00:00:00.000 Well, good morning to all my fellow Americans.
00:00:03.680 It is an honor yet again to be sitting here in the chair in War Room,
00:00:06.880 where we are temporarily holding the seat for our good friend Steve Bannon
00:00:10.940 as he is sitting in a prison for you.
00:00:14.260 And that's, frankly, something that I think he wears as a badge of honor,
00:00:17.680 but we should all be continuing to pray for him.
00:00:19.960 And in that spirit, I want to open, as I did last week,
00:00:22.800 with a Bible verse, Isaiah 43, 1 and 2.
00:00:27.180 Fear not, for I have redeemed you.
00:00:29.260 I have called you by name.
00:00:30.680 You are mine.
00:00:31.600 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.
00:00:33.900 And through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you.
00:00:36.840 When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned,
00:00:39.420 and the flame shall not consume you.
00:00:42.260 Now consider this scripture was said by our Lord through Isaiah
00:00:48.080 at a time when he was consoling Israel at one of their lowest points in history
00:00:52.020 during Babylonian exile.
00:00:54.540 And the point here is that God never abandons his children.
00:00:57.860 That's the point.
00:00:58.580 That's the takeaway.
00:01:00.160 And after a week like this one, in a state where we feel where we are here in this country,
00:01:04.260 sometimes we need to think through that lens.
00:01:06.300 This place is called War Room for a reason.
00:01:08.720 That's why I'm here.
00:01:09.720 We also have to remember that Israel's exile is a cautionary tale for us as Americans.
00:01:17.040 They had every chance to turn away from the things that eventually brought on their own destruction,
00:01:20.980 and they had every reason to do it.
00:01:23.360 We've always had the option to turn away and seek the truth, righteousness, and common sense
00:01:27.160 that he has made available to all of us,
00:01:29.220 both in our personal lives and as a country,
00:01:31.180 before we have to face the worst natural consequences of our own actions.
00:01:34.500 As I said in a speech to some Texans yesterday, talk about paying the Piper.
00:01:38.660 Well, the Piper is here.
00:01:40.240 We're $35 trillion in debt.
00:01:42.080 Wide open borders decimating our country.
00:01:44.200 We're seeing the fruits of that every single day.
00:01:46.500 Volatility in the markets this week.
00:01:48.200 You're looking at your 401k.
00:01:49.420 You're wondering what the future holds for your children and your grandchildren.
00:01:53.580 The fact is we are called to fight.
00:01:56.520 We are called to engage.
00:01:57.740 We are called, as Paul said, to finish the race, and that's why we're here.
00:02:02.520 Just think about a handful of things.
00:02:04.720 Of more than 250 illegal aliens encountered on the terrorist watch list,
00:02:09.300 DHS has released 99, according to a report that we just got through the House Judiciary Committee.
00:02:15.520 34 remain in custody.
00:02:17.560 Now, that's all concerning, but what about the other 120?
00:02:19.760 Well, they were removed, but guess what?
00:02:23.580 We have 2 million gotaways.
00:02:24.740 You think those guys just were removed and said, all right, peace out, we're gone?
00:02:27.560 No.
00:02:28.140 They're removed, and they've likely come back.
00:02:31.040 We have the United Kingdom in a preview of coming attractions to your country
00:02:35.220 that are literally going into people's homes, as we saw videos put out over the last week,
00:02:41.160 arresting them for hate speech because of something they said on social media.
00:02:45.440 Now, I want to be very clear.
00:02:46.760 Earlier this year, there was an anti-Semitism bill put on the floor of the House.
00:02:50.200 We should be rooting out anti-Semitism wherever we can, on college campuses and around this country.
00:02:56.440 But 21 Republicans, including myself, voted against that bill, and we received the scorn of a lot of people.
00:03:02.820 Well, guess what?
00:03:03.680 We were right to vote against that bill.
00:03:05.440 We do not want to empower the federal government to go after the American people and police speech.
00:03:10.440 It's deeply un-American, and you're seeing what's happening right now in the United Kingdom
00:03:15.320 and what's happening here in this country doing that.
00:03:18.560 Look at trade.
00:03:19.540 We're going to talk about that some today.
00:03:20.600 Look at our economy.
00:03:21.800 Look at manufacturing.
00:03:23.120 Did you know that China makes up 35% of the world's manufacturing today?
00:03:26.700 America makes up only 12%.
00:03:28.320 We're going to talk about that today and talk about how that's destroying jobs.
00:03:32.080 How about energy?
00:03:32.700 We had 18 Republicans put out a letter in all of their infinite wisdom this week saying we must save the Inflation Reduction Act.
00:03:39.780 That's the Inflation Reduction Act, by the way, that's driving up the cost of goods and services, that's empowering China,
00:03:45.400 that's funding more solar panels and wind at the expense of American natural gas,
00:03:49.540 which is our unique ability to produce energy and be energy independent.
00:03:53.820 And they put out a letter saying, no, no, no, we need to save this Democrat bill.
00:03:57.500 How about the kill switch?
00:03:58.640 19 Republicans last week voted against killing the kill switch.
00:04:02.080 That's something that allowed the government to shut down your car at any point they want to.
00:04:07.660 I turned 52 the day before yesterday, and my son wanted to go play a round of golf with his dad, so I did that.
00:04:13.340 Have any of you driven around in those communist golf carts where they, like, shut them down
00:04:17.240 because you might be in some sort of environmentally sensitive area when you're in the middle of the frigging fairway?
00:04:21.520 Like, it's ridiculous.
00:04:22.580 They want to do that to your car.
00:04:24.360 They want to shut your car down on the side of the road because they can.
00:04:27.940 This is the truth.
00:04:29.500 Cars, by the way, are unaffordable.
00:04:30.780 The average price for a new car is $48,000.
00:04:34.740 A third of Americans make less than $50,000.
00:04:38.400 This is what you're up against.
00:04:40.180 But here's what we're going to do.
00:04:41.760 We're going to recognize that this election, this season, this fall, this time we're in as Americans,
00:04:47.180 this is the biggest worldview election of our lifetime.
00:04:50.740 I've got a very dear friend on here who's been talking a lot about this.
00:04:54.480 You all know him.
00:04:55.480 You see him all the time on The Blaze.
00:04:56.880 My friend Steve Dace, he's a good man.
00:04:59.940 He's a good Christian.
00:05:01.100 He's a smart conservative.
00:05:02.600 And he's been talking a lot about it.
00:05:04.380 And I'm going to introduce him here just to expand on this, that we've got to take into account in this election that reality.
00:05:11.980 What you're seeing with the United Kingdom and you're seeing the effect of the Muslim migration there
00:05:18.200 and you're seeing what's happening on the streets and you see people protesting and then they end up in jail.
00:05:22.780 You see what's happening here in our own streets, in our own country, and what's happening when you target Americans.
00:05:28.160 And if you're a pro-life activist and you're a 75-year-old grandmother,
00:05:31.500 you end up in jail for two years because you happen to want to pray in an abortion clinic.
00:05:35.800 That's what's coming to a theater near you.
00:05:38.380 You've got to wake up and understand this is much bigger than this one moment.
00:05:42.660 It's much bigger than any one politician.
00:05:44.300 It's much bigger than me.
00:05:45.120 It's much bigger than Congress.
00:05:46.580 This is about a worldview.
00:05:48.360 What path are we going to choose?
00:05:50.080 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:05:58.160 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:06:03.380 I got a free shot.
00:06:04.640 All these networks lying about the people.
00:06:07.640 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:06:09.640 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:06:11.060 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:06:13.680 It's going to happen.
00:06:14.960 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:06:18.360 MAGA Media.
00:06:19.240 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:06:25.120 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:06:28.880 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:06:35.240 War Room.
00:06:36.100 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:06:43.920 Well, hey, everybody.
00:06:44.920 It's great to be here with you.
00:06:46.140 It's great to be sitting in the chair again,
00:06:47.540 just temporarily holding it for our friend Steve Bannon here in War Room.
00:06:51.600 And I just want to open up with a quote from Alexander Fraser Tyler.
00:06:54.840 I think that is something that we need to understand when we're looking at this election,
00:07:19.740 that this is a worldview election.
00:07:22.040 I've got my friend Steve Dace on here who's talking about that.
00:07:24.960 And I think it's important for everybody to understand whatever walks of life we're coming from,
00:07:28.540 wherever we're finding ourselves in this election season,
00:07:32.220 we're trying to save the United States of America.
00:07:34.920 We're trying to save our way of life.
00:07:37.300 We're trying to save freedom.
00:07:38.720 We're trying to avoid that which I just read, what every other nation state has done.
00:07:43.820 We can avoid that if we choose the right path.
00:07:46.280 This election is that.
00:07:47.380 It's a worldview election.
00:07:48.700 President Reagan in 1964, time for choosing speech.
00:07:52.280 We didn't choose correctly.
00:07:53.860 We choose the wrong path.
00:07:55.320 We chose the wrong path.
00:07:56.580 And now we've got to make the choice in this election cycle.
00:07:59.420 Well, now I want to talk a little bit about one of the things that makes very clear
00:08:03.420 the extent to which what Steve just said is correct, right?
00:08:07.520 This worldview issue.
00:08:09.720 Radical progressive Democrats want to remake our country, okay?
00:08:12.860 It could not be more clear if you look at the data.
00:08:16.580 Just this week, we saw that the Virginia Republican Attorney General said his office
00:08:21.740 identified and removed over 6,300 non-citizens from Virginia's voting role.
00:08:27.180 I want you to pause and think about that.
00:08:28.340 That's Virginia.
00:08:29.420 6,300 non-citizens that they had to remove from their voting roles.
00:08:34.080 A study that we saw that was just conducted said a staggering 14% of non-citizens interviewed
00:08:40.280 in Georgia said that they are registered to vote.
00:08:43.040 If that ratio were to hold true statewide, that would mean there are 47,000 non-citizens
00:08:49.000 are registered to vote.
00:08:50.700 Now, that was a state that whatever we think about the actual accuracy of the data, and we
00:08:56.360 all have very strong concerns about the mail-in ballots and the fraud in Georgia, but it was
00:09:01.360 carried on paper by 12,000 votes in 2020.
00:09:05.220 So you have 47,000 potential non-citizens registered to vote if you look at that study.
00:09:09.440 This administration has been importing illegal aliens to vote since day one.
00:09:17.600 This is why we introduced the SAVE Act.
00:09:19.820 This is why we put forward legislation to fix that.
00:09:22.620 This is why I would say Congress should be here in Washington right now to pass the SAVE Act
00:09:27.460 as part of a continuing resolution to force Democrats to have to deal with that.
00:09:30.880 I wish the Speaker would call everybody back into town this week, next Monday, and say,
00:09:36.140 let's pass it and send it over to the Senate and force that vote because we can't allow
00:09:40.100 this to continue.
00:09:41.500 Meanwhile, we have, as I said earlier, 100 people on the terrorist watch list who have
00:09:46.520 been released.
00:09:47.920 Think about that.
00:09:48.700 The administration actually released them into our country.
00:09:51.920 The people that they turned away, we don't know that they haven't come back as gotaways.
00:09:56.140 So I want to have a friend of mine, Mark Morgan, who served in the Trump administration.
00:10:01.060 He's a great American.
00:10:02.240 He served in the FBI back when the FBI was worth serving in.
00:10:06.500 He actually stood up to try to put bad guys in jail.
00:10:09.280 He has been the head of Border Patrol for President Trump.
00:10:14.980 He knows everything you need to know about the border.
00:10:18.480 He knows everything you need to know about standing up for law enforcement.
00:10:21.220 He is my good friend, Mark Morgan.
00:10:23.180 Mark, how are you, brother?
00:10:23.860 Chip, I'm doing great.
00:10:25.860 And hey, you're doing a great job, brother.
00:10:27.300 It's great to be on with you.
00:10:30.220 Well, it's an honor to sit here again.
00:10:34.200 Steve's sitting in a prison for all of us, frankly, because he's standing up against the
00:10:38.320 tyrannical government.
00:10:39.720 And this thing's called War Room for a reason.
00:10:42.020 We're in a war.
00:10:42.780 And you know that better than anybody in terms of the dangerous individuals that are being
00:10:46.140 released into the United States, people on terrorist watch lists, criminals that are able
00:10:50.000 to come out, people that are paroled into the United States who killed Lake and Riley,
00:10:53.300 who have killed, you know, Rachel Moran right here, right up the road from D.C. and Maryland.
00:10:58.840 Lizbeth Medina, who was found in a bathtub and her mom found her in her house in Texas.
00:11:03.360 I could go down the list.
00:11:04.660 You know it.
00:11:05.520 Can you lay out for the listeners the state of the border?
00:11:09.140 A lot of that's lost right now, right?
00:11:10.580 Because we don't see hordes of people gathering at Eagle Pass.
00:11:13.740 But that doesn't mean that the border's not dangerously open.
00:11:16.160 That doesn't mean that we're not fully in danger right now in terms of this administration.
00:11:20.440 Just because they backed off, like the CBP One app I looked online, it's been downloaded
00:11:24.660 over a million times.
00:11:26.040 It's not like this has stopped magically because they've pumped the brakes a little bit for
00:11:30.160 election season.
00:11:31.320 Could you please lay that out for the listeners, the state of the border?
00:11:36.360 Yeah, Chip, look, and you mentioned a couple things that are very important.
00:11:39.100 When we talk about the state of the border, we can't just look at the past 45 days, right?
00:11:44.360 But that's what they want you to do.
00:11:45.840 And I'll talk about that in a second.
00:11:46.820 When you look at the state of the border, you have to look at the entire three and a
00:11:51.220 half years.
00:11:52.320 And the last three and a half years, you talked about almost 11 million total nationwide encounters
00:11:57.720 plus another 2 million known guideways.
00:12:00.380 Who the hell knows how many unknown guideways?
00:12:03.080 We know that in that same time period, Border Patrol have apprehended 380 illegal aliens on
00:12:08.760 the FBI terror watch list.
00:12:10.320 To put that in perspective, all four years under President Trump, that number was 14.
00:12:15.300 We know that in that same time period, Border Patrol have apprehended almost 53,000 criminal
00:12:21.860 illegal aliens, including murderers, rapists, pedophiles, aggravated felons.
00:12:26.460 To put that in perspective, that's a 99 percent increase from FY17 to 20 combined.
00:12:33.100 And we know about the drugs.
00:12:34.840 We know fentanyl and cocaine and meth.
00:12:37.660 You know, it's all coming across the poorest border.
00:12:40.040 Last year alone, 108,000 Americans died from drug overdoses and fentanyl poisoning.
00:12:45.620 I could go on and on.
00:12:47.360 That's the state of the border the past three and a half years.
00:12:51.020 And real quick, right now, what this administration is wanting to do, it's another lie to the American
00:12:55.240 people.
00:12:55.900 They're absolutely not being honest.
00:12:58.060 And you just highlighted one of those issues.
00:13:00.280 So they're saying, well, the numbers are going down.
00:13:02.800 Well, Chip, let's put that in perspective.
00:13:04.180 Then they're taking one element out of context, and that's just the southwest border, and that's
00:13:09.120 just those that are illegally entering.
00:13:11.120 When they say that the numbers are going down, they're not talking about the northern border.
00:13:15.180 They don't include that, which is going up.
00:13:16.880 They don't include our coastal waterways, which those numbers are going up.
00:13:20.460 And most importantly, they do not count the ports of entry.
00:13:24.900 Those numbers, to your point, have skyrocketed almost 400 percent.
00:13:29.720 So what they're doing, it's a big shell game.
00:13:31.560 They're simply diverting those that used to illegally enter in between the ports of entry,
00:13:35.920 and they're just moving them to the ports of entry.
00:13:38.540 It's a big lie.
00:13:39.600 It's a big shell game.
00:13:40.780 There's still chaos and lawlessness that's happening on our border now.
00:13:43.940 And the last thing that I'll say is, okay, so what do we do now?
00:13:47.140 What do we do with the millions and millions of illegal aliens that we've allowed into the
00:13:51.800 country or snuck into the country?
00:13:53.900 They never talk about that as well.
00:13:58.000 Well, let's paint a picture real quick, just so everybody understands.
00:14:01.380 And this is, as my friend Steve alluded to earlier, a really smart audience, right?
00:14:05.840 They follow the news.
00:14:07.460 They understand the facts.
00:14:09.420 But I want to remind the audience, right, that this isn't mostly, mostly, this isn't about
00:14:15.300 people who just walk across the Rio Grande, right?
00:14:17.540 Mostly, what they've done is, frankly, they being the Biden-Harris regime, led by Kamala
00:14:25.260 Harris, the so-called border czar, Secretary Mayorkas, they have been purposely organizing
00:14:32.360 the release of individuals into the United States, okay?
00:14:35.880 They've released them through the abuse of our parole laws.
00:14:38.780 So if you're out there arguing with your friends and they go, oh, you know, this is
00:14:41.500 not a thing.
00:14:42.180 Yes, it is.
00:14:43.020 They are taking our existing parole laws and asylum laws, meant to be focused on a very
00:14:48.040 small handful of people, because we're a compassionate nation.
00:14:51.120 We'll say, hey, you need to come in and get a kidney transplant.
00:14:53.340 All right, we can parole you in.
00:14:54.420 You can do your thing.
00:14:55.420 You know, you're claiming asylum from actual religious or political persecution.
00:14:59.100 Great.
00:14:59.660 We'll take a few of you and we'll, you know, the baby on the doorstep.
00:15:02.540 We'll take care of you briefly until you can go back home.
00:15:05.100 They've turned that into an operation.
00:15:07.640 They've literally turned it into an operationalized way to take people and put them into the United
00:15:13.580 States.
00:15:13.880 And now they're doing it through other means, right?
00:15:15.760 Through refugee status.
00:15:17.660 If you could answer that for a little bit, then I want to hold you over the break and
00:15:20.360 we're going to talk a little bit about where we're going to go going forward.
00:15:22.960 But go ahead.
00:15:23.520 Yeah, Chip, look, you're spot on.
00:15:24.900 Look, I think you're one of the congressional members that knows more about this border than
00:15:29.520 anyone else on Capitol Hill.
00:15:31.000 And you're spot on.
00:15:31.820 Look, the Secretary of DHS, as well as former chiefs, have referred to their job now as
00:15:37.340 a processing enterprise.
00:15:40.000 They've abandoned their law enforcement and national security mission as just simply being
00:15:44.580 a federal travel agency.
00:15:48.400 Well, hang on a second, Mark.
00:15:49.540 When we come back from the break, we're going to finish that out and then talk a little bit
00:15:52.340 about how much this is trying to be done on purpose to transform our country and what
00:15:56.740 we can do in January if we get it right in the election in November.
00:16:01.820 The elites are getting desperate.
00:16:04.780 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes, their
00:16:09.360 goal to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which
00:16:15.600 they control.
00:16:17.160 Imagine your every purchase being called into question, your every move tracked like you
00:16:22.240 live in a communist country.
00:16:24.180 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:16:28.560 Fortunately, you can fight back.

00:18:24.020 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:18:31.560 It's great to be back with you.
00:18:33.060 It's great to be again temporarily sitting in the chair occupied by Steve Bannon.
00:18:36.760 We look forward to his return right now.
00:18:38.180 We have Mark Morgan, my good friend, former FBI agent and head of Border Patrol for President Donald Trump.
00:18:44.320 And we're talking about the border.
00:18:45.520 And I teed him up right before the break to talk about the extent to which it is a purposeful effort by Democrats that they've operationalized the release of people into the United States for the abuse of parole and asylum.
00:18:54.560 Now, most of you know that because you're a smart audience, but I want him to be able to expand on what that means, why that matters.
00:19:01.380 And then I'm going to go ahead and set up the next question, Mark, go right into it about from there, what does it mean electorally, right?
00:19:07.340 Like, what do we do?
00:19:08.300 We win in November.
00:19:09.620 What is our marching orders?
00:19:11.260 And how does that compare what we're going to get from the other side?
00:19:14.000 We know, right?
00:19:14.520 We're going to get more of the same but worse.
00:19:16.080 But what we would do, let's be very specific about what we would do, and I think you can expand on that pretty well.
00:19:22.300 But if you can go ahead and fill in those holes.
00:19:24.740 Yeah, real quick, Chip, before the commercial break, you were talking about exactly what the Biden-Harris team has done as of late especially.
00:19:33.160 This is very important because you keep hearing how the numbers have gone down.
00:19:37.020 Here's the reality.
00:19:38.460 It's just simply not true.
00:19:40.440 They've diverted those numbers from in between the ports of entry to our actual ports of entry.
00:19:46.340 Let me give you two examples.
00:19:47.760 You mentioned the CBP1 app.
00:19:49.860 They've applied that to four specific countries.
00:19:52.580 In the past two years, they've allowed over 400,000 individuals from those four select countries to fly in to one of 45 different airports rather than illegally entering in between the ports of entry.
00:20:04.520 And also at our southern border and our northern border, OFO now that oversees our ports of entry, they have seen an average of over 100,000 encounters every 30 days.
00:20:15.620 That number used to hover around 15,000.
00:20:18.540 So they're not doing anything to stem the flow of illegal immigration, Chip.
00:20:21.860 They're just redirecting it.
00:20:23.120 So if we do what we're supposed to do this fall, so voters are out there, we're out working hard, and we get President Trump elected, and we get a Republican House and a Republican Senate, what would we expect?
00:20:37.020 I mean, I'll lay out what my vision would be, right?
00:20:39.160 That on day one, the president would reenact the Migrant Protection Protocols to Remain in Mexico program.
00:20:46.120 We would immediately use whatever authorities we can under Title 42 or otherwise to stem the flow and stem the tide and stop any of the releases.
00:20:53.640 We would immediately end the CBP1 app and the abuse of the parole.
00:20:57.100 We would immediately end the abuse of asylum.
00:20:59.520 We'd immediately set out to expand what ICE has and get ICE more money to do the removals that need to be done.
00:21:05.220 You start with criminals, and you start with anybody that you need to get out of this country, and you start working through the process, and you immediately need to pass legislation to make this permanent and to give the president greater tools.
00:21:16.340 It's not enough just to rely on the president.
00:21:18.500 Congress has to do its damn job and secure the border, and we set that up with H.R. 2.
00:21:23.640 Do you agree?
00:21:25.040 A hundred percent.
00:21:26.080 The only thing that I would add to that within the first 30 minutes is the president has to sign and declare a national emergency.
00:21:31.720 And then everything else you just laid out is exactly right.
00:21:35.920 I say this tongue-in-cheek.
00:21:37.300 The way to solve this is just to look at the shelf and pull off the binder that says Trump Air Border Security Plan and reinstitute it with an injection of steroids, and you just laid that out.
00:21:47.140 Because what you just described is the strategy of the overarching strategy of deterrence and consequence.
00:21:55.340 And then within that is a couple of additional areas.
00:21:58.920 The way we achieve that is through the application of resources and policy.
00:22:03.440 That's exactly why we were building the wall system.
00:22:06.000 That's exactly why we were instituting, as you just mentioned, the Remain in Mexico program, and we were aggressively pursuing removal of those who are in the country illegally.
00:22:14.600 Now, when you look to VP Harris during her time under this administration, what's been her stance?
00:22:21.540 She's fully supported and fully defended stopping wall construction, ending the Remain in Mexico program, and she has been a strong supporter of widespread amnesty instead of widespread removal.
00:22:34.680 So with Harris sitting in the White House, what you're going to get is you're not going to get to push for a sanctuary city or a sanctuary state.
00:22:41.920 We're going to be a sanctuary country, Chip.
00:22:44.100 That's where we're headed.
00:22:46.900 So, Mark, this is the most important issue for us in Texas.
00:22:51.140 I think it is arguably the most important issue for everybody across the country with the possibility of possible exception of the inflation damage being done to the average American, American dream, the cost of housing.
00:23:00.860 But I think we need to make sure that people understand that what you just said, right?
00:23:06.780 Compare Harris and compare now Waltz, now that he's the vice presidential nominee, and then what their record has been, right, and what they would do.
00:23:17.480 So let's go down that list real quick.
00:23:19.260 On day one, you said declare a national emergency and execute on it.
00:23:24.020 Now, Kamala Harris has been the border czar now for almost four years, so Kamala Harris wouldn't do that, right?
00:23:28.740 Number two, in that national emergency declaration, you would immediately reinstate Remain in Mexico program, the migrant protection protocols.
00:23:36.900 You would do what you need to do to stop the flow, immediately end the abuse of parole, immediately end the abuse of asylum, and do what you need to do, including the use of Title 42 or any other expansive executive powers.
00:23:48.180 Now, to be clear, not only would Kamala Harris not do that, Kamala Harris would be, along with Waltz and along with whoever she would pick, maybe including maintaining Secretary Mayorkas, would continue these disastrous policies.
00:24:02.040 So again, we have a night and day worldview election coming up in November.
00:24:06.020 And we've got to understand, because people get frustrated, and they go out and they don't know what to say or do.
00:24:11.300 They say, look, this is something you can say to the people when you're at your church or with your family at the dinner table, when you're out talking to, you know, people in the community.
00:24:19.720 You can walk them through very clearly what a Trump administration would do to preserve and protect their country.
00:24:26.460 The fentanyl deaths, we could end the flow of fentanyl if we actually worked to do it.
00:24:30.980 We could severely limit it.
00:24:32.660 We could stop terrorists from being released into our country.
00:24:35.560 We could stop criminals from being released into our country.
00:24:38.060 We can then get busy using ICE to go round up those folks, which this administration has basically gutted ICE, right?
00:24:46.120 We can't even use ICE right now to go extricate criminals from the United States.
00:24:50.140 So I think people need to understand specifically what we would do and specifically what they would do.
00:24:56.560 Am I missing anything in any of that characterization?
00:24:59.020 No, look, and, you know, Steve, your former guest said something that I wrote down is we may not recover based based just on what the chaos and lawlessness that they've infused into our country the past three and a half years.
00:25:13.420 Chip, I'm concerned we may not be able to recover.
00:25:16.800 We have untold number of criminals in our country.
00:25:20.720 We have untold number of national security threats in our country.
00:25:23.580 And we have drugs in our country, enough fentanyl to kill every single American in this country multiple times over.
00:25:30.300 So as of today, I'm concerned about our ability to recover from three and a half years of damage.
00:25:35.880 If Harris gets back to the White House, her own rhetoric, her own comment gives us nothing but an indicator that she will continue these policies.
00:25:45.620 And if that's the case, our nation will not recover from four more years of this unmanageable, intentional, unmitigated chaos and lawless at our borders.
00:25:55.020 There's just a couple of contrasts.
00:25:56.560 Again, Harris, she supports widespread amnesty.
00:26:01.300 Trump supports widespread removal of those who are in the country illegally.
00:26:04.940 That Vice President Harris has been fully supportive of dismantling ICE.
00:26:11.340 She actually said that entering the country illegally is not a crime.
00:26:15.800 Those are her own words.
00:26:17.400 And of course, we know that on day one, President Trump is not just going to give us the policies we need, but also the resources we need.
00:26:26.380 And again, H.R. 2, I'm hoping that you're going to be there and you're going to be leading the fight, Chip.
00:26:31.760 We need the elements of H.R. 2.
00:26:33.720 We need Republicans to finally come out of the shadows and be strong and show some political courage and will and get the policy across the finish line because resources are not the sole answer.
00:26:44.740 We need both resources and a policy.
00:26:47.540 And I'm telling you, President Trump gets us because that's exactly what he did when he was president.
00:26:51.420 No, Mark, that's exactly right.
00:26:54.480 And we need to have Republicans who stop giving excuses.
00:26:56.620 I'm already hearing Republicans say, but, Chip, we're not going to have 60 votes in the Senate.
00:27:00.180 Enough of that.
00:27:01.260 We have an obligation to go give President Trump the tools he needs to get this done.
00:27:05.280 No excuses.
00:27:06.160 No excuses.
00:27:06.880 On January 20th, next year, we get busy and Congress should act immediately.
00:27:10.600 And along those lines, could you expand and add to whatever you're about to say?
00:27:15.540 We keep hearing people try to hide behind this ridiculous so-called bipartisan bill in January.
00:27:20.820 Can you please decimate?
00:27:22.100 I know the audience roughly gets it, but remind them because they keep hearing it, that this would have codified.
00:27:26.860 It would have codified the disastrous Biden-Harris-Mayorkas policies.
00:27:31.620 It would have codified releases, codified the asylum policies, codified the abuse of the laws to release people to the United States.
00:27:39.140 It's a fake bill that we were right to oppose.
00:27:43.760 And President Trump came out and dropped the hammer on it, thankfully, and killed it in the cradle before he was able to get out.
00:27:50.220 Chip, that's exactly right.
00:27:51.260 I couldn't have said it better myself.
00:27:52.200 Look, we all, everyone that understands what we need with respect to secure borders that we've just outlined here in the past couple of minutes was not contained in what I call the Lankford bill.
00:28:04.380 It was not a serious border security bill at all.
00:28:07.840 What was was H.R. 2 that we discussed, that the House passed back in March.
00:28:13.320 It's been over a year.
00:28:15.280 And so this is the big lie that gets me frustrated, this administration.
00:28:18.240 They keep talking about the Lankford bill as a bipartisan bill.
00:28:21.740 Again, it was a joke.
00:28:22.780 But they failed to mention the H.R. 2.
00:28:24.760 It was the strongest piece of border security legislation that's ever been passed in either chamber of Congress, I believe, in our lifetime.
00:28:32.720 And it went across on the Senate side, and Chuck Schumer threw it in the trash can, refused to even put it on the floor for discussion.
00:28:38.960 So if the Republicans wanted this, the immigration and the border crisis, this so-called issue from November,
00:28:45.120 then why did they pass the strongest piece of border security legislation in our lifetime?
00:28:50.740 If the Senate would have actually passed it and the president signed it back in March, Chip, I don't think we'd be having this discussion,
00:28:58.160 because I think 80 percent of the chaos and lawlessness would have been stopped if H.R. 2 would have been on the floor and it would have passed.
00:29:04.940 So, Mark, I've got about three minutes for the next break, and I'm going to have my friend Victoria Coates.
00:29:12.300 I think you know Victoria.
00:29:13.460 She's a former deputy national security advisor for President Trump, an expert on Middle East policy and foreign affairs.
00:29:20.380 You were in the FBI for a number of years before you worked in Border Patrol and worked in Homeland Security.
00:29:27.980 Can you lay out the concern that you have, that I know you have, and that I have, about the dangers posed to our country
00:29:38.500 because of what we're seeing with these wide-open borders and the release of millions of people in the United States from all over the world?
00:29:46.380 I mean, again, those terrorist watch lists, I mean, the number of people that they came from, the countries that they came from,
00:29:51.900 36 different countries, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, these are not our best buddies, right?
00:30:01.180 These are not our friends, and yet you have 36 countries, 99 terrorist watch lists, people released into the United States.
00:30:07.600 We don't even know in the gotaways.
00:30:09.620 You watch what's happening in the United Kingdom, right?
00:30:12.740 You watch what's happening in London.
00:30:14.500 You watch what's happening in Europe.
00:30:16.660 Western Europe and Western civilization are under attack.
00:30:20.560 Our country is under attack.
00:30:23.460 Now, in your experience in the FBI, but even a step beyond that, as an American, culturally, in terms of who we are as a country,
00:30:30.960 do you agree that our way of life is under assault and that if we don't act now, if we don't win this election?
00:30:37.120 But here's the important part.
00:30:38.420 If we win the election, deliver in January.
00:30:42.200 Congress has to stand behind President Trump and deliver to secure the border.
00:30:46.820 And with this minute and a half, can you expand on that?
00:30:48.680 I appreciate you, my friend.
00:30:49.440 Yeah, look, if Congress doesn't do their job, we're going to keep – it's going to be rinse and repeat.
00:30:55.200 Anytime there's a change in administration, everything that was inactive in the executive order is going to be undone.
00:31:01.500 So Congress needs to get off their ass and do their job once and for all with this border.
00:31:04.960 But look, to your perspective right now, just listen to the national security threat real quick, is that the terrorist organization, their commitment to bring harm to our homeland is alive and well.
00:31:15.340 In fact, you know, the director of the FBI says he sees blinking red lights every single day.
00:31:20.760 He has warned us repeatedly about the national security vulnerabilities of the open border.
00:31:25.780 D.H.'s own report says the terrorist organization are looking to exploit the invasion level of illegal immigration crossing our border.
00:31:33.260 The issue isn't if or when the national security threat comes to our country.
00:31:37.100 Chip, it's already here.
00:31:38.900 And this administration is sticking their head in the sand at the end of the day, and we know why.
00:31:43.160 This is about votes.
00:31:44.260 That's all this is about.
00:31:45.160 It's about perpetual political power, and they're jeopardizing our nation's safety and national security to get it.
00:31:52.720 Well, Mark, thanks for all you've done to defend our country.
00:31:55.340 Thanks for your service in the FBI.
00:31:56.660 Thanks for your service as the head of Border Patrol.
00:31:59.120 Thanks for what you're doing now.
00:32:00.480 If you all don't know it, he's a great ally.
00:32:02.260 He's out there working alongside our good friend, mutual friend, Tom Homan and others to make sure we get President Trump reelected.
00:32:08.780 But importantly, let's have the policies in place that we know we need to have in place once we get back in power in January.
00:32:14.460 We need to actually do our job.
00:32:16.300 Mark, God bless you.
00:32:17.540 See you soon, brother.
00:32:21.740 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:32:27.480 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:32:31.980 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:32:39.480 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:32:53.180 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:33:01.100 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:33:11.960 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:33:17.380 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:33:30.040 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:33:35.600 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:33:37.600 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:33:42.020 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:33:47.380 Well, good morning, friends.
00:33:50.480 Again, great to be sitting temporarily in the chair that Steve Bannon has been sitting in to fight for you.
00:33:56.260 And now he's fighting for you from a prison cell because he loves his country and he knows what's important in fighting tyranny.
00:34:01.620 And I've got a dear friend, Victoria Coates, who serves as Deputy National Security Advisor for President Trump.
00:34:08.860 She is an art historian.
00:34:10.200 She is a lover of baseball, even though it's the Phillies.
00:34:12.640 We'll forgive that part.
00:34:13.480 But she's a good friend and she's an expert on Middle East policy, but importantly, just generally on national security policy.
00:34:20.480 And I want Victoria, especially on the heels of that great conversation we just had with Mark Morgan about the danger being posed to our country.
00:34:27.160 And again, we set this whole thing up talking about this being a worldview election, right?
00:34:31.840 That we have different worldviews, okay?
00:34:34.060 And I started with my friend Steve Dace talking about that.
00:34:36.300 We now talk to Mark Morgan about the border issue and how it is purposeful.
00:34:39.920 They are using the law, they are abusing the law to purposely release people into the United States and transform our country.
00:34:46.400 That's what's happening.
00:34:47.300 We see it in real time.
00:34:48.640 We just had 100 people on the terrorist watch list releasing the United States from countries from all over the world, not our friends, right?
00:34:54.440 Yemen, Afghanistan, from all over the place.
00:34:56.880 And so my question for you, Victoria, is you're a student of this.
00:35:02.100 You're a historian and you know Western civilization.
00:35:04.900 You know Europe.
00:35:06.220 We've got this article where Tim Waltz, the first big decision that Kamala Harris makes is to pick Tim Waltz, an avowed socialist, putting aside his dubious military background and the stuff that's been going on with those questions.
00:35:19.740 He repeatedly hosted a Muslim cleric who celebrated October 7th and shared a pro-Hitler website link.
00:35:25.700 That article is out and about.
00:35:26.920 He has been open in what he's talking about, praising Ilhan Omar, saying, oh, I'm just, I get all emotional thinking about that we have Ilhan Omar in Congress.
00:35:35.200 Yeah, well, so do I, but for different reasons and from a different perspective.
00:35:38.480 Victoria, can you expand on the danger posed to our country with what's happening in this march against Western civilization, what we're seeing unfold on the streets of the United Kingdom, what we're seeing in Western Europe,
00:35:49.240 and that that's coming to America if we don't act right now, this year, in this worldview election?
00:35:56.820 Well, Chip, great to be with you.
00:35:58.800 I wish it were for different circumstances.
00:36:00.980 I wish Steve were on vacation rather than, as you said, fighting for us from a prison cell.
00:36:05.400 I was honored to serve with him in the Trump administration, in President Trump's White House, and there's no one who fights harder for the American people.
00:36:13.500 So, Steve, we're thinking about you and praying for your safety.
00:36:16.980 The issue you raise is critical, and I'm proud to have Mark as a colleague at the Heritage Foundation.
00:36:22.660 And one point I'd make about how we approach the border issue just generally is that for the left, this is some kind of abstract social experiment.
00:36:31.420 For the right, for conservatives, this is an issue of national security, which is why our president, Dr. Kevin Roberts, put the border and immigration group into the Davis Institute,
00:36:42.500 into the national security element of the Heritage Foundation.
00:36:46.620 And I think that is the critical distinction.
00:36:48.700 We understand what is happening to our country.
00:36:51.420 And you look at Governor Walz and his record.
00:36:54.100 This isn't just an anti-Semitic issue, which it was.
00:36:57.220 The only reason they didn't pick Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, is because he's Jewish and because their base tends very anti-Semitic.
00:37:04.520 But this goes a step further.
00:37:06.160 By choosing Walz, you're actually going with somebody who is pro-Islamist.
00:37:11.300 And, you know, this radical cleric that's in the Washington Examiner today, Assad Zaman, is somebody who is very much part of the Ilhan Omar crowd in Minneapolis.
00:37:22.800 This is the very heavily Somali population that is highly radicalized.
00:37:29.860 And they are going to pander to this base.
00:37:32.160 They are not going to do anything to secure our border and to prevent additional terrorists from coming into our country.
00:37:38.540 And that's when things start to fall apart.
00:37:40.320 And we are seeing it in real time in Europe.
00:37:42.520 I mean, fingers crossed we get through the next 48 hours of the Olympics in Paris without a major incident.
00:37:49.520 But that's really by the grace of God, because we see what's happening in the United Kingdom.
00:37:54.100 We see the terror plots against Taylor Swift, of all people, in Vienna.
00:37:59.600 These people are coming for us.
00:38:01.280 And if we don't take action, as you say, in November, if we don't pay attention to this election, you know, we are going to be too far gone to recover.
00:38:10.320 So, this march of Islam through Western Europe, the United Kingdom, if I understand correctly, if I remember right, it's about 6% Muslim, about 4 million.
00:38:27.500 And France is a lot higher.
00:38:30.940 Now, we're nowhere near those kinds of numbers here.
00:38:33.440 But what would you make of what that means for the direction of our country in terms of making policies, right?
00:38:41.660 From Sharia law to the way we structure our society, right?
00:38:46.140 We just had a rack where we had thousands of our brave men and women go fight for – because our government asked them to.
00:38:55.380 And we just had a rack vote to allow 9-year-old girls to get married, right?
00:39:01.840 I mean, I just – I can't – I'm just beside myself that this is actually a thing and that, you know, we have people over there fighting and dying so that we can leave that as the legacy.
00:39:13.140 My point there is that's what's coming to Western Europe, right?
00:39:17.500 That's what's coming our direction.
00:39:18.780 So the question here is, what do you think as we look forward and we're looking ahead to January, we know how radical Kamala Harris is.
00:39:27.600 We know how radical Waltz is.
00:39:29.660 But crystallize for the listener here what you think is at stake for our country as it relates to our national security and the extent to which the globe is destabilized.
00:39:42.500 But it's not just random.
00:39:44.860 It's not just random.
00:39:46.000 It is purposeful.
00:39:47.560 It's driven.
00:39:48.180 There is an entire march on the way against our way of life.
00:39:52.640 Oh, absolutely.
00:39:54.180 And, you know, Vice President Harris and now Governor Waltz really represent this radical difference in approach.
00:40:00.960 And one thing that's really struck me, Chip, is coming up over the course of the next couple of months between September 14th and October 7th.
00:40:09.060 So just a three-week, basically, period.
00:40:11.520 We're going to mark two really critical anniversaries, which I think can crystallize this difference in the minds of your listeners, which is on September 14th.
00:40:20.920 We will have the five-year anniversary of the signing of the Abraham Accords on the lawn of the White House.
00:40:26.440 So I was honored to be there to play a small part in setting those deals up.
00:40:30.160 The first peace deals between Israel, Bahrain, UAE, two, obviously, Muslim-majority nations.
00:40:36.620 The first peace deals in 25 years, in a quarter century, such a joyful day, even in the midst of COVID, to have peace breaking out.
00:40:44.380 That was the result of the four years that President Trump was in office.
00:40:48.000 Then, fast forward three weeks to October 7th.
00:40:50.900 We will have the one-year anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in Israel's history, which also killed dozens of Americans, some of whom are actually still being held hostage, and I expect will be on that one-year anniversary, including Americans.
00:41:05.820 And so this is the difference in policy.
00:41:09.060 You can either stand strongly with Israel.
00:41:11.620 And one of the things I worked with Steve on was moving the embassy.
00:41:15.600 Well, Victoria, thank you, and that was one of the great wins of the Trump administration.
00:41:21.920 Thank you for your service in the Trump administration.
00:41:24.080 Thank you for what you did, along with President Trump, to make sure that we were living in a peaceful world, peace through strength, not endless wars.
00:41:31.920 Have a strong military sparingly used.
00:41:34.300 Make sure you send that signal around the world, and that is how you make things work.
00:41:38.000 God bless you, Victoria, and thank you.
