Learn English with Donald Trump. President Donald Trump speaks at the War Room in Washington, D.C. on the heels of Steve Bannon's release from prison. Trump urges Americans to pray for the former White House Chief Strategist and Strategist.
00:18:45.520And I teed him up right before the break to talk about the extent to which it is a purposeful effort by Democrats that they've operationalized the release of people into the United States for the abuse of parole and asylum.
00:18:54.560Now, most of you know that because you're a smart audience, but I want him to be able to expand on what that means, why that matters.
00:19:01.380And then I'm going to go ahead and set up the next question, Mark, go right into it about from there, what does it mean electorally, right?
00:19:14.520We're going to get more of the same but worse.
00:19:16.080But what we would do, let's be very specific about what we would do, and I think you can expand on that pretty well.
00:19:22.300But if you can go ahead and fill in those holes.
00:19:24.740Yeah, real quick, Chip, before the commercial break, you were talking about exactly what the Biden-Harris team has done as of late especially.
00:19:33.160This is very important because you keep hearing how the numbers have gone down.
00:19:49.860They've applied that to four specific countries.
00:19:52.580In the past two years, they've allowed over 400,000 individuals from those four select countries to fly in to one of 45 different airports rather than illegally entering in between the ports of entry.
00:20:04.520And also at our southern border and our northern border, OFO now that oversees our ports of entry, they have seen an average of over 100,000 encounters every 30 days.
00:20:15.620That number used to hover around 15,000.
00:20:18.540So they're not doing anything to stem the flow of illegal immigration, Chip.
00:20:23.120So if we do what we're supposed to do this fall, so voters are out there, we're out working hard, and we get President Trump elected, and we get a Republican House and a Republican Senate, what would we expect?
00:20:37.020I mean, I'll lay out what my vision would be, right?
00:20:39.160That on day one, the president would reenact the Migrant Protection Protocols to Remain in Mexico program.
00:20:46.120We would immediately use whatever authorities we can under Title 42 or otherwise to stem the flow and stem the tide and stop any of the releases.
00:20:53.640We would immediately end the CBP1 app and the abuse of the parole.
00:20:57.100We would immediately end the abuse of asylum.
00:20:59.520We'd immediately set out to expand what ICE has and get ICE more money to do the removals that need to be done.
00:21:05.220You start with criminals, and you start with anybody that you need to get out of this country, and you start working through the process, and you immediately need to pass legislation to make this permanent and to give the president greater tools.
00:21:16.340It's not enough just to rely on the president.
00:21:18.500Congress has to do its damn job and secure the border, and we set that up with H.R. 2.
00:21:37.300The way to solve this is just to look at the shelf and pull off the binder that says Trump Air Border Security Plan and reinstitute it with an injection of steroids, and you just laid that out.
00:21:47.140Because what you just described is the strategy of the overarching strategy of deterrence and consequence.
00:21:55.340And then within that is a couple of additional areas.
00:21:58.920The way we achieve that is through the application of resources and policy.
00:22:03.440That's exactly why we were building the wall system.
00:22:06.000That's exactly why we were instituting, as you just mentioned, the Remain in Mexico program, and we were aggressively pursuing removal of those who are in the country illegally.
00:22:14.600Now, when you look to VP Harris during her time under this administration, what's been her stance?
00:22:21.540She's fully supported and fully defended stopping wall construction, ending the Remain in Mexico program, and she has been a strong supporter of widespread amnesty instead of widespread removal.
00:22:34.680So with Harris sitting in the White House, what you're going to get is you're not going to get to push for a sanctuary city or a sanctuary state.
00:22:41.920We're going to be a sanctuary country, Chip.
00:22:46.900So, Mark, this is the most important issue for us in Texas.
00:22:51.140I think it is arguably the most important issue for everybody across the country with the possibility of possible exception of the inflation damage being done to the average American, American dream, the cost of housing.
00:23:00.860But I think we need to make sure that people understand that what you just said, right?
00:23:06.780Compare Harris and compare now Waltz, now that he's the vice presidential nominee, and then what their record has been, right, and what they would do.
00:23:17.480So let's go down that list real quick.
00:23:19.260On day one, you said declare a national emergency and execute on it.
00:23:24.020Now, Kamala Harris has been the border czar now for almost four years, so Kamala Harris wouldn't do that, right?
00:23:28.740Number two, in that national emergency declaration, you would immediately reinstate Remain in Mexico program, the migrant protection protocols.
00:23:36.900You would do what you need to do to stop the flow, immediately end the abuse of parole, immediately end the abuse of asylum, and do what you need to do, including the use of Title 42 or any other expansive executive powers.
00:23:48.180Now, to be clear, not only would Kamala Harris not do that, Kamala Harris would be, along with Waltz and along with whoever she would pick, maybe including maintaining Secretary Mayorkas, would continue these disastrous policies.
00:24:02.040So again, we have a night and day worldview election coming up in November.
00:24:06.020And we've got to understand, because people get frustrated, and they go out and they don't know what to say or do.
00:24:11.300They say, look, this is something you can say to the people when you're at your church or with your family at the dinner table, when you're out talking to, you know, people in the community.
00:24:19.720You can walk them through very clearly what a Trump administration would do to preserve and protect their country.
00:24:26.460The fentanyl deaths, we could end the flow of fentanyl if we actually worked to do it.
00:24:32.660We could stop terrorists from being released into our country.
00:24:35.560We could stop criminals from being released into our country.
00:24:38.060We can then get busy using ICE to go round up those folks, which this administration has basically gutted ICE, right?
00:24:46.120We can't even use ICE right now to go extricate criminals from the United States.
00:24:50.140So I think people need to understand specifically what we would do and specifically what they would do.
00:24:56.560Am I missing anything in any of that characterization?
00:24:59.020No, look, and, you know, Steve, your former guest said something that I wrote down is we may not recover based based just on what the chaos and lawlessness that they've infused into our country the past three and a half years.
00:25:13.420Chip, I'm concerned we may not be able to recover.
00:25:16.800We have untold number of criminals in our country.
00:25:20.720We have untold number of national security threats in our country.
00:25:23.580And we have drugs in our country, enough fentanyl to kill every single American in this country multiple times over.
00:25:30.300So as of today, I'm concerned about our ability to recover from three and a half years of damage.
00:25:35.880If Harris gets back to the White House, her own rhetoric, her own comment gives us nothing but an indicator that she will continue these policies.
00:25:45.620And if that's the case, our nation will not recover from four more years of this unmanageable, intentional, unmitigated chaos and lawless at our borders.
00:26:33.720We need Republicans to finally come out of the shadows and be strong and show some political courage and will and get the policy across the finish line because resources are not the sole answer.
00:27:51.260I couldn't have said it better myself.
00:27:52.200Look, we all, everyone that understands what we need with respect to secure borders that we've just outlined here in the past couple of minutes was not contained in what I call the Lankford bill.
00:28:04.380It was not a serious border security bill at all.
00:28:07.840What was was H.R. 2 that we discussed, that the House passed back in March.
00:28:22.780But they failed to mention the H.R. 2.
00:28:24.760It was the strongest piece of border security legislation that's ever been passed in either chamber of Congress, I believe, in our lifetime.
00:28:32.720And it went across on the Senate side, and Chuck Schumer threw it in the trash can, refused to even put it on the floor for discussion.
00:28:38.960So if the Republicans wanted this, the immigration and the border crisis, this so-called issue from November,
00:28:45.120then why did they pass the strongest piece of border security legislation in our lifetime?
00:28:50.740If the Senate would have actually passed it and the president signed it back in March, Chip, I don't think we'd be having this discussion,
00:28:58.160because I think 80 percent of the chaos and lawlessness would have been stopped if H.R. 2 would have been on the floor and it would have passed.
00:29:04.940So, Mark, I've got about three minutes for the next break, and I'm going to have my friend Victoria Coates.
00:29:13.460She's a former deputy national security advisor for President Trump, an expert on Middle East policy and foreign affairs.
00:29:20.380You were in the FBI for a number of years before you worked in Border Patrol and worked in Homeland Security.
00:29:27.980Can you lay out the concern that you have, that I know you have, and that I have, about the dangers posed to our country
00:29:38.500because of what we're seeing with these wide-open borders and the release of millions of people in the United States from all over the world?
00:29:46.380I mean, again, those terrorist watch lists, I mean, the number of people that they came from, the countries that they came from,
00:29:51.90036 different countries, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, these are not our best buddies, right?
00:30:01.180These are not our friends, and yet you have 36 countries, 99 terrorist watch lists, people released into the United States.
00:30:49.440Yeah, look, if Congress doesn't do their job, we're going to keep – it's going to be rinse and repeat.
00:30:55.200Anytime there's a change in administration, everything that was inactive in the executive order is going to be undone.
00:31:01.500So Congress needs to get off their ass and do their job once and for all with this border.
00:31:04.960But look, to your perspective right now, just listen to the national security threat real quick, is that the terrorist organization, their commitment to bring harm to our homeland is alive and well.
00:31:15.340In fact, you know, the director of the FBI says he sees blinking red lights every single day.
00:31:20.760He has warned us repeatedly about the national security vulnerabilities of the open border.
00:31:25.780D.H.'s own report says the terrorist organization are looking to exploit the invasion level of illegal immigration crossing our border.
00:31:33.260The issue isn't if or when the national security threat comes to our country.
00:32:21.740I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:32:27.480First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:32:31.980This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:32:39.480Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:32:53.180In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:33:01.100If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:33:11.960I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:33:17.380Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:33:30.040Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:34:13.480But she's a good friend and she's an expert on Middle East policy, but importantly, just generally on national security policy.
00:34:20.480And I want Victoria, especially on the heels of that great conversation we just had with Mark Morgan about the danger being posed to our country.
00:34:27.160And again, we set this whole thing up talking about this being a worldview election, right?
00:34:31.840That we have different worldviews, okay?
00:34:34.060And I started with my friend Steve Dace talking about that.
00:34:36.300We now talk to Mark Morgan about the border issue and how it is purposeful.
00:34:39.920They are using the law, they are abusing the law to purposely release people into the United States and transform our country.
00:34:48.640We just had 100 people on the terrorist watch list releasing the United States from countries from all over the world, not our friends, right?
00:34:54.440Yemen, Afghanistan, from all over the place.
00:34:56.880And so my question for you, Victoria, is you're a student of this.
00:35:02.100You're a historian and you know Western civilization.
00:35:06.220We've got this article where Tim Waltz, the first big decision that Kamala Harris makes is to pick Tim Waltz, an avowed socialist, putting aside his dubious military background and the stuff that's been going on with those questions.
00:35:19.740He repeatedly hosted a Muslim cleric who celebrated October 7th and shared a pro-Hitler website link.
00:35:26.920He has been open in what he's talking about, praising Ilhan Omar, saying, oh, I'm just, I get all emotional thinking about that we have Ilhan Omar in Congress.
00:35:35.200Yeah, well, so do I, but for different reasons and from a different perspective.
00:35:38.480Victoria, can you expand on the danger posed to our country with what's happening in this march against Western civilization, what we're seeing unfold on the streets of the United Kingdom, what we're seeing in Western Europe,
00:35:49.240and that that's coming to America if we don't act right now, this year, in this worldview election?
00:35:58.800I wish it were for different circumstances.
00:36:00.980I wish Steve were on vacation rather than, as you said, fighting for us from a prison cell.
00:36:05.400I was honored to serve with him in the Trump administration, in President Trump's White House, and there's no one who fights harder for the American people.
00:36:13.500So, Steve, we're thinking about you and praying for your safety.
00:36:16.980The issue you raise is critical, and I'm proud to have Mark as a colleague at the Heritage Foundation.
00:36:22.660And one point I'd make about how we approach the border issue just generally is that for the left, this is some kind of abstract social experiment.
00:36:31.420For the right, for conservatives, this is an issue of national security, which is why our president, Dr. Kevin Roberts, put the border and immigration group into the Davis Institute,
00:36:42.500into the national security element of the Heritage Foundation.
00:36:46.620And I think that is the critical distinction.
00:36:48.700We understand what is happening to our country.
00:36:51.420And you look at Governor Walz and his record.
00:36:54.100This isn't just an anti-Semitic issue, which it was.
00:36:57.220The only reason they didn't pick Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, is because he's Jewish and because their base tends very anti-Semitic.
00:37:06.160By choosing Walz, you're actually going with somebody who is pro-Islamist.
00:37:11.300And, you know, this radical cleric that's in the Washington Examiner today, Assad Zaman, is somebody who is very much part of the Ilhan Omar crowd in Minneapolis.
00:37:22.800This is the very heavily Somali population that is highly radicalized.
00:37:29.860And they are going to pander to this base.
00:37:32.160They are not going to do anything to secure our border and to prevent additional terrorists from coming into our country.
00:37:38.540And that's when things start to fall apart.
00:37:40.320And we are seeing it in real time in Europe.
00:37:42.520I mean, fingers crossed we get through the next 48 hours of the Olympics in Paris without a major incident.
00:37:49.520But that's really by the grace of God, because we see what's happening in the United Kingdom.
00:37:54.100We see the terror plots against Taylor Swift, of all people, in Vienna.
00:38:01.280And if we don't take action, as you say, in November, if we don't pay attention to this election, you know, we are going to be too far gone to recover.
00:38:10.320So, this march of Islam through Western Europe, the United Kingdom, if I understand correctly, if I remember right, it's about 6% Muslim, about 4 million.
00:38:30.940Now, we're nowhere near those kinds of numbers here.
00:38:33.440But what would you make of what that means for the direction of our country in terms of making policies, right?
00:38:41.660From Sharia law to the way we structure our society, right?
00:38:46.140We just had a rack where we had thousands of our brave men and women go fight for – because our government asked them to.
00:38:55.380And we just had a rack vote to allow 9-year-old girls to get married, right?
00:39:01.840I mean, I just – I can't – I'm just beside myself that this is actually a thing and that, you know, we have people over there fighting and dying so that we can leave that as the legacy.
00:39:13.140My point there is that's what's coming to Western Europe, right?
00:39:29.660But crystallize for the listener here what you think is at stake for our country as it relates to our national security and the extent to which the globe is destabilized.
00:39:54.180And, you know, Vice President Harris and now Governor Waltz really represent this radical difference in approach.
00:40:00.960And one thing that's really struck me, Chip, is coming up over the course of the next couple of months between September 14th and October 7th.
00:40:09.060So just a three-week, basically, period.
00:40:11.520We're going to mark two really critical anniversaries, which I think can crystallize this difference in the minds of your listeners, which is on September 14th.
00:40:20.920We will have the five-year anniversary of the signing of the Abraham Accords on the lawn of the White House.
00:40:26.440So I was honored to be there to play a small part in setting those deals up.
00:40:30.160The first peace deals between Israel, Bahrain, UAE, two, obviously, Muslim-majority nations.
00:40:36.620The first peace deals in 25 years, in a quarter century, such a joyful day, even in the midst of COVID, to have peace breaking out.
00:40:44.380That was the result of the four years that President Trump was in office.
00:40:48.000Then, fast forward three weeks to October 7th.
00:40:50.900We will have the one-year anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in Israel's history, which also killed dozens of Americans, some of whom are actually still being held hostage, and I expect will be on that one-year anniversary, including Americans.
00:41:05.820And so this is the difference in policy.
00:41:09.060You can either stand strongly with Israel.
00:41:11.620And one of the things I worked with Steve on was moving the embassy.
00:41:15.600Well, Victoria, thank you, and that was one of the great wins of the Trump administration.
00:41:21.920Thank you for your service in the Trump administration.
00:41:24.080Thank you for what you did, along with President Trump, to make sure that we were living in a peaceful world, peace through strength, not endless wars.
00:41:31.920Have a strong military sparingly used.
00:41:34.300Make sure you send that signal around the world, and that is how you make things work.
00:41:38.000God bless you, Victoria, and thank you.
00:41:39.200Tax season is over, and for the IRS, that means collection season is on.
00:41:48.100They've got an army of agents targeting hard-working Americans just like you.
00:41:52.800So if you owe back taxes, you need to know about Tax Network USA.
00:41:57.880Tax Network USA has brilliant strategies to resolve your IRS problems quickly and in your favor.
