh, his old,
00:21:43.460 other old bosses was he was the head of PR for Eric Holder during the peak of all of his scandals,
00:21:48.900 fast and furious, uh, and contempt of Congress. Um, Eric Holder just the other day we found out was
00:21:54.820 the guy who vetted all of Kamala Harris's VP candidates. Um, and, and then presumably okayed
00:22:01.300 Tim walls. Uh, you know, it's a very, it was a very suspicious move at the time I noticed.
00:22:06.740 And I wrote this in my report. It didn't make a lot of sense, but it makes a lot of sense now.
00:22:11.220 I want to know what Brian Fallon knew and when he knew it about the likelihood that Biden would
00:22:18.020 withdraw from the campaign and that he'd find himself suddenly promoted to the head of a
00:22:21.860 presidential campaign against Trump for the second time in his life.
00:22:26.420 With all the happy talk that we hear from, from these people about how important
00:22:30.740 democracy is while they're of course pushing lawfare. I, I, would you say that it is a fair
00:22:35.220 charge to say that a lot of this dark money stuff, this manipulation of campaign financing,
00:22:40.180 I think compounded on the other side of the coin with the sort of weird act blue stuff,
00:22:44.020 the money laundering stuff that we've been starting to uncover that this is in and of itself,
00:22:48.260 sort of another form of financial lawfare, right? The way that they're playing these
00:22:53.460 legal kind of shell games with these organizations, these entities masquerading as bipartisan
00:22:58.340 or independent when in reality they're not, can you sort of walk the audience through the larger
00:23:03.860 network that is Arabella advisors, how this is so much bigger than just, you know, the one-off
00:23:08.900 that is George Soros? Yeah, absolutely. So, demand justice is just one of the organizations that
00:23:17.460 Arabella has created to attack the Supreme Court. Another organization by the name of Fix the Court,
00:23:22.500 which I exposed for having major problems with its campaign or with its IRS tax disclosures,
00:23:29.060 even though its main purpose is to advocate for more disclosure from the Supreme Court.
00:23:32.900 You know, Fix the Court and Demand Justice, we're both, you know, turning all of our Supreme Court
00:23:39.220 nomination processes into a complete media circus with wild speculation. And at the core of it
00:23:46.420 is this Arabella Advisors organization, of course, even though it looks like there may be 10, 11,
00:23:50.500 12 different organizations all advocating and supposedly there's broad public support for
00:23:55.300 for something like Supreme Court term limits or Supreme Court financial disclosures or ethical
00:24:02.740 regulation bodies that are somehow controlled by Congress. They're using the guise of, you know,
00:24:10.100 concern for transparency and ethics, even though they're using very non-transparent methods to fund
00:24:16.020 and advocate for all of these things. So, they're very focused supposedly on the idea of transparency,
00:24:23.060 ethics and disclosure while not doing any of that themselves. And the reality is they don't,
00:24:27.380 they couldn't care any less about ethics, transparency or disclosure. If you want proof
00:24:31.220 of that, just look back the last 10 years before Demand Justice came onto the scene. No one was writing
00:24:37.220 any stories about, you know, Clarence Thomas's trips or anything like that, even though those were
00:24:43.140 already in the news. It's just people weren't concerned about that because we trust our Supreme Court
00:24:47.540 system, we trust our constitutional system of government. You know, the sudden concern is
00:24:54.180 simply because the court has started making rulings that the left does not like. And so they're reaching
00:24:58.900 for any weapon they can to attack the Supreme Court and Arabelle advisors provided those weapons tenfold.
00:25:03.860 And do you see any meaningful pushback, whether through legislation or whatever,
00:25:10.180 coming from Republicans in a variety, whether it's elected officials, grassroots, what do you see?
00:25:16.500 Yeah, people who are committed to the Constitution, who like the system that the founders set up in
00:25:23.300 which the Supreme Court is one of the three main branches of government. People who are constitutional
00:25:29.380 conservatives have been speaking up about this. They've been writing op-eds, they've been exposing the
00:25:34.340 fact that these media smear campaigns against the Supreme Court are coordinated by one or two or three or
00:25:39.460 four common donors using a handful of different organizations. You know, people are calling for the Supreme
00:25:46.180 Court to get more protection after a failed assassination attempt. You know, I think it's been really
00:25:50.980 healthy for the country. The response to this smear campaign, it hasn't worked, but it's going to continue.
00:25:56.820 And with Demand Justice arming up another $10 million to try and discredit the Supreme Court,
00:26:01.940 it's going to be a battle that has to keep being fought.
00:26:04.420 And do you think, I'm just curious, in looking at this, is this something that is unique to the left?
00:26:11.780 In other words, is the MAGA kind of faction of the right wing, when they say that, oh, you know,
00:26:16.500 we're anti-democracy, do we fund our elections, our groups like that, or is it more genuinely grassroots?
00:26:23.060 No, there are certainly conservative judicial advocacy organizations that do a lot of great work,
00:26:29.940 and many of those organizations are doing a really good job of holding the left wing groups that are
00:26:34.820 telling lies about the Supreme Court accountable. So I think it's one of those battles that conservatives
00:26:41.060 are very, there are a lot of things that conservatives are not good at doing, particularly with the,
00:26:45.620 you know, the more, less grassroots, more donor influenced parts of political advocacy.
00:26:52.020 But the conservatives are very good, I think, in doing a great job so far of
00:26:56.580 trying to protect the Supreme Court from existential threats.
00:27:00.580 And Parker, if people want to follow you, read more of your reporting, where can they go to do that?
00:27:04.980 Yeah, absolutely. I'm on Twitter, slash X, at Parker Thayer. You can also check out

00:27:27.380 left does it, we cover it. So check us out at CapitalResearch.org as well.
00:27:30.580 I'm sure no shortage of content. Parker, thank you so much for joining us.
00:27:34.820 Absolutely. Thank you.

00:29:14.260 Or call 972-PATRIOT. Action. Action. Action. There's a deeper psychological significance to
00:29:21.460 everything you just said, which is we're living in a moment in which, and I'm quoting a Twitter user I
00:29:27.220 just saw named Riley. Tim Waltz is the dad and grandpa that Rush and Rupert stole from us.
00:29:35.300 He's the family we lost when their personalities changed seemingly overnight. If the right-wing
00:29:40.980 funded rage machine never existed, we would have had millions like him. They've broken so many
00:29:45.780 families. I can't tell you how much that tweet that I just saw resonates with my reporting over
00:29:50.900 these years. We are living in a country in which millions and millions of people literally feel
00:29:56.340 like they have living dead family members who have been brainwashed into hatred and extremism.
00:30:02.340 And here's a guy who shows another way. The butter carving. I said yesterday, look,
00:30:07.620 everyone in America, regardless of your family structure, just got a new dad and he would like
00:30:11.460 you to have an orange. And this is someone who shows a different model of masculinity and a joyous
00:30:20.420 sense of the future. And I think it's very personally resonant for people who have struggled,
00:30:25.620 as I know so many have, with people lost to the tunnel of mega-extremism.
00:30:30.020 Their neighbor, and he uses that word a lot, neighbor, my neighbors. Talk to us about what
00:30:36.900 you perceive to be the importance of Tim Waltz, Coach Waltz, on this ticket.
00:30:43.780 Yeah, I think it's a very significant moment. I think John Heilman is right that a lot of us in the
00:30:50.260 journalist or pundit class are maybe a little bit slow on the uptake of what this is because
00:30:57.700 we're used to an older paradigm. I think a lot of us were trained in a pre-authoritarian
00:31:02.740 republican moment, a pre-fascist republican playbook running against people like Mitt Romney.
00:31:10.260 And so strategies about swing states and those kinds of things came out of those experiences.
00:31:16.500 We are now in a moment when the right in this country is an authoritarian movement,
00:31:21.380 increasingly fascistic movement. And part of what you see in authoritarian movements around the world
00:31:26.660 is that they make people feel things, right? They make people emotional. They get the blood up.
00:31:34.340 And Democrats for too long have been running against authoritarianism with wonkiness, with policy,
00:31:40.180 with material things, with bridges and roads, all very worthy things, but not competing on the level
00:31:47.540 of getting the blood up, making people feel. And so I think this is a choice that shows, and as you've
00:31:53.700 seen throughout the last two weeks, this is a campaign that understands the importance of
00:31:58.420 vibes. Vibes can sound dismissive or like some Gen Z thing, but it's actually about competing against
00:32:03.060 authoritarianism when they are very directly targeting the limbic system of voters. And it's
00:32:08.980 actually Democrats joining the contest for people's hearts and not just appealing to the brain. And I
00:32:13.780 think when you talk about a figure like Coach Walls, obviously there were a bunch of good notes around
00:32:18.660 the freedom frame, patriotism, things like that. But the biggest significance of this man
00:32:24.020 is that he is an older white man in a moment in which the far right is trying to convince white people
00:32:30.340 that the future is treacherous for them, trying to convince men that the future is treacherous for them.
00:32:36.980 And here is an older white man, a coach, a soldier, who is very hard to dismiss as some kind of effect
00:32:46.260 coastal elite, who is telling older folks and white people, you do not need to be afraid of the future.
00:32:52.820 There is joy in the future. There is joy in having your boss be a black woman. There is joy in what is
00:32:58.820 coming. And I think he is going to teach lots of people, in addition to whatever role he plays in
00:33:03.780 an election and in the White House. He's going to teach lots of people through his role in the
00:33:07.540 culture that they're going to be OK and that there's joy on the far side of realizing a multiracial
00:33:13.780 democracy in this country. Of any cold open we've ever played, honestly, I think that may be the
00:33:20.020 worst one. Anand, I don't need to be taught by you or anyone else what it's like to have a boss who is
00:33:27.780 a black woman or what it's like to become a minority in the United States at the hands of
00:33:33.860 Tim Waltz or anyone else because of your horrific policy decisions trying to spin Tim Waltz as this,
00:33:40.420 you know, normal level headed guy who's who's so cool and we're the weird ones. I mean, he's telling
00:33:47.460 us that we need to be taught and by taught he means shut, sit down and shut up and take it
00:33:54.260 by, we're apparently the authoritarian ones, but we need to be lectured by our intellectual
00:34:00.100 superiors a la Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz, the latter being so deeply in bed with the Chinese
00:34:06.500 Communist Party that the former, who was so deeply in bed with, you know, Willie Brown, such an
00:34:12.580 intellectual there. But these are the people that we need to be taught and lectured by. I don't think
00:34:18.900 so. And that shows you, frankly, I think the buried lead there, and we'll have Trevor Loudon joining us
00:34:22.820 shortly. The fact that they're spinning Tim Waltz's race as a positive, that is MSNBC talking about a
00:34:31.140 white person positively, they're, you know, token white higher. I think that shows you just how
00:34:37.300 radical Kamala Harris is going to be on racial issues, just like Tim Waltz was so radical when
00:34:43.540 it came to the George Floyd riots. In other words, they know they need an old white dude who,
00:34:49.460 by the way, is only 60, but looks like he's a heck of a lot older than that. But I digress on that
00:34:53.780 point. But that they need someone like him to sort of tamp down and offset what is the wokeness,
00:35:00.340 which I have always maintained is just a euphemism for anti-whiteness of the Harris campaign.
00:35:07.540 And when I say anti-whiteness, I mean something much bigger. What is their rejection of the concept
00:35:11.940 of make America great again, because they never think America, they never thought it was great.
00:35:16.820 They don't think there's a past that's worth going back to, right? Whiteness represents that
00:35:21.780 and so much more to them. But I really think that that segment right there, besides being told that
00:35:27.620 we need to understand the joys of what it is like working for a black woman, I think that's
00:35:33.220 so offensive. Imagine saying that the other way around, you'd get kicked off of MSNBC for saying that.
00:35:38.740 But that shows you the side, the evilness that we're up against. People who think that you lost
00:35:47.780 family members and that you're the brainwashed one, that you're the crazy people that your families
00:35:52.340 can't handle, that you're the grandparents that you, you know, that were stolen from your grandchildren
00:35:57.060 because you dared to listen to Rush Limbaugh. I'm sorry, Anand, but who the heck are you? I've never
00:36:03.460 even heard of you before. I don't need to be taught anything by you and the people you're defending.
00:36:09.940 I don't want to be taught by them because they're Marxists to their core. Trevor Loudon, who did a
00:36:15.140 wonderful job kind of walking us through the Marxist ties of Kamala Harris, uh, joins us again.
00:36:21.220 Now, Trevor, I do want to kind of rehash the Kamala stuff developments on that front. But before we get
00:36:25.540 there, um, kind of give us your, your opening salvo on all of the concerning radical ties held by, uh,
00:36:32.500 the man who's going to teach us what it's like to be, uh, white in the United States, Tim Waltz.
00:36:39.140 Well, Kamala Harris is a Marxist with extensive ties to pro Chinese communists. Tim Waltz is a Marxist
00:36:47.860 with extensive ties, 40 years of ties directly to the Chinese Communist Party, more than any other
00:36:56.660 serving U.S. politician. You couldn't have picked a more Chinese pro-China pro-Mao politician in the
00:37:05.060 country than Tim Waltz. So on, on the Harris front and the Tim Waltz, it seems sort of like a match made
00:37:14.260 in hell right on the, the China front. But can you walk us through some of Waltz's Chinese, Chinese
00:37:21.220 ties? Yeah. Well, look, he started out going there and look, he was a young national guardsman,
00:37:27.620 you know, good start in life. He was in the national guard, joined at 17. But in his early twenties,
00:37:33.380 he was selected by Harvard program to go to China to study, to teach at a high school in Guangdong
00:37:40.500 province. This was right when Tiananmen Square was going on by the way that he was there.
00:37:46.420 A few years later, he started a company with his wife, with Chinese money, government money,
00:37:55.140 to bring regular delegations of Minnesota youth to China. He did this from about 1993,
00:38:03.860 right up to 2005, just before he became a Congress member. And these young kids were taken to
00:38:10.340 universities. They were, they were, they were told by him to de-emphasize their American-ness,
00:38:18.420 to, to not offend their Chinese hosts. And this was a Chinese propaganda operation subsidized by the
00:38:27.620 Communist Party. And Tim Waltz was making money off this. He also taught at a university in Macau for
00:38:35.780 several years as a visiting lecturer. Now, common sense tells you that the Chinese are interested in
00:38:44.260 American military people. They would have known he had a military background. They would have known he
00:38:50.740 could get some influence in the US military. They would have been interested in him from an intelligence
00:38:57.300 background from day one. And they were right because he served on the armed services committee.
00:39:04.660 You know, this man who, who couldn't pass a background check to drive a school bus,
00:39:10.900 who would not be allowed to work for the defense department or, you know, the state department was
00:39:17.380 serving on the armed services committee with this extensive background to China. But it doesn't even stop
00:39:25.220 there. You know, he, he was regularly propagandized for China. When Trump was trying to stop
00:39:32.180 trade with China, Tim Waltz was using the Minnesota soybean trade to, to propagandize,
00:39:40.180 we need to keep the agricultural trade going. So he was deliberately countering Trump's policies on trade there.
00:39:48.580 And he was, um, in 2019, he was a guest speaker at a conference run by the US China Friendship
00:39:59.380 Association, which is an old, old communist front that was started in the 1970s. But the, the speaker next
00:40:09.380 to him was Li Xiaolin, the former, the daughter of the former Chinese president under Xi Xi, under Xi,
00:40:20.180 what I can never say, Ding Xiaoping. This woman is Chinese royalty. She's a Chinese princess,
00:40:26.660 a leader of the Chinese Communist Party's National Consultative Committee, which is the main propaganda
00:40:34.180 arm of the Chinese Communist Party. But he was right there. That shows the regard that pro-Chinese
00:40:41.140 communists hold this man in. And when he was governor of Minnesota, when the George Floyd riots were going
00:40:50.820 on, which were organized by pro-Chinese communists from the Freedom Road Socialist Organization, burning
00:40:58.980 his capital, his city down, he held the National Guard off for three, for three days so they could
00:41:06.020 complete their job. But this guy is his Midwestern values. He's a coach. He's, it looks like a grandfather,
00:41:13.940 right? The guy is, if not a fully recruited Chinese agent, at the very least, he is not a fully recruited
00:41:24.580 Chinese agent of influence. At the very least, he is a Chinese dupe of the most extreme degree.
00:41:33.860 I always say with the Chinese Communist Party influence stuff, their, their efforts, their outreach programs
00:41:39.540 are radioactive, right? And that once you kind of go CCP, you, uh, you don't go back once they have them, uh,
00:41:45.780 or have you in their claws, right? It's like dealing with the mafia. Once they got their hooks and you do,
00:41:51.540 they do not let you go. Or at least you don't live to tell about it. No, you don't. And
00:41:57.780 congratulations for finding that thing about the, uh, the meeting he attended in 2019. Actually,
00:42:03.940 that put a lot of things together, but that's right. Look, they would have had an interest in him
00:42:09.860 for 40 years. You cannot tell me there was no opportunity to blackmail that man during that time,
00:42:16.340 or that they even had to blackmail him because he's clearly so sympathetic to China, um, and, and,
00:42:23.940 and propagandizes for them every single opportunity he can get. Um, I don't think they even had to,
00:42:33.460 would have even had to have blackmailed him. I just think he is more sympathetic to China than he is to
00:42:38.980 the United States. It's an ideological compromise, which I think is compounded by the actual, and Trevor,
00:42:45.140 we're going to bounce to break, but I want to hold you through to rehash some of the,
00:42:48.180 the Harris stuff, but Warren Posse in the meantime, uh, you can go to patriot mobile.com
00:42:54.340 slash Bannon. If you probably don't want the Chinese communist party listening in on your calls,
00:42:58.740 uh, I know they don't, they don't work with them. They're good. Good guys. We love Glenn. We love the

00:44:34.580 Take action and do it today. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:45.780 Welcome back to the war room. Getting a lot of reception to what I was talking about with that
00:44:51.540 previous MSNBC clip. You can go to my Twitter. I have some threads and corresponding posts kind
00:44:58.020 of walking through more of that logic train. And like Trevor alluded to, I did break that story of
00:45:04.900 the Chinese Communist Party ties of Tim Waltz speaking at that event alongside, you know,
00:45:11.700 casually the daughter of a former Chinese Communist Party premier. I'm sure no national security
00:45:17.060 issues there. Although I guess maybe Hunter Biden normalized it. So maybe we don't,
00:45:21.220 maybe we don't care anymore. But I think we do. Something tells me we do. And we should,
00:45:25.140 right, Trevor? Walk us through the latest. I know you're sort of working on a new project
00:45:29.080 documenting the far left ties of Kamala Harris. Kind of repackage it for us.
00:45:35.360 Yeah, well, look, I've got a new book coming out. It's called Kamala Harris's Communist
00:45:39.680 Roots. And people can go to my website, TrevorLoudon.com, order it. It'll be coming up pretty soon.
00:45:46.640 We'll have a release date shortly. But it goes right into her red diaper baby background,
00:45:53.600 her parents, her Marxist parents, the Marxist organization she was attending as an elementary
00:46:01.240 school child, her deep ties to the communist sympathizer, Willie Brown, and of that,
00:46:11.100 her ties to Black Lives Matter, the Maoist networks in the Bay Area, connections to storm that Van Jones
00:46:21.320 came out of standing together to organize a revolutionary movement. But most of all,
00:46:27.060 her ties to Steve Phillips, the former Stanford University Maoist, who married into the one of
00:46:35.780 the richest families of San Francisco, the Golden West savings and loan fortune, and has used that
00:46:43.300 money working with George Soros and other people in the so-called Democracy Alliance to elect radical
00:46:51.380 candidates of color, starting with Barack Obama, attempted to elect Andrew Gilliman, Florida,
00:46:59.900 Stacey Abrams in Georgia, and at every step of her career, Kamala Harris. So we're going to deal with
00:47:08.660 Kamala's Maoist outlook. It's not even Marxist. It's Maoist outlook from her baby carriage days
00:47:20.540 right up to the present time. They haven't changed. She is deeply steeped in this. But I think the
00:47:28.260 evidence we will produce will shock even many very well-seasoned political commentators. She is deep
00:47:36.340 in this stuff. But what people don't understand, how deeply she is a manufactured candidate,
00:47:43.040 manufactured by a Maoist clique that helped to get Barack Obama ahead of Hillary Clinton,
00:47:50.040 that almost elected governors in several states, and was also very instrumental in Black Lives Matter,
00:48:00.020 the rioting of 2020, and the Chinese-backed, Chinese-influenced voter registration organizations
00:48:09.260 that boast they won the 2020 election for Joe Biden, that boast they won the key states for Biden. So
00:48:18.220 this is a whole bunch of information that most Americans just will have very little idea of.
00:48:24.300 So trevorloudon.com, place to go for Kamala Harris's communist roots.
00:48:31.660 Trevor, thank you so much for joining us. We'll have you back on soon as I'm sure more of those
00:48:36.780 communist roots, ties, and as they manifest in the form of policy proposals continue to come out
00:48:43.240 from that side. While calling us weird. Trevor, thank you so much for joining us.
00:48:46.980 While calling us weird. Thanks so much, Natalie, and thanks to all of the viewers.
00:48:51.300 Of course. Proudly weird here in the war room. Another man who I'm sure wears the weird label with
00:48:59.640 pride is Mike Lindell. Mike, Minnesota, Tim Waltz, you have a lot of thoughts there.
00:49:06.420 So you can start with that. Hit us with the pillow discounts. I defer to you.
00:49:11.380 Yeah. Well, you know, like I said, like the real president said, thanks. This is a gift,
00:49:17.800 everybody. You've got Waltz on there who makes Kamala Harris look like a moderate. If you really
00:49:24.160 dig into it, everybody, I've lived it. Okay. He, the stuff he has done, and I'm not just fuck the
00:49:31.280 obvious stuff of burning down Minneapolis and all this stuff, the nonsensical things he did during
00:49:37.080 COVID. Like, we'd have our houses at Thanksgiving. Our families could have eight people. And if you
00:49:42.340 had one more person, your neighbors could turn in. He had a turn where you could turn in a whistleblower
00:49:47.060 site, and you'd do 90 days in jail. Christmas, he gave us three extra people, I believe it was.
00:49:52.120 He shut down our Christian churches, let the mosques, let the Muslims run for a call to Allah off
00:49:59.640 all the buildings in Minneapolis over the loudspeakers. He's a sanctuary state for gender
00:50:05.340 mutilation. People can come there from all the other states. He has abortions, doesn't matter if
00:50:11.340 they're born, doesn't matter what month in it all. He, the highest, the third highest taxes in
00:50:18.320 the country. He gave driver's licenses to all the illegals. You guys name anything, and he's as far
00:50:25.400 left as you can go. So I feel it's a big gift for our great real president, Donald Trump, and for our
00:50:30.420 country. Because people will understand and learn. They're not going to be able to hide what he's done
00:50:35.680 and what he stands for. This ticket created, it's like if I was their marketer, I'm going,
00:50:40.300 what are they even going to stand on? Which gives me great fear that they're going to try and steal it
00:50:45.100 everything in which they are. But we have a great plan, everybody. Go to lyndaleplan.com, check it out,
00:50:51.140 help us out. This is going to secure our elections and help save our country. So I'm at the war room

00:51:02.860 and keep fighting for this country. Like we're going to be at the DNC. Frank's Beach is going to be there.
00:51:08.660 I'm going to be there with our great mayor, Rudy Giuliani. We're going to be there. I'm going to
00:51:13.240 be in the streets. I'm going to be right in the midst of it. I don't care. I want to hear about
00:51:16.940 all the people that voted for Biden that are now voting for Donald Trump and the reasons why.
00:51:21.700 But the war room posse, I want to reward you all with your great support. This is it. There's 24 hours
00:51:27.260 left of the sale that Peter Navarro wanted me to have. This is our body pillow, 2988. It's two pillows
