Tina Peters has been found not guilty of 7 of the 10 counts against her in the case against her. She will be sentenced in October, but not before she gets a chance to appeal the charges and clear her name.
00:09:37.800I think there are three misdemeanors and four felonies that you have been convicted of.
00:09:42.380But in terms of the time frame for an appeal, are you likely to have to go to prison whilst the appeal works out?
00:09:51.260Or will you be allowed to remain free and concentrate with your lawyers on this judicial process with the threat of imprisonment hanging over your head in the background?
00:10:03.940Well, right now I'm I'm free until sentencing.
00:10:08.800But, you know, who knows what these people?
00:10:11.080I mean, they haven't followed the law.
00:10:14.960So it's hard to predict what they'll do.
00:10:21.720And so the things that were done in this trial that people can go back and watch on Frank's speech was just atrocious.
00:10:29.960I mean, people can see it for themselves.
00:10:32.240Unfortunately, the jury was not allowed to see what was going on.
00:10:36.680They were very shielded from the facts of this case, from the defense of this case and witnesses that should have been able to present in my defense.
00:10:48.200So, you know, only only I mean, we're going to continue to fight this in the in the law.
00:10:55.460And in the meantime, until they either kill me or put me in prison, you know, I'm going to keep speaking out about the injustice, about what's going on in these big multinational global corporations that are that have these vote flipping software.
00:13:00.660So people need to go back and watch the trial and see for themselves the kind of travesty that this trial was.
00:13:09.000And and I believe we, you know, in the Court of Appeals that we are going to, you know, hopefully get a fair shake and we'll keep fighting.
00:13:17.560And I'll let you know more as things unfold this week.
00:13:22.580And I correctly understood that you have made and are making all of the evidence that you would have presented in court.
00:13:29.480Your witnesses would have testified to all of that will be publicly available.
00:13:35.580OK, I think it's important, I think, for investigative journalists of all political persuasions to be able to access what you were astonishingly denied ability to present in court and make their own conclusions.
00:13:52.720It seems to me, Tina, that beyond this now, beyond the Court of Appeal, you're you're you're aiming also pretty substantially to the court of public opinion, which is important.
00:14:04.880I've just come to myself here in Italy, a four year criminal case where I was the defendant.
00:14:10.460I was I was totally exonerated, even by the prosecution itself.
00:14:14.560But four years, it can it can take a lot out of you.
00:14:18.120Tina, briefly, where do people go once again to stay in touch with your developments and the information that you were mentioning just also a moment ago?
00:14:32.560That's the Web site where people can watch the movie selection code of of how this all started.
00:14:39.600You can also read the reports on there.
00:14:42.180I would encourage you to reach out to people like Elon Musk, to to to people that could actually look at the look at the images themselves.
00:16:25.160I know you've got a lot to deal with now in the next 24, 48 hours, absorbing the details of this conviction from yesterday.
00:16:34.800Will you come back on the show when your lawyers are in a position to furnish you with a little more detail on what the time frame for the appeals process will be and how that might interact with the sentencing set for the 3rd of October?
00:16:57.160If people want to go on and look at the Patrick Byrne docket in D.C., that's where a lot of information that they're withholding that can exonerate me as far as the connection.
00:17:09.660I haven't seen any of it, but I'm assured that it's there and needs to come out.
00:17:36.060You can look at the and if you're if you're able to donate to the as you can imagine, the deep state has all the money in the world to go after you and hoping that you'll back down, that you'll give up and you'll go away.
00:17:52.260Well, I know, Tiss, that a lot of U.S. media has been desperately trying to get in touch with you since this this conviction result came out yesterday.
00:18:03.360And so very grateful on behalf of the whole of the war room posse that you've you've come on to the show this morning to debrief us on your situation.
00:18:58.080But in Connecticut, we have been really pushing very hard with our information.
00:19:03.340We actually do the deep dive on people we believe violated election laws and also getting the deceased voters off the voter rolls.
00:19:12.520Well, the clean voter rolls is absolutely essential, I think, for the Trump campaign to be concentrating on, because, as we've been saying on the show for some time, the very people responsible largely for the stolen election in 2020 are still in place now.
00:19:29.920And if they stole it in 2020, they'll certainly try to steal it again, seeing as many of the principal people who tried to oppose this and fight this have suffered, you know, which had Tina Peterson, for example, but Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, President Trump himself.
00:19:46.700They've all been hit with politically motivated court cases of one form or another.
00:19:53.220So, as I say, to repeat this point, if they try to do it in 2020, they'll certainly try to do it again in 2024.
00:19:59.820Looking at your figures here, some of the things that you've uncovered, Connecticut, right, deceased voters, you found 7,758 on the voter rolls, 2,450 in Florida, 703 in Arizona.
00:20:15.440You know, these are the, Arizona specifically is going to be tight, it's a swing state, could have massive impact, could decide the future of 2024.
00:20:23.880But I've got the whole list here, a lot that you've uncovered.
00:20:29.720Are you satisfied, Linda, that work is being done on cleaning up the voter rolls in the time left, the three and a half months left?
00:20:45.380It is unbelievable that when we actually present information, say, of a deceased voter that's voting, and we prove that they have been deceased, that they're not being removed from Connecticut voter rolls.
00:20:59.600We still have 524 here in Connecticut that we gave 100 percent evidence the person's been deceased, and they're still on the voter rolls.
00:21:08.900Florida has the Lazarus effect with the deceased voters.
00:21:13.740You know, granted, we only have sent in 2,500 deceased.
00:21:17.120We have another 600 we're going to be sending out this week.
00:21:20.680But the fact is, not only are they active, but they're voting.
00:21:25.060In Connecticut, 524 deceased voters in 2020 voted, some of them even in person.
00:21:34.320So we are trying to force the secretary of state to actually do the registrar's job, because here in Connecticut, we have registrar voters.
00:21:43.980Other states have election officials, et cetera.
00:21:50.300We're really pushing hard on the double voters and getting the evidence on those.
00:21:56.840As a matter of fact, I just delivered to the FBI last week in North Carolina, West Virginia, and Maryland evidence of the double voters that voted in federal elections.
00:22:08.380Because we need people to know there are going to be consequences if you double vote, and there's hundreds of thousands of people that are double registered across the country, and you should only be registered in one location.
00:22:22.960I mean, that's where you actually live.
00:22:24.500So multiple laws are being violated, but we're finding ways around it, and you're going to be hearing our voice very loudly over the next three to four weeks on issues that we've tried to be nice and help everybody out, but they've got to stop ignoring us.
00:23:23.980What you can do, first of all, is go to our website, and where it says request data, send us in the information on what county you want the information on for the double-registered double voters,
00:23:36.600and we will send that information to you within 24 to 48 hours.
00:24:27.520It basically puts it in the hands of the we, the people, with the evidence to be able to go to a superior court judge who shall issue the arrest warrant.
00:24:36.980And that's what we're in the court over right now with, again, Wanda the Ballot Stuffer.
00:24:42.220It's very difficult here in Connecticut.
00:24:51.160But you couldn't tell because of all the fraudulent registrations that we have here in Connecticut.
00:24:57.280Linda, I realize this next question might be difficult because I suppose, like everyone else, you only got on to studying the election integrity issue more deeply after 2020.
00:25:07.120So that a frame of reference of before that might be difficult.
00:25:10.140But tell me, what are you seeing instinctively?
00:25:14.760How great a fair is there, do you think, that elements within the regime, how successful do you think they might be?
00:25:23.220How alarmed are you, is what I'm trying to ask, with what you're seeing as you're going through these vote rules, that this election, that the people involved in stealing 2020 will try to steal 2024?
00:25:35.300Well, first of all, I actually started Fight Voter Fraud in 2018 because I had run for state rep here in Middletown, Connecticut, and I uncovered so much fraud, but I couldn't get any help from the chief state's attorney's office or even the feds at that time.
00:25:53.680So that's how it started, but this hasn't just started to happen.
00:25:59.460I would say at least back to 2008 is that a lot of the fraudulent stuff has been going on.
00:26:09.520And again, for 2020, our eyes were finally opened and we knew all the stuff that was happening.
00:27:28.640I know it's, you know, within the 90 days, but you can still, in some states, put up a little bit of a fight over the fact that you knew this person had died eight years ago.

00:32:07.980So we now have Jenny Beth Martin on the show.
00:32:11.140Now, for those of you that basically came into the America First movement, Jenny Beth was one of the leading lights of the Tea Party movement, sort of from 2008, perhaps a little bit before onwards.
00:32:27.200And I was a great fan of hers from a distance, watching what she was doing with Tea Party Patriots.
00:32:33.280Jenny Beth, it's a particular honour for me this morning to welcome you on to the show.
00:32:53.760What developments do you have that you've been working on recently for the Warren Posse today?
00:32:58.660Well, the state election board in Georgia made rule changes last week, and there are some that are in the rulemaking process that will come up again in their next meeting, which is on August the 19th, next Monday or Tuesday.
00:33:15.860And one of the changes that they have made is that they've changed the way that certification works in Georgia just slightly so that if you're on a state election board and you have or I'm sorry, on a county election board and you have concerns about what is going on in your county, you are able to address some of those concerns before you vote to certify.
00:33:42.040This this this becomes extremely important back in 2022 and the left and the liberals and MSNBC and others are complaining about these changes and they don't they don't like the changes.
00:33:55.880But this is really important to understand back in 2022 in the primary in Georgia in DeKalb County, Georgia, which is a very, very Democrat county, very Democrat leading county in the Democratic primary for county commissioner.
00:34:13.660There were several people on the ballot and a lady came in third place in in the results in the primary and whoever won this primary was ultimately going to go on and become or go to a runoff and then go on to become the county commissioner because it's a Democrat county.
00:34:32.240A Republican just really doesn't stand a chance there to to win.
00:34:36.080So this person came in third and she noticed that in her own precinct, she got zero votes and she knew that was wrong because she voted for herself and her husband voted for her.
00:34:46.620So she knew she had one for sure because she saw her ballot and she believed her husband.
00:34:51.360So unless he was lying to her for some crazy reason, she should have had two votes for herself out of her own precinct at a bare minimum.
00:35:01.500She brought the attention to the local election board.
00:35:04.620They looked through it and they realized that something just didn't seem right.
00:35:09.900And they ran the ballots through the counting machine again and they got the exact same results and they still thought something was wrong.
00:35:16.780So they wound up hand counting every ballot for her particular race.
00:35:22.640In the end, she actually came in first, not third.
00:35:26.920She went on to a runoff and she is now a sitting county commissioner.
00:35:30.480Now, here's where the rule change makes a real difference.
00:35:34.620The people who had to vote to certify that election, the county election board, were not 100 percent positive that all the rest of the races on the ballot with her race were correct.
00:35:47.640They just they couldn't be 100 percent certain and they had to trust the machine count, which they knew had already created a problem.
00:35:54.980But they were advised by their attorney that they had no choice but to vote to certify the election.
00:36:00.700If they don't actually have 100 percent confidence that what is happening is correct and they have evidence to back up their concerns for it, they should be able to take a step back and make sure it is correct before they certify.
00:36:15.980Once it's certified, you're in the hands of the court system.
00:36:19.260And we saw that did not work at all in 2020.
00:36:24.300So while the left and MSNBC is complaining about all of this, those races on the Democrat side in a county that is primarily a Democratic county, it matters in their primary who you've got to be able to trust the outcome.
00:36:39.400You have to be able to trust the outcome regardless of whether a Republican wins or a Democrat wins.
00:36:44.680Otherwise, we have no faith in our system, in our country, in America.
00:36:48.920It's supposed to be up to us through the consent of the people who will govern us.
00:36:53.920But if we can't trust that the system that is counting those votes is accurate, how can we be certain that the people who are governing us actually have our consent?
00:37:08.800Because these changes that came through the Georgia State Election Board, you support these changes.
00:37:16.120Now, a lot of people on the war following the show would have a great deal of suspicion when it comes to the GOP leadership in the state of Georgia.
00:37:29.540Governor Brian Kemp or Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, won't need any introduction.
00:37:35.420But they won't be on the top of many of our followers' Christmas card lists.
00:37:41.900You're obviously one of the original activists in this movement.
00:37:47.700How did it happen that these changes came about in a state that hasn't really been that welcoming to the America First Trump movement?
00:38:03.940Georgia is controlled by Republicans at the state level, though we have two Democrat senators right now.
00:38:11.200You have to take a step back and look at each issue individually, because with any politician there are going to be some things you agree on, some things you don't agree on.
00:38:20.580But these people who are on the state election board, there are people who are appointed by each political party, there are people who are appointed by the governor, and there are people who are appointed by the Speaker of the House.
00:38:33.260And recently, one of the members, the one who was appointed by the Speaker of the House, the Federalist reported that there seemed to be some possible issues with that particular member, because he apparently is paid by Fulton County to lobby for Fulton County, Georgia.
00:38:51.540And he finally resigned, which was a good thing, and the new person who was appointed to fill that position has sort of shifted the vote right now on the board.
00:39:07.760They're looking at things, they're looking at it objectively, and they're looking at what's going to be fair for both parties and what's going to be fair, most importantly, for the voters of Georgia.
00:39:19.360And so the board has recently shifted because of that one particular person.
00:39:24.740There's also a new chairman of the board.
00:39:27.340The chairman was, I believe, appointed by the governor, and he, I don't know him, but I don't think he's voting the way I would like him to vote.
00:39:35.880I know he's not voting the way I would like him to vote.
00:39:38.180But you've got three solid members on the board, and it's very important that the rules that they pass, that we are comfortable with those same rules,
00:39:46.960whether it's a Republican or a Democrat who's in charge of the state, that we can deal with those rules.
00:39:53.540And that's what I think is happening with this board, and that's good.
00:39:57.200One of the upcoming rules that's going through the rulemaking process that I think is very important,
00:40:02.420regardless of which side of the aisle you're on, is that before you close down a voting precinct,
00:40:08.700the people in the precinct have to count the number of ballots that were scanned and the total number of ballots that were scanned.
00:40:17.300That total number of ballots should match the counter that tells how many were scanned,
00:40:23.180and that should match the number of ballots that were issued when voters checked in to vote.
00:40:28.200All three of those numbers should match, and they should reconcile before they leave the precinct to take the ballots and the SD cards
00:40:37.040and everything else up to the county to be put into the final totals.
00:40:43.300It's a common-sense step that makes sense.
00:40:46.120You should make sure those things reconcile before you leave the precinct,
00:40:49.780and if they don't, try to figure out what went wrong,
00:40:52.480or at least you know that particular precinct does indeed have an issue.
00:46:50.300Mike Davis, just quickly for your reaction on this, and then we'll move on.
00:46:56.600But the fact that some of these charges can carry up to 22 years in prison, it's a serious thing.
00:47:06.140And Tina Peters, she alluded to it herself.
00:47:08.280I mean, she's not quite 70 yet, but this is a substantial knock for a person of any age to have to deal with, right?
00:47:19.660Do you have, from your legal perspective, do you have any first takes on this and what the system is trying to do to county election officials
00:47:30.660that are trying to guarantee an honest, fair election for 2024?
00:48:39.140I've been a Republican election observer in Colorado, a Republican lawyer since we went to all-mail ballots out here, and I've done it for five election cycles.
00:48:50.160These government officials should encourage people to look at the elections.
00:48:58.080They should want people to do this because it will bring confidence to our election system, and that's the problem.
00:49:05.180When you're trying to hide what you're doing, when you're trying to throw people in prison for trying to look at an election, to try to perform an audit of an election,
00:49:14.180that says more about the election than it says about the person who's trying to perform the audit, and that's what we're trying to do at the Article III project.
00:49:21.480This is the next battle in this Democrat lawfare and election interference.
00:49:27.520They tried to throw him in prison for life.
00:49:29.900They tried to take him off the ballots.
00:49:32.180When the Supreme Court stopped them, they're trying to destroy the Supreme Court now.
00:49:37.760And, oh, by the way, they underfunded Trump's Secret Service detail and almost had his head blown off, right?
00:49:42.720And so the next battle in this lawfare is election integrity.
00:49:46.580And what we're doing at the Article III project is we want to send a very strong signal to these Republican election observers, election officials, election lawyers, election lawyers, election officials, you better watch yourself.
00:50:10.560If you try to pull shenanigans, if you try to rig and steal this election, we're going to call you out, and I don't give a damn if you call me an election denier.
00:50:25.640Jenny Beth, you were one of the original founders of the Tea Party movement in America back, what, 20, 2007, 2008.
00:50:33.100Back in the day, did you ever foresee in your wildest fears of American dystopia that you would, within 15, sort of 20 years, see a Republican, former and future Republican president suffer an assassination attempt on live TV?
00:50:57.780Did you ever think you would see election officials, a Republican election official in their late 60s, confronting a 30-year jail imprisonment just for trying, as Mike Davis was saying, trying to ensure voter integrity?
00:51:16.840I didn't anticipate it when it came to elections and election officials, but I did anticipate that people would be imprisoned because the government has been weaponized against them.
00:51:30.480We experienced government weaponization from the IRS and very specific targeting.
00:51:37.660It was not necessarily to try to put us in jail, but it cost a lot of money.
00:51:52.700When you're audited by the IRS, it's an extraordinarily scary thing because they have the power to seize, the power to garnish, and the power to levy.
00:52:05.520And I said at the time, if no one who worked for the IRS was held accountable and held criminally accountable for what they did, that others in the government would do something similar and even worse.
00:52:19.120And that's what we're seeing right now.
