00:00:00.000 The primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:03.560 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:08.760 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:13.040 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:14.960 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:16.400 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:18.120 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:20.320 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:23.720 MAGA media.
00:00:24.640 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:30.520 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:34.260 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:40.560 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:43.860 Tuesday, 13th of August, Anno Dormini, 2024.
00:00:54.580 Harnwell here at the helm, filling in for Steve Bannon.
00:00:58.420 With the world teetering on war in the Middle East,
00:01:01.660 developments on the Ukrainian front.
00:01:04.460 And we'll be digging down on those things with Captain Fennell and Dr. Thea
00:01:08.260 later on in the show.
00:01:10.040 We're going to stay here in the United States right now and domestic news
00:01:14.240 we're going to leave with today.
00:01:15.580 And this is the sentencing of Tina Peters,
00:01:18.460 the Mesa County election official who's a regular guest,
00:01:21.760 has been a regular guest here on the War Room.
00:01:24.760 Tina, good morning to you.
00:01:27.040 Good morning. Good morning.
00:01:29.320 It's been quite the week.
00:01:32.340 Yeah, I've been studying some of the developments.
00:01:35.500 You had your sentencing, excuse me,
00:01:37.440 your sentencing is in October, right?
00:01:39.320 But you had yesterday and that was guilty of 7 out of 10 counts.
00:01:45.580 Absolutely shocking.
00:01:46.940 Do you want to give us a run through, Tina,
00:01:48.640 and break this down?
00:01:50.180 Because you absolved, found not guilty on some of the charges.
00:01:54.180 And then some of the similar charges,
00:01:55.920 they seem to me to be identical charges,
00:01:58.000 but differently applied to different instances.
00:02:00.960 Do you want to quickly give us a rundown, Tina,
00:02:03.700 and add to the war in posse and say on what elements of this
00:02:07.340 you were found guilty and on what elements you were found innocent?
00:02:11.880 Yes, you bet.
00:02:12.800 So it's interesting that, and there's more coming.
00:02:16.100 This is just the day after.
00:02:17.660 And I want to let you know that we were able to,
00:02:22.120 my attorney team did a great job.
00:02:24.960 We were able to, they were only able to get us on 7 out of the 10.
00:02:30.420 So double jeopardy means that, of course, we can't get,
00:02:34.920 they can't go after the other three.
00:02:36.800 And right now we're filing an appeal.
00:02:40.820 You know, the thing that is most important here is that there's evidence
00:02:46.920 that was not allowed to be brought in.
00:02:49.340 Much, much evidence that was not allowed.
00:02:52.900 They, the prosecution put on their dog and pony show for over six days.
00:02:59.740 And even one of their people in the gallery said they're drawing this out
00:03:04.220 so that, so that she won't have time to prevent her defense.
00:03:09.360 Well, so we got, we had a little over a day.
00:03:13.000 Every expert, just about every witness, they found a way to exclude.
00:03:18.740 And listen to this, even Mike Frontera, who is Dominion Voting Systems.
00:03:23.760 I mean, they are so knee deep in this that with the Secretary of State
00:03:29.900 and if people want to go to Patrick Byrne, to the docket,
00:03:35.420 Patrick Byrne's case in Washington, D.C. with Stephanie Lambert,
00:03:41.300 there's evidence in there that can exonerate me, that can clear me,
00:03:45.820 but it's not being released.
00:03:48.760 And I can't know what it is.
00:03:51.680 Tina.
00:03:51.800 Yes.
00:03:51.820 Tina, excuse me.
00:03:53.260 Could you just briefly, just the witnesses, some of the witnesses,
00:03:56.920 because this sounds pretty similar to something that happened
00:03:59.520 in Steve Bannon's defense when he wasn't allowed to present
00:04:03.600 key substantial evidence towards his exoneration.
00:04:08.480 Just for the, obviously, we're not, there are some lawyers here
00:04:12.460 following the show, but a lot of people who aren't trained in law.
00:04:15.920 Could you just sort of, on this subject, explain some of the witnesses
00:04:21.220 that were declined, refused for you to call, and what the justification was
00:04:26.220 for refusing to allow them to be caught?
00:04:30.740 And does this materially affect your appeal, the fact that you couldn't introduce
00:04:37.240 key witnesses for your defense?
00:04:38.600 It does.
00:04:39.600 It does.
00:04:40.240 And there's going to be more coming out tomorrow and later this week.
00:04:44.820 But what I can tell you now is that the jury was prevented from hearing real evidence
00:04:50.180 and hearing real witnesses in this case.
00:04:53.200 And so, for instance, when we brought up an expert, he was escorted off the stand.
00:05:02.660 When we brought up another clerk in Colorado that also did a forensic image,
00:05:09.240 he was excused from the stand.
00:05:11.680 Every single thing.
00:05:12.660 And people need to know it wasn't the local DA here prosecuting us.
00:05:19.640 It was the Colorado Attorney General deputies, the same attorneys that represent Soros-funded
00:05:28.940 Secretary of State Jenna Griswold.
00:05:32.040 And so here you have the state Colorado Attorney Generals that were sworn in to prosecute me.
00:05:39.360 We had, they brought up witnesses, their star witnesses, three of them that lied outright.
00:05:47.380 They did not know that we had text messages because everyone's phones were taken except
00:05:56.460 for my information was preserved.
00:06:00.300 They thought that there was no evidence out there showing that these people actually lied.
00:06:05.280 They knew about Conan Hayes' identity.
00:06:09.740 They actually helped with it.
00:06:12.260 Conan Hayes was the one that did the image of the Mesa County server that,
00:06:17.800 if you go on my website, tinapeters.us, people need to see this.
00:06:22.300 This has been shielded from the people's view of what these machines,
00:06:31.200 what the Mesa County report showed, what these machines have done and deleted records all
00:06:38.840 over the country.
00:06:39.500 So this is a very, it's a complicated case in that there's so much evidence out there
00:06:45.360 that wasn't allowed to be presented, but it's a very simple case.
00:06:49.600 It's Dominion and the Secretary of State and the AG, Merrick Garland.
00:06:55.340 I mean, this goes all the way up to the top.
00:06:57.520 This is 71 countries that have been influenced by these faulty election, electronic election machines.
00:07:08.440 And this is what they call the Rosetta Stone of all the evidence that is showing how these operate.
00:07:15.280 And that's why they have to come after an almost 70-year-old clerk in a small town called Mesa County
00:07:21.540 because I listen to the people when they ask me questions.
00:07:26.080 Now, the legal part of this, you know, what we'll be talking about later in this week,
00:07:30.940 but we are filing a appeal.
00:07:32.560 There's a motion to lift, and the attorneys are working on it right now.
00:07:38.220 If people will go to Patrick Byrne, the docket in D.C. with Patrick Byrne,
00:07:44.520 Stephanie Lambert, there's information and discovery that Stephanie Lambert,
00:07:51.420 his attorney, saw it was a crime and presented it to Darleaf, Sheriff Darleaf,
00:07:57.240 because with all her ethics, you know, as an attorney, she could not see a crime and not report it.
00:08:06.240 And there is information in there that will prove my innocence and exonerate me.
00:08:14.760 So I was prevented from a defense.
00:08:18.180 I'm not guilty on three charges, like what I said.
00:08:21.160 So right now we are going forward.
00:08:23.820 They prevented us from having our legal defenses.
00:08:28.320 They prevented us from providing evidence.
00:08:32.100 And so this isn't over yet.
00:08:35.600 What's the time frame, Tina, for an appeal?
00:08:38.420 So they're working on it right now.
00:08:42.800 There is information in D.C. that needs to be that these attorneys know about.
00:08:50.520 The Colorado AG said they didn't have, which we know they do.
00:08:55.320 And preventing us from having that in our defense is a violation.
00:08:59.700 It, you know, so so it's withholding exculpatory evidence is is a crime.
00:09:07.780 So that's being worked on right now.
00:09:09.920 There's more going to be developed.
00:09:11.280 This is just right on the heels of a of a, you know, of a conviction yesterday.
00:09:17.200 I understand, yeah, obviously that it's sort of this is fresh and you and your lawyers will be studying this.
00:09:23.960 But the sentencing will take place on the 3rd of October.
00:09:28.360 And some of these charges, I think six of these charges, if I'm correctly informed on this, can carry sentences of up to 22 years.
00:09:35.800 This is pretty substantial.
00:09:37.800 I think there are three misdemeanors and four felonies that you have been convicted of.
00:09:42.380 But in terms of the time frame for an appeal, are you likely to have to go to prison whilst the appeal works out?
00:09:51.260 Or will you be allowed to remain free and concentrate with your lawyers on this judicial process with the threat of imprisonment hanging over your head in the background?
00:10:03.940 Well, right now I'm I'm free until sentencing.
00:10:08.800 But, you know, who knows what these people?
00:10:11.080 I mean, they haven't followed the law.
00:10:14.960 So it's hard to predict what they'll do.
00:10:18.580 I'm I am a big threat to them.
00:10:21.720 And so the things that were done in this trial that people can go back and watch on Frank's speech was just atrocious.
00:10:29.960 I mean, people can see it for themselves.
00:10:32.240 Unfortunately, the jury was not allowed to see what was going on.
00:10:36.680 They were very shielded from the facts of this case, from the defense of this case and witnesses that should have been able to present in my defense.
00:10:48.200 So, you know, only only I mean, we're going to continue to fight this in the in the law.
00:10:55.460 And in the meantime, until they either kill me or put me in prison, you know, I'm going to keep speaking out about the injustice, about what's going on in these big multinational global corporations that are that have these vote flipping software.
00:11:13.420 That is basically is in Serbia.
00:11:17.260 We've already shown that people in my it that I'm accused of influencing.
00:11:22.180 There's emails between them and Serbia and Serbian Dominion employees.
00:11:29.100 So it's just it's a bigger, a bigger deal than people realize.
00:11:35.940 Tina, the case here that you've been found guilty on in terms of jurisprudence, is there a lot of precedent behind this of previous cases?
00:11:46.020 And how does this conviction yesterday affect future trials, according to the precise principle of law at stake?
00:11:54.180 You know, I'm not an attorney, so I would defer to my attorneys to answer those questions.
00:12:00.540 I do know that this was a miscarriage of justice.
00:12:03.960 The jury was not allowed to see the defense.
00:12:08.920 And I was going to testify.
00:12:11.900 I was looking forward to testifying.
00:12:14.280 But when I asked the judge, would he apply the same standard?
00:12:18.960 So so when you when you testify, then the the prosecution can only they have to stay within that narrow scope of what you've testified to.
00:12:30.960 And he couldn't promise he would let he would let them do that.
00:12:33.800 They they the the Colorado attorney, deputy attorney general jumped up so many times, interrupting even our closing arguments.
00:12:44.000 You know, at the end to to stop what we were doing, to try to to interrupt the train of thought of our attorneys.
00:12:53.040 It basically interference in this case every time.
00:12:57.720 And this judge would rule with them.
00:13:00.660 So people need to go back and watch the trial and see for themselves the kind of travesty that this trial was.
00:13:09.000 And and I believe we, you know, in the Court of Appeals that we are going to, you know, hopefully get a fair shake and we'll keep fighting.
00:13:17.560 And I'll let you know more as things unfold this week.
00:13:22.580 And I correctly understood that you have made and are making all of the evidence that you would have presented in court.
00:13:29.480 Your witnesses would have testified to all of that will be publicly available.
00:13:35.040 Oh, yes.
00:13:35.580 OK, I think it's important, I think, for investigative journalists of all political persuasions to be able to access what you were astonishingly denied ability to present in court and make their own conclusions.
00:13:52.720 It seems to me, Tina, that beyond this now, beyond the Court of Appeal, you're you're you're aiming also pretty substantially to the court of public opinion, which is important.
00:14:04.880 I've just come to myself here in Italy, a four year criminal case where I was the defendant.
00:14:10.460 I was I was totally exonerated, even by the prosecution itself.
00:14:14.560 But four years, it can it can take a lot out of you.
00:14:18.120 Tina, briefly, where do people go once again to stay in touch with your developments and the information that you were mentioning just also a moment ago?
00:14:28.840 Thank you.
00:14:29.980 You can go to Tina Peters dot US.
00:14:32.560 That's the Web site where people can watch the movie selection code of of how this all started.
00:14:39.600 You can also read the reports on there.
00:14:42.180 I would encourage you to reach out to people like Elon Musk, to to to people that could actually look at the look at the images themselves.
00:14:54.160 They're probably available.
00:14:56.380 And.
00:14:59.400 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:01.620 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes,
00:15:06.120 their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.300 Imagine your every purchase being called into question, your every move tracked like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.220 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.780 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.

00:16:12.980 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:19.960 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:16:22.080 I'm just finishing off with Tina Peters.
00:16:23.860 Thanks for coming on the show, Tina.
00:16:25.160 I know you've got a lot to deal with now in the next 24, 48 hours, absorbing the details of this conviction from yesterday.
00:16:34.800 Will you come back on the show when your lawyers are in a position to furnish you with a little more detail on what the time frame for the appeals process will be and how that might interact with the sentencing set for the 3rd of October?
00:16:52.580 Yes, yes.
00:16:54.600 Yes, you bet.
00:16:55.240 A lot is going to happen this week.
00:16:57.160 If people want to go on and look at the Patrick Byrne docket in D.C., that's where a lot of information that they're withholding that can exonerate me as far as the connection.
00:17:09.660 I haven't seen any of it, but I'm assured that it's there and needs to come out.
00:17:15.140 And, you know, I'll keep updating.
00:17:17.880 I'm on X at Real Tina Peters.
00:17:20.260 I'm doing a lot of updating there.
00:17:22.500 And as we're able to put things out, this is far, far from over.
00:17:27.660 So I would encourage people to please follow me on X and on Truth.
00:17:34.220 Watch Selection Code.
00:17:35.560 Share it.
00:17:36.060 You can look at the and if you're if you're able to donate to the as you can imagine, the deep state has all the money in the world to go after you and hoping that you'll back down, that you'll give up and you'll go away.
00:17:50.740 And I will not do that.
00:17:52.260 Well, I know, Tiss, that a lot of U.S. media has been desperately trying to get in touch with you since this this conviction result came out yesterday.
00:18:03.360 And so very grateful on behalf of the whole of the war room posse that you've you've come on to the show this morning to debrief us on your situation.
00:18:11.920 Thanks for coming on, Tina.
00:18:13.280 You bet.
00:18:13.540 We'll keep you in our prayers.
00:18:14.920 God bless.
00:18:15.160 Steve Bannon is a good friend and and I appreciate you guys very much.
00:18:19.020 Thank you.
00:18:20.600 Thank you, Tina.
00:18:21.320 God bless.
00:18:22.260 Staying now on the subject of voter integrity, we have Linda Sinkowitz, who's the founder and CEO of the Fight Voter Forward initiative.
00:18:35.540 Linda, good morning.
00:18:37.600 Good morning.
00:18:38.280 Thank you so much for having me on.
00:18:41.100 Thanks.
00:18:41.320 Well, thanks for coming on the show.
00:18:43.460 I gather there are some developments here with some of the research and analysis you've been doing into the situation in Connecticut.
00:18:50.680 Well, not just Connecticut, but we are nationwide.
00:18:55.640 We're in 36 states right now.
00:18:58.080 But in Connecticut, we have been really pushing very hard with our information.
00:19:03.340 We actually do the deep dive on people we believe violated election laws and also getting the deceased voters off the voter rolls.
00:19:12.520 Well, the clean voter rolls is absolutely essential, I think, for the Trump campaign to be concentrating on, because, as we've been saying on the show for some time, the very people responsible largely for the stolen election in 2020 are still in place now.
00:19:29.920 And if they stole it in 2020, they'll certainly try to steal it again, seeing as many of the principal people who tried to oppose this and fight this have suffered, you know, which had Tina Peterson, for example, but Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, President Trump himself.
00:19:46.700 They've all been hit with politically motivated court cases of one form or another.
00:19:53.220 So, as I say, to repeat this point, if they try to do it in 2020, they'll certainly try to do it again in 2024.
00:19:59.820 Looking at your figures here, some of the things that you've uncovered, Connecticut, right, deceased voters, you found 7,758 on the voter rolls, 2,450 in Florida, 703 in Arizona.
00:20:15.440 You know, these are the, Arizona specifically is going to be tight, it's a swing state, could have massive impact, could decide the future of 2024.
00:20:23.880 But I've got the whole list here, a lot that you've uncovered.
00:20:29.720 Are you satisfied, Linda, that work is being done on cleaning up the voter rolls in the time left, the three and a half months left?
00:20:39.360 Are you satisfied?
00:20:40.960 No, you're not satisfied.
00:20:42.020 No, absolutely not.
00:20:45.380 It is unbelievable that when we actually present information, say, of a deceased voter that's voting, and we prove that they have been deceased, that they're not being removed from Connecticut voter rolls.
00:20:59.600 We still have 524 here in Connecticut that we gave 100 percent evidence the person's been deceased, and they're still on the voter rolls.
00:21:08.900 Florida has the Lazarus effect with the deceased voters.
00:21:13.740 You know, granted, we only have sent in 2,500 deceased.
00:21:17.120 We have another 600 we're going to be sending out this week.
00:21:20.680 But the fact is, not only are they active, but they're voting.
00:21:25.060 In Connecticut, 524 deceased voters in 2020 voted, some of them even in person.
00:21:31.700 I mean, it's insane.
00:21:34.320 So we are trying to force the secretary of state to actually do the registrar's job, because here in Connecticut, we have registrar voters.
00:21:43.980 Other states have election officials, et cetera.
00:21:47.740 And we're in multiple states.
00:21:50.300 We're really pushing hard on the double voters and getting the evidence on those.
00:21:56.840 As a matter of fact, I just delivered to the FBI last week in North Carolina, West Virginia, and Maryland evidence of the double voters that voted in federal elections.
00:22:08.380 Because we need people to know there are going to be consequences if you double vote, and there's hundreds of thousands of people that are double registered across the country, and you should only be registered in one location.
00:22:22.960 I mean, that's where you actually live.
00:22:24.500 So multiple laws are being violated, but we're finding ways around it, and you're going to be hearing our voice very loudly over the next three to four weeks on issues that we've tried to be nice and help everybody out, but they've got to stop ignoring us.
00:22:45.640 You know, we're done with that.
00:22:46.920 Yeah, the days of nice are long gone, and this is the war room, obviously, where we try to be honey badgers rather than nice.
00:22:57.180 So your initiative here, it's grassroots-led, right?
00:23:01.840 It's volunteer-led.
00:23:03.820 Do you want to put a pitch out to the war room posse for people to get involved?
00:23:09.040 It's not just about donating money, is it?
00:23:10.800 It's about sort of getting involved, helping to double-check these voter rolls.
00:23:15.820 Right.
00:23:16.300 And I've got to give a shout-out to Steve Stern, because he's been talking about our organization for a while.
00:23:21.860 I mean, he's wonderful.
00:23:23.980 What you can do, first of all, is go to our website, and where it says request data, send us in the information on what county you want the information on for the double-registered double voters,
00:23:36.600 and we will send that information to you within 24 to 48 hours.
00:23:41.960 We're constantly updating that.
00:23:43.840 You can send in through our info.
00:23:46.620 There's multiple things that you can actually do in helping out our organization and yourself, something that's directly related to you.
00:23:56.660 Not only for us, but if you want to get actively involved in your precincts, you know, we will pass that information on to Steve Stern.
00:24:05.660 I do see you had our website up there.
00:24:09.580 As you know, we've been in the Supreme Court in Connecticut since May 1st on Wanda the Ballot Stuffer that everybody's aware of.
00:24:17.440 We used an obscure law here in Connecticut.
00:24:20.200 It's been on the book since 1953 and was actually used once.
00:24:25.900 Fast forward on that.
00:24:27.520 It basically puts it in the hands of the we, the people, with the evidence to be able to go to a superior court judge who shall issue the arrest warrant.
00:24:36.980 And that's what we're in the court over right now with, again, Wanda the Ballot Stuffer.
00:24:42.220 It's very difficult here in Connecticut.
00:24:46.080 People think we're a blue state.
00:24:47.920 We're really not blue.
00:24:49.300 I would say we're purple.
00:24:51.160 But you couldn't tell because of all the fraudulent registrations that we have here in Connecticut.
00:24:57.280 Linda, I realize this next question might be difficult because I suppose, like everyone else, you only got on to studying the election integrity issue more deeply after 2020.
00:25:07.120 So that a frame of reference of before that might be difficult.
00:25:10.140 But tell me, what are you seeing instinctively?
00:25:14.760 How great a fair is there, do you think, that elements within the regime, how successful do you think they might be?
00:25:22.460 What do you see?
00:25:23.220 How alarmed are you, is what I'm trying to ask, with what you're seeing as you're going through these vote rules, that this election, that the people involved in stealing 2020 will try to steal 2024?
00:25:35.300 Well, first of all, I actually started Fight Voter Fraud in 2018 because I had run for state rep here in Middletown, Connecticut, and I uncovered so much fraud, but I couldn't get any help from the chief state's attorney's office or even the feds at that time.
00:25:53.680 So that's how it started, but this hasn't just started to happen.
00:25:59.460 I would say at least back to 2008 is that a lot of the fraudulent stuff has been going on.
00:26:09.520 And again, for 2020, our eyes were finally opened and we knew all the stuff that was happening.
00:26:16.980 But how to stop it was the problem.
00:26:20.080 Linda, the fact that, congratulations for being on this issue for so long, as far as back as 2018.
00:26:29.640 So you do have a frame of reference then.
00:26:31.620 You can actually say, I was looking at these things, studying voter fraud in 2018.
00:26:36.280 This is two years before 2020.
00:26:38.100 This is now 2024.
00:26:39.580 And what I see now is greater than it was in 2018 or it was less than it was in 2018.
00:26:47.060 Where are you?
00:26:47.880 You can actually come and give us a sort of a relative intuition on how serious you think the attempts of stealing 2024 are going to be.
00:26:57.640 On the basis of what you see now compared to 2018, should people be afraid and how afraid should they be?
00:27:03.600 I think they should be very afraid.
00:27:07.240 But as long as we're standing up and letting people know that, you know, if you double vote, we're going to get you.
00:27:14.160 And that's a felony, by the way.
00:27:16.960 Like I said, there's multiple things that you can do.
00:27:20.100 You know the people on your street.
00:27:22.160 You know who moved.
00:27:23.240 Check out the voter registration.
00:27:25.080 Are they still registered?
00:27:27.460 Challenge the voters.
00:27:28.640 I know it's, you know, within the 90 days, but you can still, in some states, put up a little bit of a fight over the fact that you knew this person had died eight years ago.
00:27:39.580 Why are they an active voter?
00:27:41.080 Why did you send them an absentee ballot request form?
00:27:45.380 Linda Sinkowitz, chief executive officer and founder of Fight Voter Ford.
00:27:51.200 Thanks for doing the show.
00:27:52.060 Once again, very quickly, 20 seconds.
00:27:54.040 Could you just repeat your contacts on social media?
00:27:56.320 Sure, it's fightvoterfraud.org.
00:28:00.340 That's .org.
00:28:02.640 And you can go to, you can send me an email, linda, L-I-N-D-A, at fightvoterfraud.org.
00:28:09.760 But we'd really like you to go to the website.
00:28:12.340 Another day, another breaking news story buried.
00:28:14.940 They'd rather talk about anything else than what's really going on.
00:28:18.000 It's not because they don't know what's happening.
00:28:20.320 The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it.
00:28:24.480 And they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it.
00:28:27.460 The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.

00:32:07.980 So we now have Jenny Beth Martin on the show.
00:32:11.140 Now, for those of you that basically came into the America First movement, Jenny Beth was one of the leading lights of the Tea Party movement, sort of from 2008, perhaps a little bit before onwards.
00:32:27.200 And I was a great fan of hers from a distance, watching what she was doing with Tea Party Patriots.
00:32:33.280 Jenny Beth, it's a particular honour for me this morning to welcome you on to the show.
00:32:39.640 Good morning.
00:32:41.000 Good morning.
00:32:41.620 And thank you so much.
00:32:42.520 I really appreciate that.
00:32:43.620 Thanks for having me as well.
00:32:46.000 Thanks for coming on the show, Jenny Beth.
00:32:47.760 So look, you're down there in Georgia.
00:32:52.620 What have you got?
00:32:53.760 What developments do you have that you've been working on recently for the Warren Posse today?
00:32:58.660 Well, the state election board in Georgia made rule changes last week, and there are some that are in the rulemaking process that will come up again in their next meeting, which is on August the 19th, next Monday or Tuesday.
00:33:15.860 And one of the changes that they have made is that they've changed the way that certification works in Georgia just slightly so that if you're on a state election board and you have or I'm sorry, on a county election board and you have concerns about what is going on in your county, you are able to address some of those concerns before you vote to certify.
00:33:42.040 This this this becomes extremely important back in 2022 and the left and the liberals and MSNBC and others are complaining about these changes and they don't they don't like the changes.
00:33:55.880 But this is really important to understand back in 2022 in the primary in Georgia in DeKalb County, Georgia, which is a very, very Democrat county, very Democrat leading county in the Democratic primary for county commissioner.
00:34:13.660 There were several people on the ballot and a lady came in third place in in the results in the primary and whoever won this primary was ultimately going to go on and become or go to a runoff and then go on to become the county commissioner because it's a Democrat county.
00:34:32.240 A Republican just really doesn't stand a chance there to to win.
00:34:36.080 So this person came in third and she noticed that in her own precinct, she got zero votes and she knew that was wrong because she voted for herself and her husband voted for her.
00:34:46.620 So she knew she had one for sure because she saw her ballot and she believed her husband.
00:34:51.360 So unless he was lying to her for some crazy reason, she should have had two votes for herself out of her own precinct at a bare minimum.
00:34:59.100 But it said she had zero.
00:35:01.500 She brought the attention to the local election board.
00:35:04.620 They looked through it and they realized that something just didn't seem right.
00:35:09.900 And they ran the ballots through the counting machine again and they got the exact same results and they still thought something was wrong.
00:35:16.780 So they wound up hand counting every ballot for her particular race.
00:35:22.640 In the end, she actually came in first, not third.
00:35:26.920 She went on to a runoff and she is now a sitting county commissioner.
00:35:30.480 Now, here's where the rule change makes a real difference.
00:35:34.620 The people who had to vote to certify that election, the county election board, were not 100 percent positive that all the rest of the races on the ballot with her race were correct.
00:35:47.640 They just they couldn't be 100 percent certain and they had to trust the machine count, which they knew had already created a problem.
00:35:54.980 But they were advised by their attorney that they had no choice but to vote to certify the election.
00:36:00.700 If they don't actually have 100 percent confidence that what is happening is correct and they have evidence to back up their concerns for it, they should be able to take a step back and make sure it is correct before they certify.
00:36:15.980 Once it's certified, you're in the hands of the court system.
00:36:19.260 And we saw that did not work at all in 2020.
00:36:21.840 And that was for a Democrat race.
00:36:24.300 So while the left and MSNBC is complaining about all of this, those races on the Democrat side in a county that is primarily a Democratic county, it matters in their primary who you've got to be able to trust the outcome.
00:36:39.400 You have to be able to trust the outcome regardless of whether a Republican wins or a Democrat wins.
00:36:44.680 Otherwise, we have no faith in our system, in our country, in America.
00:36:48.920 It's supposed to be up to us through the consent of the people who will govern us.
00:36:53.920 But if we can't trust that the system that is counting those votes is accurate, how can we be certain that the people who are governing us actually have our consent?
00:37:05.840 For sure.
00:37:07.200 Jennifer, tell me something, right?
00:37:08.800 Because these changes that came through the Georgia State Election Board, you support these changes.
00:37:16.120 Now, a lot of people on the war following the show would have a great deal of suspicion when it comes to the GOP leadership in the state of Georgia.
00:37:29.540 Governor Brian Kemp or Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, won't need any introduction.
00:37:35.420 But they won't be on the top of many of our followers' Christmas card lists.
00:37:41.900 You're obviously one of the original activists in this movement.
00:37:47.700 How did it happen that these changes came about in a state that hasn't really been that welcoming to the America First Trump movement?
00:38:01.600 Well, here's the thing.
00:38:03.940 Georgia is controlled by Republicans at the state level, though we have two Democrat senators right now.
00:38:11.200 You have to take a step back and look at each issue individually, because with any politician there are going to be some things you agree on, some things you don't agree on.
00:38:20.580 But these people who are on the state election board, there are people who are appointed by each political party, there are people who are appointed by the governor, and there are people who are appointed by the Speaker of the House.
00:38:33.260 And recently, one of the members, the one who was appointed by the Speaker of the House, the Federalist reported that there seemed to be some possible issues with that particular member, because he apparently is paid by Fulton County to lobby for Fulton County, Georgia.
00:38:51.540 And he finally resigned, which was a good thing, and the new person who was appointed to fill that position has sort of shifted the vote right now on the board.
00:39:05.300 But the board is a strong board.
00:39:07.760 They're looking at things, they're looking at it objectively, and they're looking at what's going to be fair for both parties and what's going to be fair, most importantly, for the voters of Georgia.
00:39:19.360 And so the board has recently shifted because of that one particular person.
00:39:24.740 There's also a new chairman of the board.
00:39:27.340 The chairman was, I believe, appointed by the governor, and he, I don't know him, but I don't think he's voting the way I would like him to vote.
00:39:35.880 I know he's not voting the way I would like him to vote.
00:39:38.180 But you've got three solid members on the board, and it's very important that the rules that they pass, that we are comfortable with those same rules,
00:39:46.960 whether it's a Republican or a Democrat who's in charge of the state, that we can deal with those rules.
00:39:53.540 And that's what I think is happening with this board, and that's good.
00:39:57.200 One of the upcoming rules that's going through the rulemaking process that I think is very important,
00:40:02.420 regardless of which side of the aisle you're on, is that before you close down a voting precinct,
00:40:08.700 the people in the precinct have to count the number of ballots that were scanned and the total number of ballots that were scanned.
00:40:17.300 That total number of ballots should match the counter that tells how many were scanned,
00:40:23.180 and that should match the number of ballots that were issued when voters checked in to vote.
00:40:28.200 All three of those numbers should match, and they should reconcile before they leave the precinct to take the ballots and the SD cards
00:40:37.040 and everything else up to the county to be put into the final totals.
00:40:43.300 It's a common-sense step that makes sense.
00:40:46.120 You should make sure those things reconcile before you leave the precinct,
00:40:49.780 and if they don't, try to figure out what went wrong,
00:40:52.480 or at least you know that particular precinct does indeed have an issue.
00:40:56.880 Ginny, hold on for one moment.
00:41:00.340 We're just going to have a two-minute video for you, and then we'll come back.
00:41:07.360 The Georgia statute defines the cannabis process and certification very specifically in law.
00:41:14.880 You make sure that every valid vote was tabulated and is included in those vote totals,
00:41:22.000 and the law describes exactly where you need to look, what you need to look for, and how you do that process.
00:41:29.760 And it also describes that by 5 o'clock on the Monday after the election, counties must certify those elections.
00:41:40.100 The law says they shall certify.
00:41:42.120 That means it is a mandatory process.
00:41:44.980 They have no discretion in it.
00:41:46.480 So entering into the rules as a phrase like reasonable inquiry creates uncertainty,
00:41:54.160 and that appears to me to be the whole purpose of it.
00:41:58.680 We write about state election boards, secretaries of state, attorneys general, local prosecutors should,
00:42:04.600 in advance of the election, explicitly tell county officials that they do not have discretion to refuse to certify the election,
00:42:13.480 warn them in advance that they may be treading into, essentially, criminal law territory if they do this.
00:42:18.860 We've seen that happen in a couple of states already.
00:42:21.760 That's right.
00:42:22.640 In Michigan, the secretary of state and other officials have been very clear that, you know,
00:42:27.860 the law provides for legitimate ways to challenge elections if there are questions about fraud or questions about the count.
00:42:35.240 County certification is not one of those ways.
00:42:37.980 It is essentially a ministerial process.
00:42:41.380 It's not a way to challenge results.
00:42:43.220 And in Michigan, officials have told these county officials,
00:42:46.740 you can't do this, and if you do, there will be consequences.
00:42:50.400 And I think that both potentially could deter some of these people from trying this.
00:42:56.780 And it also puts them on notice so that if they do try to disrupt the election and they are prosecuted or they are challenged civilly,
00:43:06.660 they won't be able to say they didn't realize they couldn't do this.
00:43:09.560 So that's something that we'd like to see in all of these states.
00:43:14.040 There we go.
00:43:14.880 I think that's pretty much confirming everything that we've been discussing for the last 45 minutes on the show.
00:43:19.920 Stand by for a few minute break, and we'll be back with Jenny Benz Martin and Mike Davis.
00:43:25.180 I'll see you later.
00:43:26.300 Americans spend billions on supplements every year hoping they'll make up for poor diet or help us avoid serious health problems later.
00:43:36.620 If you trust supplements for your health, know that Harvard Health found zero evidence they work.
00:43:42.400 None. Zero.
00:43:43.260 So what works?
00:43:45.520 What can make you healthier now and later is a daily diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
00:43:51.520 Field of Greens was created by doctors for people who don't always eat right.
00:43:56.340 Field of Greens is not a supplement.
00:43:58.400 Let me repeat this.
00:43:59.320 Field of Greens is not a supplement.

00:46:22.960 Okay, back with the program.
00:46:27.640 Mike Davis and Jenny Beth Martin are here.
00:46:30.920 The first thing I'd like to do, because the video clip we had just before the break, I think, sets up the issues here.
00:46:37.740 To come back to the Tina Peters conviction that we discussed at the top of the show here.
00:46:43.740 These issues, the election, fighting election integrity isn't a theoretical issue.
00:46:49.180 It has consequences.
00:46:50.300 Mike Davis, just quickly for your reaction on this, and then we'll move on.
00:46:56.600 But the fact that some of these charges can carry up to 22 years in prison, it's a serious thing.
00:47:06.140 And Tina Peters, she alluded to it herself.
00:47:08.280 I mean, she's not quite 70 yet, but this is a substantial knock for a person of any age to have to deal with, right?
00:47:19.660 Do you have, from your legal perspective, do you have any first takes on this and what the system is trying to do to county election officials
00:47:30.660 that are trying to guarantee an honest, fair election for 2024?
00:47:38.280 Mike.
00:47:46.280 Sorry about that.
00:47:47.500 No audio.
00:47:48.280 We'll try it again.
00:47:49.440 Sorry about that, guys.
00:47:50.480 I was going to say this.
00:47:51.680 The prosecution of Mesa County Colorado recorder Tina Peters is a disgrace.
00:47:59.680 She was looking at the election results after the election.
00:48:04.720 She was doing an audit after the election.
00:48:07.200 She allowed an outside computer expert to get into the system to do an audit, and she had the book thrown at her.
00:48:16.880 She's going to face many, many years in prison because they're going after her, not because she changed the election results,
00:48:24.600 not because she committed any sort of voter fraud.
00:48:27.500 Her so-called crime is she dared to question an election, and today's Democrats don't allow you to question elections.
00:48:36.220 I live in Colorado.
00:48:37.180 I'm an attorney in Colorado.
00:48:39.140 I've been a Republican election observer in Colorado, a Republican lawyer since we went to all-mail ballots out here, and I've done it for five election cycles.
00:48:50.160 These government officials should encourage people to look at the elections.
00:48:56.120 They should encourage these audits.
00:48:58.080 They should want people to do this because it will bring confidence to our election system, and that's the problem.
00:49:05.180 When you're trying to hide what you're doing, when you're trying to throw people in prison for trying to look at an election, to try to perform an audit of an election,
00:49:14.180 that says more about the election than it says about the person who's trying to perform the audit, and that's what we're trying to do at the Article III project.
00:49:21.480 This is the next battle in this Democrat lawfare and election interference.
00:49:25.660 They tried to bankrupt Trump.
00:49:27.520 They tried to throw him in prison for life.
00:49:29.900 They tried to take him off the ballots.
00:49:32.180 When the Supreme Court stopped them, they're trying to destroy the Supreme Court now.
00:49:37.760 And, oh, by the way, they underfunded Trump's Secret Service detail and almost had his head blown off, right?
00:49:42.720 And so the next battle in this lawfare is election integrity.
00:49:46.580 And what we're doing at the Article III project is we want to send a very strong signal to these Republican election observers, election officials, election lawyers, election lawyers, election officials, you better watch yourself.
00:50:10.560 If you try to pull shenanigans, if you try to rig and steal this election, we're going to call you out, and I don't give a damn if you call me an election denier.
00:50:19.780 I've been called worse.
00:50:23.260 I've been called a lot worse as well.
00:50:25.640 Jenny Beth, you were one of the original founders of the Tea Party movement in America back, what, 20, 2007, 2008.
00:50:33.100 Back in the day, did you ever foresee in your wildest fears of American dystopia that you would, within 15, sort of 20 years, see a Republican, former and future Republican president suffer an assassination attempt on live TV?
00:50:57.780 Did you ever think you would see election officials, a Republican election official in their late 60s, confronting a 30-year jail imprisonment just for trying, as Mike Davis was saying, trying to ensure voter integrity?
00:51:16.840 I didn't anticipate it when it came to elections and election officials, but I did anticipate that people would be imprisoned because the government has been weaponized against them.
00:51:30.480 We experienced government weaponization from the IRS and very specific targeting.
00:51:37.660 It was not necessarily to try to put us in jail, but it cost a lot of money.
00:51:42.380 We had to hire attorneys.
00:51:43.920 We had to comply with all of their paperwork.
00:51:50.240 Our donors were audited by the IRS.
00:51:52.700 When you're audited by the IRS, it's an extraordinarily scary thing because they have the power to seize, the power to garnish, and the power to levy.
00:52:01.940 And so it is a very scary situation.
00:52:05.520 And I said at the time, if no one who worked for the IRS was held accountable and held criminally accountable for what they did, that others in the government would do something similar and even worse.
00:52:19.120 And that's what we're seeing right now.
00:52:20.820 It is even worse.
00:52:22.040 I think what's happening with Tina Peters is absolutely wrong.
00:52:25.580 And why have county election boards that certify if it's only ministerial?
00:52:30.600 Why do you need people to do anything?
00:52:32.260 Just automatically certify it.
00:52:34.400 They're there to help be a check and balance on the system.
00:52:37.780 And we need that to have confidence in our elections.
00:52:41.460 Jenny, Beth, we'll be back in 10 seconds.
00:52:44.440 Very quick question.
00:52:46.300 Were you audited by Lois Lerner at the IOS?
00:52:48.580 Our organization was for sure.
00:52:53.760 Tax season is over.
00:52:55.540 And for the IRS, that means collection season is on.
